- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of the Live Well podcast.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: I am so excited to be bringing you guys another episode, but first, what do we have an update?
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: I always feel like I should give an update at the beginning of this, these episodes.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: We do have an update because by the time you are hearing this, I have a new program launching.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Guys, I'm I'm bursting.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: Like I'm literally so excited.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: This has been like percolating slash channeling for over six months.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: Um, I've wanted to launch it so many times in the past, but then I got a Kasha and there was just like the energy to launch a new program.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Um, it just wasn't there.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: And so the timing is perfectly right.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: So when you are hearing this, the goddess activation program is officially open all about awakening your inner goddess and really igniting that path to self-love because time and time again, I'm seeing so many women who don't love themselves, who engage negative self-talk, who don't believe they're worthy.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: And this honestly happens in energy healings, akashic readings, initial consults, well-nourished, one-on-one.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: It's like almost every woman I come across, they just they don't love themselves.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: And I saw such a need for this, and I I've been there.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: I've been there hating my body, not setting boundaries, people pleasing, not having self-worth, negative.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: I've been there.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Like I've been there crying in front of the mirror, hating what I saw, right?
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: And so that's literally like I've been where you are, and then I've been where I am now, where you just feel like a sensual goddess in your body, and you feel good, and like life is meant to be delicious.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: I say this all the time on Instagram, guys.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: You're meant to feel delicious in your body, you're meant to feel sensual and tapped in and like love your body no matter what it looks like or where your journey is.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Because you guys have heard me say you cannot heal a body that you hate.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: So it's four weeks long.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: We have a live call each week, which is honestly, this is the like the fact that we have a live call each week at this price point is just like insane to have like this kind of deep work is going to be truly transformational.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Four weeks long, an hour call a week, plus you have modules, plus you have all this other like PDFs, support, meditations, reprogramming tracks, everything else that's like bonus in addition to the calls where you're like you get the the live coaching with me, which is insane.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna take you guys like it's gonna be it's gonna be a whirlwind, but like honestly, four weeks are gonna be a whole different woman.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Um, so I will leave the link for that in the description box below.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: I am I'm just so excited, guys.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: I cannot wait to teach you guys how to fall in love with your body and your life again.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Like I just think about, you know, where I was and like how I would show up in work or relationships or this or like you couldn't even like have sex with the lights on, or like you can't speak up when you're with your friends and you're shy, or like you can't even just show who you are because you're scared of being judged that people won't like you, and like now I like dance like whatever, you know, on my Instagram.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Like if you watched me like probably two, three years ago, you would see a completely different person from like who I was on like my YouTube and Instagram then and who I am now.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: So if you guys have been following me a while, you can truly you saw the transformation that I went through and now I'm gonna take you guys through so that you can live this life too.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: So that being said, I will leave that in the description box.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: Today we are getting all in oh no, let's let's let's take a break and then yeah, we'll leave you guys a little little intro and I'll see you in a second.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Live Well Podcast.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: This podcast is designed to help you live well, body, mind, and soul.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Liv, a natural health and wellness expert, and each week you will walk away with the insights, tools, and tips to truly live your best life.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: If you are looking to live well, you are in the right place.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: A new episode starts now.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: Oh, guys, actually, before we get into the episode, I do have another update.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: Um, so right now, Akasha is at boarding camp.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: I want to call it camp.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: School sounds like she's not having fun.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: She's on a farm, she's on a farm having tons of fun.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: You guys know that we've had a bunch of like behavioral issues with her, um, and it became a safety thing both for me and for her.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: That um the her her very short fuse, her very short temper, and her lack of patience.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, it's not okay for her, it's not okay for me, and we need to make sure that it's a safe space for both of us.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: Um, obviously, we want to both feel safe in our homes.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Um, and yeah, she was just like the aggression, the biting needs to be like nipped in the butt.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So I found a wonderful woman um who is training her right now.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: So right now she is at training, like I said, camp for a couple weeks, a few weeks.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: And she is honestly when this woman walked into my house, she's like the dog whisperer.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Like Akasha's listen to her, so we're working like on you know, having her not bite, um, having her like her patience be more drawn out, like not rushing through doors, all that stuff, so that you know I can keep her safe and also she's not like running across streets or you know, biting people when they want to remove things from their mouth that she shouldn't chew, etc.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Um, so that's a little update.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's really funny.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: She called me the next day and she was like, So you have a troublemaker on your hands, and I was like, Yeah, I do.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: So that's where she is.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: Um, that's like my little life update.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Um, but other than that, yeah, let's go let's go ahead and dive into the episode.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: Alright, guys, welcome back to another episode.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: Today we are talking all about like spring cleaning, spring cleaning your life, spring cleaning your body, spring cle spring cleaning everything.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: I switched over my clothes this month, not this month, oh this guys, I'm all over the place this weekend.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Um, and it really inspired me that like, hey, like just to do some spring, I don't want to see the word detox.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm gonna use the word detox, we're gonna get into that word in a second, but like spring cleaning your life, both your body, your nutrition, your energy, your relationships, everything like that.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: I'm honestly going into all kinds of it just to like reset, freshen things up with the warmer weather.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: I feel like we could all kind of use a little refresh.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna be diving into all the things that you can do to kind of like spring clean your life.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: So, like I said, obviously people use the word detox all the time, and it's like often associated with like depriving yourself and like fasting or like doing some sort of juice cleanse or like cabbage soup diet, but a detox that's not really what it is.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: Like, yes, your body undergoes like natural detoxification processes, right?
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: Like your liver naturally detoxes.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: However, there are like things that we can do to help support you know our liver and colon and lungs and kidneys and all that to support the detox process if they've been overburdened with toxins, which unfortunately we are exposed to so many nowadays, whether it's products or food or pollution or people and their energies, because like we also need to detox from the fear mentality.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: We we do not subscribe to fear over here at Keep Up With Live.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: You know me, you know that.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna dive all of that into this episode because you guys, you guys know the truth is your body is always detoxing.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Considering everything it gets exposed to, it does a pretty good job.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: However, sometimes it gets backed up and it needs a little support, hence a spring cleaning.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: But in order to make sure that a detox is effective, we must make sure that we are supporting all of the detox pathways in the body.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: So the colon, the liver, the kidneys, the lung, the skin, all of that.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: So if you've been feeling sluggish lately, or you know, you just feel not optimized, you know, you're just like you're not feeling yourself, like, or you have sore, achy muscles, or you've been feeling bloated, or your skin is breaking out, or you're energetically feeling like you do not have the capacity to like withstand, like you can't even, you know, respond to text messages because your energetic capacity is just so overburdened.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: Um, you are probably ready for a spring cleaning.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: You're gonna want like better energy, better digestion, glowing skin, increased like happiness, feeling more magnetic, feeling more in love, happiness, gratitude, uh, all that kind of stuff.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So I've gathered like a bunch of a tidbits for you, um, like foods, we're gonna get into the energy as well, but basically, we're gonna detox our life and like also detox from relationships, which as I'm laughing, yeah.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Okay, we're gonna get into it.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: So, signs you might want to now I'm gonna start off with like the body first, and then we're gonna get into the energy of relationships and all that jazz.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: So, what are some of the signs you might want to look for when you're considering going on more of like, I don't know what I'm gonna you guys know how what I mean by the word detox and clean.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna keep using it now that I've explained my definition.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: So if you think back to a time when your life was like the healthiest, how does your current state compare?
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: So if you feel like less vital, if you think, you know, if you are craving sugar and carbs, that's a big sign.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: If you are experiencing bloating and digestion, that's a sign.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: If you're feeling spacey or foggy, if you're always exhausted, if your joints are achy, if you're stressed, depressed, or anxious, if you can't lose weight, if you have trouble sleeping, if you can't concentrate, all of these things are signs that your body probably isn't detoxing the way that it should.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: So let's start off with the colon because you guys know if you don't got gut health, you do not have anything.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: So being regular is pretty darn important.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: And if your bowels are not moving along smoothly and emptying out, the waste will accumulate and create toxicity.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: So basically, all the bad stuff that your body has lined up for elimination will be reabsorbed and begin re-circulating throughout the body.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Like, guys, how gross is that?
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: Now think about bacteria, think about, you know, um pathogens, but think about also hormones, which can lead to things like PMS, PCOS.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Guys, remember PMS is not normal, um, and all that stuff.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: And if you haven't listened to the what your poop says about your health episode, definitely go and listen to that.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: It's so funny.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: It's one of the most downloaded episodes, which makes me laugh, but it'll tell you a lot.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: So cleansing your digestive system will really reduce that uncomfortable symptoms like bloating, cramping, constipation, but it can also clear your complexion and improve your energy levels, right?
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: So, some foods that are really good for the colon are flaxseeds and chia seeds.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: So both of these things are going to be really good to load up on to help cleanse your colon, but of course, you want to stop at the root cause as well.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: So you want to want to investigate into okay, why are you getting backed up in the first place?
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: Um, what emotions are you holding on to?
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Are you holding on to guilt or shame or the past?
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: Um, where are you feeling kind of like tensed up that your body is literally tensing around your bowels that you can let go of?
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Um, I actually, oh my god, I'll tell you a funny story.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: So I just posted this on my Instagram story.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: I was doing an intuitive um energy healing for someone, and I asked her, I'm like, oh, like, do you want to let me know anything you're struggling with, or you kind of just want me to dive in?
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: And she's like, no, just dive in.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: She didn't tell me anything about her, um, and whatever, whatever you want.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: And then so I went in and I did the healing.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: Um, it's like a half-hour session, so I went in and did a little half hour session, and I came out and I was like, Whoa, you are so bloated and constipated.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: And she was like, Oh my god, how did you know?
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: I was like, Yeah, yeah.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: As soon as I went in, I felt that, so I cleansed that energy.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: Um, and I told her to do XYZ.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: Um, so she did XYZ, she sent me a message on Instagram.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: She's like, Liv, like, I cannot tell you.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: I like my bloating is like basically gone, no more gas.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: And I've been going every day since you told me to do XYZ and since the energy clearing.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Yep.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: And it was like all energetic emotional stuff she has to do.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: So, yes, black season cheese seeds are great, but um, don't forget to look at the emotional work because yeah, it was just so funny to me.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: I'm like, Yep, I believe it.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Anyways, so you're gonna want to make sure your colon is working nicely for all of that.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: So then you have the liver.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: So the liver has many functions, right?
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: It actually has, I think it's over 500 functions, so I can't list them all, but its main purpose is like a filter.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: And with like modern diet, with like if you're eating lots of processed foods, and then we have environmental pollutants and toxic personal care products, like you're using dove or ole or pantine or you know, secret deodorant or something like that, your liver is really working overtime, and it's the second largest organ that works really to sift through everything that comes through your body.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: So if you are putting like so much in it, it can get clogged, it can be like sluggish, and then it can't actually work through everything because it's got too much to work through.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: So some of the things you can, you know, it really like if you think about it, it shepherds out what your body doesn't need.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: So when the with when the wither, when the liver is working optimally, it can take the toxins that are stored throughout the body and basically convert them to a water-soluble form.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: So you need this to be working well for macronutrient metabolism, blood volume regulation, immune system support, um, endocrines, like endocrine control in terms of like epinephrine, adrenaline, and all that kind of stuff, um, general homeostasis, but also like the breakdown of compounds, including like hormones, drugs, etc.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: So there are certain foods that support the liver's natural cleansing abilities, and some of those are dandelion greens.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: So loading up on dandelion greens is so good.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Dandelion greens probably like the single best food in terms of like liver support.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: We also have cilantro.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: If you guys have seen me adding cilantro, um, like juicing some organic cilantro into my green juice, that's all to support the liver.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: I'm basically, oh yeah, I said this in the beginning, but like I'm trying to do a little spring clean of both my body, my space, my everything, and that's what kind of catapulted this.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: Um, because we all, we all you can't avoid all toxins, right?
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: So even though I eat a really clean diet, it's impossible to avoid all of the toxins.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: And I actually had the an intuitive tell me that I need to do more gentle detox support because when I am doing so many channeling with my clients and energetically, like there's so much running through my liver, like energetically, that I need to support like more gentle detox, anyways.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: That's why I've been adding more cilantro to my green juice, but cilantro is another good one.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: Um, but all of these things, you know, will help kind of like spring clean your liver to give it like an internal reset that you know will allow you to just feel better, if that makes sense.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: So keep in mind um also things that happen when your liver is overburdened, you have autoimmune conditions, acne, fatigue, IBS, weight gain, and all of that stuff.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: So you can also add a fresh piece of ginger to water or do ginger shots like I showed you, um avoiding things like cheese and um will help like not bog down your liver so much.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: Of course, limiting your intake of processed foods, processed meats, hydrogenated oils, and refined sugar.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: Um, also going to things like turmeric.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Turmeric is really great for liver support.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: And then we have other liver-healing foods like arugula, spirulina, walnuts, asparagus, all of these things are going to be really, really good.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: And oh, another one, garlic.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: Um, garlic really helps to activate the liver detox enzymes, and basically these enzymes assist in breaking down toxins and eliminating them from your system.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: Plus, garlic also has like 30, I think it's over 30 antimicrobial agents that can help your body protect against viruses and illnesses.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: So obviously that's you know good.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: Um, so when you are eating it, like obviously you want to go for fle flesh, flesh, fresh, guys.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: I don't know what it is with words today.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Fresh, and you want to have it so that the allicin is activated.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: So you want to like cut it up and allow it to like sit for like five, ten minutes and then consume it to really make sure that the allicin is activated.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: So another one, like I mentioned, is broccoli or broccoli sprouts is actually the best one more than broccoli.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: So broccoli sprouts are really rich in antioxidants and they boost up glutathione, which is the master antioxidant in the body.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: So even more than straight broccoli um is broccoli sprouts.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: They help support support both phases of liver detoxification.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: Um, and they also contain the precursors to sulforophane, which prevents cancers, etc.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: So broccoli sprouts are just good all around.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: Like I mentioned, walnuts, um, yes, walnuts are good for your brain, but they're also really good to increase circulation and blood flow in the liver so that the toxins are more efficiently transported from different points in your body to your liver.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: They work through um, it's like it's like a little happy hour.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Like if you're consuming the walnuts, it's more optimized for it to kind of like run through your whole body.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: Oh, and then I also want to mention avocado.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: So, like avocado is like the Beyoncé of produce, right?
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: And so it not only has fiber, which is gonna be good for your liver, but the antioxidants in avocado help protect their liver and reduce cholesterol, meaning you're not gonna have as bogged down of a liver.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: And well, obviously, we don't need another reason to add avocado.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Avocado is just delicious, but yeah, like I said, avocado is going to be so, so good.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, so moving on from your liver, let's talk about skin.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: So, our skin is our largest organ, which I feel like I always say this for people forget, but your skin is an organ.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: So, your skin detoxes, if it's our largest organ, it's also our largest detoxification organ.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Think about like all the sweating we do, like that's a detox process.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: So, everything that you want to support the skin detox.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: So, if you're getting things like acne and stuff like that, that should or eczema or psoriasis, it really shows you that your liver is overburdened because it's all coming through the skin.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: So, obviously, making sure you drink lots of water, but also chlorophyll can help to flesh out toxins.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: So, you guys have probably seen me on Instagram add chlorophyll drops to my water.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: This is really good for supporting the skin's detox process.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: Um, this is something I always say is making sure you're doing enough.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: I always see people, well, not always, but like I was saying, like 90, 90 something percent, 95% of the time, people do things like they add chlorophyll to their water, but they add in like two or three drops.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: And guys, like that's just not enough.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: That's not gonna do it for you.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: You need to like follow the directions on the bottle, depending on the bottle.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: I believe like mine's like 20 drops, you need to add in that much for it to actually have like a beneficial effect on your skin to actually do the cleansing.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: Um, cutting out dairy or at least limiting it as much as you can is going to be good since it is extremely inflammatory for the skin.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: Obviously, cutting sugar, and then we have dry brushing.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: So, dry brushing is so good for your lymphatic system, which I'll dive into in a second.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: But dry brushing three to five times a week is gonna be so good.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: I love mine, mine's from Sage, and it takes like 30 seconds to do.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: You want to brush up towards your heart, so from your hand up your arm, and then your feet up towards your heart, um, and do it on your arms, your legs, your torso, and everything like that.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: That's really good for your skin and your lymphatic system.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Clay masks are also really good for the skin.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: So I really like the bentonite Aztec clay mask.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: It's like one ingredient, it's like bentonite clay.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: You get this huge tub of it off Amazon.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: It is like$20, maybe a couple dollars less.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: I feel like it's like 18 or 19 like dollars, it lasts forever.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: You mix it with a little bit of apple cider vinegar.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: Make sure you don't mix it with metal, you have to mix it with either ceramic or bamboo.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Um, but that's gonna help like draw out impurities.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: It is so so good.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: Um, I highly recommend like everybody keep that in like their not medicine cabinet, like a beauty repertoire for your skin.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: Um, that's really gonna help.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: You also obviously want to switch to all natural products, so use the springtime now kind of as an opportunity to switch out all of the toxic things.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: So switching to an all-natural deodorant, switching your body care and your makeup and all of that to things that are not gonna burden down your liver.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Because at the end of the day, like if you keep throwing things at your liver, it's going to become sluggish and it's gonna be harder and harder.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: Like just eliminate the problem by not putting so many toxic things on there, right?
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: So, uh a great app to use to check if your product is dirty.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: It's called Think Dirty, it's a free app.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: There's also the Environmental Working Group Cosmetics Database or the EWG Cosmetics Database.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: If you Google that, um, you can just check your products.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: But I like to shop at um detox market for a lot of my things.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Uh the the clean at Sephora stamp helps a little bit, however, um just keep in mind there are still toxic things, even if you put the filter clean at Sephora, it's better.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: Um, but a lot of them still have toxic fragrance, which the word fragrance can hide up to like thousands of things, and fragrance is one of the hardest things on your liver, so you really want to avoid things that have fragrance.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: Um, so just keep in mind that the clean at Sephora helps, but isn't the end all and be all.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: So moving on to like the lymphatic system that I was talking about, it's really responsible for so much.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Like the lymphatic system is responsible for your healthy immune system, filtering out toxins and fluids.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: That's why people get like a lymphatic drainage massage, and then they feel like leaner afterwards is because they move the fluids, right?
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: So if your lymphatic system is overburdened and there's too much going on, or it's like too puffy, you're gonna see a big difference before and after like a lymphatic drainage massage, which technically you shouldn't because you your lymphatic drainage should be running optimally.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: However, if it's sluggish, Things like dry brushing that's really gonna help like push and stimulate that limp like desired lymphatic drainage.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: You can also get like lymphatic drainage massages.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I like to also use like either a draid roller or a gouacha.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: This is really good for like lymphatic drainage.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: I know people use it on their face, but you can gouacha like your legs, your arms, all of that stuff to really help like the lymphatic system kind of like go.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: Um, so yeah, people always use it on their face, but you you can gouache uh your legs, your arms along the lymphatic pathways, and that way you'll stimulate those.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: And your lymph nodes are these little, like well, you wouldn't feel them if they weren't inflamed, but if they are overburdened and inflamed, they're like little puffy nodules.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Um that like the easiest ones to feel are like if they are if there's too much or that they're overburdened, it's like right under your chin and your neck.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: Like if you where you would take your pulse, move like I'm doing it on myself now to check, like an inch up.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: And if you feel like a little rubbery node, that's like your lymph node, but like you should barely feel it unless it's overburdened.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: So that's just like one of them, but obviously, I'm draining your fluids, it's going to be good.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: You also want to make sure you're drinking plenty of water, but also drinking either spring water or mineralized water.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: So I oh well, let's get into water now, shall we guys?
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: Brita is not a proper water filter.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: Pure the P-U-R filters are not a proper water filter.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: You need to either be filtering your water with a Berkey Aqua or Aqua True or be drinking spring water.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: Um, I get Mountain Valley spring water delivered to my door.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm probably will get a filter.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: Um, I just honestly haven't got around to it, but either of the two, water is super, super important, and you want to make sure there's proper minerals in it.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: You can also add concentrates minerals.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: So if you're using a water filter, make sure you add in concentrate minerals after it.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: Like that's the brand, concentrate minerals, or spring water, which will naturally have them in it.
- 23:55SPEAKER_00: So I have mine um that already has them.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Um, you can also add in some electrolytes if you are working out all of these things, but you don't only want to drink water, but you want to drink good clean water.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: And I cannot tell you, guys, I feel horrible.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: If I try to drink tap water, I feel like both energetically different to my body and also like chemically, I can taste the difference.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: There's so many toxins and pesticides and heavy metals and like lead and like the stuff that passes for tap water is just it's just not okay, basically.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: That's that's the moral of the story.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: It's just not okay.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: I can do a whole little episode on like the the dangers of drinking tap water.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: Maybe I should call it that.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: The dangers of drinking tap water.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: Um, and keep in mind tap water also includes Brita Impure, because they know those don't do enough or really anything at all.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: Plus, they have toxins within themselves, so it's filtering out one type of thing, but it's adding in a bunch of other toxins, and then it's sitting in plastic, and you guys know that one of like the worst things for you is plastic.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: So it's Brita filter, it's plastic, and we can see how that all also don't be eating or drinking through plastics if you want to keep your liver um really well.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: But you guys know that already.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: If if you've been watching or listening for a while, you know plastics are a no-go, anyways.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: Where was I?
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: Sorry guys, I'm just full of so much information that I just like as soon as I think of something, I'm like, oh yeah, do this too, and do this too.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Lymphatic system.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, I think we finished lymphatic system, but that was basically the moral of the oh, the water.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: Drink quality water, that will make a difference.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: Moving on to, well, I know we touched on the colon, but I want to give you a couple more things for the gut because I think it's so important right now to recognize that your gut health is a direct relation to your mental health.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: So whatever you feed your gut, you feed your brain.
- 25:39SPEAKER_00: If you are anxious, depressed, your gut health is in the toilet.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: We need to solve that, okay?
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: We need to like either get it into one-on-one, get you into well-nourished, whatever it is.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: We need to fix your gut health.
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: Um, because it's really crucial to the longevity of your health and preventing disease, but also healing your mental health.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: So you really need to cut out the inflammatory foods like gluten, um, refined sugar, omega 6 oils, which are the sunflower seed oil, uh, canola oil, the canola oil is in your oat milk, um, what and all that kind of stuff.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: You want to start your day with like room temperature water, with lemon, that's gonna be really good for your gut.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: Um, you want to reduce stress, stop people pleasing, um, stop like start setting heavy healthy boundaries, which I know you're like, what does people pleasing and healthy boundaries have to do with your gut?
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: It's because energetically it's tied to like your sacral and your lack of safety and security is tied to your sacral or like your sacral energy center, which infects your gut health, which affects your mental health.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: Um, eating slower, chewing mindfully, relaxing, making sure you're getting enough sleep, um, doing things like collagen and bone broth is gonna be really good, coconut oil, all of these things.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: I have so many gut health episodes, but um you really want to like spring clean your gut.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: I would be like, this is the perfect opportunity.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: Well, okay, well, nourish is closed right now, but it opens in May.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: So if you're listening to this in May, um, it opens in May.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: We can get you in early right now if you want to, um, but that'll help you kind of clean up your gut um and help repair it.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: But you also like things like bone broth, coconut oil are gonna be really good cleaning out your pantry and like getting rid of all like the processed food.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: It was just Easter and like so get rid of all the mini eggs and all that kind of stuff that's going to harm your mental health and harm your gut and everything like that.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: Alright, guys.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: So, next up to support like the spring cleaning process is the kidneys.
- 27:30SPEAKER_00: So the first point again, well, going back to water is that so the kidneys like have to do a lot with water, right?
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: They have the hefty task of flushing out waste from the blood, and without enough water or without enough quality water, it cannot do its job very well.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: So, an easy way to tell if your water intake is to check the color of your pea.
- 27:50SPEAKER_00: So, bright yellow is basically an indication that you need more water.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: However, if you're taking a B vitamin and your pea's fluorescent green, that's just the B vitamin.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: So you basically want it to be like a pale um to like no yellow color.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: That will let you know if you're having enough water.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: Um, and the kidneys also do things like balance your pH levels, regulate blood pressure, um, help with the production of red blood cells, and also converting vitamin D to its active form.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: And you need vitamin D not only for healthy gut, but also healthy mood.
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: And vitamin D is also crucial to the virus right now.
- 28:24SPEAKER_00: So you want to be making sure your kidneys are great also for vitamin D conversion.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: So, foods that are gonna help your kidneys, cranberry.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: Cranberry is so so good.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: Um, now you can have like plain cranberries.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: Um, normally I don't really eat cranberries, but cranberry juice, as long as it's pure um cranberry juice, like you can add like some to your smoothies, it's actually quite sour and it's not like a sweet thing.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: Like cranberries are actually not sweet, it's not like a high sugar fruit, like a banana or something.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: So um cranberries are really good.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: Then you have parsley.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: Juicing some parsley into your juice, like along with the cilantro, is gonna be really good.
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: That will help support your kidneys.
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: Cucumber, again, cucumber is very hydrating, so that's also like why I add cucumber um to my to my juices, cucumber, or putting cucumber in water, eating cucumber salads, all that's going to be really, really good to help support the kidneys.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: Using a ginger compress on your lower back is gonna be really, really good.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: So you can put that um kind of where your kidneys are, which is like if you were to put your hands on your hips, it's like right above your hips on your back, like that's where your kidneys would be.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: And doing a ginger compress is really gonna help draw out all the toxins from your kidneys.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: Um, other berry, like berries in general are really good for your kidneys, seaweed, leafy greens, sweet potato, all of these things are really going to be good.
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: Nettle, so nettle leaf tea, a great like kidney cleansing tea.
- 29:49SPEAKER_00: And of course, obviously avoiding too much caffeine or um avoiding alcohol processed foods are going to be ideal as well.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: Oh, back to the skin.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: I meant to mention this about the skin.
- 30:01SPEAKER_00: Um, so I get like I said, guys, we're just we're just spit-balling all the things that you guys can do to help um support your spring cleaning.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: So um, I want to list some of the ingredients.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: I have notes here.
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: This is why I mean like my notes are all over the place.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: Um, some things you need to make sure you look for when it comes to your skin and your labels.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: So you want to look for parabens, fragrances, BHA, sodium laurel sulfate, all of these things you want to make sure there isn't any of them.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: So some of the the things that we can add to the like our diet for skin are going to be walnuts, salmon, avocado we already talked about, but also like walnuts and salmon are going to be both really good.
- 30:44SPEAKER_00: We talked about walnuts already.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: So walnuts are like, as you can see, coming up multiple times in this episode.
- 30:49SPEAKER_00: So basically, more walnuts.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: Um, salmon, salmon's gonna be really good, avocado, and then all of the things that I mentioned before.
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: Okay, so moving on to the lungs.
- 31:00SPEAKER_00: So the lungs are really an integral part of the the detox squad, if you will.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: Because with every breath, breath, with every breath, your cells become replenished and are really given energy to do a plethora really of essential functions.
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: Because we're breathing in this oxygen, we expel carbon dioxide, um, which is kind of like a waste product of metabolism.
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: So the lungs are responsible for filtering out the fumes, the allergens, the mold, the airborne toxins, pollution, and all of that.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: However, some people do not really use their full lung capacity due to congestion, shallow breathing, lack of exercise, stress, anxiety, you know, um obesity or being overweight, poor posture, all of this stuff contributes to shallow breathing, poor lung capacity, um, and just like your lungs being overburdened.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: So, A, breath work, amazing guys.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: If you are not doing breath work, it is free.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: It is so good for you.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: I mean, yes, it's gonna like help filter your lungs, like because we're you know breathing more in the oxygen and everything like that, but it also works for stress, anxiety.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: If we bring that down, our gut health is better, our liver is better.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: Like, guys, breath work, do it.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: It's just so good.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: Um, but also some food for the lungs, chili peppers, red bell pepper, garlic.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: So garlic is coming up again, so garlic is a good one, time, time is really good.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: Um, all of these things because like we we often don't think about our breath or our lungs.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: I feel like when we people talk about detox, they talk about gut detox or liver detox, they don't really talk about lung detox.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: Investing in air purifier, getting time outside, like breathing in.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: Okay, I know there's pollution, but like if you can get into like fresh air nature, like get out of the city.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: I noticed I was at a cottage, when was it?
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: Was this last weekend?
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: So it's Monday now, so not the one that just passed, but the one before.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: Just like the air quality difference when you're up north.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: Well, for me, it's up north because I live in Canada, but like living in the city compared to like breathing the air up there, like it just feels a million times better.
- 32:57SPEAKER_00: I always like sleep like deeper too, I think, from all that like fresh air.
- 33:01SPEAKER_00: So getting into fresh air, obviously, not like breathing in smoke, etc.
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: Ditching the artificial air freshness, the febreze, and all that stuff.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: Now, let me also lump in people like to light toxic candles and then inhale those toxic fumes.
- 33:16SPEAKER_00: Stop with the toxic candle, stop with the Bath Body Works candles, all that stuff is just overburdening your liver, um, harming your lungs, harming your hormones, and all that kind of stuff.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: You really want to make sure that like the candles you are using are made with like essential oils, they're non-toxic, they're not um, they don't have like a lead-based wick, all that stuff.
- 33:33SPEAKER_00: So just check your candles as well.
- 33:35SPEAKER_00: Making sure like I said to focus on your breath, deep breathing exercises, adding in essential oils like tea tree, peppermint, or eucalyptus, all really good.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: This literally just reminded me.
- 33:46SPEAKER_00: I have this um sage, it's called brainstorm.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, smelling it now.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: Um, it is a nasal inhaler, and I keep it on my desk.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: It has what does it have in it?
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: I believe it has all the ones I just mentioned.
- 33:57SPEAKER_00: It has myrtle, lemon, orange, geranium, cedarwood, clear, sage, okay.
- 34:02SPEAKER_00: Obviously, none of the ones that I just said.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: Okay, but either way, um, I know that they have ones like that or like inhaling mint or tea tree are gonna be all good.
- 34:10SPEAKER_00: Obviously, avoiding mucus-producing foods like dairy and processed meat, and you know, looking into air purifying plants in your home.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: So plants really purify the air, they do so much good for your home.
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: So getting, well, I know I wanted to talk because I need to get more plants.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: Um, but I know owl plants are good.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: I have a spider plant, spider plants are really good.
- 34:30SPEAKER_00: Um, and you can Google plants that purify your home.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: I'm no expert in this, but they are a really good thing to help purify your home.
- 34:36SPEAKER_00: So I would add some of those in.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: Also, green tea.
- 34:40SPEAKER_00: Um, green tea is gonna be really good for supporting both um phase one and phase two detox of your system because it contains the phytochemicals that help induce these pathways, basically neutralizing chemicals and allowing them to be eliminated either through bile or urine.
- 34:57SPEAKER_00: Plus, it has polyphenols that really like prevent other diseases as well.
- 35:01SPEAKER_00: And like you guys know, bone broth, bone broth is loaded with glutathione, which is that master antioxidant.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: And I mean, you can also get glutathione from like asparagus and avocado and everything like that, but all of these you know, foods that contain it are gonna help support all of that kind of elimination production from your body.
- 35:22SPEAKER_00: Also, omega-3s, so loading up on omega-3s are gonna be really good for your body.
- 35:27SPEAKER_00: If you do not have enough omega-3s, your body cannot detox properly.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: So, whether you are taking a fish oil or you are, you know, eating lots of flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp parts, all of that stuff, that's gonna be great.
- 35:39SPEAKER_00: Eating more bitter foods, so bitter foods really encourage the production of stomach acid and the release of bile.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: So if you've been feeling like constipated or bloated or anything like that, um, you know, lemon into warm water or end dive, arugula, peppermint, all of these things are gonna be good.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: Ooh, spring cleaning, this is a good one I wanted to mention.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: Your the foods that you eat.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: So hopping basically on the organic slash um pasture raised slash grass-fed whole debacle thing.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: So when you eat, like if you were to eat beef or chicken or fish and everything, you eat what they eat.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: So it's important to eat grass-fed meat if it's um beef, you want to grass-fed, grass finish, if it's chicken, pasture raised, if it's fish, wild, never farmed fish, all of these things are going to have a huge impact on the toxins.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you're eating all the toxins that they eat.
- 36:31SPEAKER_00: So organic slash grass-fed or grass finish slash or pasture raised slash or wild, all of these things.
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: You want to make sure like you're better off eating less but eating quality than eating more and not eating quality, if that makes sense.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: So that's like I think those are the main like foodie type things.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get into now like the more energetic stuff that um we need to do.
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: And um, so the first one I would say is like letting go of resentment from the past and like making space from the new.
- 36:59SPEAKER_00: So like spring cleaning, you know, letting go of grudges, hard feelings, bad memories.
- 37:05SPEAKER_00: Basically, if you don't, they become indigestible by the liver.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: So practice forgiving yourself and other people and allowing space for new to enter your life, you know, cleaning out and giving away things that no longer serve you.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: Um, actually, we're talking about this with a one-on-one client, like literally going through your space.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: And if it either doesn't hold this, it goes back to the Marie Kondo.
- 37:27SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't bring you joy, like throwing it away, but also if things have an energetic tie that's like negative, then that's going to that energy stays in your space.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: So whether it's from an ex or you know, a friendship, whatever, keeping the t-shirts or the hoodies or the jewels, all of that stuff um energetically like clouds your space, if that makes sense.
- 37:49SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna want to like well, understand that you are the one in control of your power and you really decide what you can like give or lose your power to.
- 37:57SPEAKER_00: So in order to like create a better calmer and like more forgiving space, getting rid of all of that stuff that has like energetic ties to it, um, so that you can like basically achieve more harmony, um, your liver can also work better and everything like that.
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: So go through like your boxes, go through your closet, go through clothes, go through all of these things.
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: And if it does not spark joy, if you are not, oh my god, I love this, it has to go.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: If it's you've been holding on to something that you know you should release, do like rip off that band-aid, I've been there, you gotta let it go.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: You gotta release it.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: Um, and that's like as they say, like if you release something and it comes back, well, actually, not necessarily.
- 38:39SPEAKER_00: I'll get into that in a second.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: Um, but if it's meant to be, you know, it's always gonna be meant to be releasing that go.
- 38:44SPEAKER_00: Um, however, I will say this because I did this with a one-on-one client.
- 38:48SPEAKER_00: She we we did an energy clearing of an X, and I was like, beware, I cleared this.
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get into chords and hooks in a second.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: I clear this, he's gonna text you in like one to two days.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm just telling you, like, this happens every freaking goddamn time.
- 39:02SPEAKER_00: Every time we do an energy clearing, they they come back.
- 39:05SPEAKER_00: Um, and when you know it, she sends me a message two days later saying, like, oh, I guess he texted me.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: I was like, Yeah, I called that.
- 39:11SPEAKER_00: Um so like clearing that up from your space, but also not only the the material things that are associated with them, but you want to dissolve any cords or hooks that are no longer serving you.
- 39:21SPEAKER_00: So working with someone like me who can do that for you.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Um, you can also declare to like I declare to release any hooks or cords that are not of the highest vibration and um or for the highest frequency across this time and space through all dimensions, etc.
- 39:36SPEAKER_00: So you can try to do it yourself, or if you've never done it yourself, or you you know that like you're not able to um to get someone like me to do it for you so that you're cleansing energetically any of that like garbage in your aura because that will take up energetic space in in yourself.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: So if you've had like fights with someone and you can like clear or cut through cords with people that are still in your life that are like a positive thing.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: So like your mom, your mom is like really negative into this and that and said things.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: So it's like still in your space.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: We're not like cutting out your mom from your life, we're cutting out and dissolving the hoax or cords that are negatively associated with it, which is like a huge deal.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: Um and by the way, the reason that you normally get like the the act hexing back afterwards is because they feel that you release them energetically, and then they their subconscious goes into like whoa, whoa, whoa, she released me.
- 40:24SPEAKER_00: I need to reach out to her.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: Like it happens, it's happened to me.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: I I don't know how many times um it's happened to other people.
- 40:30SPEAKER_00: So clearing those cords and clearing those hugs.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, I should also explain the difference between hooks and cords.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: So cords are cords are like something that you want to be dissolved that like it can be they're not as intense as hugs.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: Hoax basically are exactly what they say.
- 40:47SPEAKER_00: They're like an oh my god, painful ouch.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: Um, and that's why sometimes people are like, oh, I've cut cords, I've done all these things, and like and it still doesn't feel clear, it's probably because there's a hook there.
- 40:58SPEAKER_00: Um hoax are also like much more deep and intensely emotional.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: Um so both it, like dissolving both of those are going to be like you need to do that.
- 41:06SPEAKER_00: So getting rid of the material stuff, energetically cutting the cords, cleaning up your social media and messages.
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: So this was something that like my um one of my healers taught me, and like I cannot believe I didn't he taught me this.
- 41:20SPEAKER_00: Um, what was it, maybe like five months ago, like four or five months ago.
- 41:26SPEAKER_00: Um I cleared the cords, I cleared um books, and I was like, and then he asked me, he was like, Well, did you delete the message thread?
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: And I was like, what do you mean?
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: He's like, well, on your phone, like either like Instagram, Facebook messages, is the thread still there?
- 41:41SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh my god.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: He's like, Yeah, that's a portal.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: Like that is an energetic door portal where they have access to you, where they can come through.
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh my God.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: And so like I literally, after that session in the Uber, I remember I went in, I went to Facebook, I was like, delete, I went to Instagram, I was like, delete.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: I went to my messages on my computer and my phone, and I deleted the thread to clear out that energy.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: Like, and you need to do this.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: Like, if I look back and you scroll through, like, because I have an iPhone, right?
- 42:08SPEAKER_00: If you scroll through the beginning of your like your iPhone messages, and you go back, like there's like conversation threads by like from like people that I'm no longer friends with, like four years ago, that are still there, and like that's still energetic access to you.
- 42:22SPEAKER_00: And if you are an empath like me, that means that like you still feel their shit from like even though you don't even talk to them in years, that that's an energetic access to you, and I I'll feel that.
- 42:30SPEAKER_00: Um, or if you're like clairsentient, you'll be able to feel that.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: So you won't really want to clear out all of like the messages um from all that stuff that no longer serves you, and like do that.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: Um, I also like suggest cleaning up your social media so like unfollowing people that no longer serve you, that don't resonate, that don't spark joy.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: Um Instagram right now has this really cool feature.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: If you go to the people you're following, and I do this like once a week, I'll go to people I'm following and it says least interacted with.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: I also clean out the people I've least interacted with, because obviously I don't care to interact with them, so I'll clean that out.
- 43:02SPEAKER_00: Um, like I said, cleaning out your DM inbox um because energetically you're also tied to all of those people, your message inbox.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: And then I um I also like to put like a protection bubble and I like to clean it because there's so many people who come through your social media who may not have the best intentions.
- 43:22SPEAKER_00: I know this is the case for me, and so I protect my social media and I also cleanse it.
- 43:26SPEAKER_00: This is also something that um one of my healers told me to do.
- 43:29SPEAKER_00: At the same time, he told me to delete those message threads.
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: He's like, Yeah, you're not cleansing your social media.
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what do you mean?
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: He's like when when you're doing stories, when you're putting posts, someone might read that and like send you bad things or like judge you or send you harsh things, and like that attaches onto your social media, and then you can feel that.
- 43:46SPEAKER_00: And because you're like such a strong, clairsentient empath, that like gets into your energy field.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: And I was like, whoa.
- 43:53SPEAKER_00: He's like, because we actually that day had to clear a parasite for me that I had gotten from someone on social media.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Who basically attacked me, trolled me, but like whether you're you do what I do or not, even if like you could get this from like Sally watching your Instagram stories and she's jealous of you or doesn't like what she's seeing and she like projects her stuff onto you, you can get that, even though they may not have a bad intention, even though they're like it's just the fact that they're struggling and they don't like seeing you thrive or everything like that.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: So protecting your social media, so I cleanse it.
- 44:26SPEAKER_00: Like I literally do an energetic cleanse of my my page, and I also put to put a protective bubble around my Instagram, my videos, my podcasts, my all of this, um, all the time to kind of infuse it with good energy and to protect it from any kind of like bad vibes.
- 44:41SPEAKER_00: I also like block people that should not be watching my stuff, um, and everything like that.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: So I really encourage you to do all of that to spring clean your messages and your social media.
- 44:53SPEAKER_00: So I want to mention a couple more things that you can do to like energetically cleanse.
- 44:57SPEAKER_00: So you guys know I wear black tourmaline.
- 45:00SPEAKER_00: I wear my bracelet.
- 45:01SPEAKER_00: Um, I've been wearing black tourmaline for years, and then I was like, guys, I need to create my own bracelet.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: So I created my own bracelet, as you guys know, that I sell through I Am Energy Collective.
- 45:10SPEAKER_00: I designed it, I sourced it, all of it's ethically sourced.
- 45:13SPEAKER_00: Again, going back to energy, you want to make sure that your crystals, no matter where you get them, are raw and um also ethically sourced.
- 45:21SPEAKER_00: Because if you're mining them from a place that has a lot of bad juju or like not ethically sourced, and they carry with that the energy of where they were, if they weren't harvested properly.
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: So the one um I do is all ethically sourced, it's black tourmaline, it helps you protect from negative energy.
- 45:37SPEAKER_00: I wear mine every single day.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: Um, I will leave the link um down in the description box below for the site for that.
- 45:44SPEAKER_00: Um, so I like to wear black tourmaline, I also like to cleanse with sage and palosanto.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: I also use the I am energy um cleansed and protected both spray, and they actually just launched here.
- 45:56SPEAKER_00: I'm actually digging it up right now.
- 45:58SPEAKER_00: Um, this little rollerball that I now keep in my purse.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: It is so cute, it also smells so good.
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: Um, and it will help like cleanse like your spray so you can roll this on before you leave the house.
- 46:09SPEAKER_00: I also spray it on um all the time.
- 46:11SPEAKER_00: Like mine's like almost halfway done.
- 46:13SPEAKER_00: Let's let's spray some because I went on a walk today.
- 46:15SPEAKER_00: Um, and that will help cleanse your aura, cleanse your space.
- 46:19SPEAKER_00: I also like to put it put a protective bubble, like I said, sage or Palo Santo, black tourmaline, those would be like my top ones um in terms of like energetic protection and cleansing.
- 46:29SPEAKER_00: Um, all of those things that you can do to help get protect your space.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: Makes sense.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: Epsom salt baths, Epsom salts are really good for cleansing after because they help draw the impurities.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: Um, but you do want to make sure you're putting enough in.
- 46:41SPEAKER_00: So I would put in at least one cup of Epsom salts into your bath if you really want it for like the energetic cleansing.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: Um also like releasing things like with the full moon, so you can write things down that you want to release, burn them.
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: That's also like a spring cleaning, like a letting go of things.
- 46:58SPEAKER_00: Um, because you'll not only be like cleansing and fleshing out the toxins, you know, but you're also doing that with the emotions that you're doing, and it really like all of these things, both the physical and the emotional, brings back to like uplift your spirit and really bring joy to your life.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: Like, whether it's like I said, walking in the forest or eating these foods, all of these things really help to balance out everything because otherwise, emotions and like stagnant energy do start to manifest as physical symptoms.
- 47:24SPEAKER_00: So the anger, the sadness, or like the anxiety that you the fear that you pick up from other people gets into your aura, then you get headaches or you feel sluggish or you're bloated.
- 47:32SPEAKER_00: Literally, you can be bloated because of someone else's anxiety or like crap that you've picked up from them.
- 47:37SPEAKER_00: So I feel like this is a long enough episode already.
- 47:40SPEAKER_00: This is like I think maybe like 45 minutes, anyways.
- 47:43SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, I feel like that was like pretty on point with everything I wanted to say in terms of energetic cleansing.
- 47:49SPEAKER_00: Um if you enjoy this podcast, I would love for you guys to leave it a five-star rating and review.
- 47:54SPEAKER_00: If you learn something, tag me as you are like cleansing things, spaces.
- 48:00SPEAKER_00: Um, I would love to see like have yeah, have you tag me when you're doing your things and your cleansing because it really makes a world world of difference.
- 48:07SPEAKER_00: And these are all like little habits that you can add in to your day.
- 48:11SPEAKER_00: Sign up for a goddess.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: If you are interested in like falling in love with your life, your body, you want to start like oh guys, just feeling good, just feeling magnetic.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: And you know what?
- 48:20SPEAKER_00: I did a little like riff on this.
- 48:23SPEAKER_00: On um, I think it was I've done it on stories, I've also um done it on a reel.
- 48:29SPEAKER_00: Like, I have a whole reel, like basically, I'm gonna call it like a it's called my little note on self-love.
- 48:35SPEAKER_00: But when you love yourself, you glow from the inside, and so as a byproduct, you naturally attract people who love, respect, and appreciate your energy.
- 48:44SPEAKER_00: Everything literally starts with how you feel about yourself.
- 48:48SPEAKER_00: Start feeling like you are worthy, valuable, and deserving of the best life has to offer, and that way you naturally become magnetic.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: And when you raise your self-worth and you start like feeling good in your body, you start loving yourself.
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: Not only do you track better relationships, you track better friendships, you track better jobs.
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: I've had people get$35,000 raises because we worked on our self-worth, like it is crazy.
- 49:13SPEAKER_00: Um, and you just start enjoying life more.
- 49:15SPEAKER_00: So that is all about you know what goddess activation is.
- 49:19SPEAKER_00: And yeah, that being said, I will leave a link below.
