- 2:24word to him tonight or God, in the name of

- 2:47Speaker 1: God bless you.

- 2:49Speaker 1: This is coin Onia. Allelujah. I sincerely welcome.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Everyone's always a joy to fellowship with God's people here
- 3:04on ground and across the globe. Zaria is also connecting
- 3:08blessings to you. In the name of Jesus Christ. I
- 3:12want to specially thank a great Man of God that
- 3:16we have in our midst. Bishop Macanto from the Upper
- 3:20Room Cathedral in Yola.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Thank you so much for the time.
- 3:24Speaker 2: The Lord honor you in the name of Jesus Christ, allelujah,
- 3:29and every other person who has come as a visitor.
- 3:33Speaker 1: You are most welcome in Jesus' name.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Amen. Isaiah chapter forty six and verse ten tells us
- 3:41that God declares the end from the beginning, that God
- 3:47has a unique ability to see the end, and that
- 3:51he declares the end even from the beginning. And this
- 3:56is not only true for God, it must be true
- 3:58for any vision leader. That means that in building people,
- 4:04you must be able to have the end picture. I
- 4:08was meditating on this a few days ago while preparing
- 4:12my notes, and it just occurred to me that many times,
- 4:16as leaders and as ministers of the Gospel, we keep
- 4:20teaching teaching, teaching, and that is profitable, but first ourselves
- 4:26and the people that we seek to teach do not
- 4:29have a picture of what they should become.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 4:33Speaker 2: In architecture and building, one of the reasons why the
- 4:37structures are build almost as exact as you see it
- 4:41on paper is because there is first a paper representation
- 4:46of the finished structure.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 4:50Speaker 2: No one just begins to build, adding block upon block
- 4:54and then just hopes that as they build they will
- 4:58understand what they are doing. Usually you will not have
- 5:01a very wide structure.
- 5:02Speaker 1: A strong, stable structure belts that way.
- 5:05Speaker 2: So the architect, in partnership with all who are involved
- 5:08in construction, would sit down and using the power of knowledge, creativity, imagination,
- 5:15they will come up with an intelligent structure putting all
- 5:19of the factors that need to be in consideration away together.
- 5:23And right from before the cornerstone is put the first
- 5:26block is put on ground, there is already a picture
- 5:31of the end and that picture is not a secret.
- 5:35It is known to both the architect and the client
- 5:38that they are building for away together, and the knowledge,
- 5:42the awareness of what the finished structure will look like,
- 5:46is what gives the architects the same power to meticulously
- 5:50follow to details and then will give the client the
- 5:54patience to allow.
- 5:55Speaker 1: The builders do their work away together.
- 5:58Speaker 2: When there is no aware of how the finished product
- 6:02will look.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Like, impatience becomes imminent.
- 6:06Speaker 2: So if you're building a twelve or twenty or thirty story,
- 6:11it would be unwise for any clients to expect an
- 6:14architect to build all of that within a month or
- 6:17two months. He knows that no matter how dexterous that architects,
- 6:21that builder is, because of the nature of the product,
- 6:25the structure that they seek to produce, it will.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Take a while.
- 6:28Speaker 2: There are many things that need to be put every
- 6:31step of the way.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 6:33Speaker 2: And I thought that it was really very important for
- 6:35us to understand that week in week out, as we meet,
- 6:39God is not just bringing random knowledge. There is an
- 6:43exact spiritual house you are becoming, Allelujah. There is a
- 6:48kind of believer that God seeks to make out of you,
- 6:52and it is important that you know that He's not
- 6:55just interested in you being a Christian. He's not just
- 6:58interested in you being a legion's person, a church goer
- 7:02and attendant, a congregant, a member, perhaps a fan. God
- 7:07desires more than that from you. His intent is that
- 7:10you'll be built in a specific way.
- 7:13Speaker 1: There is a kind.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Of believer that can advance the purposes of God.
- 7:18Speaker 1: There is a kind of believer a way together.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Just because you're a believer haven't received the life of
- 7:26God does not automatically make you usable. It takes a
- 7:30lot to furnish and told, to chisel and to make
- 7:34you become a believer. With stature a way together, and
- 7:37I thought to just do this, perhaps just to give
- 7:41us a picture what kind of believer is going on
- 7:45in your building. I think I should do that just
- 7:47for a few minutes, and then we get to part
- 7:50two of what we're teaching. It's important that you have
- 7:53this at the back of your mind to know what
- 7:55kind of believer the Holy Spirit, in partnership with it,
- 8:00the teaching ministry is producing out of your life. That
- 8:05way you will be patient, that way you will be determined.
- 8:10That way your heart will remain ever open to partner
- 8:14with the Holy Spirit.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Number one. I believe that God seeks to build a
- 8:20people who are first and foremost spiritually vibrant. Your spiritual
- 8:25vibrancy is God's greatest goal as far as building and
- 8:31making you become a believer with stature, spiritual vibrancy, men
- 8:36and women who are passionate lovers of Jesus and lovers
- 8:42of the things of God. This is the first kind
- 8:44of believer that God seeks to build.
- 8:47Speaker 1: It's important you get this.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Your spiritual growth, your spiritual progress, your spiritual vibrancy, in
- 8:55order of priority, is God's highest goal as far as
- 8:59building you of his concern.
- 9:03Speaker 1: To become a passionate lover of.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Jesus, not just a religious fanatic, but a sincere passionate
- 9:10lover of Jesus, and then a lover of the things
- 9:13of God. And that includes the house of God, that
- 9:16includes the program of God. Number two. God seeks to
- 9:20build in this house and through this house the believer
- 9:24with character, very important character. What does that mean that
- 9:30you are? You sustain a growing determination to be like
- 9:35Jesus in experience, a growing determination you are a man
- 9:43of character. Indeed, not just because you hold through certain
- 9:48positive traits and virtues.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It takes more than that.
- 9:51Speaker 2: This is beyond just being positive about life. There must
- 9:55be a growing determination in that believer that I want
- 9:59my life life to be a reflection of the christ inexperience,
- 10:04It says, my little children, of whom I travail until
- 10:07Christ be formed in you. So the Lord seeks to
- 10:12build through this ministry, through this vision, through the things
- 10:15that we do, a believer that is of character, that
- 10:21you become the closest representation of Jesus to your world.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Number three.
- 10:26Speaker 2: What kind of believer is God building in and through
- 10:29this house? Number three? He is building intelligent and transformed believers.
- 10:37Intelligent and transformed believers by now you should have sustained
- 10:44and appreciation that spirituality does not take away intelligence. In
- 10:49Isaiah chapter eleven, when you read verse two and verse three,
- 10:53after listing the sevenfold operation of the spirit of the Lord,
- 10:57verse three says, it shall make thee of weak understanding allelujah.
- 11:03It takes intelligence to reflect Christ.
- 11:06Speaker 1: It takes intelligence to live.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Out the purposes of the Kingdom in experience. So God
- 11:11is raising intelligent and transformed believers. What does that mean?
- 11:16Believers who have a thorough understanding of the Word of God.
- 11:22A thorough understanding of the Word of God alongside listen
- 11:27carefully before you write alongside the ability to apply the
- 11:32word towards a victorious life.
- 11:35Speaker 1: It's not enough to just know the word of God.
- 11:37Speaker 2: You must sustained the intelligence and understanding to apply the
- 11:42Word of God towards a victorious life. There are many
- 11:46believers that have suppose that spiritual knowledge, so many kinds
- 11:53of information spiritually profitable, but they are not able to
- 11:57translate their knowledge of God and their knowledge of the.
- 12:00Speaker 1: World towards a victorious life.
- 12:02Speaker 2: Knowledge is truly a waste until you are able to
- 12:06translate it for your profiting and the profiting of others.
- 12:11So when we talk about an intelligent and a transformed believer,
- 12:15I'm reminder of the scripture that says, let the world
- 12:17of Christ dwell in you richly.
- 12:19Speaker 1: It says in all wisdom.
- 12:21Speaker 2: It should not just be in abundance, but it must
- 12:24be mixed with wisdom.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Most believers shell intelligence and transformation, and they believe that
- 12:33being zillous for the things of God is sufficient to
- 12:36produce champions out of them. It doesn't happen that way.
- 12:40There must be intelligence and transformation.
- 12:43Speaker 1: That you are.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Having access to the world of God intelligently and methodically communicated,
- 12:49seasoned with grace, that when you receive that word, the
- 12:53Bible lets us know that it is able to drive
- 12:56away darkness John one five. The light shine it in
- 12:59the weakness, and the darkness comprehended it not.
- 13:03Speaker 1: But when the world comes, are we together?
- 13:06Speaker 2: Now? You must also sustain the intelligence to apply that
- 13:10word such that it produces a victorious Christian out of you.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Can I tell.
- 13:16Speaker 2: You your Christian experience will be pungentous to many.
- 13:20Speaker 1: If what you claim to know.
- 13:21Speaker 2: About God and about the things of God does not
- 13:24eventually translate into.
- 13:28Speaker 1: A victorious version of you.
- 13:31Speaker 2: So there are many believers whose propositions about God is
- 13:36not desired by the nations. And the reason is because
- 13:39they have not seen the world you claim to know
- 13:41and have and understand produce a wonder out of you?
- 13:46Are we together? Number four? What kind of believers is
- 13:50God raising? Please do not forget this is a very
- 13:53this is a very beautiful introduction.
- 13:56Speaker 1: What kind of a believer are you becoming? Weak?
- 13:59Speaker 2: In Number four? God seeks to produce responsible, purpose driven
- 14:06and effective believers. I repeat, he seeks to produce responsible,
- 14:12purpose driven and effective believers. Responsible, purpose driven and effective believers.
- 14:23In my humble submission, I think that this is one
- 14:26of the major challenges with the context of Christianity in Africa.
- 14:31Speaker 1: It does not capture this dimension.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Where people evolved to be responsible, to be purpose driven,
- 14:38and to be effective. We non bewigh the passion for efficiency,
- 14:43and most people are not pro kingdom. They do not
- 14:46have a goal and an intent. Nothing drives their lives.
- 14:50It's a terrible and dangerous, even destructive way to live,
- 14:54destructive to you and to anyone around you. Allelujah, purpose driven,
- 15:01responsible and effective believers. Number five. What kind of believers
- 15:07is God raising in this house and through this house?
- 15:11Speaker 1: Are you ready? Number five?
- 15:13Speaker 2: Agents of societal and territorial transformation.
- 15:18Speaker 1: This is very profound.
- 15:19Speaker 2: God is raising agents of societal and territorial transformation. That
- 15:29means individuals who can translate their Christian experience to a
- 15:35context that becomes relevant to their world.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 15:41Speaker 2: This is where the tragedy of blind fanatism comes in,
- 15:46and it's becoming a cancer in Africa. Unfortunately, where there
- 15:51is such enthusiasm, there is such on bending devotion away
- 15:56together to many lobsided dimensions of the God Gospel and
- 16:00the truth of it. In fact, most people empress dimensions
- 16:05that has no applicability to society. One of the greatest
- 16:11expressions of territorial transformation was used by Jesus himself. He
- 16:18calls us light and he calls us salt. Do you
- 16:23know that both light and salt do not benefit themselves.
- 16:27Speaker 1: The relevance of light is that it illuminates the room.
- 16:31Speaker 2: The relevance of salt is that it gives taste and
- 16:34preserves something odd than itself. I will never advocate a
- 16:39Christian experience that makes people small minded, limited and without
- 16:44any societal relevance. It is the reason why people become
- 16:49the more spiritual we are in Africa, and respectfully speaking,
- 16:52even across our nation, the more we are not able
- 16:55to see the imprint of the God life that we
- 17:00claim to have. Crime still remains, all kinds of vices
- 17:04still remains, and yet there is a supposed multiplication of
- 17:08those who claim to be obedient to the faith. There
- 17:11is an apostolic dimension to the Christian experience that must
- 17:15be captured in every believer's life. That I am not
- 17:18just a member, I am not just a congregant. I
- 17:22am light and I am sold away together. Every time
- 17:25I have the honor of teaching the world of God,
- 17:28I am aware that there are several kinds of people
- 17:31listening to me, and many of them are listening using
- 17:34different vistas. Some are listening as professionals, some are listening
- 17:39as military people, some are listening as politicians. Orthers are
- 17:43listening as intellectuals academicians. Others are listening as lay people
- 17:48who have never had any kind of exposure or orientation.
- 17:52Orthers are listening as fellow ministers of the gospel. Others
- 17:56are listening as critics, orthers are listening as you know,
- 18:03maybe some unbeliever non Christians who are just passionate about
- 18:09learning and they want to just sincerely, openheartedly listen to
- 18:13what we have to say.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Any wise man of God who loves.
- 18:17Speaker 2: God and loves the people most factor in the mindset
- 18:21of your audience while you teach while not in a
- 18:24pastor's conference.
- 18:25Speaker 1: But this is important for us to.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Learn that in communicating the Gospel, especially in the context
- 18:31of today's world, you must be able to buy into
- 18:34the mindset and the thinking of those who are listening
- 18:37to you.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 18:39Speaker 2: This informs your presentation, This informs the approach to communicating
- 18:44the world that the goal and the intent of teaching
- 18:47is for understanding.
- 18:49Speaker 1: If at the end of.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Your communication people are left at a loss, they are
- 18:53not understanding, there is no point of application in their lives.
- 18:57Speaker 1: You only waste their time.
- 18:58Speaker 2: And I can assure you that we live in a
- 19:00day and age where intelligent people will not submit themselves
- 19:05to foolishness. Are we together? Yes, Some of the people
- 19:08who come to church are intelligent nation builders, CEOs, students,
- 19:15men and women of God, people with superior orientations that
- 19:18have helped them to achieve all kinds of things in life.
- 19:22And if and when they do come and submit themselves
- 19:24to us preachers, we must be intentional about communicating the
- 19:29world of God in a profitable way. Imagining, for instance,
- 19:34a government organization now says we're going to allow Cornonia
- 19:39to be aired on national TV every time. Will Nigeria
- 19:42have become better because they are listening to us? Or
- 19:45are we just going to produce and not that group
- 19:48of fanatics with no purpose, no vision.
- 19:51Speaker 1: You see, blind fanatism.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Is characterized by enthusiasm and devotion with no balance and
- 19:59no purpose. So you find out that the extremists groups
- 20:05across all religions that destroy nations. Extremism is one of
- 20:09the major plagues in the world today, and extremism comes
- 20:14from fanatism without purpose, fanatism without balance away together.
- 20:20Speaker 1: So whether it's.
- 20:22Speaker 2: From the Christian side or non Christian side, any religion,
- 20:25as this may apply, you find out that most extremists
- 20:29that destroy people.
- 20:33Speaker 1: And kill and men and do all kinds of things.
- 20:36Speaker 2: At the back of that mayhem is a destructive orientation
- 20:40that was not balanced. It may sustain some truth there,
- 20:44but because it was not holistically captured and presented, it
- 20:48will produce all kinds of error, widespread erra. So in
- 20:53building believers, I need you to understand, so you appreciate
- 20:57what God is doing in your life, that at the
- 20:59end of your journey you should not be here one week,
- 21:02two weeks, one year, and then you are not able
- 21:05to defend your transformation. That will be a total waste
- 21:08of your time away together. As a believer, you should
- 21:12be able to articulate with intelligence and grace that from
- 21:16the time I submitted myself to this body of knowledge,
- 21:20this is what has happened to my understanding.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Grace has come upon me.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Not just that I got a car, not just that
- 21:26I got a house. Those things are wonderful away together.
- 21:31But the real proof that you have met God is
- 21:34that you cannot be the same person again. It affects
- 21:37your spirit, It affects your mind, It affects the works
- 21:41of your hands, It affects your ideology and your perspective.
- 21:45You imagine there are men of God here seated, and
- 21:48that whilst listening to me, there are corrections that begin
- 21:51to happen in your spiritual understanding. You go back and
- 21:54begin to make adjustments in your ministry, you produce a
- 21:57dexteros and powerful people, not just tongue talking people, not
- 22:02just worth confessing people, people who can be called even
- 22:06by government because of the level of light and salts.
- 22:09They have become on account of your mentorship. That is leadership,
- 22:14that is spirituality. True leaders do not maintain followers. They
- 22:18translate followers to become leaders and leaders into agents of change.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Alleluyah.
- 22:27Speaker 2: So don't carry this mindset that I'm just coming to church.
- 22:30I'm about to write something. Now, who knows by this
- 22:34writing I may get a car. By this writing, I
- 22:36may get a house, and you will, indeed. But beyond that,
- 22:41if all I give you is prayer for a car
- 22:43and house, have insulted your intelligence. Allelujah. In the Kingdom,
- 22:49what we present is by first superior to anything mundane.
- 22:53The products that we communicate and not earth bound are
- 22:56we together. They apply in the earth, but they are
- 23:00more superior in value and quality.
- 23:03Speaker 1: The Bible, speaking about.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Wisdom, says that the price of it cannot be compared
- 23:07with anything, that the price of it is greater than choice, silver,
- 23:10than gold and rubies. So when you are listening to
- 23:13the wisdom of God's world, you are receiving more than
- 23:16that which programs you to have a car, a house.
- 23:19Those things will become benefits that you will not even
- 23:22be aware of when they arrive, because you are focusing
- 23:25on a bigger cause. Allelujah, now that you know what
- 23:30you are becoming. Praying one minute, Lord, I submit myself
- 23:34to your wisdom. Even tonight are we praying?
- 23:49Speaker 3: Ohlorials God, we praion and were sha pray coin onia,
- 24:05Oh be lifted.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Above all lo the.
- 24:13Speaker 2: We lay our cry.
- 24:17Speaker 1: And work sh Ala sambacuciada.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Above on all the buns.
- 24:30Speaker 1: We lay up.
- 24:34Speaker 2: And work.
- 24:37Speaker 1: All glorious God.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Save we prays. We lay.
- 24:52Speaker 1: And Oh glorious.
- 24:56Speaker 2: God, were we And what time, Oh.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Glorious God said.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Well we halleluia, please be seated Greater works Part two,
- 25:36let's said be the name of the Lord. We've been
- 25:38on a teaching series and we're trusting God. The goal
- 25:43is to prepare us to be more effective believers, to
- 25:48be able to communicate the life, the wisdom, the grace,
- 25:51the power of God at a level that reveals Jesus
- 25:54in a greater dimension. And our text is John fourteen twelve.
- 26:00Jesus speaking, he said verily Verily, I say unto you,
- 26:04he that believed on me, the works that I do,
- 26:09shall he do also, And greater works than these shall
- 26:14he do. Because I go to my father.
- 26:18Speaker 1: May that be your experience in the name of Jesus.
- 26:22Speaker 2: And we established a few things last week, just a
- 26:24very quick recap, and then we get to the business
- 26:26of today.
- 26:28Speaker 1: We explained that.
- 26:31Speaker 2: The reason why we should believe in the Greater Work
- 26:33project is Number One, that Jesus said so. We believe
- 26:37that greater works is the heritage of every believer, first
- 26:41and foremost, because Jesus said so, and the Bible clearly
- 26:44tells us that God is not.
- 26:46Speaker 1: A man, that he should lie, not the son of man,
- 26:49that he should repent.
- 26:51Speaker 2: Number Two, that the believer has been given authority to Christ,
- 26:56the advantage that we have by reason of the death,
- 26:59the best, the resurrection, the accession, exaltation of the Christ.
- 27:04Speaker 1: The implication to the believer today.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Is that we have authority in and to Christ Jesus,
- 27:11and that authority has afforded us the opportunity to manifest
- 27:15greater works. Number Three, that the reason why we must
- 27:19believe in the Greater Work agenda is that we have
- 27:22access to the Spirit of God, Allelujah. Access to the
- 27:28Spirit of God and the Bible lets us know in
- 27:30Acts chapter one and verse eight that we receive power
- 27:34when the Holy goos comes upon us, and that he
- 27:37empowers us to be witnesses in Jerusalem Judea Samaria to
- 27:41the outmost part of the world.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Allelujah. And I did explain the concept of greater.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Perhaps I will repeat it again that the reason why
- 27:51Jesus used the expression greater was not as though he
- 27:55was limiting himself. But I told you that reason number
- 27:58one was because when Jesus walked upon.
- 28:01Speaker 1: The earth, all that he could do, he did it alone.
- 28:05Speaker 2: Are we together that now we have the advantage of
- 28:08efficiency because the Spirit has been poured upon all flesh.
- 28:12If Jesus were in one city, he was not in
- 28:15another city, because even though he was God, he became
- 28:18earth bound by reason of wearing a mortal body. So
- 28:21when he says greater work, he also means more efficient work,
- 28:26because now I don't have to be everywhere for the
- 28:29program of God to go, because there are other believers
- 28:31who have been anointed. Are we together that where I
- 28:34am limited, there is some believer today? Like I said
- 28:37last week in France, there's some in Italy, even in Nigeria.
- 28:40Here there are several men and women of God, several
- 28:43people representing the purposes of God as God has graced them.
- 28:48Now that makes the agenda more effective. Imagine if I
- 28:52were the only one mandated to take the whole world
- 28:55number one, I would die young, am I right on
- 28:57that number two?
- 28:59Speaker 1: That program will not come to fruition, I guarantee you.
- 29:04Speaker 2: So when Jesus said greater works, he meant there will
- 29:08not just be one Jesus.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Again, there is one Jesus, but many witnesses. You see that.
- 29:14Now the agenda is to.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Reveal that one Jesus. There are not many Jesuses, just
- 29:19one Jesus called the Christ, the resurrected one. But there
- 29:24are many witnesses, advocates, promoters of that Christ and his purposes.
- 29:29This is why he called it greater. But the second
- 29:33reason why he called it greater was I told you
- 29:36that Jesus performed many phenomenal miracles. So when he speaks
- 29:41about greater, of course you know that he's not just
- 29:44talking of raising the dead and all of that. The
- 29:46greatest miracle that can be performed by any individual is
- 29:50to give life to someone who is lifeless, and that
- 29:53miracle has already been performed by Jesus.
- 29:56Speaker 1: So there is no miracle anybody whoop.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Any miracle perform on someone who is already alive is
- 30:03less sad than the miracle of resurrection, because the last
- 30:06and the greatest enemy to be destroyed by any man
- 30:09is death, and Jesus already resurrected.
- 30:12Speaker 1: He resurrected three people.
- 30:14Speaker 2: There were three instances of resurrection, as captured in the Bible.
- 30:18One is Lazarus, the second the son of the widow
- 30:21at Nane, and then the third the centurion's daughter, Jarus's
- 30:25daughter Allelujah. Even before Jesus arrived, the raising of the
- 30:32dead was already something that was being practiced by the prophets.
- 30:36So when he talks about greater works, you can be
- 30:39sure that he does not just refer to greater miracles
- 30:42than me. I told you that there was one miracle
- 30:45Jesus could not perform, and that was the miracle of
- 30:48giving eternal life, because that miracle would demand death and
- 30:53the blood it would demand resurrection as sansion and pouring
- 30:57his blood in that heavenly tabernacle. So as powerful as
- 31:01Jesus was, as he walked upon the earth, the greatest
- 31:04miracle man needed.
- 31:06Speaker 1: He could not perform it before the cross.
- 31:09Speaker 2: So when he says, greater works, you are now empowered
- 31:12to do something I could not do. Whilst I walked
- 31:15upon the earth. He healed the sick, he multiplied bread,
- 31:18He performed all kinds of phenomenal miracles. But there was
- 31:22no mention of him giving salvation to any He could
- 31:25forgive sin, but he could not translate men from the
- 31:29kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of God's their son.
- 31:32Everyone healed in the Bible still died a we together.
- 31:36Now everyone he gave bread still became hungry. But when
- 31:41Jesus rose again as the resurrected king, now he gave
- 31:45us the ministry of reconciliation. And we can announce the Gospel.
- 31:50We can propose God's idea to men that, in believing
- 31:54the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus, eternal life can be imputed
- 31:59to the spirit of man profound greater works. Allelujah. Then
- 32:05we said, there are forces that need to be in place.
- 32:12There are forces that need to be at work in
- 32:15the life of any believer who seeks to manifest greater works.
- 32:20Allelujah number one. We looked at the force of prayer
- 32:26last week that the first spiritual force that must be
- 32:30engaged and activated in the life of any believer who
- 32:34seeks to represent the purposes of God in a higher dimension,
- 32:38to make.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Jesus known, to reveal him.
- 32:40Speaker 2: To the nations, his life, his power, and everything that
- 32:44Christ brought.
- 32:45Speaker 1: And made available to the believer, must be a person
- 32:49of prayer.
- 32:50Speaker 2: And I did tell you that we can use prayer
- 32:53as a tool and a weapon to both birth and
- 32:57establish the purposes of God upon the earth. Prayer has
- 33:00many dimensions and prayer has many assignments. One of the
- 33:05major assignments of prayer, as far as this context is concerned,
- 33:09is as a tool to birth and then to establish
- 33:13the purposes.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Of God across any territory.
- 33:19Speaker 2: Revival will be far from any territory that does not
- 33:22have an apostolic and a prophetic community of people who
- 33:27know how.
- 33:28Speaker 1: To pray with intelligence and with understanding.
- 33:31Speaker 2: I made an observation about prayer last week that I
- 33:34may want to repeat that for your prayer to create
- 33:38the kind of changes that you desire, it must be effectual,
- 33:43and it must be fervent.
- 33:45Speaker 1: For prayer to be effectual, it must be word.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Based, not energy based. Energy based is powerful, but energy
- 33:53based prayer is where fervency comes. It must be from
- 33:58the depth of your heart. There must zeal and energy,
- 34:01But in order of priority. If your prayer is fervent
- 34:06and not effectual, it will only be a waste of time.
- 34:09Effectual prayer is only as it submits to the world
- 34:14of God. The word compliancy of your prayer is what
- 34:18makes it powerful.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Are we together, so he says, the.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Effectual and pavent prayer of the righteous have fail led much,
- 34:29have failed much.
- 34:30Speaker 1: That means it has great profiting.
- 34:32Speaker 2: When a righteous man who knows how to pray based
- 34:36on scripture, because I have taught you in this house
- 34:39that as mighty as God is, he limited his dealings.
- 34:43Speaker 1: With man to the boundary of scripture.
- 34:45Speaker 2: That means God cannot deal with man outside of the
- 34:48provision that scripture allows.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 34:51Speaker 2: Dealing with God outside of the provision of scripture will
- 34:55not secure his attention that he has submitted to his word,
- 34:59even a bo he has submitted, He has exalted his
- 35:03word even.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Above his name.
- 35:05Speaker 2: So the force of prayer and the last that we
- 35:09saw last week is the force of wisdom Mark six two.
- 35:15The force of wisdom as the second spiritual force that
- 35:19must be in place for any believer who desires to
- 35:23manifest greater works. The Bible says on the Sabbath day,
- 35:26when it was come, he began to teach in the synagogue,
- 35:30and many hearing him were astonished, saying, from whence had
- 35:34this man these things? And what wisdom is this which
- 35:38is given to him? That even such mighty works are
- 35:42wrought by his hand. There is a relationship between wisdom,
- 35:47wisdom that comes from above, and mighty works. You cannot
- 35:51separate mighty works from wisdom. Everywhere you see wisdom, you
- 35:56know that there's mighty works connected to it. I define
- 36:00wisdom for us last week number one as the accurate
- 36:04application of knowledge. Wisdom is the accurate application of knowledge.
- 36:11Knowledge is only potential power. Is often said in our
- 36:15world that knowledge is power. I disagree. Knowledge is potential power.
- 36:20It is knowledge that is understood and applied with intelligence
- 36:24that becomes power.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 36:28Speaker 2: So wisdom is the accurate application of knowledge. Another definition
- 36:35wisdom is the ability I said last week to use
- 36:39the written and inspired word of God to make accurate
- 36:44decisions and provide solutions to life's problems. I'll take it
- 36:49one more time, that wisdom is the accurate application of knowledge,
- 36:55and then that wisdom is the supernatural ability to use
- 37:00both the written word scripture and the inspired word, the
- 37:04Ramma word that comes from the Holy Spirit to make
- 37:08accurate decisions and then to provide solutions to life's problems.
- 37:15That means the fruit of wisdom is seen in the
- 37:20quality of decisions that are taken. Are we together? You
- 37:23know where wisdom is functioning by the superiority and the
- 37:27quality of decisions that the possessor takes.
- 37:31Speaker 1: It is impossible to claim to have wisdom.
- 37:33Speaker 2: That comes from above, and then your life continues to
- 37:37be a representation of inferior decisions. Now, there are four
- 37:44kinds of wisdom, as revealed in James Chapter three and
- 37:48verse fifteen. James three fifteen lists for us, in no
- 37:52particular order, four kinds of wisdom. Number one, it tells
- 37:57us there is earthly wisdom that is a product of.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Your being alive on the earth. Are we together? Yes,
- 38:07human wisdom, common sense. We call it.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Number two. There is sensual wisdom. Another word is scientific wisdom.
- 38:15Wisdom that is a product of experimentation. You keep building
- 38:20hypothesis until it is established as a theory. Sensual scientific wisdom,
- 38:26academic wisdom.
- 38:28Speaker 1: The third kind of wisdom is called.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Devilish or demonical wisdom, wisdom that is as a result
- 38:34of your fraternity with spirits that are not the spirit
- 38:38of God.
- 38:39Speaker 1: It is possible that a man can possess the.
- 38:41Speaker 2: Ability to make certain decisions, and not by the spirit
- 38:45of God. We see that clearing the Book of Arts,
- 38:48where a lady who was possessed with the spirit of divination,
- 38:52she was professigned accurately. How be it not by the
- 38:56spirit of God at sixteen when you read from verse
- 38:58sixteen that a damn cell was possessed with the spirit
- 39:03of divination, and she brought their Master's great gain using
- 39:07her sooth? Say so, it is possible that someone by
- 39:12a familiar spirit, a spirit that is outside of the
- 39:15Spirit of Christ, may seem to make temporary progress.
- 39:19Speaker 1: It is called devilish wisdom. Allelujah.
- 39:24Speaker 2: And then finally, the Bible tells us there is wisdom
- 39:29that comes from above. There is wisdom that comes from above,
- 39:35supernatural wisdom that comes by the spirit of the living God.
- 39:41This is the kind of wisdom and the dimension of
- 39:44wisdom that if and when possessed and accessed by the believer,
- 39:50evidently your life will produce greater works. May that be
- 39:54your testimony in the name of Jesus Christ. Do not
- 39:58forget that I said, you see that excellency of wisdom
- 40:01by the quality of decisions that you make.
- 40:05Speaker 1: We do not decide consequences.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Unfortunately, consequences are connected by default to decisions, So you
- 40:13don't choose consequences. You make choices and decisions, and with
- 40:18those choices and decisions that corresponding consequences connected to them
- 40:23become your lot automatically. That means that when you look
- 40:27around your life and you find out your life is
- 40:30plagued with failure, defeat, pain, regret, negative decisions, it goes
- 40:36to tell you that there is bankruptcy of wisdom, and
- 40:40we all need wisdom. Wisdom is a very profound gift,
- 40:44a treasure that is needed and required by all men
- 40:48for destiny, actualization and then even for greater works. Jesus
- 40:53in Luke chapter two, verse fifty two, the Bible says
- 40:56he increased, he grew in wisdom, in wisdom, Jesus himself,
- 41:02increase in wisdom, then in stature, then in favor with
- 41:06God and with man.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Are you seeing the protocol there.
- 41:10Speaker 2: That even before he opened up of favor, he access
- 41:13wisdom Because everything favor brings, wisdom preserves. If the only
- 41:19thing you pursue is favor, you will keep having things
- 41:22that you will lose because wisdom is a preserver. So
- 41:28but two will be a continuation of wisdom, and then
- 41:32will take it. There's a lot tonight. Receive grace to
- 41:38hear and understanding Jesus name wisdom. What are the benefits
- 41:44of wisdom? I think I should just state that most
- 41:47believers do not appreciate the benefit of wisdom in the
- 41:51life of an individual who presses to have it at
- 41:54work in his life. Number one, wisdom strengthens and secures
- 41:58Ecclesiast seven nineteen eclas Yes seven and verse nineteen. The
- 42:04Bible says wisdom strengthened the wise more than ten mighty men,
- 42:09which I'm in the city powerful, that wisdom can secure
- 42:13you more than ten mighty men.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Which are in the city.
- 42:17Speaker 2: In fact, one of the versions I think amplify or
- 42:19thereabout will say wisdom secures more than ten mighty rulers.
- 42:24Speaker 3: So he's not just.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Talking about ordinary men.
- 42:26Speaker 2: He's talking about rulers and philly and generals. Can you
- 42:31imagine that wisdom is greater than ten mighty rulers with their.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Experience put together.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Wisdom that comes from above truly secures Number two Eclais
- 42:44Yes seven and verse twelve. Wisdom protects and wisdom preserves,
- 42:50it says, for wisdom is a defense. Watch this, and
- 42:54money too is a defense. But the excellency of knowledge
- 42:58is that wisdom gives life to those who have it.
- 43:03Give us amplified. Let's say the justice that amplified did
- 43:07for that. It says, wisdom is a defense, even as
- 43:12money is a defense. But the excellency of knowledge is
- 43:17that wisdom shields and it preserves the life of him
- 43:21who has it. He's telling you the difference that wisdom
- 43:25can bring defense even as money can bring defense. But
- 43:29the difference is that money cannot preserve the life of
- 43:32the person who possesses it. If money could preserve the life,
- 43:36the rich fool would not die because he had a
- 43:40lot of money but no wisdom. And the first proof
- 43:43of wisdom is that you acknowledge that there is a
- 43:46god in heaven, because only a.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Fool who say in his heart that there is no
- 43:50God are we together?
- 43:53Speaker 2: Wisdom preserves number three ecclesies since ten ten with brings
- 44:00efficiency popular scripture. Wisdom brings efficiency to your life. If
- 44:06the ion be blonde, and he do not wet the edge,
- 44:10sharpen the edge, now.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Then must he put more strength.
- 44:15Speaker 2: But wisdom is profitable in that it has the ability
- 44:19to direct you towards an efficient life. I can tell
- 44:22you sincerely speaking an uncomfortable truth. But a hard life
- 44:27is directly traceable to the absence of wisdom. Hardship has
- 44:33an explanation. Wisdom brings efficiency. Wisdom brings efficiency. Wisdom brings efficiency.
- 44:43Alle Lujah.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Let's go to the third foce. Are you ready?
- 44:47Speaker 2: Force Number three that is responsible for the manifestation of
- 44:52greater works in the Saints and is much needed, especially
- 44:57because of the days that we're now living, is called
- 45:00the force of faith. Please write the force of faith,
- 45:06the force of faith. There is no believer who seeks
- 45:11to manifest greater works as desired by Jesus Christ who
- 45:16will ignore walking by.
- 45:18Speaker 1: Faith and walking in faith. The Bible has a lot
- 45:23to say about faith.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Number one Hebrews eleven and verse one, it says, now
- 45:27faith is I like Paul. Now faith is the substance,
- 45:33he says, of things hoped for. He calls it the
- 45:36evidence of things not seen, the substance of things hoped
- 45:42for and the evidence of things not seen. Verse two
- 45:46it says, for by it this force called faith, elders
- 45:51obtained a good report. And when you read all the
- 45:54remaining renditions down to the end of that verse.
- 45:58Speaker 1: Those were the good reports that were obtained by faith.
- 46:02Speaker 2: In fact, if we go to thirty three, thirty three
- 46:05begins to give us a very intelligent representation of these reports.
- 46:11Through faith, they subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stop
- 46:18the mouth of lions. Thirty four it says, quench the
- 46:22violence of fire, escapes the edge of the sword. Out
- 46:26of weakness, were made strong once valiant in fight turned
- 46:30to flights.
- 46:31Speaker 1: The armies of the aliens look at this.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Women received their debt to life, and it says, orders go.
- 46:37They were tortured and had the opportunity to accept deliverance
- 46:41by faith, they refused. They refused deliverance because they wanted
- 46:46to obtain.
- 46:46Speaker 1: A better resurrection.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Thirty six it says others who had trial of cruell
- 46:52mock clings, and all of these things. The Bible says,
- 46:55all of these things, they were called elders, and they
- 46:58obtain good report by faith.
- 47:01Speaker 1: Let me give you two reasons why we need faith
- 47:04in our work with God.
- 47:05Speaker 2: Number one, the first reason why every believer needs to
- 47:09understand the subject of faith and then to work and
- 47:13live by faith is because there are realities beyond the
- 47:17scope of our sight, beyond the scope of science. Please write,
- 47:22there are realities beyond the scope of sight and beyond
- 47:28the scope of science Collosians one, sixteen to eighteen. There
- 47:32are realities beyond the scope of sight that means what
- 47:37your optical eyes can see, and then beyond the scope
- 47:41of science. The human nature is trained scientifically and trained environmentally.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 47:53Speaker 2: These are the two principle ways by which we are
- 47:56trained to understand and to deal with our environment. There
- 47:59is an environmental conditioning and then scientifically. From the time
- 48:04you begin to go to school formally or informally, you
- 48:07begin to learn how to use the techniques of science
- 48:11to relate with your world. But the truth is that
- 48:13there are realities beyond the scope of sight. There are
- 48:17realities beyond the scope of science. Even science agrees that
- 48:23the human eye, which has twenty twenty vision, cannot see everything.
- 48:28Are we together? It is very possible. I don't know
- 48:31if it has happened to you, that a very small
- 48:33insect will bite you. You feel the pain. The pain
- 48:37is real, but you cannot You almost cannot find the
- 48:40insect biting you. Yet it is there, and it is
- 48:42not like you said, demonishing, it's just too small for
- 48:45your eyes to see. You usually use the direction of
- 48:47the pain to investigate that most.
- 48:50Speaker 1: Likely it is there.
- 48:54Speaker 2: There are many, many things that the eye of man
- 48:57cannot see. There is a limit to which the vision
- 49:01of man twenty twenty. We are told, Are we together?
- 49:06You may need to take advantage of a telescope to
- 49:08see beyond certain ranges. So there are realities beyond the
- 49:14scope of sight and beyond the scope of science.
- 49:17Speaker 1: Collosians one sixteen.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Please it says for by Him where all things created
- 49:23that are in heaven follow carefully, and that are in
- 49:26the earth visible and invisible. So there are things visible
- 49:33and there are things invisible. Please note that invisible does
- 49:37not mean unreal. Our concept of reality is anything the
- 49:42frame of our eyes, our ears, our hands, and all
- 49:46of that our senses can relate with. But there are
- 49:49realities beyond the scope of sight, and there are realities
- 49:54beyond the scope of science. The Bible says visible and
- 49:59invisible things. For instance, the realm of the Spirit is
- 50:03a real realm that when all is said and done,
- 50:08it is that realm that most people are going to
- 50:10live in. So we are given an advantage of duality
- 50:13of rems. You have a spirit or you are a spirit,
- 50:16and then you live in a mortal body, and that
- 50:18mortal body gives you access to the earth. Are we together?
- 50:22But you are not a body. Your body, as you
- 50:24have been taught, it is just an instrument of execution.
- 50:28When people die, we call it death, but the realm
- 50:32of the Spirit never calls it death, because our idea
- 50:35of death is to cease to leave. But that is
- 50:38only correct from our realm, from the realm of the spirit.
- 50:41When you say someone has died, they look at you
- 50:44with shock and wonder, because there is no such thing
- 50:47a cessation of living.
- 50:48Speaker 1: We see that in scripture.
- 50:50Speaker 2: Are we together? The rich man and Lazarus see one
- 50:55The rich man is there enjoying his prosperity and finances.
- 51:00Is there suffering and then sin two both of them die,
- 51:03and we see that they were both alive in another dimension,
- 51:07one in Abraham's bosom, the other one was perishing in hell.
- 51:11Speaker 1: And he was crying.
- 51:12Speaker 2: He had intelligence, His intelligence was still with him deep
- 51:17what ti in your finger? And please quench my thirst?
- 51:20And that was not possible. And he said, all right, please,
- 51:23can you allow the man to come back to the
- 51:26earth and preach to my brethren that there is something
- 51:29I need to change about my life and my ways?
- 51:31And he said, no, they have Moses and they have
- 51:33the loss. Let them listen to them. There was intelligent communication.
- 51:38When Jesus stopped breathing in the earth, as we know,
- 51:41he did not cease to live. He went to had Is,
- 51:43the place of the dead set and being a spirit
- 51:45is alive. Jesus being a spirit alive, the departed saense
- 51:50that he preached to. According to the Gospel of Peter,
- 51:53Peter told us in his epistle that he preached to
- 51:56the departed saints.
- 51:57Speaker 1: They believe, and he led them together. It was a
- 52:00try your find entry.
- 52:01Speaker 2: Are we together? When he resurrected from the dead, the
- 52:04Bible says, graves of the saints that were once departed
- 52:08were open, and the people came out and walked all
- 52:11through the streets of Jerusalem. This may be a word
- 52:15of comfort for someone. The moment you see your loved
- 52:19one close his eye or a eye, never to open
- 52:22it again, find comfort.
- 52:24Speaker 1: It was just the body that stopped this assignment here.
- 52:27But life is.
- 52:28Speaker 2: Real more real. Is difficult for uso comprehend this because
- 52:34you were not given the privilege of consciousness before your
- 52:37arrival here. Consciousness began for you when you want this
- 52:40mortal body. So it's difficult for you to relate with
- 52:43the reality of that realm, except and unless God give
- 52:46you the privilege of visionary experiences. Supernatural and visionary experiences
- 52:52can train your spirit to at least a bit to
- 52:56understand how the realm of the spirit Worksunderstanding misover. Yes,
- 53:03we need to work by faith because there are realities
- 53:06beyond us. Would you believe if I told you that
- 53:08there way angels all around this place? You don't have
- 53:11to wait until someone is shouting and say, oh, truly
- 53:13their angels. No, the Bible says, so, you see, because
- 53:18the faith is based on what God said the very
- 53:24foundation of faith is built upon the person and the
- 53:29speakings of God. Let me repeat myself that the very
- 53:32foundation of Bible faith is built upon the person of
- 53:36God and the speakings of God. What regulates the entire
- 53:41faith economy in the spirit is what God has said.
- 53:45Speaker 1: If you extract what God has.
- 53:47Speaker 2: Said, there is no possibility for manifesting Bible faith again,
- 53:50because Bible faith must have a business, and that basis
- 53:54is the Word of God. John one one.
- 53:57Speaker 1: In the beginning, what's the world? And the Word was
- 54:01with God? And the world was God. Verse two it
- 54:04says the same was in the beginning with God.
- 54:07Speaker 2: Verse three it says all things I like this were
- 54:10made by Him the Word, and outside of his influence
- 54:14and participation was not anything made that was made. The
- 54:21second reason why we need faith and we need to
- 54:24work by faith as one of the forces for commanding
- 54:29greater works is that faith commits God in the affairs
- 54:33of men. Faith commits God in the affairs of men.
- 54:38Speaker 1: This is profound.
- 54:39Speaker 2: Faith commits God in the affairs of men. John eleven
- 54:44forty That it has to do with your conviction. Jesus
- 54:48said unto her, said I'm not unto you that if
- 54:52thou wouldst believe, thou shouldst see.
- 54:55Speaker 1: The glory of God.
- 54:59Speaker 2: Your working in faith, and you're working by faith has
- 55:03an implication in that it commits God in the affairs
- 55:07of your life. And as you know from Scripture that
- 55:10the moment God gets committed look one thirty seven to
- 55:14the affairs of men, impossibility vanishes. It says, for with
- 55:18God nothing shall be impossible. Faith has a unique ability
- 55:26to commit God in the affairs of our lives. You
- 55:30want to do greater works, it wants be by faith.
- 55:33And I've taught you here that faith. Number one represents
- 55:37your confidence in God, who God is, and the integrity
- 55:41of his person, your conviction, your persuasion, your confidence. Number two,
- 55:48faith is the action that you take as proof that
- 55:52you believe God, the action that you take as proof
- 55:58that you believe God in order to commit Him as
- 56:02touching the affairs of your life. So when it has
- 56:05to do with Bible faith, two things are involved. Number one,
- 56:09your conviction, your depth of persuasion about who God is
- 56:14and the integrity of his person. Number two, you must
- 56:18take action actions of obedience. Johnah took action, but his
- 56:24action was in disobedience. So It's not just blind action.
- 56:28You must act according as God has directed. If it
- 56:32be now bid me come, and he said come. If
- 56:36the guy sat back, that will be action, but not
- 56:39action of faith. Most people act but acting disobedience. If
- 56:43God says, God left and you go right, you're not
- 56:46working by faith.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Albeit you are acting, but not by faith. Are we together?
- 56:55Speaker 2: Are you saying that the entire economy of faith depends
- 56:58on who God is and what He has said. So
- 57:01the foundation for Bible faith, as you have been taught,
- 57:04is to find out.
- 57:05Speaker 1: What God has said, what has he said?
- 57:08Speaker 2: I refer you to my message exceeding great and precious promises,
- 57:13a compendium, a capture of everything God has said that
- 57:18provides an advantage to the believer in Christ. Efficients one
- 57:23and Thes three, the Bible says that God had given us,
- 57:27had blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places.
- 57:32Speaker 1: In Christ. Please hear me. If you do not learn
- 57:38to walk by faith, you will be limited.
- 57:42Speaker 2: You will be crying and blaming God, whereas supernatural blessings
- 57:46are on their way coming to you, just because you
- 57:49cannot see it.
- 57:49Speaker 1: I gave an example last week. I hope you still
- 57:52remember about someone who would leave Legos? Was it last week?
- 57:57Speaker 2: Yes? That if someone took a flight from Lego and
- 58:00you were waiting for the person at the airport coming
- 58:02to Abuja, did you know that a fifteen minutes flight,
- 58:06and for about forty six to forty seven.
- 58:08Speaker 1: Minutes of that flight from the time it lived, you
- 58:11are not going to see the plane.
- 58:13Speaker 2: Yet you are aware and you believe, you are convinced
- 58:16that the person did not die in the sky, is
- 58:18on its way coming and you are there standing away together.
- 58:21Occasionally they might be it delayed, maybe some minutes, but
- 58:27then you see the plane and then it arrives. When
- 58:30you are going home from coin Onia, did you know
- 58:33that for over ninety eight percent of the journey you
- 58:35do not see your house, and yet you believe it
- 58:37is there. What makes you believe that the house has
- 58:40not disappeared? Now while you are here, you believe that
- 58:44the food you left in your kitchen is still there
- 58:46waiting for you.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Am I right on?
- 58:48Speaker 2: That this is not word of knowledge? This is experience? Allelujah?
- 58:54Where else should the food be away? Together?
- 59:01Speaker 1: By faith?
- 59:04Speaker 2: So when God says Deuteronomy twenty eight one and two
- 59:08that it shall come to passive, THATU shall diligently happen
- 59:11to the voice of the Lord that God, to observe
- 59:14and to do all his commandments, which I command you
- 59:18this day, that the Lord that God will set thee
- 59:21on high above the nations of the earth. Above how
- 59:26many nations coming onia, Please answer me above? How many
- 59:30nations do you believe? That? Above all the nations? And
- 59:36you see, while he's saying that you are looking at
- 59:39the fact that you do not have a job. While
- 59:41he's saying that you are looking at the fact that
- 59:43you do not have you know, maybe some kind of qualification.
- 59:47And yet he does not change what he's saying because
- 59:49of your condition. Powerful at any given point in your life,
- 59:55there are at least two reports that tear you and
- 59:58your destiny at the faith. It is up to you
- 1:00:01to choose whose report you would believe. This is the
- 1:00:04character of faith.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: There are men sitting down here were so blessed by
- 1:00:08the testimony of the dear lady feeling pains and having pains.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: And I like the fact that she took responsibility to
- 1:00:14at least go to the hospital, but that did not
- 1:00:17stop her from releasing her faith. Bible, faith produces Bible.
- 1:00:23Faith produces Bible, faith produces ladies and gentlemen. What you
- 1:00:29call collinonia today, by the grace of God, is a
- 1:00:32product of faith.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: There are no guarantees in life.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: Nobody gives you any guarantee anywhere. We live in a
- 1:00:39world that is obsessed with guarantees. Unfortunately it does not exist.
- 1:00:46Calling your uncle your guarantees a risk. In fact, calling
- 1:00:50yourself your guarantee is a risk. Calling the Habi list
- 1:00:56in your village a guarantee is a risk. Because when
- 1:01:00men sleep, only God wakes men. There is something that
- 1:01:04is common to all men. The moment days sleep. The
- 1:01:08habilis must receive grace to wake up to continue what
- 1:01:11is doing.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: I lay me down and I slept. The sum said,
- 1:01:17I wait for the Lord.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: Waiting people is exclusive, is exclusively, the prerogreative and the
- 1:01:25office of God, not devil anyway.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: I can tell you that.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: So when people anssive, they have your destiny their hand.
- 1:01:32Tell they make sure you don't sleep. Yes, sir, yes, sir.
- 1:01:44By tomorrow, if you're still there, call there not a way.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Be careful, Be careful because the sun is going down.
- 1:01:51Be careful.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: Very arrogant world that forgets that there is a God
- 1:01:58that rules over their of men? Have you forgotten Aboucadnezza
- 1:02:03a man who believed that he had everything, the entire
- 1:02:06globe in his hand, and he could manipulate the destinies
- 1:02:09of men. And he said, make the fiery furnace seven
- 1:02:13times hotter. And they threw those young boys there on
- 1:02:16account of their trust and their believing Jesus. They said,
- 1:02:20we're not taught to dishonor authority, but as touching this one,
- 1:02:24we're not careful to tell you our God will deliver us.
- 1:02:30But even if it does not deliver us, we count
- 1:02:33him faithful. And they saw the fourth Man in the fire, Allelujah.
- 1:02:40Now I don't know if they themselves saw the fourth Man,
- 1:02:45because the Bible does not seem to record that they
- 1:02:47themselves saw the fourth Man. We know that the man
- 1:02:50who saw the fourth Man was the King himself and
- 1:02:53the other people. All we know is that they believed
- 1:02:56that the fire had no power over them. The faith
- 1:03:00was on their own part because they were not They
- 1:03:02didn't have to see the fourth Man to enter the fire.
- 1:03:05And most likely will they were in the fire, they
- 1:03:07probably did not see the fire. You see when you
- 1:03:09are walking by fate. Usually it is those who are
- 1:03:13the onlookers who will be seeing the marvelous things that
- 1:03:16God is doing. You just know you are obeying God.
- 1:03:20You are in that fire, and you are walking that
- 1:03:22fire out. You're in that den of lions, And yet
- 1:03:26it has no power waiting. Who will not enter the
- 1:03:29fire when you see the fourth man already waiting. It
- 1:03:37is easy to give when you have a lot of
- 1:03:40ten million in your account. Then you smuggle out one
- 1:03:42thousand and say, God, you see what I gave you?
- 1:03:45Is that really faith? That is charity? Allay together, it's
- 1:03:54a true faith. Abel offered, how about Abraham, I will
- 1:03:59make you father of many nations? No evidence, no Isaac.
- 1:04:04And the Bible tells us as in the order of
- 1:04:07men and women he had become very old, and Sarah
- 1:04:10even when she had gone past, as in the manner
- 1:04:13of women, the Bible says, And yet they counted God faithful.
- 1:04:18You find that in Romance, chapter for that he waved
- 1:04:21not I like Abraham, he wavered not. Please find that
- 1:04:25scripture for me Romans for and verse look for it verse.
- 1:04:29I don't know what verse that is.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Now that he counted God faithful.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: Are we together? He concede that not the deadness of
- 1:04:38Sarah's womb.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: Are we together? Verse twenty thank you.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: He'sa god not at the promise of God through unbelief,
- 1:04:45but was strong in faith in fact, Backdawn, go to
- 1:04:48eighteen eighteen. It says, who agains hope? Did you see
- 1:04:53that the foundation of faith is that there is hopelessness
- 1:04:57already hopelessness. He gains hope believed in hope.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: That he might become the father.
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: Imagine if you saw Abraham ninety years Abraham, how are you?
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: And he says, I'm still holding.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: On to God's word? And you say, Abraham, you are
- 1:05:16still at this madness called Christianity. I know he spoke
- 1:05:20to me. It's not a lie. And he himself will
- 1:05:23go to God and say, God, why are you doing
- 1:05:25this to me? Seeing that I got childless? Okay, here
- 1:05:27is Elias in my house. You somebody in my house
- 1:05:30who respects me to have children for me? And God says,
- 1:05:33knowing to come from you, I.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: Will hold on through the storm, and I will hold
- 1:05:44on to your work.
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: My life will soon reveal you're the lifter of men,
- 1:05:55the lifter of men.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: Yes, I will hold on through the storm. I will
- 1:06:05hold on through my life.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: Will soon reveal.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: You're the litter of man, the litter Pionia. Hear me.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: It does not just pay to serve Jesus, it pays
- 1:06:26to believe him. I don't know what he's told you.
- 1:06:30I don't know what he's told your family. I don't
- 1:06:33know what he said concerning your health, concerning your ministry.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: He saw the prevailing circumstances when he said it, and
- 1:06:40it does not plan to change what he has said.
- 1:06:43It's up to you to believe his report.
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: Hear me. At every point in your Christian experience will
- 1:06:48be you will be met by at least two conflicting reports,
- 1:06:53the reports of men, the reports of ill health, the
- 1:06:56report of society, the report of the present, the economic
- 1:07:00globally speaking, or whose report God's report?
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: The integrity of God has captured in scripture.
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: You're a man of God? Yeah possible? Where will the
- 1:07:12bills come from? Your parents? School? Fish has been increased
- 1:07:15multiple folds, rent increased multiple fold, the amount to buy
- 1:07:20your house, to do whatever it is. Perhaps you are
- 1:07:23here struggling with all kinds of things and your faith
- 1:07:26is really shaking.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: Can I tell you I know God who is mercive,
- 1:07:34full and faithful, languageious.
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: You know that song and the ample love is as
- 1:07:52I like this, but it's big, so I will way
- 1:08:37God hear me. The message for you here is hold on.
- 1:08:47God is still as faithful as you've known him to be.
- 1:08:51Don't allow negative situations. So this is how my life
- 1:08:55will be. I thought by now a job would have come.
- 1:08:57I wanted to still hold on in the of Jesus.
- 1:09:00The devil is a liar. I taught by now the
- 1:09:03health I prayed, I submitted my prayer request, and I
- 1:09:07taught by now I'll be free. I want you to
- 1:09:10count him faithful, count him faithful. You're not the first
- 1:09:14to go through what you're going through. He's called faithful
- 1:09:19and true.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Please say down, you want to command greater works.
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: Man of God waiting for a destiny helper to bring
- 1:09:29all the money for you. Before you begin to pray
- 1:09:31and plan to have the building you will never build
- 1:09:34anything in your whole life. Start writing the budget with
- 1:09:39zero and iron your account.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: Start. It's an act of faith. Are we together?
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: Be careful about this over this scientific approach to Christianity.
- 1:09:55Now science is important. I just acknowledged science, but over
- 1:09:59dependent on intellect can rob you of an opportunity to
- 1:10:03walk by faith? Can I tell you, no matter what
- 1:10:05you are getting from God, no matter how cheap it is,
- 1:10:08if it is God that will be the giver, faith
- 1:10:11must be required. Faith. God will rout you through a
- 1:10:16part that will demand that you believe him.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: So, he says.
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: Follow them who through faith and patience have obtained the promise,
- 1:10:27it says, and Abraham, after he had patiently endured he
- 1:10:31obtained the promise. Is someone learning we must obtain grace
- 1:10:36to walk by faith. Anything God tells me, I believe him.
- 1:10:41I don't wait until I see any evidence.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: I believe him. Koinonia, I say, great nation, I believe him.
- 1:10:48You are going to raise.
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: Mighty men after the order of Genesis seventeen and verse six.
- 1:10:53This is what God told me, and I believe with
- 1:10:56all my heart Genesis seventeen six. I will make them
- 1:11:00exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of THEE, and
- 1:11:04kings shall come out of thee. This is what God
- 1:11:07told me. He didn't say it yesterday, he didn't say
- 1:11:09it last year.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: He didn't say ten years ago.
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: Waiting until you see the evidence, you will only waste
- 1:11:20your time and not walk by faith. There to believe God,
- 1:11:24there to obey God, there to act in keeping with
- 1:11:28what He has told.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: You, and watch the God of Wonder, the God of
- 1:11:33Wonder arise for you.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: Every testimony you see shared here is the end point
- 1:11:40of the journey of faith. The end point of the
- 1:11:44journey of faith. Usually when you start, you start with
- 1:11:48nothing except what God has said. The raw material for
- 1:11:51your destiny, esentially is the world of God. If he
- 1:11:55has said it is sufficient to start the journey, the
- 1:12:00same word that costs you to begin the journey will
- 1:12:03keep the things you need somewhere in your path. If
- 1:12:06you never take the step, you will not meet what
- 1:12:08you need in the journey. What you need for the
- 1:12:11journey will not be given at the point you start.
- 1:12:13Ah ah. The only thing that will be given at
- 1:12:16the point of the journey is the Holy Spirit and
- 1:12:18the world that is sufficient for the journey. And you
- 1:12:21start one step after the other, falling down, bards, standing up,
- 1:12:26getting up, Oh God, what is this? I don't understand you.
- 1:12:30You promise me that you're going to take care of me.
- 1:12:32You ask me to come down to Abuja, now, I mean, Abuja,
- 1:12:35it's been six months.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: I don't even know.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: Where my next meal will come from. And you hear
- 1:12:41a word from the spirit while you are praying, turn
- 1:12:43your pain, Turn everything you're going through to praise. I
- 1:12:47am giving you a testimony that will bless people tomorrow.
- 1:12:50And in the midst of your tears you may not
- 1:12:54know what to do, and you are taking the time
- 1:12:57to pray and say, Lord, I still count you faithful.
- 1:13:00By now a job will come. I taught by now
- 1:13:03the help us would have arrived. But I say thank you.
- 1:13:07Can I tell you when you thank God in the
- 1:13:09midst of storms, you really have faith. When you thank
- 1:13:13God in the midst of your result, that is praise. Report.
- 1:13:17But when you are thanking God when you have not
- 1:13:19seen anything, allelujah, learn to thank him. We live in
- 1:13:28a world that prides him, complaining God, you have not
- 1:13:30done this. You gave me tea, no bread, How am
- 1:13:34I supposed to take it? And God says you just
- 1:13:37keep thanking me and taking the tea with gratitude and
- 1:13:39bread will arrive. The force of faith. Let's hurry up.
- 1:13:46Number four.
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: Are you ready for the fourth force? It's God helping someone.
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: Here, am I speaking to people who will begin to
- 1:13:54manifest greater works by the spirit in the name of Jesus,
- 1:13:58the son of the Living God. Are you ready for
- 1:14:00Force number four, the force of wealth and abundance? Please write?
- 1:14:05The fourth force that is responsible for commanding greater works
- 1:14:10is the force of wealth and abundance.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: Zachariah one seventeen.
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: The force of wealth and abundance, Cry yet, saying forth,
- 1:14:26saying the Lord of host my cities. True prosperity shall
- 1:14:32be spread abroad. And the Lord shall yet comfort Zion
- 1:14:37and shall choose Jerusalem Scripture number two, Deuteronomy eight eighteen.
- 1:14:42But thou shall remember the Lord died God here what
- 1:14:47the Bible says, For it is he not it is it.
- 1:14:51It is he that giveth the power to get wealth,
- 1:14:57that he may establish his covenant, which swear onto thy fathers,
- 1:15:01as it is this day.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Can I tell you?
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: Wealth from time immemorial has always played a major role
- 1:15:10in shaping civilization, promoting evil or promoting righteousness. Let me
- 1:15:16repeat myself again that wealth and abundance from time immemorial
- 1:15:21has played a unique role of promoting shaping civilizations.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: Promoting evil or promoting.
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: Good When you see evil in a society and a
- 1:15:34territory behind the ever increasing decadence of any.
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: Society, is wealth playing a role, a wrong role.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: When you see advancement and civilization of any sort in
- 1:15:48any society behind it, there is wealth playing its role.
- 1:15:52When you see the purposes of God being advanced.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: From place to.
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: Place behind it, there is wealth playing is either ways,
- 1:16:02whether you want to promote evil or promote good, wealth
- 1:16:06is a tool that must be present and evident. I
- 1:16:11have learned from scripture, and I can tell you sincerely
- 1:16:15by experience, that the absence of financial resources will cripple
- 1:16:19your life, will cripple your destiny, will cripple the program
- 1:16:23of God. Let me show you a scripture that might
- 1:16:26interest you, Mattchew twenty eight. Let's go to Matchew twenty eight.
- 1:16:29From verse one, at the end of the Sabbath, watch
- 1:16:32this as it began to dawn towards the first day
- 1:16:36of the week.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: This is the resurrection morning.
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: Mary Magdalene and Mary and the other Mary came to
- 1:16:43see the sepulcher verse two, and behold, the Bible says
- 1:16:48there was a great earthquake, for the Angel of the
- 1:16:51Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the
- 1:16:55stone from the door and sat on it. Three It says,
- 1:16:58his countenance was like lighting, and his raiment was white
- 1:17:02as snow.
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: He says, and for fear of him, watch this now.
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: The keepers the gods that were put around the grave,
- 1:17:10the Bible says, they did shake, and they became as
- 1:17:13dead man. Five, he says, And the Angel answered and
- 1:17:16said on to the women, fear not, for I know
- 1:17:19that he seek Jesus, which was crucified. Ah, he is
- 1:17:23not here for his reason, hallelujah, as he said. He says,
- 1:17:27come see the place where the Lord lay. Seven, and
- 1:17:32go quickly. The Angel is giving them an instruction by God.
- 1:17:36Tell his disciples. So the Angel is said, listen, don't
- 1:17:39keep quiet about the fact.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: That he's reason. Announce it that he has risen from
- 1:17:44the dead.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: And behold, he go forward before you into Galilee, and
- 1:17:49ye shall see him as I have told you verse eight.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: And they gathered.
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: They departed quickly from the sepulcher with fear and great joy,
- 1:17:58and did on to bring his disciples. Word nine.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: And as they went to tell his disciples, watch.
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: This, the Bible says, behold, Jesus met them, and he said,
- 1:18:10all hail, And they came and held him by the
- 1:18:12feet and worshiped him. Ten and then said Jesus onto them,
- 1:18:18be not afraid. Jesus is now mandating them. Go tell
- 1:18:21my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there they
- 1:18:25shall meet me. Eleven reading to fifteen. He says, now
- 1:18:29when they were going, behold watch this. Some of the
- 1:18:33watch came into the city and showed onto the chief
- 1:18:37priest all the things that were done. That means those
- 1:18:40who were at the sepulcher right the gods. They came
- 1:18:43and told the chief priest, listen, we witnessed something spectacular.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: We saw an angel came. Was not a vision.
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: He rolled away the stone with great power. And the
- 1:18:53Bible says when verse twelve, and when they were assembled
- 1:18:58with the elders, when the chief priests had this, they said, Wow,
- 1:19:02they knew the truth. They knew the gods were not lying.
- 1:19:05But the Bible says, they assemble themselves together, look carefully,
- 1:19:10and had to take counsel, and they gave what large
- 1:19:14money onto the soldiers. They called the soldiers and said,
- 1:19:18come this resurrection, if the whole city knows it.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: There will be obedient to the faith.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: This is literally going to bring an end to a
- 1:19:26civilization and start another. But we are going to do something.
- 1:19:30Take large amount of money, and with that money, here
- 1:19:34is the instruction. Thirteen. Say this that his disciples came
- 1:19:39by night. You see how powerful money is. Says, disciples
- 1:19:45came by night and told him away while we slept. Fourteen.
- 1:19:50And if this come to the governor's yares, don't worry,
- 1:19:54because it will get to the governor.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: Don't be afraid that you say you were sleeping.
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: Will have a way of covering you, it says, we
- 1:19:59will persuade him and secure you.
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: So they took the money. What did they do with
- 1:20:07the money? They took the.
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: Money because they had wives and children, They had bills
- 1:20:14to pay, and instead of the ten ten narras salary,
- 1:20:17now a large amount of money just to lie. Who
- 1:20:20is Jesus relative to my children's goofies? Who is that
- 1:20:23Jesus relative to my wife's trouble that I'm looking for
- 1:20:26ten thousand mira. Now you bring me twenty million just
- 1:20:30to make a little lie and say he did not
- 1:20:32resurrect with speed? Give me are you seeing number one?
- 1:20:38If those guys were bad people. They will not even
- 1:20:41come to report it. They came because the thing troubled them.
- 1:20:45It was from a standpoint of conviction. Conviction is at
- 1:20:49the mercy of prosperity. To be stabilized, to be guaranteed.
- 1:20:53Your conviction will shake like a leave if you're not empowered.
- 1:20:58One moment they come and you're sending the truth, and
- 1:21:00they say, come, come, come, come, come.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: We have to announce that he's not raison.
- 1:21:05Speaker 2: Let's finish that scripture when they were assembled thirteen. Let's
- 1:21:10go to thirteen media, okay, and it says saying to
- 1:21:15the disciples that they came and told him fourteen. Now
- 1:21:18it says, and if this come to the governor's ears,
- 1:21:22we will persuade him and secure you. Read verse fifteen.
- 1:21:26Place ready one to read. So they took the money
- 1:21:30and did as they were taught. And this saying is
- 1:21:34commonly reported among the Jews until this day, longevity of
- 1:21:40life promoted by money, that there are people who went
- 1:21:45to hell today. Now there are people who are in
- 1:21:48hell because a group of people.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: Paid to make sure they don't get life.
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: Do you know Satan is still paying people today to
- 1:21:55say Jesus is not raising. There are many people, many
- 1:21:59of our children, across the globe today learning.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: All kinds of things.
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: Sponsored by the abundance of financial resources. I will repeat
- 1:22:09it one more time for your hearing, Koinonia, that the
- 1:22:13name of Jesus is very heavy. It takes financial resources
- 1:22:17to lift it high so that the nations will see.
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: Out of all the.
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: Strategies to stop the manifestation of the name of Jesus
- 1:22:29set and decided to choose the issue of finance. Please
- 1:22:33do not downplay it. I was teaching the workers and
- 1:22:40also a school of ministry students that when you remain
- 1:22:43in abject poverty, three things must happen to you. One
- 1:22:47you must steal, Two you must tell lies. Three you
- 1:22:51must borrow one of these three things. Usually all three
- 1:22:56will eventually happen to you. If you are poor.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: It has not to do it whether you are good
- 1:23:01or bad.
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: It is the consequence of not being empowered economically. For instance,
- 1:23:07if you don't have the money to pay your rent.
- 1:23:09Even if you're a sincere prayer warrior, chances are excellent
- 1:23:13that when your wife and your children are about to
- 1:23:15be kicked out of the house, you will know when
- 1:23:17you will beg your wife to say, please tell them
- 1:23:20I traveled. I will tell God sorry later on board
- 1:23:24for now, and you will feel bad, and yet you
- 1:23:27will repeat it again. The bondage that poverty puts men.
- 1:23:33It would take God to open your eyes to seed.
- 1:23:36I have told you that every time we advocate wealth
- 1:23:38and abundance is from a pro kingdom standpoint. Don't approach
- 1:23:43it from a canal mundane standpoint.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: Just fueling lost. This is not what we're teaching.
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: But I can tell you that among the many tools
- 1:23:51that must be present in your life, first to live
- 1:23:54a life of dignity, then to advance the purposes of God,
- 1:23:57and then to fulfill Genesis twelve three that in this
- 1:24:01shall all the families of the earth be blessed. You
- 1:24:04will not be able to do greater works if you
- 1:24:07lack resources. That is the truth, the force of wealth
- 1:24:14and abundance. I used to watch the Great Crusades of
- 1:24:19renhad Bonke, the Great Crusades of Billy Graham, and they
- 1:24:24would pat stadiums. And I know that usually when we
- 1:24:28watch those crusades, the central point is just Billy Graham coming.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: But you need to have an understanding of the budgets.
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: Are we together now by the privilege of God's grace
- 1:24:40and by reason of what I do.
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: I can't tell you that it.
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: Takes serious amount of money to do anything meaningful for
- 1:24:47the kingdom. Souls are expensive. It takes resources to bring
- 1:24:52them to the cross. The gospel is free, they say,
- 1:24:55but the means to take it to the loss is
- 1:24:57not free. Prays the name of the Lord takes a lot.
- 1:25:04There are many people today who have relevant teaching messages
- 1:25:09that can shape the body of Christ, can help us
- 1:25:11come into a greater level of stature and understanding, but
- 1:25:15they cannot publish those works because they are incapacitated financially.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: Am I right on that?
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: There are many parents today who have been given the
- 1:25:23responsibility of raising the next apostles and prophets, and they
- 1:25:28know by the spirit that God already told them that
- 1:25:30your child is going to be a mighty tool before
- 1:25:33I return.
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: But to take that child to a good missionary.
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: School, a responsible school where he can be prepared for destiny.
- 1:25:40They want to do so, but they do not have
- 1:25:42the resources to make it happen. It is terrible to
- 1:25:45know what to do and still be limited because of finances.
- 1:25:49I'm praying for you in the name of Jesus, the
- 1:25:51Son of the Living God, that which limits men, incapacitates
- 1:25:55men financially and makes your life a representation of mock
- 1:26:00and shame. May it live your life from tonight. Allelujah,
- 1:26:06please be seated. I've done several teachings on finance. I
- 1:26:10wanted to lay hold of them and listen. One of
- 1:26:12them you may want to pay attention to. Is the
- 1:26:15series The Power to Get Wealth. I wanted to settle down.
- 1:26:18I'm not teaching on finance. I'm just introducing it as
- 1:26:21one of the irrefutable forces that.
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: Is responsible for greater works.
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: Can I tell you, when money enters the hand of
- 1:26:31a man whose heart loves God and who has wisdom
- 1:26:36and vision, you will watch the wonder.
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: Of Kingdom advanced through that person. Let me repeat myself.
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: When money financial resources enter the hands of a man
- 1:26:47whose heart is passionately in love with God and who
- 1:26:51has wisdom and vision, you will watch how far he
- 1:26:56will take the program of God. There are many visionary
- 1:27:00people today, great people, but are limited, limited financially. Limited financially,
- 1:27:13this vision is excelling today by the privilege of God's
- 1:27:19grace because there is a mandate from God. There are
- 1:27:22faithful and wonderful workers. But I tell you sincerely, I'm
- 1:27:26speaking to the whole world, and you know this is true.
- 1:27:28What you see is also riding on the wings of
- 1:27:32huge financial resources. Without financial resources, there are many many.
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: Things that will not come to pass. Alle Lujah. It
- 1:27:42takes money to raise your children properly.
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: It takes money to make a choice of a good
- 1:27:47school that you can be sure of what they are learning,
- 1:27:51especially in this wicked world today. Are we together? Education
- 1:27:56has become so expensive globally speaking, and that in a nation.
- 1:28:01And I'm telling you I don't mean to make you
- 1:28:03feel bad, but have you sample children and see the
- 1:28:06difference in their understanding as a result of a good
- 1:28:10school and a bad school.
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: I agree.
- 1:28:12Speaker 2: I'm always around children, and sometimes my heart breaks because
- 1:28:16you will see a child of four or five six
- 1:28:18years old who has had the privilege of being mentored
- 1:28:21by parents that God does help financially and they've provided
- 1:28:25that leverage. And then you see all that children with
- 1:28:27their heart that is sincere. You know there is destinying
- 1:28:31these children. But you see that because probably their parents
- 1:28:34or their guidance were incapacitated financially. The difference in intelligence,
- 1:28:39the difference in a commen the difference in understanding, is clear,
- 1:28:43and these poor children will grow with low self esteem.
- 1:28:46That's why they start joining cult by age thirteam. Since
- 1:28:51they're intellectually weak, they will want to join a cult
- 1:28:54or a group where the person can now become a caple.
- 1:29:00If I don't have understanding, at least let me have
- 1:29:02the ability to kill.
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: Do you know.
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: That. Consult with any military personality and they will tell
- 1:29:10you most of the terrorists that inflict mayhem in this
- 1:29:13nation and across the nations, most of them are from
- 1:29:16teenagers into their mid twenties. How many old people have
- 1:29:20the strength to do all these kind of things. It
- 1:29:23takes strength to serve even the devil, and the devil
- 1:29:27will not make do with people who are too weak
- 1:29:29and cannot be effective, And so he goes He literally
- 1:29:33looks for a demography and age range and captures them.
- 1:29:37But in the name of Jesus, we are here on
- 1:29:39a mission to redeem all that the devil has plugged,
- 1:29:43that the devil has shared families, shame, bread winners, shame, destiny.
- 1:29:48Help us using the tool of poverty. He has programmed
- 1:29:52it to even be transgenerational, so that all the discipline
- 1:29:56godly serious young men in certain families they never to
- 1:30:00rise until you fraternize with Him and meeting happalist.
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: Then you find out irresponsible people.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: Now begin to rise and praying for you. Every chain
- 1:30:09of poverty that has held your life, held your children
- 1:30:13in the name of He who died and rose again,
- 1:30:16may be broken now and forever.
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: Allelujah with prosperity.
- 1:30:29Speaker 2: When prosperity mixes with wisdom and vision, it does much
- 1:30:34for the kingdom.
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: When prosperity meets with.
- 1:30:37Speaker 2: A canal heart, a careless mind, a visionless destiny, an
- 1:30:42irresponsible personality, it becomes a detriment to kingdom, come a
- 1:30:47detriment to kingdom advance. There is no fear as to
- 1:30:51opening your heart to receive prosperity when you know your
- 1:30:54heart is right with God. Are we together now? Because
- 1:30:57it becomes an advantage. I look forward to times where
- 1:31:05God will raise certain strategic kingdom financiers, that there will
- 1:31:10be a group of men who will set up a
- 1:31:12company with the principle reason to fund the kingdom because
- 1:31:17they are so blessed they don't need anything as far
- 1:31:20as their personal gains are concern. That they literally build
- 1:31:24companies and corporations and many will come out of this
- 1:31:27vision in the name of Jesus Christ.
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: Literally that they will sit down.
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: In board meetings and they're not just talking about sharing profits.
- 1:31:37They're saying, Okay, there is a crusade about to happen there.
- 1:31:41How much ten million narra let it go there. I
- 1:31:43hear that there is some missionaries they need to translate
- 1:31:46Bibles to houser and translate to French.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: Ten million nira. Let this one go for the kingdom.
- 1:31:51Speaker 2: I hear that there is some missionary that has been
- 1:31:53kidnapped somewhere, and I hear that his wife and children
- 1:31:57are grounded, no food. Please send a million narrh. Imagine
- 1:32:01living a life like that and Heaven is watching you.
- 1:32:03I'm saying, who is this ambassador representing my purposes? This much?
- 1:32:09This is the assignment of money. Not I have a GIP,
- 1:32:13I have a car, I have houses, Thank God for
- 1:32:16those things. But we are people who have been trained
- 1:32:19to love God more than that. Alle Lujah.
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: Imagine one of you here that God gives you.
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: A vision to raise one hundred children from primary school
- 1:32:30till university. Because you want them to love the Lord.
- 1:32:33You hand piqued them. And God tells you this, lady,
- 1:32:36you are saying, this is Esther forming, this is Elijah forming,
- 1:32:39this is Daniel forming. Give them a chance. It's not
- 1:32:42your fault that your parents died. It's not your fault
- 1:32:45that your parents are idol worshipers. The parents will say, well,
- 1:32:48my child will worship the devil. But if you can't
- 1:32:51pay for his wof is carry him as a liability.
- 1:32:54And you say, no problem, bring him to me. Tell
- 1:33:02me who ignore you? When you go to a community
- 1:33:05and build fifty boreholes in the name of Jesus, fifty
- 1:33:09represented one hundred boreholes, and say, this community, do you
- 1:33:13read the history of the church in Nigeria and reviver
- 1:33:16us in Nigeria. Those who came with the gospel also
- 1:33:19came with benefits that improved the lives of people. And
- 1:33:22because of that, the communities were at the messy of
- 1:33:26the permission that their kings will give them. And because
- 1:33:29of the benevolence the kings who usually have a meeting
- 1:33:32and say, this day, I stand as a king over
- 1:33:34this community, and I declare that as a community, we
- 1:33:38will serve the Lord, and every other person follows suit.
- 1:33:42When kings receive Jesus, their communities receive Jesus.
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: Do you believe what I'm saying?
- 1:33:49Speaker 2: Listen, ladies and gentlemen, among the many things you must
- 1:33:54open your heart to receive in this kingdom, in this
- 1:33:57season is the prospect parity package that God is dispensing
- 1:34:03to people who have vision who love him. God are
- 1:34:07the days where people become an embarrassment to the kingdom
- 1:34:10because they are God prospers them. They go ahead, they
- 1:34:13just they change. They're not serious, no prayer, pride, or
- 1:34:18kinds of indiscipline. God is using certain people to mentor
- 1:34:22a generation, to show them what to do with money.
- 1:34:27Money is not about pride and bragging and making noise
- 1:34:30and saying I am a millionnaire.
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: I am a millionnaire. Listen.
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: If you love Jesus Christ and you love his program
- 1:34:36and his purpose is being arrogant on account of finance
- 1:34:39is a total waste. It is not the way the
- 1:34:42kingdom works.
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: The King's business is bigger than just trying.
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: To show you have arrived. People are not stupid. If
- 1:34:48you are blessed, they know you are blessed.
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: Am I right on that?
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: If you are here and you are trusting God, or
- 1:34:56you believe you're a Kingdom financier, can I tell you
- 1:34:59if all you are doing is making noise and telling lies.
- 1:35:01I have money God, it will not trust you because
- 1:35:04wealth in the Kingdom is not an achievement, is a trust.
- 1:35:08Let me repeat myself for your hearing. Wealth in the
- 1:35:11Kingdom is not an achievement.
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: It is a trust.
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: He gave on to one five talent he gave on
- 1:35:18to one two. It will look like you worked for it,
- 1:35:21but that wisdom came from God. That favor came from God.
- 1:35:24You can use wisdom to open a big mall, but
- 1:35:27it takes God to bring customers to you. Coinonia, don't
- 1:35:35be afraid of being prosperous. Did you hear what I'm saying?
- 1:35:38Let me repeat myself. Do not be afraid of being prosperous.
- 1:35:43Your fear of money will cost more harm to the
- 1:35:46program of God than good. The fear of money does
- 1:35:51not make you more spiritual. It is canality, a heart
- 1:35:54that does not love God, a hat that wants to
- 1:35:57When Satan comes to your life, it's not only your
- 1:36:00money he will use He will use your whole life.
- 1:36:03He will manipulate every thank God gave you for your destruction.
- 1:36:07But I can tell you if people paid what brought
- 1:36:11Samson down. I know you say it's Delilah, but it's
- 1:36:15not really Delilah.
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: It was money.
- 1:36:18Speaker 2: The Philistines called Delilah and said, listen, there is a
- 1:36:21man who has become a jodge over Israel. This man
- 1:36:24has mysterious strength. Mysterious strength that one man can use
- 1:36:30the job bone of a donkey and kill three thousand Philistines.
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: What army will stand before that man? We want you
- 1:36:36to please.
- 1:36:37Speaker 2: We will give you money. Can you help us to
- 1:36:40find out the source of his strength and if possible,
- 1:36:43destroy that man for us, ladies and gentlemen. What a
- 1:36:46lion could not do, what a beer could not do,
- 1:36:50what an army could not do. You would think a
- 1:36:54woman did it. It's not a woman that did it.
- 1:36:56Money is what did it. I had met her and said,
- 1:37:01can you be a participant in an agenda?
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: Go and kill something?
- 1:37:05Speaker 2: She probably would have insulted them and walked out of
- 1:37:07that place. But when they brought money, she said, all right,
- 1:37:09let's se down, let's talk.
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: What do you want.
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: You want to bring down something, it's difficult to How
- 1:37:16much are you going to give me? Because something is
- 1:37:19not just this somebody that taught the lion. That means
- 1:37:21I can die in the process. This mission is a
- 1:37:23risky mission. If he killed a lion, I mean use
- 1:37:28a business sense, she will negotiate as a business woman.
- 1:37:32You think she would just receive peanuts for the risk
- 1:37:34of killing something. You know what it takes to kill something?
- 1:37:37Find out how many times she tried and feel Samson
- 1:37:41the Philly stands out upon you, and he got up
- 1:37:43and he said, you lie to me again.
- 1:37:46Speaker 1: I don't know what?
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: Well anyway, do we live that for another discussion? The
- 1:37:51most important thing is that something eventually went down. Are
- 1:37:55we together many times? Do you know if something real lie?
- 1:38:01I don't know what really happened to him. Maybe it
- 1:38:04was an attack. But if if imagine, listen, listen, listen,
- 1:38:09imagine that Sathon eventually got angry and looked at her
- 1:38:15a lion, Sathon toy lion toy beer defeated the Philistines
- 1:38:21really moved the city gate, not the door to your house,
- 1:38:25the gates to a city that people use cranes to carry.
- 1:38:29He carried it and then went up a mountain dropped
- 1:38:32it there. If you were answered one and fight such
- 1:38:35a man, wouldn't you turn and look at the person.
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: Who sent you and say, is this how you want
- 1:38:39to kill me? So imagine.
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: But with all of that, when money came, he said,
- 1:38:45cleared away. Let me show you the power I have.
- 1:38:48I don't talk, but I moved things money for you.
- 1:38:53And Deliah said, all right, since you brought the subject
- 1:38:55of money, I can't take the risk. Finally, Samson revealed
- 1:39:01the secret, my glory and the powers and the covenant
- 1:39:06that is captured in my hair. Samson, the Phillis stands
- 1:39:11upon you. He got up. The Bible said, he shook
- 1:39:14himself as before this time around money had gone forth.
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: And noticed the moment.
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: They discovered after she shaved his hair, the next thing
- 1:39:27that happened was his eyes, not his hands. Vision was
- 1:39:32what was taken away immediately his eyes were plucked out.
- 1:39:37Speaker 1: When his eyes were plocked out, the devil did not want.
- 1:39:40Speaker 2: To remove the hand because he will still be useful
- 1:39:42for the devil.
- 1:39:43Speaker 1: And you see what a great man, a George, a
- 1:39:45man who was dregged dead by that.
- 1:39:47Speaker 2: Some of the best armies in the dead world, he
- 1:39:50became one who was going around threshing. In the prison,
- 1:39:53he was bound with fetters, and his assignment was to
- 1:39:57go and be grinding. Can you imagine reduced from a
- 1:40:00of honor using the tool of money. I'm praying for you,
- 1:40:05whatever has reduced you to a place of shame and mockery,
- 1:40:09reduced your family ordained for greatness but brought down because
- 1:40:14of the absence of economic resources. May my God, who
- 1:40:18is the lifter of men in this season that the
- 1:40:21Church is stepping into, in the name of Jesus, May
- 1:40:24God prosperre you for greater works. May my God prosperre
- 1:40:30you for greater works.
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: Please sit down the Force of wealth and abundance.
- 1:40:45Speaker 2: Number five. Are you ready for the fifth force? The
- 1:40:49fifth force that is responsible for greater works? My God,
- 1:40:53I really believe that this world is entering someone's spirit
- 1:40:57that you are getting. There is a holy anger that.
- 1:40:59Speaker 1: Is coming upon you.
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: That when you get up, you will coordinate all these
- 1:41:03forces and your life will become a sign and a
- 1:41:05wonder The fit force that is responsible for exalting and
- 1:41:11releasing Jesus revealing him to the world is called the
- 1:41:16Force of influence. Write it down, please. Influence is power,
- 1:41:22the force of influence, the force of influence.
- 1:41:29Speaker 1: Influence is power. Please write it down.
- 1:41:32Speaker 2: Influence is great power, the force of influence. Influence, like money,
- 1:41:43are related. They shape civilizations. They define people's understanding, They
- 1:41:50define people's thinking, They define people's values. At any given point,
- 1:41:57can I tell you our world today? It's not just
- 1:42:01going at the messy of time. Our world today is
- 1:42:05a reflection of the mindset of certain influential people, godly
- 1:42:10or otherwise. From technology to sociology, to the language we use,
- 1:42:16the way we raise children, the way family is run.
- 1:42:20Speaker 1: Are we together now?
- 1:42:21Speaker 2: The way ministries run, the way businesses are conducted. Civilizing
- 1:42:27influence literally shapes civilization. What does it mean to influence?
- 1:42:34Number one? The capacity to have an effect. Influence is
- 1:42:40defined as the capacity to have an effect on the character, perceptions, behaviors, decisions,
- 1:42:54and the values of another.
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: I will take it again. Influence is the capacity to have.
- 1:43:03Speaker 2: An effect, whether positively or negatively, an effect on the character,
- 1:43:11on the perceptions, on the behavior, on the decisions, and
- 1:43:18on the value of another.
- 1:43:21Speaker 1: When you have an effect on the character.
- 1:43:25Speaker 2: The perception, the behavior, the decisions, and the values of another.
- 1:43:31You are exerting influence upon that person one last time.
- 1:43:36The capacity to have an effect on the character number one,
- 1:43:41number two, the perception number three, the behavior number four,
- 1:43:46the decisions number.
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: Five, the values of another is called influence. Please look up.
- 1:43:57Speaker 2: This concept of influences very powerful, and it's very profound
- 1:44:03because you see a handful of people historically and even
- 1:44:07now are the ones who are always responsible for shaping
- 1:44:12and defining the.
- 1:44:13Speaker 1: Narrative of a civilization. Are we together now?
- 1:44:16Speaker 2: That people a crowd of people who usually model their
- 1:44:20lives after an individual or a set of individuals that
- 1:44:24they consider to be worthy of emulation. They call them
- 1:44:28all kinds of names. Role models. Some will call them celebrities,
- 1:44:32some will call them influenzas, some will call them you
- 1:44:36name it.
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: You know all the names.
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: And unfortunately, some of these people have been positive role
- 1:44:42models in terms of bringing values that shape society properly.
- 1:44:46But many of them, sadly, have been very wrong and
- 1:44:50destructive models.
- 1:44:51Speaker 1: There are children today who have no.
- 1:44:53Speaker 2: Business learning certain things except that someone they admire. You
- 1:44:57see the psychology of influences. The moment you like someone
- 1:45:02and he becomes a reflection of your aspiration. You will
- 1:45:06copy everything you can see and find in his life,
- 1:45:09good or bad, because the assumption is that whatever he
- 1:45:13is doing, since he has that result to show, it
- 1:45:16must be right. Are we together? So when Satan once
- 1:45:22would destroy a generation, he does not go after everybody.
- 1:45:26What happens is that he builds certain people through covenant
- 1:45:30back top with excellence and an indoctrination that makes them
- 1:45:34know that they are pro Satan Antichrist vocaliso. And then
- 1:45:39when he brings them, when that negotiation is done, then
- 1:45:43he will exhort them and give them the leverage of influence.
- 1:45:48Speaker 1: Are we together now?
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: And from that standpoint, they begin to sell certain value systems,
- 1:45:54and as ugly as some of those value systems are,
- 1:45:57you will think they should be so pungent and intell
- 1:46:00person should reject them, but never downplay what influence does
- 1:46:04to a man. Influence can make darkness look like light.
- 1:46:11Greater works on the wings of influence. There are many
- 1:46:15people today. Do you know, once upon a time, have
- 1:46:19you noticed that generally speaking, we speak better. Our generation
- 1:46:23communicates a lot better. Not necessarily because people who have
- 1:46:27gone to more schools and learned. It's simply because The
- 1:46:29Internet has afforded people a greater opportunity to hear and
- 1:46:33listen to communicators, and that has automatically improved people. You
- 1:46:37listen to our children. When you hear our children speak,
- 1:46:40you wish you were them. They speak intelligently, they will
- 1:46:43correct you. I had an experience with one of our
- 1:46:47lovely children. I was calling everything that was around orange.
- 1:46:51So one time I was at the rotunda and I said, wow,
- 1:46:54this is orange, and she tapped me. She said, it's
- 1:46:56not orange. I can't remember the name she called it,
- 1:46:58and she was right, ladies and gentlemen, ah is for that's.
- 1:47:03Speaker 1: What you were taught.
- 1:47:04Speaker 2: Anything that is oh is orange. But our children, now
- 1:47:10you can imagine, they will correct you and say, no, no,
- 1:47:12this is orange, this is this one, this is this one.
- 1:47:15Speaker 1: That is the level of advancement court see influence.
- 1:47:21Speaker 2: Children learn now at a remarkable pace because they have
- 1:47:24all your visuals that help support their understanding, pictorial representations
- 1:47:29of the things. Biology used to be a nightmare, chemistry, physics,
- 1:47:32but now children life while they're learning. When they fail,
- 1:47:35the teachers call them and say, were you in your
- 1:47:37right state of mind?
- 1:47:38Speaker 1: Are you okay?
- 1:47:38Speaker 2: We can repeat the test you know what happened where
- 1:47:41you were writing your test. You carry your results and
- 1:47:45start crying before you get home because you know exactly
- 1:47:50what will happen, and what you are expecting is exactly
- 1:47:53what will happen. I leave you to guess whatever it is.
- 1:47:57I will not say it. Oh, yes, you know, you
- 1:48:02knew exactly what was going to happen. Now results are
- 1:48:08released in eversions. You don't have to join any Q
- 1:48:10and do anything. I'm just saying that influence shapes civilization.
- 1:48:15Speaker 1: Are we together very, very powerful and profound?
- 1:48:18Speaker 2: It then means that if we believe us are going
- 1:48:21to do greater works, we must trust God for grace
- 1:48:24to accent heights and realms where our life becomes visible
- 1:48:29and clear. Are we together in an elevated platform where
- 1:48:33people can see the life of God in you? I
- 1:48:36like Jesus. Matthew Chapter five thirteen to sixteen is the
- 1:48:39most concise capture of the confluence, the whole idea of influence.
- 1:48:45Jesus says it this way. You are the salt Matthew
- 1:48:48five thirteen of the earth. We are the salt. Ladies
- 1:48:54and gentlemen, You know what salt is able to do?
- 1:49:02One pot of rice does not require one pot of
- 1:49:05salt to taste well away together. Look at the ratio
- 1:49:09of the salt that must be added to a pot.
- 1:49:11Speaker 1: Of rice to make it taste well. Say influence.
- 1:49:15Speaker 2: So when you see a bag of salt and a
- 1:49:18bag of rice, you're not holding the same thing. If
- 1:49:22you mix them ratio one to one, you destroy that meal.
- 1:49:26Am I right on that? So light is even a
- 1:49:31greater expression of influence because light does not have to
- 1:49:35be everywhere to shine everywhere. Just put it at one
- 1:49:38point and give it room to shine, and it gives
- 1:49:41light to everyone in the room. It says, neither do
- 1:49:44men light a lamb and put it under a bushel.
- 1:49:47Watch this, the light is put on a candlestick and
- 1:49:51kept on a bushel, and the whole room is illuminated
- 1:49:55by that light. And Jesus says, you are that salt.
- 1:49:58Don't say we are few. Don't say we are few.
- 1:50:04Five people who are salt, indeed can rewrite the narrative
- 1:50:09of a generation. Am I right on that?
- 1:50:14Speaker 1: Five people?
- 1:50:17Speaker 2: And then he says you are light. Look at the sun.
- 1:50:20Speaker 1: As we know. Every time I use the example of
- 1:50:25the sun, I.
- 1:50:25Speaker 2: Learned the power of influence. Did you know that if
- 1:50:30you ask the Sun what do you do about darkness?
- 1:50:33The Sun will tell you I have never seen darkness.
- 1:50:36Speaker 1: I don't even know it exists.
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: The concept of darkness is the rotation of the Earth
- 1:50:43in a way that the Sun does not reach it.
- 1:50:45But as far as the Sun is concerned, from its creation,
- 1:50:49there has never been darkness.
- 1:50:51Speaker 1: Because from that standpoint, isn't it brilliant?
- 1:50:54Speaker 2: When you are traveling, especially transcontinentally, you see the wisdom
- 1:50:58and the beauty of the sun that one moment you
- 1:51:02are living and it's night, and then you are turning
- 1:51:05to the other side of the globe, and then you
- 1:51:07are seeing the sun rising. Incredible, profound. You go to
- 1:51:11other parts of the world where at about eight or
- 1:51:13nine is still bright, and then all of a sudden,
- 1:51:17the brilliance and the wisdom of God. No one that
- 1:51:19he says you are salt and he says you are light.
- 1:51:23Most believers only know that they are believers. But God
- 1:51:26is transitting your understanding, giving you an apostolic perspective that
- 1:51:32you are salt and you are light. Please say salt,
- 1:51:36say light one more time. Says salt, say light. That
- 1:51:40means in the midst of five hundred students. If you
- 1:51:44are the only one who is there, you are enough
- 1:51:46to create.
- 1:51:46Speaker 1: That change salt for you.
- 1:51:49Speaker 2: The assignment of salt essentially is to add taste and
- 1:51:52then to preserve. These are the two principal assignments of salt.
- 1:51:56There can be a lot others, of course, but then
- 1:51:59to taste and then to preserve. And you see, like
- 1:52:03I taught you here in Coinonia, it is never too
- 1:52:06late to add salt to a meal. This is the
- 1:52:08thing about salt. There are certain ingredients that if you
- 1:52:11do not add them on time, you have destroyed that meal.
- 1:52:14But even when the meal is already served at the table,
- 1:52:18you will still see salt. And if it does not taste,
- 1:52:22you can add salt and it does not ruin the meal.
- 1:52:26Profound How about light? Remember my example that I gave
- 1:52:32you ten years darkness. A room with ten years darkness,
- 1:52:36another with one year darkness, another.
- 1:52:38Speaker 1: With two week darkness.
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: Imagine all of these rooms they have been dug for
- 1:52:41that long, and then you connect them to a bob
- 1:52:46with a central switch. As soon as you switch it on,
- 1:52:49which of the rooms who come up first? All of
- 1:52:52them at the same time. The longevity of darkness does
- 1:52:55not affect the effect of true light just because the
- 1:52:59light has been or for ten years. As soon as
- 1:53:02you get it right and you fix it in that moment,
- 1:53:05the light will come up. Jesus says, I am the
- 1:53:07light of the world. For as long as I am
- 1:53:09in the world, I am the light of the world. Cornonia,
- 1:53:12hear me. You are the light of the world. You
- 1:53:14are not just Christians. You are the light of the world,
- 1:53:17the light of the cosmos, the salt of the earth.
- 1:53:21I believe in influence right from the time God started
- 1:53:25raising and bulliness. I believed with all my heart that
- 1:53:29it is profitable for us and for the kingdom to
- 1:53:32attain a point of influence. Influence brings you closer to
- 1:53:36the corridors of power and authority, and it affords you
- 1:53:39the opportunity to enhance positive changes. Prophets in the Bible
- 1:53:45were people who advise kings. They advise nobles. Nobles called
- 1:53:49prophets my father. Why because among the many decisions that
- 1:53:54control their nations, where there are submission to prophets who
- 1:54:00brought to them the wisdom of God or the wisdom
- 1:54:02of other deities. I don't run away from the corridors
- 1:54:08of influence and power. I will not be corrupted and
- 1:54:11compromised by them. But I'm not one of those men
- 1:54:13of God who would chicken away.
- 1:54:14Speaker 1: No no, no, no, no no.
- 1:54:15Speaker 2: No.
- 1:54:15Speaker 1: Great men, big men, they are my friends.
- 1:54:17Speaker 2: I would love them, pray for them, counseldom as much
- 1:54:20as they are willing to listen. There is a narrative
- 1:54:24in the Church that seems to isolate the believer from
- 1:54:28the main activities within the cosmos. There is a history
- 1:54:31to that error. When you study the history of the church.
- 1:54:34I don't want to mention the name of the groups
- 1:54:36because I'm speaking to a global audience. But when you
- 1:54:39study the history of the Church, once upon a time
- 1:54:41there was a group of people who believe that the
- 1:54:44idea of holiness and purity was being e theenenated from
- 1:54:48the mainstream activities of the church. And historically that happened
- 1:54:53because during an emperor called Emperor Nero, there was persecution
- 1:54:58of the church. Believers were warned with fire, they were
- 1:55:01putting oil, and all kinds of mayhem was being unleashed
- 1:55:04on believers.
- 1:55:05Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 1:55:06Speaker 2: And so under the reign of Emperor Constantine, Bible history
- 1:55:10would tell us that victory because of a revelation God
- 1:55:13gave him of the cross, victory was brought for his armies.
- 1:55:18And because of that, they liberalized the practice of the
- 1:55:22Christian faith and gave an injunction that Christians should no
- 1:55:25longer be persecuted on account of their faith. Now, those
- 1:55:28who under the reign of men like Emperor Nero, if
- 1:55:32you were saved, sometimes you would not even last two
- 1:55:34three days because they were living in the midst of persecution.
- 1:55:37So things like taking care of family, attending to other
- 1:55:41needs was not in their mind. It was just mattiadom.
- 1:55:44But when that burden was lifted that then believers did
- 1:55:48not know what to do with their lives.
- 1:55:50Speaker 1: Are you seeing now?
- 1:55:51Speaker 2: And so a few people said, look, we cannot sit
- 1:55:53here living useless lives.
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: We love the Lord.
- 1:55:55Speaker 2: But since we're no longer dying, we have wives, we
- 1:55:58have children, we have response usibilities.
- 1:56:00Speaker 1: We're living in a society that we need to be
- 1:56:03part of.
- 1:56:04Speaker 2: Even though not compromised by then, a group of people
- 1:56:08now branched out and said, listen, we need to be
- 1:56:10involved in activities of commerce, activities of nation building. We
- 1:56:14cannot alienate ourselves. And that started branching different sects in
- 1:56:18the Christian faith. So the idea of alienating yourself from
- 1:56:22mainstream society as proof of spirituality is a.
- 1:56:26Speaker 1: Repetition of an aged old error.
- 1:56:29Speaker 2: And apostolic community must know that you are scent. Please
- 1:56:33say after me sent one more time, says send. Scent
- 1:56:37gives an idea of a forward movement, that you are
- 1:56:41sent as light in the midst of darkness.
- 1:56:43Speaker 1: Light is not profitable in light. Here's how it works.
- 1:56:50Speaker 2: If you on your phone, Let's assume God forbid that
- 1:56:53the light in this auditorium suddenly went off, you will
- 1:56:55have to make do with the light on your phone.
- 1:56:57Speaker 1: Am I right on that?
- 1:56:58Speaker 2: But when the light comes up, you don't need that
- 1:57:00lesser light again, you have to put it off. That's
- 1:57:02how it works. So when the world will have to
- 1:57:07manage the systems that they have that explain morality, that
- 1:57:11explain excellence, like using a touch light, because the church
- 1:57:14that is the true light has refused to rise, So
- 1:57:17systems and policies that sometimes may not be pro kingdom
- 1:57:21will have to be enacted and established as a midwife
- 1:57:26until the manifestation of the saints. But my Bible, says
- 1:57:30Romance eight eighteen. For I reckon that the sufferings of
- 1:57:33this present time is not worthy to be compared with.
- 1:57:36Speaker 1: The glory that shall be revealed in US.
- 1:57:38Speaker 2: Verse eighteen says for the endness expectation of creation awaited,
- 1:57:43the manifestation of the sons of God. If you're part
- 1:57:47of that army, shout a loud amen, allelujah. When you
- 1:57:54have the opportunity to rise through influence and have the
- 1:58:00ears the heart of kings, and you can direct them aright.
- 1:58:05You see, this is the reason why before God will
- 1:58:08trust a man with influence, he will deal with your flesh,
- 1:58:12and flesh must die.
- 1:58:13Speaker 1: Do you know why?
- 1:58:14Speaker 2: Because when you run to a point of influence, you
- 1:58:17are now around and within the corridors of power. And
- 1:58:20it takes a covenant walk with God not to be
- 1:58:23compromised by the greats and the glamor that power brings.
- 1:58:28The challenge until now, for the body of Christ is
- 1:58:31people who have been ill trained and have not stayed
- 1:58:34to be properly trained and mentored.
- 1:58:36Speaker 1: If they find.
- 1:58:37Speaker 2: Themselves in position of authority, with all due respect, whether
- 1:58:40they are politicians or government people, and all of that,
- 1:58:44they suddenly find themselves by whatever means in the corridors
- 1:58:47of power, because they have not been trained. The Bible
- 1:58:51says in Daniel one and verse eight, it says, and
- 1:58:54Daniel posts in his heart that he would not defile
- 1:58:57himself with the portion of the king smith.
- 1:59:01Speaker 1: He purposed a determination.
- 1:59:04Speaker 2: Your will can play role that in the name of Jesus,
- 1:59:07as I get to this office, I will not caught corners.
- 1:59:10I will not bribe. I will not give or take bribe.
- 1:59:13This is how I will show favor. I will help people.
- 1:59:16But this is how I will run my life.
- 1:59:18Speaker 1: You can purpose in your heart. I give you a disclaimer.
- 1:59:25Speaker 2: Integrity has a serious consequence because we live in a big,
- 1:59:29deviled world. So if you are planning to be a
- 1:59:32person of integrity, get ready to go through the persecutions
- 1:59:36that follow people of integrity and character. You will be
- 1:59:40termed a fool by many people. They will call you
- 1:59:43names and say you and your children would die of hunger.
- 1:59:46You don't know how this thing works. You would have
- 1:59:49manipulated your way and a billionaire. I will certainly evolve
- 1:59:52out of thin air.
- 1:59:53Speaker 1: But can I tell you?
- 1:59:54Speaker 2: The Bible says Mark the wicked, the end is destruction.
- 1:59:59That is why you find out many people who look
- 2:00:02and steal money. With all due respect, they get to
- 2:00:05a point where you find out their children cannot even
- 2:00:07right so become anything great. And the children don't know
- 2:00:10what kind of causes on them. Did your Bible not
- 2:00:13say the couse of the Lord is in the house
- 2:00:15of the weeked? But by all means, ladies and gentlemen,
- 2:00:22God is not just looking for good preachers. He's looking
- 2:00:25for men who will accend the heights of influence and relevance.
- 2:00:29Because one on one evangelism will not get the job done.
- 2:00:34Thank God for one on one evangelism. But while living
- 2:00:37today in a sociological context where it's not even safe
- 2:00:40to stand and do one on one with anybody again,
- 2:00:43because you can corner somebody one on one, and the
- 2:00:45person who bring out a knife and say, before you preach,
- 2:00:47drop your money and your fold. I've been looking for
- 2:00:50somebody that I will steal from. Thank you for making
- 2:00:52yourself available. And so we must be wise as serpens
- 2:00:56and gentle as doves. Jesus or they told us that
- 2:01:00we are sheep in the midst of wolves?
- 2:01:03Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 2:01:06Speaker 2: Someone can blackmail you and say, while you are preaching
- 2:01:08the person can say you are an umbroba.
- 2:01:10Speaker 1: You don't know whether the.
- 2:01:11Speaker 2: Person just came out of a forest, and then you
- 2:01:13are the first evangelist the person met and you are
- 2:01:15trying to preach, whereas the memory of his being kidnapped
- 2:01:18one week ago, he can just shout and call you
- 2:01:21fccy or call the police, and if God does not help,
- 2:01:24you're in trouble. So we most reinvent wise the strategies.
- 2:01:29I'm not saying one on one is bad, but I'm
- 2:01:31saying that we must invent more effective kingdom strategies of
- 2:01:35witnessing to people. And one of such as proposed by Scripture,
- 2:01:40is influence. Kingdom advances at the messy of a healthy
- 2:01:45blend of evangelism and influence. Evangelism and influence, evangelism and influence.
- 2:01:52Speaker 1: Isn't it incredible that I'm.
- 2:01:54Speaker 2: Standing from this point, ladies and gentlemen, and I'm talking
- 2:01:57literally to tens of thousands of people, potentially millions of
- 2:02:01people across the globe from one point. That is the
- 2:02:06power of influence thanks to technology. Don't reject influence. It
- 2:02:11is not just a tool to feel good. There is
- 2:02:13an assignment. Influence is a tool. There are many people
- 2:02:18who will love Jesus because the what you love in Jesus.
- 2:02:21There are many people who be responsible because there what
- 2:02:24you being responsible. There are many people who be frugal
- 2:02:28because they watch your model frugality. There are many people
- 2:02:31who be men and women of integrity because they see
- 2:02:34it manifest in your life. I'm praying for someone here
- 2:02:37on account of your desire to see Jesus glorified. May
- 2:02:41God elevate you to any platform required for you to
- 2:02:45serve Him well in the name of Jesus Christ.
- 2:02:49Speaker 1: If you need to be a CEO to.
- 2:02:51Speaker 2: Representing me, that great rest on you. If you need
- 2:02:57to be given an appointment with some international organization so
- 2:03:01that you will be a model to nations that there
- 2:03:03are men who can serve God wellth I'm crying on
- 2:03:06to my God that in the name of Jesus, may
- 2:03:09you begin to put you in strategic positions.
- 2:03:16Speaker 1: From the rising of the sun to the setting of
- 2:03:22the same.
- 2:03:25Speaker 2: Your name is to.
- 2:03:32Speaker 1: Listen down righte.
- 2:03:34Speaker 2: The key to influence is results. The key to genuine
- 2:03:41Bible influence is results. Ladies and gentlemen, I hate to
- 2:03:45be a bearer of bad news, but I announce you
- 2:03:48painfully so that no body will follow a man who
- 2:03:52does not have results. Nobody will follow an institution that
- 2:03:56does not have results.
- 2:03:57Speaker 1: No body will be loyal to a nation on.
- 2:04:00Speaker 2: A people, a person and organization that does not have results.
- 2:04:06Results here represent solutions, solutions that better people, solutions. You
- 2:04:11can imagine some of the influencers in the world from
- 2:04:14a technological standpoint. Some of you have never seen some
- 2:04:17of the giants, the tech giants. You've never met with
- 2:04:20them one on one, and yet people dress like them,
- 2:04:24talk like them, bear their names. How many people today
- 2:04:27will fight to own the jerseys of certain footballers use jerseys.
- 2:04:33That's the power of influence. Are we together? Because you see,
- 2:04:41the human spirit was so designed. I've taught you to
- 2:04:45find fulfillment when you make progress, and when you see
- 2:04:49people who model what you desire to become, it's usually
- 2:04:53a beautiful sight to behold. And chances are excellent that
- 2:04:56you will want to practice anything you think they are doing.
- 2:04:59To have gotten to that position. Influence results. Our generation
- 2:05:05is so vulnerable to influence. This is why God must
- 2:05:09raise models that represent the counsel of God.
- 2:05:12Speaker 1: Holistically.
- 2:05:13Speaker 2: Let's show the world what it means to be intelligent, blessed, humble.
- 2:05:18Speaker 1: And yet loving the Lord with all our hearts.
- 2:05:21Speaker 2: And let me tell you, when your heart is right,
- 2:05:23God will take the limits of your life and elevate you.
- 2:05:26You've heard me say it, and I will repeat it
- 2:05:28again that the Lord told me many years ago that
- 2:05:31if you see, if you let men see me, there
- 2:05:34is nothing I will not give you. Allelujah. The question
- 2:05:39I have for you is that if the whole world
- 2:05:42were to model their lives after you, will the world
- 2:05:45become a better place or a terrible place? If the
- 2:05:49whole world We're given a divine instruction by God that
- 2:05:53between now and the end of the year December, everybody
- 2:05:56on Earth, from Europe to America, Asia, Antarctica, across the continents,
- 2:06:03you are the God's recommended model. And everybody young and old,
- 2:06:09educated on educated, diplomats, academicians, intellectuals, family people, they are
- 2:06:15mandated by God to model only you for six months.
- 2:06:20Will it solve the problem in the world or will
- 2:06:23it add to the problem in the world. Make reference
- 2:06:28to my teaching redefining Inheritance and then the teaching what
- 2:06:32seekest now There I teach on the concept of fulfillment
- 2:06:35and progress and impact. And one of the things I
- 2:06:38taught as an inheritance is a good name. At the
- 2:06:43end of your life. Your name can be a key
- 2:06:46or a padlock. I repeat, at the end of your
- 2:06:49life to your children and to all those who look
- 2:06:53up to you. Your name can be a key that
- 2:06:56opens closed doors, or your name can be a padlock.
- 2:06:59Speaker 1: The truth about it is whether.
- 2:07:01Speaker 2: You look at it politically or spiritually or generally. There
- 2:07:05are people today, if you mention their names, their names
- 2:07:09represent hope. When you mention people like Nelson Mandela, When
- 2:07:12you mention people like Mahatma Gandhi, these are people who
- 2:07:16their names exemplify hope. People can cry literally are the
- 2:07:22mention of their name because they're inspired by what they
- 2:07:25live for. There are other names like Satan. When you mention,
- 2:07:31am I right on that? At least let me mention
- 2:07:33the worst Satan. Imagine someone calling you that name and
- 2:07:42then he says, I'm joking. You will still be angry.
- 2:07:45Speaker 1: Am I right on that? Why is it a spelling?
- 2:07:50Speaker 2: Very beautiful spelling, but there is a terrible history behind
- 2:07:53that name?
- 2:07:54Speaker 1: Is it S that is wrong?
- 2:07:56Speaker 2: Or A that is wrong? Or T that is wrong?
- 2:07:58These are letters in enoughphabet that way called I'm the letters.
- 2:08:02Speaker 1: Of an alphabet, but that there is a history behind
- 2:08:04that name.
- 2:08:05Speaker 2: I'm praying for you that if there is anything connected
- 2:08:08to your name today, that at the mention of will
- 2:08:11will represent pungency and make people say, over my dead
- 2:08:15body made the messy of God, erase it today. I
- 2:08:19say to get made the messy of God. Erase it today.
- 2:08:25There are families today where individuals connected to those families
- 2:08:29have had to change the surnames, in fact, change the
- 2:08:32entire names. Do you know why, because if they there
- 2:08:36mentioned that name in certain quoters and certain circles, it
- 2:08:40can change their destiny indefinitely.
- 2:08:45Speaker 1: Influence ladies and gentlemen.
- 2:08:49Speaker 2: Influence is beyond social media, even though social media plays
- 2:08:55a great role because of the generation administers too.
- 2:08:59Speaker 1: But I can tell you this, the greatest way to
- 2:09:02market anything is the truth.
- 2:09:06Speaker 2: You have no fear if what you are advocating and
- 2:09:08communicating is the truth. The limitation with the social media space,
- 2:09:12with all due respect, is that it has provided an
- 2:09:16advantage for growth, for increase for enlightenment, but it has
- 2:09:21come with a terrible side effect that sells falsehood. Falsehood
- 2:09:26is literally a product, and many keep buying it. One
- 2:09:32of the major products being sold out and is being
- 2:09:35consumed by people is falsehood. You can spend your entire
- 2:09:40life creating the narrative of a lie, or living in
- 2:09:44a lie, selling a lie, being deceived yourself and deceiving others.
- 2:09:50That is the one demerit unfortunate thing about the ill
- 2:09:54use of the social media space. It is a very
- 2:09:58profitable platform. It has changed the way world redefine civilization.
- 2:10:02But it is only most profitable if these ills, this
- 2:10:06side effects can be managed. Coinonia is not only a
- 2:10:12place of power and grace, miracles, science and wonders.
- 2:10:17Speaker 1: We have a mandate to also raise people of influence.
- 2:10:20Speaker 2: And I'm telling you you do not know the joy
- 2:10:22in my heart when I hear that God is giving
- 2:10:25people jobs, giving people promotions, elevating them. For me, as
- 2:10:29a man of God, I don't just beat my chest
- 2:10:31and say wow, my people are rising. No, no, no,
- 2:10:32no no. My joy is that vision that God has
- 2:10:35given Genesis seventeen six, that it is coming to pass,
- 2:10:38and I'm praying for you. I would never stop even
- 2:10:41now I'm saying it again. Any position you need to
- 2:10:44rise to, whether in sports, whether in media space, whether
- 2:10:48as a man of God, whatever kind of results your
- 2:10:52life needs to produce to give you an elevated platform.
- 2:10:56May my God, who is also your God, lived you
- 2:10:58and keep you there and hear me for some of
- 2:11:03you who are already lifted there any power that wants
- 2:11:06to bring you down.
- 2:11:07Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus, I call upon the God
- 2:11:10of Heaven.
- 2:11:11Speaker 2: May here rise and sear down any altar that wants
- 2:11:14to bring you down. I say it again, men by God,
- 2:11:18a rise and tear down any altar choprakatu'siata any man
- 2:11:24who has been elevated by God. And any conspiracy by
- 2:11:28charms or hexy spells or enchantments that said this man,
- 2:11:33this woman must die, this person was faul this priation
- 2:11:37wast fall, this politician must fall.
- 2:11:39Speaker 1: I declae and declare.
- 2:11:41Speaker 2: Those altars are scattered right now, Allelujah. There are forces
- 2:11:50looking for men of God to bring them down. You
- 2:11:53know why not because of the man of God. Because
- 2:11:56if such a great man goes down, the millions of
- 2:11:59people who believe in the person who also go down.
- 2:12:02There are many business men who many people eat because
- 2:12:06of your business. And you see the strategiest this. When
- 2:12:09Satan sees that you are in an elevated position.
- 2:12:12Speaker 1: Where your life matters.
- 2:12:14Speaker 2: To the well being of many people, you become his
- 2:12:16principle source of attack. He will use anything human, systemic, demonic,
- 2:12:22spiritual discouragement. Danielle was elevated in Babylon, and because of
- 2:12:29his position, he was protecting not only the interests of God.
- 2:12:34I'm not advocating fanatism. Listen to me. The Christianity that
- 2:12:38I preach does not profit Christians the presentity that I.
- 2:12:41Speaker 1: Profit all men.
- 2:12:43Speaker 2: I don't advocated Christianity that downplace other religions. You will
- 2:12:47never hear me do that. Jesus came and he fed
- 2:12:50five thousand men. The Bible does not tell us that
- 2:12:53everybody there was a believer. I will never advocate the
- 2:12:57Christianity that is built on blind fannatism.
- 2:13:00Speaker 1: Please hear me.
- 2:13:01Speaker 2: If you're a politician here, or you are anyone in
- 2:13:04an elevated position, God did not put you there to
- 2:13:07favor Christians alone. God put you there to favor all men.
- 2:13:11The Bible says, be good to all men. Albeity says,
- 2:13:15especially there that are of the household of faith. Let
- 2:13:18the Gospel and the Kingdom profit from your life, but
- 2:13:21not from a standpoint of blind fanatism. There are many
- 2:13:26people today who are being wrongly mentored, and they got
- 2:13:29to positions of authority, and the only people they so
- 2:13:32were Christians, and they left other people or the non
- 2:13:36Christians hungry.
- 2:13:37Speaker 1: No, if you are putting a position, you are there.
- 2:13:40Speaker 2: Of course, everybody will serve to reflect what they believe.
- 2:13:44But let me tell you sincerely, we are called to
- 2:13:46serve all men. When God grands us the privilege to
- 2:13:50do the things that we do to prisons, bore holes
- 2:13:52and the rest, we don't do it in.
- 2:13:54Speaker 1: Consideration to whether who is a Christian or not.
- 2:13:57Speaker 2: He sends the rein to the godly and young, godly
- 2:14:00privileged society must enjoy by reason of you being a
- 2:14:04child of God.
- 2:14:06Speaker 1: Are we together? I have to say this because when
- 2:14:10you are raising.
- 2:14:11Speaker 2: People of influence, influence is a delicate product. You can
- 2:14:16use it to mislead people. I say it again, I
- 2:14:18will never advocated Christianity that throws down other people. There
- 2:14:24are non Christians watching me right now, watching from various places.
- 2:14:29And as much as we are people who are motivated
- 2:14:32by our love for Jesus vocally, so orn as shamedly.
- 2:14:35So we have the responsibility of translating the Kingdom life
- 2:14:40to a context that better society. If abucha is better
- 2:14:44because of collinonia, we are serving God properly. If only
- 2:14:48Christians are better in a bucha, we are not serving
- 2:14:50God properly. You believe that when a road is built,
- 2:15:02it's not only Christians that will pass it. Am I
- 2:15:05right on that when health care becomes a thing worthy
- 2:15:08of emulation, it's not only Christian patients that will be
- 2:15:11attended to. How many people are operated upon, they pray
- 2:15:15before they go to the hospital. Yet it's a non
- 2:15:17Christian probably sometimes someone who is not even does not
- 2:15:21believe in anything, But that's the person who performs the surgery,
- 2:15:24and you submit your body to that person. This is
- 2:15:30responsible Christianity that.
- 2:15:32Speaker 1: You are learning.
- 2:15:33Speaker 2: So please hear me. If you have any practice in
- 2:15:36your place of power that that victimizes a certain set
- 2:15:41of people intentionally, that is not God's that is not
- 2:15:45the advocacy of the Christian faith. All should enjoy the benevolence,
- 2:15:50All should enjoy you being there. I'm saying this because
- 2:15:54weomen of God with all due respect, we need to
- 2:15:56be careful to not put pressure on the people of
- 2:15:59infraid that God has brought under our care. Leave them
- 2:16:02to serve with integrity and dignity. We can correct, we
- 2:16:06can advise, but never put anybody under the palm of
- 2:16:09your hand, under the guise of spiritual leadership. We must
- 2:16:13allow God's people to serve. When they go wrong, we
- 2:16:16correct them in love. Are we together? And we advocate
- 2:16:20a Christian context that makes the entire society profit. This
- 2:16:25is what Jesus thought.
- 2:16:27Speaker 1: That's what it means to be the soult of.
- 2:16:28Speaker 2: The earth, the light of the world. Please be seated.
- 2:16:35Speaker 1: Let me give you the last point, and then we'll
- 2:16:37finish greater works.
- 2:16:43Speaker 2: Part two.
- 2:16:47Speaker 1: I believe in influence. I advocate influence.
- 2:16:50Speaker 2: God is raising strategic people and giving them these mantles
- 2:16:55and these graces, elevating them. There are tools that help
- 2:16:59and individual to become a person of influence, excellence, the
- 2:17:03fortitude to do your work or to surpass ordinary standards.
- 2:17:08Speaker 1: Are we together now?
- 2:17:09Speaker 2: I will not give a job to a Christian who
- 2:17:12is lazy and will cut corners in the name of
- 2:17:14Jesus and will not do a great job. No, if
- 2:17:17I have a road project and someone comes, if you're
- 2:17:20a Christian.
- 2:17:20Speaker 1: You can secure my.
- 2:17:22Speaker 2: Sympathy in all fairness, and I will do it without
- 2:17:25I wouldn't do it without any hiding or whatever. But
- 2:17:29then you must show me the excellence you are bringing
- 2:17:31to the table. Considering you will only become an added
- 2:17:34advantage when I have seen.
- 2:17:36Speaker 1: That your excellence will be worth the while.
- 2:17:39Speaker 2: Let's not advocate blind fanatism that keeps destroying our continent
- 2:17:43and our nation. There are many people who have destroyed
- 2:17:47the lives of others in the name of Jesus, bad
- 2:17:49roads in the name of Jesus, bad buildings in the
- 2:17:54name of Jesus. And yet there are people who are
- 2:17:56competent and just because of biases of faith. When you
- 2:18:00hear me speak like this, I don't speak of myself.
- 2:18:03It is the spirit of God speaking through me. Allelujah.
- 2:18:10The Church should profit from every believer that God elevates.
- 2:18:15But in profiting we must not forget the fact that
- 2:18:19God sends us to minister to all men, and that
- 2:18:23influence is enhanced by a life of excellence.
- 2:18:27Speaker 1: Excellence.
- 2:18:29Speaker 2: If you are given a job, do it well with integrity.
- 2:18:32Those start eating the money before the contract is on.
- 2:18:35No be disciplined. Do the job well, the profit will come.
- 2:18:39And when you see, excellence has a way of recycling
- 2:18:42opportunities to your life again.
- 2:18:44Speaker 1: There is nobody who lives what works.
- 2:18:47Speaker 2: When you are excellent and you deliver as a man
- 2:18:51of God, God grants you grace. People will invite you
- 2:18:53for a conference. Do your own work. Don't stand there
- 2:18:56and just go and make noise, and then pray that
- 2:18:58you are invited again. No, you pray what you study,
- 2:19:02do your homework, speak to the people with excellence. You
- 2:19:05will go back there again. As a banker, do your
- 2:19:07work well. A businessman, do your work well. You run
- 2:19:11a shop and a mall. You wake up by eleven
- 2:19:13o'clock and close by three o'clock. And your excuse is
- 2:19:16that I'm running to church. I love you sincerely, but
- 2:19:19that approach is a loser's approach. You can employ people,
- 2:19:24and that includes other people who may not be there,
- 2:19:26so that while you are in church, your products are
- 2:19:28still running and you are blessing people.
- 2:19:31Speaker 1: Listen, I told you that.
- 2:19:32Speaker 2: The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is not just
- 2:19:34a spiritual platform. It's also an institution where people are
- 2:19:38reoriented afresh. In fact, it is the cheapest institution on earth,
- 2:19:45because you do not need to write jump to come
- 2:19:47to church. Age, range does not matter, quarter of regions
- 2:19:51does not matter. You find your way from your home
- 2:19:53and come and sit down, and after two three hours
- 2:19:56you leave a radically transformed version of you, the cheapest
- 2:20:00institution known to man as far as advocating change, transformation
- 2:20:06and greatness is concerned. Let me give my last point.
- 2:20:08Looks like I'm giving a speech. We're still in church.
- 2:20:14This is coin onia. This is not a un conference. Allelujah,
- 2:20:20the last Force. And then we find somewhere to pray.
- 2:20:23Have you been blessed the force of the prophetic greater works,
- 2:20:29the last force that I would give you that is
- 2:20:31responsible for manifesting greater works. And I'm going to be
- 2:20:36speaking over your life shortly and in the name of Jesus,
- 2:20:39this grace will work for you, the force of the prophetic.
- 2:20:44Exodus seventeen, from verse eight. The prophetic, as designed by
- 2:20:49God has been a major tool that has shifted changed
- 2:20:57the climates, the spiritual climate of territories. Men have come
- 2:21:02to bow to the lordship of Jesus all through scripture.
- 2:21:05Court see the prophetic every time people derail every time
- 2:21:10in society and a territory plunges to any kind of decadence.
- 2:21:14It is very usual of God, and it's a strategy
- 2:21:18to raise a prophetic voice.
- 2:21:20Speaker 1: And I'll explain to you what I mean by.
- 2:21:21Speaker 2: Prophetic, because for us believe us today. Let me say
- 2:21:25that upfront, the prophetic is not just limited to the
- 2:21:28office of a prophet.
- 2:21:30Speaker 1: There are three.
- 2:21:31Speaker 2: Dimensions of the prophetic. And I'll show you as we
- 2:21:33wrap up. But let's read Exodus seventeen from verse eight.
- 2:21:36Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 2:21:38Speaker 2: Then came Amlek and fought with Israel at Refidum.
- 2:21:43Speaker 1: We're reading down to fifteen.
- 2:21:45Speaker 2: The Bible says, and Moses said, onto Joshua, choose us out, men,
- 2:21:50and go out fight with Amlek. Tomorrow.
- 2:21:54Speaker 1: I will stand on the top of the heel with
- 2:21:57the rod of God in my hand.
- 2:21:58Speaker 2: Watch this. Now they are going to battle, and Moses
- 2:22:02is saying, I will not be there fighting, but I
- 2:22:04have a role to play in the victory of Israel.
- 2:22:07Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 2:22:08Speaker 2: And Moses said to Joshua versus verse ten.
- 2:22:10Speaker 1: Now let's go to verse ten.
- 2:22:12Speaker 2: So Joshua did as Moses had said to him and
- 2:22:15fought with Amelek. And Moses watched this, Aaron and oh,
- 2:22:21three men, they went to the top of the hill.
- 2:22:24You would think that a serious battle were happening. Moses
- 2:22:26should come and join and fight, But Moses said, no,
- 2:22:31My role in establishing these victory is not to fight physically.
- 2:22:34Speaker 1: I have a prophetic role. Watch this now verse eleven.
- 2:22:39Speaker 2: And it came to pass when Moses held up his
- 2:22:43hand that Israel prevailed. Look at this, and when he
- 2:22:48let down his hand, Amelek prevailed. What then was the
- 2:22:52excellency of the training. Warriors are fighting and the victory
- 2:22:57does not depend on the dexterity of their soul or
- 2:23:00they're skill in battle. That someone is fighting, who is
- 2:23:03not even looking at.
- 2:23:04Speaker 1: Moses, and yet a man.
- 2:23:06Speaker 2: Is standing and the position of his hand is literally defining.
- 2:23:10Speaker 1: The destiny of a nation.
- 2:23:15Speaker 2: Twelve. But Moses's hands became heavy. Can you imagine that
- 2:23:23that is trouble for Israel. Moses's hand, the prophetic became heavy,
- 2:23:29the prophetic became downplayed, and the Bible says.
- 2:23:34Speaker 1: And they took a stone.
- 2:23:36Speaker 2: Now watch this, You would think, because Moses was tired,
- 2:23:39it would be logical for Aaron or Joshua, Aaron and
- 2:23:43huw to say all right, Moses, go and rest. If
- 2:23:45it's all about the rod, will hold it. But the
- 2:23:48Bible says, no, it was not just about the rod.
- 2:23:51It was about the man.
- 2:23:53Speaker 1: Away.
- 2:23:53Speaker 2: Together they took a stone and put it under him,
- 2:23:57and he sat. They invented whatever skill under God to
- 2:24:01keep that hand lifted, because they understood that in the
- 2:24:05midst of swords, in the midst of skill, in the
- 2:24:09midst of courage, the prophetic still has a role to
- 2:24:12play in bringing the victory of a people, the Bible says,
- 2:24:16And Aaron and Harst stayed up his hand, and one
- 2:24:20on one side and the other on the other side,
- 2:24:23and his hands were sturdy until the going down of
- 2:24:27the sun. That's how long the battle lasted. And for
- 2:24:31as long as his hand was lifted, victory was clear.
- 2:24:34Thirteen and Joshua discomfited Amlek and his people with the
- 2:24:40edge of the sword. Now this looks like a mystery.
- 2:24:44Speaker 1: Now why are you telling us about Joshua and the
- 2:24:46sword again?
- 2:24:47Speaker 2: But the secret behind the scene was a man's hand,
- 2:24:51a prophet's hand ordained by God for the victory of
- 2:24:54the people. Fourteen Let's finish up, And the Lord said
- 2:24:57onto Moses, he said, write this.
- 2:25:00Speaker 1: When God says to write something, it means it's a pattern.
- 2:25:03Speaker 2: Are we together? When God says, right, you see the
- 2:25:06same thing in revelations. Right, every time God tells men
- 2:25:10to write, he's saying there is a spiritual pattern. Right,
- 2:25:15this is for a memorial in a book, and rehears
- 2:25:19it in the ears of Joshua. For I will utterly
- 2:25:23put out the remembrance of the Amelek from under heaven
- 2:25:26final verse fifteen, and Moses butt and altar there and
- 2:25:31named it after that experience as Jehovah Nissi.
- 2:25:38Speaker 1: Jehovah Nissi.
- 2:25:40Speaker 2: That name came out of an experience that your skill
- 2:25:44in partnership with the Prophetic is what produces greater works.
- 2:25:48Listen to me, ladies and gentlemen, you have been taught
- 2:25:51the value of the Prophetic. Here, for the sake of
- 2:25:54our discussion tonight, very quickly, let me give you three levels.
- 2:25:58Today I wrote here all believers can.
- 2:26:02Speaker 1: Enjoy the blessings of the Prophetic.
- 2:26:05Speaker 2: Today, all believers can enjoy the blessings of the Prophetic
- 2:26:11through these three channels. All believers can enjoy the blessings
- 2:26:15of the Prophetic through these three channels. Number one, the
- 2:26:19Word of God. The Word of God affords all believers
- 2:26:24the opportunity to enjoy the prophetic second Peter one nineteen.
- 2:26:28Second Peter one nineteen. The first channel by which all
- 2:26:33believers can enjoy the ministry of the prophetic for their
- 2:26:36profiting is called the world of God.
- 2:26:39Speaker 1: It says, we have also a more show word of prophecy.
- 2:26:44Speaker 2: So it calls scripture the Word of God, a most
- 2:26:48shore word of prophecy. That means, if you never have
- 2:26:51the opportunity to meet any prophet one on one as
- 2:26:55it where, you are still not.
- 2:26:57Speaker 1: Disadvantage as it were.
- 2:26:58Speaker 2: If you have access to the world Lord, that the
- 2:27:00Word of God is able to meet wife, you're accessing
- 2:27:03the blessing of the prophetic.
- 2:27:05Speaker 1: Number two, The second.
- 2:27:10Speaker 2: Basis for enjoying the ministry of the prophetic for the
- 2:27:13believer today is the ministry of the Holy Spirit. The
- 2:27:17Holy Spirit has been given to all believers without reservation,
- 2:27:21and his ministry affords you an opportunity to enjoy the
- 2:27:25prophetic John sixteen thirteen. Is God speaking to someone John
- 2:27:30sixteen thirteen, How be it when he the Spirit of
- 2:27:34Truth is come? The Bible says he will guide you
- 2:27:37into all truth? Are you seeing his prophetic assignment? There?
- 2:27:41He shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear,
- 2:27:46that shall he speak I like the last sentence. And
- 2:27:49he will show you things to come. So, if you
- 2:27:53do not have the privilege of hearing Joshua Selman prophesied
- 2:27:57or speak to you, you have no fear, because greater
- 2:28:00Joshua Salman is in you, and with you are we together.
- 2:28:03Now it's good to receive of the prophetic ministry, but
- 2:28:07you must be careful so that you do not get
- 2:28:10into the idolatry of worshiping the prophetic above the world
- 2:28:14of God and above the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
- 2:28:17Every man of God that operates in the prophetic correctly
- 2:28:21is empowered by the Spirit of God who lives in you.
- 2:28:24So the Bible says that he can show you things
- 2:28:27to come. It is an advantage when you have a
- 2:28:30vessel that can bring guidance and direction, reprove correction, instruction,
- 2:28:35and help you exhortation, like the Bible says.
- 2:28:39Speaker 1: But that you are not at a disadvantage as it.
- 2:28:42Speaker 2: Were if you do not have a physical personality that
- 2:28:46represents the prophetic. The ministry of the Holy Spirit can
- 2:28:49become that breach and help you to know things to come.
- 2:28:53The Bible says in First Corinthians to Unvers ten, First
- 2:28:56Corinthians to Unvers ten of the Holy Spirit as a
- 2:29:02channel for expressing the prophetic. But God had revealed them
- 2:29:06to us. The revelatory dimension of the prophetic does not
- 2:29:11just happen because of a vessel. It happens also because
- 2:29:15of the Holy Spirit, it says, for the Spirit can
- 2:29:18such all things. There is no prophet that can touch
- 2:29:21all things of God. Because the Bible says in First Corinternstatin,
- 2:29:24it says, we see impart and we prophesy in part.
- 2:29:28So the most accurate of any prophet on earth is
- 2:29:31still limited. Are we together now? But the Holy Spirit
- 2:29:34has the unique ability to such all things, even the
- 2:29:38deep things of God. Part of those old things are
- 2:29:41the matters that relate to your destiny, the matters that
- 2:29:44relate to your ministry, the matters that relate to your family.
- 2:29:48And that when you pay respect to the prophetic minister
- 2:29:51of the Holy Spirit, you can receive and outsource that
- 2:29:54prophetic advantage could see the Holy Spirit. And then finally,
- 2:30:00the third, which is the most common channel for expressing
- 2:30:04the prophetic is through the ministry gifts that we call
- 2:30:08the prophetic. And by prophetic here it does not just
- 2:30:11mean prophetic office. It just means everyone who, either by
- 2:30:15call or by alignment, has come to a position where
- 2:30:19they are able to communicate the counsel of God. There
- 2:30:21are prophets who are called of God into that ministry,
- 2:30:25but there are believers who have stayed with God and
- 2:30:28evolved into dimensions where they are prophetic has been so
- 2:30:33sharpened you will think they are prophets, but they are not. Profits.
- 2:30:36The prophetic is a privilege of every believer, the same
- 2:30:39way everybody can cook.
- 2:30:41Speaker 1: You have access to the kitchen. But there are people
- 2:30:44called chefs. Am I right on that?
- 2:30:46Speaker 2: Yes, those people are specialized. If you want to cook
- 2:30:49for kings and the rest, they are the people to call.
- 2:30:52But that does not mean everybody has the privilege of
- 2:30:55a kitchen and to cook there.
- 2:30:58Speaker 1: This is how it is.
- 2:31:00Speaker 2: There are people called into the office of the prophetic.
- 2:31:03According to Efphicients for eleven and twelve, he gave on
- 2:31:07to some apostles. He gave on to some prophets, some evangelists,
- 2:31:12some pastors, and teachers, to what end twelve for the equipping, perfecting,
- 2:31:18maturing of the saints, for the work of the ministry,
- 2:31:22and for the defying of the Body of Christ. Certain
- 2:31:26to the points that we come into the unity of faith,
- 2:31:29of the knowledge of the Son of God, onto a
- 2:31:32perfect man, onto the measure of the stature of the
- 2:31:36fullness of Christ. But not this for a certainty that
- 2:31:42if you ignore the prophetic, either the prophetic that comes
- 2:31:45from scripture, the prophetic that comes from the inspiration and
- 2:31:49the guidance of the Spirit, or the prophetic that comes
- 2:31:53from the voices that God has placed over you, you
- 2:31:56will never be able to command greater works. Jesus, the
- 2:32:02first dimension of the prophetic at work in his life
- 2:32:06was the very fact that he was the Word incarnate.
- 2:32:10He was the Word himself. Yet from age twelve he
- 2:32:14went to the temple to learn scripture, to find out
- 2:32:18the things that were written concerning him, to lend the
- 2:32:21law number two. The Bible tells us that Jesus himself
- 2:32:26the Holy Ghost came upon him.
- 2:32:28Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 2:32:29Speaker 2: After he was being baptized of a man, he prophet
- 2:32:32again called John, and then the Holy Ghost came upon him.
- 2:32:36He went to the wilderness, and so on and so forth,
- 2:32:39and all through John only met him once and did
- 2:32:42not meet him again until he died, as recorded in scripture.
- 2:32:46But the Holy Spirit remained with Jesus until the time
- 2:32:50that he was about to perform the substitutionally sacrifice, where
- 2:32:56he had to leave him so that he would become seen.
- 2:32:59That's why the same spirit that came back on the
- 2:33:02third day and raised Christ from the dead, meaning he
- 2:33:05was not in him.
- 2:33:06Speaker 1: Jesus would never have died with the Holy Spirit
