- 0:55Speaker 4: the day, everything that's happening in America, and it's happening
- 0:58Speaker 4: at night. I bring it to you now. I want
- 1:00Speaker 4: you to give me a call eight seven seven valdsk

- 1:05Speaker 4: one and let me know your thoughts. I want to
- 1:08Speaker 4: hear what you have in mind, what you want to say,
- 1:11Speaker 4: what you want to discuss. If you get to me
- 1:14Speaker 4: in time, I will have your messages played at the
- 1:18Speaker 4: end of the show. And I want to start off
- 1:21Speaker 4: with some big news, big beautiful news, big beautiful wins
- 1:27Speaker 4: that are making the world breathe a little bit easier tonight.
- 1:29Speaker 4: President Trump just announcing that Iran has agreed to no nukes,
- 1:35Speaker 4: handing over there enriched uranium stockpile and committing to never
- 1:39Speaker 4: building a nuclear weapon. How about that? And we've got
- 1:41Speaker 4: the audio of that. I want you to hear El Trompito.
- 1:45Speaker 4: I have the transcript in front of me. This is
- 1:47Speaker 4: cut number five. El Trompito outside of the White House
- 1:51Speaker 4: saying that a a grand take two, that Iran has
- 1:55Speaker 4: agreed to no nuclear weapons. This is a huge development, huge, huge,
- 2:01Speaker 4: understand that huge, and you guys can play it whenever
- 2:05Speaker 4: you're ready.
- 2:05Speaker 6: Going ahead, if you look at the stock markets up,
- 2:09Speaker 6: everything's doing really well. And the big thing we have
- 2:12Speaker 6: to do is we have to make sure that Iran
- 2:13Speaker 6: does not have a nuclear weapon, because if they do,
- 2:16Speaker 6: you want to talk about problems, you'd have problems. So
- 2:19Speaker 6: very important is that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon,
- 2:23Speaker 6: and they've agreed to that. Iran's agreed to that, and
- 2:27Speaker 6: they've agreed to it.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Very power play.
- 2:29Speaker 6: They've agreed to give us back the nuclear dust. It's
- 2:32Speaker 6: way underground because of the attack we made with the
- 2:35Speaker 6: B two bombers. So we have a lot of agreement
- 2:38Speaker 6: with Iran. And I think something's going to happen.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Very positive, President Trump, I think something's going to happen.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Very positive. You got to love that. He's very optimistic.
- 2:47Speaker 4: It's really one of his finer traits. And he didn't
- 2:49Speaker 4: stop there, right, this keeps going. Then he doesn't stop
- 2:54Speaker 4: with we're gonna have this deal. And again, you know,
- 2:57Speaker 4: we don't trust the Iranians, right, we don't tip trust
- 3:00Speaker 4: people that we're in conflict with. But he's got more.
- 3:03Speaker 4: On top of that. He brokeer a deal, a ten
- 3:06Speaker 4: day ceasefire in Lebanon between Israel and Hesbelah's forces. This
- 3:11Speaker 4: is the kind of deal making that gets results, right.
- 3:13Speaker 4: This is El Trompitos and all this Magnus the forty
- 3:15Speaker 4: fifth to forty seventh president of the United States, doing
- 3:18Speaker 4: what he does best, the art of the deal, no
- 3:20Speaker 4: endless wars, just a smart pressure campaign that's really leading
- 3:24Speaker 4: to real results. Kudos to Trumpito. I think we have
- 3:26Speaker 4: the audio on that as well. Let her rip if
- 3:29Speaker 4: you've got it, go right ahead.
- 3:30Speaker 5: I think there will.
- 3:31Speaker 4: I think it's going to be.
- 3:32Speaker 6: Actually, it's very exciting because there's forty eight years we're
- 3:36Speaker 6: going to be meeting with bb net, Yahoo, as you know,
- 3:39Speaker 6: and the President of Lebanon, and I had a great
- 3:44Speaker 6: talk with both of them today. They're going to be
- 3:46Speaker 6: having a ceasefire and that'll include Hezbollah, and I think
- 3:52Speaker 6: I think it could be number ten.
- 3:54Speaker 4: For me, it could be number ten. Another war ended,
- 3:57Speaker 4: another feather in his cap. Good for you, Trumpet, oat listen.
- 4:01Speaker 4: I don't always agree with the guy, and probably nine
- 4:03Speaker 4: out of ten times, and this is definitely one of
- 4:07Speaker 4: those times. Right. I think President Trump is solid on
- 4:10Speaker 4: this stuff. He knows exactly what's going on. And some
- 4:13Speaker 4: of the reporters weren't so sold, you know, just like
- 4:16Speaker 4: I'm not sold on the Iranians and asking him what
- 4:19Speaker 4: about you know, their original proposal, like we won't enrich
- 4:22Speaker 4: uranium for five years, or we won't enrich uranium for
- 4:24Speaker 4: twenty years.
- 4:25Speaker 6: The blockade has been incredible, it's been it's held. They're
- 4:30Speaker 6: not doing any business. They're unable to do any business
- 4:32Speaker 6: because of the blockade. And so the combination of having
- 4:36Speaker 6: no navy, having no air force, having no anti aircraft equipment,
- 4:40Speaker 6: to have nothing, everything is gone.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Is it a bold.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Your minimum to stop enriching uranium, would you?
- 4:49Speaker 6: Well, we haven't agreed to any We haven't agreed to anym.
- 4:53Speaker 5: On.
- 4:54Speaker 6: What we have is we very powerful statement that have
- 4:58Speaker 6: beyond twenty years that they will not have Ducleo weapons.
- 5:01Speaker 6: That's beyond.
- 5:02Speaker 4: There's no twenty year eleven making it clear. This is
- 5:05Speaker 4: not a twenty year deal. This is im perpetuity. Iran
- 5:09Speaker 4: will not have a nuclear weapon. So go el Trompito.
- 5:13Speaker 4: Now he mentioned the blockade. Now again the blockade is
- 5:16Speaker 4: not on the straight of hor Moose per se. It's
- 5:18Speaker 4: in the strait of horm Moose. But the blockade is
- 5:20Speaker 4: on Iran so that they can't get ships in or out,
- 5:24Speaker 4: they can't make any money. This is you know, economic
- 5:28Speaker 4: sanctions on steroids right, this blockade. And you know who
- 5:32Speaker 4: was talking about that today, raising Caine. The General Kane
- 5:38Speaker 4: spoke about the blockade with Secretary Hegseth. They did a
- 5:44Speaker 4: press conference earlier today. I think we have a clip
- 5:47Speaker 4: of that letter rip.
- 5:48Speaker 3: When we talk about an American destroyer, it's important that
- 5:52Speaker 3: you and the American people understand their capabilities and ourly
- 5:56Speaker 3: Burke class destroyer are the backbone of the United Time
- 6:00Speaker 3: State's Navy surface fleet. Over five hundred feet long, they
- 6:04Speaker 3: displace nine thousand tons, and it is the sports car
- 6:08Speaker 3: of the United States Navy. From the keel to the mass,
- 6:12Speaker 3: they stand nearly ten stories tall, and their four gas
- 6:16Speaker 3: turbine engines can drive the ship at thirty plus knots.
- 6:21Speaker 3: These ships are armed to the teeth with surface tair missiles,
- 6:25Speaker 3: land attack cruise missiles, anti ship missiles, anti submarine rockets, torpedoes,
- 6:31Speaker 3: five inch naval guns, multiple electronic warfare systems, embarked helicopters,
- 6:37Speaker 3: extending the reach and capability of each and every one
- 6:41Speaker 3: of these destroyers. But far and away the most important
- 6:46Speaker 3: weapon on board these ships is the American sailor.
- 6:49Speaker 4: Amen to that, and a big thanks to all of
- 6:52Speaker 4: our men and women in uniform. And let me tell you,
- 6:56Speaker 4: I am these are the moments I'm proud right A
- 6:58Speaker 4: little kid grew up playing with gig. You see this
- 7:00Speaker 4: stuff happening in real life. You can't help but say, man,
- 7:03Speaker 4: thank god, we're on this team. Now. Some people they
- 7:06Speaker 4: take exception to it. They say, no, no, I don't
- 7:08Speaker 4: want to be part of this team. I hate you
- 7:10Speaker 4: and your colonizer people. That's that's on you, right you're
- 7:16Speaker 4: you have every right to say and do whatever you
- 7:18Speaker 4: want to do. But I, for one, I am happy
- 7:22Speaker 4: about this.
- 7:23Speaker 5: Now.
- 7:23Speaker 4: When when these two guys get together, Secretary of Defense
- 7:26Speaker 4: Pete Hegseath and General Dan Kine, they're out there praising
- 7:30Speaker 4: the success of the US blockade and the Strait of
- 7:32Speaker 4: Hormuz on Iran specifically, they've got ships turning around. They
- 7:37Speaker 4: they're locked and they're loaded. If they need it, they're
- 7:41Speaker 4: ready to go. But right now it's working like a
- 7:43Speaker 4: charm to keep things under control of America. First Peace,
- 7:46Speaker 4: true strength. It's not just a slogan. It's actually happening. Now.
- 7:50Speaker 4: This is a big deal because General also adding in
- 7:54Speaker 4: his comments that they can do this anywhere they need to,
- 8:00Speaker 4: right he says, quote does a quote He went on,
- 8:02Speaker 4: I have to say this, actually, I think I have
- 8:04Speaker 4: a clip here. You can hear that. Listen to this one.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Let me be clear, this blockade applies to all ships,
- 8:12Speaker 3: regardless of nationality, heading into or from Iranian ports. The
- 8:20Speaker 3: US action is a blockade of Iran's ports and coastline,
- 8:24Speaker 3: not a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Enforcement will
- 8:29Speaker 3: occur inside Iran's territorial seas and in international waters. In
- 8:36Speaker 3: addition to this blockade, the Joint Force, through operations and
- 8:41Speaker 3: activities in other areas of responsibility like the Pacific Area
- 8:46Speaker 3: of Responsibility under the command of Admiral Paparo, will actively
- 8:51Speaker 3: pursue any Iranian flagged vessel or any vessel attempting to
- 8:58Speaker 3: provide material support to Iran. This includes dark fleet vessels
- 9:03Speaker 3: carrying Iranian oil, as most of you know, dark fleet
- 9:07Speaker 3: vessels or those illicit or illegal ships evading international regulations, sanctions,
- 9:14Speaker 3: or insurance requirements. More than ten thousand sailors, marines and airmen,
- 9:20Speaker 3: over a dozen ships and dozens of aircraft are executing
- 9:24Speaker 3: this mission.
- 9:26Speaker 4: So there you go. This is not a joke. And
- 9:30Speaker 4: again he added, he said, in addition to enforcing the blockade,
- 9:34Speaker 4: all Iranian vessels, the active O fact sanctions and the
- 9:37Speaker 4: vessels suspected of carrying contraband or subject to belligerent right
- 9:42Speaker 4: to visit and search right o fact is the Office
- 9:45Speaker 4: of Foreign Assets Control. These vessels, regardless of location, are
- 9:48Speaker 4: subject to visit, boards, search and seizure. This is very
- 9:52Speaker 4: important why because Secretary Scott Vessant yesterday was with Kelly
- 9:57Speaker 4: Leffler and Caroline Levitt doing press conference just like this one,
- 10:02Speaker 4: and he was saying, they're tracking down every last bank account,
- 10:06Speaker 4: every last uh you know, nook and cranny if you will,
- 10:11Speaker 4: that the Iranians have been hiding their money in. Now
- 10:14Speaker 4: you've got Cain saying, look, I don't care what you're
- 10:16Speaker 4: saying is in those ships. If we know that there's
- 10:18Speaker 4: oil in there and you're sending it to China or
- 10:20Speaker 4: you're receiving anything from anybody, we're going to get you.
- 10:22Speaker 4: And it doesn't matter if you're in Orron or not,
- 10:24Speaker 4: if that's Iranian oil, if it's a contraband, that is
- 10:28Speaker 4: part of this action that they're involved in through oh fact,
- 10:31Speaker 4: they're taking it. And earlier in the administration this second
- 10:35Speaker 4: go around, President Trump established a Sovereign Wealth Fund, which
- 10:40Speaker 4: hasn't had too much discussion around it, but the way
- 10:44Speaker 4: it works in other countries. It's usually for like a
- 10:46Speaker 4: capital campaigns where they'll build a bridge or something, you know,
- 10:49Speaker 4: put the money in there, build a bridge, and then
- 10:52Speaker 4: you know, do the public good with that. But President
- 10:55Speaker 4: Trump is alluded to on many occasions, you know, building
- 10:57Speaker 4: a sovereign wealth fund that is so rob us that
- 11:00Speaker 4: not only do we get the things done that we
- 11:02Speaker 4: need to get done, but that if there's a dividend,
- 11:04Speaker 4: we can give those back to the American people. So
- 11:07Speaker 4: imagine that paying off the national debt. Again, this is
- 11:11Speaker 4: pie in the sky conservative utopia here, but imagine that
- 11:16Speaker 4: paying off the national debt, making sure everything's taken care of,
- 11:19Speaker 4: and we throw everything in the pot and at the end
- 11:22Speaker 4: of the day, they got right. Look, we did everything
- 11:23Speaker 4: we had to do. We don't have any more debt.
- 11:27Speaker 4: All right, everybody get in line. Here you go, here's
- 11:29Speaker 4: your check. Here's your check. You know, like Oprah given
- 11:32Speaker 4: out cars, you know Trump, could you get a check,
- 11:35Speaker 4: and you get a check, and you get a check,
- 11:37Speaker 4: and everybody's getting a piece of USA inc Again, I
- 11:41Speaker 4: think that's where he'd like to take this with all
- 11:44Speaker 4: of the you know what he's talked about with ending
- 11:48Speaker 4: the FED and ending the irs and solely using tariffs
- 11:53Speaker 4: and these types of measures to build up the country.
- 11:58Speaker 4: But it's not all happen right now. And I understand
- 12:01Speaker 4: right these are goals, they're dreams, they're not necessarily realities,
- 12:05Speaker 4: but a brother could dream, right, So that's what's going
- 12:08Speaker 4: on on that front. Now. I want to continue because
- 12:10Speaker 4: we've got a lot to discuss. There's also let's see
- 12:14Speaker 4: what else did I have on my hit parade for you?
- 12:17Speaker 4: Oh yeah, back here, back to the homeland. The vicea
- 12:20Speaker 4: Court vote in DC got delayed again. That's the Foreign
- 12:24Speaker 4: Intelligence Surveillance Act. That's the famous, you know, fake warrant
- 12:30Speaker 4: that they used to spy on President Trump's campaign and
- 12:34Speaker 4: then on President Trump as he was president. Yep, that's
- 12:39Speaker 4: the whole Russia Gates story in a nutshell. So there
- 12:42Speaker 4: were fifty four different reforms made when they renewed the
- 12:46Speaker 4: FAISA Act back in twenty twenty four to make sure
- 12:48Speaker 4: this would never happen to anybody else ever again. But
- 12:52Speaker 4: there's still people saying, hold on, why is it that
- 12:54Speaker 4: the government still can technically go and buy data from
- 12:58Speaker 4: Elon Musk at Twitter or from Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook
- 13:02Speaker 4: and say, hey, where is this user located right now?
- 13:05Speaker 4: What's their geolocation and how often do they go here?
- 13:09Speaker 4: What's the GPS and the phone saying? Whatever data they
- 13:11Speaker 4: could buy from any number of websites that you frequent
- 13:14Speaker 4: And the question is should the government be allowed to
- 13:16Speaker 4: do that. They can't do that unless they get a
- 13:18Speaker 4: warrant by law, but they can buy it like marketing data.
- 13:23Speaker 4: So what gives right, it's obviously violating the spirit of
- 13:27Speaker 4: the law of the reason that we have a Fourth
- 13:29Speaker 4: Amendment right to search and seizure. So I think that
- 13:34Speaker 4: this is something we've got to pay attention to. But
- 13:36Speaker 4: me being pragmatic, me understanding that we have a major
- 13:42Speaker 4: conflict in the Middle East and on other fronts right now.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Today may not be the right time to start having
- 13:50Speaker 4: that fight while we're having other fights. So President Trump
- 13:53Speaker 4: is suggesting, listen, let's continue with what we've got right.
- 13:57Speaker 4: We did fifty four reform two years ago. There's another
- 14:03Speaker 4: handful of reforms we need to do. Rather than debate
- 14:06Speaker 4: this now, let's just pass a bill, a clean bill
- 14:11Speaker 4: moving forward that keeps it as is for another year
- 14:14Speaker 4: and a half. Now, I say perhaps a year and
- 14:16Speaker 4: a half might be too long. Maybe it's better suited
- 14:19Speaker 4: being nine months until they wrap up this war stuff.
- 14:22Speaker 4: But I agree that the President is right in saying, look,
- 14:28Speaker 4: right now, we're in the middle of a lot of stuff.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Don't go taking away my ability to use what they
- 14:33Speaker 4: used against me. I understand his point, both a commander
- 14:36Speaker 4: in chief and both as El Trompito himself. I get it.
- 14:40Speaker 4: So that's a big deal that needs to be debated.
- 14:44Speaker 4: And quite frankly, all of this back door work around
- 14:48Speaker 4: business to steal your data and spy on people, we
- 14:53Speaker 4: got to end it every time we find it. The
- 14:56Speaker 4: big brother stuff has to stop. Liberty has to prevail.
- 14:59Speaker 4: It was back in staid nineteen fifty five, the Benjamin
- 15:01Speaker 4: Franklin said, those who sacrifice liberty for a little bit
- 15:06Speaker 4: of security deserve neither. Now I don't know that I
- 15:10Speaker 4: agree with that, but I get the premise, which is,
- 15:13Speaker 4: if you're willing to waver on things, you shouldn't waver,
- 15:15Speaker 4: which I'm doing right now. Right I'm wavering, he says,
- 15:18Speaker 4: then you're likely not going to have either, and you
- 15:21Speaker 4: deserve to not have either. Right, So the point is
- 15:24Speaker 4: we should never waver. Now, I get it. I don't
- 15:27Speaker 4: think that Benjamin Franklin ever envisioned some of the things
- 15:30Speaker 4: that we have today. But that's where we are right,
- 15:33Speaker 4: That's where the pragmatism comes in. We're there. We didn't
- 15:35Speaker 4: create this, at least I didn't create this. Trump didn't
- 15:38Speaker 4: create this. It's there. He saw some problems. He urged
- 15:42Speaker 4: Congress to fix them. Super love that. Now what what
- 15:48Speaker 4: we work with what we got and get this stuff
- 15:50Speaker 4: done and move forward. But yeah, does it need more fixing? Hell? Yeah?
- 15:54Speaker 4: If you ask me, I would say, could we get
- 15:57Speaker 4: rid of the FISA court? I think we could survive
- 15:58Speaker 4: without it? But a lot of people would push back
- 16:03Speaker 4: on that, saying it's an absolute necessary tool for national security.
- 16:09Speaker 4: I don't know. I tend to air him on the
- 16:12Speaker 4: libertarian side on these things. Another thing I'll tell you
- 16:14Speaker 4: is this. I read an article the other day that
- 16:19Speaker 4: was about a case out of Florida and this guy
- 16:24Speaker 4: gets basically pulled over. He's at Walmart, he leaves his
- 16:29Speaker 4: dog in his car. It's nighttime. He comes back and
- 16:33Speaker 4: there's a cop at his car and he's like, hey's
- 16:35Speaker 4: everything all right? And she's like, yeah, somebody called. They
- 16:37Speaker 4: said your dog's trapped in here. He's like, oh, he's
- 16:39Speaker 4: not trapped. I went to the store and I blasted
- 16:42Speaker 4: the ac, you know, to make sure it was nice
- 16:44Speaker 4: and cold. She's like, yea about the cars off so
- 16:46Speaker 4: you know, it's like ninety degrees out and he said yeah,
- 16:49Speaker 4: but like we're in the shade and it's night and
- 16:51Speaker 4: it's you know, it's still cool. Like, just put your
- 16:53Speaker 4: hand in the car. You'll see it's cool. I wasn't
- 16:55Speaker 4: going far. I was just going right up here. So
- 16:57Speaker 4: he's explaining himself and she's like, well, you got an
- 16:59Speaker 4: idea on you And he's like, I'm not giving you
- 17:01Speaker 4: my ID. And she's like, well, you got to give
- 17:03Speaker 4: me your ID because you're detained right now. I'm doing
- 17:05Speaker 4: an investigation into what potentially could be a felony animal
- 17:08Speaker 4: cruelty incident, and I need your ID. And he's like, now,
- 17:12Speaker 4: Texas law says, I don't have to give you nothing.
- 17:15Speaker 4: I only have to identify myself if I'm arrested. And
- 17:18Speaker 4: she calls a supervisor and he comes and they dance
- 17:21Speaker 4: around in circles. Anyway, bottom line, he sues them and
- 17:23Speaker 4: he wins he was right. The law does say in
- 17:27Speaker 4: Texas you don't have to present ID to law enforcement
- 17:30Speaker 4: unless you have been arrested, right, And the argument coming
- 17:35Speaker 4: out of the law enforcement community was, you know, this
- 17:37Speaker 4: is a vital tool for us when we suspect something
- 17:40Speaker 4: that's going on. We started asking for ID, and as
- 17:43Speaker 4: we're getting the ID, then we move in for a
- 17:45Speaker 4: whiff and we go, oh wow, it smells like you
- 17:46Speaker 4: might have X, Y and Z in your car. Have
- 17:48Speaker 4: you been drinking and blah blah blah, And they could
- 17:50Speaker 4: establish probable cause in other ways, and they feel like
- 17:53Speaker 4: this is one less tool in public safety, that they
- 17:57Speaker 4: would have one less tool if if if this were
- 18:00Speaker 4: you know, this interpretation that they had, which again the
- 18:04Speaker 4: court interpreted it accurately and said, yeah, no, they only compelled.
- 18:08Speaker 4: People are only compelled to give their ID once they're arrested.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Other than that they can say I refuse. Most states
- 18:15Speaker 4: aren't like that, but Texas, you know, they air on
- 18:18Speaker 4: the side of liberty, and I think I love that.
- 18:22Speaker 4: I love the fact that there's a check in the
- 18:24Speaker 4: balance on the constabulary. I love the police. I have
- 18:28Speaker 4: volunteered with the police. My brothers were cops. I can
- 18:32Speaker 4: tell you I got nothing but respect for the police.
- 18:34Speaker 4: But at the same time, I don't want to give
- 18:36Speaker 4: anybody that's the government unlimited power, whether it's the FISA, court,
- 18:42Speaker 4: the NSSA, or the local police department. So we're going
- 18:45Speaker 4: to talk about that a little bit. I also want
- 18:47Speaker 4: to get your thoughts on that. If you care to
- 18:49Speaker 4: chime in on the text line or on the call
- 18:51Speaker 4: in line, you're free to do that. Eight seven seven
- 18:53Speaker 4: of old Desk one. And in a little bit of
- 18:57Speaker 4: somber news, the former Lieutenant governor of the state of Virginia,
- 19:04Speaker 4: justin Fairfax, and his wife are found dead in what
- 19:06Speaker 4: police are calling a murder suicide, right inside their house.
- 19:10Speaker 4: I believe their kids were home. This is tragic, really
- 19:14Speaker 4: a very sad end to you know what many Democrats.
- 19:18Speaker 4: That was a very promising political career for him, and
- 19:23Speaker 4: you know now he's all messed up. He was getting divorced,
- 19:25Speaker 4: he was in the process of getting divorced. And I'll
- 19:28Speaker 4: get you some audio on that so you can hear
- 19:29Speaker 4: the scoop on that. Plus we've got to developing mystery.
- 19:32Speaker 4: The White House is investigating a wave of at least
- 19:35Speaker 4: ten American scientists, many of them have been linked to
- 19:39Speaker 4: sensitive nuclear programs, aerospace and defense research, and they've either
- 19:44Speaker 4: gone missing or they've died under suspicious circumstances. I guess
- 19:49Speaker 4: we could say to say the least, since you know,
- 19:52Speaker 4: the last six months or so and a lot of
- 19:56Speaker 4: eyebrowser going up. I got to say, when you read
- 19:59Speaker 4: this and when you hear this, I think your eyebrows
- 20:01Speaker 4: are gonna go up to You're gonna say, man, this
- 20:02Speaker 4: this doesn't seem right. It sounds like a like a
- 20:05Speaker 4: Jason Bourne movie. So I'll let you know what we
- 20:09Speaker 4: know so far, which isn't a whole lot. And of
- 20:12Speaker 4: course there was another headline, an interesting one. This one
- 20:16Speaker 4: is a false bomb threat that hit the suburban Chicago
- 20:21Speaker 4: area in Illinois at the home of Pope Leo's brother.
- 20:26Speaker 4: This happened last night. Police responded very quickly, and I'll
- 20:31Speaker 4: tell you a little bit about it in a bit,
- 20:32Speaker 4: but basically, there was no bomb. It was just a
- 20:35Speaker 4: hoax and it got everybody on edge. So we're gonna
- 20:40Speaker 4: unpack excuse me, I need some more. We're going to
- 20:44Speaker 4: unpack all of that stuff in the next three four segments,
- 20:48Speaker 4: and if there is time, I'm going to get to
- 20:51Speaker 4: some of your calls. And of course to a Deer
- 20:54Speaker 4: Richie segment. You know, I love the Dear Richie segment
- 20:56Speaker 4: where I give you unsolicited advice on things I have
- 21:00Speaker 4: absolutely no qualifications to offer advice on. And that's probably
- 21:04Speaker 4: one of my favorite parts of doing this program. So
- 21:08Speaker 4: maybe a Dear Richie segment coming up next, and if not,
- 21:10Speaker 4: I mean coming up, you know, before we wrap today,
- 21:14Speaker 4: and if not, definitely Manyana All right up, he goes,
- 21:18Speaker 4: keep it locked right here. I'm rich all this don't
- 21:19Speaker 4: go anywhere.
- 21:21Speaker 1: This is America. This is America.
- 21:37Speaker 5: He's brown, he's bald, and he's breaking it down.
- 21:41Speaker 4: Oh he's still hadsome.
- 21:42Speaker 5: What's his day, rich Veldas.
- 21:55Speaker 7: I think Teddy Bay.
- 21:55Speaker 8: We're continuing to follow that breaking news this morning, a
- 21:58Speaker 8: death investigation in Fairfact County. A man and woman found
- 22:02Speaker 8: dead inside of a home in Annandell. Police are on
- 22:05Speaker 8: the scene right now.
- 22:06Speaker 4: PHOS five is.
- 22:07Speaker 8: Working on this, staying on top of it to get
- 22:09Speaker 8: more information.
- 22:10Speaker 9: Armanie Alwick joins This Life from Andel with the latest smelt. Hey,
- 22:16Speaker 9: good morning, guys. So we've been watching as investigators have
- 22:18Speaker 9: just now gone inside the home here at the end
- 22:21Speaker 9: of Saxony, and that is Gwenevere Drive that the home
- 22:25Speaker 9: is located on. It's kind of dark right now, but
- 22:27Speaker 9: every once in a while we'll see those flashes come out,
- 22:30Speaker 9: which is investigators and crime scene the technicians taking photographs
- 22:35Speaker 9: inside the home. But a lot of information not confirmed
- 22:40Speaker 9: by police at this point, but we do have some
- 22:44Speaker 9: details that we were able to piece together from scanner traffic.
- 22:47Speaker 9: The initial call came in a little after midnight and
- 22:49Speaker 9: the person on the line said he thought his father
- 22:51Speaker 9: had stabbed his mother. When Fairfax County Police arrived, they
- 22:54Speaker 9: did find a woman unconscious and bleeding in the home.
- 22:57Speaker 9: Fairfax County Police tell me that she actually had been
- 23:00Speaker 9: and shot. Now the son told officers he did not
- 23:03Speaker 9: know where his father was, and his father's car was
- 23:05Speaker 9: still in the driveway. There was an area wide lookout, broadcast,
- 23:09Speaker 9: canine and helicopter teams were brought in. Then police radio
- 23:13Speaker 9: that they had discovered the man they believed to be
- 23:15Speaker 9: the subject in another area of the home with what
- 23:17Speaker 9: appeared to be a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
- 23:20Speaker 9: A gun was recovered and the man was pronounced dead
- 23:23Speaker 9: at twelve thirty seven am. The woman was pronounced dead
- 23:26Speaker 9: at twelve thirty four am, and again so many of
- 23:30Speaker 9: these details still were waiting to get from investigators. What they,
- 23:35Speaker 9: Fairfax cind Of Police want everyone to know is they
- 23:37Speaker 9: believe that everyone involved this incident has been accounted for,
- 23:41Speaker 9: so no greater threat to the community. They are still
- 23:44Speaker 9: working on making appropriate notifications to all next of kin
- 23:47Speaker 9: and they say once they're able to do that, then
- 23:50Speaker 9: they'll release the names of the people who've died.
- 23:52Speaker 5: Here.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Well, we've got a little bit of an update on that,
- 23:55Speaker 4: as you know right now. That information was released earlier
- 23:59Speaker 4: in the day. It was Justin Fairfax, the former Lieutenant
- 24:04Speaker 4: governor of Virginia, in a murder suicide, saying he was
- 24:09Speaker 4: very deep in debt when his wife filed for divorce.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Extremely sad story, those poor kids. Former Lieutenant Governor Justin
- 24:18Speaker 4: Fairfax killed his wife and then himself in their suburban
- 24:22Speaker 4: DC home. The Democrat politician was a rising starts, according
- 24:25Speaker 4: to The New York Post, by the way before credible
- 24:29Speaker 4: rape allegations ended his political career. Fairfax's fall was swift,
- 24:34Speaker 4: and he was in deep debt before he committed the
- 24:37Speaker 4: heinous acts in the unassuming Northern Virginia neighborhood. Again, like
- 24:43Speaker 4: I said, this is reading for the post. He owed
- 24:47Speaker 4: about seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars at the time
- 24:51Speaker 4: of their divorce. I don't know if that's a lot
- 24:53Speaker 4: of money. I mean, not to get too sidetracked here,
- 24:55Speaker 4: but I mean that's like a mortgage on a decent home,
- 24:58Speaker 4: I think, you know. But anyway, he shot and killed
- 25:03Speaker 4: Serena and himself early Thursday in their Annandale home. There
- 25:09Speaker 4: were financial disclosures that had set up private law practice
- 25:14Speaker 4: out of the residence. However, his gross income was varying
- 25:20Speaker 4: and the frequency of pay was periodic on his disclosure forms.
- 25:26Speaker 4: At one point he was a rising star. Now he's
- 25:29Speaker 4: got credit card debt near twenty eight thousand dollars. I
- 25:32Speaker 4: don't really care what this guy had in debt. What
- 25:34Speaker 4: I care about here is the story, right, The big
- 25:37Speaker 4: story here is that he did what he did, and
- 25:41Speaker 4: it seems to be just an absolutely horrific thing. And
- 25:48Speaker 4: you know, yesterday the theme of the show was people
- 25:52Speaker 4: that kill people deserve to die themselves. That's my belief,
- 25:58Speaker 4: and I think he agreed with me in this that
- 26:00Speaker 4: when he did what he did to his wife, he
- 26:03Speaker 4: decided I don't deserve to live, and he took his
- 26:06Speaker 4: own life, and that's me giving him credit. At the
- 26:08Speaker 4: other side of that is in a rage he said, nope,
- 26:13Speaker 4: nobody's getting nothing. I'm taking you out, and I'm taking
- 26:15Speaker 4: me out to screw everybody. I mean, absolutely horrible. I
- 26:20Speaker 4: don't have a lot of experience with this, but I
- 26:21Speaker 4: can tell you that growing up, there was a family
- 26:25Speaker 4: in town where this happened. The dad killed the mom,
- 26:31Speaker 4: and I knew the children, and they were great people
- 26:35Speaker 4: and still are. Of course, these things come with you know,
- 26:39Speaker 4: the trauma and the issues that come with it, but
- 26:41Speaker 4: by in large, they were very well adjusted in my opinion, right,
- 26:45Speaker 4: good humor, nice people. Yeah, no more weird or crazy
- 26:50Speaker 4: than any of the rest of us. But I can't
- 26:54Speaker 4: imagine going through this, right, I mean, I went through
- 26:56Speaker 4: natural causes death with both of my parents and I
- 27:00Speaker 4: was like a little baby, still am half the time.
- 27:03Speaker 4: So just absolutely tragic for these children. Financial filings show
- 27:10Speaker 4: that they again just more debt, more debt, really, and
- 27:13Speaker 4: it's not even a ton of debt here. I mean,
- 27:17Speaker 4: they weren't going to come and shoot them, that's for sure. Anyway,
- 27:21Speaker 4: let's see here, where does it go from here? The
- 27:26Speaker 4: whole scandal was sort of downhill. It's kind of what
- 27:28Speaker 4: really destroyed him, According to one report, At one point,
- 27:32Speaker 4: Justin challenged his wife Serena's claimed that the two had
- 27:36Speaker 4: been separated for more than a year, which is required
- 27:38Speaker 4: under Virginia law to even have a divorce, saying that
- 27:41Speaker 4: there was no factual basis for it. Justin argued that
- 27:44Speaker 4: while the two had begun to separate in June of
- 27:46Speaker 4: twenty four, a post nuctual agreement that his wife Serena
- 27:52Speaker 4: signed in December twenty fourth stated that the two of
- 27:55Speaker 4: them would work to keep their marriage together. While it's
- 27:58Speaker 4: their hope that their marriage will will be long and happy,
- 28:01Speaker 4: Justin and Serena desire at this time to anticipate and
- 28:04Speaker 4: plan now for contingencies in order to preserve their marriages.
- 28:08Speaker 4: These are just some of the documents that are being shared. Anyway, Really,
- 28:12Speaker 4: the whole thing is just so unfortunate. His wife just
- 28:18Speaker 4: a an unsuspecting person. I would presume, I believe she
- 28:24Speaker 4: was a doctor, and she made one hundred grand a
- 28:29Speaker 4: year or so, really really one hundred and twenty or so,
- 28:33Speaker 4: just really really upsetting, very very upsetting. I wish I
- 28:39Speaker 4: had more to add on this, but I don't. I
- 28:42Speaker 4: just think to myself, what a douche, right, you know, honestly,
- 28:44Speaker 4: my gut feeling here, narcissistic douche, wanted to destroy everybody.
- 28:51Speaker 4: And I'm sure there's a lot of other versions of
- 28:53Speaker 4: this story, and I'm sure there's a lot of other
- 28:54Speaker 4: people that went a weigh in on this type of thing.
- 28:57Speaker 4: But the reality here is that I think he's a douche.
- 29:02Speaker 4: I think he's up endel. I think that he needed to,
- 29:07Speaker 4: you know, do what he was doing better. And again
- 29:09Speaker 4: I don't know the rest of the story. I don't
- 29:10Speaker 4: know if she cheat on him and she made fun
- 29:11Speaker 4: of him, and she heard his ego and you know,
- 29:14Speaker 4: drove him to this point. And again I'm not going
- 29:16Speaker 4: to blame her for it. He pulled the trigger, but
- 29:20Speaker 4: I will say it's unnecessary, right, And every day I
- 29:24Speaker 4: feel like there's more carnage in the news. I know
- 29:27Speaker 4: that President Trump has said that we have the lowest
- 29:29Speaker 4: murder rate no se quanto, and I don't know how long,
- 29:33Speaker 4: but I can tell you this, it doesn't look good.
- 29:37Speaker 4: It doesn't look good that we're the stuff that we're seeing.
- 29:40Speaker 4: You got people from all walks of life going through
- 29:43Speaker 4: all sorts of crazy, and I just say, you know,
- 29:46Speaker 4: God be with all of them, because this is a
- 29:49Speaker 4: very ugly thing. I guess there'll be an investigation, and
- 29:52Speaker 4: you know, somebody will try and come up with some
- 29:55Speaker 4: motive reason, maybe a text, a video, a no if
- 30:00Speaker 4: you will, but just absolutely horrible at this happened. And
- 30:04Speaker 4: in particular, while the kids were there, the children of
- 30:09Speaker 4: the former governor attended a very expensive school. Fifty six
- 30:13Speaker 4: thousand dollars a year in private school for both kids.
- 30:16Speaker 4: That's a lot. The kids are sixteen and fourteen. Wow,
- 30:20Speaker 4: so they're not even little kids. They're big kids. The
- 30:22Speaker 4: photo they showed were of little kids. And here's the
- 30:26Speaker 4: ending part. Former Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax reportedly killed his
- 30:29Speaker 4: wife before taking his own life. Their sixteen year old son, Cameron,
- 30:33Speaker 4: made a frantic nine one one call after finding his
- 30:35Speaker 4: mother bleeding. Police discovered Serena deceased and Justin was upstairs
- 30:41Speaker 4: with a self inflicted gunshot wound. Oh how horrific. All right, Yeah,
- 30:47Speaker 4: that's it. That's all the updates that I've got here.
- 30:51Speaker 4: How much more do we need to know right. I mean,
- 30:52Speaker 4: I guess we'll hear from the shrinks, and maybe we'll
- 30:55Speaker 4: even bring in some of our own shrinks. You know.
- 30:57Speaker 4: I like to bring in from Court TV doctor Carol Lee,
- 31:00Speaker 4: America's psychiatrist, a terrorist therapist, because she breaks it down
- 31:04Speaker 4: from that very unique perspective, and maybe I will call
- 31:07Speaker 4: her and see if we can get her on to
- 31:09Speaker 4: get her perspective on this. But long story short, this
- 31:15Speaker 4: is a horrible thing, a horrible thing, and one that
- 31:18Speaker 4: I pray doesn't happen to any of you. All Right,
- 31:20Speaker 4: he goes, this brought me down. Let me grab a
- 31:22Speaker 4: little cafe seat. I'll come right back, and we're gonna
- 31:24Speaker 4: talk a little bit about what's going on with these scientists.
- 31:29Speaker 4: There's ten of them that are in question. Ten of
- 31:31Speaker 4: them are dead and the other excuse me, five of
- 31:34Speaker 4: them are dead and the other five are missing. Wild snuff.
- 31:37Speaker 4: They all worked on aerospace. They're from three different states. Anyway,
- 31:40Speaker 4: I'm going to give you the whole scoop on that
- 31:42Speaker 4: when we return. Keep it locked right here, don't move
- 31:44Speaker 4: a muscle. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 31:47Speaker 5: This is America, This is America.
- 32:15Speaker 3: The forty fifth President Donald Trump thinks it's an honor
- 32:19Speaker 3: to speak with Rich Valdez.
- 32:21Speaker 6: Oh, very good, bug.
- 32:24Speaker 4: Thanks, The honor is all.
- 32:27Speaker 6: Yours, conservative talk with a dash of sofrito.
- 32:32Speaker 4: Now here's Rich Valdez. All right, Amedia, welcome back. We
- 32:37Speaker 4: continue our discussion. Thank you for letting me keep your
- 32:39Speaker 4: company this Thursday night. And I want to get into
- 32:43Speaker 4: something President Trump said today on the White House lawn
- 32:49Speaker 4: before he took off for Las Vegas. And we'll get
- 32:51Speaker 4: into some of that Las Vegas stuff straight ahead. But
- 32:54Speaker 4: yesterday Peter Doucy from the Fox News Channel asked Caroline
- 32:57Speaker 4: Levitt about ten missing scientists and what was going on.
- 33:01Speaker 4: She said she was going to speak with the President
- 33:04Speaker 4: about it and get back to him. And Peter Deucy
- 33:07Speaker 4: did a follow up today as the President was headed
- 33:10Speaker 4: over to Marine one to go to Las Vegas, or
- 33:12Speaker 4: it's Air Force one rather, And here is that exchange.
- 33:18Speaker 7: Scientists with access to classified stuff, nuclear material, aerospace. They've
- 33:23Speaker 7: all gone missing or turned up dead in the last
- 33:25Speaker 7: couple of months. Based on what you've been breathed, what
- 33:28Speaker 7: do you think is happening here? Do you think that
- 33:30Speaker 7: this is connected or totally random?
- 33:33Speaker 6: Well, I hope it's random, but we're going to know
- 33:35Speaker 6: in the next week and a half.
- 33:37Speaker 4: I just left the meeting on that subject. So pretty serious.
- 33:40Speaker 6: Stuff, but we're going to be enough, hopefully. I don't know, coincidence, said,
- 33:45Speaker 6: whatever you want to call it, but some of them
- 33:47Speaker 6: were very important people, and we're going to look at
- 33:50Speaker 6: it over the next Thure's water hole.
- 33:52Speaker 7: But some foreign afer theery is in the United States
- 33:56Speaker 7: to open these people up.
- 33:57Speaker 6: Well, you know, if I dead open borders, it wasn't
- 34:00Speaker 6: very hard to get here. But we've gotten many of
- 34:02Speaker 6: them out. You know, we've bought many, many pateful, many
- 34:05Speaker 6: many very bad people, including thousands of murderers that we've
- 34:09Speaker 6: taken out of our country, thousands of drug lords that
- 34:12Speaker 6: we've taken out of our.
- 34:13Speaker 4: Country inside, thousands of drug lords, thousands of bad guys.
- 34:18Speaker 4: But yet some of our top people, many retired but
- 34:22Speaker 4: still living in the aerospace areas like New Mexico, in
- 34:28Speaker 4: a world of problems over here. I want you to
- 34:30Speaker 4: listen to this. This is some information from the Fox
- 34:34Speaker 4: News Channel from their website. Susan Wilkerson was gone for
- 34:38Speaker 4: just an hour when her husband, retired Air Force Major
- 34:42Speaker 4: General William Neil McCasland, who once oversaw some of the
- 34:48Speaker 4: military's most advanced and highly classified research programs. He reportedly
- 34:52Speaker 4: vanished from their home in Albuquerque. Mcaslin is sixty eight
- 34:56Speaker 4: years old. He left his cell phone behind, but his
- 34:59Speaker 4: wallet and thirty eight caliber revolver were missing, according to
- 35:02Speaker 4: the Bernallilo Police Department in New Mexico. Now, the general
- 35:09Speaker 4: was previously experiencing mental fog, according to his wife and investigators,
- 35:17Speaker 4: but authorities they're stressing that there was no indication he
- 35:20Speaker 4: was disoriented at the time of his disappearance. Arguably, he
- 35:24Speaker 4: would still be the most intelligent person in the room,
- 35:27Speaker 4: said the police Lieutenant Kyle Wood from the Albuquerque Police.
- 35:31Speaker 4: Mccaslyn's disappearance is one of ten recent cases involving scientists
- 35:36Speaker 4: that are tied to the United States military and government
- 35:38Speaker 4: research that has drawn attention, including at the White House,
- 35:42Speaker 4: where officials said they're looking into it. As you heard
- 35:45Speaker 4: President Trump say, he said, I hope it's random. And
- 35:48Speaker 4: he just left the meeting on this topic. So what
- 35:51Speaker 4: are they talking about. What's going on? Well, here's what
- 35:53Speaker 4: we know about the scientists who have disappeared or died
- 35:56Speaker 4: under a range of different circumstances over the last couple
- 36:01Speaker 4: of years, and in particular over the last couple of months.
- 36:05Speaker 4: General McCaslin disappeared February twenty seventh, and police have found
- 36:09Speaker 4: no trace of him since. His phone, his prescription glasses,
- 36:14Speaker 4: his wearable devices all that was still at home, but
- 36:17Speaker 4: his hiking boots, his wallet, and his thirty eight caliber
- 36:19Speaker 4: revolver were all reported missing. That's according to the police report.
- 36:24Speaker 4: McCaslin held several senior roles in space research and acquisition,
- 36:29Speaker 4: including leadership positions at the Air Force Research Laboratory and
- 36:33Speaker 4: the National Reconnaissance Office. According to the Air Force, he
- 36:37Speaker 4: held senior roles at the Pentagon and commanded the Phillips
- 36:41Speaker 4: Research side of the Air Force Research Lab at Kirkland
- 36:44Speaker 4: Air Force Base in New Mexico and the Air Force
- 36:47Speaker 4: Research Lab at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
- 36:51Speaker 4: And that's also according to the Air Force. Mccaslin's name
- 36:55Speaker 4: also surfaced in an unexpected place some years earlier. Listen
- 37:00Speaker 4: to this. That is where it gets interesting. The twenty
- 37:04Speaker 4: sixteen WikiLeaks release of emails from Hillary Clinton's campaign chair
- 37:09Speaker 4: John Podesta. In those messages, the musician and UFO enthusiast
- 37:16Speaker 4: Tom Delung had described working with General McCasland on discussions
- 37:21Speaker 4: related to unidentified aerial phenomena also known as UFOs. Right
- 37:27Speaker 4: they call him UAPs in the government world, noting that
- 37:31Speaker 4: the general had previously led the Air Force Research Lab
- 37:34Speaker 4: at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and this was a
- 37:38Speaker 4: facility that's been long tied to UFO innuendos since the
- 37:43Speaker 4: Roswell Cla crash back in nineteen forty seven. Now, his
- 37:48Speaker 4: wife took the Facebook and said, look, my husband, Neil
- 37:51Speaker 4: doesn't have any special knowledge about the et bodies and
- 37:54Speaker 4: the debris from the Roswell crash which is stored at
- 37:58Speaker 4: right Pratt Life is admitting that the stuff is there,
- 38:02Speaker 4: and this happened right after he disappeared two months ago.
- 38:08Speaker 4: The crash, which again occurred in nineteen forty seven, involved
- 38:12Speaker 4: debris and later was identified by the government as part
- 38:16Speaker 4: of a classified military balloon program, though it had been
- 38:20Speaker 4: the subject of lots of UFO conspiracy theories anyway. She
- 38:26Speaker 4: went on to say that it's unlikely that he would
- 38:30Speaker 4: have any information that you could extract from him. I mean,
- 38:34Speaker 4: I can't imagine my wife saying that a one because
- 38:36Speaker 4: I don't have a wife, and b instead of saying
- 38:39Speaker 4: give him back, I want him back or keep him,
- 38:41Speaker 4: She's like, he ain't worth nothing. He doesn't know anything
- 38:45Speaker 4: about those UFOs that are stored over here and over there.
- 38:48Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. I mean, I just find
- 38:49Speaker 4: it a little bit odd. But you know, who am I?
- 38:52Speaker 4: Who am I to call attention to any of this stuff? Anyway,
- 38:57Speaker 4: that's one person that There's another lady. He's sixty years old.
- 39:01Speaker 4: Her name Amonica Jacinto Reza. She disappeared last June. She
- 39:08Speaker 4: was out hiking with a friend and he says that
- 39:11Speaker 4: he was thirty feet ahead of her and just kept
- 39:15Speaker 4: looking back, getting a thumbs up from her, and then
- 39:17Speaker 4: all of a sudden she was gone. I gotta say,
- 39:20Speaker 4: chick goes hiking with a guy and then she goes missing.
- 39:23Speaker 4: Aren't we looking at the guy? But anyway, he called
- 39:28Speaker 4: the cops. He said, she's gone. They've been doing searches, nothing,
- 39:33Speaker 4: not a trace of her or her belongings. She was
- 39:37Speaker 4: an aerospace engineer. She was the co creator of Mondaloi,
- 39:42Speaker 4: which is a nickel based alloy capable of withstanding extreme
- 39:46Speaker 4: heat of rocket engines, and at the time of her disappearance.
- 39:50Speaker 4: She was the director of materials Processing for NASA something
- 39:54Speaker 4: called the JPL, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, so that's her
- 40:02Speaker 4: and her work was through the same organization as General mccaslan,
- 40:10Speaker 4: which was the Air Force Research Laboratory, so they were
- 40:15Speaker 4: overlapping corners of US defense research, though there apparently was
- 40:21Speaker 4: no direct relationship between them, at least thus far. Then
- 40:25Speaker 4: there's Stephen Garcia. Stephen disappeared last summer as well. He's
- 40:30Speaker 4: forty eight years old. I'm about to be forty eight
- 40:33Speaker 4: and less than a month. And Garcia was a government
- 40:37Speaker 4: contractor linked to the Kansas City National Security Campus, which
- 40:42Speaker 4: is a facility that's key in producing the vast majority
- 40:45Speaker 4: of non nuclear components used in US nuclear weapons and
- 40:49Speaker 4: our arsenal. His role reportedly gave him high level security
- 40:53Speaker 4: clearance and oversight for different sensitive assets. Authorities initially warned
- 40:59Speaker 4: Garcia may be a danger to himself, raising concerns about
- 41:04Speaker 4: his mental state, but an anonymous source familiar with the
- 41:07Speaker 4: case pushed back on that and said, no, no, no,
- 41:10Speaker 4: the assessment that you've read in the Daily Mail is inaccurate,
- 41:14Speaker 4: and they described him as a very stable person and
- 41:17Speaker 4: disputing any suggestions that he was suicidal or experiencing mental
- 41:21Speaker 4: health issues. Both Garcia and mchaslin lived in the same
- 41:25Speaker 4: area of New Mexico, which is a hub for US
- 41:28Speaker 4: nuclear and defense research. And then there's Karl Grillmeyer. He
- 41:35Speaker 4: was killed on February sixteenth of this year, again about
- 41:38Speaker 4: two months ago. Two months to the day. Grill Maare
- 41:42Speaker 4: sixty seven years old, a California Institute of Technology astrophysicists
- 41:46Speaker 4: known for his work on exoplanets and the discovery of
- 41:49Speaker 4: water on distant worlds. He was shot and killed outside
- 41:53Speaker 4: his home in California. Isn't that something? Cops just found
- 41:58Speaker 4: him on his front portrait, a gunshot wound. He was
- 42:01Speaker 4: pronounced dead at the scene. The police later arrested a
- 42:05Speaker 4: twenty nine year old suspect in connection with the killing,
- 42:08Speaker 4: charging him with murder as well as carjacking and burglary
- 42:11Speaker 4: and separate incidents. Police say that the suspect had previously
- 42:15Speaker 4: been reported for trespassing on grill Meyer's property in the
- 42:18Speaker 4: weeks leading up to the shooting, and again he spent
- 42:23Speaker 4: mister Grillmeyer the deceased grill Meyer, he says not. He
- 42:26Speaker 4: says he was involved in major NASA missions, including dark
- 42:34Speaker 4: matter and other galactic structures. How's that? Then we move
- 42:40Speaker 4: on Nuno Lourero. That sounds Portuguese or Brazilian Louay anyway.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Nuno Lurero was killed last December. He was a renowned
- 42:51Speaker 4: MIT physicist director of the university's Plasma Science Fusion Center.
- 42:56Speaker 4: He was shot at his home in Brookline, Massachusetts, and
- 42:59Speaker 4: died from his injuries the following day. His killing came
- 43:02Speaker 4: months within months of the disappearance of McCaslin and the
- 43:08Speaker 4: fatal shooting of Grillmer. Mister Lurero was a leading figure
- 43:13Speaker 4: infusion and energy research, and authorities are now saying that
- 43:18Speaker 4: his killing may be linked to a separate, connected mass
- 43:24Speaker 4: shooting at Brown University that happened days earlier, and that
- 43:29Speaker 4: suspect was also from Portugal. Died by suicide after those attacks.
- 43:36Speaker 4: Apparently they found no further connection after researching it. Then
- 43:41Speaker 4: we have Frank Mywald. He died a while back twenty
- 43:46Speaker 4: twenty four. He was a long time researcher at NASA.
- 43:50Speaker 4: I don't know if this one has any connection. It's
- 43:53Speaker 4: not like it's all in the same thing. But this
- 43:57Speaker 4: guy was focused on different chemical signatures, organic molecules, blah
- 44:03Speaker 4: blah blah blah blah. Then we have Melissa Casias. She
- 44:07Speaker 4: disappeared last June, fifty three years old. Last scene in
- 44:12Speaker 4: Taos County, New Mexico, walking alone on State Road five eighteen.
- 44:18Speaker 4: I don't know she normally walked alone on State Road
- 44:20Speaker 4: five eighteen, but I can tell you. I'm the father
- 44:23Speaker 4: of two daughters, twenty one and twenty five this year,
- 44:27Speaker 4: and I tell them both all the time, don't be alone.
- 44:31Speaker 4: Don't be alone. That's when stuff goes down. When her
- 44:35Speaker 4: family returned home, they found her car, her purse or keys,
- 44:38Speaker 4: and both her personal and work issued cell phones. Inside.
- 44:43Speaker 4: The phones had been factory reset, wiping recent data and communications.
- 44:50Speaker 4: Family members have strongly pushed back on the idea that
- 44:52Speaker 4: she left voluntarily. All of her friends keep telling us
- 44:56Speaker 4: this is unlike her. She wouldn't leave her daughter, her sister.
- 45:00Speaker 4: The family added that Casillas had been preparing to care
- 45:03Speaker 4: for their mother during an upcoming surgery, so again disappeared.
- 45:09Speaker 4: No confirmed trace of her since that afternoon. Next up.
- 45:14Speaker 4: Anthony Chaves reported missing last May. Chavez is seventy eight
- 45:20Speaker 4: years old. He's a retired lab employee at Los Alamos.
- 45:25Speaker 4: He's believed to have last been seen on May the fourth,
- 45:29Speaker 4: be with you of last year, and the authorities in
- 45:35Speaker 4: his family say that they found his wallet and his
- 45:38Speaker 4: keys and other personal items, but his car was locked
- 45:44Speaker 4: in the driveway. No signs of fourth century blah blah blah.
- 45:47Speaker 4: I mean, doesn't this sound the same aerospace person in
- 45:50Speaker 4: New Mexico area disappeared NASA Aerospace, NASA Aerospace. One more Nope, yeah,
- 46:00Speaker 4: more the last one. Jason Thomas, missing since December thirteenth
- 46:04Speaker 4: of last year, so just you know, about five six
- 46:07Speaker 4: months now, five months. He was found dead on March seventeenth,
- 46:14Speaker 4: forty five years old, Associate director of chemical biology at
- 46:17Speaker 4: a farmer company, nov Artist. He was reported missing in December,
- 46:24Speaker 4: also from Massachusetts. And although they have all these similarities,
- 46:30Speaker 4: nobody seems to know anything. So look, I'll put it
- 46:34Speaker 4: this way, and I'll say, I don't know what's going
- 46:36Speaker 4: on here. Maybe these people all witness the same thing,
- 46:38Speaker 4: Maybe they were all involved in the same thing. Maybe
- 46:40Speaker 4: they're involved in something similar that went south and somebody
- 46:43Speaker 4: didn't want people to know, so they send out their
- 46:46Speaker 4: hitman clean up A al twelve right, I'm saying it's
- 46:49Speaker 4: likely their bosses, deep state people, CEIA people, not not
- 46:54Speaker 4: foreign actors. This is my thinking. Why because I watched
- 46:59Speaker 4: too much TV perhaps, But bottom line here is things
- 47:03Speaker 4: like this have happened in the past. Right, it could
- 47:06Speaker 4: have been foreign people. But I'm thinking, would foreign people
- 47:10Speaker 4: kill all these old people that really weren't involved. Probably not.
- 47:13Speaker 4: Would they kidnap them and try to get information from them, Yes,
- 47:16Speaker 4: they likely would. But these assassinations where so and so
- 47:19Speaker 4: was found dead on his porch, they didn't want anything
- 47:22Speaker 4: but that guy to be dead to not say what
- 47:24Speaker 4: he knew. Likely, right. It wasn't like they were preparing
- 47:28Speaker 4: to go public with something like nobody's coming forward saying,
- 47:31Speaker 4: oh my god, he had a bombshell he was about
- 47:33Speaker 4: to tell me, but now he's gone. No, nothing like that.
- 47:36Speaker 4: In fact, it's the opposite. The wife is saying, he
- 47:38Speaker 4: doesn't know nothing about nothing. The whole thing is fishy,
- 47:41Speaker 4: the whole thing is odd, and I'm wondering, what are
- 47:44Speaker 4: your thoughts. I mean, obviously there is a deep state,
- 47:46Speaker 4: there is an administrative state. There are powers that be
- 47:50Speaker 4: within our government, within our system that are bad actors.
- 47:56Speaker 4: They want to do the wrong thing. So where does
- 47:59Speaker 4: that put us, how does it help us? And what's
- 48:02Speaker 4: the connection here? Well, thankfully and Trompito's and all this.
- 48:06Speaker 4: Magnus the forty fifth and forty seventh president of these
- 48:08Speaker 4: United States, he weighed in on this and he said, look,
- 48:11Speaker 4: I'm gonna get to the bottom of it. We're going
- 48:13Speaker 4: to find out what's going on. And that's exactly what
- 48:15Speaker 4: we need because without that level of inquiry, stuff like
- 48:19Speaker 4: this will keep happening and nobody will know anyway. You
- 48:22Speaker 4: know the deal. Don't move them uscle, keep it locked
- 48:24Speaker 4: right here. It's Valdez coming right back. Don't go anywhere.
- 48:27Speaker 1: This is America. This is America.
- 48:49Speaker 5: He's making podcasting great again. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 48:58Speaker 4: All right, le media, welcome back, Rich, bless keeping your
- 49:01Speaker 4: company tonight. We're about to wrap this thing up, and
- 49:05Speaker 4: I do want to encourage you to call in as
- 49:07Speaker 4: often as you can. We took a few calls last night.
- 49:10Speaker 4: I probably won't get to that tonight because I still
- 49:11Speaker 4: want to talk about Trump in Vegas and I still
- 49:15Speaker 4: also want to get into the mayor of New York City,
- 49:20Speaker 4: mom Donnie, but Aunt Clarence Thomas. If let's see if
- 49:23Speaker 4: I could do all of that, but let's start with Mumdani.
- 49:27Speaker 4: Because Mamdani says that socialism is wonderful and in fact,
- 49:33Speaker 4: it could spread all across America if we just gave
- 49:36Speaker 4: it a chance. The problem is that we're not doing
- 49:39Speaker 4: the right thing right, We're not giving it the fair
- 49:42Speaker 4: chance that we should. This is zoron Mumdani. He was
- 49:47Speaker 4: on CBS Mornings today and this is what he had
- 49:52Speaker 4: to say. Listen to this, Go right ahead, check this out.
- 49:56Speaker 10: According to Gallop, many older and rural voters still have
- 49:59Speaker 10: issues with the term with the label socialist.
- 50:01Speaker 2: You know, what I find is that New Yorkers asked
- 50:03Speaker 2: me less about how I describe my politics and more
- 50:06Speaker 2: about whether my politics includes them. And I think what
- 50:09Speaker 2: we can see is that a democratic socialtics is one
- 50:12Speaker 2: that should be judged on its delivery, like any ideology,
- 50:15Speaker 2: And what we're showing in this city is we can
- 50:18Speaker 2: pursue the big things like universal childcare and do the
- 50:21Speaker 2: pothole politics at the same time that we're showing and
- 50:23Speaker 2: not just filling in the potholes, changing the catch basins,
- 50:26Speaker 2: but also repaving over one thousand miles of roadway.
- 50:28Speaker 10: But mister mayor, Presidential and statewide elections are often decided
- 50:32Speaker 10: in battleground regions that do not look like New York City.
- 50:35Speaker 5: Yeah, I'll be honest with you.
- 50:36Speaker 2: Before I was the mayor, I was an assembly member
- 50:38Speaker 2: of a story in Long Island City. At that time,
- 50:40Speaker 2: I was told that you could only be a democratic
- 50:43Speaker 2: socialist in Northwest Queens. Then I became the mayor. Now
- 50:45Speaker 2: the next question is the state, Then it'll be the
- 50:47Speaker 2: next question will be the country. I think that this
- 50:49Speaker 2: is a politics that can flourish anywhere because, frankly, there
- 50:52Speaker 2: is only one majority in this country. That's the working class,
- 50:55Speaker 2: and it's time we have a politics that puts them
- 50:57Speaker 2: at the heart of what it is that we're pursuing,
- 50:59Speaker 2: and not as part.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Of the appendix.
- 51:01Speaker 4: My goodness, this guy is so horrible, right, he sounds inspiring,
- 51:07Speaker 4: He sounds like he's done the thinking for you, so
- 51:11Speaker 4: just be lazy and go with him. I could see
- 51:13Speaker 4: people clapping and eating it up, saying that's right, that's right.
- 51:17Speaker 4: Was fighting for the middle class, not even knowing what
- 51:19Speaker 4: it's talking about. He's screwing the middle class. Right, Cue
- 51:23Speaker 4: up the music for Mayor Mamdani, because he has earned
- 51:26Speaker 4: the of the Program award and it's about time that
- 51:31Speaker 4: we bestow that upon him. Go right ahead, Zoron Mamdani
- 51:35Speaker 4: bend of the program this evening. That's it, and uh
- 51:46Speaker 4: we give him that with with pleasure. Right, with pleasure,
- 51:51Speaker 4: we award him of the Program award. And I say
- 51:56Speaker 4: that with all due respect. Right because he is a
- 52:00Speaker 4: very skilled politician. Right. His retorts are sharp, his delivery
- 52:06Speaker 4: is smooth, He is charming, he is persuasive, and he
- 52:11Speaker 4: does fool most people with his hand on his heart.
- 52:15Speaker 4: And that huge grin in your face works for Joe Biden,
- 52:18Speaker 4: it works for a lot of people. People like a
- 52:21Speaker 4: winsome smile. They do. I get it. This is probably
- 52:25Speaker 4: why I don't like the guy. And again not personal,
- 52:28Speaker 4: I probably do like the guy, you know, I'm pretty
- 52:29Speaker 4: suref we hung out, we probably have a good time
- 52:32Speaker 4: until we got to politics. The issue here is he's
- 52:37Speaker 4: just got a warped way of looking at life, and
- 52:40Speaker 4: socialism hasn't worked anywhere. This idea of a democratic socialism
- 52:44Speaker 4: is just spending the money that you've never earned, increasing
- 52:49Speaker 4: taxes on everybody around you. You chase away the rich
- 52:51Speaker 4: and then ultimately you're just stealing from your neighbor. And
- 52:57Speaker 4: we see that. You see that in so many instances.
- 53:00Speaker 4: That's just how it goes. So I think it's just
- 53:03Speaker 4: a matter of time. But again, he thinks this can
- 53:06Speaker 4: flourish nationwide. I'm not going to be the one to
- 53:09Speaker 4: break it to him unless he wants me to be.
- 53:12Speaker 4: But somebody who is doing the right thing when it
- 53:14Speaker 4: comes to economics, when it comes to financial sense. Ed
- 53:18Speaker 4: Trumpito al Trumpito taking to where do you go Today?
- 53:23Speaker 4: He went to Vegas to celebrate his no tax on
- 53:26Speaker 4: Tips to announce to everyone that he is back right,
- 53:35Speaker 4: that his program was successful, No tax on tips, no
- 53:39Speaker 4: tax on overtime. I have a clip of this from
- 53:42Speaker 4: the Fox News channel. I hope it's not too long.
- 53:46Speaker 4: Let's let her rip, Gordead.
- 53:48Speaker 11: Is April fifteenth, tax Day here in the US, as
- 53:51Speaker 11: the White House says, many Americans can expect a larger return.
- 53:55Speaker 3: White House as American.
- 53:56Speaker 4: Nope, that's not it. I want the one of President
- 53:59Speaker 4: Trump in in Las Vegas delivering his address about how
- 54:03Speaker 4: great this program. There we go go right ahead.
- 54:08Speaker 11: Las Vegas is the home of the largest concentration of
- 54:11Speaker 11: tipped workers anywhere in the country, anywhere in the world actually,
- 54:16Speaker 11: and thanks to our tax cuts. This week, thousands of
- 54:19Speaker 11: Nevada waiters, waitresses, casino dealers, bartenders, bellman barbers, caddies.
- 54:25Speaker 4: So I love those caddies.
- 54:26Speaker 6: They're very good if you have the right kid and
- 54:29Speaker 6: valets received the biggest tax refunds of their entire lives.
- 54:33Speaker 11: And you see it, and I just want to say,
- 54:36Speaker 11: you're welcome.
- 54:37Speaker 4: You're welcome, You're welcome. Thank you, mister President, thank you
- 54:43Speaker 4: very much. And listen these tax refunds. They're swelling right this.
- 54:48Speaker 4: According to the New York Post. Now Trump's worker friendly
- 54:51Speaker 4: deductions in the Big Beautiful Bill. He knows exactly what
- 54:54Speaker 4: he's doing. It's one big beautiful refund and lots of
- 54:59Speaker 4: American are benefiting from this tax season. More than fifty
- 55:02Speaker 4: three million taxpayers cashed in on taking advantage of the
- 55:05Speaker 4: new deductions that were included in the One Big Beautiful Act,
- 55:10Speaker 4: which is the One Big Beautiful Bill which was signed
- 55:12Speaker 4: into law, including tax free tips and over time. These
- 55:16Speaker 4: are tax breaks that people can now take advantage of,
- 55:20Speaker 4: cheaper car loan interest and write offs for senior citizens.
- 55:25Speaker 4: All good things, right, the tax breaks translated into a
- 55:28Speaker 4: surgeon refunds as filers in twenty twenty six took home
- 55:31Speaker 4: on average three four hundred and sixty two dollars, eleven
- 55:34Speaker 4: point one percent more than last year, according to IRS data.
- 55:38Speaker 4: And the numbers are even more impressive when you compare
- 55:41Speaker 4: them to the refunds under the Biden administration, which are
- 55:44Speaker 4: up twenty four percent against a four year average before
- 55:47Speaker 4: Trump took office, according to the Treasury Department. So again
- 55:52Speaker 4: that's just you know, from through tax Day rights. That's good,
- 55:58Speaker 4: good numbers. I think they're only going to go up
- 56:00Speaker 4: from there. Some of the biggest winners this year were
- 56:03Speaker 4: service industry workers who reap the benefits of Trump's no
- 56:07Speaker 4: tax on tips policy. And you heard him talking in Vegas.
- 56:13Speaker 4: One of the people that was commenting on that was
- 56:17Speaker 4: somebody named Ingrid Mahea, and she said, I was very
- 56:19Speaker 4: happy because I didn't think I was going to get
- 56:22Speaker 4: any money back. She's fifty three years old. She's a
- 56:25Speaker 4: waitress at the Embassy Diner in New York City, and
- 56:30Speaker 4: good for her. I'm glad she was able to get
- 56:31Speaker 4: some money back. Mahia said she got back four thousand
- 56:35Speaker 4: dollars from her refund, which is usually just about a
- 56:37Speaker 4: thousand bucks. Now I can work more and knowing that
- 56:43Speaker 4: I can get so much money back. She also says
- 56:46Speaker 4: that fellow servers friends of hers, also cashed in on
- 56:51Speaker 4: these tax breaks from Uncle Sam. One of them told
- 56:54Speaker 4: The New York Post that she got a whopping seven
- 56:57Speaker 4: thousand dollars refund and plans to use most of it
- 56:59Speaker 4: to cover her nine year old summer camp and paying
- 57:02Speaker 4: for upfront as in the past she was stuck owing
- 57:05Speaker 4: money and paying in back installments. Good for her. Another
- 57:10Speaker 4: friend said they're getting money back for the first time
- 57:14Speaker 4: in years. Just really cool to see. Another one said,
- 57:18Speaker 4: seven thousand dollars refund going to her son's business. She's
- 57:22Speaker 4: investing in her son's business. Isn't that the American dream
- 57:25Speaker 4: in action? Isn't that how it works? You know? I
- 57:28Speaker 4: say this as somebody who was once a worker that
- 57:31Speaker 4: received tips. Right, I was a business owner, but I
- 57:33Speaker 4: was a barber and I got tips. And I didn't
- 57:35Speaker 4: rely solely on tips, but it was a significant portion
- 57:39Speaker 4: of what I earned. And let me tell you, I
- 57:42Speaker 4: love a good tip. I love to give a good tip.
- 57:44Speaker 4: I love to get a good tip. It's nice to
- 57:47Speaker 4: provide good service. It's nice to go above and beyond
- 57:51Speaker 4: to help people, to make them feel really welcome, really comfortable.
- 57:54Speaker 4: I think that's important, especially in a barbershop environment, and
- 57:59Speaker 4: why not, and especially if people are willing to pay.
- 58:01Speaker 4: I don't even have hair, As you guys know, I
- 58:03Speaker 4: have the best head of hair in late night radio
- 58:06Speaker 4: and guess what the best head of hair in podcasting
- 58:09Speaker 4: as well. I go to the barber, I tip real good,
- 58:12Speaker 4: just to get my beer done, a little hot towel shave.
- 58:14Speaker 4: Why because I enjoy the experience. You know, when somebody
- 58:17Speaker 4: knows what they're doing and they do it well. Shout
- 58:19Speaker 4: out to my barber, Caz Paris. Anyway, more people here
- 58:23Speaker 4: are getting money two thousand dollars back, seven thousand dollars back.
- 58:26Speaker 4: People are getting money back in record number. Good for them.
- 58:30Speaker 4: Some people said they owed in the past. You've got
- 58:32Speaker 4: folks at this diner holding up the money they got back.
- 58:34Speaker 4: It's definitely working and it's working well. These tax breaks
- 58:40Speaker 4: affect nearly seventy jobs and professions in our country, and
- 58:43Speaker 4: obviously the directly were the people working in the food
- 58:46Speaker 4: and beverage sector, which is great and certain service workers
- 58:51Speaker 4: were able to deduct up to twelve thousand, five hundred
- 58:54Speaker 4: of their tips. Hourly workers were offered the same twelve thousand,
- 58:58Speaker 4: five hundred of overtime. That's awesome. God bless America. What
- 59:03Speaker 4: are the nay sayers going to say? Right? I mean,
- 59:05Speaker 4: I know they're out there and they're out there saying, Oh,
- 59:07Speaker 4: this is terrible. Oh I can't believe it all. I
- 59:09Speaker 4: don't like this. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
- 59:11Speaker 4: blah blah. But truth be told, people are getting that
- 59:13Speaker 4: money back, and that means people are going to start
- 59:15Speaker 4: spending it, and we're going to start seeing increases in things.
- 59:18Speaker 4: And I know that home sales have slowed down a
- 59:21Speaker 4: little bit, but that doesn't have to remain that way, right.
- 59:25Speaker 4: We can definitely get that back in gear. And I
- 59:26Speaker 4: think that's one of the best economic indicators of our
- 59:29Speaker 4: economy and really of the American dream. People start buying
- 59:31Speaker 4: houses again. You know, everything is a wrap. Everybody's making money,
- 59:35Speaker 4: everybody's happy, you know, building on their assets, passing them
- 59:39Speaker 4: along generational wealth. That's the American dream anyway. Clarence Thomas
- 59:44Speaker 4: Wading on Saving America and the future of America, and
- 59:47Speaker 4: he said some really deep things, and it's it's so deep.
- 59:50Speaker 4: I'm going to save it from Magnetta because I don't
- 59:53Speaker 4: want to gloss over it and I want to spend
- 59:55Speaker 4: my time on it. So I'm going to bid you
- 59:58Speaker 4: a do right here and say you got to stand
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: for something. Is if you stand for nothing, you'll fall
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: for anything. And the only thing necessary for evil to
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: triumph is for good people like you to sit there
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: and do nothing. So rise up, stand up. It's time
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: for you to do the right thing, to be an
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: informed patriot. Astella rosimo, take care, good night, and God
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: bless you America. I'm rich Valdez, and this is America.
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: This is America.
