- 1:51Speaker 3: All right, so let's start with them the biggest topic
- 1:55Speaker 3: of last week. We're gonna get to the game stop situation. Gods,
- 1:58Speaker 3: just hold tight. But first, okay, Donald Trump was convicted
- 2:05Speaker 3: of thirty four counts of felony thirty four felony accounts
- 2:10Speaker 3: for falsifying business documents in regards to the payoff of
- 2:14Speaker 3: Stormy Daniels. So thirty four. He got hit with thirty
- 2:19Speaker 3: four felonies. And you know, as soon as he got
- 2:22Speaker 3: hit with the felonies, I started calling some of my
- 2:25Speaker 3: political friends and some of my legal friends, and I asked,
- 2:28Speaker 3: I'm like, yo, is he going to jail? And the
- 2:30Speaker 3: general consensus was like, no, he's not going to jail.
- 2:33Speaker 3: So we'll talk about this. But you know, I said
- 2:36Speaker 3: last week that I don't think anything can derail Donald Trump.
- 2:40Speaker 3: His supporters are going to support him no matter what.
- 2:43Speaker 3: And this just confirmed my suspicion because he got convicted
- 2:46Speaker 3: of thirty four felonies and within forty eight hours raised
- 2:49Speaker 3: ninety million dollars off of it.
- 2:50Speaker 4: I think got up to two hundred.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Yeah, two hundred million dollars off of it, right, and
- 2:56Speaker 3: Republicans have just confirmed their support. They said that this
- 2:59Speaker 3: is a whitch and it's only rallied his base. Even
- 3:03Speaker 3: more so, this is this has actually helped him. This
- 3:05Speaker 3: hasn't hurt him. In my opinion, this has not hurt him.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Anytime you raise two hundred million dollars, that's that's beneficial. So, okay,
- 3:13Speaker 3: that's one thing, the political side of it. But are
- 3:17Speaker 3: there any market im implement implications in regards to Trump
- 3:22Speaker 3: being convicted of thirty four felonies.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Nope.
- 3:27Speaker 5: I think that if they don't care about the thirty
- 3:29Speaker 5: four felonies, Vegas and the stock market is pricing a
- 3:34Speaker 5: winner already, and it's probably him, which like, imagine being
- 3:37Speaker 5: the sitting president and the person running against you gets
- 3:40Speaker 5: thirty four felonies more than vic me Chaz and he
- 3:43Speaker 5: still has a chance to win. If that won't knock
- 3:46Speaker 5: him out. I don't know what will. Kudos to all
- 3:50Speaker 5: of our political friends, but I hope no Vember goes
- 3:52Speaker 5: well for you. It does not look well. I think
- 3:55Speaker 5: the market is already pricing in that he will be
- 3:58Speaker 5: a victor. And honestly, a lot of people felt like
- 4:00Speaker 5: the economy did better, and that's because of all the
- 4:02Speaker 5: stimulation of the dollars of a printed But if people
- 4:08Speaker 5: feel like the market is going to do a lot better,
- 4:10Speaker 5: and there is a hard conservative base that our investors
- 4:13Speaker 5: that wont him in because they feel like they can
- 4:14Speaker 5: control him a lot more and get a lot of
- 4:16Speaker 5: their initiatives passed through, I think the market will be fine.
- 4:19Speaker 5: But this is why I keep saying it doesn't matter
- 4:21Speaker 5: regardless of what happens world War one two or three,
- 4:25Speaker 5: conflict with China, conflict with North Korea president, quantitative ease,
- 4:29Speaker 5: and the market is gonna be rid to stay up
- 4:31Speaker 5: if a company is under performer. They're going to replace
- 4:33Speaker 5: it with a better one. In video, Troy, we were
- 4:35Speaker 5: talking about this before we started airing. I've never seen
- 4:38Speaker 5: a c We're gonna get there, We're gonna get Okay,
- 4:42Speaker 5: we're seeing things that have never happen as life.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Yeah, this the.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Ryin Kiddy Trump with thirty four, Like thirty what they
- 4:49Speaker 5: wanted to kill Nixon over Watergate.
- 4:52Speaker 1: This is unprecedented times. I told you, I said it
- 4:55Speaker 1: last week. I mean, it's interesting. The only thing that
- 4:58Speaker 1: has effect on the market is uncertainty. And so I mean,
- 5:02Speaker 1: we'll see what happens in the presidential election. I don't
- 5:06Speaker 1: like I said the thirty four counts didn't change anything.
- 5:09Speaker 1: In my standpoint. It was like his support is going
- 5:12Speaker 1: to be his support. The polls that came out that said, oh,
- 5:15Speaker 1: six percent of people are going to change your mind.
- 5:17Speaker 2: It doesn't matter. November fifth won't matter, but it'll.
- 5:21Speaker 1: It's interesting like when we talk about economy, right and
- 5:24Speaker 1: we say, like what is best for the economy and
- 5:25Speaker 1: what has been great and this is part of the
- 5:28Speaker 1: message when we've said this to a lot of pundits
- 5:30Speaker 1: in the Democratic Party. If you're gonna hang your hat
- 5:33Speaker 1: on the economy being better, then you've got to really
- 5:36Speaker 1: use that as a selling point. Right, Like we're talking
- 5:38Speaker 1: about is the doubt the highest has ever been. Is
- 5:41Speaker 1: the nastacize everything. It's the SMP at the size of
- 5:43Speaker 1: now you don't really have much saying that, but it
- 5:46Speaker 1: could be a selling point for you. It's crypto at
- 5:48Speaker 1: the highest levels it's ever been. All these things should
- 5:52Speaker 1: be selling points, it's not. I don't think it has
- 5:54Speaker 1: any His conviction or his community service or whatever his
- 5:58Speaker 1: sentence or whatever the judge decides will have on the market.
- 6:04Speaker 1: In the short term. I think the uncertainty of what
- 6:06Speaker 1: happens around November fifth, whether he wins or out of
- 6:08Speaker 1: Biden stays in the office or not, then we might
- 6:11Speaker 1: see a little bit of shake up. But long term
- 6:14Speaker 1: I can't see it really affecting Democrats.
- 6:17Speaker 5: If you don't put that boy in jail by October,
- 6:19Speaker 5: it's over with you. Bet call Olivia, Pope and everybody.
- 6:23Speaker 5: You can't be six thirteen and listen, because if not,
- 6:26Speaker 5: it's going to be ugly.
- 6:27Speaker 2: But the market is going to do well either way.
- 6:30Speaker 5: I think on the Democratic side, people don't feel richer
- 6:32Speaker 5: as a result.
- 6:34Speaker 2: In a suitent loan forgiveness. That's not enough.
- 6:36Speaker 5: It's not enough if inflation is going up. You have
- 6:39Speaker 5: to at least outpace inflation for things to sway in
- 6:43Speaker 5: your favor.
- 6:44Speaker 1: And the sentencing is July eleventh, which is I think
- 6:48Speaker 1: four days before the Republican Natural Convention when he will
- 6:51Speaker 1: officially accept the denomination.
- 6:54Speaker 2: So that should be interesting. We'll see July.
- 6:56Speaker 5: I think my question, serious question, what do you think
- 7:00Speaker 5: his first day out vers is gonna sound.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Like saintsoven I mean, he didn't have a day Pauls.
- 7:09Speaker 1: He didn't have a day in right, So like if
- 7:11Speaker 1: he goes in in Gelato, I can't see it. What's
- 7:15Speaker 1: what's the odds on him going to jail?
- 7:17Speaker 4: All right?
- 7:17Speaker 3: So even if he gets convicted, even all right, So
- 7:20Speaker 3: from a legal standpoint, the judge the maximum he can get,
- 7:23Speaker 3: his four years in jail, all the way down to
- 7:25Speaker 3: as little as pay a fine or probation, probation, something
- 7:31Speaker 3: like that. So they said it's relatively no chance that
- 7:34Speaker 3: he's going to go to jail, right, And I think
- 7:36Speaker 3: that that's true for a few different reasons, especially the judge.
- 7:39Speaker 3: The judge is already getting political pressure on him. They
- 7:41Speaker 3: pulling up his record he donated fifteen dollars about Joe Biden.
- 7:44Speaker 3: So no, he's not going to be the He's not
- 7:47Speaker 3: gonna be want to be known as the person that
- 7:49Speaker 3: sent or sentenced Donald Trump to jail, right all that
- 7:53Speaker 3: he would get death threats. It would be terrible for him,
- 7:55Speaker 3: His life would be terrible. So I don't think he's
- 7:57Speaker 3: gonna send itcen them to jail. But they say even
- 7:59Speaker 3: if he did sendence entim to jail with bail and
- 8:02Speaker 3: a pill, it'll probably be two years before that would
- 8:05Speaker 3: actually be realized anyway, So it wouldn't be like he
- 8:07Speaker 3: actually gets sent it to jail on Tuesday and then
- 8:10Speaker 3: he's he's going to be serving John Frankas on Wednesday.
- 8:13Speaker 3: So this is important to understand from a you know,
- 8:14Speaker 3: political standpoint, just but from a and I'm interested when
- 8:18Speaker 3: we talked to William for his his his insight on
- 8:20Speaker 3: this because I never in life knew one person that
- 8:24Speaker 3: had a felony that didn't go to jail.
- 8:26Speaker 4: Maybe one. I actually know one, and I'm still trying
- 8:29Speaker 4: to figure out how he didn't go to jail.
- 8:31Speaker 1: But I know, I said, do I know him?
- 8:36Speaker 5: I do allegedly trying to let you out clear so.
- 8:43Speaker 3: So I don't you know, for the most part, ninety
- 8:46Speaker 3: nine percent of the people that I know that have
- 8:48Speaker 3: felonies of any of any sort, I just don't. I
- 8:51Speaker 3: just don't know felons that were convicted of felonies that
- 8:55Speaker 3: didn't go to jail. I've never in life met one
- 8:58Speaker 3: person that had thirty four felony. Now, granted, I think
- 9:01Speaker 3: this was some level of political witch hunt because it
- 9:04Speaker 3: wasn't really necessary to have thirty four felonies in a
- 9:08Speaker 3: case that you can only get a maximum four years.
- 9:10Speaker 3: They probably just added on a lot, but still let
- 9:13Speaker 3: get in. Still, it's a lot white collar crime, low
- 9:16Speaker 3: level felony.
- 9:17Speaker 4: I get it.
- 9:18Speaker 3: I get it, but I just don't know how. And
- 9:21Speaker 3: this speaks to the difference. And Dave Chappelle had a
- 9:23Speaker 3: skit about this years ago where he talked about like
- 9:26Speaker 3: the drug that I don't know if you remember, but
- 9:27Speaker 3: it was like the drug dealer. They ran up in
- 9:29Speaker 3: his house with the ak and you know, had the
- 9:31Speaker 3: baby crying and all that. And then the white collar
- 9:34Speaker 3: crime guy who stole like two billion. They called his
- 9:37Speaker 3: lawyer negotiated a time for his surrender. He came in,
- 9:40Speaker 3: they took some pictures, let him go on his yacht.
- 9:43Speaker 3: That's that's how it happens, right, And this is a
- 9:46Speaker 3: perfect example. Whether you like Trump or not, this highlights
- 9:50Speaker 3: the differences in the political justice system.
- 9:54Speaker 4: Right.
- 9:54Speaker 3: So I know people that have done nineteen years in
- 9:57Speaker 3: jail for marijuana.
- 9:58Speaker 4: That's a fact.
- 9:59Speaker 3: So it's like, you know, Okay, you do almost two
- 10:02Speaker 3: decades in jail for selling week and you get convicted
- 10:05Speaker 3: of thirty four felonies and you relatively have no chance
- 10:07Speaker 3: of ever going to jail.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Ever.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Is interesting, right, It's interesting. And like I said, I know,
- 10:12Speaker 3: he's seventy four and it's a low level felony. But
- 10:16Speaker 3: like I said, I know people that have misdemeanors that
- 10:20Speaker 3: went to jail. I know people that did six months
- 10:22Speaker 3: in jail for child support.
- 10:25Speaker 4: That's just what.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Appearing over parking tickets. Yeah, parking tickets or that. Yeah, yeah,
- 10:30Speaker 1: spend their license all and.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Going back to mores. Why were you trying to pay
- 10:35Speaker 2: her off? Anyway? You said way worse things did way worse?
- 10:37Speaker 2: Do you want to pay her off? No?
- 10:39Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Thirty four counts found guilty on them or did the
- 10:42Speaker 1: double fist pump an hour after in front of your
- 10:45Speaker 1: crib full back to marl Lago and all those people
- 10:48Speaker 1: like he can't vote, He can't vote, He can't vote.
- 10:50Speaker 1: He was found a felon in the state of New York.
- 10:52Speaker 1: He resides in Florida, so he can't vote for himself
- 10:55Speaker 1: in the state of Florida.
- 10:56Speaker 5: If a felon becomes president, should fellas be able to
- 10:58Speaker 5: vote going forward?
- 11:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it's unprecedented.
- 11:01Speaker 3: I think fellows should be able to vote now anyway,
- 11:04Speaker 3: why are you if your whole point of prison is
- 11:07Speaker 3: to rehabilitate somebody, why would you strip them of their
- 11:11Speaker 3: rights to be That's one of your rights of being
- 11:12Speaker 3: an American citizen is to actually vote and take part
- 11:14Speaker 3: of the political process. So, Okay, you make one mistake
- 11:17Speaker 3: or you got found guilty of one thing, now you
- 11:20Speaker 3: can no longer take part in the political process, which
- 11:22Speaker 3: is one of the most important processes in American structure.
- 11:25Speaker 3: That doesn't make any sense to me.
- 11:27Speaker 2: All the people that usually go to jail vote for
- 11:30Speaker 2: what party?
- 11:32Speaker 4: Democrats?
- 11:33Speaker 3: For sure, No, I get it, I understand, I get it,
- 11:36Speaker 3: But I'm just saying that, you know, I think that
- 11:38Speaker 3: fellons should be able to vote.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Now, why not?
- 11:40Speaker 3: I agree because you're Democrats if you're able to work, right,
- 11:47Speaker 3: and even that has to be changed. Like as far
- 11:49Speaker 3: as if you're able to be a felon and be
- 11:51Speaker 3: the president of the United States, well you should be
- 11:55Speaker 3: able to have any job in America.
- 11:56Speaker 5: And take it off the House and applications and mortgages
- 12:00Speaker 5: quite discriminating across the board.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Rant yep, all that type stuff, right. I mean, if
- 12:05Speaker 3: we're gonna open up the playbook and open it up
- 12:07Speaker 3: for everybody, right, if a felon is capable of being
- 12:11Speaker 3: the most important person in America, the most powerful position
- 12:14Speaker 3: in the world, why.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Can't they be a clerk kid in a law office? Right?
- 12:21Speaker 3: I mean, you're trust in classified thousand with somebody that
- 12:24Speaker 3: got thirty four fellas?
- 12:25Speaker 4: What else? What more dangerous can can somebody else do?
- 12:29Speaker 6: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 12:33Speaker 6: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from l Salvador
- 12:37Speaker 6: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 12:41Speaker 6: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 12:45Speaker 6: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 12:49Speaker 6: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christine Noman, the United States
- 12:52Speaker 6: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 12:57Speaker 6: crossings are at the lowest levels ever courted, and over
- 13:01Speaker 6: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 13:04Speaker 6: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 13:08Speaker 6: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 13:12Speaker 6: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 13:16Speaker 6: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 13:19Speaker 6: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 13:24Speaker 6: border and families will be protected.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
