- 1:16[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know what the fuck man.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, that up.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_10]: What's that say, Blue?
- 1:27[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know who needs to hear this, but don't kill your kids.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_11]: We're going to, uh, this might be one of the best shirts we've ever made in our entire time.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_11]: So that's my new favorite shirt on the side.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_09]: I've got for getting a life advice on the side now.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, you need it.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_10]: I think a lot of people need it.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_10]: It's just a little reminder.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_10]: It's like a guilt sign.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_10]: It's fucking insane, isn't it?
- 1:49[SPEAKER_13]: You know, I've been watching these jurors come out and give these interviews.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_13]: They're all nuts.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_13]: And they all wanted her to be innocent.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, really wanted her to be innocent.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_10]: One of the women said that she thought that uh, it would make things better for women.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_10]: If, uh, yeah, I'm sure that now there's one more shirt on here.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_10]: What does this say?
- 2:09[SPEAKER_13]: 11 line date date day.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_13]: What does it say back?
- 2:14[SPEAKER_13]: Who is that?
- 2:15[SPEAKER_13]: It's Ohio State Brian day and then yeah, but what's the score back there?
- 2:19[SPEAKER_13]: 24 17 24 17.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_13]: He needs to be 24 23 Brandon, but I'll call you after the show.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_13]: that fucking game.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_13]: Jesus, dude, the bet one.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_13]: Thank God.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_13]: I don't, that's the first time, by the way, that I've ever bet something at a point in a half and it actually paid off in the entire life.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_13]: Like, usually you're like, okay, what's a point in a half, right?
- 2:44[SPEAKER_13]: You're not going to win by one point.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_13]: That's the exact who would happen there.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_10]: Well, if you were to save my entire weekend, if you were to stuff on digs, um,
- 2:54[SPEAKER_10]: We didn't talk about it in the sports show, but you can't do goal-post celebrations.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_10]: He said, I've been a league a long time, so I forgot about that, and no point since he's been a league as I've ever been a league.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_10]: Nope.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_10]: And they had a chance to go for a two-point conversion, but couldn't because of that penalty.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_10]: No.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_10]: And they lost the game by how much?
- 3:15[SPEAKER_13]: Two points, two points.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_13]: Stefan Dix is a reason he's playing for his fourth team in four years.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_13]: Correct.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_13]: Correct.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_13]: Going back to this, don't kill your kids.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_13]: T-shirt here, which I love.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_13]: Pop that up one more time.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_13]: How this is a really good shirt.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_13]: I love that we did it in Black, too, and just bold white letters.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_13]: Those are my favorites, too, by the way.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_13]: Blue, I just sent you a DM.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_13]: I wanted to get your thoughts on this.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_13]: You're at a town, obviously, for the 9-O-Aven gig.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_13]: And this was Gayle King interviewing one of the jurors.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_13]: And once she found out that the lone holdout was a Black man,
- 3:53[SPEAKER_13]: She was taken aback by this.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_13]: Like, I mean, just stuns live on air.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_13]: And that's how you knew that it was live on it.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, she was just stun, play this clip.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_19]: I'm curious about the jurors themselves because we know it was nine women, three men.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_19]: What was the age range?
- 4:11[SPEAKER_19]: What was the racial makeup?
- 4:12[SPEAKER_19]: I haven't heard any of that.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_19]: What was it?
- 4:15[SPEAKER_24]: 70, 70ish to 22, and one person of color and then everybody else was white, a lot of the jurors had children.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_19]: Uh-huh.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_19]: A 1% of color was a person of color, a woman or a man.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_19]: A man?
- 4:35[SPEAKER_19]: A man.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_19]: Is a hold-out shirt a person of a black man?
- 4:41[SPEAKER_19]: Yes.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_19]: A black man is a hold-out shirt?
- 4:43[SPEAKER_19]: Yes.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_19]: Well, I have to sit with that for just a second.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_13]: Why?
- 4:49[SPEAKER_13]: Why?
- 4:50[SPEAKER_13]: Why do you have to sit with that for a second?
- 4:54[SPEAKER_10]: Well, she's been surprised before when she found out that her ancestors were slave owners.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_10]: So maybe she's as confused lady.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know what to tell you.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that's out.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_10]: But what is the expectation?
- 5:11[SPEAKER_10]: By the way, the media ran a complete blitz against this dude.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_10]: Nobody, like they found out who he is.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_10]: And he's been the domestic violence suspicion, suspicion, huh?
- 5:22[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, that's an interesting word to you is when you're, by the way, it's a felony in Massachusetts to harass a juror after a trial.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_10]: And frankly, I think they should start press and charges.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_10]: This dude should be fucking screenshotting everything in press and charge.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_13]: That's what I wanted to ask you because you guys did it on crime corner.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_13]: I know it's coming up on Wednesday and it's
- 5:44[SPEAKER_13]: Hot button issue man.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, everybody's still talking about this goddamn Lindsey Clancy thing.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_13]: Um, but to my knowledge man, I didn't think you were allowed to doxageer.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_10]: Um, doxing is, yeah, I don't know what.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_10]: specific law and Massachusetts has on that, but there is they do have very, and keep in mind, it's one of the oldest state constitutions in the country.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_10]: They have very strict laws.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_10]: Like you can't even, I think it's his harass or annoy, actually, the juror after the trial, or something like that.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_10]: I can't remember what the exact link was just, but yeah, that's a problem.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_10]: You can't allow that.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_10]: Do they show who he was?
- 6:24[SPEAKER_10]: By the way, because I haven't seen that yet.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_13]: We got to get these motherfucking jurors off this motherfucking case.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_13]: That was great if it was.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if they've actually outed him specifically, at least in the media, but they were, they were talking about his biographical information and show like that.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I don't imagine be very difficult to find out.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_13]: I, that's what I thought too, man.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_13]: And so, it looks kind of shocking to see over the weekend.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know how accurate it is, but I heard,
- 6:58[SPEAKER_11]: Yesterday that they're going to be announcing his identity on like September 18th and something like everybody's identities get announced on the 18th really So yeah, we'll we'll have it then.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, so bloke do me this one last favor here is the reason I brought this up is I heard Somebody started to go fun me, but for him and it's reached some fucking crazy level right now Well, how can they start to go fun me if we don't know who he is?
- 7:21[SPEAKER_13]: Well, but because of this like apparently when he
- 7:25[SPEAKER_13]: is going to get announced the worried about his safety or his life for if he's going to get a loud to have a job and all this other shit and it's crazy to me but some I had just caught the headline briefly this morning on the way in a work and it said that that you know people were raising money and they've gotten high but I didn't know for how much.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah it's for the loan hold out juror there and then yeah click the links you how much it's worth
- 7:53[SPEAKER_09]: What kind of figure, yes, they might not link the actual thing to the article.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I'm trying to find I'll find the actual go find me Yeah, go to go find me itself and then just type in hold out your and see what it says I think I believe is on TMZ this morning.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_13]: All right here it is.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_13]: It's it's on give send go.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_09]: It's not oh Got you got you something.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, it's got $130,000 right now and the goal was 150.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah
- 8:24[SPEAKER_09]: And that's just to get the dude out of there.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_09]: I guess, right?
- 8:26[SPEAKER_09]: What does it say underneath the stand with the juror?
- 8:28[SPEAKER_09]: So it's in favor of the juror.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_13]: I get that.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_13]: What is he?
- 8:33[SPEAKER_13]: Are they trying to get him a new house?
- 8:35[SPEAKER_09]: One juror?
- 8:36[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_09]: E-bike.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_09]: What is it?
- 8:39[SPEAKER_09]: One juror how to see.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_09]: He looked at what she did, not the brand of zooloft.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_09]: I just stands, it's just saying stand with him.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_09]: So, thank you, thank you, maybe.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, give it a cup of coffee or something.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_09]: Jesus, man.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_09]: That's a lot of cups of coffee.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, wait until September.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_13]: Wait until Friday.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_13]: that that guy's going to be everywhere.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_13]: They're going to foster this guy's face everywhere.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I mean, if I were him, I'd use all that money to hire a security team.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_11]: Because there's going to be a lot of cycle bitches going after him.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_13]: I would get the fuck out of Massachusetts.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_13]: I can tell you that all of the marms with exercise bands.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, boy.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_13]: Look, could you imagine exercise bands in value and white wine?
- 9:22[SPEAKER_13]: He got a dude.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_13]: There you go.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_13]: Cheers, everybody.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_13]: Cheers.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_13]: Welcome back.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_13]: All right.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_13]: First up top story, deport Ilhan Omar Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen on Thursday.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_13]: Sort of that's Somali-born representative Ilhan Omar, marry to brother.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_13]: As part of an alleged fraudulent immigration scheme and could face deportation, stop me if you've heard this before, mulling me the comments to conservative podcaster Benny Johnson, as he discussed the ongoing federal investigation into the squad, Congresswoman at the GOP midterm convention in Dallas, play this clip.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_28]: Okay, well, what's going to happen?
- 10:08[SPEAKER_28]: It's going to happen, it's going to happen.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_28]: It's an ongoing investigation.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_28]: We know that she married her brother to try to bring in the United States.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_28]: We know he wins now in London.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_28]: We feel like this may, you know, there's even maybe more be, there may be more to this, the whole family, migration, and possibly some illegal activity for them to come to the United States begin with.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_28]: But all of this in the best, it weren't best getting, here's what I want to make sure it is.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_28]: If we actually move a case forward, it's not a political case.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_28]: It's actual case because they did things wrong.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_28]: If you decided to break the law, or why on your, on the information you get in the United States,
- 10:55[SPEAKER_28]: The bell to come into the United States, the reader of asylum, or because you're going to want to see get a better life, but you can't tell it's who you actually were, you lied about certain things about your application.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_28]: Of those things, there's no expiration to that.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_28]: If we can prove it that then you shouldn't be here in the first place, will the court you?
- 11:14[SPEAKER_28]: And so we're looking at, it's more than just per case.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_28]: We're looking at a lot of cases that are very similar to this.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_28]: that we feel like there may have been fraud from the get-go.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_28]: But when we move forward, it's not political because you chose to break the nation's loans.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_28]: And I've said this multiple times, and I continue to say, I don't make the laws anymore.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_28]: I'm in charge of enforcing laws, and I will not pick and choose which laws I'm going to enforce, in which laws I'm not.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_28]: I'm going to force all of this.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_28]: Break guardless of the young.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_28]: We're done with your Omar.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_28]: We're going to force it equal.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_10]: Well, that's not true.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_10]: No.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_10]: And here's how it's not true.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_10]: There's still Chinese people in this country.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_10]: Yep.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, what the fuck?
- 11:58[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_10]: Once again, we find out over the weekend that they were assisting Iran and targeting Americans in Trump's response was, oh, we do it to them too.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_10]: Cool.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_10]: How many Americans are going to fucking Chinese universities right now?
- 12:14[SPEAKER_10]: I bet it's not 600,000.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know if any are.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_10]: There's some.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_10]: Is there really?
- 12:21[SPEAKER_10]: It's not 600,000.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_10]: How many times has America unleashed a fucking virus on the world?
- 12:29[SPEAKER_10]: Zero.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_10]: I just what the fuck is Mark Wayne Mollon talking about now there to all the rest of this The evidence I've seen is pretty clear.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_10]: She definitely married her brother.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_10]: He's living in England now So I don't know what they're gonna do about that the problem is she naturalized at 17 and this happened years after that
- 12:52[SPEAKER_10]: and typically speaking, if they had evidence that she lied on her application specifically, that could immediately go to an immigration judge who could denaturalize her and deport her immediately.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_10]: But that's not the case.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_10]: As it stands right now, based on what I understand about this,
- 13:10[SPEAKER_10]: She will have to, um, if they have evidence of this, it'll have to go to federal court.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_10]: And the department of justice will have to make a case on why she should be denaturized.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know how likely that is.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_10]: But if it was successful, if they denaturized her in that regard, she would be immediately deported.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_13]: For me, it just goes back to, uh, what we've been saying here for the last, I don't know, let's call it four to six months in this show.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_13]: I'm tired of hearing about it.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_13]: Just fucking do it.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_13]: We all know she married her brother.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_13]: We all know she did a legal shit with,
- 13:41[SPEAKER_13]: the Somali fucking, what do we call that?
- 13:46[SPEAKER_13]: Relief funds or, I mean, what is it at this point here?
- 13:49[SPEAKER_13]: All the fake charities.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I mean, it's, it's, the fraud has been endless all that other shit.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_13]: There's a million photographs with every fucking Somali in dude who's been arrested and deported on the fucking internet, her own savings.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_13]: Remember the wine company?
- 14:05[SPEAKER_13]: With her husband, where it was 14 million dollars, and then back down to fucking, it was worth $30 million dollars.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_10]: $30 million, allegedly, and then down to $95,000.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, $95,000.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_13]: What more do you need to fucking reject this woman from the goddamn country?
- 14:20[SPEAKER_13]: I don't get it.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_10]: Well, we have laws, and it's important that those laws are prosecuted in the way that they're written, or rewritten in a way that we wanted to be, but you can't just deport somebody for committing crime to after their naturalize.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_10]: That's never been the law in this country.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_10]: Um, you can, um, there are,
- 14:40[SPEAKER_10]: There's no requirement to maintain good moral character after you've been naturalized.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_10]: If you're on a green card, yes, if you're on a visa, yes, you can be removed for almost any reason in those cases.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_10]: Once you're naturalized, it becomes much more difficult to remove citizenship.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_13]: So let's start with a brother thing.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_13]: You can't be deported for that from marrying your brother and getting him into the country.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_13]: No, but he can have his citizenship
- 15:05[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, well, he's already in London.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_13]: So maybe he's expecting that or was expecting that?
- 15:11[SPEAKER_13]: I'm not really sure.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_13]: What about the fraud for the business?
- 15:15[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, no, no, as far as deportation goes, not as a standard rule, but you can pursue it.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_10]: If there's a,
- 15:22[SPEAKER_10]: If there's like a litany of crimes, especially ones that are related to the immigration system, then yeah, you could pursue that federal court, but it's a different court.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_10]: It's not an immigration judge making a unilateral decision and then another judge on a PO or anything like that.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_10]: It's a fucking full panel.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, from my understanding, she can't get deported for doing something wrong.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_09]: She goes to prison for doing something.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_13]: Last question, then, what about being an endless cont.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_13]: Can you get deported for that?
- 15:54[SPEAKER_13]: No.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, because that would be the easiest one for me.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_13]: And yeah, dude, with all this shit, I'm tired of hearing about it, just do it.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_13]: A rest of us, I don't really give a fuck what it is to be honest with you at this point, but do something about it other than just fucking talk.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_13]: Benny Johnson's been a lot of places.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_13]: He's all over Fox and all that other shit there.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_13]: That background noise you heard was not a strip club.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_13]: It sounded like it's, but it was just that convention we were talking about last week on the show, but
- 16:28[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, man.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_13]: I wish you could just eject his woman for the country, but there's got to be something holding this up and it's probably what you said.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_13]: Because otherwise, there's 50 other fucking things that it appears is if you could be deported and she's still here every single fucking time.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_13]: And she's definitely not gonna lose this district anytime soon.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, no, not unless there's another fucking water head that takes the job.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, but who is that?
- 16:56[SPEAKER_10]: Well, maybe it'll be the guy we found in, uh, Ohio the next story.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_13]: Really?
- 17:01[SPEAKER_13]: This is a Somalian genocide and fraud that children of blood thirsty Somal.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_13]: Somal dictator, uh, see at bar.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_13]: Sure.

- 35:27[SPEAKER_02]: No, my opponent said he was for terrorists, I don't know what that means, but what you really need is somebody who can actually work with the administration to get things fixed.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: Can you tell President?
- 35:37[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, so yeah, to your point, he doesn't seem like a fucking retard.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, it's fine.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_13]: Why wouldn't he go out and do more press?
- 35:50[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, the, the, don't fucking interrupt your impotent when he's making a mistake.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I don't think they've had a debate or anything.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_10]: No, or I, I say, I hate once one.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_10]: I, I don't think they plan to, um, yeah, I would, if I was my garage, I would take that in heartbeat.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_10]: Now it is read back as I own quotes to him and read his son, Piker's quotes to him the whole time.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, what the fuck?
- 36:10[SPEAKER_13]: That's the thing in the world, and that was the argument over the weekends that he's not doing same with Ken Paxton and down in Texas because his Talereco shit is appears to be rising.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_13]: Go to the next one.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_13]: Go to the couch on Talereco.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_13]: So.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_13]: It was a Kimmel, Kimmel dropped that interview on Friday.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_13]: He alleged, obviously, that the FCC shot his interview down, which obviously, not true.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_13]: You just have to give both candidates equal time there.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_13]: Talleriko 52 to 48 on Calshy right now.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_13]: How much money is on this one?
- 36:48[SPEAKER_13]: So the curiosity.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_13]: 12 million.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_13]: Whoa.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_13]: That's a big one.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_13]: Wow.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_10]: Well, the the biggest thing about Texas is that Elon is announced he's going to spend somewhere between 50 and 200 million on TV ads in Texas alone.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_10]: And then he's going to go up to Michigan and spend some money up there too.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_10]: And there's a couple of other folks that are rich folks that are getting involved in these campaigns.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, look, my garage doesn't need to give interviews if he has good TV ads.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that's just how it is in anywhere, actually, but especially in a place like Michigan.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, there's a great one going around right now here in North Carolina.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know if you guys have seen it's with a girl that got shot with a shotgun.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_10]: It was, oh yeah, I get that one every day.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_10]: That's one of the most devastating political ads I've ever seen.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, you come to talk about how Roy Cooper let a dude out of prison for no reason and the guy broke into his daughter's home and shot her in the chest.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_13]: It is insane and like dude, I was with my kids watching football and that came on and my wife popped into the back and she goes, hey dude, what are you watching and I'm like, I'm just watching the fucking football game.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_13]: Do you have that ad?
- 37:59[SPEAKER_13]: Can you play that ad?
- 38:01[SPEAKER_09]: What should I look up for, do you think?
- 38:03[SPEAKER_09]: Uh, stupid.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_13]: Roy Cooper, shotgun.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_13]: We'll probably do it as the keywords.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_13]: But man, even I was stunned.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_13]: I was like, uh, I'm remote diving.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_13]: You know, just trying to find the remote for the kids.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_13]: That I'm like, oh, fuck, dude.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I've been getting a surprising amount of ads for site on my YouTube feed.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_13]: Well, so they did that.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_13]: Hey, I'll tell you how they did that to his last time.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_13]: So our listeners reached out and said, hey, dude, you know, Democratic candidates have bought up you guys's feed, you know, via Google or whatever, and they're running ads, we couldn't stop it, but also wrong audience to do it.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_13]: Play it in, and we want to, do you see it there, Coup?
- 38:44[SPEAKER_11]: I'm looking for one, this one.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_11]: The one that he just pulled up, ironically, is titled Roy Cooper writing shotgun for 37 minutes.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, Jesus, are you kidding me?
- 38:54[SPEAKER_13]: Are you kidding me, dude?
- 38:57[SPEAKER_13]: But yeah, dude, I've seen these ads in there.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, hey, they're also on YouTube's kids videos, which is fucking wild to me, man.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_13]: They're putting political ads on YouTube kids.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_13]: Yep.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_11]: That.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_11]: That doesn't.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_11]: I know.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, YouTube kids is a cesspool.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_11]: It's weird, dude.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_13]: I think this is there.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_13]: There you go.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_13]: Press play on this.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_30]: Logan was the most caring, loving person.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_30]: It was a home invasion.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_30]: Went to the house where Logan was sleeping and he pulled her out of bed and forced her on her knees and stuck a shotgun in her.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_30]: I've decided we're just pulled the trigger.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_30]: For no reason, Logan was a casualty of an agent.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_30]: Roy Cooper let 35 hundred criminals out on the street, 18 of them or murders, 40 years of Roy Cooper's enough.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_25]: S. L. F. Pack is responsible for the content of the advertising.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_13]: Middle of the day during a football game.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_13]: And I again, it was, it happened so fast.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_13]: I was unprepared because I didn't think I was going to see an ad like that.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_13]: I think the ad is great.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_13]: But there's a time and a place for it for Christ's sake.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, holy shit, man.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_13]: So this is the first time I've had to describe some of these ads to my kids, because they're popping up everywhere.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_13]: And it's the rapes, the murderers and all this other shit.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_13]: Roy Cooper's here, he's local to North Carolina, so obviously unless you live here, you're not getting these ads.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_13]: But my YouTube TV was set to Texas.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_13]: So I'm seeing the Tallahureka Lans and shit like that right now, which, you know,
- 40:33[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know that Ken Paxon needs to do a debate against him.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_13]: I think his own words and his own ads will bring him down, same as Saeed.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_13]: They got to start pumping money in here because we're less than 60 days out, which will lead us into our next story.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_13]: And that is Taloreco, James Taloreco, super straight, non-patophile, James Taloreco, that's editorializing.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_13]: Is it?
- 40:57[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_13]: checking.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_13]: You don't know that those are truth statements.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_13]: I do not.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_13]: I do not.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_13]: But you write the news.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_13]: So I trust you.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_13]: I trust you.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_13]: I trust you.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_13]: I wouldn't recommend that either.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_13]: James Salaryko, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, it taxes once described parents who refuse to acknowledge their children's gender identity as potentially engaging in abusive behavior.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_13]: I think that there are some folks that would think that if you deny your child's gender identity, that's incredibly harmful.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_13]: And whether or not we label it with
- 41:40[SPEAKER_13]: It's abusive for sure, Talorico said while speaking out of committee hearing and the taxes legislator in 2019.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_13]: Was he on Fox this weekend?
- 41:52[SPEAKER_13]: Is that the clip that you got there?
- 41:54[SPEAKER_10]: No, I don't know what.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_10]: what clip he's talking about, this is an old one.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_13]: Now, this one's an old one, but like oddly enough, Tala Rico and Saeed have both gone to Fox News.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_13]: One of them went to Saeed went to Jesse Waters, who did Tala Rico go to one Fox News on that clip up there?
- 42:17[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know this ladies name.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, press play on it though.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_25]: during the 2021 hearing you said there are six biological sexes.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_25]: Do you still believe that standing here me right now?
- 42:28[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_03]: I've missed the mark on some of my past statements.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_03]: I will be the first to admit it.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_03]: What I meant is that there are two sexes and then there's a small percentage of people with genetic abnormalities.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously didn't say it correctly.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_03]: There are not six sexes.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_03]: There are two
- 42:46[SPEAKER_03]: Politicians in that convention center across the street want to talk about six Sexes because they don't want to talk about six dollar diesel everywhere Girl across the state of Texas people are struggling to survive in this economy They are struggling to afford the basics groceries, gas, utilities, healthcare and that's what I'm We focused on from now until let you so just to nail it down here standing with me You can confidently say there are two sexes a man and a woman absolutely
- 43:12[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, so that's obviously a start contrast to what he's said in the past what he's said in the past wasn't about sex It was about something way worse.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if that did you did you look in the and the article to see if there's a video with this I assume there's a link to the video, but This is something way worse.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, yeah, it was a matter.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, that's it the top video scroll up there you go press play on the one
- 43:41[SPEAKER_03]: That would be, I think there are some folks that would think that if you deny your child's gender identity, that's incredibly harmful.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_03]: And whether or not we can label it with the term abuse, I mean, it's abusive for sure.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_03]: And so that's where I think some of us have concerns, and I don't want to speak for the members.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_27]: Yeah.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_27]: Well, should it say,
- 44:04[SPEAKER_27]: are you suggesting that it ought to say that it should include the person's willingness on willingness to acknowledge a child's gender, or should it be silent as to whether that is a butte.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_27]: Whether it's it needs it at all.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_03]: My my just concerns ruling it out as not being abuse I think is dangerous and and could certainly harm some of our most vulnerable kids in the state.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, so not letting the
- 44:34[SPEAKER_10]: That's what he really believes because that's what he said when it came to creating law.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_10]: Forget about the interviews he's trying to run for something when it really mattered.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_10]: He said that you are committing child abuse when you don't fucking let you let the state cut your kids dicks off.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_10]: That's it.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_10]: There's nothing else to fucking talk about.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_13]: There isn't, and you know, if Elon's gonna dump in this money, you can just play these clips over and over and over again on television.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_13]: I still don't think he's gonna win, but I haven't seen any Ken Packs videos yet.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_13]: So I don't know.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_13]: If he wins, this would be one of the most shocking victories in political history in my opinion.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_13]: He's not going to win.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_13]: I don't think so either, but everybody else is saying it, especially in the mainstream media.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_13]: Now, we know it's been a lie in the past, and I certainly don't believe any of these fucking polls are posting in any of the other shits, but man, I would be fucking stunned.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_13]: That would pretty much be the end of Texas at that point of Talorico one.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_13]: Uh, even the governor, do you see wheelchair?
- 45:49[SPEAKER_13]: Somebody's, you know, they're saying she's within striking distance of Greg Abbott there.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, what is she a tree?
- 45:57[SPEAKER_13]: Uh, yeah, yeah, she is.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_13]: She's a huge fucking tree dude, is what she is.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_13]: Uh, is this packed in here, speaking to the Dallasman?
- 46:06[SPEAKER_13]: Yep, all right, press play on this.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_29]: I will fight to preserve the American dream.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_29]: James Tolerico is running to destroy it.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_29]: He is a democratic socialist who never met a tax increase.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_29]: He didn't love.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_29]: As a matter of fact, he voted to tax your income in Texas.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_29]: We all love that.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_29]: He wants to tax your tips.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_29]: He wants to tax your overtime.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_29]: And he even wants to tax your Social Security.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_10]: He looks like he had a fucking stroke.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, what happened?
- 46:43[SPEAKER_10]: He was the only person.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_10]: He was the only person.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_10]: He was the only person.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_10]: I don't pay attention to these assholes.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_13]: This is why he's not out talking.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, this makes sense.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_29]: That's exactly what James Tallahurek would be.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_29]: You've heard this before.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_29]: He calls himself a Christian who hates Christianity.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_29]: Said, God is non-binary.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_29]: I must have missed that verse in the Bible.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_29]: And, of course, he claimed there were six genders, which is absolutely crazy.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_29]: And this guy is really obsessed with transitions.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_29]: He wants to transition your kids.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_29]: He wants to transition Texas off of Boyle and Gas.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_10]: Boy, this is why he's not tied.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_10]: I know, she's, I didn't say this again.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you for finding this.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, look, he's saying, while he's not saying the right stuff, harping on that six-gender thing, don't pin your enemy down by force and then do things to them.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_10]: Well, that's not what I meant.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_10]: Ray, oh, sorry.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_10]: Pin your enemy down on stuff that they have to currently defend.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_10]: is pointless, because now you're, you're like, oh yeah, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, what the fuck is appointed that?
- 47:58[SPEAKER_10]: It's terrible politics and he's not a good politician.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, that's just stupid.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_13]: Don't even get involved in that.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_13]: And by the way, that voice is real close to, I'm not gay, I'm just from Atlanta.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_13]: He's, I mean, he's hiding it by this much, dude.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_13]: This much.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_13]: Fuck, and then, by the way, go back to that screen real quick.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_13]: That's another one where he's just staring at a teleprompter right there.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_13]: That is a guy who's not used to making speeches on a massive national stage and make no mistake about it.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_13]: This was a big stage, dude, it was, and I thought it was a good idea to do it, but he was staring at this teleprompter the entire fucking time man.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_11]: How can you be sure what he's looking at exactly, because he's looking at a couple different directions.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_13]: the gentleman upstairs, and then you got to keep one eye on the prompter over there.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_13]: Was this Trump here at the, the, I didn't see his closing speech.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, this isn't him on a can pack some.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, I'm okay.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_13]: Great.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, and by the way, you've got to elect Ken packs, and you got to do it.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_13]: I got American financing out of there.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_13]: It was the show.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know
- 49:17[SPEAKER_15]: But I said it, my people said, please don't say that, so I won't say it, but I'll tell you what I was thinking about saying.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_15]: I said, I don't like the way, Ken.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_15]: Rest is.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_15]: Although I also said he looked really sharp in that suit yesterday, I thought, spiffy.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_15]: And then I said, I don't really like the way Ken talks.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_15]: Then I said something that they really hated.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_15]: Please, sir, don't say it, sir.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_15]: So I'm not going to say it, but I'll tell you what I was thinking about, sir.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_15]: I said, I don't really like the way you look.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_15]: I don't like it.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_06]: I don't like it.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_13]: God I wish the country was going well right now.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_13]: I would enjoy all of this.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_13]: I really would But everything he said is totally true about Ken Paxon.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_13]: Oh my god.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_13]: That's that big nervous at all.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_13]: That's the first time I've actually seen him in a herd of him.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_10]: No, okay now he was really good at Managing
- 50:33[SPEAKER_10]: I guess you could say the court in an effort between the attorneys general across the country to claw back some of the stupid bullshit that Biden did.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_10]: He was good at that.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_10]: He wasn't as good as our guy and Missouri, but he was passionate was pretty on it.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_13]: OK. One thing to keep an eye on here, too, that I think could help him, if you're looking for some form of October surprise there, is this paramount deal is looming
- 51:00[SPEAKER_13]: with Warner Brothers and Austin is in the running for it.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_13]: And if he were to bring that whole, we'll both studios there, they said it would bring 56,000 jobs to Texas and all their other shits.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, look, the all the Indian immigrants need new jobs, so, it's a good thing, right?
- 51:20[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, but they don't really do Bollywood shit, you know?
- 51:23[SPEAKER_13]: The way Allison runs it, it's your stocks, it's Tom Cruise.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, Tom Cruise is back with days of thunder.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_13]: It's things like that.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_13]: He doesn't really do bother with shit.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_13]: But if they were able to bring that there, because I think the deadline, they're giving the AGs for all these states, or yeah, the Attorney General's vote for the 12 states that are suing them is October 1st.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_13]: So.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_13]: That would be a big move there, and that could potentially help, but it would absolutely decimate LA's economy there.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_13]: So we'll see.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_13]: Newsom's out of there anyway, so you're just going to give a fuck.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_13]: But yeah, man, midterm nights tune in.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_13]: We'll be live all night long, and this is going to be fucking crazy, dude, across the board.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_13]: I truly do not know what is going to happen, or really don't.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_13]: I've got my guess, but as we were talking about last week and I mentioned this on fake news, when your only thing is, yeah, but what are you voting against?
- 52:25[SPEAKER_13]: That's when it gets really tough.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_13]: When you can't run on the issues and you just have to say, yeah, but these guys are fucking socialists and communists, it gets really fucking hard.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_13]: Immigration is about the only thing we can pretty much run on right now.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_13]: That's going well.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_13]: Everything else?
- 52:45[SPEAKER_13]: It's not great.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_13]: Next up, Mombani, Sue's Trump.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_13]: New York City Mayor Zoroan, Mombani, is suing President Donald Trump's administration over plans to expand federal authority to deny visa and green card applications based on welfare status.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_13]: The lawsuit filed jointly with New York Attorney General Latisha James, ever heard of her?
- 53:12[SPEAKER_13]: many either.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_13]: Targets the Trump administration's plan to expand the public charge rule, which allows the federal government to deny visa applications based on the likelihood that the applicants will receive public benefits.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_13]: Trump's administration seeks to expand the list of benefits that apply under the rule with the change taking effect September 18.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_13]: If you were a citizen or an individual seeking humanitarian relief like asylum, these changes will not affect you.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_13]: Mom Donnie said it at a press conference on Monday.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_13]: Do we have that clip there?
- 53:48[SPEAKER_13]: Actually, play it, that'd be great.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_01]: Out of a belief that New York City is the greatest city in the world in no small part because of the immigrants who helped to build it.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_01]: And we're going to lay the foundations of our bridges and erected towers that stretch into the sky.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_01]: Immigrants wrote the poems that stir our hearts and sang the songs that make a stance.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_01]: Immigrants fought for the eight-hour workday for fair pay and workplace protections that deliver dignity into the lives of so many.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_01]: Immigrants from every country, from every continent, who speak every language and worship in every conceivable way, drive our buses and our trains teach our children how to read and tend to us when we are sick.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_01]: Immigrants are New Yorkers and yet we know that all too often,
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: They are not treated as such.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_01]: The federal government has waged a campaign of violence and terror.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_01]: On the company, children have been forced to navigate our judicial system alone.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_01]: Ice has broken into our neighbor's homes, worksites, and schools, and it has targeted those who have come to our country in search of refuge and in search of opportunity.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_01]: These actions are an assault on our civic fabric, on our shared values, and no matter
- 55:03[SPEAKER_01]: Just last month, the federal government finalized a set of drastic and unlawful changes to our country's public charge rule.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_01]: A rule that makes it possible for someone to be denied immigration status based on the likelihood of their need for public benefits.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_01]: Set to go into effect this coming Friday, September 18th, the new public charge rule expands the list of public benefits that might count against green card or visa applicants.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_01]: If you are a citizen or an individual seeking humanitarian
- 55:33[SPEAKER_01]: these changes will not affect you.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_01]: The new federal public charge rule not only sweeps aside more than a century of established law.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_01]: It is intentionally vague as a means of creating uncertainty and fear.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_10]: No, no, okay, so a couple of things.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_10]: Obviously, you can't get any information from this hunt.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_10]: What's actually happening is the Trump administration is invoking a long and for unenforced part of the Immigration Act of 1882, and it prohibits the entry in the United States of any, quote, convict lunatic idiot, or any person unable to take care of himself or herself without becoming a public charge, which is an awesome, the language in that is
- 56:24[SPEAKER_10]: Um, convict lunatic idiot is sweet and glad that that exists in our law.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_10]: Um, ultimately this will allow Trump, uh, Trump's team to deny green cards to any immigrant.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_10]: who are likely to use federal welfare, food stamps, Medicaid, and to revoke green cards of immigrants who are currently using any of these programs.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_10]: It will take effect this Friday.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_10]: As a result, 5.6 million immigrants are expected to lose access to those benefits.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_10]: In American taxpayer should save about 13 billion in the year, but more importantly, I need to talk about these numbers.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_10]: So, Mamedonic landed up to 4 million people can be forced to unarroll from their healthcare under the new rule.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_10]: This is one of a few things he said that are interesting to me.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_10]: So you're saying that of the 23 million people in the Affordable Care Act.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_10]: 4 million, 17% of them are immigrants?
- 57:23[SPEAKER_10]: Are you fucking kidding me?
- 57:25[SPEAKER_10]: We're subsidizing a bunch of people's health care right now and almost 20% of it are people who don't even have a right to fucking be here.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_10]: That's pretty crazy.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_10]: By the way, joining this lawsuit are the usual suspects, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Clara County and King County, which is Seattle's county.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_10]: The problem with this, the second problem with this whole statement is the thing that he keeps trying to cap off his little statements with that it's interrupting or going against 100 years of established law.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_10]: The problem with that is, liberal hero, Bill Clinton signed two laws during his turn that restrict welfare access for immigrants and, in fact, the legal status should they need it.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_10]: The first is the personal responsibility and work opportunity reconciliation act.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_10]: And the second is the illegal immigration reform and immigrant responsibility act.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_10]: Often called the 1996 welfare reform law, the first one, barred, most legal permanent residents, LPRs are green card holders.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_10]: From receiving federal means tested public benefits, such as food stamps, SSI, whatever.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_10]: during their first five years in the U.S.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_10]: The second strengthened enforcement of this, adding penalties for unlawful entry and expanded the grounds for a deporting non-citizens, reinforcing the, quote, public charge rules where using certain public assistance could negatively affect immigration status or entry.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_10]: exactly the opposite of what this retar just said.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_10]: I mean what the fuck are you talking about dude you're the mayor of the largest city in this country and you're making statements about the law that are just fucking untrue and not only are they not true but the progressive fucking liberal hero Bill Clinton who's wife is still out there trying to be involved in politics.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_10]: is the one who fucking passed these two laws, not to mention the fact that it's every country and the fucking world up until about five years ago had some kind of law like this about immigration.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_10]: You can't come here if you're going to be a public charge.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_10]: That's a fucking standard everywhere on earth until this global shit started.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_10]: So I don't know what the fuck this twatch's talking about, but he's out of his goddamn mind.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_13]: But every speech he makes in St. with Gavin Newsom is if they are the president of the United States for some reason.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_13]: One's a fucking governor in California.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_13]: He's a fucking mayor for Christ's sakes.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_13]: And he holds these press conferences like he is the president of the United States.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_13]: Now we all know what's going on behind the scenes.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_13]: That's his voters.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_13]: So if he loses them and they vanish.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_13]: Let's say they go back to their own country or they lose these benefits and they're like, well,
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_13]: I use up all of America for all I could get out of it.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_13]: Now I'm going to go home.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_13]: These voting numbers are going to be drastically fucking different in the next election.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_13]: And they know that.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_13]: This is the only way out of it.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_13]: So I don't really understand it.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_13]: To your point about Hillary Clinton, I'm going to bring up this clip from OA.
- 1:00:22[SPEAKER_13]: Go to your DMs there.
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_13]: Um, she has been a champion for immigration for fucking ever.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_13]: Look at how grainy this goddamn footage is for Christ 6.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_13]: This how long ago she's been talking about fucking immigration.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_13]: Uh, and what should happen with any of these fucking people.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_13]: I think this one memory serves me correctly as a long time ago.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_13]: Please look at this in regards to it's like breaking the law.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_13]: Like get them the fuck out of here.
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_21]: So I think we got to have tough conditions.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_21]: Tell people to come out of the shadows if they've committed a crime, deport them.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_21]: No questions asked, they're gone.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_21]: If they've been working and are law abiding, we should say here are the conditions for you staying.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_21]: You have to pay a stiff fine because you came here illegally.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_21]: You have to pay back taxes.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_21]: And you have to try to learn English.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_21]: And you have to wait in line.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_13]: So I agree with all of that.
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_13]: Now, if you think, hey, man, this was in the 90s.
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_13]: It doesn't happen now.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_13]: There's another clip I got for you.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_10]: What's up with the 90s?
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_10]: That's 2,000.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_10]: Six.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_10]: There was 2,000, eight.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, 2,000, eight?
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_13]: Why does that footage look so fucking grainy?
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_13]: looks fucking terrible.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_13]: She's we have we come that far was 1080p not there.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_13]: You know, you're right.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_13]: I don't think it was.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_13]: I think we were.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_09]: We're at a set of 20p or maybe four eight.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_13]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_20]: I think we need to call it for what it is.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_20]: Secretary President, a legitimate reason to have a debate about things like migration.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_20]: It went too far.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_20]: It's been disruptive and destabilizing and it needs to be fixed in a humane way with secure borders that don't torture and kill people.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_20]: I think.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_10]: Fucking torture.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_10]: What are you talking about?
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_10]: Not being able to illegally enter the country is not torture, my friend.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_10]: she might be talking about the cages though that's that one of them knows she built she did she was the zar for that okay um yeah i mean there's two sides of this whole fucking thing one of them is just the complete retarded open border thing
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_10]: And the other one is, some of the right wing response to this now is to refer to yourself as a heritage of American and that's cute and all.
- 1:02:52[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I've got members of, we've actually done it on the show.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_10]: Members of both sides of my family served in the great war.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_10]: We'll call it the war of American independence, the Revolutionary War.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_10]: good for me.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_10]: You know what that entitles me to?
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_10]: Not a goddamn thing.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_10]: And entitles me to nothing.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_10]: As a matter of fact, it means I owe more to this country than other people because my family's been taking advantage of it for longer.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_10]: You don't, you're not entitled to anything.
- 1:03:22[SPEAKER_10]: None of you motherfuckers are.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not gonna bother talking to the left because those people are fucking constant, they don't understand anything anyways.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_10]: But this is like growing sense of entitlement for the right, it's got a stop.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_10]: It is jackass behavior.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_10]: Stop taking credit for shit you didn't do.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_10]: your job is to recognize that this is the greatest country in the history of the world that it needs your constant attention and maintenance and to make sure that it still exists for your kids and your grandkids not to think like this you know a heritage american me somebody who's relative's got here during the colonial period.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_10]: So, the fact that 40% of World War II veterans were first or second generation Americans that has been anything to you, fuck off, man.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_10]: This recent bout we've had with unchecked migration as a fucking problem, but that doesn't mean that it's always been that way.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_10]: We've had a great success with assimilation over the years, not just from white people either, from Koreans.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_10]: and Japanese people who have brought their culture here but assimilated into ours to a large degree and been highly successful doing so.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_10]: And that's fine, good for them, good for them.
- 1:04:35[SPEAKER_10]: Don't just think that the world started 10 years ago.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_10]: We have a very long history and I'll say it again, the more that your family has benefited from this country, the more you owe.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_10]: you're not entitled to anything.
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_10]: This idea that we can just extract from the country because of something that other people, regardless of their bloodline, relation to us, did, is fucking nuts, man.
- 1:05:03[SPEAKER_10]: No.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_10]: Do more.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not, this is, I'm not trying to be preachy or anything.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_10]: because I'm one of the people I'm talking to.
- 1:05:11[SPEAKER_10]: I owe more.
- 1:05:12[SPEAKER_10]: And so do you, Motherfucker, it's just the whole concept of Heritage American has come up as a defense against immigration.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_10]: I get it.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_10]: What difference does that make?
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_13]: I don't like it because of the words.
- 1:05:32[SPEAKER_13]: I don't like changing these phrases over and over again, the left does this all the fucking time.
- 1:05:39[SPEAKER_13]: Where they change or invent these phrases that didn't exist before.
- 1:05:43[SPEAKER_13]: It's to suddenly have some meaning that we're all supposed to abide by or respect or call ourselves and everything else.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_13]: Is there any fucking conversation that you would have on this planet where you would refer to yourself as a heritage American?
- 1:05:58[SPEAKER_13]: other than just an American.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, I don't understand that.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_10]: I'm a Teddy Roosevelt guy.
- 1:06:04[SPEAKER_10]: There's no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_10]: They're either American or not.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_10]: And we can talk about what that fucking means.
- 1:06:11[SPEAKER_10]: It means that you've assimilated into this culture if you came from somewhere else.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_10]: Does it mean you got to change your hair or change the food you eat?
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_10]: But do me a favor and don't shit in the street, please.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_10]: Indians, do me a favor, take a bath from time to time.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_10]: Maybe you don't stink out in fucking public.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_10]: You know, and there's a plot, like I went to college with a million Indian dudes, none of them were fucking shit bags who reject American culture, not one of them.
- 1:06:40[SPEAKER_10]: Same thing with Asian people.
- 1:06:44[SPEAKER_10]: Europeans are all across the some some of our really good friends are Canadians, which is way worse than anybody else in my opinion Have emigrated here.
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_10]: It's like what the fuck man this this is That you don't get credit for something somebody else did That I just don't understand that will my like if if if if
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_10]: the establishing point of your identity or the point you're making is something that someone else did.
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_10]: And you're trying to use that.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_10]: That's but it's literally borrowed ethos.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_10]: You have no right to that.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_10]: It doesn't create a claim for you.
- 1:07:23[SPEAKER_10]: It certainly doesn't create a claim on somebody else's rights.
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_10]: Should they come here and do things the correct way?
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_10]: That's nonsense, right?
- 1:07:28[SPEAKER_10]: So
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_10]: this is what i'm asking i'm not telling that this isn't about immigration by the way i don't give a fuck i think which is shut down immigration indefinitely probably for ten years if not twenty uh... that's not the point the point is these little phrases like heritage american that's supposed to buy you something
- 1:07:48[SPEAKER_10]: And you've done nothing to earn it except for simply existing.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_10]: That's not a thing, man.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_10]: It's just not a thing.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_10]: What it doesn't apply is that you are one of the founding families to some degree of this great country.
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_10]: And don't you owe more as a result of that?
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_10]: Don't you have a greater responsibility to make sure this thing persists than somebody who showed up 20 or even 100 years ago?
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_10]: I would say yes.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_10]: I think it's obvious that that's the case.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_10]: But because you've got more invested in it,
- 1:08:16[SPEAKER_10]: That's the way we used to think, we used to think that the more I have invested and something like this.
- 1:08:22[SPEAKER_10]: the more it's my responsibility.
- 1:08:23[SPEAKER_10]: Now we're talking about, this is the right wing, the so-called conservative bootstrap people were talking about how, because my family historically haven't invested stuff.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_10]: Now it's time for me to get stuff.
- 1:08:35[SPEAKER_10]: What the fuck are you talking about?
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_10]: This is how Empire's fucking die.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_10]: This is how every empire is died.
- 1:08:42[SPEAKER_10]: And whatever you think about what our country is, constitutional or public or otherwise, we are and have been imperial to a large degree and we'll continue to be.
- 1:08:52[SPEAKER_10]: the more imperial we are in my opinion.
- 1:08:54[SPEAKER_10]: That's the best, all the best stuff that Trump does is imperial minded to make America strong, especially against other countries, especially against adversaries, when it comes to energy and technology and the military and everything else.
- 1:09:08[SPEAKER_10]: But that requires not your consent, it requires your active participation, and I would think
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_10]: that if you're one of these people who has a long lineage in this country, even if it's only into the later 19th century, that you would feel a greater responsibility to make sure it's great, not just a fucking coast on what some other people did.
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_10]: Come on, man.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_10]: We're fucking slipping and sliding down.
- 1:09:35[SPEAKER_10]: There's this fetal adage.
- 1:09:40[SPEAKER_10]: Don't get in the mud with pigs because
- 1:09:46[SPEAKER_10]: we've all taken on this fucking shitty identity politics thing to some degree or another and think that something about our identity means something.
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_10]: It doesn't mean shit.
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_10]: Your identity is, I mean, that's fine.
- 1:09:59[SPEAKER_10]: Do whatever you want, think about yourself, however you want.
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_10]: It's important for us to have a shared culture.
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_10]: I agree with that.
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_10]: But that has nothing to do with when your family got here.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, it doesn't.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:10:10[SPEAKER_10]: And that again, that's not,
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_10]: like, oh, I shouldn't have to compete with immigrants.
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_10]: No one fucking said that.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_10]: No one fucking said that.
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_13]: You idiot.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_13]: But again, I'll go back to the language of this.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_13]: This changing of the language that's been happening for years with a democratic party.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_13]: I don't want to see them right either.
- 1:10:31[SPEAKER_13]: Don't.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_13]: We're all Americans.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_13]: That's it.
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_13]: We don't need to add an extra word or any of that other shit to it to make it sound more important.
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_13]: No, just being a mayor
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_10]: Call them what they are.
- 1:10:45[SPEAKER_10]: Call them an anti-American piece of trash, like the fucking firefighter did over the weekend in New York.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_10]: 100% on board with that.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_13]: Did he keep his job, by the way, it was the only thing I was curious about.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_10]: If he does it, we'll fucking have a fundraiser and retire him and fuck those guys.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 1:11:01[SPEAKER_13]: That was awesome over the weekend.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_13]: That was the one clip you want to play at Luke.
- 1:11:05[SPEAKER_13]: You can't right there.
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_17]: I'm pretty sure this guy's retired.
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_17]: He's all the shit.
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_17]: He talks like a man that's got nothing to lose, doesn't he?
- 1:11:15[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_17]: But that's how it used to be in New York.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_13]: Um, and you would hear that shit all the time back in the day.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_13]: Now you get the fucking giggles and chocolates here at the 9-11 Memorial from these two fucking idiots, which will lead us into the next fucking idiot here.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_13]: This is Macklemore, in case she didn't hear or you forgot about him, Macklemore opened up for Ed Sheeran last week and gave a speech about freeing Palestine.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_13]: If you want to pull that up, blue, con Twitter, you can here while I read the article.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_13]: Now, it went on one night, and then it went on the second night, and a lot of kids go to Ed Sheeran concert.
- 1:12:22[SPEAKER_13]: Let's face it.
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_13]: It's not adults typically here, but
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_13]: But Maclimore has now been dropped from the tour and he says Patriots owner, Robert Crafts, banned him from the stadium over his free Palestine comments.
- 1:12:37[SPEAKER_13]: He's saying that Robert Crafts, according to USA today, one of the New York Patriots in their stadium, has successfully had at Maclimore removed from Popstar Ed Sheeran's tour, the Grammy award winning rapper, made, well, he won a Grammy, that almost subsets me more.
- 1:12:54[SPEAKER_13]: for the thrift shop song, maybe the revelation itself on Monday, which is today and crafts later confirmed it.
- 1:13:04[SPEAKER_13]: I'd good for Robert Crafts shit, maybe more people should get jacked off.
- 1:13:09[SPEAKER_11]: You know, by Asians.
- 1:13:10[SPEAKER_13]: Hey, clear the mind.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_13]: Shife.
- 1:13:12[SPEAKER_13]: I think it does.
- 1:13:13[SPEAKER_13]: Maclamor posts on Instagram on day that crafts leaned on Sheeran, one of the world's top-selling musicians to remove Maclamor from the lineup.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_13]: Do it as free Palestine position, Maclamor expressed earlier this month.
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_13]: Sheeran's loop.
- 1:13:29[SPEAKER_13]: Tour 2026 is scheduled to play at Gillette Stadium, which craft owns on September 25th in 26th.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_13]: And he shared his statements right here on stage, getting press play.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_06]: One of the reasons why I wanted to come on this tour was because I wanted to stand up here.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_06]: on stages and stadiums across America and say two words that are very near and dear to my heart, free Palestine.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_10]: But it was said the N-word and one of the, yeah, I know.
- 1:14:08[SPEAKER_10]: Bacon, maybe.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
- 1:14:12[SPEAKER_10]: Keep playing it.
- 1:14:12[SPEAKER_06]: Palestine.
- 1:14:17[SPEAKER_06]: I want those words to be loud and clear so that people from Gaza all the way to the occupied West Bank know that we have not forgotten them and this next song was inspired.
- 1:14:33[SPEAKER_06]: by the bravery of Columbia University students who let an encampment movement that mobilized the entire world open up hearts myself included.
- 1:14:44[SPEAKER_06]: So thank you to those students that risk their diplomas that risk their tuition, that risk their scholarships that stood up and said no.
- 1:14:52[SPEAKER_06]: See you, AD students, students for justice and Palestine and Jewish voices for peace.
- 1:14:58[SPEAKER_06]: Thank you guys.
- 1:15:00[SPEAKER_06]: to all of my Jewish brothers and sisters.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_06]: Criticism of Israel, criticism of apartheid, being against genocide in no way is a criticism of you.
- 1:15:16[SPEAKER_06]: My message is for peace, love for all human beings to be treated with dignity, respect, and equality.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_06]: So I say free Palestine.
- 1:15:27[SPEAKER_06]: I say free Lebanon, I say free Cuba, I say free Congo, free Sudan, free all people in America living and fear over this terrorist organization, ICE.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't hear that part.
- 1:15:44[SPEAKER_06]: None of us will be free until we are all free.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_06]: This song is called Hanzo.
- 1:15:50[SPEAKER_06]: I've been trying to do it.
- 1:15:53[SPEAKER_13]: All right, all I can picture dude is taking my kids to this which Ed Sharon tickets are not cheap.
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_13]: I know you're probably at home listening to this during a car saying, come on Ross, that's not true.
- 1:16:04[SPEAKER_13]: Now he's he's a massive fucking artist and being lectured like this on the stage from fucking Macklemore for eight and this one on for eight minutes including the song that he played about free Palestine here and he did this two nights in a row.
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_13]: How much would take us to this?
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_13]: uh... one fifty not that you know i mean i guess if you're going with your family that's a lot now they are rights uh... but uh... how many people fucking sold their tickets after this bullshit uh... score out of the floor that let's see what florist eats on drink a prostitute uh... like right in front of the stage is four fifty okay
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_13]: If you would have taken your kids at this fucking bullshit, man, I don't even know what you'd say to a me either of like, hey, I can guarantee you one of my kids would say, hey, what the fuck is, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's, what's
- 1:17:08[SPEAKER_10]: Would you open up for Ed Sheeran and tell them, yeah, I'll do a much longer than eight minutes.
- 1:17:17[SPEAKER_13]: I am feeling it would start off with Palestine doesn't exist kids and here's why so yeah dude, and then his Instagram post on top of it, it's like the first chapter of
- 1:17:31[SPEAKER_13]: The great Gatsby, all Sparia, you can read it if you want to.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_13]: I was a shock to see that it's 6.4 million followers on Instagram.
- 1:17:38[SPEAKER_13]: Jesus Christ, dude.
- 1:17:41[SPEAKER_13]: But, you know, he starts it off by saying Ed Sheeran and his team have made the decision to remove me from the loop tour.
- 1:17:48[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know why you were on it in the first place.
- 1:17:50[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, I really don't.
- 1:17:52[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know how Ed Sheeran syncs up with McLean Warner for Christ's Sakes, but yeah, dude.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_13]: He says, we have careers, money, opportunities, safety and audiences around the world.
- 1:18:04[SPEAKER_13]: Whatever consequences any of us face for what we say, we get to go home to our families, the victims of Palestine people, the men, women and children who've been killed, starve, displaced, and forced to live through unimaginable violence, don't blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_13]: So, yeah, none of this is shocking other than the fact that Macklemore was asked to open up for Ed Scherr.
- 1:18:28[SPEAKER_13]: That's shocking to me.
- 1:18:30[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, he, I don't know if he's put anything out good recently, but he used to be pretty popular 10 years ago.
- 1:18:36[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, when's the last time you heard him?
- 1:18:38[SPEAKER_10]: Macomor?
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:18:40[SPEAKER_13]: Joaquin Lee.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_13]: I came in.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know if this is part of your show, but like, for quite a bit of the other night.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, for come quick.
- 1:18:46[SPEAKER_13]: Did you guys use that?
- 1:18:47[SPEAKER_11]: Like a Maccomer song?
- 1:18:48[SPEAKER_11]: We listened to it as a hype song just because it came out the same year of the case that we were working on.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_11]: But before the break, that was even worse.
- 1:18:54[SPEAKER_13]: What was that?
- 1:18:55[SPEAKER_13]: We, it was that.
- 1:18:56[SPEAKER_11]: Shit, that was, fuck, I don't even remember.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_11]: Now it was 2011, I believe.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_11]: Or something like that, but we were even saying prior to listening to it that night.
- 1:19:04[SPEAKER_11]: That was the first time any of us had even thought of Maccomers.
- 1:19:07[SPEAKER_11]: And 15 years?
- 1:19:08[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, 15 years.
- 1:19:10[SPEAKER_13]: The only thing that he's made headlines for was this fucking free Palestine song.
- 1:19:15[SPEAKER_10]: which you release, well, I think maybe that's kind of the point.
- 1:19:20[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, it's not, it's usually not people with the peak of their careers doing this stuff as it, it's usually people.
- 1:19:25[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, it's like that.
- 1:19:26[SPEAKER_10]: Do you remember in, um,
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_10]: the late odds early teens, all the ugly girls getting those stupid haircuts.
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, fat girls.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_10]: Instead of, you know, going to the gym, or whatever, and not eating like a fucking pig, they just like, hey, what if I get an asymmetrical fucked up haircut, then people will like me?
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_10]: Well, no one likes you.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_10]: Um, and it's it seems to me just like one of those last resort things.
- 1:19:54[SPEAKER_10]: Um, I don't have, I'm not getting the attention that I want anymore.
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_10]: So I'm going to wrap myself in this cause that I think is popular.
- 1:20:02[SPEAKER_10]: I think that's, I think that's what's happening here.
- 1:20:04[SPEAKER_10]: I don't think any of these people, I mean certainly they don't know the facts of the case.
- 1:20:10[SPEAKER_10]: or they wouldn't be involved in this, but this has been going on for a lot longer than macromor has been alive, frankly.
- 1:20:20[SPEAKER_10]: This red green alliance, this alliance between the leftism and communism and Muslims has been going on for a long time, and it's effectively
- 1:20:31[SPEAKER_10]: It's funny, the, the commoners think that the Muslims are assorted, they're carrying in a battle with the reality is they're writing on the back of a fucking wild animal that's just going to eat them when they're fucking done.
- 1:20:47[SPEAKER_10]: That's it.
- 1:20:47[SPEAKER_10]: You're an MRE motherfucker and all of history shows that it's so funny They think this is going to go turn out their favor and the only real benefit of it is to get to watch the muzzies Fuck the left us up at the end frankly.
- 1:21:01[SPEAKER_10]: That's Farther paper view goes.
- 1:21:03[SPEAKER_10]: That's the best part.
- 1:21:05[SPEAKER_13]: But let me ask you this is that
- 1:21:07[SPEAKER_13]: a popular cause.
- 1:21:09[SPEAKER_13]: I don't really hear about it unless Macomor or who's the other dickhead Mark Ruffalo.
- 1:21:15[SPEAKER_13]: He was talking about it the other day.
- 1:21:17[SPEAKER_13]: Other than that, I don't really hear it that much anymore.
- 1:21:20[SPEAKER_10]: About Palestine.
- 1:21:21[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, well, everybody's on other stuff right now, but they'll come back to it.
- 1:21:25[SPEAKER_10]: They always do.
- 1:21:25[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 1:21:27[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't even know if Palestine was still a thing.
- 1:21:30[SPEAKER_13]: Well, it's not a real thing.
- 1:21:31[SPEAKER_13]: The way they bomb the shit out of that place, like I, it's, I haven't heard much about it to me.
- 1:21:35[SPEAKER_10]: Well, it wasn't a real play.
- 1:21:36[SPEAKER_10]: There's not, there is never, and never will be such a thing as an ethnic Palestinian, that's not a thing.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_10]: know that the the people that lived in that region what the for the only period that was ever even referred to as the British palestinian mandate by the way British being the operative word there.
- 1:21:56[SPEAKER_10]: It was full of Jordanians, transordinians, Jews, Jews, Jews, Christians, Arabs, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi, yaddi
- 1:22:11[SPEAKER_13]: I know it's Monday.
- 1:22:12[SPEAKER_11]: There you go.
- 1:22:12[SPEAKER_11]: And there are a few pages deep.
- 1:22:13[SPEAKER_13]: Takes a second to get to it.
- 1:22:14[SPEAKER_13]: Thank you.
- 1:22:16[SPEAKER_13]: Next up, Costco is rationing oil.
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_13]: Costco is rationing its Kirkland signature motor oil as a global shortage of a key ingredient using synthetic lubricants, sends prices soaring.
- 1:22:32[SPEAKER_13]: with a 10 court pack that once sold for as little as $30 is now fetching $58.
- 1:22:40[SPEAKER_13]: The warehouse giants is limiting members to two units every seven days as supplies of premium base oils remain squeezed by production outages and disruptions in the Middle East.
- 1:22:52[SPEAKER_13]: Costco's website lists two packs of Kirkland's signature OW20 and 5W20.
- 1:22:59[SPEAKER_13]: full synthetic motor oil 10 cords and total for $57.99 cents that is nearly double.
- 1:23:08[SPEAKER_13]: The roughly $30 price Kirkland oil has fetched in the past according to the auto wire.
- 1:23:14[SPEAKER_13]: fuel prices have been surging alongside the lubricant squeeze.
- 1:23:18[SPEAKER_13]: The EIA's latest weekly reading puts regular gasoline at $4.16 a gallon and on highway diesel at a record $5.97, while more recent AAA data put diesel above $6 a gallon and regular near $4.29.
- 1:23:39[SPEAKER_13]: crude oil meanwhile has climbed back above a hundred dollars a barrel adding another layer of pressure to motor oil makers already grappling with a shortage of premium group three base oils as refineries have more incentive to steer barrels toward higher margin gasoline diesel and jet fuel.
- 1:23:59[SPEAKER_13]: Look man, that call this morning that I was on for a from hard day of shelter is about gas prices and about diesel prices.
- 1:24:06[SPEAKER_13]: these keep going up and up.
- 1:24:09[SPEAKER_13]: Currently in North Carolina, it's about six dollars.
- 1:24:13[SPEAKER_13]: Fucking California hit the limit over the weekend, I don't know if you guys saw this.
- 1:24:17[SPEAKER_13]: The sign stop at 999.
- 1:24:21[SPEAKER_13]: stop no way.
- 1:24:22[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I didn't see that.
- 1:24:24[SPEAKER_13]: That's it.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_13]: I never seen that happen before.
- 1:24:26[SPEAKER_13]: I have not either.
- 1:24:28[SPEAKER_13]: I was trying to think back to it man of all my years there living there and I can't remember time here.
- 1:24:34[SPEAKER_13]: So yeah, I shit this this is not shocking to me.
- 1:24:40[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, the only thing that I I guess I can't figure out is why people would want to buy this in excess.
- 1:24:48[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I mean, maybe it's people running mechanic shops, where else are they?
- 1:24:52[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know where they'd buy this, so maybe it's that, I don't know, but the ingredient that they're talking about is called group three base oils, and they are heavily refined petroleum stocks that provide the high thermal stability and low viscosity required from modern synthetic lubricants such as OW20 and 5W30, a bit of the latter, which is the most common for vehicles today.
- 1:25:17[SPEAKER_10]: is ongoing geopolitical conflicts and shipping disruptions in the Middle East to have cut off a massive portion of international supply.
- 1:25:24[SPEAKER_10]: There was we didn't talk about it today, but there was the who-the-bombed a Saudi pipeline is going to take four months or a couple months rather, I think, two months to rebuild if they do it quickly and it took four million barrels a day off the list of global oil supply, which is, I mean, anytime there's a
- 1:25:45[SPEAKER_10]: supply shock there's a price shock so that might make it worse.
- 1:25:48[SPEAKER_10]: We'll see.
- 1:25:50[SPEAKER_10]: I do know that
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know the exact numbers on this.
- 1:25:56[SPEAKER_10]: I know that the non-arranean oil moving through horror moves right now is up to 10 million barrels a day.
- 1:26:05[SPEAKER_10]: It was 17 million before the war.
- 1:26:10[SPEAKER_10]: But I don't know how much of that was Iranian oil.
- 1:26:11[SPEAKER_10]: Iranian oil is zero right now.
- 1:26:13[SPEAKER_10]: So we might be either way.
- 1:26:15[SPEAKER_10]: It's still 7 million barrels a day off, plus another 11 million barrels.
- 1:26:20[SPEAKER_10]: That's not
- 1:26:22[SPEAKER_10]: A crazy amount, I mean the US alone uses 105 million barrels a day I think, but it's, you know, it's obviously having an impact.
- 1:26:31[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I mean I'm looking at CNBC right now and it says the Saudis have closed off the east-west pipeline after drones launched from Iraq, damaged its uh, re-odd has not disclosed how badly it is damaged or how long it'll be shuttered.
- 1:26:48[SPEAKER_13]: and the market could lose 120 million barrels if the pipeline is closed for a month and storage is drawn down at the red sea port of Yanbu forgive me, have never been there, have never spent time or vacationed the longer the shutdown, the higher the price crude oil prices rose on Monday
- 1:27:17[SPEAKER_13]: And for how long is this going to last?
- 1:27:19[SPEAKER_13]: That's what everybody's thinking about talking about.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, this is literally every single fucking question that I get in real life, every single day now.
- 1:27:29[SPEAKER_13]: And I don't know the answer to this.
- 1:27:32[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I think one of the things we had to work on is,
- 1:27:37[SPEAKER_10]: getting Venezuelal leave open.
- 1:27:39[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not sure why they haven't yet.
- 1:27:41[SPEAKER_10]: There may be some reason for it.
- 1:27:42[SPEAKER_10]: Maybe they're trying to, maybe the Trump administration is trying to stay off another supply shock.
- 1:27:50[SPEAKER_10]: But yeah, I think.
- 1:27:53[SPEAKER_10]: That's something that we're going to have to talk about because as it stands right now, there's no not I would I do you we can't support price controls in the first place Although during certain periods they have been effective with regard to energy output We've kept energy prices before during emergency periods, but
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_10]: That's not like a long-term solution.
- 1:28:16[SPEAKER_10]: That's like a week or two or something like that.
- 1:28:20[SPEAKER_10]: You don't want that to be a standard or anything.
- 1:28:23[SPEAKER_10]: What you do want is the ability to flood your own oil into a place.
- 1:28:27[SPEAKER_10]: And the only way to do that is from the Strategic Reserve.
- 1:28:30[SPEAKER_10]: You can't do it from the oil companies because they're all transnational organizations.
- 1:28:34[SPEAKER_10]: And they dump into the global oil supply.
- 1:28:38[SPEAKER_10]: So if you were to, for example,
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_10]: say, hey, Exxon or whomever, I'm going to give you access to our oil market and shut other people out if you sell to the certain rate, which is, I mean, I think we just tried to try that with beef and it obviously never works to do that stuff.
- 1:28:56[SPEAKER_10]: You're kind of fucked.
- 1:28:57[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, it doesn't, that's not how a global, you can't manipulate a global market through private companies like that.
- 1:29:03[SPEAKER_10]: You can only do it through public.
- 1:29:07[SPEAKER_10]: public coffers, essentially, and our strategic reserve at the moment is just too low to do that.
- 1:29:13[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know, it's, it's, we've been using it to stave off even higher gas prices lately and too, like I mentioned before, two or three years from now with this new Venezuela deal, it'll be a non-issue moving forward, but right now it is an issue.
- 1:29:26[SPEAKER_13]: Yes.
- 1:29:27[SPEAKER_13]: And then the other thing I wanted to ask you about is that the Houthis have reportedly
- 1:29:37[SPEAKER_10]: What is that exactly it's a it's a it's a refinery island and in their Saudi Arabia and and just I you you have to imagine that we're just gonna drop something big on that or even maybe Saudi Arabia does I don't know but don't
- 1:29:54[SPEAKER_10]: That's like that would that would be like us Seizing Carg Island, which I when when this all first kicked off like no, no, no, no, don't do that Don't put troops on the ground.
- 1:30:05[SPEAKER_10]: They got that place zero.
- 1:30:06[SPEAKER_10]: What you think you don't think Saudi Arabia has got Their fuck one of their larger refinery islands zero to come on me and like they should be dumping on who with you right now I don't know how much infrastructure damage they want to take and how quickly they think they can rebuild it But I assume there's gonna be some kinetic pop off there
- 1:30:22[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, and that's I guess my question all this is if let's say they do and it destroys some of those refineries, how much more fuck do we?
- 1:30:32[SPEAKER_10]: Um, I depends on how much output they have.
- 1:30:35[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know the answer to that.
- 1:30:37[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 1:30:39[SPEAKER_13]: Um, but yeah, dude, this, uh, this isn't great.
- 1:30:42[SPEAKER_13]: What's this video here, book?
- 1:30:43[SPEAKER_09]: So this is according to or open source intel.
- 1:30:46[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 1:30:47[SPEAKER_09]: It says US applied gear is among the equipment that who these are parading after their western coast take over.
- 1:30:53[SPEAKER_09]: The hardware that has been sent by Saudi Arabia to allied forces who since collapsed.
- 1:30:59[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, so I've seen these videos too over the weekend.
- 1:31:02[SPEAKER_13]: Is any of this true, Dan?
- 1:31:04[SPEAKER_10]: uh... what which specifically that there's seizing our uh... military fucking uh... vehicles missiles all their shifts not missiles no but um... there's uh... there's a um... and a role submarine drone that is made specifically to be to operate in places where we won't send our other submarines because we don't care if it gets captured or not
- 1:31:27[SPEAKER_10]: So they say, we captured a submarine.
- 1:31:29[SPEAKER_10]: No, it's like you found a drone on the ground, man.
- 1:31:32[SPEAKER_10]: Fuck you talking about.
- 1:31:33[SPEAKER_10]: And there was some dumb content in the comments the other day talking about it.
- 1:31:38[SPEAKER_10]: Like, oh, we do, they do get a drone.
- 1:31:40[SPEAKER_10]: Like, no, they are a sub.
- 1:31:41[SPEAKER_10]: Like, no, they didn't.
- 1:31:42[SPEAKER_10]: Calling that a submarine is like calling a predator, a drone, a fucking airplane, man.
- 1:31:47[SPEAKER_10]: No, it's not a jet, it's just a fucking drone.
- 1:31:50[SPEAKER_10]: There's no people on it.
- 1:31:51[SPEAKER_10]: And it gets remotely wiped when it gets, when it's out of our hands.
- 1:31:58[SPEAKER_10]: Palmer lucky did a whole thing on it the other day, but that the whole reason that thing exists is to operate in non-promissive environments where the likelihood of discovery is very high and then it's still careful when it won't get taken.
- 1:32:09[SPEAKER_10]: That is not an American submarine being captured.
- 1:32:13[SPEAKER_13]: And then this video right here, Luke, you have up, I saw this as well.
- 1:32:16[SPEAKER_13]: Dan, why can we just drop a fucking Jdam on these people right here?
- 1:32:20[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, look.
- 1:32:22[SPEAKER_10]: I support that.
- 1:32:24[SPEAKER_13]: Pretty fucking easy, right?
- 1:32:25[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 1:32:25[SPEAKER_10]: If you just see some random towel wearing person walking around with a gun, just drop a bomb on, I think that's pretty safe.
- 1:32:33[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, that's it.
- 1:32:34[SPEAKER_13]: That's it.
- 1:32:35[SPEAKER_13]: Like if you're wearing laundry, you know, yep, come on.
- 1:32:40[SPEAKER_13]: That's it just just keep fucking bombing away.

- 1:33:12[SPEAKER_13]: What do we got up first, Anthony?

- 1:34:01[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, press play.
- 1:34:02[SPEAKER_07]: Many black people got both legs as in a house and ain't have a strength on their knees.
- 1:34:05[SPEAKER_07]: On today's episode of 60 minutes, we interviewed the black juror from the Lindsey Quanticase.
- 1:34:10[SPEAKER_05]: My name is Lockett, bitch of Jackson, all one word, no hyphens and I ain't go for the bullshit.
- 1:34:14[SPEAKER_07]: For six weeks, Lockett, bitch of Jackson, listen to every detail in the Lindsey Quanticase while biting his tongue.
- 1:34:20[SPEAKER_07]: Man, you should have seen that white lady sitting in that courtroom trying to look crazy.
- 1:34:24[SPEAKER_07]: I want to stand up and say, hey, go suck on you.
- 1:34:26[SPEAKER_07]: We can't entrust it to do that because this hit is in there.
- 1:34:28[SPEAKER_07]: But during the liberation process, Mr. Jackson was surprised to find out that he was the only juror who believed Clancy to be guilty.
- 1:34:35[SPEAKER_07]: Listen, we're on for the payout.
- 1:34:36[SPEAKER_07]: River street.
- 1:34:37[SPEAKER_07]: You can miss me with all that she crazy shit.
- 1:34:39[SPEAKER_07]: You want to see crazy?
- 1:34:40[SPEAKER_07]: Go outside, visit that cracking and deliver the bus stop.
- 1:34:43[SPEAKER_07]: Barefoot in the middle of Boston with a desk crazy.
- 1:34:45[SPEAKER_07]: This bitch probably got five police in the house.
- 1:34:47[SPEAKER_07]: Well, mental illness can prison itself in multiple ways.
- 1:34:49[SPEAKER_07]: But real quick, we interviewed you, what we interviewed with me.
- 1:34:52[SPEAKER_07]: That's what I thought.
- 1:34:53[SPEAKER_07]: For seven days, not that bitch-ups, fellow jurors, attempted to convince him that Clancy's actions were the results of a severe and into illness.
- 1:35:02[SPEAKER_07]: Listen, I never said she wouldn't be saying, all my people are crazy.
- 1:35:05[SPEAKER_07]: You just got to do it a little better than that.
- 1:35:07[SPEAKER_07]: What's next, Jeffrey Doppel just a little over?
- 1:35:09[SPEAKER_05]: Fuck off my face and it's a Jackson.
- 1:35:10[SPEAKER_05]: She was taking multiple psychiatric medications.
- 1:35:13[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, my mama took medicine every day, but did you?
- 1:35:15[SPEAKER_07]: She never took me out.
- 1:35:16[SPEAKER_07]: Despite the mounting pressure against them to change his mind, like that bitch up didn't budge.
- 1:35:20[SPEAKER_07]: They can't pass it.
- 1:35:21[SPEAKER_07]: What would it take to change your mind?
- 1:35:22[SPEAKER_07]: And what did you say?
- 1:35:23[SPEAKER_07]: I said, take George Washington off that horse and Boston to put an alcohol metal on that motherfucker.
- 1:35:27[SPEAKER_07]: Then we could talk.
- 1:35:28[SPEAKER_02]: Then how they respond to that?
- 1:35:29[SPEAKER_07]: Would you have number three stood up and said, this nigga's lost it.
- 1:35:32[SPEAKER_07]: Then he wouldn't got the judge.
- 1:35:33[SPEAKER_07]: We wondered if Jackson's unknowing from a position on criminal accountability would apply the same level of scrutiny to every defendant?
- 1:35:39[SPEAKER_07]: How would your field of defendant in this case for somebody else?
- 1:35:43[SPEAKER_06]: Now I'll have to do real bad in this a man at a time like this, let him rest in peace.
- 1:35:50[SPEAKER_13]: This guy's fucking great, but it also begs the question, what happens on the 18th?
- 1:35:56[SPEAKER_13]: When we find out who this guy is, if he's really like this dude, I mean, it would be great.
- 1:36:01[SPEAKER_13]: Sorry, it would be so bad.
- 1:36:02[SPEAKER_13]: What if he had a huge personality, he was fucking awesome, just started doing all the interviews?
