- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Let's make miracles happen.
- 0:11SPEAKER_02: All right, we are back with another episode of Making Miracles Happen masterclass.
- 0:16SPEAKER_02: And this is a masterclass because our speakers can share with you some really amazing things.
- 0:22SPEAKER_02: And I'm looking forward to seeing what we talk about today and what you can learn today.
- 0:26SPEAKER_02: So, to my guest that's in front of me right now, I see your beautiful face, but you guys are all listening to this on audio only.
- 0:33SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm very interested in what got you started in the work that you do right now.
- 0:39SPEAKER_03: Thank you very much for having me here today, Adrian.
- 0:42SPEAKER_03: Uh, so it's really fascinating.
- 0:44SPEAKER_03: I was a total atheist for like my whole life.
- 0:47SPEAKER_03: And I'm 56 years old, and I started going on a bit of a spiritual journey after I got in caught in this prison riot.
- 0:54SPEAKER_03: I worked at a prison and there was this riot, and it just put me in this dark night of the soul, all this trauma.
- 0:59SPEAKER_03: I had to like totally change careers.
- 1:01SPEAKER_03: And I went six years down the rabbit hole of podcasts, you know, listening to everything spiritual, which culminated in this me finding this medical intuitive on a podcast.
- 1:13SPEAKER_03: I booked a session with him, and he told me in the session after two hours that I had all these spiritual gifts, including the gift of being a medical intuitive, and that he was going to send me some clients and he had a waiting list.
- 1:31SPEAKER_03: And could he um put me on his website?
- 1:34SPEAKER_03: And I was like, what are you talking about?
- 1:37SPEAKER_03: I mean, I knew I had been intuitive and I'd I'd been working as a counselor in a high school and I'd been doing this um emotional freedom techniques, like tapping with students, and I would get a few like downloads in my head, which came through his clear cognizance, you know, that knowing that comes in your, you know, you just get this.
- 1:55SPEAKER_03: I would just go, oh, but I thought I was like really good at guessing or seeing patterns.
- 2:00SPEAKER_03: But he was like, No, you have you're a transmuter, you can see in the body, and oh, I have no idea what you're talking about.
- 2:07SPEAKER_03: So he enjoyed it.
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: He invited me on a couple of his calls because he was based in Europe.
- 2:12SPEAKER_03: So I'd work during the day, I'd come home, I'm in Australia, and then um he's like, Oh no, Piggy, like he had this heavy French accent, Piggy, you can do it, you can do it.
- 2:20SPEAKER_03: I was like, What?
- 2:21SPEAKER_03: So I closed my eyes and I start getting these hits.
- 2:25SPEAKER_03: I feel, I said, Oh, do you have pain in your left knee?
- 2:28SPEAKER_03: Because I could feel the pain in my left knee.
- 2:30SPEAKER_03: And I guess I'd always had these mirrored symptoms, which I didn't, I didn't really knew that I'd had.
- 2:35SPEAKER_03: But when I really actively tuned into the body, I was actually accurate.
- 2:39SPEAKER_03: And she said, Yeah, I have a pain in my left knee.
- 2:41SPEAKER_03: And my mentor was like, You can take it, you can remove that.
- 2:44SPEAKER_03: I said, What?
- 2:45SPEAKER_03: How can I do that?
- 2:46SPEAKER_03: So I he taught me, and then I ended up mentoring with him, and we did a whole bunch of joint sessions until he kind of like, you know, just launched me and said, You can do it on your own.
- 2:57SPEAKER_03: And it's been a crazy, crazy, crazy journey since then.
- 3:01SPEAKER_03: Um, and I mean, I'm talking about, you know, um go, you know, channeling coming through.
- 3:08SPEAKER_03: And he's like, oh no, no, this is your channeling Master of Sui.
- 3:11SPEAKER_03: I said, I am, and and and this voice would come through and this information.
- 3:15SPEAKER_03: And then it was all these different beings were coming through, galactic guides.
- 3:20SPEAKER_03: He said to me, Um, this was the he said, Oh, your your star family is here and you're here to, you know, activate, uh, they're here to activate you.
- 3:28SPEAKER_03: And I had no idea.
- 3:30SPEAKER_03: So I've just been open and look, I was such a skeptic before, and now I nothing shocks me.
- 3:36SPEAKER_03: Um, and I'm very grounded and sort of, I was very scientifically minded and very skeptical for so long.
- 3:44SPEAKER_03: So it it, you know, there's no science proving what actually energy healing is.
- 3:50SPEAKER_03: I know that they're starting to look at the research, but I couldn't tell you exactly what's happening.
- 3:56SPEAKER_03: It's just that the clients report that they feel shifts.
- 4:00SPEAKER_03: And it's like, is this placebo?
- 4:02SPEAKER_03: No, it's stronger than placebo.
- 4:05SPEAKER_03: Um, so yeah, that's uh that's how that's how I found my gifts.
- 4:09SPEAKER_03: It was a miracle.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: So I have a few different directions I want to go in.
- 4:15SPEAKER_02: I'm trying to, I'm trying to, I'm trying to bring myself back down because I'm like, that's one of the most interesting stories I've ever heard about somebody getting started.
- 4:23SPEAKER_02: Uh the first question I guess I have about what you've just shared was it's about the atheist.
- 4:31SPEAKER_02: What is atheism?
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: What is how do you say being an atheist?
- 4:35SPEAKER_02: Everybody knows what that is, right?
- 4:37SPEAKER_02: So being an atheist is what does that mean to you exactly?
- 4:42SPEAKER_02: Because here's this is why I asked you said when you started going down this rabbit hole, you decided to go get an intuitive reading.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: And I'm wondering, like, would an atheist do that?
- 4:54SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't know what it to necessarily say, hey, I'm an atheist and what I'm I'm willing to do or not willing to do.
- 5:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I probably missed a couple of parts of that story.
- 5:04SPEAKER_03: But what happened was I grew up such a good Catholic girl.
- 5:08SPEAKER_03: Like I went to mass every day in high school.
- 5:10SPEAKER_03: I was at a Catholic high school, but when I started studying real um at university, I studied politics, religion, comparative religions, and history.
- 5:19SPEAKER_03: And I just couldn't reconcile a God that will allow all this suffering.
- 5:23SPEAKER_03: I just thought there's no such, it could, I just couldn't, I couldn't fathom that, you know, that this would be allowed.
- 5:30SPEAKER_03: As I could see all the devastation and, you know, genocides, etc., and and wars and cruelty and me.
- 5:37SPEAKER_03: And I was drawn to the Buddhism, which is there's no, it's like, you know, there is no God.
- 5:42SPEAKER_03: It's just this sort of, you know, um, I didn't really understand Buddhism back then, but I had this um religious, this religion professor, and she called herself like a Buddhist atheist Jew.
- 5:54SPEAKER_03: And I was like, ah, I resonate with that culturally Buddh uh Jewish, but like, you know, atheism as of there is no God.
- 6:01SPEAKER_03: So I was firmly in this stance until about a few months before the prison riot, this guy that I worked with told me about his near-death experience at this work drinks function, and my job was just like, what?
- 6:14SPEAKER_03: I could, I was what?
- 6:16SPEAKER_03: And he was telling me about the light, and it just planted a seed.
- 6:19SPEAKER_03: It planted a seed in my head at the possibility of something being there.
- 6:24SPEAKER_03: And then when I went through this prison riot and I was just this, I was a shell.
- 6:29SPEAKER_03: I'd booked a psychologist.
- 6:31SPEAKER_03: Um, but my friend was like, go and see this psychic.
- 6:34SPEAKER_03: She's like, this is my friend.
- 6:36SPEAKER_03: No, she's really good.
- 6:37SPEAKER_03: I'm like, what is this psychic gonna tell me?
- 6:39SPEAKER_03: And when I sat down with the psychic and she knew everything about me, I thought, what the heck?
- 6:44SPEAKER_03: How does she know that stuff?
- 6:45SPEAKER_03: So that's what planted the seed.
- 6:47SPEAKER_03: And I was starting to be curious.
- 6:49SPEAKER_03: I mean, I was, I was always this sort of um, I was in and out of this, like I love, I kind of had this fascination with ghosts because I just wanted somebody to tell me that it was real.
- 6:59SPEAKER_03: My cousins used to, you know, tell me these ghost stories when I was growing up.
- 7:03SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, no, ghosts are not real, there's no such thing.
- 7:05SPEAKER_03: And then I was like, oh, maybe energy doesn't, you know, the whole quantum physics stuff.
- 7:09SPEAKER_03: It was, it was just starting to like plant seeds.
- 7:12SPEAKER_03: And then when I went down the rabbit hole of podcasts, I was cling to everybody who had a PhD and physics, psychiatrists, psychologists, any sort of learned professional of like a you know, up, you know, sound mind, it's it seemed, who they were speaking about remote viewing, channeling, past lives, you know, um, energy is neither created nor destroyed.
- 7:38SPEAKER_03: All these concepts.
- 7:39SPEAKER_03: And these were people with PhDs in physics, you know.
- 7:42SPEAKER_03: Um, and I'm thinking that's like Tom, I know, like like Tom Campbell and you know, all these people.
- 7:48SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, okay, there has to be some validity to this.
- 7:53SPEAKER_03: And then of course, now it's just it's just part of who I am.
- 7:56SPEAKER_03: And um, and I have friends that are quite skeptical, and I just go, that's fine, that's where you're at.
- 8:02SPEAKER_03: I'm not here to convince you.
- 8:04SPEAKER_03: How long have you been doing this?
- 8:07SPEAKER_03: I have been doing this work for only two and a half years of this work.
- 8:12SPEAKER_03: So it literally, I it was February 2024.
- 8:17SPEAKER_03: Um, I actually booked the session with the guy in April, and he emailed me and said, I'm called to see you earlier.
- 8:24SPEAKER_03: He just had this feeling that he needed to activate me.
- 8:27SPEAKER_03: And then he he took me under his wing and then kind of launched me.
- 8:31SPEAKER_03: And then I did a podcast in the January of 2025 that got 10,000 views, and I got booked out for three months.
- 8:39SPEAKER_03: And then I did another podcast and I got booked out, and it was just how it how it worked.
- 8:44SPEAKER_03: It was just this the person who put me on his podcast.
- 8:47SPEAKER_03: I had been to two of his retreats, and I just said, You changed my life.
- 8:51SPEAKER_03: Your podcast changed my life.
- 8:52SPEAKER_03: His name is Guy Lawrence, the Guy Lawrence Podcast.
- 8:54SPEAKER_03: He's a beautiful man.
- 8:56SPEAKER_03: And um, so yeah, from there it's just, it's just, I've met the most incredible people, I've done some collaborations, and I've, you know, continue to dive through down deep into the spiritual journey thread, uncovering more, you know, gifts and uh discovering there is no truth.
- 9:15SPEAKER_03: I don't even know about truth.
- 9:16SPEAKER_03: Like we just make it all up.
- 9:17SPEAKER_03: I don't, you know.
- 9:18SPEAKER_02: It's interesting because I've been doing this work for 20, I think this is my 27th year, and it's all been about science for me.
- 9:26SPEAKER_02: So to hear you go, I don't think science can explain what's happening.
- 9:30SPEAKER_02: Science has already explained what's happening.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: They did years ago.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: But I think the problem is that it can't be mainstream.
- 9:39SPEAKER_02: This is what we talk about.
- 9:40SPEAKER_02: The science has already shown you how this works because then everything else that works in the system doesn't work anymore.
- 9:46SPEAKER_02: People won't go in this direction, they go in this direction.
- 9:49SPEAKER_02: But this has been explained since 1999 at least.
- 9:52SPEAKER_02: You know, when I was going to school, when I did my first healing course, we had science, we had literal science and research that was showing us how this worked.
- 10:01SPEAKER_02: So that's fascinating to me.
- 10:02SPEAKER_02: I was wondering how long you've been doing this because I'm like, she's missing out on a lot of information.
- 10:08SPEAKER_02: We're looking at nowadays.
- 10:10SPEAKER_02: But like you said, there's scientists talking about this.
- 10:14SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 10:15SPEAKER_03: And the thing is, is when you have a particular viewpoint and a lens that that's just woo-woo, those people are creating you don't go there at all.
- 10:24SPEAKER_03: Like, and then of course, now I, you know, and you're open to the up the possibility, and you're like, oh, this has been here all along.
- 10:31SPEAKER_02: You know, there is a part two when you when you believe in it and you experience it, you're like, I really don't need the science behind it anymore.
- 10:36SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 10:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 10:39SPEAKER_03: Although science is really good now, and and I I've been uh you know, I've been really um excited about some of this new research, particularly around looking at the efficacy of energy healing.
- 10:52SPEAKER_03: And, you know, you know, these incredible research scientists in the lab testing it out, you know, it can be placebo, they're working on you know petri dishes.
- 11:01SPEAKER_03: So that's really exciting, you know.
- 11:03SPEAKER_03: And I'm I'm I think it's it's gonna end up mainstream.
- 11:07SPEAKER_03: And I uh and I, you know, a lot of my clients I've had doctors, um, veterinarians, uh, I have a vet, you know, she's just the most mainstream sort of like Australian horse fed.
- 11:18SPEAKER_03: And um she, I was like, oh, you you you talk to horses.
- 11:23SPEAKER_03: She's like, yep.
- 11:23SPEAKER_03: And I was like, you know, this is that she can't tell this to her like, you know, her clients and the owners that people that, you know, she's a full horse whisperer who can heal hands-on healing on horses.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: Um it's it's exciting.
- 11:38SPEAKER_03: And you know, I've worked with surgeons and GPs and people who see and feel energy on that.
- 11:43SPEAKER_03: They are healing people within the operating room just with their vibration.
- 11:48SPEAKER_03: It's so incredible.
- 11:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know, I said to this lady, you have a zero, you have a zero infection rate.
- 11:54SPEAKER_03: She's like, that's true.
- 11:55SPEAKER_03: I said, what do you think that's attributed to?
- 11:58SPEAKER_03: I said it's your energy.
- 11:59SPEAKER_03: Like you are literally this healing presence in the in the theater, operating theater.
- 12:05SPEAKER_03: Isn't that exciting?
- 12:06SPEAKER_03: So if people tapped into their gifts as well as doing whatever their their medical jobs are, I mean, it's it's the you know, the I don't know.
- 12:16SPEAKER_03: It's exciting.
- 12:17SPEAKER_03: It's really exciting what's happening, what's going to happen in the future.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: So you have the seed planted as you're an atheist, somebody plants a seed about something that that could be possible, and then you have this prison riot.
- 12:29SPEAKER_02: Can you tell us what happened?
- 12:31SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 12:33SPEAKER_03: So look, at that stage, I was classic burnout.
- 12:38SPEAKER_03: I'd had a pretty look, my, you know, my mother's my mother was tragically orphaned.
- 12:44SPEAKER_03: Her mother was murdered.
- 12:45SPEAKER_03: There was lots of trauma.
- 12:47SPEAKER_03: And I grew up as a people pleaser, overgiving, you know.
- 12:52SPEAKER_03: So by the time the riot happened, I was in chronic pain.
- 12:55SPEAKER_03: I had gut issues, I had insomnia.
- 12:58SPEAKER_03: I was down to eating probably kale and salmon, the only two things that didn't bother my stomach.
- 13:03SPEAKER_03: And, you know, about 17 coffees a day, you know, just to get through it after you've not slept all night.
- 13:08SPEAKER_03: I was pretty stressed.
- 13:09SPEAKER_03: And I was walking into the, I worked at this like juvenile detention center.
- 13:13SPEAKER_03: And of course, uh, I was, you know, with the the hardest, you know, give me the hardest kids because uh, you know, give me all the toughest ones because that's, you know, I can handle it.
- 13:23SPEAKER_03: And uh I was just in fight or flight all day long, right?
- 13:28SPEAKER_03: But and now I look back, my intuition was really strong.
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: I could see when shit was going down, you know, like I could, I I would just walk out and I knew.
- 13:37SPEAKER_03: And I had a I had a very strong penish and I said, don't send this kid to the programs this afternoon.
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: So they were on their unit and they would go to school in the in the in the classrooms.
- 13:47SPEAKER_03: I said, he is really agitated anyway.
- 13:50SPEAKER_03: Of course they sent him anyway.
- 13:52SPEAKER_03: He he he just kicks off.
- 13:55SPEAKER_03: He starts taking tables and smashing windows.
- 13:58SPEAKER_03: And next thing you know, I'm in the adjacent classroom and everything is opaque glass, so they wouldn't scream at each other, the boys between the classrooms.
- 14:07SPEAKER_03: I can't see what's going on.
- 14:08SPEAKER_03: I have to hide.
- 14:09SPEAKER_03: I'm kind of in, I can hear all the screaming, I can hear the glass breaking.
- 14:13SPEAKER_03: I can't leave the classroom because it's going into the riot.
- 14:17SPEAKER_03: That the secondary door had been locked uh for various reasons.
- 14:22SPEAKER_03: So I'm standing in the corner of this classroom, and all of a sudden, this window just smashes all over me.
- 14:30SPEAKER_03: Um, some the boys are trying to break out the other boys from my classroom to break them out.
- 14:36SPEAKER_03: And at this stage, I've got glass all over me.
- 14:40SPEAKER_03: They call a code white, they're brandishing weapons.
- 14:43SPEAKER_03: They've got the table legs, they've got, and this is steel.
- 14:46SPEAKER_03: So I go and hide in a closet for a couple of hours because I have no phone, I have nothing, I have no radio because I'm a teacher.
- 14:52SPEAKER_03: I'm supposed to just press my duress alarm and leave.
- 14:55SPEAKER_03: Um, eventually I got escorted to a safe spot.
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: Well, those boys ended up um taking control of the whole um prison and ended up destroying the whole thing because of various policies of not being, you know, they're not allowed to restrain a child with a weapon, like or like up and when they've brandished something because they, yeah.
- 15:16SPEAKER_03: So it was it was pretty horrific.
- 15:19SPEAKER_03: But what was more horrific was how I got treated afterwards, right?
- 15:23SPEAKER_03: So I that that's a whole other story.
- 15:26SPEAKER_03: I don't really want to go in for you.
- 15:28SPEAKER_03: But it what what happened was, you know, as a as a spiritual awakening event, it's like when your whole identity of who you think you are shifts, right?
- 15:39SPEAKER_03: Who I was, I was this competent, like like optimistic, hopeful, like just supermon.
- 15:47SPEAKER_03: I would, I would do everything.
- 15:49SPEAKER_03: And I was always relying on like external validation of self-worth, right?
- 15:54SPEAKER_03: So I'd what and they go, you work in a prison, they go, wow, you're amazing.
- 15:57SPEAKER_03: I'm like, yeah, I'm amazing.
- 15:58SPEAKER_03: But you know, deep inside, I had to, that's what I relied on.
- 16:03SPEAKER_03: I needed all that external validation.
- 16:05SPEAKER_03: But inside, my insides are dying.
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: My my I'm in pain, I'm in chronic pain, I'm in, I'm insomniac, I'm stressed, I'm anxious.
- 16:13SPEAKER_03: And I can't say any of that, you know, because that's not the perfectionist, like super mom persona.
- 16:21SPEAKER_03: So I would just drink every Friday night to sort of end it all.
- 16:24SPEAKER_03: I'm kind of curious.
- 16:26SPEAKER_02: What about this experience gave you an awakening?
- 16:29SPEAKER_02: What was like a moment that you said I had an awakening?
- 16:34SPEAKER_03: So the the major awakening for me was my identity of who I thought I was was completely shifted.
- 16:44SPEAKER_03: And the awakening component of it was in that very first session with this psychic, and she put me on her on her bed.
- 16:51SPEAKER_03: I closed my eyes and and she's doing this healing on me.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: And I go, oh my God, there's a woman here.
- 16:57SPEAKER_03: I said, I could see, and it was my mother, it was my dead mother.
- 17:00SPEAKER_03: She came to me to help heal me within this, in this healing session with this psychic.
- 17:07SPEAKER_03: And all of a sudden I was like, okay, there is an afterlife.
- 17:10SPEAKER_03: I have connection to my mother who passed when I was 25, who I did a fractious relationship with.
- 17:16SPEAKER_03: I I'm no longer, I could not go back to work because they destroyed my work.
- 17:21SPEAKER_03: So I'm not a, I'm not a teacher.
- 17:23SPEAKER_03: I'm not a, I'm not a super, you know, super mom anymore.
- 17:27SPEAKER_03: I'm not, I'm not giving an over.
- 17:29SPEAKER_03: I'm just me.
- 17:30SPEAKER_03: And who am I?
- 17:32SPEAKER_03: What what do I believe in?
- 17:33SPEAKER_03: What what what's important to me?
- 17:35SPEAKER_03: You know, and my whole like all everything shifted.
- 17:38SPEAKER_03: My health just completely crumbled because I was in this adrenal fatigue and I couldn't function anymore.
- 17:44SPEAKER_03: So when you go through that, you know, your body breaks down, your whole identity shifts.
- 17:50SPEAKER_03: And what I thought was, you know, I had no connection to anything in the spiritual world.
- 17:55SPEAKER_03: I was, I was just this uh, you know, an a teacher.
- 18:00SPEAKER_03: Uh that's all I knew myself as, and a super mom.
- 18:03SPEAKER_03: And then when that I couldn't do any of that, who am I?
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: Well, what do you mean you could do any of that?
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: Would you have gone back to work had you been able to?
- 18:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, well, it's interesting.
- 18:15SPEAKER_03: You know, hypothetically, I probably would have gone back, right?
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: So it had to be destroyed.
- 18:20SPEAKER_03: It had to be destroyed a hundred percent.
- 18:22SPEAKER_03: I it had to be destroyed, of course I'm gonna come back.
- 18:25SPEAKER_03: I was so upset I couldn't go back.
- 18:28SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 18:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was devastated.
- 18:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it was it was awful because you get you get addicted to that, like, you know, um feeling needed, feeling like that's your purpose, like that's your purpose, right?
- 18:42SPEAKER_03: But that it's like, and this whole external validation of self-worth, which is something I've been, you know, or to feel love, to feel needed, like that's been something I've had to, it's been a long, it's been a long process.
- 18:57SPEAKER_02: I'm still working on it.
- 18:59SPEAKER_02: Just hearing you, and this is why I ask questions, because listening to you tell the story, I was almost, I was almost convinced that the riot itself was like, I'm done with this.
- 19:09SPEAKER_02: But to hear that you were kind of devastated, I think it a lot of people could hear that and they can identify with change being forced on them.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: That is needed, mind you, it's needed.
- 19:21SPEAKER_02: It has to be destroyed.
- 19:22SPEAKER_02: That fascinates me that your work had to be destroyed to push you out.
- 19:26SPEAKER_02: It's like, oh, did the riot happen just for you?
- 19:29SPEAKER_02: Um, and then having that devastation, but it's like the best thing that could have ever happened to you.
- 19:35SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 19:36SPEAKER_03: You don't own it like that.
- 19:38SPEAKER_03: No, not at the time, but now it's funny because like my pr the principal, I sent an email to him, and this is where the whole thing got like this is okay.
- 19:46SPEAKER_03: So I sent him an email saying he wasn't able to provide a safe work environment because he he locked that door, and I said that was really stupid because you need to be able to leave.
- 19:55SPEAKER_03: But he he he walled it up to make this stupid hairdressing classroom, hairdressing out of prison, hello, scissors, knives.
- 20:03SPEAKER_03: It never ran because of the the risk.
- 20:05SPEAKER_03: But anyway, the the just leave that for a moment.
- 20:08SPEAKER_03: And so I said, I said, so I sent him an email saying you're, you know, you have not been able to provide a safe work environment and this whole place is going to implode.
- 20:16SPEAKER_03: And it literally did within 48 hours.
- 20:19SPEAKER_03: So I was, so he, of course, because I put it in writing and there's the litigious nature of it, he said, You're you're too stressed to come back to work and you need to get, you need to get um okay by a psychiatrist to come back because I accused him of providing this unsafe work environment.
- 20:36SPEAKER_03: And then I that just I was uh that just triggered me so badly, like you accusing me of being incompetent, and I I really lost it.
- 20:45SPEAKER_03: You know, that's when I was, I was so angry.
- 20:49SPEAKER_03: I was so angry at this man, but now I just think of him and I go, Oh my god, thank you.
- 20:54SPEAKER_02: It sounds crazy when you say he said that, and then you're just sitting there going, Yeah, thank thank you, thank you, principal.
- 20:59SPEAKER_03: I know 10 10 years later, my friend's now working for him, and I'm like, you know what?
- 21:04SPEAKER_03: Actually, sent him my best, you know.
- 21:07SPEAKER_03: So that kind of felt good that he got fired, but now I feel bad for him, and I understand he has his own trauma and blah blah blah.
- 21:12SPEAKER_03: You know, you know how it works.
- 21:14SPEAKER_03: When you have just I don't know.
- 21:16SPEAKER_02: Listen, I'm gonna tell you my belief system, and it's not even a belief system, it's an idea.
- 21:21SPEAKER_02: I'm not even married to the idea.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: But there's an idea that you're the only person who really exists within your universe.
- 21:27SPEAKER_02: So this guy is literally just made there for you.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: It's a possibility.
- 21:31SPEAKER_02: Maybe you're just here for me, you're not even real.
- 21:33SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 21:33SPEAKER_02: If it's a simulation, that's not that's possible, right?
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: So if if you're if you're an identity and you are in a in some kind of simulation or you're the the the what is the hero of your own story, the world revolves around you and your life.
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: That guy was just there for you.
- 21:50SPEAKER_03: I created him.
- 21:52SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 21:52SPEAKER_03: This is the crazy thing, and uh, it's funny.
- 21:55SPEAKER_03: I I actually totally believe in that simulation, you know.
- 21:59SPEAKER_03: I I But it's funny, like every like it, I I'm in it, and then I come out and I'm like, oh yeah, this is a simulation, and then I'm in it, and then I get the triggered, and you're like, oh shit, I created that.
- 22:10SPEAKER_03: And then you know, it's like this game, you know.
- 22:13SPEAKER_03: It's like, and one day I'm just gonna like sit there and go, whoa, okay, this is yeah.
- 22:18SPEAKER_03: So I mean, this is where I'm kind of at.
- 22:20SPEAKER_03: It's like, I, you know, I don't want to cling on to any true beliefs or really, it's just, it's all just whoever wants to believe whatever they want to believe, right?
- 22:29SPEAKER_03: It's like it, there's no truths.
- 22:32SPEAKER_03: I I can't profess to know anything more than the other person.
- 22:35SPEAKER_03: I I can't, you know, I all I know is I all I know the truth that I feel is I have to try to live from my heart, be kind, and and and and try to help.
- 22:47SPEAKER_03: I as you know, that's that's all I can do, really.
- 22:50SPEAKER_02: Um it's it's the idea of understanding that things work, you know, for us instead of against us that gives you the ability to even be able to forgive him and be like, oh yeah, send him my best.
- 23:00SPEAKER_02: It's it's just it's such a wonderful message because so many people live with the idea.
- 23:06SPEAKER_02: You know how many people would still be traumatized and angry at him right now?
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: Oh man.
- 23:10SPEAKER_02: It's it's that ability to be able to really go, the life is happening for me.
- 23:16SPEAKER_02: I'm not the victim in this in my life, you know.
- 23:20SPEAKER_03: I had the most incredible guest on my podcast.
- 23:22SPEAKER_03: She lost two of her children.
- 23:24SPEAKER_03: Her name is Julie Clough.
- 23:25SPEAKER_03: On Mother's Day, she she killed her own children in a car accident.
- 23:29SPEAKER_03: And when she came to the realization that life is happening for you, like if somebody like that can do that, like I just interviewed her about a month ago.
- 23:39SPEAKER_03: She's unbelievable.
- 23:40SPEAKER_03: And I think to myself, and then I had, you know, I when I'm sitting there and I'm thinking, poor me, whatever, it's like, no, no, no, no.
- 23:47SPEAKER_03: This is this is, I've chosen this as a soul to experience these things.
- 23:53SPEAKER_03: And it's actually very liberating.
- 23:56SPEAKER_03: It's challenging, but it's so I find it liberating.
- 23:59SPEAKER_03: You could just have this laugh.
- 24:01SPEAKER_03: I mean, you wouldn't, not it in that sort of context of poor Julie's um experience.
- 24:06SPEAKER_03: And certainly there's harrowing, challenging experiences that people go through.
- 24:11SPEAKER_03: And you think, why have you chosen this as a soul?
- 24:14SPEAKER_03: Um, but if you can have that sort of external lens, it does allow a softening and and uh and a you know, when you when you release that resistance to what's happening, it it it just it just allows it to be rather than um creating secondary suffering by creating all the resistance.
- 24:35unknown: Yeah.
- 24:37SPEAKER_02: Wow, and I know exactly what you're talking about.
- 24:40SPEAKER_03: I know her story, yeah.
- 24:42SPEAKER_02: Oh like the those are the kind of stories where I feel gratitude and grateful that I'm where I'm at because there's so many times where people have such a hard time getting into gratitude.
- 24:55SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, really?
- 24:56SPEAKER_02: Like things like this, like, are your children alive?
- 24:59SPEAKER_02: You know, do you have all fingers and toes?
- 25:01SPEAKER_02: Like, just there's anything you can grasp onto that you actually have that you can be grateful for.
- 25:05SPEAKER_02: But then when you hear stories like that, you're like, why in the world would I ever not feel gratitude?
- 25:09SPEAKER_02: And she's probably heard stories that feel worse than anything she's ever gone through, like, I'm glad I didn't have that experience.
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: So yeah, oh my god, yeah.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: But that it does kind of put things into perspective to like interview somebody like that and hear those stories.
- 25:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah, life is happening for us, not against us, is a whole nother perspective that hopefully people who are listening to this can grasp onto because the only way that you can really fully take control of your life and live the life you want.
- 25:38SPEAKER_03: It's really interesting you say that, and it's not just like a thought, you have to really embody it.
- 25:44SPEAKER_03: You have to feel it because there's a real difference between saying it as a spiritual kind of lesson, but when you really embody it, you've actually sat with every feeling that's arisen, which could be fear, anger, you know, resentment.
- 25:59SPEAKER_03: You've allowed those feelings to be there.
- 26:02SPEAKER_03: You've felt them in a in an embodied way, and you've kind of integrated them and and just part of you the that's part of my personality.
- 26:11SPEAKER_03: That's I'm just gonna integrate that.
- 26:14SPEAKER_03: The part of you that feels hopeful, that feels love, that feels compassion can sort of comfort the part of you that's angry and sad, and you know, you know, and then all of a sudden, that's when the real gratitude uh sits, is when you have allowed those feelings to be there, and then you can really feel it in your body.
- 26:37SPEAKER_03: It's not just from your mind, it's not just a thought, it's like a it's like this, oh wow, yeah, okay.
- 26:44SPEAKER_02: I'm it's literally what you described.
- 26:46SPEAKER_02: It's how you can send him love now, and there's you're not holding on to anything.
- 26:50SPEAKER_02: I mean, it really is about the experience.
- 26:52SPEAKER_02: I have a friend.
- 26:54SPEAKER_02: This is what this reminds me of.
- 26:55SPEAKER_02: It's so crazy.
- 26:57SPEAKER_02: She the somebody had invited her on.
- 26:59SPEAKER_02: Um, this is like 10 plus years ago, but somebody had invited her on to his podcast, and she didn't want to do it.
- 27:05SPEAKER_02: After she talked to him, she's like, Yeah, that's not for me.
- 27:08SPEAKER_02: Well, he agreed that it wasn't for her, and it it pissed her off because she wanted to you don't like me.
- 27:16SPEAKER_02: You you don't you don't want to have me that she actually talked herself into the podcast where he's like, Oh, you would be a great guest, and so she's so she's off the phone, she's talking to me, and she goes, What did I do?
- 27:30SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, Sometimes you just have to let things go.
- 27:33SPEAKER_02: Sometimes you just have to let things go.
- 27:35SPEAKER_02: So, what was it, what did that say about you for him to be like, Yeah, I don't think you're right for this show.
- 27:40SPEAKER_02: And it was like an aha moment for her, but it really is that the difference between going, you know what, it I might feel a little rejected, but I know this is this is best.
- 27:49SPEAKER_02: I know this isn't right for me, or I feel rejected.
- 27:52SPEAKER_02: I'll be damned if you're going to say no to me and I'm gonna fight to get the thing.
- 27:56SPEAKER_02: I don't even want in this life.
- 27:58SPEAKER_02: I had I had interviewed somebody who got fired.
- 28:01SPEAKER_02: She got fired from a job, mad at the person who fired her, but she wanted to quit.
- 28:08SPEAKER_02: What I yeah, I hear you say now I send him love.
- 28:11SPEAKER_02: I'm like, she's embodying the lessons we want people to learn.
- 28:15SPEAKER_02: We want people to know.
- 28:16SPEAKER_02: Like you are actually showing people what it feels like to embody it.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: She just says, you know what, send them love.
- 28:24SPEAKER_02: It was for my highest good, anyways.
- 28:27SPEAKER_02: Just to me, you're just like a proof of that thing.
- 28:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, look, it's not easy.
- 28:31SPEAKER_03: Look, it's taking me, and I could I knew the spiritual lesson about what happened for a really long time, but somehow I still was like, he's a narcissist or he's this or that.
- 28:41SPEAKER_03: But now I'm just like, nah, it's not, he's not a nurse.
- 28:46SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm just, it's just it just what it is, you know.
- 28:50SPEAKER_03: Like, it's he did his best, right?
- 28:52SPEAKER_03: He was, you know, like it's funny how we we we give labels and then it justifies our position and our victimhood and blah blah blah.
- 29:00SPEAKER_03: It's like, you know, oftentimes what we're pointing out in others is really what's in us.
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: Like that's the scary bit.
- 29:07SPEAKER_03: If you really sit with it, everything you're triggered by from other people, it's like, hello, look in the mirror, which is really hard spiritual work, right?
- 29:17SPEAKER_03: That's the deep work.
- 29:18SPEAKER_03: That's where you sit.
- 29:20SPEAKER_03: That's where you can really sit in alignment with your heart when you're truly honest with yourself.
- 29:26SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 29:27SPEAKER_02: So you went through a dark night of the soul after this experience, which you kind of told us about because you're like, oh my God, look at what he did.
- 29:34SPEAKER_02: He did this to me, right?
- 29:35SPEAKER_02: So I'm sure there was a lot going on there.
- 29:38SPEAKER_02: How did you get out of it?
- 29:41SPEAKER_03: Well, I was, I did a lot of distracting techniques, you know, as you do, like when you're I listen to 100,000 podcasts, you know.
- 29:49SPEAKER_03: Um, I had to keep my mind busy, but I started meditating.
- 29:53SPEAKER_03: Meditating was the key for me, stillness.
- 29:57SPEAKER_03: So I discovered Vedic meditation, which is just a you know a modality that suited me.
- 30:02SPEAKER_03: Um and that I could experience the most blissful states within that meditation experience.
- 30:10SPEAKER_03: It was happening so quickly.
- 30:11SPEAKER_03: Like I would just go whoop, you know, up and then whoa, you know, in that blissful oneness state.
- 30:16SPEAKER_03: And then COVID happened, which was brilliant for me in Melbourne because I was locked down for two years.
- 30:22SPEAKER_03: Not great for a lot of people, but I had all this time to meditate and um and just walk and be, and I didn't have to commute or rush off or drive my kids everywhere.
- 30:32SPEAKER_03: And that really expanded my podcast listening.
- 30:35SPEAKER_03: I started automatic writing, stuff coming in.
- 30:39SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, some channeling started to come through back then, and I just was spooked by it and just stopped it.
- 30:46SPEAKER_03: Um so that that really the meditation was the key practice for me.
- 30:51SPEAKER_03: And um I I really found, I guess, this state of oneness is, you know, that that that state of connection with the universe, the universal, I felt a lot of bliss within that state.
- 31:07SPEAKER_02: You have a lot of interesting aspects to your life from you know, Catholic, atheist, your identity, as like I work in a prison, right?
- 31:19SPEAKER_02: I'm strong, to losing all of your strength, what you considered your strength.
- 31:23SPEAKER_02: That's very fascinating to me.
- 31:25SPEAKER_02: To moving into like a phase of forgiveness and then like blossoming uh what it seems like almost overnight, but it wasn't.
- 31:33SPEAKER_01: It was years of work and struggle and podcasting and distraction.
- 31:39SPEAKER_03: 100%, yeah.
- 31:40SPEAKER_03: And I still I was still I have to delete you know social media apps every day because otherwise I I'm like, oh, this is uncomfortable feeling, so I know I'm scrolling to not sit with something.
- 31:54SPEAKER_03: And yeah, so once I sit with it, you know, then I go, okay, I can check things, I can, I can entertain myself a little bit or you know, see what's happening out there.
- 32:05SPEAKER_03: But it is being present, being in the present moment is um it's an ongoing, you know, battle, I guess.
- 32:15SPEAKER_02: Being human is a challenge, challenge that we can enjoy.
- 32:19SPEAKER_02: Um, what how do you help people now?
- 32:22SPEAKER_03: Well, I am very privileged to be able to have some incredible clients.
- 32:27SPEAKER_03: So I work one-on-one with people.
- 32:29SPEAKER_03: Um, I generally I tell you what, the people that I've been getting are a lot of people who are very curious about activating their gifts, and somehow they've come to see me.
- 32:39SPEAKER_03: So I work, I do um, I guess I work one-on-one.
- 32:44SPEAKER_03: I do meditations and I have group offerings as well as courses.
- 32:48SPEAKER_03: So I'm doing a heart opening journey for five weeks starting in October.
- 32:54SPEAKER_03: And it's really I the heart is the key, you know, it's the key to alignment, to connecting with your higher self, to your gifts.
- 33:04SPEAKER_03: It's through the shadows, like deep in the shadows and the conditioning and the subconscious programming.
- 33:09SPEAKER_03: And I really work in the, I guess what they call like the psyche thread, which is like the you know, the conditioning in the subconscious.
- 33:17SPEAKER_03: And I get a lot of hits when I'm working with clients around, you know, emotional emotions that might be stuck and trapped in certain areas around, like in what age they occurred.
- 33:30SPEAKER_03: So I would do a lot of inner child work with people.
- 33:33SPEAKER_03: Um and uh there's a bit more like it's kind of a non-dual lens, is is the flavor.
- 33:40SPEAKER_03: I'm more about just integrating everything back in and accepting and loving and sending unconditional love to every part of you, um, you know, and just chilling, just reminding people how amazing they are.
- 33:56SPEAKER_03: And they're exactly where they're supposed to be, whether it's chronic pain or trauma or whatever.
- 34:01SPEAKER_03: We we just we just try to love every part of you.
- 34:03SPEAKER_03: So I just bring this this heartfelt energy to the sessions, and I've got the counseling background and the trauma informed background, and um, so I combine those two with my intuitive hits, my clairvoyance, my transmuting, and people find relief.
- 34:20SPEAKER_03: I, you know, that's what I'm trying to do.
- 34:22SPEAKER_02: So uh Ian mentioned earlier something about medical intuitive.
- 34:26SPEAKER_02: Was that you?
- 34:27SPEAKER_02: I didn't know.
- 34:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so that yeah, so he originally uh uh when I got my first um when I have my when I worked with the medical intuitive, he said you're a medical intuitive.
- 34:37SPEAKER_03: That was a label he really resonated with within because he works, uh he's from France.
- 34:43SPEAKER_03: Energy healing, he doesn't like to use that label because it's like this claim that you're healing.
- 34:49SPEAKER_03: I uh uh energy channeler, energy, you know, I'm trained in a master level Reiki, um medical intuitive in the sense that when I scan your body, uh the way I see it, I I will get hits whatever your higher self wants me to tell you.
- 35:06SPEAKER_03: A lot of what I see though is is is stuck emotions in particular areas and in the chakras, etc.
- 35:12SPEAKER_03: So I've kind of moved away from the medical intuitive label, but people still resonate with that.
- 35:18SPEAKER_03: And um uh so medical intuitive energy healer, energy channeler.
- 35:24SPEAKER_02: It's uh I just think that you do you do do body scans and help people on that level.
- 35:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 35:31SPEAKER_03: No diagnosis though, medical disclaimer.
- 35:33SPEAKER_03: I uh if you have a medical condition and you want support for that, that's how I work, right?
- 35:38SPEAKER_03: So I can't I can't diagnose.
- 35:41SPEAKER_03: Um yeah.
- 35:42SPEAKER_02: So you sometimes if go ahead.
- 35:45SPEAKER_02: Uh so your energy healer, medical intuitive, and what what else?
- 35:51SPEAKER_03: Well, like look, the channeling comes through for your higher.
- 35:54SPEAKER_03: You know, but look that that just that just spontaneously arrives.
- 35:58SPEAKER_03: I can't say that I'm gonna channel in a particular session.
- 36:01SPEAKER_03: It's really what your your higher self and your guides that come through me, a message for you.
- 36:07SPEAKER_03: And every once in a while a loved one will come through as well.
- 36:10SPEAKER_03: So there's a little bit of but if it is, yeah, so it's uh but I would never call myself you're a medium that is medium I know.
- 36:18SPEAKER_02: Well, whether you decide you want to call it that or not, if you only had it happen once you did it a hundred times, it doesn't really change what it is, though, right?
- 36:27SPEAKER_02: Okay, ability that you have it's that simple.
- 36:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so you use your gifts to help people to the best of your ability, and it sounds like you do a lot of physical stuff to help people with the physical.
- 36:36SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 36:37SPEAKER_02: All right, yeah, that's awesome.
- 36:38SPEAKER_02: What do you feel like a miracle is?
- 36:42SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's just giving me goosebumps, actually, Adrian.
- 36:45SPEAKER_03: Um, well, that's a miracle.
- 36:47SPEAKER_03: I I think energy work is miraculous, to be honest.
- 36:50SPEAKER_03: The the fact that I can get on a Zoom call with you, and you're in America, I'm in Australia, you say miracle, I get full-body goosebumps.
- 36:58SPEAKER_03: I think that's actually pretty incredible.
- 37:00SPEAKER_03: Like it's I just think that when we can connect through our heart and just feel this energy and like people can feel the love from someone else.
- 37:10SPEAKER_03: I feel like that's just miraculous.
- 37:12SPEAKER_03: Just small little things like that.
- 37:14SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 37:15SPEAKER_02: And I know you've already shared one, but just in case there's something else, uh, what's a miraculous story you've experienced?
- 37:23SPEAKER_03: Oh, there's so many.
- 37:25SPEAKER_03: I think the the most profound miraculous story that happened to me was I was in the sound healing journey uh early on in my uh spiritual likening journey.
- 37:37SPEAKER_03: And I I was steep in this this like this um mystical state.
- 37:45SPEAKER_03: And my my grandmother, the one who had been murdered tragically, she showed up in this vision and she told me, you know, I'm okay, I'm okay, I'm okay.
- 37:58SPEAKER_03: And your your mom did the best she could.
- 38:00SPEAKER_03: And it was like this message that I needed to hear right in that moment.
- 38:04SPEAKER_03: Like, you can't make that up, right?
- 38:06SPEAKER_03: That was a miracle that I needed for my journey.
- 38:09SPEAKER_03: And then from that moment, uh like everything has has unfolded for me to help other people.
- 38:17SPEAKER_03: And it it was to me, that was that's a miraculous.
- 38:21SPEAKER_03: It's just uh it was yeah, she she was a beautiful woman, but yeah, it was just a really horrible story.
- 38:29SPEAKER_02: So she was murdered before you were ever born because your mom was young, right?
- 38:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 38:34SPEAKER_03: So there's a been a book written about her, uh, her story.
- 38:38SPEAKER_03: She it's a it's a tragic story where uh my grandfather had died two years prior from a heart attack, uh, rural Canada.
- 38:46SPEAKER_03: So we're talking good Catholic family with 11 kids.
- 38:49SPEAKER_03: And my grandmother, um, she was a force to be reckoned with, you know.
- 38:54SPEAKER_03: She wrote uh in a for a newspaper under a woman uh under a man's name, as you did in the 40s and 50s.
- 39:00SPEAKER_03: And my aunt had been um uh sexually assaulted by somebody at the age of 16.
- 39:08SPEAKER_03: This is 1951 in a population of 1500.
- 39:12SPEAKER_03: She went to the police and made a uh uh like forget the word is now, you know, that made a statement.
- 39:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 39:22SPEAKER_03: This single woman went down there as a 16-year-old and uh with her 16-year-old daughter and did that.
- 39:27SPEAKER_03: That man was released um and two days later came and shot my grandmother in front of the kids.
- 39:37SPEAKER_03: So, you know, the bravery it took her to actually fa you know, to do that, it was it just covered up back then, you know.
- 39:46SPEAKER_03: Um but so that just devastated, you know, 11 children, the youngest being like two and a half.
- 39:53SPEAKER_03: They all got split up, and um, I don't know, so many families have been through tragic circumstances, and this is just you know, one um what was the book called that was written about her?
- 40:05SPEAKER_03: So my my one of my mom's cousins um uh wrote the book and he's a lawyer and he just went through the the trial.
- 40:14SPEAKER_03: Actually, I'll send you the link to it.
- 40:16SPEAKER_02: Um interesting because it even shows uh you coming from some from such a strong family.
- 40:23SPEAKER_02: Everything that you've kind of shared makes sense now.
- 40:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 40:27SPEAKER_03: Sorry, the rosary, the rosary and the rifle.
- 40:30SPEAKER_03: Hold on.
- 40:30SPEAKER_03: Um, yeah, so it's uh the rosary and the rifle.
- 40:35SPEAKER_03: Sorry, the rosary and the rifle, written by uh Joey McDonald.
- 40:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because that so they were sitting, they were they were praying before bed, they were saying the rosary, which is why um he came in and so she was praying um before bed, and he came in and shot her through the window.
- 40:55SPEAKER_03: So yeah, so it's a it's a tragic, uh, tragic story.
- 41:00SPEAKER_03: The murder of Marianne McKinnon, that was my grandmother.
- 41:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 41:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah, thank you for sharing all yeah.
- 41:06SPEAKER_03: Well, it's none of that had happened, you know.
- 41:08SPEAKER_03: I mean, this is this is all just part of, I guess, the what I've you know, I chose to experience.
- 41:15SPEAKER_03: You know, I chose my mom.
- 41:17SPEAKER_03: I I chose I chose that experience to have a mom who was traumatized, and that's just what it's all about, isn't it?
- 41:27SPEAKER_02: What's the last message you have for the audience who's listening to the incredible story you have?
- 41:35SPEAKER_03: You know, there's so many, there's so many messages, particularly in the Christian tradition, around love your neighbor, love your neighbor, send love.
- 41:45SPEAKER_03: I think we have to send the love inward first.
- 41:50SPEAKER_03: We really have to sit with self-forgiveness and self-love.
- 41:53SPEAKER_03: And then that emanates and gives us so much more to transmit to others.
- 42:00SPEAKER_03: And I think, you know, particularly for women, you know, in their 50s and 60s, we've been sort of taught around selfless service, etc.
- 42:09SPEAKER_03: You've just gotta forgive yourself, love yourself, and then you're actually gonna be much better when you bring that casserole over to your neighbor, you know.
- 42:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, be kind to yourself.
- 42:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's something I've had to learn.
- 42:24SPEAKER_03: And it's made a big difference.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: Let's make miracles happen.
