- 4:27[SPEAKER_06]: I am Jeff Graham on the Hotline and we are here to talk about what everyone.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_06]: Preferably local things.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_06]: locally.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_06]: I always tune in the finest.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_06]: It would define out what they're covering if it's any.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_06]: Again, a network piece this morning about a scaling back training exercises with South Korea.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_06]: Didn't we didn't Danny bring that up?
- 4:51[SPEAKER_06]: Several days.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_06]: That's days old news.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_06]: If you had to lead with something local, I would probably would have gone with that.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_06]: Lindsay Clancy trial or something.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_06]: That's kind of interesting.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_06]: You know, anybody can relate to that.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_06]: Everybody knows somebody who's got metal health problems, right?
- 5:14[SPEAKER_06]: And it's very real.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_06]: And society sort of brushes that aside.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_06]: And a lot of times, the mental health professionals, prescribing dozens of different pills, all of that.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I got voices in my head saying, kill my girl worry about it, you have this prescription.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it'll do you a good crazy, crazy.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_06]: Anyway, 755 1240 is the phone number, put a 315 in front of it, if you want.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_06]: I kind of understand the fashion front today.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_06]: I see a good friend Kerry was in today for a day of sales, of course.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_06]: She was wearing a skirt, you know, always at the leading edge of fashion, that's why she's the featured person in front of the Pearl Street Pub if you notice on that sign.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_06]: She, yeah, it's two images of her.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_06]: It's not the twins.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_06]: It's not both of them.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_06]: It's just her.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_06]: But anyway, uh, she's wearing a score.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I think Carrie's the one who single-handedly brought back the romper as a fashion fashion statement.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, you know, I remember in high school, everybody was talking about cool lots, whether you could wear them.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_06]: And now you look at it and say, what's the big deal?
- 6:41[SPEAKER_06]: But back then, boy, it was, oh my god, you know, the, the, well, you had more
- 6:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, the arbiters of good taste and morals.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_06]: It's not like now where you get to do whatever you want.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_06]: Not like now where you call you teachers by their first name or something.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_06]: Unless you were like, you know, seeing them on the side.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_06]: But I don't know.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, another poll out.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_06]: The Constantine are people, they've got a poll out from JL partners saying their candidates ahead.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_06]: They were disputing that channel 13 poll out of all, but they showed, like, gender being ahead.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_06]: I think the point of all of this in my mind, and I'm not going to get into arguments about polls or who's right, or snapshots in time, or size of samples, or methodologies, or any of the other things, and I'm just going to say,
- 7:42[SPEAKER_06]: it's a fairly competitive race probably because of the nature of the district constant you know has an edge but i don't see that with certain we don't know you know you got a drag at the top of the ticket with a blakeman and you got the president's popularity uh... down around thirty percent so there's things that work against him
- 8:09[SPEAKER_06]: But, you know, he might have an edge, but I don't really know.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_06]: This would urge people to vote when the time comes.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_06]: Not there yet, right?
- 8:20[SPEAKER_06]: We're not there yet.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_06]: But if you need it, if you're somewhere where you're going to be a way or need an absentee ballot, you know, now is the time to get that application in for one.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_06]: You don't wait till the day before.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_06]: I'm in Florida.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_06]: No, it's too late.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_06]: Can I do it on my phone?
- 8:38[SPEAKER_06]: No, you can't.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_06]: So if you are a half plans or if you're going to be sick or you just are too lazy to get off your butt and a range for one to be sent now.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_05]: Okay?
- 8:51[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to vote for the candidate who promises to put a data setter next to me.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_06]: I want one.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_06]: Now there was a story in the
- 9:07[SPEAKER_06]: We haven't seen it.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's supposed to be on.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I think it's a good idea.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_06]: A familiarity with city government, he should be sent under the letter out of the mayor or something.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_06]: Probably to every resident.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_06]: And you know, how do you know, it's money is gonna cost money all that.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_06]: Well, we just spent a million dollars.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_06]: So I mean, money obviously grows on trees,
- 9:38[SPEAKER_06]: If you took that publication and sold ads in it, yeah, you'd get media outlet, car dealers, the hospital, you know, be easy, easy, easy.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, and then distribute it to everybody distributed through the hotels.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_06]: All that stuff, there's a tremendous potential there.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_06]: The core idea I think is good, you got to expand on it.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_06]: Now, because I said it, yeah, it's a bad idea.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_06]: And they'll be, well, what do you know?
- 10:15[SPEAKER_06]: You're love the professionals?
- 10:17[SPEAKER_06]: I know a lot.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_06]: I know a lot.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, people should listen to me more often.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_06]: They'd learn a lot.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_06]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if it'd like to go, you know what I was wondering about something.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_06]: are it was congressional candidates and we don't hear much about the N.Y. 24 wins for those in water town which is don't the one lady the Democrat I don't know if you've said fine in me me to introduce yourself what you're talking say whatever you want nope they believe the campaign is best by they're running like president was it McKinley did that break campaign from his front porch out in Ohio and he won
- 11:03[SPEAKER_06]: So maybe that's what that lady running for N.Y. 24 is doing.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_05]: N.Y. From her front porch down in wherever she lives in Western New York.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_07]: So anyway, over in N.Y. 21, I hear these candidates.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_07]: I'm a farmer.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_06]: I just love the smell of manure.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_06]: I can't wait to get back to the smell of manure.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_06]: It's going to be in says, well, you're not going to have that smell of manure on the capital and watching to them.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, there's a stench there, but not that.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_06]: So what's going to happen to that farm?
- 11:29[SPEAKER_07]: And the same thing with a stick review.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_06]: big company arm coil these people well well well well well yeah what's going to happen to that how can you do all of that that's the you know the problem running for office when you're in a complex individual you have a business or a career or something you really want to give all that up so you don't have to give it up you know I mean if you're dividing your time between you know
- 12:03[SPEAKER_06]: Legislating the greater fairs of our day, I don't know, or the other side is, if you stand in our worried about that next order of stickers, I don't know what these people are going to do with their other jobs.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_06]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call, of the of the two candidates in 21 and the 224, I've only met two of the four, I just want to make that clear.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_06]: I guess I'm going to meet him on September 16th.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_06]: The boss said we're to interview him that day.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_06]: We will.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_06]: And then the other one is Allison Elman, never met her either.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what the, I've met Claudia Taney, never met this Elman woman.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_06]: And I don't know what I mean.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_06]: I haven't seen a lawn sign for, I haven't seen anything.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know anything about it.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_06]: Anyway, this is an interesting story out of the queues.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_06]: Sister accused of returning keys to Drunk Driver before a deadly crash.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_06]: Apparently there was a fight at the house, the cops came.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_06]: This guy was drunk and wanted to leave.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_06]: The cops took his keys away, gave him to the sister.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_06]: Said, don't give him to him.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_06]: And that afterwards she did.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_06]: Now they're charging her to, so he wasn't even to the driver.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_06]: That's kind of weird.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know, I just think, you know, you got flesh and blood there saying, give me the keys.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I just think it's a little unreasonable, the guy must coerced to end with him.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_06]: But I don't know, they charge people with everything these days, charge them with everything.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_07]: But after doing it on the air, hello, I heard you mentioned that trial that's on the news
- 14:00[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I've been watching that.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_07]: That woman is so guilty.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_07]: It's unbelievable.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_06]: Well, she did kill them.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_06]: She admitted it to that.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, she killed them.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_07]: But I know, but she's in our and she's trained in that area.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_06]: She jumped out.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, but she jumped out the window.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_06]: And now she's paralyzed from the the waist down.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_06]: average people don't do that no but not less or train to get out of something well i don't think jumping out of window gets you out of anything other unfortunately on a wheelchair in her case i would say uh... look at you can't bring the kids back that's a tragedy but how much can you blame the husband all of the health care professionals and all the other people who were involved in this you know if you want to start part
- 15:00[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think a woman just goes into the basement and strangles her three kids because she's been thinking it's a great idea Yeah, some some voice in her head told her to do it.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah That's uh The woman's not crazy.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_07]: She had that plant.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_06]: Well, yeah, she's not
- 15:22[SPEAKER_06]: But but she's got first of all she's got nothing.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, but she's got nothing now.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_06]: She's in a wheelchair You want her in prison sitting there.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_06]: That's fine Not sure what that'll accomplish it'll require a lot of care her husband.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_06]: They're divorced.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_06]: He's moved on.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_07]: Got a new wife now So that was a you know letter paid for her crime and she can get help while she's paying for her crime
- 15:48[SPEAKER_06]: Well, what do you mean, you're not paying for anything that the victims are dead.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_06]: You can't, you know, this idea that we're going to make her pay for it.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's fine.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, if you, as a, there's no such thing, really, it's justice.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_06]: There is vengeance and revenge.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_06]: And if you want to avenge the death of those three by liking Europe, I guess that's an argument.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_06]: But you're not getting justice for those three dead kids.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, you never will.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_07]: I had a cup of that uh... or a bowl of that justice for breakfast and a wasn't very feeling whatever the expression it's kind of like other things you can eat pretty tasty not too filling exactly what else is on your mind home this is you you didn't read that uh...
- 16:44[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know what they call it a pamphlet or brochure that the city's putting out.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_06]: I saw some images of it.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_06]: I'd like somebody to hand one to me.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_07]: Oh no, I was online and I read that.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_06]: How is it?
- 17:00[SPEAKER_07]: It's the same stuff.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_07]: You can go read on the city's website and just look at that.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_06]: well i think what they're trying to do and it's not a bad idea is uh... package it in a form that uh... more concerned you know more bite size form if you will uh... i think there's other things you could put in it i think people would like to know about the media outlets and talent and i think they'd like to know more about the have health care facilities and they can do something that they have there so i i don't know i mean i i got no problem with it but
- 17:38[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, they do.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_06]: Are we in there to mention the hotline because they really should?
- 17:51[SPEAKER_07]: No, no radio, it's all TV stations.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_06]: In which case we don't like it.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_07]: You know, I mean if you're leaving out their local radio, the heck would think that's a good idea.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_07]: it's uh... someone else dead and they uh... they decided to go that way with it really they mentioned the newspaper no hello yeah i don't know how maybe we'll look at it if we can find it here yeah i saw that i read it from my news junkie okay
- 18:36[SPEAKER_06]: All right, well, it sounds good.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_06]: We'll take a peek at it.
- 18:39[UNKNOWN]: Yep.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_06]: Thank you.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_06]: You too, bye now.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_06]: But after doing it right in the air.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_02]: Hi, Mayor Graham.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_02]: Hi.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_02]: So I just heard what you were talking about, the case of the woman who unfortunately killed her children.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 18:54[UNKNOWN]: Yes.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_02]: So your last caller had expressed that and did they're not arguing, like you said, whether or not that actually happened, but I think.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_02]: What needs to be made clear is that that woman tried and reached out for help a lot of times.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_02]: And she was just prescribed medication after medication after medication and nobody really helped her to get what I'm saying.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I do get what you're saying.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_06]: I've been kind of following it.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_06]: I heard the mother and the mother-in-law and the doctor's isle there and some others and it just seems to me that
- 19:33[SPEAKER_02]: prosecution i mean there are a whole lot of their justice and on there's no justice in this well in a few if you search hard enough you can find the truth about it um i watched a video where they went back and like went by the dates and how many different medications he was prescribed within that time for him so she can now are you a nurse uh myself no i am not a nurse but i'm a mother so
- 19:59[SPEAKER_06]: Fox is wondering, if you were familiar, yeah, I didn't know if you were familiar with all these drugs.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm not, but I will say, I mean, when you're getting into heavy psychiatric medications, like that, you have to be very careful, obviously, how you're using those.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_02]: And they can interact in all sorts of ways in your body.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think throwing pills, I think it just makes it really clear that mothers need more support and more help.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_02]: when they first have their little ones, right?
- 20:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like instead of just throwing medication at them.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_06]: Well, sure.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_06]: I think those, yeah, I certainly don't think I'm qualified to talk about postpartum depression or psychosis, but it seems to me that if you had all those cries or talk about health, all that, this and that, all those pills, and then you killed them all of a sudden and jumped out of window.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_06]: not sure how you can come to any other conclusion.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what you do.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_06]: I mean if she's found not guilty by reason of insanity, they'd put her in a facility and then you know, she might have a chance of getting out later.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, and I get with the last caller was saying someone should be held accountable, but I mean, well look at the house, what the housemen do.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, she's just going to she's already suffering, she's going to suffer the rest of the day.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_06]: Now, she, this happened in 2023.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_06]: I think we're in 2000.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_06]: This guy's already divorced and he got a new wife.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's pretty sad.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_02]: So... Yeah.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_02]: No, I just wanted to add that, though.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_02]: I think if you do look for the truth, you will find it.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_02]: They're not going to tell us all of that on the TV, though.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_06]: All right, sounds good.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_06]: Well, thank you for the call.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_13]: You're welcome.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_06]: Thank you.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_06]: Bye now.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_06]: Um, yeah, that's, hey, listen, I got to somebody told me this morning somebody who had uh, some kind of dealings with the city or something, uh, all of a sudden he got these, uh, correspondence on what looked to be city letterhead and, you know, saying, I know you have an action, a penny with the city in order to complete it, we need you to send like 48 hundred bucks or something.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_11]: It's a fishing deal.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_06]: It's a scam.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_06]: And I guess the city's been notified, but, you know, what is it with people?
- 22:26[SPEAKER_06]: Well, what you can see, you know, the amount on it would tend to make you question it, but yeah, if you make it a smaller amount, people might just send it.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_06]: So be careful if you get any letters from local government demanding a lot of money.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_06]: Other than your tax bill, of course, or a little demand that.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_06]: So getting back to our fashion segment, you prefer a skirt, a skirt, a romper, or a cool lot.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_06]: If the ladies want to chime in, they can't.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_14]: I was going to ask that nice lady, but I didn't want it.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_06]: You know?
- 23:09[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not sure.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_06]: I'd have to give it some serious thought.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_06]: But after doing it on the air.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_10]: Get all of this in there.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_06]: What's up?
- 23:17[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_10]: I've been there now, really.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_10]: I've been really able to have that.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_10]: And they said, you want some, and I have a question in society, because I just, yeah, okay.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_10]: So then, when I got out, I quit taking them, and then these wicked nightmares, the zombies who were telling me, and I swear to somebody who would not have my door when I was there with this nightmare, I would have attacked them, because they could never describe it.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I'll tell you something, I got, yeah, the whole human mind thing is interesting, because I went through that illness phase.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, but get this, I'm telling you the whole story.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_10]: So I get back into the lab and they say, they do my evaluation, and they say, what you want to hear, and I depressants in an anxiety post, as it's now,
- 24:13[SPEAKER_10]: As I'm a lot better often says with the sky.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 24:43[SPEAKER_10]: that the system is dangerous, they're doing more damage than they are good.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, I think that would lock up so I can't do what I'm in my way.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_10]: But then they will offer me these more dangerous drugs.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_06]: Mm-hmm.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_06]: I know, I'm not just agree.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_06]: Well, listen, I mean, you've got a lot of people out there in society.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_06]: and we've decided instead of institutionalizing them we're going to medicate them so yeah that's it so you end up with you know great school kids on drug people but not for really the children now well i feel sorry i feel sorry for so i'd like to i'd like to lose yeah i keep an eye on it yeah if you ain't going too far she can't walk yeah

- 26:00[SPEAKER_06]: And it gives you a little bit of a feeling for, you know, this whole metal health thing and how it can be bad.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, you can slide into the abyss, if you will.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_06]: Fortunately, I'm recovered now and I've taken the necessary cognitive test to be on the radio.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm safe.

- 30:00[SPEAKER_06]: There's a text message, they will not convict her, but will send her to a psychiatric facility.

- 30:50[SPEAKER_08]: I think after noon there, just about the women that are murdering the children, when I was in teenager that Susan Smith, the chief said they got kidnapped and stuff was alive, the chief stabbed them in the seat, like one was, I don't know.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_06]: Right, I know, we're in South Carolina, yep.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_08]: Whatever.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, they gave her life, now their guy said she should, I know all the lady, but how
- 31:17[SPEAKER_06]: You know, all of that's fine.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, if you, yeah, and society wants vengeance, and that's true.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_06]: And then Susan Smith case circumstances were probably different from this one.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_08]: I'm just saying, but she did 30 years in the op, the report order, I'll reject it, but I'm just saying, when are people going to stop saying,
- 31:43[SPEAKER_08]: Obviously, everybody knows they're pushing pills on people, which makes even worse crude off.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_08]: But the my point is, you know, this lady already did 30 years in prison, and then they did the promo parole board denied her.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_08]: Just on that topic that was on the show, that's all.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I wonder though, as a society seeing Susan Smith held in there until she draws her last breath.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_06]: Again, it's vengeance, but does that stop someone else from doing it?
- 32:18[SPEAKER_06]: No, I think there's other, I don't think so.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_08]: No, I think that's enough, right?
- 32:24[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, was it wrong?
- 32:26[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, was she flipped out?
- 32:27[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, were somebody pushing pills on her?
- 32:32[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know nothing about that case it was so long ago, but I I know, but some people are saying, well, they're pushing me.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, come on, you know.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_06]: The people who should be in jail are the ones that current threat to society, the brutal people.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_06]: We let them out all the time so they can murder somebody else.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I think just say that three stabins in a week and stuff like that, just in water down like that.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_08]: Come on.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_06]: Now, we let those.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_08]: One of these guys is, Glenn has probation officers on that and everything,
- 33:02[SPEAKER_08]: Because while I will find out why I don't like them and I'm texting a PM exactly why I don't But they did some of these guys around their probation You go in these new apartments together And they're smoking nothing to always stuff I mean, go check their fridge for a beer Mm-hmm And that's my opinion Okay
- 33:31[SPEAKER_06]: All right, sounds good.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_08]: Yep, thanks.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_06]: Thanks, Final.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_06]: All right, 75, 5, 12, 40, the phone number.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_06]: If you'd like to be on the air to talk with us to Muse about the world around us and all of that, I mean, a lot of interest in that story.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_06]: Again, it's a story everybody can relate to.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_06]: I don't like to follow trials that much.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_06]: Somebody wrote, man, it's not vengeance.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_06]: It's called justice.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_06]: I'll stand by my statement said earlier.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_06]: I'm all for vengeance, and I'm all for prohibiting somebody from doing it again, but this notion of justice.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_07]: I don't believe in it.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_07]: Supposedly, there was a story on the news about the motorcycle sub-north.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_06]: I hope they're all doing well.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_06]: That was a tough accident up there.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_06]: Did it do?
- 34:42[SPEAKER_06]: What else we got going on?
- 34:44[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, here's a quote from GenDB, and I'm focused on what's best for the North Country.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_06]: And he also rejects socialist, calls it absolutely not.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_06]: Of course, all your Democrats running in any way like this are going to be a socialist.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_06]: No, but the first thing you're going to do when you take office, January 3rd is vote to put hot king Jeffries in his speaker, or someone else, you know, similar.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_06]: And you're going to have in your caucus, people who are going to pull everyone to the left.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_06]: Now, I'm not saying that I don't think like gender being as in favor of abolishing the Senate.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think he's in favor of a lot of this crazy stuff.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think he hates Israel or anything like that.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_06]: He's generally a nice guy, but you got to look at this thing in a parlor entry sense.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_06]: What are you getting?
- 35:32[SPEAKER_06]: As far as the stick to me, well, I don't know.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_06]: But obviously, that... And the thing is, I don't think most people who are asking the question are you as socialist, and I was really even means.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_06]: But go ask gender being if he's as socialist.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_06]: What's that mean?
- 35:51[SPEAKER_06]: That matter, just to go ask.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_06]: Alrighty, let's see, do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do
- 36:20[SPEAKER_05]: It occurred to me that possibly if the city or towns are planning trees such as this, maybe they could plant more fruit-bound trees because we do have a number of people that are homeless and if they're walking by and having to be that time of year for an apple or a pair, and I haven't any birded that.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_05]: They have two beautiful maple trees, but they'd like them cut down just because of the fact they can't get
- 36:44[SPEAKER_05]: under their home in the summer and other trees look good and another neighbor has a beautiful pear tree in between the sidewalk and the roadway and I thought it was a butternut tree at first but on further inspection it's it's actually very good but that was just a thought you know well that's good wrong how were things in the maple shit how were things in
- 37:11[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, good.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_05]: I got to make this quick because of that work, but I just want to make a comment to you.

- 43:23[SPEAKER_06]: But they ever sell any of the one of t boxes that's where the t is and it's 18 of a money 18 whole course and uh... they ever sell the signs there sponsorship like so-and-so sponsors the third hole par three two hundred eighty seven yards of you know that type of thing
- 43:53[SPEAKER_06]: mm-hmm.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_06]: There's a lot of places do that, you know, it's called monetizing what you have.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_06]: Um, and you really got to be kind of an aggressive and a go-getter, you know, that's not necessarily what you're going to get in with that line of thinking in government.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_06]: It's more like, well, raise the taxes.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_06]: And that type of thing.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_06]: But there are ways you can monetize things.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_06]: I think we've missed a lot of opportunities at the arena.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_06]: I don't
- 44:24[SPEAKER_06]: People didn't write a check yet So 755, well 40 the phone number if you'd like to Somebody wants to know are you buying 661 factory street?
- 44:35[SPEAKER_06]: No, I don't want that If I did it on it, I get a couple five yelling and Taino is a gas and a Mac, and make sure everybody was out of the building and that'd be the end of it.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah No, that building is I don't know
- 44:53[SPEAKER_06]: When is somebody going to go in it and get some pictures and put it on the news?
- 44:57[SPEAKER_06]: Whatever happened to the local news, that's what I want to know.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_06]: That seems like an obvious one.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_06]: It just go up to it and say to one of the tenants, hey can we go in and you show us around?
- 45:08[SPEAKER_06]: If you're nice about it, you'll probably do it.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_06]: Bring a burly photographer with you, I don't think you're walking in there alone.
- 45:18[UNKNOWN]: Now.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_06]: Anyway, 7, 5, 12, 40 of the phone number, I'd like to give us a call to be on the show today.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_07]: Talk about things, good and bad, whatever.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, let's see, uh, doing a new building in Copenhagen for basketball for that story.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_06]: Um, covered that story.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_06]: didn't get much interest on the sports versus skirts, but that's okay, oh, let's see, vandalism forces Gloversville, that's a little village down in Mohawk Valley, they're John's town, you know.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_06]: Restrooms at the Trail Station Park spray pad in Gloversville are now closed because
- 46:18[SPEAKER_06]: And it's something we struggle with up here.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_06]: There's a crime I've got.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_06]: There's also it's a little crimes that people commit that I don't really care about, like a setback violation or a sign ordinance or something like that.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_06]: But, a mandalism really gals me, and especially when you're destroying public property there for the public good.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_06]: It can't even have a restroom,
- 46:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_06]: Every year is a go-people used to like to go into restrooms and smash the fixtures, the porcelain fixtures.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, that I haven't heard of that happening as much anymore, but then they develop stainless steel ones to fight that and then they come up with other ways to vandalize.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, people like that, I don't know, I think we should send some ice agents after
- 47:18[SPEAKER_06]: Talks from where the electric gloves and all that stuff and make them pay for those crime because there's no First of all finding out who did it's difficult, but there's no consequence to doing that The courts aren't gonna do anything Yeah, and you don't used to be I Remember the time I got there red light ticket back when I was 17 or 18 and I was worried Oh, that's gonna be in the paper.

- 48:19[SPEAKER_08]: You'd like to play each other.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_13]: I know.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_08]: There wasn't an incident about it and whatever else.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_08]: And the same thing is if you go in, you say you bought beer at a 7-11, 50 times.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_08]: You're over 50 years old, and you want to scan your ID.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_08]: That goes into some government system.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_08]: They know who is there at what time.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_06]: Well, that's why a lot of weed smokers are reluctant to use these licensed.

- 54:49[SPEAKER_06]: You know what I said that to her the first time she didn't know who foreign-slight and gale was?
- 54:53[SPEAKER_14]: I think she should not know that.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_06]: Um, well, I say a lot of things your references to things in the past and people look at me like what's wrong with you Yeah, that probably happens to a lot of us, you know generational thing Then it's like talking about Pearl Harbor or 9-11.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, it's like huh, what's that?
- 55:16[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe it's don't know So Anyway We'll see what's what's going on in the world today

- 55:43[SPEAKER_06]: They have a great Labor Day, right?
- 55:46[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_06]: What's the reason?
- 55:53[SPEAKER_06]: You know, if somebody's breaking a log, it might take a bit.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_06]: We're going to write more tickets.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_06]: They're going to put on press release.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_06]: And if you don't like it, you don't back the blue.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I don't like it.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_06]: I don't like it.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_06]: Better off stay in home.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_06]: But after doing it right in the air.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, Jeff, you're getting near the end of the show.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_09]: And you didn't have to do something at the start of the show.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_09]: You said you didn't want to talk about anything international.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_09]: I think it's very important that I introduce the subject back in North Korea and the President Trump both calling me the joint training operation we always have the South Korea.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_06]: My point is that it was five day old news and one of our competitors led with it.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_09]: It's getting up there very much so right now.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_09]: President Trump said he had Kim Jong-un, the good of me didn't know him, but I haven't knew him.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_09]: Because he gets along with him so well.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_09]: Right.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_09]: That's been denied by North Korea, that most such meeting, the schedule are going to be scheduled.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_06]: Mm, too bad.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_09]: And my question is, if you're more or less not much statement here, is, why would Kim Jong-un are great to be with President Trump again, you know, why?
- 57:06[SPEAKER_09]: Because Clinton told him, don't meet with him.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_09]: We've got him already warning.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_09]: and you've got to control over the South because you've got 60 nuclear weapons in North Korea and you're helping me now against Ukraine, so just the North Trump, and what I believe happens.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_06]: All right, that's a logical theory.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_06]: I don't doubt it, but okay.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_09]: Well, it's not really a series for a fact, but I think this is an issue we better say on
- 57:40[SPEAKER_09]: They've got a population of 52 million people, and North Korea's only got a population of 26, but they got 16 nuclear weapons that are constantly testing.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know if they have.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_06]: I know.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_09]: I know.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_09]: I don't either.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_06]: I don't either.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_06]: I don't either.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_06]: Thanks, Danny.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_06]: Bye now.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_06]: Los Korea will lose the kilos and the hundies, wouldn't we?
- 58:06[SPEAKER_06]: Whatever else is made there, come on.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that happened.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_06]: um... somebody told me miss a beefies coming out with a pickup truck is that true i always thought some of these brands they had you know you got to have a pickup truck in your line up these especially in the north country people of the pickup trucks you know he's every day at today heard another story somebody bought a brand new pickup truck went on their honeymoon and the engine blue live in massachusetts here's so many of those stories
- 58:39[SPEAKER_06]: You know, like $15,000 repair and they don't know when the engine will be in, or whatever, get trainees blowing up.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_06]: We got trainee problems all over the place.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_06]: So, I'm not sure if you're doing yourself a favor with some of these brands, but we'll see.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_06]: That's probably not everybody.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_07]: It just seems like you hear a lot of stories like that.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_06]: Well, anyway.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_06]: What else is going on today?
- 59:09[SPEAKER_06]: Well, we're waiting for our welcoming kit, um, anxious to look at it.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_06]: We offered some, I think, uh, very, uh, well-intentioned suggestions for how it could be better, mm-hmm.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's the way we are here.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_06]: Just the way we are.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_06]: Alrighty, is that it?
- 59:34[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I think that's our
- 59:38[SPEAKER_06]: And we'd be glad to talk to you tomorrow, but you're going to have to talk to Glenn Curry at five o'clock today.
