- 0:07Speaker 1: Today we'll break down Bitcoin crossing one hundred k and
- 0:10Speaker 1: also what is the better play here AI narratives will
- 0:14Speaker 1: break it all down for you guys. Don't want to
- 0:15Speaker 1: miss it. My name is Paul Bahreer. Welcome back in
- 0:16Speaker 1: the tech path. We will cover this today. It's going
- 0:19Speaker 1: to be a good one. I think you don't want
- 0:20Speaker 1: to miss it. One thing I do want to think
- 0:22Speaker 1: and that is Uphold as our sponsor today, So check
- 0:25Speaker 1: them out. It's going just go over to uphold dot com.
- 0:27Speaker 1: You can, of course get into all sorts of trading,
- 0:29Speaker 1: including enterprise individuals, even institutional over there. Very easy to
- 0:34Speaker 1: do a lot of opportunity within Uphold because you can
- 0:37Speaker 1: actually earn some yields on knowing a US dollar, but
- 0:40Speaker 1: also on RLUSD by the way, which is pretty cool.
- 0:44Speaker 1: So check it out. Use our link down below. It
- 0:46Speaker 1: does help the channel. All right, let's get into a
- 0:48Speaker 1: couple of points I want to kind of lead off
- 0:50Speaker 1: with from the AI narrative that is really starting with
- 0:55Speaker 1: in video and videos coming out at ces here in
- 0:58Speaker 1: just a few hours. We'll see Jensen Wong, their CEO,
- 1:01Speaker 1: do the keynote there. It's going to be pretty big.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I think we're going to see a lot of scenarios
- 1:06Speaker 1: that play out on this I want you to listen
- 1:07Speaker 1: to what his keynote is, So spend some time tonight
- 1:10Speaker 1: watching that keynote, because if he mentions anything around AI agents,
- 1:15Speaker 1: what we might see in terms of compute rendering capacities,
- 1:19Speaker 1: all of that has some effect on a lot of
- 1:21Speaker 1: the projects that we talk about here on this channel,
- 1:23Speaker 1: especially in blockchain. Other things that are happening right now.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Bullmarket is back here was coming in from Cobe, SMP
- 1:31Speaker 1: reclaimed it's pivotal six thousand level, already adding another nine
- 1:35Speaker 1: hundred billion to market cap in twenty twenty five, so
- 1:37Speaker 1: it looks like money's coming back off the sidelines and
- 1:39Speaker 1: into the market. Meanwhile, their price to book ratio has
- 1:43Speaker 1: hit a record at five point three times above the
- 1:46Speaker 1: March two thousand levels, So that's a pretty significant thing.
- 1:49Speaker 1: When you look at the market in general, many people
- 1:51Speaker 1: are asking the fundamentals even matter anymore. This has become
- 1:55Speaker 1: one of those really superheated markets. Always caution when I
- 1:59Speaker 1: see those kind of things happen. Obviously, Bitcoin's starting to
- 2:02Speaker 1: move as well as another one Bitcoin surgers passed one
- 2:05Speaker 1: hundred k for the first time since in twenty twenty five.
- 2:09Speaker 1: And one of the things you have to look at
- 2:10Speaker 1: right now. A couple is a nice little market cap rise.
- 2:13Speaker 1: But Coinbase saw its stock climb eight percent. Also, micro
- 2:17Speaker 1: Strategy added six percent to its value. And if you
- 2:20Speaker 1: look at micro Strategy, they confirmed it recently bought another
- 2:22Speaker 1: hundred or excuse me, another thousand and seventy bitcoins for
- 2:26Speaker 1: a cool one hundred and one million, So this is
- 2:30Speaker 1: pushing it them and their total holdings to around four
- 2:33Speaker 1: hundred and forty seven thousand bitcoin. That's crazy. Other things
- 2:37Speaker 1: that I want to hit on. Of course, Kramer set
- 2:39Speaker 1: it up perfectly because he said, hey, Bitcoin's going to fall,
- 2:41Speaker 1: and of course it reverses on him, and the anti
- 2:44Speaker 1: Kramer has just struck again. I want to go to
- 2:48Speaker 1: a clip real quick because this will get into a
- 2:50Speaker 1: pretty good analysis of how bitcoin could be a narrative
- 2:54Speaker 1: for a lot of new investors when you compare it
- 2:57Speaker 1: to the S and P. Take a look.
- 2:59Speaker 2: If you look at what the S and P five
- 3:00Speaker 2: hundred is really a benchmark for most investors, and if
- 3:02Speaker 2: we look in twenty twenty four or only four or
- 3:04Speaker 2: five different hedge funds actually outperformed the S and P
- 3:06Speaker 2: five hundred, So it serves as this great benchmark to
- 3:09Speaker 2: say are you doing better or worse than the market.
- 3:11Speaker 2: But the problem with the S and P five hundred
- 3:13Speaker 2: is that doesn't trade twenty four to seven three sixty five.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Bitcoin does. Bitcoin is also a very large asset with
- 3:18Speaker 2: a very liquid market that is constantly trading. It's the
- 3:21Speaker 2: most sensitive asset to global liquidity. And the younger generation
- 3:25Speaker 2: is now using this as their benchmark, and their theory
- 3:28Speaker 2: is that if you can't beat bitcoin, you have to
- 3:29Speaker 2: buy Bit.
- 3:30Speaker 1: With this room for two benchmarks, isn't that there's.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Always room for multiple benchmarks. But I think what really
- 3:34Speaker 2: people are trying to get at is what is the
- 3:36Speaker 2: market actually performing? And if you look at the S
- 3:39Speaker 2: and P five hundred, gold outperformed the S and P
- 3:41Speaker 2: five hundred and twenty twenty four. And so if gold
- 3:44Speaker 2: is outperforming, it doesn't have earnings, doesn't have cash flow.
- 3:47Speaker 2: A lot of people start asking themselves, well, how much
- 3:49Speaker 2: of the S and P five hundred performance is actually
- 3:51Speaker 2: just currency debasement rather than the business is getting better.
- 3:54Speaker 1: That's a good point that pomp makes is around currency
- 3:57Speaker 1: debasement because this is a scenario that play out when
- 4:00Speaker 1: you look at the inflation narrative and what's happening here
- 4:03Speaker 1: in the US, because everybody's trying to basically outrace the
- 4:06Speaker 1: dollar and the inflation and that it sets upon, which
- 4:09Speaker 1: is why bitcoin and other blockchain and digital assets are
- 4:13Speaker 1: becoming pretty much kind of the de facto investment from
- 4:18Speaker 1: a lot of the younger audience, which is what he
- 4:20Speaker 1: was referencing there. And I think when you look at that,
- 4:23Speaker 1: the opportunities here are twofold. One, of course, you go
- 4:26Speaker 1: the direction of bitcoin, and that's a little bit more
- 4:29Speaker 1: I won't call it passive, but a little bit more
- 4:31Speaker 1: safe in terms of digital assets. Or you can go
- 4:34Speaker 1: the alternate direction, which is moving into the a on narrative,
- 4:38Speaker 1: and we'll break that down before I go there, though,
- 4:41Speaker 1: I want to hit on one other thing, and that
- 4:42Speaker 1: is Ripple. Of course, sec IS settlement rumors are now
- 4:46Speaker 1: being talked about, so this is sparking a little bit
- 4:49Speaker 1: of optimism for the XRP investors. A couple of points
- 4:52Speaker 1: within this mark, Fagel believes the settlement is likely, particularly
- 4:55Speaker 1: with the incoming Trump administration. Also, regulations at ease and
- 4:59Speaker 1: prices are on the on the verge of a breakout,
- 5:01Speaker 1: So a lot of good things here. Also, remember that
- 5:04Speaker 1: it's possible we could still see an IPO later this
- 5:06Speaker 1: year for Ripple, and if that happens, I think that
- 5:10Speaker 1: is when we will see some pretty major moves on
- 5:13Speaker 1: Ripple in general. If you look at some of the
- 5:15Speaker 1: things we tweeted over the weekend, just to give an
- 5:17Speaker 1: example and zoom in on this, one of these was
- 5:20Speaker 1: showing Ripple's RLUSD cracking over six hundred million. This is
- 5:26Speaker 1: the thing that was a little bit surprising to me
- 5:29Speaker 1: and where this was coming from, because the volume disappeared
- 5:33Speaker 1: pretty much just over the weekend. Now the interesting point
- 5:37Speaker 1: is where's that volume going for. Is it coming from?
- 5:39Speaker 1: Is there a test being done with RLUSD. Remember a
- 5:42Speaker 1: lot of this is going to be tying into the
- 5:44Speaker 1: banking system. This is a narrative that I think that
- 5:46Speaker 1: everybody understands around what has been going in. If you
- 5:49Speaker 1: look at the previous tweet that we did, this was
- 5:52Speaker 1: the first tweet that went out over the weekend, and
- 5:54Speaker 1: this was of course was Ripple flipping the euro digital
- 5:59Speaker 1: dollar paypals p YUSD, all of which happened in a
- 6:03Speaker 1: very short period of time. So I don't know if
- 6:05Speaker 1: there's something that we're possibly getting ready for. When I
- 6:09Speaker 1: say we, meaning Ripple in general, is getting ready for.
- 6:13Speaker 1: But I'm going to keep a close eye on this one,
- 6:15Speaker 1: very closely, because I think this is a one to
- 6:17Speaker 1: be watching. Here's a tweet from Brad garling House talking
- 6:20Speaker 1: about Trump's bull market is real. Ripple, of course, is
- 6:24Speaker 1: a little bit different because remember, there's been a lot
- 6:25Speaker 1: of pressure from the SEC. And the thing he's getting
- 6:28Speaker 1: at is that there's so much opportunity here. And the
- 6:30Speaker 1: one thing that you could point at today, seventy five
- 6:33Speaker 1: percent of Ripples open roles, their jobs are US based,
- 6:36Speaker 1: while over the last four years the vast majority of
- 6:38Speaker 1: those hires we're outside the US. So they see it.
- 6:40Speaker 1: They understand that the writing is on the wall. The
- 6:43Speaker 1: US is their home country. I think they are in
- 6:45Speaker 1: the position now where it's all oars up, let's start
- 6:48Speaker 1: putting the speedboat together and start to traps out into
- 6:53Speaker 1: the markets a lot. Here. Also one other thing they
- 6:55Speaker 1: put in this here, Yeah, here we go. Team Trump's
- 6:58Speaker 1: already jump starting with innovation, job growth. Scott Bessett, David
- 7:01Speaker 1: Sachs Paul Atkins. These are the ones that will essentially
- 7:05Speaker 1: guide the economic frontier of the United States, especially with
- 7:08Speaker 1: a pro digital asset administration. So a lot looking good
- 7:13Speaker 1: in crypto and also for Ripple in general. Other things
- 7:16Speaker 1: I want to get too. Remember the Federal Reserve Board
- 7:19Speaker 1: that announced their resignation of Michael Barr was he was
- 7:21Speaker 1: the five sheriff's supervision there and he's going to remain
- 7:25Speaker 1: on in the Board of Governors. But there's a couple
- 7:27Speaker 1: of things that were happening over the weekend and many
- 7:30Speaker 1: people will probably saw this, and this tweet will kind
- 7:32Speaker 1: of give you an example. These were the problems when
- 7:35Speaker 1: you think about choke point two point zero, These were
- 7:37Speaker 1: the problems that were being held out of the market
- 7:41Speaker 1: for banks to do. And many of these if you
- 7:44Speaker 1: look at these, look at this crypto asset related activity,
- 7:48Speaker 1: you know they were holding that back. Bitcoin transactions, third
- 7:50Speaker 1: party agreements, all of this stuff, tokenized bank deposits, allowing intrabank,
- 7:55Speaker 1: all of this will most likely end up within the
- 7:58Speaker 1: banking ecosystem in twenty twenty five, meaning the fact that
- 8:02Speaker 1: there's nobody holding it back now, nobody giving a direct
- 8:05Speaker 1: narrative and directive to go out there and put a
- 8:08Speaker 1: choke point two to oh on this marketplace. So this
- 8:11Speaker 1: could be a big factor starting to transition into mainstream
- 8:16Speaker 1: adoption going forward. Other things that are happening right here
- 8:20Speaker 1: are the Dixie, of course, is on track for its
- 8:22Speaker 1: biggest loss since August second, twenty twenty four. Many of
- 8:26Speaker 1: the reasons there, of course, you have to look at
- 8:28Speaker 1: the dollar dropped after the Washington Post report reported that
- 8:31Speaker 1: Trump is going to continue me zoom in on that
- 8:34Speaker 1: Trump is going to continue to push on tariffs that
- 8:37Speaker 1: would apply to every country out there. And if you
- 8:40Speaker 1: think of the dollar strengthening or weakening and the potential
- 8:44Speaker 1: of digital assets, there's a play right there that is
- 8:46Speaker 1: going to be very positive for again digital assets going forward.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Other things that you got to look out, of course,
- 8:54Speaker 1: for is how the regular market is starting to place
- 8:56Speaker 1: this in terms of narrative, and that is Nvidia flipped
- 9:00Speaker 1: Apple as the number one market cap at three point
- 9:03Speaker 1: seven one four trillion. And again the key here is
- 9:07Speaker 1: going to be what Jensen's want. Jensen Wong says at
- 9:10Speaker 1: CEES today, what kind of you know, forward thinking he's
- 9:14Speaker 1: looking at for both Nvidia but also in general, I
- 9:17Speaker 1: think for AI because they're so tied to it. So
- 9:20Speaker 1: these are pretty big stories that will affect crypto in
- 9:23Speaker 1: a big way. And how will affect crypto well, AI agents.
- 9:26Speaker 1: You've heard us talk about this before on the show.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Quite a bet. If you look at the AI powered
- 9:31Speaker 1: agents right now by Blockchain base leads it sure, fifty
- 9:36Speaker 1: one sixty one. But look who's number two right there,
- 9:39Speaker 1: Avalanche AI powered Avalanche six hundred and fifty seven agents available.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Likelihood is we're going to see some big moves in
- 9:48Speaker 1: AI agents. This is a narrative that we've been talking
- 9:50Speaker 1: about probably for the last six months. The key was
- 9:53Speaker 1: is that we did not really see many of the
- 9:55Speaker 1: platforms and projects start to reveal themselves, and now we're
- 9:58Speaker 1: starting to see that. Know, the market is still very
- 10:02Speaker 1: very small. If you look at this report right here
- 10:04Speaker 1: from SARI, agent's bots are already the most active users
- 10:08Speaker 1: of public blockchains, and they're looking at three major categories.
- 10:11Speaker 1: You're trading, which everybody kind of understands this is UNISWAP.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Then you go into stable coins, circle tether, and then
- 10:18Speaker 1: deep end minors holding ninety seven percent of active on
- 10:21Speaker 1: chain agents. And this is just getting started. Guys, so
- 10:25Speaker 1: imagine what is going to happen within the blockchain that
- 10:29Speaker 1: deploy AI agents to start to create a lot of
- 10:32Speaker 1: the complexities to make them much easier. Further in this report,
- 10:37Speaker 1: one slide up, this was an example of how this
- 10:41Speaker 1: is going to explode. In comparison to other markets. Autonomous
- 10:44Speaker 1: agents appear to be on the cusp of a Carabian
- 10:47Speaker 1: Cambrian explosion of innovation. Here's the volume potential and this
- 10:52Speaker 1: is just looking at VIRTUALS protocol. If you look at
- 10:54Speaker 1: that right there, VIRTUALS protocol, this is just the beginning
- 10:58Speaker 1: of where we are going to see this market. And
- 11:01Speaker 1: if you compare that to NFTs which was in the
- 11:04Speaker 1: last cycle, and even DeFi to a certain extent, it
- 11:07Speaker 1: is likely that all of what is going on in
- 11:09Speaker 1: the AI sector, especially in the agent sector, could be
- 11:12Speaker 1: bigger than all of those previous markets together. So one
- 11:16Speaker 1: we're watching for sure here. Of course, if you look
- 11:18Speaker 1: at Avalanche, what is the potential here? Many of the
- 11:22Speaker 1: things that we're watching is on the l ones. Of course,
- 11:24Speaker 1: Pulsar has been kind of the leader in terms of transactions,
- 11:28Speaker 1: but there's a handful of others. So if AI agents
- 11:31Speaker 1: start to move their way into gaming Pulsar of course,
- 11:33Speaker 1: could be a leader within that. It's a good example
- 11:36Speaker 1: of how this could explode within the avax ecosystem. Don't
- 11:40Speaker 1: forget also Avalanche has their Retro nine thousand. This is
- 11:43Speaker 1: kind of their cultivator or almost like a y combinator
- 11:46Speaker 1: of growth. It's likely we may see AI agents actually
- 11:51Speaker 1: getting grants now within Retro nine thousand. Think about that
- 11:55Speaker 1: for a second because of the opportunities that blockchain brings
- 11:58Speaker 1: within all of this, look at the market comparison between
- 12:01Speaker 1: these meme coins. If you compare, let me kind of
- 12:04Speaker 1: zoom in on this. If you look at market cap
- 12:06Speaker 1: on meme tokens right here, let me kind of zoom
- 12:09Speaker 1: in on that one hundred and sixteen billion. Okay, that's
- 12:12Speaker 1: a reasonable one. Yes, memes have been going. When you
- 12:14Speaker 1: go to the AI agent's token market cap, here's the
- 12:18Speaker 1: fourteen billion. So if you compare that real quickly right there,
- 12:21Speaker 1: one hundred and sixteen versus fourteen good example of how
- 12:24Speaker 1: this market could explode and continue. Wills will be seeing
- 12:27Speaker 1: I think a lot of unique use cases and narratives
- 12:32Speaker 1: going forward. So it depends on the kind of investor
- 12:35Speaker 1: you are. If you think about Hey, I just want
- 12:37Speaker 1: to lock in a certain amount of gains. I'm not
- 12:39Speaker 1: really looking at risk and I don't know a lot
- 12:42Speaker 1: about AI. Then maybe bitcoin is a great investment for you.
- 12:46Speaker 1: If you're looking at future tech and you think about
- 12:49Speaker 1: in Vidia, if you bought in Vidia versus most of
- 12:51Speaker 1: the midcaps or even other mag seven, you're probably in
- 12:54Speaker 1: the right narrative for what's happening within blockchain right now.
- 12:58Speaker 1: So maybe check out many of the those kind of
- 13:00Speaker 1: projects that are going forward, and even projects if you
- 13:02Speaker 1: look down into the base level, everything from near protocol,
- 13:06Speaker 1: akash render. Many of those have been out there on
- 13:09Speaker 1: the front of the AI narrative. But I think now
- 13:12Speaker 1: we're starting to see a lot more getting ready to
- 13:14Speaker 1: break through. Other things I want to pay attention to Ethereum.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Stable coins volume increase from one point one billion and
- 13:20Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. Now we're set for another rally. This
- 13:23Speaker 1: could mean a couple of things. Stable Coin volumes on
- 13:25Speaker 1: Ether and Solana are over a billion. That's over two
- 13:29Speaker 1: hundred million in inflows respectively. So is everybody and our
- 13:34Speaker 1: Is everyone getting ready to start unloading into the market again?
- 13:39Speaker 1: Are we ready and poised for another run on Solana
- 13:42Speaker 1: for another run on Avalanche. Could we see one hundred
- 13:45Speaker 1: dollars Avalanche within the next few weeks, maybe a three
- 13:48Speaker 1: hundred dollars Salona. A lot of people are watching this
- 13:50Speaker 1: right now because of the activity with stable coins last
- 13:54Speaker 1: up here. If you look at the Crypto Fear and
- 13:56Speaker 1: Greed Index, some things that are interesting to me is
- 13:59Speaker 1: we've popped off of that base, which we were at
- 14:02Speaker 1: around forty eight. Remember this just happened on the thirtieth
- 14:06Speaker 1: of the December, and now we're hovering around sixty. So
- 14:08Speaker 1: a nice little adjustment here, but definitely not up in
- 14:11Speaker 1: our extreme greed range, which was back on end of
- 14:15Speaker 1: November right around Thanksgiving. Outside of that, you go all
- 14:19Speaker 1: the way back into March, which was when we saw
- 14:21Speaker 1: the previous high outside of early December. But again, are
- 14:25Speaker 1: we right there at the cusp of another market breakout
- 14:29Speaker 1: and could this be the last one for a lot
- 14:32Speaker 1: of these all coins to run. Compare that to the
- 14:35Speaker 1: all Coin season index, and we are starting to add
- 14:38Speaker 1: a little bit closer as you can see all Coin
- 14:41Speaker 1: Season Index now hovering around fifty five. Last time we
- 14:45Speaker 1: really clipped in to the top right here was right
- 14:47Speaker 1: around early December at eighty six, so definitely an opportunity.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Who are We're going to start to see a lot
- 14:52Speaker 1: of money coming in And I think the key here
- 14:55Speaker 1: is when bitcoin gets around maybe the one fifteen to
- 14:58Speaker 1: one twenty range, that's when and you're going to really
- 15:00Speaker 1: start looking at it. And I think ethereum is going
- 15:02Speaker 1: to be a very key factor of triggering many of
- 15:06Speaker 1: these things going forward. So watch out for a lot
- 15:08Speaker 1: of these things. We'll be getting a lot of videos
- 15:11Speaker 1: for you guys this week covering a lot of this,
- 15:13Speaker 1: so make sure and stay tuned right here to the channel.
