- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: Did he say this in?
- 0:02[SPEAKER_01]: That's how you start off with episode.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_02]: Is that what you believe?
- 0:10[SPEAKER_01]: No, I think he's just a freaky man.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_02]: So you don't believe he should be doing any time in jail?
- 0:17[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I don't know.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_01]: I don't really be following the case like that.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think that it's dangerous to offer an opinion if you have not followed the case like that?
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: He's innocent.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_02]: I just want you guys to know that I am only one half of the social proof facts and some views that are expressed here are not based on my own thoughts.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, yeah, I don't know what's going on, but I do I think anybody that that abuses other people should be punished for sure.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: But I just see I don't know.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_01]: The fact that you're in this situation means you did something you weren't supposed to do.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_02]: And that is, I mean, that's valid, maybe, but sometimes people were in situations like that and they didn't do anything at all.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_02]: I think.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, he did some stuff.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_02]: I think, I think in this case, they chose the wrong charges and did a poor job proving their case.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_02]: What are you laughing at?
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: I did follow it.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_02]: I did follow a four minute, the case.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_02]: And you know what stood out for me?
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: what I was most focused on were his alleged victims, or whatever, and his victims, like they were his victims.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what they were.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_02]: The ladies that he was in the relationship with that decided that they didn't want to do it anymore.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I just felt so sad that
- 1:50[SPEAKER_02]: Women would tolerate this type of behavior to get their bills paid.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_01]: Man, listen, it's happening every single day.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about taking abuse physically, emotionally, and sexually, sores covering your tongue in the roof of your mouth, dozens of suitors in a day.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_01]: Right, this is happening.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_02]: Or ten thousand dollars a month.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_01]: This is happening with the people who work at a factory.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: You just want that man because you think you're going to be better or you've been with this person for so long.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_01]: I think we're seeing like what's happening with that.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: He's a powerful, very wealthy man that people want to get next to and they're excited and they'll do whatever.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_01]: But this is happening on every single level.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 2:42[SPEAKER_01]: Like there's people in abuse of relationships right now because
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: their person is the breadwinner and they stay or you know I stay because they're the breadwinner we got to kids I don't want to break it up so I will just endure this but that's more out of necessity I think at the higher level of what you know he's going through it's just out of like greed and wanting to be next to powerful people so I stay there because you get a benefit you know I'm a lot of people in door abuse
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there's psychological references that'll point to why people stick with it.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know why people will stick with it, especially like new abuse, especially like I'm walking into this situation and almost being abused immediately, like why you stay in situations like that.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_01]: Remember you just never been that person where money blinds you or celebrity status blinds you?
- 3:39[SPEAKER_02]: No, definitely, they're, I'm definitely not that girl.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_02]: Like blinded by somebody.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: I can see how that could happen.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: You don't know.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_02]: I want the house in person.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's just walking down the street.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: Beautiful.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_01]: men with a not so attractive woman and that woman's just paying all the bills and all that.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, who?
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: Beautiful man, what they not.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: Because other women be sexist.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_01]: I want to be sexist.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_02]: And that woman is paying all the bills.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_02]: Observe?
- 4:06[SPEAKER_02]: That really does happen though.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_01]: All the time, little sugar mama situation.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think that's successful women?
- 4:11[SPEAKER_02]: This is for our social proof audience.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think that successful women are dating down?
- 4:20[SPEAKER_02]: and paying bills happily, like they're choosing to date down.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_02]: Actually, my question is, do you think that successful women should be more open to dating down?
- 4:36[SPEAKER_01]: I think you should find what makes you happy.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: Uh-huh.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: Because dating down could be dating someone who, let's say, for instance, they got a bunch of money, but they treat you terribly.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: That's dating down.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, we have to define what dating down there.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, for sure.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_01]: Below what you want.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_01]: Below what you want, you're like outside factors, maybe something like that.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think that a lot of CEOs, man or woman are dating down right now?
- 5:07[SPEAKER_01]: Say it one more time.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think, do you find, have you observed that men and or women, CEOs, entrepreneurs, all of our successful friends and networks of people are dating down or pretty on par?
- 5:22[SPEAKER_01]: I think most people would date down.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: I do too.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_01]: More self-worth issues or what I can find.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's just not easy, man.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's just not, I am so blessed.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_01]: I think God, on a regular basis.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_01]: that I am married with kids, because I don't know what I do out in these nasty streets out here.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_01]: Treacherous.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_01]: These streets are nasty, godly.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_01]: I can see myself day and down if I was single.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_02]: If you were single today, you could see yourself dating day and a percent.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_02]: Why?
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: Because in my life, there are things that happen, and I just settle for what's happening.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, bro, I don't feel like fighting it.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: Come on, girl.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: Come on, girl.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: Come on, girl.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: Come on, girl.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:09[UNKNOWN]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, we're not taking it
- 6:27[SPEAKER_02]: strategically going after women that you can control with.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I think that's about I think I don't know if there's a downer up is about finding what you want and makes you happy at the moment.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: So there's some people that will I I remember one time and I've never dated anybody else out of my way, but
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: I remember one time, this was years ago, as I was building my t-shirt brand, and I'm like, I'm like somebody, not making a whole bunch of money, but I'm like somebody, and I went to lunch.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_02]: You're popular.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was kind of popular.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not a whole bunch of money, but I was doing okay.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_01]: I remember I was at a restaurant with somebody, and the waitress, a little cutie, that wasn't a high-star restaurant and nothing like that.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_01]: It might have been, I don't know, an out of garden or something like that.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_01]: But,
- 7:15[SPEAKER_01]: The waitress was a little cutie, so I was on my phrase like, you know, I'm like, yeah, she'll feel alive.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_01]: And he looked at me.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_01]: Now, it's guys more successful than I am.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I want to say his name, but you're like, what are you doing?
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: I said, no, she's bad.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, bro, you can't just go around dating waitresses.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know who you are?
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, I don't, what do you mean?
- 7:39[SPEAKER_01]: He said, bro, there's another level that needs to match your level.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_01]: And now is the first time I even considered, because I thought you date somebody that you like, right?
- 7:50[SPEAKER_01]: I never even consider all these other factors of this is the right person alive and so I'm dating up and he's considering me dating down because it's the
- 8:00[SPEAKER_01]: the out-of-guard and waitress that you know what I mean?
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: So I never really thought about it from that perspective, but I'm so glad that I found my wife because she was doing her own thing.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's what super attracted me to her.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_01]: She hit me, me, she's like, doing her thing in corporate, you know what I mean?
- 8:15[SPEAKER_01]: Making good money, all that stuff.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_01]: So I think she dated down a little bit.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: She could have found somebody better.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: Jray, this episode is for you.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: I had a two thousand one Chevy suburban.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, it wasn't that attractive.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: I was in a one bedroom apartment.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_02]: What color was the Chevy Subarban?
- 8:36[SPEAKER_01]: It was like a tan.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_02]: It was that goldish tan.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have a lot of desirable stuff.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_01]: She could have found somebody better.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: But not really.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: If you think about it because I live.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_02]: It's nobody better.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, no, no.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_01]: But I, you know, thanks that she took a chance.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_02]: So do you believe whatever that person told you about Dave?
- 9:00[SPEAKER_02]: No, you can't talk to the Olive Garden waitress.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_02]: There's levels.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_02]: Do you believe in what you observe and what you know now about dating and having money and access and things?
- 9:09[SPEAKER_02]: Do you believe there are levels?
- 9:11[SPEAKER_02]: Could David shans today or somebody your single twin?
- 9:16[SPEAKER_02]: Could he go today and date the Olive Garden waitress?
- 9:20[SPEAKER_01]: Um, yes, but I think it would be about a little bit of control because at this time of my life, I would always go after that because I feel like
- 9:32[SPEAKER_01]: there's a higher level of respect and I don't have to meet a certain demand.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_01]: You feel like I'm being honest.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_02]: She would have a higher level of respect.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_01]: Correct.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_02]: And you don't have to meet her demands.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_01]: Correct.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_01]: So if I'm going, if I'm going higher or you know somebody that's like really doing anything, I feel like I got to step it up and I don't, or I can't.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: I got to be careful or watch my mouth.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_01]: I talked to you, you see it.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_02]: And I'd never really like to watch how you talk to me, baby.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_01]: But if it's, you know, a little bit at the pop-up drive through.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_02]: So are you suggesting that people who work in fast food or low-level waitressing positions?
- 10:16[SPEAKER_02]: They are.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_02]: the low-level hanging fruit of the dating pool.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: My answer is no, but from my perspective, it's easier accessibility.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's like an easier path, because I can impress you with the little bit of something that I got.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: So, I mean, I think that's why, you know, there's like power.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_02]: So, men then pick and powerful men, alpha men specifically,
- 10:49[SPEAKER_02]: pick women that they can afford.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_01]: They can control.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so not that they can afford, but that their finance is allowed them to control.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, because you can't go too high because all right, I can afford, I may not be able to afford somebody that's used to the finer things.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_01]: I take the young lady, the twenty-five-year-old is like, trying to get us up together.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_01]: You take them to, I don't know, um, capital grill, they're impressed.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: You take somebody to somebody else at a higher level.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to take them every couple days.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, ah, that's exhausting.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I've got the fight answers for it.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm just giving my older perspective.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_01]: And as we start talking about it, I want to go after someone that I would have a little more control over, I believe.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_01]: If I'm being honest.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_02]: Do you find that to be a common choice?
- 11:54[SPEAKER_01]: But what I don't know how people operate their lives, but I would imagine.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_02]: In conversations.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_01]: You got to imagine.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: I'd imagine yes.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_01]: We want a little men want a little control.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_02]: So then when they get the control, you really think they want the control.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_02]: A hundred percent.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_02]: I know they do.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_01]: A hundred percent.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_01]: I know they do.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, over your life, you'll think about, you would probably say that over your lifespan, there wasn't a whole lot of men that would even really approach that you, you may have a perceived higher status than.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, yes, it's a insecurity, a little bit.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_01]: That's why you may be able to go to the grocery store with a bonnet on and be looking raggedy, the men's like, yo, what's up?
- 12:51[SPEAKER_01]: Because it looks like you're not as powerful as you are.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_01]: But when you all done up and I've heard women say this all the time, when you're all done up, it's like, yo, I'll never get approached.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_01]: You look uncontrollable.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_01]: You look so high of aesthetics.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_02]: Again, I'm just giving you my controlable is crazy.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_01]: Would you?
- 13:20[SPEAKER_01]: Would you say that you'd be approached?
- 13:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like, is it surprising sometimes?
- 13:24[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know, I'm walking out of the house and then like nothing.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody try to ask it.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_02]: It's never surprising when they try to hug it.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like that.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's not like that.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like that.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you'll see the materials.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: And then with the y-ins, they're saying, okay.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_01]: Um, yeah, I've heard women say that.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, for sure.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_01]: Why is that?
- 13:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_02]: I like to think that... Tell us how to look controllable, Dave.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_02]: What does that look like?
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: I don't, I don't even know.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_02]: So we're single in these streets and there's a woman who, I don't know, can she be at Houston's restaurant by herself at the bar, having lunch?
- 14:07[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean, it all depends on the actual person.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_01]: And this just turns into a relationship podcast.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to make this entrepreneurship in some way.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: Well, there are women who are here and men who are here looking to pursue an entrepreneur.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: OK.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_01]: What's your question?
- 14:23[SPEAKER_02]: What makes the woman look?
- 14:26[SPEAKER_02]: OK.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_02]: Do I look controllable right now?
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: You're real controllable.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: I go hold you with the little flat press.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: So you've got to go.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_02]: So I look controlable.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_01]: You look bad approachable right now.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: So someone would approach me right now.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_02]: It's someone would approach me right now.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_01]: Aren't you going to be the best thing you're life with bigger approach?
- 14:49[SPEAKER_02]: I was in New Orleans this past weekend and I did a soft launch of this curly hair.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_02]: And they were.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_02]: What is wrong with these people?
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: Is it my perfume?
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: What is it?
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's the baddest curly vibe.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_01]: You just look, you look real regular, you look real regular.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_02]: I look regular, I look regular.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's not a bad thing.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_02]: You just got money.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_02]: I look regular.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_01]: She got a basic vibe right now.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's cool.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's trendy.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's come on that.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_01]: That don't make you not regular.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_01]: Regular outfit.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_02]: I'm mad regularly, Doug.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_02]: You learned something.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yo, if you go to the mall, you walk around Littics today on your body.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_02]: You hear me?
- 15:49[SPEAKER_01]: But going there and that Chanel dresser that like stepping with the red bottoms and all that?
- 15:55[SPEAKER_02]: Guys is like, whoa, I don't even know why she... I'm so confused about that, because I don't know that that's actually been my experience.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I know that, I don't know that it's been, I don't know that when I walk in the room, all done up, if guys stay away.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it depends on that room though, because when you go into the room that you're done up, those rooms that you're walking into, are full of men that are on that level and they're used to that.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_02]: So,
- 16:24[SPEAKER_02]: Not all the rooms, right?
- 16:26[SPEAKER_02]: I've walked into some rooms, apprehensively, and they still, are they don't seem intimidated by that?
- 16:38[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, cause then you start talking to your vibe, so.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_02]: Right, but what I'm saying is, I don't know that men are looking at women in immediately calculating that she costs too much money.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_01]: I can't... Yeah.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: We won a hundred percent.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_02]: Really?
- 16:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_00]: Now definitely a quick little calculator.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_02]: Are you?
- 17:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for sure.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_00]: It was a calculation.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of things you can do with five hundred dollars.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you can have a night out with your significant other.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_01]: You could buy some really expensive shoes.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_01]: Well, really nice shoes are about double five hundred dollars.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_01]: You could buy a course where you could learn something for five hundred dollars.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_01]: But I have something better for you to do with the five hundred dollars.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_01]: I want to meet with you every single morning for the rest of your life.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_01]: Well, maybe not the rest of your life, but every morning Monday through Friday for the rest of the year.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: I have information in game that have allowed me to build a successful business, a successful community, and a successful life all the way around.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_01]: But I want to share that with you, but the only way we can accomplish this is not me selling your course, not me giving you a one-on-one consultation because even with that, you'll get the information, but you'll need more.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_01]: I want to meet with you every single morning.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_01]: Now, what I meet with someone every morning for five hundred bucks for a year,
- 18:06[SPEAKER_01]: And the answer is yes, actually we've been doing this thing since two thousand seventeen we have what's called the morning meet up every single month we have a theme whether it's social media whether it's motivation whether it's strategy whatever it is we have a theme for the month and every morning in that month
- 18:22[SPEAKER_01]: We have a conversation around that topic, and I am giving a wealth of knowledge, not only myself, but a lot of friends.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people that you see on this podcast, they join every single week.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_01]: So you need a community of people that you can grow with, and you need a coach.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_01]: I'm your coach, the morning meetup is your community.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_01]: Go to the morning meetup.com.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_01]: It's four hundred ninety nine dollars, and I will meet you every single morning for an entire year.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_01]: Give it a shot.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: But I've not saw like Eceray in the street.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not how I know Eceray.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_01]: If I was like single, I might cause I have a different level of confidence, but I'm still like nervous because she's like, oh, y'all got a pair this week.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_01]: You come in.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I don't know if I can afford that level.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_01]: And then there's always some sort of insecurity of you finding someone that's
- 19:21[SPEAKER_01]: bigger or better than me, as I, oh, well, they can really take it.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_01]: Then the insecurity sets, you can't tell me that you haven't dealt with insecurities, especially, yeah, man, they're trying to get these stuff together, and they have the confidence to, right?
- 19:37[SPEAKER_01]: They might have the confidence to approach, but when they get it, it's like, you start to see it.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, huh, I ain't even saying that about them.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_02]: Why do you keep talking about it?
- 19:52[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it was interesting what I find interesting and I know, you know, they say whatever they say, but I find it.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_02]: disheartening that men will cancel women out because they've achieved a certain level of success because the immediate assumption is that this is a woman who I don't the the word controllable is crazy okay
- 20:26[SPEAKER_01]: I'm saying, right?
- 20:27[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I can cook, but I get to look at joy.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_02]: The work control, but agreeable, easy to work with, soft temperament, like the automatic assumption is that women who have any level of success.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_02]: If she's an entrepreneur, she's running her business.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_02]: She must be a B, a B would a capital B. She must be hard to work with.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_02]: She must be very masculine and all the things.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_02]: And
- 20:52[SPEAKER_02]: I think that there are so many women who are posture to successful in business, but they're so soft in nurturing and kind and all the things behind the scenes.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_02]: But you guys will immediately eliminate her because you've perceived a certain level of success.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, bro.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_01]: Answer me, followers.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_01]: So we shot, um, you're not dating a girl because they got too many followers.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_01]: One of the things that attracted me to my wife was she had like a few hundred followers when I met her.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_01]: That was one of the things that attracted me.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, hey, I got me one.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, she's undiscovered.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_01]: So I was, we shot a skin queen's two in, I say, we shot.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_01]: I was a part of it.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_01]: And I was sitting there.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_01]: It was an Ernestine, B. Simone, and Bri Renee.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_01]: And we started having this conversation.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know how it came up, but I do remember, and he says, y'all, y'all got to me followers.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know I would approach you, because in my mind, you got so many people in your DM.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_01]: So I thought it'd be someone, and I'm like, she's like, y'all, nobody hits me up.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, be.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_01]: Come on, somebody's gonna get DMs for sure.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_01]: She said, no, they're not.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_01]: I said, you mean to tell me people on a regular basis saying, hey, you shooting a shot, Flurren, she said, no.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_01]: Jokingly, I said, let me see your DM.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_01]: She said, look,
- 22:21[SPEAKER_01]: There was nothing.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_01]: And you would think, like, she's publicly single at this time.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_01]: This is like a reason I don't know her situation now, but publicly single, funny, fun, attractive.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_01]: You would think somebody's saying something.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_01]: She like, nothing.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_02]: Dry.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: You got to meet followers because the perception of my head is that your deem is flooded and you got your choice and you could pick anyone.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_01]: One, I may not have a chance, but two, even if I do get in that space, I know you're still getting those deems and there's somebody that trumps me there.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_02]: So it sounds like an insecurity on your in.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_01]: Let's not say my end.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just talking about men period.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_02]: So for the circle of men who you're representing right now.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not representing anybody.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying, here's a general idea of how.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_02]: For the name for the picture of this man that you're painting right now.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_02]: This man who will not date a woman who's who we're successful.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_02]: who will not date a woman who has too many followers.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: How many followers is too many?
- 23:35[SPEAKER_01]: More than... Cut the pins, cause you have not a lot of followers, but you've got a lot of engaged in all your content, then it's like, this is a little bit.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_02]: Just got a B or an A writing.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_01]: You got like, seventy five thousand.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you know, followers don't matter as much anymore, but you know, just, you know, you're lit.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_02]: So she can't be too lit and she has to be and be perceived as controllable.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_02]: Who signed an up to be that woman?
- 24:11[SPEAKER_02]: bad of garden wage.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_01]: A hundred percent.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_01]: But any club in Atlanta, they're, they're signed up there.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_02]: They're really, they're signed up.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_01]: They're sitting here.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: You know how they're landing?
- 24:20[SPEAKER_01]: They got the, the levels.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_01]: Getting at the levels.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yes, it's a little higher and you'll be seeing.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_01]: You'll be seeing a little crew right around the low, just waiting for somebody to let me.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_02]: Where the bars are?
- 24:34[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, wait for somebody to buy me a, try to find somebody to think they know.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_01]: Hey.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_02]: Hey girl.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_02]: Grotto, no.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_01]: And the ones on intersection are like, all right, look at you looking thirsty.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_01]: You're gonna drink it, come on, I got you.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_01]: And that's where it begins.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_02]: And they desire to be controlled, controllable.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think they desire to be controllable.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying for a man's perspective, the men may not want anything too much of a challenge.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 25:07[SPEAKER_02]: The y'all think that women want something that comes packaged as too much of a challenge?
- 25:12[SPEAKER_01]: I only know what my wife wants.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know what y'all be doing out here.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what y'all got going on.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_02]: The y'all think that's an attractive feature for a woman.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_02]: It's like when y'all say things like be my a man wants you to be his piece.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_02]: I want somebody to be my piece too.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 25:34[SPEAKER_02]: A man values respect.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_01]: Me too.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think everybody.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_01]: That was the worst.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: But people are willing to settle for certain things.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_01]: So I might find somebody that's powerful rich and I want something special or want something monogamous.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_01]: But if I catch them cheating am I leaving?
- 25:56[SPEAKER_01]: Because I want the other thing that they provide more than.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_01]: The money, the status, the connection.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm, again, I feel like I'm pretty secure and me and my wife, but I wasn't always.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_01]: I wasn't always until I met my wife.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_01]: I don't, I don't think I would consider myself super secure.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_01]: But now I'm at a point in my wife, Bill, like a daycare saw, and like she really run a bag up or invent some, I'm not doing nothing, and that will be my flex.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_02]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_01]: I don't do nothing.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_02]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_02]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait to quit my job.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_02]: And there are so many narratives around dating successful women and dating successful men that I believe have happened to some people, but I don't believe it's necessarily the norm, right?
- 27:16[SPEAKER_02]: I'm out with my successful single friends all the time, and there's no shortage of men attempting to date them, like intentionally date them.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_01]: And about an approach to y'all three,
- 27:30[SPEAKER_01]: And if I just walk enough to y'all like, hey, you in the middle, my ear to my door that.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_02]: Who does that to anybody?
- 27:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying just.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_02]: If there is a room, if there's a room where we can be approached, people will approach.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_01]: But you can't say there's no shortage because there's definitely a shortage.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_02]: So when I mean there's no shortage, I think that number one, the media has put so much emphasis on this shortage because it's more interesting to talk about than it would be to encourage everybody that they'll find whoever.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_02]: But what I'm telling you is there's not a room
- 28:09[SPEAKER_02]: that my friends walk into where there's no conversation both ways, like where the attempt isn't made.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_01]: Like, there's no room that y'all, you and your friends are walking into.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends, I didn't say me.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't say me.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_01]: I said my friends.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_02]: I said my friends.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_02]: I said
- 28:43[SPEAKER_03]: Damn, I said it!
- 28:50[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to think that server or that host's staff.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_01]: The bar back eight comes say, hey, I want to get you a drink.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_01]: But what I'm saying is one.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_03]: Actually, you can tell for a free drink.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_01]: Azure, as let's say you and your friends, it's like a crew of y'all at a high level.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_01]: You're all building a successful business, right?
- 29:18[SPEAKER_01]: What I know about you, and I don't know them so much, but I can imagine, for one, I'm not coming outside.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_01]: all the time anyway.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_01]: So if I do come outside, it has to be worth it.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's almost like a who all on be there.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you get an imitation, it's like a who all on be there.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_01]: So if you find yourself outside or in a room, it's probably a room knows worth it, where it's going to be some connections made, something like that.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_02]: But the only point, regardless of who's in the room, the only point that I'm making is that I don't think people are just standing around rooms holding up the wall.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that women are going out and never getting approached.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_02]: And that's just based on, and I'm talking about whatever y'all think is attractive.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm not talking about these anomalies.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about a healthy,
- 30:11[SPEAKER_02]: what you perceive to be attractive woman is just not walking into any room, not being spoken to.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_02]: I just don't see that happening.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't believe that's not happening.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_01]: What I'm saying is the one that like got their hair like you got your hair now.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_01]: That one.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'll take the shoe off and throw it straight at your lip.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_02]: I sure will.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_01]: That one over there is the order.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying you're not getting a pro.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, wait.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_02]: Because
- 30:38[SPEAKER_02]: I have, I have said before like, they always end up with those playing James.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_02]: Am I keeping playing James, right?
- 30:43[SPEAKER_02]: Am I the playing James that I speak of right now?
- 30:46[SPEAKER_01]: You want to get married?
- 30:48[SPEAKER_02]: This is the get married two point no package baby.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_02]: You put on a dress to let them know that you have shape, right?
- 31:00[SPEAKER_02]: But you pair it with a sneaker so you don't look too hard to work with.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_02]: And the part of the hair part down the middle makes you look very agreeable.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_02]: And you sit with a smart light grin on your face at all times because then ladies, you'll look controllable.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_02]: And if you do the bus down part down the middle and wear your natural hair, you'll look confident yet modest.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_02]: Mary to find a package available for five thousand four hundred ninety seven dollars.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: Hey man, unfortunately these are the facts.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_01]: I'll just get as what it is.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yo, if I went to like specifically, if I went to like the bar at the St.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_02]: Regis right now.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_02]: Over with.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_02]: It would just do it.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_02]: Why do y'all like us when we look like this?
- 31:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, first of all, first of all, I look you any day and every day of the week.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not suggesting that I don't look for, you know, they sometimes look like money.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_02]: But some days, you, so I don't look like money today.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: I don't look like money.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_02]: Do I look like poverty today?
- 32:05[SPEAKER_01]: You're like poverty, but it's not like I look at you.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you're like money.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_01]: You look like, you look like a daddy.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you're just a
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: You're right.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you look cool.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_01]: You look like the homie.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_02]: So I need to be out all the time looking like money.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, what I'm saying is if you look like money, it will either attract people who have money, but it will also detract.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_01]: What's the detract?
- 32:33[SPEAKER_01]: Repel those who feel like they don't have enough to approach you.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_02]: So you're saying that a king
- 32:44[SPEAKER_02]: King, are you saying that a black queen who's comfortable in her skin with her natural stresses?
- 32:52[SPEAKER_02]: They don't look like money.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_02]: So they're going to attract men who don't have any money.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_02]: King, is that what I'm saying?
- 33:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm saying it.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I'm saying it.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone will be approached.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone will be for every woman.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_01]: If you are around men and whatever situation is, you will be approached.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just giving you probability and the type of approach it'll be for you.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_01]: Not just probability.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying if you go to the grocery store or all done, I'm like, I'm going to talk to you.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying you have a higher probability of being taught to.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_01]: If you look, you just like your children.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_01]: if you look just like you chilling because you're not like, I see you.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, she looks like money.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_01]: She's attractive.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, she looks like a vibe.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like I'm related to that.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_02]: So for the insecure men that David is speaking about, it's not you.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_02]: It's not you because you got a wife and all the things you never do any of these things.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_02]: I suggest that you guys get like some kind of mental health coaching.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_02]: If your woman has to look down for you to see her value.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_01]: Say that one more time.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_01]: You heard what I said.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_02]: I think you need mental health coaching therapy and intervention, all the things.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_02]: You're only comfortable seeking and pursuing women who look like they're less than, because essentially, that's what you're saying.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_02]: But you're not less than.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_01]: I never looked less than.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked less than.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_02]: I never looked.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_02]: I
- 34:51[SPEAKER_01]: from your perspective.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I'm just telling you from a man's perspective, there is a more and less approachable based on my whoever it is that's appropriate.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_02]: And I agree with that, but what we're defining as what makes this woman approachable, she looks controllable, she looks homely.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_02]: Homely.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_02]: She's not, she's not got too many followers on the social.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_02]: To me, that is...
- 35:23[SPEAKER_02]: very insecure behavior.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_02]: Why can't you take the woman when she's all done up and be just as confident?
- 35:31[SPEAKER_02]: And the woman who has a ton of followers because I don't know, maybe she has a hobby or an interest that all these other people have in common as well.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_02]: And she wears whatever she feels that looks good that particular day.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_02]: Why can't she approach with the same degree of confidence?
- 35:52[SPEAKER_01]: Why can't you jump in the air and just stay there?
- 35:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_01]: But it's the way things are.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_01]: Like we jump up.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_01]: You gotta come down.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's just gravity.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_01]: It would be cool if you could just like jump up and more convenient.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_01]: Fly around, float over.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_01]: You just can't.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just telling you what it is.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying right at wrong, it's just what it is.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I do not recommend women or even men downgrading yourself for the sake of approachability.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_01]: I think you being happy and you being confident, someone with confidence will approach you and that's what you want.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_01]: But if you are struggling in
- 36:38[SPEAKER_01]: the single space, I'm just telling you one of the reasons why.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes you just, you don't care too far.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_02]: Too far.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_01]: A peer too powerful.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_02]: Too powerful, too paid, too successful, too opinionated, too loud, too what else?
- 36:56[SPEAKER_01]: Not a payment amount of money.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_02]: Most of the times, these women are everything except those things.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_01]: I've experienced that.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_01]: I've definitely experienced that.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_01]: I actually experienced believe it or not, I've experienced the more attractive and the more, more like money they look.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_01]: the more insecure.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_01]: I've experienced that over and over and over and over again.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_01]: You see somebody and they just look like just oh my gosh, they're just so bad.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_01]: And you start having a conversation with them.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_01]: You'll realize it.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of insecurity there.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_01]: And again, there's no a hundred percent scenario for anybody.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just giving you all my observation.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not trying to tell anybody to think a certain way.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_01]: And somebody says he doesn't speak for all men.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_01]: You're right.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not a hundred percent.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_01]: What I'm saying is this is just my observation.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_01]: You're not going to agree or not agree and didn't argue about it.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_01]: But it just is what it is.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_01]: That's challenging.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't know what you'll be doing in these single streets.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_02]: Shall we be living our best lives?
- 38:09[SPEAKER_01]: I'm blessed.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_02]: Best lives.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_01]: Here's what's unfortunate though.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_01]: Men could have everything that they've desired.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_01]: We say we want
- 38:26[SPEAKER_01]: the woman who takes care of the house, takes care of you, rub your back, you know, goes out and supports all the stuff that you got going on.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_01]: They actually going to work, bringing in money, maybe their manager in the house, so we want that.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_01]: but then we see something visually that's different than the thing that we got.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_01]: Now, this is ninety percent of what we want, eighty percent of what we want, but then we'll go find that twenty percent and we'll throw away the whole marriage, whole everything for that thing that we saw and that thing you got, it's never, ever, ever, typically what you really want.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's something that's like the grass is greener type thing, which is unfortunate.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_01]: So we say we want,
- 39:11[SPEAKER_01]: What's best for us?
- 39:14[SPEAKER_01]: What we really, really want?
- 39:16[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes doesn't appear how, you know what I mean?
- 39:19[SPEAKER_01]: It's just unfortunate, man.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_02]: So... Do you think more people are choosing what they want or what is best for them?
- 39:28[SPEAKER_01]: I think people are choosing what they think they want.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think the problem is most people just don't know what they actually want?
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: A hundred percent.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: Can I tell you something else?
- 39:40[SPEAKER_01]: And this is a big factor, which is, again, unfortunate.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_01]: Some of the reasons that men want the superduper attractive woman is for an accessory.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_01]: And you can show your boys like, oh, look, that's the one I got.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_01]: No matter all the stuff they got going on behind the scenes, it's almost like a bragging right thing.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_01]: So if I have something that looks good, outside people see, I'm doing well and they got like everybody wants that.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_01]: But that ain't what you really want.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_01]: You know it on the inside.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_01]: It's nasty.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_01]: There's so many, I don't know.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's weird out here, man.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_02]: It's weird.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_02]: So what advice would you give to entrepreneurs because that's who we serve?
- 40:28[SPEAKER_02]: Do we serve you guys today?
- 40:29[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I'm just not maybe.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: Strong, maybe.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: It's okay.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_02]: What advice would you give?
- 40:35[SPEAKER_02]: What advice would you give to successful men building a business who are single, but would like to date for marriage?
- 40:44[SPEAKER_01]: I did a file what you really want.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_01]: Like you said, it's big, like really, what do you really want on paper?
- 40:53[SPEAKER_01]: Before you go to the club and your eyes start to like choose or what you think you want now, I would say make a little list of things that you believe that you want and don't compromise on that list.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_02]: Now, one single thing.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you got to, you're gonna have to make some trade-offs, but it's a business list.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_01]: So give me an example.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_02]: You said it.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_01]: Give me an example.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_02]: You said, right down the things on your list that you really want.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_02]: And don't compromise on it.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_02]: But then you said, well, yeah, you'll have to make some trade.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_01]: But it's not, it's not that cut and dry.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_01]: So okay.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_01]: There's five things you want.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say I want them to be God fearing.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_01]: I want them to have great hygiene.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_01]: I want them to not be out all the time on the scene.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't compromise on these three.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_02]: But that's not your complete list.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I'm saying, I'm just saying it's right, a list of once, identify the non-negotiables and don't compromise on the non-negotiables.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't think we do that.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_01]: We go and like look what our eyes and say, well, I want that and try to make that person what we really need and nothing's going to work out well.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_02]: Mm.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_02]: That was good advice, David.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_02]: Look at your relationship coach.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_02]: Your relationship coach.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_02]: We actually had a relationship podcast.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_01]: We did a couple episodes.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_01]: We did one.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we did two episodes.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_02]: We did two episodes.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_02]: Not only, we never named that podcast.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but the one person we did is like, man, I can't, yeah, I can't release that.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_01]: It was.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_02]: It was good.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, it was a guy.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it wasn't anybody.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_01]: But that was, you know, the conversation, the most, it was a candid conversation of a single man in Atlanta with a lot of money.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_01]: It was a talk.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_02]: It was a talk.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_01]: We still have it.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_02]: We can't, no, no, no.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_02]: That person said that they were too forthcoming.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_02]: And we cannot put the episode out.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_00]: What was you asking me again?
- 43:29[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe we could just run some clips.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, let's let's ask.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_02]: This is a story of a super successful, super approachable, super kind, super generous, single man in Atlanta and how that's working out.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_02]: As a result of that conversation, do you think
- 43:53[SPEAKER_02]: The super-generous works out in men's favor.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_02]: The super-generous, like, right out of the gate.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_01]: I had a gate coming off that chicken, you know?
- 44:04[SPEAKER_02]: The zip code changed.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_02]: I already calculated what it cost to live your life, girl, and I got you.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_01]: No, it was such a cool conversation.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be let's put it out.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe we can say, you know, that was a year ago, that's who I was.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_01]: It's not why I am today or something like that.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_01]: Let's ask them.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_02]: I wouldn't.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_01]: You got to ask her out.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we can ask.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_02]: We'll put it in the group chat.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not straight.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_02]: We got to approach that softer, but also are we going to put it out because we're going to run with that show or are we putting it out just because we've got some super salacious clips.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_00]: Salacious clips.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, but it gives insight.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_01]: It gives insight.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I've never, so I've been just being back in a day going to the clubs and all that kind of stuff.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_01]: And the albums have been dropped, so I might have to get back in the clubs.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_02]: They were coming up, y'all.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_02]: This has been another.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_00]: No, I said we're gonna go out in the club and like get the DJ to play the songs.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_02]: We're going out with courtesy T-shirts and see.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_02]: No, we've got to be out there.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_02]: We're not working on the USBs or links.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_02]: How do you get the DJ to play your song?
- 45:16[SPEAKER_01]: I think you got to come with a little hard drive.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_02]: You got to come with a hard drive.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think that'd be a good show.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm trying to get it hit.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_02]: and we gotta go to all the clubs.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_01]: He'll go to the clubs, like back in the day.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_02]: We gotta go and be like, y'all, y'all, y'all, can you play my song?
- 45:35[SPEAKER_02]: Play my song?
- 45:36[SPEAKER_02]: I gotta put it if you play my song.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_01]: I want to be, you know what?
- 45:40[SPEAKER_01]: I thought I was so cool that ours would come y'all, get DJ.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_01]: He likes to be with the DJs all the time.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_01]: If you'll come y'all, go play my song.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_02]: You would look groupy.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_02]: For sure.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_01]: For sure.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_01]: I'll just with the DJ.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_01]: That didn't make me cool in any way.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_01]: But I got a chance to get in.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, but I got a chance to be at the DJ booth.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_01]: It's like these little little fine drinks like, hey, can you play a song?
- 46:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, let me see what I could do.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_01]: That was your leave back then.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_01]: Let me see.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_01]: What's up, you want to drink?
- 46:15[SPEAKER_01]: We got a bottle in the back.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_02]: We all drink in the same thing.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_02]: There are no options.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'll drink this patrol.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, the nasty life I lived.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_02]: This has been another interesting episode of the social group podcast you guys.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_02]: You guys know that we come and talk to entrepreneurs about whatever we want to talk to entrepreneurs about.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_02]: And this conversation went all the way to the left.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_02]: So we understand, but I still, in the comments, want you to tell me, what was your favorite part that stood out for you the most?
- 46:47[SPEAKER_01]: Did you get anything about your business?
- 46:49[SPEAKER_02]: Did you get anything that can make your life better?
- 46:52[SPEAKER_02]: Ladies, are you gonna start looking more controllable?
- 47:02[SPEAKER_02]: If you do, if you do.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_01]: What does that make you feel?
- 47:06[SPEAKER_01]: What is your thought around this conversation?
- 47:09[SPEAKER_01]: What is your feeling?
- 47:10[SPEAKER_02]: Let me know how that worked out for you.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_02]: What does my thought about looking controllable?
- 47:15[SPEAKER_01]: Looking near like your appearance.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_01]: Because you are a powerful woman and you not to put it on and all that kind of stuff, then be all done up.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_02]: I don't ever desire to look controllable.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like, that's the true definition of weakness to me.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_02]: Agreable, easy to work with, compromiseable, those words are very different.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_02]: And those things I am, just naturally.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_02]: But controllable, I wouldn't even want a man who maybe he can joke with his boys about that.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_02]: But I bet not finding in his journal that his top five core criteria included the fact that I was controllable.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think we say controllable.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think so.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think we say that I want someone knocking control.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think we say it out loud.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_01]: But there's a certain level of I. I desire a man that I can't play with.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_02]: And is that controllable?
- 48:17[SPEAKER_02]: Because I want to know, like, I can't play with him like that.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_02]: You could play with them other little girls like that, but you got to tighten up over here.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, they're a different philosophy, Raman.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_01]: Man, do want somebody to play with.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_01]: No, am I trippin'?
- 48:33[SPEAKER_02]: Y'all, this has been another episode.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not trippin'!
- 48:37[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_02]: We are out of here.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_02]: I have to go.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_02]: I have to go now.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_02]: We are looking for men that they cannot, women are looking for men that they cannot play with.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_02]: Men on the other hand are looking for women that they absolutely.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to play with y'all.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_01]: Where are you going?
- 48:56[SPEAKER_01]: What do you mean where am I going?
- 48:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going out.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_01]: I play with you right now.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_02]: And then a man come to me and be like, I'm going out.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_02]: And I'll be like, what's your mean?
- 49:06[SPEAKER_02]: Where am I going?
- 49:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going out.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_02]: Where are you going?
- 49:09[SPEAKER_02]: Where are you going?
- 49:10[SPEAKER_02]: Where are you going?
- 49:15[SPEAKER_02]: And if I'm running late, I'll let you know.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_02]: Y'all be safe in these streets.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_02]: Y'all be safe in these streets.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_02]: We need you safe so that you can continue to build your business and be talked about on social proof.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_02]: My name is Donnie Wiggins.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_02]: This is David Shands.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_02]: Bye.
