- 0:05Speaker 1: Air on Air with a Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:09Speaker 2: I like the time a year we're in one of
- 0:11Speaker 2: two point seven because I am.
- 0:13Speaker 3: I like it when we get to talk about the
- 0:15Speaker 3: weather being just sunshine and eighty's that's the sweet spot,
- 0:19Speaker 3: that's the.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Lane that we say.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Nice.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Spring is pretty great.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Right, you got a nice fresh morning, but not cold,
- 0:27Speaker 3: not that chill, and then you get that nice hmm Right,
- 0:31Speaker 3: it's time to break out the sleeveless war.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Oh yeah, very excited.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Do you know what I was thinking about this morning
- 0:37Speaker 1: when I was driving in Can I guess?
- 0:39Speaker 4: Can?
- 0:39Speaker 1: I just You're never gonna guess, You're never gonna.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Go Well, if sleeveless wear inspired what you're about to say,
- 0:44Speaker 3: did it? Is there any connective tissue to that spring?
- 0:47Speaker 3: Not sleeveless, but yes, spring, so the seasonal? Sure, you're
- 0:51Speaker 3: going to make a prediction about what's going to happen
- 0:52Speaker 3: to me in the spring. No, that's what I thought
- 0:56Speaker 3: you were gonna do.
- 0:57Speaker 1: No, okay, go, I was thinking about how crazy it
- 1:01Speaker 1: is that like Harry Styles is going to go look
- 1:04Speaker 1: at wedding venues.
- 1:05Speaker 3: See, that's so funny. Because I was not thinking about
- 1:08Speaker 3: any of that on the way in. I was thinking
- 1:09Speaker 3: about what a great morning it's going to be. Actually,
- 1:11Speaker 3: was thinking about the definition of karma, which we'll talk about.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I was, yeah, that's why we're all here, because we
- 1:19Speaker 3: all have different trains of foes. Yeah.
- 1:22Speaker 1: I was thinking about his bachelor party and just like
- 1:24Speaker 1: how he's going to do all these wedding things, and
- 1:26Speaker 1: I was like, this is so crazy.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Our contributions are diverse. No, I don't think he will.
- 1:30Speaker 3: My prediction is that he doesn't do a traditional bachelor party.
- 1:33Speaker 1: It's why or traditional wedding. It's just going to you
- 1:36Speaker 1: don't think so.
- 1:38Speaker 3: No, I don't think he's very I mean, look, I
- 1:40Speaker 3: think he's not going to do a traditional wedding.
- 1:43Speaker 1: No, Okay, we shall see.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yeah, so what happened. He's engaged, he got it? Did
- 1:47Speaker 2: he get away?
- 1:48Speaker 5: Like we all kind of there were so many pictures
- 1:50Speaker 5: and ers and then but now that People Magazine and
- 1:52Speaker 5: like other outlets have like.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Confirmed it, because neither one of them has said it,
- 1:57Speaker 1: but they're sounding like a close friend of the circle.
- 2:00Speaker 1: That's a right.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Big deal because he's a heart throb to me.
- 2:03Speaker 1: I know people are taking like three to five business
- 2:05Speaker 1: days to process.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Who are these people?
- 2:08Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 2:09Speaker 3: Not not people that are going to work here. No, no,
- 2:13Speaker 3: we can't take three to five days.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Yeah. So Lenny Kravitz would be your father.
- 2:17Speaker 1: And now that's that's the headline.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's worth it.
- 2:22Speaker 2: That's so cool. Yeah.
- 2:24Speaker 3: I mean so if you think about his marketing heat
- 2:27Speaker 3: being a heart throb, taking him off the market, I
- 2:31Speaker 3: would think, oh, well, does that wane a little bit
- 2:33Speaker 3: his heart throb in this well no, because then his
- 2:35Speaker 3: father in laws any Kravitz, which kicks him up two steps.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Cool.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Yeah, but I also think, like you're real, like his
- 2:40Speaker 1: real fans just want him to be happy, and if
- 2:42Speaker 1: this is what makes him happy, then you know, yeah
- 2:46Speaker 1: I do.
- 2:47Speaker 2: But this is not what I thought about this morning.
- 2:48Speaker 3: I was just trying to get to like seven o'clock,
- 2:51Speaker 3: speaking of which before long, which is like a minute out.
- 2:55Speaker 3: I'm gonna pay the first bill, then seven ten, eight, ten, nine, ten,
- 2:57Speaker 3: all morning, and then tomorrow all day. It's kiss rental.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I just might Yeah, you know, you could eat this
- 3:04Speaker 3: every day and it's gonna help. And I think I
- 3:06Speaker 3: understand why. I'll tell you what this is. It's gonna
- 3:08Speaker 3: help you get in shape faster. It's a bit boring,
- 3:12Speaker 3: and that's part of why it's gonna work. So we'll
- 3:15Speaker 3: get into that. If you're headed to the gym just
- 3:16Speaker 3: thinking about this this morning, why not try and increase
- 3:19Speaker 3: if you're putting in the time to do it, because
- 3:22Speaker 3: it's it's it's frequency and repetition really that gets you
- 3:26Speaker 3: results in anything. I mean, success is equal to repetition
- 3:29Speaker 3: and frequency of that repetition. Yeah, in anything anyway, sisany sure,
- 3:34Speaker 3: it was great to see you and the.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Family this week.
- 3:36Speaker 3: She came to American idlel on Monday night and then
- 3:38Speaker 3: you took the kids out to sushi afterwards at eight o'clock.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I don't know if.
- 3:41Speaker 1: We were hungry.
- 3:42Speaker 5: We had to be on set at like four thirty,
- 3:43Speaker 5: and then we were You had trapped three.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Two miniature people sitting at a four top in a
- 3:48Speaker 3: sushi restaurant and they were really well behaved and they're
- 3:51Speaker 3: not that old, I know.
- 3:52Speaker 5: And they sent you a video. They were so grateful.
- 3:55Speaker 5: They had so much fun. You took such good care
- 3:57Speaker 5: of us, So thank you.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Well, you're welcome. And Max, your son was asking me
- 4:02Speaker 3: a lot of care. He's very curious Michael Junior. He
- 4:04Speaker 3: was like, what is this? He goes, Ryan, what are
- 4:07Speaker 3: you wearing tonight for the show?
- 4:09Speaker 2: Now, I want to see what you were wearing.
- 4:10Speaker 5: Tonight for the show, right, because you were getting your
- 4:12Speaker 5: hair done when we walked into your trailer.
- 4:14Speaker 2: I'm not getting it done. I was having it sprayed it.
- 4:17Speaker 5: You were hair done in style lam lamb.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Squad was there.
- 4:23Speaker 3: So anyway, you get home and you start thinking about
- 4:25Speaker 3: Mother's Day and what happened.
- 4:26Speaker 2: You ordered a bunch of spear. You were really planning
- 4:28Speaker 2: ahead for May ten.
- 4:29Speaker 5: I know I'm hosting Mother's Day at our house with
- 4:31Speaker 5: both sides of our family, so this is like forty
- 4:33Speaker 5: people deep, and so I have to just start planning
- 4:35Speaker 5: and figuring out like alcohol and things like that. So
- 4:37Speaker 5: I'm on Bethmo when I'm ordering like the wines and
- 4:40Speaker 5: Rose's and and I'm like, oh cool, they can deliver
- 4:43Speaker 5: it fantastic, And I hit yes, I accept, I pay,
- 4:46Speaker 5: and then I get a text right after And mind you,
- 4:48Speaker 5: this is like eleven thirty.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Like I'm I don't go to bed till like late,
- 4:53Speaker 1: you know that.
- 4:53Speaker 5: So it's like almost midnight at this point, and I
- 4:56Speaker 5: get a text and it's like your delivery will be
- 4:58Speaker 5: delivered in thirty five minutes. And I'm like what, yeah,
- 5:01Speaker 5: and it's legit. I didn't even know that that was possible.
- 5:04Speaker 5: I'm like, obviously, bevmost closed right now. But they have
- 5:07Speaker 5: some sort of like third party delivery company that brings
- 5:10Speaker 5: it to you right off fulfillment.
- 5:11Speaker 2: They've got fulfillment in your neighborhood.
- 5:13Speaker 3: They're just ready to Look, people need to drink when
- 5:15Speaker 3: they need to drink, Ryan.
- 5:16Speaker 1: This is like cases of wine.
- 5:18Speaker 5: I'm like, I don't First of all, I can't even
- 5:20Speaker 5: have this, Like I can't go out there and like
- 5:22Speaker 5: receive this by myself.
- 5:23Speaker 2: I had to go wake up Michael. I won't look
- 5:25Speaker 2: great in the neighborhood.
- 5:26Speaker 5: I had to wake up Michael from like his slumber
- 5:29Speaker 5: and be like.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Wait I did and ram at that point totally and.
- 5:32Speaker 5: I'm like, hey, I have a delivery coming. I need
- 5:35Speaker 5: you to go outside and get it from me.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Because I want too scared.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Look, it's impressive. I know there there are feats like
- 5:40Speaker 3: that that are amazing to me. You know, it could
- 5:42Speaker 3: be some random thing that you need to fix something
- 5:45Speaker 3: in the bathroom, and all of a sudden that tool
- 5:46Speaker 3: is there in twenty five minutes. But yeah, if it's
- 5:48Speaker 3: my chocolate chip cookies that I'm ordering from the place
- 5:51Speaker 3: that delivers the homemade chocolate chip cookies half gluten free.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Half right now.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Yeah, sometimes they don't tell me the truth. They tell
- 5:58Speaker 3: me it's on the way. Can I start watching that
- 6:00Speaker 3: little video game diagram of the car and it's swirling
- 6:03Speaker 3: around in circles, it's gets it stuck and then it
- 6:06Speaker 3: takes ninety minutes. So you get the booze in twenty
- 6:08Speaker 3: five and the cookies take a long time.
- 6:10Speaker 2: It just depends.
- 6:11Speaker 1: That's true.
- 6:12Speaker 3: When I was in New York City for a while,
- 6:14Speaker 3: it's incredible.
- 6:15Speaker 2: You get anything because everything's on every block right.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Any in seven in one commercial break of his show,
- 6:20Speaker 3: you can have ice cream and you think, wait, the
- 6:23Speaker 3: show's going to be over. No, it's not that that
- 6:25Speaker 3: ice cream will be there in seven minutes. They're on
- 6:27Speaker 3: a bicycle a block away.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Right.
- 6:29Speaker 3: It's different than you know cities like this spread out
- 6:32Speaker 3: in LA But you're prepared. That's my mom's birthday, so
- 6:34Speaker 3: you need double the booze.
- 6:35Speaker 5: Oh yes, welcome to come over if she mother's day
- 6:39Speaker 5: and Connie Seacrest's birthday going on the same day. Yeah,
- 6:42Speaker 5: and it's also Mexican Mother's Day as well, so it's
- 6:44Speaker 5: a very special mother's day.
- 6:46Speaker 3: It's the universe, and it's five days after my colonoscopy,
- 6:49Speaker 3: So it's the universe saying let's celebrate.
- 6:51Speaker 1: You're gonna be ready, You're getna get out Sinco de Mayo.
- 6:54Speaker 3: We'll come back to that with a big boy later. Yeah,
- 6:58Speaker 3: he's got other plans. He's coming into the talk about
- 7:00Speaker 3: something on Syna to my if you're not getting a colonoscopy,
- 7:03Speaker 3: coming up, your tickets to go see the world champion
- 7:05Speaker 3: Dodgers next? All right, tonya quickly the headline and we'll
- 7:08Speaker 3: come back in just a second tier report.
- 7:09Speaker 2: In this trending moment.
- 7:11Speaker 1: When an ex gets engaged, is it best to stay
- 7:14Speaker 1: off social media? That is the question?
- 7:17Speaker 5: Uh, give me fresh of an x Ooh like.
- 7:22Speaker 2: An important ex seminal moment.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, exactly.
- 7:25Speaker 3: So Wait, I think Sysney's got there. Let's just go
- 7:27Speaker 3: I think Sisney's got the right point here. Okay, if
- 7:29Speaker 3: there are years that have gone by, I can be
- 7:32Speaker 3: aware of it. Right, if it's within a year or two,
- 7:36Speaker 3: I don't need to do anything but wish you the best.
- 7:40Speaker 3: I don't need to know too much about it now.
- 7:42Speaker 3: I think I got invited to somebody's wedding that I
- 7:45Speaker 3: did a long time ago, which I'm fine with. Anyway,
- 7:50Speaker 3: go ahead with your report.
- 7:52Speaker 1: So as we were talking about earlier people, magazine did
- 7:56Speaker 1: kind of allegedly confirm that Harry Styles and Zoe Kravitz
- 7:59Speaker 1: are engaged. And if you remember, Zoe Kravitz was previously
- 8:04Speaker 1: engaged to Channing Tatum. Okay, so they got together on
- 8:07Speaker 1: the set of Blink twice. He proposed October twenty twenty three,
- 8:11Speaker 1: and then they called it quits the following fall. So
- 8:13Speaker 1: now that this engagement news dropped, all eyes turned to
- 8:16Speaker 1: Channing Tatum and he did not stay silent. So he
- 8:20Speaker 1: posted a poem on his Instagram story. He captioned it
- 8:23Speaker 1: with the like it said, read dot dot dot and
- 8:26Speaker 1: I'm gonna it was ten slides of a carousel of
- 8:28Speaker 1: a poem. I'm just going to kind of give you
- 8:30Speaker 1: a synopsis. My brain and heart divorced a decade ago
- 8:33Speaker 1: over who was to blame about how big of a
- 8:35Speaker 1: mess I have become. Eventually, they couldn't be in the
- 8:38Speaker 1: same room with each other. It keeps going. His brain
- 8:41Speaker 1: and his heart now share custody of him. They blame
- 8:43Speaker 1: each other for the state of his life. I could
- 8:45Speaker 1: go on and on and on.
- 8:47Speaker 2: That's from I mean, what I'm reading that you're reading
- 8:50Speaker 2: is from John Rodell.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Yes, yes, it's a poem. It's not something that he's
- 8:53Speaker 1: just a poet.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Oh, it's okay. So he took this poem that has
- 8:56Speaker 2: already written.
- 8:57Speaker 1: And he posted on his story. Okay, Panning Tatum, do
- 9:00Speaker 1: you just.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Like, in one second, tell us what that meant?
- 9:04Speaker 1: Oh the poem?
- 9:06Speaker 3: Yeah, can we just just decode it in like one second?
- 9:09Speaker 1: So it just kind of seems like he's talking about
- 9:11Speaker 1: his brain in his heart and he's saying, my life
- 9:14Speaker 1: is a mess right now, Like it's.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Just right now.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Currently is Channing Tatum's life's mess right now?
- 9:18Speaker 1: This is just what he posted on his stories.
- 9:20Speaker 3: But this so he has to be with the timing.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Channing Tatum does often post stuff like he's he's not
- 9:29Speaker 1: like a silent person.
- 9:31Speaker 2: I'm gonna say.
- 9:32Speaker 3: I'm gonna say and I I love this This guy
- 9:34Speaker 3: to me is I love this guy.
- 9:36Speaker 2: I don't know him well, but I love Channing Tatum.
- 9:39Speaker 6: Uh.
- 9:40Speaker 3: I think if you post anything like that around the
- 9:43Speaker 3: time that something's happening, then you know it could be
- 9:46Speaker 3: interpreted like that. Like you just you are aware of that.
- 9:51Speaker 3: All right, congratulations to everyone. Channing Tatum, you have my vote.
- 9:56Speaker 3: You know, I know that this is my vote. Is
- 10:00Speaker 3: he running for anything? You have my vote? Channing coming
- 10:04Speaker 3: up next, there's a there's an election coming. He could
- 10:06Speaker 3: be running for something. If you want to get in shape,
- 10:08Speaker 3: eat this every day, every day. It's gonna help a
- 10:11Speaker 3: two point seven. It's kiss FM all right. If you're
- 10:13Speaker 3: putting in the time, eat this every day. It'll help
- 10:16Speaker 3: get results faster. And that is the same thing as yesterday.
- 10:19Speaker 3: If you eat the same meal over and over and
- 10:22Speaker 3: over again, not forever because you need to balance your nutrients,
- 10:25Speaker 3: but at least for a short period of time, you
- 10:28Speaker 3: might lose weight faster. And that's because it's boring. Like
- 10:32Speaker 3: when you get excited about a meal, then you look
- 10:35Speaker 3: forward to it and eat more.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Like I do. Eat the same thing a lot Monday
- 10:38Speaker 2: through Friday.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I do every day through Friday, or a lot of times.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Wow, ground up chicken, ground up, and I pre make
- 10:47Speaker 3: it ground up chicken in a container and I eat
- 10:50Speaker 3: it and you can.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Go five days straight with that.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:54Speaker 1: What do you eat the chicken with? Season? Probably sweep?
- 11:00Speaker 1: Yeah all right.
- 11:03Speaker 3: I mean when I really want to be focused, that's
- 11:05Speaker 3: what I go for and it's that season to focus.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Now the quote today, no amount of anxiety is going
- 11:12Speaker 3: to make any difference to anything that is going to happen. Wow,
- 11:16Speaker 3: it's saying that, don't waste your energy on the anxiety.
- 11:18Speaker 3: It's not going to change the outcome. It's only going
- 11:20Speaker 3: to spiral. You get rid of the anxiety, the outcome
- 11:23Speaker 3: will remain. One of two point seven kissmm is on KISSFM.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Chewey Martinez back.
- 11:28Speaker 3: With us up early, get him a few days to
- 11:30Speaker 3: breathe and not work around the clock, and he's back
- 11:32Speaker 3: up in al Monty this morning. Free gas. You get
- 11:36Speaker 3: your free gas in Amanti. We'll pick a station here
- 11:38Speaker 3: in a few minutes a gas station. Tell you where
- 11:40Speaker 3: chew he is hooking you up first, sicany with the
- 11:43Speaker 3: Headlineiss FM headlines with sicy.
- 11:47Speaker 5: Well did you get stuck on the one oh one
- 11:49Speaker 5: during rush hour yesterday? Because the person who threatened to
- 11:53Speaker 5: jump off and overpass in downtown LA was taken into
- 11:56Speaker 5: custody after nearly five hours. California wildlife officials are warning
- 12:01Speaker 5: that bear sightings could become more common as temperatures rise.
- 12:05Speaker 5: A judge ordered the city of Huntingdon Beach to pay
- 12:08Speaker 5: one million dollars in attorney fees for restricting miners access
- 12:12Speaker 5: to library books. And Ariana Grande announced her eighth studio album, Pedal,
- 12:18Speaker 5: will arrive on July thirty.
- 12:20Speaker 1: First.

- 12:33Speaker 3: when Sydney came to Idle on Monday night. You should
- 12:36Speaker 3: have brought Skeletor. I could have met him as well,

- 14:20Speaker 3: it this morning.
- 14:21Speaker 2: What are you up to? Where you headed?
- 14:23Speaker 1: Uh?
- 14:24Speaker 6: Today I was hoping to go to the cosm and
- 14:26Speaker 6: what's the matrix?
- 14:30Speaker 2: All right? Well you got all the fuel?
- 14:32Speaker 8: Now?
- 14:33Speaker 6: Oh that would be give me it hurt to pay it,
- 14:36Speaker 6: but yes.
- 14:37Speaker 3: We got you covered. Chewie is going to pay for
- 14:39Speaker 3: your gus and some other people there. Adam Lopez at
- 14:42Speaker 3: Valley Boulevard and Peck Road, the Chevron station.
- 14:45Speaker 2: What are you rolling in? What are you driving?
- 14:47Speaker 6: I have an O seven Carjurie that I bought when
- 14:50Speaker 6: I was active, first car.
- 14:52Speaker 1: I still drive it all right.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Well, Chewie knows how to work that tank. He knows
- 14:57Speaker 3: that seven tank. Well, thank you so much for coming
- 15:02Speaker 3: on with us, and good luck on that trip in Inglewood,
- 15:06Speaker 3: that immersive experience.
- 15:08Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Okay, take care, bro, love it, love it, love it.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Yeah to, So we'll check in with you.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Al Monty is the place this morning. He's going to
- 15:19Speaker 3: go see the Matrix. I think in Inglewood, the Immersive
- 15:22Speaker 3: Entertainment Experience. It's very cool.
- 15:23Speaker 6: I want to I want to go with him. I
- 15:24Speaker 6: want to go see you check that out. I heard
- 15:26Speaker 6: it's really great.
- 15:27Speaker 3: I gotta send you to one more station this morning.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Then you guys can have your eleven AM movie dates,
- 15:33Speaker 3: all right, Terry Martinez, al Monty, I'm gonna pay a bill.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Next we're going to the five six two. Sophia. How
- 15:41Speaker 2: about this? You know, you meet this guy in Halloween, and.
- 15:43Speaker 3: I am all for I feel like I've lived so
- 15:46Speaker 3: many chapters of y'all's lives and relationships between from Ruby
- 15:51Speaker 3: to Tanya to Siciny now to Sophia the intern. I
- 15:55Speaker 3: have no time for myself. Really, you know, you guys
- 15:58Speaker 3: have distracted me from my own path. But let's focus
- 16:01Speaker 3: on Sophia for a second. So you meet this guy
- 16:04Speaker 3: on Halloween and we call him a skeletor. I do
- 16:06Speaker 3: not know his real name because he was dressed as that,
- 16:08Speaker 3: and that's just what stuck. Then you're in a gray
- 16:11Speaker 3: area of quagmire for a long time.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Definition, Tanya, the definition of quagmire is a soft, boggy
- 16:22Speaker 1: area of land where your foot sinks in when you're
- 16:24Speaker 1: swampy swamp, swampy, marshy ground.
- 16:27Speaker 2: There you go, Marshie, you were in some marshy gray ground.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, And now you're co signing documents with
- 16:33Speaker 3: this guy, not.
- 16:35Speaker 8: Me, He's co signing documents with his ex girlfriend.
- 16:38Speaker 3: No, wait a minute, what we need a sound effect mark? No, we.
- 16:47Speaker 7: Need the wrong sound.
- 16:48Speaker 1: The red flag.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Okay, that one's fine. Why is he doing that? How
- 16:54Speaker 3: are they communicating about this?
- 16:56Speaker 8: I actually found this out because I saw it text
- 16:59Speaker 8: messages in his phone with her about car tags and
- 17:03Speaker 8: I was signed those, I was, I was, But honestly,
- 17:08Speaker 8: I'm glad.
- 17:09Speaker 4: I'm snooping music right there.
- 17:14Speaker 8: Okay, I'm glad I did, because when I asked him
- 17:17Speaker 8: about it, he said that when they were together, he
- 17:20Speaker 8: co signed the lease on her car when they were together. Yeah,
- 17:24Speaker 8: and now they're not together. And I asked him, I
- 17:26Speaker 8: was like, oh, well, how long is that going to be?
- 17:28Speaker 2: Like?
- 17:29Speaker 7: How long are you going to have that tie to her?
- 17:30Speaker 8: And he said she needs to refinance the car and
- 17:34Speaker 8: then he can cut the time.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yeah, so.
- 17:40Speaker 2: What do we do about this? What do we do
- 17:41Speaker 2: about it?
- 17:42Speaker 3: Nothing?
- 17:42Speaker 2: You can do. It happened before you.
- 17:45Speaker 3: It sounds like he was being generous and helping out
- 17:48Speaker 3: the situation from earlier. Gosh, let me go back to
- 17:52Speaker 3: the anxiety is not going to change the outcome. Any
- 17:55Speaker 3: anxiety you have will not change the outcome. So this
- 17:57Speaker 3: is kind of like done and right.
- 18:00Speaker 5: But he's always to communicate with her for years to come.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Right, But he could see see you on all the comms.
- 18:07Speaker 1: That's so awkward, so weird.
- 18:10Speaker 7: And I know that they're going to meet up to
- 18:12Speaker 7: you that you can give her the tags. I saw
- 18:14Speaker 7: it on the tag.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Why can't he just mail him to her? Oh so,
- 18:16Speaker 1: why didn't he tell you this?
- 18:18Speaker 4: Like?
- 18:18Speaker 1: Why'd you have define it in his phone? That's what
- 18:20Speaker 1: I so.
- 18:21Speaker 3: I agree with everybody. No, Tanya is right, he should
- 18:25Speaker 3: tell you. But I'm also fine with him communicating to
- 18:28Speaker 3: make this like take care of the commitment that he
- 18:31Speaker 3: signed up for and helping with the coast.
- 18:34Speaker 2: This is what happens.
- 18:35Speaker 1: I don't love that you were snooping though, Oh.
- 18:38Speaker 3: My gosh, I thought you were co signing loans together or.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Something like that. I mean they basically did are you
- 18:45Speaker 2: living together?
- 18:46Speaker 8: No?
- 18:47Speaker 7: Borderline?
- 18:49Speaker 2: Does your mom.
- 18:52Speaker 1: About?
- 18:52Speaker 7: Oh my god?
- 18:53Speaker 6: No?
- 18:56Speaker 3: All right, well that's that's not for me to tell.
- 19:00Speaker 3: You should communicate that to your mom.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Me.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Coming up, we have to play game. We're gonna play
- 19:06Speaker 3: Dodger facial Hair.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Wow. How'd you come up with this game?
- 19:11Speaker 2: Last night? Well?
- 19:13Speaker 3: I was in between a bath and listening to sod
- 19:16Speaker 3: Guru on eyeball.
- 19:18Speaker 1: It's always the bath at I love this at work?
- 19:25Speaker 3: Well, don't two point seven kiss FM. I have your
- 19:28Speaker 3: World Champion Dodger tickets for you. We are gonna play
- 19:32Speaker 3: Dodger Facial Hair because it's time for Dodger Baseball. I
- 19:43Speaker 3: am the only person that wooed. Adam is in Santa Clary.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Good morning, Adam.
- 19:48Speaker 2: How are you?
- 19:50Speaker 6: Good morning?
- 19:51Speaker 2: I'm good. How are you doing? Solid?
- 19:53Speaker 6: Bro?
- 19:54Speaker 3: We are gonna play a game called Dodger Facial Hair.
- 19:57Speaker 3: So you have to get three right before you get
- 20:00Speaker 3: three wrong. I'll give you the name of Dodger. You
- 20:02Speaker 3: tell me if they currently have facial hair. That's it
- 20:05Speaker 3: easy and just play the odds on this one.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Bro. Okay, okay, okay. If you don't know the odds
- 20:12Speaker 2: played the odds. Max Monsey, Max Monsey, facial hair and
- 20:17Speaker 2: no facial hair. That's right. Congratulations, you got one, all right?
- 20:23Speaker 5: Oh my god, thank you.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Thank you, Mookie Bets, Mookie Bets.
- 20:30Speaker 9: Hold on, lookie, honestly it will go tee possibly hold on.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Mookie Bets. Facial hair and no, yes, yes, that's right,
- 20:39Speaker 3: you got it. What Scarnendez facial hair or not?
- 20:46Speaker 2: Yes, yes, the facial hair. You just ace that you
- 20:52Speaker 2: swept it. Congratulations.
- 20:54Speaker 6: Oh my god.
- 20:55Speaker 3: So you're gonna go see the Dodger take on the Giants.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Appreciate you listening at him in Santa Up.
- 21:01Speaker 6: Thank you so much.
- 21:02Speaker 2: You got it. Bro, it's kiss Off app on air
- 21:06Speaker 2: with Ryan Seacrest. Seacrest with you. Now. You know, I have.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Friends that are like, you know, we should do one day, bro,
- 21:14Speaker 3: we should go bike riding and wine country, taste wine
- 21:17Speaker 3: and ride a bike. And I'm like, I don't think
- 21:19Speaker 3: so it seems so you No. I compartmentalized. I would
- 21:23Speaker 3: do my exercise and then do my taste. I don't
- 21:26Speaker 3: need to combine those two things. Then I started reading
- 21:29Speaker 3: about this and Sisney did a deep dive. But there's
- 21:32Speaker 3: a food marathon.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Coming to La.
- 21:35Speaker 3: The idea of eating at different places in this thirteen
- 21:40Speaker 3: mile course between silver Lake and Highland Park. Yeah, and
- 21:44Speaker 3: having bagels and pizza and French toast like that in
- 21:47Speaker 3: my head sounds beautiful, right, But is it what my
- 21:51Speaker 3: body can endure?
- 21:53Speaker 5: Well, it's a half marathon, so you're not doing twenty
- 21:55Speaker 5: eight miles, it's thirteen.
- 21:57Speaker 2: I can't even run on the treadmill after I have
- 21:59Speaker 2: a bakery.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Yeah, And they're not really encouraging like running. It's more
- 22:04Speaker 5: so about the food.
- 22:06Speaker 2: How do you get from A to B?
- 22:07Speaker 5: You do it, but you are going to go through
- 22:09Speaker 5: Highland Park at Go Park, silver Lake and you'll stop
- 22:12Speaker 5: at Courage, bagels, quarter sheets, pizza.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Of course you can walk.
- 22:17Speaker 2: It's so.
- 22:19Speaker 1: You know, it just all depends. Well, think about it.
- 22:21Speaker 1: If you walk, if it takes you thirteen minutes to
- 22:24Speaker 1: walk a mile, this, yeah, thirteen times thirteen times thirteen
- 22:27Speaker 1: is what? Uh huh? So there's no pride at the end.
- 22:31Speaker 2: You can do that.
- 22:33Speaker 3: You can't use a mathematical example and then ask us
- 22:37Speaker 3: the answer.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Right, And I got it one hundred and sixty nine minutes,
- 22:40Speaker 1: which is come back to two point eight hours, so
- 22:45Speaker 1: like three hours plus the eating of the eating. That's
- 22:48Speaker 1: what I'm saying.
- 22:49Speaker 5: There's no prize, No one's racing to the finish line
- 22:51Speaker 5: for this. It's just bragging rights that you got to
- 22:54Speaker 5: experience this. And they're only letting about one hundred people in.
- 22:57Speaker 3: It's a lottery system and it loves peaceful hey that
- 23:01Speaker 3: you're painting.
- 23:01Speaker 2: A very good to me.
- 23:02Speaker 5: And you can enter in pairs, which I think is
- 23:05Speaker 5: really cute as well.
- 23:06Speaker 1: It's happening May seventeenth. Of anybody that's curious about it's the.
- 23:09Speaker 2: LA Food Half Marathon.
- 23:12Speaker 3: And what we should do is anybody listening that gets
- 23:15Speaker 3: into that lottery and goes report back and let us
- 23:18Speaker 3: know if we should do it next time, right, just
- 23:20Speaker 3: like the marathon. Every year the LA Marathon, report back
- 23:23Speaker 3: and let us know how you feel.
- 23:24Speaker 5: One day we will do that the LA Marathon. I
- 23:28Speaker 5: think our days have passed for that.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Exactly my days, My joints are passed.
- 23:32Speaker 3: Let me Rightrigo, Sophia, there's no shortage of drama in
- 23:35Speaker 3: your life as a college student, and now you've got
- 23:38Speaker 3: some double date drama.
- 23:39Speaker 2: What happened Sophia? The intern?
- 23:41Speaker 7: So my sorority sister.
- 23:43Speaker 8: She invited me and Skeletor to go on a double date,
- 23:46Speaker 8: like out to like a nice dinner with her and
- 23:48Speaker 8: her boyfriend, but we were unavailable, so I had to
- 23:51Speaker 8: tell her, oh, like, let's reschedule.
- 23:53Speaker 7: I'll text you. So a couple days later I texted.
- 23:55Speaker 8: Her and I was like, hey, let's go get dinner tonight,
- 23:58Speaker 8: like we're free, this and that. So then she texted
- 24:01Speaker 8: me and said that they're unavailable, so we were like okay.
- 24:04Speaker 8: So Skeleton and I were like, let's still go out
- 24:05Speaker 8: to dinner. So we ended up going out to dinner.
- 24:07Speaker 8: We saw them at the same restaurant that we went to.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Well on a day're unavailable because they needed some time
- 24:12Speaker 3: to be with themselves.
- 24:13Speaker 2: What's a big problem?
- 24:14Speaker 8: But she invited us first to go on a double
- 24:16Speaker 8: day and it was like the next.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Day, I have no issue? So what did you do?
- 24:21Speaker 3: How'd you handle it, Sophia.
- 24:22Speaker 7: I didn't say anything.
- 24:24Speaker 2: I just let them. Did they know you saw them?
- 24:26Speaker 8: We definitely made eye contact, but I think neither of us.
- 24:29Speaker 1: No, you didn't have.
- 24:32Speaker 3: That's weird, so awkward that I was like, is she
- 24:36Speaker 3: gonna come say hi to me?
- 24:37Speaker 8: Because she like canceled, and then I see her having
- 24:40Speaker 8: like a super casual date night, and I'm like, we
- 24:43Speaker 8: could have been at the same table because we're already
- 24:45Speaker 8: at the same restaurant.
- 24:46Speaker 3: I will say, honestly in their defense, in my mind,
- 24:51Speaker 3: there are certain times or days or nights of the
- 24:53Speaker 3: week where I can add capacity to be with others,
- 24:59Speaker 3: and there are certain days the week where I can
- 25:00Speaker 3: limit capacity to be with others, and they were on
- 25:03Speaker 3: a limit capacity night. This is the way the human
- 25:05Speaker 3: brain works. So you can't take it personally. That's a problem.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Don't let them dictate your emotion. They can't control the
- 25:13Speaker 3: way you Now you have anxiety because they didn't know
- 25:17Speaker 3: are you speaking to this person?
- 25:18Speaker 2: Are you like shutting her out?
- 25:20Speaker 7: I am. We never addressed it never.
- 25:23Speaker 2: That's just weird.
- 25:24Speaker 7: It is weird, And I don't know if I should
- 25:26Speaker 7: be like, oh, like what happens?
- 25:28Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, Otherwise it's just perpetual weirdness. Like at some
- 25:32Speaker 3: point you've got to conclude or.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Just try and make another double date.
- 25:35Speaker 8: Really because double date go. I was like, maybe it's
- 25:39Speaker 8: just never gonna happen.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Let me let me give some general advice. Situation here
- 25:44Speaker 3: a situation broader.
- 25:47Speaker 2: What we need in life to move on at it.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Have capacity is a conclusion. Perpetual inconclusiveness is anxiety, and
- 26:00Speaker 3: so you need to conclude it. Whatever it is. They
- 26:02Speaker 3: blew you off, They didn't blow you off. She didn't
- 26:04Speaker 3: mean to whatever, close it, conclude it, move on. Can't
- 26:08Speaker 3: occupy space with this Tanya reaction.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Whatever you're reading or doing or whatever googer or therapist
- 26:14Speaker 1: you're talking to is like good self taught, because there's
- 26:18Speaker 1: no way self talt.
- 26:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I've been writing notes for twenty five years on
- 26:24Speaker 3: this show.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Excellent, excellent advice.
- 26:27Speaker 3: All Right, Sophia, you're gonna make it through this. Conclusion
- 26:30Speaker 3: is your keyword today. Take it back to campus.
- 26:32Speaker 7: Hey, you should write a book.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Oh god, I have enough.
- 26:38Speaker 3: I have enough to do at your leisure, my laserre
- 26:45Speaker 3: in my laisure days.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Like, don't like make a deadline for it, just in
- 26:50Speaker 1: your leisure time.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Okay, come back to that, Chew and Martinez zen amanti
- 26:56Speaker 3: Dodger tickets coming up. It's all happening. She's got free
- 26:59Speaker 3: gas next giving away your.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Dodger tickets right now.
- 27:02Speaker 3: Plus, Chewy Martinez, we just met Adam Lopez, who was
- 27:06Speaker 3: on his way to go see the matrix, and you
- 27:08Speaker 3: got some free gas in al Monte at the Chevron
- 27:10Speaker 3: station there.
- 27:11Speaker 2: How do you pick the gas station, Chewie.
- 27:14Speaker 6: Well, there's gas stations everywhere, bro. We just randomly pick
- 27:17Speaker 6: them and we go wherever it's lit. And we picked
- 27:20Speaker 6: the awesome winners and some awesome folks. That's what we do.
- 27:23Speaker 3: I love meeting the people, I really do. I love
- 27:24Speaker 3: meeting the people that are getting the free gas. And
- 27:26Speaker 3: the best part is that they don't know it's coming.
- 27:28Speaker 3: So who'd you find now? And where are you?
- 27:31Speaker 6: My girl, Alyssa. We're here at the Chevron station on
- 27:33Speaker 6: Valley and I'm here with Alyssa. She didn't know what
- 27:36Speaker 6: was happening, and she's about to go to the gym
- 27:39Speaker 6: and she's smiling. Got you right now? She's really excited.
- 27:42Speaker 6: So somebody wants us to hat you awesome.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Hello, Melissa, good morning. How are you doing?
- 27:49Speaker 9: Wow? I'm doing even better now?
- 27:52Speaker 2: Yes. So that dude there is Chewy Martinez.
- 27:54Speaker 3: We work together at Kiss FM, and we are buying
- 27:59Speaker 3: your gas up your tank.
- 28:01Speaker 9: You guys are amazing. I was telling Chewie that I
- 28:04Speaker 9: pulled up to the gas station and I can see
- 28:07Speaker 9: him looking at me.
- 28:10Speaker 3: It's just like this.
- 28:10Speaker 9: Awkward, uncomfortable.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Do I get out of the vehicle?
- 28:13Speaker 9: Do I not? And I see the vehicle and I
- 28:15Speaker 9: was like, you know what, I'm just gonna go for it.
- 28:17Speaker 9: And yeah, and it was just amazing news this morning.
- 28:19Speaker 9: So thank you guys so much for this. I so
- 28:22Speaker 9: greatly appreciate it.
- 28:23Speaker 2: So tell us where are you headed right now.
- 28:26Speaker 1: I've actually hit.
- 28:27Speaker 9: It over to the gym this morning, so I'm on my.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Way over there.
- 28:30Speaker 6: I was all, eaty, So this is perfect.
- 28:33Speaker 3: I was reading something about working out when you're putting
- 28:35Speaker 3: in the time and doing the exercise. If you basically
- 28:39Speaker 3: eat the same thing every day for two weeks for lunch,
- 28:42Speaker 3: you'll the odds are you'll increase the return on your
- 28:46Speaker 3: investment of trying to get in shape. Really, but not burgers,
- 28:50Speaker 3: I mean, like the same thing that's kind of healthy.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Yeah, like a healthy thing.
- 28:54Speaker 9: Yeah, you know what. I've tried that, But I think
- 28:56Speaker 9: for myself it's switching things up, and especially with meals
- 29:00Speaker 9: because I gets I can't sit on the same thing
- 29:03Speaker 9: every single day, so I try to change it up
- 29:05Speaker 9: a little bit.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Well, do you not listen?
- 29:08Speaker 3: I know where that chevron is alongside the ten Resist
- 29:11Speaker 3: the temptation of the Tommy Burger down the street or are.
- 29:16Speaker 2: They just no, no, no.
- 29:18Speaker 3: No, don't get excited about that. No excitement there. Get
- 29:21Speaker 3: to the gym by the time you got to get there.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Eleven. Thank you for listening.
- 29:26Speaker 9: Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
- 29:28Speaker 3: Take care of you too, Bye bye, nice Cheeye. She
- 29:32Speaker 3: didn't know what to think when you were staring her down.
- 29:35Speaker 6: Bro, she didn't know what I was just like, listen,
- 29:39Speaker 6: you gotta come out of the car sometimes.
- 29:43Speaker 3: Great job this morning, Cheeye Martinez wrote, check him out.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Of course you can get him on Saturday night ten

- 30:23Speaker 2: I'm great. I wanted to ask you.
- 30:24Speaker 3: I I guess it was a few years ago. I
- 30:26Speaker 3: took that trip to Japan. It was amazing. I just
- 30:28Speaker 3: saw you went there, right, Yeah, Man, I did a
- 30:30Speaker 3: quick forty eight hours over there. Man, that's like wow,
- 30:33Speaker 3: probably my fortieth time being over there. But I just
- 30:36Speaker 3: went over there for some of us business.
- 30:38Speaker 2: You just missed the earthquake, didn't you. Oh yeah yeah.
- 30:40Speaker 4: And you know it's wild about that. When I got home,
- 30:43Speaker 4: everybody was hitting me, you know, Am I safe?
- 30:45Speaker 2: Am I safe?
- 30:46Speaker 4: So I just really kind of played it off, like, man,
- 30:47Speaker 4: I'm over here, I'm still stuck.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Send money, give me back home, you know.
- 30:52Speaker 9: But I was.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Already home by the time that happened.
- 30:55Speaker 3: What do you do for forty eight hours? Like you
- 30:57Speaker 3: can't even get there and back in forty eight hours?
- 30:58Speaker 2: Do you know what? Man, I've been trying some business
- 31:00Speaker 2: out there again.
- 31:01Speaker 4: So I just kind of went out there, you know,
- 31:02Speaker 4: just getting people faces, and you know, you you definitely
- 31:05Speaker 4: want to see people when you're taking their money.
- 31:07Speaker 2: So I went over to.
- 31:10Speaker 4: Just dinner and Annie that works with me. Annie has
- 31:11Speaker 4: never been to Japan, so she wanted to experience that,
- 31:15Speaker 4: So I was like.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Oh, we'll go over there and do a quick little run. Yeah.
- 31:18Speaker 3: She had a great time to uncle big Boy taking
- 31:20Speaker 3: care of everybody out all right now.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Listen.
- 31:23Speaker 3: When they told me you were coming by to talk
- 31:24Speaker 3: about sinking to Maya, it struck me as, oh, there's
- 31:26Speaker 3: something going on. I'm thinking to Mayo. Then my colendar
- 31:28Speaker 3: in front of me, and I was like, it's a
- 31:30Speaker 3: major thing I'm doing and sinking to Mayo?
- 31:31Speaker 2: What am I doing?
- 31:32Speaker 3: Not only are you hosting your thing, but it's the
- 31:34Speaker 3: same day of my colonoscopy.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, on May fifth. You know what, bro, we
- 31:41Speaker 2: should go to that?
- 31:43Speaker 3: Should we give like some can we do something George
- 31:47Speaker 3: Lopez and the team over first?
- 31:49Speaker 2: That would be So are you recording that? I am not.
- 31:52Speaker 2: You're not search or anything like that.
- 31:55Speaker 3: I just thought, you know, what is the worst day
- 31:57Speaker 3: I have a colonoscopy? Yeah, that is the worst day
- 32:00Speaker 3: in the calendar to do it. It's such a dichotomy.
- 32:03Speaker 3: It's such an intersection of emotion and I'm gonna do
- 32:06Speaker 3: the prep work is the best.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Yeah, man, be with me.
- 32:10Speaker 4: My comedy show is not till that night. If you
- 32:14Speaker 4: want me to buy and hang out with you that morning.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I hold your hand, come by and hang out
- 32:19Speaker 2: with you. Hey, Ryan, When you do stuff like that,
- 32:21Speaker 2: do you.
- 32:21Speaker 4: Ever think like, I'm Ryan Seacrest and they see like everything.
- 32:28Speaker 4: I just did a test as well, and I'm like, dude,
- 32:30Speaker 4: now they know I'm not big boy. It's different when
- 32:35Speaker 4: you wake up and people treating you different, Like.
- 32:39Speaker 2: I mean, it's a little different.
- 32:43Speaker 3: I want as the years go by, I don't care.
- 32:47Speaker 2: I just want to survive. Just keep me around, all right.
- 32:52Speaker 3: So alternative programming to Kolonoscopy is the Big Boy Comedy
- 32:55Speaker 3: Fiesta may fit Long Beach Terrorist Theater. George Lopez. Why
- 32:58Speaker 3: isn't George Lopez cut his hair in a long time?
- 33:01Speaker 4: You know what, man, I call him George Zeppelin now
- 33:04Speaker 4: the way that his hair looks broke. So I think
- 33:06Speaker 4: he's one of those guys where he feels like the
- 33:08Speaker 4: power is in his hair now, you know.
- 33:10Speaker 2: But it smells delicious, it smells nice.
- 33:12Speaker 4: We got he goes You could tell that he goes
- 33:15Speaker 4: to like a salon to get his hair done.
- 33:17Speaker 2: It it smells rich. Okay, it's got that nice blowout. Yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 2: who's on the bill?
- 33:23Speaker 4: We got George Lopez, we got Alfred Roblest will be
- 33:26Speaker 4: there as well, Martine Morano, which is a Fluffy's guy,
- 33:30Speaker 4: justin Silva, Jay Valentino, my guy, Eric Blake. We got
- 33:33Speaker 4: Mariachi's as well. Just a great single DeMaio Night in
- 33:36Speaker 4: Long Beach, Man. It is like where long in Long
- 33:38Speaker 4: Beach where George filmed one of his biggest comedy shows.
- 33:41Speaker 4: So it's like kind of a go back, you know,
- 33:43Speaker 4: get back to basics kind of thing.
- 33:45Speaker 2: He's great.
- 33:45Speaker 3: I love that you do this. I mean, how many
- 33:47Speaker 3: these you do a year? I tried to do for Ryan,
- 33:50Speaker 3: you know, I try to do for it. I closed
- 33:52Speaker 3: out the year at at Yamova. It's just one of
- 33:54Speaker 3: those things where you know, uh, great comedians. I love
- 33:57Speaker 3: to laugh and I think we need to laugh now,
- 33:59Speaker 3: you know. So it's just one of those things that
- 34:02Speaker 3: I enjoy.
- 34:02Speaker 4: I'm I'm a fan first, So even with the comedians
- 34:05Speaker 4: like George and Alfred, I'm in the audience watching it.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Isn't it great? As the host, there's not that much
- 34:11Speaker 2: pressure on.
- 34:11Speaker 3: You, right because they come and do they do all
- 34:13Speaker 3: their their sets, right, So you just kind of you
- 34:15Speaker 3: set the tone and then pass up Aton.
- 34:17Speaker 4: I know, yeah, I know how to get in hit it,
- 34:22Speaker 4: you know, and pretty much get paid more than all
- 34:25Speaker 4: of them. Bad about that live radio.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Your spirit, your energy, your goodness.
- 34:33Speaker 3: Uh and the freak and the repetitions that you put
- 34:35Speaker 3: in like you do it every day and we love
- 34:37Speaker 3: you for it. It makes a city a better place. Thank
- 34:39Speaker 3: you for all your energy, big boy. Check out I'm
- 34:41Speaker 3: gonna plug your show ninety two to three Real come

- 34:52Speaker 2: It's kiss, It's kiss, good morning. Well.
- 34:58Speaker 3: There comes a time every once in a while when
- 35:01Speaker 3: someone deservingly gets recognized for something they've been doing quietly,
- 35:06Speaker 3: and it is true.
- 35:07Speaker 2: It's those things, those habits, those.
- 35:09Speaker 3: Things you do when no one's looking, and you keep
- 35:12Speaker 3: doing it over time, and finally somebody goes, you know,
- 35:14Speaker 3: what you've done, something that we should actually salute, recognize
- 35:18Speaker 3: and congratulate you for doing it.
- 35:20Speaker 2: Tanya is getting an award tonight.
- 35:23Speaker 3: She'll be honored at the twenty twenty six Content Creator
- 35:25Speaker 3: of the Year function put on by the Organization for
- 35:29Speaker 3: Social Media Safety.

- 36:01Speaker 3: That you shouldn't feel that you should feel good about
- 36:04Speaker 3: what you're doing, and you should ran. But what's interesting
- 36:06Speaker 3: is that you know, people are observing things that you
- 36:08Speaker 3: don't realize they are, and you're doing it, and they're going, wait,
- 36:12Speaker 3: this person hasn't just done it once. They've shown a
- 36:15Speaker 3: pattern of doing it for a long time, and we
- 36:16Speaker 3: should recognize that.
- 36:17Speaker 2: It's good.

- 36:34Speaker 1: park because I didn't want to practice it at my
- 36:37Speaker 1: house because there's like nobody there, do you know what
- 36:39Speaker 1: I mean? I wanted to practice it in front of
- 36:41Speaker 1: just like people.
- 36:43Speaker 2: I love that.
- 36:43Speaker 3: But you know it'd be great since it's a social
- 36:45Speaker 3: media award, just roll back the video of you telling
- 36:48Speaker 3: random people your gratitude and play that back on a
- 36:52Speaker 3: video at the award.
- 36:53Speaker 2: You dont have to say it, you just know that back.
- 36:55Speaker 4: Hey.
- 36:55Speaker 3: I was going to say some things, but I practiced
- 36:57Speaker 3: yesterday with random people and here's me being safe in
- 36:59Speaker 3: social media.

- 37:03Speaker 1: up from San Diego for it, My in laws are
- 37:05Speaker 1: going to be there. My best friend's giving me the award.
