Connor MacIvor gives a quick seven day snapshot of the Santa Clarita real estate market as of May 1, 2024. There are 370 active residential units for sale, covering condominiums, townhomes and single family homes. Over the last seven days, 15 listings came on as coming soon and 87 new listings arrived. There were 63 price changes, mostly reductions, which can signal overpriced sellers. 35 went under contract, 51 sold, 7 expired and 3 were withdrawn. He stresses pricing correctly right out of the gate.
