- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Intuition is never panicked.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: There's always a calm sort of sturdiness with it, an understanding that whatever happens, it will be okay.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: And it's got that calmness, that peace with it.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: So, what are you feeling?
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Not what are you thinking?
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: What do you notice when this happens or that happens, or when an emotion comes up?
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: How do you feel that emotion?
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Where is it in your body?
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: And what does it show up as?
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: You can't know what you don't know yet.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: But if you go on that path towards exploring, you will find it will come forwards for you.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: So we forget what is intuitive, it's socialized out of us.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: We're all born with that innate ability.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: Babies and toddlers, they know what they want and what they don't want.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: Today I have my friend, my dear friend Tina Clark with me.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: And Tina's amazing.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Wow, when you hear her journey, I feel like everyone is gonna feel so inspired, and you're gonna learn a lot today, and you're gonna be given a lot of tools to support yourself in this powerful awakening time on Earth.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: So welcome, Tina.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: I'm so happy you're here.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Hi Natalie, I'm so pleased to be here as well, and um seeing you online, yeah, fantastic.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because the last time we saw each other was probably 10 years ago in like northern Spain or that's right, yeah.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: It must be when I was living in Barcelona.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: Well, it's just wonderful to spend this time together and that we then get to share this light with everybody else.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: And you also have a podcast, and I love the name of it, same shift, different way.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's right, yeah.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: We're currently on a bit of a pause with our podcast, so we'll hopefully do a new season soon.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Um, but I do that with my friend and colleague who is a somatic body worker, and um, we also discuss like all facets of healing and uh somatic intelligence, and yeah, so that's that's also really lovely to do.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, thank you, because everyone here in the community, at least they know it's it's there and available for them, like it's on Spotify and Apple and all the usual.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's right.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and and you've got loads of episodes available, so people can already go and dive in and get more support.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: So, Ray, where I'd love to begin is with you.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: If you could share your journey with us all and um how how you awakened and really remembered the light that you are and how you're sharing that with the world.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: So I was born with um a genetic disease called cystic fibrosis, and um, it's a serious uh chronic illness that um at the end of the day it does shorten your life.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: It's a life-shortening illness.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's very intense, you get a lot of mucus in the body, and that basically one of the main things it does is damage your lungs.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So when I was a younger child, it didn't really impact my life too much, it wasn't such a big deal.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: I was strong and healthy, uh, did all the usual things that a child would do.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: And then as I became a teenager, it started to get more noticeable.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: So it's like a gradual thing for a lot of people, and it started to then obviously then emotionally impact me.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: So this thinking about oh, okay, so is this where my life is going?
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: It's going to be a lot of struggle and a lot of hospital stays and yeah, all sorts of things that don't make life normal.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: Um, so that was quite impactful.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: Um, but aside from that, I when I was at high school, I also remember thinking distinctly, aside from my illness, like what is this life all about?
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: That we just we go to school, we follow rules, we go to university, we get a mortgage, we get a high-powered job, you know, if that's in your um capacity, and you live a life with a lifetime of debt in your mortgage and you have kids, but you know, what is all this about?
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: So I was already questioning the meaning of life already at high school, and I was the only one that I was aware of in my sphere that was doing that.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: So um already I found that strange.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: Like, why am I questioning and everything?
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Everything everybody else seems perfectly happy, they don't seem to question it too much.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: And then as I got older and my health got um worse or more challenging.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, I came to a crisis point at the age of 20, and I was just like, I was at university doing business studies of all things because I didn't know what else to study.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I was just like, I don't know, let's just do something useful.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: And um, and then yeah, I just had a bit of a what I call my first midlife crisis because I was just questioning everything like this, I'm not enjoying this, my health is getting worse, I'm not happy.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: This is not for me.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: This this path doesn't make sense to me at all.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: And so I started off on this what I would call self-empowerment journey of training in healing nutrition.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: And the woman running that course, she was amazing and still is today.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: Um, she's in her 80s and she's just vibrant with life.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: And she taught us and showed us all about like how we're affected by uh the galaxy, all the planets, the movements of the planet, you know, the equinoxes and just everything.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: And it just like bam blew me right open, you know.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: I was just like, wow, this is mind-blowing, you know.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Um, and so from then on, that was it.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I was like from the age of 21, I just continued like learning and training in things, and sort of my path was weaving its way through all sorts of mind-body modalities towards healing on multiple levels.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Um so yeah, I would say that's my journey, and then at the age of 35, um I'd done really well to get that far with cystic fibrosis and not yet have had any major operations at all.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And then I had to have a double lung transplant, which is of course, as it sounds, huge.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: Um, and at that time, and I think it still is, there is a 50-50 chance of survival.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: So it's high stakes.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: Um, and the the stage that you're at then with your health, if you need a double-on transplant, is really quite poor.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: So your everyday things are a struggle.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: Walking, showering, washing your hair, even eating because your body is in complete survival mode.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: So even eating, it finds difficult to make happen the process of digestion of food, because all the energy remaining is just about keeping you alive, keeping your lungs working, your blood moving, you know.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: Um, so that was a really intense period of my life.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: Um, and luckily I had my lovely mum.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Uh, I had a five-year-old at the time, single mother, five-year-old.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: And luckily, my lovely mum came and lived with me for six months just so I could get through this transplant process and hopefully come out the other side, which I did.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: And funnily enough, you know, I I talk to people now and I say, Well, my actual my spiritual channeling is fairly recent, but actually, I think I've been guided.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: In fact, I know I've been guided the whole way along and so protected, um, and shown different ways to help myself and to help others, you know.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: So even when I went intra-transplant, people were saying, Have you made a will?
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: Have you done things like that?
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: And I was like, No, I know I'm gonna be alright.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and I was, and that was uh 12 years ago now, so yeah, so that's my I'd say the the nutshell of my journey, particularly in relation to my health, which has been a big driver for my uh truth, truth seeking, and understanding and expanding and healing and all of those things.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: So, yeah.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: It's incredible.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: So I saw you two years after you'd had that major surgery, and I was blown away.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: I I remember sitting with you, and we were sitting there, and I just had goosebumps and tears of like awe because you did it.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: And when I saw you, I was like, wow, you are so healthy, and I see you again today, and you are so healthy, like whatever you're doing, like you're stopping this um illness from like taking over your body, or like you're you're actually shifting frequency, and you're you're changing, like whatever the doctors have said, you're defying those those parameters, you're just blowing it away, and you're you're a walking living proof of that all miracles are possible and we are so powerful, we can sh we can change our whole state of being.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: We we can do anything.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, really.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, I I've for many, many years, ever since I trained in natural healing nutrition, um, I have followed my intuition with everything, whether it's um major life decisions like moving house or moving country or all sorts of things, but my health has also been one.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: So it caused me um quite some clashes with doctors and medical teams, um, particularly in the earlier days, because I would intuitively um work with my body.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: So it didn't always mean doing exactly what the doctors told me.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Um it would be about listening to what was right for me, even though sometimes, and I wouldn't recommend this to everyone because you have to do what's right for you, but sometimes it meant not doing things that doctors told me I must do, or making other choices.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: And so for me, empowerment and intuition have been huge as part of um and a guiding force in my journey.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: It's it's so it's like the most important part of our life is that um we are intuitive beings, everybody is, because we are spirit in a body, and spirit knows all the answers because spirit isn't just contained in the body, it's we're multidimensional beings.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: Spirit is the energy that can go in all directions and and know all answers.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: So, like what I've noticed in my own life is um like I lead my life rather than like logically thinking my way through, I I bring awareness into my body, especially like the central channel.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: I I bring awareness like in deep inside, and I I like any any question I have, I'll ask the question and then bring awareness in my body and feel it.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: And everyone can do that.
- 13:44SPEAKER_01: They can because a the feeling of a yes is normally more expansive, or it can come through the mind as like yes, or it comes through as like a color, or it it if it will come through differently for everyone, but everyone will get will have an understanding of a yes, or like some people can do um like body testing, you know, when you when you go give me a yes and your your fingers stay together, show me a no and and they break apart, like the body knows, so yeah, and then like for me, a no, it feels like contracted, it feels like oh, it just feels like that kind of feeling, and I and so I know okay, that's not right.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: And and I feel like the more we go into the body, the more the body, the more we connect with the intuition.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: I'd I'd really love to talk um about it because I feel like like okay, there's a few questions about it.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: So, first of all, what do you feel it intuition really is?
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: And like, do you feel it's something that that needs to be developed?
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: And um, like how can people access their own intuition?
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think we all have the capacity, everybody, as you just said, um, but because of our the way our society is run, um it works from very much using the mind and using our rationale.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: So we forget what is intuitive, it's socialized out of us.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, we're all born with that innate ability.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: Babies and toddlers, they know what they want and what they don't want.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: Um, and they'll make it very clear, especially when they're toddlers, you know.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: Um, and we lose that and we disconnect from that feeling of what is right for me, what do I want, what don't I want?
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: And we are told to choose from our mind what makes sense, what makes rational sense.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: And so a lot of my work nowadays when I work with people is about getting them back gently towards feeling through their body, sensing again.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: So it's not always about what we think.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: The brain is helpful, the mind is helpful to help us execute things, but the actual motivation, the idea, the um the yes or the no, as you said, comes from within.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: It comes from our sensory self.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: And so that's where I take people gently back towards tuning into their sensory intelligence again.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: So, what are you feeling?
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Not what are you thinking?
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: What do you notice when this happens or that happens, or when an emotion comes up?
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: How do you feel that emotion?
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: Where is it in your body?
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: And what does it show up as?
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: And it's such a novel idea for adults, working with adults, because we've just um and I really have to get takes a while often for people to understand what I'm even asking for.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: So I have to gently guide them back towards something that they already knew, and they already have that there, we all do, but it takes a while, so it's coming back into those body intelligences, sensory intelligence.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: Yes, because so I had a client once when um and and that that this person said to me, um, I don't even understand what you're asking me when you're saying, like, what do I feel in my body?
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: I mean, I don't feel anything.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: They also said, like, I don't experience emotions, like I I don't even know, I don't understand what you're saying.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: So so then I I kind of like guided them into um, I said, Well, can let's do a scan of your body, starting at the top of the head and slowly go down, like scan, just bringing awareness inside the body to to just get an overall experience of your body.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: So, like slowly bringing awareness from head all the way down to fingertips, all the way down then to the feet, and still the person was like unsure, like well, what am I trying to sense for?
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: I said, Well, is there any like tension, tightness, stress?
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: And they're still like, I'm not sure.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: So, I like, yes, sometimes people are so disconnected.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: Like, what I understand with the disconnect is because I see it um and energetically, I can see, I see um sometimes the soul is like outside of the body, and so if the soul's not in the body, uh then awareness isn't in the body, it's more in the mind, which means it's like kind of outside the body.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: Um, and so what I ended up saying with with this beautiful soul was I was like, well, in the morning, when you wake up um and you get out of bed, what are the first parts of the body that creak and communicate and you start to feel, oh, I gotta have gotta have a stretch this way, or I gotta, and and that kind of helped.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: Do do you have like any um questions that you ask people or or like ways in which you can help those that aren't so in touch with the body to help them to like sense it and pick it up?
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: So some nice simple ones um is working with the breath, and rather than what we tend to class as breath work nowadays, where you're forcing the breath into shapes and patterns and so on, it's more about can you observe it?
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: Wow, what a conversation! I'm taking a little pause here because I know that some of you would love this information.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: This podcast awakening is also on Apple Podcasts, it's also on Amazon Audible, on Spotify, and I think there's another nine different podcast platforms because some of you I know like to listen, not just watch.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: So there's the exciting news, and now let's get back to our deep conversation.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: So, can you feel, you know, I might take people through, can you feel your body and your chest expanding when you breathe in?
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: And where do you feel it?
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: And place your hands on your own body where you feel the breath.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: So they get to physically touch and explore.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, right, I can feel my ribs moving.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: So the breath is going there, so then I can notice on the inside, I can feel my breath there, okay.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: Or maybe I might say to people who if there's not too much uh or any trauma around touch, which with some people there is, of course, then I might suggest let's start with a gentle stroke, self-stroke, on your body.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: So it's coming back into the such simple things, but people don't touch themselves, unless it's for perhaps a sexual in a sexual context.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: But what about just absolutely unconditional soothing touch or a little gentle squeeze of the body, a little gentle squeeze, which is very comforting as well for people.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: So it's about using all those senses as well.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: So you can even use like what can you hear right now?
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Just tune into the sounds around you, or um maybe have a little movement or a little sway of your body.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: Notice how a swaying might make you feel.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: How does that make you feel?
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Feel to sway.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: So it's all different ways, and it depends a little bit on people's history.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: So one of the classic things is that people can be very disconnected from their body if they've had any trauma, either emotional or physical, or both often.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: So people say with chronic illness, they can often be quite disconnected because this whole bodily place has become a point of stress, of fear.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: So it's really uncomfortable to go there.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: Why would I want to go into my body?
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: So then you have to use very gentle, slightly more distancing techniques.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: So you have to go in slowly.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: Or maybe people who have had sexual trauma of some kind, the body's very frightening place to be, or emotional overwhelm, especially in childhood, that also creates or can often create that people are very disconnected from feeling anything because it was too painful and they felt too alone with that pain when they were children.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: So to feel anything is is scary.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: So it requires a gentle approach for a lot of people.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:23SPEAKER_01: Just no pressure, all the time in the world, gentle, like many sessions.
- 23:30SPEAKER_01: I uh yeah, yeah, I can feel that because I can I can actually just feel what happens.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: Like if someone's in trauma, I can feel the soul is so intelligent that it's like we don't need to fully be a part of this, and it goes woo out, and it stays connected through the crown, but it's there's less soul light inside the body.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: Wow, I'm just being like shown that right now, and that's so intelligent.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: So then it takes time to like realign the the energies and and help the body to feel like a safe space so that the soul can fully come back and be comfortable back inside of its its special like home that it has while it's it's experiencing on earth.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:17SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: And also what um, you know, like that soul, when you talk about this center, this where the soul sits, for example, finds home.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: I refer to this this place in the center of people as as their true self or their higher self, depending on which dimension you're um working with.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: So I was once told in in channeling in meditation that true self, which is what people are sort of, as you say, like with the soul sort of disconnected from, with these layers of conditioning or trauma, or wounding, or limiting beliefs and everything, it makes the true self really hard to access because you've got these other layers and parts on top that are running the show.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: Um, so those are the ones that you know react because of conditioning or because of past experiences, and that becomes our new sense of who we are, but it's not really, it's just a part.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: And so when we go beneath those parts and gently work with those parts sometimes, then we can get back to the true self.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: And I was um shown that yeah, I was shown it might be different for somebody else, but true self is like four, five, six dimensional, and then seven and above is still the same thing, it's still true self, but it's higher dimensional, so then we're going 70 and beyond.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: Um, so getting people gently back towards that place of true self and higher self is where we really are, and and that's when you know the really um connected, beautiful uh existence can come more into play, as it were.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: I love this so much.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: So our true self or our higher self, our our our soul, is this like pure light vibrating deep inside, surrounded by these layers of conditioning and fears and worries and thought patterns and all of that.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: And as we as we come back into the body and um kind of dissolve those layers to recognizing that they're not who we really are, we start to sense and experience more of what we are, which is right here deep inside of us.
- 27:12SPEAKER_01: And and then as that happens, we start to that's how we go into higher dimensions, how we access the higher frequencies, because we're resting in our true self, our higher self.
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: And and what I'm being shown right now is then um the more we reside in our like pure light essence, um the more fluid and it like life feels more like it's just flowing and uh it's abundant and it's just so light-filled.
- 27:44SPEAKER_01: Um, and we're not trying and we're not striving because we're not living in the the patterns and the conditions.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: We'll we're living deep.
- 27:53SPEAKER_01: And and from that space, we access our multidimensional self.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: And what I'm seeing is um so we have this like there's there's oneness, God's source, and then a spark of light is shuttled from the oneness, which is the soul, and the soul goes on this journey to have all these different experiences in all the different dimensions, and as as we get back up to the higher dimensions, we we're less and less as the separate self.
- 28:22SPEAKER_01: It feels like like 7D.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: I'm feeling like 70, we're more connected to everything, and uh it's like a melting pot of spirit, it's a deep remembrance, and I feel like then we get to the very last layer, whichever dimension we want to call it, um, because I feel like say we go zero to seventh dimension, then we'd say seventh dimensions, the top dimension before we melt back into oneness, but there are so many dimensions because it's an infinite universe, so even inside of seven dimensions, there's another trillion more.
- 28:56SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, I we I'm just gonna use the number seven, but so say it's the highest frequency we can get to as a separate experience.
- 29:06SPEAKER_01: At that frequency, what I've been shown is where we get to experience the fullness of the state of love, it's like the very last absolute unique individual experience, which is where angels are vibrating and our galactic families, and and I'm a feeling a lot of beings tap into this energy often and vibrate in it, and then poof, we are back in the oneness where there's no more like separate experience.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: But then, of course, we'll oneness will shoot off another spark of light and we'll start a whole new soul journey.
- 29:39SPEAKER_01: So it's it's infinite and never-ending.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love this conversation so much, Tina.
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and what I can completely relate to what you're saying, um, what I get, you see the the spark of light, and I saw colours, so this beautiful, um like a cerise colour, and then uh um a violet and and white, and just beautiful layers of colour.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it's when you when you find access and have this acknowledgement and this reconnection with true self, it just opens everything up.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: It's like you really it's that's your awakening point, you know, like, oh my god, I'm not this and I'm not that, and I'm not this pattern that I thought I was, and this other emotional thing that is keeping me contracted or sort of a bit stuck, you know, keeping me from my true self.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: Um so to work towards that is a beautiful experience, yeah.
- 30:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: It truly is.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, what I'd love um for you to also share, but while we're talking about intuition, is so some people um like they struggle to tell the difference between like intuition um or if it's like like oh um like a worry, like something that comes in and goes, oh, don't do this.
- 31:13SPEAKER_01: Like there's um which is like off a survival pattern.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: Like is there a way that you can help people to develop that like that genuine trust and how they can tell the difference between like if it's uh a worry coming in or if it's like truth?
- 31:31SPEAKER_00: Um so a worry will feel um chaotic, it will feel panicked.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: Intuition is never panicked, there's always a calm sort of uh sturdiness with it, a an understanding that whatever happens, it will be okay.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: And it's got that calmness, that peace with it.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: Even if it's telling you, yeah, don't don't go that way, that's maybe not the right way for you.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: There's still a calmness with it.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: So it lacks that that fear-driven, um, high-intensity, um overstimulated, frenetic uh feeling that comes with fear and worry.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's the best way, and it will also come with like a physical feeling, you'll feel it within you.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: You know, it doesn't come as just a thought, it might come as a thought as well, but you'll feel it within you.
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's so true because if it's coming from like the thinking mind um based off of fear or something, it's it is it's quite like it's urgent.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: It's like sometimes the mind will go.
- 33:01SPEAKER_01: If you don't do this, this is gonna happen.
- 33:02SPEAKER_01: It's like it's like um yeah, bossy, controlling.
- 33:07SPEAKER_01: It's and and um what I feel like in in that moment when it comes in, I say pause, don't take any action.
- 33:17SPEAKER_01: Come to the breath, take a few deep breaths in and breathe excess energy out of the body, like and and then you'll come like with a few powerful breaths in and out, we can get ourselves back to it more of a neutral state.
- 33:33SPEAKER_01: Because even in that moment of like panic, I feel like the prefrontal cortex um like kind of clouds over, and it feels like that amygdala is going warning, warning, and then and so we can't even think clearly.
- 33:50SPEAKER_01: So, actually, just no action when you're being busted around by your own mind, and then coming to the breath, which really helps, and then when you feel a bit more calmer, and also I feel like if you make the outbreath longer than the in-breath, then it says it takes the the tells the body that you're safe, so you go more into like from sympathetic to parasympathetic, which is from fight or flight to rest and relax, and then in that space, the prefrontal cortex will come back online, and it feels like then you're able to like actually come back to your true senses.
- 34:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, nervous system work is really important, and a lot of people who who I work with, that's the first step working with the nervous system to feet be able to know it better, what your reactions are, what's happening.
- 34:47SPEAKER_00: So there is some um, you know, intuitive work is fantastic, but some actual learning and understanding is also really helpful, especially when you're beginning, you know, when you're beginning this work and you don't probably know too much about your own uh nervous system reactions, or maybe you don't understand the physiology or what's happening, and then when you have like a bit of a uh biopsychosocial understanding and the uh bit of a little bit of easy neurobiology in there, um, you start to know and then feel into as well what your nervous system reactions are, and then that's like often the first point, especially people who have had trauma or uh have very present wounds that they're living out in real time, and so the nervous system is often the first place we'll work with before we even get to any parts work or limiting beliefs or coming back into the true self or a bit closer to the true self, the nervous system is often the first place where we need to begin.
- 36:04SPEAKER_01: Could you give us some examples of how to um connect with the nervous system or start to learn and understand what the no how the nervous system is responding to the environment?
- 36:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's through somatic awareness is the best way.
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: So it's through body awareness.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: So I start um helping people notice the little signals that their body is giving them in different situations and different places and different emotions.
- 36:36SPEAKER_00: So it's all about awareness from the sensory perspective, so tuning into the physical sensations, so noticing things like what's my heart rate doing right now?
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: Um, what's my breath?
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: Is it fast?
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: Is it slow?
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: Is it jagged?
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: Is it smooth?
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: Um I fidgety in my hands, am I restless in my body?
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: Um, what's my temperature like in different areas of my body?
- 37:09SPEAKER_00: What's happening with my thoughts, even?
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: So when we're very um over-stimulated when we're going into fight or flight, into parasympathetic, either, like you said, we're totally blank and our mind has gone completely, we can't think straight.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: Normally that means we're quite far into already the panic or the fear.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: But if you notice the early stages, you might notice, oh, my thoughts are rapid.
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking, what if, what if, what if this happens, what if that happens?
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: Or noticing your eyes, and my eyes darting about all over the place.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: So there's all sorts of ways that our body and our mind can give us signals about what state we're in.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: So am I feeling like joyful and playful?
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: Am I connecting with others right now easily?
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: Or have I gone very inwards and I'm focusing on me, or I'm focusing on very much like uh the environment around me, is it safe?
- 38:25SPEAKER_00: So there's so many signals that we get um that can tell us what's happening and what state we're in.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: So it's about bringing awareness to those signals, to what's happening with us.
- 38:42SPEAKER_01: And um once I was working with um someone and I noticed I I just said, or notice, notice what's happening with your leg right now.
- 38:54SPEAKER_01: You know, when when the the foot's kind of tapping and the leg's kind of doing its own, like bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce.
- 39:01SPEAKER_01: And what I uncovered um was that there was memory held in the legs that from childhood of I want to run away, I just want to run away from the situation, and so the leg was trying to still run away, it still had that memory.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: So it's so incredible when we start to look at the body, like, yeah, even like fidgeting or like um different things that we do with our fingers, like noticing which finger we keep going towards, because like so the the right side of the body is connected to the masculine, the the creative, the doing.
- 39:38SPEAKER_01: I also feel like it's connected to like the future, um, and the the left side is the feminine.
- 39:45SPEAKER_01: I also feel like it's connected to the past.
- 39:48SPEAKER_01: I also feel like the left is how we receive, and the right is how we give and create.
- 39:55SPEAKER_01: And so, like noticing where we're feeling and where we're moving, and and like, is it more the left?
- 40:03SPEAKER_01: Is it the right?
- 40:04SPEAKER_01: And then we can understand, like um, we could also then uncover patterns from even our ancestors.
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: Like, is it connected to my mom's side, my father's side?
- 40:13SPEAKER_01: And yeah, it goes so deep, and it's all in the intelligence of the body.
- 40:18SPEAKER_01: We can find all answers from within.
- 40:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's once we start tuning into that again, things will start uncovering themselves about whatever's going on for you quite quickly, and you'll start to see it and be like, oh wow, okay.
- 40:37SPEAKER_00: And one of the things that is sort of counterintuitive to people is when, like the example you gave of your client with um the jiggling leg, what I invite people to do often is can you let that then can you do and let that happen, what your body wants to happen?
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: So it's like that completion cycle that it never got to complete.
- 41:09SPEAKER_00: Um, so when there's like a tendency for people when they're very frightened, either it can be to run, but it can also be to curl up tight into a ball and hide.
- 41:20SPEAKER_00: And so I invite people like, does that feel what you want to do?
- 41:26SPEAKER_00: Why don't you try that?
- 41:28SPEAKER_00: Why don't you let that happen so that the body can then come to safety because it's done what it wanted to, rather than us always resisting and trying to change um something the body needs to do.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: It's a natural reaction.
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: So can we allow it?
- 41:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's really powerful.
- 41:53SPEAKER_01: The allowing is what heals.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: Like um, I noticed in myself, I was like, oh wow, my right shoulder, it used to be so much more forward than my left.
- 42:04SPEAKER_01: I was like, oh, I went into it.
- 42:06SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, it's it's the masculine side, it's trying to overprotect me.
- 42:10SPEAKER_01: So, like with my upbringing, my mom was bipolar and depressed, and son of should be quite cruel with her words to me.
- 42:19SPEAKER_01: And so I learned how to like over-protect myself so I could, it was being held in my body.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: So one day I just said, Okay, well, let's just fully allow this.
- 42:31SPEAKER_01: And I just went, brought awareness into my right shoulder, and I just let it go exactly where it needed, and I ended up just it then moved all the way forward, fully protected me, and I was just bawling and crying, and and and oh, I can feel so much energy moving in the left side of my ear and my throat right now.
- 42:50SPEAKER_01: Wow, it is so healing to to to just love ourselves and be tender and kind and let our bodies go to the places they they never were able to complete.
- 43:01SPEAKER_01: And when they complete it, I'm always shown like a circle of completion.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: It means it's healed, it's released, it's no longer a pattern held inside the physical body.
- 43:12SPEAKER_01: Because you've given it permission to complete itself, it then completes and releases from the body.
- 43:17SPEAKER_01: And this is how we heal.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely, absolutely.
- 43:22SPEAKER_00: And sometimes, I mean, it depends on what people are carrying, but it can take a repetition of these things, you know.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: Um, and and then so what we do is we sequence so we can also learn how to track something all the way through our body because it's not always just one movement that needs to happen, it could be a series of things that need to happen, and the art comes in.
- 43:49SPEAKER_00: Can I follow this?
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: Can I let my body take the lead and show me what it needs to do?
- 43:58SPEAKER_00: Show me what needs to.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: happen and so that's such as you say it's such a healing beautiful process to allow and people really do find that like like you said with yours where you know then when you allowed it all the tears could flow you know because you're you're allowing but you're also it's sort of unlocking what it's held you know yeah totally and um what I've noticed through the years of working with so many people is that sometimes it um because the great intelligence of the body it'll it's always trying to cut bring itself back to balance so it does a counterbalancing so for example if I when I was holding all of this in the right shoulder I would then find something would kind of counterbalance on the left side so for example sometimes my left hip would be clicking or and it would be trying to counterbalance my right shoulder and so what you say about um really can you can you just be with what is and it starts of one area but it might move it does and I've I've been there for clients where um someone it it started in the lower back and I was sending Reiki to the lower back and then they were like oh it's moved oh it's in my shoulder now and then then in that session it moved from the lower back to the shoulder to the elbow and it was pain so they were like oh it's so sore it's like just keep breathing through it and then it came here to the um the hand and in one session I mean that doesn't always happen because sometimes these are deep roots and we just need to have patience and love and and give as many as much time as it needs to to be to come out but for this client they were obviously ready and it moved right out of the hand and and it left the body in that session but it moved through the body it doesn't just stay in one place so that's fascinating to also to also just give yourself permission like give yourself a few hours to to come into the body and to witness the incredible intelligence move the energies that are stuck within out yeah and and it's not that I don't um believe or um feel that healing can happen instantaneously I I think it can in fact I I know it can however us humans we can sometimes there's so much holding on and so the holding on is what can sometimes restrict that and it's not that we're doing anything wrong it's just that's where we're at in that moment and that's okay everything has to be okay when you when you take the pressure off the body and your healing journey and just be there for where you are right now that in itself it gives me goosebumps all over because it's just so healing to just take the pressure off and just say you're okay you know to your own body it's okay and to show the body that way that in in various ways whether it's with the breath or with supportive things around you like cushions or touch or or whatever it might be or grounding you know um but the body has amazing capacity to heal emotionally and physically mentally and spiritually um but it can be just our humanness that sometimes slows it down oh I love that that is so true because the great intelligence our expanded self our true self it it like the blueprint of absolute health and vitality is right here in the present moment.
- 47:55SPEAKER_01: We the body can go in in a in a click back into absolute health and and it feels like just sometimes part of the human journey is that um the humanness of us is like oh but I'm learning through this or I'm attached to being a victim or I want to experience more of this but even though we we we do and we don't and well sometimes we want there seems to be like a um a wanting to experience the expansion and the growth um in a in a in a more gentle slope and then other times a quick fast powerful shift will happen and and like I know with the the ascension that's happening in our world right now so many people are experiencing like physical symptoms of holding more light like even myself I had stuff going on with my brain when we had powerful light coming in I I had like a like a convulsion type thing happen like a few weeks well by the time this air it'll be a few months ago but um it it's like it it happened for me and I realized I'm like oh wow that's so much light coming into the body so fast and sometimes we actually choose to expand not so fast because it's a lot for our system and so honoring the journey and the path and and I'd love to know what your take is on on ascension and what's happening with the collective awakening and how we're embodying more light.
- 49:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah well um so it's really interesting.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: So my own personal uh thing a few months back um I actually had like a what I call not an awakening because I had my awakening I think was many years ago but this is a reawakening or a download even where I suddenly got this download and I was like oh wow that hasn't happened for a long long time because my learning has been dealing with other aspects you know the more like what we've just been talking about you know dealing with trauma and these layers and the very sort of more physical I suppose physical emotional layers that needed for myself and in my work just needed to be dealt with um and then I had this sudden download uh a few months back and I was like oh mind blown wow okay what's happening here and then I just started getting guidance coming through clear and uh my guides coming through and just wow experiences.
- 50:39SPEAKER_00: And what I am being shown and pointed to and feeling right now is the heart center.
- 50:47SPEAKER_01: It feels so important and and from my own personal experience maybe it's because I already awakened to this stuff stuff a long time ago but even more so as a powerful center than the third eye or the crown chakra and it's not that those aren't also important but it feels like heart bam you're right there and you know coming into the heart center so I'm also now working more with this with people and with myself but coming into the heart center as this like portal to higher self to guides to source to all the light that is available um and I'm just personally like I think many others are feeling it so powerfully um it's just yeah this year for me has been just truly truly special um yeah so that's and that will naturally shape my work because when you uncover another layer of um truth for want of a better word um another layer of knowing or access then it you you can't help but bring it into your work because that's what you now know so for me that's what it's about right now the heart center and the heart as a portal to so much more yeah yeah I feel it I feel like our world is coming back to the heart like that is the journey of um of multiplicity like oneness going in all directions and then returning back to oneness back to unity multiplicity back to unity I feel like we're back on that journey we've we've gone and explored so much and and of course we're still thoroughly enjoying the infinite exploration that we can have but this time we're having it on our way back into the heart yeah absolutely I couldn't agree with you more I really do just feel that so powerfully this year.
- 53:14SPEAKER_01: And from what I hear uh from other people as well that that's also a mirrored experience for them so yeah yeah beautiful well Tina I have loved this time with you this is just oh it's filled my cup I'm overflowing and oh I'd love for you to share with everyone here how they can get in touch with you.
- 53:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah sure so um I've started posting my channelings on YouTube now Tina Clark Wellness and I also put some free guided practices on there too um I've also got Patreon so I do a monthly live stream over on Patreon where I talk about a particular facet of healing of coming back to true self to through to the heart work and then we do I'll do a guided practice and then there's time for QA at the end.
- 54:17SPEAKER_00: So those are the main places for me right now and you can always email me if you want a one-to-one session it's Tina at TinaClotwellness.com so that's my name everywhere the same Tina Clot Wellness yeah yeah thank you thank you so much and if there's any last words that might be channeling or coming through your heart that you want to share you're very welcome to thank you and just I just want people to know more than anything because so many people I see in the world or initially they come to me as clients that can't tune into something like they just don't believe something is better like something can't be better and I just can't disprove that enough over the years you know life is is not without challenges but there is so much healing to be had and learning to be had and enlightenment to be had and it's really communicating to people that you can't know what you don't know yet but if you go on that path towards exploring you will find it will come forwards for you.
- 55:44SPEAKER_00: So I just encourage people as much as possible to not ever lose hope or feel hopeless or feel like this is their lot um because it's not and it's and it's a choice and it takes work but it's beautiful and it's expanding.
- 56:03SPEAKER_01: Oh that is so true.
- 56:06SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 56:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah everyone is always bound to experience and learn and uncover more of that which is right here in the energy field if they put their hearts into it and and follow this path.
- 56:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah and I just want to say thank you Natalie because it's been so nice chatting with you and connecting with you after all these years.
- 56:31SPEAKER_00: So yeah loving your work and uh it's great to be here with you.
- 56:36SPEAKER_01: Oh thank you yeah I I just it's always been in my heart since I was a little girl that I just want to um help humanity to move into a place of like connection again to to remember the light that we are so that all the suffering can dissipate and we can live in in this like true peace that's already here.
- 57:03SPEAKER_01: So it's happening I feel like I'm reaching more people and it just brings me so much joy and it's these conversations that mean so much to me.
