Dr. MacLeod a general dentist is a 1969 graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C. and 1973 grad of College of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey. He completed a 2 year General Practice Residency at Baltimore City Hospitals from 1973-75. From 1975 to 1978 he was the program director of the GPR at BCH. In 1978 he became the Chief of Dentistry at Baltimore City Hospitals.
