- 0:33Speaker 1: podcast on Spotify, iHeartRadio, Google s Amazon, also cash Box
- 0:40Speaker 1: and multiple other streaming companies. A little about me. I
- 0:44Speaker 1: am a certified recovery and healing coach as well as
- 0:48Speaker 1: a mental health practitioner, and I'm also about to be
- 0:51Speaker 1: a spiritual coach and a couple other coaches that I'm
- 0:54Speaker 1: working on. So I appreciate y'all for joining me for
- 0:57Speaker 1: this episode. This particular podcast, it's all about the importance
- 1:02Speaker 1: of healing and recovering from you minding your own business,
- 1:06Speaker 1: not worrying about what other people think, what other people
- 1:09Speaker 1: have to say, not letting people's words get the best
- 1:12Speaker 1: of you, not letting the power of the ton of
- 1:15Speaker 1: someone else dictate what your life is supposed to be,
- 1:18Speaker 1: and not worrying whether somebody else tells your story or not.
- 1:22Speaker 1: People can tell your story and say whatever it is
- 1:24Speaker 1: they want to. The point is, nobody can tell your
- 1:28Speaker 1: story the way you tell your story. Nobody can tell
- 1:34Speaker 1: your story the way that you tell your story. So
- 1:39Speaker 1: even though a lot of people think that they can
- 1:42Speaker 1: tell your story, they can't. Nobody can tell your story
- 1:49Speaker 1: the way you tell it because nobody knows your story
- 1:55Speaker 1: the way you do. And even though a lot of
- 1:59Speaker 1: people may say they can tell your story, trust me,
- 2:04Speaker 1: they can't. But a lot of people can try. They
- 2:09Speaker 1: absolutely can try. But at the end of the day,
- 2:13Speaker 1: this particular episode is about you not worrying about people
- 2:18Speaker 1: trying to tell your story. No one else can tell
- 2:23Speaker 1: your story the way you tell your story. Nobody else
- 2:29Speaker 1: knows what you've been through except you and the other
- 2:32Speaker 1: people involved. People can only tell their version of certain things,
- 2:40Speaker 1: but it doesn't mean that their version is true. There's
- 2:46Speaker 1: your version, everybody else's version, and then there's the evidence
- 2:49Speaker 1: that supports either side, and then there's truth. That's why
- 2:53Speaker 1: you have prosecution, and then you got defense attorneys. Now
- 2:59Speaker 1: you're gonna have a lot of people, especially when you
- 3:03Speaker 1: get in the limelight, that's gonna have a lot of
- 3:05Speaker 1: things to say about you, a lot of things that
- 3:09Speaker 1: may be negative, may be positive. And the one thing
- 3:12Speaker 1: I learned in my own recovery is that you might
- 3:15Speaker 1: have people to have more negative things say about you
- 3:19Speaker 1: than they do positive. You're gonna have people that's going
- 3:23Speaker 1: to try to break you down, leach off, you take
- 3:27Speaker 1: advantage of you and trying to make it seem like
- 3:31Speaker 1: you're not good enough and that you're not worthy. Well,
- 3:34Speaker 1: I'm here to tell you I don't pay stuff like
- 3:37Speaker 1: that no attention. To be honest, I just don't because
- 3:41Speaker 1: at the end of the day, the way I live
- 3:44Speaker 1: my life is the way that I choose to live
- 3:47Speaker 1: my life, not the way everybody else wants me to
- 3:51Speaker 1: live my life. So even though some people may say, well,
- 3:57Speaker 1: you're not this and you're not there that I honestly,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I don't, honestly really care about the fact that you
- 4:06Speaker 1: think whatever it is that you think, I don't care.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I live my life based on what makes me as
- 4:16Speaker 1: an individual happen, and that's just it on that if
- 4:20Speaker 1: I feel that I want to live my life in
- 4:24Speaker 1: whatever way I choose to live it, I got the
- 4:27Speaker 1: right to do so nobody else can tell me how
- 4:31Speaker 1: I'm supposed to live the life that I am choosing
- 4:35Speaker 1: to live. So even though you may not like my
- 4:40Speaker 1: life and how you know my life is, it ain't
- 4:45Speaker 1: really honestly for you to decide. So it's just funny
- 4:50Speaker 1: to me when I see people trying to tell people, oh,
- 4:55Speaker 1: you should live your life this way. But what's funny
- 4:58Speaker 1: about the situation. It's the people that's telling your story
- 5:03Speaker 1: don't even know your story. And what's even more crazy
- 5:05Speaker 1: is they act like they know you. And it's just
- 5:09Speaker 1: funny when you think about it. You're like, dude, you
- 5:14Speaker 1: don't know what I've had to endure and what I've
- 5:18Speaker 1: had to deal with, So how are you gonna tell
- 5:21Speaker 1: me what my story is? And then they'll go and
- 5:24Speaker 1: they'll try to get people to try to make you
- 5:28Speaker 1: look bad, and you're just sitting here shaking your hand
- 5:32Speaker 1: like you can't be serious here. So because you decide
- 5:36Speaker 1: to go get my ex, what do you think my
- 5:38Speaker 1: ex is? Gonna tell you my ex can only tell
- 5:41Speaker 1: you about who I was when I was with the person.
- 5:44Speaker 1: It doesn't mean that i'm that person now. But here's
- 5:46Speaker 1: what the problem is. People only see you in the
- 5:51Speaker 1: way they're so used to seeing you. They're not even
- 5:55Speaker 1: seeing your growth, they're not even seeing your development. They're
- 6:00Speaker 1: only seeing what it is that they want to see,
- 6:04Speaker 1: but not what it really is. So when you have
- 6:08Speaker 1: people that's sitting up here talking about your past, and
- 6:11Speaker 1: you get all these people getting pissed off because somebody
- 6:14Speaker 1: brought up your past, Why are you upset about it?
- 6:18Speaker 1: It was a long time ago. And for some people
- 6:22Speaker 1: they don't want to relive what happened twenty thirty years ago.
- 6:27Speaker 1: It doesn't matter what they did twenty thirty years ago
- 6:30Speaker 1: unless it's gonna impact you now. If it's not something
- 6:34Speaker 1: that's gonna impact you now, then why does it matter
- 6:38Speaker 1: about what happened twenty years ago. Something that happened a
- 6:43Speaker 1: long time ago that really has really much to do about.
- 6:51Speaker 1: None of it matters at this point. And what's really
- 6:56Speaker 1: funny to me is when you have people that are
- 7:01Speaker 1: trying to destroy people's lives with mistakes they made in
- 7:05Speaker 1: their lives, or people that's trying to basically better their
- 7:08Speaker 1: lives that cannot better their lives because society won't let
- 7:13Speaker 1: them basically get over whatever. And I'll give you an
- 7:17Speaker 1: example of felons, people that are felons that have been
- 7:21Speaker 1: in prison that basically essentially get out of prison and
- 7:27Speaker 1: they still can't find a job. They still can't be
- 7:32Speaker 1: the better version of themselves because of the fact of
- 7:36Speaker 1: people not letting go of what it is. People that
- 7:40Speaker 1: don't want to hire these people because of the fact
- 7:45Speaker 1: of what they did twenty thirty years ago. Nobody wants
- 7:49Speaker 1: anybody to grow an evolve, I notice, or even elevate.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Nobody wants people to be a different version of themselves.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Even if you lose weight, people still gonna remind you
- 8:03Speaker 1: of the person you were when you will overweight. You
- 8:09Speaker 1: could have had a high body count count and people
- 8:13Speaker 1: still gonna remind you that you had a high body count.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Example is there was a Caucasian on them and she
- 8:22Speaker 1: slept with over six hundred men. Now she's pregnant and
- 8:26Speaker 1: people are in them chat rooms letting this woman have
- 8:31Speaker 1: it because she's pregnant and don't know who the baby
- 8:35Speaker 1: daddy is. Now do I condone her behavior, Absolutely not,
- 8:40Speaker 1: do I condone it. But am I going to judge
- 8:44Speaker 1: her No, Because at the end of the day, I
- 8:47Speaker 1: have met my share of mistakes. Trust me, I have
- 8:53Speaker 1: made a few. But I'm not gonna hold against somebody
- 9:00Speaker 1: what they did unless it impacted somebody else. Now, let's
- 9:06Speaker 1: say this child ends up with her bees and some
- 9:09Speaker 1: std That's when I'm gonna hold her account Now, there
- 9:13Speaker 1: are times you do have to hold people accountable, especially
- 9:16Speaker 1: if other people are impacted and affected by certain things.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Jeffrey Dahmer impacted a lot of people. Uh, Charles Manson
- 9:28Speaker 1: impacted a bunch of people. What's the name, Jesus, somebody
- 9:34Speaker 1: just said his name, the one that had the quote
- 9:40Speaker 1: that had nine hundred and some people unlived. When you
- 9:44Speaker 1: have people that are in cults that are basically marrying
- 9:48Speaker 1: young girls, then that's a whole nother entity. When people
- 9:52Speaker 1: are affected and impacted in a negative manner, that's a
- 9:56Speaker 1: whole other conversation. Then those people have every right to
- 10:00Speaker 1: be judged because they don't did something wrong and there
- 10:02Speaker 1: are consequences. But at the end of the day, regardless
- 10:07Speaker 1: of whether I think something is right or wrong, or
- 10:10Speaker 1: a person is right or wrong. It ain't for me
- 10:12Speaker 1: to judge, because at the end of the day, God
- 10:17Speaker 1: is the only one that in honesty that can judge.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I can't judge if I wanted to, But what I
- 10:23Speaker 1: can do is not be around that person. So in
- 10:29Speaker 1: my mind, I condone what they did, but I can't
- 10:34Speaker 1: condone them as a person. You can always condone what
- 10:39Speaker 1: somebody did, their actions, behavior, choice and decisions and the
- 10:43Speaker 1: consequences be because of the karma that came with it,
- 10:48Speaker 1: but I can't necessarily condone the person. But at the
- 10:57Speaker 1: end of the day, like I said, you don't have
- 11:00Speaker 1: people no matter what you do, that's going to come
- 11:04Speaker 1: for you as a positive person. They just are. There's
- 11:08Speaker 1: no way around that. And no matter how much you
- 11:12Speaker 1: don't want negativity to impact your life, that don't mean
- 11:16Speaker 1: it won't. Even though you might be strong enough to
- 11:20Speaker 1: handle people negatively. And even though you might be mentally strong,
- 11:26Speaker 1: psychologically strong, even emotionally strong, even financially strong, that don't
- 11:31Speaker 1: mean your health and wellness won't be affected. Negativity gonna
- 11:35Speaker 1: hit you someway somehow. There's not one person that has
- 11:39Speaker 1: not been hit with negativity somewhere or some how or
- 11:43Speaker 1: hasn't dealt with some type of trauma. But I tell people,
- 11:47Speaker 1: is now you fall, it's how you rise. The problem
- 11:51Speaker 1: is you got godly people that when they hit, when
- 11:54Speaker 1: they fall, they hit robottom. They don't have nobody to
- 11:58Speaker 1: catch them when they fall. They don't have a soft
- 12:01Speaker 1: place to land. But yet negative people always have a
- 12:03Speaker 1: soft place to land, don't they. Negative people think they
- 12:07Speaker 1: can say whenever they want to and think they have
- 12:09Speaker 1: the right to say it. But what I learned now
- 12:12Speaker 1: is I don't say nothing to them at all. I
- 12:14Speaker 1: don't care what you say. Negative, I am not gonna
- 12:16Speaker 1: respond to you. And an example of that was the
- 12:20Speaker 1: other day before I took my channel down on TikTok,
- 12:24Speaker 1: I was doing pretty well talking about country waying skits
- 12:28Speaker 1: and I would go live talking about the skits or
- 12:32Speaker 1: different topics or whatever as a life coach. Somebody flagged
- 12:35Speaker 1: my channel saying something about you know, unlive in situations,
- 12:41Speaker 1: which I did not, and yet my video got my
- 12:45Speaker 1: live got taken down. I said, you know what, I'm
- 12:48Speaker 1: taking my channel down. I'm not dealing with this. Like
- 12:52Speaker 1: if I talked about certain things about government or or
- 12:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump from a life coaching perspective. Oh, I had
- 12:59Speaker 1: a whole people, I'm my gentle man, but I still
- 13:02Speaker 1: took it down and made the executive decision to take
- 13:05Speaker 1: it down. Now, I thought about bringing it up just
- 13:07Speaker 1: to go live, just to basically break down why I'm
- 13:10Speaker 1: about to take it down yet again. But at the
- 13:16Speaker 1: end of the day, like I said, trying to have
- 13:19Speaker 1: that conversation with negative people is a waste of time.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Arguing with them, defending yourself is a waste of time.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Let them think whatever they want to think. And if
- 13:29Speaker 1: people are stupid enough to believe them, this is the
- 13:32Speaker 1: advice I will give you. Look at it as they're
- 13:36Speaker 1: moving things out your life that don't belong. By you
- 13:40Speaker 1: showing what you really look like, you're gonna see how
- 13:43Speaker 1: people really see you. So by doing that, it eliminates
- 13:47Speaker 1: a lot of the people that would come in your
- 13:49Speaker 1: life and try to use you, if that makes sense.
- 13:53Speaker 1: So by you showing people the truth about yourself, you're
- 13:59Speaker 1: gonna see the truth about them. So it's not about
- 14:03Speaker 1: you showing the world what you got. It's about showing
- 14:08Speaker 1: people what they think they think about you. Because that
- 14:13Speaker 1: way you see how they really see you. You're not
- 14:16Speaker 1: gonna see that when you at your best, you're gonna
- 14:17Speaker 1: see that. When you wearing fake hair and fake nails,
- 14:20Speaker 1: you ain't gonna see that at all. The only way
- 14:22Speaker 1: you're gonna see that is if you show the truth
- 14:26Speaker 1: about yourself. So, for example, you have men in these
- 14:31Speaker 1: African folk tales that will pretend like they're broke just
- 14:36Speaker 1: to go out here and see who will really accept
- 14:38Speaker 1: them for them, that's what you're gonna have to start
- 14:41Speaker 1: doing it as a godly person. You can't show the
- 14:44Speaker 1: world what you got because I'm telling you all these
- 14:47Speaker 1: people that would never deal with you if you didn't
- 14:49Speaker 1: have it are not gonna be around you. They're gonna
- 14:55Speaker 1: come around you because you have something they want. So
- 14:58Speaker 1: when it comes to attraction, and attraction is not always
- 15:03Speaker 1: about attracting people for the right reasons, nine to nine
- 15:07Speaker 1: point nine percent of the time, you gonna basically attract
- 15:10Speaker 1: the wrong type of people, negative people. You're not gonna
- 15:14Speaker 1: attract the people that you're meant to attract because you're
- 15:18Speaker 1: attracting them based on the wrong reasons. When you're on
- 15:21Speaker 1: social media showing off everything and these dudes are in
- 15:25Speaker 1: your dms, they're not in your DMS because they want
- 15:28Speaker 1: to get to know you. They're in your DMS because
- 15:29Speaker 1: they want to have sex with you. I'm just being real.
- 15:34Speaker 1: But by showing yourself in a modest way, the lack
- 15:39Speaker 1: of attention you may not think is a good thing,
- 15:42Speaker 1: but in all actuality is a great thing. Because if
- 15:46Speaker 1: you're if your whole entire thing of getting people like
- 15:50Speaker 1: you is money and attraction and sex, that's demonic. That's
- 15:55Speaker 1: based on the devil, not based on God. But if
- 15:58Speaker 1: you're someone that is modest, you're not showing off everything,
- 16:01Speaker 1: you're coming on camera as you are, and you're still
- 16:04Speaker 1: able to have people drawn to your channel, then that's
- 16:07Speaker 1: a whole nother conversation. And that just shows pretty much
- 16:12Speaker 1: essentially how you're able to bring people to you and
- 16:17Speaker 1: you don't have to do all the bills and whistles
- 16:19Speaker 1: to do that. That right there tell you what kind
- 16:23Speaker 1: of person you are. So if someone that's unattractive can
- 16:28Speaker 1: attract a really attractive man or female and you don't
- 16:31Speaker 1: understand how and this person, it wasn't even about the money,
- 16:37Speaker 1: wasn't even about none of that. It was just a
- 16:39Speaker 1: fact these two basically have a great relationship. Far as communication.
- 16:45Speaker 1: They have a lot in common far as internally, which
- 16:49Speaker 1: in turns makes their relationship stronger. It's just like saying
- 16:54Speaker 1: that you'll see a lot of women that lower themselves
- 16:58Speaker 1: and then end up getting divorced. And now they can't
- 17:01Speaker 1: do nothing because for twenty five years they depended solely
- 17:04Speaker 1: on their husbands. God never said to give up anything.
- 17:08Speaker 1: God never said to lawyer yourself. I don't know why
- 17:10Speaker 1: y'all keep believing these people when theyre talking about lawyer yourself.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I don't understand why you would do that. But that's
- 17:16Speaker 1: what y'all do. And what I don't understand is why.
- 17:20Speaker 1: So let me give an example. I'm gonna use mister
- 17:23Speaker 1: Aaron Pierre. That's move aside. Aaron Pierre, that's move Basside.
- 17:33Speaker 1: But anyway, airbody and their mama is so so you
- 17:42Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. They're all about, you know, Aaron Pierr.
- 17:47Speaker 1: And like I said, it's crazy how you know a
- 17:51Speaker 1: lot of people will sit here and talk about this
- 17:54Speaker 1: man and was even more crazier. He is a track.
- 18:00Speaker 1: He is to me, he looks like Scar but he's
- 18:03Speaker 1: playing with Foster, which is really cute. And he's a
- 18:06Speaker 1: very attractive man, but he grew into his looks. Though
- 18:12Speaker 1: he wasn't a guy that just was naturally attractive, he
- 18:15Speaker 1: grew into his looks. And all these women, since they
- 18:20Speaker 1: saw him on the magazines with no shirt ons showing
- 18:24Speaker 1: his workout, and then the fact that he has an
- 18:27Speaker 1: English accent that right there might have something to do
- 18:30Speaker 1: with it. Weird. I'm sorry, y'all. Sorry, I'm trying to
- 18:39Speaker 1: I'm on TikTok. I got a pretty much log in.
- 18:42Speaker 1: But anyway, like I said, I get it, I do,
- 18:46Speaker 1: I get it, I even understand it. But at the
- 18:50Speaker 1: same time, yes, Aaron Pierre is a drop dead gorgeous man.
- 18:56Speaker 1: He is. He's gorgeous. I'm not gonna lie and say
- 19:01Speaker 1: that he isn't a drop dead gorgeous man because he is.
- 19:07Speaker 1: But at the same time, I'm what, how old am
- 19:10Speaker 1: I I'm what thirty? I'm fifty, he's thirty. What do
- 19:17Speaker 1: I look like dating someone that I'm fifty and he's thirty.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I'm old enough to be that man's mama. Now, don't
- 19:24Speaker 1: get me wrong, there's some man that do in their
- 19:26Speaker 1: thirties warn to day the woman that's in their forties
- 19:29Speaker 1: or even in their fifties, if she looked good and
- 19:31Speaker 1: she looked yup now not the same that it wouldn't
- 19:36Speaker 1: be a thought in my mind not to say that.
- 19:40Speaker 1: You know that my eyes ain't gonna lure me in
- 19:43Speaker 1: and that body just ain't gonna help either. And I'm being,
- 19:46Speaker 1: you know, thinking to myself, should I could? I would I,
- 19:50Speaker 1: But then I have to think about the maturity of
- 19:53Speaker 1: the man, and being that he's very mature, being that
- 19:55Speaker 1: he's an introvert, being that he just seemed like he
- 19:58Speaker 1: is just so sweet and some kind. Yes, would I
- 20:01Speaker 1: date him? Yeah, I probably would if its mama didn't
- 20:04Speaker 1: have problem with it, you know what I'm saying. It
- 20:08Speaker 1: would be one of them things. If the mother had
- 20:09Speaker 1: a problem with it, then I would be fine with it.
- 20:13Speaker 1: But just dating somebody thirty, No, it just depends on
- 20:17Speaker 1: the maturity of the person. If that person is very
- 20:19Speaker 1: grown and very mature for their age, then yeah, but
- 20:24Speaker 1: normally I probably wouldn't. For him, I would make an exception,
- 20:28Speaker 1: but I wouldn't make that exception for everybody. But at
- 20:37Speaker 1: the end of the day, like I said, I get it.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I do. I absolutely get it. I do. So I'm
- 20:43Speaker 1: not somebody that don't that don't understand. But to have
- 20:48Speaker 1: somebody that is that drop their gorgeous you know what
- 20:52Speaker 1: I'm saying. I get it. But at the same time,
- 20:57Speaker 1: would that be a forbidden fruit for me? Absolutely? What
- 21:01Speaker 1: I have to worry about what other people think about
- 21:04Speaker 1: me because of the fact, look wise, I may not
- 21:09Speaker 1: m meet the bar. And it might be a lot
- 21:12Speaker 1: of people that say he shouldn't be with me because
- 21:15Speaker 1: of what I look like or because of my weight,
- 21:17Speaker 1: and he might say, I don't care nothing about that
- 21:19Speaker 1: because she treats me well. And let's say, for example,
- 21:24Speaker 1: they end up getting me all dressed up and they
- 21:27Speaker 1: shocked at the fact that me dressed up, I look
- 21:31Speaker 1: completely different. There you go. So you can never judge
- 21:35Speaker 1: a book by its cover. So at the end of
- 21:38Speaker 1: the day, you have some people that are at a
- 21:41Speaker 1: point in their life it's not about what somebody looks
- 21:43Speaker 1: like anymore. It's about who they are as a person.
- 21:45Speaker 1: It's about the heart and the spiritual of the person,
- 21:49Speaker 1: not the things y'all think that it's about. So again,
- 21:53Speaker 1: you know, for me, it's one of those things where
- 21:56Speaker 1: when it comes down to these d these particular situations,
- 22:02Speaker 1: I just feel like that you're always gonna have people
- 22:06Speaker 1: that's gonna want to see people not even happy. They
- 22:11Speaker 1: want to see people miserable, lonely and better. I don't
- 22:18Speaker 1: know why, but they do. They want people to be miserable.
- 22:23Speaker 1: So my whole thing for me is that, you know,
- 22:28Speaker 1: I want people to understand that when it comes down
- 22:32Speaker 1: to these situations, people have the right to do whatever
- 22:36Speaker 1: they want to be whoever they want to. But sometimes
- 22:40Speaker 1: you got to accept things for what they are and
- 22:43Speaker 1: say to yourself, you know what, maybe I shouldn't be
- 22:48Speaker 1: with someone blah blah blah blah blah. But sometimes it's
- 22:52Speaker 1: not about being with people because of what everybody else thinks.
- 22:56Speaker 1: You're the person dating them, but yet you're worried about
- 22:58Speaker 1: everybody else and what everybody else is about their person.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Understand you're not the understand again, you're the one dating
- 23:08Speaker 1: the person, not everybody else. But yet you got all
- 23:11Speaker 1: these people that are worrying about what somebody else thinks
- 23:15Speaker 1: about their relationship or what somebody else thinks about something else.
- 23:19Speaker 1: To me, it's just stupid, and to be honest, I
- 23:22Speaker 1: feel like that people shouldn't be worrying about everybody else
- 23:25Speaker 1: and what they think they should be worrying about, you know,
- 23:30Speaker 1: basically what the person that you're in a relationship with things.
- 23:34Speaker 1: But the fact that you're giving so many people power
- 23:37Speaker 1: over your life is why so many people are miserable
- 23:41Speaker 1: and why so many people are unhappy because the fact
- 23:44Speaker 1: that they're not able to live the life that they
- 23:48Speaker 1: want to live. They're living the life based on everybody else.
- 23:53Speaker 1: So I just tell people, y'all need to stop living
- 23:56Speaker 1: your lives based on everybody else and live your life
- 23:58Speaker 1: based on you because at the end, like I said,
- 24:02Speaker 1: you're the one that is going to be dating that person,
- 24:05Speaker 1: not everybody else. Just like, whatever you decide to do
- 24:08Speaker 1: and your own life is your own life. But trying
- 24:11Speaker 1: to chase behind celebrities and what celebrity is doing and
- 24:14Speaker 1: what everybody else got going on, y'all don't need to
- 24:17Speaker 1: stop seriously doing that because these people that you're basing
- 24:23Speaker 1: yourselves on are not basing themselves on you. So even
- 24:29Speaker 1: though you out here doing whatever, you know what I'm saying,
- 24:34Speaker 1: these other people are basically making money off your misery
- 24:39Speaker 1: because you don't have self esteem and you don't believe,
- 24:44Speaker 1: you know what, you don't believe in your own self
- 24:49Speaker 1: because you're letting other people stop you from your dreams
- 24:52Speaker 1: and goals. It's just like people that are trying to
- 24:56Speaker 1: basically build business and brands, and then when they make it,
- 24:59Speaker 1: here come all the people that basically weren't there all
- 25:03Speaker 1: of a sudden now trying to stop you from your greatness,
- 25:08Speaker 1: trying to stop you from your happiness. And that shouldn't
- 25:14Speaker 1: be based on anybody else but you. But worrying about
- 25:19Speaker 1: everybody else and thinking that you're missing something, what exactly
- 25:24Speaker 1: what you're missing? Because being single anymore is not what
- 25:27Speaker 1: is cracked up to be. Being married is not everything
- 25:29Speaker 1: you're just cracked up to be. No more people nowadays,
- 25:33Speaker 1: when it come to being single, it means they're traveling
- 25:36Speaker 1: by themselves, they're paying their bills by themselves. These are
- 25:40Speaker 1: people that really tell the truth no matter what they do,
- 25:44Speaker 1: no matter how much they get dressed up. These people
- 25:47Speaker 1: ain't never gonna get a man point blame period or female. Now.
- 25:52Speaker 1: With men they got a better chance because of money,
- 25:55Speaker 1: But women, it don't matter whether they got money. It
- 25:58Speaker 1: don't matter whether the girl got a banging, But I
- 26:00Speaker 1: don't care if she got a cute personality, if she
- 26:02Speaker 1: is not attractive. No man is gonna touch her yet
- 26:04Speaker 1: to sleep with her. Yes, they will deal with her
- 26:06Speaker 1: while he's in between relationships, but she is not the
- 26:09Speaker 1: one he gonna end up within the loan game. So,
- 26:13Speaker 1: like I said, I just think it's important that people
- 26:16Speaker 1: understand that there will be people that will be alone.
- 26:22Speaker 1: I did just say alone. I say elone alone the rest
- 26:25Speaker 1: of their lives. And that's okay. Say at the end
- 26:29Speaker 1: of the day, even though you okay you, even though
- 26:31Speaker 1: you might be alone, you might be successful. Even though
- 26:35Speaker 1: you're alone. You can travel the world, get up whenever
- 26:37Speaker 1: you want to, because guess what, you ain't got no kids.
- 26:41Speaker 1: But see, the problem is the people that should have
- 26:43Speaker 1: had this mentality don't have that mentality. Now they got kids,
- 26:48Speaker 1: and that they're still single. So you're single with kids.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Why this man is running around the world now, y'all
- 26:53Speaker 1: y'all keep going pro procreating having more kids. So I
- 26:59Speaker 1: get the fact that you want, you know, certain things,
- 27:07Speaker 1: and I get that. But at the same time, what
- 27:12Speaker 1: I will say is sometimes it don't work out like that.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Sometimes you might end up not having right now what
- 27:26Speaker 1: everybody else got, And that's okay. That's you don't. What
- 27:31Speaker 1: matters is that your time is coming. Let God bring
- 27:36Speaker 1: them things to you. All you gotta do is pray
- 27:38Speaker 1: on it. But when you pray for, whatever you pray for,
- 27:42Speaker 1: can you be more specific? But if you're saying you're
- 27:45Speaker 1: looking for a good man and yet you and you
- 27:48Speaker 1: didn't say that he had to be attractive. You just
- 27:51Speaker 1: said that ban's essentially they had to be whatever, They
- 27:56Speaker 1: had to have money, they had to have this. But
- 27:58Speaker 1: you didn't say nothing, absolutely nothing about this person being attractive. Kay,
- 28:06Speaker 1: So be mindful of that. Be specific and what it
- 28:11Speaker 1: is that you asking for, Kay, be specific on that,
- 28:16Speaker 1: because if you ain't specific, God is gonna gonna bring
- 28:18Speaker 1: you the type of person that you need internally. The
- 28:21Speaker 1: devil gonna bring you what you want as far as
- 28:24Speaker 1: the external. So just keep that in mind when you
- 28:28Speaker 1: are trying to pick whatever it is that you won't
- 28:31Speaker 1: be mindful of that. So at the end of the day,
- 28:34Speaker 1: like I said, as long as you doing what's right
- 28:37Speaker 1: by you and just sit back and wait, continue to
- 28:42Speaker 1: do the work, continue to do the things to make
- 28:45Speaker 1: your body internally and externally healthy, it don't mind what
- 28:49Speaker 1: nobody else says, because, like I said negative people just
- 28:53Speaker 1: move things out the way of things that don't need
- 28:56Speaker 1: to be in your life. No way, So let them
- 28:58Speaker 1: continue to move them things out, because at least they're
- 29:02Speaker 1: moving it out. And that's what I'm saying. By showing
- 29:06Speaker 1: what you really look like, making people believe that you
- 29:09Speaker 1: don't have certain things, you gonna see their true reaction.
- 29:13Speaker 1: But you're never gonna see their true reaction. When you
- 29:16Speaker 1: have yourself together, you gonna only have people that are
- 29:20Speaker 1: gonna be fake and phony, and they're only using you
- 29:23Speaker 1: for what you got in the minute you lose it all,
- 29:26Speaker 1: you gonna end up. All them people gonna be gone.
- 29:29Speaker 1: And before I go, let me tell you all this
- 29:32Speaker 1: folk tale that I just saw, and there's two of them,
- 29:35Speaker 1: but it's the same equation. One woman was a her
- 29:40Speaker 1: father owned a business, and her husband and her best
- 29:44Speaker 1: friend basically sabotaged her family's company and it ended up
- 29:50Speaker 1: going bankrupt, and he ended up kicking her out the
- 29:54Speaker 1: house because of the fact that they basically destroyed her
- 30:00Speaker 1: her family and destroyed her company. She ended up homeless,
- 30:04Speaker 1: and then she found out she was pregnant. Luckily, one
- 30:08Speaker 1: of her friends let her stay with her and she
- 30:12Speaker 1: gave birth to a baby, some twins, and what ended
- 30:17Speaker 1: up happening was she ended up looking for a job
- 30:21Speaker 1: and she ended up working for this one guy by
- 30:23Speaker 1: the name of Harry, and so Harry from the moment
- 30:26Speaker 1: he saw her, he fell in love with her. But
- 30:29Speaker 1: he decided to give her a chance, and she proved
- 30:33Speaker 1: that basically essentially, that she could run suckles around these
- 30:36Speaker 1: other employees. So when she told him about her story,
- 30:40Speaker 1: he decided to help her. So he helped her to
- 30:44Speaker 1: not only build her own company, but also being able
- 30:48Speaker 1: to suck the life out of his. But because he
- 30:51Speaker 1: hadn't seen his ex wife in years, she looked completely different,
- 30:56Speaker 1: didn't recognize her. This girl tripped that man everything him
- 31:01Speaker 1: and that girl to the point where the girl of
- 31:03Speaker 1: the girl ended up going to jail, and then he
- 31:07Speaker 1: ended up losing everything. She ended up taking his company
- 31:09Speaker 1: from him. She stripped him of everything, and at first
- 31:13Speaker 1: it felt good because when it comes to revenge, yeah
- 31:16Speaker 1: it does feel good. Revenge does feel good, but it
- 31:19Speaker 1: is bittersweet. But as time went on, she realized holding
- 31:24Speaker 1: on to that anger is not something that is good,
- 31:29Speaker 1: not only for her, that she had to forgive him
- 31:32Speaker 1: because again, they had kids, and so when she found
- 31:36Speaker 1: it about the when he found it about the kids,
- 31:38Speaker 1: he was devastated when he found out that he had twins,
- 31:42Speaker 1: and so he felt bad after losing everything, but he
- 31:46Speaker 1: did try to make amends. But like she said, you
- 31:50Speaker 1: set up here and destroyed my whole entire family. This
- 31:53Speaker 1: is about me basically getting everything back that was stolen
- 31:56Speaker 1: from me, that you took from me, which I can understand.
- 32:00Speaker 1: But sometimes if if it's that easy for somebody to
- 32:05Speaker 1: take something from you, then it was never yours in
- 32:07Speaker 1: the in the first place, or you never appreciate it anyway,
- 32:11Speaker 1: because if you did, you would have done everything to
- 32:13Speaker 1: protect it, which something her father didn't do. And when
- 32:17Speaker 1: you trust the wrong people, you're not protecting what is yours,
- 32:21Speaker 1: and that's kind of where the problem was. Anyway, long
- 32:25Speaker 1: story short, they made amends. They never got back together,
- 32:31Speaker 1: but her her business continued to thrive. In the end,
- 32:34Speaker 1: she let go of all of the anger, and her
- 32:37Speaker 1: and Harry dig end up getting together. She did get
- 32:39Speaker 1: her family home back, and she got back everything she lost,
- 32:44Speaker 1: but the business was already gone, but she got something new.
- 32:48Speaker 1: So even though she got some of the things back,
- 32:52Speaker 1: she didn't get everything back. The second story was a
- 32:55Speaker 1: woman that created a caterie business and started making all
- 32:59Speaker 1: this money, and her husband was in finance, and he
- 33:03Speaker 1: was doing the financial part. He let some investors convince
- 33:07Speaker 1: him to get rid of his wife out of the company.
- 33:10Speaker 1: That's what he did. She ended up in the end
- 33:14Speaker 1: taking the high road, got our business up and running,
- 33:17Speaker 1: and he lost everything. So even though she didn't do
- 33:21Speaker 1: nothing negative to him, she walked away with nothing but
- 33:26Speaker 1: came out with some. So in the end, you gotta
- 33:33Speaker 1: be mindful of what you got and understand that. Now
- 33:36Speaker 1: everybody needs to know you got it. Number one and
- 33:39Speaker 1: number two, not everybody deserves to have a piece of it.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Because here's the thing. You're gonna be the one doing
- 33:46Speaker 1: all the work. It's your idea. And yet still you
- 33:50Speaker 1: got people that basically essentially are trying to be a
- 33:57Speaker 1: part of something that you created. They didn't come up
- 34:01Speaker 1: with the idea, but yet there making money off you,
- 34:04Speaker 1: just like accountants to steal money from you, you know,
- 34:07Speaker 1: just like family members. And there have been many African
- 34:10Speaker 1: folk tales where I've seen about family members that took
- 34:13Speaker 1: care of their families, and yet the sibling didn't have
- 34:16Speaker 1: to do nothing like this one guy in one of
- 34:19Speaker 1: the episodes where he took care of his parents, took
- 34:24Speaker 1: care of their bills, but they couldn't even watch his daughter.
- 34:27Speaker 1: But yet they were always watching h his sister's kids.
- 34:30Speaker 1: She didn't have to do nothing, she didn't have to
- 34:32Speaker 1: do nothing for her family, but yet she was the
- 34:34Speaker 1: one that he was the one that was always doing stuff,
- 34:36Speaker 1: and he ended up cutting them off. They got mad,
- 34:39Speaker 1: went on Facebook, started trashing him. Then he turned around
- 34:42Speaker 1: and said, well, no, that ain't what happened. I always
- 34:45Speaker 1: took care of them until they st they didn't want
- 34:46Speaker 1: to help me. When they came to my daughter, everything
- 34:49Speaker 1: changed and he cut everybody off. And then what ended
- 34:53Speaker 1: up happening was they came to the realization you don't
- 34:57Speaker 1: bite the hand to feed you. You have a lot
- 34:59Speaker 1: of the siblings that definitely go through this issue of
- 35:04Speaker 1: the one that actually is doing the right thing is
- 35:06Speaker 1: not the one they praise. They praise the one that
- 35:10Speaker 1: is not doing so well. It just is what it is.
- 35:16Speaker 1: So you're always the one that's dependable. You're always the
- 35:20Speaker 1: one that they can count on. So guess what they
- 35:23Speaker 1: gonna continue to no matter what, But the problem is
- 35:28Speaker 1: you gonna be the one that's gonna end up hurt
- 35:31Speaker 1: and used. So everything that you get, unfortunately you have
- 35:36Speaker 1: to constantly give it to somebody else, which is said,
- 35:39Speaker 1: but that's what's going on in this world, in this society.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Everybody unfortunately, no matter what you get, other people want
- 35:46Speaker 1: a piece of it, even though you did the work,
- 35:50Speaker 1: even though you did everything to make it happen. Employees
- 35:54Speaker 1: are one thing, but when it comes to investors and
- 35:58Speaker 1: all of that is a hole in the ball game.
- 36:00Speaker 1: But even with your employees, understand, without your employees, you
- 36:04Speaker 1: wouldn't have a company. So it's important that you treat
- 36:07Speaker 1: your employees the way they's supposed to be treated, that
- 36:11Speaker 1: you take care of them and you make sure they're good.
- 36:16Speaker 1: They should have enough money to pay their bills. You
- 36:19Speaker 1: have the money, so why would you not pay them
- 36:22Speaker 1: a salary to where they're able to live. Maybe shouldn't
- 36:26Speaker 1: have daycare, but yet that's not what his companies do.
- 36:30Speaker 1: So there you go. But I didn't want to tell
- 36:33Speaker 1: those two stories because, like I said, in the end,
- 36:38Speaker 1: when it comes to you minding your own business, you
- 36:41Speaker 1: gotta stop being a person carrying all the weight. You
- 36:44Speaker 1: gotta stop being the people please to seek theller Captain
- 36:46Speaker 1: sablehold the build a bear and a build a doll.
- 36:49Speaker 1: You gotta stop wanting to be loved life to appreciated, value,
- 36:53Speaker 1: to want it needed to be a part of something,
- 36:56Speaker 1: to be validated, to be approved or to be accepted
- 36:58Speaker 1: for somebody, know your word improve is something to people
- 37:02Speaker 1: that are never gonna reciprocate that you want, people that
- 37:05Speaker 1: don't want you. You chasing behind people that ain't gonna
- 37:08Speaker 1: do nothing but purity destroy you, And that's what they're
- 37:12Speaker 1: gonna do. So I don't recommend that you continue to
- 37:18Speaker 1: be that person. Live your life the way you want
- 37:22Speaker 1: to live your life, because I'm telling you, if you
- 37:24Speaker 1: live your life based on other people, you're gonna be miserable.
- 37:27Speaker 1: A lot of y'all who been winning get plastic surgery
- 37:30Speaker 1: are now regretting that decision of getting that plastic surgery. Well,
- 37:34Speaker 1: you made a choice to get it, and now you're
- 37:36Speaker 1: regretting it. Like I said, if you base your self esteem,
- 37:39Speaker 1: self worth, and self values on other people, honey, you
- 37:42Speaker 1: ain't never gonna live up to expectations. But now, like
- 37:47Speaker 1: I said, once you learn to take the mask off,
- 37:51Speaker 1: and you learn to accept your flaws and your imperfections,
- 37:54Speaker 1: and you learn to stop worrying about what everybody else thinks.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Then n there you go. So, yeah, but i'm'a get
- 38:06Speaker 1: off here right quick, because I see there's something I
- 38:08Speaker 1: need to address. Yeah. I decided to bring my channel
- 38:11Speaker 1: back for one particular reason cause there are some things
- 38:15Speaker 1: i'm'a get off my chest. So this is gonna be fun. Hm.
- 38:21Speaker 1: But the one thing I'm not gonna be is negative,
- 38:24Speaker 1: cause I'm not gonna let negativity ruin money. I just
- 38:27Speaker 1: I'm not. I'm not gonna let negative people get the
- 38:30Speaker 1: best of me. Cause at the end of the day,
- 38:31Speaker 1: you don't have power over me. Y'all gotta start letting
- 38:34Speaker 1: people and what they say have power over you. Like
- 38:37Speaker 1: I said, rejection is a part of life, and sometimes
- 38:41Speaker 1: rejection can be a good thing because those people ain't
- 38:43Speaker 1: meant for you, no way. And if you keep getting rejection,
- 38:46Speaker 1: then that means it ain't meant for you to work
- 38:48Speaker 1: a regular nine to five job. It is meant for
- 38:50Speaker 1: you to make your own money. So the best thing
- 38:53Speaker 1: to do if you don't fit society standards go back
- 38:55Speaker 1: home to your parents, save up your money, stack up
- 38:57Speaker 1: your money and build your own business and then quit
- 39:00Speaker 1: your job within three years. After you made twenty thousand
- 39:02Speaker 1: dollars a month for three years straight, then quit your job.
- 39:06Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, like I said,
- 39:09Speaker 1: I don't have to go looking for anything. Things come
- 39:13Speaker 1: to me and whatever's meant for me will come to me.
- 39:16Speaker 1: I no longer go looking for it because if it
- 39:19Speaker 1: ain't meant for me, I don't need to go find
- 39:21Speaker 1: it because God is gonna bring whatever is meant for me.
- 39:26Speaker 1: And that's how that's worked ever since the past few years.
- 39:30Speaker 1: So instead of looking for things, stop looking, stop worrying
- 39:34Speaker 1: about it. If it's meant for you, it will come
- 39:37Speaker 1: for you. Ain't need to do. Just pray on it, sit, steal,
- 39:39Speaker 1: and wait, continue doing other things until it does. You'll
- 39:42Speaker 1: know when it's your time, and when it is, you
- 39:44Speaker 1: gonna appreciate it and value it more than you did
- 39:47Speaker 1: if you went to go look for it. So that
- 39:50Speaker 1: being said, thank you guys for joining me for this episode.
- 39:53Speaker 1: I am your host, scottis Austion Mariyama. I love y'all.
- 39:56Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all to support me where I've been gone
- 39:58Speaker 1: And I'll see y'all next time, ye
