  Speaker 1: you to be faithful. God rewards faithfulness. Heavenly Father, we

  Speaker 1: come before you today, grateful that you see what no

  Speaker 1: one else notices. You see the quiet obedience. You see

  Speaker 1: the small beginnings. You see the unseen sacrifices, and the

  Speaker 1: faithful heart that keeps going even when no one is
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: giving applause. Today, God, we stand on your word. Well done,

  Speaker 1: my good and faithful servant. You've been faithful in handling

  Speaker 1: this small amount, So now I'm going to give you

  Speaker 1: many more responsibilities. Lord, thank you that you are not

  Speaker 1: waiting for us to be perfect famers and fully confident

  Speaker 1: before you use us. You're watching how we handle what

  Speaker 1: we already have. You're shaping us in the small places

  Speaker 1: before you trust us with greater ones. Father, help us

  Speaker 1: help us to be faithful right now where we are. Father,

  Speaker 1: Faithful when the assignment feels like it's just too small,

  Speaker 1: Faithful when the recognition is limited or even not at all,

  Speaker 1: Faithful when no one sees the effort. But guess what

  Speaker 1: you do Teach us God to serve with excellence, to

  Speaker 1: love with sincerity, to give our best even when the

  Speaker 1: reward is not immediate. Teach us to have character and

  Speaker 1: integrity at all times. Lord, remove the spirit of comparison

  Speaker 1: and impatience. Help us not to despise the season of

  Speaker 1: preparation or rush the process of growth. Remind us that

  Speaker 1: promotion doesn't come from the East or the west. It

  Speaker 1: comes from you, and that your timing is always perfect. God.

  Speaker 1: When we feel overlooked, remind us that you see us.

  Speaker 1: When we feel tired, remind us that you are strengthening us.

  Speaker 1: When we feel unsure, you remind us that you're still

  Speaker 1: work and behind the scenes. Oh Father, build our character

  Speaker 1: before you increase our responsibility. Grow our humility before you

  Speaker 1: grow our influence. Teach us God to steward every opportunity,

  Speaker 1: every relationship, in every gift with gratitude and care. Oh Lord,

  Speaker 1: we declare today that we will be faithful in the

  Speaker 1: small things, faithful with our time, faithful with our talents,

  Speaker 1: faithful with our attitudes, faithful with the people you place

  Speaker 1: in our lives. God, we trust that you are preparing

  Speaker 1: us for what's next. Thank you, Lord, that you God,
