- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: All right, next up, man, from the Potter Thaw, we've recorded for 12-hour straight.
- 0:04[SPEAKER_00]: And this next genal idea about this scene is an eight-eye goat, an eight-eye goat.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_00]: This is somebody I work really, really closely with.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: I should run as a lot of operations specifically around like the morning meetup and the things that I do, but everything I got going on when it comes to AI, I lean on Cynthia.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_00]: What I'll tell you this girl is brilliant.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: And she's doing some big stuff around the world, man.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: So, make sure you're on tap, and I want to hear your comments.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: I want to hear what you feel, and what you learn, what you take away is our taping and the comments, man.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure you like, subscribe, and share this with somebody.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: All right, I'll see you in that episode.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_01]: The most important critical skill in the age of AI is learning how to learn.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just locking in on a tool.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_01]: because it is changing so quickly, it may be obsolete or cannibalized by the next couple of weeks, couple months.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_01]: How does it go together?
- 1:00[SPEAKER_01]: What problem is it solving?
- 1:02[SPEAKER_01]: If you learn that, you could be agile, regardless of how AI accelerate.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: Prompting is a very important skill because it teaches us how to ask better questions.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody has the same tool.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: But what determines the output is the input and how you know how to almost manipulate.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: Right, so, but in the age of AI, you can use AI to learn AI.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_01]: So, open AI, for instance, has a prompt optimizer.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, oh, okay, just prompt is okay.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_01]: You can put it in the prompt optimizer and it will make the prompt for you.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: that those who understand AI will be the biggest influencers in the future, because it's almost like the person who knows computers in the 80s and they go out and become billionaires, because they know the thing that came that everybody has to make some adjustments too.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: family we are here man I've been having some amazing conversations today so far thank you for everybody that's given the birthday love we are going to keep this train rolling
- 2:13[SPEAKER_00]: Go to the first off, put a one in the chat if you need assistance with making this your best financial year ever in 2026, your best financial year in business.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: If you need assistance, put a one in the chat, throw a one in the chat and I try to eat some after that cheese steak.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: I try to eat some healthy but my wife patting me some grapes.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: but they're seated grapes and it's throwing off my vibe.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like it.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: I bit the grape and it's a seed you bite and I eat around the grape.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_00]: Why do you want to get around in a grape?
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to bite the grape, bro.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's how it is.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_02]: Let me guess.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: Let me guess.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: Let me get a drink.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's too much work.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: oh yeah absolutely all right so let me let me explain something to you on the morning meetup is literally the best option for you to build the life that you want to build in 2026
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: The kind of information that we're delivering, you would at least have to pay five, 10, 15, 20,000.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: And there are platforms or communities that you won't get half the value.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: But I am inviting you all to the morning meetup.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: So if you are willing to battle yourself, and you're willing to show up, and you want to be coached by me,
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: Every single Monday, Q&A, every single Tuesday.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: Wednesday through Friday, you are going to connect with the community.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: These are going to be your customers.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just set it.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of our customers are in this room because she decided to be connected to a community.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: And some of us are failing in business because we can't find customers and we don't have customers because we don't have a community.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_00]: So now is it time the morning meetup.com.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_01]: And there's a free trial in the annual.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: We got a what?
- 4:34[SPEAKER_01]: A free trial.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: Is that micro click?
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: Is that micro click?
- 4:38[SPEAKER_01]: And there's a free trial on the manual.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_01]: On the annual.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: How long are we doing that?
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: Just a part of that.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: The whole year is 200 bucks.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: We are going to give you a free trial.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: Go to theymortemutop.com after you did it, say I did it in the chat, okay?
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to give me a birthday gift, it would be joining me so that I can coach and teach you.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_00]: Cynthia?
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, sir.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: You are an authority when it comes to AI.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: in authority.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: Indeed.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_00]: So there's so many things that that she's figured out and I truly believe that those who understand AI will be the biggest influencers in the future because not it's almost like the person who knows computers in the 80s.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_00]: And they go out and become billionaires because they know the thing that came to everybody has to make some adjustments to.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: The people who struggle with social media when it first came out, there was some people that like understood it and they were able to assist and navigate the waters and you've helped me in so many ways.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: So what I like you to do is I'm going to eat this banana.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: I have to do this.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: But I want you to talk to my entrepreneurs and give them a few takeaways.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: of how they can start using AI and some strategy in game.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: Awesome, well, hello, your people.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_01]: My name is Cynthia Resspert, AI Solutions Architect, and I hope to simplify AI so you can leverage it and win for your purpose and your profit.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_01]: Some game, the most important critical skill in the age of AI is learning how to learn.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought it made that up, but the man who made up my mapping, he made it up before I was even born, but the most important skill is learning how to learn.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: It's not locking in on ChadGPT, it's not just locking in on a tool, because it's changing so quickly, it may be obsolete or cannibalized by the next couple weeks, couple months.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_01]: right?
- 6:55[SPEAKER_01]: So if you learn how to learn AI, how does this thing work?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: How does it go together?
- 7:00[SPEAKER_01]: What problem is it solving?
- 7:02[SPEAKER_01]: If you learn that, you could be agile, regardless of how AI accelerate.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: So that's the first thing I'll say.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_01]: Learn how to learn.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_01]: Get a routine, get a system, and learn how to learn AI.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_01]: Prompting is a very important skill because it teaches us how to ask better questions.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: It teaches us to think more critically, right?
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: So that is another tool or skill that you need to have.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so that's another thing.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: Talk to me about Prompting.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: because what I'm understanding as I'm researching is everybody has the same tool.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: But what determines the output is the input and how you know how to almost manipulate AI to do what you want it to do.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: How can we start to understand this process?
- 7:55[SPEAKER_01]: So prompting, I like to say, is really just a reflection of how you think and how you solve problems, right?
- 8:02[SPEAKER_01]: So me prompting something, I'm going to ask the question differently than you will, right?
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: So but in the age of AI, you can use AI to learn AI.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: So open AI, for instance, has a prompt optimizer.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_01]: And you're like, oh, OK, this prompt is OK. You can put it in the prompt optimizer, and it will make the prompt for you.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_01]: The key here, though, is, like you said, is to critically think, what problem am I solving?
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: And what am I doing here?
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: And then you can get AI to help you with that.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_01]: But prompting is just how you ask questions, how you solve problems, and how you think.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: So the key to prompting is to hone in on what problem are you trying to solve?
- 8:41[SPEAKER_01]: And then if you don't have the right prompt, if it's a one sentence prompt, you don't feel like it is, give me what you need.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: If you have an assign, the role, if you haven't, set the context for the room.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: Let me tell you a little bit about that, right?
- 8:53[SPEAKER_01]: So...
- 8:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's like AI has all these billion data points, right?
- 8:58[SPEAKER_01]: And if you ask it, there's one little thing.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to refer to all the things it knows.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_01]: But you say, no, I want to talk about the studio where we record the Spotify, not the whole creators' clubhouse.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: We need to talk about these people on this wall.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: Out of them, who had the most views?
- 9:16[SPEAKER_01]: Out of these people on the wall, who was the most skill, who had the longest career, who had the longest tenure?
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: So you're giving it context of this is what I want to talk about based on what I ask you use the data that you know about this and go deeper than what I know.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: That makes sense.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: But when you say go deeper than what I know, how does that know what deeper even means?
- 9:41[SPEAKER_01]: So it's trained on billions of data points.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_01]: Think about books and data.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: And why wouldn't it just give me the deepest answer when it first came in.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, hey, I will play you, hey, I will play you.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_01]: Anytime that you interact with AI, you should always go back and say, what are we missing?
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: Is this the best answer?
- 10:03[SPEAKER_01]: Is this the most bus robust solution that we can get?
- 10:06[SPEAKER_01]: If not.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: nine times out of ten ten times out of ten is going to come back and say yeah we actually could look at it this way
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know what, there's been times I'm asking a question and they give me an answer and I'm like, ah, I don't think that's right, it'd be like, hey, you're right.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_01]: Why didn't you give me your best from the first time?
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: Why would it do that?
- 10:28[SPEAKER_01]: That's why it's important to train the AI that you're using.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's trying to give, it will give you a more robust answer if you've trained it before.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, this is what I want, you can do in settings and various ways.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: This is the type of answers that I want.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_01]: Don't give me all the fluff, love, give me what I need straight to the point and give me your best and how you, you know, critically think like the 1% of thinkers strategy.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_01]: So whatever the case may be, you train it and then you teach it how, like you're talking about earlier, you teach, teach you how to love you, you know what I'm saying, teach your spouse, how to love you, teach your AI, how to respond to you and give you the output that you want.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_00]: For one, you've, uh, you're, you built an incredible career.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: And again, I've been excited to actually see your process and your journey.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so I guess, thought a story of us.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: So like Nella, I go back to the dollar trial.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: I go back to the dollar trial.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_01]: But if I rewind a little bit, I had a health journey.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: And we were in South Carolina.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: and we moved to Houston pretty quickly.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_01]: After I had this health journey, so I'm re-emerging from a cancer diagnosis.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_01]: Drive through it, right?
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: But now I'm in- Sorry, you got a cancer diagnosis.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_00]: What kind of cancer?
- 11:50[SPEAKER_01]: Colin Cancer.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_01]: Stage four.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: Stage four, Colin Cancer.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_01]: Stage four, 2000 and 19.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_01]: And I thrive through it.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like to say I survived it.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_01]: I thrive.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_00]: How long do you think you had it before you noticed it?
- 12:05[SPEAKER_01]: That is an amazing question.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_01]: Because I asked the doctor that and I said, she's, basically, she told me.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_01]: She said, yeah, could have been in there a while.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: I said, oh, here to maybe 10.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
- 12:18[SPEAKER_01]: So the key is, I actually went to go get my throat checked out.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_01]: And we were moving, so I had to get another doctor.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_01]: He said, oh, that's cool what they did, but I need to do the examination anyway.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_01]: Your late 40s, why don't we do a colonoscopy?
- 12:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know African American late 40s and he said well, you're throw this fine, but We found this and he starts to explain and I checked out from there my husband's there I checked out me I don't know who he taught him to I came here from a throat Clearly in the wrong room.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, what are you even talking about right?
- 12:53[SPEAKER_01]: So Anyway, it was that that was all guy because I found him through Google reviews
- 12:58[SPEAKER_00]: Oh wow.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_01]: I was in New State.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have a doctor.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_01]: I found him through Google Reviews.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_01]: He didn't have to ask me, do you want to call him last week?
- 13:05[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have to say yes.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_01]: And he cared throughout the whole process.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: You can really tell that.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, it was a whole long, beautiful journey.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_01]: After that.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_01]: Are you crying?
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_01]: I knew it wasn't tears.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, but I haven't experienced that I haven't had an experience myself, but what do you think about?
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: Do we think about the end or like there's, you know, all the things I want to say to other people or what happens?
- 13:38[SPEAKER_01]: I, uh, after a few meltdowns, I warmed up and I said, oh, this won't be the end of me.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I would see these holistic doctors and that cost 500,000 pop just to talk to them and prescribe medicine off Amazon.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, like, bro, I'm in the wrong fashion, yeah, I'm like, you can get this on Amazon anyway.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_01]: I went through this whole journey, do I do chemo with their recommending or do I not?
- 14:07[SPEAKER_01]: I did that whole thing and then I just was determined, okay?
- 14:11[SPEAKER_01]: After I made a decision, I'm gonna fly through this.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_01]: I made some declarations, my finances won't be hit, our mirrors won't be hit, we're gonna be a source of joy and inspiration to everybody around us.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_01]: I traveled to Duke, they called the Duke Cancer Center every other weekend.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_01]: As you have the whole have this whole procedure, and I renamed it Duke Celebration Center.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_01]: I said, anytime a patient can do something they couldn't do before, we're gonna celebrate.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_01]: I said, you got a new name on your paycheck, and it went.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_01]: All throughout the floor like I made a little sign they put some birthday things on it and I left the sign one time I was like dang I forgot to sign.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_01]: You know, we live two and a half hours away and Riley.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: I live to Charlotte and she said oh I got it.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_01]: She kept it and they talked about it So it was like really a culture change.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_01]: So the things that we said we saw manifested like in real life Because you can be in that way in real life It looked like
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: not just the appearance, but the mindset, like people who have been beat down by that thing.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_01]: And it was the talk, like I never had to wait, but there's one time I had to wait.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_01]: And they were like, yeah, I'm back here again.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's back a second time.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_01]: I said, oh no, let me put my headphones.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_01]: I don't need to listen to that.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_01]: And I was listening to Maverick City music, and I just told the story recently.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_01]: I was listening to Maverick City music.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_01]: Keep on getting better, keep on.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I just started singing it.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I don't know what they talking about.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_01]: This is what I'm talking about.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_01]: And my nurse came out.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's why your medical team is so important.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_01]: My nurse came out and she says, is that magic situation?
- 15:55[SPEAKER_01]: You're sick?
- 15:56[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, yeah, she's like an Asian petite lady.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_01]: She said, oh, keep on.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_01]: She starts singing with me.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_01]: So that's kind of like descriptive of the journey that we had.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_01]: They used to check on our rooms like everything okay in here.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_01]: because we would be laughing so loud.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_01]: Like we brought board games, like our purpose was to bring joy to other people while there.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_01]: There was one time, you know, you have this room, and I don't know how we got on this, but you have this room at the end of the hallway, and they got a little recliner, right?
- 16:25[SPEAKER_01]: That was your suite.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_01]: But one time, they wanted to put me and they were booked.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_01]: Want to put me in a room with a bed, I said, oh no, no, no, no, I'm not laying down.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_01]: We're gonna, I need a chair, I need a chair right here.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not staying here long, so I just need a chair.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_01]: So it's my set.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going, you know, sugar coated like halfway through.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, I'm ready to be done.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't hurting.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, I'm not going to get back to life.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I told the doctor said, I have a little iPad.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_01]: My, I was laughing at me.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_01]: Shout out to my I Debbie.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_01]: She was with me through it all.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_01]: And I start typing what all these questions, let's say, so what we need to do to wrap this up, because I don't do this no more.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_01]: And the doctor was like, listen, you are doing 99% better than the people than I'm treating.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I wouldn't even know.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_01]: She said, she reminds that you are basically changing the culture of the floor when you come here.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_01]: Like, they they talk about Duke celebration center when you come and when you leave.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, I finished it not endorsing a certain route because some people do a whole list of route and things like that But that's just the path that I chose but I'm thriving through it thrived through it past tense.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: So we on the other side Good, so moving forward Yeah, so we find Oh, well, I don't, yeah, so we find a morning meet up
- 17:37[SPEAKER_01]: So the morning beat up, thank you all for that little detour for indulging and listening, but so we were moving.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_01]: I was just coming out of that and we moved to Houston and I'm in a new space, looking for a new community and we got these dollar.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: First of all, the read-on day that you should see on the white background, he's like,
- 17:58[SPEAKER_01]: That's different and then you're the whiteboard and I remember afraid you said you was like I know I can get to 200,000 people if 100 of my friends would just you know follow me on Instagram And I was like that's a different type of dude, you know, just like quirky or whatever and then you did the dollar trial
- 18:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, who doesn't have a dollar?
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: Let me check it out.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_01]: And I did, and gained change.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I remember trying to do my first XYZ statement.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: I had posted notes all over the thing.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_01]: I was almost saying.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_01]: And when I said it, I was all aggressive.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_01]: My name is Cynthia.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_01]: I just remember that transformation process and I was I was like an executive leader Incorporated.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_01]: Entrepreneurship was different with this new group of people and on Zoom and Newark COVID It was like a whole different thing So I was there the week trial was up.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_01]: I emailed support and I said, I don't know what I was doing I said, but sign me up for the rest of the year and it's been on ever since Wow, it's been on ever since
- 19:02[SPEAKER_00]: So from this moment how have you grown like what is life been like?
- 19:05[SPEAKER_00]: Because there's somebody who's watching like me.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_00]: I got to get something moving and it doesn't seem like anything's happening.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 19:14[SPEAKER_00]: So just like Walter, you're a journey of where you're at.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_00]: I mean fast forward.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how much you can share about the stuff that you got going on now, but I love for you to share something that out.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_01]: I would say, first of all, the morning beat up, y'all need to sign up for real.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like, one night, it's never been one night to set it.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: Ever.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_01]: Ever.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_01]: For a whole year.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: And it's a trial.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_01]: So shout out to the morning beat up.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_01]: But I would say it has done things for me, professionally, and business-wise.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_01]: But more so, on the inside.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_01]: Like that discipline of getting up every morning knowing that you have accountability, knowing that there are people there going on the same journey, knowing that when you're not executing and you see, when you're in the presence of execution, you feel some kind of way, you well, I have to step my game up, right?
- 20:00[SPEAKER_01]: Like it's a way to make it, they did that, I mean, you know, I need to step my game up.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_01]: So I would say the disciplines that it has instilled in me, but then just having a different
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: Lens on things.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_01]: Exposure is key.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_01]: I think somebody else said that.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_01]: But when you get exposed to different things, you know it's possible.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, I think it was Coach P.B.J.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_01]: Antiphany, who was like, I didn't know how to dream.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: I wasn't, I didn't, I didn't have that dreamer motor in me.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_01]: And I did, but it was in safe spaces.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do this up until this point.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do this up until, and then you come in, we can do, you know, you can accomplish what you need in five days.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_01]: Let's get it Monday through five.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_01]: This execution week, it is like, wow, you know.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_01]: So I would say that has been more impactful because I can take that into, it goes with me wherever I go.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_01]: If I show up in rooms that goes with me versus, you know, my business and things like that, which I'll talk about, but that goes with me and I show up differently.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_01]: My husband even said it after a couple weeks.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, you different.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, different.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_01]: So, um, I would say that, but the business wise, I did because I was in corporate for so long.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_01]: I had a change of entrepreneur spirit, but
- 21:17[SPEAKER_01]: not like I am now.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_01]: Like my husband has always been that way, shout out to my husband.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_01]: He's always been that way and bringing home 15 business cards when first got me here.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_01]: He's a friend you need to meet.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know, um, but I will say that it helped me to guide on a certain path to help me come into my own.
- 21:38[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_01]: I've always been the operations person which is behind the scenes and I'm comfortable with that.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm not only a behind-the-scenes person, like I own a stage.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_01]: I own a group.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_01]: I own a community.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_01]: I own a speech.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_01]: I own a talk.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_01]: It took impact people, not just to say who I am.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_01]: So that's helped me to do that as well.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_01]: Just going on to the creativity side.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_01]: So I think being an environment,
- 22:08[SPEAKER_01]: that we got quarter million dollar investment for a shout out to the my foundation um love it but it came with ideation like it's cost citizens of AI and it is for AI education for people in those unshiny places.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_01]: So we're going to the community centers, the barber shops, the you know, the coffee shops and things like that and we got an investment and we're gonna
- 22:35[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go to do that too.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_01]: So that's that's super dope, but I do attributed to being in the environment of the morning meet-up.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_01]: I just have coaches and mentors, shout out today.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_01]: Can we give give Dave another round of applause?
- 22:49[SPEAKER_01]: So he can do this, you know.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_01]: See, happy birthday later, but Dave is a coach that it's super transparent.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_01]: He might not be vulnerable, but he's transparent.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'll only be vulnerable with.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_01]: But he's transparent and you're out there doing the work still.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_01]: Like I'll see him.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_01]: Where were you?
- 23:10[SPEAKER_01]: You took you and Jay were somewhere and you were at A.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's what's like.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_01]: Afro-tech, but I was there, but it was somewhere else you weren't.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_01]: And you couldn't get in somewhere.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_01]: Like you just out, you're street interviewing and, you know, you're promoting what you're working on.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_01]: It's not like you feel like you've arrived.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_01]: So shout out to you for that.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like you the coach is coach right there with feet still on the ground, boots on the ground.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_00]: absolutely.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: So this AI space is we, um, uh, I want to give some real game on what we can do.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_00]: Give them some apps and let's just say there's an entrepreneur that wants to figure out how to really build their business.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just going to let you do your thing and because you're a great teacher.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_01]: I appreciate that.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_01]: I appreciate that.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like I've been talking the whole time.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_01]: I want you to ask me some more questions.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_01]: However, that story took us to a different place, which is needed.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_01]: Somebody might have needed that.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_01]: But again, learning how to learn.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: So one of the things that's happening is AI is accelerating so quickly that just get in right now.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, that's one thing I'm gonna say.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_01]: So one app that has just transformed is notebook LM.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_01]: So with notebook LM, that is your personal research assistant, your study buddy, if you want to learn a topic of any sort, you can put sources in there or you can ask it for sources.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_01]: And you can make podcasts as many people are aware of, but now does slide decks and infographics and all these things you can do a quiz and things like that.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_01]: So one of the hacks that I've done recently,
- 24:44[SPEAKER_01]: is, you know, there is a ton of YouTube videos out there, right?
- 24:49[SPEAKER_01]: So now you can just share it, you know how you can share a link to your text.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_01]: No book at a limb is an option now.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_01]: Share it to no book at L.M., create a notebook, and you can create an info graphing on what that YouTube video was about.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_01]: So now you can distill it, and this is again learning how to learn.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_01]: putting systems in place to tailor to how you learn.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_01]: So now you got the whole run down.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_01]: We still want you to watch it, watch social proof.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_01]: So you get the watch out, right?
- 25:17[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, yeah.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_01]: Go to notebook, LM, and share information, and make that your research assistant.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_01]: Another thing that I will say is, Gemini has, in the race.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_01]: So what happens is, we're in this arms race where all these AI tools.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_01]: Sam Altman calls a cold rad, he's like, we got stuff like that, so that's why I say the most important thing is to learn how to learn because all of these things are going to become quicker and faster.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_01]: Learning how to communicate with AI, right?
- 25:53[SPEAKER_01]: That's the prompting.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_01]: How do you communicate with AI?
- 25:56[SPEAKER_00]: So, I think I'm kind of good, right?
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: Because my first time I prompt these like three minutes.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, so I'm thinking about doing this and that and it but I don't really want to do it like that But I kind of want to do it like that.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know Jerry Sunfield Jerry Sunfield did something like this?
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I want to add a little bit of Jerry Sunfield think that's how I be talking to us, but maybe I'm doing too much.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_01]: No, you should do enough.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you should do more than that.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_01]: But how does it respond to you as a question?
- 26:24[SPEAKER_00]: It responds now it gives me the answer to them looking for it because I interview it just I'm interviewing anybody else because we have a dialogue and it give me something I'm like, oh, I don't like it.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: That sounds corny, chat.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a black man.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_00]: I want to sell like a black man.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: Like I want to sell like I understand what's going on, but not black in terms of the words that I'm using, but sometimes I don't want to sound.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_00]: quirky or corny or two serious.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'll say, all right, man, I really want you to explain this as if I'm teaching a fifth grade class.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: And then it break it down into plain English and then I could put my own sauce on top of it.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_00]: So or emails, I don't know, I just I keep talking to it until it gets all right.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_01]: So, everything you just said, you can put that in your settings and it already knows to talk to you like that all the time.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_00]: I've never, I didn't know the settings were, yes, yes.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_01]: So we need to go through that.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_01]: But you go, you know, hit your profile picture.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_00]: Let me see the little settings real quick.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_00]: I thought this in here real quick.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_01]: And some may know this, but The settings are changing.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_00]: I've never hit any other button other than like a question.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_01]: And that's why I say learn how to learn.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_01]: Because every time you think somebody knows something, let me tell you something, this is dope coffee shop in Detroit.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_01]: And I can't out there for like five weeks talking to people.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_01]: And you think they, everybody knows AI because you're in it.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_01]: You're just like, oh, I asked a 27-year-old young lady how she uses it.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_01]: And she said, oh, I don't.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_01]: I said, say, what?
- 28:02[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, how you not?
- 28:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna ask everybody else on the sidewalk and it's like, yeah, I don't really, I got some concerns so everybody's not in this thing so anyway, that's why you should always share what you know so hit your face or your I don't have a face I got the little two buttons at the top left yeah and then you should see your name down at the bottom yeah so hit my profile picture yeah and then here's all of the the options that you have so then hit personalization
- 28:33[SPEAKER_00]: personalization.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_01]: And now that's where you tell it how to talk to you talk to you nice talk to you.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no, I see customized Chaggy BZ on reference A memories, management memories, reference chat history.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm go to personalization.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm at.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, what you've got going on over there.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_01]: This is what you should see.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: I don't got that.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, so let's see, and I have, I just got the $20 plan.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_01]: Are you paying for it?
- 29:01[SPEAKER_01]: Are you paying for it?
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, don't try to come in me.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just saying, you know.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I'm not going to upgrade to this 200.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, I don't, you don't need to 200.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_01]: But there's a personalization section where you tell it, custom instructions, what's your nickname, what's your occupation?
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how to look at mine.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_00]: Y'all got it?
- 29:21[SPEAKER_00]: I know, right?
- 29:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's right there, sir.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_00]: Where?
- 29:24[SPEAKER_01]: Personalization.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, hold on.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's personalization.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_00]: Ah, take it back.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_00]: Now apologize.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's there.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now apologize.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's there.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_01]: Cusp is like, as you have to hit on.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_01]: So just hit, let's see, cancel, customize, then.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_01]: Here you go.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_01]: Personality, what traits do you want, Chad D.P.T.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_01]: to have?
- 29:46[SPEAKER_01]: Tell it more about you.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a black 65 man that loves podcasting, but I don't say yo and what up, though.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_00]: Let me be 65 man, I'm breastfeeding, though.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_01]: All right, chill.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: All right, let me see this right here.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_00]: Chad, don't know.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_00]: Chad's never met me, so let me speak with her authority.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so you light a grower.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_01]: Just like in a relationship, not what I don't like to do is overhumanize AI, but it is your teammate.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_00]: Don't over-humanize it.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because we have,
- 30:24[SPEAKER_01]: As you as the top the top use for AI is therapy No way companionship absolutely So I don't like to overhumanize because they are working on things where Robots will have empathy and all of those things.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_01]: I believe AI is a tool and a teammate so when you have a teammate
- 30:46[SPEAKER_01]: A tool you can throw to the side when you have a teammate you can elaborate with it.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_01]: When you have a team member that is the right team member, but it's not quite hitting the mark.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_01]: You guide them, you correct them, you might have a 101, etc.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_01]: So just like AI is a teammate trying it of how it can best give you the best results.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they have their relationships and I'm on a serious note.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_01]: People are committing suicide based on instructions from AI like teenagers and so it's a real thing.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to make light of that at all.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, we're going to walk over human eyes.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_01]: That's not over here when I said, okay, so yeah, personalize that and tell it how you want it to act and then you won't have to say that every time.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, okay.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_00]: That is.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_01]: That's facts.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_00]: Cynthia, thank you so much.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_00]: Well, not just for the information you're giving here, but thank you for teaching me, so we work on projects together and she teaches me.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_00]: And now that I think about it, I think it'd be a treat me like AI.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_00]: Like I got to learn.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_00]: I got to learn them.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_00]: I've got to talk to you.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: Not the bad way.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to say something.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_00]: And David's going to be like, OK, say it again one more time.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_00]: And then you just, you just patiently, re-explain it.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_00]: You're saying sometimes the same words.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, oh, all right.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_01]: and the morning meet up, the morning meetup.com.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_01]: You get a free trial.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to miss that.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_01]: I got you been coming up today.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, tell them about it.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_00]: How they can get in touch with you.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_01]: The AI skillet thong.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_01]: Duh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-
- 32:48[SPEAKER_01]: So you will leave a 7 to 10 new skills.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to see different speakers that won't just be me.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_01]: It'll be different reset mindset moments as well.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_01]: So won't be a webinar is laptop up, hands to the keyboard, leaning in and building something all day from 12 to 4.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_01]: I'm that as a G as a day, it would be 4 hours, not 8 hours.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_01]: What are you doing?
- 33:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_01]: My name is Cynthia Restford.com.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_01]: It's Cynthia Restford.com.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's Cynthia Restford on all platforms.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_01]: A.I.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_01]: Skillathon.com.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_01]: To sign up.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get it.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for coming.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_00]: I appreciate you.
