- 0:11Speaker 1: Is the good report.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Tonight. They knew all those politicians and union bureaucrats and
- 0:23Speaker 2: nursing union bosses' health gurus, they knew. They're saying the
- 0:30Speaker 2: shop the shop by two nurses boasting that they'd killed
- 0:33Speaker 2: Jewish patients. But coming up tonight the warnings they ignored
- 0:37Speaker 2: and the woman who warned them they had a problem
- 0:39Speaker 2: with militant pro Palestinian nurses. Plus the censorship scandal our
- 0:45Speaker 2: e Safety commissioner caught out trying to ban social media
- 0:48Speaker 2: posts that are actually lawful, and plenty more tonight. But
- 0:52Speaker 2: first let's get straight into the breaking news this afternoon.
- 0:56Speaker 2: The Chinese dictatorship. You know, they fled a prime in
- 0:59Speaker 2: the stand, Thony the Albanizi and his visit over there
- 1:02Speaker 2: is handsome boy, but they today remained him. For all
- 1:07Speaker 2: its praise was crawling to them. That means nothing. All
- 1:13Speaker 2: this talk of a new relationship is trash. For the
- 1:16Speaker 2: second time in a year, a Chinese fighter jet has
- 1:19Speaker 2: dropped flares right in front of Australian aircraft in international
- 1:23Speaker 2: waters over the South China Sea. This happened on Tuesday
- 1:27Speaker 2: and in the same way. Here's the defense minster Richard Miles.
- 1:31Speaker 3: On Tuesday at about one o'clock Australian time, an Australian
- 1:35Speaker 3: P eight that was flying in international airspace in the
- 1:38Speaker 3: South China Sea was challenged by a couple of Jay
- 1:42Speaker 3: sixteen Chinese Air Force planes, their fourth generation fast jets.
- 1:48Speaker 3: There were a number of interactions between them and the
- 1:53Speaker 3: P eight, but one of those interactions involved the release
- 1:57Speaker 3: of flares at a very close distance to the P eight,
- 2:02Speaker 3: such that the flares passed within about thirty meters of
- 2:06Speaker 3: the P eight. But had any of those flares hit
- 2:08Speaker 3: the P eight, that would have definitely had the potential
- 2:12Speaker 3: for a SMIT and damage to that aircraft.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Now, this is after China did the same thing last
- 2:19Speaker 2: year to an Australian helicopter in the same area, could
- 2:21Speaker 2: have brought it down. Now the government says it is
- 2:24Speaker 2: now complaining to China, to the ambassador here, to the
- 2:27Speaker 2: regime in Beijing, but it also complained last year, and
- 2:30Speaker 2: you can see that means absolutely nothing. China, you see,
- 2:34Speaker 2: is trying to steal the South China Sea, an important
- 2:37Speaker 2: shipping route for us. It's warning us to get out.
- 2:41Speaker 2: You know, one day we won't be able to resist.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Not a distrait and I think it is time our
- 2:47Speaker 2: government got really really serious about this looming threat and
- 2:51Speaker 2: prepared the country for it. Now word of caution, I
- 2:59Speaker 2: am going to show you confronting videos of some of
- 3:02Speaker 2: them mayhem only some of it in Melbourne in just
- 3:05Speaker 2: the past week alone. It is frightening and it's a
- 3:09Speaker 2: massive threat now to Albanizi, Anthony Albanesi, the Prime Minister.
- 3:14Speaker 2: A crime I know has usually been the state issue,
- 3:16Speaker 2: not federal at all, but this propalacy in extremism would
- 3:20Speaker 2: now go sort of muddy in the waters. I mean
- 3:21Speaker 2: like these two New South Wales nurses boasting that killed
- 3:25Speaker 2: Jewish patients. This is making crime now an issue for
- 3:29Speaker 2: the Albanzi government as well, especially for questions like this
- 3:31Speaker 2: today to the Prime Minister.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Just with antisemitism getting worse not better, what has our
- 3:37Speaker 4: country become under your government?
- 3:41Speaker 2: Now that hits home because I think really there's this
- 3:43Speaker 2: sense now don't you think that you know we're none
- 3:47Speaker 2: of us now safe And I don't just mean Jews,
- 3:50Speaker 2: I mean none of us not safe even in our
- 3:53Speaker 2: own homes or now hospitals in this sense that things
- 3:57Speaker 2: are crumbling, especially in our see such feral youths and
- 4:02Speaker 2: government's week and courts weak and police almost helpless. So no,
- 4:08Speaker 2: no longer just a state issue because look at this
- 4:10Speaker 2: week's sec Newgate Mood of the Nation survey asking voters
- 4:13Speaker 2: what the top concerns are going into the federal election.
- 4:16Speaker 2: That's a black line above compared to the red line underneath.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Now obviously concerned about the cost of living at the
- 4:23Speaker 2: top has exploded. But look at what's now the third
- 4:26Speaker 2: issue there, that's crime. Crime concern has also doubled during
- 4:32Speaker 2: the period of the Abanza government, you know, and it's
- 4:35Speaker 2: even more concerning than Labour's climate change hobby horse crime
- 4:41Speaker 2: fear for our safety and wanting perhaps someone strong in
- 4:45Speaker 2: charge again, and that feeling could cost Anthony Abaneze to
- 4:49Speaker 2: the election Victorian particular. I know, Victoria is usually a
- 4:53Speaker 2: lock for labor. We look, you know, Queensland or West Australia,
- 4:57Speaker 2: WA or whatever. It's mostly state. But suddenly a lot
- 5:02Speaker 2: of federal seats in Victoria looked like the coal as
- 5:05Speaker 2: you could actually win them. And part of that is
- 5:09Speaker 2: because the state labor government obviously is a clown show.
- 5:12Speaker 2: The Avenuezy government of course has a bit on the
- 5:14Speaker 2: nose too. But now crime could just push enough Victorians
- 5:20Speaker 2: scare them into switching their vote to Peter Dutt instead,
- 5:22Speaker 2: the former policeman. So let me now show you those
- 5:26Speaker 2: confronting videos, videos of what many many Victorians watched on
- 5:32Speaker 2: their TV news this past week, of what's going on
- 5:35Speaker 2: in their crippled state. And as you watched, you ask
- 5:39Speaker 2: yourself what has Australia become? Because crime is also, as
- 5:45Speaker 2: you know, a huge problem in Queensland, in New South
- 5:47Speaker 2: Wales and Northern Territory South a stricta just about everywhere
- 5:51Speaker 2: Victoria today. A week ago, just going back one week
- 5:55Speaker 2: last Thursday, Victorians were told of this attack at a
- 5:57Speaker 2: shopping center actually not far from where I live.
- 6:01Speaker 5: Pre teenage boys are tonight accused of terrorizing customers with
- 6:05Speaker 5: fake guns at a shopping center on the Mornington Peninsula.
- 6:08Speaker 6: I just went into protection mode and wanted to protect
- 6:12Speaker 6: my daughter.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Also that night, they were told of an attack on
- 6:16Speaker 2: a man simply walking home from work.
- 6:20Speaker 6: Running for his life, A thirty two year old man
- 6:22Speaker 6: is chased by a knife wielding thug. The victim was
- 6:26Speaker 6: stabbed multiple times, left with a fractured skull, appears to
- 6:30Speaker 6: liver and internal bleeding.
- 6:33Speaker 2: If that wasn't enough for just one night this is
- 6:36Speaker 2: last Thursday, there were reports of police also chasing a
- 6:39Speaker 2: couple of stolen cars filled with kids, one with sevent
- 6:42Speaker 2: teenagers in it, one of them just fifteen. Five of
- 6:46Speaker 2: those teenagers were out on bail for other alleged defenses.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Five the next day, Friday, this report of a woman
- 6:56Speaker 2: bashed by more teenagers stealing alcohol in Heelsville the month before.
- 7:02Speaker 6: Slapped, punched, and repeatedly kicked. Hannah andren Is viciously attacked
- 7:07Speaker 6: while simply trying to stomp a group of teenage thieves.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Then go on. Three days ago, this is Monday, victorians
- 7:18Speaker 2: were told of at least five more home invasions, including
- 7:22Speaker 2: this one.
- 7:23Speaker 7: Two people broke into a home and confronted a mother
- 7:26Speaker 7: who was sleeping with her six year old son. They
- 7:29Speaker 7: demanded her car keys, they ransacked her home, and then
- 7:32Speaker 7: they stole the family's maserati.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Another one of those home invasions, men of African appearance
- 7:39Speaker 2: terrorized to other women with knives they thought they'd be raped.
- 7:43Speaker 2: And there was also this. The thieves, this time challenged
- 7:47Speaker 2: by a man inside the house they were invading, so.
- 7:50Speaker 7: He got to his driveway they made a second attempt
- 7:53Speaker 7: to get into the house. They sprinted towards his front door,
- 7:56Speaker 7: and once again he stopped them.
- 7:57Speaker 8: Take a lesson.
- 8:08Speaker 2: It just goes on, this tide of crime, of home
- 8:11Speaker 2: invasions of young teenagers with no morals. They do have weapons,
- 8:16Speaker 2: no fear of a legal system that just lets them
- 8:19Speaker 2: out again and again and again. And on that note,
- 8:23Speaker 2: Q this report the following day. This is Tuesday, only
- 8:26Speaker 2: two days ago.
- 8:28Speaker 9: He is just fifteen years old, but he has been
- 8:31Speaker 9: out on bail more than fifty times. He was arrested
- 8:34Speaker 9: at his home overnight and charged with four counts of
- 8:36Speaker 9: aggravated burglary and seven accounts of stealing a motor vehicle
- 8:40Speaker 9: following two incidents in Beau Morris and Corefield South on
- 8:44Speaker 9: Friday morning. Today he was reminded for now, but police
- 8:47Speaker 9: sources tell me they are sick of the lenient sentences.
- 8:50Speaker 9: Just last night, five teenagers were arrested following a crimes
- 8:53Speaker 9: free in the Eastern suburbs. Three are already out on bail,
- 8:58Speaker 9: including a thirteen year old.
- 9:02Speaker 2: It's just amazing you think of all the traumadosed victims,
- 9:07Speaker 2: this poor woman and just another report also just last Tuesday.
- 9:11Speaker 6: Forced into a supply cupboard, a twenty one year old
- 9:14Speaker 6: woman is confronted by a gang of youths just her
- 9:18Speaker 6: second week on the job. She's too frightened to move
- 9:21Speaker 6: as she watches the group load up a bin with cigarettes.
- 9:26Speaker 2: I could have shown you more, but repetition, mate, dull it.
- 9:30Speaker 2: I mean, it's just incredible. But you haven't think you
- 9:35Speaker 2: think about what this tells you about Australia today, how
- 9:39Speaker 2: it has changed so terribly. I mean, anyone my age,
- 9:44Speaker 2: probably even half my age, will tell you this sort
- 9:47Speaker 2: of stuff is new. Hordes of children committing violent mayhem
- 9:53Speaker 2: with a total lack of fear of police and judges,
- 9:57Speaker 2: all these home invasions, the violence, and now coming on
- 10:02Speaker 2: top of this, we've got nurses, both of them that
- 10:05Speaker 2: had killed Jewish patients, pro palace in the extremists marching
- 10:10Speaker 2: openly in our streets, waving terrorist flags, hate preachers openly
- 10:17Speaker 2: ranting against Jews, and in Canberra the Prime Minister helpless
- 10:24Speaker 2: washing his hands. You watch, crime is now an issue
- 10:30Speaker 2: like never before. And it's not just now because we're
- 10:33Speaker 2: scared for our own safety, we're also scared for our civilization,
- 10:39Speaker 2: for Australia. Honestly, what is it with this country? You know,
- 10:48Speaker 2: today was the last day of parliament, almost certainly before
- 10:53Speaker 2: the election, which I think will be in April. Maybe
- 10:57Speaker 2: they're surprises and you know, so it's ended a bit
- 11:00Speaker 2: of chaos. The government push you through legislation to the
- 11:03Speaker 2: crime the nurses, etc. That is just front of mind
- 11:06Speaker 2: for a lot of people joining me now is for
- 11:08Speaker 2: me definitely, Prome Minister Barnaby Joyce, Barnaby Joyce, thank you
- 11:12Speaker 2: so much for your time. These two nurses, one of
- 11:15Speaker 2: them a refugee from Afghanistan, saying that kill Jewish patients.
- 11:20Speaker 2: They're now apologizing, but not one of the main Muslim
- 11:24Speaker 2: organizations that i've seen has condemned them. What does this
- 11:28Speaker 2: tell you about Australia's policy of multiculturalism. Isn't it time
- 11:33Speaker 2: we replace that tribalism with a policy again of integration
- 11:37Speaker 2: even assimilation.
- 11:41Speaker 10: Well I can see why this would terrify people. The
- 11:43Speaker 10: thought that if.
- 11:45Speaker 11: You were taken to a hospital and they look up
- 11:47Speaker 11: the card and say hang on.
- 11:49Speaker 10: This person's Jewish.
- 11:51Speaker 11: After they've watched that, I think you might actually think
- 11:54Speaker 11: about killing us. And even if you said it as
- 11:58Speaker 11: a joke. It's like screen I mean fire and a
- 12:00Speaker 11: movie similar. It's not a joke, and it wasn't a
- 12:04Speaker 11: It wasn't a joke. It's a vile, vile thing to do.
- 12:08Speaker 11: I now acknowledge that these people have said that they
- 12:11Speaker 11: understand their mistake, and I must admit I feel a
- 12:14Speaker 11: little bit of sympathy for their family who didn't buy
- 12:17Speaker 11: into this at all but now having to deal with
- 12:19Speaker 11: it on their front lawn. But yes, integration, and sometimes
- 12:25Speaker 11: you see Andrew great sections of integration.
- 12:28Speaker 10: The other day I was watching this.
- 12:29Speaker 11: It was it was just on the internet, comedy piece
- 12:32Speaker 11: between two obviously Islamic Australians and three Italians and they
- 12:38Speaker 11: were both hanging rubbish on each other. But it was
- 12:41Speaker 11: done in a funny way and he left. You finished
- 12:44Speaker 11: watching it with a sort of a sense of yeah,
- 12:46Speaker 11: that's your galitaire in Australia.
- 12:48Speaker 10: That's taking the mickey out of someone. And it made
- 12:50Speaker 10: me feel good.
- 12:51Speaker 11: But then I watched these two people and it makes
- 12:53Speaker 11: me feel really really bad.
- 12:56Speaker 2: You know.
- 12:57Speaker 11: The galitaar in nature of Australia means you don't threaten
- 13:00Speaker 11: someone else's life on the premise of the religion you're
- 13:02Speaker 11: allowed to. You can't be so soft shell that you
- 13:04Speaker 11: can't have a joke. But it's got to be a joke, Barnaby.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I think you're trying to evade the question. It's not
- 13:10Speaker 2: in the government's interest to foster what divides us naturally,
- 13:16Speaker 2: it is in the interest to stress what binds us.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Should it we now go junk multiculturalism and go for integration.
- 13:27Speaker 11: Well, I must say I believe in multi ethnicity, But
- 13:29Speaker 11: multiculturalism if it's the odds with the Australian overarching Australian
- 13:34Speaker 11: culture of a galitarianism, giving someone a free break, freedom
- 13:37Speaker 11: or religion, freedom of speech, not threatening other people on
- 13:41Speaker 11: the premise of their beliefs are different to yours, or
- 13:43Speaker 11: having a belief structure that you think allows you to
- 13:45Speaker 11: threaten other people because their beliefs are other than yours. Well,
- 13:48Speaker 11: if that's multiculturalism, well I don't believe in it. I
- 13:52Speaker 11: believe that they are nuances that are part of your
- 13:55Speaker 11: familiar traditions, are based on your religion. That's multi ethnicity,
- 13:59Speaker 11: and I've got no problems with that. But I can't
- 14:01Speaker 11: say that my culture. You know, if I'm an inca
- 14:04Speaker 11: culture and I say, oh, I'm allowed to cut other
- 14:06Speaker 11: people's heads off and roll them down the side of
- 14:08Speaker 11: the temple because that's my culture.
- 14:10Speaker 10: Well, then my culture is an abhorrence.
- 14:12Speaker 11: If my culture is Nazism and I say that your
- 14:16Speaker 11: in contermination of another.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Race, that's the problem.
- 14:18Speaker 11: Yeah, well yeah, I mean to see, this is the thing,
- 14:21Speaker 11: you know, just thinking on multiculturalism is.
- 14:24Speaker 10: Some license to do whatever you like is very very,
- 14:27Speaker 10: very dangerously.
- 14:28Speaker 11: I agreed with you. You thought i'd avoid it. I agree
- 14:30Speaker 11: with you on that one. But you know that doesn't
- 14:32Speaker 11: mean that. You know, you can't be Catholic, you can't
- 14:34Speaker 11: be Protestant, you can't be Islamic. You can, but I
- 14:37Speaker 11: can't be a Catholic and say now, because I'm Catholic,
- 14:39Speaker 11: I'm allowed to do whatever I like to the Protestants,
- 14:41Speaker 11: because that's that's wrong.
- 14:46Speaker 10: Don't need to be in jail.
- 14:48Speaker 2: I think a lot of the stranger are thinking that
- 14:49Speaker 2: even if you import nineteen five percent of the people
- 14:52Speaker 2: you know from a cohort, you import people ninety five
- 14:54Speaker 2: percent of wonderful people, that doesn't make up for the
- 14:57Speaker 2: fact that five percent could cause you were hell of
- 14:59Speaker 2: a lot of tr including trouble for the other ninety
- 15:01Speaker 2: five percent, and that is the issue we are facing
- 15:04Speaker 2: now immigration for instance, do you think we should now
- 15:09Speaker 2: ban or heavily restrict immigration and refugee intakes from countries
- 15:14Speaker 2: where you hatred is actually quite cultural or common.
- 15:20Speaker 11: I think you have to be very alive to that.
- 15:23Speaker 11: I in my Australia Day speeches, I say, you know,
- 15:27Speaker 11: this is a wonderful, blessing and incredible gift to come
- 15:29Speaker 11: to Australia, but it comes with a contract that you
- 15:33Speaker 11: are representative of the of where you come from, and
- 15:39Speaker 11: you're supposed to work hard, pay taxes and not be
- 15:41Speaker 11: seen on the crime pages. And that's as blunt as that,
- 15:45Speaker 11: and no one has takes an affront by that.
- 15:48Speaker 10: I think that's logical.
- 15:50Speaker 11: So I think there is a contract on people who
- 15:52Speaker 11: come to Australia in a form that their behavior is
- 15:55Speaker 11: a recommendation or otherwise of where they come from.
- 15:59Speaker 10: And if it's if.
- 16:01Speaker 11: There's an inordinary amount of people cause large problems to
- 16:05Speaker 11: our nation, then you've got to say, well, that's that
- 16:08Speaker 11: idea is not working.
- 16:09Speaker 2: This is something most Australians instinctively feel. Bataby. I mean
- 16:12Speaker 2: the idea, for instance, that Prime Minister should give three
- 16:15Speaker 2: thousand tourism visas to Palestinians from a terrorists run enclave
- 16:19Speaker 2: like Gaza where they shoot Jews. Not a single Jew
- 16:22Speaker 2: dares live there. That's how dangerous it is. They know
- 16:26Speaker 2: it's nuts, and yet our political elite either don't know
- 16:30Speaker 2: it's nuts. They give three thousand tourism visas without proper checking,
- 16:34Speaker 2: and half the other people don't dare say boo to
- 16:37Speaker 2: something that's plainly stupid, and most Australians know it now. Bunaby,
- 16:41Speaker 2: I do read this astonishing story in the newspapers, and
- 16:45Speaker 2: I quote the Nationals plan to hide former party leader
- 16:49Speaker 2: Barnaby Joyce, who's right here in front of everyone during
- 16:53Speaker 2: the election campaign, with the new rule effectively barring him
- 16:56Speaker 2: from conducting political trips outside his electorate. Why is this so?
- 17:00Speaker 12: Who?
- 17:01Speaker 2: If you offended? Is it David little Proud, your leader?
- 17:05Speaker 11: I look, I, as I've said numerous times, I didn't
- 17:09Speaker 11: plant that story.
- 17:10Speaker 10: Why would I Obviously I became aware of it.
- 17:13Speaker 11: Nor are any of the quotes that are either on
- 17:15Speaker 11: the record off the record obviously from anything to do
- 17:17Speaker 11: with me. So you know, I don't know another one
- 17:21Speaker 11: that I was going to retire through this week I
- 17:24Speaker 11: apparently began to retire every question time just in a nappanship.
- 17:28Speaker 11: A Price is apparently taking the seat of New England.
- 17:30Speaker 11: I don't know what's going on here, but I reckon there's.
- 17:33Speaker 10: Wild pills being sold.
- 17:35Speaker 11: And even when people say, you know, you'll have to
- 17:39Speaker 11: stay in your electorate, it's like saying that's that's what
- 17:43Speaker 11: I actually like doing, is staying.
- 17:44Speaker 10: In my electric.
- 17:45Speaker 11: I love the people these as that happened. As it
- 17:49Speaker 11: as it happens. Everyone's reading me saying, oh no, you've
- 17:52Speaker 11: got to come to my electric. You've got to come
- 17:53Speaker 11: to my electric. You've got to raise money for me,
- 17:55Speaker 11: you must come down here. Yeah, we would never say that,
- 17:58Speaker 11: including lots of liberal set to be quite frank. So
- 18:01Speaker 11: I imagine this campaign will be like most others, and I'll
- 18:05Speaker 11: be out there to do what I can to win.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Oh, Barnaby, you dance around that one too, but very skillfully.
- 18:11Speaker 2: But I think I got the message. Barbabay Joyce always cretured.
- 18:14Speaker 10: Talk to you, Thank you for your time, Thank you
- 18:17Speaker 10: very much.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Let me translate Barnaby speak for you. Yes, National Partty
- 18:23Speaker 2: Headquarters did try to stop me campaigning in other seats
- 18:27Speaker 2: for reasons. We can only guess that. But I've told
- 18:30Speaker 2: them to get stuffed, just so you know. Much shorter
- 18:33Speaker 2: after the break, all these politicians and health bureaucrats now saying, oh,
- 18:38Speaker 2: they had no idea there were due hating nurses in
- 18:40Speaker 2: our hospital. Well, I'll show you the nurse who tried
- 18:42Speaker 2: to warn that radicals were taking over, and how she
- 18:47Speaker 2: got punished. Oh, the official reaction today to those two
- 18:54Speaker 2: nurses made me sick. They knew, these officials today, yes
- 19:00Speaker 2: to scrambling around saying, oh, how shocked and surprised they were?
- 19:04Speaker 2: What palace thin in extremists in our hospitals. Muslim nurses
- 19:09Speaker 2: actually saying they wanted to kill Jewish patients. You know
- 19:13Speaker 2: people like this.
- 19:15Speaker 13: God, I won't beat them, I won't treat them, kill them.
- 19:18Speaker 1: I have a question though, okay, you have no idea
- 19:22Speaker 1: how many Israeli had a dog came to this hospital and.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Oh and que that shock and surprise. Nurses at Bankstown
- 19:32Speaker 2: Hospital today proachest that and of course they in their
- 19:34Speaker 2: hospital were for everyone. Good on them for doing that.
- 19:37Speaker 2: The president of the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives
- 19:40Speaker 2: Associations destowning these due threatening radicals.
- 19:46Speaker 13: This is not us, this is not reflective of us
- 19:49Speaker 13: as a profession.
- 19:51Speaker 2: And there was the head of the New South Wales
- 19:53Speaker 2: Health yesterday also saying she'd have a dreamed that one
- 19:57Speaker 2: day should see two nurses say something that awful. Really,
- 20:02Speaker 2: how blind and deaf they must be our naive. The
- 20:06Speaker 2: evidence was everywhere of a growing trouble. Banks Down Hospital
- 20:10Speaker 2: knows they've just scrubbed this photo of this staff having
- 20:12Speaker 2: the Lebanese Muslim Association come from consultations on how to
- 20:16Speaker 2: plan the hospital, including that woman in a Palestine Freedom
- 20:19Speaker 2: t shirt with a raised fist and wearing a pendant
- 20:22Speaker 2: with a map of Palestine nation with no Israel Israel
- 20:26Speaker 2: wiped out, and that Nurses and Midwives Association, Oh they
- 20:30Speaker 2: don't represent us. Well. This same association actually posted a statement,
- 20:36Speaker 2: for instance, accusing Israel of genocide feeding that fire, and
- 20:41Speaker 2: one midwife, Sharon's Stalia, actually warned them and all nurses
- 20:45Speaker 2: in an open letter, warned them about other nurses in
- 20:50Speaker 2: scrubs in official uniforms calling for Israel's end from the
- 20:54Speaker 2: River to the sea, protesting is Israel in their uniforms.
- 20:58Speaker 2: But hear what happened to her, how she was she says,
- 21:03Speaker 2: monstered then by the Strain Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and
- 21:08Speaker 2: the Healthcare Complaints Commission.
- 21:11Speaker 14: I raised the alarm about this not long after October seventh.
- 21:14Speaker 14: Happened when nurses and midwives were chanting from the River
- 21:17Speaker 14: to the Sea while wearing new Southwest Health uniforms.
- 21:20Speaker 15: I wrote an.
- 21:20Speaker 14: Open letter to nurses and midwives explaining that this chant
- 21:24Speaker 14: is the call for the annihilation of Jews and that
- 21:26Speaker 14: they should not be shouting this genocidal chat let alone
- 21:30Speaker 14: whilst wearing new Southweses Health uniform I also had meetings
- 21:33Speaker 14: with Opera asking for something to be done about it
- 21:36Speaker 14: in terms of regulation, but instead what happened is this
- 21:39Speaker 14: Opera and the Hatreple Sea received eight complaints about me,
- 21:42Speaker 14: mostly about the posts that I wrote, asking to have
- 21:45Speaker 14: me deregistered. Whilst initially those complaints were dismissed, two of
- 21:50Speaker 14: the complainants went on to ask for the review of
- 21:52Speaker 14: the outcome, causing the Hatreaple CE to investigate and place
- 21:56Speaker 14: formal corrective comments on my registration, all without my know it.
- 22:02Speaker 2: They knew they had a problem, they mustered. They all did.
- 22:06Speaker 2: But the union and the regulators and the New South
- 22:09Speaker 2: Wales and Albanesi governments said damn all as nurses protested
- 22:15Speaker 2: against Israel and its war of self defense as they
- 22:18Speaker 2: address rallies around the state in uniforms painting Israel as
- 22:22Speaker 2: a monster with at times outrageous propaganda that her must
- 22:26Speaker 2: would applaud.
- 22:29Speaker 1: To highlight the ongoing genocide, meticide, atrocities and war crimes
- 22:35Speaker 1: like the premeditator deliberate target and destruction of hospitals and
- 22:41Speaker 1: health care.
- 22:41Speaker 12: Facilities in Gaza, the abduction, false imprisonment and torture of
- 22:48Speaker 12: thousands of healthcare workers, patients and internally displaced persons.
- 22:57Speaker 1: All of this is being carried out by the Israeli military. Well,
- 23:02Speaker 1: let's us call them out for what they really are, terrorists.
- 23:08Speaker 2: And the Australian Health Health Practitioner Regulation Agency that monstered
- 23:13Speaker 2: according to that midwife monster, that midwife for blowing the whistle.
- 23:18Speaker 2: It got sixty complaints about doctors pushing pro Gaza politics
- 23:23Speaker 2: and what did any of the regulators and politicians do
- 23:26Speaker 2: about this? Doctor Zia Bazuni now running in the election
- 23:31Speaker 2: against Labor Front bencher Tony Burke and the country's second
- 23:33Speaker 2: biggest Muslim electorate, the very day after Hamas terras, or
- 23:39Speaker 2: the very next day after Hamas Terrists on October seven,
- 23:42Speaker 2: slaughtered twelve hundred Jews, raped women, beheaded men, took one
- 23:47Speaker 2: hundred and fifty one hostages. This doctor posted this brothers,
- 23:53Speaker 2: fellow Muslims, Brothers distribute Nabulsi Knufeva cakes in the streets
- 24:00Speaker 2: of Sydney with joy on the aid of October seven.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Asked later about that, he said, oh, no, no, no no,
- 24:06Speaker 2: I don't support anyone killing Sevilians. The post was related
- 24:09Speaker 2: to palasin Is celebrating being out of the cage. I
- 24:13Speaker 2: don't know what breaking their fast or breaking out of
- 24:17Speaker 2: Gaza and Israel. For five days after that horrific October
- 24:21Speaker 2: seven slaughter, this same doctor reposted this image of a
- 24:25Speaker 2: terrorist in a motorized hang glider. That's how Hamas attacked
- 24:30Speaker 2: the music festival in October seven, massacred dances they're Jewish.
- 24:35Speaker 2: With this celebration, he had dreams, my friend come true
- 24:40Speaker 2: for those who seek and work to see them come true.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Doctor bizunis an excuse for this time, for this one. Oh,
- 24:48Speaker 2: I support the inherent right of Palatines to take back
- 24:50Speaker 2: their land resist depression, but of course as a doctor,
- 24:53Speaker 2: as a Muslim obviously abhor attacks and civilians. You've seeing
- 24:59Speaker 2: the two posts. You tell me how sincere that is.
- 25:04Speaker 2: But is his registration threatened? Our authorities after him like that,
- 25:08Speaker 2: we're after that midwife. You try to call it all out,
- 25:11Speaker 2: So spare me this. Oh, I had no idea. That's
- 25:15Speaker 2: what you do. And you got your fingers in your
- 25:17Speaker 2: ears and your hands over your eyes. If you could
- 25:19Speaker 2: do both at once, where do they think they this
- 25:21Speaker 2: would lead? And one more thing, those two nurses are
- 25:26Speaker 2: saying that killed Jews a joke that I'll say, sorry
- 25:29Speaker 2: than our say, which was some group has condemned them,
- 25:34Speaker 2: which has said no, they don't represent Muslims. We are
- 25:36Speaker 2: as shocked as you are. I checked not a single
- 25:41Speaker 2: one of the main ones, the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils,
- 25:44Speaker 2: the Australian National Immans Council, the Alliance of Australian Muslims
- 25:49Speaker 2: and the Australian Muslim Advacy Network, not one Why they're silenced.
- 25:53Speaker 2: It speaks loudly, it's screams now. The Australian Palaesinian Aviacy Network,
- 26:00Speaker 2: which organized as many of the anti Israel protests. It
- 26:05Speaker 2: did speak. One of its board members, a lawyer. She
- 26:08Speaker 2: did speak, but to make excuses and to play the
- 26:12Speaker 2: victim card.
- 26:14Speaker 16: Yes, it was a very concerning, disturbing conversation. However, without
- 26:22Speaker 16: doubt it would have been provocative. It would have been
- 26:25Speaker 16: one intended to entrapt. We have heard and seen far
- 26:29Speaker 16: worse come from the other side.
- 26:34Speaker 2: That's so classic. Oh, we're just getting picked on. Our
- 26:37Speaker 2: tribe is getting picked on. For the Jews, they're worse.
- 26:43Speaker 2: We have a massive problem. You really can see the
- 26:46Speaker 2: spin just too bad apples or they're just victims themselves,
- 26:50Speaker 2: total surprise being dealt with. And if you say anything different,
- 26:54Speaker 2: you're a racist. Friends, we are sitting on a volcano.
- 27:05Speaker 2: I don't forget. Sky News is hosting an anti semitsons
- 27:07Speaker 2: of Summit on Thursday next week, twenty February, which can
- 27:11Speaker 2: be streamed on skynews dot com dot au. How timely
- 27:14Speaker 2: is that? And again I ask, how come it's up
- 27:17Speaker 2: to Skar to do these things? Are the national broadcast
- 27:20Speaker 2: of the ABC. Who doesn't it want to get involved
- 27:23Speaker 2: in a bonfire that it's helped whip up? Joining me
- 27:27Speaker 2: is the panel? James McPherson from the late debate here
- 27:29Speaker 2: on sky News anevlynd Ray Farmer, former police woman and
- 27:32Speaker 2: sky News regular Jane's a lot of backside covering going
- 27:36Speaker 2: on about these nurses. Is it, really, though, so surprising
- 27:39Speaker 2: that after all this hate that's being whipped up, and
- 27:41Speaker 2: after all this anti Semitism being whipped up too, and
- 27:44Speaker 2: after all this week leadership, Well, look, of course at
- 27:48Speaker 2: least some Muslim nurses, at least these two would speak
- 27:52Speaker 2: as we heard.
- 27:54Speaker 17: Yeah, Andrew, One of the things that I was puzzled
- 27:56Speaker 17: about was why they would be so bold as to
- 27:59Speaker 17: say the thing they did. But I think you've outlined
- 28:02Speaker 17: the reason very well. When health authorities continually looked the
- 28:06Speaker 17: other way as people within the medical profession use their
- 28:10Speaker 17: position as medical practitioners to protest what was happening in
- 28:15Speaker 17: gars are, they politicized the health industry, and effectively by
- 28:20Speaker 17: looking the other way, authorities green lit the sort of
- 28:23Speaker 17: opinions that shocked us all yesterday. But really are not
- 28:26Speaker 17: that shocking when you consider this has been building.
- 28:29Speaker 18: For a while.
- 28:31Speaker 17: When you put on that medical uniform, you are committing
- 28:34Speaker 17: to serve people without fear or favor, to treat everyone equally,
- 28:37Speaker 17: so to speak politically, as so many have at those
- 28:40Speaker 17: rallies wearing that uniform and to have been allowed to
- 28:44Speaker 17: have done it says that the problem is not just
- 28:46Speaker 17: those two nurses, but some responsibility and blame must lie
- 28:51Speaker 17: with health authorities who've looked the other way whilst this
- 28:54Speaker 17: has happened. And one more thing, you know, it's too
- 28:56Speaker 17: easy to write off this pair as some extreme fringe group.
- 29:01Speaker 17: I don't believe they are. Sadly, if you look through
- 29:04Speaker 17: the Muslim world, there is a great hatred towards Jewish people.
- 29:08Speaker 17: We've had it express time and time again from elements
- 29:11Speaker 17: within the Muslim community here in Australia. I'm not saying
- 29:15Speaker 17: all Muslims feel that way, but as you pointed out,
- 29:17Speaker 17: the silence from Muslim groups about what was said yesterday,
- 29:22Speaker 17: no one coming out and condemning it outright speaks volumes
- 29:25Speaker 17: and I fear, as I said, this is not just
- 29:27Speaker 17: an extreme fringe element that can just be ignored. We
- 29:30Speaker 17: are sitting on a volcano and it needs to be
- 29:33Speaker 17: dealt with and addressed honestly, rather than, as you pointed out,
- 29:36Speaker 17: fingers in ears, because it's only going to get worse
- 29:39Speaker 17: and that's what we've seen. It's gotten worse and worse,
- 29:42Speaker 17: and the question must be asked, then, how bad does
- 29:45Speaker 17: it have to get until we're finally honest about this
- 29:48Speaker 17: and have some pretty frank conversations.
- 29:52Speaker 2: It'll take as long as it takes to be too late.
- 29:55Speaker 2: What did that story, Evelyn Raye? What did that story
- 29:58Speaker 2: from Sharon Stolier tell you? I mean, she writes an
- 30:01Speaker 2: open letter warning against the not she sees wearing New
- 30:05Speaker 2: South Wales health uniforms and channel from the rivers to
- 30:07Speaker 2: the sea, which I take and most of the saying
- 30:10Speaker 2: people would take as a genocidal chant against Israel. And
- 30:14Speaker 2: she's the one who gets disciplined.
- 30:17Speaker 19: Yeah, Look, there's methods, Like I used to work for
- 30:20Speaker 19: the government in the police, and there are standard operating
- 30:23Speaker 19: procedures for absolutely everything.
- 30:25Speaker 8: There's standard operating procedures to breathe. So there certainly are.
- 30:28Speaker 19: Things that should have been in place that you know,
- 30:31Speaker 19: perhaps she could have you know, reported misconduct.
- 30:34Speaker 8: And I don't know what it is in the medical field.
- 30:36Speaker 19: I'm not going to pretend that I know, but I
- 30:37Speaker 19: think this is a common sense thing, you know, you know,
- 30:40Speaker 19: like this doesn't take a genius to figure out that
- 30:43Speaker 19: this is clearly the wrong thing that has happened.
- 30:46Speaker 13: I mean, I know from experience, if I wanted to
- 30:48Speaker 13: go march.
- 30:49Speaker 8: For something political, something that has some kind.
- 30:51Speaker 19: Of divisionary position within society, I do it in my
- 30:55Speaker 19: own time. I do it off Judy, and I certainly
- 30:57Speaker 19: do not wear my badge or my police uniform, because
- 31:00Speaker 19: not only is it divisionary. As a public servant, like
- 31:04Speaker 19: James said, you are supposed to represent and not only
- 31:08Speaker 19: represent the government organization that you work for, but you
- 31:11Speaker 19: are expected to serve all members of the public. This
- 31:15Speaker 19: just creates so much mistrust. If there were people marching
- 31:19Speaker 19: around on the street basically saying I want all white
- 31:22Speaker 19: lives to die, and they were worrying a doctor's outfit
- 31:25Speaker 19: or a nurse's outfit, there's absolutely no way in heck
- 31:28Speaker 19: I would want to go and receive medical treatment from
- 31:31Speaker 19: said doctors.
- 31:32Speaker 13: So I can understand fully how concerning.
- 31:35Speaker 8: This would be for the Jewish community who have had
- 31:39Speaker 8: this set about them.
- 31:40Speaker 19: And I actually think the problem is so much larger
- 31:43Speaker 19: than that it is a volcano, Andrew, because it is
- 31:46Speaker 19: a problem that our politicians are just too afraid to
- 31:48Speaker 19: diagnose out of fear of racism. They are so busy
- 31:52Speaker 19: worrying about five neo Nazis in Australia instead of looking
- 31:55Speaker 19: at the elephant in the room, Islamic extremism.
- 31:58Speaker 13: It has been festering in our country for far too.
- 32:02Speaker 19: Long, and sadly, Jews, Christians, all of us are suffering
- 32:06Speaker 19: because of it. And I just hope and pray that
- 32:08Speaker 19: no one has actually had anything bad happen to.
- 32:11Speaker 8: Them because of bad nurses like what we've seen in
- 32:14Speaker 8: this video.
- 32:16Speaker 2: I would say they all moderate Muslims would also be
- 32:20Speaker 2: suffering from the refusal of the Muslim organizations to condemn
- 32:24Speaker 2: what happened. I mean, if a Jewish doctor was filmed
- 32:26Speaker 2: openly saying I will kill every Muslim patient I see,
- 32:30Speaker 2: I would guarantee, absolutely guarantee at all the main Jewish
- 32:34Speaker 2: organizations would condemn him. Why don't the Muslim ones do
- 32:37Speaker 2: the same, James, This is probably the last day Parliament
- 32:41Speaker 2: for the election. The government ran through a bill to
- 32:43Speaker 2: guarantee three days a fortnight a subsidized childcare, which women
- 32:47Speaker 2: actually can already get, but this time without having to
- 32:50Speaker 2: prove they were working and couldn't mind their own children.
- 32:52Speaker 17: Good move now, it's a terrible move, Andrew. It's doesn't
- 32:56Speaker 17: make sense economically to provide this without means testing it.
- 33:01Speaker 17: But it doesn't make sense from a societal point of
- 33:03Speaker 17: view either. Why would the government be using taxpayer money
- 33:07Speaker 17: to incentivize mums not looking after their own children economically
- 33:12Speaker 17: doesn't make sense. From a societal point of view, it
- 33:14Speaker 17: doesn't make sense. But I guess the Albanezi government are
- 33:17Speaker 17: hoping that it will help them with some votes, and
- 33:20Speaker 17: god knows it looks like they're going to need them
- 33:21Speaker 17: coming into the election.
- 33:24Speaker 2: I tell you what, Evelyn, you're in totally of a
- 33:27Speaker 2: contrary opinion. Insert that here if you wish. But there's
- 33:32Speaker 2: a bit of racism in this plan. If your children
- 33:35Speaker 2: are white, or Asian or African or whatever this bill says,
- 33:40Speaker 2: you will get seventy two hours of childcare subsidized childcare.
- 33:44Speaker 2: If your children are Aboriginal, or if you simply say
- 33:47Speaker 2: they are, you get one hundred hours. Is that fair?
- 33:52Speaker 19: But we're all equal under the law, we all have
- 33:55Speaker 19: equal opportunity.
- 33:56Speaker 8: In this nation no longer, so.
- 33:59Speaker 13: Why would we be equal in all of these things.
- 34:01Speaker 19: I mean, it's our tax payer dollars here that we're
- 34:03Speaker 19: talking about.
- 34:04Speaker 13: But I actually think that it's.
- 34:06Speaker 8: A little bit condescending.
- 34:07Speaker 19: What the messaging that they're sending here, I mean, what's
- 34:10Speaker 19: the insinuation. I mean, our first nation's children harder to
- 34:15Speaker 19: raise than you know, us white Anglo Saxon Christian children, Like, like,
- 34:20Speaker 19: what are they actually trying to say? It's insanely condescending
- 34:24Speaker 19: when you think about it. And if the government instituted
- 34:26Speaker 19: the same policy but only favored white families, there would
- 34:31Speaker 19: be riots.
- 34:32Speaker 8: There would be you.
- 34:33Speaker 13: Know, marches in the streets demanding.
- 34:36Speaker 19: That we apologize and have you know, months and months
- 34:39Speaker 19: of you know, solidarity days because we're the big boogeyman again,
- 34:43Speaker 19: you know, but we winge about it.
- 34:45Speaker 13: They get away with it, and they continue to get
- 34:47Speaker 13: away with.
- 34:48Speaker 19: It until you know, we actually have the serious conversations
- 34:51Speaker 19: and just say, I don't care if we are called
- 34:54Speaker 19: a racist. I say, bring on, Ossie Doge. We need
- 34:58Speaker 19: someone to volunteer as an Elon Musk figure.
- 35:01Speaker 8: I don't know about you, Andrew, but I think you're
- 35:02Speaker 8: up for the challenge.
- 35:06Speaker 2: That wouldn't be much left Jason, Thank you very much
- 35:10Speaker 2: to you both. After the break a censorship scandal, how
- 35:15Speaker 2: our ech safety Commissioner has been criticized by a tribunal
- 35:18Speaker 2: now for censoring posts on social media even though they
- 35:23Speaker 2: were perfectly legal. What is our e Safety commissioner doing
- 35:32Speaker 2: to our free speech? Really? Julie Inman Grant governor appointed,
- 35:39Speaker 2: did make clear three years ago that she wanted to
- 35:42Speaker 2: perhaps to my free speech because she didn't like the
- 35:45Speaker 2: way we argued.
- 35:48Speaker 20: We have increasing polarization everywhere and everything feels binary when
- 35:52Speaker 20: it doesn't need to be so. I think we're going
- 35:55Speaker 20: to have to think about a recalibration of a whole
- 35:57Speaker 20: range of human rights that are playing out online. Freedom
- 36:00Speaker 20: of spreech to the freedom you know, to be free
- 36:04Speaker 20: from online violence.
- 36:08Speaker 2: And since then, she tried for insistent bully X into
- 36:11Speaker 2: taking down a video of a Christian bishop and city
- 36:14Speaker 2: allegedly being stabbed by a Muslim youth. She lost that
- 36:17Speaker 2: one and another video by a Canadian opposing the appointment
- 36:22Speaker 2: of an Australian transgender activist to a World Health Organization panel.
- 36:27Speaker 2: But now now the Administrative Review Tribune has given her
- 36:31Speaker 2: a bit of a slap. She's savaged the Safety Commissioner
- 36:35Speaker 2: for getting X the takedown this post and.
- 36:39Speaker 8: In today's edition of Melbourne doing Melbourne things.
- 36:42Speaker 15: We have a school in Montmorency, Montmorency that has its own.
- 36:47Speaker 13: Queer club, a primary school for years three to six.
- 36:51Speaker 15: It was signed off by the school's dual principles and
- 36:53Speaker 15: it's facilitated by this lady here, Trish Patsy Monroe. Let
- 36:58Speaker 15: me make something real clear, tri she there is no
- 37:00Speaker 15: place for an LGBT club in any school, let alone
- 37:03Speaker 15: a primary school.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Well, the tribunal has now found that Inmongrand's team actually
- 37:11Speaker 2: knew knew that post had not broken any law. Yet
- 37:16Speaker 2: it still sent to Ex's portal designed to take legal
- 37:21Speaker 2: demands for takedowns from the government, a message that would
- 37:27Speaker 2: it should really take this down? Maybe, well, look we'll
- 37:32Speaker 2: leave it to UX. But X obviously interpreted that as
- 37:35Speaker 2: a legal order in order to take down a perfectly
- 37:38Speaker 2: lawful post, which it did. Join me as Reuben Kirkham,
- 37:41Speaker 2: co founder of the Free Speech Union, Reuben, thanks for
- 37:45Speaker 2: coming on. How did the Safety Commission go beyond its
- 37:49Speaker 2: legal powers like this? Was this a mistake or is
- 37:53Speaker 2: it something else?
- 37:55Speaker 4: Oh, it's not a mistake. Ninety nine percent of the
- 37:59Speaker 4: time issues what she calls informal notices, which are notices
- 38:04Speaker 4: that get sent in private to social media companies that
- 38:06Speaker 4: she does not have to tell you about, and by
- 38:09Speaker 4: doing this she gets around all the safeguards that exist
- 38:12Speaker 4: in the Online Safety Act. She says, oh, it's not
- 38:14Speaker 4: a real notice, therefore I don't have to notify you
- 38:17Speaker 4: that this exists, where if it was a real notice,
- 38:20Speaker 4: you would have the right to appeal to the tribunal.
- 38:22Speaker 4: And as you can imagine, the tribunal was beyond unimpressed
- 38:26Speaker 4: by her particular scheme. If it was correct, the government
- 38:30Speaker 4: would never be accountable because they could just say, well,
- 38:32Speaker 4: we never really made a decision. We've just sent the
- 38:34Speaker 4: decision and we took the decision, but we didn't really
- 38:37Speaker 4: put magic formality on it. It's like the only reason
- 38:42Speaker 4: she does it is because it well, it worked right,
- 38:45Speaker 4: but now it doesn't work anymore because she's got no
- 38:47Speaker 4: power to do this. She's got the obligations to notify
- 38:50Speaker 4: everyone she senses of their appeal rights, and the approach
- 38:53Speaker 4: he takes towards censorship means that every time someone appeals
- 38:56Speaker 4: almost bound to certainly to win.
- 39:01Speaker 2: The Safety Commissioner could have said, if it wanted to
- 39:04Speaker 2: a complaint, you know, forwarded on complaints to another part
- 39:08Speaker 2: of X, which would have just treated it like, oh well,
- 39:11Speaker 2: this is just you know, someone alert or whatever. But
- 39:15Speaker 2: it sent this to the portal designed for formal government warnings.
- 39:20Speaker 2: You had better that was the issue here. Now, these
- 39:23Speaker 2: Safety commissioner says, look, no, that's all we were doing,
- 39:26Speaker 2: just forwarding a complaint from one person, mind you, a
- 39:30Speaker 2: poster they thought might have been against sexist rules. But
- 39:33Speaker 2: on that point the tribunal also said, how is that
- 39:36Speaker 2: even your job? You know, the Online Safety Act doesn't
- 39:40Speaker 2: tell you to do that, and nor do you have
- 39:42Speaker 2: any clear criteria which posts you pass on. So it's
- 39:46Speaker 2: just down to how some investigator happens to feel. And
- 39:50Speaker 2: as you point out, the person who's posts you're trying
- 39:53Speaker 2: to censor has no right of appeal. What do you
- 39:56Speaker 2: make of all that?
- 39:58Speaker 4: Well, let's plainly elite. Right, there's a regime that says
- 40:02Speaker 4: you have appeal rights. And her strategy is, I know,
- 40:05Speaker 4: she knows that the decisions he makes are very weak,
- 40:08Speaker 4: but instead her approach is just not to tell people
- 40:10Speaker 4: about them. So X did the right thing and told
- 40:12Speaker 4: Selene that this has happened. If this has been another platform,
- 40:15Speaker 4: maybe it is even your website being taken down. So
- 40:18Speaker 4: for example, we've had seen case where she's targeted Go
- 40:21Speaker 4: Daddy even to try and get people's websites taken down.
- 40:24Speaker 4: Then you just find that your post, or more likely
- 40:27Speaker 4: your account, has just disappeared, and you'd be none the wiser.
- 40:30Speaker 4: And obviously this is not what the Australian government had
- 40:33Speaker 4: in mind when it passed the Online Safety Yet and
- 40:35Speaker 4: the tribunal was scathing. And one thing I should have
- 40:39Speaker 4: mentioned is that this tribunal is it wasn't an ordinary tribunal.
- 40:42Speaker 4: This was the first case of a special panel designed
- 40:46Speaker 4: to put a stop to things like robodet. They took
- 40:48Speaker 4: this case out of fifty thousand before the tribunal and
- 40:51Speaker 4: put it before this special panel headed by a Federal
- 40:53Speaker 4: Court judge.
- 40:54Speaker 18: This is not normal.
- 40:55Speaker 4: This is something that only happens when a government agent
- 41:00Speaker 4: has gone well over what they're supposed to be doing
- 41:03Speaker 4: and they're completely misusing their powers under office.
- 41:07Speaker 2: Well, you know, we thank you for reminding me, dear Reuben.
- 41:11Speaker 2: We really must thank that tribunal. We don't normally see
- 41:15Speaker 2: government agencies cut back on government power. This was fantastic,
- 41:19Speaker 2: very important decision. It's about freedom of speech. There aren't
- 41:22Speaker 2: many defenders in the bureaucracy. We thank them, but I
- 41:25Speaker 2: also want to thank you Reuben Kirkham for doing so
- 41:27Speaker 2: much to push this case and also spread the word
- 41:30Speaker 2: about what's happened, because this is a real danger. Thank
- 41:33Speaker 2: you so much for your time. After the break, Donald
- 41:37Speaker 2: Trump says it's got a meeting with Russian warkerin aal
- 41:40Speaker 2: Vladimir Putin. The president has stopped the war in Ukraine.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Really in a week and a half, it'll be three
- 41:51Speaker 2: years exactly since Russia launched its full scale invasion of Ukraine,
- 41:57Speaker 2: a bloody war of aggression, and Donald Trump it now says,
- 42:01Speaker 2: it's going to have talked to me the Russian president,
- 42:03Speaker 2: Vladimir Putin, the war criminal, probably in Saudi Arabia, to
- 42:06Speaker 2: cut a deal to make peace. And I think we're
- 42:10Speaker 2: on the way to getting peace.
- 42:12Speaker 5: I think President Putin wants peace, and President Zelenski wants peace,
- 42:17Speaker 5: and I want peace.
- 42:18Speaker 2: I just want to see people stop getting killed. Trump's
- 42:23Speaker 2: new defense secretary says, well, for a start, that peace
- 42:25Speaker 2: deal includes Ukraine forgetting about getting back crimea which Russia
- 42:29Speaker 2: initially took eleven years ago. Nor will Ukraine be allowed
- 42:33Speaker 2: to join NATO for self defense. Let's talk about peacekeeping
- 42:37Speaker 2: troops instead. The Ukrainian president try to sound upbeat.
- 42:43Speaker 4: President Trump informed me of what Putin had told him.
- 42:46Speaker 4: We believe that America's strength is enough to push Russia
- 42:49Speaker 4: and Putin to peace together with us, together with all
- 42:51Speaker 4: our partners.
- 42:54Speaker 2: Now, of course, I'm frightened that Trump will sell out
- 42:57Speaker 2: Ukraine and Europe will short complain about that. But here's
- 43:00Speaker 2: that's what I don't get you. See, Ukraine is most
- 43:03Speaker 2: of the European problem. I know it's also in America's
- 43:05Speaker 2: interested to stop this invasion and send China a warning.
- 43:07Speaker 2: I got that, But Europe. Why does Europe then look
- 43:11Speaker 2: to the US to do the heavy lifting here? Europe
- 43:15Speaker 2: is nine times richer than Russia depending how you measure well,
- 43:19Speaker 2: and has many more people. So why is it so weak?
- 43:22Speaker 2: Why can't it do this on its own? Joining me
- 43:24Speaker 2: from London each week is Patrick Christy, star presenter of
- 43:27Speaker 2: gb News. Patrick, before I get to what I really
- 43:29Speaker 2: wanted to discuss, an absolute scandal in your country. Why
- 43:33Speaker 2: is Europe so weak? Always asking the US to come
- 43:35Speaker 2: to it's the defense and then winging about US power.
- 43:39Speaker 5: Yeah to be honest with your own client to agree
- 43:41Speaker 5: with you, Andrew, and we have to cast our minds
- 43:42Speaker 5: about Derby to when this latest round of the Ukraine
- 43:45Speaker 5: War actually started, and to be fair Boris Johnson, Great Britain,
- 43:49Speaker 5: we were sending huge amounts of money, in huge amounts
- 43:51Speaker 5: of military equipment when the Germans, for example, by the way,
- 43:54Speaker 5: are by the time, were almost totally reliant on Russian
- 43:58Speaker 5: orland gas.
- 44:00Speaker 18: Ukrainian has a few helmets to defend themselves, despite them
- 44:02Speaker 18: being much closer.
- 44:03Speaker 5: To the actual action than me here on the island
- 44:06Speaker 5: of Great Britain. But we have stripped back our army
- 44:09Speaker 5: so much now that you could fit Britain's entire standing
- 44:13Speaker 5: army into Manchester United's old Trafford Football Stadium, which is
- 44:16Speaker 5: obviously a problem.
- 44:17Speaker 18: Just in terms of what's going on now.
- 44:19Speaker 5: Though you know, the British public and the taxpayer are
- 44:21Speaker 5: paying at least three billion pounds a year every single
- 44:25Speaker 5: year quotes but as long as it takes in order
- 44:28Speaker 5: to help Vladimir Zelenski and Ukraine. But actually it's much
- 44:33Speaker 5: more than that in reality, because we often hear about
- 44:35Speaker 5: another fifty million quid here or another one billion pound there,
- 44:38Speaker 5: as well. We have suffered dramatically the price of our
- 44:41Speaker 5: fuel or electricity, our goods in our supermarkets as a
- 44:44Speaker 5: consequence of this war in Ukraine. And that was fair
- 44:47Speaker 5: enough for a period of time because it was an
- 44:49Speaker 5: illegal invasion, and as you rightly said, the Volima Putin.
- 44:52Speaker 18: Is a war criminal.
- 44:53Speaker 5: However, we have to be realistic about the situation now,
- 44:55Speaker 5: and I think is Ukraine going to get the territory
- 44:57Speaker 5: back that it had.
- 44:58Speaker 18: In you know, eleven years ago? Probably not.
- 45:01Speaker 5: Aren't we going to continue to see you know, a
- 45:03Speaker 5: relentless loss of life, both civilian and in terms of
- 45:06Speaker 5: conscripts on both sides of this, Well, yes we probably are.
- 45:09Speaker 18: And at what point does that meet grinder have to stop?
- 45:12Speaker 5: And at what point do taxpayers in Britain here where
- 45:15Speaker 5: I am now and in Europe have to say, let's
- 45:17Speaker 5: try to push four peace in a way where both
- 45:20Speaker 5: sides might be.
- 45:21Speaker 18: Able to claim victory. You know, it wasn't so long
- 45:23Speaker 18: ago that it looks as though Pootin was going to
- 45:25Speaker 18: take Keev.
- 45:25Speaker 5: Well that's not happening, So the Ukrainians can rightly claim
- 45:28Speaker 5: some kind of victory there. Poutin obviously can claim that
- 45:31Speaker 5: he will have now dominion over territory that shouldn't be his,
- 45:34Speaker 5: but will be.
- 45:35Speaker 18: So I do hope that we can get some kind
- 45:36Speaker 18: of deal here.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Well, you mentioned your army. I mean, Britain's got a population,
- 45:42Speaker 2: what is it, nearly three times more than ours and
- 45:44Speaker 2: you've got to I mean, let's listen, than double are
- 45:46Speaker 2: So something clearly isn't right. But to an amazing story.
- 45:51Speaker 2: I thought politicians were in charge of deciding who could
- 45:54Speaker 2: come into the country, and any foreigner who was not
- 45:57Speaker 2: isn't They had no right to just waltz in. You've
- 46:00Speaker 2: now got a court that says no, no, that's not so,
- 46:03Speaker 2: tell us about it.
- 46:05Speaker 18: Yeah, well, we've got loads of stuff going on here.
- 46:07Speaker 5: We have got an immigration judge who has said that
- 46:11Speaker 5: now we are basically on the hook to take a
- 46:14Speaker 5: load of guars and refugees. He decided to interpret a
- 46:18Speaker 5: scheme initially designed for Ukrainian refugees to also include Palestinians,
- 46:22Speaker 5: which was never intended. So that is frankically bonkers and
- 46:26Speaker 5: could have massive impacts here. We also see a case
- 46:28Speaker 5: recently as a Nigerian woman who tried and failed eight times.
- 46:32Speaker 18: To secure asylum in Britain.
- 46:34Speaker 5: Has finally been granted asylum because she joined a Nigerian
- 46:38Speaker 5: based terrorism group called the People of Biafra, which is
- 46:42Speaker 5: not a prescribed terror group over here. But it doesn't
- 46:44Speaker 5: mean that if she went back to Nigeria she would
- 46:47Speaker 5: face in humane treatments and torture. The judge decided in
- 46:50Speaker 5: her favor despite acknowledging that she pretended to be a
- 46:53Speaker 5: member of a terror group. It doesn't get much more
- 46:55Speaker 5: bonkers than that. A couple of other quick cases in
- 46:58Speaker 5: the last week. Andrew An Albanian avoided deportation because he
- 47:02Speaker 5: said his son doesn't like foreign chicken nuggets, and a
- 47:06Speaker 5: Caribbean lady has avoided deportation because her laxy and her
- 47:09Speaker 5: husband said he didn't like the weather in the Caribbean or.
- 47:13Speaker 18: The local cuisine.
- 47:14Speaker 5: So we now have immigration judges who are siding with
- 47:18Speaker 5: these people, despite the British public and the Government of
- 47:21Speaker 5: the day and the opposition in Parliament all saying that
- 47:25Speaker 5: these people should be deported or we shouldn't be allowing
- 47:27Speaker 5: a load of garzan and Palisanian refugees into Britain, especially
- 47:31Speaker 5: where neighboring countries won't take them. So for the real
- 47:34Speaker 5: power in Britain at the moment appears to lie in
- 47:36Speaker 5: the hands of these unaccountable and unelected immigration judges, and
- 47:40Speaker 5: I think we really have to start having a closer
- 47:41Speaker 5: look at who.
- 47:42Speaker 2: They are well and accepting liars, fake excuses of Pakistani
- 47:49Speaker 2: pedophile that said, oh my child will be upset if
- 47:54Speaker 2: we go back to Pakistan. What about the children he
- 47:56Speaker 2: abused in Britain. I mean, for God's say, I mean
- 47:58Speaker 2: it's just in so who's actually running the joint? Patrick Christis,
- 48:03Speaker 2: thank you so much for your time. Before I go
- 48:06Speaker 2: my book of the week, I've got the copy called
- 48:09Speaker 2: Carnage and Culture, but actually better known as Why the
- 48:11Speaker 2: West Is Won by the greatest story in Victor Davis Hansen.
- 48:14Speaker 2: This is really important. Helps to explain why Ukraine managed
- 48:17Speaker 2: to beat the world's second strongest army, Russia for three years.
- 48:23Speaker 2: It goes through the big battles, you know, the Battle
- 48:25Speaker 2: of Tet and Lepanto and very famous battles in history,
- 48:30Speaker 2: Salamus and all that, and explains by free people in
- 48:34Speaker 2: a free society tend to fight much much better than
- 48:38Speaker 2: people of a intolerant tyranny. And this is our great hope,
- 48:47Speaker 2: fading hope go to friends of Robinson's Bookshop and you'll
- 48:50Speaker 2: see where I recommend it. That's it from me. Sherry
- 48:52Speaker 2: Marson is next. Good note.
