A two-year-old girl, completely naked, was spotted walking down a street in Deltona—prompting an off-duty cop to step in and call 911. Her frantic dad later arrived, swerving his car in panic after realizing his autistic daughter had escaped through a broken bedroom window. The parents, sober and unaware of her disappearance until they saw police cars, believe she simply wandered out.
