- 0:29The power of midlife transformation and the wisdom that fuels expansion.
- 0:35What if the guidance you've been seeking has been whispering to you all along?
- 0:42Not from the outside world, but from the quiet truth within.
- 0:48It is such an honor and a privilege to welcome and introduce Kathy Walden to our show today.
- 0:55Kathy is a spiritual life coach whose personal journey through deep spiritual growth led her to the most profound realization of all that everything changes.
- 1:07When you learn to love and trust yourself.
- 1:11For the past five years, Kathy has been walking beside both women and men who find themselves standing in the uncertainty of life's decisions.
- 1:20She helps them awaken their intuition, lean into self-trust, and remember that clarity doesn't come from control.
- 1:30It comes from connection.
- 1:32This conversation is for anyone ready to stop searching for the answers and to start listening to the wisdom that's been within them all along.
- 1:43Welcome to our show today, Kathy.
- 1:46Thank you.
- 1:47I'm so happy to be here.
- 1:48That was like everyone else says, what a great introduction.
- 1:52Fantastic.
- 1:53Yes.
- 1:54You hit the nail on the head.
- 1:57We look outside all the time, don't we?
- 1:59For the answers?
- 2:00Yes.
- 2:01Well, and we were taught that from a really young age.
- 2:04Right?
- 2:05So of course we keep doing that and, and then it gets amplified by the movies and the shows we watch.
- 2:12And I mean, I remember growing up the Disney, right?
- 2:14It was always a prince who came to save us instead of ourselves until Disney started changing some of that, where it was like, oh wow.
- 2:23As a woman, we can now.
- 2:24Do what we want and choose and choose what we want.
- 2:27Yeah.
- 2:28And wait for someone to say this, but, and, and it's so, so in line with what our show is all about.
- 2:36Mm-hmm.
- 2:37Giving women nuggets of gold because it is gold mm-hmm.
- 2:44That we talk about during our conversations that allow them to go, oh my gosh.
- 2:49I never thought of it that way, or, oh my goodness, this is something that I kind of wondered about.
- 2:55But then I thought, Hmm, I'm doing something a little weird over here.
- 2:59Or maybe, uh, what's wrong with me?
- 3:01This doesn't, nobody else is talking like this.
- 3:03Right?
- 3:04Yes.
- 3:05Yeah.
- 3:06Yeah.
- 3:07What happened?
- 3:09Was there a specific incident that occurred for you to start to.
- 3:17Shut the outside noise off and start that inner journey.
- 3:21Was there a moment in time that you can remember?
- 3:25There's the, there's the precipice.
- 3:27There was the starting point for me.
- 3:30Right, right.
- 3:31You know, it's interesting as you ask this question, I think about the many different times, right?
- 3:36It was almost like an i I talk about how you, it's an onion and you're unpeeling it and unpeeling it and unpeeling it.
- 3:43So the specific time.
- 3:46There were many specific times, but what I really think of is it's almost like I had to hit my rock bottom.
- 3:52Mm.
- 3:52In order to truly surrender and go, wow, I can't keep doing what I'm doing.
- 3:57'cause what I'm doing is not working.
- 4:00But then again, I did spiritual work for 25, 25 years and thought, but there was still something missing and I couldn't get to, what is it?
- 4:13Yeah.
- 4:13And then, um, I had an experience and I had a memory come back of being molested as a child.
- 4:19And at this time, I'm 55 years old and this memory comes back and I'm like, all of a sudden it was like, oh, no wonder I made the choices.
- 4:28I made no wonder I chose the men.
- 4:30I chose.
- 4:31No wonder I kept feeling like I was, I was a victim, but I wasn't a victim.
- 4:36I didn't understand that.
- 4:37And it was almost like once that almost felt like a final puzzle piece to what was going on spiritually, because I just couldn't find that real piece that I was really looking for.
- 4:48Right.
- 4:49And so when that memory came up and I realized I was a victim, and now what am I gonna do with it?
- 4:57And now I can either continue to be a victim or I can go, wait a minute, I'm responsible now because I know that my life is mine.
- 5:06I don't have to, I don't have to give that to somebody else anymore or that power away.
- 5:12And so I think that was.
- 5:14A big moment for me.
- 5:16And then, mm-hmm.
- 5:16And then again, continuing the spiritual work and realizing that in order to move forward spiritually, you have to take full responsibility for everything in your life.
- 5:28And again, it doesn't mean you weren't a victim at some point, but you can no longer continue to be the victim because then you're not doing what you came here to do.
- 5:38You've just, you're staying in that ego kind of.
- 5:42Thing instead of being, um, in spirit and we came here, or I believe we've come here mm-hmm.
- 5:48To learn and grow spiritually and to become one with each other and one with God, or whatever you wanna call that you can call it.
- 5:56Sure.
- 5:56God, call it source.
- 5:57Whatever makes you comfortable.
- 5:59Because I definitely don't want people feeling like, oh my gosh, she's using God.
- 6:03Right.
- 6:04Yeah.
- 6:04No, fair.
- 6:05That's fair.
- 6:06Totally.
- 6:06Yeah.
- 6:07Uh, what I heard, there were quite a few nuggets there.
- 6:12One thing that I wanna uncover that is so important, and one of the big underpinnings of this show from my heart, is that I don't want people to have to hit that breakdown point in order to wake up.
- 6:29Right?
- 6:29If I, if we can do.
- 6:32Anything through our conversation here today, it's to show people you don't have to go so far down in order to come back up, and that's why you do the work you do because you now have the facility to be able to show people what you can do and not go down that slippery slope of I'm in the deepest, darkest, well of hell that I could ever imagine.
- 6:58Not saying you don't.
- 7:00Have, you know, um, that's not gonna not happen, but there's a better opportunity when we have these types of conversations.
- 7:08So thinking about it through that lens, what types of things would be important to our listeners to grapple with or hang on to as they may be?
- 7:23Starting a spiritual journey partway through whatever that may be for them, what could we give them?
- 7:30What could you give them as some stepping stones to help them so they don't go down?
- 7:36Right.
- 7:37Well, I think the most important thing, honestly, is finding a mentor or getting into therapy.
- 7:44Um.
- 7:45Also, I think trauma therapy is really important.
- 7:48So a lot of people I've worked with actually are in trauma therapy, and then we also work at the same time.
- 7:54So love that what we're working on with trauma, I'm working then in a, in a different way, the spiritual way of getting into your soul and what, what do you believe and, and all those things.
- 8:07So that really helped.
- 8:08So I'm a big fan of finding somebody.
- 8:10Yeah.
- 8:11Who is maybe a little bit further down the path than you.
- 8:15Mm-hmm.
- 8:16And having them help you along the way.
- 8:19And knowing that we're, you're not alone.
- 8:22Yes.
- 8:23I, I think so many times we think we're alone.
- 8:26Or for somebody like me who is, appears to be very confident, I was still incredibly insecure.
- 8:34Mm-hmm.
- 8:34And so, even though I was tough, my tough exterior had a lot to do with protection.
- 8:39Right.
- 8:39Right.
- 8:39So we, we just feel like we have to protect ourselves, protect our heart.
- 8:45Being vulnerable and, and really a real vulnerability is actually a strength, right?
- 8:51And not, not a negative.
- 8:53So I would suggest finding somebody who can really help you along your journey.
- 8:58Now, that, and, and that person needs to point you inward.
- 9:02Hmm.
- 9:02Thank you.
- 9:03They don't need to be your guru.
- 9:05They don't need to be your savior.
- 9:07They need to point you inward.
- 9:09Mm-hmm.
- 9:09That's, I believe that's when you know you have like a real spiritual teacher is because they will point you in into yourself.
- 9:17Right.
- 9:17Instead of going, well do it because I say, you should do it.
- 9:20I mean, yeah, you're surrounded by that.
- 9:22That is why Oh yeah.
- 9:24People are in careers that they don't love because their parents needed to do this.
- 9:29Or society has said, well, the only way you can make it big is this.
- 9:33I think it's interesting.
- 9:34You know, I, um, you can always have a little imposter syndrome.
- 9:38And as I watch some of the people you've had on your show, they have all these, you know, uh, things behind them.
- 9:45All the, well, they've taken this class, they've done this, they've done this.
- 9:48And I personally don't have that.
- 9:50But as I sit there and reflect on that, I realize I'm every person.
- 9:54Mm-hmm.
- 9:54Im every woman out there who is still making an impact, even though I don't have.
- 10:00Excuse me.
- 10:01Mm-hmm.
- 10:01All the letters behind my name, so I'm impacting and, and, um, somebody asked me the other day, what is your legacy?
- 10:09And I thought, gosh, what is my legacy?
- 10:11And then I thought, well, I raised my kids and I raised them to be.
- 10:15Wonderful young men who are being wonderful members of society.
- 10:19Yes.
- 10:20So that's two people I've affected.
- 10:22Well, those two people have now affected four people.
- 10:25And those four people have now affected 10 people and those 10 people.
- 10:28Right.
- 10:29So we don't realize the impact we have.
- 10:32No matter what you have, no matter your schooling, you have, you still have an impact on this world and you are what's making this society better.
- 10:41Just you impacting that small amount of people around you.
- 10:46Yeah.
- 10:46That, that ripple effect, right?
- 10:48Yes.
- 10:48The one stone and it ripples out and the ripples become larger and larger.
- 10:53And isn't it interesting that we don't even realize sometimes the impact that we are actually having with our words, our thoughts, our actions, whatever it may be, our energy.
- 11:06Yeah.
- 11:06Energy.
- 11:07A thousand percent.
- 11:08A thousand percent, right?
- 11:09Yeah, totally.
- 11:11Yeah.
- 11:11Yeah.
- 11:11I worked with these kids.
- 11:13Um, I used to work with youth and one time we would, every Wednesday night we'd get together and we would journal for about 10 minutes.
- 11:20And I usually came in with a super positive attitude.
- 11:23And one time I decided, I'm gonna change this up.
- 11:26So I came in with this energy of, oh, I was so mad.
- 11:30And then we talked about that.
- 11:31I said, how did that energy affect you?
- 11:34And they're like, oh, wow, we thought you were serious.
- 11:37And then all of a sudden we were in a bad mood.
- 11:40Oh yeah.
- 11:41And I was like, and that is what energy does.
- 11:43So we gotta think about what are we bringing into the room.
- 11:47And sometimes that can be difficult.
- 11:48If you're spiraling down, you can't mm-hmm.
- 11:50Can't see that, that's the energy.
- 11:54But, you know, just being aware, awareness is so key to everything.
- 11:58Just being aware of how you're feeling, what's going on, what's around you is super key.
- 12:06Very, very important because what you, what you are feeling and what you are giving out is what you get back.
- 12:14Yes, definitely.
- 12:15Right?
- 12:16So if you're feeling people are super crusty with you.
- 12:22Yeah, there's a moment where you get to go, wait a minute, why is everybody crusty with me?
- 12:28Oh, I'm the common denominator.
- 12:29Let me check that again.
- 12:31And we all have moments, we all have days, we all have situations where that's gonna happen.
- 12:36Yeah.
- 12:36But to take, like you said, ownership and responsibility.
- 12:41Yeah.
- 12:41I'm kind of in a bad mood.
- 12:43Like I remember when I would be in a really off mood.
- 12:47I would go in.
- 12:48As a classroom teacher for many years.
- 12:50Mm-hmm.
- 12:50Kids, I gotta be upfront.
- 12:53I am not having a good day.
- 12:56When I shared that they would absolutely support me in ways that I couldn't ever ask for.
- 13:03Just so genuine, right.
- 13:06Beautiful.
- 13:06Just amazing.
- 13:07Yeah.
- 13:07So cool.
- 13:08Well, and we don't realize that.
- 13:10And, and maybe somebody's listening and they're like, well, I'm always in a bad mood, or I'm always like this and I just wanna let you know.
- 13:16You can always shift it.
- 13:18Yes.
- 13:18Always change it.
- 13:19I mean, if I, if you knew who I was 15, 20 years ago, you wouldn't think I was the same person.
- 13:26I mean, I, I've changed so much and a lot of people say, oh, you can't change.
- 13:30You can't.
- 13:31And I'm like, I am here to tell you you can change.
- 13:34And I think a lot of it has to do with, again, we've put on a mask of who we think people want us to be.
- 13:40Sure, but we're not being true to ourselves.
- 13:43And so that, again, that's.
- 13:45Working with people who are just tired of playing by what everybody else tells us.
- 13:51Yeah.
- 13:51Play by and go, wait a minute, I really want to, I wanna be an artist.
- 13:55I don't wanna be an accountant anymore.
- 13:58Okay, well, how, how do we make that happen?
- 14:01And, you know, and listening to yourself and trusting that part of you.
- 14:05So there's, the next question I'm gonna, I'm gonna filter through is trust.
- 14:11How did you find that journey of trusting yourself and giving yourself more kudos than.
- 14:21We ever do.
- 14:22I talk about celebrations all the time with my clients.
- 14:25How are you celebrating that?
- 14:26Celebrate.
- 14:27Well, it's just something I should do.
- 14:29No, no, no, no, no.
- 14:30That's a celebration.
- 14:31Look at what you just did there, right?
- 14:33Even if it's a word change in your vocabulary.
- 14:37Yes, definitely.
- 14:39Uh, you know, it's interesting because that there are still moments where I still struggle with that, right?
- 14:44I'm still very human and there are times when I'm like, you know, wait a minute.
- 14:49I wasn't being very kind to myself inside.
- 14:52There was something that shifted for me in the sense of, I remembered thinking if I can't say this to my friend, I shouldn't say it to myself.
- 15:04That was a really big shift because I remember how horrible my inward talk was, and I'd look in the mirror and tell myself all these horrible things.
- 15:13And I had a spiritual teacher who would say, okay, I want you every day to walk into the mirror, look at the mirror, not walk into the mirror, but, and say, I love you.
- 15:21I love you, I love you.
- 15:23And boy, that was really challenging.
- 15:26But then it also helped me to go, wait a minute, what is my other self-talk happening?
- 15:31And that's when I was like.
- 15:33Well, if I'm not willing to say that to my best friend, then why can I say that to myself?
- 15:39Right.
- 15:39So that was a really big shift for me.
- 15:42That's a great, and it's doable.
- 15:45It's doable.
- 15:46Yeah.
- 15:47People listening, that is an actionable step that you can take that Kathy has just shared.
- 15:52That can change your whole world if you choose to.
- 15:57Right?
- 15:57Yeah.
- 15:58It falls Yeah.
- 16:00Balls in your court, right?
- 16:03Yeah.
- 16:03And that's a part of taking responsibility, right?
- 16:05And it's hard.
- 16:06I mean, oh yeah.
- 16:07People been through really challenging things and they think, but, but I didn't get me here and I didn't do that.
- 16:13And I get it right.
- 16:14You, you're right.
- 16:15You didn't get you here.
- 16:17But, but from today forward, it's, what are you gonna do with that information?
- 16:21How are you gonna change that so you no longer have to be the victim to your family members to society, to even yourself.
- 16:28Yeah.
- 16:28Right?
- 16:29Yes.
- 16:30Yeah.
- 16:30Pulling in that self-leadership piece, which I think is.
- 16:34At the beginning of leadership of any kind mm-hmm.
- 16:37Um, is self-leadership.
- 16:39And that's talking what you talked already about the awareness.
- 16:42You can't even begin until you have the awareness.
- 16:45Mm-hmm.
- 16:46And then what's it, what do you want to choose to do with that?
- 16:49And how can you move yourself forward?
- 16:51Because we have choices every single day.
- 16:54And we did, we make choices every single day, so, yeah.
- 16:58Yeah.
- 16:59So, so many people can feel torn between.
- 17:04Logic and intuition.
- 17:07Hmm.
- 17:07How would you help somebody recognize their soul is speaking versus their fear whispering or their history?
- 17:18Whispering.
- 17:20Right, right.
- 17:21Well, when your soul speaks, it's gonna be quieter and it's gonna be very simple.
- 17:25Ah.
- 17:26And it's gonna be very loving.
- 17:29Three words, simple, quiet, loving.
- 17:32Yes.
- 17:34Perfect.
- 17:35But when our intellect gets involved, that's when we beat ourselves up.
- 17:39Oh, you can't do that.
- 17:40Why do you think you can do that?
- 17:42That is not the intuition.
- 17:44The intuition is always going to be, like you said, simple, loving and quiet.
- 17:50Love that.
- 17:52Do we quickly take that intuition and move it into the mind and then start playing with it and shutting it down.
- 17:58Oh, absolutely.
- 17:59Like a great practice.
- 18:01So this is a great practice.
- 18:02I love it.
- 18:03Yeah, it is.
- 18:04Is like today when, when your listeners are listening today from today till tomorrow, right?
- 18:0924 hours.
- 18:11Think of something or you know, just as your day goes and then you listen to your first, usually it's your first one as your intuition.
- 18:18Okay.
- 18:19And your second one is your intellect or your ego.
- 18:23Sure.
- 18:23Pay attention to that.
- 18:26Then see how you feel with both things.
- 18:30Nice.
- 18:31And that that will, and just be aware, right?
- 18:33Again, we're back to awareness.
- 18:34Awareness is like the nu.
- 18:37Once you start being aware of the things you're doing, then you can do all the other things.
- 18:41Right.
- 18:41You can do all the other steps, but awareness is really key.
- 18:45And one of the things I used to do is I used to, um, I, I lived in New Orleans for a short time and I had to drive a certain way back to my apartment and I would go, okay, my intuition is saying to go this direction.
- 18:59Go right, and then I'll get right to my apartment.
- 19:02But instead of doing what my intuition said, I'd go the other direction just to test it.
- 19:07And every time I went the other direction, I got caught in traffic.
- 19:10I, there was something else that would happen and, and then every time I'd listened to my intuition, I got right there.
- 19:17It was almost like I was like testing it or practicing it in the opposite way.
- 19:22Most people say, oh, you just follow your intuition.
- 19:25I was like, no.
- 19:25I had to prove.
- 19:27That it was actually telling me the correct thing.
- 19:30And I loved it.
- 19:31Every time I went the wrong way, I was or the wrong way.
- 19:33Is there really a wrong way anyway?
- 19:36Um, but other direction, I was like delayed in some way and I would laugh'cause I was like, ah, see that's, that's your intuition, like trying to help you, to guide you and, and you don't, and look, most people know, right?
- 19:51As women especially, we've learned to be polite.
- 19:54Not cause a problem.
- 19:56Like a great example is when you walk into an elevator, uh, somebody walks in and you feel uncomfortable, and instead of walking out, we stay in there and then we're going, why did we do that?
- 20:06Mm-hmm.
- 20:06We have to trust that and Oh, well, so somebody's gonna think, oh, that's rude.
- 20:11Let them, yeah.
- 20:14Right?
- 20:14Yes.
- 20:15Go with.
- 20:16Yeah.
- 20:17Yeah.
- 20:17The people pleaser in us, and we have learned that as women, right?
- 20:21Mm-hmm.
- 20:21I mean, it really has been entrenched in us in every way, all the ways.
- 20:27Inside and out for centuries, right?
- 20:30Like it's so it's not going to change overnight, however.
- 20:37Mm-hmm.
- 20:37We have people like yourself, myself, those of us who are supporting women to understand the power that they have within and start using it.
- 20:47Ignite that fire that exists deep within you.
- 20:51And when you start noticing, like you were sharing the awareness piece, I love what you were saying in terms of turning right and left.
- 20:59Mm-hmm.
- 21:01What came through my intuition or my download as you were speaking was you as that learner.
- 21:10We're testing because you like to keep learning.
- 21:14That's what you shared near the beginning.
- 21:16You're a learner.
- 21:17Yes.
- 21:17So you were really testing, but also putting it through the paces and really learning mm-hmm.
- 21:23About this intu intuitive piece of something as simple as which way to go home.
- 21:29Right, right, right.
- 21:30Doesn't have to be sitting in meditation for six hours and finally something pops in.
- 21:36Right.
- 21:36Well, and if we can't make decisions with smaller things, how can we make de beautiful decisions?
- 21:43Right?
- 21:44So that was my way of trusting it on a really simple decision.
- 21:47So then when it comes later, I mean, I had a chance with a partner where we were disagreeing on something and I said, if this doesn't get resolved, I am out.
- 21:59Yep.
- 21:59Like I and my intuition knew that it, this was a, this was, this was a do not pass go.
- 22:06Right?
- 22:07And then it got resolved the next morning in such a beautiful way.
- 22:11I was like, wow.
- 22:13Like, that just again proved to me that when you trust your intuition and you go with your intuition.
- 22:20Then things will work out either way.
- 22:22They will either work out where then you're on your own doing your own thing or you're still with your partner and you work that out and you go through other things.
- 22:29But that, that was a great moment for me to understand and learn even more about trusting myself and what I.
- 22:38And isn't that powerful, that it doesn't, there is no end point.
- 22:43Yeah.
- 22:43Yes.
- 22:44Well, and I'll tell you what, it the, when I learned that growth is forever.
- 22:50Yeah.
- 22:50Instead of going, well, when is it gonna stop?
- 22:52When is it gonna, I used to drive me crazy.
- 22:54I was like, why can't I just get there?
- 22:56And now when I realize it's continuous, there's always gonna be growth.
- 23:01And that's the beauty of it.
- 23:02Instead of it being a problem like, oh, well, I'll never get to.
- 23:06Z No, you'll, you'll continue to, the Zs keep going, right?
- 23:11Yeah.
- 23:11I mean there's no end point.
- 23:12And it's a beautiful thing.
- 23:14It's so fascinating.
- 23:16And, and the other thing that I notice, and I don't know if you notice the same, it can get deeper too.
- 23:23Yeah.
- 23:23In terms of the things that are coming through for us as we continue to keep ourselves open to the possibilities.
- 23:32Right.
- 23:33Absolutely.
- 23:34Well, and it, um, I, I think about like when we get triggered by something and, and a lot of the people think, oh, I'm triggered and oh, I gotta do this again.
- 23:43And it's like, but it's like a spiral.
- 23:45Yeah.
- 23:45And in a good, well, it's hard to go up and down'cause then you think you're going lower, but.
- 23:50But the, it's a spiral and you're learning something new every time you get triggered.
- 23:54So it's a new level of understanding that trigger.
- 23:57Yes, and, and I, I wanna remind people that when you get triggered, that's again, you're aware that you're getting triggered and it's a time to heal that trigger.
- 24:07And it's not bad.
- 24:08It's actually a beautiful thing because now you can get on the other side of that trigger and it's like, oh, it's glorious, and, and then you'll have another trigger, but you get a little break in between hopefully.
- 24:20Yeah.
- 24:21And you've got new strategies.
- 24:22You've got a new lens with which you can see it.
- 24:26Yeah.
- 24:27And then you can start to tune into your body because our bodies trigger before we do.
- 24:33Yeah, there's deep stuff going on in our bodies all the time.
- 24:37Mm-hmm.
- 24:38All the time.
- 24:39And we get to decide what we're gonna do with that.
- 24:42Right?
- 24:43Yeah.
- 24:43So, yeah, definitely.
- 24:44Yeah.
- 24:45Yeah.
- 24:47My goodness.
- 24:47Um, any.
- 24:51Thoughts you really want to make sure that our audience knows.
- 24:57Before we close our conversation today, is there anything that we, I mean, there's to tons we haven't touched on.
- 25:04I know that, but it's like, oh, that opens a can of worms.
- 25:07I try to say it in a way that it doesn't sound like that, but is there any nuggets that you wanna make sure our listeners really tune into as we close off our conversation today?
- 25:18Kathy?
- 25:20I think we've talked about so many different things that I think those are kind of the key things that I really touch on with my clients.
- 25:28It's taking full responsibility.
- 25:30It's um, paying attention to the triggers, being aware of whatever, right?
- 25:37Aware that you're being triggered, aware that you're not taking responsibility.
- 25:41Mm-hmm.
- 25:42Um, and then I think it's just knowing that you truly are enough.
- 25:47Yeah, that you don't have to be something to everyone out there, but you have to be something to yourself.
- 25:55Mm.
- 25:56Like if you really, truly love yourself, then it doesn't matter if other people love you.
- 26:01But it's almost a strange thing that the more you love yourself, the more other people will love you, and it, it is a trickle down theory, right?
- 26:08Mm-hmm.
- 26:08The more you heal yourself, you're also healing.
- 26:11Your children, you're healing your parents.
- 26:13You're healing generations behind you and generations before you.
- 26:17And so healing is, it's an amazing thing.
- 26:21And it's challenging, right?
- 26:23It's not easy.
- 26:23Mm-hmm.
- 26:24When we go on the spiritual journey, it is not for the faint of heart.
- 26:28It is challenging, but the rewards are so amazing and I want you to know, you do not have to do this alone.
- 26:36Yeah.
- 26:36Find somebody else.
- 26:38And I know it's scary for people who are introverts.
- 26:41It might be very scary to let somebody in or talk to somebody, but, but we are meant to be in communion with each other.
- 26:48Right.
- 26:49And so find somebody that you can talk to and somebody you can share with.
- 26:53And somebody you can say, I'm struggling today.
- 26:56Mm-hmm.
- 26:57Yeah.
- 26:57And in that, so important to have that judgment free zone.
- 27:04Because we are already in judgment in our own self, so we need to have a container that is totally judgment free and safe.
- 27:19Absolutely.
- 27:20I, I think that was, again, another turning point for me was having a spiritual teacher who created that space for me, where when I went to her and I said everything I said, she loved me re regard, she didn't tell me I needed to change who I was.
- 27:34She didn't say, oh, you're horrible for thinking that she actually just gave me that unconditional love that I really needed.
- 27:41Love that.
- 27:42Yeah.
- 27:43Look at, that's what you spin out yourself, right?
- 27:47So very much the trickle effect, but I also like to call that the ripple effect, right?
- 27:54Where, and I love how you shared, you know, when you love on yourself.
- 28:00The impact is way wider than you can imagine it.
- 28:03It is not egotistical to give back to you for you by you because of you.
- 28:10It is absolutely not, and we are breaking down those walls with all these conversations we're having so women understand they are the most important person in their lives.
- 28:24Yes, definitely.
- 28:26Mm-hmm.
- 28:27Yes.
- 28:27I love all the conversations you're having with people.
- 28:29I think it's fantastic and I wish it had been around 10 years ago when I was, you know, going through things and just being able to hear other people's experiences and go again, I'm not alone.
- 28:42Just to know you're not alone is totally amazing.
- 28:45A hundred percent and it's an, it's such a blessing to be able to have these conversations and to be able to share in thinking and experiences and stories and give the audience some nuggets.
- 29:01That give them the ability to go, I got this, and I'm worthy.
- 29:07Because everybody is born worthy.
- 29:09No matter what you've been told or what you've been shown or what you has happened, there is a way out.

- 29:30And you're calm, so wonderful.
- 29:34Well, thank you for having me.
- 29:35I've just enjoyed my time talking to you and I appreciate everything that you're doing for our society and for women in general and you know, let's just keep growing and, yeah.
