Ninety-nine-year-old WWII veteran Wiley Tow soared into history again—flying a restored Stearman biplane over Amarillo, part of Dream Flights’ heartfelt tribute to his service. A proud technical sergeant who kept Allied vehicles running in Europe, Tow joined seven other Texas veterans for this rare, free flight, signing the plane’s tail as tradition demands.
