- 0:01Silver is the most undervalued asset on the face of the planet.
- 0:06Silver mining stocks. Gold mining stocks are the most
- 0:09undervalued stocks on the face of the planet.
- 0:13I'm going to tell you why. I'm going to give you the
- 0:15reasons why in this video, but let's start with our good friend
- 0:19silver. Speaking of good friends, you're
- 0:22my good friend. Welcome to the basement,
- 0:24basement dweller. You know you belong here.
- 0:26You're part of the group. Welcome.
- 0:28Please subscribe to the channel, give the video.
- 0:30Thumbs up. Super chat.
- 0:31Super. Thanks, Roy.
- 0:32Super appreciated. What is going on with silver?
- 0:37I'm hearing some top analysts this morning saying $85 silver.
- 0:42I think that was if we got to a a gold to silver ratio of 40 to
- 0:46one. But what is going on with 600
- 0:49and $76 silver? Guys, this, this, this dollar to
- 0:56silver ratio is absolutely exploding.
- 1:00And I'm going to show you a couple reasons why that's such a
- 1:03big, big deal. Let's head out to the our old
- 1:05friend the US Debt clock and get a quick update on what is going
- 1:09on. If we go over, I mean, it seems
- 1:12like every day this goes up by $100.
- 1:14I'm going to zoom in for you so we can see this a little better.
- 1:20OK, hold on here and wow. OK, now it's 676.
- 1:31I mean, probably by the end of the live stream, we'll be at
- 1:34680, the dollar to silver ratio again, just eight months ago it
- 1:41was 0. Remember, the M2 money supply
- 1:45was shrinking. Just a few weeks ago, it was at
- 1:47300, then it was at 400, now it's at 676.
- 1:52Let's talk about what this means and why it's so important.
- 1:55I want to zoom back out and I have a couple very interesting
- 1:59examples to share with you to show you what this means in
- 2:04uncertain terms. You cannot fight the laws of
- 2:08nature. You cannot fight the laws of
- 2:10gravity. And for right now they're doing
- 2:14that. But just a quick review in the
- 2:16upper center right, this is the, the the dollar to silver ratio
- 2:21represents the year over year increase in the US into money
- 2:25supply divided by the yearly world production of silver.
- 2:29This means that for each one ounce of silver that's being
- 2:33created, there is almost 700 U.S. dollars being created.
- 2:39I want to run over here quickly just so you know, I wanted to
- 2:42review for myself and I think it's important that we
- 2:45understand what is the M2 money supply, a measure of the total
- 2:48money supply in the United States that includes M1 as well
- 2:53as saving accounts, money market funds and small denomination
- 2:58time deposits. So M1 is all the cash checking
- 3:01accounts, traveler's checks, M2 would be savings accounts, money
- 3:06market funds and time deposits. This is only, this is only like
- 3:12the, the, the very liquid cash, like what we have in our bank
- 3:15accounts. It's being created for each one
- 3:18ounce of silver throughout the entire world that's being that's
- 3:23being created every year at A, at a $700 to one ounce of silver
- 3:29ratio. It is absolutely unbelievable.
- 3:32Now I want to show you another reason why we should be stunned
- 3:35by this. OK, absolutely stunned. 2
- 3:38examples. Stay with me.
- 3:40Here's a paper dollar. Everybody say hi to the Unicorn
- 3:44fart does here's a well, it's a Morgan.
- 3:47It's not quite an ounce of silver, but you get the point.
- 3:49If this was all the paper money in the world and this was all
- 3:54the silver, or we can even say precious metals in general, if
- 3:58this was all of it, making it very simple for us to
- 4:01understand, OK, that would mean if this was all that we all that
- 4:05existed, that would mean that this would be worth $1.00.
- 4:09I want you to think about this. If they print 600 more of these
- 4:14paper dollars, so now there's $600.00 over here, they can't
- 4:18print this ounce of silver. That would mean that this would
- 4:23be worth $600.00. And again, you can think of this
- 4:26as all the precious metals in the world.
- 4:28It's absolutely crazy. Now it gets even more astounding
- 4:34when instead of this, we use this same thing, right?
- 4:39No, wrong guys, it's our old friend.
- 4:43See at the top it says silver certificate from 1937.
- 4:51Where does it say 1937? Well, just trust me.
- 4:55There it is. You can see it right underneath
- 4:57the blue thing. It's $1.00 in silver payable to
- 5:03the bearer on demand. So if this was the good old
- 5:06days, right, and and this was still, we still had silver in
- 5:10our money, OK, for each one of these that they wanted to
- 5:15create, if they wanted to create 676 of these like they're doing
- 5:19right now for each one of these, OK, they couldn't do it.
- 5:23They would need to have 676 of these ounces of silver, OK?
- 5:30That would mean that they would need 676 times more of this to
- 5:35get 676 more of these, right. And again, you can think of that
- 5:39in terms of regular precious metals.
- 5:41It's no wonder, you know, the shootout at the OK Corral, the
- 5:46Tombstone, Arizona, that was all about silver in the in the Wild
- 5:50West early days of our country. So it's no wonder, right?
- 5:54Wells Fargo transporting stagecoaches bowl of silver
- 5:58across the country. The fact that they're creating
- 6:02almost 700 paper make believe dollars for each one ounce of
- 6:07silver, that I'm not saying that that means the price of silver
- 6:11right now should be 676, probably 677 by now, right?
- 6:17By the time you're maybe watching this as a replay, it
- 6:19could be 800. But what it does indicate to us
- 6:23in no uncertain terms is that the out of control money
- 6:27printing by our government, right will eventually be
- 6:31reflected in the value of the precious metals.
- 6:35This has happened right with gold, with silver hundreds of
- 6:40times throughout history, OK, where governments got out of
- 6:45control, printed money, took, took their money right off of
- 6:49the gold or silver standard, and every time it has ended in
- 6:53disaster. Every single time, Every single
- 6:56time there's a cage match and we're in the middle of a cage
- 6:59match right now. Buckle up, buttercup, OK,
- 7:02between paper money and precious metals, a fight, OK, in this
- 7:08corner, in this corner, cage match, boxing match, football
- 7:11game, whatever you want to call it, every time throughout
- 7:14history that's happened this one every single time, OK, over
- 7:20thousands of years, it is one. Every single time this has been
- 7:25around and has a perfect record for thousands of years this has
- 7:30been around the I'm using the wrong one.
- 7:35This paper right has only been around for really 50 years since
- 7:40it's not been backed by metal, OK?
- 7:42And all it's proven to us is that it's it's had an atrocious
- 7:46loss of value. This will win.
- 7:48I digress. Let's go check on the silver
- 7:55price over in China. Oh, you know China, they're
- 7:58stimulating like crazy, like nutso.
- 8:02OK, And we're going to talk more about that later, but let's just
- 8:05go compare right now in China what the silver price is, what
- 8:10it closed at last night because we need to remember.
- 8:14We need to remember something very interesting about the the
- 8:18silver price in China. There's our friend the Oriental
- 8:21Ghost and let's check out the Shanghai.
- 8:27And I emphasize the high because the high, the silver price is
- 8:31usually higher. Gold exchange, there is silver.
- 8:35Let's run out quickly and do a quick update and see the current
- 8:39silver price. OK, $32 here in the United
- 8:45States of America. Isn't it interesting?
- 8:48This is very interesting that on the this is Silver AG on the
- 8:53Shanghai Gold Exchange, silver is $34.67.
- 9:00If we round up that becomes $35. This is a physical market.
- 9:06Big difference between the $32 per oz silver price that we just
- 9:11looked at, which is the COMEX and the LBMA.
- 9:15It's levered up 100 to one, 200 to one.
- 9:18It's paper. It's make believe silver price.
- 9:21It's some people, some some people speculate or a lot more
- 9:26than speculate that that price is artificially low, that it's
- 9:29been tamped down, held down, and it's all paper anyway.
- 9:33It's paper, paper, paper make believe, Comex, LBMA, $32.
- 9:39When we go to the Shanghai Gold Exchange, what we're talking
- 9:43about is a physical market. You got to have real physical
- 9:49metal to trade in that market. And the real physical price in
- 9:53China is darn near, I would say probably 8%, nine percent
- 9:59higher. We're going to round up because
- 10:02it works in our favor in say, $35 per oz.
- 10:06On the Shanghai Futures Exchange, it's even more
- 10:09exaggerated, $34.86 per oz. There is going to be a day
- 10:18absolutely when the physical market for precious metals
- 10:22overwhelms the paper make believe comex market.
- 10:28It's never happened in our lifetime.
- 10:30So you and I right we're we're we're in this together, baby,
- 10:33we're in this together. I'm I'm I'm pleased to have you
- 10:36on this journey. I'm I'm flattered we're in this
- 10:40together in our lifetimes. We've never experienced the
- 10:45paper electronic market failing. We've never experienced, right,
- 10:51the, the, the physical market overtaking the paper market, but
- 10:55we're experiencing it right now, right?
- 10:59And don't forget, just because it's never happened in your
- 11:02lifetime doesn't mean that it's, and I'm saying this to myself,
- 11:06but I, but I, I think it's important for us together to
- 11:09remember this. Just because it's never happened
- 11:12in our lifetimes doesn't mean it's not going to happen.
- 11:15OK, I'll use an example of building a house on a 100 year
- 11:18flood plain. We I'm 54 years old.
- 11:21We could have built our house 54 years ago.
- 11:24And just because it's never flooded during my lifetime
- 11:28doesn't mean that it's never going to flood.
- 11:30It's going to flood. It may not flood for another 10
- 11:32years. May same thing with the paper
- 11:35manipulated COMEX LBMA price in the in the in the stocks are are
- 11:40the physical metal continues to move out of those markets.
- 11:45China, guys, China, I got a little insight for you.
- 11:50China is now bypassing to to some extent, right, the COMEX in
- 11:55the LBMA in buying silver do Rey bars or for their own refining
- 12:01directly from the miners. And from what I've heard, that
- 12:04includes a significant number of silver mine operators in Mexico
- 12:10that just happens to be the biggest silver producer in the
- 12:13world. It's happening.
- 12:14It's happening right before our very eyes.
- 12:17Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh, what's a big look?
- 12:23We're going to be really happy when just a little bit of the
- 12:30sheeple, right? I want to watch CNN when the
- 12:36sheeple wake up and join us. I know the sheep thing annoys me
- 12:40too. I apologize when the people wake
- 12:43up the sheeple and join us in the precious metals market.
- 12:46It's going to take a tiny amount to make a huge difference in the
- 12:53silver price and the gold price for that matter as well.
- 12:57But in particular, thank you Silver Sparky for that.
- 13:01I'm going to get on that right next.
- 13:03I'm going to talk about that. Thank you, Silver Sparky for the
- 13:05Super chat. A tiny amount, right.
- 13:09What you know Rick Rule talks about what we have 1/2 of 1% or
- 13:131% makes no, well, it doesn't make a difference, but whatever
- 13:16it is super low. Let's say 1% of the world's
- 13:20financial assets invested into precious metals.
- 13:23That has been as high as 5. Thank you.
- 13:26That has been as high as 5%, four percent.
- 13:30Even if we go to just 2% basement dwellers, that's a
- 13:34double of the amount of money in our sector.
- 13:37And that's nothing, right? OK, but now I got good news for
- 13:42you. Smile, smile.
- 13:44The Children's News Network actually has a very good article
- 13:50about gold. And it's, it brings up some
- 13:52crazy important points. But the real important point
- 13:56here is that they're feeding this to the sheeple, to the
- 14:01people who are. And I'm not putting those people
- 14:02down. Great for them that they like to
- 14:04watch, you know, whatever. They don't want to dig in like
- 14:07you do and I do, but they're feeding them.
- 14:09Let's get into it because there's some really great points
- 14:12in this article. And I, I'm, I have to admit, I'm
- 14:15shocked. This comes from CNN.
- 14:18CNN Business Gold hitting new records again.
- 14:21Here's what it means for the economy.
- 14:23Oh, and guess what guys, there's an extra bonus at the end of
- 14:27this article. They you're not going to believe
- 14:29what they talk about. It starts with the letter S.
- 14:33It has AV in the middle and an R at the end.
- 14:40I won't read everything because this is, again, you know,
- 14:42mainstream media 2024 Monster gold rally is picking up steam.
- 14:48Gold, traditionally perceived as a haven, has climbed 30% this
- 14:53year, outperforming the benchmark S&P 500 indexes 20%
- 14:58gain. So gold, that useless pet rock
- 15:02that only the United States government holds because of
- 15:05quote UN quote tradition is beating the S&P 500.
- 15:09So some of these sheeple are scratching their fur right now
- 15:12thinking, oh, that's interesting, OK.
- 15:15But some investors say the rally in the yellow metal also
- 15:19suggests that markets are still on edge about the US economy's
- 15:23health. We got API think it was PCE
- 15:27inflation data this morning. That was the big news item that
- 15:31came out. Let me let me look you in the
- 15:32eye, basement dwellers. Inflation and it held steady or
- 15:37was down. Well, no joke.
- 15:39You know what? Because when the economy crashes
- 15:41like it likely is right now, all right, you want to know the
- 15:45reason why the inflation rates down?
- 15:47Because the economy is crashing. Because the economy is slowing
- 15:50down. Because middle America is out of
- 15:53money. Because lower middle America is
- 15:57even in worse shape. Go talk to somebody who works at
- 16:00one of those $1.25 stores, right?
- 16:03They'll tell you people don't have money.
- 16:06Things are slowing down. Back to our article, fresh
- 16:14consumer confidence data on Tuesday indicated that Americans
- 16:18are feeling pessimistic about the US economy and the future of
- 16:22the job market. This is interesting a quote.
- 16:26There is a nagging concern on the part of investors that
- 16:30perhaps this 50 basis point rate cut that Gomer Powell did last
- 16:35week is a crisis cut and that there's more weakness in the US
- 16:41economy than can be seen right now.
- 16:43Christina Hooper, chief global market strategist at Invesco.
- 16:49The economy, right? Why else?
- 16:51Guys, where we know this, We we know this, this makes sense to
- 16:56us. the Fed doesn't cut rates if the economy is doing great. the
- 17:01Fed only cuts rates and only does a massive cut.
- 17:05Like they did a half a percentage point cut.
- 17:07If they're freaked out and worried about something, hello.
- 17:11You know, it's like if you're married and your spouse isn't
- 17:15coming home from work six nights a week until 11:00, so you might
- 17:20be a little suspicious about what's going on.
- 17:22Get my drift? OK, that uncertainty could be a
- 17:25boon for gold. JP Morgan Chase researchers said
- 17:31in a note on Monday that they they expect the yellow metals to
- 17:34continue running toward the 2025 target of $2850.00 an ounce,
- 17:39which is low as the Fed brings down rates.
- 17:43The FED's rate cutting campaign is also increasing the allure of
- 17:48gold over Treasuries. This is huge.
- 17:51This is actually a pretty darn good article.
- 17:53Hey, thank you, Don. Thank you, my friend.
- 17:56Put you up there and I'll get the other one up later.
- 17:59Guys, this is a big deal. What they just said right there.
- 18:02Gold is becoming attractive relative to Treasuries.
- 18:09Remember what we just talked about earlier, right?
- 18:12Just a little trickle, a little bitty trickle, a little wave.
- 18:16I'm trying to think of a good analogy.
- 18:18It just takes a tiny amount to make a huge impact on the silver
- 18:23price and the gold mining stocks for that matter as well.
- 18:27Gold's a little bit of a different story and it's
- 18:29actually performed very well. But the price of silver and the
- 18:32silver mining stocks and the gold mining stocks, they got so
- 18:35much room to run. And the reason why a little bit
- 18:38of money and, and this is critical to understand is
- 18:41because the markets are so small.
- 18:44I think the entire market cap of the silver mining industry is
- 18:47like $20 billion. The entire world output of
- 18:52silver, OK, 1 billion oz per year, that's about what $32
- 18:58billion worth of silver. That's like a, that's like a,
- 19:02that's like a, a, a piece of dust on my shoulder compared to
- 19:05the market cap of Apple or, or, or the S&P 500.
- 19:09It's just going to take a little bit money coming out of
- 19:12treasuries, even the children's news network.
- 19:16They're probably not putting it together like you are, but it's
- 19:19a big, big deal. What about we talked about this
- 19:23yesterday. It's astounding.
- 19:25Like if 1% of Apple computers, Apple, Apple, right, Apple,
- 19:31Apple's not Anyway, I digress. 1% of Apple computers market cap
- 19:36were to were to flow into the silver market.
- 19:39They could buy the entire year's production of silver.
- 19:43The the key take away here is that these the silver market,
- 19:47the precious metals mining stack market are so small that when
- 19:51the sheeple do wake up when the investment, the the
- 19:55institutional money investors do wake up when the stock market
- 19:59starts to underperform, which is kind of sort of you know, it's
- 20:03it's going to happen. It's in a bubble.
- 20:04You're going to have money from the treasury market, you're
- 20:06going to have money from the debt market, you're going to
- 20:08have money from the stock market looking for a home and what's
- 20:11the safest home on earth? Precious metals.
- 20:14Hold on, guys, it's going to be super, super interesting.
- 20:20But don't forget CNN unbelievably talked about silver
- 20:25as well. OK, There's really at this stage
- 20:30no way to think about gold other than positively.
- 20:34I like highlighted the positively, said Will Reind,
- 20:38chief executive of Granite Shares.
- 20:40Here comes silver. Silver, this is CNN, CNN, not
- 20:44CNBC, which would be good, Yahoo Finance or Reuters.
- 20:48This is CNN, the children's news network talking about.
- 20:54And I'm not putting the, you know, I'm just joking around.
- 20:56Please don't take that personally.
- 20:57I watch CNN. Wonderful station.
- 21:00Silver, another precious metal. Silver, another precious metal
- 21:04that tends to move in tandem with gold, has jumped roughly
- 21:0834% this year, outperforming the yellow metal in green.
- 21:13It says silver is also a crucial material for clean energy
- 21:16transition. They're educating the public.
- 21:20We love it. City strategist wrote in a
- 21:24report last week that they expect solar and electric
- 21:26vehicle driven demand in China along with the feds rate cuts to
- 21:31help boost the silver price. And then it talks about this
- 21:34massive stimulus program in China.
- 21:36We're going to talk about that more lately.
- 21:38So what I want you to visualize right now, OK, you are a lone
- 21:43wolf. You are, are you a silver
- 21:44investor? Are you a gold investor?
- 21:46Are you a precious metal mining stock investor?
- 21:50You are a lone wolf. Imagine, imagine you are a
- 21:54rebel. Imagine the big herd of sheep,
- 21:57OK, And me and you, we are black sheep.
- 22:01The herds over there, you and I and this other basement
- 22:05dwellers. We got 600 basement dwellers
- 22:07with us here this morning, right?
- 22:09All 600 of us. It's a herd of 10 million and
- 22:12there's 650 now of us. We're off to the side.
- 22:17We're over in the gold and silver camp.
- 22:18We're the black sheep, the herd, those other 6,000,000 right, who
- 22:22are just busy eating grass, not thinking about anything,
- 22:25watching TV, whatever they're doing.
- 22:28They are just now they're they're reading that they're
- 22:30starting to wake up again, right when 600 of that her joins us.
- 22:35That's twice the amount of money right and new money, new money
- 22:40coming into the precious metals. A tiny, I mean itsy bitsy, teeny
- 22:45weeny tiny amount of money will have a major.
- 22:48You're going to be so happy I don't make any financial
- 22:52decisions. I'm not a financial advisor.
- 22:54I'm just telling you what I see happening.
- 22:58Does that make sense to you? Does this make sense?
- 23:01OK, let's talk about what's going on in the because when the
- 23:05mining stocks really take off, it's not just going to be a good
- 23:09time for the precious metal mining stocks.
- 23:11It's going to be a good time for the metals as well because it'll
- 23:15bring an overall new level of awareness to the sector.
- 23:19Wait till you check this out because we are likely are on the
- 23:22verge right now. We're going to look at this
- 23:25first, this tweet from Lance Lewis looking at the GDX.
- 23:29The GDX is the ETF that tracks the big gold mining companies.
- 23:34It's at a new multi year high. Do you see this?
- 23:39OK, all right. Now what's even more interesting
- 23:43is if we go to this tweet from Oliver Grob.
- 23:46OK. All right, thank you.
- 23:51OK, guys, we got the 200 thumbs up.
- 23:53I'm going to ring the bell. That's what those sheeple are
- 24:02hearing right now. And remember, we don't want all
- 24:05of them to show up. We only have room for about 1000
- 24:08people here in the basement. Let's see if we can get there
- 24:10today. This is another view of the GDX,
- 24:14but wait till you see this. All right, look over on the
- 24:17right, OK? You can see it breaking out.
- 24:20This is back in 2011. We're still far from that, but
- 24:24it is a multi year breakout. I want to draw a couple lines on
- 24:28this chart for you to to to just show you how important this is.
- 24:33And again, this will be a big, big deal for the physical metals
- 24:39as well. So we're about ready to break
- 24:41out above that level and from there it could be a big move.
- 24:45But what's even more important, basement dwellers, is this OK?
- 24:51One of the most followed, one of the most respective chart
- 24:54patterns is called the head and shoulders pattern.
- 24:57It looks like this shoulder, head, shoulder, and then the
- 25:05price goes down, down, down, OK. It's a sign that a stock, a
- 25:10commodity, anything could be going down.
- 25:12And this is what they call the neckline.
- 25:15OK, There's another one called the inverse head and shoulders.
- 25:19It's the same thing. And I see that on this chart for
- 25:23the GDX. Let me change colors here.
- 25:27I think we'll go with green and OK, here's is the upside down
- 25:36inverse head and shoulders. Do you see this?
- 25:39Help me out here. I need your help.
- 25:40But what I see is the shoulder. This is like a person standing
- 25:45on their head, a head and a shoulder, which would mean the
- 25:51price goes up and up and up. There's a head and shoulders and
- 25:55there's the inverse head and shoulders.
- 25:57I think the future is looking very positive for the precious
- 26:03mouth. Thank you, John super chat.
- 26:05Wow, you guys are being super generous today.
- 26:07I appreciate that. The future is looking very
- 26:09bright for the mining stocks. Those are the big mining stocks.
- 26:13Oh my gosh, if you look at the mid size companies, they've done
- 26:16pretty well. But if you go down the food
- 26:18chain, OK, and you go down to the development and exploration
- 26:22stage companies, it it's unbelievable within the within
- 26:27the development stage and the exploration stage companies,
- 26:31just the value. I mean, look, I'm not giving
- 26:35financial advice, but it's unbelievable what you can get
- 26:39for your dollar. I want to, I want to draw some
- 26:42attention to that. There's a special sponsor for
- 26:44today's video. This will be just a few minutes.
- 26:46I want to talk to you about a company called West Mining.
- 26:53They are a gold, they're one of these gold exploration
- 26:56companies, OK, here's their website, Westmining their
- 27:01exploration. They're advancing multi million
- 27:03ounce copper and gold projects in Canada, in British Columbia
- 27:09and they already have a resource of of gold in the ground.
- 27:13I'm going to talk to you about that in a second.
- 27:15But right now, the first thing I'm going to draw your attention
- 27:18to is that this company offers a really interesting value
- 27:23proposition. There's a big disconnect between
- 27:27the market cap, the value that the market puts on this company
- 27:30and the underlying assets that they have.
- 27:33Here's a slide that shows their balance sheet.
- 27:37OK, Now this is from April of April 30th of 2024 and this is
- 27:44in Canadian dollars, OK? Their total assets as you can
- 27:48see circled in red were about 8.6 million Canadian.
- 27:53Their total debt was only 322,000 Canadian.
- 27:57That means their book value, right, which is the value of
- 28:01their assets on their books less the debt, all right, came in at
- 28:05about $8.3 million Canadian. That's kind of like a person's
- 28:09net worth. You can think about it that way,
- 28:11like the value of all your assets that you own, your house,
- 28:14your car, whatever less whatever debt you have, that's your your
- 28:17net worth. Some people also call this net
- 28:20tangible assets, but nonetheless this company has a good number
- 28:25of assets and very little debt. Now, if you convert those
- 28:28numbers into U.S. dollars, OK, you've got total assets of about
- 28:346.4 million. You have debt of only 240
- 28:38thousand U.S. dollars and you come to a book value or net
- 28:43tangible assets or or net equity in the company of $6.1 million
- 28:51right in this. These assets are mostly made-up
- 28:53of their their exploration, their their properties that they
- 28:56own. Now where it gets even a little
- 29:00more interesting, I'm going to show you how I like to analyze
- 29:03companies is if you go out and check their market cap of the
- 29:09company. So this was as of the market
- 29:11closed yesterday, the stock was trading around 18 cents.
- 29:15Remember we're now we're talking U.S. dollars.
- 29:18This company has a book value of about 6,000,000 U.S. dollars and
- 29:24at 18 cents US, their market cap was only $3,000,000.
- 29:30So what that means right, based on the book value and what what
- 29:33they're what they have on their balance sheet is that the stock
- 29:37is trading at an almost 50% discount to the underlying
- 29:40assets. In theory, if this company were
- 29:45to cease operations, right? And if they sold those assets
- 29:48for the amount that they have them on their books, right, they
- 29:51would have about 6,000,000 U.S. dollars.
- 29:55That would effectively again, almost double the price of the
- 30:00stock. But, but, but you know, it's
- 30:03important to remember, right, that the, we're, we're looking
- 30:06at data that was from April 30th of 2024.
- 30:10And we're looking at a company that also has, like I said, you
- 30:13know, part of that six million U.S. dollars in assets is
- 30:16represented by real property, real gold that's in the ground
- 30:21in Canada. And that's what I want to talk
- 30:22about next are their properties because we pull up a a slide for
- 30:29you. They have three properties OK
- 30:32that are located in Canada. OK.
- 30:35Their first two properties, Spanish Mountain West and Junker
- 30:38properties are gold and copper oriented properties, but their
- 30:43flagship property is called the Keena project that's located
- 30:47near Nelson, British Columbia. It also has three adjoining
- 30:51properties, Keena Daylight Athabasca, which combined have
- 30:55an estimated resource of over 3,000,000 ounces of gold OK and
- 31:01all categories. So that's if you include the
- 31:04inferred category and the indicate indicated category,
- 31:08they have over 3,000,000 ounces of gold in the ground.
- 31:11Now theoretically at a $3,000,000 market cap like we
- 31:16saw they closed at yesterday, that would mean about in a
- 31:20dollar per ounce of gold in the ground.
- 31:24Now there's a lot that has to go on to get A to get that gold out
- 31:27of the ground, right? A lot of risk mining stocks,
- 31:31exploration stocks are risky, right?
- 31:33There's no guarantees anything like that.
- 31:35But at this point, based on that resource, that's kind of the
- 31:38number that we're looking at about a dollar per oz for gold
- 31:43in the ground. Again, that's in all categories,
- 31:46both the indicated and inferred. OK.
- 31:51The Kena projects very interesting, you know they've
- 31:55got that that 3 million oz project in the ground, but the
- 31:59exploration potential is there as well, OK, It's strategically
- 32:04located in an area, OK, that has that has been known for gold
- 32:10production, OK, it's called the golden arc now again, right.
- 32:15Something else that I find very interesting about this company
- 32:19is that this is gold in the ground in Canada.
- 32:24Canada is one of the most favorable mining jurisdictions
- 32:27in the world. OK.
- 32:30So as we look at this and we and we look at this company, it's
- 32:33very interesting gold in the ground in Canada.
- 32:36But they're also located near a lot of the infrastructure, you
- 32:40know, roads, power, water that that that are necessary to
- 32:44potentially eventually build a mine.
- 32:47Some of these projects are like way the heck up in the middle of
- 32:51nowhere. You got to fly helicopters and
- 32:53float planes to get to them. This one's located, this Kena
- 32:56project is located near a big town.
- 32:59And that's something that something that that that we
- 33:02definitely want to keep in mind. Here's a chart just to give you
- 33:06an example of where they stack up against some of the other big
- 33:10biggest gold resources in Canada.
- 33:12Here's W mining highlighted in yellow.
- 33:15OK, there's the the dollar per oz there to dollar per oz there,
- 33:193.3 million market cap and this is their 3.3 million ounces of
- 33:26gold that they have. Again, when you consider all the
- 33:29categories, it's a very interesting company, one that
- 33:33I'm checking out, one that you might want to check out as well.
- 33:36Again, I'm not offering financial advice.
- 33:39I'm not a financial planner, but I do like to point out, and I do
- 33:42like to point out as well that thanks to sponsors like
- 33:45Westmining, I'm able to do live streams like this.
- 33:51Something else we want to remember as we look at these
- 33:54junior at the whole sector, the whole junior exploration and
- 33:58development stage companies within the gold mining arena is
- 34:04that guys, the big mining companies, the barracks, the
- 34:07Newmont, the big gold mining companies, even the mid tier
- 34:11companies, they have not invested in their pipeline.
- 34:14Their their, their ability to continue to grow.
- 34:17Mining is a depletion business, meaning that every time a big
- 34:21mining company pulls an ounce of gold out of the ground, they
- 34:25need to find a way to replace that if they want to continue
- 34:27operating in the future. These big mining companies over
- 34:32the last 10 years were more focused on shoring up their
- 34:34balance sheet and they really as a whole have not invested in
- 34:38exploration and development. That could mean that companies
- 34:42within this exploration and development sector, companies
- 34:45like Westmining and other companies that are involved in
- 34:48that could be there to fill the bill when the big companies get
- 34:51to a point where they're either going to go out and explore on
- 34:54their own, which is very expensive, or replace the Oz.
- 34:58So thank you to Westmining for sponsoring this live stream.
- 35:02If you want to learn more about the company, I'll put a link to
- 35:05their website in the description below.
- 35:08Now let's get back to the, to the to, to, to the subject at
- 35:13hand, guys. Silver and copper, we're hearing
- 35:18more and more about this and it's absolutely true.
- 35:22Over the last couple months, the silver price has been following
- 35:26closely. Copper is silver set to explode?
- 35:29And one reason that it could is right now, and we're not hearing
- 35:33a lot about this on the mainstream media, but China is
- 35:37going absolute bonkers, full throttle.
- 35:41They're like, they're like what Jerome Powell and the Federal
- 35:44Reserve did during the great financial crisis.
- 35:46They are stimulating the Chinese economy like nothing.
- 35:50And there is no other factor. Why is that important, you might
- 35:53be asking? Because China is a big, massive
- 35:58source of demand for copper, but also silver, OK, it's a big deal
- 36:06and something that we need to keep an eye on.
- 36:08Now also, guess what happened yesterday?
- 36:14We had an absolute barrage of Fed speakers.
- 36:18And I want to point out that really had very little impact on
- 36:22the precious metals markets. the Fed is beginning to loot to lose
- 36:27their power over the precious metals markets.
- 36:30There were like 25 Fed speakers yesterday, a bit of an
- 36:34exaggeration, but I mean there were like six or seven Fed
- 36:37speakers yesterday and they didn't really impact the
- 36:42precious metals market. What is right?
- 36:45And then what's the reason why? The reason why is the US debt
- 36:48clock. The reason why is, is BRICS
- 36:51right? Oh my gosh, we got crazy.
- 36:54I have a crazy news story to share with you about the BRICS
- 36:57summit coming up in Russia at the end of October.
- 37:02But the Fed is losing its ability to control the world
- 37:06economy and the world economy. This is important.
- 37:11The world economy is now impacting the precious metals
- 37:15markets. The precious metals markets are
- 37:18worldwide, baby. And guess what?
- 37:22Right now they're putting boots on the warehouse floor.
- 37:25Feathers are flying. We are, we are living through
- 37:29probably one of the greatest periods of time when it comes to
- 37:33change, right? And and, and, and one of the
- 37:36greatest periods of time that we could live through as being
- 37:40precious metals investors. But it's not just China.
- 37:46Guess guess who comes next? And I'll tell you why, right?
- 37:50It's not just China. China is blowing out the
- 37:53bazooka, you know, money printing stimulus, whatever you
- 37:57want to call it. But it's not just China.
- 37:59The whole world, right, is going to be next, right?
- 38:04The United States, Japan, all of Europe, it's we're going to be
- 38:10next. The world has $300 trillion in
- 38:14debt. It there's no other way there
- 38:18guys. There is no other way.
- 38:20And remember the example that we talked about earlier, right?
- 38:24This versus this, They can print this wrong one, they can print
- 38:29this paper money into oblivion. Imagine this, this $1.00
- 38:36suddenly going to 50 a hundred, right?
- 38:39They can't print this. We are in for such an
- 38:44interesting time in the next 5 to 10 years.
- 38:48It is going to be just unbelievably astounding.
- 38:55Do you think we're going to hear about a gold backed currency
- 38:59from the BRICS summit in Russia at the end of October?
- 39:03I'm diving into this very deeply and I'll share with you that I
- 39:08believe the odds of that occurring continue to increase.
- 39:13What do we know, right? What do we know that's going on
- 39:16right now? What are the reasons that might
- 39:18indicate to us that this is going on right now?
- 39:20Two big things are happening. Number one is you've heard about
- 39:256450 times at this point from me and everybody else, the world
- 39:29central banks are buying gold, The bricks central banks are
- 39:35buying massive amounts of gold. OK, We get news that like Iran
- 39:40bought our Iran sold missiles to our Russia sold missiles.
- 39:45I don't know. They're they're they're using
- 39:47gold to to buy things amongst each other.
- 39:50OK, that's number one. OK, that the the central banks
- 39:54are buying the gold, but #2 is that we also know in no
- 39:58uncertain terms that all these countries are de dollarizing.
- 40:03OK. And we got news from like the
- 40:05government, whatever that was, foreign affairs saying it's a
- 40:08threat to the United States interest around the world.
- 40:10It's a threat that they're not going to use our dollar because
- 40:13what we know is these countries are setting up trade
- 40:16arrangements that don't include the US dollar.
- 40:20The next logical step in this process will be a trade
- 40:25settlement. First a trade settlement
- 40:27currency that they're saying could be backed 40% by gold and
- 40:31then on top of that, the remaining 60% will be backed by
- 40:36those countries currencies, but it'll be required that they're
- 40:39also backed by some real assets. It is going to be absolutely
- 40:43crazy, but it gets it gets even more interesting.
- 40:50This is the world we're living in.
- 40:51I mean, I I can't even believe that that that we're going to be
- 40:55able to report this, but let's go up here and take a look.
- 41:01Uh oh, I forgot to pull it up. Oh boy, hold on here, guys.
- 41:05I'm going to let you look at me while I pull up this article
- 41:10that I just I was shocked when I read this.
- 41:14Here we go. All right, it's loading up.
- 41:18I can say hello to you. Thank you guys again for being
- 41:21here. This is bricks 300 300.
- 41:27All right, Hopefully you guys could hear Susie there.
- 41:28We got 300 thumbs up. I will ring the gong at the end
- 41:31of the show. But wait, wait till you read
- 41:34this one. I'm going to have to click
- 41:36through some get rid of some ads here.
- 41:42The Taliban wants to join the bricks, seeks invitation to
- 41:47Russia's upcoming summit. Wow.
- 41:51OK, one of the massive drivers for the silver price and gold
- 41:56price is geopolitical uncertainty.
- 41:58When one of our when one of our biggest enemies, the bricks.
- 42:03OK, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa.
- 42:09OK, we're not really necessarily enemies with them, but but what
- 42:14about Iran? OK, we know that that the
- 42:17biggest driver of silver and gold over over the Millennium
- 42:23guys, is geopolitical is uncertainty.
- 42:26Geopolitical uncertainty because gold is the universal store of
- 42:29wealth. It's the way it's an insurance
- 42:31policy. Everyone say it.
- 42:32Now we get news that the Taliban is wanting to join bricks.
- 42:37It doesn't get any any more severe than this.
- 42:42OK, OK here. Despite not being formally
- 42:47recognized by any country, the Taliban government of
- 42:50Afghanistan is now seeking to join the BRICS Economic Forum.
- 42:55OK Countries with major resources and the world's
- 42:59biggest economies are associated with the BRICS forum.
- 43:04The world's biggest economies and major resources, especially
- 43:08Russia, India and China, the Taliban government deputy
- 43:11spokesman Abdullah Philrat said. Currently we have good economic
- 43:17ties and commercial exchanges with them.
- 43:20We are keen to expand our relations and participate in the
- 43:25Economic Forum of the bricks. The world is bifurcating guys
- 43:31that that is a scary picture right there.
- 43:34Those guys all have guns anyway. The Taliban government has not
- 43:41for has not been formally recognized.
- 43:43China, Russia have come close given they both have hosted
- 43:47delegations in the past. So this is just indicative to us
- 43:51how much change is going on in our world right now that look,
- 43:57look, it's the West versus the East, OK?
- 44:01It's it's, it's the dollar versus gold.
- 44:07There's no other way to sum it up at this point, OK?
- 44:10They're independent fights, no doubt about it.
- 44:13But it's the West versus the East.
- 44:15And you've got this bricks organization.
- 44:17Let's not forget, all right, China, India, 1.4 billion people
- 44:23each. Brazil, OK, Iran, it's
- 44:30unbelievable. South Africa, I mean, it's
- 44:33unbelievable what is going on right now.
- 44:37The world is truly splitting in two.
- 44:40There's no other way to describe it.
- 44:42And the world is, is feels like help me out here.
- 44:47Look, I don't I, but it feels like the world is also making a
- 44:51decision between between the dollar and gold.
- 44:56And then when we look at the dollar, I mean, why did they do
- 44:59this to us? I'm I'm going to tear up.
- 45:02Why did they do this to us? I was born in 1970.
- 45:05We were on the gold standard. Everything was great.
- 45:08And why did they do this to us? Why did they they just go into
- 45:12this this this Fiat paper make believe money system that is now
- 45:18dug the United States and not just the United States guys,
- 45:21it's all the Western countries, Japan, which is what like the
- 45:25third biggest economy in the world?
- 45:26I mean, we are in, we are in. Think about, think of it like
- 45:32this, the gold that the United States supposedly, and we'll
- 45:37just go with it that it's there, although we're not allowed to
- 45:40see it, but the 8000 metric tons that we have, those are like the
- 45:44family jewels, OK, But the United States as a whole, and I
- 45:49love this country. Don't forget, OK, I bought a
- 45:52self waving American flag. I think I got another one right
- 45:56up there. I love this country.
- 45:58Gold, our gold, our silver 2. Those are the family jewels.
- 46:03But the reality is we got a big family emergency on our hand
- 46:09right now, OK? We got big problems to confront
- 46:13and deal with at a time. Think about, I mean, think about
- 46:17the this, the financial situation that we're in right
- 46:20now. Can I still pull it up?
- 46:21I got to pull it up. I'm sorry.
- 46:23That's becoming a regular, making a regular appearance on
- 46:26our show. Look at this, OK, $35 trillion,
- 46:32four, 100 billion, a billion dollars in interest expense.
- 46:37I want, does this make sense? Because this interest expense
- 46:43that we're paying a trillion dollars a year, OK, that's
- 46:48coming out of your pocket. That's coming out of my pocket.
- 46:51It's coming out of our tax money.
- 46:53Guess what we get in return for that?
- 46:55Nothing that goes right to bondholders, okay, unless you
- 47:00own a bunch of U.S. Treasury bonds, whatever, but
- 47:02essentially that is going nowhere.
- 47:05You know where that goes. That goes right here into the US
- 47:09federal to the budget deficit. That makes the deficit bigger by
- 47:13a trillion dollars, which then makes the US national debt
- 47:17bigger by a trillion dollars, which then makes the interest
- 47:20expense bigger in the coming years, OK, which then makes the
- 47:25deficit get bigger, bigger, bigger, which makes the debt get
- 47:29bigger. It's a debt spiral and it does
- 47:32not end well. It does not end well for our
- 47:37country, right? It could end well.
- 47:39It could end well for you if you own silver and gold.
- 47:43Remember, we are in a final match between the dollar and
- 47:48gold and silver. There's really no other way to
- 47:50talk about it. All right, guys, let me ring the
- 47:52gong. Hey, basement dwellers.
- 47:54Thank you for being here, right? Thank you for all the.
- 47:56I forgot to pull up one of the Super chats.
- 47:58I think it was the first one. I'll pull them up here.
- 48:00We got our friend Silver Sparky ratio of physical silver versus
- 48:06mining companies. So, yeah, this physical silver,
- 48:11gold is silver is being mined right now at a 7 to one ratio is
- 48:17the latest number that I heard another unbelievable
- 48:22flabbergasting demonstration of just how undervalued silver is.
- 48:28Even if you figure a 12:50 ratio, meaning for each ounce of
- 48:32gold that's being mined right now, right as we speak, right,
- 48:36People are putting in massive amounts of energy to dig this
- 48:41stuff up, OK? Massive, massive amounts.
- 48:45OK, for each ten of these, there's there's one ounce of
- 48:50gold or for each one ounce of gold, there's only ten of these
- 48:53in theory. And on top of that, what makes
- 48:56it even more startling and rattling is the fact that that
- 49:02for the ten of these that are, that are being created for each
- 49:05one ounce of gold, most of them are being consumed, likely to
- 49:11never be seen again for decades. Of the ten of these that are
- 49:14being that are being mined right now, what is it?
- 49:172 of them are going to go to the solar panel industry.
- 49:20And guess what? They're gone for 20 years.
- 49:24They're they're sitting in those solar panels.
- 49:26Next time you drive down the road and man, tomorrow,
- 49:30unbelievable. There's a unbelievable, and I
- 49:34might believe it was my friend Mark sent me this unbelievable
- 49:38solar project. Not in China, not in India.
- 49:41We know they're already doing them.
- 49:43No, this one's in Australia and it's going to blow you away.
- 49:46But for each ten of these that are being mined every year, for
- 49:50each one ounce of gold, two of them alone are going into solar
- 49:53panels and they're gone for 20 years.
- 49:55Think about it. Pretty soon, right, one or two
- 49:58of them are going to be getting eaten up by Samsung.
- 50:01Yeah, because they've got this new solid-state battery that's
- 50:04like a zillion times better than what they're doing now for
- 50:07electric cars. Oh, and by the way, those
- 50:09solid-state batteries, right, They'll probably actually have
- 50:13those, maybe at houses as well. It's unbelievable what's going
- 50:18on. Thank you, Silver Sparky.
- 50:20Thank you Dan W Thank you my friend, and thank you again,
- 50:26John Goldsworthy. Hey guys, I want to mention
- 50:29channel sponsor. We need to do an update.
