- 0:00Welcome to fight my datak, a podcast that helps bridge, the
- 0:03gap between healthcare workers and First Responders and
- 0:06everything in between. I am back and I have a lot of
- 0:15good interviews lined up for you.
- 0:17And a lot of good people that I brought on the podcast.
- 0:22And I am just so excited for these next couple weeks to share
- 0:26all of this with you. And, you know, really, I just
- 0:30wanted to talk about the point of me.
- 0:32Interviewing. And even doing this podcast is
- 0:35that that one person out there who needs to hear a message,
- 0:41From someone that I bring on or something that I have said,
- 0:44like, that is just so important to me, and that is what really
- 0:47drives me to do these. And I am really excited this
- 0:52week to have Rachel on. She is one of my clients she
- 0:56just got into Critical Care transport and she's struggled a
- 0:59lot with a lot of thoughts of lack of experience and how young
- 1:04she was and just a lot of self-doubt and imposter syndrome
- 1:08that went on with it and so I I am so proud of the progress that
- 1:14she's made, and I am so happy to share this interview with you.
- 1:17She talks candidly about what coaching is really done for her
- 1:21and how she's really changed her thoughts about herself and how
- 1:24her confidence level is that a whole different place than it
- 1:27was when we first started. So, I hope you enjoy this
- 1:30conversation that I have with Rachel this week and I really
- 1:33hope that there's something that each of you can get out of it.
- 1:37And I hope that it helps you gain a little bit more.
- 1:41More confidence in wherever you are in your journey.
- 1:43So enjoy Today, I have Rachel on one of my clients and I'm so
- 1:53excited to talk to you today. I'm really excited to always
- 1:56coach you. When I do, I think you bring a
- 1:57lot to the call. You always keep my energy high
- 2:01up even when I don't feel like I have high of energy.
- 2:03So thank you for being on today. I really appreciate it.
- 2:07Yeah, I'm so glad to hear that. Thank you for having me.
- 2:10It's almost forgot. Oh, go ahead.
- 2:13We can say it's great to be on one of your podcast.
- 2:17I've been listening to them. So great, well, Perfect full
- 2:20circle. Then tell everyone just a little
- 2:22bit about yourself and a little bit about what you do.
- 2:25Sure. So I'm Rachel I'm 26, I started
- 2:30off as a new grad in a level one Trauma Center, medical ICU.
- 2:36I did that for about six months or so and then I transferred
- 2:40over to a little Community, ER, by me for another, I would say
- 2:45about five six months as well. And now I'm a critical care
- 2:50transport nurse. All right so great yeah and tell
- 2:54everyone kind of when we first started what you came for me for
- 2:59and kind of what you were wanting help with sure.
- 3:01So so the critical care transport world was something
- 3:05completely different for me from coming from bedside.
- 3:09So I felt very, very much felt impostor syndrome.
- 3:15I feel like I couldn't do it. I felt like A lot of pressure
- 3:18was on me because I was still in newer nurse and the nurses in my
- 3:22company of course had so many years under their Belt, being
- 3:26paramedics, being you know, curl nurses and everything.
- 3:30So they kind of looked at me very skeptically like oh can she
- 3:34do this? So I felt it.
- 3:37I heard a lot of conversations and it really gets to you after
- 3:40a while, thinking can I really do this?
- 3:43So I saw a lot of your Instagram posts and your Cast.
- 3:48And I was like, I need this woman right now because there's
- 3:53no other nurse. There's no other person who
- 3:55understand more than Janessa would so contacted you.
- 4:02And and here I am in this journey and I feel the total
- 4:06opposite than what I did before when I first started.
- 4:09Yeah, let's talk about that because I honestly have this
- 4:14opinion that every single person goes through imposter syndrome.
- 4:18And every single person, like, has this hill that they have to
- 4:20climb about, if they're good enough, or do they have the
- 4:25skills to move in whatever area that they're in?
- 4:28And so, you know, when you came to me, it's not anything a
- 4:31normal for you to be feeling those things and thinking those
- 4:34thoughts, however, it was affecting like how you were
- 4:38showing up. Yeah, I spiraled like, every
- 4:42little thing of a spiral for weeks weeks, I was marinate over
- 4:47like a Alice mistake, so they put a little as things on my.
- 4:50Can I do this? Do I have the skills to do this?
- 4:52And I did, it was leaving bedside of a bad idea.
- 4:56I was like, should I go back for a couple more years and then
- 4:59come back out and do this? I'm like, do I have what it
- 5:01takes to do this job? Yeah, so who it was?
- 5:07It was a crazy crazy experience, for sure.
- 5:10It's still it, it still is a big crazy experience and you show me
- 5:14a lot of tools, some how to handle situations Every job that
- 5:19I'm on. So I don't spiral and I don't,
- 5:22you kind of Teach Me How to go through jobs scared but also
- 5:28still be confident as well. Yeah, that was like the big
- 5:31theme of where you started and where you are now.
- 5:35It's like you try to kind of push away being scared and
- 5:39thought like I can either be scared or I can be confident but
- 5:42like you realize like you can still do every job, every
- 5:45Mission and still be scared. Lord and submit through it and
- 5:49still be successful. So, like something for you.
- 5:52What kind of like clicked for you in that thought process to
- 5:55now getting where you are now? So a couple of things really
- 6:00clicked with me that we went through and one of them was
- 6:04definitely. I am the captain of my ship was
- 6:07a huge one for me. Especially when I first started
- 6:11out doing mentorship with you. It's just like, yeah.
- 6:16Like I am the primary Care provider on this truck, like I
- 6:20have a paramedic and an EMT under me.
- 6:23And my patient. I'm like I can't stand here and
- 6:26freeze and spiral around. Like I have a job to do and I'm
- 6:31going to do it and whatever means that I can.
- 6:36So having that thought in the back of my head kind of really,
- 6:39really help is like, I have to be that leader.
- 6:43I have to be that Captain and get what I have to do.
- 6:47Done safely for everybody. Yeah, and I love that but that
- 6:52you carried for yourself because being the captain doesn't mean
- 6:54that we always know what to do, right?
- 6:57Exactly. And it doesn't mean that
- 7:00sometimes we're not going to have people that are going to
- 7:03rise up against us either. Yeah, that's true.
- 7:07And I had a lot of a lot of against me when I first started
- 7:11this job, that's for sure. A lot of I had to prove myself
- 7:14basically a lot but what I think you figured out was that, you
- 7:19spent a lot of time trying to prove yourself to other people
- 7:22at the beginning, right? And then you really moved into
- 7:26no matter what I do, it doesn't matter.
- 7:28I got to prove myself to myself. Yes.
- 7:30Because you taught me how to have my own back.
- 7:33Yeah, that's also a big one. Yeah, I want to talk about
- 7:37something else that you said at the beginning of our
- 7:39conversation which was being young and lack of experience, I
- 7:43think a lot of people that's their theme too.
- 7:47To. So, you know, we talked a lot
- 7:50about about. You only had one year of
- 7:52critical care experience but the emergency experience and you
- 7:55being young. So how did you move past that?
- 7:58Like what was it for you that help you go and think beyond
- 8:02that? It's so it's kind of its kind of
- 8:06funny that I am the youngest in my company which is really funny
- 8:11but it really gives me a sense of accomplishment as well.
- 8:14I'm just like yeah you can be young you can be like you know a
- 8:18newer nurse and you can still do this.
- 8:21Like you have the skills like for these patients like these
- 8:24Critical Care patients. Yeah, I might not have seen a
- 8:27balloon pump or pelaez or swans, or whatever.
- 8:31But I've dealt with grips, I Dealt with, you know, neuro
- 8:34checks. I've dealt with assessments.
- 8:36I've dug dealt with all these things.
- 8:39I like I do have the skills. I do have what it takes to do,
- 8:43the job. Like these are just ICU patients
- 8:47and I'm like, I have seen ICU patients.
- 8:49I've been an ICU nurse so that's kind of what it's like.
- 8:54You have to remember that. Like I do have the skills to do
- 8:58this. It's just on Wheels and search
- 9:01for one place to another. Other and, of course, there's a
- 9:04lot of differences between like movement and, you know, static
- 9:07and not static environment. But, you know, you learn as you
- 9:10go. But you even though I'm young,
- 9:15it doesn't mean I'm not capable of doing the job.
- 9:18Yeah, I haven't heard you bring that up lately in our session.
- 9:22So I feel like you've really moved past that and I think that
- 9:27we all experience that no matter what age we are, because we're
- 9:31some people, it's I'm too old. Oh you're never too old for this
- 9:35job, that's for sure. Yeah and so like realizing that
- 9:38age really doesn't play a factor or experience doesn't play a
- 9:42factor either. And sometimes I just explained
- 9:44it it as like, you know, you have people who have been nurses
- 9:50for years but that doesn't make them a good leader or that
- 9:54doesn't make me a good preceptor or someone who's good at being
- 9:59in transport, right? And I've seen Even within like
- 10:04my own company. Like I have a lot of Medics from
- 10:07the other departments and EMT to the other departments like argue
- 10:12over, which if they want to ride with me because I bring
- 10:16positivity. I bring the energy to the crew.
- 10:19I don't make anyone feel bad or or like uncapable.
- 10:24But they're like, we don't get that with a lot of other nurses,
- 10:27like they're not trained on using IV pumps or anything like
- 10:31that. I like it.
- 10:33EMTs are medics on my side. So you know, when they come over
- 10:38it's our regular EMT or Medics and can help with balloon with
- 10:41pumps and everything. And the nurses have a different
- 10:45one and they don't know, like they get upset and like, like
- 10:49well why don't, you know, this like they're not expected to
- 10:52like you are expected to. So why are you to make somebody
- 10:55feel bad or get upset with them and and ruin the whole?
- 11:00The whole atmosphere, the whole job.
- 11:02Yeah. You don't have to have
- 11:03experience to be able to be a good leader, exactly know that
- 11:07definitely that deaf that's something that comes definitely
- 11:10from within a person. I guess you could say.
- 11:14Yeah. No.
- 11:15It's actually have to be in the role or a leadership role to be
- 11:18able to lead people like we can just do it right and there's a
- 11:22lot of like you know people who are in leadership roles who
- 11:28really shouldn't be in leadership roles and it really
- 11:30shows and you don't Not really, as you said have to be in that
- 11:36position to be one you can be just a staff person and still be
- 11:39a great. Yeah.
- 11:41What other changes like have you seen yourself in in the short
- 11:45amount of time that we've been working together?
- 11:47Because for me, like a big thing that I've seen with you is that
- 11:53you would take like a conversation or a situation and
- 11:55you would spiral all week about it.
- 11:59Yeah. I would marinade over it for so
- 12:01long and now now, I just see like you Be able to move through
- 12:08situations and move through problems at a higher and a
- 12:11quicker level. That it turns over for you that
- 12:15you can just like move on and for your brain to be thinking
- 12:18about other things or more important things that you need
- 12:20to really focus on. And a lot of the thought work, I
- 12:23think with you was based on what other people were thinking of
- 12:26you and now it's really working on what you think of you.
- 12:28So tell me a little bit about that for you.
- 12:31That's exactly it. When I stopped thinking about,
- 12:34oh my gosh, what? Are other people thinking about
- 12:37me? They're all against me you know
- 12:40not trying to receive that positive reinforcement that
- 12:44phrase. I like oh you good job.
- 12:46Good job will love and being okay with that really, really
- 12:51helped because you know, I'm still learning to try to have my
- 12:55own back. And you know, even when people
- 12:58do say, oh my gosh, I was a good job whatever.
- 13:00Like, you know, you're doing really well, I accept it, but I
- 13:04also don't dwell on the past. On those either because I know
- 13:08whether or not I get a good job, I get a pat on the back.
- 13:12I will still have my own bag. I'm gonna be the one to
- 13:15determine, you know, where I am basically.
- 13:20And that has really, really, really helped just to like just
- 13:23not focus on what other people are going to think about me what
- 13:26they're going to say and just focusing on myself and doing the
- 13:32best job that I can do whether or not.
- 13:36I get that positive reinforcement or not.
- 13:39That has really, really, really helped a lot.
- 13:42I think a big shift to that I've seen in.
- 13:44You is the real, the focus was very like on your past and what
- 13:49happened, you know, situation previous units, previous
- 13:53patients or whatever and we're really focused on your future
- 13:58now. Yes, that is true because I was
- 14:01about to say that's another thing that really helped me as
- 14:04well was Icing on 10 year down the line.
- 14:07Rachel that this Rachel is going to be a flight nurse.
- 14:11She's going to be you know have a new set of confidence that
- 14:14comes with being a flight nurse. So that's a different level than
- 14:17ground transport as well. And just you know the Rachel
- 14:22that has, you know, reached the epitome of her dreams.
- 14:27What are you learned about that? Like what what has been like a
- 14:30takeaway for you about now? Thinking about the Rachel and 10
- 14:34years and being of light? So that has really, really,
- 14:39really helped a lot because it's like I need to start building
- 14:42this Rachel. Now as like a chihuahua, I want
- 14:45to be, who she going to look like in 10 years.
- 14:48That can be me right now as ground.
- 14:51But Rachel, not spiraling, you know, even though I don't know,
- 14:56something I always will find a resource to help me and
- 15:01stabilize the patient enough that I feel comfortable
- 15:03transporting. I mean I have all the answers
- 15:07but I can always find them and always just really using our
- 15:12resources. That's a big one too.
- 15:14But that just that in vision of flight nurse 10 years down the
- 15:18line, Rachel just really helps me feel like all right, get out
- 15:22of my head. You can do this.
- 15:24Let's do it. Let's figure it out today.
- 15:26How we're going to do it because that's what I'm going to do, 10
- 15:29years from now to, and that's what I offer.
- 15:32Like I love that and that's you know, basically what I offer.
- 15:35My clients do is that when we think of the future self of us,
- 15:39we just think it a very different level because we can
- 15:42already be that person now, so that it's going to help us get
- 15:45where we want to go. Yeah.
- 15:47And it really, really helps that, that vision is just like,
- 15:51yeah, it's like the nail in the coffin, finding, like, how we
- 15:55already are that person, like it's already inside of us.
- 15:59He's got dragged them out sometimes unwillingly yes.
- 16:06And that I would like a job is is to drag him out from you.
- 16:09Yeah. I'm like oh my goodness.
- 16:14Can you talk about know? where, I guess like what
- 16:21coaching has done for you that because you know, when we met
- 16:25and I think that's for most people, and I can't even speak
- 16:27for myself to like before I even started getting coaching from
- 16:32someone, I didn't really know what is it about, what was it
- 16:36about. So if you could like some, how
- 16:38it's really what it's meant for you, and what it's done for you,
- 16:42like for people who don't know what coaching is, what would you
- 16:44say about that? Which is so funny because I
- 16:48never saw myself as a person. In to get coaching to get
- 16:52therapy to get mentorship or anything like that.
- 16:55Never was never was that person but I found myself in such a
- 16:59dark place within my life and career.
- 17:03That was like I need help. Like I need help or else, I
- 17:07can't do this job. So when you know we first
- 17:11started and then you know, you kind of lay down like okay like
- 17:14you know what are the points you want to improve on you know
- 17:17whatever you know all the stuff I was like all right let's go
- 17:19see Baba. How we can improve this last.
- 17:22There's a long list to and whoa, like it's crazy.
- 17:27We hit like every point it's nuts.
- 17:31I never imagined like, you know, mentorship and and everything
- 17:36like that to be what it is. It's wonderful.
- 17:40And I am so grateful. Every day that I took this step
- 17:44to get this help because you know, not only in like my job
- 17:48but also like in my in my My life, you can bring that all of
- 17:52the points that we go through and bring it everywhere.
- 17:55You go. It has helped so so much just to
- 18:01learn the tools that, you know, to improve yourself and to be
- 18:08able to grow. But then yourself as well.
- 18:11Yeah, yeah. And can you speak on like
- 18:15maintaining to because I know we're going to continue to work
- 18:17together even though like you know, you got you were In this
- 18:21dark place. And now you're where you are
- 18:23now. Like, I really think that it's
- 18:26valuable, and I have my own coach to that, I meet with, on a
- 18:29weekly basis, like, how important it might be for
- 18:32someone who maybe isn't in a dark place, but once the
- 18:35maintenance of just like re-evaluating things, constantly
- 18:38for them. So, yeah, maintenance is huge.
- 18:41Excuse me, even though, like, I came to this part.
- 18:45I came very far from where we first started.
- 18:50The maintenance is very important.
- 18:52What has lost my thought? Hello, it's okay.
- 18:55I did you a minute ago even I just had like a job a couple
- 18:59days ago that I felt like I was starting to spiral again and be
- 19:05in square one and then you know you kind of dig back into tools
- 19:10and in your in your your mind is just like okay like no this is
- 19:14what we have to do, this is what I have to do and the job got
- 19:17done, very well. Very Safely and it's always
- 19:21really nice house like home. And I have I have something to
- 19:23talk about with Janessa coming in the next few days.
- 19:26Like we can go over the call, we can go over what we what went
- 19:30you know right? What could be improved, we can
- 19:33go over the piece of Machinery that I didn't know and it's just
- 19:36like a really nice like venting session.
- 19:41Well I feel and like it's always you always learn something new.
- 19:47Yeah even when you think you've reached Peak, Peak South, you
- 19:51haven't, it's always great to improve yourself and learn new
- 19:55things and I think we and an early on in my career, like, I
- 20:02really let things Overwhelm me. And like, I pushed, a lot of bad
- 20:09situations down and bad emotions down that I was like, I'm just
- 20:13not going to deal with it. Yeah.
- 20:16And you're not dealing with it. Made it like this huge monster
- 20:19for me later and so like I think, you know, being able to
- 20:24talk about those things like in a safe place with someone who
- 20:27has been there and understands that in a neutral position and
- 20:31can help you like get clarity on how to move forward in a healthy
- 20:34way. I mean it's so invaluable.
- 20:38Extremely extremely invaluable. I look forward to.
- 20:41I was like, oh man, because lately, like every job that I
- 20:44have ever shared, I have there has to be some outlyer some
- 20:48things. And I'm like, oh man, I can't
- 20:50wait to tell Janessa about it, so we can go over it and, you
- 20:53know, so, so we can talk about it.
- 20:55I love it. I like it is every week, that's
- 20:57great. Yeah.
- 20:59And we just talked about this before we got on this at, like
- 21:01the universe right now is trying to push you.
- 21:05Oh my gosh. Lay off a little bit.
- 21:10It's trying to give you situations that are going to
- 21:14help you for the future right now.
- 21:16And it's so difficult but like everything good deskin hit with
- 21:20it, which is great right now. In hindsight, it's really hard
- 21:23but it's great because these are experiences that that you know,
- 21:27you maybe wouldn't otherwise get if you were just being the White
- 21:29Cloud right now, right? Exactly.
- 21:32I would not have gotten a balloon pump of that of that
- 21:36caliber. Yeah.
- 21:37But what's up? Okay, well last question for you
- 21:43Rachel like what's been one thing that you've really leaned
- 21:46on, maybe that you've been told in your life or that you've been
- 21:49told in your career? That's really been pivotal for
- 21:53you in getting where you are today.
- 22:00Actually like there's a quote, actually I have also hanging in
- 22:04my room. That's like she believed she
- 22:07could so she Yeah, so to me, that one's big, you believe you
- 22:16can do something and you can do it.
- 22:18I've wanted to be a flight nurse.
- 22:20I wanted to be a critical care transport nurse.
- 22:22Since even, before nursing school.
- 22:24I'm just like, how in the world am I going to get to this place?
- 22:29How am I going to get myself on a helicopter?
- 22:33How it just seems so far Out Of Reach?
- 22:38Yeah, but I really took that believe that she believed she
- 22:42could so she did and really drilled it into my head because
- 22:47you know, you want something so bad.
- 22:50You have to fight for it and everything that's not what are,
- 22:54you know, it's not worth it, you know.
- 22:57It's going to be easy or something like that.
- 23:00What does that phrase? And that's it up, botched it
- 23:03really badly. You know, something something is
- 23:07worth that much tea like it's going to be hard.
- 23:11So yeah, definitely not an easy road but it's it's definitely
- 23:16worth it. If that's something that you
- 23:17really want to do, how are you feeling about getting to that
- 23:20goal now? Oh man, it Feels So Close.
- 23:25Like it's so scary. Like it's so scary like doing
- 23:29the ground transport is literally with couple it like a
- 23:33step away from from flight. It's the same patients to.
- 23:38It's the same patients as you get on flight except it's on
- 23:42Wheels. And so, I have the same patients
- 23:45as a flight nurse like, how did I get to this level?
- 23:49Yeah. How did I get here?
- 23:51Here and having all the autonomy, excuse me.
- 23:54And like having to decide, you know, in a split-second what to
- 23:59do, how to do, what to give what doses and and you know
- 24:02everything. It's like it's it's insane but
- 24:06it's so worth it. What's the current thought that
- 24:10you're having right now about getting there?
- 24:13Oh man, like I'm so hungry for it.
- 24:15I'm gonna like a lot of times I still get like push back.
- 24:19Like they got Rachel, like you're still really new.
- 24:21Transport. You still really knew what this
- 24:23like, you should wait a little bit.
- 24:24Wait, a little bit, get more comfortable, get more
- 24:26comfortable. But then the other half of me is
- 24:29just like, what the heck are you waiting for?
- 24:32Just go for it, see what you can get, see what's going to come
- 24:35back to you. Like you're ready, have flight
- 24:38patients. Like you've had balloon pumps,
- 24:39you've had this, you've had, you know, intense neuro patient's
- 24:43cardiac patients like, what are you waiting for?
- 24:46Yeah, and I think it's on our last call and I really believe
- 24:50it that this like This tree needs you.
- 24:54So I hope so. And so like sometimes and I know
- 24:58what's helpful for me is sometimes I think, like, it's
- 25:00not about me. Like it's about, you know, what
- 25:07other people need of me and it's not about my doubt, it's about
- 25:11getting there and doing it for those people, and those
- 25:14patients. And so, you know, I know that
- 25:16we're continuing to work on that, but I'm going to hold the
- 25:19belief for you that you're going to get there.
- 25:21And And I 100% think you will oh me too.
- 25:26Now that you have I have all like the tools to think so and
- 25:30believe it. I now I really do believe that I
- 25:34can get there. Yeah, if you act in what was
- 25:38this April May when we started, if I could see myself as a
- 25:43flight nurse or Critical Care transport, I would say no, I was
- 25:47so tempted to go back to the bedside because I felt like I
- 25:50couldn't do it. It that I needed more time.
- 25:53That was like I need more time at the bedside because it's
- 25:56everybody is expecting of me. I was literally about to just
- 25:59drop it and go back and maybe not come back to the critical
- 26:04care transport. And what would you tell those
- 26:06people who are thinking that because I meet with a lot of
- 26:08people who are in that exact same position, what was it?
- 26:13Definitely, definitely if you feel like, you know, you're
- 26:17ready, if this is your in, this job already has Critical Care
- 26:20transport. Go back, don't do it.
- 26:23Don't go back to the bedside you have.
- 26:27You have what it takes to do this job.
- 26:29Yeah. You just have to really believe
- 26:34in yourself and, and find that that 10 years, you wherever you
- 26:39are down the line, and just believe that you are a captain
- 26:43of your ship and then you can do it.
- 26:45You have all the resources that you need, you have everything
- 26:48that you need to make it happen. Yeah, yeah.
- 26:52And honestly like even if I did decide to go back to the
- 26:56bedside, I honestly don't think that would have helped me much
- 26:59translating to transport world, to be honest, because you don't
- 27:03have that autonomy. You don't have that at all.
- 27:07And like, you get very used to seeing like, you know, kind of
- 27:11certain set of patients and get into like a Groovy Kind of get
- 27:15callous. Sometimes, I know I did, I saw
- 27:17tons of liver, like, I'm a lover, Queen, I back in my ICU
- 27:20and stuff. But here, I'm here you get
- 27:23everything pedes neonates geriatrics everything.
- 27:29I never had a balloon pump before, I never had in Carla's
- 27:32before and my medical ICU. Heck, my my, my household even
- 27:36have swans on my floor and I've had Swan and balloon pump a few
- 27:42days ago. Nothing could have prepared me
- 27:45for that being at the bedside. Yeah, I don't push ourselves to
- 27:49our limits to know like, really what were made. made of exactly
- 27:53and you, I've learned that, you know, I can you push really
- 28:00hard? And realize I can do more.
- 28:05Yep. I can see more.
- 28:07Yep. But you keep I can beat down to
- 28:10like a pulp but it's like I can I can stand up every time.
- 28:14Yeah. Yeah.
- 28:17I think there was no big butt back to bedside.
- 28:20I think there's so many great things like that you offered on
- 28:23on this podcast today. So I really appreciate you being
- 28:26on and you know Really talking candidly about your experience.
- 28:31And I am just like so proud of where you come.
- 28:35Thank you, like, I don't usually get emotional but I'm so I'm
- 28:38getting so emotional. Like I just so proud of you.
- 28:43I just thank you. I couldn't have done it without
- 28:45you and like one thing that I want to say to you too is that
- 28:50you know, you especially and I think all my clients think that
- 28:53I have this big part in it and I really don't you do so much of
- 28:58the work you are on the field. You are the one scoring the
- 29:02goals. You were the ones in it.
- 29:07And I'm just the one telling you the plays and coaching along the
- 29:10sideline. So I think you put in so much
- 29:13work and it's been scary and it's been hard but I'm just so
- 29:18proud of you. Oh, that means a lot.
- 29:22No, I'm getting emotional. So thank you for being on
- 29:26because I really think that the words that you said today are
- 29:29going to mean something to at least one person who really
- 29:32needs to hear it today. Oh, I hope so.
- 29:35Because this this job is is so worth it.
- 29:38It is. Yeah.
