A 25-year-old woman passed out drunk in her Glendale apartment while a burning pizza filled the room with smoke — her two-year-old toddler was barely conscious in a car seat nearby. Her ex called police after finding them, leading to a harrowing rescue where officers pulled the child from the smoky house first. Heathman, with a blood alcohol level of .379, resisted help and now faces child abuse charges with a $10K cash-only bond. A seven-year-old sibling was also present but unharmed.
