Speaker 3: a little bit later on in the show. But right now,
• 2:12
Speaker 3: I want to welcome into our stud You're a good friend,
• 2:14
Speaker 3: John Lovejoy from fresh Air. Fresh Air is a product
• 2:18
Speaker 3: that in a company that's owned by the Meek's family businesses,
• 2:20
Speaker 3: proud sponsors of this show. John, Good morning, Welcome to
• 2:23
Speaker 3: the show, and happy early Thanksgiving.
• 2:25
Speaker 5: Good morning, Dave, Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.
• 2:27
Speaker 3: All right, So since I've asked all my guests this
• 2:30
Speaker 3: question recently, I have to ask you as well. Your
• 2:32
Speaker 3: favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal is? Oh?
• 2:37
Speaker 5: Mine would probably have to be the dress thing.
• 2:39
Speaker 3: All right. See, here's the thing. I've been asking everybody this.
• 2:42
Speaker 3: It's been on my show for like the last week
• 2:44
Speaker 3: and a half and I haven't kept the results. But
• 2:48
Speaker 3: if I had to guess, I am going to say
• 2:50
Speaker 3: that the dressing is probably in the lead. I had
• 2:53
Speaker 3: one for Cranberry's and Cranberry Saustin, Okay, pray for him.
• 2:57
Speaker 3: That's our good friend, doctor Casey Saxevibridge Valley from Colorado.
• 3:00
Speaker 3: So what is like that slide? Now, I'm just kidding.
• 3:03
Speaker 3: We love doctor Sachs and I had a couple of
• 3:06
Speaker 3: people said the desserts. One I think it was ben
• 3:08
Speaker 3: Selango was a sweet potato casse role. And then Andy
• 3:13
Speaker 3: Shade the Under the Dirty Birds. His was pumpkin pie.
• 3:16
Speaker 3: So that's all good too. But a dressing kind of guy,
• 3:19
Speaker 3: I am, Tracy, are our lady that holds down to Florida.
• 3:23
Speaker 3: Here upstairs, we're talking yesterday about people that put oysters
• 3:26
Speaker 3: in their dressing. That's the way my mother made it.
• 3:28
Speaker 3: And by the end, I know we're not on television,
• 3:30
Speaker 3: but by the expression on your face, you're not feeling
• 3:32
Speaker 3: the oyster dressing. I am not an oyster person. Okay,
• 3:35
Speaker 3: well that's very good. If you don't like your word,
• 3:37
Speaker 3: if you don't like it, you're not gonna like it.
• 3:39
Speaker 3: So yeah, the dressing is definitely in the lead for me.
• 3:42
Speaker 3: That's just the way it is. So I'll get TJ's
• 3:45
Speaker 3: take out a little bit later on. All right, So,
• 3:48
Speaker 3: for those who may not have heard you on the
• 3:50
Speaker 3: air before, it's been a couple of months since you've
• 3:52
Speaker 3: been on. Of course, as I said fresh air, one
• 3:54
Speaker 3: of the sponsors, part of the Meek's family that helped
• 3:56
Speaker 3: sponsor the show. Give us the definition, give us the
• 4:00
Speaker 3: elevator speech on fresh Air. As a company, what exactly
• 4:02
  Speaker 3: do you do?
• 4:03
Speaker 5: We are a filter changing company. We come out and
• 4:07
Speaker 5: we build custom metal filter frames for your H five unit.
• 4:12
Speaker 5: It's going to be healthier for your H five and
• 4:14
Speaker 5: then the filters that are inside are a better quality filter,
• 4:17
Speaker 5: giving you healthier air on the inside as well. Okay,
• 4:21
Speaker 5: we come out on a regular basis and we change
• 4:23
Speaker 5: those filters for you, so you never have to remember
• 4:25
Speaker 5: when it's time to change your filter.
• 4:27
Speaker 3: And now that we are into the holiday season, of course,
• 4:30
Speaker 3: this kind of work that you guys do, John is
• 4:33
Speaker 3: important year round obviously, but let's talk a little bit
• 4:36
Speaker 3: about indoor air quality. It is especially important, well probably
• 4:41
Speaker 3: not more important here in the holiday season, but you know,
• 4:43
Speaker 3: it could be more emphasizing going to people over to
• 4:45
Speaker 3: the house and so on. And so if we're talking.
• 4:47
Speaker 5: About that exactly, that's the big thing this time of year,
• 4:51
Speaker 5: during the holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up and even
• 4:54
Speaker 5: New Year's people are gathering and so you've got a
• 4:57
Speaker 5: large amount of people in smaller spaces and as a result,
• 5:02
Speaker 5: that means you've got more allergens coming in, more germs,
• 5:07
Speaker 5: things along that and all of that can affect can
• 5:09
Speaker 5: affect your indoor air quality. So it's really important to
• 5:14
Speaker 5: make sure you've got fresh air filters in place prior
• 5:19
Speaker 5: to these gatherings. And then as the weather turns colder
• 5:23
Speaker 5: this time of year, you also have other things that
• 5:27
Speaker 5: can come into play. People start using their fireplaces, and
• 5:30
Speaker 5: people don't realize the fireplace can affect your air filter,
• 5:34
Speaker 5: and burning candles is real popular this time of year,
• 5:38
Speaker 5: and again that smoke, you know, resulting from the fireplace
• 5:42
Speaker 5: use and the candles can clog the air filter much
• 5:48
Speaker 5: quicker than times of the year when those things aren't
• 5:51
  Speaker 5: being used.
• 5:52
Speaker 3: I guess it's something we're talking with John love John
• 5:55
  Speaker 3: Lovejoy fresh Air. I guess it's something I hadn't really
• 5:57
Speaker 3: thought about because the last time you were on the
• 5:59
Speaker 3: show is probably time in the in the in the
• 6:01
Speaker 3: summer or whatever, that the changing of the seasons actually
• 6:06
Speaker 3: affect these things and you're going to have different issues,
• 6:08
Speaker 3: maybe some more, some less or whatever it depending on
• 6:10
Speaker 3: the time of year.
• 6:11
Speaker 5: It is absolutely yeah. I mean, we just went through
• 6:14
Speaker 5: the switchover from summer to fall, that's a big allergy season,
• 6:18
Speaker 5: and same thing with the switchover from winter to spring.
• 6:22
Speaker 5: That's why most of your h fix companies that provide
• 6:25
Speaker 5: a preventative maintenance plan come out those two times of
• 6:29
Speaker 5: the year because that's that's allergy s peak seasons, those
• 6:32
Speaker 5: two switchovers. But the filters do need to change be
• 6:35
Speaker 5: changed more frequently than every six months, at least every
• 6:40
Speaker 5: three months. And again there's other factors that come into play,
• 6:44
Speaker 5: as far as you know, pets in the house, you know,
• 6:48
Speaker 5: are you using your fireplace, you know, things like that.
• 6:51
Speaker 5: When those things are present, then that filter really needs
• 6:55
Speaker 5: to be changed more frequently.
• 6:57
Speaker 3: When the game I'm talking with John Lovejoy Fresh Air

• 7:18
Speaker 3: Now people are listening right now, they're saying, well, John,
• 7:20
  Speaker 3: I do this myself. You know, I don't need I'm
• 7:23
Speaker 3: talking just residential. We'll get to commercial here in a
• 7:25
Speaker 3: couple of moments. We're talking just residential. People are listening
• 7:27
Speaker 3: right now, say well, I do this myself. Why do
• 7:30
Speaker 3: I need a professional company to come out and do
• 7:32
Speaker 3: this service for me. The big difference is in our
• 7:34
Speaker 3: filter itself. Like I said, we come out when we
• 7:37
Speaker 3: build a custom fit filter for your h VIC unit.
• 7:41
Speaker 3: That custom fit means it's tighter. Our frames are also metal.
• 7:46
Speaker 3: They're not the cardboard or that thin plastic that you
• 7:50
Speaker 3: can get at the local box stores or online. It's
• 7:54
Speaker 3: in metal frames, so it's heavier. So that means whenever
• 7:58
Speaker 3: your system is cooking on and off, there's no movement
• 8:01
Speaker 3: in the filter. And if there's no movement in the filter,
• 8:04
Speaker 3: then things aren't getting around the filter and into your
• 8:07
Speaker 3: HVAC unit. So our filters really help protect.
• 8:11
Speaker 5: That HVAC investment. The average HVAC repair bill just for
• 8:17
Speaker 5: a home runs about seven hundred and fifty dollars, and
• 8:22
Speaker 5: so you know it's a service that's going to help
• 8:30
Speaker 5: pay for itself in the long run because it's going
• 8:32
Speaker 5: to cause your system to work at its peak, and
• 8:36
Speaker 5: it's also going to protect that investment that you made,
• 8:41
Speaker 5: you know, so that you're not hit with those heavy bills.
• 8:43
Speaker 3: Can you set people up on a on a contract
• 8:46
Speaker 3: where we come out every so often? Is that because
• 8:49
Speaker 3: I know hvac companies do that frequently. They'll come in
• 8:52
Speaker 3: what's known I used to be in the business. It's
• 8:54
Speaker 3: something they used to call the clean and check when
• 8:56
Speaker 3: it would come out. Can you set people up just
• 8:58
Speaker 3: on a contract basis where you automa just show up
• 9:01
  Speaker 3: at their place.
• 9:01
Speaker 5: Yes, that's exactly what we do.
• 9:03
Speaker 3: We see you know, we don't worry about it. You
• 9:05
Speaker 3: just you just, I guess, text them, call them, send
• 9:08
Speaker 3: him an email or whatever and say we're going to
• 9:09
Speaker 3: be out on you know, it's time for your service.
• 9:11
Speaker 3: We're going to be out the second week in April.
• 9:14
Speaker 3: How does that look touly?
• 9:15
Speaker 5: Yes, we actually will send them a date and UH say,
• 9:19
Speaker 5: you know, this is the date that we've got you scheduled.
• 9:21
Speaker 5: If there's ever any issues with that date, they can
• 9:24
Speaker 5: give us a call, we can reschedule. But yes, we
• 9:28
Speaker 5: do set them up based on their particular situation and
• 9:31
Speaker 5: their lifestyle. You know, again, like if they've got a pet.
• 9:34
Speaker 5: They're going to be done on a more frequently frequent
• 9:37
Speaker 5: basis because pet dander is one of the huge cloggers.
• 9:40
Speaker 5: I've got a yellow lab and I can attest to that.
• 9:44
  Speaker 6: Well.
• 9:44
Speaker 3: We just added a cat in our house, so we
• 9:46
Speaker 3: now have two cats. And the cat that we just
• 9:49
Speaker 3: took in as astray is he's quite he's quite furry. Yes,
• 9:53
Speaker 3: the fur is going to be flying in that house.
• 9:55
  Speaker 3: I joke I.
• 9:55
Speaker 5: Should have named my dog Rogaine because I've never seen
• 9:59
Speaker 5: something shed some up to not have bald spots. But yeah,
• 10:04
Speaker 5: So we look at their particular lifestyle and we tailor
• 10:08
Speaker 5: that contract to match the lifestyle of the client. And
• 10:13
Speaker 5: that way, you know, they don't have to worry when
• 10:16
Speaker 5: it's time. They don't have to go out and try
• 10:18
Speaker 5: to find those hard to find hard sizes odd sizes.
• 10:24
Speaker 5: That's the nice thing about a custom filter.
• 10:28
Speaker 3: We know what that size is. When you're not going
• 10:30
Speaker 3: to have to go to some box store and go
• 10:32
Speaker 3: searching for it. You've got it because because they're all
• 10:34
Speaker 3: different and it's not a one size fits all kind
• 10:37
Speaker 3: of a deal exactly.
• 10:38
Speaker 5: We come out and we, like I said, we measure
• 10:42
Speaker 5: that first visit and as soon as our technician measures
• 10:47
Speaker 5: where the age fact filter goes, they go out to
• 10:50
Speaker 5: their van and they build it right there on site,
• 10:53
Speaker 5: so that way they come back in and make sure
• 10:56
Speaker 5: that's a good secure fit, you know, and then the
• 10:59
Speaker 5: filters are added, and you know, from then on your set.
• 11:04
Speaker 5: You know, the next visit, you've already got your filter
• 11:07
Speaker 5: built and so it's just a matter of you know,
• 11:10
Speaker 5: replacing the filter that's inside that frame and we're in
• 11:13
Speaker 5: and out in just a few minutes. It's not going
• 11:16
Speaker 5: to be, you know, something that's going to take up
• 11:18
Speaker 5: your entire day. You know, when we schedule a visit,
• 11:21
Speaker 5: we'll give you a time frame that we're going to
• 11:24
Speaker 5: be there between this and I'll tell you it's not
• 11:26
Speaker 5: like the other utilities.
• 11:29
Speaker 3: You're not going to say I'm going to be there
• 11:30
Speaker 3: sometime between seven am and six pm, exacty. You give
• 11:34
Speaker 3: them a concrete time talk about what you can do
• 11:36
Speaker 3: before we let you go. Talk about what you can do.
• 11:38
Speaker 3: For commercial business commercial we do the exact same thing,
• 11:41
Speaker 3: because I mean, because this is something that I know
• 11:44
Speaker 3: is probably more common, is to have them, you know,
• 11:48
Speaker 3: for for commercial businesses, because you talk about difficult ones
• 11:51
Speaker 3: to do, especially when you deal with places with kitchens
• 11:53
Speaker 3: and stuff of that nature, it's a totally different ball game.
• 11:56
Speaker 5: It is a completely different ball game. We do restaurants,
• 12:00
Speaker 5: we do churches. A lot of churches don't have an
• 12:03
Speaker 5: on staff maintenance team, you know, so we'll do churches.
• 12:07
Speaker 5: We do paint boosts, we do industrial settings, you know,
• 12:11
Speaker 5: and it doesn't matter where the event is. We've got
• 12:15
Speaker 5: a restaurant here in town that it's between a drop
• 12:18
Speaker 5: ceiling and the regular ceiling above the cook top area.
• 12:22
Speaker 5: So our our technicians are up in the ceilings, you know,
• 12:26
Speaker 5: in between two layers. We do rooftops, cross spaces. It
• 12:30
Speaker 5: doesn't matter where that you know, filters located. We'll go
• 12:36
Speaker 5: to it and we'll get that taken.

• 17:35
Speaker 11: Sure, I've been calling a lot worse, that's for sure,
• 17:38
Speaker 11: all right? So can I drave a bombshell on you
• 17:40
Speaker 11: right from the start?
• 17:41
  Speaker 7: Sure?
• 17:41
Speaker 11: If Biden doesn't pardon his son, I actually think Trump
• 17:44
  Speaker 11: bought too.
• 17:45
Speaker 3: You know, I heard somebody say that the other day.
• 17:47
Speaker 3: Maybe it was you, I don't know. I heard somebody
• 17:50
Speaker 3: the other day say that that they thought that, in
• 17:53
Speaker 3: an effort of goodwill, that that President elect Trump should
• 17:58
Speaker 3: pardon Hunter Biden. So what's your reasoning behind that?
• 18:02
  Speaker 4: Well?
• 18:02
Speaker 11: I think sometimes we have to be the change and
• 18:05
Speaker 11: lead the change that we want to inspire, and President
• 18:08
Speaker 11: Trump has has not held back on talking about how
• 18:11
Speaker 11: the justice system has been weaponized politically. He's made that argument.
• 18:16
Speaker 11: The American people can decide whether or not they want
• 18:19
Speaker 11: to believe it. But I do think that a pardoning
• 18:23
Speaker 11: mister Biden, Hunter Biden would be a good step and
• 18:27
Speaker 11: a good faith gesture toward inspiring the change that he
• 18:31
Speaker 11: wants to see, turning the cheek and not showing retribution.
• 18:36
Speaker 11: I think sometimes the president is harshly criticized, and some
• 18:40
Speaker 11: of that is you know, probably well due, but I
• 18:45
Speaker 11: think it's a chance for him to show Americans who
• 18:49
Speaker 11: voted for him, as well as Americans who perhaps didn't,
• 18:52
Speaker 11: some grace and compassion that he might otherwise want to
• 18:55
Speaker 11: see himself. So I think politically as well, it's moved
• 18:59
Speaker 11: as a way for him. It buys him not only
• 19:02
Speaker 11: goodwill with the electorate and it's you know, the way
• 19:04
Speaker 11: to turn the other cheek, but I think politically it
• 19:06
Speaker 11: also shows him some good will moving forward.
• 19:08
Speaker 3: But we'll see if he does it or No. Well,
• 19:09
Speaker 3: I was gonna say the only the caveat to that
• 19:12
Speaker 3: the big the big butt here like big butts that
• 19:15
Speaker 3: I cannot lie that I would throw in there is
• 19:18
Speaker 3: this is Donald Trump we're talking about. It is and
• 19:20
Speaker 3: uh And what I mean by that is is that
• 19:23
Speaker 3: one of the things that Donald Trump ran on was
• 19:27
Speaker 3: retribution and and a lot of his followers. I'm not
• 19:31
Speaker 3: saying they're going to turn away from him, because at
• 19:33
Speaker 3: this point we've proven it would take a whole hell
• 19:35
Speaker 3: of a lot for anybody that's a hardcore Trump supporter
• 19:38
Speaker 3: to turn away from him. There's very few people that
• 19:40
Speaker 3: have done that. If anything, with all of the scandals
• 19:44
Speaker 3: and everything that happened January sixth, whatever, they actually dug
• 19:47
Speaker 3: their heels in more. I think with Donald Trump, Yeah,
• 19:51
  Speaker 3: I don't. I think I agree with you. I think
• 19:53
Speaker 3: it would be a great gesture. I don't think it'll happen,
• 19:57
Speaker 3: though it could be totally.
• 20:00
  Speaker 7: It may not.
• 20:00
Speaker 11: And you know, I'm kind of speaking from my experience,
• 20:02
Speaker 11: which is very limited, but I have never regretted treating
• 20:05
Speaker 11: other people the way I want to be treated. I've
• 20:08
Speaker 11: never regretted that. But again, this is Donald Trump. This
• 20:10
Speaker 11: is Donald Trump. I also think there's a lesson from
• 20:13
Speaker 11: Lincoln in this. You know, Lincoln said it's hard to
• 20:15
Speaker 11: move forward in your future if you don't forgive yourself
• 20:16
Speaker 11: and if you don't forgive others. I'm paraphrasing, but I
• 20:19
Speaker 11: think there's a lot of truth in that. But you know,
• 20:21
Speaker 11: we'll see what happens. I just thought was interesting you
• 20:23
Speaker 11: brought it up, so all right, talking with the TJ.

Speaker 3: So we started off talking about politics, but I gotta
• 20:43
Speaker 3: go back just for a moment, because we are three
• 20:44
Speaker 3: days away from Thanksgiving, all right, Your favorite part of
• 20:47
Speaker 3: the Thanksgiving, ma'am? So favorite part of the meal is
• 20:50
Speaker 3: that what you said? Yeah? You know, honestly, I mean
• 20:53
Speaker 3: the food, party, you know, family together us, blah blah blah.
• 20:56
Speaker 3: It's all good. It's all good. I must say.
• 20:58
Speaker 11: I love Thanksgiving because it does and have the pressure
• 21:00
Speaker 11: of presence and everything that is with it.
• 21:02
  Speaker 2: I like that.
• 21:03
Speaker 11: Not knocking Christmas. I love Christmas too. This is probably
• 21:06
Speaker 11: a bit different. You may not have heard this, and
• 21:08
Speaker 11: my mom does it for more than Thanksgiving, but one
• 21:10
Speaker 11: of the things that I loved growing up and I
• 21:12
Speaker 11: always look forward to, and it's part of our Thanksgiving menu.
• 21:16
Speaker 11: I guess you would say her homemade macaroney salad. Okay,
• 21:20
Speaker 11: believe it or not.
• 21:21
Speaker 3: I love all the.
• 21:22
Speaker 11: Traditional fixings, turkey stuffing, love pumpkin pie. But for whatever reason,
• 21:29
Speaker 11: I look forward to that macaroni salad and I continually
• 21:33
Speaker 11: eat it for two three days after.
• 21:35
Speaker 3: You know, it's interesting when my wife and I were
• 21:37
Speaker 3: having this conversation last night, when you talk about different
• 21:40
Speaker 3: people in their different traditions, even in different parts of
• 21:42
Speaker 3: the state. I had when I had Greg Thomas on
• 21:45
Speaker 3: the show yesterday. I think it was Greg talked about noodles,
• 21:47
Speaker 3: and I'm thinking, I mean, I'm from southern West Virginia,
• 21:50
Speaker 3: You're from southern West Cainana. Noodles were really not part
• 21:53
Speaker 3: of the of the menu, although I can remember my
• 21:56
Speaker 3: stepmother probably making macaroni salad, but noodles was just kind
• 22:02
Speaker 3: of weird to me. So my wife's family has Hungarian
• 22:05
Speaker 3: roots hu and they have what they call Grandma's soup,
• 22:09
Speaker 3: and we always do that around the holidays. We do
• 22:10
Speaker 3: her family on the on the Saturday after mine and
• 22:13
Speaker 3: Grandma's soup has always been part of that recipe, and
• 22:15
Speaker 3: for the twenty years I've been a part of that
• 22:17
Speaker 3: family or whatever it is. Let me tell you, if
• 22:19
Speaker 3: you go hungry in a family that has Hungarian recipes
• 22:21
Speaker 3: in it, it's your own faults. But Grandma's Grandma. That'd
• 22:25
Speaker 3: be a great name for a band. Yeah, I'm thinking
• 22:27
Speaker 3: you and I should start a band TJ. We'll call
• 22:28
Speaker 3: it Grandma's Soup. All right, So we haven't. You haven't
• 22:32
Speaker 3: been on in quite some timely. I was actually looking
• 22:34
Speaker 3: at was July July? Oh boy, what has happened since then?
• 22:38
  Speaker 11: Maybe?
• 22:39
Speaker 3: Well, when I had you all before, had had the
• 22:41
Speaker 3: conventions even happened yet?
• 22:43
  Speaker 2: Uh?
• 22:43
Speaker 11: You had me on the week that President Biden announced
• 22:47
Speaker 11: that he was not going to seek reelection and Harris
• 22:49
  Speaker 11: was coming.
• 22:49
Speaker 3: In okay, all right, So the conventions I guess had
• 22:52
Speaker 3: not happened yet. The Trump assassination attempts had not happened yet. Uh,
• 22:58
Speaker 3: And certainly the Kamala Harris lost to Donald Trump had
• 23:02
Speaker 3: not happened yet. It's interesting because people that listen to
• 23:05
Speaker 3: the show TJ now I'm a big fan of Bill Maher,
• 23:08
Speaker 3: and I watched Bill Maher. The problem is is that
• 23:10
Speaker 3: it comes on way past my bedtime. So I recorded
• 23:14
Speaker 3: and I go back and watch it at some other point.
• 23:17
Speaker 3: And so I realized last night was I was waiting
• 23:19
Speaker 3: on the Monday that football game, and I was perusing
• 23:21
Speaker 3: the things I had recorded. I had not watched this
• 23:24
Speaker 3: particular Bill Maher that was recorded that actually was done live,
• 23:30
Speaker 3: I should say, back in September. And so I went
• 23:33
Speaker 3: back and I watched that last night, and he had
• 23:36
Speaker 3: One of the panelists was a commentator from MSNBC. The
• 23:39
Speaker 3: other was a national writer. I don't remember if it
• 23:41
Speaker 3: was that. It might have been The New York Times,
• 23:43
Speaker 3: I'm not sure they were. All the three of them
• 23:46
Speaker 3: were speaking about the presidential race as if it were
• 23:50
Speaker 3: a done deal that Kamala Harris was going to win.
• 23:53
Speaker 3: And as they say, that did not age well. Because
• 23:57
Speaker 3: Bill Maher, whom I generally speaking, I don't agree with
• 24:00
Speaker 3: Bill mooreon a lot of things, but I do agree
• 24:02
Speaker 3: with him on some He's usually pretty good at predictions,
• 24:05
Speaker 3: and he was talking about this and he said, well,
• 24:07
Speaker 3: you know, Trump's going to go away, but Trump is
• 24:09
Speaker 3: well not. They were taught Trump is done. Trump is
• 24:12
Speaker 3: done m in words of Lee Corso not so fast,
• 24:16
Speaker 3: my friend that didn't age well, TJ. You know, I
• 24:20
  Speaker 3: didn't age well.
• 24:21
Speaker 11: And look, I think, you know, even in September, there
• 24:23
Speaker 11: was still sort of this spillover of new hope I
• 24:27
Speaker 11: think in moving forward with the Democratic ticket. But honestly, yeah,
• 24:31
Speaker 11: you know, and I've heard this from other people. I
• 24:33
  Speaker 11: don't think it's a big secret of revelation. I think
• 24:36
Speaker 11: Democrats have simply forgot their roots. They've forgotten the working man.
• 24:40
Speaker 11: What did this election come down to, David? Came down
• 24:42
Speaker 11: to economy, and it came down to immigration and inflation
• 24:47
Speaker 11: being a big part of the economic factor. You go
• 24:49
Speaker 11: back and look at some of the exit polls, particularly AP,
• 24:52
Speaker 11: some of the ones they did, economy was anywhere from
• 24:55
Speaker 11: five to ten times more important to a voter, depending
• 24:58
Speaker 11: on what state they were in. Was the last go around.
• 25:01
Speaker 11: People are financially stretched, and you know, there was just
• 25:06
Speaker 11: not a connection between a Harris administration and what it
• 25:10
Speaker 11: could do for the economy versus what a Trump administration
• 25:14
Speaker 11: was perceived to be able to provide. And look, you've
• 25:17
Speaker 11: heard the President say all the time. His scorecard's the
• 25:19
Speaker 11: S and P. You know, his scorecard is economic drivers.
• 25:23
Speaker 11: He's ran on that had a good economy up through
• 25:25
Speaker 11: COVID during the first and now. I particularly tend to
• 25:28
Speaker 11: be one that says, look a lot of times the
• 25:31
Speaker 11: market and what it does is outside the purview of
• 25:33
Speaker 11: the President of the United States.
• 25:34
Speaker 3: Sure, yea, but he.
• 25:36
Speaker 11: Successfully planted that perception and has ran on it, and
• 25:40
Speaker 11: it just did not resonate some of the social issues
• 25:42
Speaker 11: that were more divisive in the past. You look at abortion,
• 25:45
Speaker 11: you know, you know, important to roughly eleven percent of
• 25:48
Speaker 11: the electorate. I think I read versus the economy being
• 25:51
Speaker 11: you know, the top issues of forty percent of those voters.
• 25:54
Speaker 11: You know, the Democrats would do well to go back
• 25:56
Speaker 11: and listen to Carville. It's the economy, stupid, and it's
• 25:59
Speaker 11: more important than it's ever It's always going to be important.
• 26:01
Speaker 3: Well, and again, as I've said, and I've had textures
• 26:04
Speaker 3: to the show TJ that have pointed out and others
• 26:06
Speaker 3: pundits as well, well, the economy under Biden. You know,
• 26:10
Speaker 3: we've added so many jobs and we've done and that's
• 26:12
Speaker 3: all that's all true. Okay, However, when the average person
• 26:18
Speaker 3: goes to the grocery store and they see the price
• 26:21
Speaker 3: of a loaf of bread, they see the price of
• 26:23
Speaker 3: a pound of bacon or a dozen eggs or whatever.
• 26:26
Speaker 3: None of that really means anything. And that's what I
• 26:29
Speaker 3: think you have. I think sometimes because those the political elites,
• 26:33
Speaker 3: and trust me, there's just as many on the right
• 26:35
Speaker 3: as there is on the let Absolutely, they are so
• 26:38
Speaker 3: out of touch with the average person and the average
• 26:42
Speaker 3: family that they don't realize. They look at these economic
• 26:45
Speaker 3: things and they say, well, you know, we've added more
• 26:47
Speaker 3: jobs under Biden, the economies exploding. Okay, what are you
• 26:49
Speaker 3: paying at a grocery store? And again, right or wrong,
• 26:52
Speaker 3: they're going to blame the person in the White House.
• 26:53
Speaker 3: You know, whether it's a Republican or Democrat.
• 26:55
Speaker 11: Show me a Washington politician without the help of a
• 26:57
Speaker 11: staffer that can tell me what a gallon of milk
• 26:59
Speaker 11: costs today and their district, I'd be very surprised if
• 27:02
Speaker 11: they could quote it. Quite frankly, one of the problems
• 27:05
Speaker 11: with that. You know, we went through post COVID and
• 27:07
Speaker 11: you can argue whether or not the IRA put too
• 27:09
Speaker 11: many dollars into the economy or whatever, but we went
• 27:12
Speaker 11: through some massive periods of inflation. And while the left
• 27:16
Speaker 11: has done a good job of saying, look, we've held inflation,
• 27:18
Speaker 11: inflation's down two percent, the problem is coming down two
• 27:21
Speaker 11: percent when you went up in some cases, you know,
• 27:24
Speaker 11: fifteen percent, depending on the commodity you're talking about, you're
• 27:28
Speaker 11: still you know, net way higher than what you were.
• 27:30
Speaker 11: And that's what people are truly looking at. They're still
• 27:33
Speaker 11: comparing prices to pa back before we saw the supply
• 27:36
Speaker 11: chain interruptions, we saw you know, too many dollars in
• 27:39
Speaker 11: the economy with what was going on post COVID. Right,
• 27:42
Speaker 11: So you know, today in twenty twenty four, you're hearkening
• 27:46
Speaker 11: back to twenty twenty, twenty, nineteen, twenty twenty one, when
• 27:49
Speaker 11: prices were still a lot lower and we haven't had
• 27:52
Speaker 11: any deflation in the economy. We can argue whether or
• 27:54
Speaker 11: not that's a good thing, but people still remember those
• 27:58
Speaker 11: prices and they haven't.
• 27:59
Speaker 3: Gotten farmer members. Leave it to me, I'm going to
• 28:03
Speaker 3: come up with something like that, all right, I got
• 28:05
Speaker 3: some tex. Yeah, well, you know, it's a curse.
• 28:09
  Speaker 11: I think it's a Some people may say it's a
• 28:12
  Speaker 11: quiet taste.
• 28:12
Speaker 3: I like, yeah, well, talk to my wife about it.
• 28:16
Speaker 3: Tex says, Uh, it would be odd brand for Republicans
• 28:19
Speaker 3: if Trump pardoned Hunter Biden after all the taxpayer money
• 28:22
Speaker 3: and resources they wasted in that political witch hut. Just
• 28:25
Speaker 3: another day of Republicans wasting taxpayer money to further their
• 28:29
  Speaker 3: political agenda.
• 28:30
Speaker 11: What's odd about maybe trying to do the right thing
• 28:32
Speaker 11: is all I would say to that. What's what's odd
• 28:35
Speaker 11: about treating someone the way you want to be treated
• 28:37
Speaker 11: if you've gone through a period that you think was unjust.
• 28:40
Speaker 11: I'm not saying Trump will do that. You and I
• 28:41
Speaker 11: just spoke about it, but you know, never, never, never
• 28:44
Speaker 11: a wrong time to do the right thing.
• 28:46
Speaker 3: Tex says, Remember when Trump put tariffs on China that
• 28:48
Speaker 3: hurt American farmers and then the federal government had to
• 28:50
Speaker 3: bail out the farmers. That unnecessarily spending, unnecessary spending, I'm sorry,
• 28:55
Speaker 3: definitely didn't contribute to inflation. Sarcasm those IT texts.
• 28:59
Speaker 11: I mean, look, we're we're in a period where you know,
• 29:02
Speaker 11: tariffs do more than just regulate economy. You have security mechanism,
• 29:08
Speaker 11: mechanisms within tariffs. You know you have to say, okay,
• 29:10
Speaker 11: why are we off boarding?
• 29:12
  Speaker 12: Uh?
• 29:13
Speaker 11: So many manufacturing jobs to America when we could bring
• 29:16
Speaker 11: some of those back. You bring some of the manufacturing
• 29:18
Speaker 11: people in, and they'll tell you that, Look, if you
• 29:21
Speaker 11: manufacture a good in America, right the company is based here,
• 29:25
Speaker 11: they're going to pay a corporate net income tax. They're
• 29:27
Speaker 11: going to pay all kinds of different things that someone
• 29:30
Speaker 11: that is importing that from China is not going to pay.
• 29:33
Speaker 11: If you think about a tariff as leveling the playing field,
• 29:37
Speaker 11: different story. All right, I understand we have a call,
• 29:39
Speaker 11: so Ryan, let's put Don on the air. Don you're
• 29:42
Speaker 11: on with TJ. Meadows and myself.
• 29:44
Speaker 3: Good morning, sir, Good.
• 29:46
Speaker 13: Morning, how are you all.
• 29:47
Speaker 3: We don't find that.
• 29:50
Speaker 13: I appreciate the goodwill that pardon if President Trump or
• 29:54
Speaker 13: to pardon Biden, but no, I mean, it seems like
• 30:00
Speaker 13: of our Republicans have always taken the high road and
• 30:03
Speaker 13: it always gets them in the in the end. I
• 30:07
Speaker 13: know so many people have to think Republicans are the
• 30:09
Speaker 13: dirty pool players here, but by entire life of sixty
• 30:13
Speaker 13: three years, and it has always been the Democrats. I've
• 30:15
Speaker 13: never heard bipartisan, honest bypartisanship come from a Democrat unless
• 30:21
Speaker 13: they're in the minority. And that's the truth.
• 30:24
  Speaker 6: I haven't.
• 30:24
Speaker 13: And about the tariffs, you know, just think of the
• 30:28
Speaker 13: tariffs as a corporate tax. If you're against tariffs, then
• 30:32
Speaker 13: you must be against corporate taxes when you think, yeah,
• 30:35
  Speaker 13: I just kind.
• 30:35
Speaker 11: Of made your point there, don Because if you're a
• 30:38
Speaker 11: Dome domestic manufacturer, you're paying a corporate net income tax. Right,
• 30:42
Speaker 11: If you're manufacturing in China and then shipping in you're
• 30:44
Speaker 11: not paying that. So in that instance, I think there's
• 30:47
Speaker 11: a very real argument to be made that you're leveling
• 30:50
  Speaker 11: the playing field.
• 30:52
  Speaker 13: Well that's all I had. I'm driving and I'm a
• 30:54
Speaker 13: little bit preoccupied in trafficking.
• 30:55
Speaker 3: Well, all right, and safe, buddy, appreciate you being here.
• 30:59
Speaker 3: Tex says one needs convicted of a crime to be pardoned.
• 31:02
Speaker 3: I've wondered what federal crime turkeys do every year to
• 31:05
Speaker 3: get pardoned. Yeah, that's good. I had to defer to
• 31:08
Speaker 3: lawyers on that they're guilty of foul play.
• 31:12
Speaker 11: Yeah, all right, Perhaps what happens, don't they bring two
• 31:15
Speaker 11: to the White House and they pick Yeah, what happens
• 31:17
Speaker 11: to the other two?
• 31:17
Speaker 3: No, I think they both got partoned. Oh okay, yeah,
• 31:19
Speaker 3: I think they both got parted. Talk about a lose. Well,
• 31:22
Speaker 3: you know, Democrats. It's a safety net for everything. It's
• 31:25
Speaker 3: a safety net for everything. Text said, not political. I
• 31:29
Speaker 3: know the noodles Greg Thomas speaks of. Think of the
• 31:32
Speaker 3: thick yellow Pennsylvania Amish country noodles and gravy. Ok.
• 31:37
Speaker 11: That kind of sounds like a Hungarian noodle too. Well,
• 31:39
Speaker 11: you know Gregor's Gregor's from northern West Virginia. They don't
• 31:42
Speaker 11: put slaw on their hot dogs. So I don't, I don't,
• 31:45
  Speaker 11: I don't care, I don't care anybody from that. I'll
• 31:47
Speaker 11: tell you the time I was or I was in
• 31:49
Speaker 11: Philly rather and try to get chili on my hot dog.
• 31:52
Speaker 3: That was an experience. I bet, I bet well. My
• 31:54
Speaker 3: wife is from Chicago. Get right of Chicago dog. They're
• 31:57
Speaker 3: a little bit different. You know, I like them, but
• 31:59
Speaker 3: it's got a lot of vegetables and pickle spears and
• 32:01
  Speaker 3: sport peppers and you know they it's a it's a
• 32:04
Speaker 3: it's a science that there's put bean chilly on it. Yeah. Uh, Texas.
• 32:07
Speaker 3: For many people, Trump and Maga is a sacred sacred
• 32:12
Speaker 3: is a sacred religious experience. They are very cultish in
• 32:16
  Speaker 3: their behavior.
• 32:18
Speaker 11: I mean, look, I'm not going to try to stereotype,
• 32:21
Speaker 11: Maga or or anybody else. All I'm saying is this,
• 32:24
Speaker 11: and notwithstanding the point that that Don made previously, just me,
• 32:29
Speaker 11: just me and my two cents, if if I were
• 32:32
Speaker 11: the president, I would sleep a little better at night
• 32:35
Speaker 11: if I pardoned him and I took the high road,
• 32:37
Speaker 11: even if others don't.
• 32:38
Speaker 3: I want to do what's right. But I was gonna say,
• 32:40
Speaker 3: but do you think though that he's gonna I mean
• 32:43
Speaker 3: that he's going to lose some base because here's the thing.
• 32:46
Speaker 3: Trump won overwhelmingly. We all know that. But during the
• 32:49
Speaker 3: campaign and even after he after the victory, there are
• 32:52
Speaker 3: bits of people that have some questions within the Republican
• 32:54
Speaker 3: Party about about Donald Trump. Uh, and they weren't happy
• 32:59
Speaker 3: with certain things that Trump said, or one texture to
• 33:03
Speaker 3: the show said, he's turning his back on evangelicals. Now,
• 33:07
Speaker 3: the fact that you're going to equate Donald Trump with
• 33:10
Speaker 3: an evangelical, to me is kind of a far stretch.
• 33:13
Speaker 3: But before we go to break any thoughts that may
• 33:16
Speaker 3: actually cost him if he did that, TJ, it may
• 33:20
Speaker 3: cost him in the short run.
• 33:21
Speaker 11: But this is a guy that, for whatever reason, you
• 33:23
Speaker 11: can say what you want about him, he tends to
• 33:24
Speaker 11: think long term and long term if this buys him
• 33:27
Speaker 11: goodwill and he's able to trade it for something legislatively
• 33:30
Speaker 11: or administratively that he wants to get done in some
• 33:32
Speaker 11: of these agencies, silly not to make the deal.
• 33:35
Speaker 3: I'm talking with TJ. Meadows, Special Olympics and bodies a
• 33:38
Speaker 3: true spirit of sportsmanship not merely about winning medals. It's
• 33:40
Speaker 3: about being a part of a team, practicing and competing together.

Speaker 14: This time of year is decision time for a lot

Speaker 11: Well, you know, I tend to be one that tells
• 36:34
Speaker 11: you what I think, and I don't tend to go
• 36:36
Speaker 11: to the extremes. Maybe that's why I'm you know, mismatched.
• 36:39
Speaker 3: But just what it is text says no to partnering Hunter,
• 36:43
Speaker 3: Do you seriously believe for one second that any progressive
• 36:46
Speaker 3: president would pardon Trump, Don Junior, Eric Evaka, et cetera. No,
• 36:50
Speaker 3: All they've talked about was getting Trump Alvin Braggleta James
• 36:53
Speaker 3: campaign on that they hate this man, and they've made
• 36:55
Speaker 3: no secret of that. Enough of the constant caving to
• 36:58
Speaker 3: the Marxist in this country, mister Meadows, I get it.
• 37:01
Speaker 11: I simply think that entertaining it would go a long
• 37:05
Speaker 11: way toward healing the country and maybe getting some of
• 37:08
Speaker 11: this division behind us and actually being able to govern
• 37:11
Speaker 11: because you know, in a split term presidency, you know
• 37:14
Speaker 11: that is now a lane duck presidency effectively at some
• 37:17
Speaker 11: point can't run again. You know that first one hundred
• 37:20
Speaker 11: days is going to be pivotal, and that first six
• 37:23
Speaker 11: seven months is going to be pivotal because you know
• 37:25
Speaker 11: then you're going to have the House already running for
• 37:27
Speaker 11: reelection and it's getting quicker and quicker in terms of
• 37:30
Speaker 11: the election cycles. So this Republican trifecta, you need to
• 37:33
Speaker 11: move quickly, yep, moves and move aggressively in order to
• 37:37
Speaker 11: get your legislative agenda. And you know, in a post
• 37:40
Speaker 11: Chevron deference world where the Court in Loper has said
• 37:44
Speaker 11: the agencies no longer have deference, the courts will interpret
• 37:48
Speaker 11: based on their judgment. That really puts an onus back
• 37:51
Speaker 11: on Congress to do what they should have been doing
• 37:53
Speaker 11: all along, which is regulate with specificity, legislate with specificity,
• 37:59
Speaker 11: and clearly put into the law what is applicable, what
• 38:02
Speaker 11: is in bounds, and what is not. And given those factors,
• 38:06
Speaker 11: you got to move, and you got to move quick.
• 38:08
Speaker 11: I will say this about Trump, and I said this
• 38:12
Speaker 11: on the show numerous times. There's no excuses, now, you know.
• 38:16
Speaker 11: I mean, heaven forbid we have another COVID. They say
• 38:19
Speaker 11: we're going to have one eventually, but maybe hopefully not
• 38:21
Speaker 11: over the next couple of years. But if he doesn't
• 38:23
Speaker 11: have that, and and and he's got allies so to speak,
• 38:28
Speaker 11: in the other houses and the other branches, the things
• 38:31
Speaker 11: he's promised his followers, he's going to have to get done.
• 38:35
Speaker 3: I mean, he really really does there. I mean, first
• 38:40
Speaker 3: of all, they're not going to deport that many people. Okay,
• 38:42
Speaker 3: that's not going to happen. It's not financially feasible. And
• 38:45
Speaker 3: plus it will cripple the US economy. You're not in
• 38:48
Speaker 3: your head. You don't agree with that. No, No, it's
• 38:52
Speaker 3: not going to happen. I just look, you could.
• 38:55
Speaker 11: You could create the largest law enforcement agency no demand
• 38:59
Speaker 11: to go out and round people up. It's still not practical.
• 39:01
  Speaker 11: I mean, it's gonna take a.
• 39:03
Speaker 3: Lot, and it will. It will destroy the US economy.
• 39:05
  Speaker 3: That's that's true. There's a lot of jobs out there
• 39:07
Speaker 3: that Americas. Just to me, I saw an interview on
• 39:09
Speaker 3: TV the day with a farmer in California and said, hey,
• 39:11
Speaker 3: we tried like heck to get Americas to do these jobs.
• 39:14
Speaker 3: They won't do these jobs. So you talk about you
• 39:17
Speaker 3: start deporting all the Look, I don't like the system either, TJ.
• 39:20
Speaker 3: But you start deporting all these people that he's talking
• 39:23
Speaker 3: about deporting, you talk about your prices rising, Yeah, because
• 39:28
Speaker 3: these are the ones. Now, I'm not talking about the
• 39:30
Speaker 3: bad guys. I'm not talking about the gangs and so
• 39:32
Speaker 3: on and so on and so forth. I'm talking about
• 39:34
Speaker 3: the ones that are here working, albeit possibly illegally. You
• 39:38
Speaker 3: talk about crippling an economy, Dude, that's gonna cripple an economy.
• 39:41
Speaker 11: No, And look, the president is really good. Whether people
• 39:45
Speaker 11: see through it or not, the fear is still there,
• 39:47
Speaker 11: you know. You know the old adage is I forget
• 39:49
Speaker 11: the player. But there was an NBA player that didn't
• 39:51
Speaker 11: want to get physical, right. He didn't want to. He
• 39:53
Speaker 11: wanted to play the game clean. He didn't want to
• 39:55
Speaker 11: play it dirty. And his coach said, all you got
• 39:57
Speaker 11: to do is throw an elbow one time, and do
• 39:59
Speaker 11: it on national tele vision and see that you're serious.
• 40:01
Speaker 11: You'll never have to do it again. Trump already threw
• 40:03
Speaker 11: an out low. He's done that plenty of time. So
• 40:05
Speaker 11: now people understand that if you really want to press
• 40:07
Speaker 11: him on it. You know, look I heard earlier, I
• 40:11
Speaker 11: think on your show maybe someone else's you're talking about.
• 40:13
Speaker 11: The president's negotiating tactic is to come in and punch
• 40:15
Speaker 11: somebody in the face and then start negotiating with him.
• 40:17
Speaker 3: He did that. He doesn't have to do that anymore.
• 40:20
Speaker 11: And if your president Trump, you know, you come out
• 40:24
Speaker 11: strong and then you figure out what is practical, And
• 40:27
Speaker 11: to your point, I just don't think it's practical to
• 40:29
Speaker 11: be able to get that done for a lot of reasons.
• 40:31
Speaker 11: Tex says, Trump staring into the eclipse with no eye
• 40:33
Speaker 11: protection is the perfect metaphor for the Republican Party.
• 40:38
Speaker 3: Let's see, Oh, so did you send this text in
• 40:43
Speaker 3: over here while you're on the air and you're pretty good? Good? Heavens,
• 40:48
Speaker 3: why doesn't TJ Meadows have a full time show?
• 40:50
  Speaker 2: Sure?
• 40:51
Speaker 3: He would like Sure would like to see more TJ
• 40:53
Speaker 3: on the airwaves. Well, I'm an acquired taste as well.
• 40:56
  Speaker 11: So.
• 40:58
Speaker 3: Let me see here.
• 40:59
  Speaker 10: Tex says.
• 40:59
Speaker 3: You can say tariff's level the playing field, but prices
• 41:02
Speaker 3: go up. Period. We sell less goods to foreign countries. Period.
• 41:05
Speaker 3: How will this help the economy?
• 41:09
Speaker 11: You know, traditionally I would I would agree, But as
• 41:12
Speaker 11: I said, there's more of these days than when you
• 41:15
Speaker 11: have players like China that are constantly manipulating their currency
• 41:19
Speaker 11: to make their dollar or their you know, their equivalent
• 41:22
Speaker 11: of the dollar weaker than ours so that their goods
• 41:25
Speaker 11: become less expensive and their artificially manipulating their currency. Look,
• 41:29
Speaker 11: all games are off. Free trade only works in a
• 41:32
Speaker 11: fair and regulated market, all.
• 41:33
Speaker 3: Right, I think we have a call. Ryan, if you're ready,
• 41:35
Speaker 3: let's go to talk to Brian. You're on with TJ
• 41:37
  Speaker 3: and Dave.
• 41:38
Speaker 6: Go ahead, good morning. What these jobs that Americans won't
• 41:42
Speaker 6: do are keep being performed by the people illegally entering
• 41:50
Speaker 6: in our country? How long is the illegal entry into
• 41:57
Speaker 6: the country going to be allowed? Going to keep doing this?
• 42:01
Speaker 6: And when you say you can't afford it, how can
• 42:03
Speaker 6: we afford to put these people up in the best
• 42:06
Speaker 6: hotels in the country where that people that visited those
• 42:12
  Speaker 6: nice cities before can't even get a reservation. I don't
• 42:17
Speaker 6: understand the logic and what you're saying. The people that
• 42:20
Speaker 6: come here legally ought to be able to work here,
• 42:24
Speaker 6: but the people slip across the border. How many of
• 42:27
Speaker 6: them are not coming here to work? How many are
• 42:30
Speaker 6: coming after the goodies and to do wrong to us?
• 42:33
Speaker 3: There are Okay, all right, Brian, appreciate your phone call.
• 42:36
Speaker 3: There are a lot of people that do that, and
• 42:39
Speaker 3: I agree. I am what I'm talking about to the
• 42:42
Speaker 3: caller and TJ you could jump in here as well.
• 42:44
Speaker 3: What I'm talking about is it And I know people
• 42:47
Speaker 3: hate this term, it is what it is, but it
• 42:49
Speaker 3: is what it is. I mean people are coming here
• 42:51
Speaker 3: and they are doing the jobs that Americans don't. I
• 42:54
Speaker 3: wish it weren't that way. Most of the employers probably
• 42:56
Speaker 3: wish it weren't that way, but it is. Yeah, the
• 42:59
Speaker 3: border has to be a hundred per secure and we
• 43:01
Speaker 3: should do a better job with that. And we have
• 43:03
Speaker 3: to get the border area tonight right. It's got to
• 43:05
Speaker 3: be tight, and the illegal entrants have to stop. But
• 43:08
Speaker 3: for folks that are already here, and maybe people that
• 43:12
Speaker 3: have been here for twenty years and have children that
• 43:14
Speaker 3: were born here, practically, you have to figure that out.
• 43:17
Speaker 3: We have to come up with some kind of solution.
• 43:19
Speaker 3: It's not a one size fits all and you can't
• 43:21
Speaker 3: just support all of them. One figure that I saw
• 43:23
Speaker 3: said that if there is a court case involved here,
• 43:27
Speaker 3: the average person, now this could this is antecdotal, as
• 43:30
Speaker 3: Hopey would say that the average case is one hundred
• 43:33
Speaker 3: thousand dollars. How many illegals do we have here right now?
• 43:37
Speaker 3: All right? Times that times one hundred thousand dollars. That's
• 43:41
Speaker 3: what it's going to cost to do this. I wish
• 43:42
Speaker 3: we wouldn't have gotten in this situation. I mean, make
• 43:44
Speaker 3: no mistake about it. I wish we weren't in this situation,
• 43:47
Speaker 3: but we what we are. Let me knock out a
• 43:50
Speaker 3: couple checks before we go to break here, Tex says
• 43:52
Speaker 3: on the pardoning Hunter Biden, which TJ's I really opened
• 43:56
Speaker 3: the can of worms with all that four? Tex says, No,
• 43:59
Speaker 3: it will not heal the cut. What happens every time
• 44:01
Speaker 3: someone caves to a left and apologizes for their opinion.
• 44:04
Speaker 3: That's never enough. They push more and more and double

• 44:20
Speaker 11: to take that path, he could do it.

Speaker 3: asked TJ how much tax money wasted prosecuting President Trump.
• 47:20
Speaker 3: A lot not done yet, so many witch hunts to
• 47:23
Speaker 3: destroy the man Democrats wasted so much tax money. So
• 47:26
Speaker 3: the American people have had enough now continue, Yes they have.
• 47:30
Speaker 11: I mean there's no doubt that. Look, that was a
• 47:34
Speaker 11: poor decision, and you know we're seeing that. We're seeing
• 47:38
Speaker 11: that play out now. You know this morning at the
• 47:40
Speaker 11: lead prosecutor announced they we're dropping all the federal charges
• 47:43
Speaker 11: and it's not going anywhere. I did see Alvin Bragg,
• 47:46
Speaker 11: which I thought was really something on his part, asked
• 47:50
Speaker 11: for a four year stay so they would be able
• 47:52
Speaker 11: to take out the Manhattan charges after the fact. I mean,
• 47:55
Speaker 11: the best thing to do. It's been a waste of
• 47:57
Speaker 11: time from the start. You don't go out after a
• 48:00
Speaker 11: president unless they've done something that rises in office to
• 48:04
Speaker 11: the point of espionage, you know, something really critical. I'm
• 48:07
Speaker 11: being a little hyperbolic there, but you know, the court
• 48:09
Speaker 11: weighed in on this with their ruling. The Court gave
• 48:12
Speaker 11: us a framework to understand when a president should be
• 48:16
Speaker 11: prosecuted and when a president should not be prosecuted, and
• 48:19
Speaker 11: we should hold it that framework vigorously.
• 48:21
Speaker 3: Tex says MS thirteen became an international criminal organization with

• 48:31
Speaker 3: says the border will never be one hundred percent secure
• 48:34
Speaker 3: if we do. People need to wake up and realize
• 48:38
Speaker 3: the average American will not do the hardly work immigrants
• 48:41
Speaker 3: will do. We're spoiled and want our cake and eat
• 48:44
Speaker 3: it too while looking down our noses that the people
• 48:45
Speaker 3: who are truly putting food on our table.
• 48:48
Speaker 11: So, as a guy that has owned businesses in this
• 48:50
Speaker 11: community and is friends with a lot of business owners
• 48:53
Speaker 11: in this community, I could get on my phone right
• 48:55
Speaker 11: now and call five different people and they would tell
• 48:57
Speaker 11: you that they're actively trying to hire anywhere from ten
• 49:00
Speaker 11: to twenty five people and they can't fill those jobs. Now,
• 49:03
Speaker 11: we can all debate about why that is, but it's there, Texas, Dave,
• 49:07
Speaker 11: if you still don't get it, the people who voted
• 49:09
Speaker 11: for President Trump did so because they want a secure border,
• 49:11
Speaker 11: say for communities, lower food and gas prices, and no
• 49:14
Speaker 11: more wars. It's that simple economy. And immigration.
• 49:19
Speaker 3: Texts says Nope, no citizenship for illegals. Nope. That's the
• 49:24
Speaker 3: only thing Democrats care about is making them into voters.
• 49:27
Speaker 3: If these people were going to vote conservative, that border
• 49:29
Speaker 3: would have been shut down in a heartbeat. Sick of
• 49:31
Speaker 3: hearing Trump supporters are part of a cult, Excuse me.
• 49:33
Speaker 3: We are not the ones telling people to cut out,
• 49:35
Speaker 3: avoid or not to speak to family members because they
• 49:38
Speaker 3: voted for someone we didn't want. We are not the
• 49:40
Speaker 3: ones that physically assaulted someone because they say something we
• 49:43
Speaker 3: don't like or disagree with. Okay, that's not true, and
• 49:47
Speaker 3: those are signs of cults, Manson Family, Heaven's Gate, Waco, etc.
• 49:52
Speaker 3: I would take issue with some of what that texture
• 49:54
Speaker 3: said because some of the right, the extreme right wing,
• 49:57
Speaker 3: have done the exact same thing there.
• 49:59
Speaker 11: What did we just side as Americans to define ourselves
• 50:02
Speaker 11: based on who we voted for in the last election?
• 50:05
Speaker 11: When did when did that become popular? When did we
• 50:07
Speaker 11: become so thin skinned that we were so afraid in
• 50:11
Speaker 11: our arguments that we had to vilify when social media arguments?
• 50:15
Speaker 3: When social media became a thing, and and when we
• 50:20
Speaker 3: started going out TJ not watching Walter Cronkite and I'm
• 50:24
Speaker 3: using that as an old, old person's example. Uh, And
• 50:27
Speaker 3: we started going out to find news that most aligns
• 50:32
Speaker 3: with our viewpoint Fox News, MSNBC, CNN when those organizations,
• 50:38
Speaker 3: in my opinion, well Fox News was never legitimate news.
• 50:40
Speaker 3: They said so in court when they when they got
• 50:43
Speaker 3: away from just reporting the news and started slanting it.
• 50:47
Speaker 3: And people then went out and started seeking out news
• 50:50
Speaker 3: think Newsmax or something like that that most aligns with
• 50:54
Speaker 3: their particular You can text me, or you can call
• 50:57
Speaker 3: me anything. You can say something to me, TJ and
• 50:59
Speaker 3: I I will promise you I could go on the
• 51:01
Speaker 3: internet right now and I can find something to refute
• 51:03
Speaker 3: it on a quote unquote reputable news. Sure, that's when
• 51:07
Speaker 3: it all happened in my opinion. All right, we actually
• 51:09
Speaker 3: had you on here today and I've only got about
• 51:11
Speaker 3: forty five seconds left or so to talk about some
• 51:15
Speaker 3: of the Trump nominees.
• 51:17
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 51:17
Speaker 11: So for West Virginia, really look at Lee's Eldon Epa,
• 51:22
Speaker 11: look hard at Doug Bergham, the former governor of North
• 51:25
Speaker 11: Dakota once he starts to run the Interior Department, and
• 51:28
Speaker 11: look very hard at Chris Wright, who is a fracking guy.
• 51:31
Speaker 11: Liberty energy out in Colorado. If you look at West Virginia,
• 51:35
Speaker 11: one of the things that is most tied to our economy,
• 51:38
Speaker 11: no surprise, is energy, whether it's coal, natural gas, whatever
• 51:41
Speaker 11: it may be. And the administrative state has become so
• 51:45
Speaker 11: powerful in Washington. It got to start, you know, back
• 51:47
Speaker 11: in the Woodrow Wilson days. FDR obviously took it to
• 51:50
Speaker 11: a whole new level. Watch these three individuals, Watch what
• 51:54
Speaker 11: they do for energy. It'll be good for the economy
