- 0:00Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's team is trying to position themselves to get
- 0:03Speaker 1: a gag order put on the lawyers and the survivors
- 0:07Speaker 1: in this case. They don't want them talking to the
- 0:10Speaker 1: media because they understand just how guilty Ghislaine Maxwell is
- 0:16Speaker 1: and the fact that just the circumstantial evidence alone puts
- 0:20Speaker 1: her in prison for a very, very long time. So
- 0:24Speaker 1: they have positioned themselves now to try and get these
- 0:27Speaker 1: girls who have been gagged since the very beginning, basically.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Now they want them to shut up again and not
- 0:35Speaker 1: tell their story and keep quiet? I really hope that
- 0:40Speaker 1: Judge Allison Nathan smacks this request down. Because, look, these
- 0:47Speaker 1: girls were forced into silence for so long. How dare
- 0:52Speaker 1: anybody tell them who or what or why and when
- 0:55Speaker 1: they can talk? It is unseemly to me. Especially considering
- 1:03Speaker 1: that the cat is out of the bag at this point.
- 1:06Speaker 1: If you wanted this to be a private trial and
- 1:09Speaker 1: not tried in the public, well, Ghislaine Maxwell would have
- 1:12Speaker 1: come forward a very long time ago and spilled the beans. Instead,
- 1:16Speaker 1: she wanted a spectacle. Well, folks, we're going to have
- 1:19Speaker 1: a spectacle now. People like this always believe that if
- 1:27Speaker 1: they keep their BS in the dark, that they'll be
- 1:30Speaker 1: able to get away with it. But unfortunately for them,
- 1:35Speaker 1: the spotlight is directly on top of them. And what
- 1:40Speaker 1: we see inside of their dark room makes us all furious.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Our article today is from the Boston Globe. The author
- 1:50Speaker 1: of the article is Travis Anderson. And the headline is,
- 1:54Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers seek order barring prosecutors from talking to
- 1:59Speaker 1: the press. And in cases like this, it's relatively typical.
- 2:04Speaker 1: You expect the defense team to try and get a
- 2:08Speaker 1: gag order instituted. That way, you know, they can kind
- 2:13Speaker 1: of control the narrative more. But I'm very interested to
- 2:17Speaker 1: see which way Nathan ends up going. Lawyers for Glenn Maxwell,
- 2:23Speaker 1: the socialite, co-conspirator, child abuser, fellow scuzzbag, charged with helping
- 2:28Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein sexually abuse underage girls in the 1990s. Oh,
- 2:33Speaker 1: many more times than that as well, folks. On Tuesday,
- 2:36Speaker 1: asked the presiding judge in New York to bar the
- 2:39Speaker 1: government from commenting publicly on the case outside the confines
- 2:44Speaker 1: of the court proceedings. So basically, they're grasping at straws
- 2:49Speaker 1: on the defense, right? They know that they don't have
- 2:53Speaker 1: a defense right now. They don't have anything that's tenable.
- 2:56Speaker 1: So what they're going to try and do is make
- 2:58Speaker 1: it as so the girls and their lawyers can't continue
- 3:03Speaker 1: going directly to the public with their story because they
- 3:06Speaker 1: understand they have no counter for that. They don't have
- 3:09Speaker 1: any sort of rebuttal for that. And they most certainly
- 3:13Speaker 1: don't have a tangible defense for Ghislaine Maxwell. In a
- 3:19Speaker 1: letter to Judge Allison J. Nathan, filed in U.S. District
- 3:22Speaker 1: Court for the Southern District of New York, Maxwell's lawyers
- 3:26Speaker 1: asked the judge to issue an order prohibiting the government,
- 3:29Speaker 1: its agents, and counsel for witnesses from making extrajudicial statements
- 3:35Speaker 1: concerning this case. And again, very expected. A move that
- 3:41Speaker 1: should not shock anybody. The real question is, which way
- 3:45Speaker 1: will Judge Nathan lean with a request such as this? Personally,
- 3:50Speaker 1: I think with all of the information that's already out there,
- 3:53Speaker 1: I think it would be ridiculous to slap a gag
- 3:55Speaker 1: order on this case as of now, and especially considering
- 3:59Speaker 1: what these survivors have been through with them being silenced
- 4:02Speaker 1: for so long. It's not a good look, and I
- 4:05Speaker 1: don't think it's the proper way to go about things.
- 4:07Speaker 1: It's up to Ghislaine Maxwell's team to formulate the proper defense,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and if they can't do that, maybe she should have
- 4:14Speaker 1: hired better lawyers. Attorneys for Maxwell, 58, who was arrested
- 4:20Speaker 1: July 2nd at a million dollar home in Bradford, New Hampshire,
- 4:23Speaker 1: said in the letter that the government, as well as
- 4:26Speaker 1: alleged survivors and their lawyers, have made and continue to
- 4:30Speaker 1: make statements prejudicial to a fair trial. Again, what they
- 4:34Speaker 1: want is silence from those who were abused. And we
- 4:37Speaker 1: see this from all these high profile people anytime they're
- 4:40Speaker 1: caught up in something like this. All of a sudden it's, oh,
- 4:44Speaker 1: this needs to be done in secret. This needs to
- 4:46Speaker 1: be done behind closed doors. We don't want anyone to
- 4:48Speaker 1: know what's going on. That way they can try and maneuver.
- 4:51Speaker 1: That way they can try and find their way through
- 4:53Speaker 1: the loopholes. Well, it's not going to work this time. Sorry.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Everything that has come out so far is damning enough.
- 5:01Speaker 1: If there was no information to ever come out again
- 5:03Speaker 1: until the trial, Ghislaine Maxwell is still guilty just based
- 5:08Speaker 1: on the circumstantial evidence that has been provided. There is
- 5:13Speaker 1: not a court in the land, a jury in the land,
- 5:15Speaker 1: who is going to look at this case and the
- 5:18Speaker 1: facts that are presented and think that Ghislaine Maxwell should
- 5:22Speaker 1: not spend the rest of her life behind bars. I
- 5:25Speaker 1: don't know where you would find that jury or even
- 5:28Speaker 1: one jury member who would disagree at this point because
- 5:31Speaker 1: it's pretty clear that Ghislaine Maxwell was a huge part
- 5:35Speaker 1: in what was going on. She had a leadership role
- 5:38Speaker 1: and she also actively took part in abusing these kids
- 5:42Speaker 1: and women What more do you need? Eyewitness testimony, all
- 5:46Speaker 1: sorts of circumstantial evidence. So you see the sort of
- 5:51Speaker 1: situation that the defense finds themselves in, and it is
- 5:55Speaker 1: a very long road. Maxwell's legal team cited comments made
- 6:01Speaker 1: shortly after her arrest by acting U.S. attorney Audrey Strauss
- 6:05Speaker 1: and FBI assistant director William F. Sweeney Jr., Strauss, the
- 6:09Speaker 1: defense wrote, citing a New York Law Journal report, told
- 6:13Speaker 1: the press, Maxwell enticed minor girls, got them to trust her,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and then delivered them into the trap that she and
- 6:20Speaker 1: Epstein had set for them. She pretended to be a
- 6:23Speaker 1: woman they could trust. All the while, she was setting
- 6:26Speaker 1: them up to be sexually abused by Epstein, and in
- 6:29Speaker 1: some cases, by Maxwell herself. Well, is there anything incorrect
- 6:35Speaker 1: with that statement? Or is it the problem really is, again,
- 6:39Speaker 1: like I always talk about with these lawyers, technicalities, technicalities. Well,
- 6:43Speaker 1: that's not supposed to be done like that. Oh, well,
- 6:46Speaker 1: we need a mistrial. Screw you. Screw your loopholes and
- 6:49Speaker 1: screw your technicalities, okay? Audrey Strauss was just speaking facts here.
- 6:55Speaker 1: This is exactly what occurred according to those who were
- 6:59Speaker 1: abused by Maxwell. If the defense doesn't like it, well,
- 7:03Speaker 1: that's just too bad. Perhaps you should tell your client
- 7:06Speaker 1: to not abuse little kids. Those comments were prejudicial, according
- 7:13Speaker 1: to Maxwell's lawyers. Although Ms. Strauss sprinkled her comments with
- 7:17Speaker 1: the phrase, as alleged, she presented certain of her statements
- 7:20Speaker 1: as fact, Maxwell's attorney wrote. And Sweeney, they said, went
- 7:25Speaker 1: even further, calling Ms. Maxwell one of the villains in
- 7:28Speaker 1: this investigation, and compared her to a snake that slithered
- 7:31Speaker 1: away to a gorgeous property in New Hampshire. Well, fact, fact, fact,
- 7:35Speaker 1: and fact, okay? She is a huge villain in this investigation,
- 7:39Speaker 1: one of the top villains of our time, in my opinion,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and again, had a leadership role. So, Mr. Sweeney is
- 7:46Speaker 1: not wrong there. And she did slither away. How many
- 7:50Speaker 1: times did I say that? Slithering from hole to hole.
- 7:53Speaker 1: 36 times before she was arrested, she moved. Yeah, I
- 7:57Speaker 1: would call that slithering away. So that's a factual comment
- 8:01Speaker 1: as well. So I don't know what her attorneys are thinking.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I don't know what Cohen is talking about. I mean,
- 8:08Speaker 1: maybe his head is still rattled from the beating Alison
- 8:11Speaker 1: Moe gave him in the bail hearing. But be that
- 8:15Speaker 1: as it may, her law team is grasping at straws here. Sweeney,
- 8:21Speaker 1: the defense wrote, was out of line. No, your client
- 8:23Speaker 1: was out of line for hiding, for running, for facilitating,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and for abusing girls for so long. Thus, Mr. Sweeney
- 8:31Speaker 1: offers the government's, again, flatly wrong, opinions about character and guilt,
- 8:36Speaker 1: while at the same time invoking a semi-biblical reference involving
- 8:40Speaker 1: a snake slithering away to a garden in New Hampshire. Well,
- 8:44Speaker 1: that's what she did. She is a snake, she did
- 8:47Speaker 1: slither away, and she ended up in New Hampshire. What
- 8:49Speaker 1: is your problem here, okay? Oh, yeah, that's right. It's
- 8:52Speaker 1: not what he said. It's that he said it. The
- 8:54Speaker 1: technicality of it. Oh, this is prejudicial. Don't say this
- 8:59Speaker 1: before they hear it. Shut up, okay? Enough is enough.
- 9:02Speaker 1: I'm so tired of the loopholes and the bullshit and
- 9:05Speaker 1: the nonsense from these lawyers. Your client is guilty, okay?
- 9:10Speaker 1: The whole world knows it. It is your job to
- 9:14Speaker 1: bring up evidence to show us that she is not guilty.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And if you cannot do that, sir, your client is
- 9:20Speaker 1: going to prison for the rest of her life. Maxwell's
- 9:30Speaker 1: attorneys wrote, these types of comments, which serve no compelling
- 9:33Speaker 1: law enforcement or investigatory purpose are prohibited by the local
- 9:38Speaker 1: rules of this district. Again, the local rules. Federal prosecutors
- 9:44Speaker 1: hadn't responded to the defense filing as of Wednesday morning.
- 9:47Speaker 1: You know what I hope they respond with? Here's how
- 9:50Speaker 1: I hope they respond. First, they should arrest Sarah Kellen
- 9:52Speaker 1: Vickers in response. Bring her in, and then they should
- 9:56Speaker 1: drop a superseded indictment on Ghislaine Maxwell and add some
- 10:01Speaker 1: RICO charges. That's how the government should respond to stuff
- 10:04Speaker 1: like this. Because you know what? They love to do
- 10:08Speaker 1: that kind of thing to the average folk, right? They
- 10:10Speaker 1: love to really pile on to the average folk. But
- 10:14Speaker 1: when it comes to people like Ghislaine Maxwell, they're a
- 10:17Speaker 1: little more tentative, aren't they? That shit needs to end.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Alison Moe, Audrey Strauss, and the rest of the prosecution
- 10:25Speaker 1: need to break out the big guns, smack everybody in
- 10:28Speaker 1: the face with Rico, and we need to move on
- 10:31Speaker 1: and get to prosecutions. Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to
- 10:39Speaker 1: several charges, including enticing a minor to travel to engage
- 10:42Speaker 1: in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to entice a minor to
- 10:45Speaker 1: travel to engage in illegal sex acts, transporting a minor
- 10:49Speaker 1: with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, conspiracy
- 10:52Speaker 1: to transport a minor with the intent to engage in
- 10:55Speaker 1: criminal sexual activity, and two counts of perjury. I think
- 10:59Speaker 1: that there's just enough room in there for racketeering charges
- 11:03Speaker 1: as well. Can't wait to see that on the page.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Her lawyers have said in private court filings that she
- 11:10Speaker 1: vigorously denies the charges and tends to fight them as
- 11:13Speaker 1: the end is entitled to the presumption of innocence. Yeah,
- 11:17Speaker 1: as far as the court goes, you're entitled to the
- 11:19Speaker 1: presumption of innocence. But for the rest of us who
- 11:22Speaker 1: have followed the case, for those of us who understand
- 11:25Speaker 1: what you have been up to and the moves you
- 11:27Speaker 1: have been making behind the scenes, well, that ship has sailed.
- 11:31Speaker 1: The second you abused children and the second that multitudes
- 11:35Speaker 1: of them came out and said that you were an abuser,
- 11:39Speaker 1: your presumption of innocence, well, I think that's gone by
- 11:42Speaker 1: the wayside, okay? There's no gray area here. This isn't
- 11:46Speaker 1: a he said, she said case. This isn't one person
- 11:50Speaker 1: coming forward looking for a big payday. Hundreds of girls, folks,
- 11:56Speaker 1: and that's not hyperbole. Hundreds of girls were abused by
- 11:59Speaker 1: these people, maybe thousands. So forgive me if I don't
- 12:05Speaker 1: want to give your disgusting client the presumption of innocence
- 12:10Speaker 1: at this point, okay? The onus is on you to
- 12:13Speaker 1: provide evidence to lead us in that direction. Because as
- 12:16Speaker 1: of now, all of the evidence lead us to the
- 12:19Speaker 1: point of her being as guilty as guilty can be.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Prosecutors say Maxwell and Epstein groomed girls for participation in
- 12:29Speaker 1: sexually abusive behavior by building a rapport with them through
- 12:32Speaker 1: shopping trips, taking them to the movies, and spending time
- 12:35Speaker 1: with them. As the ties strengthened, Maxwell would introduce sexualized behavior,
- 12:40Speaker 1: ultimately leading to Epstein abusing the girls, sometimes with Maxwell's
- 12:44Speaker 1: participation or presence, prosecutors allege. And not just prosecutors, folks, okay? Again,
- 12:50Speaker 1: it's not like they have just some, uh, kind of,
- 12:53Speaker 1: a little bit of evidence, right? There is tons and
- 12:57Speaker 1: tons of evidence, as well as eyewitness testimony. This is
- 13:02Speaker 1: what you call having the goods in a courtroom. This
- 13:06Speaker 1: is ammunition. And when the trial starts and the prosecution
- 13:11Speaker 1: begins to drop bombs like they already did in the
- 13:14Speaker 1: hearing about her having a spouse, et cetera, et cetera.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Once they start dropping those kind of bombs, I think
- 13:19Speaker 1: things will come into perspective and the picture will be
- 13:22Speaker 1: a lot more clear for those who have not been
- 13:24Speaker 1: following this case like we have about how guilty and
- 13:28Speaker 1: how much Ghislaine Maxwell was involved with this. Authorities allege
- 13:34Speaker 1: that girls were sexually assaulted in Epstein's Manhattan residence, in
- 13:37Speaker 1: his home in Palm Beach, Florida, and at a sprawling
- 13:40Speaker 1: ranch in New Mexico. The indictment alleges Maxwell played a
- 13:44Speaker 1: role in the sexual abuse and exploitation of multiple minor
- 13:48Speaker 1: girls by Jeffrey Epstein, specifically three girls who were allegedly
- 13:52Speaker 1: abused in the 1990s. And again, we know it's many
- 13:56Speaker 1: more than that. You don't have to listen to the media, okay?
- 14:00Speaker 1: Go directly and hear what the survivors have said. Look
- 14:03Speaker 1: up their stories. Look at what they went through, their
- 14:05Speaker 1: personal experiences with these people. And then you come to
- 14:10Speaker 1: your own conclusions. Maxwell has repeatedly denied wrongdoing and called
- 14:16Speaker 1: some of the claims against her absolute rubbish. Well, I
- 14:20Speaker 1: think her whole lifestyle is rubbish. I think the way
- 14:22Speaker 1: she conducts herself is rubbish. I think her face is rubbish.
- 14:25Speaker 1: And I think everything about her is rubbish, all right?
- 14:29Speaker 1: Or as we would say in America, straight garbage trash.
- 14:32Speaker 1: That's what she is, straight trash. I don't care about
- 14:35Speaker 1: her Oxford education. I don't care about the way she
- 14:39Speaker 1: moved among the rest of the so-called elites. This is
- 14:42Speaker 1: a disgusting, depraved predator, according to all of her survivors. Epstein,
- 14:53Speaker 1: who counted U.S. presidents, British royalty, Hollywood figures, and stars
- 14:58Speaker 1: of academia among a set of powerful friends, died in
- 15:01Speaker 1: federal custody last year while awaiting trial on federal sex
- 15:05Speaker 1: trafficking charges. His death has been ruled a suicide. Maxwell
- 15:11Speaker 1: was recently denied bail, and her trial is tentatively set
- 15:15Speaker 1: for July 12, 2021. Well, a little bit of news
- 15:21Speaker 1: about that. I have my accommodations already set up in
- 15:24Speaker 1: New York, my travel plan already in place, and I
- 15:29Speaker 1: plan on being in New York for, at the very least,
- 15:34Speaker 1: the 10th of July through at least August 10th or so.
- 15:39Speaker 1: So for about a month, I plan on being in
- 15:41Speaker 1: New York and following the trial once it starts, either
- 15:45Speaker 1: in the courtroom if I can get in there, if not,
- 15:48Speaker 1: outside of the courtroom. And all the way through to
- 15:52Speaker 1: the very end. Because I'll tell you what. I want
- 15:56Speaker 1: to see this woman put in prison for the rest
- 16:00Speaker 1: of her life. I want to see her break down
- 16:03Speaker 1: in tears when she's sentenced to 50 years or whatever
- 16:06Speaker 1: the hell she's going to get. And I want to
- 16:09Speaker 1: see some justice for these survivors for once. Because folks...
- 16:18Speaker 1: Where we're at right now, the point we're at right now,
- 16:21Speaker 1: has literally been decades in the making. All we need
- 16:26Speaker 1: now is a great ending. If you'd like to contact me,
- 16:31Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I

- 16:46Speaker 1: So tonight, our episode, we're going to talk about Ghislaine
- 16:51Speaker 1: Maxwell and her new ask. Her team is asking that
- 16:56Speaker 1: the witnesses in her case, this criminal case, are gagged now.
- 17:01Speaker 1: She doesn't want them to be able to talk about
- 17:04Speaker 1: anything that has to do with the case. While at
- 17:06Speaker 1: the same time, Ghislaine Maxwell is asking for permission... to
- 17:12Speaker 1: identify any of the survivors who have already come forward. Now,
- 17:17Speaker 1: Judge Nathan has already shown that she doesn't want to
- 17:21Speaker 1: give out a gag order in this case. At least
- 17:24Speaker 1: it seems that way. So I would think that moving
- 17:28Speaker 1: forward here, that this is going to be a big
- 17:30Speaker 1: fat no from Judge Nathan as well. But we'll have
- 17:34Speaker 1: to see what she says. This article today that we're
- 17:38Speaker 1: going to read is from the Daily Mail. The headline
- 17:41Speaker 1: is exclusive. Ghislaine Maxwell ambushes prosecutors by asking for a
- 17:46Speaker 1: gag order on witnesses in her criminal trial, but wants
- 17:50Speaker 1: permission to identify any alleged survivors who have already come forward.
- 17:56Speaker 1: The author of this article is Josh Boswell. Ghislaine Maxwell
- 18:03Speaker 1: ambushed prosecutors by asking for a gag order on witnesses
- 18:06Speaker 1: in her criminal trial court documents seen by DailyMail.com claim.
- 18:11Speaker 1: And this is, look, these are the kind of tactics
- 18:14Speaker 1: that we should expect out of Ghislaine Maxwell's people. They're
- 18:18Speaker 1: high profile lawyers. They cost a lot of money and
- 18:21Speaker 1: they're going to do whatever they possibly can do to
- 18:25Speaker 1: try and tip the table in their favor. I don't
- 18:31Speaker 1: think they have anything to go on here though. I
- 18:33Speaker 1: don't think that they have a merit-based argument here. And
- 18:37Speaker 1: I think it's more of just throwing shit against the wall,
- 18:40Speaker 1: hoping something sticks. Maxwell's lawyers filed an affidavit in her
- 18:46Speaker 1: child sex trafficking case on Monday, asking a New York
- 18:49Speaker 1: judge to prevent prosecution witnesses from publishing information about the
- 18:53Speaker 1: case online. Well, look, another reason that they're saying this
- 19:00Speaker 1: is because there's going to be some damning evidence that
- 19:03Speaker 1: is produced in Discovery. And they're trying to get ahead
- 19:06Speaker 1: of that right now and get Judge Nathan to jump
- 19:09Speaker 1: on board and gag it now so they don't have
- 19:11Speaker 1: to worry about putting out those fires when the trial starts.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Because it's going to be some damning stuff. They're saying photographs,
- 19:22Speaker 1: some video, etc., etc. So you could see why they're
- 19:26Speaker 1: in scramble mode and why they filed this affidavit right
- 19:29Speaker 1: away today. But again, I really don't think that Judge
- 19:33Speaker 1: Nathan is going to... give in to their request here.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Prosecutors scrambled to file a letter... to Judge Allison Nathan
- 19:42Speaker 1: in response... claiming they had been negotiating... with Jeffrey Epstein's
- 19:45Speaker 1: alleged madam's legal team... as recently as 6 p.m. last night... Well,
- 19:40Speaker 1: the prosecution should not be surprised by anything, okay? They
- 19:42Speaker 1: have to be ready to go on their toes all
- 19:43Speaker 1: the time, and they have to be ready to be
- 19:44Speaker 1: on the offensive. You cannot go on the defense against
- 19:46Speaker 1: people like this. You have to take the center of
- 20:07Speaker 1: the ring, bite down on your mouthpiece, and start throwing bombs.
- 20:15Speaker 1: The British socialite, co-conspirator, general scuzzbag, child abuser, attorney wrote
- 20:21Speaker 1: to Judge Nathan asking her to keep discovery materials from
- 20:24Speaker 1: being published but wanted permission to identify witnesses and Maxwell's
- 20:29Speaker 1: alleged survivors who have already come forward in the case.
- 20:33Speaker 1: See what's going on here? They're trying to do an
- 20:35Speaker 1: end around. So what they'll do is they'll try and
- 20:38Speaker 1: get this gag order on the witnesses while at the
- 20:41Speaker 1: same time trying to pony it up and make it
- 20:44Speaker 1: so that they can out whoever they want. And it's
- 20:47Speaker 1: all part of their strategy. They're going to try and muckrake.
- 20:50Speaker 1: They're going to try and attack the girls' characters here.
- 20:54Speaker 1: They're going to try and use the same strategy that
- 20:57Speaker 1: old dirty-ass Dersh used when Epstein got the plea agreement
- 21:01Speaker 1: the first time around. The thing that's different, though, this time,
- 21:04Speaker 1: they're not going to be able to pull the old
- 21:06Speaker 1: okey-doke on us because we're all paying attention. Maxwell, 58,
- 21:13Speaker 1: currently faces trial over criminal child sex trafficking charges in
- 21:16Speaker 1: New York, accused of procuring girls as young as 14
- 21:19Speaker 1: for pedophile Epstein to abuse. She has pleaded not guilty
- 21:24Speaker 1: and has denied any wrongdoing. Well, that's that's it then, folks.
- 21:28Speaker 1: You know, Ghislaine Maxwell has denied any wrongdoing. So it's
- 21:32Speaker 1: probably prudent for us to just move on with our
- 21:34Speaker 1: lives and, you know, not ask her any more questions.
- 21:37Speaker 1: In fact, maybe they should just release her from jail.
- 21:41Speaker 1: What an absolute joke, okay? Nobody is, uh, nobody's feeling
- 21:47Speaker 1: sorry for Ghislaine Maxwell right now. Nobody's feeling bad that
- 21:51Speaker 1: she's in jail. Guess what? You abused these girls according
- 21:56Speaker 1: to what they said, according to tons of them, and
- 21:59Speaker 1: now you must pay the price. Maxwell's lawyer, Christian Everdell,
- 22:05Speaker 1: a Harvard graduate, by the way, Wrote, the defense believes
- 22:08Speaker 1: that potential government witnesses and their counsel should be subject
- 22:12Speaker 1: to the same restrictions as the defense concerning appropriate use
- 22:16Speaker 1: of the discovery materials. Namely, if these individuals are given
- 22:20Speaker 1: access to discovery materials during trial preparation, they may not
- 22:25Speaker 1: use those materials for any purpose other than preparing for
- 22:28Speaker 1: trial in the criminal case. And may not post those
- 22:31Speaker 1: materials on the internet, the affidavit said. And this is
- 22:35Speaker 1: a shrewd move by them. You know, this is what
- 22:37Speaker 1: you expect when you're paying big fazuls for lawyers. You
- 22:40Speaker 1: expect them to do everything in their power to give
- 22:43Speaker 1: you the upper hand. And that's what they're trying to
- 22:45Speaker 1: do here. They're trying to get out in front of
- 22:47Speaker 1: just how bad these files are going to be. The
- 22:54Speaker 1: defense believes it should not be restricted from publicly disclosing
- 22:58Speaker 1: or disseminating the identity of any alleged survivor or potential
- 23:02Speaker 1: witnesses referenced in the discovery materials who have already identified
- 23:06Speaker 1: themselves by speaking on the public record, the lawyer wrote.
- 23:10Speaker 1: And look, I'm not a lawyer, right? And I don't
- 23:13Speaker 1: really know one way or the other how that usually works,
- 23:16Speaker 1: but I don't know what the issue is. if the
- 23:20Speaker 1: survivors have already come forward, right? It's not like they're
- 23:23Speaker 1: doxing them. I think what should happen is it should
- 23:26Speaker 1: be a case-by-case basis. The survivors should be asked how
- 23:30Speaker 1: they feel about having their name thrown out there. Look,
- 23:34Speaker 1: at some point, at some point, we have to take
- 23:39Speaker 1: a good look at what has occurred in this case,
- 23:42Speaker 1: and we have to make sure that it does not
- 23:44Speaker 1: happen this time around. Because... There is so much riding
- 23:50Speaker 1: on this prosecution, folks. The affidavit said Maxwell's legal team
- 23:56Speaker 1: had been negotiating with assistant U.S. attorneys Allison Moe, Alex Rossmiller,
- 24:01Speaker 1: and Maureen Comey, the daughter of former FBI director James Comey.
- 24:06Speaker 1: And the whole team so far has done a pretty
- 24:08Speaker 1: good job. I'll even give Maureen Comey a bit of
- 24:11Speaker 1: a nod for the job she's done so far, but
- 24:14Speaker 1: I do not trust Maureen Comey as far as I
- 24:17Speaker 1: could throw her. I am really sick of these generational
- 24:21Speaker 1: type people having these positions of power. Okay? We're not
- 24:26Speaker 1: aristocracy here in America. We don't have, you know, where
- 24:30Speaker 1: you inherit your father's job or anything like that. Okay? So,
- 24:36Speaker 1: I really just don't dig the nepotism. I don't dig
- 24:38Speaker 1: it at all. It doesn't matter who it's involved with.
- 24:41Speaker 1: I just don't like it, especially in the public sector.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Audrey Strauss acting... Acting United States Attorney for the Southern
- 24:50Speaker 1: District of New York shot back a one-paragraph letter to
- 24:53Speaker 1: the judge asking for a day to respond to Maxwell's
- 24:58Speaker 1: gagging request. And if they were caught off guard, shame
- 25:01Speaker 1: on them. But this is exactly the response, right? You
- 25:05Speaker 1: have to shoot off a little something-something to the judge
- 25:07Speaker 1: in defense of what you have going on. And you
- 25:11Speaker 1: have to persuade the judge not to go about and
- 25:14Speaker 1: do what Maxwell's lawyers have asked. And I really think
- 25:19Speaker 1: that Judge Nathan here is not going to acquiesce to
- 25:23Speaker 1: this request, folks. I don't think she will, but who knows? Again,
- 25:27Speaker 1: we will have to see. She said the two sides
- 25:31Speaker 1: had been working through the weekend towards an agreement before
- 25:34Speaker 1: the surprise filing by the defense. The U.S. Attorney's Office
- 25:41Speaker 1: and Everdell did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Judge Nathan had already slapped down a request from Maxwell's
- 25:49Speaker 1: lawyers to bar prosecutors from speaking to the media about
- 25:52Speaker 1: the case. But the court But the court told the
- 25:59Speaker 1: attorneys to tread carefully in interviews, writing it warns counsel
- 26:02Speaker 1: and agents for the parties in counsel for potential witnesses
- 26:06Speaker 1: that going forward it will not hesitate to take appropriate
- 26:09Speaker 1: action in the face of violations of any relevant rules. Well,
- 26:15Speaker 1: so she already made that ruling, right? So if rules
- 26:17Speaker 1: have not been broken... And the prosecution or the lawyers
- 26:22Speaker 1: for the survivors have not done anything that would make
- 26:26Speaker 1: Judge Nathan look sideways at them. Why would they even
- 26:29Speaker 1: bother with this other request? And, of course, it is
- 26:33Speaker 1: just to muddy the waters. It is to make things
- 26:37Speaker 1: murky and to get things moving in a direction where
- 26:40Speaker 1: there's a bit of chaos. That's what they operate in. Chaos.
- 26:43Speaker 1: That's what they're hoping for. The legal spat follows news
- 26:49Speaker 1: that a bombshell cache of previously sealed documents in a
- 26:52Speaker 1: civil case against Maxwell are set to be turned over
- 26:55Speaker 1: to the public this week and are reportedly set to
- 26:58Speaker 1: expose the details of her allegedly sordid sex life. And again,
- 27:04Speaker 1: this request tells you everything you need to know about
- 27:07Speaker 1: those documents that are about to be released. This dump
- 27:10Speaker 1: is going to be pretty damning. And you see how
- 27:14Speaker 1: her lawyers are trying to get in front of it here.
- 27:17Speaker 1: And it is very apparent what they're doing. U.S. District
- 27:22Speaker 1: Judge Loretta Preska unsealed the documents during a Thursday teleconference
- 27:26Speaker 1: and gave Maxwell's defense team a week to file an appeal.
- 27:30Speaker 1: The files come from a 2015 defamation lawsuit by Virginia Roberts,
- 27:34Speaker 1: who accused Maxwell of lying and sexually abusing her as
- 27:38Speaker 1: a teenager and pimping her out to rich and powerful men,
- 27:42Speaker 1: including the Queen's son, Prince Andrew. Look, all of this
- 27:48Speaker 1: stuff that we're hearing right now, all of this stuff
- 27:51Speaker 1: that is coming out, the documents that are coming out
- 27:54Speaker 1: in the defamation case, Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers attempting to get
- 28:00Speaker 1: everything gagged. It's obvious what's about to come down the pipe, folks.
- 28:05Speaker 1: And this Thursday, Preska says that's when it's going to
- 28:09Speaker 1: be released unless the second court of appeals jumps in.
- 28:12Speaker 1: and speaks up about what they plan on doing, Presco
- 28:16Speaker 1: wants this stuff to get moving in a forthright manner.
- 28:19Speaker 1: And she wants to keep the documents coming out, according
- 28:22Speaker 1: to her, in a rolling fashion. So we'll get one dump, then,
- 28:26Speaker 1: I don't know, however long after, we get another dump,
- 28:29Speaker 1: and they just keep rolling and rolling and rolling and
- 28:32Speaker 1: rolling until all of the files that have been earmarked
- 28:34Speaker 1: to be unsealed are finally unsealed and available for public consumption.
- 28:41Speaker 1: There's going to be a lot of reading to do, folks,
- 28:44Speaker 1: all right? I hope everybody has their reading glasses ready
- 28:47Speaker 1: and a couple of jolt colas or a couple of
- 28:49Speaker 1: bangs or whatever it is you drink for energy. We're
- 28:52Speaker 1: going to need a lot of that because there is
- 28:53Speaker 1: going to be tons to go over. And I plan on,
- 28:57Speaker 1: once the documents drop, I plan on sequestering myself in
- 29:01Speaker 1: the house and going through as much of them as
- 29:02Speaker 1: I can until my eyes begin to bleed. So we
- 29:06Speaker 1: got some interesting stuff coming this week, folks. Some stuff
- 29:08Speaker 1: to look forward to as far as evidence in the case,
- 29:11Speaker 1: context in the case, and maybe some revelations that we
- 29:14Speaker 1: did not know about. I'm pretty interested to see just
- 29:20Speaker 1: exactly what is in that treasure trove of documents, especially
- 29:26Speaker 1: my interest is most certainly locked in at this point now.
- 29:33Speaker 1: considering they're asking for this gag order right away in
- 29:36Speaker 1: the beginning of the week when we know that Thursday
- 29:39Speaker 1: is the the day that the documents are released. So
- 29:42Speaker 1: you have to think, you have to believe that Ghislaine
- 29:46Speaker 1: Maxwell's law team and Ghislaine Maxwell herself understand what is
- 29:52Speaker 1: in those documents. They know how harmful they are going
- 29:56Speaker 1: to be to Ghislaine Maxwell and others. And their only
- 29:59Speaker 1: option is to make this move right here and try
- 30:05Speaker 1: and make a preemptive strike to get it all gagged
- 30:09Speaker 1: so that it is not spread around on the internet,
- 30:13Speaker 1: on social media, and for the general public to consume.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Because they understand, even as we speak, without these documents out,
- 30:22Speaker 1: they have an untenable position. And they know that they're
- 30:26Speaker 1: up against it. And they do not have many options.
- 30:33Speaker 1: So expect to see more of this from Ghislaine Maxwell's
- 30:36Speaker 1: law team. Expect to see them use every trick in
- 30:38Speaker 1: the book, every tool that they have in their toolbox
- 30:41Speaker 1: to try and do whatever they can to get Ghislaine
- 30:46Speaker 1: Maxwell out of jail. Unfortunately for them, it won't be enough.

- 31:09Speaker 1: of the links that pertain to this episode, you will
- 31:12Speaker 1: be able to find in the description box. A quick
- 31:16Speaker 1: update in the Ghislaine Maxwell and Virginia Roberts defamation case.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Judge Preska has ruled that some of the documents in
- 31:25Speaker 1: question will be released. Now we're going to update that
- 31:30Speaker 1: a little bit more when more information comes in on that.
- 31:34Speaker 1: This ruling just occurred in the last half hour or so.
- 31:38Speaker 1: So we'll touch on that more tonight when we have
- 31:41Speaker 1: more details. Now, also another ruling coming down and smacking
- 31:46Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is what we're going to be talking about
- 31:49Speaker 1: on today's show. And that ruling is that Judge Nathan
- 31:54Speaker 1: has denied the request for the gag order. We discussed
- 31:58Speaker 1: the gag order the past couple of days and how
- 32:00Speaker 1: it was ridiculous and how I thought that Judge Nathan
- 32:03Speaker 1: would do exactly what she did here. And well, here
- 32:06Speaker 1: we are. Judge Nathan smacking down Ghislaine Maxwell and her
- 32:11Speaker 1: ridiculous request for a gag order. Our article today is
- 32:16Speaker 1: from CNBC. The headline is Judge Danai's gag order request
- 32:21Speaker 1: by Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein sex crimes case. The
- 32:26Speaker 1: author is Dan Mangan. A federal judge on Thursday rejected
- 32:32Speaker 1: a request for a gag order sought by lawyers for
- 32:35Speaker 1: British socialite child molester, child abuser, co-conspirator, general all-around scumbag,
- 32:42Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, who is charged with helping the late investor,
- 32:46Speaker 1: the late investor, pervert, sick bastard, pedophile, child abuser, money launderer,
- 32:52Speaker 1: human trafficker, plenty of names we can lay on Jeffrey
- 32:56Speaker 1: Epstein besides investor. But Judge Allison Nathan warned prosecutors, defense lawyers,
- 33:03Speaker 1: and attorneys for Maxwell's accuser, and other witnesses that she
- 33:07Speaker 1: would not hesitate to take appropriate action in the face
- 33:10Speaker 1: of violations of any relevant rules about making public statements
- 33:15Speaker 1: that could affect Maxwell's ability to receive a fair trial. Well,
- 33:20Speaker 1: that's to be expected, right? Whenever you have a trial
- 33:23Speaker 1: such as this that is so high profile and there
- 33:27Speaker 1: is a lot of media interest, well, not legacy media,
- 33:31Speaker 1: but our interest anyway, the alternative media, there is always
- 33:40Speaker 1: fears that there's going to be a taint to the case,
- 33:43Speaker 1: that people might talk, etc., etc., leaks, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 33:47Speaker 1: So that's to be expected, the judge making that statement
- 33:51Speaker 1: and letting all parties know that there are certain rules
- 33:54Speaker 1: that must be followed. So She did not slap the
- 33:59Speaker 1: gag order. She denies the gag order, but she lets
- 34:02Speaker 1: them all know that there are certain rules that must
- 34:05Speaker 1: be played by. So I can get down with that, right? Again,
- 34:08Speaker 1: we live in a nation that should be governed by
- 34:11Speaker 1: law and order, by rules, by a certain set of
- 34:15Speaker 1: principles that happen in one of these court cases. What
- 34:18Speaker 1: should never occur is this sort of thing being worked
- 34:22Speaker 1: out in the dark. A plea agreement with Jeffrey Epstein
- 34:26Speaker 1: and his co-conspirators being cooked up in the dark by
- 34:30Speaker 1: a scummy, dirty, son of a bitch like Alan Dershowitz.
- 34:35Speaker 1: That should never occur. Okay? This should all be done
- 34:39Speaker 1: in a transparent manner, and it should all be done
- 34:42Speaker 1: by the book. The court will ensure strict compliance with
- 34:49Speaker 1: those rules and will ensure that the defendant's right to
- 34:51Speaker 1: a fair trial will be safeguarded, Nathan wrote in a
- 34:54Speaker 1: filing in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, where last week
- 34:57Speaker 1: she ordered the 58-year-old Maxwell held without bail, calling her
- 35:02Speaker 1: an extreme flight risk. And again, the court has a
- 35:05Speaker 1: certain set of rules that they want followed. What they're
- 35:08Speaker 1: trying to do is avoid any nonsense. They don't want
- 35:10Speaker 1: a mistrial declared or any other sort of BS. They
- 35:15Speaker 1: want to make sure that this trial goes off without
- 35:18Speaker 1: a hitch and hopefully Maxwell ends up facing the justice
- 35:23Speaker 1: and the full arm of the law. Maxwell's lawyers on
- 35:30Speaker 1: Wednesday had asked Nathan to issue an order prohibiting prosecutors,
- 35:34Speaker 1: FBI agents, and lawyers for witnesses from making statements about
- 35:38Speaker 1: the case outside of the courtroom or in legal filings.
- 35:41Speaker 1: That's absolutely ridiculous. So basically what her lawyers are trying
- 35:48Speaker 1: to do is get the conversation to stop. They understand
- 35:53Speaker 1: that that the survivors pulled an end around on these
- 35:57Speaker 1: scumbags and went directly to the people themselves. They used
- 36:01Speaker 1: social media as a tool and avoided the disgusting serpents
- 36:08Speaker 1: in the legacy media and brought their message directly to you.
- 36:14Speaker 1: And this is the result. You see what happens? When
- 36:18Speaker 1: the people... have had enough? Do you see what happens
- 36:22Speaker 1: when the people begin to exert pressure and begin to
- 36:25Speaker 1: yell from the rooftops about these sick, disgusting child traffickers,
- 36:31Speaker 1: child abusers, and pedophiles that have gone for so long
- 36:35Speaker 1: without facing justice? Do you think any of this would
- 36:38Speaker 1: have occurred if these survivors didn't so bravely step forward
- 36:42Speaker 1: and then all of you step into the ranks behind
- 36:47Speaker 1: them and amplify their voices, this would have never occurred.
- 36:53Speaker 1: This is the people flexing their power on the government
- 36:57Speaker 1: and forcing their hand, folks. And as long as we
- 37:02Speaker 1: keep the pressure up and we let these people know
- 37:05Speaker 1: that we are watching their every move, there is no
- 37:10Speaker 1: way that justice will not be served in the case
- 37:13Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell's lawyer said in their request that
- 37:22Speaker 1: federal prosecutors and witnesses' attorneys have made and continue to
- 37:26Speaker 1: make statements prejudicial to a fair trial for the defendant
- 37:31Speaker 1: who has pleaded not guilty to sex crime and perjury charges. Boy,
- 37:35Speaker 1: she's about to be pissed when we get these Prescott
- 37:38Speaker 1: documents of her statement, her deposition about her sex life, etc., etc.,
- 37:44Speaker 1: She is not going to be happy about that because
- 37:46Speaker 1: now that that's coming out, you want to talk about
- 37:49Speaker 1: fuel for the fire? You want to talk about articles
- 37:53Speaker 1: being authored and dropped? You want to talk about fury? Oh,
- 37:58Speaker 1: it's coming, folks. It is coming. Judge Preska just pulled
- 38:02Speaker 1: back the curtain and shined the light into the room
- 38:06Speaker 1: inhabited by all of these cockroaches. And oh, to watch
- 38:10Speaker 1: them all scurry. It appears that given any opportunity, lawyers
- 38:15Speaker 1: associated with the prosecution of this case will offer any
- 38:19Speaker 1: opinion that damages Ms. Maxwell's opportunity for a fair trial,
- 38:23Speaker 1: the filing said. That's such BS. Just the circumstantial evidence
- 38:30Speaker 1: alone added to the witness testimony of the girls who
- 38:34Speaker 1: were abused is plenty for the public, okay? We don't
- 38:42Speaker 1: need to hear any statements from the lawyers or from
- 38:45Speaker 1: anyone else at this point. The cat is out of
- 38:47Speaker 1: the bag. What we know and what we have seen
- 38:49Speaker 1: and what has been unearthed is enough for anybody to
- 38:53Speaker 1: become sickened by what occurred and to demand that justice
- 39:00Speaker 1: is leveled to all of these people, all of these
- 39:03Speaker 1: so-called elite, all of these members of so-called polite society,
- 39:10Speaker 1: But in her ruling Thursday, Nathan said that she firmly
- 39:19Speaker 1: expects that counsel for all involved parties will exercise great
- 39:23Speaker 1: care to ensure compliance with this court's local rules and
- 39:27Speaker 1: the rules of professional responsibility. Again, I can get down
- 39:31Speaker 1: with that. People should be professional. Now that we have
- 39:34Speaker 1: reached the trial phase of this, I think that it
- 39:37Speaker 1: would be a good strategy for the lawyers to focus
- 39:40Speaker 1: on just the case. There's no need for them to
- 39:42Speaker 1: make any public statements really at this point. Like I said,
- 39:46Speaker 1: the cat is out of the bag. There are enough
- 39:49Speaker 1: people covering this case now. There are enough independent content
- 39:53Speaker 1: creators and independent journalists that have dug in, and they
- 39:57Speaker 1: aren't going anywhere. They're going to continue to cover this
- 40:01Speaker 1: case no matter what, and they're going to do it
- 40:04Speaker 1: in a transparent manner. So the legal team for these
- 40:10Speaker 1: girls has done their job. They have brought all of
- 40:13Speaker 1: this to the forefront. They have brought all of this
- 40:17Speaker 1: to light. And now, there is no way to stop
- 40:23Speaker 1: what is coming. In light of this clear expectation, the
- 40:28Speaker 1: court does not believe that further action is needed at
- 40:30Speaker 1: this time to protect the defendant's rights to a fair
- 40:33Speaker 1: trial by an impartial jury, Nathan wrote. And again, I
- 40:37Speaker 1: don't know about you, but if I got called for
- 40:41Speaker 1: jury duty for this case, she would have to really provide...
- 40:48Speaker 1: serious evidence. I mean, like documented evidence video that she
- 40:52Speaker 1: didn't do it at this point, considering all that we know.
- 40:57Speaker 1: And if you think what we know is the extent
- 41:00Speaker 1: of it, you are wrong. The federal government has piles
- 41:04Speaker 1: of evidence in this case, piles of evidence, folks. So
- 41:09Speaker 1: Judge Nathan left the door open for Maxwell's team to
- 41:12Speaker 1: refile their request for a gag order if the prosecution
- 41:14Speaker 1: and the lawyers for the accusers get out of line,
- 41:34Speaker 1: and say something in public they shouldn't, etc., etc. Then
- 41:38Speaker 1: Judge Nathan has left the door open for her to
- 41:41Speaker 1: revisit this decision at a later date. Those lawyers had
- 41:45Speaker 1: asked for the gag order on the same day that
- 41:47Speaker 1: President Donald Trump, a former friend of Epstein, said at
- 41:51Speaker 1: a White House press conference, I just wish her well,
- 41:54Speaker 1: when asked about Maxwell's criminal case. Trump had socialized with
- 41:58Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell years ago. Again, what a ridiculous statement.
- 42:03Speaker 1: What a ridiculous statement. How about, I have no comment
- 42:08Speaker 1: on a federal case at this time. I want to
- 42:10Speaker 1: see it play out through the courts, but my sympathy
- 42:13Speaker 1: and sorrows go out to the survivors. Would that have
- 42:15Speaker 1: been so hard? But no. I just wish her well.
- 42:22Speaker 1: If you haven't heard my full statements on that, you
- 42:24Speaker 1: can go back and check a few episodes ago. And
- 42:27Speaker 1: I had a few things to say about Donald Trump's statements.
- 42:35Speaker 1: A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern
- 42:37Speaker 1: District of New York, which is prosecuting Maxwell, declined to
- 42:41Speaker 1: comment on the gag order request. Again, they know what's
- 42:44Speaker 1: up now. The prosecution has their ducks in a row.
- 42:47Speaker 1: They're firing on all cylinders right now, it looks like, folks.
- 42:51Speaker 1: And it most certainly looks like to me that we
- 42:53Speaker 1: have other indictments in the pipeline, probably sealed right now,
- 42:57Speaker 1: grand jury indictments that will be released or acted upon
- 43:02Speaker 1: in the very near future. A spokesman for the law
- 43:06Speaker 1: firm of the attorneys David Boies and Sigrid McCauley, who
- 43:10Speaker 1: represents an accuser in Maxwell's case, did not respond to
- 43:13Speaker 1: a request for comment. And again, it would be prudent
- 43:16Speaker 1: for them not to comment at this point. Take a
- 43:19Speaker 1: step back, prosecute your case, charge hard, keep digging for evidence,
- 43:24Speaker 1: and let the other people who are involved now, content creators, etc., etc.,
- 43:30Speaker 1: carry the torch. Because we're protected under the First Amendment.
- 43:36Speaker 1: We have a lot of ability to criticize and to
- 43:40Speaker 1: give opinions and to cover this case. So they really
- 43:45Speaker 1: have no tool to shut us up, that's for sure.
- 43:49Speaker 1: But when it comes to the prosecution and the team
- 43:52Speaker 1: for the survivors, there are certain things that Maxwell's team
- 43:57Speaker 1: could do to try and quiet them down. And obviously
- 44:00Speaker 1: this gag order was a big tool in their arsenal.
- 44:03Speaker 1: so it's nice to see that Judge Nathan smacked it
- 44:06Speaker 1: around and launched it out of the park. Boys and
- 44:12Speaker 1: McCauley's recent public comments about Maxwell were cited in the filing,
- 44:16Speaker 1: and a gag order would have applied to them if
- 44:18Speaker 1: Nathan had granted it. Epstein, 66, died from what has
- 44:22Speaker 1: officially been ruled a suicide, allegedly, by hanging last August
- 44:26Speaker 1: in a federal jail where he was being held without
- 44:29Speaker 1: bail on child sex trafficking charges related to his alleged
- 44:33Speaker 1: abuse of dozens of underage girls. The case related to
- 44:37Speaker 1: alleged conduct from 2002 through 2005 at Epstein's luxurious residences
- 44:43Speaker 1: on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and in Palm Beach, Florida.
- 44:47Speaker 1: Before his conviction on state sex crime charges in Florida
- 44:50Speaker 1: in 2008, Epstein had been a friend of President Bill
- 44:53Speaker 1: Clinton and also with Britain's Prince Andrew. Yeah, no doubt
- 44:57Speaker 1: about it. I mean, I know that everybody's amplifying Trump's
- 45:01Speaker 1: comments and they should be amplified, but don't think that
- 45:04Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's getting a pass from me. Don't think that
- 45:07Speaker 1: this is going to be one-way traffic, because as everybody
- 45:10Speaker 1: knows who listens to this podcast, they can all get
- 45:13Speaker 1: it from me. I eviscerate every single person who was
- 45:16Speaker 1: involved in this case, from Trump on down to Bill Clinton.
- 45:20Speaker 1: I do not care. Okay? Everybody who enabled this son
- 45:25Speaker 1: of a bitch, everybody who hung out with this son
- 45:28Speaker 1: of a bitch, and most certainly everybody who partook in
- 45:31Speaker 1: the abuse of these girls... All of you need to
- 45:34Speaker 1: be called out and all of you need to answer
- 45:37Speaker 1: some serious questions. And when I say answer some questions,
- 45:40Speaker 1: I don't mean through your media guy or some just
- 45:46Speaker 1: absolutely ridiculous nonsense like, I wish her well. Hard questions,
- 45:54Speaker 1: hard answers. One of Epstein's accusers has said that she
- 45:59Speaker 1: had sex with Andrew at the direction of Maxwell. Andrew
- 46:02Speaker 1: denies her claim. Maxwell, who has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing,
- 46:07Speaker 1: is charged with helping Epstein in the mid-1990s recruit and
- 46:10Speaker 1: groom underage girls, at least one as young as 14
- 46:13Speaker 1: years old, so that he could sexually abuse them at
- 46:16Speaker 1: his residences in New York, Palm Beach, and Santa Fe,
- 46:20Speaker 1: New Mexico, as well as Maxwell's home in London. How
- 46:24Speaker 1: is this not a RICO case yet, folks? We have
- 46:27Speaker 1: girls being transported over state lines, over international boundaries. We
- 46:35Speaker 1: have money laundering. We have payoffs to victims. We have
- 46:40Speaker 1: threatening of victims. You look at NXIVM, Rico. You look
- 46:44Speaker 1: at R. Kelly, Rico. But yet here we are in
- 46:47Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein case and still no Rico. It bothers me.
- 46:53Speaker 1: She is also accused of lying under oath about her
- 46:56Speaker 1: conduct and her knowledge of Epstein's conduct and depositions taken
- 46:59Speaker 1: for a civil lawsuit involving an Epstein accuser. Now, remember,
- 47:03Speaker 1: that's what I was just talking about. These are some
- 47:05Speaker 1: of the files that are going to be released by
- 47:08Speaker 1: Preska per her ruling today. Maxwell's lawyers, in their gag
- 47:13Speaker 1: order request, cited comments after her July 2nd arrest in
- 47:16Speaker 1: New Hampshire by acting SDNY U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss and
- 47:21Speaker 1: FBI Special Agent William Sweeney at a press conference. Strauss
- 47:25Speaker 1: at the press conference had said that Maxwell lied under
- 47:27Speaker 1: oath because the truth, as alleged, was almost unspeakable. What
- 47:32Speaker 1: is wrong with that? Obviously, Judge Nathan didn't see anything
- 47:35Speaker 1: wrong with it either. It is the truth. It is
- 47:37Speaker 1: the premise that the prosecution is operating under. The prosecution
- 47:42Speaker 1: believes that you're guilty. The state believes that you're guilty.
- 47:46Speaker 1: It's up to you to defend yourself there, Ghislaine. And
- 47:48Speaker 1: trying to silence girls who have been silenced for far
- 47:51Speaker 1: too long is not A good strategy. That alleged truth,
- 47:58Speaker 1: Strauss went on to say, was that Maxwell enticed minor girls,
- 48:02Speaker 1: got them to trust her, and then delivered them into
- 48:04Speaker 1: the trap that she and Epstein had set for them.
- 48:07Speaker 1: Think about how vile that is. That is coming from
- 48:09Speaker 1: a prosecutor saying that, okay? She's mimicking what we have
- 48:13Speaker 1: been saying for almost a year now here on this podcast,
- 48:16Speaker 1: but it is significant when a prosecutor of Audrey Strauss's
- 48:20Speaker 1: stature comes out and says those very same things. She
- 48:26Speaker 1: pretended to be a woman they could trust, all the
- 48:28Speaker 1: while she was setting them up to be sexually abused
- 48:31Speaker 1: by Epstein and, in some cases, by Maxwell herself, prosecutors said.
- 48:36Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with those statements. That is exactly what
- 48:40Speaker 1: she is being accused of, okay? Nice try, Cohen. Nice try, Everdahl.
- 48:45Speaker 1: But that is not going to work. Maxwell's attorneys in
- 48:50Speaker 1: their filing wrote, although Ms. Strauss sprinkled her comments with
- 48:53Speaker 1: the phrase, as alleged, she presented certain of her statements
- 48:58Speaker 1: as fact. Well, sorry, that's the way it certainly looks,
- 49:01Speaker 1: and you can try and pick apart her statement, but
- 49:05Speaker 1: the fact of the matter is, she said alleged. Point blank, period,
- 49:10Speaker 1: game over. Sweeney, during the same press conference, called Maxwell
- 49:15Speaker 1: one of the villains in this investigation and also compared
- 49:19Speaker 1: her to a snake that slithered away to a gorgeous
- 49:21Speaker 1: property in New Hampshire, Maxwell's lawyers noted. Well, did she
- 49:24Speaker 1: or did she not? Is she or is she not
- 49:27Speaker 1: a villain? So, again, technicalities and, oh, well, don't be mean.
- 49:33Speaker 1: Shut up, okay? Maxwell has everything coming and her lawyers
- 49:37Speaker 1: and Geraldo and anybody else who thinks that they're going
- 49:42Speaker 1: to white knight her and come riding to her defense
- 49:45Speaker 1: is about to get it with both barrels and get
- 49:49Speaker 1: absolutely verbally eviscerated, okay? Thus, Mr. Sweeney offers the government,
- 49:58Speaker 1: again flatly wrong, opinions about character and guilt while, at
- 50:02Speaker 1: the same time, invoking a semi-biblical reference involving a snake
- 50:06Speaker 1: slithering away to a garden in New Hampshire, the filing said. Uh, yeah,
- 50:11Speaker 1: that's exactly what she did. She slithered away. The accuser's
- 50:15Speaker 1: lawyer's boys, the filing noted in an ABC News interview
- 50:18Speaker 1: after Maxwell was ordered detained without bail, had said,' Remember,
- 50:22Speaker 1: these girls were abused twice.' once sexually years ago, and
- 50:26Speaker 1: then a second time when Epstein and Maxwell and all
- 50:29Speaker 1: their enablers began these vicious attacks on their credibility. And
- 50:33Speaker 1: we're seeing that right now with douchey-ass Dershowitz coming out
- 50:38Speaker 1: gunning for Maria Farmer. I'm going to have a lot
- 50:41Speaker 1: more to say on that later on, and I'm going
- 50:44Speaker 1: to have a lot to say about Alan Dershowitz. But
- 50:47Speaker 1: the fact of the matter is this, folks. He cherry-picked
- 50:49Speaker 1: a lot of her comments and used them out of context.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Maria is not a hateful person. She is certainly not
- 50:56Speaker 1: an anti-Semite. And a guy like Alan Dershowitz is flailing
- 51:01Speaker 1: now for anything he can hold on to so he
- 51:03Speaker 1: does not drown. And if he thinks coming out and
- 51:07Speaker 1: attacking Maria Farmer as she battles for her life with
- 51:11Speaker 1: this disgusting cancer that she's dealing with and that there
- 51:16Speaker 1: is not going to be return fire his way, he
- 51:18Speaker 1: is sorely mistaken. Because my guy... Alan Dershowitz, you douchey, dirty,
- 51:24Speaker 1: son of a bitch. I don't care if you have
- 51:26Speaker 1: your tighty-whities on or not. You are about to get it, sir.
- 51:33Speaker 1: No question about it, Maxwell knows where a lot of
- 51:35Speaker 1: the bodies are buried. If I was somebody who had
- 51:39Speaker 1: participated in their sex trafficking, um, I would not be
- 51:43Speaker 1: sleeping easily tonight, boys had said. The filing also noted
- 51:47Speaker 1: that Boy's colleague Macaulay, in the same interview, said Ghislaine
- 51:51Speaker 1: was really the central figure, so she worked hand-in-hand with
- 51:54Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein to be able to facilitate these crimes over
- 51:57Speaker 1: the course of more than two decades, and she was
- 52:00Speaker 1: the main person who assisted him and allowed him to
- 52:03Speaker 1: be able to perpetrate so many crimes against young, females.
- 52:08Speaker 1: All factual comments. Judge Nathan obviously agrees. You will not
- 52:12Speaker 1: get the gag order. And to add to your misery,
- 52:16Speaker 1: on top of all of that, Preska is also releasing
- 52:19Speaker 1: the documents. So Alan Dershowitz, Glenn Dubin, Bill Richardson, Mr. Wexner,
- 52:31Speaker 1: Marvin Minsky, all of you dudes are in for some
- 52:35Speaker 1: rough nights. And if you think any of you are
- 52:38Speaker 1: wiggling off of this hook, you have not been paying
- 52:41Speaker 1: attention what is going on here on this podcast and
- 52:45Speaker 1: around the alternative media world because all of you douchebags
- 52:51Speaker 1: are on notice. The year 2020, that's the year the
