- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, this is the 25th anniversary of 9-11.
- 0:31Speaker 2: September 11th. It is also Remember a Hero Day.
- 0:36Speaker 3: And we're going to be doing a 9-11 tribute throughout
- 0:38Speaker 3: the morning. So keep listening. We got a lot going
- 0:40Speaker 3: on too. We got Kanye tickets. We got the Disney tickets.
- 0:44Speaker 3: We've got Chance the Rapper tickets. We've got Minute to
- 0:46Speaker 3: Win it. But first, listen to this. A couple days ago,
- 0:52Speaker 3: I was driving and I saw that there was a
- 0:55Speaker 3: note under my windshield.
- 0:57Speaker 2: A note, you say? Like a ticket?
- 0:59Speaker 3: Yeah, but it wasn't a ticket because it looked like
- 1:01Speaker 3: a torn piece of paper. It looked like it would
- 1:02Speaker 3: be a note.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:03Speaker 3: It was under my windshield. You know what I'm talking about,
- 1:05Speaker 3: like on the windshield light work?
- 1:06Speaker 4: Sure, sure.
- 1:06Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, man, I wonder what that is.
- 1:08Speaker 3: I saw it when I pulled out of the driveway
- 1:10Speaker 3: here at the radio station on my parking spot. And
- 1:12Speaker 3: I was like, when I park, I'm going to get
- 1:14Speaker 3: that and see what that is. Anyway, I forgot to
- 1:16Speaker 3: get it. Then I get in the car and drive
- 1:18Speaker 3: it again. And I'm like, there's that thing. I got
- 1:20Speaker 3: to get it. Like literally two days of me doing that.
- 1:22Speaker 2: That sounds right.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24Speaker 3: So this morning I parked at the radio station and
- 1:26Speaker 3: here it is.
- 1:27Speaker 1: It's a long note.
- 1:28Speaker 2: It's a note.
- 1:29Speaker 1: It's a lot of words on that note.
- 1:31Speaker 3: And I literally thought, because I'm reading this and it
- 1:33Speaker 3: doesn't make sense, but I feel that with Kyle watching
- 1:39Speaker 3: all the murder documentaries and CSI stuff that we could
- 1:42Speaker 3: put this together because I feel that there's clues in
- 1:45Speaker 3: this note to help us understand.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:48Speaker 1: What does it say?
- 1:49Speaker 3: Eve Jobs is not in London with Harry anymore. She's
- 1:54Speaker 3: residing in our beautiful Phoenix city. Do not use this
- 1:58Speaker 3: information yet. Look into the fact on London's end.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
- 2:04Speaker 5: That is a riddle.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Is it something about Harry Styles?
- 2:07Speaker 3: That's what I thought. Or Prince Harry.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Oh, well, it sounded like Eve job, like Steve jobs
- 2:13Speaker 5: to me in the beginning.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:15Speaker 3: I thought that they.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Leave the S out.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Is it ST?
- 2:17Speaker 2: Is it Steve jobs?
- 2:19Speaker 1: But then they refer to Eve as she.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Okay. So get this. So here's what I did before
- 2:24Speaker 3: I pitched this to you guys on the air. Do
- 2:26Speaker 3: me a favor and Google Kyle Eve jobs.
- 2:28Speaker 1: You got it. Eve, Eve jobs. Who are you?
- 2:32Speaker 3: Especially now with the Apple dropping.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Oh, she's very pretty.
- 2:35Speaker 3: And who is she?
- 2:36Speaker 1: She is a 28-year-old daughter of Steve Jobs.
- 2:41Speaker 3: A daughter of Steve Jobs. Okay, now look who she's
- 2:43Speaker 3: married to.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Okay.
- 2:48Speaker 6: She is married to British Olympic gold medal winning show jumper.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Harry Charles.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Harry Charles.
- 2:55Speaker 3: And I'm like, who is this person that left me
- 2:57Speaker 3: this note that is all caught up in Eve Jobs
- 2:59Speaker 3: and Harry Charles? We're caught up in Harry.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Styles and Zoe Kravitz.
- 3:03Speaker 1: And they were here?
- 3:05Speaker 2: Apparently, according to this note. She's coming here. She's not
- 3:08Speaker 2: in London.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Is this written in an English accent?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Read it.
- 3:11Speaker 7: Read it.
- 3:11Speaker 8: Read it.
- 3:13Speaker 9: Eve Jobs is not in London with Harry anymore. She's
- 3:16Speaker 9: residing in our beautiful Phoenix city. Do not use this
- 3:20Speaker 9: information yet. Look into the fact on London's end.
- 3:26Speaker 2: On London's end.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Wait, wait, maybe I got to Google London's end.
- 3:29Speaker 5: It totally makes sense when Kyle says it in like
- 3:30Speaker 5: a British accent though.
- 3:32Speaker 1: London's end.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I mean, it's a scoop of some sort.
- 3:35Speaker 1: The fact on London's end. London's West End.
- 3:38Speaker 2: You're getting all this hot gossip on your windshield. That's bizarre.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Yeah, that's really weird.
- 3:46Speaker 2: So then that makes me wonder, where was the note?
- 3:50Speaker 2: I mean, you saw it here at the station, but
- 3:52Speaker 2: could it have been like in a neighborhood where, you know,
- 3:56Speaker 2: she's moving?
- 3:57Speaker 3: I would think that it's somebody who came to the
- 3:58Speaker 3: radio station and left it on my car.
- 4:00Speaker 2: That's what I think.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Because why would you give me England gossip if you're
- 4:04Speaker 3: just a random car parked in the street?
- 4:05Speaker 2: I don't know why anybody would give you England gossip anyway.
- 4:08Speaker 1: That's so weird.
- 4:09Speaker 3: So what does this mean to you, Kyle? I actually
- 4:11Speaker 3: thought of Kyle. I was like, give me all the clues.
- 4:13Speaker 3: What does this mean? And the person that left this note,
- 4:16Speaker 3: are they all caught up in English gossip? When you
- 4:19Speaker 3: think about all the current gossip, Kardashians, the Biebers, why
- 4:24Speaker 3: this note on my car?
- 4:26Speaker 1: She is not in love.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Oh, maybe.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Okay. So maybe there's trouble in their marriage.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Is it?
- 4:33Speaker 1: And also- And she had to come here because there
- 4:35Speaker 1: was a big Apple announcement.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that's cool right now.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Because of her connection with Steve Jobs.
- 4:40Speaker 6: She had to be in the States.
- 4:42Speaker 10: Right.
- 4:42Speaker 1: But then they were having a huge fight and Harry
- 4:44Speaker 1: was like, oh, I'm not coming there. I'm not going
- 4:47Speaker 1: to America.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Also, why if you're named Steve Jobs, you know who
- 4:51Speaker 2: you are. Why name your kid Eve? That's so close.
- 4:53Speaker 3: I actually thought of that.
- 4:54Speaker 10: It's a little lazy.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Like when they were pregnant with a baby, what are
- 4:56Speaker 3: we going to call her?
- 4:57Speaker 11: It's a girl.
- 4:58Speaker 1: They wanted a Steve Jr.
- 5:00Speaker 2: So they had to say over Eve Jr. I don't
- 5:02Speaker 2: care for that.
- 5:02Speaker 3: But then again, I know there's a lot of horse
- 5:04Speaker 3: stuff going on here. This dude's a horse. Her husband
- 5:07Speaker 3: is a horse guy.
- 5:08Speaker 2: But she's not.
- 5:09Speaker 1: With Harry in London.
- 5:10Speaker 3: She's not with Harry in London.
- 5:11Speaker 11: She's here.
- 5:12Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 5:13Speaker 2: In our beautiful city.
- 5:14Speaker 3: This is random, so we can post it on our
- 5:17Speaker 3: Instagram or whatever.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Someone's got the inside scoop.
- 5:19Speaker 3: You got the scoop on Eve Jobs and Harry.
- 5:22Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Harry Charles? Is that his name? Yeah. Harry Charles sounds
- 5:26Speaker 2: like Prince Harry, King Charles. It's a combination.
- 5:28Speaker 3: So much.
- 5:29Speaker 2: These people need to branch out with their names.
- 5:30Speaker 3: This is like a Game of Thrones storyline.
- 5:33Speaker 1: They know our love of the royal family.
- 5:34Speaker 2: When you play the Game of Thrones, you either win
- 5:36Speaker 2: or you lose. So whoever left that on my car,
- 5:38Speaker 2: could you please call me, text me, DM me?
- 5:40Speaker 1: We need more information.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Please, thank you. All right. Kiss FM.
- 5:44Speaker 3: John Jay and Rich.
- 5:45Speaker 4: You know when it gets to last call and all
- 5:47Speaker 4: the dudes kind of start creeping up on you?
- 5:50Speaker 2: We have the solution. Give them the John Jay and
- 5:53Speaker 2: Rich drunk dial line.
- 5:54Speaker 5: 602-888-1933.
- 5:59Speaker 2: It's John Jay and Rich.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Peyton, what's the vibe for Horsecopes today?
- 6:02Speaker 5: Well, it's Friday, so it's time to stop feeling guilty
- 6:04Speaker 5: and just go waste all that hard-earned money that you made.
- 6:07Speaker 5: And I'm going to let you know what you should
- 6:08Speaker 5: be buying today. Also, if it's your birthday today, you
- 6:10Speaker 5: should have a birthday with Ludacris, Taraji P. Henson, and Kygo.
- 6:14Speaker 2: KT.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Hello.
- 6:18Speaker 2: What's up? What's your sign?
- 6:21Speaker 13: I am a Virgo.
- 6:22Speaker 14: It is Virgo season. The new moon in Virgo is happening.
- 6:26Speaker 14: Did you know that?
- 6:27Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:29Speaker 15: I love it.
- 6:30Speaker 5: Well, Virgos, it is your season, so I'm going to
- 6:32Speaker 5: tell you exactly what you need to go spend your
- 6:33Speaker 5: money on today. Stop trying to just relax for free.
- 6:37Speaker 5: Go spend all your money on those aesthetic glass containers.
- 6:40Speaker 5: John Jay, I already know you're into that. And some
- 6:42Speaker 5: new fancy health hack right now. Giving you permission this
- 6:46Speaker 5: Friday to go and spend it.
- 6:49Speaker 14: Fantastic. I mean, I've already got all of that, but,
- 6:52Speaker 14: you know, as a Virgo, we can never have too much.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 6:54Speaker 14: Can I tell you a little story?
- 6:57Speaker 11: Sure.
- 6:59Speaker 14: Well, I'm actually going to be in Salt Lake City
- 7:02Speaker 14: this Saturday doing some tarot reading.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 7:04Speaker 14: At a flamenco festival.
- 7:06Speaker 16: Yes.
- 7:07Speaker 14: I'm just going to be at the Mill Creek Summit,
- 7:10Speaker 14: and I'll be doing tarot by Takahashi. I am Callie Takahashi,
- 7:14Speaker 14: or KT.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Okay.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Hey, are you going to be in a flamingo or
- 7:21Speaker 3: flamenco festival?
- 7:23Speaker 15: Flamenco dance.
- 7:24Speaker 14: It's like a flamenco dance.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Yes, very familiar with the flamenco dancing. It's a beautiful dance.
- 7:30Speaker 3: How fun to incorporate that with tarot card reading.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Very good.
- 7:34Speaker 17: Right?
- 7:36Speaker 14: It's through one of my best friends. They have some
- 7:40Speaker 14: Sephardic and different things like that. It's an outdoor festival
- 7:45Speaker 14: just for the community to come and enjoy different things.
- 7:49Speaker 14: for the end of the summer. And I'm really excited
- 7:52Speaker 14: to offer some different astrology readings to see what happens
- 7:56Speaker 14: for whoever wants to chat with me and get into
- 8:00Speaker 14: the tarot deck. All right.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Those things kind of scare me. They scare me, but
- 8:06Speaker 3: I'm glad you're doing it. Good luck, Katie. Thanks for
- 8:08Speaker 3: calling in.
- 8:10Speaker 14: Thank you so, so much. And we'll chat again soon.
- 8:12Speaker 18: I'm so sure.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Of course.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Daisy, good morning. What's your sign?
- 8:17Speaker 18: I am a Leo. All right.
- 8:19Speaker 5: I'm a Leo, too, Daisy. So the thing that we
- 8:20Speaker 5: need to go out and spend money on, which just
- 8:23Speaker 5: actually kind of worries me. But when we go out tonight,
- 8:25Speaker 5: we need to step up to the bar and buy
- 8:27Speaker 5: the entire table a round of top shelf shots. So
- 8:29Speaker 5: we love the applause. We love being the main character.
- 8:32Speaker 5: So we just need to own it. Hand over the card.
- 8:34Speaker 2: We can pay the credit card off later. What bar
- 8:35Speaker 2: are you going to be at tonight, Peyton?
- 8:37Speaker 5: I don't know. We'll see where the wind takes me.
- 8:40Speaker 15: So rounds on us today?
- 8:42Speaker 5: Rounds on us. I'll probably be in downtown Phoenix, truthfully.
- 8:45Speaker 15: That is very scary.
- 8:47Speaker 3: All right, Daisy, thanks for calling in. Have a great day.
- 8:49Speaker 8: You too, babe.
- 8:50Speaker 19: Bye.
- 8:51Speaker 3: How about Pisces?
- 8:52Speaker 5: Okay, Rich, for you, what you need to go spend
- 8:54Speaker 5: your money on. Oddly enough, since we just talked to KT,
- 8:58Speaker 5: you might go and drop like 300 bucks on a
- 9:00Speaker 5: new tarot card deck or like a giant crystal or
- 9:03Speaker 5: like maybe one of those online readings. Your vibes will
- 9:07Speaker 5: feel completely chaotic today and you need like a spiritual
- 9:09Speaker 5: exercise to explain it. Maybe a Ouija board. It's getting
- 9:12Speaker 5: into spooky season.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I will never mess with a Ouija board. Crystal though,
- 9:16Speaker 2: you know, those are real. How about those Libras?
- 9:18Speaker 5: Kyle, for Libras, I am ordering you to go get
- 9:21Speaker 5: that $ 9 overpriced blackberry chai tea that you go and
- 9:26Speaker 5: get at the lunch lounge.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Cheers.
- 9:29Speaker 5: It might be basic for you. It might be overpriced,
- 9:31Speaker 5: but it looks cute in your hands, so you go
- 9:33Speaker 5: and buy it, babe.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Love it.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Done. All right, if we can get to your sign there,
- 9:37Speaker 3: I'll post it on our website, johnjainrich.com.
- 9:40Speaker 2: We want you to be part of the show.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Call us.
- 9:46Speaker 2: 877-937-1047. Get on the air with John Jay and Rich.
- 9:49Speaker 3: Last week on my birthday, I shared with you guys
- 9:51Speaker 3: that I've been obsessed for a long time. I had
- 9:54Speaker 3: a psychic tell me that I was going to die
- 9:57Speaker 3: before my birthday in 2026.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Which is insane.
- 9:59Speaker 1: It's insane. And you're alive.
- 10:01Speaker 3: And I've been dealing with it for a long time.
- 10:03Speaker 2: And I'm alive.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Thank goodness they were wrong.
- 10:04Speaker 3: But we wanted to know, has someone ever predicted something?
- 10:08Speaker 3: And they were right. I was thinking psychic. But, well,
- 10:12Speaker 3: let me tell you first. Let's say hi to Henry. Henry,
- 10:14Speaker 3: what did someone predict for you? And was it a
- 10:17Speaker 3: psychic or no?
- 10:18Speaker 17: My uh my buddy who i don't know i think
- 10:22Speaker 17: he might be psychic and that's that's kind of his
- 10:24Speaker 17: whole story um because it wasn't even supposed to be
- 10:27Speaker 17: serious like it was we were just hanging this is
- 10:29Speaker 17: like 10 years ago me and my buddy his name
- 10:32Speaker 17: is kyle we were drinking beers like 10 years ago
- 10:35Speaker 17: we were just talking about marriage we were in our
- 10:38Speaker 17: 20s and he just he gets serious and he looks
- 10:41Speaker 17: at me and he goes dude, you're so the type
- 10:44Speaker 17: to get divorced, but then hook up with your ex
- 10:48Speaker 17: wife and marry her again, which I was like, that's
- 10:52Speaker 17: so specific and kind of a burn. I feel like
- 10:55Speaker 17: we laugh. Um, you know, I said that he watched
- 10:58Speaker 17: too much TV. I think he was a little drunk
- 11:00Speaker 17: cause he doesn't remember it too well. Cause, uh, yeah,
- 11:03Speaker 17: fast forward a few years and you know, a lot
- 11:07Speaker 17: of life happened. I got married and, I got divorced,
- 11:11Speaker 17: we split up, our lives were a mess, and we
- 11:15Speaker 17: started dating other people. But lo and behold, one night
- 11:18Speaker 17: we ran into each other at a bar and one
- 11:21Speaker 17: thing led to another, the chemistry was rekindled, and we
- 11:25Speaker 17: kind of ended up secretly hooking up for a few months.
- 11:29Speaker 17: We were both stubborn about it. We were both, you know,
- 11:31Speaker 17: we're both strong people. But then we gave in, and
- 11:34Speaker 17: eventually we did get remarried.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Oh, my gosh.
- 11:37Speaker 2: I actually love that story. All the way before you
- 11:41Speaker 2: were even married the first time. He called, like, three
- 11:43Speaker 2: stages of the relationship.
- 11:45Speaker 3: See, my thing is, did he really, psychic, did he
- 11:48Speaker 3: predict it, or is it more of, I told you so? Like, ha,
- 11:51Speaker 3: I told you so that would happen. Because it was
- 11:54Speaker 3: in my head, right?
- 11:55Speaker 17: But I was like, I'm not letting Kyle manifest this.
- 12:02Speaker 17: I was like, you know, thinking about him saying that,
- 12:04Speaker 17: and that made me not want to get back with
- 12:06Speaker 17: her because I just didn't want him to be right. But,
- 12:09Speaker 17: you know, he had nothing to do with it. One
- 12:10Speaker 17: thing led to another, and happily ever after. I love
- 12:13Speaker 17: my wife, but I... I had to tell Kyle about
- 12:17Speaker 17: it after all the dust settled.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Was he at both weddings? Because at the second one,
- 12:20Speaker 2: that should be his whole speech.
- 12:22Speaker 17: He was in both wedding parties.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Are you still married to her right now?
- 12:28Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 12:28Speaker 2: All right.
- 12:29Speaker 1: That's amazing.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Very cool story.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Thanks, Henry.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Thanks for sharing that with us.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Thank you. Of course.
- 12:35Speaker 17: I asked him, though. I was like, hey, you remember
- 12:37Speaker 17: what you told me?
- 12:38Speaker 15: And he says, no.
- 12:39Speaker 17: And so I was like, oh, I thought you were just, like,
- 12:41Speaker 17: talking shit. And he claims, like, oh, I barely remember that.
- 12:44Speaker 13: I was drunk.
- 12:45Speaker 11: I was joking.
- 12:46Speaker 17: But I think this guy's a savant, and I think
- 12:48Speaker 17: he should.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Like a beer-drinking savant. He only has his powers when
- 12:51Speaker 2: he drinks. Exactly.
- 12:53Speaker 17: I think he can make a fortune. You know, Miss
- 12:55Speaker 17: Cleo tends to, you know, next generation.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Thanks, brother.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Joanna, what does someone predict about you when it turned.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Out to be true?
- 13:03Speaker 20: So my aunt was literally on her deathbed and told
- 13:07Speaker 20: me that I was pregnant. And I told her, no,
- 13:09Speaker 20: I'm not. They said I couldn't have kids. You know,
- 13:12Speaker 20: I wasn't really showing any symptoms or anything.
- 13:14Speaker 18: And she's like, baby Joe.
- 13:16Speaker 14: You're pregnant.
- 13:17Speaker 20: She said, you're pregnant right now or you're going to be.
- 13:20Speaker 20: And so I didn't believe her. I went home, ate
- 13:22Speaker 20: pregnancy test later.
- 13:24Speaker 18: We're all positive.
- 13:26Speaker 7: Wow.
- 13:27Speaker 1: How did she know?
- 13:28Speaker 2: She had that intuition.
- 13:30Speaker 18: It was really weird.
- 13:31Speaker 20: And like I said, she was on her death as
- 13:32Speaker 20: she had been fighting cancer. So she was like in
- 13:34Speaker 20: her last few days. And so the next day I
- 13:38Speaker 20: had made an appointment with an OBGYN, went in, got
- 13:40Speaker 20: an ultrasound. I was 11 weeks pregnant.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Wow.
- 13:45Speaker 10: Dang.
- 13:46Speaker 2: She was like halfway watching you from the other side.
- 13:50Speaker 8: Something.
- 13:50Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 13:51Speaker 20: It was like two weeks later she had passed and
- 13:53Speaker 20: I had, was able to tell her that I was pregnant.
- 13:55Speaker 20: And then if it was a girl, it was going
- 13:57Speaker 20: to be named after her. And I had a boy.
- 14:02Speaker 3: What was your aunt's name?
- 14:05Speaker 20: Her name was Laura.
- 14:06Speaker 3: And what's your son's name?
- 14:08Speaker 2: Dean.
- 14:09Speaker 3: You should have called him Laura anyway. I was kind
- 14:11Speaker 3: of thinking about it. Laura, just Laura, and then be like, sorry, man.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Sorry, my aunt said you were going to bring Abby.
- 14:17Speaker 2: I wasn't even supposed to have you.
- 14:18Speaker 17: Be glad, Laura.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Stop crying, Laura.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Be glad, Laura. All right, Joanna. Congratulations. That's a good one.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Thanks for calling in.
- 14:26Speaker 14: Thank you.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Stella, what did someone predict about you and they were right?
- 14:32Speaker 21: So one time my best friend said to me, you
- 14:36Speaker 21: would so get involved in a police chase because you
- 14:39Speaker 21: think that you're helping somebody. And like when I heard that,
- 14:46Speaker 21: obviously I laughed because like I had like literally never
- 14:50Speaker 21: gotten a speeding ticket.
- 14:52Speaker 18: But then a.
- 14:53Speaker 21: Few years later, I'm driving home at like 11 at night.
- 14:58Speaker 21: And I see this guy. He's, like, running down the
- 15:01Speaker 21: street waving his arms. And I kind of recognize him.
- 15:05Speaker 21: So I pull over in case he's, like, been hit
- 15:08Speaker 21: or something. And then he, like, jumps into my passenger seat.
- 15:13Speaker 21: And I realize I do know him. It's this kid
- 15:16Speaker 21: that I went to middle school with. And before we
- 15:19Speaker 21: can even.
- 15:19Speaker 8: Catch up, he's like... Hi, Stella.
- 15:22Speaker 21: Like, not time to talk. Like, go, go, go.
- 15:24Speaker 18: And I'm like, whoa.
- 15:26Speaker 21: But I like step on the gas and before I
- 15:28Speaker 21: can even process it, three police cars come flying around
- 15:32Speaker 21: the corner. And it turns out that he had just
- 15:37Speaker 21: robbed a gas station and.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Did not have an escape plan.
- 15:42Speaker 21: And did not have an escape plan, exactly. And was, like,
- 15:46Speaker 21: lucky that I was.
- 15:48Speaker 12: There, I guess.
- 15:48Speaker 21: But, like, obviously, I immediately pulled over. But for about
- 15:52Speaker 21: a second, I was, like, literally driving around with a
- 15:55Speaker 21: wanted man in my passenger seat.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Man, that's crazy. Someone predicted that. That's a crazy prediction.
- 16:03Speaker 2: She might have predicted that you were going to be
- 16:04Speaker 2: right there on the corner, so you didn't need to
- 16:06Speaker 2: have a plan.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Stella's going to be there.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Because look at how he gets in the car. Hey, Stella,
- 16:11Speaker 2: no time to talk. Let's go.
- 16:13Speaker 18: I know.
- 16:15Speaker 21: People know what's going to happen.
- 16:17Speaker 15: Apparently, I'm very predictable.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Man, that's a crazy story. Thanks for sharing it, Stella.
- 16:21Speaker 2: That is crazy.
- 16:23Speaker 3: I'm assuming he's in prison now or something.
- 16:26Speaker 21: I think that he went to jail.
- 16:28Speaker 2: All right.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Thanks for sharing it.
- 16:29Speaker 18: Thanks.
- 16:31Speaker 2: It's John Jane Rich.
- 16:32Speaker 3: I don't know how you found us.
- 16:34Speaker 4: But I'm so thankful that you did. It's John. All right,
- 16:39Speaker 4: it's time for stacks and hacks. Stacks of information and
- 16:43Speaker 4: life hacks. I start off stacks with the loudest states.
- 16:51Speaker 4: The loudest states. New studies set out to find the
- 16:53Speaker 4: loudest and quietest states in America. They analyzed the national
- 16:56Speaker 4: transportation noise data to determine which states were the loudest
- 17:00Speaker 4: in terms of cars, trains, and planes.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Okay, well, it's got to be Illinois like Chicago.
- 17:04Speaker 10: Vegas.
- 17:05Speaker 18: Nevada.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Nevada.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Texas is one, Nevada's two, then California, Illinois, Florida, then Arizona.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 17:14Speaker 5: As the loudest?
- 17:14Speaker 1: I would think New York would be on there. It's
- 17:16Speaker 1: like the city that never sleeps.
- 17:18Speaker 3: New York is after Arizona.
- 17:19Speaker 10: Oh, wow.
- 17:19Speaker 16: Okay.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Connecticut was the quietest.
- 17:23Speaker 2: All those trees.
- 17:24Speaker 5: I'm shocked to hear that we're that high up because
- 17:27Speaker 5: literally when my husband, Kadeem, moved here, his favorite thing
- 17:30Speaker 5: about living in Arizona was that it was so quiet.
- 17:32Speaker 5: That you didn't really hear all of the planes and
- 17:36Speaker 5: the sirens and the ambulances and all that stuff.
- 17:38Speaker 3: That's because you three are in the outskirts.
- 17:41Speaker 2: That's true.
- 17:41Speaker 5: I guess we are a little bit, yeah.
- 17:43Speaker 2: I remember you were living before.
- 17:44Speaker 3: You had wild pelicans and whatever running.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Around or peacocks.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Yeah, we had peacocks.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Yeah, we were on a county island.
- 17:49Speaker 3: In your family... Are there fast eaters and slow eaters?
- 17:55Speaker 3: John Jay is the fastest eater I know. A new
- 17:56Speaker 3: article talked about eating speed and the gaps in relationships.
- 18:00Speaker 3: Like if you're married to a slow eater and a
- 18:01Speaker 3: fast eater, it could cause friction, but only if one
- 18:04Speaker 3: of them is disrespectful about it. And my house is 50,
- 18:07Speaker 3: 50 fast eaters. So if you eat real, like sometimes
- 18:10Speaker 3: I eat and I get up and then my wife's like,
- 18:12Speaker 3: we're still eating. I got to watch TV. What would
- 18:19Speaker 3: cost your employer more? You or a humanoid robot?
- 18:24Speaker 2: Ooh.
- 18:24Speaker 3: What do you think, Kyle?
- 18:27Speaker 1: Well, right now, the robots are pretty expensive, so I
- 18:29Speaker 1: would say the robot.
- 18:30Speaker 3: According to a report, a two-legged humanoid robot in a
- 18:33Speaker 3: factory would cost employers.
- 18:35Speaker 2: $ 400, 000.
- 18:36Speaker 3: Over five years. Is that more than your salary?
- 18:39Speaker 11: Mm-hmm.
- 18:39Speaker 3: So that's how they're looking at it.
- 18:41Speaker 18: Yep.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Solid right, the robot.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Here are some common mistakes people make when they're brushing
- 18:47Speaker 3: their teeth. Not brushing for a full two minutes every time.
- 18:51Speaker 3: I don't do that. Oh, yeah, you gotta do that.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Not cleaning their tongue. I do that. And rinsing their
- 18:57Speaker 3: mouth out with water right after they brush. Those are mistakes.
- 18:59Speaker 5: Yeah, I learned that one recently.
- 19:01Speaker 1: I mean, how do you not rinse your mouth out?
- 19:03Speaker 5: Yeah, but you're not supposed to. You're just supposed to
- 19:05Speaker 5: spit and allow the toothpaste to do what the toothpaste
- 19:07Speaker 5: is supposed to do.
- 19:08Speaker 1: But it's all gross in your mouth.
- 19:09Speaker 3: I know.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I don't do it anymore.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Uh, Andrew Kuberman, I freaking love this guy. He does
- 19:15Speaker 3: a podcast on health and nutrition and stuff. And he does,
- 19:16Speaker 3: he said this thing a long time ago and I
- 19:18Speaker 3: haven't done it yet. And I think about it every morning.
- 19:21Speaker 3: So he says, when you wake up before you brush
- 19:23Speaker 3: your teeth, take water, put in your mouth, gargle, swish
- 19:26Speaker 3: around and then swallow it. Why? And I gargle and
- 19:29Speaker 3: swish around, but then I spit it out, I'm afraid.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Why do you swallow it?
- 19:31Speaker 1: It's kind of gross.
- 19:32Speaker 3: The bacteria in your mouth, when it goes in your stomach,
- 19:34Speaker 3: is supposed to be really good for you. Oh, no.
- 19:36Speaker 16: No.
- 19:36Speaker 19: No.
- 19:37Speaker 3: I almost want to have him on our show to
- 19:40Speaker 3: explain that to me. I know, and I'm hoping that
- 19:42Speaker 3: I heard it wrong.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Because you're brushing all that bacteria that's building up that's
- 19:46Speaker 2: not good for you.
- 19:47Speaker 5: That's how you get sick, I would feel like.
- 19:49Speaker 2: I mean, that's why you're brushing, because it's nasty bacteria.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Next time you're brushing your teeth in the morning when
- 19:54Speaker 3: you wake up, just put some water in your mouth
- 19:56Speaker 3: to whoosh around and go, right now I'm supposed to
- 19:57Speaker 3: swallow it.
- 19:59Speaker 19: I can't. I can't.
- 20:00Speaker 5: I don't think I could.
- 20:00Speaker 3: That's how far I get.
- 20:02Speaker 2: I go to do it. I can't, I can't, I can't.
- 20:03Speaker 2: I keep taking a drink of water, but not swishing it.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Just straight down the chute.
- 20:09Speaker 3: So there's this mayor of this town. This is the
- 20:11Speaker 3: weirdest thing in the world. They've caught this mayor in
- 20:14Speaker 3: random surveillance like CCTV walking around the town with no
- 20:17Speaker 3: pants on.
- 20:18Speaker 22: Ew.
- 20:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:19Speaker 2: What a creep.
- 20:20Speaker 10: I know.
- 20:20Speaker 2: It's so weird. He's the mayor.
- 20:22Speaker 11: He's the mayor on a couple different occasions without wearing pants,
- 20:26Speaker 11: which is a very big issue that's unethical.
- 20:30Speaker 3: So now the mayor's going to retire at the end
- 20:32Speaker 3: of the month. It's in North Carolina.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Yikes. It's a weird platform to try to get elected on.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Man on TikTok was amused when he saw a man
- 20:41Speaker 3: at Subway order a footlong tuna sub and four chocolate cookies. Then,
- 20:48Speaker 3: check out what he said next.
- 20:49Speaker 22: I was just at Subway getting lunch, and the guy
- 20:51Speaker 22: in front of me ordered a footlong tuna sandwich and
- 20:53Speaker 22: four chocolate chip cookies. And when he got to the register,
- 20:56Speaker 22: the cashier asked him if he wanted a bag of chips,
- 20:58Speaker 22: and he said, nope, I don't need any of that
- 21:01Speaker 22: processed shit. I guess we all have a line somewhere.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Athletes in ancient Greek Olympics competed completely naked. It was
- 21:14Speaker 3: a tribute to the Greek god Zeus. They wanted to
- 21:16Speaker 3: show Zeus their physical power and muscular physique.
- 21:19Speaker 2: It'd be so weird.
- 21:20Speaker 5: But I get it, though.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Running naked.
- 21:23Speaker 3: Right. Doing things naked outside.
- 21:24Speaker 5: That's how they were back then.
- 21:27Speaker 1: But also, I'm glad we're not in that stage anymore.
- 21:30Speaker 5: I think it would depend what sport.
- 21:33Speaker 3: A new poll asked how confident Americans feel about performing
- 21:37Speaker 3: very common actions without instructions.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Okay. They are.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Sewing a button onto a shirt.
- 21:45Speaker 2: I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Cooking white rice.
- 21:48Speaker 2: That I can do. I'm a big fan of the rice.
- 21:50Speaker 2: I can't.
- 21:50Speaker 3: I actually asked my son the other day if he
- 21:51Speaker 3: could make it for me. And he told me, just
- 21:53Speaker 3: put it on.
- 21:53Speaker 2: I don't want to do that. I don't know how to.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Changing a flat tire.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I can do that. I don't know how to do that.
- 21:57Speaker 1: That's a blue job.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Changing a baby's dirty diaper.
- 21:59Speaker 2: I can do that.
- 22:00Speaker 11: Got it.
- 22:00Speaker 2: So there you go. There you go. What do you
- 22:02Speaker 2: got for life, Axe Rich? That's fine. Okay, so, you know,
- 22:05Speaker 2: we've done hacks here for a long time, but science
- 22:07Speaker 2: says that they're actually simple things, totally simple things, not
- 22:10Speaker 2: like exercise or anything like that, that actually make your
- 22:14Speaker 2: life better. And you should at least do three of
- 22:18Speaker 2: these five things every single day. One, of course, you
- 22:21Speaker 2: know you should be drinking water, so we'll put that
- 22:23Speaker 2: on there. And getting seven hours of sleep is a
- 22:26Speaker 2: sweet spot for most people. But here's the thing that
- 22:28Speaker 2: I think that we don't think about, that if you
- 22:31Speaker 2: do this in your life, you will live longer and
- 22:33Speaker 2: you will feel better. Eat one piece of fresh fruit
- 22:36Speaker 2: every day. Change your sheets once a week. And this one,
- 22:41Speaker 2: wash your face with cold water and soap twice a day.
- 22:45Speaker 2: And if you do those things, you're going to feel
- 22:47Speaker 2: better and live longer. And they say the other thing, too,
- 22:50Speaker 2: is clean up your spaces, like keep your space tidy.
- 22:53Speaker 2: A tidy space makes you feel healthier. So those life
- 22:55Speaker 2: hacks and many more can be found at johnjainrich.com. Good morning, Courtney.
- 23:02Speaker 2: What's up? You're on the air.
- 23:03Speaker 8: Hi, John Jay. I don't know if you remember me.
- 23:06Speaker 8: I called in a few months ago, but I'm living
- 23:08Speaker 8: in Brussels right now, so it's like nighttime for me.
- 23:12Speaker 8: But I have a question that I wanted to ask
- 23:15Speaker 8: for the audience and just like a general question just
- 23:20Speaker 8: because my husband got upset about something recently and I
- 23:24Speaker 8: wanted an opinion, mostly from Kyle and Peyton.
- 23:26Speaker 2: They're right here.
- 23:27Speaker 11: Okay.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Okay.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Okay, perfect.
- 23:30Speaker 8: So I don't have many friends here. I'm obviously from
- 23:34Speaker 8: the States. My friend connected me with this girl here.
- 23:38Speaker 8: We hit it off right away last weekend. We hung out.
- 23:42Speaker 14: She.
- 23:45Speaker 8: That's about an hour train right away. So we hung
- 23:47Speaker 8: out for... like the whole night and it was kind
- 23:51Speaker 8: of too late for her to go home so I
- 23:53Speaker 8: said yeah stay the night with me because she was
- 23:55Speaker 8: super cool and my husband's a pilot so he's gone
- 23:58Speaker 8: a lot so he was not here and she stayed
- 24:02Speaker 8: the night I didn't I don't have another place for
- 24:04Speaker 8: her to sleep like other than like in the bed
- 24:07Speaker 8: next to me we had girl talk we were gossiping
- 24:09Speaker 8: giggling it felt like so natural it was completely platonic
- 24:14Speaker 8: kind of thing and my husband got super upset and
- 24:19Speaker 8: he said she should have slept on the couch blah
- 24:22Speaker 8: blah blah uh like that's not okay with me that
- 24:26Speaker 8: her sleeping in the bed with you and one thing
- 24:30Speaker 8: he said you're a 40 year old woman and you
- 24:33Speaker 8: should not be having sleepovers like this and I got
- 24:35Speaker 8: super offended and I said whoa whoa whoa whoa okay
- 24:40Speaker 8: well first of all this girl is way cool. It's
- 24:44Speaker 8: hard to make girlfriends at my age. And we hit
- 24:47Speaker 8: it off and I don't think I should be in
- 24:49Speaker 8: trouble for this. And then he went on to say that, like,
- 24:53Speaker 8: he was just mad that he doesn't know this girl
- 24:55Speaker 8: and she slept in his bed. And then I said, okay, okay.
- 24:57Speaker 8: I understand that part of it.
- 24:59Speaker 18: But she's super cool.
- 25:00Speaker 8: But to bring my age into it, I think any woman, like,
- 25:05Speaker 8: you have a sleepover with your girl, like, it's fun. It's,
- 25:09Speaker 8: I don't know. I just want Kyle and Peyton's opinion
- 25:12Speaker 8: on this?
- 25:13Speaker 6: I think I'll have sleepovers when I'm 85. I think
- 25:19Speaker 6: there's really something special about women friendships. And I think like,
- 25:24Speaker 6: Guys don't, the guys don't really work the same way.
- 25:27Speaker 6: Like I know my husband, he like could have no
- 25:28Speaker 6: friends forever and he doesn't care. Like it's not, but
- 25:31Speaker 6: I feel like women, we need girlfriends. Like it actually
- 25:34Speaker 6: helps give us life. So it's something maybe he doesn't understand,
- 25:38Speaker 6: but I think you're totally in the right. And if
- 25:40Speaker 6: it makes him feel better, like, do you want to
- 25:42Speaker 6: meet her? Do you want to interview her? Like nothing
- 25:45Speaker 6: weird was going on. If it makes him feel better,
- 25:47Speaker 6: you like introduce them, I guess. But I say you
- 25:50Speaker 6: can have sleepovers whenever you want.
- 25:52Speaker 8: And as girls, like we have this girl bond and
- 25:55Speaker 8: we gossip and we giggle. And my daughter, my daughter's 19.
- 25:59Speaker 8: And she, even the next morning, she's like, I'm.
- 26:01Speaker 18: So happy for you, mom.
- 26:02Speaker 8: You finally made a girlfriend.
- 26:04Speaker 17: I know, right?
- 26:05Speaker 8: We were gossiping. We were giggling in the morning. We
- 26:08Speaker 8: woke up and we're just chatting and like talking about
- 26:11Speaker 8: each other's like boyfriend. Like, well, my husband and her
- 26:14Speaker 8: boyfriend and like just laughing and like giggling.
- 26:17Speaker 1: And it was so fun.
- 26:18Speaker 8: And my husband was just like, I don't know. He said,
- 26:21Speaker 8: that's not appropriate.
- 26:22Speaker 15: And I said, yes, it is.
- 26:24Speaker 8: You just don't understand girl friendships. He also doesn't have
- 26:27Speaker 8: a sister. He never grew up with girls. He only
- 26:30Speaker 8: has a brother. He doesn't understand the girl thing.
- 26:33Speaker 5: Yeah, he doesn't understand girlhood. And I think it's totally OK.
- 26:36Speaker 5: My mom, literally, I was on the phone with her
- 26:37Speaker 5: last night. I was like, where are you at? Why
- 26:39Speaker 5: are you not at home? Oh, I'm having a sleepover
- 26:41Speaker 5: with Kathleen. We're at a nice little spa and we're
- 26:43Speaker 5: just having a girl's night.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Literally, my mom. He's older than you.
- 26:47Speaker 3: I'm going to give you a different perspective, but I
- 26:49Speaker 3: also want you to, there's something I think you can
- 26:50Speaker 3: show your husband. If you watch the most recent season
- 26:54Speaker 3: of Ted Lasso, there's a lot of that in Ted
- 26:57Speaker 3: Lasso with Rebecca and Keely. They're both friends, and there's
- 27:01Speaker 3: a couple times where they have a sleepover, and they're
- 27:03Speaker 3: literally watching TV, and she's resting on her stomach, and
- 27:06Speaker 3: one of her friends is watching TV. So that can
- 27:08Speaker 3: explain the girlhood. But let me give you another perspective. Oh,
- 27:12Speaker 3: John Jay, I have.
- 27:14Speaker 8: I just started Ted Lasso. I'm only on season two. Okay,
- 27:17Speaker 8: so don't run it first.
- 27:19Speaker 19: No, no, no.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Listen, listen, listen.
- 27:23Speaker 3: Keep watching it because you're going to see their friendship blossom.
- 27:25Speaker 3: You said something your husband said, which makes me look
- 27:27Speaker 3: into his perspective, is that a stranger spent the night
- 27:31Speaker 3: at his house. That's where he's like, hey, man, there's
- 27:34Speaker 3: somebody that we don't know that spent the night in
- 27:36Speaker 3: her house and stayed in my room, in my bed.
- 27:39Speaker 3: I'm worried for my daughter. I'm worried for you. I mean,
- 27:41Speaker 3: there's safety. So he could have that. I'm the protector
- 27:45Speaker 3: of my house. And you let a stranger stay there,
- 27:47Speaker 3: especially after watching Furious.
- 27:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I would argue a trust factor, though.
- 27:52Speaker 8: Like, you think I'm going to.
- 27:53Speaker 5: Spend time with somebody or allow someone to stay in
- 27:56Speaker 5: my home?
- 27:56Speaker 2: He's still going to feel how he feels.
- 27:58Speaker 3: When I was a kid growing up, we weren't allowed
- 27:59Speaker 3: to let our friends come in our parents' bedroom. So
- 28:02Speaker 3: it's kind of like, I'm just asking you to look
- 28:05Speaker 3: at it through his perspective.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I like that perspective, and that makes me respect it more.
- 28:08Speaker 1: But also, like... Stopping such a buzzkill. I know, but I.
- 28:14Speaker 8: Think more so he was, he's more of a germaphobe.
- 28:17Speaker 8: So I think it wasn't.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 28:20Speaker 8: He's like, I don't know her.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Does she use my toothbrush?
- 28:26Speaker 8: I'm going to wash everything. I wash all the linens,
- 28:30Speaker 8: like whatever. Don't worry. He's like, Thank you.
- 28:33Speaker 1: And I said, I apologize.
- 28:34Speaker 8: I'm like, I'm sorry. You're right. Like, I wouldn't want someone,
- 28:36Speaker 8: I don't know, sleeping on my pillow.
- 28:38Speaker 2: I bet you he wouldn't have a problem if the
- 28:39Speaker 2: sleepover was at her place. Like, hey, I'm going to
- 28:41Speaker 2: be over at the new friend's house over the weekend.
- 28:44Speaker 2: He'd probably be like, okay, cool. I'll see you when
- 28:45Speaker 2: you get home. But because there's a stranger on his pillow.
- 28:48Speaker 8: Nope, I think he would.
- 28:49Speaker 10: You do?
- 28:50Speaker 3: That's what I'm telling you.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Keep watching. There's a little bit of.
- 28:53Speaker 8: There's a little bit of a track. He thinks there's
- 28:55Speaker 8: a little bit of something. He's a little jealous, too,
- 28:59Speaker 8: along with that. And I'm like, we can have friendships
- 29:01Speaker 8: and we're close. It's a girl thing.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Oh, yes.
- 29:03Speaker 3: I agree with everything you're saying. But I just want
- 29:06Speaker 3: you to think about this for a second. Again, my
- 29:07Speaker 3: point of view about from the protective husband's point of
- 29:09Speaker 3: view and dad, there's that. But then also continue watching
- 29:12Speaker 3: Ted Lasso because the friendship continues. even for me i
- 29:15Speaker 3: grew up with a sister my mom and my mom
- 29:16Speaker 3: had i'm a mexican mexican people spending my house all
- 29:19Speaker 3: the time everybody's in beds everything but when you see
- 29:21Speaker 3: the friendship of keely and rebecca it's exactly what you
- 29:24Speaker 3: described and it's i remember i was watching it a
- 29:26Speaker 3: couple nights and i was like man that is really
- 29:28Speaker 3: how girls do it if guys did it that'd be
- 29:30Speaker 3: so weird not that i'm not guys who shouldn't do
- 29:32Speaker 3: it but it'd be weird if i i've known rich
- 29:34Speaker 3: for 25 years i don't think i'll sleep in the
- 29:36Speaker 3: same bed with him rest my head on his chest
- 29:37Speaker 3: and watch.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Tv we could try it we've shared rooms before. That
- 29:41Speaker 2: was a disaster. John Jay would booby trap the room
- 29:44Speaker 2: because he was afraid somebody was going to come in
- 29:45Speaker 2: and murder him. Yeah, exactly. And I don't want to
- 29:47Speaker 2: go to bed at 8.30 p.m. Courtney, I'm glad you called.
- 29:51Speaker 2: We're going to get tons of calls on this. All right.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 29:55Speaker 8: And to his friend is visiting. Sorry for his friends
- 29:57Speaker 8: visiting from Doha right now, but he's not arriving until
- 30:00Speaker 8: midnight tonight. And I joked, I said, we should switch
- 30:03Speaker 8: places and you should go lay in the bed and
- 30:05Speaker 8: cover yourself up and pretend to be me. So when
- 30:08Speaker 8: he arrives, you're like, hello.
- 30:11Speaker 3: Well, that's totally something totally different. He's pretending to be
- 30:14Speaker 3: you is something totally different. That might not go the
- 30:18Speaker 3: way you think it's going to go. Courtney, I know
- 30:22Speaker 3: you're in another country. I want you to listen to
- 30:23Speaker 3: everyone's response on the podcast or later.
- 30:25Speaker 10: Okay.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Cause I know you got to go.
- 30:26Speaker 23: I can't wait.
- 30:27Speaker 2: All right.
- 30:27Speaker 3: Thanks Courtney. I can't wait.
- 30:29Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 30:31Speaker 6: Bye guys.
- 30:31Speaker 10: Bye.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Your thoughts, 877-937-1047.
- 30:33Speaker 3: John Jay and Rich.
- 30:37Speaker 2: We are like a whole vibe.
- 30:38Speaker 3: All right, so Courtney had a sleepover at her house
- 30:43Speaker 3: while her husband was out of town with a new friend,
- 30:45Speaker 3: and he was pissed. Allie, your thoughts.
- 30:50Speaker 23: Yeah, so I'm just wondering if Courtney's the one that
- 30:52Speaker 23: called in before that had said that she was evacuating
- 30:55Speaker 23: a country due to safety concerns, her husband's a pilot,
- 30:58Speaker 23: all of that stuff. and they were moving because.
- 31:01Speaker 2: Yeah, that's her.
- 31:02Speaker 23: Yeah, so he's a pilot. Whether he's a military pilot
- 31:05Speaker 23: or a commercial pilot, he has to have certain security
- 31:09Speaker 23: clearances that other people don't necessarily have to have to
- 31:12Speaker 23: be able to fly aircraft safely. So I'm wondering if
- 31:16Speaker 23: there's an underlining issue there that's more so he's upset
- 31:19Speaker 23: because it could be a safety concern. I mean, he
- 31:21Speaker 23: doesn't know this person. This person lives in that country.
- 31:24Speaker 23: Not saying that people are bad in every country.
- 31:26Speaker 19: However.
- 31:27Speaker 23: You know, sometimes people do become targets for certain things
- 31:30Speaker 23: once they find out something about a person.
- 31:32Speaker 2: He used to be in lockdown mode. So just having
- 31:36Speaker 2: somebody sleeping in his bed, he'd be like, whoa, what?
- 31:39Speaker 18: Right.
- 31:39Speaker 23: So his fight or flight is just probably on alert
- 31:42Speaker 23: because they just literally had to evacuate another country for safety.
- 31:47Speaker 1: That makes sense.
- 31:48Speaker 2: You know what, guys?
- 31:49Speaker 3: Both things can be true. Just kidding.
- 31:52Speaker 2: I don't know if that worked out.
- 31:53Speaker 23: Also, John Jay, my 13-year-old actually has a question for you.
- 31:58Speaker 23: She asked if she could ask you.
- 31:59Speaker 8: Sure. How do I get Disney tickets? Like, what's your
- 32:05Speaker 8: tips and tricks?
- 32:06Speaker 6: Tips and tricks for Disney tickets, guys.
- 32:09Speaker 3: I got a great tip. Here's what you do, Leslie.
- 32:12Speaker 3: You take your phone in with you to school, put
- 32:14Speaker 3: an earpiece in, and you listen for the magic words
- 32:17Speaker 3: on the iHeart app or on Kiss FM. And we
- 32:20Speaker 3: give them out at 10.05. What time are you out
- 32:21Speaker 3: of school?
- 32:23Speaker 1: Three o'clock.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Okay, perfect. Then you listen for the magic words at 10.05, 11.05, 12.05, 1.05, 2.05.
- 32:29Speaker 3: You'll get five magic words. And then Monday, we'll ask
- 32:32Speaker 3: you to call in. That's your tip.
- 32:36Speaker 8: What about this morning?
- 32:37Speaker 14: Because when do we call?
- 32:39Speaker 12: Like, what's the best.
- 32:40Speaker 5: Time to call?
- 32:41Speaker 3: Probably around 8.00.
- 32:42Speaker 2: 802, 803, right around that. Yeah.
- 32:44Speaker 3: Now, another thing is you can have your mom do
- 32:46Speaker 3: it for you. Have her listen. If she loves you,
- 32:49Speaker 3: she'll win.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:51Speaker 7: I know.
- 32:52Speaker 2: That's why I told her to. Oh, she heard yesterday's. Okay, good. Well,
- 32:57Speaker 2: call us back in about 40 minutes. Good luck.
- 33:00Speaker 18: Okay.
- 33:01Speaker 3: The key is, though, to be listening to us. You
- 33:03Speaker 3: just can't call in. You got to listen when we
- 33:05Speaker 3: tell you to call in.
- 33:07Speaker 5: All right.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Leslie, your thoughts on the sleepover?
- 33:11Speaker 8: Hello.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Hello, Leslie.
- 33:13Speaker 18: Okay, hi. Yeah, so I saw a whole bunch of
- 33:17Speaker 18: the comments were like, well, if she's bisexual, then there's
- 33:20Speaker 18: a problem. There could be a problem for that. And
- 33:23Speaker 18: I am full-on lesbian, married to my wife. We've been
- 33:28Speaker 18: together for 16 years. And I've slept in beds with
- 33:30Speaker 18: my best friends because you know what? Just because I'm
- 33:33Speaker 18: with somebody with a vajayjay doesn't mean I want everybody
- 33:36Speaker 18: with a vajayjay.
- 33:37Speaker 5: Period.
- 33:38Speaker 2: I mean, that tracks, I guess.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Mic drops.
- 33:43Speaker 11: Sure.
- 33:44Speaker 18: I just, I can't control myself around women.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Whatever.
- 33:48Speaker 8: That's the way it is.
- 33:50Speaker 2: All right, Leslie.
- 33:54Speaker 3: I wasn't expecting that point of view, but thank you
- 33:55Speaker 3: for bringing it.
- 33:56Speaker 1: It's a valid one.
- 33:57Speaker 5: It is.
- 33:57Speaker 3: It very much is.
- 33:59Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Thanks, Leslie.
- 34:01Speaker 14: Thank you.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Have a great day. You too.
- 34:05Speaker 3: So today is 9-11, September 11th, and we are going
- 34:07Speaker 3: to get into a special tribute segment. Probably around in
- 34:13Speaker 3: about 10 minutes after we play. What's the game we play?
- 34:17Speaker 2: Minute 20?
- 34:17Speaker 3: Yeah, Minute 20, after Minute 20. Yeah, and then we
- 34:20Speaker 3: got a special tribute in just a little bit. But first,
- 34:24Speaker 3: Arnold's got an opinion on the sleepover.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Hold on a second. What's up, Arnold?
- 34:32Speaker 3: You're on the air.
- 34:35Speaker 12: Hey, good morning.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Morning. Go ahead. What's up?
- 34:41Speaker 24: All right, so, yeah, I know there's a, you know,
- 34:45Speaker 24: an odd debate, you know, about if it's fine if,
- 34:49Speaker 24: you know, if, I guess, in my case, you know,
- 34:51Speaker 24: my wife.
- 34:52Speaker 12: And, you know, another female, you know, sleeps in the
- 34:54Speaker 12: bed with them, you know, opposed to me. I don't
- 34:55Speaker 12: really care. Like I said, my situation is, you know,
- 34:59Speaker 12: my wife's got a best friend that they've known since, well,
- 35:01Speaker 12: I knew my wife, and, you know, every time they
- 35:05Speaker 12: get together, you know, they live out of town, so
- 35:07Speaker 12: they're separated, so whenever they They're together, you know, they
- 35:10Speaker 12: have fun, and then, you know, usually they'll go out
- 35:13Speaker 12: or something, and the next thing you know, I'm probably
- 35:16Speaker 12: hanging out on the couch or something, or maybe I'll
- 35:18Speaker 12: go and do something, and then, you know, they'll sleep
- 35:21Speaker 12: on the bed, and I say, well, there goes my spot.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Okay.
- 35:26Speaker 2: First, I thought you said your wife has a friend
- 35:28Speaker 2: come over and sleep next to you in the bed.
- 35:30Speaker 2: I'm like, well, that would be weird.
- 35:33Speaker 12: Oh, yeah, no, yeah, that wouldn't be, that would be,
- 35:35Speaker 12: I don't think she'll approve of that.
- 35:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I imagine not.
- 35:39Speaker 12: Yeah, so, yeah, usually that's what happens. It happened most recently.
- 35:42Speaker 12: You know, we went out to catch up, and then
- 35:46Speaker 12: they left before I did from the bar. And then
- 35:49Speaker 12: when I got home, you know, my spot was taken
- 35:52Speaker 12: from the friend. Like I said, they're like sisters. And
- 35:55Speaker 12: I said, well, I guess I've got to go to
- 35:56Speaker 12: the couch, you know. It's pretty much there. But like
- 35:59Speaker 12: I said, I don't care. They're like sisters, you know.
- 36:01Speaker 12: Got it. Ain't no funny business. It is how it is.
- 36:05Speaker 3: That's how it is. That's what we're talking about.
- 36:06Speaker 2: Thanks, Arnold. Thanks for listening.
- 36:09Speaker 3: So it's 9-11, and I've been thinking a lot about,
- 36:12Speaker 3: this is random, but Noah, our very own Noah, our
- 36:14Speaker 3: audio ninja, he was in New York for the Harry
- 36:17Speaker 3: Styles concert, and he's in New York on 9-11. And
- 36:20Speaker 3: I was thinking about, I don't know how old Noah is.
- 36:22Speaker 3: You guys know how old Noah is?
- 36:24Speaker 10: 24?
- 36:25Speaker 11: 23, 24?
- 36:25Speaker 1: Right in that realm.
- 36:26Speaker 3: He wasn't even born yet.
- 36:27Speaker 2: That's right.
- 36:28Speaker 3: He wasn't even born yet.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Yeah, because it's the 25th anniversary today.
- 36:31Speaker 3: And then I see this. The article says it's a
- 36:35Speaker 3: quarter of a century since the September 11th attacks. It's
- 36:39Speaker 3: hard to wrap your head around it if you're a boomer,
- 36:40Speaker 3: a Gen Xer, or an older millennial. You remember where
- 36:42Speaker 3: you were. But for others like Noah, he wasn't even
- 36:45Speaker 3: born yet.
- 36:45Speaker 2: It's just got to be like World War II is
- 36:47Speaker 2: for us. You just care about it.
- 36:49Speaker 3: Here's a list of things that are actually more recent
- 36:52Speaker 3: than 9-11. Like the iPod. The iPod debuted in November
- 36:57Speaker 3: of 2001. Google News launched in September of 2002. Skype
- 37:03Speaker 3: started in 2003. LinkedIn in 2003. Gmail didn't start until 2004. Oh,
- 37:08Speaker 3: that's wild.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Google Maps, February 2005.
- 37:11Speaker 3: YouTube started in 2005. Podcast, the term came common in 2004.
- 37:18Speaker 3: Podcast was 2005's word of the year. The iPhone debuted
- 37:24Speaker 3: in 2007 and the Android 2008. Tesla didn't even exist yet.
- 37:28Speaker 3: It came out in 2003 and neither did Uber. Uber
- 37:30Speaker 3: came out in 2009. Think about all these things that
- 37:33Speaker 3: have happened since 9-11. And all of those have changed
- 37:36Speaker 3: the world. No Harry Potter movies have hit theaters yet.
- 37:40Speaker 3: No Lord of the Rings movies have hit theaters yet.
- 37:42Speaker 3: Elf is more recent than 9-11. So is the first
- 37:45Speaker 3: Pirates of the Caribbean, The Notebook, Mean Girls, and The
- 37:48Speaker 3: 40-Year-Old Virgin.
- 37:49Speaker 11: Wow.
- 37:50Speaker 3: No one had heard of American Idol, The Office, or
- 37:53Speaker 3: Lost or Grey's Anatomy.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Isn't that wild? It is kind of wild.
- 37:57Speaker 3: Beyonce's solo career didn't start yet. Kanye West didn't put
- 38:00Speaker 3: out his first... album until 2004 and Taylor Swift didn't
- 38:03Speaker 3: debut until 2006. Crocs didn't debut until 2002. Nintendo DS
- 38:08Speaker 3: wasn't out until 2004. The Wii didn't hit stores until 2006.
- 38:12Speaker 3: No one said selfie until 2002. Hashtag in 2007. Mansplain
- 38:17Speaker 3: in 2008. And YOLO in 2011. So those are all
- 38:22Speaker 3: things that are older or younger than 9-11. And Noah
- 38:26Speaker 3: Lashley is in New York right now walking the streets
- 38:29Speaker 3: of No, what's the vibe.
- 38:30Speaker 2: There in New York City today?
- 38:32Speaker 3: I wasn't even born then.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 38:35Speaker 11: That's my favorite thing ever. How old are you now?
- 38:39Speaker 2: 24?
- 38:39Speaker 12: 24.
- 38:39Speaker 11: I was almost born on 9-11. My mom had to
- 38:43Speaker 11: go in and get some emergency doctor visits to prevent
- 38:46Speaker 11: that from happening because I.
- 38:47Speaker 2: Wasn't ready yet. Oh, when is your birthday?
- 38:51Speaker 11: February 15th. I was supposed to be born in March.
- 38:53Speaker 11: I was almost born in September.
- 38:54Speaker 2: Oh, dang.
- 38:56Speaker 3: So you being in New York City on 9-11, can
- 38:59Speaker 3: you tell? I don't know if you were there because
- 39:01Speaker 3: I talked to him last night, and I was like,
- 39:03Speaker 3: are you going to the memorial?
- 39:04Speaker 2: And he said it's private. It is.
- 39:08Speaker 11: They shut down pretty much all of lower Manhattan at
- 39:10Speaker 11: 10 o'clock last night. We got the last train out of–
- 39:14Speaker 11: we went down there. We went down to the One
- 39:16Speaker 11: World Observatory, and we went to the reflecting pools to
- 39:18Speaker 11: pay our respects, and they were doing TV interviews and
- 39:20Speaker 11: setting up big stages and whatnot. We got the last
- 39:22Speaker 11: train out of there at 9.55.
- 39:25Speaker 2: What's it feel like when you walk down there?
- 39:28Speaker 11: It is eerie. You feel the pain in the air. Yesterday,
- 39:32Speaker 11: it was quiet and hearts were heavy. Today, the same thing.
- 39:37Speaker 11: But today, the difference is I feel like you feel
- 39:40Speaker 11: a lot of the love and respect too. There's Families,
- 39:45Speaker 11: there's people that flew in. We had a drink last
- 39:47Speaker 11: night at a bar with a firefighter from Vancouver who
- 39:50Speaker 11: came to just volunteer and help with the setup. And
- 39:53Speaker 11: a whole crowd formed and they shared memories. And, you know,
- 39:56Speaker 11: the bartender paid for drinks and it was just really special.
- 39:59Speaker 3: Well, I heard at the memorial today, Obama's going to
- 40:03Speaker 3: be there. Bush is going to be there. Joe Biden's
- 40:06Speaker 3: going to be there. And Trump's going to be at
- 40:07Speaker 3: the Pentagon. So New York is that whole area. You know,
- 40:10Speaker 3: when the president comes, they probably shut that whole thing down.
- 40:12Speaker 12: Oh, for sure.
- 40:12Speaker 3: And they're only letting the families and they're going to
- 40:14Speaker 3: read every person's name that died.
- 40:15Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 40:15Speaker 1: I think they did that this morning.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Oh, they already did. Yeah. It's really interesting. Cause we're
- 40:20Speaker 2: going to, we're going to play that a tribute and it,
- 40:23Speaker 2: it's really interesting. The ones that you hear, it takes
- 40:26Speaker 2: me right back to those moments for us in the show.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Cause we had just started the John Jane rich show
- 40:32Speaker 2: like months before.
- 40:33Speaker 19: Right.
- 40:34Speaker 2: And we were kind of, uh, we were, we were
- 40:36Speaker 2: kind of planning, uh, shows when we started seeing the
- 40:39Speaker 2: video and we're like, Oh, everything just changed right now.
- 40:43Speaker 2: Everything is different.
- 40:44Speaker 22: No.
- 40:44Speaker 3: When do you come home today?
- 40:46Speaker 5: Okay.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Well, thank you for reporting live from New York city.
- 40:52Speaker 11: Live in the streets of Manhattan.
- 40:55Speaker 1: To be flying home from New York on today.
- 40:59Speaker 11: It is an interesting day to be flying home.
- 41:01Speaker 2: I will say that.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Yeah. I also am getting on a plane today. Kind
- 41:05Speaker 3: of scary, but we should be fine.
- 41:08Speaker 2: Thanks, Noah.
- 41:09Speaker 11: More power to you.
- 41:10Speaker 3: God bless.
- 41:10Speaker 22: Bye.
- 41:12Speaker 3: We need a contestant. We're going to play Minute to
- 41:15Speaker 3: Win at 877-937-1047. Wait for a contestant. By the way,
- 41:21Speaker 3: I found some video footage. This is so crazy that
- 41:24Speaker 3: I found it. And it was like when, so 9-11
- 41:27Speaker 3: hit and then Rich and I immediately, like a day
- 41:29Speaker 3: or two late, we were on vacation.
- 41:31Speaker 2: It was like our first day of vacation. Yeah.
- 41:33Speaker 3: We just canceled it. Went back to the radio station
- 41:35Speaker 3: and we just stayed on the air. And I mean, from,
- 41:38Speaker 3: like 7 a.m. until, I don't know, days. We were
- 41:40Speaker 3: like sleeping there and doing whatever. And then we came
- 41:42Speaker 3: up with the idea to do this human flag.
- 41:45Speaker 2: It was in Tucson.
- 41:45Speaker 3: The human flag came together on September 15th. And it
- 41:48Speaker 3: was just out of control. And I found video of
- 41:51Speaker 3: all that.
- 41:52Speaker 18: Oh, that's cool.
- 41:52Speaker 3: So I'm putting it together so I can post it
- 41:55Speaker 3: and you can see how crazy it was. We had
- 41:56Speaker 3: like 30,000 people show up at Tucson Electric Park.
- 41:59Speaker 2: And it was madness, but it was beautiful madness.
- 42:02Speaker 6: Yeah, because like 9-11, it was such like a shocking tragedy.
- 42:06Speaker 6: And then afterwards, like, I guess the rainbow after the
- 42:09Speaker 6: storm was like how united America was and how everyone
- 42:13Speaker 6: wanted to just like help each other and be there
- 42:14Speaker 6: for each other.
- 42:15Speaker 2: Do something.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Support one another.
- 42:16Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 42:17Speaker 2: And also, too, it's like the human flag, 30,000 people
- 42:19Speaker 2: in that park that we did. it seemed like it
- 42:22Speaker 2: went pretty smoothly. That's what I'm saying.
- 42:23Speaker 3: There was a, it was, it was, it was hot.
- 42:25Speaker 3: There were the fire department was there. We told people
- 42:27Speaker 3: to bring a white shirt, a blue shirt and a
- 42:29Speaker 3: red shirt. And then we had Oregon. We were like, okay,
- 42:31Speaker 3: we got this many people can be white. This may
- 42:33Speaker 3: be able to be red. And we put together this
- 42:35Speaker 3: flag and it kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
- 42:37Speaker 3: and I'll post the video up. What's interesting about the
- 42:40Speaker 3: video was 25 years ago, Rich looks the same, I
- 42:42Speaker 3: look totally different.
- 42:44Speaker 2: You sound different. I was hearing the clip this morning,
- 42:46Speaker 2: I'm like, who's that talking? John Jay's like, that's me.
- 42:48Speaker 2: I'm like, why do you sound so different? Because I
- 42:51Speaker 2: was a child. Yeah.
- 42:53Speaker 3: It's all grown up now.
- 42:54Speaker 2: Dude, my hair is bleach blonde. It was like, it
- 42:57Speaker 2: was so... Which was popular at the time.
- 42:59Speaker 3: Man, it's a mess. So I'll be posting that on
- 43:02Speaker 3: my Instagram at JohnJVanS in just a little bit. Also,
- 43:04Speaker 3: if you missed War of the Roses yesterday... If you
- 43:06Speaker 3: go to our Instagram, JohnJayandRich, you can type in the
- 43:09Speaker 3: word roses. We'll send it to you directly to your phone.
- 43:12Speaker 3: It is now time to play Minute to Win It.
- 43:14Speaker 3: We got $ 1, 000 of Pat Hickey's money. Pat Hickey's the
- 43:16Speaker 3: owner and the general manager of Peoria Ford. He called
- 43:19Speaker 3: me yesterday. He's going in today. Let's say prayer for Pat.
- 43:21Speaker 3: He's going in for a full-body MRI at Simon Med today.
- 43:25Speaker 3: And he asked me if he had to do the enema.
- 43:27Speaker 2: Did you tell him yes, I hope? I should have.
- 43:31Speaker 2: I should have. Can't go in there without an enema? Hi, Stephanie.
- 43:35Speaker 24: Hi.
- 43:36Speaker 2: What are you doing?
- 43:36Speaker 3: Where are you right now?
- 43:39Speaker 23: I just dropped my kids off at school.
- 43:41Speaker 2: And where are you?
- 43:43Speaker 23: I am actually parked in the park outside of their school.
- 43:47Speaker 2: What part of.
- 43:50Speaker 3: Town?
- 43:50Speaker 13: We're out in, like, East Mesa.
- 43:53Speaker 2: Oh, okay, good. I like the individual of where you are.
- 43:55Speaker 3: All right. Is there somebody in the car with you
- 43:57Speaker 3: or by yourself?
- 43:58Speaker 23: I'm by myself.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Okay.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Stephanie. Oh, you got to turn down the radio a
- 44:03Speaker 3: little bit. Turn down the radio just a little bit
- 44:05Speaker 3: because I can hear myself asking you questions.
- 44:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it's going to confuse you when it's game time. Right, right, right. So, okay,
- 44:10Speaker 2: are you ready?
- 44:11Speaker 18: I think so.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Okay.
- 44:12Speaker 12: Yes, I am.
- 44:13Speaker 16: 60 seconds on the clock.
- 44:14Speaker 12: $ 1, 000 can be yours.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Okay, Stephanie, let's go. What artist is famous for her songs,
- 44:16Speaker 2: I Kissed a Girl.
- 44:17Speaker 1: Hot and Cold, and Firework?
- 44:18Speaker 2: Katy Perry. Jeff Bezos is the founder of what company?
- 44:42Speaker 23: Oh, my God. Why am I having such a brain fart?
- 44:45Speaker 2: One of the richest guys in the world, Jeff Bezos.
- 44:48Speaker 2: What company did he found? Still works there.
- 44:51Speaker 19: Oh.
- 45:00Speaker 18: Amazon.
- 45:01Speaker 24: Duh.
- 45:02Speaker 2: Which winter sport involves sliding stones on ice towards a target?
- 45:05Speaker 3: Shuffle.
- 45:10Speaker 2: I'm sorry, say it again.
- 45:10Speaker 8: Shuffle.
- 45:15Speaker 5: Oh, no, Stephanie.
- 45:18Speaker 2: Struggle on that one. That was curling.
- 45:19Speaker 15: Curling.
- 45:20Speaker 2: Looking for curling.
- 45:21Speaker 22: Curling.
- 45:21Speaker 18: That's it.
- 45:22Speaker 23: Thank you.
- 45:25Speaker 5: It is like a giant shuffleboard, though.
- 45:27Speaker 2: It is, but that is not the right answer.
- 45:29Speaker 5: I know.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Shuffleboard is what they should call it.
- 45:31Speaker 2: Yeah, ice shuffleboard would be great. Well, Stephanie. Awesome.
- 45:36Speaker 3: I can't believe you stumbled on Jeff Bezos at Amazon.
- 45:39Speaker 2: That's a tough one.
- 45:39Speaker 5: When the pressure is on.
- 45:40Speaker 13: I know, right?
- 45:41Speaker 2: It's early.
- 45:43Speaker 3: The good news is for you, we have a new
- 45:45Speaker 3: partnership with Del Taco. So you're going to get a
- 45:48Speaker 3: Del Taco gift card.
- 45:49Speaker 23: Oh, awesome.
- 45:51Speaker 2: All right, so congratulations.
- 45:53Speaker 10: Well, thank you.
- 45:53Speaker 23: I appreciate it.
- 45:54Speaker 2: You got to thank you for listening. Thank you very
- 45:56Speaker 2: much for listening. Hold on. It's time for our 9-11 tribute.
- 46:02Speaker 7: This just into our newsroom. A plane has crashed into
- 46:05Speaker 7: the World Trade Center.
- 46:06Speaker 17: Another plane just hit the World Trade Center.
- 46:08Speaker 1: Two planes have smashed into the towers minutes apart.
- 46:11Speaker 2: This plane flew directly into the second World Trade Center.
- 46:15Speaker 2: We now have reports of a fire at the Pentagon.
- 46:18Speaker 12: I just watched a plane crash near the Pentagon.
- 46:21Speaker 9: Oh, my God.
- 46:22Speaker 18: The entire World Trade Center, the South Building just fell,
- 46:26Speaker 18: just crumbled from the top.
- 46:27Speaker 3: The building just disappeared in the smoke.
- 46:29Speaker 2: A large plane crashes in western Pennsylvania. If this is.
- 46:34Speaker 7: Indeed connected to what has happened here this morning, it
- 46:36Speaker 7: is quite clear that the United States is under attack.
- 46:39Speaker 10: Oh, my God.
- 46:40Speaker 18: The second building appears to have gone down.
- 46:41Speaker 1: Yes, you're absolutely right. The second building that has gone down.
- 46:45Speaker 7: A situation that started bad just gets worse and worse
- 46:49Speaker 7: and worse.
- 46:50Speaker 2: Clearly, we're in the.
- 46:51Speaker 7: Middle of the worst ever act of terrorism directed at
- 46:54Speaker 7: the United States on domestic soil, and it may not
- 46:57Speaker 7: be over.
- 46:57Speaker 12: Hi, are you there? Back? Pick up, sweetie.
- 47:04Speaker 5: Okay, well, I just wanted to tell you I love you.
- 47:06Speaker 12: We're having a little problem on the plane.
- 47:09Speaker 23: I want to tell you I love you.
- 47:10Speaker 19: Please tell my.
- 47:11Speaker 23: Children that I love them very much, and I'm so sorry.
- 47:15Speaker 5: I hope to be able to see your face again, baby.
- 47:19Speaker 15: Okay, Cindy, it's me.
- 47:20Speaker 22: Listen, there's been a major explosion at the World Trade Center.
- 47:23Speaker 20: We don't know if it's a plane hit us or what.
- 47:26Speaker 10: We're okay.
- 47:26Speaker 2: I'm still in the building. We're evacuating now.
- 47:30Speaker 17: I don't know if I'll be heading straight home or what.
- 47:33Speaker 12: But I'm okay.
- 47:34Speaker 10: We're trying to get groups together now and get down
- 47:37Speaker 10: all the stairs and get.
- 47:38Speaker 2: Out of the building. She didn't run.
- 47:43Speaker 19: No.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Who expected a second play? She put everybody first.
- 47:48Speaker 2: She didn't run because she helped other people. Today is
- 47:54Speaker 2: Patriot Day. I'm a patriot. Patriot Day. I'm a patriot.
- 47:57Speaker 2: We will never forget 9-11. Just a note to always remember.
- 48:01Speaker 2: To always remember. To always remember.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Patriot Day was actually started one year after the attacks
- 48:06Speaker 1: on America.
- 48:06Speaker 5: Never forget.
- 48:07Speaker 2: It's a day of remembrance and unity.
- 48:09Speaker 3: 9-11, Patriot Day.
- 48:11Speaker 17: A day we will never forget.
- 48:16Speaker 2: 25 years ago. Unbelievable.
- 48:20Speaker 3: I just posted right now. on my Instagram, and I'll
- 48:23Speaker 3: try to collab with everybody, but I was doing it
- 48:25Speaker 3: right now, of what we did 25 years ago in
- 48:30Speaker 3: Tucson with 30,000 people.
- 48:33Speaker 2: It was crazy.
- 48:34Speaker 3: So if you go to John J. and Rich, or
- 48:35Speaker 3: I'm sorry, go to my John J. Van S on Instagram,
- 48:37Speaker 3: you can see it. I'm telling you guys, when you
- 48:40Speaker 3: watch this video, and Rich, I don't think you've seen
- 48:42Speaker 3: the video since we did it, right?
- 48:43Speaker 2: I don't believe so, no. It's crazy. I heard you
- 48:45Speaker 2: listening to it, and of course, it feels like yesterday,
- 48:49Speaker 2: but I have not seen it. Good morning, Jen. You're
- 48:53Speaker 2: on the air.
- 48:55Speaker 15: Good morning.
- 48:55Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 48:56Speaker 15: That tribute was so heartfelt.
- 48:59Speaker 21: And so moving and necessary and needed for today.
- 49:02Speaker 18: I love it.
- 49:04Speaker 15: And I wanted to make sure you guys knew that.
- 49:06Speaker 8: And I really, really, really.
- 49:08Speaker 15: Wanted to see if it was okay to acknowledge and
- 49:14Speaker 15: put on the radio my best friend. Can I give
- 49:18Speaker 15: a shout-out to my best friend?
- 49:19Speaker 19: Sure.
- 49:21Speaker 15: My best friend, Sarah, is one of the most thoughtful
- 49:28Speaker 15: and caring people in the whole world, and she makes
- 49:34Speaker 15: a difference in so many people's lives. I wanted to
- 49:38Speaker 15: Give a special shout out to her today.
- 49:40Speaker 18: Everybody needs a little love and I wanted to make.
- 49:44Speaker 15: Sure I gave her a little.
- 49:45Speaker 23: It was on the radio.
- 49:48Speaker 3: Okay.
- 49:49Speaker 2: We understand.
- 49:50Speaker 23: She's just, she, uh, sorry.
- 49:55Speaker 18: I know.
- 49:55Speaker 15: I'm just, I wouldn't be where I am without her today.
- 49:59Speaker 5: Okay.
- 50:00Speaker 2: Well, thank you, Jen. I'm sure Sarah was like on
- 50:02Speaker 2: tower two.
- 50:03Speaker 11: Maybe.
- 50:04Speaker 2: No, it's not. It has nothing to do with nine 11, Sarah.
- 50:08Speaker 2: She's just out there making a difference.
- 50:10Speaker 6: No, I feel like a day like today just makes
- 50:12Speaker 6: you remember that you have to tell your loved ones
- 50:14Speaker 6: you love them when you're here.
- 50:15Speaker 5: That's true.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Because that's what you hear in that tribute when you
- 50:17Speaker 2: hear people calling from the building and saying, hey, I
- 50:20Speaker 2: don't know if I'm coming home. Yeah. I don't know,
- 50:22Speaker 2: but I love you. It makes you think, you just
- 50:25Speaker 2: don't know when your last minute is.
- 50:26Speaker 1: And we should do that all the time.
- 50:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:28Speaker 2: Ariel, good morning. You're on the air.
- 50:30Speaker 18: Hi, good morning.
- 50:31Speaker 2: So I just.
- 50:36Speaker 13: Messaged your team. Sorry, I'm a little bit emotional today.
- 50:41Speaker 13: My dad, he was a fireman my whole life. He's
- 50:44Speaker 13: retired now. I'm from Denver, and he led the team
- 50:49Speaker 13: of volunteers from Denver that went to the 9-11 cleanup.
- 50:55Speaker 13: He actually led the team when they were coming back
- 50:59Speaker 13: from the return. I'm the youngest of six girls in
- 51:02Speaker 13: my family, and they're was a photo that the news
- 51:06Speaker 13: crew took of me and two of my sisters running
- 51:10Speaker 13: up to my dad that was posted on the front
- 51:13Speaker 13: of the Denver Post when they returned from the cleanup.
- 51:16Speaker 24: Wow.
- 51:17Speaker 12: Dang.
- 51:19Speaker 2: How's your dad's health? Is he one of those people
- 51:21Speaker 2: that suffered from all that toxic air, or is he okay?
- 51:25Speaker 13: Yeah, so he developed emphysema from being at the cleanup,
- 51:31Speaker 13: and then Some of his close buddies have passed away
- 51:36Speaker 13: from cancer that they developed from the cleanup as well,
- 51:41Speaker 13: as well as PTSD and a whole bunch of stuff.
- 51:50Speaker 13: So I just wanted to get on the air and
- 51:52Speaker 13: just think about my dog. I just wanted to thank
- 51:57Speaker 13: all of the volunteers and everybody that we're thinking about today.
- 52:01Speaker 13: that helped with that. And we're involved in that.
- 52:03Speaker 18: All right.
- 52:05Speaker 2: Well, thank you for calling. Thanks for listening.
- 52:08Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 52:08Speaker 13: Thank you.
- 52:10Speaker 2: Man. That's wild. So many people participated in helping me.
- 52:12Speaker 2: I remember that was such a crazy time. So crazy.
- 52:15Speaker 2: I can't believe that's 25 years ago. That's what pulls
- 52:17Speaker 2: me away. 25 years ago. Oh, okay.
- 52:21Speaker 3: I'm going to shift gears. I want to make a
- 52:23Speaker 3: total right turn here.
- 52:24Speaker 2: You ready? Yeah.
- 52:28Speaker 3: We got Kanye West tickets. Chance the Rapper tickets.
- 52:32Speaker 2: Wait, hold on a second.
- 52:37Speaker 3: We got tickets to Disneyland online in about 20 minutes.
- 52:40Speaker 3: And we are going to get into what Aaron Rodgers
- 52:43Speaker 3: did yesterday. It was all over the place.
- 52:47Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 52:47Speaker 3: Hold on. Roxy, go ahead.
- 52:48Speaker 2: You're on the air.
- 52:50Speaker 15: Hi, good morning, guys. I listen to you guys every day.
- 52:53Speaker 15: Happy Friday. I just wanted to thank you for the
- 52:58Speaker 15: amazing tribute that you've played for I was driving to
- 53:01Speaker 15: work right now, and I'm just in tears just thinking about...
- 53:06Speaker 15: I mean, you know, of course, every year we remember,
- 53:09Speaker 15: but for some reason, like, listening to that tribute and
- 53:12Speaker 15: listening to those voicemails just really hit me because it
- 53:17Speaker 15: took me back to when it happened. I was on
- 53:20Speaker 15: my way to work. I worked for the county in
- 53:23Speaker 15: Orange Probation Department, and I was only 19 years. and
- 53:26Speaker 15: I was like, what is going on? You know, and, um,
- 53:29Speaker 15: got to work. Everyone was like, just everything was chaotic
- 53:33Speaker 15: at the office. And, um, it just took me back
- 53:35Speaker 15: there and just hearing, um, hearing all those voicemails and
- 53:39Speaker 15: everything that happened. Um, it just really hit me hard
- 53:43Speaker 15: this morning. Um, just remembering all of them. So thank
- 53:46Speaker 15: you so much for playing that. And, um, I am
- 53:50Speaker 15: going to go to your Instagram and check out the
- 53:54Speaker 15: human flag you did in Tucson. That sounds really awesome.
- 53:58Speaker 15: I just wanted to share that.
- 54:02Speaker 2: Well, thank you, Roxy.
- 54:02Speaker 3: Thanks for listening.
- 54:04Speaker 15: Thank you so much. Oh, one last thing, John Jay.
- 54:08Speaker 15: The last person gave a shout out to their friend.
- 54:11Speaker 18: If I could just.
- 54:12Speaker 15: Please give a shout-out to my best friend, Erica, who
- 54:15Speaker 15: listens to you guys faithfully, too.
- 54:17Speaker 23: Happy Friday, sis.
- 54:18Speaker 16: Love you.
- 54:18Speaker 11: All right.
- 54:19Speaker 15: Have a great day, everyone.
- 54:20Speaker 2: You, too. So sweet.
- 54:22Speaker 3: On Instagram, JohnJVanS, you can see the video of us
- 54:26Speaker 3: putting together the human flag 25 years ago.
- 54:29Speaker 2: It was crazy. So, JohnJVanS on Instagram. My wife just
- 54:34Speaker 2: texted me.
- 54:36Speaker 3: She's crying because of our 9-11 post. So now you
- 54:39Speaker 3: can see it at John Jay and Rich on Instagram.
- 54:41Speaker 3: You can see it at John Jay Van Ness on Instagram.
- 54:43Speaker 3: And Rich, did you accept the clap?
- 54:44Speaker 2: I did. And you can see it on Rich Barrett
- 54:45Speaker 2: on Instagram. It was 25 years ago.
- 54:47Speaker 3: It was amazing what the people of Arizona pulled together
- 54:51Speaker 3: and did.
- 54:52Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 54:53Speaker 3: So last night, you guys watched the football in Australia?
- 54:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 54:56Speaker 1: A little bit of it.
- 54:57Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Yeah. Did you see Joe Bros? They were fun. Yeah,
- 54:59Speaker 2: they were awesome.
- 55:00Speaker 1: That was cool. They sound so good live.
- 55:02Speaker 5: They do.
- 55:04Speaker 3: I said to my son, who's a huge football fan,
- 55:06Speaker 3: I said, I go, I don't think that's, it'd be
- 55:08Speaker 3: interesting to follow these two teams through the season because
- 55:11Speaker 3: I think traveling to Australia screws up your sleep.
- 55:13Speaker 1: That's the whole big story today is that the 49ers.
- 55:15Speaker 6: Got there like a week ahead of time so that
- 55:17Speaker 6: they could readjust their schedules and get their bodies.
- 55:21Speaker 1: On the same clock of Australia. And I guess the Rams.
- 55:23Speaker 6: Got there like 28 hours before the game.
- 55:25Speaker 3: And they got clobbered. That's what Kemp was telling me.
- 55:28Speaker 3: And I was like, I go, and I bet you
- 55:29Speaker 3: it's going to mess them up for the rest.
- 55:30Speaker 2: Of the season.
- 55:31Speaker 3: But because sleep is so important. And then this video
- 55:34Speaker 3: has gone viral with Australian news anchors.
- 55:37Speaker 9: We're watching some footy game in America. The Rams and
- 55:40Speaker 9: the San Francisco 69ers.
- 55:42Speaker 2: Play some rubbish game.
- 55:48Speaker 19: 49ers.
- 55:49Speaker 3: That sounds much more interesting.
- 55:51Speaker 18: Yes.
- 55:51Speaker 2: A lot of people might pay to see this.
- 55:55Speaker 3: That's what we were doing.
- 55:56Speaker 2: The 49ers.
- 55:58Speaker 3: That's much harder to explain to your wife.
- 56:03Speaker 5: I saw a lot of people poking fun at the
- 56:05Speaker 5: football field itself, saying that that was the first NFL
- 56:08Speaker 5: game that has front row seats that are nosebleeds because
- 56:12Speaker 5: it was played on a cricket field.
- 56:13Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. So far away.
- 56:15Speaker 5: When it would pan out on the drone, it looked
- 56:17Speaker 5: like they were really, really far away.
- 56:19Speaker 2: From the field. Do you know how big that state,
- 56:20Speaker 2: how many people were there? I couldn't tell. I didn't
- 56:22Speaker 2: hear them say.
- 56:23Speaker 4: No, I didn't know.
- 56:23Speaker 2: But it seemed like a lot. It's a big stadium.
- 56:25Speaker 5: It looked awesome. I just really enjoyed seeing Brock Purdy
- 56:27Speaker 5: out there because I was like hometown hero. Look at
- 56:29Speaker 5: you go, dude.
- 56:30Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 56:30Speaker 5: You're crushing it.
- 56:31Speaker 1: I love that they call it footy game.
- 56:33Speaker 24: I know, right?
- 56:33Speaker 1: That's what I was laughing at. Footy game.
- 56:37Speaker 3: If you are in the serving business, the restaurant business,
- 56:41Speaker 3: there's a server is calling out waiters and waitresses on
- 56:44Speaker 3: the awkward thing they do when someone is dealing with
- 56:47Speaker 3: the bill and the tip on the table. You know
- 56:50Speaker 3: that little thing, that little toaster thing that they'll hand
- 56:53Speaker 3: you sometimes?
- 56:53Speaker 11: Yes.
- 56:53Speaker 2: They'll hand it to you right there. It's kind of
- 56:55Speaker 2: the way things go. They watch you give them a tip.
- 56:58Speaker 3: They say that phrase. It's going to ask you a
- 57:00Speaker 3: couple of questions.
- 57:00Speaker 5: Yes.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Okay, listen to this guy.
- 57:02Speaker 25: One of the worst things you can do as a
- 57:03Speaker 25: server who uses a handheld is to drop it off
- 57:05Speaker 25: and say, it's just going to ask you a quick question.
- 57:07Speaker 25: It is so awkward and it's so easily avoidable. They
- 57:10Speaker 25: knew they were going to tip before they walked in
- 57:11Speaker 25: the restaurant.
- 57:12Speaker 3: You don't have to tell them.
- 57:13Speaker 25: The awkward part comes later. when they feel like you're
- 57:14Speaker 25: watching them and standing over them as they're filling it out.
- 57:16Speaker 25: There's two simple things I do to make it seem
- 57:18Speaker 25: like not a big deal. The first one is making
- 57:20Speaker 25: small talk with everyone at the table, except for the
- 57:22Speaker 25: person signing the check. The second thing I do is
- 57:24Speaker 25: wait for about half a second when they hold the
- 57:26Speaker 25: toast out and hand it back to you. It makes
- 57:27Speaker 25: it seem like you're more engaged in the conversation than
- 57:29Speaker 25: them signing the check.
- 57:31Speaker 3: Let me tell you how good small talk works. I was,
- 57:34Speaker 3: it was my birthday last Friday and I'm at this
- 57:36Speaker 3: coffee shop and my wife's sitting next to me and
- 57:38Speaker 3: I order the coffee and I order her drink and
- 57:41Speaker 3: the person takes my order. And says, hey, how's your
- 57:44Speaker 3: day going? And then they turn the thing to tip.
- 57:48Speaker 3: And the tipping options were like 18%, 25%, and 30%.
- 57:52Speaker 3: Those are pretty high options. Now, I'm in San Diego.
- 57:58Speaker 3: Like sometimes when I'm just being, I'm being as honest
- 58:01Speaker 3: as I can. If it happens here in this town-
- 58:03Speaker 3: If it's someone who recognizes me, I always try to
- 58:05Speaker 3: do a bigger tip.
- 58:06Speaker 2: Right. Cause it bums me out that.
- 58:07Speaker 3: They recognize me. Right. So my wife goes, she goes,
- 58:12Speaker 3: how's your day going? The lady goes, ask me that.
- 58:14Speaker 3: My wife goes, it's his birthday today. And she, that
- 58:17Speaker 3: she turned the tips thing around.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Well, happy birthday. Hey, it's his birthday today.
- 58:21Speaker 3: And I'm like, well, it looks like I got to
- 58:23Speaker 3: hit 30. I said to Blake, I said, I said, Hey,
- 58:29Speaker 3: Don't ever talk again with her.
- 58:31Speaker 2: Don't ever. No small talk. She can't just live her life.
- 58:34Speaker 2: No small talk.
- 58:35Speaker 3: You ask me to order you the drink, go back
- 58:37Speaker 3: there and sit down at the table while I order
- 58:40Speaker 3: the drink.
- 58:41Speaker 2: It's her fault.
- 58:42Speaker 3: 30% is.
- 58:42Speaker 1: That's out of control.
- 58:44Speaker 2: I know.
- 58:44Speaker 3: And you know what else they do in San Diego
- 58:47Speaker 3: or in California thing? There's a, you have, you tip
- 58:50Speaker 3: and then there's a, there's a service fee now in
- 58:53Speaker 3: California where you.
- 58:54Speaker 2: They do that in Vegas too. It's something like that.
- 58:56Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 58:57Speaker 3: So then I see this thing was on BuzzFeed about
- 59:00Speaker 3: things that used to be free, but now cost money.
- 59:03Speaker 2: And number 10 on the list, it's pizza delivery.
- 59:04Speaker 3: It says, I'm fine tipping, but a delivery fee? So
- 59:08Speaker 3: you have a delivery fee and then you tip.
- 59:10Speaker 2: It's too much.
- 59:12Speaker 3: Things that used to be free but now cost money.
- 59:14Speaker 5: Lame.
- 59:16Speaker 2: Parking.
- 59:17Speaker 3: So it used to be that you could just find
- 59:18Speaker 3: something on a nearby street. Now it seems like you
- 59:20Speaker 3: have to scan a QR code for every parking space
- 59:22Speaker 3: on earth.
- 59:23Speaker 2: If there's anything close to any sort of downtown or
- 59:26Speaker 2: any sort of scene at all, You can't just find
- 59:28Speaker 2: a parking lot.
- 59:29Speaker 3: It all costs money. Free internet content. Why is everything
- 59:33Speaker 3: that's worth reading behind a paywall?
- 59:34Speaker 2: Oh, that drives me nuts.
- 59:36Speaker 1: I'm always like, I can find it somewhere else.
- 59:38Speaker 2: I'm not going to subscribe to you. I just want
- 59:40Speaker 2: to read what you're talking about. It's so frustrating, right?
- 59:42Speaker 2: It's so maddening.
- 59:44Speaker 3: It says YouTube without excessive ads. Now a 10-minute video
- 59:47Speaker 3: can be broken into three breaks. Unless you pay to
- 59:50Speaker 3: get rid of them. The Disney Fast Pass. It used
- 59:52Speaker 3: to be an awesome and free way to skip long lines.
- 59:54Speaker 3: Now it's been replaced by paid options. I knew there
- 59:57Speaker 3: were two rides when I was at Disneyland over the
- 59:58Speaker 3: summer that you could pay for a Fast Pass.
- 1:00:00Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: And it was worth it.
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: I remember it was the paper and you'd be able
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: to go, I think it was like one an hour
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: or something like that.
- 1:00:06Speaker 15: Not anymore.
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: One a day, maybe.
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: Checked airline bags used to be free.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: That's true.
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: All the concert ticket fees. Buying a ticket used to
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: be face value. Now when you add in convenience fees,
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: processing and delivery, it can make the price of the
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: ticket Double. Phone accessories. This really pisses me off, too, now.
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: This is not that long ago. iPhones used to come
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: with headphones and a charger.
- 1:00:25Speaker 10: Yes.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Now you've got to buy that stuff separately.
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: Yes, the charging block. Bring it back, please.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Isn't that a bummer?
- 1:00:30Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: Do you know, when you buy the new AirPods, you
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: don't get the charging case for free. You've got to
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: pay extra for the charging case.
- 1:00:37Speaker 10: No way.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: That's what I'm talking about. How are you going to
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: use them more than one time if you don't get
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: the charging case? It's John Jay and Rich.
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: All right, let's see where we are. We're looking for
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: call 104.
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: Where are we, Dylan?
- 1:00:47Speaker 11: What number?
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: You're caller 98. You're caller 99.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: You're caller 100. You're caller 102.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: You're caller 103. She's so peaceful.
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: Caller 104 is on line 22.
- 1:00:56Speaker 18: Okay.
- 1:00:56Speaker 12: Alright.
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: Get the magic word list. Do you guys have the
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: magic word list?
- 1:00:59Speaker 19: I do.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: It's very exciting.
- 1:01:00Speaker 18: Here we go.
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: Hello. Oh, hello. Good morning. John Jane Rich. Who's this?
- 1:01:20Speaker 8: This is Candace.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: Candace. How are you this morning?
- 1:01:27Speaker 15: I'm doing amazing.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: How are you?
- 1:01:31Speaker 19: Good.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: You are color 104 right now.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:01:36Speaker 18: Amazing.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: So what we need from you are some magic words. Okay.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: If you got three of the 10 magic words, you're
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: going to win tickets to Disneyland.
- 1:01:48Speaker 18: All right, let's see if I got it.
- 1:01:51Speaker 11: Okay.
- 1:01:53Speaker 15: The first word is frost. Second word is Christmas.
- 1:02:06Speaker 23: And third word is mini.
- 1:02:10Speaker 5: Winner!
- 1:02:12Speaker 16: Way to go, Candace.
- 1:02:13Speaker 22: Yay!
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:02:16Speaker 8: I'm so excited.
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: You are going to Disneyland.
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: It's so fun.
- 1:02:20Speaker 15: Amazing.
- 1:02:22Speaker 18: Thank you, guys. I appreciate it.
- 1:02:24Speaker 16: I'm going to take my best friend and our two kids.
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: Good, because you win four two-day, one-park-per-day passes, and you
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: qualify for the grand prize Disney vacation for three-day, one-park-per-day
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: passes and hotel at Disneyland Resort. Candice, congratulations.
- 1:02:38Speaker 11: Awesome.
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: Thank you, guys.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: You got it.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: Thanks for listening.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: We had a winner every day.
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Remember when we first started doing this, people, they didn't
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: know the words. What do you mean? What do you
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: mean magic words?
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Thank you for actually listening.
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: Hey, the next magic word is today, like in exactly
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: two hours. 10.05, 11.05, all the way through. Keep writing
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: them down because then Monday, that's the hard part. You
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: got to do it today and then you got to
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: sit on it until Monday because then Monday we'll ask
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: you again.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: What a weekend, man.
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: I got to play this for you. Part of this
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: to me was very funny. There's a family cat that
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: got thrown away inside of an old couch by mistake.
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: It has been rescued.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: It was in a landfill. So the couch gets thrown
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: away and they go toss it in the dump, right?
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: So now the owners and a bunch of people that
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: work there are looking for the cat. And this just
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: made me, the way they were calling for the cat
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: made me chortle.
- 1:03:34Speaker 10: For a couple of days, I walked around the neighborhood
- 1:03:36Speaker 10: holding a bag of treats going, Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike.
- 1:03:40Speaker 10: And having a sinking feeling that the cat was in
- 1:03:43Speaker 10: the couch when... That made me laugh.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike.
- 1:03:47Speaker 11: I'm glad they found Mike, Mike.
- 1:03:50Speaker 10: That's going to be crushed and going to go to
- 1:03:52Speaker 10: the landfill. So, you know, it was... So close to
- 1:03:56Speaker 10: being a tragedy.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Sure enough, there was a cat on the edge of
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: the pit.
- 1:03:59Speaker 10: Below the pit is about 15 feet to the asphalt,
- 1:04:03Speaker 10: and above that is about 4 feet.
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: It took us about 10 minutes to get the cat down.
- 1:04:08Speaker 10: Just an amazingly happy ending, and I'm so thankful to
- 1:04:12Speaker 10: everyone who played a part in it.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: Mike, Mike's going to be a little paranoid back at
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: the house, don't you think? Cats are smart.
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: They remember that stuff. The dance teacher's going viral right
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: now because of Gen Alpha students. This is so funny.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: Do you know the deals going on with Gen Alpha
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: and passing gas?
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: No.
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: So. Apparently, Gen Alpha has no problem tooting.
- 1:04:32Speaker 6: Oh, that's funny because didn't we just, we just had
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: that teacher go viral for creating the fart corner.
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right.
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: They have no shame.
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: This dance teacher talked about how Gen Alpha students constantly
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: fart with no fear.
- 1:04:41Speaker 25: Gen Alpha's biggest accomplishment has been that they normalize farting.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: It's not embarrassing to fart anymore.
- 1:04:46Speaker 25: I teach dance to elementary age kids through seniors in
- 1:04:49Speaker 25: high school and they just rip so.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: Much to the point that they know what each other's
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: farts smell like.
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: They're just like, oh, ha, ha, ha.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: When we were growing up, it was.
- 1:04:56Speaker 14: Traumatizing if you accidentally farted.
- 1:04:58Speaker 9: Everyone would remember who ripped by accident in class and
- 1:05:01Speaker 9: you'd be sent to therapy for like 15 years.
- 1:05:03Speaker 14: So good job to Gen Alpha because nothing's ever that deep.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: Everybody farts.
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: See, I'm like, good job to Gen Alpha, but then again,
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: I coach high school girls basketball, and they fart all
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: the time too, and I'm like, down and back, we
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: are ladies. Say excuse me.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: Don't send this generation back.
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: Don't do that.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: I feel like I was Gen Alpha before Gen Alpha.
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: Because when I had to go in school, we couldn't
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: wait to do it.
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: And I mean, Junji, you have no shame in tooting either.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: I do not.
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: And I side-eye you for it.
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: Hey, people are still calling.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: Let me see. Hello, John Jay and Rich. Who's this?
- 1:05:43Speaker 14: Alexa.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: What's up, Alexa? Oh, go ahead. Oh, you just threw
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: it over and over again.
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: Go ahead. Finish your sentence.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: Go ahead.
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: Alexa.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: I think I've confused him.
- 1:05:55Speaker 19: Hello?
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: Good morning, John Jay and Rich.
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: Did I win?
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: Win what?
- 1:06:04Speaker 18: The ticket?
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: We already have a winner.
- 1:06:07Speaker 19: Okay.
- 1:06:08Speaker 16: Thank you.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: Hello.
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: Good morning, John Jane Rich.
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: Who's this?
- 1:06:15Speaker 10: Hi.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Hi.
- 1:06:18Speaker 19: Hi.
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: I'm sorry.
- 1:06:20Speaker 23: I couldn't hear.
- 1:06:20Speaker 19: What did you say?
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: I said, good morning, John Jane Rich.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Who's this? Oh, this is Jamie.
- 1:06:25Speaker 18: Good morning.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: Hi, Jamie. What can we do for you?
- 1:06:29Speaker 13: Well, I was wondering if I'm the right caller.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: Oh, for Disney?
- 1:06:33Speaker 7: Mm-hmm.
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: No, we already got a winner, but you got to
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: listen to the magic words.
- 1:06:38Speaker 19: Oh, really?
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:06:40Speaker 13: I know I have the magic words, but dang it.
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: Okay. We already got one.
- 1:06:43Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 1:06:44Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: We're still doing it.
- 1:06:45Speaker 22: Yeah.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: We're doing it.
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: Okay. Listen today for the magic words and Monday you
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: have a chance.
- 1:06:50Speaker 18: All right. Well, thank you guys.
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: Good luck.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: You think everyone's calling about Disney right now?
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: I would imagine so.
- 1:06:55Speaker 3: Hello, John Jane Rich.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: Good morning. Can I help you?
- 1:06:57Speaker 16: Trying to win Disney.
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: Oh my goodness. We already got a winner.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, are you kidding me?
- 1:07:05Speaker 16: I'm the girl that burnt her eyeball with a curling iron.
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: Oh, wouldn't that be great if you said if you
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: burn your eyeball with a curling iron, call for Disney tickets.
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: You got to know the magic words. But we'll never
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: forget you. But that's burned in our brain. Did you
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: win anything for that when you.
- 1:07:24Speaker 10: Burnt your eyeball?
- 1:07:26Speaker 16: No, I did not win Disney tickets. That's why I
- 1:07:29Speaker 16: feel like I deserve them the most. You didn't even
- 1:07:31Speaker 16: put me on the radio. You put me on your podcast,
- 1:07:34Speaker 16: but I did put it on my Facebook, and everyone thought, dang,
- 1:07:37Speaker 16: they really liked you. They talked to you for a while.
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: Hey, that podcast gets a million downloads a month, so
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: that podcast is more.
- 1:07:43Speaker 16: Popular than the radio show.
- 1:07:46Speaker 23: I think so, too, because I didn't know.
- 1:07:47Speaker 16: I was like, I don't listen to the podcast. I
- 1:07:49Speaker 16: just listen to the radio, but I had like three
- 1:07:51Speaker 16: texts from people. My friend's mom. So I'm like, oh,
- 1:07:53Speaker 16: the mom's listening to the podcast.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: Is that how that works? We've never figured that for me. Well, listen.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Here's how you get that.
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: Listen to Magic Words today, starting at 10.05.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: And then Monday, you get your chance again.
- 1:08:05Speaker 16: No, I do it. I do it every day. I'm
- 1:08:08Speaker 16: trying to get my son to go to Disney. He
- 1:08:09Speaker 16: just turned six, and I'm doing it every day.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: So Monday. So you listen to the Magic Awards today.
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: And then Monday at around 8 o'clock, we will ask
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: you to be caller 104, okay? Good luck, eyeball.
- 1:08:21Speaker 13: All right.
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: Really be careful when you're doing your hair from now on.
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: I know, right?
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: For sure.
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: So much happening on this radio program. Kyle Payton going
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: to break down everything in there. Timmy, what do you
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: guys got?
- 1:08:32Speaker 10: Okay.
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: Aaron Rodgers, he went on Cam Hayward's Not Just Football
- 1:08:36Speaker 6: podcast and.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: Then just decided to dish all these things about his exes.
- 1:08:40Speaker 6: This is something that I feel like he hasn't really
- 1:08:42Speaker 6: done in the past.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: He's kept his private life very private.
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: So to hear him speaking this way about his exes
- 1:08:48Speaker 6: so boldly was kind of unusual.
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: You know, then I dated Shailene.
- 1:08:52Speaker 26: And I propose. And she says yes. Now, she maybe
- 1:08:56Speaker 26: felt like she was forced to make a decision. She
- 1:08:58Speaker 26: could have said no. Not of of days after that,
- 1:09:01Speaker 26: she tells me, you know, before you get married, I
- 1:09:03Speaker 26: got to go f * * * this guy. And
- 1:09:04Speaker 26: I'm like, because her story is that I ruined her
- 1:09:07Speaker 26: life and gave her a crazy depression because I left her.
- 1:09:09Speaker 26: But the actuality is she told me that and then
- 1:09:11Speaker 26: she took off the ring by March. We had a
- 1:09:13Speaker 26: couple of times where we tried to, you know, get
- 1:09:15Speaker 26: reunited and nothing ever happened.
- 1:09:17Speaker 6: I was like, wow, first of all, Shailene Woodley, holy moly,
- 1:09:21Speaker 6: that you would ask that. And then I kind of
- 1:09:24Speaker 6: feel like Aaron Rodgers, like, should you be telling us
- 1:09:27Speaker 6: this information?
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: Yes, you should. That's incredible information.
- 1:09:30Speaker 5: Well, that's interesting that you say that, Kyle, because I
- 1:09:33Speaker 5: watched that video over and over and over again, because
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: at first I was like, wow. What an insane thing
- 1:09:39Speaker 5: to say to like the person you're going to marry.
- 1:09:41Speaker 5: But then again, I kept looking at Aaron Rodgers' eyes.
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: And if you really look at the video, his eyes
- 1:09:46Speaker 5: are like wide open. I was like, did you take
- 1:09:48Speaker 5: a shroom gummy before this interview, Aaron Rodgers? Because why
- 1:09:51Speaker 5: are you blabbermouthing about this? Aren't you married?
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: Or did they put something in your drink? Which is
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: almost why I'm.
- 1:09:57Speaker 6: Like, maybe that's why. Because maybe he wants to make
- 1:10:00Speaker 6: it very clear he's over his ex. Because he even
- 1:10:02Speaker 6: opened up about Danica Patrick. He was like, she was
- 1:10:04Speaker 6: just not a fun person to be around. She was
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: like super depressed after she retired from racing.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: And there was zero intimacy. It was like too many details, Erin.
- 1:10:12Speaker 16: Yeah, it's giving.
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: You ate a shroom gummy. You're in your feelings. And
- 1:10:15Speaker 5: you shouldn't even be worried about that because you are
- 1:10:16Speaker 5: already married to another woman, Erin Rogers.
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: I want to know if that's ever happened before. to
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: somebody before and they said, sure, honey.
- 1:10:24Speaker 5: Go ahead.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: Go sleep with who you want to sleep with and
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: we'll get married in two months.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: Like, I can't imagine that, but that would be so wild.
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: If that, if anybody has that story, please call 877-937-1047. Also,
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: I had heard that the person she wanted to sleep
- 1:10:37Speaker 3: with is somebody famous. And, On the comment section of
- 1:10:40Speaker 3: whatever that post is, the internet sleuth figured it out.
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: Ooh, who is it? I don't remember. I don't know.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: I didn't look. I didn't look.
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: We're all going to have to look at the comment section.
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: Because we might find out who it is and be like,
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: oh yeah, of course.
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: If anybody knows who it is, because the internet sleuth
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: figured it out and it's up there somewhere. So if
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: you know who it is that Shaley Woodley said, I
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: want to go sleep with. Before we get married, please
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: call 877-937-1047. If you've ever been in a situation where
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: somebody said to you or you said to somebody, hey,
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: I want to go sleep with this guy first or
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: this girl first, and then we'll get married, let us know.
- 1:11:12Speaker 24: 877-937-1047.
- 1:11:13Speaker 6: Jennifer Lawrence, she's pretty much avoided Instagram her entire career,
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: but yesterday we told you she finally joined. She already
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: has like almost a million followers, which is insane. It
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: may not last long because her joining Instagram came with
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: a very stern warning.
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: So yeah, I'm giving it a shot.
- 1:11:30Speaker 19: And if anyone says anything negative, I will quit immediately.
- 1:11:36Speaker 19: No questions asked. If anyone thinks something mean, I'll know
- 1:11:41Speaker 19: and I'll quit.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: So she should already quit, right?
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: Because you know this is baiting the haters, right? There
- 1:11:47Speaker 6: are a lot of trolls on the internet that probably
- 1:11:49Speaker 6: just want to see how quickly they can make J-Law
- 1:11:52Speaker 6: quit Instagram.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: Please don't do that because we love our J-Law.
- 1:11:55Speaker 6: There's been a lot of talk around whether Paul Walker's
- 1:11:58Speaker 6: character could somehow return for the next Fast and Furious movie.
- 1:12:02Speaker 6: using AI or possibly old footage. But his brother Cody
- 1:12:06Speaker 6: says he's not going to be helping make that happen.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: He was like, nope, not like this. Leave me out
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: of it.
- 1:12:10Speaker 6: Cody and his brother Caleb famously served as stand-ins to
- 1:12:13Speaker 6: finish Furious 7 after Paul died. But Cody said it's
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: not that he's completely against it, but what he wants
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: is it to be completely up to Paul's daughter, Meadow.
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: He says, I think that's the respectful way to do it.
- 1:12:24Speaker 6: I don't think I need to be a part of
- 1:12:25Speaker 6: the conversation. It should be up to her.
- 1:12:28Speaker 5: Rhi Ami from Huntrix. She plays Zoe in K-pop Demon Hunters,
- 1:12:32Speaker 5: and she got real candid on an interview. She even
- 1:12:36Speaker 5: feels the pressure of Huntrix being so big. No pressure.
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: It's more like, let.
- 1:12:41Speaker 17: Me f * * * ing be.
- 1:12:43Speaker 5: Okay, and then she gets into a little bit more
- 1:12:45Speaker 5: of the interview and how she really feels about being
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: a part of such a massive family-friendly movie. Like, I
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: never saw myself as somebody that kids would necessarily be like, oh, mommy.
- 1:12:56Speaker 5: I want to be like her. But then like K-pop
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: Demon Hunters happened. And then this kind of responsibility was
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: presented to me.
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: And it was like either I take it or I don't.
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: And she goes on. She's like, I didn't sign up
- 1:13:07Speaker 5: to be a role model. I didn't want to do that.
- 1:13:09Speaker 5: So when it comes to K-pop Demon Hunters, she's like,
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: I will be there. I will be family friendly, but
- 1:13:15Speaker 5: I'm not going to change who I am as a
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: person just because I'm a part of a kid's movie.
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: I was like, hey, I get it, girl. OK, well,
- 1:13:22Speaker 5: it's like it's a cartoon.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:13:24Speaker 5: And that's what a lot of the people are saying.
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: They're like, well, you know what you got into. And
- 1:13:27Speaker 5: she's like, right. But I'm not going to dim myself
- 1:13:30Speaker 5: and who I am moving forward because of this.
- 1:13:32Speaker 6: I think the thing for her is like that that
- 1:13:34Speaker 6: may help her in that situation is like a lot
- 1:13:36Speaker 6: of kids look up to the cartoon character, not necessarily
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: the person that voices it.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: So she might be in the clear. This is big news,
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Snoop Dogg. He actually will.
- 1:13:45Speaker 6: Be hosting the VMAs this year, which is kind of
- 1:13:47Speaker 6: perfect considering his history with the show goes all the
- 1:13:49Speaker 6: way back to 1994. Those go down September 27th at
- 1:13:53Speaker 6: the Peacock Theater in LA. And the interesting thing about
- 1:13:55Speaker 6: that is this is the first time the VMAs will
- 1:13:57Speaker 6: be back on the West Coast since 2017, which is like,
- 1:14:01Speaker 6: that's like Snoop Dogg, right? He's like, I'll do it,
- 1:14:03Speaker 6: but it's got to be on the West Coast.
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: That dude has kept himself relevant for 30 years.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: He's at the Olympics all the time. I mean, he's
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: always doing something.
- 1:14:09Speaker 22: Genius.
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: Um, it's going to be absolutely huge.
- 1:14:12Speaker 6: And we know this already because Marvel is putting out
- 1:14:16Speaker 6: Avengers doomsday.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: It doesn't come out till December 18th, but they already.
- 1:14:20Speaker 6: Have $ 50 million in pre-sale. They say that's never happened
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: before this early in a movie. So yeah, uh, could
- 1:14:27Speaker 6: definitely be the biggest movie of the year. Maybe the
- 1:14:29Speaker 6: biggest movie we've ever seen if they've already sold $ 50
- 1:14:31Speaker 6: million in just pre-sale tickets.
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: Which is absolutely insane.
- 1:14:34Speaker 6: Justin Bieber, he's got his, his clothing slash, you know,
- 1:14:38Speaker 6: accessory brand called Skylark and they are dropping the speed
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: demon subtle. They are not, these are new sunglasses or
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: that futuristic wraparound glasses that are translucent frames. They're like
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: a bright purpley red, orange, and blue. It's like it's Bieber.
- 1:14:52Speaker 6: And if you want to look like Bieber, I guess
- 1:14:53Speaker 6: you're going to.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: You're going to grab the glasses.
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: I bought every single product that guy's ever put out.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: I can't do it.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: It doesn't, Sunglasses are hard for you.
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: His shorts and swim trunks.
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: Are really cool. I have those.
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: Last month, we lost Hayden Panettiere. And her on and
- 1:15:10Speaker 5: off again boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, has actually officially met up
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: with the DEA. I know a lot of eyes were
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: on him because I think he had the reputation of
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: just being no good for her. But they basically met
- 1:15:24Speaker 5: together to try to track down the specific drug dealer
- 1:15:27Speaker 5: who potentially supplied the illegal substances linked to her fatal overdose.
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: So while Brian has not been named as a suspect
- 1:15:35Speaker 5: or charged, investigators are using his statement to kind of
- 1:15:38Speaker 5: zero in on who could be involved in this tragedy.
- 1:15:43Speaker 6: It's good that he's cooperating. He needs to do that
- 1:15:45Speaker 6: because he was kind of a scumbag to her. DaBaby
- 1:15:47Speaker 6: opened a new chicken and waffles restaurant in Charlotte, and
- 1:15:50Speaker 6: people are losing it because the waffles on the menu,
- 1:15:53Speaker 6: one of them, cost $ 45.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: Excuse me? Holy smokes.
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: $ 45.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: For a waffle?
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: Is it sprinkled in gold?
- 1:16:00Speaker 6: It is a soul food waffle piled with collard greens,
- 1:16:02Speaker 6: candied yams, mac and cheese, and people have complained about
- 1:16:05Speaker 6: the price, and DaBaby was asked about it, and he.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: Has no apologies.
- 1:16:09Speaker 3: I say they should have went to Waffle House. That's
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: the first thing I'm going to say. You just want
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: to know the first.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: Thing that comes to my mind. Waffle House has something
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: for you.
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: Which camera do I need to look at? Look at
- 1:16:17Speaker 5: the camera three.
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: Waffle House has something for you.
- 1:16:20Speaker 6: If you have a problem with the $ 45 waffle plate,
- 1:16:23Speaker 6: go to Waffle House.
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: Don't come to DaBaby's restaurant.
- 1:16:25Speaker 5: I will definitely do that.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: Yeah, he says this is supposed to be.
- 1:16:27Speaker 6: An elevated dining experience and the price tag comes along
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: with it.
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: Okay, DaBaby, you are barely out of being canceled. I
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: don't think you have any room to look into any
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: cameras and tell people to steer away from your business.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: Everyone's like, I'll go to Waffle House then.
- 1:16:41Speaker 5: It's the John Jay and Rich radio program.
- 1:16:44Speaker 12: Two names.
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: Four hosts. And a whole lot of fun. It's John
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: Jay and Rich.
- 1:16:50Speaker 3: All right, we got tickets to Chance the Rapper. It's
- 1:16:52Speaker 3: John Jay and Rich, KISS FM. We're going to play
- 1:16:54Speaker 3: One of Us is Lying. Our contestant is Leslie. Hello, Leslie.
- 1:17:00Speaker 8: Hi, guys.
- 1:17:00Speaker 15: Good morning.
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 1:17:02Speaker 3: So this is the way this works, Leslie. The four
- 1:17:05Speaker 3: of us, we're each going to tell you a story.
- 1:17:08Speaker 3: Each story is totally true, except one of us is lying.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: Okay?
- 1:17:14Speaker 12: Okay.
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:17:16Speaker 3: Shotgun, I go last.
- 1:17:17Speaker 19: Okay.
- 1:17:19Speaker 3: So you got to pick one. You got to pick Rich, Peyton,
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: or Kyle.
- 1:17:23Speaker 23: Let's do Peyton.
- 1:17:24Speaker 5: Oh gosh, okay. So when I was in college, I
- 1:17:27Speaker 5: was kind of on my sugar baby kind of vibe, right?
- 1:17:31Speaker 5: I was like on all the apps trying to go
- 1:17:32Speaker 5: on dates with all these old men to get free dinners, right?
- 1:17:35Speaker 5: And I accidentally went on a date with this guy
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: and then literally later that night went on a date
- 1:17:40Speaker 5: with his dad. So I met the son like at
- 1:17:45Speaker 5: a party a couple of weeks before, totally hit it
- 1:17:47Speaker 5: off with him. We went and grabbed coffee and then
- 1:17:49Speaker 5: I was like, oh, hey, got to go. Met this
- 1:17:51Speaker 5: dude up at the bar and I found out it
- 1:17:53Speaker 5: was his dad when he showed me all of his
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: family pictures, which was super awkward.
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: Oh my goodness.
- 1:17:58Speaker 14: Okay.
- 1:17:59Speaker 10: Wow.
- 1:17:59Speaker 15: That actually sounds, but the first part sounds believable because
- 1:18:02Speaker 15: I mean, you're, maybe you're a broke college student.
- 1:18:04Speaker 10: Oh, I was.
- 1:18:05Speaker 15: You know, you're trying to get, yes, exactly.
- 1:18:07Speaker 18: Okay.
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:18:10Speaker 15: Can we do Rich now?
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: Yeah. Leslie, I could have been a multi-zillionaire if it
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: weren't for John Jay. The year was 2007. We were
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: emceeing a women's volleyball competition in Glendale. I met, talked to,
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: got along with a guy who had a new product.
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: He said, if you just give me $ 5, 000 investment money,
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: you can have 10% of this company. John Jay laughed
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: and said, those shoes nobody's ever going to wear again.
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: Those shoes were Crocs, and I passed on an investment
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: opportunity with my friend the Croc owner, and I am
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: not a multi-bazillionaire. Thanks to John Jay.
- 1:18:50Speaker 15: Oh, I don't know. That sounds– I think I would
- 1:18:53Speaker 15: be more mad at John Jay still to this day.
- 1:18:55Speaker 18: I don't know if.
- 1:18:56Speaker 11: That's real or not.
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: I didn't say I wasn't mad.
- 1:18:59Speaker 18: At him.
- 1:19:00Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:19:00Speaker 23: Okay.
- 1:19:01Speaker 12: All right.
- 1:19:03Speaker 8: And Kyle now, right?
- 1:19:04Speaker 11: Sure.
- 1:19:04Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:19:05Speaker 17: Okay.
- 1:19:06Speaker 6: So– Leslie, I turned down what could have potentially been
- 1:19:11Speaker 6: one of the coolest celebrity photos that I've ever been
- 1:19:15Speaker 6: privileged to take because I panicked a little bit.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: We were.
- 1:19:20Speaker 6: hosting as kids event we were hosting a super bowl
- 1:19:22Speaker 6: party and snoop dogg was there and i had the
- 1:19:25Speaker 6: chance to talk to him and it was like this
- 1:19:26Speaker 6: is so cool like if you're around snoop dogg right
- 1:19:28Speaker 6: obviously you have to talk about smoking weed with him
- 1:19:31Speaker 6: right and i had never smoked weed in my life
- 1:19:33Speaker 6: and i was like we have to smoke weed with
- 1:19:34Speaker 6: you please we're like begging him and he was like
- 1:19:37Speaker 6: you can't handle it and i was like you're probably
- 1:19:39Speaker 6: right anyways cut to his His security guy actually got
- 1:19:44Speaker 6: my friend's phone number and my phone number and texted
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: us later and was like, hey, do you guys want
- 1:19:49Speaker 6: to hang out with Snoop?
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: Which potentially means we could have handled it. And we
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: freaked out. We were like, there's no way. We can't
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: handle that. We can't smoke with Snoop Dogg. We will die.
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: So we passed on it. And I kind of still
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: regret that to this day.
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: You guys would definitely have an episode after that. That
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: would be an emergency.
- 1:20:08Speaker 12: I don't know.
- 1:20:08Speaker 15: I think I would have took one for the team.
- 1:20:10Speaker 15: I don't know why you didn't.
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: I'm kind of out of here right now.
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: No, Leslie, no.
- 1:20:16Speaker 17: When was this?
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: This was a Super Bowl party a long time ago.
- 1:20:20Speaker 14: Okay.
- 1:20:22Speaker 5: Oh, my goodness.
- 1:20:23Speaker 18: I don't know. Okay.
- 1:20:25Speaker 15: I don't know if I have any other questions, but
- 1:20:27Speaker 15: I do want to hear John Jay's.
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: Okay, so today is September 11th. And a couple months ago,
- 1:20:33Speaker 3: I went camping with a group of guys. And two
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: of the guys I went camping with were the Navy
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: SEALs that killed bin Laden.
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: That's my story.
- 1:20:44Speaker 3: Oh my goodness.
- 1:20:45Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 1:20:47Speaker 15: Wait, when was this?
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: A couple months ago.
- 1:20:50Speaker 11: A couple months ago?
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: It was like in June when I was camping.
- 1:20:54Speaker 15: And how did you meet them?
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: I was camping. I can't tell you. I can't tell
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: you any of that.
- 1:20:59Speaker 6: Okay. I don't know.
- 1:21:02Speaker 15: You're not giving me any details.
- 1:21:03Speaker 8: So I'm kind of.
- 1:21:05Speaker 15: Scared you i don't know all right so we each
- 1:21:10Speaker 15: told you a story now one of us is lying
- 1:21:11Speaker 15: if you get the right person lying you will win
- 1:21:13Speaker 15: the tickets to chance a rapper.
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: And you know what we'll even give you a shot
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: you either have chance or kanye pick whichever one you
- 1:21:18Speaker 3: want but go ahead.
- 1:21:20Speaker 15: Okay i don't know i feel like they're all giving
- 1:21:23Speaker 15: me good details and i feel like john jay you're
- 1:21:25Speaker 15: not so i feel like you're lying my story.
- 1:21:28Speaker 3: Is 100 true oh my god me.
- 1:21:33Speaker 15: Wait, who's lying?
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: Well, you gotta keep guessing, I guess.
- 1:21:38Speaker 8: Oh, okay, okay.
- 1:21:39Speaker 14: Hold on.
- 1:21:40Speaker 8: Because if.
- 1:21:42Speaker 18: He's not mad at you.
- 1:21:43Speaker 15: I feel like he's still not as mad as he
- 1:21:45Speaker 15: should be.
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: And then... For the croc debauch?
- 1:21:53Speaker 19: Yes!
- 1:21:55Speaker 15: I feel like I bring it up all the time.
- 1:21:57Speaker 10: Um....
- 1:21:59Speaker 15: Okay, no, I'm going to go with Peyton because, I mean,
- 1:22:02Speaker 15: it can't be that much of a small world, right?
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: Yeah, you would be right.
- 1:22:07Speaker 5: I was totally lying.
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: I was definitely on.
- 1:22:09Speaker 5: The sugar baby websites, but I didn't talk to them
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: enough to know what their family looked like.
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: You did.
- 1:22:15Speaker 13: I'm like, it's all business.
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: By the way, wouldn't that be a bad sugar daddy
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: who's exposing his family? Like, wouldn't that be bad?
- 1:22:21Speaker 8: A lot of them, I mean, a lot of them were,
- 1:22:24Speaker 8: you know.
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: He's no good at being a sugar daddy.
- 1:22:26Speaker 5: No, a lot of them were like widows, you know? Like,
- 1:22:29Speaker 5: they were just trying to find some love.
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: Oh, that's sad. They were old. So, Leslie.
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: Chance the Rapper or Kanye, your pick.
- 1:22:38Speaker 15: Oh, for sure, Kanye.
- 1:22:39Speaker 21: No questions.
- 1:22:40Speaker 5: Yay.
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: All right, hold on to that.
- 1:22:41Speaker 3: We're going to set you up.
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: In the eternal battle of morning show supremacy, we are
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: one of them.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: It's John Jay and Rich.
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: How would we need to know that?
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: Today, obviously, marks 25 years since the September 11th attacks.
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: They've got ceremonies at Ground Zero, the Pentagon Flight 93 Memorial.
- 1:23:01Speaker 6: They've also added an additional moment of silence honoring the
- 1:23:04Speaker 6: thousands who later died from illnesses tied to exposure at
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: Ground Zero.
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: So, obviously, every year they read the names.
- 1:23:11Speaker 6: And so they've added that this year out of respects
- 1:23:13Speaker 6: for those that passed away afterwards in the aftermath of it.
- 1:23:16Speaker 6: Now here in the Valley, if you've been on the
- 1:23:18Speaker 6: 202 and driven past Tempe Beach Park, you've already seen
- 1:23:21Speaker 6: the 2,977 flags out there, one for every life lost.
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: That's the Tempe healing field and events actually are there
- 1:23:28Speaker 6: continuing through the weekend. Gilbert has a ceremony around its
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: actual World Trade Center beam. This morning, State Farm Stadium
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: hosted the annual 2071 Step Tower Challenge. And there's also
- 1:23:39Speaker 6: like events in Phoenix, Mason, Scottsdale. So there's plenty of
- 1:23:41Speaker 6: local ways to mark the anniversary without, you know. forcing
- 1:23:44Speaker 6: a generic national angle. You can just get in right
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: here in town. You know when you donate to somebody
- 1:23:50Speaker 6: on GoFundMe and suddenly there's this extra tip for GoFundMe
- 1:23:54Speaker 6: added to your total?
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: They're getting sued over that.
- 1:23:57Speaker 6: There are two specific donors that are trying to turn
- 1:23:59Speaker 6: this into a class action lawsuit claiming that that tip
- 1:24:03Speaker 6: is automatically preselected and designed to be really difficult to
- 1:24:06Speaker 6: notice or remove before you pay.
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: And they say, that's sneaky, that's not okay.
- 1:24:11Speaker 6: GoFundMe says that tip is to help like with customer
- 1:24:13Speaker 6: service and tech maintenance and safety or security measures. But
- 1:24:16Speaker 6: they're like, we're going to call BS on this one
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: and we're now suing you over it.
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: They should start a site called GoSueMe.
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly. The CDC, you guys.
- 1:24:25Speaker 6: They're warning about an increase in rabies exposures and outbreaks
- 1:24:28Speaker 6: since July. So I guess the good news is rabies
- 1:24:31Speaker 6: is preventable if you get treated before symptoms start.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: I know it's like rabies. You haven't heard about that
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: in a long time.
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: That's why they're like, we wanted to put out this
- 1:24:37Speaker 6: warning because a lot of people don't really think about
- 1:24:39Speaker 6: it anymore. But if you are bitten, they're saying, please
- 1:24:41Speaker 6: don't wait around to see what happens. Just go see
- 1:24:44Speaker 6: a doctor right away because they can fix it before
- 1:24:46Speaker 6: the symptoms start showing.
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: Once the symptoms start showing, like the rabies has already
- 1:24:50Speaker 5: gotten through all your blood systems on its way to
- 1:24:52Speaker 5: your brain. I went down a whole TikTok.
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: What happens? You lose your brain power? What happens?
- 1:24:58Speaker 5: And like you literally become like an animal.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: You're like rabid.
- 1:25:02Speaker 5: You're literally become rabid. You foam at the mouth. It
- 1:25:05Speaker 5: is really, check it out on TikTok. There's a lot
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: of information there.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's probably because they've been seeing a lot
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: more of this.
- 1:25:11Speaker 6: So it's one of those, put that in the back
- 1:25:13Speaker 6: of your brains, good to know, and just remember it
- 1:25:15Speaker 6: for later if, and hopefully you don't need it, but
- 1:25:17Speaker 6: if you do need it. Tomorrow, downtown Chandler has a
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: huge free Hispanic heritage kickoff. It's got live music, folklorico dancing,
- 1:25:26Speaker 6: food vendors, bounce houses. It's like even live Lucha Libre wrestling,
- 1:25:29Speaker 6: and it's free and family-friendly, so just something really fun
- 1:25:32Speaker 6: to do. Also, tonight, Gold Rush starts Saturday, The lineup
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: at Rawhide is Alesso and Deadmau5 with A.C. Slater and
- 1:25:38Speaker 6: Sullivan King and others. And then tomorrow night will be
- 1:25:41Speaker 6: Grizz and Martin Garrick. So definitely a good weekend for
- 1:25:45Speaker 6: music and fun.
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: And that's what you need to know.
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: So we don't talk about it very much in here,
- 1:25:49Speaker 3: but it is freezing in here. It's really cold. Rich
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: has a jacket.
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: My hands are in my pockets.
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: Kyle's got a jacket and a blanket and there's a
- 1:25:56Speaker 3: heater down there.
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: I'm in a t-shirt.
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: I'm cold, but I have a jacket behind me I'm
- 1:25:59Speaker 3: about to put on. And Peyton's wearing shorts.
- 1:26:01Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:26:02Speaker 5: I have a jacket over my shorts though because it's
- 1:26:04Speaker 5: so cold. It's It's playing as my blanket. But this
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: is the first time that I've worn shorts in literally
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: three years. Because honestly, justice for thick girls out there.
- 1:26:12Speaker 5: They don't make shorts for us. Seriously. Like, if I
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: am lucky enough to get them over my hips, the
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: way that the shorts squeeze my thighs, or the way
- 1:26:20Speaker 5: that my booty cheeks hang out after, we need shorts.
- 1:26:23Speaker 5: Fit us. And I thrifted these shorts from Banana Republic.
- 1:26:27Speaker 5: This is the first pair of shorts that actually.
- 1:26:29Speaker 6: Fit me ever.
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: Isn't that like Khloe Kardashian's thing with Good American? Like
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: she's got them for all body types and stuff like that.
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: Have you tried those?
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: I haven't checked out her brand. I know American Eagle
- 1:26:40Speaker 5: has like a really good curvy line and so does Abercrombie.
- 1:26:43Speaker 11: But.
- 1:26:44Speaker 5: I was like, I just, I like, I want to
- 1:26:46Speaker 5: wear shorts that aren't going to like suffocate my thighs.
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: You're not asking for much.
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: This is the first time you've worn shorts in three years?
- 1:26:53Speaker 23: Probably.
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: I feel like I've seen you in shorts.
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: In like sweatshorts or like comfortable like.
- 1:26:57Speaker 10: Jeans?
- 1:26:58Speaker 15: Jorts?
- 1:26:59Speaker 5: Well, jorts are different. And also, jorts are a problem
- 1:27:01Speaker 5: because I can't wear the Bermuda jorts, you know, that
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: style that's in. I have to go into the man's
- 1:27:05Speaker 5: section because they're too tight on my thighs.
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: So what you have on right now are ladies Banana
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: Republic from a thrift store.
- 1:27:11Speaker 22: Yes.
- 1:27:12Speaker 3: Okay, so then wouldn't you now go, if they fit
- 1:27:14Speaker 3: and it's rare, wouldn't you go to Banana Republic and
- 1:27:16Speaker 3: try to find... that same pair, unless those are old,
- 1:27:19Speaker 3: like they don't.
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: Make them anymore.
- 1:27:20Speaker 5: They probably don't make them anymore, but I, I'm not
- 1:27:22Speaker 5: like you, John Jay. I'm not built like that to wear.
- 1:27:24Speaker 5: Like when I love one thing that I.
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: Buy at all, I buy as much.
- 1:27:29Speaker 19: As I can.
- 1:27:29Speaker 2: Cause I have a weird body and things don't fit.
- 1:27:31Speaker 3: So when I find something that fits, I'm on it.
- 1:27:33Speaker 6: Well, and also thrifted banana Republic shorts, affordable, actual banana
- 1:27:37Speaker 6: Republic shorts, very expensive.
- 1:27:38Speaker 19: Right.
- 1:27:39Speaker 3: Then you go Old Navy.
- 1:27:40Speaker 2: What is the other Banana Republic you got? They got Gap,
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: Old Navy, Banana Republic. They're all three of the same.
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: And isn't Abercrombie somehow involved in those two or no?
- 1:27:48Speaker 5: I don't know if they are, but I really do
- 1:27:50Speaker 5: like the Curve Love chain on Abercrombie. But yeah, justice
- 1:27:54Speaker 5: for thick girls. Having this coke body ain't easy.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: How do they look on you right now?
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: All I see is your floating head.
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: Oh, those are cute.
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: You see how they don't suffocate my legs?
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:28:05Speaker 5: They fit my legs.
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: Those are cool.
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: They look perfect.
- 1:28:08Speaker 5: Whereas usually, they're like this.
- 1:28:10Speaker 3: Check out your abs.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: Look at you.
- 1:28:12Speaker 5: Thanks, I'm losing weight.
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: Wow, what are you doing? Are you losing weight? I
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: am losing weight. Are you doing a GLP?
- 1:28:17Speaker 18: Ah, maybe.
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: That's awesome. Literally, you lift up your shirt and it
- 1:28:25Speaker 3: was an ab pop out.
- 1:28:27Speaker 5: Boom, boom, boom.
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: Whoa, Peyton Whitmore.
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: Look at you. Get in there, sit the athlete body back.
- 1:28:33Speaker 4: Broadcasting live across the world right now. This is the
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: John Jay and Rich Radio Program.
