- 0:06Welcome to the untold.
- 0:09Take a deep breath.
- 0:11Take the higher road.
- 0:13That's what they always say.
- 0:14Let's say if they know the way, they won't take it from me.
- 0:20Don't have a dump yourself with swiping just a dream.
- 0:24You made your own so kid can scream.
- 0:27The people who were laughed with a never-ending force.
- 0:31You never had the chance.
- 0:33So watch a win for this call, my friend, because this is what nurses so interested in politics and court rulings.
- 0:59Politics and healthcare have been a controversial combo for my entire adult life.
- 1:04I remember back in the 1990s when First Lady Hillary Clinton was going to be put in charge of some sort of federalized universal healthcare system that was nicknamed Hillary Care.
- 1:17Thank God that didn't happen.
- 1:19Demon.
- 1:21Excuse me.
- 1:23When I started as a nurse, I didn't want to care about these things.
- 1:27What impact do they even have at the patient bedside and at the level of population health?
- 1:33With that in mind, I'm your host, Nurse David Wayne.
- 1:36My background is in hospital psychiatry, and I'm a fired COVID-dissident nurse, joined today by Ashley Grog.
- 1:44Hey Dave, it's great to be here.
- 1:45You know, Nicole and I are big into politics.
- 1:48This is what we do in our spare time for fun.
- 1:51I mean, both of us have fought at our legislature this year.
- 1:55I'm pretty excited to say we did have a bill pass in Indiana that says some medical professional students cannot be denied clinical placement based on vaccination status.
- 2:04And that was a huge win.
- 2:05It won't go in effect until July.
- 2:06But if you're a nursing student, this is something you're worried about.
- 2:09Uh come to Indiana.
- 2:10I mean, I'll be friends with you and we'll have a great time.
- 2:12And we are going to resuscitate nursing, also author of resuscitating nursing.
- 2:17Get it on Amazon.
- 2:18But yeah, 20 years in the healthcare field.
- 2:20Definitely never thought I'd be involved in politics.
- 2:23Strong work, Ashley.
- 2:24How about you, Nicole?
- 2:25Well, to follow that.
- 2:26Um, you know, it's same kind of right.
- 2:28Ashley and I are kind of twins in that sense, you know, being in the cardiac field for about two decades.
- 2:32Um, you know, I still practice in the hospital, and I'm really big into the local and and state politics, if you will, when it comes to medical freedoms and what that looks like from a public health standpoint, also as a healthcare worker, and really trying to get people to be motivated, right?
- 2:48Um, to want to participate in government.
- 2:51And like both of you, it says this is nothing I ever thought in a million years that I would be involved in.
- 2:56So I'm really looking forward to the topic today because it is something that I think a lot more people need to hear about and kind of see where we're coming from and why it's so important to be involved.
- 3:05So let's do it.
- 3:06Unfortunately, as a psych nurse, I learned more about the medications that I was giving to patients on a daily basis from unsealed court documents than I did directly from my nursing textbooks.
- 3:19As it turns out, a lot of the time the truth is in the court documents, not in what is essentially pharma marketing propaganda that ends up getting printed under the title of a nursing textbook.
- 3:31As for politics, I won my hospital's excellence in nursing award and then was fired via COVID vaccine mandate.
- 3:38The leadership at my hospital were rabid liberals.
- 3:41They went to BLM rallies, they started a hospital DEI program.
- 3:45My termination papers said we have denied your request for an exemption to COVID vaccination.
- 3:51You are being terminated for being unvaccinated.
- 3:55When I filed for unemployment through the state of Wisconsin, my thought process there was unemployment isn't paid by taxpayers, it's paid by your former employer.
- 4:03So it was kind of a way to stick it to them.
- 4:05But the state of Wisconsin decided you voluntarily resigned.
- 4:09You weren't terminated, even though they had all the emails that said my exemption was denied and I was being terminated.
- 4:16They had it in writing that I was terminated for being unvaccinated, but it was liberals from top to bottom who did that.
- 4:24At the time, I wasn't even sure I would ever work as a nurse again.
- 4:28And it was because of Democrats at the local, state, and federal levels, all the way up.
- 4:34So I'm not complaining though, because what I've endured is nothing.
- 4:38Nothing compared to the vaccine injured or the people who have been harmed by psychiatric medications.
- 4:46That's why I care about politics and court cases.
- 4:49Nicole, thoughts or comments at this time.
- 4:52Well, I think it's a really good subject.
- 4:53Again, you know, this is something that we continue to run into post-pandemic, and something that unfortunately is affecting a lot more people who have been adversely affected by vaccines, not just the COVID-19 vaccine.
- 5:06And so I think it's really unfortunate that we're here.
- 5:10I have a lot of people that I work with in the vaccine-injured community, and they have really serious adverse outcomes from it and have a very poor quality of life.
- 5:19And so knowing that the government has implemented this and that there is nothing being done to help these people, and they're continuing to get worse and dying off is something that we need to continue to talk about and why we continue to fight on a local, state, and federal level.
- 5:34I know you've been very involved in an important case that we're specifically interested in down in Florida, and we are going to get into that in some depth later in this episode, but we're kinda gonna kind of set the stage here by talking about the ACIP, which is the advisory committee on immunization practices, because they were scheduled to meet in March of 2026.
- 5:59And on the docket for discussion in that meeting was COVID vaccine injuries and also diagnosis codes.
- 6:05These are very controversial topics for some people, and we know that they were on the docket for discussion because of a leak that happened from the ACIP to an independent journalist.
- 6:15Her name is Marianne Damasy.
- 6:17Marianne Damasy is not just an independent journalist, she is also a doctor.
- 6:22And she does amazing work as an independent journalist.
- 6:26Speaking of lawsuits, speaking of court cases and court documents, her work gave us a lot of fuel for our episodes on Garda.
- 6:35So that was Marianne Damasy releasing court documents to the public.
- 6:40We also did an episode that touched on a journal being sued because of their refusal to retract a paper about the safety of giving antidepressants to children that was proved beyond any doubt to be a fraud.
- 6:56But this journal refuses to retract it, and so now the journal's getting sued.
- 6:59Marianne Damasy is the one who has covered that in depth.
- 7:03So a little interesting wrinkle about how all this unfolded is that Marianne Damasy had the scoop on this, and then the New York Times swooped in, stole her story, published their own version of it, and didn't credit her at all.
- 7:18Did not even mention that they stole her work.
- 7:22That was that was an interesting little wrinkle.
- 7:24Do either of you give any credence to anything you read in the New York Times anymore.
- 7:29I see you both shaking your heads.
- 7:31Ashley, do you want to elaborate?
- 7:32It's just so ridiculous.
- 7:34Everything you can see, the bias and the hatred and the absolute ignorance towards facts anymore.
- 7:41When I read it, I'm like, okay, I'm gonna read just a little bit farther because the headlines are so misleading from what is in the body and the way that they say things to kind of disguise the truth.
- 7:51And it's just so frustrating and irritating that I don't even see a point in reading it why.
- 7:58Like why?
- 7:59It doesn't make any sense.
- 8:00No, I I think it is sometimes entertaining to read it just to see what the latest propaganda is, but that's all the value that it really adds to the conversation at this point.
- 8:12Yeah, I agree.
- 8:13And it's so great that we have people who are willing to risk everything and bring us the truth, not only in journalism, but by releasing these court documents, and that takes a lot of guts, and I really appreciate the fact that people are willing to do that, and I look forward to the more we realize that this is happening, the more we realize the power we hold in our different industries and can bring these things to light, the more difficult it's gonna be for them to hide in the shadows, right?
- 8:39Right.
- 8:39I mean, we've gotten to a point where independent journalists like Mary Ann Damasy have a bigger audience than CNN, MSNBC.
- 8:48I mean, people recognize that they're being lied to, they recognize the propagandists, and they're drawn to the truth.
- 8:54And with that in mind, I'd actually like to share with you so we can hear from Marianne Damasy herself.
- 9:03Hi everyone, I'm Mary Ann Demacy, and this is MD Reports.
- 9:07For the first time, a U.S.
- 9:09federal vaccine advisory group has formally acknowledged systemic failures in how COVID-19 vaccine injuries have been diagnosed and treated in the United States.
- 9:21MD Reports has obtained exclusive access to a policy document that will go before the CDC's vaccine advisory panel, ACIP next week.
- 9:32The document was authored by the COVID-19 vaccine work group led by MIT professor Retz F.
- 9:39Levy.
- 9:40It states plainly that existing vaccine safety systems don't reliably identify, diagnose, or follow people who develop persistent illness after COVID-19 vaccination, leaving many patients without appropriate care or follow-up.
- 9:58For years, people with vaccines.
- 10:00Injuries have been shuffled through the medical system.
- 10:03They bounce from doctor to doctor and get dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told their symptoms are just a coincidence.
- 10:12The work group formally recognizes a condition called postacute COVID 19 vaccination syndrome, defined as symptoms persisting for at least 12 weeks after vaccination that cannot be explained by other causes.
- 10:28That recognition marks a clear departure from previous vaccine policy.
- 10:34The document also proposes three major reforms to vaccine injury surveillance, clinical recognition, and long-term care.
- 10:44If adopted, these reforms would mark the most consequential shift in vaccine injury oversight in decades.
- 10:52Those recommendations will now go before ACIP for a vote on March 18 to 19.
- 10:58I've examined what these developments mean for patients, for doctors, and for vaccine oversight in the United States.
- 11:06You can read the full analysis and download the policy document on my substack, MD Reports.
- 11:12Just click on the link below and subscribe.
- 11:21Well, I guess first of all, I'll call myself out for singing her praises while simultaneously mispronouncing her name, Mary Ann DeMacy, not Marianne Damasy, but I guess I've kind of have a history of that macax from our previous episode.
- 11:38You too, you guys know what I'm talking about.
- 11:40Okay, so she mentioned a lot of interesting things in that little blurb.
- 11:45And one of the ones that I'm excited to learn more about was about diagnosis codes.
- 11:51That's that is what stood out to me.
- 11:53What stood out to either of you in particular?
- 11:55Well, I am familiar with the conversation about the ICD codes because this is something that was discussed with Cody's Law, which is the bill proposal that Heather Hudson, the mother of Cody Hudson wanted to present.
- 12:08And in order to be able to identify that vaccine injuries actually exist, you have to have an ICD code.
- 12:15So it's wild to me that this entire time there has been a COVID diagnosis, which is what everybody's been put under, which is why it's so difficult to be able to extract the accurate data to show is it someone who actually had COVID versus maybe a vaccine injury.
- 12:32So to know that the partnership with React 19 who had been working with us on a Florida level brought it to the federal level to help and was going to bring the very first ICD code for the COVID-19 vaccine injury.
- 12:44And so I think it's huge.
- 12:45Some people don't think that this is a big deal, but this is absolutely huge to know that this can be implemented.
- 12:52It is such a huge, huge deal, and people's eyes might glaze over when they hear things like diagnosis codes, but this isn't just important for tracking vaccine injuries.
- 13:02This is such an important piece of the overall picture that is incredibly important for people to understand.
- 13:09I actually did an entire episode with our other host, Melissa.
- 13:13Gosh, it's been a year or two ago already about diagnosis codes because of how critical they were in the overall course of the pandemic.
- 13:22And I do really want to take a minute to unpack that just a little bit because it's a good example of how what happened during COVID wasn't accidental.
- 13:31It wasn't the chaos of a pandemic.
- 13:32This was all carefully planned out.
- 13:35So diagnosis codes, also known as ICD 9 or most recently ICD 10 codes, are plugged into hospital software by providers and they are used for insurance buildings.
- 13:46So basically there's an international standard that is set, and everybody kind of agrees to this disease gets this diagnosis code.
- 13:55And it's a way not just to bill insurance, but also for people to track diseases at the population level, because you can look in these large healthcare provider databases and look at trends, look at things like that.
- 14:08So for me as a psych nurse, to give one example, there are about 70 different diagnosis codes for various forms of depression, like seasonal depression or major depressive disorder single episode or blah blah blah.
- 14:23It goes on and on and on.
- 14:24They have an incredible number of options to be able to have some nuance with the diagnosis.
- 14:31Now, during the COVID pandemic, we had the opposite of nuance, and it was intentional.
- 14:38We had a single diagnosis code for COVID-19 infection.
- 14:43U07.1.
- 14:45Why that is so critically important to understand is because it made it impossible to distinguish people who were hospitalized with COVID or from COVID.
- 14:54So for me, on my psych unit, we would swab every single admission.
- 14:58Somebody who came in to the psych unit for being suicidal would be swabbed for COVID, even though they don't have so much as the sniffles.
- 15:05And if they swabbed positive by these tests that gave a false positive half the time, they were counted as a COVID hospitalization.
- 15:13And our system was intentionally structured that we would not have any nuance with that.
- 15:19And it was a way for them to game the data to push their propaganda to make people get on board with masking mandates, with the entire economy being shut down, with schools being locked down, and with COVID mandates.
- 15:36It was essential for all of that to happen for them to game the data by setting that diagnosis code like that.
- 15:43And a person might wonder, Dave, when you say they, who exactly do you mean?
- 15:48Well, in the US, the implementation of diagnosis codes comes from the CMS, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
- 15:56Now, if they were the ones who actually came up with those diagnosis codes, we could FOIA them and find out.
- 16:02But we can't.
- 16:03Why can't we find out?
- 16:05Well, it's because they get their marching orders from the World Health Organization.
- 16:10You can't FOIA the World Health Organization.
- 16:13We're not able to see their emails or meeting minutes to find out why they specifically chose to game the data like that, but we do know from the recent release of all these Epstein emails that Epstein and the bankers he was involved involved with and people like Bill Gates and the people who plan pandemics, they were talking about that as early as 2013.
- 16:38They were talking about planning for an upcoming pandemic.
- 16:42So we're talking Gates, we're talking Anthony Fauci, we're talking Jeffrey Epstein.
- 16:49All these people and people in their circles were talking about planning for a pandemic back then.
- 16:55And the World Health Organization was the mechanism by which they implemented so much.
- 17:00It was the same people responsible for the creation of the virus who also ended up being in charge of the pandemic response.
- 17:08A charitable person might look at all the mistakes that happened over the course of COVID and say, well, it was chaotic and mistakes were made, but it is critical to understand that no mistakes were made, that everything that happened was carefully planned out for years and years by globalists, by pedophiles, by these people who want to be our technocratic overlords by authoritarians.
- 17:32All right, I've been ranting for a while.
- 17:34I I gotta tag one of you in who wants to pick up on.
- 17:38Yeah, it's absolutely wild.
- 17:40I'm not gonna, you know, I'm not gonna continue to state the obvious.
- 17:43I want to point back to the COVID injuries because we look at this and we see that there's only one diagnosis code for COVID.
- 17:51It forced them to catalog all these people, regardless of what was going on with them clinically into one pigeonhole.
- 17:58And I think that that's what we've seen too.
- 18:00If we if we look back and we just look at how things have happened historically and we see how all of these, not all of them, but a majority of these individuals who are vaccine injured joined long COVID groups.
- 18:12They went in and they joined long COVID groups because they weren't being censored.
- 18:16We hear about how terrible long COVID is and how this is such a big problem.
- 18:21But if long COVID is the only way that you can get treatment, is that what you're gonna say?
- 18:26Heck yeah.
- 18:27Rather than being gaslit and beaten down, you're gonna say long COVID.
- 18:32And so it's gonna be really interesting to see how this will shift.
- 18:37I mean, I don't think that there's gonna be a big shift in physicians because I think they're still gonna carry the moral injury and the weight of the fact that a lot of them push these vaccines, a lot of them refuse to acknowledge for a very long time, and still to this day, most uh you know, most of these mainstream doctors are not going to acknowledge COVID vaccine injury.
- 18:57Is it gonna change anything?
- 18:58Is having this diagnosis, you know, it's gonna be really interesting to see number one, if the government is actually gonna do this.
- 19:05And as soon as that comment period opens up, I hope everybody is watching React 19's page, go follow them on all the social medias.
- 19:13But as soon as that comment period opens up, everybody needs to go make a comment.
- 19:20No joke.
- 19:21Like everyone needs to step up because this needs to be acknowledged, these people need help.
- 19:26Um, and we need to start cataloging some of the damage because, like Nicole said, these people are unfortunately dying.
- 19:32And once they're gone, it's lost to history.
- 19:34Bring up important points, Ashley.
- 19:37And Nicole, let's have let's hear your thoughts at this point.
- 19:42Well, I mean, aside from the fact that we're trying to ensure that these individuals are being identified, right?
- 19:48This is a big gripe because it's such a taboo thing.
- 19:51There are physicians that are being crucified, pigeonholed.
- 19:55They were reported back in the day and still could be if they are going to say.
- 20:00That these people are actually vaccine injured.
- 20:02It's it's so important that we have this so we can identify them, right?
- 20:06And once we can identify them, then the next step would be allowing these physicians to practice medicine.
- 20:11They'd be able to get this ICD code out.
- 20:14And then what happens is the idea is that now Medicare and Medicaid can look at it and see if we can have treatment, right?
- 20:21There can be things now that possibly we can attach to a diagnosis code to allow other things, medications, interventions, et cetera testing to happen now because we actually have a diagnosis, whereas right now it's all over the place.
- 20:35They're not being identified.
- 20:36Well, the problem is the doctors have to be on board with it, and that goes back to what Ashley was talking about.
- 20:41The doctors were so propagandized that these vaccines are safe and effective.
- 20:46Does it even matter that now, years and years later, after people already got their first dose and received their injury that doctors are finally going to have a place in the software to acknowledge that it was a vaccine injury?
- 20:59I don't see that happening in mass.
- 21:01I think these doctors have the blinders on.
- 21:03They're still the most propagandized people in our society.
- 21:06The information they're getting from their medical journals is gonna completely contradict everything that the ACIP is saying, even if they do eventually get these diagnosis codes added.
- 21:17Ashley.
- 21:18I think one of the things that we could see is, you know, the ICD code gets put into place, and then we have these clinics that will accept.
- 21:26Why can't we have clinics for the vaccine injured?
- 21:30The way that we have clinics for quote men's health or women's health or GLP ones.
- 21:36This dra like we need to do an episode on these pop-up health clinics sometime soon.
- 21:42That's for another day.
- 21:43But hopefully, what we will see is we will see some of these doctors shift into a place where they're like, okay, you know what?
- 21:50I've been seeing this.
- 21:51This has been acknowledged, this has been talked about.
- 21:53I'm gonna go ahead and put these ICD 10 codes in for vaccine injury.
- 21:58The problem is before we can get to the point where we can start, you know, making some connections, we're gonna have to find somebody in the government who's willing to do the research.
- 22:09Right.
- 22:09And what data are they gonna use because our data chains are so broken.
- 22:13You know what?
- 22:14We have to remember one step at a time.
- 22:16We really have to remember, and I encourage the listeners, even though we're all gonna get wound up over this episode.
- 22:24We have to remember one step at a time, and this is a huge step.
- 22:27We need to get this when this comment period comes up, everybody needs to dive in.
- 22:31I think Nicole has something to add.
- 22:33I mean, just really quickly, we have a lot of people, especially in Florida who have clinics who have been treating the injured, but they have to do so in a roundabout way.
- 22:41And so the comment that you made about having the clinics, I think there are a lot more than maybe we know of, and they're grasping to try to help these people.
- 22:50But when you don't have a diagnosis code and you don't have a way to properly charge, if you will, you then run into issues with things being more costly, and that's part of the issue with the injured.
- 23:01Can't a lot of them cannot work, or they have modified work, they've lost a lot of income, and then trying to seek treatment that's not within an insurance, you know, plan, if you will, are being covered, drains them of everything, and then obviously gets them behind and why they're so sick.
- 23:17And at this point, you know, they're not able to get appropriate medications or right now, a lot of them use IVIG.
- 23:24These are thousands and thousands of dollars.
- 23:26You know, some of these medications from overseas are being given to vaccine injured, but not FDA approved here.
- 23:32So our vaccine injured here can't get them unless they travel across the pond, if you will.
- 23:36And who can afford that?
- 23:37They're too sick to travel.
- 23:39So it's a much bigger deal than people understand.
- 23:41And if we can at least start the ICD code and make sure everybody understands the importance of that, I think it could open the door for more things to come.
- 23:50It could open the door to have more diagnosis codes for these vaccine injuries.
- 23:55We know because Pfizer and the FDA lost the lawsuits regarding releasing the Pfizer clinical trial data.
- 24:03Remember, our FDA sat on the same side of the courtroom as Pfizer and argued that the clinical data shouldn't be released for 75 years, and they lost that.
- 24:13And hats off to Naomi Wolf, whose team at DailyClout.io went through a lot of the papers that were released.
- 24:23Pfizer had documented thousands of side effects to their vaccine in their clinical trial.
- 24:30And we know that a lot of these are just openly acknowledged at this point internationally from various regulators, such as myocarditis, such as menstrual changes, such as such as POTS.
- 24:41So, do either of you have any guesses how many ICD 10 codes, how many diagnosis codes currently exist for COVID vaccine injuries.
- 24:52Zero.
- 24:52Zero.
- 24:53There are none.
- 24:55There are none.
- 24:56Why?
- 24:57Because these systems are totally hijacked by absolute pharma ghouls.
- 25:02So this meeting is so important for all those reasons.
- 25:08But guess what?
- 25:09An activist judge jumped in and shut the meeting down.
- 25:12We will explain why after this short break.
- 25:15We will be right back.
- 25:18Let's get real.
- 25:19Let's get loud on America Out Loud Talk News.

- 26:17I'm Dr.
- 26:18Kelly Victory with the wellness company, and I know this personally.
- 26:21I exercised a healthy diet and had no symptoms when a routine mammogram resulted in a cancer diagnosis.
- 26:28It revealed a hard truth.
- 26:30Even healthy people can get cancer.
- 26:32And much of modern medicine is reactive, not preventative.
- 26:36So I began asking a different question.
- 26:38What can we do daily to support the body before something goes wrong?
- 26:42That question led me to formulate SHIELD.
- 26:45SHIELD is a two-part nutraceutical system designed to support immune balance, antioxidant defense, and cellular health.

- 30:01Welcome back to this episode of the Nurses Report time, your host, Nurse David Wayne, joined today by Nurses Ashley and Nicole, and we are talking about a very important meeting at the advisory council for immunization practices at the CDC.
- 30:17This meeting was going to address the incredibly important issues of diagnosis codes and vaccine injuries.
- 30:25And we were stoked about it because this is so long overdue.
- 30:29There are so many people that have been egregiously harmed.
- 30:33They're committing suicide.
- 30:34They are not good getting good medical care, and we don't have good medical data, population level data, all because these systems were intentionally biased by bad actors to avoid generating data that makes their product look unsafe.
- 30:52That is an old playbook that we talk about all the time with these pharma scandals is that they gaslight and propagandize both doctors and the public to believe that a product's side effects are rare, and then they make it so that you don't have good data about the actual prevalence of side effects.
- 31:11Usually they're sitting on good data that they never release to the public, and every now and then we get a glimpse of it because lawsuits happen.
- 31:18So that's kind of the theme of this episode is the court cases, the lawsuits, and the law fair being waged by activist judges that ends up shutting some of this stuff down.
- 31:30So right before this meeting was about to happen, an activist judge intervened.
- 31:35His name was Brian E.
- 31:36Murphy.
- 31:37He is the U.S.
- 31:38district judge for the District of Massachusetts.
- 31:40He was a Biden employee who was confirmed in December 2024, right at the end of Biden's presidency.
- 31:47He is probably an auto pen judge.
- 31:50I'm sure Biden couldn't remember this guy's name 30 seconds after he heard it, but this guy gets on the judicial bench, and it's really important to point out that a lot of Trump's nominations to various judicial benches are not being seated because there is this agreement in place called a blue slip rule, where if a state has a Democrat senator, that senator can just with without any hearing, without any reason that needs to be public, can just veto, can just veto the president's judicial nominations.
- 32:25What we see is that our court system is being completely taken over by radicals, and it's not just because of Democrats, it's not just because of Soros funding, it's because of spineless and weak and complicit Republicans who are on board with all of this.
- 32:41So, you know, early in the episode I made a joke about Hillary Clinton being a demon, and I stand by that, by the way.
- 32:48But at the same time, this is not a Democrat versus Republican issue.
- 32:52This is kind of a uniparty issue because the Republicans are just as complicit in all these crimes as the Democrats have been, for as bad as the Democrats are.
- 33:23Nicole, what are your thoughts here?
- 33:26I mean, I echo your sentiments.
- 33:27It's really actually it's kind of scary to think that one judge can derail so much and set us back.
- 33:34That's insane.
- 33:35And I think that's what we really need to talk about is that that's how this is allowed to just set forth a precedent to basically negate everything that the public nationwide.
- 33:48That's wild, right?
- 33:49Okay, so that's yeah, that's the issue I have.
- 33:52Ashley.
- 33:53I think it's important to touch on what Nicole just said.
- 33:55Set a precedent.
- 33:56Why is that important prior to getting involved in politics and starting to really get involved?
- 34:03The precedence is one of the reasons that I really got involved because once something happens, you know, in life, once you go down a certain path, it tends to repeat itself.
- 34:14In the court system, we don't actually go off of the Constitution.
- 34:17Kind of terrifying.
- 34:18We go off of case precedent, ruling precedent.
- 34:21And if you go through and you read this judge's ruling, he goes back and cites case after case after case.
- 34:28And you can look at that through that lens of this radicalized judge, and you can make that look however you want.
- 34:34And as I was reading the ruling, that's what I that's what I saw is he was just taking and using these things to his advantage or to the AAP's advantage, or I mean, really, let's just call it what it is to pharma's advantage.
- 34:48And that's what we see over and over.
- 34:51So paying attention and understanding why these cases are so important is because it sets precedents so crazy.
- 35:00And this judge already set a precedent because this is one of the exact same judges that issued nationwide injunctions against the Trump administration from deporting violent illegal immigrants.
- 35:14This judge decided, you know what?
- 35:16I have more power than the president.
- 35:17I am stopping this across the entire country.
- 35:21And his ruling got appealed up to the Supreme Court, and even the liberal judges on the Supreme Court issued what lawyers would call a bench slap.
- 35:29They said, no, you do not have that power.
- 35:32What are you doing?
- 35:33Knock it off.
- 35:34What did this judge do?
- 35:36He did it again.
- 35:37He did it again.
- 35:38It went back up to the Supreme Court again, and the even the liberal judges on the Supreme Court called him defiant.
- 35:47And yet, weak and impotent Republicans in Congress refused to impeach him.
- 35:52Congress, which has a Republican majority right now, could invoke their impeachment powers to remove this judge from the bench.
- 36:00And they don't.
- 36:01And you can speculate as to why, but now he's weighed in.
- 36:05He's weighed in on this issue.
- 36:07Either you want to add So is that a call to action that we need to issue?
- 36:11Is just contacting your Congress people and requesting that they remove this guy.
- 36:17I mean, that might work if Congress people cared about what you're doing.
- 36:22Congress no.
- 36:23Look at look at the Save Act, which has something like 80% overall public approval, and we still can't get it through legislation.
- 36:31I mean, that is an incredible that is incredible bipartisan support in this day and age, and we can't get it through because Republicans are just as bad as Democrats.
- 36:40It's the uniparty and the people we vote into office couldn't give a crap less about what the people actually want.
- 36:47We still have to push, though.
- 36:49I think it's one of those things that you know you're right.
- 36:52It's frustrating, it's infuriating.
- 36:54There's a lot of things that are not kind of going our way.
- 36:56We talked about it before even the show started.
- 36:57Dave and I were like, this is just a it's a mess.
- 37:00Like there's so much chaos, right?
- 37:02All these things you think are gonna happen.
- 37:03Maha, and you know, make America great, and just you know, really trying to put forth good things for Americans that for so long have been completely ignored, and now everybody's doing like nothing.
- 37:14It just seems like they're doing exactly the opposite.
- 37:16But I think I think literally the opposite.
- 37:20Worse than definitely not you were in the right direction, but I would have done this or that differently.
- 37:24It's they're doing literally the exact opposite.
- 37:27It's but what do we do as citizens?
- 37:29I mean, what do we do?
- 37:30Well, uh, people patriots, you know, people that want good things to happen for our country, you know, it's like there's gotta be something that people get engaged, get involved.
- 37:40They have the time's gonna pass.
- 37:41So, like Ashley, although it can seem very ominous.
- 37:44We should.
- 37:45We should really put something out there for people to feel empowered.
- 37:48Doing nothing is not gonna do anything anyways, you know.
- 37:51But at least if you try, maybe, you know, Ashley thoughts on that.
- 37:55I think the reaching out to your Congress congressional representatives and I hate federal politics, but what is it, a senator and a representative?
- 38:04It's the same as at the state level, right?
- 38:07Should be like maybe four phone calls at the most.
- 38:09And I think if we we just take a couple minutes, make those phone calls, you're gonna leave a voicemail, maybe you send an email.
- 38:16You can say you did your part on that.
- 38:17I mean, it's gonna take a lot more to get out these entrenched bureaucrats that we have in there that are just literally signing on the dotted line.
- 38:25They're not actually using their brains.
- 38:27But we do have to try something because we can't keep letting this stuff happen.
- 38:31You know that the left would be raging and psychotic and supporting their people in there.
- 38:36And I think that that's one place where we fail is, you know, we are not as rabid and energized, shall we say, right as the left.
- 38:47And so, you know, that leaves people who want to do good vulnerable.
- 38:52So it's not gonna fix it or change it right now, but the more you realize that yes, you can use your voice, and the more we're engaged, the stronger and better we're gonna become.
- 39:03So absolutely sorry to be so doom and gloom about it.
- 39:07You you do definitely need to stay involved.
- 39:10And back to back to this judge.
- 39:12This judge decided that RFK Jr.
- 39:15does not have the right to decide who works for him.
- 39:19This judge believes that unelected bureaucrats like him should have more power regarding government personnel decisions than the executive branch, which is explicitly empowered by the Constitution itself to make personnel decisions.
- 39:34It's literally what it's for.
- 39:35And this guy's like, nah, nah.
- 39:37His partners in crime are the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- 39:42They're actually the ones who filed this lawsuit that he ended up ruling on.
- 39:46So just a reminder this is the same American Academy of Pediatrics who continues to endorse the mutilation of children under the guise of so called gender affirming care.
- 39:57They sued RFK Jr.
- 40:00After he fired the prior members of the ACIP who were all unscientific ghouls who were happy to help Pfizer, Merck, and Glaxo profit off of the piles of dead children's bodies that their products were creating.
- 40:16The AAP has released their own childhood vaccine schedule that contradicts the CDC.
- 40:21One might call them clownish, but demonic would be more fitting.
- 40:26This judge has used a law called the Federal Advisory Committee Act or FACA and essentially ruled that the ACPIP is not allowed to meet until he and the AAP personally approve of its members, apparently.
- 40:40Apparently, this is what his rationale is.
- 40:44I know, I'm not totally rage banning you.
- 40:46It's just like why not be real.
- 40:59The AAP does not.
- 41:01Am I correct?
- 41:02I mean, they can give it a lot of people.
- 41:05Whatever they once were, whatever the AAP once was, their current embodiment is they are pharma ghouls and authoritarians.
- 41:12That's you know bipartisan.
- 41:16They're not a governmental agency.
- 41:18And they shouldn't be allowed to have such control over this with some rando judge who's making these decisions on behalf of we all said it earlier, big pharma at this point, and knowing how many people are affected by this, because they they now halted the vaccine schedule that was going to be, you know, and then and then now the stuff with the vaccine injured that was finally going to come out.
- 41:41But coincidentally, you know, those all along the vaccines.
- 41:44So that should make everybody wonder why are they making such an effort to hush and halt all of this?
- 41:50You don't you don't want to hear the stories?
- 41:52I personally know three people that were supposed to testify for the ACEP.
- 41:56They don't want these stories out.
- 41:58Why is that?
- 41:59Why do you not want to hear it if you don't believe that it exists?
- 42:01What's the harm, right?
- 42:02So it's a joke.
- 42:03They're all a frickin' joke.
- 42:04They're all a joke, and this is going to be litigated over the next coming months.
- 42:09But what's also happening over the next coming months, we've got a midterm election that's coming up, and it is looking like Republicans are going to get trounced, trounced.
- 42:19And what happens then?
- 42:20Then the impeachments start.
- 42:22And they are explicitly planning out already the law fair that they're going to wage against RFK Jr., other people in the Trump administration, you know, people within the Democrat establishment like J.B.
- 42:33Pritzker are proud to publicly talk about the lawfare they are planning against personally against members of the Trump administration to try and put them in prison.
- 42:44This isn't about like our ideas won out in the election.
- 42:48They are coming to put people in prison.
- 42:52The people who are standing between you and a needle, between your child and a needle, they want them in prison.
- 42:59And let's also just take a moment to acknowledge the hypocrisy that these are the same people who spent what half a century chanting, my body, my choice, and now this is what we get from them.
- 43:15Ashley.
- 43:16Rules for thee, but not for me.
- 43:19We can rattle radicalize the government.
- 43:21We can lock you down.
- 43:23We can, you know, coerce and force you into getting a vaccine.
- 43:26We can say that you should die because you didn't choose to do what we say with your body.
- 43:32But heaven forbid, we make it shared decision making versus uh recommendation, which you know, they also make it seem like required.
- 43:42And that that is the most insane part about all of this is it's completely fine when when they radicalize, when they do things to the farthest reaching extreme, but heaven forbid, heaven forbid, you use some common sense and you make it about the individual patient.
- 44:00That is where they draw the line.
- 44:02Actually, that's not going to be where they draw the line.
- 44:05They're gonna keep moving this.
- 44:06And you know, this is why we have to double down on our efforts, and this is why we all have to be rage baited by Dave by hashtag Brave Dave, so that we stand up and do something.
- 44:18Because the re the Republicans are not standing up for RFK, they're not standing up for these changes, they're not doing anything to help the situation, and that's why they're gonna get their backsides handed to them.
- 44:29There's their sabotaging, yeah.
- 44:31Because they're not doing the things that people want.
- 44:34If your party, and I say your party, not because I don't align with conservative values, but because these people who have taken over because your party is not following through on what they said that they would do.
- 44:48So we're like, might as well have a Democrat, at least they're gonna be honest with us.
- 44:52And just to circle back really quickly on what Ashley said, you know, this is a ruling.
- 44:56This is basically just trampling over the majority, the the public opinion, you know, the people that are voicing their concerns and with the AAP, not being a governing body, actually hit the nail on the head that people genuinely need to understand words matter.
- 45:14They give recommendations.
- 45:16These are not mandatory, they are recommendations and guidelines that people assume that they have to follow, that they are mandated to do, and this is what carries out in doctors' offices, pediatricians, etc.
- 45:30So again, we have to be very aware of the wording and the verbiage that these individuals that now are being told the judge and the AAP have this final decision is a problem because this is not mandated.
- 45:43This is obviously something that they're giving guidelines for and you know, recommending.
- 45:48So people really need to understand that this is not governing body making all these decisions.
- 45:53No.
- 45:53Another wrinkle to this that's really important to understand is that the CDC director right now is an interim director.
- 46:00It's Jay Bodicharya.
- 46:02He's also the NIH director.
- 46:03We actually don't have a CDC director right now.
- 46:07Why?
- 46:07Because they have to be approved by the Senate.
- 46:10So again, here we are, back to the midterm elections that are coming up here.
- 46:15Are we even going to have a Trump appointee in charge of the CDC by the time these midterms happen?
- 46:22Are they going to get approved by the Senate?
- 46:23Maybe not.
- 46:24It's entirely possible that that's not going to happen.
- 46:27It hasn't happened up till this point.
- 46:28And now all of a sudden we've got other things going on in the world that are that are attracting a lot of attention, and Jay Bodacharya's tenure is is limited.
- 46:38It's something like a hundred and twenty days from the day of his appointment.
- 46:42He's got to be out of there, and that is coming up really, really soon here.
- 46:46So we're going to it's just like the way they dragged their feet on the statute of limitations for so many things over the past ten years, like investigations into all of Hunter Biden's crimes.
- 46:59Oh, we're investigating that, we're investigating that.
- 47:01Oh, the statute of limitations is up.
- 47:04This has been the playbook, the Bondi Justice Department has been I mean, she let all the statutes of limitations go on so much of what happened on January 6th, and I refuse to believe that that wasn't intentional at this point because it's just like the other plays in the playbook that they do.
- 47:21They do the same thing over and over, and we're waking up to it.
- 47:24We are seeing it now.
- 47:25But look at this judge.
- 47:26He wants the protocols to be followed.
- 47:28The CDC, they've got to be following their protocols.
- 47:31They have to obey the rules.
- 47:33So let's talk about CDC rules, and let's go back to 1986, because when the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was passed, it required annual reports from the director of the national vaccine program at the CDC to congressional committees.
- 47:51In terms of following rules, they haven't followed this rule for half a century at this point.
- 47:57Where are all the lawsuits about that?
- 47:59Where was the AAP on that one?
- 48:01We we don't see any lawsuits about them reporting to Congress about what's going on with the vaccination programs in the United States.
- 48:09If you're wondering about what's going on with vaccinations programs since they passed that law, well, we know that the number of vaccines just absolutely skyrocketed.
- 48:22But what about diseases?
- 48:23Have childhood diseases gone down?
- 48:25Well, here's the ones that have gone up.
- 48:26Just a small sampling.
- 48:28Autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, obesity, asthma, food allergies, eczema, atopic dermatitis, type one diabetes, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, childhood cancers like leukemia and brain tumors, eating disorders, speech and language disorders, developmental delays, behavioral problems, autoimmune disorders, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, tick disorders, the list goes on and on, and I'm not even talking about they went up by a little.
- 48:58They went up by a lot, despite the fact that vaccines are so safe and effective.
- 49:03But have we eradicated measles, mumps rubella diphtheria?
- 49:06No, of course not.
- 49:07Those were essentially eradicated by better nutrition and sanitation processes back before these vaccines came out in the 1960s.
- 49:16Another wrinkle to that is everybody at the turn of the century, the 19th century was giving their children medicines based off of mercury, and we stopped doing that.
- 49:26And lo and behold, the childhood mortality got way better.
- 49:30So it's just infuriating that uh, you know, they pretend that they're all about the rules and let's follow procedures and protocols, but something like, hey, we should we should obey the law and report to Congress about what's going on with vaccines in this country.
- 49:44They just spent half a century ignoring that law completely.
- 49:48And now we don't have anybody to enforce it because we don't have those positions filled at the CDC because our Senate, including Senate uh Senate Republicans who are completely.
- 50:00Completely bought and paid for by pharma won't approve people to head these organizations that they know are gonna threaten their pharma ghoul handlers.
- 50:09Looking at you, Senator Bill Cassidy.
- 50:11I know you guys know a lot about the 1986 Act.
- 50:15Thoughts here?
- 50:16It's absolutely infuriating.
- 50:18I mean, how can you go?
- 50:20I was two, okay?
- 50:22How can you go that long and not take a look at anything?
- 50:27How can you have so much information presented to you?
- 50:31I could go into the Lazarus study, the 2000, well, 2001 study that said less than one percent of adverse events were reported.
- 50:39The fact that we have a system that works with Epic that could be implemented across the country.
- 50:44The fact that we could have this data, we could have this information at our fingertips, and I I got in an argument with somebody over the weekend about this because I'm like, okay, you and I are never gonna agree on vaccines.
- 50:55Never.
- 50:56It's not gonna happen.
- 50:57How about we agree on something?
- 50:59That would be why aren't we finding ways to help decrease the risk of these adverse events, improve the safety and quality of the vaccines, we have much better technology, and support the people who are incurring the risk.
- 51:11I said, why why can't we just agree on that?
- 51:14Yeah.
- 51:14But they're not interested in doing any of that.
- 51:16They're too worried about their money.
- 51:17It's such easy common ground.
- 51:19Like, how can you disagree about that?
- 51:22It's mind boggling.
- 51:23One of the other hosts on the nurses' report, Gail McRae, she and I have spoken multiple times about our vaccination data overall in this country.
- 51:33She worked out at Kaiser Permanente before being fired for being unvaccinated.
- 51:38And as we've kind of made the rounds in the COVID dissident community, we have networked with so many people who have looked at their organization's data.
- 51:49And I saw one, for example, that was about 14 million patients.
- 51:55And only it was about 23% of the patients in this giant database had any record of any vaccine at any time.
- 52:04We know that 90 some percent of people in this country have gotten an MMR vaccine.
- 52:10According to their data, it's like 20 some percent.
- 52:12That's how broken our data chains are.
- 52:14But what they do, and again, this is all completely intentional.
- 52:18If they don't have record of vaccination and you get a disease like COVID, they count you as unvaccinated.
- 52:25They don't count you as vaccination status unknown.
- 52:28Other countries did that.
- 52:29Other countries said vaccination status unknown, but our CDC at the height of COVID, again, that's why I say like none of this was an accident when you add all this up.
- 52:39It's just one thing after another.
- 52:41It is clearly intentional.
- 52:43They decided to count the unknown as unvaccinated, knowing full well that the vast majority of Americans, these data chains break down with their vaccination status.
- 52:54And it was part of the game.
- 52:56It's part of how they pushed the safe and effective narrative.
- 52:59Hey, if you don't have any safety data at all, then there's no evidence of harm.
- 53:04And it wasn't new during COVID.
- 53:06It was something that they had been doing for decades, literally, with all the childhood vaccines.
- 53:12Nicole.
- 53:25And we're not negating that, but what we are saying is that, you know, when you look at the data, they say, as Dave just said, I think it's like 90 to 95%, don't quote me exactly, of United States children are vaccinated against MMR and polio, but you know, rates are continuing to decline because, as Dave mentioned, all the things that are coming out with children being the sickest in a first world country and having all these health issues.
- 53:50And what is a common factor?
- 53:52What is a common denominator that most are being pushed to receive at their pediatrician's office, who, by the way, have the authority to refuse treatment and be unethical and say that they're not going to give them the time of day if they decide not to be vaccinated or follow a delayed schedule.
- 54:09So cohorcing, if you will, and making parents feel as if this is the only way to protect their child, which we know is a lack of informed consent.
- 54:16That's not true.
- 54:17And and so we see all this happening in very young infants and children, and then again, even that reporting is very poor because how many times have parents said that their child has had a change or have been brought to their pediatrician after a vaccine, and they're told this is normal, or you know what, just give it some time.
- 54:34This isn't this isn't related, this is completely unrelated.
- 54:37So there's so much more to dive into that.
- 54:38I know we're getting close to the end of the show, but you know, people need to understand that this is intentional, it is by design, and the information could be a lot more robust when it comes to data, but they choose to make it so it's not.
- 54:51The data gaps are a feature, not a bug.
- 54:53Not having good data is a feature, not a bug from these absolute pharma ghouls.
- 54:59And you are right, Nicole.
- 55:00That huge list I gave of all the childhood illnesses that have skyrocketed since the 1986 vaccine act.
- 55:07There are a lot of things on the table about what might be causing that.
- 55:11There's all the endocrine disruptors, there are all the processed foods, there are all the pesticides that are in our foods that are allowed in the US when they're not allowed in anywhere else in the world.
- 55:24And to bring it back to politics as well, so many Republican states right now are passing laws to give immunity to the pesticide manufacturers.
- 55:34What are we what are we doing?
- 55:37Do we Indiana or Florida are they facing laws like that right now?
- 55:40We lost ours and uh that did not pass.
- 55:43So we are we're in the same boat.
- 55:46Well, stay vigilant because they are gonna try again.
- 55:49They are so much more organized than us who are more libertarian-minded who just want to live our lives and be left alone, but we can't.
- 55:58We have to stay vigilant because they are coming for us, they're coming for our jobs, they're coming for our kids.
- 56:04They don't care how high the pile of bodies gets as long as they have control, as long as they have the piles of cash, whatever their motivations are.
- 56:14We're going to keep making these connections, the connections between diagnosis codes, vaccine injuries, the pandemic response, all the key players in a part two of this episode.
- 56:26So stay tuned for that until next time.
- 56:28This has been nurses.
- 56:29David Nicole and Ashley for the Nurses.
- 56:39It's time of this.
