- 0:00Brian McFadden: Shifting.
- 0:03Brian McFadden: There could be a new I recorded to the wrong place
- 0:11Brian McFadden: who are fake news.
- 0:13Brian McFadden: I am not suicidal.
- 0:17Brian McFadden: We'll circle back with you. Directly I can circle back I'll circle back.
- 0:21Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:24Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:29Testecleese: Hello! Hello! And welcome to Episode 263 of the Jeffrey and Brian show. I am Jeffrey.
- 0:36Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:37Testecleese: It was 2 guys drinking some beer. Talk about what's going on. It is Pearl Harbha Day.
- 0:43Brian McFadden: Yes, it is.
- 0:44Testecleese: So
- 0:47Brian McFadden: 7, th 1941.
- 0:49Testecleese: Yeah. The day the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor and the United States entered the second Great War.
- 0:56Brian McFadden: Might have been a big mistake on their part.
- 0:58Testecleese: Yeah. The Emperor regretted that decision, didn't he? We'll wake up that sleeping giant.
- 1:05Testecleese: So let's see if we have another Pearl Harbor Day coming up soon, and the launch of World War 3. I got a feeling it's not going to take a direct attack on the United States this time to get us involved in a global war, though.
- 1:16Brian McFadden: No, we're kind of already involved.
- 1:19Testecleese: Exactly.
- 1:21Testecleese: Before we get into this, I just want to bring up. I think my dogs have died.
- 1:27Testecleese: What?
- 1:28Testecleese: They went out Saturday night
- 1:33Testecleese: on their like. We let them come and go as they want, because they have, like an invisible fence.
- 1:37Testecleese: and they haven't been back since last week. And it's been getting down to single digits at night.
- 1:44Testecleese: They are cold weather dogs like huskies.
- 1:48Brian McFadden: But.
- 1:49Testecleese: Yeah, a week out in the in
- 1:53Testecleese: one degree. Weather is kind of rough for anybody.
- 1:56Testecleese: yeah, you know, and food and everything. But
- 1:59Testecleese: it's unfortunate I like those dogs. One of them wasn't even a year old.
- 2:03Brian McFadden: Wow!
- 2:04Brian McFadden: That's loads.
- 2:06Testecleese: It does. It does like.
- 2:09Testecleese: That's the way it goes. I guess we contacted the Invisible Fence company like, hey, what? The fuck your fence just like shut off on it. It just shuts off sometimes.
- 2:17Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 2:17Testecleese: They never responded back to us.
- 2:20Testecleese: I was like great. So my dogs died because your shit failed and you don't even care. Thanks, guys.
- 2:27Testecleese: If I had the name right in front of me I would tell everybody not don't buy this one.
- 2:31Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 2:32Testecleese: But
- 2:34Testecleese: anyway, Congress Select Committee has said that most likely Covid did in fact, come from a Wuhan lab leak.
- 2:44Brian McFadden: Right.
- 2:45Testecleese: Isn't this exactly one week.
- 2:47Brian McFadden: We've been saying that for almost a decade 5 or 4.
- 2:53Testecleese: 4 5 4 5, years. Yeah.
- 2:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 2:56Testecleese: And didn't fauci just release some crap saying that you guys are all a bunch of crazy wack. Wacky dos.
- 3:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, of course.
- 3:03Testecleese: Yeah, so you know, perfect.
- 3:07Brian McFadden: They were talking about that on a previous show.
- 3:10Testecleese: Speaking of fauci, I put something out on Facebook, asking if
- 3:13Testecleese: Biden was going to pardon Fauci.
- 3:16Testecleese: and Sean sends me back this ridiculous
- 3:21Testecleese: response about how like trump is the enemy of the people?
- 3:24Testecleese: And I was like so no, he's not gonna pardon fauci. Then he responded back with another. Well, he declared, war on the United States. I'm like dude. 1st of all.
- 3:32Testecleese: I asked, if fauci is gonna get pardoned, you go into a rant about trump, like, second of all, more people voted for trump than didn't. Okay, so you are in the minority, or you are the enemy of the people.
- 3:42Brian McFadden: Right.
- 3:43Testecleese: He's just. He's just an angry, angry dude.
- 3:47Testecleese: Refuses to accept. Anyone could have a different opinion than him. So it's not even that you got. He doesn't even think you're dumb. He thinks that you hate America. I'm like.
- 3:55Testecleese: did you? You live in Massachusetts? I I doubt he's ever been outside of New England.
- 4:01Brian McFadden: We've no idea what life is like outside of.
- 4:04Testecleese: Right his little bubble like, because he thinks you shouldn't be allowed to own a shotgun
- 4:09Testecleese: like Dude. The literal bears walk through my yard, you know.
- 4:14Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 4:17Testecleese: Well while on the Wuhan thing. Taylor Lorenz.
- 4:21Testecleese: have we ever brought this woman up on this show?
- 4:23Brian McFadden: I don't know so.
- 4:25Testecleese: Okay. She used to work for the Guardian, and then she worked for the New York Times, and then she worked for the Washington post.
- 4:32Testecleese: she, she says just crazy things, and she's the biggest online bully there is, and then complains about online bullying, right?
- 4:41Testecleese: And here's a prime example. Is she saying that all of us that aren't wearing masks.
- 4:45Testecleese: you know, like by ourselves in our car, we're raw. We're raw, dogging the air. I'm like raw.
- 4:52Testecleese: I was like raw dogging the air. I remember I'm old enough to remember calling it breathing
- 4:59Testecleese: and we will get back into Taylor Lorenz, because she said some more stupid shit
- 5:06Testecleese: later on. But
- 5:07Testecleese: but yeah, she'll say stuff like that and say, like, we're spreading disease and kill everyone because the pandemic is ongoing bitch.
- 5:14Testecleese: You need to shut up.
- 5:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 5:18Testecleese: The super mayor.
- 5:24Brian McFadden: Did you see? Did you see her meltdown?
- 5:28Brian McFadden: No, I read about. I read the article, though I'm the one that shared it, you know.
- 5:33Testecleese: Oh, man, she yeah, yeah went nuts screaming. She got fired from one of her select positions.
- 5:39Brian McFadden: It was easy money, you know. She didn't have to do shit to like. Keep the position and get paid.
- 5:45Testecleese: She was the one like who hired the police department as her private security team, and it was
- 5:51Testecleese: they are given.
- 5:52Brian McFadden: They went from a huge surplus of money before she was elected to.
- 5:56Brian McFadden: Now they're running a deficit because of our election.
- 6:00Testecleese: Yeah, I'm I'm surprised she hasn't been arrested yet, but
- 6:06Testecleese: it'll happen she'll I mean they try to
- 6:10Testecleese: recall her in an election. She just said No, and apparently she had the authority to say, No, you can't kick me out of office. I thought that was crazy.
- 6:17Brian McFadden: That is crazy.
- 6:19Testecleese: And Penny.
- 6:21Brian McFadden: Dan panning.
- 6:25Testecleese: Judge dismissed the top manslaughter. Charge! What did.
- 6:28Brian McFadden: Yeah, because the da is trying to make it easy. They could only look at the lesser charge if the other charge wasn't there. So
- 6:37Brian McFadden: the Da asked for a dismissal of the A. Harder the the more step punishing charge.
- 6:46Testecleese: Not so much. They couldn't, not so much. They couldn't look at the lesser charge, but they had to come to a decision on it, and they were deadlocked.
- 6:53Brian McFadden: Right.
- 6:54Testecleese: On it, so it would have been a Mistrial.
- 6:56Brian McFadden: Right.
- 6:57Testecleese: So they threw the other one out to hope that.
- 7:00Brian McFadden: He can be found guilty of the lesser charge.
- 7:03Testecleese: So this sounds like this is creating a precedent to allow prosecution to overcharge.
- 7:09Brian McFadden: I shared an article
- 7:11Brian McFadden: later on earlier today. I don't know if it made it in here or not. I thought it did
- 7:16Brian McFadden: where it showed that Bragg was like basically trying to to sway the the pool of the jurors.
- 7:27Brian McFadden: By doing this, you know, he was going way out of his way to like, make it easier for them to find Daniel Penny guilty.
- 7:35Testecleese: Yeah. And this makes it. This creates that precedent you can overcharge and then just dismiss charges as there's no decision made. That's not the way this is supposed to work.
- 7:48Testecleese: They just want a conviction so bad that they just will completely disregard the law.
- 7:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 7:57Testecleese: And it's it's
- 7:59Testecleese: and it's probably the next one that you were talking about. The political commentators and legal experts respond to Daniel Penny trial update.
- 8:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 8:07Testecleese: Yeah. Like every all of these guys like you can't. You can't do that. It's not how the legal system works.
- 8:13Testecleese: You have to dismiss charges before they go into deliberation.
- 8:16Brian McFadden: It's bad enough that they're allowed to like.
- 8:19Brian McFadden: A lot of people will judge shop, you know, and find the judge, they think can be more most
- 8:26Brian McFadden: beneficial to their side of the viewpoints.
- 8:30Testecleese: Exactly, and is, or was trump right.
- 8:37Testecleese: An Ohio woman has pled guilty to stomping on a cat and then eating it.
- 8:48Testecleese: Yeah. So Ohio, that's where we had the.
- 8:51Brian McFadden: Yeah. It was Ohio.
- 8:54Testecleese: I think so now. They're saying she's not Haitian nor an immigrant.
- 8:58Brian McFadden: But.
- 9:00Testecleese: They're they're eating the dogs. They're eating the cats.
- 9:05Testecleese: That that's fake news.
- 9:07Testecleese: She pled guilty to it. When the cops showed up she was like standing next to the corpse of this thing with half of it eaten. I was like, what the fuck's the matter this broad.
- 9:17Brian McFadden: That's.
- 9:18Testecleese: Now.
- 9:18Brian McFadden: Should.
- 9:20Testecleese: I found this battery technology that is
- 9:27Testecleese: being developed or has been developed. And they're trying to perfect it.
- 9:32Testecleese: It's using carbon 14 like what they use to date. Old old stuff, carbon 14 dating.
- 9:39Testecleese: It's it's radioactive, but not like dangerous. And they encase it in laboratory diamonds.
- 9:46Brian McFadden: The radiation.
- 9:48Testecleese: Are oozing out is good for like a thousand years as a battery.
- 9:56Testecleese: So if we could harness this as a form of energy.
- 10:00Testecleese: this could bring the cost of everything in the world down, because we don't need as much, and we don't have to go, and
- 10:07Testecleese: energy won't cost nearly as much, you know.
- 10:09Brian McFadden: Alright!
- 10:10Testecleese: Won't have to go and dig a giant hole in the ground, pull oil out of the ground to create.
- 10:15Testecleese: Now you, your your electric vehicles might actually work. You want to plug them in all the time.
- 10:20Testecleese: So he is hoping this works out. But I got a feeling big energy will not allow this technology to hit market
- 10:28Testecleese: like the the.
- 10:30Testecleese: The conspiracy theory is that the automotive industry bought the patent for the water engine, then destroyed it. You know.
- 10:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:39Testecleese: Other fun news.
- 10:44Testecleese: The hark to a girl might be going to prison.
- 10:47Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:49Brian McFadden: Her meme coin didn't work out so well.
- 10:51Testecleese: Yeah, it was some kind of scam how they created these things and just sold them to people.
- 10:57Testecleese: I don't think she's bright enough to have known what was going on, and it might have just been taken advantage of.
- 11:04Testecleese: But apparently she, like deuced out of a
- 11:07Testecleese: a Zoom Meeting or something because people were asking her questions about it, and she's like fucking just rolled out.
- 11:14Testecleese: She's trying to hold on to 15 min of fame for too long.
- 11:18Testecleese: And remember her 15 min of fame started because she was talking about the way she sucks Dick.
- 11:24Brian McFadden: Right.
- 11:24Testecleese: So her dad must be so proud.
- 11:27Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, I'm sure. Yeah.
- 11:28Testecleese: So wait a minute. You got famous for blow jobs. And now you're gonna go to prison for ripping people off
- 11:39Testecleese: alright. And we've been talking about these ridiculous women getting upset about Trump's election.
- 11:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 11:47Brian McFadden: It's been a lot of.
- 11:48Testecleese: Thank you.
- 11:49Testecleese: Well, now, they're getting sterilized, saying it's the only option.
- 11:55Testecleese: so that they don't have to worry about pregnancy. And I was like. I don't know about you, but I I learned
- 12:01Testecleese: that you don't just magically get pregnant.
- 12:04Brian McFadden: No, there's 2 people involved most of the time.
- 12:08Testecleese: Yeah. And I was like, you know, you could do birth control. You could use Depo Provera an intrauterine device. The nor plant
- 12:16Testecleese: condoms diaphragm. I don't know if I mentioned that.
- 12:21Testecleese: The pill is this? Oh, and abstinence.
- 12:25Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:27Testecleese: And I thought that was what they do anyways like. We're not going to sleep with any men for 4 years. Then why do you need to get sterilized for like this whole, we're not going to bang dudes for 4 years lasted about a week, because they can't keep their legs shut, apparently. So they're going to go get their tubes tied at 22 years old.
- 12:42Testecleese: and they're gonna hate themselves when they're freaking 35, you know.
- 12:47Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 12:50Testecleese: It's just, it is.
- 12:53Testecleese: And the best part is, though, okay.
- 12:57Testecleese: this is exactly what the Republican party has been saying for the longest time is like, take a little bit of personal responsibility and don't use abortion as birth control. And these women are like, I'm just gonna go get my tubes tied. Then it's like.
- 13:08Brian McFadden: Oh, okay, well, that's form birth control, too.
- 13:11Testecleese: It's like, Okay, I guess that's what you're going with. But you do realize that just means only conservative people, or even normies, are going to be reproducing.
- 13:19Testecleese: And we're not going to get another generation of these Wackadoos.
- 13:22Brian McFadden: Well, we can only hope.
- 13:24Testecleese: Yeah, well, they.
- 13:25Brian McFadden: We can only hope that the damage is already done. You know.
- 13:28Testecleese: Well, they like to hijack the education system and force this stuff down your kids throats.
- 13:36Brian McFadden: But.
- 13:36Testecleese: Wow!
- 13:36Brian McFadden: By the time the people come along that
- 13:40Brian McFadden: aren't born by the Wackadooes. Well, it'd be too little too late.
- 13:46Testecleese: Well, right now, Gen. Z. Is the most conservative generation we've seen at this age.
- 13:51Testecleese: because I mean, they've been seeing these Wackadoos running around
- 13:55Testecleese: just claiming the crazy shit like my 4 year old's transgender, like your 4 year old, doesn't know what gender.
- 14:01Brian McFadden: No only reason he or she thinks they're transgender is because their parents told them.
- 14:08Testecleese: Yeah. Well, my little girl gets she's almost 5. She gets down on all fours and barks and runs around the house.
- 14:15Brian McFadden: The dog.
- 14:15Testecleese: Is she a dog? And like I thought.
- 14:18Testecleese: we'll get into this whole transgender thing.
- 14:21Testecleese: It's a whole topic today.
- 14:24Testecleese: Which reminds me, I meant to invite Claire on to give us a
- 14:27Testecleese: her point of view of on this Supreme Court thing going on.
- 14:33Brian McFadden: Have you talked to her.
- 14:35Testecleese: Not really the only thing I've
- 14:37Testecleese: I contacted Claire the other day, but that was because
- 14:42Testecleese: I decided to go out into the woods to go try to find my dogs the other day.
- 14:47Testecleese: And I loaded up my Mossberg 500 for the 1st time. It's just been sitting in storage since I bought it.
- 14:53Testecleese: and I could only get 2 rounds into the magazine tube, and I was like what the fuck.
- 14:57Brian McFadden: But you contact an ammunition expert.
- 15:01Testecleese: Well, no, I contacted her after the fact to
- 15:05Testecleese: like, hey! Did you even know this is a thing
- 15:08Testecleese: I had to take the barrel out, disassemble this fucking shotgun, and take a plug out of the magazine tube. That's that's put there, because if you go hunting for migratory birds, you're only allowed to have 3 rounds in your weapon.
- 15:22Testecleese: so you get 2 in the Mag, and then one in the chamber.
- 15:25Brian McFadden: Only somebody like Claire would know that.
- 15:28Testecleese: Well, it was all over the Internet when I typed it, as like what the fuck's going on.
- 15:32Brian McFadden: No.
- 15:32Testecleese: This is the problem. And this is why. And this is how you fix it.
- 15:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 15:37Testecleese: But I was just like this is stupid
- 15:39Testecleese: so I took it out. Now I can load 5 in the tube, plus plus the one in the Chamber.
- 15:45Brian McFadden: Alright. So 6 shot shot. It's always 6 shot shotgun sounds kind of familiar, you know.
- 15:50Testecleese: 5 plus one technically, is what they call it, and I don't. I'm not really sure why, just like when lightning off Scba's in the neighborhoods like 4 plus one scba white off time like, why, why don't you just say 5 scba got freaking activated.
- 16:05Testecleese: By the way, anyone out there Scba, self-contained breathing apparatus.
- 16:08Brian McFadden: They don't have those anymore.
- 16:11Testecleese: What do you mean? They don't have them anymore.
- 16:14Brian McFadden: They got rid of the Scbas in the navy.
- 16:17Testecleese: What do they use it? Instead, they went back to the stupid hoses on the line. Thing.
- 16:21Brian McFadden: No, I think they're they're using. They're using oxygen tanks now.
- 16:26Testecleese: That's what an scba is. It's the bottle on your back.
- 16:29Brian McFadden: Yeah. Well, I don't know. I don't know.
- 16:31Testecleese: It's like a school ball set up, but it's not for underwater.
- 16:34Brian McFadden: Oh, I'm thinking Obas.
- 16:36Testecleese: Yeah. Oh, Jesus Christ! With that, with that tablet that you had on your chest, that burns your lungs.
- 16:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, that thing. Yeah.
- 16:43Testecleese: They got rid of that a long time ago.
- 16:45Brian McFadden: I've been out of the navy for a long time.
- 16:48Testecleese: Oh!
- 16:49Brian McFadden: I'm retired from the Fleet Reserve.
- 16:53Testecleese: Yeah, there you go. Yeah, I'm I'm I'm not in active reserve anymore, either.
- 17:00Testecleese: And apparently some broad has been making Tiktok videos of her at target.
- 17:07Testecleese: taking the tags off of stuff like cheap stuff, putting on expensive stuff and scanning the self checkout.
- 17:14Testecleese: She's been arrested twice for this, and she's shocked both times that she got caught. And it's like you're putting videos out of you doing this.
- 17:21Brian McFadden: Yeah, you're trying to make money
- 17:23Brian McFadden: by stealing and by being on being an influencer. What do you expect.
- 17:29Testecleese: And this is this is the problem I'm seeing with a lot of people is they don't realize they think it's okay to steal from these companies.
- 17:36Brian McFadden: Yeah, because it's a major corporation. They're not gonna miss it.
- 17:39Testecleese: Yeah. But if everyone's stealing everything, then the prices of everything have to go up for anyone who's for you and I. We have to pay more because people are stealing from these companies because they have to make their money back and pay their employees.
- 17:50Brian McFadden: Don't understand that they think that it's all the corporations got so much money and so many profits, and so much in their bank account that they won't miss it.
- 18:00Testecleese: Yeah. The thing is the margin on these voices isn't.
- 18:04Testecleese: They're not making a hundred percent on a sale. You know what I mean.
- 18:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 18:10Testecleese: And I don't know, man, I just we need to make sure these people get arrested. Go to jail. So the rest of us don't get kicked in the balls.
- 18:17Testecleese: especially because 83 billion dollars worth of gold was just found in China.
- 18:24Brian McFadden: That could be a problem.
- 18:26Testecleese: That is going to affect the value of everything on the planet.
- 18:29Brian McFadden: Lower, the principal.
- 18:32Testecleese: It very well could, and it might be
- 18:35Testecleese: might be time to dump gold and then buy it back in a little while. I'm not sure
- 18:43Testecleese: but over here in West Virginia Yeti fest
- 18:48Testecleese: hit the Bigfoot Museum this today. Actually.
- 18:53Testecleese: the games, food and all sorts of stuff going on.
- 18:57Testecleese: Yeah, there's a bigfoot museum out here. It's a sasquatch is a big deal out here. Everyone's got a squatch sticker or a cutout on the side of their house.
- 19:07Testecleese: We're looking at one sticker to put on our truck, but
- 19:12Testecleese: just got a navy sticker. I haven't even put on yet, because it hasn't hit freezing in over a week.
- 19:17Testecleese: It's been single digits that night
- 19:20Testecleese: did go down into town today just before we hit record.
- 19:24Testecleese: and it was almost up to freezing down, down the mountain in the nearest community, and in Charleston.
- 19:36Testecleese: the capital city.
- 19:38Testecleese: They just put up the Christmas tree and lit the lights up and everything
- 19:43Testecleese: 12 h after lighting the Christmas tree in Charleston, it got blown over by the windstorm we had.
- 19:52Brian McFadden: It's been really windy here last few days, too. So.
- 19:56Testecleese: Well, well, and it was like a 37 foot tall tree that when toppling over, so
- 20:04Testecleese: I don't know if they've fixed it yet, or what they're gonna do. But I'm pretty sure you're gonna need a crane to stain that thing upright again.
- 20:10Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, don't you kind of need a Christmas tree before Christmas and the capital?
- 20:16Brian McFadden: Or they just gonna say, screw it this year, and not do a Christmas tree, because it already fell over.
- 20:21Testecleese: You don't need a Christmas tree. But West Virginia
- 20:26Testecleese: almost everyone is Christian, and some form of Protestant at that kind of
- 20:34Testecleese: I did find a Catholic church. It's fairly close.
- 20:37Brian McFadden: You said that, and you it's you been going a few times.
- 20:41Testecleese: Yeah, regularly.
- 20:42Brian McFadden: Good.
- 20:43Testecleese: Going tomorrow and right after that my daughter has a birthday party to go attend.
- 20:50Brian McFadden: You're going to midnight mass tomorrow.
- 20:53Testecleese: Tomorrow, no.
- 20:58Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah. Tomorrow is Sunday.
- 21:00Testecleese: Well, midnight mass is usually on Christmas Day.
- 21:03Testecleese: and I don't think this church does a midnight mass, because there's only like 8 congregants.
- 21:08Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 21:09Testecleese: So I don't know.
- 21:10Brian McFadden: And they're probably older, too. You're probably the youngest people in church.
- 21:14Testecleese: There's another couple with kids. That's 1 of them is my daughter's age, older daughter's age.
- 21:21Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 21:23Testecleese: Yeah, for the most part they're older people. 1 1 old lady still wears a mask on her face. But I I got a feeling she was wearing a mask before the pandemic thing started.
- 21:34Brian McFadden: Oh, okay.
- 21:36Testecleese: Tell me the good news about Hampton, and what's going on with your deliveries?
- 21:41Brian McFadden: Yeah. Well, Amazon's opened up a a big hub here in Hampton a few years back, in a
- 21:49Brian McFadden: old kmart that was near my house. I missed the Kmart because it was convenient. I go in there and get shit that I wanted without any
- 21:57Brian McFadden: any customers be in my way, unlike going to Walmart.
- 22:02Brian McFadden: That's probably also why the reason they went out of business, you know.
- 22:06Testecleese: And that place was empty for a long time.
- 22:10Brian McFadden: Yeah. I mean the people that own the land. They waited for
- 22:14Brian McFadden: years to get the amount of money they wanted out of the land. It's that empty for probably 10 years.
- 22:20Testecleese: Yeah, I I remember driving by, and it was like, I'm surprised this place hasn't turned into a hobo shelter yet
- 22:26Testecleese: breaking in. Living in there, you know.
- 22:28Brian McFadden: I think it did at 1 point.
- 22:30Testecleese: There you go! There you go!
- 22:31Brian McFadden: Because Amazon had spent a lot of money to rehab the building, and, you know, get it up to their standards to just be a warehouse. There wasn't even like a big store, or anything, you know, but they've announced that
- 22:45Brian McFadden: they're going to do a same day. Delivery site in there. So certain things on Amazon Prime.
- 22:52Brian McFadden: You can now order them and actually swing by there, or they'll be delivered actually, same day
- 23:01Brian McFadden: that you order it so no more. One day, 2 day, prime free delivery. We're talking same day. Delivery.
- 23:08Testecleese: Now see, that's nice, because when I was in mass
- 23:10Testecleese: we would get it all. Anything would show up overnight, and some stuff will show up same day. Now I order crap! It's gonna be a week sometimes before I get.
- 23:19Brian McFadden: Sometimes. Yeah.
- 23:20Testecleese: I'm in the middle of nowhere, though you know what I mean.
- 23:22Brian McFadden: And you chose that life.
- 23:24Testecleese: All right. I definitely chose it on purpose for this reason.
- 23:28Testecleese: and let me tell you, we do
- 23:31Testecleese: so much of our shopping through Amazon now, so I don't have to drive an hour, an hour and a half somewhere to buy this crap. I was like, I'll just wait 5 days
- 23:39Testecleese: as I need it immediately.
- 23:42Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 23:44Testecleese: And the FBI. Speaking of Massachusetts, FBI has shown up
- 23:49Testecleese: and arrested a Boston City Council member for kickbacks and basically.
- 23:57Brian McFadden: That still goes on in Boston.
- 24:00Testecleese: Oh, she hired her brother, I think it is, or family member, anyway, at 1 point.
- 24:07Testecleese: and gave them a giant bonus out of taxpayers money, and then
- 24:11Testecleese: had him hand her a wad of cash in the bathroom at City Hall.
- 24:17Brian McFadden: Wow!
- 24:17Testecleese: She pled guilty to this a while ago.
- 24:21Testecleese: and she just got busted again
- 24:25Testecleese: for stealing money from the people.
- 24:28Testecleese: and just absolute corruption, and the best part is she?
- 24:34Testecleese: ran on, cleaning up the corruption.
- 24:40Brian McFadden: When she was the corruption in the government.
- 24:43Testecleese: Yes, she she was arrested outside of her home in Dorchester.
- 24:48Testecleese: if you don't know Dorchester, that is where the Wahlbergs are from.
- 24:52Brian McFadden: I'm sure you know the Wahlbergs right?
- 24:54Brian McFadden: I do. I used to watch the show.
- 24:57Testecleese: Yeah, it's where the movie 5 brothers take takes place. And oh, my God! The Wahlburgers!
- 25:03Testecleese: Have you ever been to a Wahlburgers.
- 25:04Brian McFadden: I haven't yet. No.
- 25:06Testecleese: The Burgers are pretty good. They're decent
- 25:08Brian McFadden: You always say the adult milkshakes are the way to go.
- 25:11Testecleese: The adult milk. Exactly. Get booze in your milkshake, which is good.
- 25:15Testecleese: But the thing about Wahlburgers man is they use government cheese.
- 25:19Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, that, too. You told me that before.
- 25:21Testecleese: Oh, it's so terrible!
- 25:26Testecleese: but yeah, and here's the thing. She is an African migrant to the United States. She came here illegally and was given like, basically a pardon to stay here legally.
- 25:39Testecleese: and came in to defraud the people of Boston.
- 25:44Testecleese: So you know, that just gives you a
- 25:46Testecleese: here's a per. Here's an example of someone who came across the border illegally and committed a whole bunch of crimes.
- 25:52Brian McFadden: Meanwhile, in other pardons, we got President Biden going back on his
- 25:59Brian McFadden: a reelection pledge that he would abide by whatever decisions the
- 26:05Brian McFadden: court system, came up with her son.
- 26:08Testecleese: But.
- 26:10Brian McFadden: He's decided he's on his way out of the oval office. So why not pardon his son in the process?
- 26:17Brian McFadden: I've seen a lot of polls about this, even on the more conservative chose
- 26:23Brian McFadden: they've come up with most people like more like 80% of the people
- 26:28Brian McFadden: would do the same thing for their children if they were in the same position.
- 26:32Testecleese: Now, had Joe Biden come out and said, He's my son, I'm going to do what I have to protect him.
- 26:38Testecleese: I would accept that argument. I may not like it because you're supposed to put.
- 26:45Brian McFadden: Rule of law. First.st
- 26:47Testecleese: Yeah, and I I'm still a big fan of God. Family, country family is above. But you're the President.
- 26:54Testecleese: But he didn't say that. He said.
- 26:56Testecleese: His argument was that the Justice Department is corrupt and they're singling people out. I'm like Joe. It's your justice department, right? You.
- 27:04Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 27:04Testecleese: Put these guys in place.
- 27:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:07Testecleese: And I.
- 27:08Brian McFadden: Mary Garland is your, you know, Attorney General.
- 27:11Testecleese: Yeah. And if you're saying that they're selectively prosecuting, maybe trump was fucking right then.
- 27:18Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:20Testecleese: Did you read the pardon?
- 27:23Brian McFadden: Oh, it goes back to like for 14 years, or some ungodly amount, you know.
- 27:29Testecleese: Almost 11 years right back.
- 27:32Brian McFadden: So the statute of limitations.
- 27:35Testecleese: Oh, right back to the burisma scandal that they impeach trump over for saying, Hey, what's going on over here?
- 27:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:43Testecleese: Anyone. I'm sure anyone listening to this show is aware of the burisma scandal. But just in case that was when Joe Biden said to Ukraine, you have to fire the guy investigating the company my kid works for, because he apparently Hunter Biden was heading up a an oil company an energy company in Ukraine.
- 28:01Testecleese: And then it's like, how is he qualified for that job? And I mean, Guy doesn't even speak the language.
- 28:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 28:07Testecleese: But here's the crazy thing is the pardon
- 28:10Testecleese: went something like 5 h into the future of when it was signed.
- 28:15Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 28:16Testecleese: So so Hunter could have gone into DC. Where he was and done anything he wanted, because it's all Federal jurisdiction, and got away with it
- 28:24Testecleese: like we could have literally murdered people in the street of DC.
- 28:28Testecleese: And had a pardon waiting for him in advance.
- 28:31Brian McFadden: Right.
- 28:33Testecleese: So. Yeah, a lot of people were saying that clearly he went so far back in the past
- 28:39Testecleese: to cover his own ass. But here's the question I have for you, Brian, now that by Hunter has
- 28:47Testecleese: a pardon for all of this stuff.
- 28:49Testecleese: now he can no longer plead the 5.th
- 28:52Brian McFadden: I heard that I heard that.
- 28:55Brian McFadden: But what would having Hunter involved.
- 29:00Brian McFadden: how would that like be beneficial to the Republicans?
- 29:05Testecleese: The burisma scandal. Now he can't say I refuse to testify under what's going on.
- 29:10Brian McFadden: Okay? And who else besides him would be involved in charisma.
- 29:13Testecleese: His father.
- 29:15Testecleese: What about all the money he got from China that he gave to the big guy that hunter came out and admitted Joe Biden was the big guy who was getting 10% kickbacks out of these deals.
- 29:25Testecleese: He was peddling American influence through his father.
- 29:28Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 29:29Brian McFadden: I mean, I understand what you're saying, but in the end I don't think Trump will do anything with it. We've already seen how he
- 29:36Brian McFadden: deals with his political appointments of opponents. After he's elected President. He has a chance to like really push for Hillary to like, be locked up or be like
- 29:49Brian McFadden: humiliated
- 29:51Brian McFadden: after he won the election against her. But he said, No, let's but be bygones. Be gygones and be done with it.
- 29:59Testecleese: That was before they stick to the entire weight of the judicial system in the United States against trump.
- 30:06Testecleese: I think Trump learned a lot of lessons. That's why he's not going with the guys like
- 30:11Testecleese: John Bolton.
- 30:12Brian McFadden: Right.
- 30:13Testecleese: And and these other guys
- 30:16Testecleese: so I don't know what's gonna happen. But he he can now be compelled to.
- 30:20Brian McFadden: Yes, you can. You are correct. Yep.
- 30:23Testecleese: Very, very curious how that could work out.
- 30:28Testecleese: Whether or not anything comes of it I don't know.
- 30:31Brian McFadden: Right.
- 30:33Testecleese: But like Oh, man, the news! It's all they talked about for the longest time.
- 30:38Brian McFadden: Right.
- 30:38Testecleese: Snip about how shoot.
- 30:43Testecleese: Who is it? Nbc. News is is saying that sources claim that Biden.
- 30:52Testecleese: while he was saying, I will not pardon Hunter, no matter what.
- 30:56Testecleese: always had it on the back burner, and kept it.
- 30:58Brian McFadden: Of course he did. He's the father.
- 31:03Testecleese: And well, the funny thing is, I keep hearing like the view, talking about how Trump pardoned his daughter's father-in-law.
- 31:12Testecleese: My should.
- 31:14Testecleese: So, if that was bad. Then how come? It's not bad when Biden does it?
- 31:18Brian McFadden: Right.
- 31:20Testecleese: It's it's that whole double standard thing.
- 31:23Brian McFadden: Oh, it's all double standard. Yep.
- 31:27Testecleese: And here we go. Let me see if I can bring up. Of course it doesn't want to load.
- 31:32Testecleese: Bring up this interview, and let me guess it's
- 31:36Testecleese: was this fox. No, it's not. Oh, it is Fox. That's probably gonna be commercial first.st Huh?
- 31:41Testecleese: But this reporter confronted a dem
- 31:46Testecleese: representative. Yeah, here we go. Let's see what it's. Let's see what they have to say.
- 31:53Testecleese: Go ahead, guys, take your time. Oh, give me a commercial.
- 31:57Brian McFadden: You said there'd be no commercial.
- 31:59Testecleese: No, it's fox. News is always commercial. I mean, you went out on a limb, backing up Biden
- 32:04Testecleese: when he said that there would not be a pardon. In July of 2023, just after that plea deal fell through. This is what you said. I want to watch.
- 32:15Testecleese: Do you think a pardon for his son would be a mistake.
- 32:20Testecleese: Yes, and I don't think there's any chance that President Biden is going to do that. Unlike his predecessor, who pardoned all of his friends and anyone who had any access to him. And I think you see that in this case, where he kept on, and Merrick Garland kept on a trump, appointed us attorney to investigate the President's son. If there is not an indication of the independence of the Department of justice. Beyond that I don't know what we could look for.
- 32:49Testecleese: What does that feel like watching yourself back, then, reassuring people that Biden was not going to issue a pardon for his son.
- 33:00Testecleese: Yeah. And I think that if that plea agreement and that plea deal had gone through there would be no pardon. That was a satisfactory obviously, if you got a plea deal.
- 33:09Brian McFadden: Yeah, that plea deal was a shit show man.
- 33:13Brian McFadden: Sorry when you reacted. This was when the deal had fallen through.
- 33:18Brian McFadden: and I hear what you're saying about the Kash Patel appointment. But you know
- 33:23Brian McFadden: you took him at his word. So what does that feel like
- 33:27Brian McFadden: knowing that he's gone back on it?
- 33:32Testecleese: Okay now it was fox news that had the article. But it was a Cnn interview
- 33:38Testecleese: that was confronting this guy.
- 33:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 33:41Testecleese: And I just I love this double speak like well, you know, had even had he got a plea deal there wouldn't have been a part. Obviously there wouldn't have been a part.
- 33:48Brian McFadden: No, there was no reason for it, but
- 33:52Brian McFadden: that plea deal was so sweet it was like it was like exonerating, for, like
- 33:57Brian McFadden: the last 10 years, and the next 30 years kind of deal, you know.
- 34:01Testecleese: Just like this. Pardon.
- 34:03Brian McFadden: And I'm a little. I'm a little pissed off.
- 34:06Testecleese: More than okay. I'm pissed off about a lot about this. What really gets me is the gun thing.
- 34:11Testecleese: because I want to see that
- 34:12Testecleese: get appealed up to the Supreme Court of the United States
- 34:15Testecleese: and have this background check thrown out the way it stands.
- 34:20Testecleese: because filling out this background check to purchase firearm.
- 34:24Testecleese: You have to self incriminate.
- 34:27Testecleese: If you, if you've done certain things it asks if you currently use or addicted to illegal drugs
- 34:33Testecleese: that's self-incrimination on these forms, and you have a right against that Supreme Court could have stepped in and said, Nope can't do that.
- 34:41Testecleese: But now we're not going to get a chance for that to go up to the Supreme Court. So that means that this is going to stand the way it is.
- 34:48Testecleese: But, oh, man, what a lot of the left wing news and
- 34:54Testecleese: Elected officials are just like, I can't believe he did this, and you know it's like everyone is losing
- 35:01Testecleese: faith in the judicial system, and the only people that don't
- 35:07Testecleese: that haven't have their heads so far up their ass. They have no idea what's going on.
- 35:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 35:14Testecleese: Well, shoot here we go. Let's see if I can't find this. Get this one up and running. Of course this, that man.
- 35:20Testecleese: another one from Fox News, even though it's an Msnbc interview.
- 35:27Testecleese: She was asked about this and hadn't heard about it yet.
- 35:34Testecleese: I bet there's another commercial
- 35:38Testecleese: for sure. Look at that, Bitcoin directly.
- 35:42Testecleese: Look at that! I can't even skip this one. I've listened to the entire damn commercial.
- 35:46Testecleese: This came out, and they asked they were talking about Msnbc.
- 35:50Testecleese: And Molly Jong fast.
- 35:56Testecleese: Alright! That's an unusual name.
- 35:59Testecleese: was caught speechless. She had no idea how to respond to this, hadn't heard it
- 36:05Testecleese: like she was waiting, reporting that President Biden is expected to pardon his son. Hunter Biden.
- 36:10Testecleese: the President's son, was convicted on all 3 felony charges in June related to the purchase of a revolver in 2018, when prosecutors argued, Hunter lied on a mandatory gun purchase form by saying he was not illegally using or addicted to drugs. According to Nbc. News, the President made the decision. This weekend Molly, fast and furious. What do you make of this new news.
- 36:35Testecleese: So I just heard it. I
- 36:38Testecleese: have to process it. I don't have a take. I'm sorry.
- 36:43Testecleese: Okay, so what? Basically, what she said was.
- 36:46Testecleese: I have to get back with everyone else and find out what our talking points are going to be, because I can't have an opinion on this on my own is what I heard right
- 36:54Testecleese: like. Oh, I need to process this. I I just heard this.
- 36:58Testecleese: You had an opinion on this as soon as you heard it, and even if you hadn't.
- 37:03Testecleese: even if you heard it immediately, and someone asked you, what's your opinion you would have been like? Well.
- 37:07Testecleese: I'm pretty sure, Joe promised. For 4 years he wasn't gonna do this, you know, Brian.
- 37:15Brian McFadden: Yep, that's correct.
- 37:16Testecleese: All right. I thought I lost you there for a minute.
- 37:18Brian McFadden: Well.
- 37:20Testecleese: Wow!
- 37:22Testecleese: It's it's.
- 37:24Testecleese: And now we got a Federal judge accusing Joe of trying to rewrite history with this stuff, because, sure
- 37:33Testecleese: like you said. He went back 11 years.
- 37:36Testecleese: Well past the the gun and the tax charges.
- 37:40Testecleese: Yeah, I'll go as far as to say, I think this tax evasion thing should have been thrown out.
- 37:47Testecleese: Yeah, he did create shell corporations and intentionally hid money from the Federal Government. The Irs.
- 37:53Brian McFadden: But it got paid back with penalties.
- 37:56Testecleese: I think that's good enough. I can accept. You pay back your back taxes, even if you tried to hide it from the Government, you get a penalty attached to it like a interest or a fine.
- 38:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 38:07Testecleese: I'm I'm okay with that, because I'm not going to give Hunter Biden different standards than everyone else.
- 38:15Testecleese: And that's the same reason why I want to see the gun charge go all the way up
- 38:20Testecleese: was because by, in order to protect Hunter that way
- 38:27Testecleese: not even detect them. But the Supreme Court would have had to get involved and say, Yes, either you're going either. This is acceptable to force you to answer these questions.
- 38:36Testecleese: I compel you basically to testify against yourself or no, you're not allowed to do that.
- 38:42Testecleese: Wow, but no, that's that's.
- 38:46Testecleese: And again, this is the whole.
- 38:48Testecleese: No one's above the law.
- 38:51Testecleese: Look, we're we're prosecuting Hunter Biden, just like we're prosecuting trump. Then Hunter Biden gets a blanket. Pardon going blanket pardon not just the crimes that he's been accused of, but anything he may have done against the people of the United States for 11 years.
- 39:06Testecleese: Hey?
- 39:09Testecleese: Jeez Liz!
- 39:10Testecleese: And then you got Madow defending
- 39:13Testecleese: this. Pardon, just Cash! Patel has a hit list.
- 39:20Testecleese: This is really bothering me because they're saying that he's going to go against Trump's political enemies. No, that's not what he said, he said. He's going to go after, they said, even journalists. No, he said, he's going to go after people that have violated the law and attempt to sway elections
- 39:36Testecleese: by making stuff up and putting it out there and lying to people
- 39:41Testecleese: and and hiding stuff like the the laptop
- 39:44Testecleese: hunter, Biden Laptop. Remember that! How like a purge from the Internet, you.
- 39:50Brian McFadden: That was bad. That was bad.
- 39:52Brian McFadden: Yeah, you.
- 39:53Testecleese: You were crazy if you believe this, and you were a conspiracy theorist, and it got proven to be accurate.
- 39:57Testecleese: But that had already been suppressed across the entire Internet leading up to the election of 2020
- 40:09Testecleese: God. And they're finding any any excuse.
- 40:14Testecleese: So some of them a lot of these news outlets of like that's bad. I can't believe he did that. Meanwhile you and I like we all knew this was gonna happen. You know.
- 40:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 40:24Testecleese: And then the view went doubled down on the Woodrow Wilson.
- 40:32Testecleese: The claimant, Woodrow Wilson pardoned his brother-in-law.
- 40:36Testecleese: We know this didn't happen, because we can do a basic Google search. And you would think that the name used for Woodrow Wilson's brother-in-law was Hunter debutts.
- 40:47Brian McFadden: No.
- 40:48Testecleese: Would have been would have been enough for them to go. Hmm! Maybe this is fake news.
- 40:55Testecleese: If you're getting your news from the view. You're a fool.
- 40:59Testecleese: More than once they've had to go and
- 41:02Testecleese: publicly apologize and set the record straight once for Gates and once for egg. Seth right.
- 41:08Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 41:11Testecleese: I gotta say I did enjoy watching her read
- 41:15Testecleese: these corrections, cause just you could tell she was furious.
- 41:19Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, do not want to be reading that thing.
- 41:23Testecleese: No.
- 41:26Testecleese: yeah. And it's funny, because Whoopi recently came on like, I'm not a journalist. Why are you putting news out? You're not talking about opinions. You tell me this happens you
- 41:34Testecleese: now we are not news. We are reading the news versus
- 41:39Testecleese: telling people what's happening. And then we're discussing what we think of it.
- 41:44Testecleese: And again, don't get your news from us, either. We're just 2 drunk guys drinking beers talking about what's going on.
- 41:51Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 41:54Testecleese: But this is why I brought up the fauci thing
- 41:57Testecleese: because I read this article, how the White House was considering preemptive pardons for fauci and schiff, and a whole bunch of other guys.
- 42:05Testecleese: So like I, as soon as I saw this I put out is bide gonna pardon, fauci waiting, hoping someone would be like, you're fucking stupid. Why would he do that and then have the news come out that he did you know what I mean?
- 42:20Testecleese: One dude came back, and so said, no! But then you'd have to admit fauci did something wrong. No, you wouldn't, because they didn't.
- 42:27Testecleese: They give a biden a hunter, a blanket pardon.
- 42:32Testecleese: They didn't have to admit that he did any of this up wrong. He just said anything he did or may have done
- 42:37Testecleese: plus fauci, definitely perjured himself in front of the United States Congress.
- 42:42Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 42:43Testecleese: You remember that right when he denied the gain of function research which we talked about last week, too, didn't we?
- 42:51Testecleese: Ryan's got something more important going on on his cell phone. I think.
- 42:55Brian McFadden: No.
- 42:58Testecleese: Trying to grow them pot plants quick.
- 43:01Brian McFadden: Well, I got a there's screaming, yelling, going on with Kathy out front, so.
- 43:06Testecleese: Oh, wonderful! So you guys got fights in the street on Pearl Harbor Day.
- 43:13Brian McFadden: Problem was
- 43:16Testecleese: Well trump has is now citing the the hunter pardon
- 43:23Testecleese: as a reason for a pardon, considering your New York case.
- 43:27Brian McFadden: 0.
- 43:28Testecleese: Which one is New York. That's the money laundering one.
- 43:31Brian McFadden: Yeah, how's funny?
- 43:33Testecleese: Yeah, that's gonna get thrown out either way.
- 43:40Testecleese: Possibly overturned. The judge is already talking about throwing it out.
- 43:44Testecleese: And I believe, isn't that the one that had to be in addition to another crime.
- 43:48Testecleese: that they never defined what the initial.
- 43:50Brian McFadden: They? Well, it was a misdemeanor, as the normal people charge it, a misdemeanor. But
- 43:55Brian McFadden: the the Attorney General in charge, I believe, was Bragg again. Yes, he took everything, and, like
- 44:03Brian McFadden: made it use the he lowered who changed the statute of limitations, and he made it also. It could be charged as a felony to get around.
- 44:13Testecleese: Vaccination.
- 44:13Brian McFadden: Limitations.
- 44:14Testecleese: Yeah. Say, he had to make it a felony to extend the statute of limitations.
- 44:18Brian McFadden: All right.
- 44:18Testecleese: But to make them phone is it had to be in hiding of another crime.
- 44:25Testecleese: But the judge merchant, it's like you don't even have to
- 44:31Testecleese: have any kind of agreement on what this initial crime was. You just have to think he had some kind of crime he was trying to cover up.
- 44:37Testecleese: which I mean, I would say, New York. Obviously they're all gonna vote against trump on this. But
- 44:45Testecleese: every single State in the Union got redder than it was 4 years ago.
- 44:51Testecleese: Every single State voted more Republican than before than 4 years before.
- 44:58Testecleese: Sure, and even Stephen A. Smith. He is a left wing dude.
- 45:06Testecleese: I want to say he's a Congressman, but he might just be a
- 45:12Testecleese: Yeah, I'm not sure he might just be a journalist like
- 45:15Testecleese: so many names tough to keep track of them all.
- 45:17Testecleese: But now he's saying like, Oh, the trump prosecutions may have been a witch hunt.
- 45:21Testecleese: This is what half the country has been saying for 6 years.
- 45:28Testecleese: Oh, and I mean, it's obvious
- 45:32Testecleese: we even had guys 4 years ago saying, if this guy's name wasn't trump. They wouldn't have brought these charges against him.
- 45:40Testecleese: and I believe I believe the prosecutor in New York.
- 45:45Testecleese: Not the actual Ag. But the actual prosecutor is Fannie Smith, isn't it? Or Fannie Willis.
- 45:52Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 45:53Testecleese: Yeah. She just lost her
- 45:57Testecleese: big rico case against the rapper. The the longest case in New York history.
- 46:02Brian McFadden: Right.
- 46:03Testecleese: And she oh, man! She was the one who was she, the one who hired her boyfriend?
- 46:09Brian McFadden: This?
- 46:10Testecleese: And and she kept paying him what mad stacks.
- 46:14Brian McFadden: Good cash.
- 46:15Testecleese: Yeah, this is like.
- 46:17Testecleese: well, he took me on vacation, but you know I paid him back in cash because I'm black, and I keep stacks of cash under my mattress is like bitch. Did you just say all black people keep stacks of cash in their under their mattress.
- 46:29Testecleese: because that's stupid, because all you need is a fire and all your money's gone.
- 46:34Testecleese: I mean, I keep some cash in the house, but not
- 46:39Testecleese: not enough to pay back a trip to fucking Greece. You know what I mean?
- 46:46Testecleese: Yeah. And now Cnn, recently had this dude Harry Enten.
- 46:52Testecleese: I've been watching a lot of his stuff.
- 46:55Testecleese: Maybe there's not a video of it. I thought there was.
- 46:58Testecleese: Anyway, he's saying that the trust in the FBI is plummeting since January 6.th
- 47:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 47:09Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah. Big time.
- 47:11Testecleese: Yeah, nobody trusts any of this stuff.
- 47:13Testecleese: and you still have your crazy, crazy whack jobs on the far left dig in the selective prosecution.
- 47:21Testecleese: But I mean you have people from January 6 that are still sitting in jail awaiting trial.
- 47:26Testecleese: and it's been 4 years.
- 47:28Testecleese: I thought you had a right to a speedy trial.
- 47:31Testecleese: and you can't just hold people without charge for 4 years.
- 47:38Testecleese: What's going on, Brian?
- 47:40Testecleese: What's going on over there.
- 47:42Brian McFadden: The grandson Liz was got a fever, so.
- 47:45Testecleese: Yeah! Alright! Alright!
- 47:48Brian McFadden: And there were screaming and yelling going on at other people in the house. I can explain that off the air.
- 47:54Testecleese: After I
- 47:55Testecleese: just be assured that it is not coming through your microphone, and I know it can be distracting to you. But don't worry.
- 48:02Brian McFadden: Super distracted.
- 48:04Testecleese: I know how that is, but we're not here in your home. Private business. Okay.
- 48:08Brian McFadden: Oh, thank God!
- 48:13Testecleese: Oh, I know
- 48:14Testecleese: how it is, man! I got a de hu dehumidifier sitting next to me that kicks on and off.
- 48:18Testecleese: and it's loud as fuck to me. But you guys don't hear it.
- 48:21Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 48:23Testecleese: Luckily I don't hear the family, because they're upstairs.
- 48:26Brian McFadden: Right, right?
- 48:28Brian McFadden: You set it up that way. That was probably one of the things you're looking for in a new place, you know.
- 48:34Testecleese: Oh, yeah, I didn't have. Yeah.
- 48:36Testecleese: I do remember that, though, like the daughter would run through screaming about something like, Oh, there she goes.
- 48:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, give me a second. I gotta take care of this.
- 48:48Testecleese: Obama has given his 1st post-election speech.
- 48:52Brian McFadden: Yes, he has.
- 48:55Brian McFadden: He blames it all on somebody else.
- 48:58Testecleese: Oh, yeah, that's what the dems are good for, though, isn't it like
- 49:01Testecleese: it's never my own personal fault for what happened to me. It's always someone else's fault.
- 49:06Brian McFadden: But I mean I saw a lot of people come out and say it's like, Hey.
- 49:10Brian McFadden: bad news for you, Obama!
- 49:13Brian McFadden: You you have no say so in the Democrat party anymore. You're out. You've been out of the touch
- 49:20Brian McFadden: for this long, and you're you're
- 49:24Brian McFadden: the voters. Don't listen to them anymore.
- 49:27Brian McFadden: They used us directly.
- 49:28Testecleese: Of his credibility.
- 49:29Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's all on like endorsing Biden.
- 49:33Testecleese: And then hand.
- 49:34Brian McFadden: It's gone now. So.
- 49:36Testecleese: And did you hear? Denzel? Washington apparently is like
- 49:39Testecleese: super pissed at Obama because Obama, like talked him into getting involved.
- 49:45Testecleese: And I'm like Denzel, man like
- 49:47Testecleese: you just took this dude's word for this shit, and didn't bother finding out.
- 49:51Brian McFadden: If you should get involved and endorse a candidate.
- 49:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 49:56Testecleese: Which, by the way, a lot of celebrities now are saying they're not going to get involved in this.
- 50:01Brian McFadden: Well.
- 50:02Testecleese: Political Crap, well, Sarah started.
- 50:05Brian McFadden: 4 years from now they will all get involved again
- 50:09Brian McFadden: to keep Jd. Vance from becoming the President.
- 50:13Testecleese: That's what bothers me, though, is
- 50:15Testecleese: they talk about all the wealthy people like Motherfucker. You got 6 houses worth 10 million dollars.
- 50:20Testecleese: Yeah, and tell me about.
- 50:22Brian McFadden: Houses in 5 different countries. Type.
- 50:24Testecleese: Yeah, as it came.
- 50:27Testecleese: And you're gonna tell me how the wealthy are taking over. It's like bitch. That's you.
- 50:31Brian McFadden: Yeah, you are the wealthy.
- 50:33Testecleese: You have no idea how it is to live as an American citizen without.
- 50:37Brian McFadden: Paycheck to paycheck.
- 50:38Testecleese: Yeah.
- 50:39Testecleese: all right, let's assume you don't even live in paycheck to paycheck. Let's say you have $10,000 put aside for an emergency. You know what I mean.
- 50:47Brian McFadden: That's not the average American.
- 50:50Brian McFadden: It should be honestly like not though. Let's come back to reality.
- 50:55Testecleese: Well, I'm sorry, man. I've I've been putting money aside my entire fucking life. That's how I managed to go
- 51:01Testecleese: and buy a house, and granted, I don't have 10 K. Sitting around in liquid cash.
- 51:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 51:09Testecleese: But I have investments put aside. I have all sorts of stuff
- 51:14Testecleese: that shouldn't hit the fan just like I cashed in a bunch of bitcoin to move here.
- 51:20Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 51:22Testecleese: But I don't.
- 51:23Brian McFadden: Gate.
- 51:24Testecleese: I can't. Just I bought back in right before it hit a hundred $1,000 a coin.
- 51:30Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 51:31Testecleese: I thought, oh, by the way,
- 51:35Testecleese: there's rumors don't know if it's true
- 51:37Testecleese: rumors that trump is going to create a national Bitcoin reserve just like the gold reserve.
- 51:45Testecleese: If that's true, I see Bitcoin hitting a quarter 1 million dollars a piece.
- 51:52Brian McFadden: Good.
- 51:52Testecleese: Don't don't know if it's gonna happen, but
- 51:56Testecleese: if it is, you're gonna want to get in when it's just under 100 K. Now, a piece.
- 52:01Brian McFadden: To get it.
- 52:02Testecleese: 250% return. You know.
- 52:05Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 52:06Testecleese: Because I'm used to getting 5 to 10% return
- 52:09Testecleese: over a year on all of my investments combined, you know, and some go down. Some go up.
- 52:15Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:16Testecleese: Verizon has been fun for me over the years, because
- 52:20Testecleese: I buy it. I wait for them to get split up by the Government
- 52:25Testecleese: as a monopoly. Then I buy Verizon.
- 52:28Testecleese: I wait for it to get huge and buy up at, and T. Bell, Atlantic all these other ones.
- 52:34Testecleese: Then I sell it again right before they get split up by the government.
- 52:37Testecleese: Once they get split up, I buy it again and sell it. You know what I mean.
- 52:42Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:42Testecleese: Similar to what I've been doing with silver
- 52:45Testecleese: As soon as trump was announced that he
- 52:48Testecleese: won the election, I went and dumped a whole bunch of precious metals.
- 52:52Testecleese: knowing it was going to drop in value because the dollar was going to come up.
- 52:55Testecleese: I'm gonna wait for it to level up and buy back all my gold and silver
- 52:59Testecleese: at a lower price, definitely, not giving financial advice to anyone out there. But that's
- 53:06Testecleese: if you can get in on these cycles by paying attention to what's going on. That's how you create a little nest egg and sit on.
- 53:12Testecleese: you know, 5 grand in silver, 2 grand in gold, a hundred grand in Verizon stock.
- 53:21Testecleese: Boeing.
- 53:24Testecleese: God!
- 53:25Testecleese: How long have I? We've been talking about Boeing? And is it time to buy Boeing.
- 53:29Brian McFadden: Right.
- 53:30Testecleese: Yeah, did you? It's down leftovers. But did you see?
- 53:35Testecleese: they just lost their plea deal concerning the 2 plane crashes. They had a couple of years ago.
- 53:39Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 53:41Testecleese: This is gonna wreck their stock.
- 53:44Testecleese: They tried to get out of this like a 467 million dollar payment, and the court was like, no, that's not gonna happen. You guys are boned.
- 53:56Testecleese: Oh, man, all right.
- 54:01Testecleese: So let's move on to this assassination. Attempt to trump.
- 54:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:06Testecleese: Looks like the acting director Roe Ronald Walt Rowe.
- 54:12Brian McFadden: Got into a shouting match.
- 54:14Testecleese: With the Texas Republican Representative Republican, Pat Fallon.
- 54:19Testecleese: concerning the shitty job Secret Service did.
- 54:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:24Testecleese: And I just I was like, wasn't this guy not in charge of the Secret service when this happened?
- 54:29Brian McFadden: No, he wasn't.
- 54:30Testecleese: Like the woman who was got fired or resigned over this, so that this guy didn't even do it wasn't even in charge of what happened. It wasn't his fault, and he still threw it.
- 54:40Testecleese: Temper tantrum, screaming at people. It's like
- 54:45Testecleese: people sitting at the rally like, Hey, look a guy on the roof with a gun.
- 54:50Testecleese: and nobody did shit about it.
- 54:52Brian McFadden: Right.
- 54:54Testecleese: Oh, we couldn't get on the roof because it was snow dude. All roofs are slopes.
- 55:00Brian McFadden: Yeah, and how?
- 55:01Brian McFadden: 2 days?
- 55:02Testecleese: I mean, how was the gunman up there?
- 55:05Testecleese: If you couldn't get a guy up there?
- 55:10Testecleese: Oh, my goodness!
- 55:11Testecleese: And a woman who threatened to blow up, blow up trump with an explosion, has been sentenced to like 11 years in prison.
- 55:19Testecleese: She didn't think I was going to go anywhere, because apparently you can get away with threatening to kill people.
- 55:26Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 55:28Testecleese: But while we're talking about assassinations.
- 55:30Testecleese: the CEO of united healthcare Brian Thompson was assassinated in Asia.
- 55:36Brian McFadden: Yeah, it was pretty brazen when it happened.
- 55:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 55:41Brian McFadden: And.
- 55:42Testecleese: Outside and waiting for them.
- 55:43Brian McFadden: Yeah, as he's going into a stockholder meeting, and you know.
- 55:50Brian McFadden: apparently he'd been getting death threats for a while, and apparently nobody took him seriously because he didn't hire private security to like.
- 55:59Testecleese: What's private security really going to do for you, though.
- 56:02Brian McFadden: Well, if you hire exiled team 6 members, you might be okay.
- 56:07Testecleese: No, you'll still get shot. That dude will just get shot dead, too.
- 56:12Testecleese: They're not going to shoot some dude down for being close by, but
- 56:20Testecleese: very interesting situation here. Apparently the guy got on a bus from Atlanta.
- 56:27Testecleese: talk it up to New York.
- 56:29Brian McFadden: -
- 56:30Testecleese: Had cryptic messages written on this bullet casings.
- 56:35Brian McFadden: Yeah, that was the weird part for me, was the correct messages on the board cases.
- 56:40Testecleese: Well, it wasn't.
- 56:42Testecleese: They weren't the same words. I can't remember what they were. Deny.
- 56:46Brian McFadden: There was 4. There was 3 of them, you know. They all like started with a d kind of thing.
- 56:51Testecleese: Well, there was a book released several years ago
- 56:54Testecleese: with 2 of the 3 words. I can't remember what they were.
- 56:58Testecleese: Was a book about health insurance companies taking advantage of people.
- 57:04Brian McFadden: Well united home healthcare made a ton of money during Covid. So that's when they made most of their money.
- 57:11Testecleese: And that is
- 57:13Testecleese: what's really driving me nuts about this, because I'm seeing a lot of people to include Taylor Lorenz, the former Washington post reporter saying, This is why we want these guys dead. And then she posted a picture of Blue Cross, Bruce Shields.
- 57:28Testecleese: CEO and her name.
- 57:31Testecleese: Right?
- 57:32Testecleese: What this you're next.
- 57:34Brian McFadden: Yeah. And apparently they
- 57:36Brian McFadden: everybody's freaking out about how Ua united health care was under investigation by the Senate. You know, there was like
- 57:45Brian McFadden: Congressional subpoenas coming out and stuff.
- 57:48Testecleese: Yeah. Well, my big argument about all this is, besides, just it doesn't make it okay to kill people.
- 57:55Brian McFadden: No, never.
- 57:56Testecleese: If you hate the Health Insurance Company so much.
- 57:59Brian McFadden: Switch.
- 58:00Testecleese: Okay, cancel your insurance and pay out of pocket.
- 58:03Brian McFadden: There and are, you know, there's other health insurance companies out there. There's not just one. We have not gotten to the point where
- 58:11Brian McFadden: Obamacare is the only choice you got. You know.
- 58:15Testecleese: Not even that. But health insurance companies are making money. Obviously right.
- 58:20Brian McFadden: Because
- 58:21Brian McFadden: there's competition involved. You have to make money to stay in in business, you know. It is what it is. That's the way American system set up.
- 58:30Testecleese: Well, that means, on average, you're paying the American citizens paying more money into health insurance than they're taking out, which means it would cost you less money
- 58:40Testecleese: to pay your health care costs on your own. Put the money you would have put into your health insurance
- 58:46Testecleese: into an account as a health savings account.
- 58:49Testecleese: And oh, it costs too much for these procedures. Yeah. But if you say I don't have insurance, I have cash, they give you massive discounts.
- 58:57Testecleese: I'm not kidding you that massive discounts because they don't have to go through a private company and wait 6 months to get paid.
- 59:05Testecleese: you know.
- 59:07Testecleese: If you're that upset about the insurance, yeah, cancel it, go to another company or pay out of fucking pocket.
- 59:13Brian McFadden: No.
- 59:14Testecleese: Obviously these companies are making money. They have to be taking in more than they're paying out.
- 59:19Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 59:20Testecleese: And it's just it's mine. But the average Americans like oh, I can't. I don't have that. Obviously you have that kind of fucking money because you're paying it into a monthly plan. Right? Okay, yeah. Your business may be helping pay into that. But I'm sure if you said I'll cancel the insurance.
- 59:36Testecleese: I've done this before. I I turned down the insurance and said, Pay me extra because I'm going to set up a Health Savings Plan
- 59:43Testecleese: business, the business I worked for
- 59:45Testecleese: paid less money to keep me employed.
- 59:48Brian McFadden: Right.
- 59:48Testecleese: And and I got paid more money to be employed.
- 59:52Brian McFadden: Yeah, because you had prior, you, you had your health coverage coverage.
- 59:56Testecleese: I had private health insurance that I didn't have to go through the business, which is funny, because the last place I worked the social.
- 1:00:02Brian McFadden: Say no.
- 1:00:04Testecleese: Yeah, they're like, well, so what? You just not gonna have health insurance. I'm like, that's none of your business like, well, we won't do that. And I was like, Okay, then I'll take the health insurance like what you just said. You didn't need it.
- 1:00:14Brian McFadden: Yeah, well.
- 1:00:15Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:00:15Brian McFadden: You guys.
- 1:00:16Testecleese: Yeah, it's like I gave you the option to pay less money. You said no, so
- 1:00:20Testecleese: I guess I get an extra 15 cents off my prescriptions now, because I have 2 insurance plans, you know.
- 1:00:26Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:00:28Testecleese: But I mean the place before that when I was working at the the weld factor the factory welding and machining, making
- 1:00:36Testecleese: supplies for the weld industry, testing supplies for like destructive testing and such.
- 1:00:41Testecleese: I talked to them. They they were excited to pay less money out total
- 1:00:46Testecleese: to keep me employed, and I got an extra like $7 an hour, or something stupid.
- 1:00:50Testecleese: which is awesome because I was getting like 40 bucks an hour welding, and it was
- 1:00:57Testecleese: one man assembly line. I would do all the the welds.
- 1:01:02Testecleese: so it wasn't even like I was at a different job every day like a repair job. It was production fabrication. So it was like, once you learn how to do the basics. It's the same every fucking time.
- 1:01:15Testecleese: but it's then you got the the view
- 1:01:19Testecleese: is saying that you know people are excited. Cheering for this assassination just shows you how people are feeling.
- 1:01:27Testecleese: It's like
- 1:01:28Testecleese: they were the people that paid for these damn vaccines that every that all the people on the left demanded everyone get.
- 1:01:35Testecleese: And oh, the vaccines are free! Fuck you! They're free. It came out of your premium, the vaccines, Brian.
- 1:01:44Testecleese: like. Oh, the vaccines were free! No, they weren't.
- 1:01:46Brian McFadden: Oh, somebody pays for those vaccines.
- 1:01:49Testecleese: Yeah, and it.
- 1:01:51Brian McFadden: Nothing's free when it comes to healthcare.
- 1:01:54Testecleese: Nothing's free at all. There's no such thing as free anything. It came out of someone's pocket somewhere.
- 1:01:59Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:02:01Testecleese: And well, you know, and this is what's so
- 1:02:07Testecleese: damn frustrating. It's 1st order fingers. They don't put 2 and 2 together to get 4.
- 1:02:12Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:02:16Testecleese: And I'm I'm
- 1:02:18Testecleese: more than a little frustrated that people are cheering for this and saying, This is the next one. This is the next one.
- 1:02:24Brian McFadden: I'm glad I'm living in the middle of fucking nowhere right.
- 1:02:27Testecleese: And have, and have more guns in my house than people.
- 1:02:33Testecleese: Jeez Louis now granted the hospitals are hiked from me, so should.
- 1:02:38Brian McFadden: Hopefully. Don't need it anytime soon.
- 1:02:40Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. I hope I don't have an an accident.
- 1:02:46Testecleese: Oh, speaking of
- 1:02:48Testecleese: Meant to bring this up earlier with the hunter Biden revolver. I bought the wife a 22 revolver for Christmas.
- 1:02:57Testecleese: so.
- 1:02:59Brian McFadden: Yeah, you mentioned it on a previous show.
- 1:03:02Testecleese: Oh, I did! I didn't.
- 1:03:03Brian McFadden: Yeah, last show. I think you brought it up.
- 1:03:05Testecleese: I didn't realize that sitting right over here in the closet.
- 1:03:08Brian McFadden: So I mean, it may have been mentioned later on in the show, when we barely know what we're talking about anymore. You know.
- 1:03:15Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:03:19Testecleese: Oh, my God, all right.
- 1:03:22Testecleese: So this call her Daddy lady.
- 1:03:27Testecleese: Oh, yeah, broadcast. Harris did.
- 1:03:30Testecleese: She has no idea how Harris could have possibly spent a hundred grand to recreate the set of color. Daddy.
- 1:03:37Brian McFadden: But they did it.
- 1:03:39Testecleese: Well, she said, for one her set didn't cost a hundred grand to build.
- 1:03:43Testecleese: In the 1st place.
- 1:03:44Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:03:45Testecleese: And she said, and the one that they created was made of cardboard.
- 1:03:51Testecleese: So when.
- 1:03:52Brian McFadden: So money laundering is involved.
- 1:03:54Testecleese: Exactly. Where did all this money go? Maybe that's how she spent a billion dollars on her campaign.
- 1:04:01Testecleese: which I'd like to point out.
- 1:04:03Testecleese: Kamala Harris spent over a billion dollars.
- 1:04:06Testecleese: Hillary Clinton spent over a billion dollars. Barack Obama was the 1st one to spend over a billion dollars.
- 1:04:12Brian McFadden: Right lot of Democrats spend over a billion dollars.
- 1:04:15Testecleese: Yeah. Trump has not spent over what? 550 million at a time yet.
- 1:04:21Brian McFadden: I think most of his money comes out of his own like pocket. He doesn't. He does fundraising, but
- 1:04:27Brian McFadden: not like the dems. Do.
- 1:04:30Testecleese: Well, especially 500 million. The dude's worth what? 4 billion still. And granted, this is what gets me because the
- 1:04:36Testecleese: back to the assassination thing.
- 1:04:39Testecleese: They're saying, these guys are billionaires, right? They have the money to handle this.
- 1:04:43Testecleese: Do these folks genuinely think that these guys have Scrooge Mcduck style money, bins full of cash.
- 1:04:50Brian McFadden: I think they do.
- 1:04:53Testecleese: Like they say, Elon Musk, he's got all these billions of dollars. It's yeah. It's owning
- 1:04:58Testecleese: Tesla and Spacex and X. And you know what I mean. It's the companies he owns.
- 1:05:05Testecleese: He doesn't have a billion dollars in in his bank account. This is ridiculous.
- 1:05:12Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:05:12Testecleese: Like my net worth.
- 1:05:14Testecleese: I don't want to give you my net worth, because it's not anyone's fucking business, but it's tied up in like my truck.
- 1:05:20Testecleese: my stocks, my house, you know what I mean.
- 1:05:24Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:05:24Testecleese: Like I was talking earlier, like I have
- 1:05:26Testecleese: access to cash if I need it. But I have to sell things off to get to that.
- 1:05:30Brian McFadden: Money if I need it.
- 1:05:34Testecleese: Which is like shit when it came time for us to pay the annual dues for our storage fee is like all right. I need to wait to the 1st of the month when I have some disposable income.
- 1:05:42Testecleese: because my entire work is tied up and stuff I don't.
- 1:05:45Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:05:46Testecleese: I don't have $50,000 sitting in a bank account somewhere.
- 1:05:49Brian McFadden: I wish we did. We wouldn't be doing what we're doing. We could focus more on the show.
- 1:05:55Brian McFadden: Well, it is what it is.
- 1:05:57Testecleese: If I came into a windfall and came across 50 grand cash, I would immediately invest it.
- 1:06:02Brian McFadden: It, let it go up in value.
- 1:06:04Testecleese: Shit right now, the wife and I looking at buying land here in West Virginia, because it's very inexpensive. But land is finite.
- 1:06:13Testecleese: So it's only going to go up in value.
- 1:06:15Testecleese: You can't make more land
- 1:06:18Testecleese: shit, dude you! You should look into this. There's a plot right near us. It's like 20 acres for like 60 K.
- 1:06:26Testecleese: That's a huge plot of land for no money.
- 1:06:29Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:06:30Testecleese: It's right. Next to there's a road going to it. There's power lines going to it. So it's easy to develop it.
- 1:06:38Testecleese: And even if you don't do any land, sit on it for 10 years, turn around and sell it for more than you bought it for.
- 1:06:43Testecleese: guys.
- 1:06:44Testecleese: But this property here 150 K.
- 1:06:49Testecleese: Value
- 1:06:49Testecleese: for the home and property. It's 1.3 acres. This house is twice as big as what I need.
- 1:06:55Testecleese: I pay something like $37 a year on property tax.
- 1:07:00Testecleese: So like it doesn't even cost that much to just sit on it. You know what I mean.
- 1:07:03Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:07:06Testecleese: But yeah, again, Harris, it spend a billion dollars still owe, then go 20 million to debt.
- 1:07:14Testecleese: But apparently she was paying people all of this money
- 1:07:17Testecleese: that no one understands. How could it possibly cost that much money you paying? You paid someone 6 a hundred $1,000? Yeah, to build something that cost 10,000.
- 1:07:27Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:07:27Testecleese: How do I get that job.
- 1:07:30Brian McFadden: You're not Democrat.
- 1:07:32Testecleese: So I won't. So what? I'll pretend I'm a Democrat.
- 1:07:36Testecleese: I won't even make the shit out of cardboard. I'll make it out of actual wooden Drywall. You pay me a hundred grand. It'll still only cost 10 grand to make, you know.
- 1:07:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:07:49Brian McFadden: and.
- 1:07:51Testecleese: I'm still.
- 1:07:51Brian McFadden: Our element of the God.
- 1:07:53Testecleese: I'm still not sure what I think of Charlemagne. The god
- 1:07:57Testecleese: I I can't decide if he's grifting, or if he's just behind the times.
- 1:08:05Testecleese: what he was going on about, how the Democrats think they're the pure party, and they have the moral high ground.
- 1:08:14Testecleese: Talking about. Yeah, in particular, talking about a bunch of Eigenpards. And
- 1:08:19Testecleese: and then, yeah, he went on, the the view.
- 1:08:22Testecleese: And oh, man, he tore Whoopi a new one, and she got so offended.
- 1:08:27Brian McFadden: Did you kick him off the show.
- 1:08:30Testecleese: No, because he got up and gave her a hug.
- 1:08:32Brian McFadden: No brother.
- 1:08:33Testecleese: We'll be saying that. Oh, he just changed his mind.
- 1:08:36Testecleese: Oh, Motherfucker, Whoopie, do you believe that? Do you believe that is basically what he was saying.
- 1:08:42Testecleese: He's like you're full of it, you know. You're full of it. You're telling all these evil garbage.
- 1:08:47Brian McFadden: Nobody believed that what he said he wasn't going to pardon Hunter.
- 1:08:50Brian McFadden: Nobody.
- 1:08:52Testecleese: Yeah, he didn't change his mind. This was the plan the whole time, and we all knew it.
- 1:08:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:08:55Testecleese: And which is.
- 1:08:57Brian McFadden: And even if he did, if for some Godforsaken reason, he decided not to.
- 1:09:01Brian McFadden: I know a President coming in that would have pardoned him just to like trump would have done it.
- 1:09:10Testecleese: Maybe, or maybe he would have.
- 1:09:13Testecleese: I'm not sure what authority the President has to retry a case that might not be possible, but so he might have had to go with a pardon
- 1:09:19Testecleese: and trump may have like this is ridiculous. You know what I mean.
- 1:09:23Brian McFadden: Yeah, because Trump is trying to like, prove that you guys were on a political witch hunt against me for the last 4 years. Fuck, you guys, I don't give a shit about Hunter Biden. I'll pardon his ass.
- 1:09:36Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:09:36Brian McFadden: His own. Dad wouldn't do it. I will.
- 1:09:39Brian McFadden: What kind of political points would he score for that?
- 1:09:43Testecleese: Well. How many political points did he score for not prosecuting Hillary Clinton.
- 1:09:47Brian McFadden: Not enough.
- 1:09:48Testecleese: None, none.
- 1:09:49Testecleese: Actually it pissed off a whole bunch of libertarians that went and looked at the Republican body and said, huh!
- 1:09:55Testecleese: Kind of like this trump thing going on. You guys got over there.
- 1:09:59Brian McFadden: But not enough.
- 1:10:01Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:10:02Testecleese: And lot of libertarians voted trump this time, because the guy they nominated was a joke. They should have
- 1:10:09Testecleese: nominated Johnson, but.
- 1:10:13Brian McFadden: Can we only hope that Bill Mark, with the show because of Donald Trump.
- 1:10:19Testecleese: Let's be Bill Marshall, because I don't want to go through this again like well, then, don't just spend 4 years talking about how he's Hitler dude.
- 1:10:27Brian McFadden: Yeah, like that. Was this whole show.
- 1:10:31Testecleese: Bill Maher has been driving me nuts for a long time. I remember watching, politically incorrect with Bill Maher when I was young.
- 1:10:36Brian McFadden: And it was entertaining.
- 1:10:38Brian McFadden: and it was. It was like insightful, but but not anymore. None of these political shows, even none of these shows that like, try to make fun of Republican party or Conservatives are even worth watching anymore. They're not even worth being on TV anymore.
- 1:10:55Testecleese: No, and that's why a lot of these networks like Msnbc are being split off from Comcast.
- 1:11:01Brian McFadden: Well del Mars on Max.
- 1:11:03Testecleese: Yeah, I'm just, you know, Rachel.
- 1:11:06Brian McFadden: Warner brothers is gonna keep paying for them for a little while longer, but for how much longer.
- 1:11:12Testecleese: Mar hasn't watched the news in over a decade.
- 1:11:16Brian McFadden: No, he's got riders.
- 1:11:17Brian McFadden: He just reads whatever the writers tell him to read.
- 1:11:20Testecleese: A prime example I have is
- 1:11:23Testecleese: Dennis Prager. You familiar with Prager.
- 1:11:26Brian McFadden: Name, sounds, familiar.
- 1:11:28Testecleese: Okay, he does Prager U Prager university online.
- 1:11:32Testecleese: Anyway, it's not a real school. It's just what they call it.
- 1:11:36Brian McFadden: Was on the show many, many years ago, talking about.
- 1:11:41Testecleese: Tampons in the men's room.
- 1:11:44Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:11:45Testecleese: And Bill Moyes like. No, they're not. You're out of your mind, men. No.
- 1:11:49Brian McFadden: They didn't go to Minnesota, did they?
- 1:11:52Testecleese: Well, that's the thing he's like. It's happening here. Here's the story he's like, it's no, that's for their girlfriends like, Yeah, you're right, because I go to the bathroom at school
- 1:12:02Testecleese: to get a tampon for my girlfriend.
- 1:12:04Brian McFadden: No, never done that never will.
- 1:12:07Testecleese: Oh, I don't know about you, but like every woman I've ever known that is still menstruating
- 1:12:15Testecleese: keeps at least one product in their purse at all times in case of an unexpected, and they know when their cycles coming. You know what I mean.
- 1:12:25Testecleese: Yeah, shit happens.
- 1:12:27Testecleese: But you're not going into the men's room to get a tampoon.
- 1:12:32Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:12:34Testecleese: And yeah, he just ripped him, and everyone was laughing at Prager. And it's like
- 1:12:38Testecleese: this is real, though. And then it came out. This whole trans thing came out.
- 1:12:44Testecleese: and Bill Myers, like this is out. You guys are getting out of control. You don't. You're ridiculous, you know.
- 1:12:50Testecleese: Didn't pay attention until it, and so you couldn't ignore it.
- 1:12:58Testecleese: David Hogg.
- 1:13:00Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:13:01Testecleese: You remember that? Remember that name right.
- 1:13:02Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:13:04Testecleese: Was he? Sandy Hook?
- 1:13:07Brian McFadden: No advertising hook. It was the
- 1:13:12Brian McFadden: what I thought he was the guy that was involved in, like the protesters in like Arlington cemetery, or something like that.
- 1:13:20Testecleese: Oh, he was at one of the school. He was a student in one of these school shootings, but he wasn't.
- 1:13:25Brian McFadden: He was in the Catholic school, and they no, no, I don't know.
- 1:13:30Testecleese: Anyway, he's a quote. Seriously, considering running for the top Dnc job, the vice chair, basically
- 1:13:37Testecleese: of the Dnc. To fix the condescending tone of the Democrat party. It's like David Hogg. That's what you've been doing for years is calling everyone stupid over gun rights and
- 1:13:47Testecleese: condescending to everyone. Say, you just don't know what you're talking about.
- 1:13:51Testecleese: and I'd like to see him because he's a fool. He's an idiot. He got a free ride to Harvard over his publicity
- 1:13:59Testecleese: didn't learn a damn thing, apparently, in which we know that Harvard is not what it used to be.
- 1:14:04Brian McFadden: No, that's no.
- 1:14:06Testecleese: Meanwhile Aoc is talking about running for President again.
- 1:14:12Testecleese: and I'm hearing a lot of.
- 1:14:13Brian McFadden: He was part of Parkland. He was. He was a senior at Parkland High School, shooting.
- 1:14:22Testecleese: So he's at Parkland High when that shooting happened. But he wasn't at school that day.
- 1:14:27Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:14:28Testecleese: But yeah, Aoc is looking to run for President again. Not not run again. But she's considering it again.
- 1:14:34Brian McFadden: All right.
- 1:14:34Testecleese: And I'm here.
- 1:14:35Brian McFadden: I hope she runs.
- 1:14:37Testecleese: I do, too, and you know what
- 1:14:39Testecleese: I hope David Hogg runs for. President in Aoc is his Vp. Pick?
- 1:14:47Testecleese: It'll be a hog aoc.
- 1:14:49Brian McFadden: Nice.
- 1:14:51Testecleese: Hey? You may not want to talk to her.
- 1:14:53Testecleese: but you would definitely hog Aoc, wouldn't you?
- 1:14:56Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:14:57Testecleese: No, really, she's cute.
- 1:15:00Brian McFadden: Not anymore.
- 1:15:02Testecleese: You don't have to listen to her talk.
- 1:15:05Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:15:06Testecleese: And I mean shit she might go get her tubes tied to. You have to worry about knocking her up.
- 1:15:13Testecleese: Yes, go ahead and get me kicked off the Internet for making a joke about an attractive lady wanting to have sex with her. Oh, no!
- 1:15:23Testecleese: Well, let's move on to another topic altogether. Oh, by the way, actually, if Aoc did become President, what do you think would happen to the migration crisis, do you think it would just kick right back off.
- 1:15:33Brian McFadden: Oh, hell, yeah, definitely.
- 1:15:36Testecleese: You think so? You don't think she would keep it locked down after.
- 1:15:38Brian McFadden: No, she don't give a shit about that.
- 1:15:40Brian McFadden: Dems need more illegal immigration. People voting for them. They would like make sure they they empower.
- 1:15:48Testecleese: Well, the uncommon thing you'll hear
- 1:15:53Testecleese: is they can't vote. They're not citizens.
- 1:15:55Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:15:56Testecleese: Okay, I'll accept that argument, but they still get counted on the census.
- 1:16:00Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:16:01Testecleese: Which gives them Congressional seats and electoral votes
- 1:16:04Testecleese: in the electoral college for President.
- 1:16:06Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:16:08Testecleese: So by bringing in these folks. That was what the two-thirds compromise was way back in the day. It didn't say that a black person. A slave was two-thirds of a person.
- 1:16:15Testecleese: They said, you don't get to count your quote property towards the census.
- 1:16:21Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:16:23Testecleese: But apparently about 180 K. Non-citizens were intentionally let into the Us.
- 1:16:30Testecleese: Never detained. In the 1st place.
- 1:16:33Testecleese: Oh, I thought that wasn't happening.
- 1:16:36Testecleese: like I thought they were immediately intercepted and given a court date that they just didn't bother showing up to
- 1:16:44Testecleese: interesting. Huh?
- 1:16:47Testecleese: Meanwhile we're getting a surge of Indian migrants coming coming from Canada.
- 1:16:56Testecleese: That is very interesting, but that also may be why Trump spoke to Trudeau
- 1:17:04Testecleese: and threatened to put a 25% tariff on all Canadian goods until they fix the immigration.
- 1:17:09Brian McFadden: Well. He also said that Canada should become our 51st day.
- 1:17:14Testecleese: Yeah. And here's the thing is, trump makes a joke like we're gonna annex Canada and make it our 51st state. And everyone.
- 1:17:19Brian McFadden: People don't know how to take drones.
- 1:17:20Testecleese: That's true.
- 1:17:21Brian McFadden: So.
- 1:17:22Testecleese: And that's the thing. The guy's fucking hilarious. He really is.
- 1:17:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:17:27Testecleese: Oh, my God, I trump's yeah, he's crass.
- 1:17:33Testecleese: but he makes me laugh like
- 1:17:36Testecleese: whatever happened to comedy. Dude used to be able to make funny jokes.
- 1:17:40Testecleese: And now people just get offended by everything.
- 1:17:44Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:17:45Testecleese: Everything.
- 1:17:46Brian McFadden: Everything.
- 1:17:48Testecleese: Make. Okay. So the New Mexican President what's her name?
- 1:17:52Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 1:17:53Testecleese: Yeah, sorry. I still remember.
- 1:17:54Brian McFadden: I don't care.
- 1:17:56Testecleese: Well, she was the one who said, We're not going to comply with Trump's demands on migration coming.
- 1:18:02Brian McFadden: She will by the time he's president.
- 1:18:04Testecleese: She's already broken up. 2 caravans working the way through Mexico, coming up to the United States again because he threatened a 25% tariff on all Mexican made goods.
- 1:18:15Testecleese: What are we really getting from Mexico these days, though, like, I'm sure we're getting plenty of stuff.
- 1:18:20Testecleese: But what are we getting? What avocados
- 1:18:24Testecleese: it's not like? It was in the eighties when everything, said Hecho and Mexico. You know what I mean now everything's made in China
- 1:18:32Testecleese: which Trump threatened to put a hundred percent tariff on Chinese goods.
- 1:18:38Testecleese: And again, this is the big. This is the big ask. You say we're going to do this unless you do that. Then they do that, so you don't have to.
- 1:18:46Brian McFadden: And then you gotta do that because they did do that.
- 1:18:48Testecleese: Well, and that's the thing is.
- 1:18:50Testecleese: some of these people that are getting so Butthurt about this stuff should read his book, The Art of the deal
- 1:18:57Testecleese: I brought this up to that dude Sean I keep talking about. He's like I wouldn't read a book written by a fascist dictator. I was like dude. You read Montgome.
- 1:19:05Testecleese: but you won't read the out of the deal.
- 1:19:08Testecleese: And then he says, stuff like, Oh, he's worse than Hitler, I'm like, oh, my fucking God! I'm sorry! How many Jews did trump round up and externate.
- 1:19:16Brian McFadden: Absolutely none.
- 1:19:18Testecleese: Yeah, like, if you genuinely say he's worse than Hitler, then you need to back the fuck off and check your own goddamn privilege, because no one was exterminated under trump. 6 million Jews were killed by the Nazis.
- 1:19:32Testecleese: It's it!
- 1:19:34Testecleese: I know you're trying to make it sound like Trump's worst, but you're making it sound like Hitler. Wasn't that bad?
- 1:19:38Brian McFadden: No, exactly.
- 1:19:41Testecleese: Oh, my God, it's it's infuriating dude!
- 1:19:46Testecleese: Oh, here we go.
- 1:19:48Testecleese: Record number of Chinese folks have illegally entered the Us. To the point that Biden is actually going to do something about it.
- 1:19:57Brian McFadden: Yeah, okay.
- 1:19:58Testecleese: Was this? Well, this is something that we had brought up before. Was
- 1:20:01Testecleese: they go? It's just it's it's black. You hate brown people coming across the border. If you leave the border wide open, what's going to stop the Russians and the Chinese from.
- 1:20:10Brian McFadden: Absolutely nobody. They're coming from the north. They're coming from the south now. So.
- 1:20:16Testecleese: Yeah, like they can get into. And
- 1:20:19Testecleese: you're worried about Russian influence. You leave the border wide open. They're going to come in here, you know. And.
- 1:20:25Testecleese: dear God.
- 1:20:26Testecleese: the the Russians are white. They might be able to blend in and actually vote in these
- 1:20:32Testecleese: in these States that don't check voter. Id.
- 1:20:35Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:20:37Testecleese: Did you notice the the election map? All the States that turned out blue after the election?
- 1:20:43Testecleese: Not a single one of them required voter. Id.
- 1:20:46Brian McFadden: Of course not.
- 1:20:48Testecleese: Very curious. What up? Repeat offender.
- 1:20:52Ron Pascoe: Back in the house, boys, back in the house.
- 1:20:55Testecleese: You got yourself a drink yet, or is it too early for you.
- 1:20:58Brian McFadden: Too early.
- 1:20:59Ron Pascoe: Still on double time, mate. I'm just on the power drinks.
- 1:21:03Testecleese: I think, Brian and I might have to get together and order you a case of Fosters, so you can.
- 1:21:07Brian McFadden: Your favorite.
- 1:21:09Testecleese: You're on hand.
- 1:21:09Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 1:21:11Ron Pascoe: Is, that.
- 1:21:11Brian McFadden: Do you need to get that in Australia? We'll we'll mail it to you.
- 1:21:16Testecleese: Cool.
- 1:21:17Testecleese: Oh, okay, alright, alright ship it.
- 1:21:19Ron Pascoe: What do you tell me? You've finally got sponsors on board.
- 1:21:22Brian McFadden: No, no, we're just gonna sponsor you to drink some Fosters.
- 1:21:29Testecleese: That'll be our commercial like, watch the Aussie actually frigging pound oil can.
- 1:21:36Ron Pascoe: We turn this into a live event.
- 1:21:38Testecleese: He definitely could. Oh, God! It's so terrible!
- 1:21:44Ron Pascoe: Type of view how we been, anyway. Jeez big week, years.
- 1:21:53Testecleese: Yeah, it wasn't even a whole bunch of stuff that happened. It was just big stuff.
- 1:21:58Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:22:02Ron Pascoe: Yeah, he exit. He's gone through definitely.
- 1:22:05Brian McFadden: It's looking good for him.
- 1:22:07Testecleese: It's looking real good, and actually it looks like he may be suing this woman, accusing him of rape.
- 1:22:14Ron Pascoe: Yeah, I don't.
- 1:22:16Ron Pascoe: 10%.
- 1:22:17Testecleese: Well, she signed an nda when she accepted a hush! Money payment.
- 1:22:23Brian McFadden: And then she violated it by bringing the shit up.
- 1:22:27Testecleese: Yep, and it's like, now you signed off, saying, I'll take this money and shut the fuck up.
- 1:22:31Testecleese: Which doesn't. I love people. That means you're guilty. But no, it means it was going to take
- 1:22:35Testecleese: 4 years ago through a court system and cost him $600,000 in lawyer fees, and it was easier just to pay you to go away.
- 1:22:42Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:22:43Ron Pascoe: Yeah.
- 1:22:44Brian McFadden: Trump done it, for trump's done it millions of times.
- 1:22:47Ron Pascoe: Happens in business every day, every day that's in business.
- 1:22:51Testecleese: Has anyone seen fight, club.
- 1:22:54Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah. Don't talk about Fight Club. That's rule number one.
- 1:22:59Testecleese: You're right. But they brought up in the movie how the automotive recall system works.
- 1:23:05Testecleese: the company has to look, what's it gonna cost to pay out claims if people get hurt or killed by our vehicles out there versus what's it gonna cost to recall the vehicle.
- 1:23:13Brian McFadden: We're just cheaper. We'll go that route.
- 1:23:15Testecleese: That's the way all of this shit works, because you're trying to make money.
- 1:23:21Testecleese: All right. Well, let's move on, Brian. I swear to God! Brian might have to get his prostate checked. He's got a pee like every 4 min.
- 1:23:31Testecleese: Here we go. There we go!
- 1:23:33Testecleese: Repeat offender. Next time you come into the States we'll make a live performance of this. You you check his prostate. All right.
- 1:23:41Ron Pascoe: Anyway, I'll bring the rubber gloves.
- 1:23:43Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:23:44Testecleese: rubber gloves and make sure you tickle that thing, make them pop one off real good, and then laugh at him for it
- 1:23:51Testecleese: to the walnut.
- 1:23:52Testecleese: Yeah, it's like dude, did you? Just
- 1:23:54Testecleese: not when a dude's finger was up your butt?
- 1:23:58Ron Pascoe: Make him call my name 3 times.
- 1:24:03Ron Pascoe: Thank you.
- 1:24:06Testecleese: While, while we're in that this terrible topic here Supreme Court is hearing
- 1:24:14Testecleese: the case over gender affirming care in Tennessee
- 1:24:20Testecleese: they are trying to decide whether or not Tennessee is allowed to ban
- 1:24:25Testecleese: hormone therapy or trans surgeries for minors.
- 1:24:31Testecleese: I have my opinion, and I think the Supreme court's going to rule, saying, Tennessee can, in fact, do this.
- 1:24:40Testecleese: But I saw some very interesting. Okay.
- 1:24:43Ron Pascoe: No, you're on, mate. I just thought complete madness has started coming to a standstill.
- 1:24:47Ron Pascoe: you know, and they look it.
- 1:24:50Ron Pascoe: It's going to be very interesting to see how they rule on this.
- 1:24:55Testecleese: Yeah, here's the questions, are they gonna make a broad, sweeping decision? Or is it going to be
- 1:24:59Testecleese: specific to this particular case?
- 1:25:02Ron Pascoe: Because Supreme Court can say,
- 1:25:06Testecleese: Yes, you can, and that's the end of it, or they can say, No, you can't, and neither can anyone else in the country.
- 1:25:12Testecleese: Yeah. Usually the Supreme Court doesn't do a sweeping decision like that.
- 1:25:18Testecleese: What what got me was
- 1:25:21Testecleese: I saw a bunch of signs, and
- 1:25:23Testecleese: because I paid a lot of attention to this, and I got a good laugh, because when Claire
- 1:25:28Testecleese: came to me.
- 1:25:30Ron Pascoe: At the time.
- 1:25:32Testecleese: Still using quote dead name, said that he was becoming a she.
- 1:25:37Testecleese: 1st thing I said was, Wow, that's a long way to go to not have to admit you're gay.
- 1:25:43Testecleese: Well, I saw signs at this the outside the Supreme Court saying, pro-trans is anti-gay.
- 1:25:50Testecleese: and a lot of these people that were talking about trans in their kids like. Well, my, my then son was attracted to boys.
- 1:25:59Testecleese: so we turned he into a she like, so they can't be gay
- 1:26:04Testecleese: like. I thought you weren't allowed to say that.
- 1:26:07Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:26:07Testecleese: And this is
- 1:26:10Testecleese: this is where we get into some really really murky waters, because these kids don't have the ability to give consent.
- 1:26:17Testecleese: So the parents are making these decisions. But and they say it's reversible with these hormone blockers.
- 1:26:23Testecleese: But the problem is, let's say you're
- 1:26:24Testecleese: you put your 12 year, old girl on puberty blockers
- 1:26:28Testecleese: right before she blossoms into a woman
- 1:26:32Testecleese: 10 years later this person decides I'm going to, in fact, be a woman.
- 1:26:37Testecleese: and you take them off these hormone blockers now they're 10 years behind on puberty.
- 1:26:43Testecleese: They didn't develop properly. They they grew taller, but they didn't
- 1:26:48Testecleese: mature, and their brain didn't mature.
- 1:26:53Testecleese: Your brain's not done growing until you're 25.
- 1:26:57Brian McFadden: That's why they they don't want kids smoking weed before they're like 18.
- 1:27:03Testecleese: I agree. But the thing is you're gonna say, I can. This kid can cut their breasts off in a double mastectomy
- 1:27:10Testecleese: because they they believe it, but they can't get a tattoo, because they aren't mature enough to make a decision.
- 1:27:15Brian McFadden: No, they can't drink either.
- 1:27:17Testecleese: Because the tattoo is permanent, I'm like, so isn't the double mastectomy.
- 1:27:23Brian McFadden: Most of the.
- 1:27:24Ron Pascoe: You can. You can enlist at 18, can't you, to go and fight a war.
- 1:27:28Testecleese: You can enlist until well, you can enlist at 17, but you need your parents to sign off in the United States.
- 1:27:35Ron Pascoe: Hmm.
- 1:27:36Testecleese: 18 you can sign up on your own, which I'm still bothered by.
- 1:27:42Testecleese: and a lot of people who have served to bothered by, because you can
- 1:27:45Testecleese: go to war and get shot in the face for your country. But you can't come home and have a beer.
- 1:27:52Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:27:52Ron Pascoe: Yeah.
- 1:27:53Testecleese: That's or or have a cigarette.
- 1:27:57Brian McFadden: Well, there's some now.
- 1:27:58Testecleese: Yes, yes, I was 22 when I signed up, so I'll
- 1:28:02Testecleese: in a school. I was going over there Base Club having a beer.
- 1:28:08Testecleese: But I'm watching. You know, most of these kids were like 1819, you know.
- 1:28:13Testecleese: they I'd finished training with them. And like, Let's go get a drink like I can't. I'm like Oh, what fuck, you know!
- 1:28:21Testecleese: Wow!
- 1:28:21Ron Pascoe: It's crazy, isn't it? Like different cultures around the world like Italy?
- 1:28:24Ron Pascoe: The kids had warned at 8 years of age, at the dinner table.
- 1:28:28Testecleese: I remember in Greece.
- 1:28:31Testecleese: the the general, there was an official age, but in general, if you could see over the bar, they would serve you a drink.
- 1:28:39Ron Pascoe: Hmm.
- 1:28:40Testecleese: And I was like, all right, like
- 1:28:43Testecleese: now, I don't like the idea of getting a 12 year old letting a 12 year old get sloppy drunk.
- 1:28:51Testecleese: Well, I typically don't let most people get sloppy drunk in your bar because it's not good for business. You know what I mean.
- 1:28:56Brian McFadden: Go ahead!
- 1:28:56Testecleese: Now, I will say, and I know Brian knows this.
- 1:28:59Testecleese: When the United States Navy travels around the world and hits port, they let the sailors get sloppy drunk because they spend so much money.
- 1:29:07Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:29:08Testecleese: We'd show.
- 1:29:09Brian McFadden: Because we've been saving up money between ports. We got.
- 1:29:12Testecleese: Exactly.
- 1:29:12Brian McFadden: Yeah, we got money to blow.
- 1:29:14Testecleese: For you were at sea for 3 months. You had port, you dropped 400 bucks between food and booze.
- 1:29:21Testecleese: American dollars. And this is when the American dollar was still worth more than anyone else's currency dollar to dollar.
- 1:29:30Testecleese: and they loved it because we just dumped tons of money into the community and then leave. It's like you didn't have to worry about these assholes in 2 days because they were leaving and going somewhere else.
- 1:29:39Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:29:40Brian McFadden: Somebody else's problem.
- 1:29:42Testecleese: Exactly. All right. They're going to Australia next. Let Australia deal them. It's like they get, too, out of control there they'll get punched in the face, and then served another beer.
- 1:29:53Ron Pascoe: Let's see, move on to the next pub.
- 1:29:56Testecleese: Well, that was the thing that I really enjoyed about Australia was they would let you get away with so much shit. But once you hit a certain point
- 1:30:03Testecleese: they would get right up in your face like you need to calm the fuck down, mate.
- 1:30:07Testecleese: and if you said anything like fuck you whatever they punch you in the mouth.
- 1:30:11Testecleese: and as long as you didn't get up and hit them back they would buy you a drink to apologize for having to hit you.
- 1:30:16Testecleese: and it's like, All right, Buddy, let's have another chink.
- 1:30:20Ron Pascoe: Yeah.
- 1:30:21Ron Pascoe: 20 bucks in every bag in the life.
- 1:30:22Testecleese: Friends.
- 1:30:24Ron Pascoe: Give it 20 bucks and have a great night,
- 1:30:27Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:30:28Testecleese: I will say, though I don't know all what's going on Australia. But apparently a lot of your men beat the shit out of the women.
- 1:30:34Brian McFadden: Yeah, they did.
- 1:30:35Testecleese: Apparently it's a big issue.
- 1:30:37Ron Pascoe: Like that. It's it's not.
- 1:30:40Ron Pascoe: It's not majority men. It's minority.
- 1:30:43Testecleese: But it's enough of them.
- 1:30:44Brian McFadden: Well, I know when when I showed up in the early.
- 1:30:48Testecleese: Tennis balls.
- 1:30:49Brian McFadden: Late 8. No, that's Thailand.
- 1:30:52Testecleese: Oh, I had the tennis balls happen in Australia.
- 1:30:56Brian McFadden: Well, it wasn't tennis. It was golf balls and razor blades in Thailand.
- 1:31:01Testecleese: Oh, no, no, no! We're talking about different things altogether.
- 1:31:05Brian McFadden: You, they.
- 1:31:06Testecleese: When I went to Australia we would hit port, and as we pulled in.
- 1:31:10Testecleese: these women would have tennis balls with their name and number written on them, they would throw them on the ship.
- 1:31:16Brian McFadden: Looking like these American men treat the women so great. It's like
- 1:31:21Testecleese: Yes, he and dudes that have been at sea for 3 to 6 months at a time.
- 1:31:25Brian McFadden: Well. But even those men still treated that in the local opinion even those men still treat them better than like the Aussie men's, because they respected them, and they wanted to have sex with them, you know, so they treat them nicely.
- 1:31:42Testecleese: That's right.
- 1:31:42Ron Pascoe: Money they go back to their fellas.
- 1:31:47Ron Pascoe: The girls are. I need it for the cash, mate. Trust me.
- 1:31:50Testecleese: No, they they wanted exactly. They.
- 1:31:53Testecleese: these American dudes would show up.
- 1:31:55Testecleese: and they hadn't seen a woman.
- 1:31:57Brian McFadden: In months.
- 1:31:59Testecleese: And they treated them like goddesses, and they just they assume that's how we treat all women all the time, and don't get me wrong. A lot of guys.
- 1:32:07Brian McFadden: Create my life.
- 1:32:08Testecleese: There's a lot. Yeah, but there's a lot of douchebag men in the United States, too. Let's be real.
- 1:32:12Brian McFadden: Yeah, this is where it is.
- 1:32:15Testecleese: And you'd show up, and they'd be like they tried to get this American husband. And it's like.
- 1:32:20Testecleese: I understand what you think is going on. But trust me, these dudes do not want to marry you and take you home. They want to bang you and then leave and never talk to you again.
- 1:32:29Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:32:30Ron Pascoe: And give you their Mike's name.
- 1:32:33Testecleese: Oh, man! I used the name Rusty Shackelford in every port I went to.
- 1:32:40Testecleese: just so they could never find me like I remember once.
- 1:32:44Testecleese: I have talked about on the show. I got in trouble in Greece.
- 1:32:49Testecleese: Not gonna go into all the details. Let's just say it was legal in Greece, but not in the United States, and I could have got away with it if I had not lied to. My captain.
- 1:32:57Brian McFadden: I wonder what it's gonna be.
- 1:32:59Brian McFadden: She was a little.
- 1:33:01Testecleese: Younger.
- 1:33:02Brian McFadden: Exactly who's like.
- 1:33:06Testecleese: I told her my name was Rusty Shacklehert from the Uss. Lollipop, like good luck finding me
- 1:33:17Testecleese: alright.
- 1:33:18Testecleese: All right.
- 1:33:21Testecleese: Brian, what do you think's gonna happen with this Supreme Court case back on topic concerning transgender stuff.
- 1:33:31Brian McFadden: I think that it's going to revert back to the States issue.
- 1:33:36Brian McFadden: I think the Supreme Court will say
- 1:33:38Brian McFadden: it's up to the States to determine what they want to do in their state.
- 1:33:43Brian McFadden: but as it should be.
- 1:33:45Testecleese: A 10th Amendment Issue.
- 1:33:46Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 1:33:47Testecleese: I agree.
- 1:33:50Testecleese: Apparently Chelsea Manning got arrested for storm, for storming the Capitol building.
- 1:33:55Brian McFadden: Oh, no! The the.
- 1:33:59Testecleese: Yeah. Chelsea Manning, I don't know if you recall.
- 1:34:03Brian McFadden: Proven.
- 1:34:04Testecleese: Went to prison. Was Bradley Manning at 1 point
- 1:34:08Testecleese: went to prison, decided to be a woman, or decided she was a woman.
- 1:34:14Testecleese: This was the person involved with
- 1:34:18Testecleese: putting making Julian Assange flee the country right.
- 1:34:21Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:34:22Ron Pascoe: Yep.
- 1:34:24Testecleese: Very, very curious stuff happening there.
- 1:34:29Testecleese: Meanwhile, California, the Attorney General wants people to report
- 1:34:35Testecleese: shopping centers if there's not enough gender neutral toys available.
- 1:34:40Testecleese: What the fuck does, what the fuck does that mean?
- 1:34:43Brian McFadden: I don't know but you better report them.
- 1:34:46Testecleese: I thought I thought we were supposed to say there was no such thing as gender specific toys anymore, like.
- 1:34:52Brian McFadden: Well, that. But yeah, in most states, but not in California.
- 1:34:56Testecleese: But I thought, just because she wants to play with Gi. Joe's doesn't mean she's a boy.
- 1:35:01Testecleese: But apparently that's what we're doing as we're trans and kids because she plays with Gi. Joe's, and he plays with Barbies.
- 1:35:08Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:35:09Testecleese: And that's why it's so difficult to stay on top of this shit, cause it changes so fast.
- 1:35:17Testecleese: And again the whole, they act like a girl. So therefore they're a girl.
- 1:35:24Testecleese: I thought that wasn't a thing. And again, it sounds like the they're anti-gay
- 1:35:30Testecleese: like. Oh, this person's attracted to this sex, therefore they must be the opposite sex.
- 1:35:34Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:35:39Testecleese: Again. It's a i.
- 1:35:41Testecleese: You keep up on this shit, but it changes so. And there's these people are so passionate.
- 1:35:46Testecleese: but they're on the right side of history. It's like dude. 6 months ago you were arguing the other side of this argument, calling everyone Nazis. And now you're
- 1:35:55Testecleese: arguing the opposite side, calling everyone Nazis like, does that mean you were a Nazi 2 years ago?
- 1:36:02Brian McFadden: You're only nosy when it's convenient to make money.
- 1:36:06Testecleese: Well, here's the fun part is the village people thank trump for using Y.M.C.A. And the trump shimmy.
- 1:36:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:36:16Testecleese: And they said it.
- 1:36:19Testecleese: They deny it as a gay anthem.
- 1:36:22Testecleese: and that just made me laugh so hard.
- 1:36:26Testecleese: Everyone knows Y.M.C.A. Right.
- 1:36:29Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:36:31Testecleese: Have you ever been to a wedding and not dance to the Y.M.C.A.
- 1:36:37Testecleese: It's not.
- 1:36:39Ron Pascoe: It's very international mate. It's very international.
- 1:36:42Testecleese: Yeah, it's at every wedding you go to. It's everywhere. It's everything. Now, if we want to talk about a gay song that the village people did. We could talk about in the Navy.
- 1:36:53Ron Pascoe: Yeah. Isn't it funny how things have changed around? Did you see trump over in Notre Dame
- 1:36:58Ron Pascoe: over in Paris?
- 1:37:00Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:37:00Testecleese: I didn't know Trump was there, but I know they did just finish the reconstruction of the.
- 1:37:04Brian McFadden: That's what he was there for.
- 1:37:07Testecleese: I didn't know that trump went there. That's.
- 1:37:09Ron Pascoe: And the world leaders.
- 1:37:10Brian McFadden: He was invited. But Biden wasn't.
- 1:37:13Testecleese: Oh!
- 1:37:15Ron Pascoe: The world leaders are kissing his ass now. Big time.
- 1:37:17Testecleese: Big fire is what happened right?
- 1:37:21Brian McFadden: Yeah, like.
- 1:37:22Ron Pascoe: The quarter before, probably 2 weeks after I was in Paris.
- 1:37:26Testecleese: Oh! Geez.
- 1:37:27Ron Pascoe: Back in 2,009.
- 1:37:28Brian McFadden: So you're the reason why I caught on fire.
- 1:37:32Testecleese: Tossing cigarettes in the in the leaves out front of the church.
- 1:37:36Brian McFadden: Colder for 2 weeks, and it finally caught on fire.
- 1:37:38Testecleese: Yeah, the northern spire collapse right? And it was like it was like 200 years old.
- 1:37:45Ron Pascoe: Yeah, it's massive, massive church.
- 1:37:48Brian McFadden: They basically spent so much time and money on the refurbishment. It looks like the original Notre Dame
- 1:37:57Brian McFadden: compared to like a Notre Dame from hundreds of years old.
- 1:38:02Testecleese: Hmm gotcha gotcha. So it looks.
- 1:38:05Ron Pascoe: He made a movie over Netflix.
- 1:38:07Testecleese: Oh, I believe that I totally believe that.
- 1:38:10Testecleese: By the way.
- 1:38:10Brian McFadden: I thought we had that in here someplace.
- 1:38:14Testecleese: Maybe I I remember seeing something about it, but I remember not sharing the article, because.
- 1:38:20Brian McFadden: Guys.
- 1:38:20Testecleese: So long ago.
- 1:38:23Brian McFadden: But I thought I shared it because of the trunk.
- 1:38:27Testecleese: I don't remember seeing it.
- 1:38:28Brian McFadden: Because he was invited to Notre Dame. But Biden wasn't.
- 1:38:32Ron Pascoe: Hey!
- 1:38:34Brian McFadden: Oh, wow!
- 1:38:34Ron Pascoe: Getting the arts kicked down big time by the world leaders.
- 1:38:37Ron Pascoe: Go ahead.
- 1:38:38Testecleese: Yeah. And it's funny because some of these world leaders are like, I, this guy's an idiot, or whatever it's like.
- 1:38:44Testecleese: better, watch your mouth like trump, will forgive you as long as you get in line.
- 1:38:51Testecleese: but you can only poke the bear so many times because I got a feeling trump ain't going to put up with the same shit he did the 1st time, because.
- 1:38:58Brian McFadden: No, you have.
- 1:38:59Testecleese: He tried to show up the 1st time and play ball the way everyone else had, and the deep state would not allow it to happen.
- 1:39:06Testecleese: and that.
- 1:39:06Brian McFadden: Didn't realize how deep the deep state was back. Then.
- 1:39:11Testecleese: Well, the thing is, he drained the swamp, but the problem was.
- 1:39:13Brian McFadden: Ingrained enough.
- 1:39:15Ron Pascoe: No.
- 1:39:16Testecleese: He exposed the swamp monsters. He didn't get rid of the swamp monsters. He just let us see who they were.
- 1:39:22Testecleese: So that's why it's only that's why he's going nominating guys like Heg, Seth and Ramaswan.
- 1:39:29Ron Pascoe: Yeah.
- 1:39:30Testecleese: To be doing these jobs? Yeah?
- 1:39:31Testecleese: Could tell.
- 1:39:31Testecleese: Yeah, I am sure.
- 1:39:33Testecleese: Kind of
- 1:39:34Testecleese: best part is, I wanted to bring up Patel a while ago, but I was like no way he's gonna get the nomination no way.
- 1:39:41Brian McFadden: Do you.
- 1:39:43Testecleese: Oh, and he's gonna get confirmed.
- 1:39:46Brian McFadden: That's what I mean. Yeah.
- 1:39:48Ron Pascoe: Did you hear what he said about the Jacob Hoover Building?
- 1:39:51Brian McFadden: Regular sales.
- 1:39:52Ron Pascoe: Some of them are going back out in the streets. He's going to get rid of them.
- 1:39:55Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:39:55Ron Pascoe: I said, we'll turn. We'll turn it into a museum.
- 1:39:58Testecleese: Well, that's the thing is a lot of people. He's gonna fire all these people. He never said he's gonna fire anyone, he said. He's gonna put him back out there to enforce the law and not be an intelligence agency.
- 1:40:08Brian McFadden: They'll be eyes.
- 1:40:09Brian McFadden: The FBI should not be an intelligence agency. We got other agencies for that. FBI should be law enforcement and investigation.
- 1:40:18Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. Federal Bureau of Investigation. You investigate these crimes, and then you go and arrest people
- 1:40:23Testecleese: just like the FBI just arrested that Car
- 1:40:27Testecleese: not Congresswoman. City Councilwoman in Boston.
- 1:40:29Ron Pascoe: Counselor. Yeah.
- 1:40:31Brian McFadden: You're you're your former, your former councilwoman.
- 1:40:36Ron Pascoe: What a scheme! $13,000 she was paying at a time to a bloody relative.
- 1:40:40Testecleese: I get $7,000 kickback.
- 1:40:43Testecleese: She's going to prison
- 1:40:45Testecleese: like there's no way around this. You are done. Now here's the question. Is, Massachusetts turn around and have a look at everyone else.
- 1:40:53Testecleese: No, they're gonna vote. They're gonna vote another den into our place.
- 1:40:57Testecleese: It's 1 thing to vote another demon. It's what are you going to go and look for more corruption? Or are you just gonna pretend that this is a 1 time thing.
- 1:41:03Brian McFadden: One time a day.
- 1:41:05Testecleese: Yeah, now, does this.
- 1:41:07Ron Pascoe: I'm not sure to sell that hop to, girl.
- 1:41:10Testecleese: We talked about her, too, so.
- 1:41:13Testecleese: and her dad must be so proud. Huh?
- 1:41:16Ron Pascoe: Those are spitting on a dick.
- 1:41:19Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. She got famous for the way she blows dudes. And now she's gonna go to prison for ripping them off, too.
- 1:41:26Ron Pascoe: Deploy, women.
- 1:41:28Testecleese: All right, moving on to our next topic of discussion here.
- 1:41:33Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:41:34Testecleese: The Us. Navy actually had to discharge weapons
- 1:41:40Testecleese: in defense of a Houthi attack on merchant ships.
- 1:41:45Testecleese: They shot down missiles, or whatever they repelled. This attack.
- 1:41:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:41:51Testecleese: Do the Houthis really want to get into a battle with the United States Navy?
- 1:41:56Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:41:57Ron Pascoe: Not.
- 1:41:58Brian McFadden: But they also know the current administration won't do much about it either, so.
- 1:42:03Testecleese: Yeah, they.
- 1:42:04Brian McFadden: Doesn't seem like the rules of engagement
- 1:42:07Brian McFadden: in that area of the country are all that stiff.
- 1:42:11Testecleese: Hmm I know.
- 1:42:15Brian McFadden: It seems like we're firing firing weapons off for deterrence rather than like trying to sink. Shit.
- 1:42:22Testecleese: That's the thing is, why didn't we? We shot down missiles. Why didn't we sink these ships
- 1:42:30Testecleese: that really bothered me? It's like once they fire upon you, you're allowed to fire back at them.
- 1:42:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:42:40Ron Pascoe: Back in about 10 min, boys, back in about 10 min.
- 1:42:44Testecleese: Be straight back.
- 1:42:47Testecleese: He's going to go secretly pound down a foster's.
- 1:42:50Brian McFadden: No, he's not.
- 1:42:53Testecleese: He doesn't want us to see it.
- 1:42:56Testecleese: And this next one, Brian, it's funny I shared. I shared this article like 3 days ago. Then I thought, then you put it in there? What yesterday or today.
- 1:43:06Brian McFadden: It was recently.
- 1:43:07Testecleese: The George Washington left Norfolk, Virginia.
- 1:43:11Testecleese: and it took took them like a week or so to get to their new home base in Yokusuka, Japan.
- 1:43:17Brian McFadden: It took him more than a week to get from Norfolk to Japan.
- 1:43:21Testecleese: Actually it.
- 1:43:22Testecleese: It doesn't take that long at full esteem to get.
- 1:43:26Brian McFadden: Not going, full stream.
- 1:43:28Testecleese: No, you're right, but I it didn't take long, is what I'm saying to get to Yokuska.
- 1:43:33Testecleese: But 2 sailors died within a couple days of hitting Japan.
- 1:43:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:43:39Testecleese: And the George Washington recently came out of a dry dock right.
- 1:43:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:43:48Testecleese: What? What are the actual numbers on this? I don't. I want to say 7. I think it was. There were 7 suicides
- 1:43:56Testecleese: in 2 years in dried off, or something like that.
- 1:43:59Brian McFadden: That sounds about right? Yeah.
- 1:44:04Testecleese: You know one.
- 1:44:05Testecleese: Anyway, Ncis is investigating these dates, these depths.
- 1:44:12Brian McFadden: But the power to be on the ground. They're trying to say that.
- 1:44:18Brian McFadden: That the ship had nothing to do with the amount of alcohol. These people drank and died from alcohol, poisoning.
- 1:44:25Testecleese: Oh, has that come out? Because what I see is Ncas is still investigating with the Japanese authorities.
- 1:44:30Brian McFadden: Well, maybe there's an article I shared on here. It may not have made it, but
- 1:44:36Brian McFadden: the George Washington is banned from all
- 1:44:40Brian McFadden: off-based drinking until further notice. So that tells me it's something right there.
- 1:44:46Testecleese: All right, and between April 21 and April 22, 5 sailors died by suicide.
- 1:44:55Testecleese: and that does sound. Jesus Christ. Brian shared another article here
- 1:45:00Testecleese: that does sound about right, because
- 1:45:03Testecleese: in Rcoh reconstruction overhaul and dry dog in general, the hours are obscene for anyone who works
- 1:45:11Testecleese: at all basically
- 1:45:13Testecleese: on the ship. Now, some departments get it real easy in dry dock and in court period.
- 1:45:18Testecleese: depending on what you do like. If you're a sonar tech.
- 1:45:21Testecleese: You're not working 20 h days like the engineering.
- 1:45:26Brian McFadden: The sonar is not working.
- 1:45:28Testecleese: Yeah, like, I literally work 20 h days in dry dock on the Carl Vinson.
- 1:45:34Brian McFadden: Yeah, me, too.
- 1:45:35Testecleese: And yeah, I would. I would just stay on the ship instead. I was like, why drive 40 min home
- 1:45:41Testecleese: to turn around and come back to work if I could just crash in my rack on the ship
- 1:45:48Testecleese: and I only knew one person, but we had one suicide.
- 1:45:54Testecleese: Jumped off the the
- 1:45:56Testecleese: command tower under the flight deck.
- 1:46:00Testecleese: Jeez, Louise! What a mess that was! She was a topsider, too.
- 1:46:06Testecleese: Something has to be done about this, like, we know, this is a real issue.
- 1:46:11Testecleese: We know it's not going away.
- 1:46:14Testecleese: and I don't know if you're aware, Brian, but a lot of the people that die in the shipyard
- 1:46:21Testecleese: are actually drug out of the shipyard before they call the authorities, because.
- 1:46:25Brian McFadden: Wonder? What.
- 1:46:26Testecleese: Numbers because it hurts numbers. If people keep dying on the job.
- 1:46:30Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:46:33Testecleese: Alright. Go ahead, star 9, 8, 8, or something like that. Suicide, Hotline.
- 1:46:40Testecleese: I'm not sure what it is, but anyone out there who's considering any of this.
- 1:46:45Brian McFadden: Do you know a number in Australia.
- 1:46:48Ron Pascoe: 1413, 11. I think it is.
- 1:46:51Testecleese: There you go. Just just remember you are not alone.
- 1:46:54Testecleese: There is someone to talk to. It's not worth it.
- 1:46:58Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:47:00Ron Pascoe: No, speak up. I'd rather listen to you now, mate, than not listen to yours at all.
- 1:47:04Testecleese: Exactly exactly. Anyway, Brian, what's this other article you shared in here about the Georgia Washington?
- 1:47:14Testecleese: No, alright. Well, it looks like you just shared one in there, because it's still an HTML.
- 1:47:19Brian McFadden: It's a. It was the same article.
- 1:47:22Testecleese: Oh, okay, okay.
- 1:47:25Testecleese: Jesus Christ
- 1:47:26Testecleese: allowed to continue using race. Oh, there we go, and I love how you do this dude you you'll share in an article, but you put it in the middle of a fucking
- 1:47:37Testecleese: link that we already have there. It's in the middle.
- 1:47:39Brian McFadden: Hello!
- 1:47:41Testecleese: Yeah, you do. It starts with the Academy, and then it goes into your giant HTML, and then it says it's still allowed to use race admissions.
- 1:47:50Testecleese: Well, anyway, the Naval Academy is still allowed to use race.
- 1:47:53Testecleese: They based admissions because, you know, racism is great. You know.
- 1:48:01Testecleese: most schools aren't allowed to do that anymore. But the military is because apparently
- 1:48:06Testecleese: apparently putting someone in charge on a fucking warship.
- 1:48:11Testecleese: It matters more what the color of their skin is.
- 1:48:15Testecleese: then how qualified they are to do the position.
- 1:48:21Testecleese: That that I find that very upsetting.
- 1:48:24Testecleese: and I don't know enough about this. But I this person we were in.
- 1:48:30Testecleese: Oh, where were we? I think we might have been in Greece. We might have been in.
- 1:48:34Testecleese: Yeah, I think we were in Greece in
- 1:48:40Testecleese: I don't remember. I don't remember which island.
- 1:48:42Testecleese: but we had a storm come in.
- 1:48:44Brian McFadden: Day shells.
- 1:48:46Testecleese: No, it wasn't Seychelles.
- 1:48:48Testecleese: We we had. We had a storm car, and we had to get.
- 1:48:50Brian McFadden: Homer, Demarca.
- 1:48:52Testecleese: No, it wasn't roads. It might have been in Crete.
- 1:48:56Testecleese: I'm not sure, so it might have been Seychelles.
- 1:49:00Testecleese: We had a storm coming. We had to do an emergency underway.
- 1:49:04Testecleese: Anyone who's ever been on a ship when the the weather comes in. You can't just on more the ship, because the ship's rocking back and forth and slamming against the pier.
- 1:49:12Testecleese: When we finally did get underway, actually we had a bollard that the the mooring line attaches to hanging from the ship on the mooring line
- 1:49:21Testecleese: because it ripped off the pier.
- 1:49:23Testecleese: But there's a deck chief. What?
- 1:49:27Testecleese: Who are the ones that do?
- 1:49:30Testecleese: that are in charge of like mooring on more, and Brian.
- 1:49:34Brian McFadden: Dmcs.
- 1:49:36Testecleese: The what.
- 1:49:38Brian McFadden: Moses, mates.
- 1:49:39Testecleese: Bm, yeah, you're right. Yeah. Choose a choose a Bmc.
- 1:49:43Testecleese: And she grabbed a fire axe
- 1:49:46Testecleese: and went to go. Cut the
- 1:49:47Testecleese: the mooring line that a piece of the taut mooring line that was like
- 1:49:52Testecleese: just suspended in the air because it was tied.
- 1:49:55Testecleese: and she pulled the axe up
- 1:49:57Testecleese: to go cut through this mooring line, I. But I ran over and grabbed it out of her hands as a second class petty officer.
- 1:50:04Testecleese: so an E. 5. Tone. And E. 7, you're fucking stupid.
- 1:50:08Testecleese: She starts cussing at me. I'm like that's gonna bounce off that mooring line and the spike of that accident to come right back in your forehead.
- 1:50:17Testecleese: So I took it and started chopping at the bollards. The bits
- 1:50:21Testecleese: where you wrap the line around because
- 1:50:24Testecleese: you're not going to get to
- 1:50:26Testecleese: the line's not gonna stretch and snap back on you.
- 1:50:28Testecleese: Basically, you know.
- 1:50:30Testecleese: And I just remember, like, this is your you know how to do this. This is your job. And it took engineering to show up and be like, what the fuck are you doing? You're gonna die. We're gonna deal with your fucking corpse over here while we're trying to get the ship underway, so we don't destroy the ship.
- 1:50:47Testecleese: And that was terrifying enough.
- 1:50:50Testecleese: When she didn't know what she was doing now imagine
- 1:50:53Testecleese: it was an officer and not a chief, you know.
- 1:50:59Testecleese: Alright back on to.
- 1:51:03Testecleese: Actually, we never really left the topic. We're still talking about Department of Defense and war and stuff.
- 1:51:09Testecleese: Caitlin Collins. She is a
- 1:51:15Testecleese: journalist, I guess. I guess you could use that word.
- 1:51:19Testecleese: But excuse me, she was just shocked.
- 1:51:26Testecleese: Oh, here we go! Let me go ahead. Just play it.
- 1:51:31Testecleese: Oh, loading ad terrific! Always loading ads. I got a thought.
- 1:51:36Testecleese: saving these things again, and just playing them.
- 1:51:40Testecleese: The clip
- 1:51:42Testecleese: that Pete hexeth has done is denying that allegation of sexual assault that was kind of one of the 1st things that came up after trump picked him to be his defense secretary. He has denied it fervently. It was settled in an agreement with this woman in 2017 yesterday, when you were talking to Jake Tapper, you said that you believed it's extortion.
- 1:52:03Testecleese: but, of course, as you know, extortion is also a crime. So if you felt that it was extortion, why not go to the police at the time?
- 1:52:12Testecleese: Well, it was a decision that we made, and you know the the email from the attorney? I don't. Yeah. It was something that I don't know if it quite rises to the level of a criminal extortion that the police would take it on. But I think it certainly does meet the definition under the California law for civil extortion.
- 1:52:30Testecleese: and it was something that we were considering at the time, and you know quite frankly, with the violation of the of the agreement. You know, if he is not
- 1:52:39Testecleese: confirmed as a Secretary of Defense, we may still bring a civil extortion claim against her.
- 1:52:45Testecleese: So, if he is not ultimately confirmed because of these allegations, you may take legal action against the person at the center of that that agreement
- 1:52:54Testecleese: absolutely. If the false claims of somebody that was part of an extortion that was then
- 1:52:59Testecleese: that was then put out in violation of a settlement. Agreement ultimately causes him to lose his future employment. Opportunities, then yes, that is something that is worth bringing a lawsuit against her and her friend, and potentially, even the attorney for yes.
- 1:53:14Testecleese: we've heard some people say that she should be released from that nondisclosure agreement. That was part of the settlement agreement.
- 1:53:20Ron Pascoe: Is there any consideration between you or Mr. Hegseth of doing that?
- 1:53:26Ron Pascoe: Well? So, 1st of all, it's not a nondisclosure. Agreement is something where one party agrees not to disclose. This is a confidential settlement agreement that had confidentiality on both sides. That agreement has since been breached by her, and so as a result, I sent notice to her attorney that that agreement is no longer
- 1:53:44Ron Pascoe: has any force and effect. That's 1 of the reasons why I can talk about it here, because prior to that, the agreement prevented Mr. Hegseth from talking about her conduct.
- 1:53:53Ron Pascoe: so there is no Nda to release her from.
- 1:53:56Ron Pascoe: and if if she wants to go and talk about it, she can do it, I mean certainly she would do it at her own peril
- 1:54:02Ron Pascoe: of a further defamation lawsuit. But and additionally well, that's new. People have been calling for her to be able to speak. And you're saying I mean, you're his attorney. You're saying that from the agreement which you negotiated, that she can come out and speak on Cnn. Or wherever she chooses.
- 1:54:21Ron Pascoe: Of course, of course, however, if she doesn't tell the truth. If she repeats these false statements.
- 1:54:28Ron Pascoe: then she will be subject to a defamation. Lawsuit.
- 1:54:32Testecleese: There's more, but that was the brunt of it.
- 1:54:37Testecleese: So yeah, I don't know if you've noticed, but
- 1:54:41Testecleese: basic, I don't know if anyone's noticed. But anytime the Democrats are upset about anything, they're always. It's always some kind of sex scandal. Have you noticed that.
- 1:54:50Ron Pascoe: Hmm, yeah.
- 1:54:52Testecleese: Which is fascinating because you look at Diddy. You look at Epstein, you look at all this stuff.
- 1:54:59Testecleese: This falls right into Saul Lensky's rules for Radicals accuse the other side of doing exactly what you're doing.
- 1:55:09Testecleese: Area.
- 1:55:11Testecleese: This reminds me an awful lot of the Denver Colorado Mayor.
- 1:55:17Testecleese: who said he? He wasn't afraid to go to jail over
- 1:55:22Testecleese: this migration thing, the enforcement of the migration laws.
- 1:55:26Testecleese: And
- 1:55:28Testecleese: Who was it.
- 1:55:30Ron Pascoe: I'm almond.
- 1:55:32Testecleese: Huh?
- 1:55:35Testecleese: Can't remember the person name the person who's gonna be in charge of this stuff.
- 1:55:38Testecleese: It might have been Cash Patel who said, well, I have no problem putting him in jail, and the journalist was like, Whoa! It's like you just said you willing to break the law. You're not afraid to go to jail. I guess you got to go to jail, you know.
- 1:55:50Ron Pascoe: Yeah, Tom Holman, the new bloody borders are.
- 1:55:54Testecleese: Yeah, maybe it might have been it might have been. Patel. I'm not sure, because borders are doesn't necessarily have the authority to arrest people for the crimes.
- 1:56:00Testecleese: Brian, you asleep.
- 1:56:02Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:56:04Testecleese: Nope, Nope, Nope, wow.
- 1:56:09Testecleese: yeah. The Washington Post is going too far in general right now to try to discredit Heg, Seth and
- 1:56:17Testecleese: pissed off.
- 1:56:18Testecleese: Basically, every American veteran came out and said.
- 1:56:24Testecleese: the Bronze Star is not that big a deal, and they kind of hand them out like candy.
- 1:56:31Testecleese: I personally know hundreds of United States veterans, technically thousands, because my crew on the ships.
- 1:56:39Testecleese: But I only know one person with a bronze star, and they were a war hero in Vietnam
- 1:56:46Testecleese: and headset has 2 of these things.
- 1:56:50Ron Pascoe: Wait a moment.
- 1:56:51Testecleese: Well, how many people you you gonna shit on the entire Department of Defense to try to discredit
- 1:56:57Testecleese: a war hero.
- 1:57:00Ron Pascoe: Well, did you see the photo that was taken at outside World Trade Center?
- 1:57:04Ron Pascoe: The seals have a swim across the Hudson River to raise money.
- 1:57:09Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:57:10Ron Pascoe: And I was watching the Megan Kelly show, and anyway, it's a photo, Tom, Tom!
- 1:57:17Ron Pascoe: the American flag at the memorial site there.
- 1:57:21Ron Pascoe: and this chick turned around. So well, this is going to be your new Secretary of Defense. Blah, blah! And some guy wrote back. An expert wrote back and said, You know, actually, that's his swimming trunks. He's actually just competed in the swim race to raise money
- 1:57:33Ron Pascoe: for veterans, and that he's actually he's paying paying respect at the World Trade Center.
- 1:57:39Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:57:40Ron Pascoe: Megan Kelly went off a door. I'm like she's going. I hope this woman I won't say what she actually said.
- 1:57:45Ron Pascoe: Good time. Yeah.
- 1:57:46Testecleese: Oh, yeah, I'm I'm still not sure what. I I don't watch her online show.
- 1:57:52Testecleese: I do occasionally catch a bit here and there when she does something with Dave Rubin.
- 1:57:57Testecleese: and I don't follow Steve Rubin either. But
- 1:58:00Testecleese: you know it shows up in my feed, and I'm like, all right. Let's check it out. You know
- 1:58:04Testecleese: she's she's really gotten.
- 1:58:09Testecleese: What's the word? I'm like, more live 30,
- 1:58:13Testecleese: maybe more. She says more. Now that she's not on cable news. You know what I mean.
- 1:58:19Ron Pascoe: Yep, yeah.
- 1:58:22Ron Pascoe: She swung, conservative now, too.
- 1:58:25Testecleese: She's always been rather conservative after the whole blackface thing about Halloween.
- 1:58:31Testecleese: She got furious like, how come
- 1:58:33Testecleese: Jimmy Kimmel gets away with doing Blackface and
- 1:58:36Testecleese: Ted Danson gets away, blackface. And what was his name?
- 1:58:41Testecleese: Was it Northam in Virginia? Brian.
- 1:58:44Ron Pascoe: Entry, day.
- 1:58:45Testecleese: And Trudeau in Canada. Brian is passed out now.
- 1:58:50Testecleese: But she but her kid can't dress up as Martin Luther King for Halloween like that's racist. It's like
- 1:58:56Testecleese: you don't think Jimmy Kimmel going. I am call Malone, and dribbling a basketball, is racist.
- 1:59:02Ron Pascoe: Hey! Exactly!
- 1:59:04Testecleese: Yeah. And yeah, north of them in Virginia.
- 1:59:07Testecleese: Odd.
- 1:59:08Testecleese: like, well, we don't know if he was one in blackface. Okay, so was he. The guy in Blackface or the guy in the clan hood, you know.
- 1:59:15Ron Pascoe: Right.
- 1:59:17Testecleese: But anyway, the United States is apparently we're gonna dump
- 1:59:21Testecleese: shit tons more money into Ukraine before Trump takes office, and just in case he stops this funding.
- 1:59:28Testecleese: and that's the thing. Man like we pay taxes.
- 1:59:32Testecleese: Biden sends it to Ukraine.
- 1:59:34Testecleese: Ukraine gives it to Hunter Biden
- 1:59:38Testecleese: Hunter Biden gives it back to Joe Biden
- 1:59:40Testecleese: like that seems to be the cycle with this money.
- 1:59:47Testecleese: Anyway, the Syrian army has withdrawn from Homs.
- 1:59:52Testecleese: It's a Key City, because the rebels have encircled the capital city of Damascus, so
- 2:00:01Testecleese: I don't know what's going on in Syria, but it's sad. It looks like
- 2:00:04Testecleese: they're about. Their entire government's about to be overthrown in a revolution.
- 2:00:09Ron Pascoe: Yeah. All he's been is a long, he's been a long time in charge. I think it's Assad, isn't it? Or what's his name?
- 2:00:15Ron Pascoe: Oh.
- 2:00:16Ron Pascoe: he said, he's been there for a long, long time, mate, he's done a lot of nasty things in Syria.
- 2:00:22Testecleese: Still in charge. I thought he was assassinated years ago. No.
- 2:00:25Ron Pascoe: I'm trying to think his name.
- 2:00:29Ron Pascoe: I'll come to you a minute, mate. But yeah, he's done a lot of nasty things in Syria.
- 2:00:33Testecleese: It's it's tough to keep track of every world leader, I'm pretty sure. Last week I said, I thought Aleppo was the capital.
- 2:00:41Testecleese: and as soon as they shut off the show I was like, Oh, crap! It's Damascus. Aleppo is just another Major city.
- 2:00:46Ron Pascoe: Yeah, like took that the other ways.
- 2:00:50Ron Pascoe: Rebels took it the other week.
- 2:00:53Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, it's I don't particularly care too much what's going on in Syria. Honestly.
- 2:01:02Testecleese: I know it's near Israel Iran, Libya, not Libya Iran Iraq all that, but I
- 2:01:13Testecleese: honestly it would take me 5 min to find it on a map if it wasn't the name of that country was written on it. You know what I mean.
- 2:01:19Ron Pascoe: Hmm.
- 2:01:21Testecleese: But I got some more topics here that I don't really care to get too much into.
- 2:01:27Testecleese: especially because Brian has passed out.
- 2:01:31Testecleese: So let me go ahead.
- 2:01:36Testecleese: I'm gonna try to wrap this show up.
- 2:01:40Testecleese: Anyone who did make it this far through the show. Please share this out to everyone out there that you might be friends with anyone who might be interested.
- 2:01:49Testecleese: More listens means more. But hey, if you want to throw a couple bucks, help us pay our fees. That'd be awesome.
- 2:01:57Testecleese: Peace out everyone.
- 2:01:59Ron Pascoe: Big brother.
