- 0:23Lisa Hopkins: Hey there.
- 0:27Lisa Hopkins: We all need to reset every now and then.
- 0:34Lisa Hopkins: It's perfectly natural to sometimes feel like things are a lot.
- 0:42Lisa Hopkins: Maybe your body feels tense or your mind a little scattered.
- 0:50Lisa Hopkins: Take this moment for yourself.
- 0:55Lisa Hopkins: Just a few minutes to reset.
- 1:02Lisa Hopkins: Wherever you are, just allow your body to feel supported.
- 1:08Lisa Hopkins: If you're sitting, feel the chair beneath you.
- 1:12Lisa Hopkins: If you're standing, feel your feet on the ground.
- 1:21Lisa Hopkins: Wherever you are, take a slow breath in through your nose.
- 1:28Lisa Hopkins: And a longer breath out through your mouth.
- 1:34Lisa Hopkins: Again, inhaling gently and exhaling slowly.
- 1:46Lisa Hopkins: Let that exhale be a signal to your body, an invitation to soften even just a little bit.
- 2:01Lisa Hopkins: Bring your attention to your shoulders.
- 2:05Lisa Hopkins: Notice if they've been holding.
- 2:11Lisa Hopkins: And without forcing, just invite them to drop.
- 2:21Lisa Hopkins: Sometimes it feels great just to roll them back.
- 2:27Lisa Hopkins: And then roll them forward.
- 2:32Lisa Hopkins: Or even hold them up tightly to your ears for three, two, one, and let go.
- 2:41Lisa Hopkins: Just release.
- 2:48Lisa Hopkins: Open and close your mouth and rotate your jaw.
- 2:56Lisa Hopkins: Allow it to unclench.
- 3:01Lisa Hopkins: Stick your tongue out wide.
- 3:05Lisa Hopkins: And then relax it, letting it rest in your mouth.
- 3:14Lisa Hopkins: Soften the space behind your eyes.
- 3:23Lisa Hopkins: Simply let go for a second.
- 3:33Lisa Hopkins: Take another breath in and a longer breath out.
- 3:50Lisa Hopkins: Notice anything that you're feeling.
- 3:55Lisa Hopkins: Your system might still feel activated, and that's okay.
- 4:16Lisa Hopkins: See if you can feel one place in your body that already feels neutral or even slightly at ease.
- 4:30Lisa Hopkins: Might be your hands or your legs.
- 4:36Lisa Hopkins: Your breath.
- 4:41Lisa Hopkins: Wherever it is, just let your attention rest there for a moment.
- 4:51Lisa Hopkins: And as you breathe, imagine that area gently expanding, not dramatically, just enough to remind your system that not everything is tense.
- 5:17Lisa Hopkins: Now if it feels okay, place one hand on your body, chest, stomach, head, wherever feels natural.
- 5:32Lisa Hopkins: Just that simple contact, intentional, and unattached.
- 5:47Lisa Hopkins: Take a breath in here, and as you exhale, feel the weight of your hand.
- 5:58Lisa Hopkins: A small anchor, a reminder you're here.
- 6:11Lisa Hopkins: Nothing is chasing you in this moment.
- 6:16Lisa Hopkins: Nothing needs to be solved right now.
- 6:25Lisa Hopkins: Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
- 6:35Lisa Hopkins: No effort.
- 6:58Lisa Hopkins: Just notice now as you continue to breathe.
- 7:05Lisa Hopkins: Has anything shifted even slightly?
- 7:13Lisa Hopkins: A little more space, a little more grounding, a little less urgency.
- 7:37Lisa Hopkins: Take one more slow breath in and a steady breath out.
- 7:51Lisa Hopkins: When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the room.
- 7:59Lisa Hopkins: Knowing that you can return to this any time.
- 8:04Lisa Hopkins: Your system needs a reset.
- 8:19Lisa Hopkins: Namaste, my friend.
