- 0:00Speaker 1: Kyle, what are the three things we need to know?
- 0:01Speaker 2: The World Cup is happening right now all across the
- 0:04Speaker 2: United States, Canada, and Mexico. It's kind of a big
- 0:06Speaker 2: deal because this is the first time forty eight countries
- 0:09Speaker 2: are playing instead of the usual thirty two. Team USA
- 0:12Speaker 2: is already through to the next round they do play today.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Mexico just crush it with a three zero win in
- 0:17Speaker 2: South Africa. Pulled off a massive upset to advance for
- 0:21Speaker 2: the first time in their entire history. John, that's pretty cool. Oh,
- 0:24Speaker 2: and Christiano Ronaldo, basically the tailor swift to soccer, just
- 0:27Speaker 2: became the first person ever to score a goal in
- 0:30Speaker 2: six different World Cups. Wow, goating it, goating it. Oil
- 0:35Speaker 2: prices have dropped a lot, and guess prices are going
- 0:37Speaker 2: down by a little bit. The President called out companies
- 0:41Speaker 2: by name and wants them to step.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Up Excell Mobile, Chevron Shechelle.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It's bp. The oil prices have come down so much
- 0:49Speaker 1: and we are not seeing anything at the pump by
- 0:52Speaker 1: comparison to what it should be. We should be, in.
- 0:54Speaker 3: My opinion, at two dollars and twenty five cents right
- 0:57Speaker 3: now at the pump. They're not reducing the prices commence
- 1:00Speaker 3: with what's happening.
- 1:01Speaker 1: That'd be cool. Two bucks would be good.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Yeah, insiders say the gas prices don't instantly follow oil
- 1:07Speaker 2: prices because there's other costs like refining, transportation, and supply.
- 1:11Speaker 2: But his point was just basically saying, if the main
- 1:13Speaker 2: ingredient gets cheaper, consumers should feel that too.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Yeah, they went up right away, they should come down
- 1:18Speaker 1: the same way. That would be very nice.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Now this sounds really wild and actually like I can't
- 1:23Speaker 2: imagine like grandma doing this, but researchers are looking at
- 1:28Speaker 2: whether magic mushrooms could help people with Alzheimer's. So in
- 1:32Speaker 2: one case recently, an elderly woman with advanced dementia was
- 1:36Speaker 2: given a medically supervised dose of psilocybin, and within hours
- 1:41Speaker 2: she was talking more, walking on her or own, getting dressed.
- 1:44Speaker 2: She seemed much more alert. Now, it didn't cure her Alzheimer's,
- 1:48Speaker 2: but the changes lasted weeks, and now scientists are saying
- 1:52Speaker 2: this is a really good sign that psychedelics could actually
- 1:57Speaker 2: help wake up parts of the brain that are affected
- 1:59Speaker 2: by the disease.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I did this story, you did, I did, so we
- 2:02Speaker 3: got to get you some of those mushrooms. No, not
- 2:04Speaker 3: this morning, like last week or the week before. I
- 2:08Speaker 3: did a whole thing. I was telling you about how
- 2:10Speaker 3: this woman didn't speak. They give her mushrooms and she
- 2:12Speaker 3: starts speaking everything you just said. I got to get
- 2:15Speaker 3: you some of them.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Here's what starts, Kyle, I've already talked about it.
- 2:20Speaker 3: I guess it doesn't matter. I would never bring it up.
- 2:24Speaker 3: It it doesn't matter. It's not like we don't play
- 2:27Speaker 3: the same song twice. But I was just like, but
- 2:29Speaker 3: because she brought up Alzheimer's, I felt that there was
- 2:31Speaker 3: And I know Colin's got.
- 2:32Speaker 1: A thing about all that. The Alex Warden Alex Warden
- 2:36Speaker 1: Ordinary of Stories. Are you guys? These three things you
- 2:42Speaker 1: need to know anyway?
- 2:45Speaker 3: Hey, by the way, what did you guys do?
- 2:47Speaker 1: Uh? Try a Tuesday?
- 2:49Speaker 4: That was so much fun. We haven't dropped it yet, right, No,
- 2:51Speaker 4: we haven't dropped it. We'll drop it next Tuesday. But
- 2:55Speaker 4: we went to Scoop in Old Town. So fun experience.
- 3:00Speaker 4: We got to make our own ice cream, our own
- 3:02Speaker 4: version of ice cream.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Yes, so literally.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Peyton and I created an ice cream flavor that they're
- 3:07Speaker 2: going to feature for a limited time, Like you can
- 3:09Speaker 2: go get our ice cream, and we only made like
- 3:12Speaker 2: two buckets of it, so it's like when I say
- 3:14Speaker 2: it's a for limited time, you can go. And we
- 3:16Speaker 2: named it Nuts About You because it's a vanilla base
- 3:21Speaker 2: with like chocolate, hazel nut and peanut butter swirl that
- 3:26Speaker 2: sounds good. And in mine, we folded in banana, and
- 3:29Speaker 2: Peyton hates bananas, so in her version there is no banana.
- 3:32Speaker 2: So you can go to scoop in a old town
- 3:35Speaker 2: Scottsale and you can order Nuts About You Kyle's version
- 3:39Speaker 2: or Nuts About You Peyton's version. And the cool thing
- 3:42Speaker 2: is is she said that she would donate a little
- 3:44Speaker 2: bit of the proceeds.
- 3:45Speaker 1: To Love Pup.
- 3:47Speaker 3: If it's a flavor, that's cool. If it's a like
- 3:49Speaker 3: those flavors sound delicious, would they not make it just
- 3:52Speaker 3: be a permanent flavor, like if it sells popular enough.
- 3:55Speaker 2: And it's kind of funny because she made it into
- 3:58Speaker 2: a little competition, ye, like we'll see whose flavor sells out.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Who doesn't like bananas. I don't think that's a thing.
- 4:04Speaker 1: People don't know a lot of people don't. It's like
- 4:06Speaker 1: a texture thing.
- 4:08Speaker 4: I can't get game with it.
- 4:10Speaker 3: It's called scoop with a K S K O O P.
- 4:13Speaker 3: It's a great place, great ice cream.
- 4:15Speaker 1: And then did you go to the bike shop next door?
- 4:16Speaker 3: We did not? We shot so the bike shop next
- 4:19Speaker 3: door is their bike shop is called Bicycle House. Across
- 4:22Speaker 3: the street from there is where I get my concert tickets.
- 4:25Speaker 4: We did.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Tickets Unlimited. Right if you go a little bit further there,
- 4:33Speaker 3: that's where my barbershop is. You guys like we're in my.
- 4:35Speaker 4: That's the outskirts of my bubble.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Your wife stopped by. Blake stopped by because she's the
- 4:42Speaker 2: one that connected us with Shasta, the owner of scoop,
- 4:45Speaker 2: and she as we were standing there and we were
- 4:48Speaker 2: kind of looking at Tickets Unlimited because Peyton had pointed
- 4:50Speaker 2: it out. This truck drove by and it's like a
- 4:54Speaker 2: mobile barber. So I wonder if your barbershop does mobile
- 4:57Speaker 2: barber as well, And I said, that's actually perfect you
- 5:00Speaker 2: for John Jay. You'd never have to leave it.
- 5:01Speaker 3: So then you're are you in the truck, the truck's
- 5:03Speaker 3: driving and you get.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Nothing like it's an uber haircut. That'd be huge.
- 5:09Speaker 3: During COVID, my barber came to my house, Arson from
- 5:12Speaker 3: the Scott Still barber shop isn't COVID anymore, and they
- 5:14Speaker 3: still haven't
