- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast. This week on your
- 0:13Speaker 1: Gavel Gavel.
- 0:14Speaker 2: If your serbian boyfriend says that you can catch him cheating,
- 0:17Speaker 2: he'll pay for the private investigator should you have don't.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Ten months ago, Judge Ross is gonna tell us.
- 0:24Speaker 1: If your dog dies for another dog. Oh no, ma fault.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Judge cases a little bit of a rut. Do you
- 0:41Speaker 1: do any screaming of these cases? You just dive in,
- 0:44Speaker 1: dive in. Yeah, that gets you. Every wee matters, every
- 0:49Speaker 1: case to learn from. Every case is good for this program,
- 0:53Speaker 1: no matter how hard, there's something to be learned, and
- 0:55Speaker 1: we learn and that helps us. We've been doing this
- 0:58Speaker 1: show for a long time now. I tell you, I
- 1:00Speaker 1: think that we know a good bit about the lot
- 1:02Speaker 1: because we do all sorts of we overstand it. We
- 1:04Speaker 1: overstand it. And speaking of overstand we're gonna go to
- 1:07Speaker 1: Judge Ross's courtroom first. Yes we are.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Justice is not a foreign concept. Let me tell you
- 1:13Speaker 2: about Heather Jones suing James Tomache for two thousand James
- 1:20Speaker 2: tomach t am I ch I thought it was Talmadge
- 1:25Speaker 2: and then he started talking and I saw the name
- 1:28Speaker 2: appeared on screen and the accent and the name did
- 1:30Speaker 2: match okay for two thousand, seven hundred and six dollars
- 1:35Speaker 2: and twenty five cents. Yes, Uh, Ross's miss Jones.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Let's start with you. She says.
- 1:42Speaker 2: We met in college at an international festival. He walked
- 1:45Speaker 2: up to me. He started the relationship and Ross was like, oh,
- 1:49Speaker 2: he threw some lines at you, and she's like, yes
- 1:51Speaker 2: he did. He's from a foreign country, had an accent.
- 1:54Speaker 2: It was all working. He's like, where are you from?
- 1:56Speaker 2: And he basically says Serbia. He does some other words
- 1:59Speaker 2: in there, but he says, sir, good look at He
- 2:01Speaker 2: sounds like he's tall.
- 2:03Speaker 1: He sounds like, uh, George Mirrasan, do you remember George Mirason? No? Uh?
- 2:09Speaker 1: Did you give it a try? It wants smelled like me?
- 2:12Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 2:15Speaker 2: It's Eastern, Eastern European. You can do it. It's like
- 2:18Speaker 2: anybody who want a peanut. It's like that.
- 2:21Speaker 1: It's like Andre the giant European descent. I don't think
- 2:27Speaker 1: that's wrong. I have black friend. No, no, no, no different. Yes,
- 2:33Speaker 1: George Mirasan did a dumb commercial where you're selling George
- 2:36Speaker 1: Mirasan cologne and he was like, want to smell like me?
- 2:39Speaker 1: That's what he would say. He sounds like Andre of
- 2:41Speaker 1: the Giant is what he sounds like. A right, uh hea,
- 2:44Speaker 1: there's like anybody okay, okay, and we've all okay, we
- 2:49Speaker 1: have all done it. Who us isn't guilty? Who among us?
- 2:52Speaker 1: Hasn't anybody want a peanut? Aaron? She hasn't. There's no
- 2:56Speaker 1: way at uh uh yeah, but you haven't seen Princess Bride.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Oh some reason, someone just told me that princess. So yeah,
- 3:10Speaker 1: this guy, I can do his voice the whole time
- 3:12Speaker 1: if you want this this guy. At a certain point,
- 3:15Speaker 1: Heather says, he's a charmer, That's what she says. And uh,
- 3:20Speaker 1: Ross is like, did you cheat on her? Or did
- 3:22Speaker 1: you like? Were you in love with her? And he
- 3:23Speaker 1: was like, yeah, I liked her a lot. We were
- 3:25Speaker 1: together for five years. She's suing me for apparently cheating
- 3:29Speaker 1: on her. I think he means allegedly, because he corrects
- 3:31Speaker 1: it to allegedly later apparently and apparently I've cheated on
- 3:36Speaker 1: my girlfriend before.
- 3:37Speaker 2: And then he says, she's attacking me for all kinds
- 3:40Speaker 2: of things. Okay, and rossy is, why did you break up?
- 3:44Speaker 2: And he says because of my alleged cheating Ross says,
- 3:47Speaker 2: did you cheat? He says, my definition of cheating is
- 3:50Speaker 2: different from hers. Ross says, what's your definition?
- 3:55Speaker 1: I think you might have cheated. What's your definition?
- 3:58Speaker 2: He says, parallel relations and chips going on at the
- 4:01Speaker 2: same time, which I never had. He goes, but, your honor,
- 4:04Speaker 2: I'm an actor, so I have a lot of friends,
- 4:06Speaker 2: even female friends. Anybody won't bet on sure, big role
- 4:11Speaker 2: coming up.
- 4:13Speaker 1: He's Andre the Giant rest in peace obviously, and so
- 4:18Speaker 1: Ross goes, so there was no cheating. He goes, Nope,
- 4:20Speaker 1: strictly business and everything. He says from this point for
- 4:23Speaker 1: I need to remind you. He's saying with completely straight face,
- 4:26Speaker 1: not a hint of a smile, a wing, nothing. Okay,
- 4:28Speaker 1: Heather says, your honor, you can see he's lying right
- 4:31Speaker 1: off the bat, can't you. And James is like, well,
- 4:35Speaker 1: maybe there was a couple of times where things weren't
- 4:37Speaker 1: always professional and he gave it so quick, so quickly,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and then Ross says, so you have a problem with
- 4:43Speaker 1: being honest.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Once you're busted, you may as well fess up. And
- 4:47Speaker 2: you were, you were busted, and he goes, I was,
- 4:49Speaker 2: I was, And Ross is like, I like this guy.
- 4:52Speaker 1: I like that. He's just just a willing to turn
- 4:55Speaker 1: that quickly. U, Miss Jones, did you you knew what
- 4:58Speaker 1: you were getting into?
- 4:59Speaker 2: Yes, like you knew what was going on? He was like, well,
- 5:02Speaker 2: She's like, well, I knew he was an actor, and
- 5:04Speaker 2: I believed in his I believed in his.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Dreams, and I gave him. I gave him chance after
- 5:09Speaker 1: chance after chance. He's a guy, he's a big guy
- 5:11Speaker 1: if someone just gives him the right role. If anybody
- 5:14Speaker 1: has a peanuts if, Ross says, she says, I gave
- 5:19Speaker 1: him a chance of your chance. Ross says, say that again.
- 5:22Speaker 1: She says, I gave him a chance of your chance.
- 5:24Speaker 1: And he goes, what do you mean you gave him
- 5:26Speaker 1: a chance of your chance? She says, well, uh uh no, uh.
- 5:31Speaker 2: He goes, so he cheated on you. And then James
- 5:34Speaker 2: goes allegedly, which he's back, I don't know what happened.
- 5:38Speaker 2: I thought he admitted, he said allegedly. Ross goes, no, no,
- 5:42Speaker 2: we're not doing that. Stop with the allegedly, why'd you
- 5:45Speaker 2: give him another chance? And then Heather says, I actually
- 5:48Speaker 2: gave him three more chances, and so Ross says, so
- 5:53Speaker 2: you caught him, gave him another chance, caught him again,
- 5:57Speaker 2: gave him another chance, caught him a third time, gave
- 6:01Speaker 2: him another chance. Why did you do that? And Heather
- 6:05Speaker 2: at this point just goes your honor. At this point,
- 6:07Speaker 2: I'm just trying to salvage whatever dignity I have left.
- 6:09Speaker 2: That's what she says, Oh, Heather, James says, I never
- 6:14Speaker 2: meant to hurt her in the accent that you can imagine.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I can't imagine it, and then Ross says, if only
- 6:21Speaker 1: someone could.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Ross says, this is a classic Ross burn. I can't
- 6:28Speaker 2: hear you because your actions are speaking too loudly. There
- 6:34Speaker 2: he is, Yeah, absolutely, I understand it now. Yeah, he
- 6:39Speaker 2: uverstands it now. James goes, I love her, and she
- 6:42Speaker 2: supports me, and she sees my potential, and she's always
- 6:47Speaker 2: there for me. Things just happen sometimes. So then Ross says,
- 6:52Speaker 2: so where's the money from? What's the big deal with
- 6:54Speaker 2: the money?
- 6:55Speaker 1: Like two thousand, that's a very specific down to the
- 6:57Speaker 1: penny seven and six dollars and twenty five cents.
- 7:02Speaker 2: And Heather says, I hired a private investigator. Ross goes,
- 7:06Speaker 2: why'd you do that? You already knew it cheated on
- 7:07Speaker 2: you three times, and then Heather says this, which makes
- 7:11Speaker 2: this one of my favorite cases of all time. And
- 7:13Speaker 2: I wish I'd saved it for Bramblefest, Your Honor, he
- 7:16Speaker 2: looked at me and literally said to me, verbatim, if
- 7:21Speaker 2: you can prove that I'm cheating, then I'll pay for it.
- 7:27Speaker 2: I'll pay for a private investigator. Because he kept getting
- 7:32Speaker 2: so annoyed with me bringing it up.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Oh boy, and Ross goes, this is after you'd already
- 7:39Speaker 1: called him three times.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Why did you need to spend the money on additional proof.
- 7:43Speaker 2: If someone tells you who they are, why not just
- 7:46Speaker 2: believe them? James says, your honor, we'd already broken up.
- 7:50Speaker 2: We broke up after the third time. She starts screaming
- 7:53Speaker 2: at me, breaking stuff, screaming, breaking stuff, throwing stuff at me.
- 8:00Speaker 2: I did say that to her, but I said it
- 8:03Speaker 2: under duress. Ross says, what do you mean you said.
- 8:07Speaker 1: It under duress?
- 8:09Speaker 2: He says, she's said I said that, get a private investigator,
- 8:13Speaker 2: and if he catches me cheating, I'll pay for it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: But it was under duress, Your honor. She was throwing
- 8:19Speaker 1: things at me, screaming no one as.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I said, I would do anything. I would do anything
- 8:26Speaker 2: to get her to stop. It was like a forced confession.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I would. I just said it to get him to stop,
- 8:32Speaker 1: which is great defense. By the way, that's after Shaggy's
- 8:35Speaker 1: it wasn't me under Deraya has I don't know again,
- 8:38Speaker 1: it's a sequel. I'll say anything, uh Ros says Miss Jhonesr.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Are you're throwing stuff at him? Heather says, I didn't
- 8:49Speaker 1: throw anything at him. I did slam my phone on
- 8:52Speaker 1: the ground. I did. I was screaming. It was heated.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I slammed my phone on the ground. He goes, so
- 8:58Speaker 1: the situation was heat it and he when he said
- 9:01Speaker 1: that he would pay for a private investigator. Heather says,
- 9:04Speaker 1: it was definitely heated, your honor. I was fed up
- 9:07Speaker 1: with the cheating and now, but I do have a
- 9:09Speaker 1: lot of evidence from the private investigator. Uh No, one
- 9:14Speaker 1: cares about Oh boy, if you got to read, if
- 9:18Speaker 1: you got to listen to Kevin Ross, Oh no, I
- 9:22Speaker 1: I care about it. But like in this case, it
- 9:26Speaker 1: he he already cheated on you three times, lady, doesn't
- 9:33Speaker 1: come on. I believe women, but you got to help
- 9:37Speaker 1: yourself at some point, ma'am. Three times? Yeah, please please
- 9:43Speaker 1: clip it. Uh.
- 9:44Speaker 2: We have screenshots of text messages that James had sent
- 9:48Speaker 2: to three different women. I will read you a back
- 9:52Speaker 2: and forth that Lee is gonna have a field day
- 9:54Speaker 2: with uh.
- 9:55Speaker 1: And that's fine. Yeah, but Kevin Ross delivers these lines
- 9:59Speaker 1: in the courtroom. Uh.
- 10:01Speaker 2: She says, hey, baby, can't wait to see you tonight.
- 10:05Speaker 2: He says same here, baby girl, I got us a
- 10:08Speaker 2: room with a view. It's about to go down. Ross
- 10:15Speaker 2: Rosston says, this is your.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Colleague, and then James says, yeah, we're actors and we
- 10:23Speaker 1: were method acting. Jay, I was under dress. It wasn't me.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I'm a method actor. You can't hit me. Anybody want
- 10:35Speaker 1: a peanut, You can't hit me. James just out here
- 10:40Speaker 1: dodging it left and right. Don't hear the player hate
- 10:43Speaker 1: the game he brought talk about? And we have text
- 10:50Speaker 1: from Terry and Ava Uh. In these James leans hard
- 10:56Speaker 1: on the purple Devil emoji, like hard. Uh. Heather goes
- 11:01Speaker 1: he loves that devil approach. And then we have two
- 11:10Speaker 1: pictures of James leaning over a table and kissing a
- 11:14Speaker 1: woman with his hand on the back of her head.
- 11:17Speaker 1: James then says, you're hon around European. That's how we
- 11:19Speaker 1: greet people. You know, this is tough James. Here, Bob
- 11:27Speaker 1: and we baby Bob and weave you scum of the earth.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I do love James. I do too. I don't get
- 11:34Speaker 1: me wrong. He's off guy. He's off bad guy, worse guy,
- 11:38Speaker 1: worse guys, worst guys. But damn it, he's not hysterical
- 11:42Speaker 1: in this court case all with that accident. Are you
- 11:45Speaker 1: kidding me? Right now? Get out of here. I'm European.
- 11:47Speaker 1: That's how he greets people. I grab him by the
- 11:49Speaker 1: back of the head and full mouth kiss him exactly.
- 11:52Speaker 1: I've been to Europe. That happened to me one time.
- 11:56Speaker 1: All right, um, Ross is ready to rule. Wow, Okay,
- 12:02Speaker 1: Now here's the thing. I honestly believe if she said,
- 12:09Speaker 1: you know, this is what he said to me in
- 12:10Speaker 1: the argument and he just kept his mouth shut, I
- 12:15Speaker 1: don't think she would get any money here, correct, Like
- 12:18Speaker 1: the whole life Hey aout on you three times? Yeah? Like, yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 1: you had all the proof you needed. He's not gonna
- 12:25Speaker 1: pay for this when he just offers up the information.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I did say it, but it was under duress. He
- 12:32Speaker 1: said it.
- 12:33Speaker 2: You you owe or give her the money? You believe
- 12:35Speaker 2: it that settles it. Ross says, there's something in the
- 12:39Speaker 2: law called detrimental reliance. If there is a promise and
- 12:42Speaker 2: it is reasonably relied on and loses and losses are sustained,
- 12:47Speaker 2: the person who relied on the promise is entitled to
- 12:49Speaker 2: recover those losses. She suffered a loss. How do you
- 12:52Speaker 2: think I'm gonna rule, mister emoji? He says, you'r honor.
- 12:56Speaker 2: I didn't mean to hurt her. Ross says, if you
- 12:59Speaker 2: didn't mean to hurt her, she's hurting over this money.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Pay the lady. Gavel falls in favor of the plaintiff.
- 13:06Speaker 2: One of my favorite cases I've ever done on this program.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I almost, if I had time, I almost put it
- 13:12Speaker 2: in my back pocket for bramblefist.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Devil emoji, devil emoji, you have it. Let's say he
- 13:17Speaker 1: about a dead dog. Bran stupid. There's multiple. You're not stupid,
- 13:23Speaker 1: there's multiple dead dog. Son of a bee. It's gonna judge, faith,
- 13:28Speaker 1: judge faith. T Rika Maxwell is suing Sarah Schloll. Schloll
- 13:36Speaker 1: for twelve hundred dollars for the cremation of her dog
- 13:38Speaker 1: and a new dog. Sarah Sholl is a counter suing
- 13:42Speaker 1: for twenty two fifty to replace her dog, who also died. Ready,
- 13:48Speaker 1: I'm ready, what's the number again? Uh? Ta? Rika is
- 13:51Speaker 1: suing for twelve hundred countersuit for twenty two to fifty
- 13:56Speaker 1: Great Countersuit more. Yes. On December thirtieth to twenty thirteen,
- 13:59Speaker 1: Rika Cla Sarah's dogs came in to her backyard and
- 14:02Speaker 1: murdered her baby. Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh. Dog
- 14:05Speaker 1: baby dog, baby dog, Rocky, baby dog Rocky. But she
- 14:10Speaker 1: does murder her baby, of course, period dogs are babies.
- 14:16Speaker 1: But I imagine if you just turn on the TV,
- 14:17Speaker 1: you just be like, what, Yeah, if you missed the
- 14:20Speaker 1: first part, you'd be very confused. Baby Rocky Tarika's grandma
- 14:25Speaker 1: went to let Rocky out, and uh, she goes around
- 14:30Speaker 1: the corner as she opens the door, and Sarah's two
- 14:34Speaker 1: pit bulls are there, and they started attacking Rocky. Rocky.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Rocky was a Yorkie who was two years old. Little thing,
- 14:45Speaker 1: very cute. We see pictures Rocky Rocky. Uh, it's funny
- 14:50Speaker 1: because he's so little. He's tiny, but they call him
- 14:52Speaker 1: rock They call him Rocky. Yeah yeah, big yeah, Harty.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I don't actually know any of that I'm assuming a
- 15:00Speaker 1: lot here. They didn't get into the backstory of the name,
- 15:03Speaker 1: is all I'm saying right to. Rika moved in with
- 15:06Speaker 1: her grandma in May of that year, and her grandma
- 15:10Speaker 1: had been there for fifteen years, and she claimed that
- 15:12Speaker 1: there had been many incidents over the years with Sarah's pitbulls.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Tka begins to cry. The bailiff slowly walks over and
- 15:21Speaker 1: hands her tissues. Took it takes a long time. She
- 15:26Speaker 1: says that she is up there, knows that grandma just
- 15:29Speaker 1: took the dog out, begins to hear Rocky crying, and
- 15:32Speaker 1: so she runs downstairs, goes outside and sees the pit
- 15:35Speaker 1: bulls attacking Rocky on the front porch. She claims that
- 15:38Speaker 1: her mom, still inside, calls Sarah. I guess they had
- 15:42Speaker 1: the number, and it's like, hey, your dogs are over
- 15:44Speaker 1: here killing Rocky, and then they called the police after
- 15:47Speaker 1: a while. After a while, Sarah's fiance comes over to
- 15:52Speaker 1: get the dog, but they kept running away from him
- 15:54Speaker 1: and running back to the scene of the crime. Okay.
- 15:57Speaker 1: She says that Sarah's never apologized to and never explain
- 16:01Speaker 1: anything of how it actually happened. She says that a
- 16:07Speaker 1: month before that, happened. The pit bulls had gotten out
- 16:10Speaker 1: of the fence before this's ever happened and tried to
- 16:13Speaker 1: attack Rocky. Luckily they were able to step in there.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Not so lucky the second time. So Sarah says that
- 16:20Speaker 1: she believes that the dogs were called over there by
- 16:23Speaker 1: somebody in the backyard, that this is all a cover up.
- 16:27Speaker 1: She believes that her pit bulls didn't do it on
- 16:29Speaker 1: their own. Somebody called the dogs over like shere's a sausage.
- 16:32Speaker 1: She believes that there was a cover up. Okay, Sarah
- 16:36Speaker 1: says she's in the kitchen cooking dinner and she goes
- 16:43Speaker 1: to let the dogs out and she turns on the
- 16:46Speaker 1: light outside. She says there was agreement between her and
- 16:50Speaker 1: the neighbors that if you see my back light on,
- 16:54Speaker 1: don't let your dogs out. My dogs are out. That's
- 16:58Speaker 1: not or they're not fences. They're fenced in, but the
- 17:01Speaker 1: dogs have a history of getting out of the fence
- 17:04Speaker 1: and there's not a good fence. She claims that she yeah,
- 17:08Speaker 1: the agreement about the light don't let your dogs out. Uh.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Tarika just downright says that that agreement was not true,
- 17:14Speaker 1: and I also don't know why that everyone would be.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Can you imagine if I was like, hey man, when
- 17:21Speaker 1: I flipped the porch light on, if you could just
- 17:24Speaker 1: you could back tell those dogs to wait, Yeah, tell
- 17:27Speaker 1: to wait, to hold it. I hold it. I have
- 17:30Speaker 1: property here and you do. But when the light goes on,
- 17:33Speaker 1: it's all my pro in every direction. You can all
- 17:35Speaker 1: agree here, right. I love that? That was, like her,
- 17:39Speaker 1: the best offense she could. One of the worst things
- 17:41Speaker 1: I've ever heard. So uh, Sarah says, It's true there
- 17:46Speaker 1: have been problems before, but she says that it's actually
- 17:50Speaker 1: their dog's fault. Their little dogs come over by the
- 17:52Speaker 1: fence start barking, and that aggravates my dogs, and Faith says,
- 17:58Speaker 1: at the end of the day, dogs are dogs. This
- 18:01Speaker 1: isn't about what the dogs do. This is about what
- 18:04Speaker 1: the dogs can't sue. I don't know dogs can't sue.
- 18:07Speaker 1: This is about what the owner's dig or did not
- 18:11Speaker 1: do that made this incident happen. So how did your
- 18:15Speaker 1: dogs get out of your yard? She says, Well, I
- 18:20Speaker 1: look at my back door and my dogs they want
- 18:22Speaker 1: to come back in, so I see them. I get
- 18:25Speaker 1: a phone call and it's my neighbors that are saying
- 18:27Speaker 1: your dog is eating our dog, plain as day, no hysteria.
- 18:31Speaker 1: But I'm looking at my dogs, they're not there, so
- 18:37Speaker 1: we immediately we immediately run over. No hysteria, no hysteria,
- 18:45Speaker 1: so we immediately run over there to check. But all
- 18:49Speaker 1: this happened within thirty seconds of me looking at my
- 18:52Speaker 1: dog at the back door. And so I just want
- 18:55Speaker 1: to know, how is it possible that I would see
- 18:58Speaker 1: my dogs on my back door and also when I
- 19:00Speaker 1: over there, no blood, no blood on my dogs at all,
- 19:02Speaker 1: no nothing, no hysteria, no hysteria. Treca says, none of
- 19:06Speaker 1: that is true. Yeah, Sarah did not come. Her fiance
- 19:10Speaker 1: came to get the dogs. Uh, she was nowhere to
- 19:13Speaker 1: be found. The fiance is not there, which Faith calls suspicious.
- 19:19Speaker 1: A nice basically, that's nice. Okay, great, are you okay? Yeah,
- 19:27Speaker 1: I'm trying to about to have a heart attack to
- 19:29Speaker 1: figure out what word. Continuance says, that's nice. It's nice,
- 19:36Speaker 1: it's all it's nice. It's sunshining rainbows, it's nice. And
- 19:40Speaker 1: Faith did a dance. So Sarah says, I know her
- 19:46Speaker 1: dog died. Convenient. Isn't that convenient? You gave me, Continuance,
- 19:51Speaker 1: I should have figured it out way sooner. And then
- 19:53Speaker 1: the fiance wasn't there, and Faith requested her continuance. Yes,
- 19:57Speaker 1: let's get this guy in the courtroom. That's nice. So
- 20:01Speaker 1: Sarah says, I know her dog died, but my dog
- 20:04Speaker 1: died too because of this. What Judge Faith and her
- 20:07Speaker 1: begin to yell back and forth, So it's hard for
- 20:10Speaker 1: me to get the whole story here. Best to my understanding,
- 20:13Speaker 1: the cops were called. They took her dogs to dogs
- 20:15Speaker 1: died in like animal care. She has proof of that. No,
- 20:22Speaker 1: this is me picking up what she's yelling at Faith.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Off Faith is yelling. So she doesn't bring any like
- 20:28Speaker 1: vet anything. No that okay, No, she's making stuff up.
- 20:31Speaker 1: But basically what Judge Faith says to her as clear
- 20:34Speaker 1: as crystal. She says, Sarah says, my dog died too
- 20:39Speaker 1: because of this, and Judge Faith says, because you're a
- 20:42Speaker 1: bad dog owner, you said it. Sarrika has a video
- 20:48Speaker 1: showing the pitbulls at her back door barking. This was
- 20:53Speaker 1: another like this was right after this happened, going nuts,
- 20:57Speaker 1: right after the moment, and she's like, these dogs just
- 21:00Speaker 1: killed my my baby, and the dogs are going nuts. Uh.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Sarah's like, I have a video showing how their temperament
- 21:07Speaker 1: really is when they're at home and not some other
- 21:10Speaker 1: dog is ain't going nuts. Tarika shows a bill for
- 21:13Speaker 1: the cremation of her dog and the adoption papers for
- 21:17Speaker 1: the dog that she got after the fact. Judge, so
- 21:22Speaker 1: a couple of things. First of all, justice for pit bulls,
- 21:26Speaker 1: the most misunderstood animal or breed of dog at least,
- 21:32Speaker 1: who are wonderfully amazing. It's it's it's it's nurture, not nature.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Pit Bulls are not inherently aggressive or mean. If you
- 21:41Speaker 1: get them from when they're puppy, or if you train them,
- 21:43Speaker 1: they are land seals. They are the sweetest animals in
- 21:46Speaker 1: the world. And I have three pit bull mixes and
- 21:50Speaker 1: different lack. It's a weird version of that song, but
- 21:56Speaker 1: I do hear where you're going. It's theeal on the lane. Yeah,
- 22:01Speaker 1: there's a terrier that lives across the street directly from
- 22:04Speaker 1: my house. Terriers are territorial. They like to live alone.
- 22:08Speaker 1: They yap constantly. My three dogs, with a combined weight
- 22:12Speaker 1: of probably two hundred and twenty pounds, if they walk
- 22:15Speaker 1: next to that terrier, that terrier named Mister, who is
- 22:18Speaker 1: maybe six pounds, will get all the way up to
- 22:20Speaker 1: the chain link and bark at them like he's going
- 22:23Speaker 1: to destroy them. That's what terriers do. What I'm telling
- 22:27Speaker 1: you is is that that doesn't matter. If you throw
- 22:32Speaker 1: your dogs outside and make them aggressive and make them compete,
- 22:37Speaker 1: they're going to respond negatively to interactions they should have
- 22:40Speaker 1: had with dogs not like them all the way back
- 22:43Speaker 1: when they're puppies. This woman's ridiculously wrong, and she owes
- 22:47Speaker 1: every dime to Tanika, every dime. I don't really know
- 22:53Speaker 1: what happened between the paperwork, and then she assumes for
- 22:58Speaker 1: twelve hundred. Judge Faith says, to paperwork shows one thousand dollars,
- 23:01Speaker 1: so I don't know where the two other two hundred.
- 23:03Speaker 1: So she gives her the one thousand based off of
- 23:05Speaker 1: the paperwork. Yes, it's basically the fullamount. I don't really
- 23:08Speaker 1: know what happened, but whatever, h but that is judge face.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Yeah fair, Okay, So what I'm gonna find a real
- 23:14Speaker 1: good one next week? Real happy one is gonna be
- 23:16Speaker 1: real silly? Well, so you put please gonna be sae.
- 23:21Speaker 1: I've had a it's been a tough time coming back
