- The f B. I Hey, y'all, welcome to today's show. I hope everyone had an absolutely wonderful Easter, regardless the actions of our so called Catholic present President Biden, who decided to desecrate the most holy day in all of Christianity by calling it trans day of Recognition. Once again, I urge you to sign the petition asking the bishops, the United States Bishops to excommunicate Joseph Robinette Biden, who is a heretic, who is committing grave, mortal sin. Every time he confuses people teaching a false, false doctrine and calling it Catholic. And every time he presents himself and for the Eucharist and receives the Eucharist, he commits a mortal sin. And the priest commits at least a very grave sin by knowing giving the Eucharist to him and causing scandal and causing Catholics and non Catholic Christians to be confused as to what constitutes Catholic teaching. It's for his own good, it's for the priests own good. It's for the good of the nation and the entire Church in the world that men such public, public centers, such as Joe Biden, who openly defy the Catholic Church be denied communion. It's not the same as if you go in and you confess a private sin. He goes out there and publicly says it so that abortion is not only okay, but really is a Catholic, a Christian teaching. I think he's called it homosexuality, transgenderism, etc. Et cetera. The man is really incredibly evil and he has no place in the Catholic Church until he repents, reforms, goes to confession and changes his position to be in alignment with the only authority on earth that has the infallibil ability to teach with the authority of God. You know, we'll start the show here. We're going to get back into radio replies, and it's an Anglican who's questioning the priests, and he will make the argument that the king is a higher authority in the Pope. No, the highest authority on earth is the Catholic Church, whose head is the Pope. It's the only authority given God's authority by Jesus Christ himself. All kings, all presidents, all prime ministers, all doctors, scholars, college professors, Nobel prize recipients. If what they say is in disagreement with the teachings of the One Holy Catholic and Apostotic Church, it is wrong, and on matters such as morals, it is evil, purely evil. So now let's get into this questioner, he says, in spite of all you say, I still believe that Henry the Eighth was justified at establishing the Church of the England. He purified English religion. They answer, he had left the Catholic Church. No, they answer, had he left the Catholic Church in order to become a better man himself and in order to make his people better? You might have a case, But he did not. A person says, he left the church merely because he was not going to be told by the pope what to do. And they said, you have said it. Henry was not going to be told even by the pope to keep God's laws, so he rebelled. And his rebellion was the genesis of Anglicanism. It began in disobedience, even as all the world's troubles began in the cry of Satan's I will not serve when men refuse to obey God. They found everything else refusing to obey them and even their own passions. When Anglicanism refused to obey the Catholic Church, it lost the power to secure obedience even from its own clergy. Person says Old England still stands under the Protestant flag of liberty, and they answered the prostant flag of what liberty you're dealing with a very dangerous word. There is no absolute liberty. Liberty always implies relative restriction. If I am free from the truth, I am subject from error, if free from virtue than subject device. When science proved the world was round, it took away my liberty to believe it to be flat. But I did not want to be free to believe it flat. When God revealed his law, that revelation took away my liberty to do with that law, forbade. When he revealed a divine religion, he took away my liberty to belong to any religion I might wish. His law takes away the liberty of divorce and re marriage. Good Old England gives her subjects to liberty to have it, but that is the liberty of the devil. And refusal to submission to God. Refusal of submission to God a man can be free from God and be the servant of Satan, or be free from Satan and be the servant of God. Choose which liberty you will have. But quite a lot of England's liberty is a liberty from the law of God. I am of purely English descent, and there is no national prejudice in what I say. But if my own mother commits murder, I refuse to be so blinded by my love for her, that is to deny that it is a crime, and that that really says it all, doesn't it. We have so many people now that call themselves Christians, and unfortunately about half of those who call themselves Catholics, who hold the laws of America and its cultural norms higher than the laws of God and the teachings of the Church. Well, I mean it started long ago. Like as I said, it started with the devil. But as far as Catholic politicians, you may remember that John Kennedy said that he did not see the teachings of the Church is higher than those of the Constitution. That in itself is an evil statement. Something made by man can never be higher than the teachings of the Church. But he also said the rulings of the Court would supersede that of the Vatican. That really began the whole liberal democrat Catholic thing, and you ended up with Ted Kennedy, let's see, adulter or alcoholic, murderer. But he was a good Catholic, right They found out he was actually working with the Soviets. He was actually in the Venona documents that came out. He was actively undermining the United States and spying for the Soviets, probably for a great deal of money. But he was a good Catholic, right because it was a Kennedy, and a Kennedy must be a good Catholic. Right. No, No, you're not a Catholic just because you were born into a Catholic family. You're a Catholic if you believe in all the teacher and follow all the teachers of the Catholic Church. If you disbelieve the teachers of the Catholic Church, and you think divorce is okay, abortion's okay, homosexuality is okay, transgenderism's okay, etc. Etc. We'd go down the list. There's a whole lot of stuff. Because the laws of the United States say it, you're not worshiping God and his church. You're worshiping a political party, a political ideal, a nation, and that's wrong. That's purely evil. Actually. So now let's get into today's excerpt from Father Sparagar's classic work, The Exhaustive Explanation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. And now we're going to discuss the hierarchy of the church. How appropriate Toy's discussion, right. The ministers of the church fall into three classes of distinct dignity and power, bishop's, priests, and d deacons. These were foreshadowed in the high priests, the priest and the levites of the Temple, as well as in Our Lord, the Apostles and Disciples. To the apostles, our Lord said, it's the Father has sent me, so I send you John twenty twenty one. To the disciples, merely go behold, I send you Luke ten three. So the apostles had much more power than the disciples. The apostles were sent to all the nations of the earth Matthew twenty eight twenty, the disciples only to those places where the Lord was himself to go Luke ten to one. The bishops are now the successors of the apostles, according to the Council Trent. Hence, the bishops are of higher rank than priests because they belong to a higher order of the clergy and have higher orders. Besides that, they have greater powers, being the only real pastors of the flock in any virtue of their jurisdiction, deciding how far anyone else may share in their government of those committed to their charge. The bishops alone can give orders, says Saint Jerome, and according to Saint Cyprian, he is the only ordinary member of Confirmation. The Council of Trent assigned to bishops many other privileges beyond those enjoyed by other ministers of the church. In addition, they have a judicial vote in councils. Priests rank higher than deacons, having higher orders and greater powers. They can offer the Holy sacrifice and forgive sins, what deacons can only baptize, preach and give communion, and essentially that means assist in communion. The hierarchy was enforced in the time of the Apostles. We see in the scriptures Timothy appointed with powers to judge priests Timothy five nineteen to ordain them Verse Timothy five twenty two and to appoint them to various cities. Titus one five. Saint Ignatius of Antioch, who was writing around one oh seven a d. Named three orders. Let all obey the bishops as Jesus obeyed the Father. Let them obey the priests as the apostles, and honor the deacons as being messengers of God. Similar expressions occur Inclement of Rome circle one hundred a d. The Inclement of Alexandria in two seventeen a d. There was, however, certain vagueness in the use of terms. In the times of the Apostles, priests were called elders or overseers. The former title owed its origin to Jewish converts, the latter to the Heathen. In every community there were several priests, one Timothy four fourteen, of whom one was superior or the high priest, known in later times as the bishop. He was often called priests merely because he was in reality of priest. Even the Apostles Peter and John called themselves priests in one Peter five to one and second John one one. The episcopal in priestly office was instituted by Christ himself, the adaconate by the apostles The deacons were appointed by the apostles to distribute alms and were consecrated to this duty by the laying on of hands accompanied with prayer Acts six six. They also had spiritual functions, such as preaching, as in the case of Saint Stephen, in baptizing in the case of Saint Philip. In the early ages, there were also deaconesses widows who tended to the sick and taught young girls. They were no part of the hierarchy, since there was of fixed principle in the church that no woman could preach. That's still the truth today. No woman should preach First Corinthians fourteen thirty four, because she is subject demand and was first led astray in Paradise, First Timothy two twelve, et cetera. No matter how how much the feminists want, they're not going to change that teaching of the church. We will not have female priests, and the role of women in the liturgy is to be very limited. There's a reason for that, and you can read about it in First Corinthians in one Timothy. And if you want to argue with somebody, pick up your bible and shout at it. You're not going to change the Word of God. Besides these three examples, there are other degrees varying in their powers, for example, pope, cardinals, and archbishops. The distribution of authority is the basis of this classification. All without exception of obedience to the Pope. The bishop rules all the clergy of his dioceses. The clergy are in authority over the committed to over those committed to their charge one Peter five to five Hebrews thirteen seventeen. The Church has its differences in rank like an army Council of Trent twenty three to twenty four. Without these grades, it would be a society without organization. And you know, that's an interesting I'm going to leave it right there with fos Barago to day is very interesting to note something about the nature of God that we can learn through His creation. You know, the Bible says that we can learn a lot about God looking at the by looking at the world and the creatures and the universe and et cetera that He made. And our God is a God of infinite organization. If you think about any plant, any living being, yourself, you are an incredibly intricately designed composed organism. Cells within those cells, the mitochondria and everything just you know, organized perfect Those cells come together to form tissue. You know, the nerves, which would take you forever just to map the nerves of one human being. The DNA, which is really you know, organized, One little tiny bit of disorder in that DNA causes deformities and illnesses and all kinds of stuff. The spectrum of light that's perceived by our eyes and the rods and cones that perceive it. The way we can map out the stars and the universe, everything, all the elements, everything at its very basic core. Once you get actually beyond physical matter is energy, and everything that exists is energy vibrating at a specific rate. One tiny little note of disharmony, so to speak, disrupts that vibration and starts a degeneration. Everything in the universe is perfectly ordered. The plants get their nutrition or their energy from the sun. I guess I get the nutrition from the ground, but they get their energy from the sun. The animals eat the plants, the animal dies fertilizes the plant. I mean, you know, every single structure, every everything. I'm just gonna put it that way. It's like, well, like I said about the disharmony. It's like if you sat down the piano right and you played the one, the first third and fifth note of a scale, you've got a major chord. If you've got one of those notes slightly out of tune, there's no harmony, there's disharmony. You can't play a song until you tune that piano. And there's an order to those notes. And we call them scales. Scales form chords. If you think the universe is like a big clock with all the little gears working together, you go in and damage one gear and the whole thing stops working or it doesn't work right. I mean, as they say, stop clocks even will be writ twice a day, right. But that our God is a god of infinite order. Conversely, Satan is disorder. He rebelled against God and he goes in purposefully damaging those gears in that clock, purposefully detuning the wires in that piano. You know, however, you want to look at it like, it's like when cancer enters a system and suddenly disorder, disharmony, and it leads to death. When we think about one of the ways we could identify the one true Church, we can look at the order of the Church, Christ being its head, Christ having a point of the apostles, the apostles having appointed all the bishops and priests, Apostolic succession two thousand years unbroken. It's like kingdom with officers in it. You've got from the king to the prince, to the vassals to you know, I don't even know the guards, and you've got somebody that does the cooking and people that do the serving. I mean, it's perfectly ordered. And if there's one note of disharmony, things begin to fall apart. Well. Obviously things began to fall apart with Martin Luther when he refused to be part of that harmony. And like King Henry the Eight said, I'm just going to start my own church and I'm going to come up. And now we have, depending on how you count them, up to fifty thousand Protestant denominations, all of whom disagree with each other, well, each of whom disagree with each other, and all of whom disagree with the Catholic Church. They will not observe assent to the authority of priests, bishops, the Pope. They will not consent to the doctrine they will not accept the doctrine that has been passed down in order and harmony for two thousand years. They come up with their own crazy ideas. In many cases, I don't mean to you know, denigrate, you know, all Protestants, but there are, you know, some nutballs out there. There have been some serious cults, and there are some you know, fringe small denominations to this day that teach really crazy stuff. I mean, from the Mormons to the Adventists, oh gosh, Jehovah's witnesses. I could go down the list. I mean, you know, when your pass just not long ago, I'm passing through a little country town. There's a storefront church it said next Wednesday night, guest speaker, apostle whatever, John Smith. That man has no right to call himself an apostle. Jesus chose twelve apostles. When Judas committed suicide, they got together and Saint Peter said, another man let another man his office feel or his bishopric take, depending on what translation I mean, we'd go in different languages, but it's clear that that was an office of seat, and they all voted together to choose Saint Matthias. That that's unity that's harmony. Someone to just jump up and say, I'm apostle Bob, and I've got a teaching that's totally different than anybody's ever heard before, because I'm getting personal revelations and prophecies, and you can believe me more than you ever would the Catholic Church, because I'm truly guided by the Holy Spirit. That's not of God, that's never going to be of God. That's disunity, that's disorganization. That's actually like a cancer in the body, or damaging the gears of a clock. And millions and millions of people have been let astray, their souls put in mortal peril by people who probably many of them are in good faith, thinking they were really doing the right thing, let astray by by Satan. You know, he whispers in their ear. You know you should eat of the tree of Surely he would not forbid that from you. Well, you can be a higher authority than the pope. Surely he wouldn't forbid that from you. And it is really not good. But we always have to remember people will be judged by God on their understanding, not their medical capacity. You can be a very intelligent person whole very wrong ideas you could be a very simple, unintelligent, mentally handicapped person and be absolutely pure in your thought and belief. You'll be a judged upon your understanding and your love of God and neighbor. So while we go through like radio replies as such, and we're pointing out the reasons these denominations have no right to exist and people should leave them and return to the Catholic Church. Always remember I'm My intent is not to disparage or to denigrate or whatever someone's true faith, but the fullness of the Church demands that when the person has understanding, when the person understands Catholic doctrine and the history of Christianity and why their denomination falls far short, their conscience must lead them to become Catholic. If they refuse and deny their conscience, they're actually committing a very grave sin. But anyway, j'all have a great day of Hopefully I'll get to do another one tomorrow. We'll see how it goes tomorrow, and hopefully I'll talk to them. Have a good one.
