• 1:03
  [SPEAKER_02]: Senator Paul.
• 1:04
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
• 1:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Mr. Chairman, on the vote of those present, the Yezer 8 and Azer 5.
• 1:11
[SPEAKER_02]: On the vote by proxy and for the record only, the Yezer 0 and the Nazer 2.
• 1:15
[SPEAKER_02]: On this vote, the Yezer 8 and Azer 5 and the motion is agreed.
• 1:18
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's the moment.
• 1:19
[SPEAKER_04]: A GOP led Senate committee voted 8 to 5 to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress.
• 1:27
[SPEAKER_04]: This is not some symbolic slap on the wrist.
• 1:30
[SPEAKER_04]: This is a formal criminal referral heading straight to Trump's department of justice.
• 1:36
[SPEAKER_04]: And if you can believe it, it gets even worse.
• 1:39
[SPEAKER_04]: Stick me the very end of this video because we're going to see how this contempt vote is just the tip of the iceberg and how Fauci's worst nightmare from multiple angles is about to come true.
• 1:52
[SPEAKER_04]: Hey gang, it's me, talk to Steve, your major professor here to help you make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis.
• 1:59
[SPEAKER_04]: You're not going to get anywhere else.
• 2:00
[SPEAKER_04]: So make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
• 2:03
[SPEAKER_04]: So as I'm sure you all know last week, Dr. Anthony Fauci sat down in front of the Senate Homeland Security and government to affairs committee, chaired by Senator Rand Paul and he absolutely
• 2:16
[SPEAKER_04]: humiliated himself in front of the entire nation pleading the fifth, a hundred and eleven times.
• 2:24
[SPEAKER_04]: Every single question about his handling of the pandemic, every question about gain of function research, every question about the origins of this virus that killed over a million Americans, Stonewald with, on the advice of my council, I played the
• 2:47
[SPEAKER_04]: Waves the right to appeal to the fifth since the pardon protects Fauci from self-incrimination and therefore his refusal to answer their questions is a blatant obstruction of a congressional investigation and a clear contempt of Congress and that
• 3:04
[SPEAKER_04]: is exactly what was just fulfilled today this morning.
• 3:07
[SPEAKER_04]: The committee voted eight to five along party lines to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress every single Republican voted.
• 3:15
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, every single Democrat voted no and that tells you everything you need to know about who's still trying to protect this man.
• 3:24
[SPEAKER_04]: This vote was a formal legal finding officially declaring
• 3:29
[SPEAKER_04]: that Anthony Fauci obstructed a lawful congressional investigation, and it sets in motion a referral straight to the Department of Justice for potential criminal prosecution.
• 3:41
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think I need to remind you that Steve Bannon and Peter Navarra were sent to prison for the very same offense, contempt,
• 3:49
[SPEAKER_04]: of Congress and it'll be very interesting to see what Todd Blanche at the DOJ decides to do here.
• 3:54
[SPEAKER_04]: If he's proved anything of these last several months, he's certainly not shy in prosecuting.
• 4:00
[SPEAKER_04]: But now, we're learning that this contempt charge may in fact be the least of Fauci's worries.
• 4:09
[SPEAKER_04]: Take a look at this.
• 4:10
[SPEAKER_04]: Talk about yet another hammer blow.
• 4:13
  [SPEAKER_04]: Fauci's own phone.
• 4:16
[SPEAKER_04]: Might have just sealed his fate.
• 4:18
[SPEAKER_04]: The Wall Street Journal's reporting, says Senator Ron Johnson, Chairman of the Senate, permanent subcommittee on investigations, has announced he has obtained a full copy of Fauci's actual government cell phone straight from Bobby Kennedy's Health and Human Services Department.
• 4:34
[SPEAKER_04]: Johnson denied his intent posting on social media that he hoped the device would quote clarify many of the questions that Fauci refused to answer during that combat of hearing.
• 4:47
[SPEAKER_04]: Meaning the man who invoked the Fifth Amendment over a hundred times may no longer get to control the narrative because his own texts will speak for him.
• 4:57
[SPEAKER_04]: This promises to be absolutely devastating for Fauci.
• 5:01
[SPEAKER_04]: We're now going to see every text, every contact that Fauci had during that horrific period of time and no amount of Fifth Amendment Stonewalling is going to cover that up.
• 5:12
[SPEAKER_04]: And that, of course, will be combined with his now infamous personal diary that was just published.
• 5:20
[SPEAKER_04]: There were personal daily notes from his time running the natural institute of allergies and infectious diseases during the pandemic and Senator Paul released roughly a thousand pages of Fauci's personal handwritten pandemic error journal entries covering December 2019 all the way through December 2022, where Fauci was found to have repeatedly contradicted
• 5:47
[SPEAKER_04]: a January 26 entry states explicitly that quote, we now know the market, the Chinese wet market, the open-air marketplaces in China.
• 5:57
[SPEAKER_04]: We now know the market was not the source of the virus completely contradicting Fauci's public wet market narrative.
• 6:05
[SPEAKER_04]: There are entries that also show him privately taking credit for pushing lockdowns and school closures that he later publicly denied recommending and he also allegedly fed preferred questions to CNN particularly Jake Tapper.
• 6:21
[SPEAKER_04]: Not to mention that he fanboyed over his own fame that he's celebrated himself as being the most famous person on the planet.
• 6:30
[SPEAKER_04]: So this combination of his personal phone records as well as his personal diary recorded during the COVID years, both of that promises to at the very least finally set the record straight of what this guy truly is all about.
• 6:48
[SPEAKER_04]: But as bad as finding his phone and diary is, that may not even be his worst nightmare.
• 6:56
[SPEAKER_04]: You see, presidential partens, even auto-pen ones.
• 7:03
[SPEAKER_04]: While they may protect you from federal prosecution, they don't protect you from state prosecution.
• 7:10
[SPEAKER_04]: or how about state's plural prosecutions?
• 7:16
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, my friends, that's exactly what we're about to see.
• 7:20
[SPEAKER_04]: This is going to absolutely blow you away.
• 7:22
[SPEAKER_04]: But first, did you hear this week about the two deaths in Michigan?
• 7:27
  [SPEAKER_04]: from the Cyclopspora Parasite.
• 7:30
  [SPEAKER_04]: You familiar with this?
• 7:31
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's crazy.
• 7:32
[SPEAKER_04]: The CDC has more than 18,000 confirmed cases.
• 7:36
[SPEAKER_04]: You may have heard about this explosive diarrhea outbreak in the U.S. the summer.
• 7:41
[SPEAKER_04]: The CDC just confirmed the culprit.
• 7:43
[SPEAKER_04]: It's this new parasite found in grocery store fruits and vegetables, which has exposed hundreds of millions of Americans across over 30 states.
• 7:57
[SPEAKER_04]: of cyclospora that's a parasite linked to contaminated fresh produce.
• 8:02
[SPEAKER_04]: It could call severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, fatigue, and other debilitating symptoms.
• 8:08
[SPEAKER_04]: Now, if you get sick, the CDC recommends a standard antibiotic.
• 8:13
[SPEAKER_04]: Most people know it by its brand name, backtreme.
• 8:17
[SPEAKER_04]: And that's why the wellness company created the medical emergency kit.
• 8:21
[SPEAKER_04]: with generic back trim, plus several other additional prescription medications to help treat more than 25 common illnesses and medical emergencies all prescribed before you need them.
• 8:33
[SPEAKER_04]: Getting your kid is simple, complete a secure online medical questionnaire.
• 8:38
[SPEAKER_04]: If approved by a licensed physician, your kit ships directly to your door.
• 8:43
[SPEAKER_04]: Don't wait until your sick to wish your prepared visit twc.health-slash-turly and use code
• 8:57
[SPEAKER_04]: It's not just Congress anymore.
• 9:00
[SPEAKER_04]: Fauci is now a wanted man in three states and counting.
• 9:05
[SPEAKER_04]: Just hours after the damning Senate contempt vote, Florida, attorney general, James Oothmeyer went straight to Fox News and dropped a bomb shell of his own.
• 9:16
[SPEAKER_04]: He's just issued a formal state subpoena.
• 9:20
[SPEAKER_04]: demanding Fauci turn over records on what he knew and when he knew it about vaccine safety and efficacy while he was out there publicly telling Americans to trust the shots without hesitation and the Florida Attorney General didn't stop at vaccines.
• 9:35
[SPEAKER_04]: He went straight to Fauci's wallet accusing him of using his COVID-era fame to chase book deals, awards and connections with
• 9:48
[SPEAKER_04]: upon millions of dollars outside his official government role entirely.
• 9:54
[SPEAKER_04]: But Florida isn't fighting alone.
• 9:55
[SPEAKER_04]: This is now a full-blown, multi-state manhunt for accountability.
• 10:01
[SPEAKER_04]: Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrell joined the fight days earlier with two words that landed like a gut punch, quote, Fauci lied.
• 10:11
[SPEAKER_04]: Neural says Louisiana and Missouri.
• 10:14
[SPEAKER_04]: Already to pose Fauci once before, where he claimed quote, he didn't recall key details, 174 separate times, but newly uncovered diary pages and now his phone records.
• 10:29
[SPEAKER_04]: directly contradict that sworn testimony.
• 10:33
[SPEAKER_04]: Alabama has joined as well and West Virginia.
• 10:36
[SPEAKER_04]: They both signed on just this week, bringing the active investigating coalition to at least four states digging for potential fraud, obstruction and perjury charges.
• 10:47
[SPEAKER_04]: And here's the part that should terrify Fauci, more than anything coming out of DC.
• 10:53
[SPEAKER_04]: Behind these four active states,
• 10:55
[SPEAKER_04]: stands at even bigger army waiting in the wings.
• 10:59
[SPEAKER_04]: A coalition of a stunning 17 Republican attorneys general from Texas to Missouri to Kansas, who's spent over a year building the legal groundwork to bring Fauci de Justice in courtrooms, Binance pardon can't touch.
• 11:18
[SPEAKER_04]: It's already being widely reported that more states are expected to announce action in
• 11:25
[SPEAKER_04]: that the walls aren't just closing in on Fauci, they're closing in from every single direction at once.
• 11:36
[SPEAKER_04]: After years of dodging, deflecting and hiding behind the science,
• 11:43
[SPEAKER_04]: Anthony Fauci finally appears to be headed for at least some form of accountability.
• 11:49
[SPEAKER_04]: A congressional contempt vote in DOJ investigation, his phone record seized and upwards a 17 state attorney general launching investigations, it's all coming crashing down.
• 12:03
[SPEAKER_04]: Fauci wrote in his diary that he was the most famous man in the world.
• 12:07
[SPEAKER_04]: Well now, it what may be the ultimate irony of the entire pandemic.
• 12:12
[SPEAKER_04]: That same fame, he's savored in the pages of his own diary, is about to become the very thing that ultimately varies him.
• 12:22
[SPEAKER_04]: You've got enough on your plate, you shouldn't have to babysit the news cycle too.
• 12:26
[SPEAKER_04]: Let me carry that noise for you.
• 12:28
