- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Good morning, Let's go just after six o'clock on this
- 0:05Speaker 2: Wednesday morning. Thank you for being here. Ricky Sanchez has
- 0:07Speaker 2: those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 3: I sixty five North was shut down for hours yesterday
- 0:11Speaker 3: afternoon for an investigation into a possible shooting.
- 0:15Speaker 1: So two people. This is what they have found so far.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Two people in a tesla had robbed.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Someone as they were leaving Green Hills Mall with luxury
- 0:23Speaker 3: shopping bags.
- 0:24Speaker 1: When the victim of the robbery.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Was approached by the arm robber, a tussle began between
- 0:31Speaker 3: the two. They didn't just give up the bags right away,
- 0:34Speaker 3: and ultimately the robber did take the bags got in
- 0:38Speaker 3: the car during that tussle. Apparently there's a possibility that
- 0:42Speaker 3: somebody was shot during that entire situation, as the robber
- 0:47Speaker 3: was armed. The robbers then took off with the bags
- 0:50Speaker 3: and eventually crashed into a tree near Berry Hill. One
- 0:54Speaker 3: robber got out of the car and disposed of the
- 0:56Speaker 3: gun over the guardrail, while the other driver was taken
- 0:58Speaker 3: to Vanderbilt Universe Medical Center, where he had later then
- 1:02Speaker 3: passed away from a gunshot wound.
- 1:05Speaker 1: MmpD is still.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Looking for the shopper who was robbed. They would like
- 1:09Speaker 3: to speak with them to get some more details.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Obviously there's a.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Full investigation still going on into all of this because
- 1:15Speaker 3: they do still want to talk to the shopper.
- 1:17Speaker 2: To that story.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Yeah, it was a lot. I had to read multiple
- 1:21Speaker 1: different articles.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Obviously, very scary situation and it caused a lot of
- 1:28Speaker 3: trouble for a lot of people trying to get home
- 1:30Speaker 3: yesterday because it was shut down for hours hours yesterday.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Wabblehause is adding an egg surcharge to their meals.
- 1:38Speaker 3: They've announced a temporary fifty cent surcharge to every single
- 1:42Speaker 3: egg that is ordered until the market recovers.
- 1:45Speaker 1: As we know, eggs are very expensive right now.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Data compiled by the NIQ Consumer Research Group shows that
- 1:51Speaker 3: the week ending January eighteenth, a dozen eggs cost five
- 1:55Speaker 3: dollars and twenty nine cents average.
- 1:57Speaker 1: That is an average, you've definitely seen it even higher
- 2:00Speaker 1: than that.
- 2:01Speaker 3: USDA Food Price Outlook predicts an increase of twenty point
- 2:04Speaker 3: three percent during this year.
- 2:06Speaker 1: In eggs as well.
- 2:07Speaker 3: So they're only going to go up, they are not
- 2:09Speaker 3: going to go down, is what they are predicting. So,
- 2:13Speaker 3: so happens at waffle House, A lot of their things
- 2:15Speaker 3: are eggs, so they got to kind of compensate, So
- 2:17Speaker 3: just expect a fifty cent surcharge every time you order
- 2:20Speaker 3: an egg at waffle House for at.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Least the next few months. Southwest is doing something really great.
- 2:25Speaker 3: They're going to start offering red eye flights for the
- 2:28Speaker 3: first time ever, and one of them involves Nashville, So
- 2:31Speaker 3: for the first time of their fifty year history, they're
- 2:33Speaker 3: going to have overnight flights starting February thirteenth, so very soon.
- 2:37Speaker 3: They're launching with five routes so Las Vegas, Los Angeles,
- 2:41Speaker 3: and Phoenix, all three of those to Baltimore, Washington, plus
- 2:45Speaker 3: Las Vegas to Orlando and Los Angeles to Nashville.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Okay, which totally makes sense to me.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Prices will range from one one hundred and ninety one
- 2:53Speaker 3: dollars to four hundred and eighty four dollars.
- 2:55Speaker 1: The flights apart.
- 2:56Speaker 3: West Coast between nine thirty pm and eleven forty five
- 3:00Speaker 3: five pm local time and land around six am local.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Time on the East Coast. I'm Sanchez, and those are
- 3:05Speaker 1: the three things you need.
- 3:05Speaker 4: To know, Ricky, Zach and man in the morning.
- 3:08Speaker 3: One five, they're gonna celebrate Gallantine's day with me first
- 3:12Speaker 3: color of the day on one o seven five the

- 3:28Speaker 2: gonna drink.
- 3:29Speaker 1: We're so bad.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three seven nine one oh seven.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Celebrate Gallantine's Day with Ricky. You don't have to be
- 3:36Speaker 2: a gal though. We could call it Felentine's Day as well.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Guys are allied Felon times days.
- 3:41Speaker 3: That sounds like you're a fellon, so maybe work on
- 3:44Speaker 3: that one.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Yeah, workship, guys are welcome.
- 3:46Speaker 1: You're so totally welcome to come.
- 3:48Speaker 3: You just cannot make fun of Crazy Stupid Love while
- 3:50Speaker 3: we're watching it.
- 3:51Speaker 2: I have six one five, seven, three seven, nine one
- 3:54Speaker 2: oh seven. First caller of the.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Day at yours one oh seven five.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Of the River, say good morning to Michelle and Hendersonville.
- 4:00Speaker 2: What are you up to?
- 4:01Speaker 6: Headed to the gym?
- 4:04Speaker 2: Okay, that's dedication.
- 4:06Speaker 6: Not really, I'm myself.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Is this a new like New Year's resolution thing or
- 4:12Speaker 2: has this always been your lifestyle?
- 4:14Speaker 6: No?
- 4:16Speaker 3: Okay, well, the fact that you're forcing yourself.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Is still going and that's how it starts. So I'm
- 4:20Speaker 1: very proud of are you sure.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Have you noticed now that we're officially in February, has
- 4:25Speaker 2: the crowd, the six am crowd at the gym? Has
- 4:27Speaker 2: it gotten smaller since the beginning of the year.
- 4:29Speaker 6: Well, I got a hot work, so like you're kind
- 4:31Speaker 6: of in your own little fauna anyway, So I don't
- 4:34Speaker 6: really that's what I like about it.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I've never done that one. I'm intrigued and might have
- 4:38Speaker 1: to look it up.
- 4:38Speaker 6: It's very hot.
- 4:41Speaker 1: That totally makes sense. Michelle.
- 4:44Speaker 3: I'm so excited for you because I know that you are,
- 4:46Speaker 3: you know, forcing yourself to go to the gym, which
- 4:48Speaker 3: is not always the most pleasing experiences early in the morning,
- 4:51Speaker 3: but hopefully this makes it better. You're the first color
- 4:53Speaker 3: of the day on one oh seven five of the River,
- 4:55Speaker 3: so you're gonna come hang out with me to celebrate
- 4:57Speaker 3: Gallentine's Day.
- 4:58Speaker 6: Awesome, I was born.
- 5:00Speaker 2: It's gonna be tons of fun. Yeah, you guys are
- 5:02Speaker 2: gonna watch a movie crazy stupid love.
- 5:04Speaker 1: We're gonna have drinks and appetizers.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Everyone's gonna get a moment to kind of chat and
- 5:08Speaker 3: meet new people.
- 5:09Speaker 2: You're gonna braid each other's hair, You're gonna paint each
- 5:12Speaker 2: other's so now it's gonna be great.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Who knows pillow fights?
- 5:18Speaker 3: What a classic dude comment to make, Kevin Michelle. I'm
- 5:22Speaker 3: so excited to meet you on February sixteenth.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Thank you so much for hanging out with us this morning.
- 5:26Speaker 6: Awesome. Thank you.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Hold on a sec Michelle another spot into the party tomorrow.
- 5:32Speaker 2: She said it was very hot, and then I started
- 5:34Speaker 2: I just got distracted in my mind thinking about her
- 5:36Speaker 2: hot workout. Can we talk about Zach's outfit today for
- 5:38Speaker 2: a second. He's dressed like it's ninety five degrees.
- 5:41Speaker 7: I'm wearing shorts and a tank top.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Zach literally just looked at me like, how is this
- 5:45Speaker 3: man coming for me right now?
- 5:46Speaker 7: I literally have been so nice you all morning.
- 5:48Speaker 1: It is only like fifty degrees outside.
- 5:51Speaker 2: You look like you're going to the beach.
- 5:52Speaker 7: It feels good outside.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Let man live.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Zach's gonna hate me for saying this, but it's kind
- 5:59Speaker 3: of funny how he got ghosted.
- 6:01Speaker 7: Ah, so funny.
- 6:02Speaker 3: It's Ricky Zacaman it in the morning on one of
- 6:04Speaker 3: seven five the river. You weren't even ghosted by like
- 6:07Speaker 3: a human you were. You were ghosted by an entity.
- 6:10Speaker 8: Yeah, so this is so messed up. My massage place
- 6:13Speaker 8: ghosted me. And now I know it sounds very very boogie,
- 6:16Speaker 8: but I had like a massage membership, so I would
- 6:18Speaker 8: go like once a month and get a massage, and
- 6:20Speaker 8: if you miss that month, then it.
- 6:22Speaker 7: Just rolls over. So I like accrued seven massages that
- 6:25Speaker 7: I hadn't used.
- 6:26Speaker 8: Why don't you go ahead and say the name of
- 6:27Speaker 8: the place, Riviera Spa and Green.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Hills, okay, calling them out?
- 6:31Speaker 8: Yeah, Well, because I went and I've been trying to
- 6:34Speaker 8: call them to book an appointment, and it.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Was calling for like a week, yes.
- 6:38Speaker 8: Every single day, and they wouldn't answer. It goes straight
- 6:40Speaker 8: to voicemail and it says we'll call you back. So
- 6:42Speaker 8: I leave a voicemail every single day, and then finally yesterday,
- 6:45Speaker 8: I was like, you know what, I'm just gonna drive
- 6:47Speaker 8: up there and try and book my own appointment because
- 6:49Speaker 8: I can't get through on the phone, like the website's
- 6:51Speaker 8: not working. I get there, the place doesn't even exist anymore.
- 6:56Speaker 1: He sent me a picture of the wind because I've.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Gone to place and I really liked it and I
- 7:01Speaker 3: wanted to get a membership.
- 7:02Speaker 1: But I was like, I don't think it's in the
- 7:04Speaker 1: budget for me.
- 7:05Speaker 3: But like I looked at the picture and it's just
- 7:07Speaker 3: the pretty glass door.
- 7:09Speaker 7: It's a constructions says building permit on it.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Nothing is inside anymore, none of like the lavish pretty
- 7:16Speaker 3: like literally like all the flavors or flavors.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Said, there's nothing inside. It was completely gutted.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:24Speaker 8: So I got there and I was like, well, I
- 7:26Speaker 8: guess I'm just out all of this money that I've
- 7:28Speaker 8: already paid like seven massages.
- 7:29Speaker 7: That I've already paid for.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm out, and I.
- 7:32Speaker 7: Don't I was like, what do I do? Clearly nothing?
- 7:35Speaker 2: So they never did you check your email? They never
- 7:36Speaker 2: sent an email saying like we're closing.
- 7:38Speaker 7: They never sent an email, never nothing.
- 7:40Speaker 2: WHOA.
- 7:42Speaker 3: This is why it's kind of funny to be though,
- 7:43Speaker 3: because it's like, how does this even happen?
- 7:46Speaker 2: I know, I remember one time we ordered a couch
- 7:49Speaker 2: and then the company went out of business and it
- 7:52Speaker 2: took a long time for I think we eventually got
- 7:54Speaker 2: a refund on it, but it took like a long
- 7:56Speaker 2: time of tracking that down.
- 7:58Speaker 8: There's no way that I don't even know how to
- 8:00Speaker 8: track this, and like who do I call the old owners?
- 8:03Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 8:03Speaker 3: Right now too that Like if I didn't go to
- 8:07Speaker 3: this place with Zach, I would be like, oh, you
- 8:10Speaker 3: fully got scammed and you're a moron. But these people,
- 8:14Speaker 3: it was a normal business.
- 8:15Speaker 7: It was a beautiful scam.
- 8:16Speaker 1: It was gorgeous, It was so nice. It was one
- 8:19Speaker 1: of the best massages I've ever had.
- 8:20Speaker 7: And then they ghosted me.
- 8:21Speaker 8: Well, I'm intrigued on like how many other people are
- 8:25Speaker 8: in the same situation like that had memberships there that
- 8:28Speaker 8: had no idea.
- 8:29Speaker 2: That's why I wanted you say the name of the place.
- 8:30Speaker 2: You're probably helping some people right now that have memberships
- 8:33Speaker 2: at this particular spot.
- 8:34Speaker 7: It was at Riviera Spa in Green Hills, Rip.
- 8:36Speaker 2: So do you want would you like a refund or
- 8:38Speaker 2: do you want them to give.
- 8:40Speaker 5: You the massages?
- 8:40Speaker 2: I want them massages, even if it's at their house
- 8:43Speaker 2: or something.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Now we're getting back into scary scammed territory, like possibly
- 8:48Speaker 3: you know, getting kidnapped. We're not doing that.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I'm just so funny that.
- 8:52Speaker 5: Oh too bad, buddy. Sorry.
- 8:53Speaker 8: If you guys know a good massage place, let me
- 8:55Speaker 8: know reach.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Out you're in the market.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Yeah, three things you need to know?
- 9:00Speaker 2: Well, good morning, Thank you for starting this Wednesday with
- 9:03Speaker 2: us over here at the river. Ricky's got three things
- 9:05Speaker 2: he needs to know.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Oh, my goodness, my headphones.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Sabrina Carpenter announced a shortened Sweet deluxe album. We're getting
- 9:11Speaker 3: five new songs and one is a collab with Dolly Parton.
- 9:14Speaker 1: So the song titles are fifteen minutes.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Please Please, Please, featuring Dolly, Couldn't make it any harder,
- 9:20Speaker 3: Busy Woman and Bad Reviews. Finals are currently available for
- 9:24Speaker 3: pre order, and the full album is going to be
- 9:26Speaker 3: out on Valentine's Day, February fourteenth. I asked our boss
- 9:29Speaker 3: yesterday if we're going to be playing any songs off
- 9:31Speaker 3: of it.
- 9:32Speaker 1: He said, I don't know, and I said, well.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Then we're going to have to do that Dolly like
- 9:37Speaker 2: it or now.
- 9:38Speaker 1: So you can expect to hear it on the river at.
- 9:41Speaker 3: Some point during six am and ten am sure with
- 9:44Speaker 3: Ricky Zegamano in the morning. Tiger Wood's mini golf venue
- 9:48Speaker 3: is preparing for construction in Intioch, so Popstroke is what
- 9:51Speaker 3: it's called. It's set to begin construction that's going to
- 9:54Speaker 3: take about twelve months, with a grand opening planned for
- 9:57Speaker 3: February of twenty twenty six.
- 9:58Speaker 1: This new spot looks pretty sick. Okay.
- 10:00Speaker 3: There's eighteen whole courses. There's indoor and outdoor options. They
- 10:05Speaker 3: have dining, an ice cream parlor, a sports bar, various
- 10:08Speaker 3: different outdoor games like ping pong and cornhole.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It's huge and it looks sick from the renderings. Project
- 10:16Speaker 1: is part.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Of a broader development of Century Farms, which includes new shops, housings,
- 10:20Speaker 3: and other entertainment options. They have guests of all ages
- 10:23Speaker 3: that are welcome to do to come to Pop Stroke.
- 10:25Speaker 3: It's a family friendly destination. I'm excited to check it
- 10:28Speaker 3: out once it's built. Like I said, they're starting and
- 10:31Speaker 3: it's not going to be open though, until February twenty
- 10:33Speaker 3: twenty six, as long as everything goes to plan.
- 10:35Speaker 2: I mean places like this kill it. Bowling alleys are
- 10:37Speaker 2: always so crowded. Pins Mechanical is always crowded. Love but
- 10:40Speaker 2: shack is always crowded. Like more of this, please, I
- 10:42Speaker 2: love it.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Shamrock Shakes are coming back too, and Grimace's uncle his
- 10:47Speaker 3: long lost Irish uncle is coming back. We haven't seen
- 10:51Speaker 3: since the eighties, which, obviously you know, perfect time Shamrock
- 10:54Speaker 3: Shake season.
- 10:55Speaker 1: He's coming back. Uncle. Oh Grimacy is his name. He's
- 10:59Speaker 1: bringing back the shake and he has his own merch
- 11:01Speaker 1: right now.
- 11:02Speaker 3: McDonald's is also going to be donating twenty five cents
- 11:04Speaker 3: from every sheer Mark shake sold between February tenth and
- 11:07Speaker 3: March twenty third to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. They're
- 11:10Speaker 3: aiming to raise five million dollars for families in need.
- 11:13Speaker 3: What a great uncle he is raising all that money.
- 11:16Speaker 2: He's been gone for twenty plus years.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Listen, sometimes you gotta go away for people to miss you. Okay,
- 11:25Speaker 3: sachaz and those are the three things you need to know.
- 11:27Speaker 2: I love how quick you were with that response there,
- 11:29Speaker 2: It's great. Right after, Sabrina Carpenter, it's time for zax Fax.
- 11:33Speaker 2: We're all gonna learn together and get a little smarter.
- 11:35Speaker 2: On this Wednesday morning, next one seven BECs.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Sex BECs Sex BECs right now on one seven the river.
- 11:44Speaker 8: Okay, your factor of the day today is that Japan
- 11:46Speaker 8: has over two hundred flavors of kit cats.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Isn't that so cool?
- 11:50Speaker 3: They have really awesome flavors too, like Macha and like Random.
- 11:54Speaker 8: They have blueberry cheesecake, they have Oreo ice cream cake cats.
- 11:57Speaker 8: They also have baked potato and melon and cheese and
- 12:02Speaker 8: wasabi KitKat.
- 12:03Speaker 5: You lost me there at the end.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Melon and cheese is actually very good. I just want
- 12:07Speaker 1: to throw that out.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Melan and cheese kit cat though.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I don't know, but I know that melonich cheese.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Or kit cats? Where do they make kit I'm asking
- 12:14Speaker 2: you too many follow up questions.
- 12:15Speaker 7: I'm sorry, that's your back to the day.
- 12:19Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 12:21Speaker 3: What topic do you know well enough that you could
- 12:24Speaker 3: do an entire podcast on it?
- 12:25Speaker 1: It's one of seven five the River.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Kevin, You, for whatever reason, go food shopping every single day.
- 12:32Speaker 2: I do.
- 12:33Speaker 1: And you know a lot about the grocery stores in
- 12:35Speaker 1: this area, like when they open, what aisles they.
- 12:38Speaker 8: Have certain you were literally talking about it yesterday and
- 12:40Speaker 8: he could name like every single Kroger in Middle Tennessee.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I have the fives wrote grocery stores in my regular
- 12:46Speaker 2: rotation that I go to for different things that I need.
- 12:49Speaker 2: And yes, I do consider myself to be an expert
- 12:51Speaker 2: on all things grocery store related. So thank you for that.
- 12:54Speaker 2: You told me you were going to make fun of
- 12:56Speaker 2: me here on this podcast conversation. I take that as
- 12:58Speaker 2: a compliment. I am the authority on grocery search. I
- 13:01Speaker 2: haven the questions come to me.
- 13:03Speaker 3: I'm so happy you took that as a compliment. If
- 13:05Speaker 3: you know something random or maybe something that does actually
- 13:08Speaker 3: make sense and that you feel like you could do
- 13:11Speaker 3: an entire podcast on it, we want to hear it.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Pitch us your podcast six one five seven, three seven
- 13:16Speaker 3: nine one oh seven.
- 13:16Speaker 2: So what do you have a lot of useless knowledge on? Okay,
- 13:19Speaker 2: what do you have? Six one five seven, three seven
- 13:21Speaker 2: nine one oh seven. I would listen to my podcast.
- 13:23Speaker 1: By the now, You'd be the only one.
- 13:24Speaker 4: Ken would one oh seven five the river.
- 13:28Speaker 2: You gotta go to Whole Foods for certain things that
- 13:29Speaker 2: you can't get at Kroger, and the Trader Joe's obviously
- 13:32Speaker 2: has their own.
- 13:32Speaker 1: No one loves grocery shopping as much as you do.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Kevin, thank you, and you really could do an entire
- 13:37Speaker 3: podcast on this.
- 13:38Speaker 2: That's right, that's the conversation we're having right now, and
- 13:40Speaker 2: I appreciate that.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Casey and Dixon welcome to one oh seven five of
- 13:43Speaker 3: the River. What topic do you know so well you
- 13:46Speaker 3: could do a full podcast on.
- 13:48Speaker 6: It, be'stal education.
- 13:50Speaker 2: There you go, that's a good one.
- 13:51Speaker 3: I would listen to that one because I feel like
- 13:53Speaker 3: there's a lot we can learn about special education.
- 13:55Speaker 6: Yes, I think what a lot of people don't know
- 13:59Speaker 6: about the kids that I work with, especially in the
- 14:01Speaker 6: school system, how much they have to offer, how.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Hilarious they are.
- 14:06Speaker 6: I have so many funny stories of kids all through
- 14:10Speaker 6: the school ages, and I could sit around a camp
- 14:13Speaker 6: fire and tell stories about my friends all day long.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, that's so good. And Ricky's fiance AJ
- 14:18Speaker 2: is a special education teacher as well.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I have a special place in my heart for people
- 14:23Speaker 3: like you, Casey, because I know how much it takes
- 14:26Speaker 3: to be the best version of you every single day
- 14:28Speaker 3: for those kids, and how amazing it is to spend
- 14:31Speaker 3: the day, every single day with those kids. And the
- 14:33Speaker 3: way that you speak about them gives me chills and
- 14:35Speaker 3: it makes me so happy.
- 14:37Speaker 6: Absolutely, there's so much to learn. To protect the kids.
- 14:41Speaker 6: I work with, kids that get aggressive and do dangerous things.
- 14:44Speaker 6: Sometimes they gets We have to have really hard conversations
- 14:47Speaker 6: in the school system to make sure we're serving them
- 14:50Speaker 6: at givings and everything, even keeping them safe. So I
- 14:53Speaker 6: can tell fun and patting stories all day long about that.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Casey, I think you should actually do this podcast. I
- 14:58Speaker 3: think it's way more fascinating than Kevin's pitch of the grocery.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Now mine's embarrassing now that she's doing a special education podcast. Mine,
- 15:06Speaker 2: I know a lot about grocery stores. Cool, but I.
- 15:11Speaker 6: Need to know all the things about grocery store.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Too, So thanks for trying to make me feel better.
- 15:16Speaker 2: But you and you and a J you and Ricky's
- 15:18Speaker 2: fiance shouldn't do a podcast about this. We can make
- 15:20Speaker 2: that out. We have microphones over there, we do. Thank
- 15:24Speaker 2: you for going, and thank you for doing what you're doing.
- 15:26Speaker 2: You are You're an angel, So thank.
- 15:28Speaker 6: You, Casey.
- 15:29Speaker 1: You love so.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Yes, we've established that I know a lot about grocery stores,
- 15:34Speaker 2: which suddenly doesn't sound so cool, Ricky, what would you do?
- 15:37Speaker 3: My thing would be like a podcast about nothing. That's
- 15:40Speaker 3: what my podcast previously was about.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Was like nothing very much that.
- 15:44Speaker 3: That Seinfeld energy of like whatever came to my mind
- 15:47Speaker 3: and whatever made sense that day to talk about is
- 15:49Speaker 3: what I talked about because I am not an expert
- 15:51Speaker 3: in anything. So even though I'm making fun of you
- 15:53Speaker 3: for being an expert in groceries, I'm not an expert
- 15:56Speaker 3: in anything.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the Morning. It's one of
- 16:01Speaker 1: seven five of the River.
- 16:02Speaker 3: We have established that Kevin would do a full podcast
- 16:05Speaker 3: on grocery stores.
- 16:06Speaker 5: You're gonna be groundbreaking, straight to the top of the charts.
- 16:08Speaker 3: I would do a podcast about nothing because I'm not
- 16:10Speaker 3: an expert in anything but Alexis and Nashville. We want
- 16:13Speaker 3: to know what you would do a podcast on based
- 16:15Speaker 3: on what you know? Just an extensive amount of information
- 16:18Speaker 3: on skincare, scincare.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Oh, you got a fan in the backseat.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Alexis, you might have some competition with Zach because Zach
- 16:26Speaker 3: owns just about every single skin care product you could
- 16:29Speaker 3: possibly think of, all underneath the sink in his bathroom.
- 16:33Speaker 7: That's true, Alexis.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Where's your go to place to get your skincare products?
- 16:38Speaker 1: Spora?
- 16:39Speaker 8: We love Sephora. What's your favorite brand? Like, if you
- 16:42Speaker 8: had to pick a singular brand, what would you pick?
- 16:47Speaker 8: Zach doesn't even know that one recipe glow recipe.
- 16:51Speaker 7: Now I gotta look it up.
- 16:53Speaker 3: See you're already creating new fans right off the batt Alexis.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Hit that subscribe button.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Thank you keep for calling in this morning and for
- 17:01Speaker 3: hanging with us.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Like and follows. I tried to decide state of the background,
- 17:09Speaker 2: like and follow that's so funny, Zach.
- 17:12Speaker 5: What would you do your podcast about anything?
- 17:14Speaker 2: The thing you know most about?
- 17:16Speaker 8: Maybe like a TLC I was gonna say trash reality TV. Like,
- 17:20Speaker 8: definitely a TLC special. I watch every single show on
- 17:23Speaker 8: that network.
- 17:23Speaker 2: You could do like a like a recap show about
- 17:26Speaker 2: like my nine thousand pound brother or whatever, thousand pounds successful.
- 17:31Speaker 7: Actually, yeah, you want to be a special guest. We
- 17:33Speaker 7: can watch an episode together.
- 17:34Speaker 2: No, you can win tickets to see the weekend at
- 17:38Speaker 2: the Game of the Day. I'll be a listener.
- 17:41Speaker 7: You didn't even think about it, you just said no.

- 18:12Speaker 1: You said a little nervous, Jessica. Are you nervous? I
- 18:15Speaker 1: am nervous, Jessica. You're a nurse.
- 18:18Speaker 3: That is way more nerve wracking than playing the weekend quiz.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Yeah, being cool under pressure. It's just like it's part
- 18:23Speaker 2: of the job. This is a need right now, Okay,

- 19:07Speaker 5: I didn't have many friends.
- 19:08Speaker 2: I get very excited about watching four shows every Friday night.
- 19:11Speaker 2: And they branded it as what.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Ct if?
- 19:17Speaker 4: What did you say?

- 19:47Speaker 5: Let's move on.
- 19:48Speaker 2: In nineteen seventy five, we're throwing it back even farther. LORDE.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Michaels created what.
- 19:52Speaker 5: TV show.
- 20:00Speaker 6: Puts a little good part for me.

- 20:32Speaker 3: know that you want the river.
- 20:35Speaker 2: I don't know. I've had a lot of doctor's appointments lately.
- 20:37Speaker 2: I'm going through a medical issue myself, Jessica, and if
- 20:40Speaker 2: a nurse walked in crying, I would be freaked out.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Okay, but like crying and smiling. And then if you
- 20:46Speaker 3: said what's going on and she was like, fire's one tickets,
- 20:48Speaker 3: I want to save it by the river with Riki
- 20:49Speaker 3: Zacamano in the morning, I think you'd be like, oh, well, congratulations.
- 20:53Speaker 6: Oh yeah, that's true. Well, good blas with everything with you.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Okay, thank you very much.
- 20:58Speaker 5: I am sorry.
- 20:59Speaker 2: We're just going on about me now, but having surgery
- 21:01Speaker 2: on Monday to remove my thyroid cancer. It's all gonna
- 21:04Speaker 2: be good. Thank you, Jessica.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Iry, hang on the line, love, we gotta get some
- 21:07Speaker 3: info from you.
- 21:08Speaker 6: Okay, Okay, thank you.
- 21:09Speaker 2: Took a turn there at the end, But truly, I
- 21:12Speaker 2: lately have developed such a deeper appreciation for nurses and doctors.
- 21:15Speaker 5: So my all of my love to you, Jessica. Congratulations.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Okay, good morning, Just after eight o'clock on this Wednesday.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Thank you for being here. If you're new here, new
- 21:25Speaker 2: to the River and new to Nashville, welcome, I'm Kevin
- 21:28Speaker 2: Mano Zach just walked out the door in here. Over
- 21:30Speaker 2: here is Ricky Sanchez. She's got those three things.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Cowboy Carter by Beyonce saw a massive increase after the
- 21:36Speaker 3: Grammys and streaming her country album one Album of the Year,
- 21:40Speaker 3: and saw seven hundred and ninety five percent increase in
- 21:43Speaker 3: streams on Spotify in the US, So that's just on Spotify.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Obviously.
- 21:48Speaker 3: We know what a big platform the Grammys can be
- 21:50Speaker 3: for people, which is also why one of our favorite
- 21:53Speaker 3: moments in the Grammys was the New Artist medley that
- 21:56Speaker 3: they did, because it's a great way for people to
- 21:57Speaker 3: find new artists. Love that idea and honestly, not that
- 22:00Speaker 3: Beyonce needs it, but good for her. Seven and ninety
- 22:03Speaker 3: five percent increase is huge. BNA is celebrating Black History
- 22:07Speaker 3: Month with a free music series happening all month long.
- 22:11Speaker 3: So performances are going to take place out on the
- 22:14Speaker 3: c slash D Exit stage by green Beans Coffee Coat,
- 22:17Speaker 3: which is in the pre security area of the terminal,
- 22:20Speaker 3: so you can watch some lovely music as you are
- 22:22Speaker 3: about to go on to your flight that day, whatever
- 22:25Speaker 3: day you may be flying this month. They have the
- 22:27Speaker 3: full lineup available on their website with dates, times, and
- 22:30Speaker 3: the acts who are performing.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Obviously show them some love.
- 22:33Speaker 3: We love to support local artists here, local restaurants, local shops,
- 22:38Speaker 3: everything local here in Nashville.
- 22:39Speaker 1: It's so important to support them all.
- 22:41Speaker 3: So if you're flying this month, make sure you go,
- 22:43Speaker 3: you know, give them a little moment of your time
- 22:45Speaker 3: and watch them perform. And Applebee's they are doing their
- 22:49Speaker 3: date night passes.
- 22:51Speaker 1: They're coming back. These sold out so fast against time.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Seconds they keep saying minutes, so maybe seconds.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Well, some people say minutes are made up of seconds.
- 23:00Speaker 1: That is what some people say, Kevin, That is what
- 23:02Speaker 1: they say.
- 23:03Speaker 3: This year, three thousand lucky Club Applebe's members are going
- 23:06Speaker 3: to get the chance to grab a pass for one
- 23:08Speaker 3: hundred dollars, which unlocks a fifty dollars off meal.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Every month for a whole year.
- 23:13Speaker 3: If you want a chance to do this, you do
- 23:14Speaker 3: have to sign up for the Club Applebee's membership program
- 23:18Speaker 3: by February twelfth. If you're already a member, you're going
- 23:21Speaker 3: to get an email to register in the drawing by
- 23:23Speaker 3: February twelfth for your chance to purchase.
- 23:25Speaker 1: So it's a.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Drawing first, and then they'll reach out to you. I'll
- 23:28Speaker 3: let you know that you were picked, and then you.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Buy the actual pass. That's how it all works.
- 23:33Speaker 5: If you're lucky.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Good luck Sanchez, And those are the three things you
- 23:36Speaker 3: need to know.
- 23:37Speaker 4: One oh seven five of the.
- 23:38Speaker 3: You have a go to phrase that you use when
- 23:40Speaker 3: you're kindly disagreeing with someone. It's Rickie Zacamano in the
- 23:44Speaker 3: morning on one oh.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Seven five of the River.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Everyone's always disagreeing about everything. I mean, it's constantly around.
- 23:51Speaker 5: World, yep.
- 23:51Speaker 3: And it's very easy for these arguments to escalate really fast.
- 23:55Speaker 3: So there's some ways to kindly just disagree with somebody.
- 23:58Speaker 8: Please teach me, because I use say some really bad things.
- 24:01Speaker 1: That's facts.
- 24:02Speaker 3: So this is mostly for Zach, also a little bit
- 24:04Speaker 3: for me. But here are some phrases that you can use,
- 24:07Speaker 3: according to two psychologists, when you're having a kind disagreement,
- 24:11Speaker 3: you can say you've made some terrific points.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I have a few thoughts of my own to share.
- 24:17Speaker 5: Sounds condescending to me, but yeah, okay.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Here's another one.
- 24:22Speaker 3: This one actually sounds a little condescendar depending on the
- 24:24Speaker 3: tone that you say it.
- 24:26Speaker 1: How did you arrive at this point?
- 24:28Speaker 2: Yep, that's very rude.
- 24:29Speaker 7: In my mind, is just like, oh, and how exactly
- 24:32Speaker 7: did you get there?
- 24:33Speaker 3: Yes, it's it's all about the inflection in the way
- 24:36Speaker 3: you say it, though, because if you just are having
- 24:37Speaker 3: a disagreement and you say, okay, how did you arrive
- 24:39Speaker 3: at this point?
- 24:40Speaker 7: Yeah, when you say it sounds much nicer.
- 24:42Speaker 1: That doesn't sound as bad. Are you up for hearing
- 24:45Speaker 1: an alternative?
- 24:46Speaker 2: God?
- 24:46Speaker 5: These are so patronizing?
- 24:48Speaker 2: I really Yeah. I guess maybe if you were saying
- 24:51Speaker 2: it's super friendly, maybe, but I don't. I can't hear it.
- 24:54Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 24:54Speaker 3: I can see your perspective, and I'd like to add,
- 24:57Speaker 3: and then you add.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Your perspective was not bad.
- 24:59Speaker 7: That one's good.
- 25:00Speaker 1: That would make sense.
- 25:01Speaker 3: This one also makes me laugh because this one totally
- 25:03Speaker 3: dependent upon how you say it. Tell me more, because
- 25:06Speaker 3: I've done that in arguments, not in a kind.
- 25:10Speaker 7: Yeah, and I've basically been like, yeah.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Good, tell me more. I think it's all about the
- 25:16Speaker 1: way you say that.
- 25:17Speaker 7: It's your tone.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the tone at which you say.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Which is why arguing on the Internet is the dumbest
- 25:23Speaker 2: thing you can do.
- 25:24Speaker 1: You can't tell tone.
- 25:26Speaker 7: You're just reading it in the tone that you create it.
- 25:28Speaker 2: It's just you're yelling into avoid You're you're achieving nothing.
- 25:31Speaker 5: It's so pointless.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Here's one last one for you, guys. Is there another
- 25:35Speaker 3: way of looking at this?
- 25:36Speaker 7: I don't like that one either.
- 25:38Speaker 1: No, I actually liked that one.
- 25:39Speaker 8: So it would be like if you and I were
- 25:41Speaker 8: disagreeing and you said something, and I'd be like, is
- 25:44Speaker 8: there another way to look at this?
- 25:46Speaker 7: Like it still sounds very condescending.
- 25:48Speaker 1: But again, your tone, the way that you say is.
- 25:51Speaker 7: Can we think about it a different way?
- 25:53Speaker 2: I don't think Zach is capable of delivering entities with
- 25:56Speaker 2: the correct tone.
- 25:57Speaker 1: I don't know either. I think no matter which way
- 25:59Speaker 1: he says it, it's gonna sound nicky. Zach and Mano
- 26:03Speaker 1: in the morning.
- 26:04Speaker 3: Today's Dailly double tap on one oh seven five of
- 26:06Speaker 3: the River is something that is apparently very relatable for everybody.
- 26:09Speaker 3: I thought I was the only one that had to
- 26:10Speaker 3: do this all the time.
- 26:11Speaker 5: No, no, no, we all do uh.
- 26:13Speaker 2: And then it kind of kicked off a conversation in
- 26:15Speaker 2: here of us trying to spell out in various words,
- 26:19Speaker 2: But it's a video a girl on the phone customer
- 26:22Speaker 2: service trying to convey the letters of her names, spelling
- 26:25Speaker 2: it out, using a word to correspond with each letter.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Yeah, and she's struggling a bit.
- 26:29Speaker 9: Just calling to confirm my appointment tomorrow for Kimberly Quinlan.
- 26:32Speaker 9: Spell your name for me, Kay as in kangaroo, I
- 26:38Speaker 9: as in I'm I'm here, m m as in meatball,
- 26:45Speaker 9: b as in meatball. He is an elephant, are as in.
- 26:51Speaker 10: The rental carney, toros well is for the way why
- 26:57Speaker 10: as in et mom and Tombia.
- 27:04Speaker 1: You can just you can cancel.
- 27:08Speaker 2: Zat you are?
- 27:09Speaker 8: How would you do your name if you are see
- 27:10Speaker 8: as in zebra. A is in apple see as in corn.
- 27:14Speaker 2: That's good. You're nice and easy?
- 27:15Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, very quick and easy.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Great takes.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Yeah, Ricky dare I ask I always have to do it,
- 27:21Speaker 3: so it's ours and robot.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I is an ice cube. Se is in cow Ka
- 27:25Speaker 1: is in keys. I is an ice cube.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Okay, that's pretty good. Put the video you want me
- 27:30Speaker 2: to do it? Yeah, k is in Killer Clowns from
- 27:33Speaker 2: out of Space. He is in Everybody poops in God.
- 27:38Speaker 2: Very nice. I is in I'm tired and is in
- 27:44Speaker 2: never asked me to do this again. On our Instagram
- 27:48Speaker 2: stories at one O seven five the River, we always
- 27:50Speaker 2: post the video up there after we play the audio
- 27:52Speaker 2: here on the
- 27:54Speaker 4: River Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning
