  Speaker 1: faithful servant. You've been faithful in handling this small amount,

  Speaker 1: so now I'll give you many more responsibilities. Let's celebrate together.

  Speaker 1: God is not waiting for you to become perfect, famous,

  Speaker 1: or fully confident before he uses you. He's watching how

  Speaker 1: you handle what you already have, and Jesus is parable

  Speaker 1: of the talents. Each servant was given an amount. They

  Speaker 1: had different amounts right, not based on fairness, but based
• 0:48
  Speaker 1: on their ability. The one who received five didn't receive
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: more love than the one who received two. The only

  Speaker 1: thing that mattered was what they did with what was

  Speaker 1: placed in the hands. So often we tell ourselves when

  Speaker 1: I have more time, when I feel more ready, when

  Speaker 1: I'm more confident, when things slow down, then I'll step up.

  Speaker 1: But God is saying start right now. Your obedience today

  Speaker 1: is what positions you for promotion tomorrow. Faithfulness in the

  Speaker 1: small things is never small in God's eyes. You may

  Speaker 1: feel like what you have is insignificant, a quiet gift,
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: a small opportunity, a limited platform. But Heaven celebrates faithfulness,

  Speaker 1: not comparison. God is not asking you to be like
• 1:39
  Speaker 1: anybody else. He's asking you to be faithful with what
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: He's entrusted to you. When you develop what you've been
• 1:46
  Speaker 1: given your time, your voice, your influence, your creativity, you're
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: showing God that he can trust you with more. Every
• 1:54
  Speaker 1: step of obedience strengthens your capacity, every act of faith
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: stretches your POTENTI. Every moment you choose to serve instead

  Speaker 1: of hide, to try, to try instead of quit, to

  Speaker 1: grow instead of complain, you're increasing what God can release

  Speaker 1: into your life. And the same God who entrusted you

  Speaker 1: with this season is preparing you for the next one.

  Speaker 1: You are not behind, You are not overlooked, you are

  Speaker 1: not disqualified. You are in training. So keep showing up,

  Speaker 1: keep learning, keep sowing, keep believing. God sees what no

  Speaker 1: we believe you are preparing us for greater in Jesus' name. Hey,
