Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: These beautiful group of blue beings that have been with me forever.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: I always was told that they were some kind of extraterrestrial being.
- 0:10SPEAKER_01: Turns out they're not.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: It turns out that they are us in the future.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: Because humans in the future, they're blue beings because they are in their plasma bodies.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: That is what plasma looks like.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: From our eyes, it looks blue.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: They hail it from the future.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: I have to be able to love the ones that I don't yet understand.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: Because somehow the creator does, if they exist, they are loved by the creator.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: And if they are loved by the creator, I want to learn how to love them.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: The only way that we grow belief in ourselves is by doing something that we didn't think we could do, and then doing it all the time, doing it every day, showing up consistently and doing something really hard, we start to believe in ourselves again.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: How am I choosing every day to be a good ancestor for the children who will come onto this planet?
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: That has been my guiding light.
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: And that is what moves me each and every day.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Namaste, beautiful beings.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Today I am joined with a soul, a being, a presence that is so deeply in the heart.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Elunia Noel, I feel so present that we can expand, and every single one of you that is tuning in can receive in a profoundly deep way.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: It is so wonderful to spend this time together.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: Welcome, Ilonia.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: My heart feels very warm and very welcome and open here.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: It's really nice to be with you too, Natalie.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: Oh, I feel tears in my eyes.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: So much love.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: This you know, this space, awakening, this podcast, it just came out of nowhere, as as you know, all creations that come out of the energy and then they become a reality.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: And and and this is one day I woke up and I was like, oh, why do I love so much?
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: I love having deep conversations.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Like even when I was little, I loved it.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: It brings so much light.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: And so here we are.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: And what I'd love to begin with is uh for you to share with us what what's been coming in for you like um personally, where you've been growing, um, and and like what have you been learning through and tuning into like what's in the forefront of your world right now that you would like to share in this beautiful sacred space?
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: So it has actually been about this, I would say this next stage.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: I don't really know if I like that word, but this next stage of evolution that we as a collective are finding ourselves in.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: And what I have noticed, and the the trend is that of as it is with all evolution, when we look back throughout the ages, we have a small group, whether it's a small group of cells or it's a small group of people, uh, that choose to specialize in a certain way and then start to move forward in that specialization.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: That is how all of evolution has taken place.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: And so when we consider humans in that space of evolution, we see that we here, who are likely listening to this, are interested in the evolution of humanity and where are we going?
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: What are the new horizons that we are approaching?
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: And that's, I guess, uh, the way that I would like to say it.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Rather than a stage of evolution, there is a new horizon that has appeared that we are moving toward.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: And it is a it is a horizon that calls on us to move actually, not conceptually, but actually out of the mindset of polarity and division.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: And I want to make this very uh grounded.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: I don't want to talk about this in a conceptual way, this abstract kind of new age way of just tuning into the frequency of whatever.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: I want to make this really, really practical.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: When I say moving out of the space of division and into a space of unity and coherence, I am talking about recognizing the wounds that we as individuals carry, understanding that there are wounds that humanity collectively carries, and recognizing that for so long we have been trying to fill those wounds individually and collectively with bitterness.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: When we only focus on the bitterness of the wound, we are staying in that place for too long.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: And that has been showing and presenting itself in many spaces that I could talk about, but I'll just keep it local to our little spiritual neighborhood, if you will, that in this space it has been leading to a lot of stories and so-called channelings or uh so-called remote viewing and whatever people want to say about stories that are all about division, conflict, and polarity.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: And when people attempt to fill the wound, but they are still so bitter that what they are really doing is drinking poison and leading to a state of vengeance.
- 6:17SPEAKER_01: And when we are there, that is when we fall into this trap of polarity and duality.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: And I say trap because you're drinking poison yourself.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: That you are choosing to harm your own self, sure, unconsciously, unwittingly.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: Um, but that is the trap of the untrained ego, the untrained mind, the incoherent mind, the closed heart.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: And the mind and the the again, the untrained ego that really encompasses all of those things that seeks vengeance, will always seek division, and will buy into the stories of us and them.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: That that is polarity.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: That that is what division is.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: That is the story that has been played out on this planet for eons, for time immemorial, it has been the same story of us and them.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: And it, if we can dress it up in any clothing we want to, we can make it political clothing, we can make it empirical or imperialism clothing, or again, keeping it to our little neighborhood here, we can make it new age spiritual clothing.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: And we can say, oh, well, that's because that's a group of ETs who have done this and that.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: And so they're the ones, they, those people are the ones who we in this group have to stay away from.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: That is an us and them mentality.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: And so this evolution that I have seen and been experiencing and been very present with in my own self and in this space is moving actually away from that.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: Not conceptually saying, I believe in unity consciousness, but becoming active in the participation of creation rather than active in the participation of further division and destruction.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: And so that's uh hopeful to me.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: I am feeling inspired by the fact that there are more and more people who are opening to consider other layers of complexity when it comes to life and not so easily buying into the very simplistic, easy way out of saying, oh, well, that's because those people, those beings, those energies are that way.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: And so I'm just gonna focus on these people over here.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: That's the easy way out.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: And I'm inspired by people who are not choosing that, and that is really where I am sitting right now.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: I love this so much because just this week I've been having something go on with my brain where I was like, I was like, Natalie, try compute this.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: And so for me to like understand something, I need to feel it in my body.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: So there was this concept about um uh I'd had a conversation and someone was saying about um how I think it's the Anunnaki had um uh uh uh placed energies in the earth to entrap us and something like this.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: And and so I was trying to digest it so I could understand it, and there was this feeling of uh, but you're a part of everything.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: And so if you are saying that they did that, then you're feeding a belief that you're trapped and that someone or something has control over you and you're giving your power away, the only thing that could ever entrap you is your own mind.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: And so I was just like, oh wow, and I could feel it in my brain, and then there was this this sense of um so so if if I look out there at the outside world, at like um war or the division and and what's happening out there, and then it lowers my immediately it would it lowers my energy.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: I feel it, and I and I can feel my mind go, um my mind could loop around it.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: So what then I did was I said, okay, well, if it exists out there, it exists in here.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: So take responsibility, Natalie.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: Take this seriously, because you know the truth.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: The truth is the outer world is an appearance based on your frequency.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: So what are you emitting to create uh any of that?
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: So so don't send your energy out there and start lowering your frequency.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: Come inside and pay attention and purify your own mind.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: And so, like, that's where I'm currently at.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: And and I feel like that is what leads us to this space where we are um uh less separate, like uh it even feels like um where I don't know exactly where I end or where others begin because I don't need to know that so much if the truth is we are the same source experiencing ourselves.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: So uh you know, like in the past, like as as a Reiki healer and and teacher of Reiki, there would be um times where I would feel uh that I um okay, I need to hold the space for the other.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: That doesn't happen anymore.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: I become one with the other, and I uh it's like I'm a surrogate or I'm feeling it, and the healing uh is so much bigger and wider.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: So I love this like moving away from separate and and and feeding, giving our power away.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: Um I would love to know, I'm sure you've got more to add to what I've just said, and and I just want to add like a bit of a question that's kind of come in.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Have you become aware of um, okay, so duality, polarity, uh how how it could be viewed from a pure way, is that it's um pol polar forces, so yin, feminine, yang, masculine, um, that then create a dynamic flow so that uh oneness can know itself in other ways, and it doesn't yeah, it doesn't need to be um through the darkness of suffering we get to experience the goodness that feels outdated.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: Please share what's coming up for you around all this.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's beautiful, and I do perceive uh polarity and the heart center actually as the space where polarity meets, and and it is that yin and yang dance.
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: I've yeah, I have had many experiences energetically where that is very clear, that exact shape is very present for me, and that is the difference, is exactly what you said and how you described it.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: It is a dance that implies there is movement.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: Bitterness, there is no movement.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: You are frozen in time if you are bitter, if you are seeking vengeance, if you are seeking destruction and conflict and an usfer's in them, you're frozen.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: You're frozen in that experience and you're unwilling to move into another space.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: And the only reason I know that's true is because I myself have traveled through that space.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: I've been on this journey, um, which I'm grateful for because now I can speak about it more easily.
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: And so when we are um when we are understanding exactly what you're saying, that there is no more separation, and also that that the expression of what's happening on the world or in the world is also an expression of what's going on within us.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: Um, I just want to, I feel like it's important to name this because I would have been in a place where I would have heard that and taken that kind of literally.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: Because I've been a pretty literal person for most of my life.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: And so just to clarify, um, while that is true, no one here on this planet is solely responsible for anything.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: And anytime there is a story that is going on that says that, uh you can guarantee that that is the ego.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: There is no such thing as one person being that important and being so having so much impact that something is riding on their shoulders.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: That's not the way that this life works.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: That's not the way the world works.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: And I mean world as in the earth herself, that's not the way she works.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: So that's that's not true for any person.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: And this is this gets very complicated.
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: And this is a nuanced conversation and topic because when we add on the layer of the family that we are sharing this planet with and also the story of creation that we are sharing here, it does, it does transcend the individual.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: And it becomes a conversation about plurality instead of singularity.
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: And it's it's important, I think, to place context as to where both you and I are coming from, which is from the Western world and the Western mindset.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: And that world and mindset is hyper-focused on the individual.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: It is all about individualism and what can I accomplish and what can I do.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: And even our notion of success is the man at the top.
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: That has been the story that we have been running with for a very long time when that is not actually life.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: That's not the way the the earth works.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: There is no one more important than another.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: There is an equal balance and exchange and dance going on between all of the energies on this planet, in the seen and the unseen, in the in in the human, in the animal, and in the elemental.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: That that is all happening at the same time.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: So I just want to speak to that.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: That if you are out there listening to this and you're thinking, wow, I I have to refine the way I'm thinking because of all these things that I've seen, it's not you alone.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: It's not you alone.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: Now, all of the work starts inside.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: We have this ability to refine our presence.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: And the way that a beloved wise woman says in my it has said to me in my life is to become hard with compassion.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: What does that mean?
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: That means that we are able to confront the realities of this world and exactly what you're saying, to look at the war that is happening, to sit with people who are in the position of the oppressed.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: We are able to see that and sit with them in those feelings and not fall into a state where we are completely beside ourselves because we have lost our energy and our capacity.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: We have become so compassionate that we can actually hold that and be, in some ways, unmoved from our center.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: We can be unsettled inside, which I think is very important.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: It's very important to practice feeling uncomfortable.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: And it's it is uncomfortable to recognize that there are people on this planet who have and continue to live every day in a state of oppression.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: That is extremely important.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: And if you if people want to talk about what an empath is, that's an empath.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: Someone who can sit with those feelings of discomfort, recognizing that there is nothing they can do.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: Who knows what they can do?
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: There's only so much that one person can do.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: And also being able to sit with those feelings and understand that there is no way for them to fully walk in the shoes of that person.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: But what they can do is experience that discomfort.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: Experience the immense weight of being a person who is in a position of being oppressed.
- 18:31SPEAKER_01: And it's not about staying there, it's about recognizing what we do have to be grateful for, that there are a world of people that you may never meet, that you may never see, who are living through that every day.
- 18:46SPEAKER_01: And that is their reality every day.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: And when we are able to hold that, that's how we know where to send our prayers to.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: If we don't know what the children in Gaza are facing every day, if we don't know what the people of Korea are facing every day, how can we pray for them?
- 19:16SPEAKER_01: How can we know what this notion of heaven on earth is supposed to be if we don't know the people's reality that is vastly different from our own place and our own time in the world?
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: How can we know that?
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: How can we create something new if we don't know where people are right now?
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: Because it's very easy to unwittingly create the same system dressed up in spiritual clothes, just like the stories of division.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: It's very easy to create that.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: Another system of hierarchy.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: Oh, but we're calling it new age spirituality.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: So it's different when it's not.
- 20:01SPEAKER_01: We have to deepen our capacity to hold more of reality so that what you're saying can be true, so that we can meet people where they are and meet life and reality as it is, and then see from that place, oh, okay, this is where evolution is taking us.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: It's in this direction where we are more and more deeply grounded in the space that we're in, the ground that we're on, and able to able to be in that place with an open heart.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: That's huge.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: Being able to be and accept and fully embody that unsettled, uncomfortable uh energy that moves through.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: In that moment when we can do that, we are connecting so much deeper with what's happening in our in our world.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: We're actually that's where that's where it's we're dissolving and doing the like clearing of the collective.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: Because yeah, because like uh you can light a candle and you can have a thought and say a prayer, but it you could do that from the surface of the thinking mind, but when you do it from the embodiment of the sensing and feeling and knowing, it's so different.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: You digest it and cleanse it for the for the whole.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: That's the real work, and you know, to bring it back to the the space that you and I kind of move through.
- 21:38SPEAKER_01: I the question that I always like to pose really and seriously is do you do you think that the divine, or as in the big creator, or let's just say, do you think that a group of angels are looking at a group of people and saying, We will, we will love everyone except those people right there?
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: That that is is it actually brings a smile to my face.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Because it's that ridiculous.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: It's so, it's so clear that that's not, that's not the creator.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: That's which means that is not divine energy.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: So if we're talking, I would really love to bring this into discernment because that is part of this evolution and conversation that we're having.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: If someone is listening to a channeler or a so-called remote viewer or a person who tunes into energies, whatever they want to call themselves, if you're listening to anyone who's telling a story and the story is the story of division, it's about the us versus them, then they're really, I would really encourage a lot of deep questioning around that.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: Because again, that's that's the easy way out.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: The story of wow, the story that has been going through the space about how there's like a timeline that you have to be on or you're not there.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: Whoa, that is so against my nature as a teacher.
- 23:15SPEAKER_01: Let me let me say it like this.
- 23:17SPEAKER_01: I was a I was a Montessori teacher for many years.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: That is my training.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: And if, and I was also an addictions counselor and a caregiver for the elderly and disabled.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: If I at any of those points in time had chosen one of my clients, one of my elderly clients, or one of the people I was counseling, or a swath of my children in my classroom, and I had said, you know what?
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: I really enjoy working with these people and those children, but those ones, no, I'm gonna just ignore them.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 23:49SPEAKER_01: So I'm just gonna turn my back on the ones that I feel challenged by.
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: That is backing away from exactly the place where we are being invited to grow.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: And that's the same story with where we are right now.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: We are being invited to deepen into our capacity to love, to love.
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: And and I want to say that does not, this is a practice.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: This is not like a cognitive decision where one day you wake up.
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: So, from my own experience, I am still on this journey that I am describing right now.
- 24:31SPEAKER_01: But again, this is this is where the evolution of our consciousness is heading, is to this place, which is that I have to be able to love the ones that I don't think are lovable.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: I have to be able to love the ones that I don't yet understand.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: Because somehow the creator does.
- 24:54SPEAKER_01: The creator has loved those beings so much that they exist.
- 24:59SPEAKER_01: If they exist, they are loved by the creator.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: And if they are loved by the creator, I want to learn how to love them.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: I want to.
- 25:20SPEAKER_01: I'm not talking about the love that we cultivate, like in our meditation every day, and we wake up and we leave the meditation, we feel really good, and that's all nice.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: And then the moment that someone cuts you off in traffic, you're screaming bloody murder at them.
- 25:37SPEAKER_01: That's not love.
- 25:38SPEAKER_01: That that is not a coherent, loving heart that you choose to love when it's convenient for you.
- 25:45SPEAKER_01: That's not love.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: And so it might be really inconvenient to have those children in your class.
- 25:52SPEAKER_01: I've had those children in my class.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: I have had my, one of my oldest elderly client was 104 years old, this beautiful, amazing woman from India, and she threw things at me every single day.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: Every single she would throw things at me and she would call me names, and that was okay.
- 26:14SPEAKER_01: I was okay with that because I said, you know what?
- 26:17SPEAKER_01: You've lived over a century.
- 26:19SPEAKER_01: I have no idea what you're carrying.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: Woman from India, who has now been displaced from her country and is living here in this tiny town and doesn't get to see anyone.
- 26:30SPEAKER_01: I have no idea what you've been through, and like it's okay.
- 26:34SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm tough enough.
- 26:36SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna take this personally.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: It's it's fine.
- 26:41SPEAKER_01: I I got a chance to love that.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: To love that right there in my face.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: So what a gift for me.
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: Because it's way easier to love people from afar.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: It's way easier to do that.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: The loving when it's inconvenient, which I'm sure you know, Natalie, because if you are in any type of long-term or committed relationship, you are going to have to choose at a many moments.
- 27:07SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna keep staying with this person?
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: And am I not gonna say the thing that I want to blurt out right now?
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: Because I love them and I know that we're gonna move through this.
- 27:17SPEAKER_01: I know that you've had those experiences.
- 27:20SPEAKER_01: That's the only way that a family stays together.
- 27:22SPEAKER_01: And so I recognize that I am making a really big call, right?
- 27:27SPEAKER_01: I am, I am just like I did with my students in my classroom, I'm holding very high expectations.
- 27:33SPEAKER_01: That doesn't mean that if you're not there, that there's a problem, but I am giving a bar to work myself up to, which is how can I love even when it's inconvenient for me?
- 27:46SPEAKER_01: How can I love something that I think is ugly, that I don't understand, that goes against the way that my heart operates?
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: It doesn't mean that it's excusable, that I justify the experience, the behavior.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: It's not about any of that.
- 28:04SPEAKER_01: It's about coming to a state of centered openness and equanimity.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: And so um, that's what I feel like we are moving into.
- 28:14SPEAKER_01: And I feel like it's very important to move through a space of being able to discern when and where that's happening in this space, in mainstream news space, in all of the spaces that we are able to grow that awareness in.
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: I think it's really important to grow that so that people who are choosing to live in their heart are able to align themselves more.
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: Their compass can be pointed toward actual love, not the fake, dressed-up new age love, to use those words.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: And you can totally feel the difference between these different frequencies of love.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: The the one is um you you can sense it like the person is thinking themselves into love.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: They're like thinking, I need to be loving, um, which means there's like resistance and blockage in the energy field.
- 29:04SPEAKER_00: And then there's there's the other person who um who's been uh dissolving that which stands in the way of the love that's already here, because in truth, we are all that love.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: This this this love, the the deepest state of our consciousness is this frequency.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: So is are are there like practices or like are you like what are you doing in order to keep coming back to the love and and keep evolving it in this way?
- 29:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:41SPEAKER_01: So I choose to um practice, I practice move like energy movement in the morning, so so some type of qigang or yoga or fascia movement of some kind, um, followed by breath work and meditation.
- 30:00SPEAKER_01: And um those that the the steadiness of that practice and that that sacred time for me um is what allows me to, in before I go into breathwork and meditation, because I have just been opening my body, there are things stored in my body from my own personal history of deep, severe trauma.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: So I'm not speaking from a life of ease, let me say that.
- 30:35SPEAKER_01: Um so I have had to move through the option.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: Am I going to love this person who has severely abused me?
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: Or am I not?
- 30:46SPEAKER_01: Am I just gonna say no?
- 30:47SPEAKER_01: And am I going to keep drinking the poison of bitterness and keep festering in this wound?
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: Because it's not about the person, right?
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: It's about me and my heart.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: So I have in those spaces and with that very deep practice, I have chosen to go into a meditative state after moving my body.
- 31:08SPEAKER_01: And let's say some memory arises within me, which this doesn't actually happen too much anymore.
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: Now it has left the personal and it has become more impersonal.
- 31:19SPEAKER_01: It has become more about narratives on the planet, like what I've been speaking to, of like the oppressed, et cetera.
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: But I'm gonna keep it really personal because it's I think it's easier for people to relate to.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: So when a personal story or memory has arisen, I will then go into breath work and meditation.
- 31:39SPEAKER_01: And I feel that energy of, let's say, rage is coming up, the the rage of injustice of wow, why did this happen to me?
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: Why did you do this to me?
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: I'm putting that in quotes because it's us doing it to ourselves, but it's important also from the human level to recognize that that was done to my body, right?
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: There was an injustice done to my own body.
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: So you have to be able to hold both.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: But in the meditation space, I am going in and saying, okay, so there's all of that rage about injustice.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: There it all is.
- 32:19SPEAKER_01: There is medicine in this for me, and I am, I am going with my conscious awareness, I am going to alchemize this into an elixir.
- 32:31SPEAKER_01: I there there is life in this bitter medicine of rage within me, and I'm going to alchemize it into an elixir.
- 32:40SPEAKER_01: That that is quite truly what I am thinking when I am going into this meditation.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: I am calling on my inner alchemist to bring forth the energy, the level of consciousness to transmute this.
- 32:56SPEAKER_01: I don't have to understand what that means.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: I don't have to understand what it means to transmute this into that?
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: What is the energy?
- 33:04SPEAKER_01: What is the color?
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: What does it feel like?
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: I don't have to know any of that stuff because my inner alchemist, she already knows what it is.
- 33:11SPEAKER_01: She already knows what to do.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: My job is to allow her to do her job and to surrender to that.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: And that is a very um, that is a very uh kind of abstract answer um in terms of what I do in a meditative state.
- 33:32SPEAKER_01: But I did want to share that because that's my internal, very deep process of refining that part of myself.
- 33:43SPEAKER_01: And then there comes the application outside of the meditative space.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: So, okay, so now that I've done that, I'm now going to engage with someone or with the same person perhaps who is bringing up this emotion in my body.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: Now I'm going to engage with them.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: And so now how am I going to show up to that?
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: How, how am I going to enter into that conversation and into that space actually with my heart open?
- 34:12SPEAKER_01: Do I have capacity to enter into that state with my heart open?
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: So I have to become more refined in a conscious waking state of what I am still carrying in my inner world.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: And that is what I am, I think, the most interested in, perhaps, in helping people cultivate and refine and excavate within themselves, is their inner world.
- 34:39SPEAKER_01: Because when we are so fixated on someone else's version of truth, whether that comes from some news source, again, some channeler, whatever the story, it wherever the source is, when when that is coming from outside of us and we buy in wholeheartedly, we are abandoning ourselves.
- 35:02SPEAKER_01: It is so easy to abandon the inner world within our own self.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: And so that these practices that I'm describing, they help me to refine my own inner world.
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: And then there's the practical application of when I'm with that person and staying very conscious of, okay, actually, my heart, it's it's a little wobbly right now.
- 35:24SPEAKER_01: I feel centered, but I can tell I'm a little bit in a space where it's going to be difficult.
- 35:29SPEAKER_01: So how am I going to approach this conversation?
- 35:33SPEAKER_01: What are the words that I'm going to choose to say so that I can remain in a state of openness and not go into blame, not go into some type of hatred or vengeance, not create conflict, but be in a state of peace with this person.
- 35:49SPEAKER_01: How can I do that?
- 35:51SPEAKER_01: And I think that that practice of asking questions and not needing to get an answer right away is a very important practice.
- 36:05SPEAKER_01: I think that we as a collective, allowing the space that comes from asking a question and not needing an immediate answer.
- 36:17SPEAKER_01: I don't need to hear from my guides right away.
- 36:19SPEAKER_01: This was very confusing for people in the beginning when I would talk about this as a channeler.
- 36:24SPEAKER_01: They would say, What do you, what do you mean you don't need to, what do you mean you don't need to get an answer right away if you're asking?
- 36:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't need an answer right away because I know that if I leave more room, my question is likely going to change.
- 36:41SPEAKER_01: I'm going to have some new understanding and I'm going to say, oh my gosh, that question actually not sophisticated enough.
- 36:48SPEAKER_01: That question is actually very narrow.
- 36:51SPEAKER_01: I want this question.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: So now I'm opening to a new question.
- 36:56SPEAKER_01: And I also trust in the refinement of that question that I am going to be led to a place where I am understanding that perhaps I am not yet ready for the answer.
- 37:12SPEAKER_01: I, my inner world, might need some more time to develop.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: My heart might need to enter into a place where I am more open, where I am more surrendered, where I am more capable of receiving, where I am not holding so much grief or rage against someone else in order to receive that answer.
- 37:35SPEAKER_01: That might be true for me.
- 37:37SPEAKER_01: In which case, as Buddhism writes, that would be the truth that is unhelpful.
- 37:43SPEAKER_01: Not all truths are helpful.
- 37:47SPEAKER_01: They are helpful at the time that they are helpful, and that takes wisdom.
- 37:53SPEAKER_01: Wisdom is always about right timing.
- 37:56SPEAKER_01: And so I accept the wisdom of my own body and more importantly, the wisdom of the creator to be sharing with me an answer in response to something.
- 38:08SPEAKER_01: So I would say that those from from the most kind of embodied physical uh practice to this kind of really kind of disembodied meditative state into actual practical like centering of a conversation and then also being open to questions, that would be my practice.
- 38:28SPEAKER_00: This is gonna help the community deeply.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: So uh recently I was teaching um uh a workshop and this like wisdom came through, and it was about how um we are changing how we uh have boundaries.
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: So whereas before it was like I gotta protect myself against uh what the entities or other people or other things or other frequencies, and then this this wisdom came through, and it's about uh honor the other, that is the boundary.
- 39:06SPEAKER_00: When you when you honor uh what you honor someone else's path, you honor their journey, where they're coming from, their experience, and it that that creates an energetic field, a frequency that that is the new protection.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Um and then they spoke about this heightened sensitivity, like as we well, as we clear ourselves, because at first we're like full of clutter, patterns, beliefs, conditions, and we're just full.
- 39:35SPEAKER_00: And as we um uh recognize that that they are patterns and not us, and and so they dissolve out of us, we are clearer, we are lighter, and we are more open, more sensitive.
- 39:47SPEAKER_00: So we start to experience the world more sensory.
- 39:51SPEAKER_00: And as that's happening, they they the the angels, the guides, my hair self, uh they the the plural uh said um uh uh that when you can be with another uh and they're triggering you, and you can recognize that you're being triggered, and you just maintain conscious listening and conscious holding conscious communication.
- 40:17SPEAKER_00: So you're listening, and like I have a feeling of the other day when I was listening to someone very close to me, and they have a completely different opinion of me, and they were kind of like, and your opinion, and I was like, it was coming at me.
- 40:31SPEAKER_00: Um, and and I was like, just be very conscious and aware of what you feel in your body, just be here, be present, equanimous.
- 40:39SPEAKER_00: And I felt fire burning in my pelvis, and like I felt like oh, I could get so irritated, but I was like, maintain, maintain, and I breathed through it.
- 40:51SPEAKER_00: I just breathed in and out, and the fire alchemized by itself, like it came up and like it came up, and I could feel it move, and like it felt like a lump, and then it like it was like that, and then there was like a tear or two.
- 41:06SPEAKER_00: And then the person finished what they were saying, and I just continued breathing.
- 41:10SPEAKER_00: I left space, I did not respond, I wasn't ready.
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: I needed to get back to neutrality, I needed the alchemy to just continue itself, and it did.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: And then I was able to use loving words, but real love, it just came from my heart.
- 41:24SPEAKER_00: I was like, you know what?
- 41:26SPEAKER_00: I s I actually see you and hear all that you're experiencing in your reality.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: And I didn't even feel like I needed to go, but I have this experience.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: I just left it at that because yeah, I've got a different opinion and experience, but who cares?
- 41:40SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, this is what we're talking about.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: This is incredible.
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: That's really powerful.
- 41:46SPEAKER_01: I'm happy for you.
- 41:48SPEAKER_01: That's that is how you recognize your own empowerment again, is when you can sit exactly with that heat and that fire and recognize that it is going to alchemize from the inside out.
- 42:00SPEAKER_01: I'm glad that you had that experience.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: Good for you.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I'm grateful that we have these like triggering experiences so that we can expand, expand.
- 42:11SPEAKER_00: And I know, Ilonia, that you are such a heart-based community person.
- 42:16SPEAKER_00: I I I was looking at your YouTube and I was like, oh wow, you're like me when it comes to community.
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: It's like we're in this together, and so I I just want to like um open up the space for um like some of the people in my community have been uh really struggling um with with like old traumas and like physical, physical things, physical illness, physical pain, um, deep traumas and and from this lifetime, um from generational.
- 42:46SPEAKER_00: Um, I also feel like it's galactic or dimensional.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: Could you speak into this?
- 42:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely.
- 42:56SPEAKER_01: Um which, you know, speaking from my own experience, which is the only thing I can speak from, um what I can say is a couple things.
- 43:10SPEAKER_01: Starting firstly, with let's let's work, let's start from the farthest point out and work our way in this time.
- 43:18SPEAKER_01: So when we talk about galactic and I'll say interdimensional uh trauma and and experiences in lifetimes, those are then reflected right where we are.
- 43:37SPEAKER_01: So there is an equal amount of wisdom to be gained from our life exactly as it is right now.
- 43:53SPEAKER_01: We need not jump to the planet next door to go find the wisdom.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: Because it is truly right here.
- 44:02SPEAKER_01: So I want to say that first because you don't actually need an Akashic reading, a tarot card reading to be able to channel.
- 44:13SPEAKER_01: You actually don't need any of that.
- 44:15SPEAKER_01: The only thing you need is the choice, the choice to align to right where you are.
- 44:21SPEAKER_01: So now that we're all the way back to where we are, from the outer planets back to the body.
- 44:27SPEAKER_01: We know now, uh, from many dedicated people who have devoted their lives to this type of research, so thankful that they have done that.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: We know that intergenerational trauma is passed down through a process that we now call epigenetics.
- 44:46SPEAKER_01: So that means that trauma transcends time.
- 44:50SPEAKER_01: And I like to talk about trauma.
- 44:52SPEAKER_01: Um, it's so important to talk about trauma because it is very, it is very few people who have moved through this world unscathed in some way, whether we can say that it's a traumatizing event or not.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: We have all experienced pain and suffering.
- 45:06SPEAKER_01: That is something we all have in common.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: Most of us have that in common.
- 45:11SPEAKER_01: Um, and really pity for the ones who have not, right?
- 45:15SPEAKER_01: I mean, really, compassion for the ones whose life has been easy from the get-go because they are not going to be able to grow as much.
- 45:23SPEAKER_01: We grow just like the story that you told.
- 45:27SPEAKER_01: Like the um, like the jack tree, one of the beautiful pine trees of our world, their seeds are only opened in fire.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: And we are opened in fire.
- 45:41SPEAKER_01: So that is a blessing to move through pain and challenge.
- 45:44SPEAKER_01: So when we come and talk about epigenetics and trauma, trauma transcends time, and that is the opposite of love.
- 45:53SPEAKER_01: Trauma is the opposite of love.
- 45:55SPEAKER_01: It's not hate because love transcends time, and the opposites always do exactly the same thing as the other.
- 46:04SPEAKER_01: They seem like opposites, but they're actually not.
- 46:07SPEAKER_01: And so that's how you can identify real opposite, opposing energies, and that is what trauma is.
- 46:12SPEAKER_01: Just like trauma, love leaves an imprint in the body, mind, heart, soul.
- 46:18SPEAKER_01: It leaves an imprint there, a lasting space forever.
- 46:22SPEAKER_01: So when we are working with our body and what you're describing with these old wounds coming up, there is this invitation from life itself, from life with a capital L itself, from the collective evolution that we are in, there is an invitation to no longer turn away from that which is painful, which is why I actually opened the conversation the way that I did.
- 46:52SPEAKER_01: Because if we are unable to sit with our own trauma, if I cannot hold my reality as it is, how can I hold anybody else's?
- 47:06SPEAKER_01: How can I hold a new reality?
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: If I can't hold my reality as it is right now, that's unrealistic.
- 47:13SPEAKER_01: That's saying, that's saying that tomorrow I'll just go start benching 300 pounds when I haven't been practicing benching 100 pounds every day.
- 47:24SPEAKER_01: There's this, it's not, that's unrealistic to expect that just in a flash, in a flash of light, in a some master comes to touch you on the forehead, whatever easy way out that people want, that all of a sudden it's just gonna be okay.
- 47:41SPEAKER_01: That's not the planet that you signed up to be on.
- 47:43SPEAKER_01: I want to tell you that right now.
- 47:45SPEAKER_01: Your soul came here with the utmost excitement and delight of saying, wow, we are gonna go through the ringer and back again.
- 47:56SPEAKER_01: What is that gonna be like?
- 47:58SPEAKER_01: And it's supposed to be that way.
- 47:59SPEAKER_01: That doesn't make it easy.
- 48:01SPEAKER_01: It's not supposed to be easy.
- 48:03SPEAKER_01: I like it's not meant to be this way.
- 48:06SPEAKER_01: It is meant to be that we are challenged, that we sit through the fire.
- 48:10SPEAKER_01: That's why it's amazing to read about the yogis.
- 48:14SPEAKER_01: And the we can, there's a group actually of um nuns in at the most sacred remote uh Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Gebchek who practice cultivating inner fire, and then they walk around in the dead of winter with a sheet, a thin sheet that is wrapped around them that has been soaked in freezing cold water.
- 48:42SPEAKER_01: And their task is to walk around the entire distance of the monastery multiple times and dry the sheet from their own inner heat.
- 48:52SPEAKER_01: That is a form of alchemy that is still going on, and that amazes us to think about that level of conscious energy, the focus that that takes, that is something that we can all practice when we are able to do exactly the story that you shared, which is sitting with our own fire, sitting with the the fire that we have inside that comes from previous traumas.
- 49:19SPEAKER_01: Whether the genesis of those traumas is from this planet or another planet is actually beside the point.
- 49:26SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry if this is disappointing to you.
- 49:29SPEAKER_01: It doesn't matter where your trauma comes from.
- 49:32SPEAKER_01: It doesn't actually make a difference because it's still here right now.
- 49:35SPEAKER_01: If it's present with you in this moment, then it requires this level of consciousness that you have to grow from there, to develop a higher level of consciousness to be able to hold that and say, okay, wow, what is this trauma here to teach me?
- 49:53SPEAKER_01: What and if you're in a place which I I am I empathize with you, if you are in a place where your physical body now, now that you've you've taken this trauma and you've been sitting with it for so long, that now it's manifesting as some kind of physical pain or some kind of dis-ease in your body, I I feel for you.
- 50:13SPEAKER_01: And I want to tell you that you have the strength to move through this if you are in that place.
- 50:21SPEAKER_01: And if you are in that place, or if you are only still in the place where it has not yet manifested physically, then you are in a position to contemplate and consider what is here for me.
- 50:38SPEAKER_01: Yes, the fact is I was in a place where I was victimized in some way.
- 50:44SPEAKER_01: I was maybe, maybe you were a helpless child and you were abused.
- 50:49SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's your experience.
- 50:51SPEAKER_01: So the human side is that that is true.
- 50:54SPEAKER_01: The human reality, you were a helpless child who is abused.
- 50:58SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 50:59SPEAKER_01: And now that you're here and listening to this and you are beginning to remember and choosing to remember that you are also a conscious sovereign creator.
- 51:09SPEAKER_01: So now the question becomes: how are you going to orient to that trauma?
- 51:15SPEAKER_01: Are you still coming at the place where you're a victim?
- 51:18SPEAKER_01: Or are you able to say, I was a victim and I'm also a creator?
- 51:23SPEAKER_01: So why did I create this situation for me?
- 51:27SPEAKER_01: What am I meant to learn from this?
- 51:31SPEAKER_01: Why am I experiencing this pain in my body?
- 51:34SPEAKER_01: What am I meant to learn from this?
- 51:36SPEAKER_01: And I want to tell you right now, you do not need someone else outside of you to tell you why it's happening.
- 51:45SPEAKER_01: You can, but you don't need it.
- 51:49SPEAKER_01: You, you, as the individual that you are, if you sit with your body long enough and you cultivate true listening, where you're not, you're not trying to have your analytical mind pop out every possible answer as to why something is the way it is.
- 52:07SPEAKER_01: If you just sit, your body is going to give you the answer.
- 52:11SPEAKER_01: You're going to know why you created this thing for yourself.
- 52:15SPEAKER_01: And that is the healing.
- 52:17SPEAKER_01: That is the healing.
- 52:19SPEAKER_01: The healing is the going into the depths and the excavation of the gem of wisdom that lives in that wounded place.
- 52:28SPEAKER_01: That and nobody else can excavate that for you.
- 52:32SPEAKER_01: Someone may be able to be a light in your darkness.
- 52:36SPEAKER_01: Someone may be able to guide you and say, maybe you should look over here.
- 52:40SPEAKER_01: And then you start looking over there and you're like, yeah, there's the gem.
- 52:44SPEAKER_01: That those are that's true.
- 52:45SPEAKER_01: There are people that can guide you closer, but there is no one who can do the excavation for you.
- 52:52SPEAKER_01: Only you can do that.
- 52:54SPEAKER_01: And that is how, just like what you described, Natalie, that is how we learn of our own power again.
- 53:02SPEAKER_01: Because we sit in that fire, we do that excavation ourselves, we contemplate and practice moving our own energy ourselves within our body, moving our consciousness to a certain space in our body to identify something.
- 53:15SPEAKER_01: We do that ourselves.
- 53:16SPEAKER_01: And then we realize, oh wow, I can always do this.
- 53:20SPEAKER_01: I am far more capable than I realized.
- 53:22SPEAKER_01: I am not helpless.
- 53:23SPEAKER_01: I am far more capable than I realized.
- 53:26SPEAKER_01: That is so important to have that experience because the only way that we grow belief in ourselves is by doing something that we didn't think we could do, and then doing it all the time, doing it every day, showing up consistently and doing something really hard, we start to believe in ourselves again.
- 53:49SPEAKER_01: And then the pain in our body disappears because now we have learned something.
- 53:54SPEAKER_01: We have taken our power back just inside, not like taking it back and feeling like we have to protect ourselves from somebody else.
- 54:02SPEAKER_01: It's not about that.
- 54:03SPEAKER_01: It's just that we become so strong within our own self because of how much we believe in ourselves, we we no longer feel like a helpless victim.
- 54:13SPEAKER_01: We no longer have to move through these crippling experiences of physical pain, of emotional pain, etc.
- 54:20SPEAKER_01: Because we are not wallowing in the wound.
- 54:24SPEAKER_01: So that is what I would say to people who are going through this.
- 54:28SPEAKER_01: I really want people to believe in themselves.
- 54:30SPEAKER_01: I know that you can do it, because there is nothing that you signed up for that you cannot handle.
- 54:38SPEAKER_01: There is nothing too big for you in your life.
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: Because if it's in your life, it means you are ready for it.
- 54:50SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, it wouldn't be there.
- 54:51SPEAKER_00: It doesn't show up.
- 54:54SPEAKER_00: It doesn't show up if it's not part of your journey.
- 54:57SPEAKER_00: Whatever shows up is for you.
- 54:59SPEAKER_00: It's this world is incredible.
- 55:01SPEAKER_00: It's Ilunia, isn't it just incredible to realize like I have these moments sometimes I'm like, whoa, I am being human and this is awesome, even though it's also painful and like challenging, but like all of that, it's it's awesome because I'm getting to have these physical embodied experiences.
- 55:23SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 55:24SPEAKER_01: Every day and every night I have that experience, so yes, right there with you.
- 55:29SPEAKER_01: And I am thankful for it every day.
- 55:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 55:33SPEAKER_00: Well, I've got a question that's totally different because I'm with you and I know that you know about this, and I don't know so much about it.
- 55:40SPEAKER_00: And I it's so many people are talking about like plasma.
- 55:44SPEAKER_00: So so and I I actually just really would like to know like what is this plasma?
- 55:51SPEAKER_00: Um what is it doing for us?
- 55:54SPEAKER_00: How does it affect us?
- 55:55SPEAKER_00: Like, could you share some information on it?
- 55:59SPEAKER_01: I would love to.
- 56:01SPEAKER_01: I love plasma.
- 56:03SPEAKER_01: And um also I am not by trade a physicist, nor am I a plasma researcher, but there's a part of me that wants to be a plasma researcher.
- 56:12SPEAKER_01: So let me just say that um that that everybody should should really research this on their own if they are interested.
- 56:19SPEAKER_01: But I can share uh things that I have learned and from various sources, um, and also from personal experience regarding plasma.
- 56:28SPEAKER_01: So um the thing that I actually, the place that I want to start uh that is occurring to me is um to bring it into the body.
- 56:39SPEAKER_01: The uh this beautiful teaching that was given to me about the chakras.
- 56:45SPEAKER_01: The first three chakras are representations of the three states of matter.
- 56:52SPEAKER_01: The root chakra is solid, the second chakra is fluid, the third chakra is air, and the fourth chakra is plasma, the fourth state of matter.
- 57:02SPEAKER_01: Plasma is where, just like the heart center, where polarity comes into union.
- 57:09SPEAKER_01: Polarity comes into unity in that space.
- 57:11SPEAKER_01: Um, not by becoming homogenous, by learning how to dance in beautiful harmony.
- 57:19SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 57:20SPEAKER_01: So plasma um is this state where it is both pre-matter, as in it becomes before physical matter, and it comes after physical matter.
- 57:36SPEAKER_01: There is an imprint of plasma left in the field that can be measured and tested and photographed with the right photonic uh cameras that can be photographed that is left over even after the matter disappears.
- 57:53SPEAKER_01: Okay, why does that matter?
- 57:54SPEAKER_01: Why is that important?
- 57:56SPEAKER_01: Well, when we think about the fact that we come all from the same source, there is some expression of that source that's happening from what we are measuring and able to call plasma.
- 58:12SPEAKER_01: So we come in as plasma, and every experience that we have has a leftover imprint within the plasma field, which is the same as the quantum field.
- 58:23SPEAKER_01: There is a leftover amount of photons, as in light particles, that are able to be measured, again with special spectrographs and uh special equipment, um, able to be measured that that is leaving an impression.
- 58:39SPEAKER_01: Okay, so let's bring this into the mystical world.
- 58:42SPEAKER_01: When we talk about Eastern philosophy, Buddhism has said every thought, action, word, and deed leaves an impression in the world.
- 58:56SPEAKER_01: That happens through plasma.
- 58:58SPEAKER_01: We can now say, we are going to be able to say this with much more certainty and clarity when the instruments are refined, but we can say now that is absolutely true because we can measure that these things that we think, say, do, etc., they actually do leave an imprint in the field that can be measured.
- 59:17SPEAKER_01: So we really are our thoughts.
- 59:21SPEAKER_01: Our thoughts really do affect reality.
- 59:25SPEAKER_01: The more that we choose to come into awareness, that's all.
- 59:30SPEAKER_01: And all that means is that you're giving attention to something.
- 59:36SPEAKER_01: That's all it means.
- 59:37SPEAKER_01: Just like how you give attention to yourself, I know.
- 59:41SPEAKER_01: That's the easiest thing to do.
- 59:42SPEAKER_01: The easiest thing to do is to give attention to ourself each and every day.
- 59:46SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 59:46SPEAKER_01: So just like how we all do that, when we start to give attention to plasma and to our plasma body, that means that we come into greater harmony with it.
- 59:58SPEAKER_01: We we become more aware of it when we give our attention to that.
- 1:00:03SPEAKER_01: The reason why I find that very interesting is because recently I learned that uh these beautiful group of blue beings that have been with me forever.
- 1:00:15SPEAKER_01: They've been with me since I was a child.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_01: Um, I always was told that they and thought that they were some kind of extraterrestrial being.
- 1:00:24SPEAKER_01: Turns out they're not.
- 1:00:25SPEAKER_01: It turns out that they are us in the future.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_01: Because us in the future, humans in the future, they're blue beings because they are in their plasma bodies.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_01: That is what plasma looks like.
- 1:00:36SPEAKER_01: It's blue in from our eyes, it looks blue.
- 1:00:40SPEAKER_01: Um, and that is actually where they hail from.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_01: They hail from the future, and so they're able to talk to me.
- 1:00:46SPEAKER_01: And that means that that is actually the evolution of consciousness that we're talking about and that we are all in, is an evolution of tuning into plasma more.
- 1:00:58SPEAKER_01: Now, this this is a topic where people can get really.
- 1:01:05SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm just gonna be very straight up.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_01: People can get really lost in delusion here.
- 1:01:10SPEAKER_01: And I don't like that.
- 1:01:11SPEAKER_01: I'm not I'm not a woo-woo person.
- 1:01:15SPEAKER_01: Call me whatever you want, and yes, I channel, and I'm not a woo-woo person.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_01: I am very practical.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_01: So I don't, I really don't like getting people lost in delusion.
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_01: This is this is a scientific thing that can be measured.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_01: And when we choose to tune into it, we can have a very different experience here on earth.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_01: Because we start to iron out these patterns that we have carried in us, just like what we were talking about when it comes to trauma.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_01: So this is actually quite related to where we just came from.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_01: Because when we tune more into our plasma body, which is the energy of wholeness, because it comes from source, right?
- 1:02:02SPEAKER_01: It that this is this is like the purest aspect of our being is this plasma body.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_01: When we tune into that, we're tuning into the energy of wholeness, which is the same as the energy of the creator, the universe, the divine, whatever we want to call it.
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_01: And so when we become more like that, as in we tune more into our plasma body, we become more unified just from our choice of tuning into our plasma body.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_01: When we become more unified in that, we take on the energy of wholeness.
- 1:02:34SPEAKER_01: We become more whole.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_01: Those, those crinkled and and and crinkled spaces and the ruts that are in our brain, that are in our body, that are in our heart from traumas, they get ironed out.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_01: They get smoothed out.
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_01: We are now operating more from a state of wholeness from a higher level of consciousness.
- 1:02:55SPEAKER_01: And again, this is not, this is not like some I'm I'm and I just want to say to everyone out there, yes, I am speaking in a sarcastic way, and I mean it facetiously, as in it's meant to be a joke, so don't feel judged.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_01: It's okay.
- 1:03:12SPEAKER_01: If there is not someone who can come, if you start seeing something on whatever Instagram that's telling you that there's some plasma activation, I really want you to question that.
- 1:03:25SPEAKER_01: This isn't this is not you pay somebody to activate your plasma body.
- 1:03:30SPEAKER_01: That's not a thing.
- 1:03:33SPEAKER_01: This is about you tuning your own awareness into it.
- 1:03:37SPEAKER_01: And I really, I hope that that feels empowering to you who are listening to this because you don't need anybody outside of you to do this for you.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_01: You can just choose to do this every day in your meditation practice.
- 1:03:47SPEAKER_01: I do this at a minimum once a week.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_01: This is what I do.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_01: I go into my plasma body, I receive energy from it, and then I come back and I'm more whole.
- 1:03:55SPEAKER_01: That is just a practice that I've chosen to take on.
- 1:03:57SPEAKER_01: So, and and how long do I do it for?
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_01: Some of you are asking me.
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_01: I can hear you.
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_01: I do it for about two hours.
- 1:04:03SPEAKER_01: That's about how long it takes me because I need to get over all of the egoic stuff and drop into a place of really deep surrender in order for me to actually be in tune with the energy of wholeness.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_01: And this has taken me quite a few years to really hone in on this because there's a lot of stuff that we have to work through to get over that, right?
- 1:04:30SPEAKER_01: I said that plasma is the energy of the heart.
- 1:04:33SPEAKER_01: That means if your heart is guarded, if you have layers around your heart where you're not fully open, where you're still unconscious, you're gonna have to peel those back a bit before you can tune into and actually receive this energy of wholeness.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_01: If you are too full on grief, on rage, on unprocessed emotions of some kind, you're too full to receive the energy of wholeness.
- 1:04:59SPEAKER_01: There's nowhere for it to go.
- 1:05:01SPEAKER_01: So that means in the beginning, when we're doing this, you might go in, maybe you choose to go do this practice for 90 minutes, and then you come out and you say, Wow, I feel awful.
- 1:05:10SPEAKER_01: Why would I ever do that again?
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_01: I want to tell you that it's a little bit like a healing crisis.
- 1:05:15SPEAKER_01: You go in and you come out, and yeah, your body is a little bit in pain, your mind is kind of swimming because you have just stirred up the cauldron inside of you, and all of this stuff is coming to the surface.
- 1:05:27SPEAKER_01: But the more that we are able to say, okay, wow, I have a lot going on.
- 1:05:32SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna hold myself gently today, I'm gonna be very aware of myself today and just be really soft and tender with myself today.
- 1:05:42SPEAKER_01: The more that we can do that and then still show up for the challenge of approaching our plasma body and tuning into it, there comes a point where we have some space now to receive wholeness.
- 1:05:56SPEAKER_01: And that's the energy that changes our life.
- 1:05:59unknown: That
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_01: That is the energy that changes our life.
- 1:06:02SPEAKER_01: It's not some mystical experience that you're off on some planet.
- 1:06:07SPEAKER_01: Can that be beautiful?
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_01: But that's not the energy that changes your life.
- 1:06:12SPEAKER_01: The this is what can bring up a whole new level of experience.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_01: And so I think it's really important for people to just consider this more, tune into it when they can.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_01: And there's all kinds of, there are all kinds of implications about the evolution of our planet and actually of every planet in the solar system, just to tell you.
- 1:06:37SPEAKER_01: They're all plasma.
- 1:06:39SPEAKER_01: They're not gas giants.
- 1:06:41SPEAKER_01: How do I know that?
- 1:06:43SPEAKER_01: Well, I was contemplating this one day, and um I realized that is how astrology works.
- 1:06:49SPEAKER_01: Astrology works because the planets that are affecting us are plasma and they are influencing our plasma.
- 1:06:56SPEAKER_01: That's why.
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_01: So anyway, there's a lot about plasma.
- 1:06:59SPEAKER_01: I love plasma.
- 1:07:00SPEAKER_01: We can talk about plasma a lot, but there's I think some really important pieces.
- 1:07:06SPEAKER_00: Wow, as you're talking about it, I actually can feel in my body, and I'm getting the sense it's like yeah, it's a collective energy that's moving.
- 1:07:17SPEAKER_00: So as you talk about the plasma, it's the solar plexus area, and it feels more on the right side.
- 1:07:24SPEAKER_00: A little bit of the throat chakra as well, and it feels like we're having like some stuff moving.
- 1:07:30SPEAKER_00: So anyone who's here, just hold space for yourself, breathe and be with you to have this full release so that the wholeness that you are can be fully embodied in this area, and it's it does feel like the right side, the masculine side, the solar plexus, it's strong.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_00: So this is powerful because you've brought the consciousness and the awareness of it, it's actually now doing stuff for us.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_00: We're actually having um a release and an and an opening to hold the wholeness of the plasma of which we are.
- 1:08:13SPEAKER_01: That's beautiful, and the way you describe that actually is quite perfect because of the way that the plasma energy works, just what you're describing with this masculine fire and uh the coolness of plasma feels very feminine to me.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_01: Um, and the way that I have come to understand this is that plasma, this pre-matter and also post-matter, if you will, what's left over after matter, is feminine and the physical manifestation is masculine.
- 1:08:52SPEAKER_01: And so it is this dance that uh moves and creates more life and gives new energy to plasma.
- 1:09:02SPEAKER_01: So to then take on new forms and new life.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_01: So that's beautiful that that's your experience right now.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_00: Oi, Lunya, thank you so much for your presence and wisdom and encouragement to really uh be in our power.
- 1:09:23SPEAKER_00: I feel like this is uh going to support many deeply, and for everyone listening and watching, uh you might actually want to come back again because I mean I know I'm going to, because I feel like there's there's a lot here, and I want to absorb it and live it.
- 1:09:41SPEAKER_00: So please know that this is a container of of deep wisdom and energy for you to support you on your journey and for the collective because we're doing this all together.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_00: So thank you everyone for being here.
- 1:09:54SPEAKER_00: And Ilunia, thank you deeply.
- 1:09:57SPEAKER_00: If there's anything else you want to share, you're welcome to.
- 1:10:01SPEAKER_01: Oh, thank you.
- 1:10:03SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, I will say thank you really to you and and everyone who who was present here and and who is choosing to take the path of the heart, choosing to take the path of consciousness, because it's like I said, it's not the easy way.
- 1:10:21SPEAKER_01: If it were easy, everybody would do it.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_01: But we are being invited and called into a harder, more difficult road so that it's easier for other people who come after us.
- 1:10:37SPEAKER_01: And that has been my guiding light for the ones yet to come.
- 1:10:43SPEAKER_01: How am I choosing every day to be a good ancestor for the children who will come onto this planet?
- 1:10:52SPEAKER_01: That has been my guiding light, and that is what moves me each and every day.
- 1:10:57SPEAKER_01: It guides the compass of my heart, it is oriented toward the children.
- 1:11:03SPEAKER_01: That is truly it.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_01: Everything I do, it is for them.
- 1:11:07SPEAKER_01: The ones that I will never meet and may never see in my lifetime.
- 1:11:11SPEAKER_01: It is for them.
- 1:11:13SPEAKER_01: And I guess the last piece that I will say, um, if anyone wants to certainly learn more about plasma, but also uh anyone who wants to practice with me in person, um, the last in-person retreat that I'm holding this year will happen in November, November 4th to the 8th at the Art of Living Retreat Center in North Carolina.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_01: And you're welcome to go to my website, alunanoel.com, or to the Art of Living Retreat Center website, um, and just look up my name, Alunya Noel, if you would like to know more information.
- 1:11:44SPEAKER_01: Um, it's really an exquisite campus.
- 1:11:47SPEAKER_01: And um, and it's um it's an in-person mystery school.
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_01: And so I'm going to go into many teachings and practices and different uh beautiful plant medicine ceremonies with cacao and blue lotus tea.
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_01: Um, and it would be an honor to share that space for any of you who want to join.
- 1:12:04SPEAKER_01: And thank you again, Natalie, really, for opening this conversation.
- 1:12:08SPEAKER_01: It was such a joy, such a joy to talk with you.
- 1:12:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, a true, true pleasure, really from my heart.
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_00: And thank you for, you know, it takes it takes um what's the the feeling is like courage for us to to to hold retreats, to hold space like that.
- 1:12:28SPEAKER_00: So thank you.
- 1:12:29SPEAKER_00: I see you.
- 1:12:30SPEAKER_00: I really appreciate what you're doing.
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_01: Thank you very much for saying that.
- 1:12:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I give everything during those retreats.
- 1:12:38SPEAKER_01: Yes, I do.
- 1:12:40SPEAKER_01: Thank you for saying that, and thank you all who are here and listening.
- 1:12:46SPEAKER_00: Namaste, everybody.
