- 0:28Speaker 3: Good morning?
- 0:29Speaker 2: What's up?
- 0:31Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 0:31Speaker 3: I just had to call it and tell you guys
- 0:32Speaker 3: a story. So basically, I hooked up with the Sky
- 0:37Speaker 3: after the bar one night and I slept over in
- 0:40Speaker 3: his place. And the next morning we both wake up
- 0:46Speaker 3: to the front door opening and closing. Mind you, like
- 0:50Speaker 3: he lives alone, so we're both really confused, and we
- 0:55Speaker 3: hear these footsteps approaching the room, and then all of
- 0:59Speaker 3: a sud sudden, this uh woman, this older woman, swings
- 1:04Speaker 3: the door open, and upon seeing her, I could instantly
- 1:08Speaker 3: tell it was his mom, like there was a resemblance,
- 1:13Speaker 3: and she walked into the apartment using her own key.
- 1:18Speaker 4: She just walked in.
- 1:21Speaker 5: I literally wanted to die.
- 1:23Speaker 3: I was sore, but yeah, but she was completely unfazed,
- 1:28Speaker 3: which I thought was insane. And she just looked at me,
- 1:32Speaker 3: and she looked at him, and she just sighs, and
- 1:35Speaker 3: she goes, this is awful. She goes, please tell me
- 1:39Speaker 3: you remember to change the sheets this time. Honey.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:49Speaker 3: She pulls up, she pulls out a blueberry muffin, hands
- 1:53Speaker 3: it to me and apologizes on his behalf, like, sorry
- 1:58Speaker 3: about my son, bab, he's a dirt bag. Not in
- 2:03Speaker 3: so many words, but basically that.
- 2:05Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, And she just happened so often that
- 2:09Speaker 6: she keeps the spare blueberry muffle.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Well, I was gonna say, I wonder if that was
- 2:11Speaker 2: her own muffin. It was like the mom because I'm
- 2:13Speaker 2: gonna go see my son and then I'm gonna have
- 2:15Speaker 2: a muffin. And then she did what the newser Jesus
- 2:16Speaker 2: hands girl this muffin. Then she walks away, starring did
- 2:20Speaker 2: you take the muffin?
- 2:22Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 2:22Speaker 3: I mean it's pretty good.
- 2:25Speaker 7: But those first questions with mom though, oh that's a
- 2:27Speaker 7: bratle So you didn't feel like at that moment that
- 2:31Speaker 7: you were star crossed lovers.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Is it going to turn into a marriage?
- 2:35Speaker 8: No?
- 2:35Speaker 3: I did not get that sense from his mom, Like
- 2:40Speaker 3: I honestly left pretty soon after that. And now I'm
- 2:43Speaker 3: just kind of wondering, like how many times she's had
- 2:46Speaker 3: to do that, like walking on her son in some
- 2:48Speaker 3: girl who's like half dressed and then hand her a muffin?
- 2:52Speaker 2: Well, how many times?
- 2:53Speaker 3: Apology?
- 2:54Speaker 2: How many times have you gone home with somebody on
- 2:56Speaker 2: the first night?
- 3:01Speaker 3: I would say, you know, plenty probably, And is this the.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Craziest story that's happened on the one night stand?
- 3:10Speaker 3: Honestly, yes, there's definitely another stuff.
- 3:15Speaker 2: But this other stuff, Okay, let's get into crazy one
- 3:18Speaker 2: night stand stories. Come on, I mean age seven seven
- 3:22Speaker 2: nine three seven one o four seven, pay you go first.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Yours are too crazy for the radio? Is that the problem?
- 3:31Speaker 2: Yours are too crazy for the radio.
- 3:33Speaker 9: No, I've never had a one night stand.
- 3:34Speaker 7: I have had a situation like Olivia happen though, with
- 3:37Speaker 7: a free bakery tree, just like kind of like the
- 3:41Speaker 7: awkward run in with a mom and then you're like, wait, okay,
- 3:44Speaker 7: this is terrible, So that happened to me. But I've
- 3:47Speaker 7: never had a one night stand. I don't think really,
- 3:49Speaker 7: I don't think, Rich, that's just where you like you sties.
- 3:53Speaker 6: I haven't had a one night stand, but I've never
- 3:59Speaker 6: experienced Kyle's.
- 4:00Speaker 2: One night stories are.
- 4:01Speaker 10: Awesome, plural like, there's so many of them.
- 4:09Speaker 2: There's a couple, think about.
- 4:12Speaker 9: Seven, oh, a couple of.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Jesus seven four five seven would be many many.
- 4:23Speaker 9: Okay, Well, I was on yeah whatever, more than Kyle.
- 4:29Speaker 9: So I'm impressed.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Friday, Olivia. I looked at Olivia. You just started a
- 4:32Speaker 2: whole new topic on our show, Crazy one night Stand.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Who could beat that? Mom walks in and gives her
- 4:37Speaker 2: a muffin eight seven seven nine three seven one o
- 4:40Speaker 2: four seven. All right, Olivia, thanks for calling in.
- 4:44Speaker 5: Okay, thanks stop just yelling at the radio.
- 4:48Speaker 9: Call us eight seven seven nine three seven one four seven.
- 4:53Speaker 2: It's John Jay and Rich Peyton. What's the vibe for
- 4:57Speaker 2: horoscopes today?
- 4:58Speaker 7: Well, it's Friday, so I'm just going to tell you
- 5:01Speaker 7: what you should do today to give you good vibes
- 5:03Speaker 7: going into your weekend. Also, if it's your birthday today,
- 5:06Speaker 7: you are a Leo and you share a birthday with

- 5:14Speaker 2: your sign?
- 5:15Speaker 4: Capricorn?
- 5:16Speaker 5: The goat?
- 5:16Speaker 7: Baby Capricorns, you guys are literally the goat. But for
- 5:21Speaker 7: you guys today, to have good vibes for your weekend,
- 5:23Speaker 7: you need to be a mentor for like five minutes,
- 5:26Speaker 7: give solid, grounded advice to somebody or maybe even some
- 5:29Speaker 7: encouragement to someone who looks up to you and feels
- 5:31Speaker 7: a little bit lost. That's all you have to do
- 5:33Speaker 7: to have some good vibes going into your weekend.
- 5:36Speaker 6: Clocking Yes, Hie Vanessa, have a great day, Thanks for listening.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Bye, Hi Jen, Hi John Jay, what's your sign? Answer?
- 5:50Speaker 9: Okay, Cancers.
- 5:51Speaker 7: For you guys, have some good energy going into your weekend,
- 5:54Speaker 7: you need to deliver a home cooked comfort gesture. So
- 5:57Speaker 7: maybe like cook a meal, drop it off at your
- 5:59Speaker 7: favorite need or maybe even like your mom or your
- 6:01Speaker 7: bestie's house, and just listen to like a good conversation
- 6:04Speaker 7: with someone that you haven't talked to in a while.
- 6:06Speaker 9: That's gonna give you the best vibes for your weekend.
- 6:10Speaker 11: Well that sounds really wonderful.
- 6:12Speaker 3: I really need that right now, so I will absolutely
- 6:15Speaker 3: do that.
- 6:16Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Pay You're welcome by jan Bye.
- 6:20Speaker 7: About yeah, Rich, for you to have some good energy
- 6:23Speaker 7: going into the weekend, you actually need to send positive energy.
- 6:27Speaker 7: So maybe like write a handwritten note or something, give
- 6:30Speaker 7: someone a really big hug when maybe they need it
- 6:33Speaker 7: the most. Just give out positive energy and you are
- 6:35Speaker 7: one of those people who are gonna get.
- 6:36Speaker 9: It right back.
- 6:37Speaker 2: I love that. I love that for everyone me too.
- 6:40Speaker 2: How about Libs Kyle for you.
- 6:43Speaker 7: Maybe leave like a really good tip or something, or
- 6:45Speaker 7: maybe like a really good review on a restaurant that
- 6:47Speaker 7: you go to over the weekend, Because if you spread
- 6:50Speaker 7: instant good vibes, all of that energy is going to
- 6:52Speaker 7: come right back to you and it's gonna make your
- 6:54Speaker 7: days a little bit easier.
- 6:55Speaker 9: I love that.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Yeah. How about her ghos.
- 6:58Speaker 7: John Jay take a take off of someone's slate. So
- 7:01Speaker 7: this seems like doing something quick for someone else, help
- 7:04Speaker 7: out a little bit. Whether that's a friend, a coworker,
- 7:06Speaker 7: I don't know. Maybe your wife does some laundry and
- 7:09Speaker 7: you'll have some really good energy over the weekend.
- 7:11Speaker 2: It was funny. My wife she has like a pretty
- 7:15Speaker 2: sore shoulder, and so she's been sleeping with this hating
- 7:17Speaker 2: pad that's plugged in. And the last couple of days.
- 7:20Speaker 2: The heating pad for some reason is like tied up
- 7:22Speaker 2: on her a coffee table or whatever, you know, a
- 7:24Speaker 2: little cabinet next door the nightstand, and it hasn't been
- 7:27Speaker 2: able to get the right way, but she brings it
- 7:28Speaker 2: up right when we get in bed. So last night
- 7:31Speaker 2: she was getting into bed and she pulled it and
- 7:33Speaker 2: then knocked a bunch of stuff down. And I was
- 7:36Speaker 2: already in bed under the covers, and she already gave
- 7:39Speaker 2: me a speech a couple of days earlier about if
- 7:41Speaker 2: I could say stuff like how can I be helpful? Right?
- 7:44Speaker 2: She gavee this whole speech that's a whole other story.
- 7:47Speaker 2: So everything falls the floor and I and I'm in bed,
- 7:50Speaker 2: and I go, what just happened? She goes, everything's feeling.
- 7:53Speaker 2: I go, how can I be helpful without getting up
- 7:57Speaker 2: or moving? And you almost had it right? And she's like, fine,
- 8:05Speaker 2: you don't have to do anything. Okay, great, thanks.
- 8:07Speaker 9: What you're telling is.
- 8:09Speaker 7: Now when you get home from the show, you were
- 8:11Speaker 7: going to go and dtangle that cord that she sleeps hard,
- 8:14Speaker 7: so she.
- 8:14Speaker 9: Didn't even have to worry about it when she gets
- 8:16Speaker 9: into bed.
- 8:16Speaker 2: It was the other day, so my wife was cooking.
- 8:18Speaker 2: She made stakes for everybody. She made rid by us
- 8:20Speaker 2: for everybody. And then my son's girlfriend's steak was not
- 8:23Speaker 2: cooked all the way. It's pretty raw. And so she
- 8:26Speaker 2: was cooking the steak for her and it was done,
- 8:29Speaker 2: and then Blake was going to go in the sauna,
- 8:31Speaker 2: and Blake says to me, She goes, can you check
- 8:34Speaker 2: this if it's okay for Catherin? If it's not cooked enough,
- 8:36Speaker 2: can you cook it for her? And I go, it
- 8:38Speaker 2: looks cooked enough for me. I go, looks, it looks cooked.
- 8:40Speaker 2: I think it's fine. And she goes, can you just
- 8:42Speaker 2: say yes, I'll do whatever you want. Yeah. I'm like, yeah, yeah,
- 8:46Speaker 2: of course, But I'm just saying that it's cooked. I
- 8:48Speaker 2: think it's fine. Why can't you just be a right
- 8:50Speaker 2: fine whatever. Then remind me to tell you the story
- 8:57Speaker 2: about the divorce attorney we talked to what actually actually
- 9:02Speaker 2: was a judge I interviewed on the highly successful Judjavans podcast.
- 9:06Speaker 2: I interviewed judge told her she was the host of
- 9:09Speaker 2: Divorce Court for fourteen years.
- 9:10Speaker 10: Oh yeah, that's awesome.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Yeah, but she's seen some doozies. Yes, it was a
- 9:14Speaker 2: great interview. I'll be dropping next week on the ju
- 9:16Speaker 2: Javans podcast. But on my way to the podcast, my
- 9:20Speaker 2: wife and I got into fight. And so I'm sitting
- 9:23Speaker 2: down with a judge. I go, let me ask you something, right,
- 9:25Speaker 2: I'm talking about whatever's going with divorce card. I go,
- 9:27Speaker 2: here's the situation. My wife had been together for a
- 9:29Speaker 2: long time, and so I go, can I present something
- 9:32Speaker 2: to do? She was, yeah, So I have my routines, right,
- 9:36Speaker 2: I have very specific routines, and on podcasts, I have
- 9:38Speaker 2: very specific podcast routine and usually drive from my house
- 9:41Speaker 2: to the podcast alone, quiet thinking about my interview. Sure,
- 9:47Speaker 2: she wanted to come with me, so she came with me.
- 9:49Speaker 2: The whole time. She's talking the whole time, and I
- 9:52Speaker 2: was like, Blake, I need to focus on this podcast.
- 9:56Speaker 2: You need to focus on my interview. She's like, oh, yeah,
- 9:58Speaker 2: I understand. You have a minute. And in a minute,
- 10:01Speaker 2: I had I pull up. I pull up and I
- 10:03Speaker 2: get out and then I do this interview with her
- 10:05Speaker 2: with the divorce attorney, and I thought it was it
- 10:07Speaker 2: was okay. It wasn't great. So I tell the attorney
- 10:11Speaker 2: and you know, she said, well the judge, what do
- 10:13Speaker 2: you think? What do you think? The judge said, divorce
- 10:14Speaker 2: court about that fight.
- 10:16Speaker 9: Yeah, that you need to make more time for Blake
- 10:20Speaker 9: to talk.
- 10:21Speaker 6: You need to listen, you need to be and that
- 10:24Speaker 6: she doesn't feel like she's being heard, so you need
- 10:26Speaker 6: to make her feel hering.
- 10:28Speaker 2: That you say that if I I'm gonna tell you
- 10:30Speaker 2: the truth, the honestly got truth is I don't remember
- 10:32Speaker 2: it's on the podcast.
- 10:35Speaker 7: I'm like, I want the divorce lady.
- 10:39Speaker 2: I didn't even listen to her answer, and that's how bad.
- 10:41Speaker 2: That's how bad. I was so mad. I swear it's
- 10:46Speaker 2: when it comes out, I'll find it. Didn't play it
- 10:47Speaker 2: on the air anyway, anyway, it's you can follow it
- 10:50Speaker 2: on Instagram at John J. Mannes's podcast anyway. If you
- 10:53Speaker 2: miss her horoscope thro I'll post it to John J.
- 10:54Speaker 8: Rich dot com.
- 10:59Speaker 9: Seven ninety three seven one four seven. It's John Jay
- 11:03Speaker 9: and Rich Peyton.
- 11:04Speaker 2: What do you have? What do you want to get into?
- 11:05Speaker 12: Well?
- 11:05Speaker 7: I came across this list online and it's phrases that
- 11:08Speaker 7: make gen z roll their eyes. And I have to
- 11:10Speaker 7: tell you, guys, like I was reading, there's eight of
- 11:12Speaker 7: them and I rolled my eyes. I probably half of these,
- 11:15Speaker 7: So I feel.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Like you're a gen zer so whenever you hear these
- 11:18Speaker 2: phrases like in real life, have you heard these phrases before.
- 11:22Speaker 9: Yes, I've heard all of them.
- 11:24Speaker 2: And they make you roll your eyes, yes, like because
- 11:26Speaker 2: it's like okay and okay.
- 11:29Speaker 7: So one of them is that's just how it's always been,
- 11:32Speaker 7: Like okay, well how it's always been isn't really working
- 11:34Speaker 7: right now?
- 11:36Speaker 9: How about we try to switch it up a little.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Boy, that's a that's a good one, and people a
- 11:41Speaker 2: lot of people do use that. You know, what I
- 11:43Speaker 2: heard is the new? Uh, the new back in my
- 11:46Speaker 2: day I walked to school, you know what the new
- 11:48Speaker 2: it is for that? What back in my day? Well,
- 11:50Speaker 2: we didn't have AI, we didn't have we didn't have
- 11:53Speaker 2: chats and wet when I was growing up.
- 11:55Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, okay, just deal with it, Like okay, so
- 12:00Speaker 7: you're expecting me to just deal with how if people
- 12:02Speaker 7: are treating me terribly, I'm not just gonna deal with it.
- 12:05Speaker 2: What are you gonna do?
- 12:06Speaker 7: I'm gonna say something, Hi, stop being so rude?
- 12:09Speaker 6: Yeah, but then just deal with it. Yeah, that feels
- 12:11Speaker 6: like that's that still applies to me.
- 12:13Speaker 2: But if you're saying stop being so rude, that's you
- 12:15Speaker 2: dealing with it.
- 12:17Speaker 9: I guess so, but it's like, I mean, but it is,
- 12:20Speaker 9: it is me. I hey, I stand corrected. I guess,
- 12:23Speaker 9: but it does.
- 12:23Speaker 10: It makes you roll your eyes because that's not what
- 12:25Speaker 10: you want to hear.
- 12:26Speaker 9: Yeah, thank you, Kyle.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Figure it out, just deal with it. Yeah, deal with that.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Figure it out. I figure it out.
- 12:32Speaker 9: One and the same one and the same problem.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Solve figure it out.
- 12:35Speaker 9: Here's here's a good one. If you go to college,
- 12:38Speaker 9: you'll get a job. I roll because that's so not true.
- 12:42Speaker 9: That's so not true.
- 12:43Speaker 7: You could go to college and still really struggle to
- 12:45Speaker 7: get a job nowadays. Is like for me, I played
- 12:47Speaker 7: basketball in college. I never had a real life job,
- 12:50Speaker 7: so when I got out of college, I had no
- 12:52Speaker 7: nothing on my resume.
- 12:53Speaker 9: So it was really hard.
- 12:54Speaker 6: You're a professional student athlete, exactly.
- 12:57Speaker 7: Even though I had a college degree, I still couldn't
- 13:00Speaker 7: get a job because.
- 13:01Speaker 2: I had no especially because your college degree was in criminology. Right, yeah, yeah,
- 13:06Speaker 2: that is. Actually that's on the forefront of a lot
- 13:09Speaker 2: of people's subjects right now that I've been reading about,
- 13:11Speaker 2: is that all you go to you spend all this,
- 13:13Speaker 2: you get loans in college, and then you can't get
- 13:16Speaker 2: a job, Like, what are these schools doing?
- 13:19Speaker 13: Well?
- 13:19Speaker 10: I've even told my kids, like because they talk about Okay,
- 13:22Speaker 10: so when I graduate high school, then I go to college,
- 13:24Speaker 10: and I go if college is even a thing when
- 13:25Speaker 10: you're there, because I honestly, I truly don't know if
- 13:28Speaker 10: it's it's gonna I feel like colleges are going to
- 13:30Speaker 10: have to morph and change maybe what they are in general,
- 13:34Speaker 10: because it is kind of more like just four.
- 13:36Speaker 7: Gap years people are. People are clocking it for sure.
- 13:39Speaker 7: A lot of people think college is a scale unless
- 13:41Speaker 7: you're going.
- 13:41Speaker 10: For like to be a doctor or like a certain
- 13:43Speaker 10: thing where you are actually learning your craft. But for
- 13:46Speaker 10: a lot of people, they went through college and they
- 13:48Speaker 10: don't even Like we've we've talked to so many people
- 13:51Speaker 10: that what their degree is, their their job is so opposite.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Yeah, that may be the majority. Yeah, Like Peyton, her
- 13:57Speaker 2: job is in criminology. That does help me work he
- 14:00Speaker 2: works here, and before she works here, serial killers, before
- 14:03Speaker 2: you worked here, you were delivering human origins. Has nothing
- 14:06Speaker 2: to do with chronology.
- 14:07Speaker 7: But go ahead, Okay, this one's a good one. Like
- 14:10Speaker 7: these are phrases that make gen Z roll their eyes.
- 14:13Speaker 7: It's all because of social media. The way that the
- 14:15Speaker 7: world is is all because of social media. Like, no,
- 14:19Speaker 7: it's not all because of social media. People sucked before
- 14:22Speaker 7: social media too.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Yeah, but now it's amplified.
- 14:25Speaker 7: Yeah, but you can't say it's all because of social media.
- 14:29Speaker 7: Social media has had some really great things on our community.
- 14:32Speaker 2: In my opinion, I'm a gen xer and you what
- 14:34Speaker 2: makes me roll my eyes? You gen zers? Oh I
- 14:36Speaker 2: need a mental day sometimes you do. One day, my
- 14:45Speaker 2: son was like in fourth grade Dutch, and he was like,
- 14:48Speaker 2: I came home, like what are you doing at home?
- 14:50Speaker 2: I took a mental day, Like what get your ass
- 14:53Speaker 2: in school?
- 14:56Speaker 7: Here's one Okay, you need to be more realistic, Like
- 15:01Speaker 7: why can't I shoot for the stars?
- 15:03Speaker 9: Why can't you just live? Let me live in a
- 15:05Speaker 9: land of de lulu every now and then.
- 15:09Speaker 6: I feel like somebody said that to you, and it's
- 15:11Speaker 6: bothered you. You need to be more realistic.
- 15:13Speaker 9: Yeah, why would I do that? Realistic?
- 15:15Speaker 2: Is booring something? If you were realistic? Here's some things
- 15:18Speaker 2: that wouldn't have happened. Right, You're like, I once in
- 15:20Speaker 2: a day to come to my wedding, be realistic. That
- 15:22Speaker 2: can't happen. And guess why she showed up your wedding
- 15:24Speaker 2: and we manifested. There you go. So what I'm saying,
- 15:26Speaker 2: you can't, you got You've got to. You gotta shoot
- 15:28Speaker 2: for the stars. Go ahead, exactly.
- 15:30Speaker 9: I don't like listening to today's new music. Okay.
- 15:34Speaker 7: I actually put my grandma on toe Olivia Dean, and
- 15:37Speaker 7: she is new music. Okay, there are people that are
- 15:39Speaker 7: There are some artists out here that are dropping new
- 15:41Speaker 7: music that give you that nostalgic vibe.
- 15:43Speaker 9: Somber.
- 15:43Speaker 7: My mommy is a huge fan of Somber because she
- 15:45Speaker 7: kind of reminds them of some other band.
- 15:47Speaker 9: She listened to growing up.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Yeah, she's got a very eighties feel to me.
- 15:51Speaker 7: Everyone's so sensitive nowadays, and honestly, I feel like I do.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Agree with this, all that sensitives. I opened my eyes,
- 16:02Speaker 2: stop my feet, and light a match to that one.
- 16:05Speaker 9: Okay, here's the last one. Things were different.
- 16:08Speaker 10: Back in the day, yes, every generation, Like things are
- 16:15Speaker 10: different back in the day for every generation.
- 16:17Speaker 9: Yeah, no totally. But out of the eight of these,
- 16:20Speaker 9: I rolled my eyes at seven.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Let's hear eight, seven, seven, nine, three seven one four seven.
- 16:25Speaker 2: What are some terms people say to you that you
- 16:27Speaker 2: roll your eyes at or text as text JJR and
- 16:31Speaker 2: things that make you roll your eyes. We'll talk to
- 16:33Speaker 2: you next. John Jay and Rich Chaos was a radio show.
- 16:36Speaker 2: You're listening to it.
- 16:38Speaker 9: It's John Jay and Rich Tulum.
- 16:41Speaker 2: It's time for stacks and hacks. I have stacks of information,
- 16:46Speaker 2: Rich has life hacks. Recent study analyzed a bunch of
- 16:51Speaker 2: online reviews to see which city in the whole world
- 16:55Speaker 2: had the best customer service. Now, first of all, nobody
- 17:00Speaker 2: in America made it.
- 17:01Speaker 10: I was just gonna say, it's gotta be something where
- 17:02Speaker 10: like Japan or something. Well, remember during the World Cup,
- 17:05Speaker 10: Japan's team, like the fans stayed after and cleaned up
- 17:09Speaker 10: the stadiums after their team's played.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Well, Japan's not the top five.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Wow?
- 17:12Speaker 2: Really? Yeah, it's Dublin, Iron in Paris, France, Liverpool UK, Hanoi, Vietnam,
- 17:17Speaker 2: and Edinburgh, UK. Those are in the world. But when
- 17:21Speaker 2: you break it down in the United States, the top
- 17:24Speaker 2: ten cities with the best customer service the United States.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Number ten is Boston. Number nine is Austin. Number eight
- 17:30Speaker 2: is Houston, Number seven Philadelphia number six is Washington, Number
- 17:33Speaker 2: five is Atlanta, Number four is New York. Number three
- 17:36Speaker 2: is Dallas, Number two best customer service is Phoenix, Arizona,
- 17:40Speaker 2: and number one is San Diego, California for best customer service.
- 17:46Speaker 2: There's a list of boomers their top problems with grocery stores,
- 17:50Speaker 2: and they include self checkout. Yeah, they say it's a
- 17:55Speaker 2: younger person's game. Bargain grocery stores prefer classic supermarkets rather
- 18:01Speaker 2: than deal with the lack of inventory and organic what's
- 18:03Speaker 2: a bargin grocery store like Aldie Food City searching for products.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Boomers don't like stores moving things around, digital coupons, They
- 18:12Speaker 2: share the people sixty five and older who use smartphone
- 18:15Speaker 2: apps and stuff like that. They'd rather have physical cupots,
- 18:17Speaker 2: not digital cupons. What do you even get those anymore?
- 18:20Speaker 2: Does anybody get a paper? People get the paper. They're
- 18:23Speaker 2: sick of generic brands, neglected shopping carts, sold out products,
- 18:28Speaker 2: and no grocery baggers. I do have a thing when
- 18:31Speaker 2: I go to the grocery store, and sometimes I'll bag
- 18:34Speaker 2: my groceries and I feel like I'm offending the people.
- 18:36Speaker 2: So then sometimes I'll stand there and wait and they're
- 18:39Speaker 2: looking at me like what, And I'm like, am I
- 18:41Speaker 2: supposed to can? I? What's the rule? I don't want
- 18:42Speaker 2: to offend you, so then I bag them and then
- 18:45Speaker 2: then I've had them rebagmine. They don't like the way.
- 18:48Speaker 10: Yeah, oh my gosh.
- 18:49Speaker 9: You know who has the best bagging like system?
- 18:51Speaker 10: Trader Joe's.
- 18:52Speaker 9: They have the best bagging system always and.
- 18:55Speaker 6: The quality too, and they know how to like tetra
- 18:57Speaker 6: sit so the stuff goes where you're supposed to be totally.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Here is the list. This is Did you know that
- 19:02Speaker 2: some of the most common items we use every day
- 19:04Speaker 2: are working double duty. Here are some objects that have
- 19:08Speaker 2: hidden features that make life a little easier. I'm just
- 19:11Speaker 2: gonna go to order. The raised bumps on the F
- 19:13Speaker 2: and J keys help you position your hands correctly without
- 19:16Speaker 2: looking at the keyboard.
- 19:17Speaker 9: Yes, you learn that when you learn how to type.
- 19:19Speaker 2: I didn't know that the arrow next to your fuel
- 19:22Speaker 2: gage points to the side of your car where the
- 19:23Speaker 2: gas cap is located.
- 19:25Speaker 8: Yes.
- 19:25Speaker 2: The tiny hole in padlocks help drain water and provide
- 19:28Speaker 2: a spot for lubricant if the locks starts sticking. Oh
- 19:32Speaker 2: that's fun. I did not know that either. What tiny hole?
- 19:35Speaker 10: Apparently there's a tiny hole there.
- 19:37Speaker 2: The hole in Apasta spoon drains water and measures about
- 19:40Speaker 2: one serting of dry spaghetti. Yeah, what's the pasta spoon like.
- 19:43Speaker 7: The so you know the it's like the ladle and
- 19:46Speaker 7: it has a little hole in it, but it also
- 19:47Speaker 7: has the claws you can hook up.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Hilarious. I didn't know that. I have used that for
- 19:52Speaker 2: soup and had to scoop it really fast. This spoon
- 19:57Speaker 2: is so stupid. This is so I've complained about this
- 20:02Speaker 2: boot with the hole in the bottom deopp spot. The
- 20:08Speaker 2: small hole at the end of a tape measure can
- 20:10Speaker 2: catch in a nail or screw, which means measuring can
- 20:12Speaker 2: be done a one person job. The black dots around
- 20:16Speaker 2: a windshield help protect the adhesive that holds the glass
- 20:18Speaker 2: in place. It also helps heat distribution. And the loop
- 20:22Speaker 2: on the back of some dress shirts was designed so
- 20:24Speaker 2: the shirt could be hung without wrinkling.
- 20:26Speaker 14: Oh.
- 20:28Speaker 2: I was wondered about that loop. What's that for? I thought,
- 20:30Speaker 2: that's what's for you hanging up on the thing? Right?
- 20:32Speaker 6: Well, I mean, I guess yeah, but I didn't even
- 20:34Speaker 6: think about it. I thought it was something for a
- 20:36Speaker 6: tie or like a bow tie.
- 20:38Speaker 2: What do you have for life? Hex Rich? Well, all right,
- 20:40Speaker 2: so this just happened to me last night.
- 20:42Speaker 6: We got some target delivered and we got some Shamrock
- 20:46Speaker 6: Farms cut of cheese which sat on the counter all
- 20:48Speaker 6: night because somebody forgot to put it away. I threw
- 20:51Speaker 6: it away and my wife complaints. She's like, it's still good,
- 20:53Speaker 6: it's sealed, and I don't think that's true. I think
- 20:56Speaker 6: when you leave something like that out, it's done forever.
- 20:59Speaker 6: Before you toss that food, though, check the label. Most
- 21:02Speaker 6: dates like best buy our best at use Buy are
- 21:05Speaker 6: about quality, not safety.
- 21:08Speaker 2: So many shelf stable fools.
- 21:10Speaker 6: Foods like canned good cereal, crackers, pasta, they can last
- 21:15Speaker 6: sometimes six months beyond the date on the package if
- 21:18Speaker 6: they've been stored properly. So that doesn't apply to fresh meat, poultry,
- 21:22Speaker 6: or seafood. That stuff you got to be a hawk
- 21:25Speaker 6: on when they say that's expired. That's expired. But things
- 21:28Speaker 6: like medicine in like I said, cereal, that stuff you
- 21:31Speaker 6: can go for a long time. So we will stick
- 21:34Speaker 6: a list up for you at Johnjandrich dot com.
- 21:37Speaker 2: The commercials are vitally over.
- 21:40Speaker 9: Let's get back to John Jay and.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Bridge all Leu's. So you're on the air, good morning,
- 21:44Speaker 2: good morning, told to pick you up that it's an
- 21:47Speaker 2: emergency or that has to happen now.
- 21:50Speaker 15: Uh, yes, because I am calling you straight from the hospital.
- 21:55Speaker 15: We my husband and I are about to have our
- 21:57Speaker 15: first baby, and we are in a little bit of
- 22:01Speaker 15: a deliberation right now, and I need your guys, not advice,
- 22:05Speaker 15: but just to kind of talk some sense into him.
- 22:09Speaker 2: I mean, since sure, having the baby, shouldn't he just
- 22:11Speaker 2: agree with anything that you say?
- 22:12Speaker 16: Right?
- 22:13Speaker 5: Right?
- 22:13Speaker 15: And yeah, well, one would think absolutely, one would think,
- 22:15Speaker 15: what's the dilemma?
- 22:16Speaker 2: Talk to us? So what you're there, You're in the
- 22:18Speaker 2: you're in the room right now. You're like getting ready
- 22:20Speaker 2: to deliver a baby. Yes, okay, absolutely you, Yes he is.
- 22:26Speaker 2: What's his name?
- 22:27Speaker 14: Yes?
- 22:27Speaker 2: Oh he's there. Oh hey, joe what's your name? Joey?
- 22:31Speaker 2: All right, Joey? Hold on? Can you hold on for one? Said,
- 22:32Speaker 2: Let's let's hear Alyssa's issue.
- 22:35Speaker 15: Go ahead, Lissa, Okay, So my issue is is that
- 22:40Speaker 15: we have picked out a name, or we're having a
- 22:41Speaker 15: baby boy, picked out a name, and everything is very
- 22:45Speaker 15: very fine. It's been fine for a long time until
- 22:47Speaker 15: I'm literally here right now and I'm realizing, well, my
- 22:51Speaker 15: husband really wants to name him something classic. We we
- 22:55Speaker 15: wanted to name we want to name him Peter, right, Okay, classic,
- 22:58Speaker 15: very sweet. We love it, but it just now dawned
- 23:01Speaker 15: on me that our last name is Parker.
- 23:04Speaker 2: That's awesome. I love that so much.
- 23:08Speaker 10: Awesome.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, what is your problem with it?
- 23:14Speaker 13: Well, the fact is is that.
- 23:17Speaker 15: The nurse uh literally well she kind of laughed at it,
- 23:22Speaker 15: and then she said, with great power comes great responsibility.
- 23:26Speaker 15: And now I'm sitting there thinking that our entire life
- 23:29Speaker 15: it's just going to be references to Spider Man and.
- 23:31Speaker 6: What we want to deal with that, Listen is amazing,
- 23:35Speaker 6: amazing for the kid, probably not for you. We have friends,
- 23:38Speaker 6: John Jay and I have friends. Remember our buddy Chris Pickele.
- 23:41Speaker 6: Their son's name. One his name Clark Kent and the
- 23:45Speaker 6: other one his name Bruce Wayne. Yeah, because he's such
- 23:48Speaker 6: a super hero fan. And Chris is like, do I
- 23:52Speaker 6: not get cool points for the rest of my life
- 23:54Speaker 6: for letting that happen. She's not into that at all.
- 23:57Speaker 2: But she just let it go. Well, I was going
- 23:59Speaker 2: to say, like Peter Parker, like I don't want to
- 24:03Speaker 2: bag on our friends, but like Clark Kent was always
- 24:06Speaker 2: kind of a dufis right, Peter Parker is freaking cool.
- 24:10Speaker 9: Yeah, he's Spider Man.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Right, But I also understand you don't want the rest
- 24:15Speaker 2: of your life as a parent got to deal with
- 24:18Speaker 2: these one liners all the time, bro.
- 24:20Speaker 10: So heaven forbid you ever do a non Spider Man
- 24:22Speaker 10: birthday party?
- 24:23Speaker 15: Yeah? What if he does end up liking you know,
- 24:28Speaker 15: DC over Marvel?
- 24:31Speaker 2: Well, Joey, what's your argument.
- 24:35Speaker 14: I think it's an awesome name. It's a classic. You know,
- 24:39Speaker 14: we got built in Halloween costumes for the whole family.
- 24:43Speaker 14: It can't be better.
- 24:45Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean, really, nobody's gonna forget your kid's name.
- 24:48Speaker 6: He's got his own personal branding, that's true.
- 24:50Speaker 7: But like you, then you have to like I don't know,
- 24:52Speaker 7: as a kid, I feel like I would probably get
- 24:54Speaker 7: a little annoyed of that too, Like every time your
- 24:56Speaker 7: teacher calls your name Peter Parker Spider.
- 24:59Speaker 9: Man, like at some point, like that's gonna get annoying.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Actually, Also, you think about this for a second, when
- 25:04Speaker 2: you deal with bullying, when people, oh, come up, Peter Parker,
- 25:06Speaker 2: you're so bad, You ain't so tough bullying, so throw
- 25:10Speaker 2: spider webs at him.
- 25:11Speaker 15: And yeah, and kids can be ruthless, and I you know,
- 25:15Speaker 15: and I don't I don't want to have a kid
- 25:17Speaker 15: that's just gonna end up going by his middle name
- 25:19Speaker 15: because he resents the fact that.
- 25:22Speaker 12: Name.
- 25:22Speaker 2: So our job actually used to talk Joey out of
- 25:24Speaker 2: wanting it, and Joey, I think I could do that
- 25:26Speaker 2: for you really quick.
- 25:30Speaker 14: I mean, if you think you can. My argument, I'm
- 25:32Speaker 14: gonna tell you, guys, when he applies for a job
- 25:35Speaker 14: and there's hundreds of applications, who do you think they're
- 25:38Speaker 14: gonna call.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Peter Parker at least at least for the interview to
- 25:41Speaker 2: meet this Peter Parker character.
- 25:43Speaker 14: I got him in the door.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Okay. So when I was a kid, and I think
- 25:46Speaker 2: still growing up, the name Peter is also synonymous with Penis.
- 25:51Speaker 2: People say, Peter, if my Peter, if my aunt had
- 25:53Speaker 2: a Peter, should be my uncle. So my dad always said,
- 26:00Speaker 2: go if what if? What if this? You go if
- 26:02Speaker 2: if if if my aunt had a Peter, she'd be
- 26:05Speaker 2: my uncle. And I'd be like what. So that's something
- 26:09Speaker 2: to think about, you know, Like, you don't want to
- 26:10Speaker 2: name your kid Richard, no offense rich because a lot
- 26:13Speaker 2: of people go by the name Dick, especially if you're
- 26:14Speaker 2: watching pan am one O three. The guy's name is
- 26:17Speaker 2: Dick the whole time. Every time to say Dick. You
- 26:19Speaker 2: can't just go what you always Oh, that's his name.
- 26:21Speaker 2: I don't go by that, but I get called that
- 26:22Speaker 2: quite a bit. Yeah, yeah, this is true. So stuff
- 26:25Speaker 2: stuff like like you know what, when girls are coming
- 26:27Speaker 2: up with baby names for their baby, you never really
- 26:29Speaker 2: want to tell youbody because everyone always telling you don't
- 26:31Speaker 2: do that because of whatever, because oh, her name's gonna
- 26:33Speaker 2: be Destiny. Oh coming up with this iner stage is Destiny.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Put your hands together, like you don't want to tell
- 26:39Speaker 2: people because it sounds like a stripper name. So you
- 26:41Speaker 2: kind of like, if you lean against Peter Parker, you
- 26:44Speaker 2: got to deal with that the rest of your life.
- 26:46Speaker 2: So thoughts, Alyssa, Joey.
- 26:49Speaker 14: I mean, it's not like I'm trying to name SpongeBob SquarePants.
- 26:55Speaker 4: Honey.
- 26:56Speaker 9: Do you guys just need a rock paper scissors.
- 26:58Speaker 10: I feel like I have the easiest solution.
- 27:00Speaker 15: Okay, please do not have the capability to deliberate this
- 27:04Speaker 15: right now with him.
- 27:05Speaker 10: Right now, I have the perfect solution for you, Alyssa, Okay, Joey,
- 27:09Speaker 10: Peter is the middle name that way, if he's into it.
- 27:12Speaker 10: He likes spider Man he can go by his middle name,
- 27:15Speaker 10: but nobody ever has to know that's his middle name.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Great first name, eon Elon Peter Parker. He won't get
- 27:23Speaker 2: made fun of.
- 27:25Speaker 4: Maybe not.
- 27:27Speaker 6: Too bad Parker is not his first name, because you
- 27:29Speaker 6: could make his middle name something like over there Parker
- 27:32Speaker 6: over there, be kind of fun.
- 27:34Speaker 10: They're trying to avoid.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Parker anyway. Thanks for calling in you guys, and congratulations
- 27:42Speaker 2: on having a baby here any second now, better hurry
- 27:45Speaker 2: and think about what you're gonna do.
- 27:48Speaker 15: Thank you guys so much.
- 27:49Speaker 2: You got it. Man, Wow, what a situation you don't
- 27:56Speaker 2: when it gets the last call and all the dudes
- 27:59Speaker 2: kind of start creeping up on you. We have the solution.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Give them the John Jay and Rich drunk Diya line
- 28:05Speaker 2: six two eight, nineteen thirty three. It's John Jay and
- 28:10Speaker 2: Ridge want to get into right SHARE's gone wrong or right,
- 28:14Speaker 2: whether you're the right share driver or you're the passenger.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Because someone sent me this video. I'm sorry, I can't
- 28:21Speaker 2: do it. Is the motion, the motion that's only spitched, sir.
- 28:25Speaker 5: I'm asking you to to vacate mycarm pleasey.
- 28:29Speaker 2: I can't do it, no, sir. So this video is
- 28:32Speaker 2: from Valentina, she's a lyft driver. She's on the phone
- 28:34Speaker 2: right now, Valentina.
- 28:36Speaker 5: Good morning, by good morning.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Hey, So what happened in this video? Because you're a
- 28:40Speaker 2: lyft driver, right, But something happened in this video and
- 28:42Speaker 2: we'll post a video on our Instagram. John Jaye Rich,
- 28:44Speaker 2: So what happened in that video?
- 28:46Speaker 4: So?
- 28:47Speaker 5: I was picking a guye up and it was in
- 28:49Speaker 5: an area in Los Angeles called Baldwin Hills. This is
- 28:52Speaker 5: a very prestigious and high high class neighborhood and it
- 28:57Speaker 5: happened to be on like a kind of like a
- 28:59Speaker 5: dead end street. So when I picked him up, I
- 29:01Speaker 5: was facing towards the dead end and then I had
- 29:04Speaker 5: to go and turn turn around to come back to
- 29:07Speaker 5: get to the main street to take him home. But
- 29:09Speaker 5: he couldn't even get to the corner without throwing up.
- 29:14Speaker 5: He had to keep opening my door. I had to
- 29:16Speaker 5: stop and let him open the door so he could
- 29:18Speaker 5: spit out. And I believe that the motion of the
- 29:21Speaker 5: car was what was making him want to vomit.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Okay, So in the video, in the video, the back
- 29:26Speaker 2: door's open and he's sitting in there and you're telling
- 29:29Speaker 2: them to get out. You can't do anymore.
- 29:31Speaker 5: Yeah, that was when I on the third time, I
- 29:33Speaker 5: finally pulled over and said, you have to vacate my vehicle.
- 29:37Speaker 12: Car?
- 29:38Speaker 2: And did he do it? Did he ever get out?
- 29:40Speaker 5: After about maybe five or six times with me telling him, sir,
- 29:45Speaker 5: you need to get out, Sir, please vacate my vehicle.
- 29:48Speaker 5: I just kept saying the same thing over and over again.
- 29:52Speaker 6: Isn't there some rules that you can't throw up in
- 29:54Speaker 6: a ride share car? You have to a lot extra?
- 29:58Speaker 7: There is right well, cleaning fees if you yack in
- 30:01Speaker 7: someone's car also like gros skin.
- 30:03Speaker 5: Yeah, probably like a two hundred and fifty dollars cleaning fee.
- 30:07Speaker 5: But who's going to clean it?
- 30:08Speaker 14: Yeah?
- 30:08Speaker 7: And what was so crazy about your video is like
- 30:12Speaker 7: his refusal'll get out, Like if you're that wasted or
- 30:15Speaker 7: whatever your situation is, like, be respectful, hop out the
- 30:18Speaker 7: car and then order another lift if it's that serious.
- 30:21Speaker 5: Yeah, I was telling him, look, sit it out, sober up,
- 30:27Speaker 5: because I've been drunk like that before where motion makes
- 30:30Speaker 5: me want to throw up. But if I just sit
- 30:33Speaker 5: there in the fresh air, just let maybe like have
- 30:36Speaker 5: to be maybe an hour maybe more, and then eventually
- 30:39Speaker 5: you can get through a ride without one in a
- 30:42Speaker 5: vomit and he just didn't want to listen to me.
- 30:44Speaker 5: He just wanted to get home so bad. But if
- 30:47Speaker 5: I would allowed him to stay in my car, I
- 30:49Speaker 5: would have lost a whole night because he was one
- 30:51Speaker 5: of my first rides for the night. So I was
- 30:54Speaker 5: gonna go till like three am that day.
- 30:56Speaker 2: There's a lot of comments. What's funny about the comments
- 30:58Speaker 2: is here's one comments is this is crazy, Like why
- 31:01Speaker 2: are you in the rideshare business if you're not ready
- 31:03Speaker 2: to deal with the consequences. That's the consequence of taking
- 31:06Speaker 2: that kind of job. That's what somebody said, right, Somebody
- 31:08Speaker 2: else goes you all acting like strangers throwing up in
- 31:11Speaker 2: your car something to be okay with? Just stand outside
- 31:19Speaker 2: and throw up.
- 31:21Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 31:22Speaker 5: I mean if he would have thrown up in my car,
- 31:25Speaker 5: I would have not been able to finish my shift,
- 31:27Speaker 5: which I told you guys, I started that was like
- 31:29Speaker 5: five PM. I was going to go till three two
- 31:32Speaker 5: or three am, So I would not have been able
- 31:35Speaker 5: to make any money that night. I would have my
- 31:37Speaker 5: car would have had vomited it. I would have had
- 31:39Speaker 5: to clean the vomit up, and then how long do
- 31:42Speaker 5: you think it would have taken for.
- 31:43Speaker 11: The smell of.
- 31:47Speaker 2: A car, you have to move out of your car.
- 31:49Speaker 9: Is there an option for you as a driver to
- 31:51Speaker 9: report a customer?
- 31:53Speaker 5: I did report him. I did report him. I let
- 31:56Speaker 5: the lift people know that I had to stop. I
- 32:00Speaker 5: had to end the ride. The reason why I filmed
- 32:02Speaker 5: it with my ray band glasses was because I needed
- 32:06Speaker 5: to protect myself. I needed to have evidence just in
- 32:09Speaker 5: case it went any worse than it got at that moment.
- 32:12Speaker 5: And so he did end up getting.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Out of my car.
- 32:15Speaker 5: After you've seen how aggressive I had to start to become.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, hey, let me ask you this. So you're
- 32:20Speaker 2: a lift driver, uber driver in Los Angeles? Have you
- 32:22Speaker 2: ever picked up famous people?
- 32:24Speaker 14: Yes?
- 32:25Speaker 2: I have, really like who I have?
- 32:27Speaker 5: Well, the most famous his name was Big Baby Dram Shelley.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Yeah, you know.
- 32:32Speaker 5: He sings I Think You're Cute, You're cute. He sings
- 32:37Speaker 5: that song.
- 32:38Speaker 15: I love him.
- 32:38Speaker 5: He's my favorite singer and I picked him up in Burbank.
- 32:42Speaker 5: He was so cool. And I've picked up a lot
- 32:45Speaker 5: of different like agents or like models or just people
- 32:49Speaker 5: that are like in the maybe in the film industry.
- 32:51Speaker 5: I haven't necessarily picked up like fifty cents or.
- 32:54Speaker 17: Anything like that.
- 32:55Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure she would hire black cars.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Were you like what I think your cue you're like,
- 33:00Speaker 2: please just don't puke please?
- 33:05Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 33:05Speaker 5: That should be my that should be my Uber song.
- 33:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it should be. Well, Valentina, thanks for jumping on
- 33:10Speaker 2: there with us. We're gonna post your video if that's okay.
- 33:13Speaker 5: Oh, I would love to. And I also want to
- 33:15Speaker 5: let you know that even though I'm a lift driver,
- 33:17Speaker 5: I use my lift funds to fuel my business, Shay
- 33:21Speaker 5: So Fine. If anybody want to learn more about Shay
- 33:23Speaker 5: so Fine dot com.
- 33:25Speaker 2: What is so Fine? Tell us about it.
- 33:28Speaker 5: It's It's so It's a skincare company and our flagship
- 33:31Speaker 5: product is a whipped shade body butter.
- 33:34Speaker 11: Send up.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Yeah, but you send us a Valentino Chase So Fine.
- 33:38Speaker 2: I don't get in her car with any ashy elbows.
- 33:42Speaker 5: Please don't be ashy. I will give you a free
- 33:45Speaker 5: sample if you get in my car.
- 33:47Speaker 2: All right, all right, Chase So Fine. We're on it.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Thanks Valentina. Michelle, you got an Uber story something Uber
- 33:52Speaker 2: went wrong? Or you driver? You passenger? What happened?
- 33:56Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 33:56Speaker 4: I was a list driver and I got a call
- 33:59Speaker 4: maybe like you eleven thirty pm, and I go into
- 34:03Speaker 4: a young group of kids and three girls get in
- 34:07Speaker 4: my car and a boy and they're like feeling drunk,
- 34:10Speaker 4: They're feeling good. They're hungry, so I take them to
- 34:13Speaker 4: Jack in the Box to get some food, and then
- 34:16Speaker 4: we proceed to take them to their house. And they
- 34:19Speaker 4: lived in really nice houses. I'm like, okay, they live
- 34:22Speaker 4: at their parents' house. They get out of the car,
- 34:25Speaker 4: they're so grateful, Like one girl comes around the window,
- 34:27Speaker 4: thank you so much, gives me twenty dollars cash, and
- 34:31Speaker 4: then another girl comes and she's like, thank you so much,
- 34:34Speaker 4: You're awesome, tries giving me more money. I was like, oh,
- 34:37Speaker 4: your friend already told me no, you could keep it.
- 34:40Speaker 4: And I was like, how old are you guys? They're
- 34:42Speaker 4: all eighteen. It was a bunch of young kids just
- 34:45Speaker 4: having a time. Luckily I was there to get them home.
- 34:49Speaker 9: The really, please don't my mom, he's not honey?
- 34:54Speaker 2: Is that you don't tell.
- 34:57Speaker 5: Oh?
- 34:58Speaker 2: I mean, I mean it does tell you I had
- 35:00Speaker 2: gone wrong.
- 35:00Speaker 5: You know.
- 35:01Speaker 2: That's multiple tips.
- 35:04Speaker 4: And they were they yeah, they were safe. And there
- 35:08Speaker 4: was a lot of beautiful young girls in luck with me.
- 35:11Speaker 4: A female driver too. I guess that one, right.
- 35:17Speaker 2: Are you still an uber driver?
- 35:20Speaker 14: No?
- 35:20Speaker 4: I did it a couple of times and then I
- 35:23Speaker 4: stopped doing it. But I mean I had a couple
- 35:26Speaker 4: of times like I don't know this was allowed, but
- 35:28Speaker 4: I would have a little bunch of shooters and I
- 35:31Speaker 4: would just throw them like grab through and just randomly
- 35:34Speaker 4: throw them in my back seat. And then when I
- 35:36Speaker 4: had people at Old Town, I would be like, hey,
- 35:39Speaker 4: there's like random shooters around the car. If you could
- 35:42Speaker 4: find them, you could keep them. And often people would
- 35:46Speaker 4: be like, come party with us, or we're going to
- 35:48Speaker 4: an after party.
- 35:50Speaker 14: But no, I didn't.
- 35:51Speaker 4: I never went out with them.
- 35:52Speaker 2: It sounds like the rideshare services that a great day.
- 36:00Speaker 2: We want you to be part of the show.
- 36:03Speaker 7: Call us eighty seven seven nine three seven, one oh
- 36:07Speaker 7: four seven get on the air with John Jay and Rich.
- 36:12Speaker 2: Hey, this is pretty cool. I saw this thing. People
- 36:14Speaker 2: online are talking about the things that have become more
- 36:18Speaker 2: socially acceptable in the last ten years. Okay, things that
- 36:22Speaker 2: have become socially acceptable, And it's kind of funny because
- 36:26Speaker 2: there's something on here rich where back in the day,
- 36:29Speaker 2: I remember you being very against wearing shorts on stage,
- 36:35Speaker 2: sweats no, no, no, no, right, here's the rich one
- 36:40Speaker 2: putting photos of your kids online. Not only are people
- 36:43Speaker 2: less concerned about sharing images of their own kids, but
- 36:45Speaker 2: other family members, other parents, and even kids' school seems
- 36:47Speaker 2: to be like less hesitant about posting photos online. There
- 36:50Speaker 2: was a time where you, I remember, you didn't want
- 36:51Speaker 2: you kids that be on social media, have social media.
- 36:53Speaker 2: You wouldn't put them on social media. You don't want
- 36:55Speaker 2: people to know you had kids.
- 36:58Speaker 6: Well, I think back in the day when it was knew,
- 37:00Speaker 6: I'm like, well, that's right, their choice. Yet once they
- 37:02Speaker 6: get old enough, a lot.
- 37:03Speaker 9: Of people still feel that way. I mean, and there
- 37:05Speaker 9: is some creeps out there.
- 37:07Speaker 2: This has become more socially acceptable though, Like here, location sharing,
- 37:12Speaker 2: it used to feel creepy, but now many people have
- 37:14Speaker 2: at least one app that would show people right where
- 37:16Speaker 2: they are right AI. This also used to feel scary,
- 37:21Speaker 2: but now most people have entire conversations with the AI,
- 37:23Speaker 2: even if it's during a Google search. Yeah, I think
- 37:26Speaker 2: I might be scarier than ever before. I think, dude,
- 37:28Speaker 2: I'm on AI so much like yesterday, and it's I
- 37:32Speaker 2: get when you hear about people fall in love with
- 37:33Speaker 2: their AI because I'm having this conversation with AI back
- 37:36Speaker 2: and forth like we were friends. And he even says
- 37:38Speaker 2: that he'll be like or she I don't understand what
- 37:41Speaker 2: you're saying. Happened to me the other day. That's what
- 37:43Speaker 2: I said to me, and you got stem cells the
- 37:47Speaker 2: other day.
- 37:49Speaker 9: To go.
- 37:49Speaker 2: I feel.
- 37:51Speaker 6: There are times you'd rather talk to AI than actual
- 37:53Speaker 6: and actual person though right it's crazy.
- 37:55Speaker 2: It truly is crazy. Uh, things that have become socially
- 37:59Speaker 2: acceptable in the last ten years. Constantly canceling plans. There
- 38:04Speaker 2: used to be a stigma around flaking, but now bailing
- 38:07Speaker 2: on plans is considered self care and protecting your peace.
- 38:10Speaker 7: I literally just texted one of my friends yesterday because
- 38:14Speaker 7: she canceled our lunch plans the second week in a row.
- 38:17Speaker 7: And she's like, I'm so sorry, and I said, I
- 38:19Speaker 7: am the friend you can cancel on. I will never
- 38:22Speaker 7: be mad at you for canceling plans.
- 38:24Speaker 6: I don't know, man, where I grew up in the Midwest.
- 38:26Speaker 6: And if you cancel a plan, like if you say
- 38:28Speaker 6: I want to meet you next Thursday at four o'clock,
- 38:31Speaker 6: unless you're like your arm fell off or something like that, you.
- 38:33Speaker 9: Just go will Sometimes you maybe happen.
- 38:36Speaker 2: You don't have to text, you don't have to like
- 38:38Speaker 2: according this. You may be right, but this is just
- 38:40Speaker 2: saying that now it's a little bit of a different
- 38:42Speaker 2: world today. People. It just seems like a completely different
- 38:45Speaker 2: world where you could just kind of like it's a
- 38:47Speaker 2: little bit more socially acceptable to cancel. And my point
- 38:50Speaker 2: of view, I love when things canceled. I love it.
- 38:54Speaker 2: You you won't cancel, but if it gets canceled, you
- 38:56Speaker 2: like it. I have a podcast. I tape it on Mondays.
- 38:58Speaker 2: I'm really excited about the guests and a half, but
- 39:00Speaker 2: I love it when they cancel too. I love I'm
- 39:05Speaker 2: driving to the podcast and they cancel and I go home.
- 39:07Speaker 2: You know, it is good being on the phone while socializing.
- 39:12Speaker 2: It's now completely normal for someone to be on their
- 39:14Speaker 2: phone while having a conversation with somebody. It's true, that's
- 39:18Speaker 2: just true. I was talking to a massage a guy
- 39:20Speaker 2: that does massages, and he says, sometimes he's given massages
- 39:23Speaker 2: to people and they're on the phone. Why you're getting
- 39:25Speaker 2: a massage.
- 39:26Speaker 9: That's crazy.
- 39:28Speaker 2: The ability to concentrate and read has disappeared. People often
- 39:32Speaker 2: have full conversations based on a headline. They remember seeing
- 39:36Speaker 2: on social media that's me literally, that's it.
- 39:41Speaker 15: Question.
- 39:42Speaker 10: You're like, I didn't want to click something.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Here's another thing socially acceptable. Now, let me finish before
- 39:49Speaker 2: you jump in open guilt free cheating academically, there's always
- 39:56Speaker 2: been cheating on tests and assignments. By using AI and
- 39:58Speaker 2: online resources don't seem bad to people. It's just a
- 40:01Speaker 2: faster way of getting it done and over with.
- 40:03Speaker 6: I kind of agree with it, right, as long as
- 40:06Speaker 6: you have some original stuff on there. I mean before
- 40:08Speaker 6: AI was having a calculator in class. Things that are
- 40:14Speaker 6: socially acceptable, profanity. Someone said, I don't appreciate how casual
- 40:17Speaker 6: and acceptable throwing has become.
- 40:18Speaker 2: It's everywhere now, it is. Remember back in the day,
- 40:21Speaker 2: it was a big deal to say a certain word.
- 40:23Speaker 2: I remember that there was a TV show called NYPD
- 40:25Speaker 2: Blue and they said the A word and it was
- 40:28Speaker 2: news that it was passed the sensors because they say
- 40:32Speaker 2: the A word. Now there's so many things on release,
- 40:37Speaker 2: but now normal TV has to take it a little
- 40:39Speaker 2: bit further and than normal, you know what I mean.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Like if you watch Blue, nowadays there is blue betting
- 40:47Speaker 2: and gambling like online sports betting and prediction markets way
- 40:51Speaker 2: more acceptable now everywhere. This is, this is I think
- 40:57Speaker 2: what I'm about to say. It's so obvious, but I
- 40:58Speaker 2: guess it wasn't acceptable or common ten years ago. Bring
- 41:02Speaker 2: your water bottle everywhere. Some said, if we don't guess
- 41:04Speaker 2: over for a nice dinner, I'll ask them what I
- 41:06Speaker 2: can get them to drink. And they just plunk their
- 41:07Speaker 2: huge water bottle.
- 41:08Speaker 10: Table and we got a lot of about it.
- 41:10Speaker 2: Say they're good, They'll just have their water. So weird
- 41:12Speaker 2: to me, and it seems like a rejection of hospitality,
- 41:15Speaker 2: but I get it. If you got something else to
- 41:17Speaker 2: add this list, text it to me, text JJR and
- 41:21Speaker 2: whatever is now socially acceptable, but it wasn't ten years
- 41:24Speaker 2: ago to nine six, eight ninety three. I don't know
- 41:27Speaker 2: how you found us. Oh, I'm so thankful that you did.
- 41:32Speaker 2: It's John Jay and Rich Tyler.
- 41:33Speaker 8: What's up.
- 41:34Speaker 2: You're on the air.
- 41:35Speaker 13: So I was wondering if you guys can help me
- 41:38Speaker 13: figure out what is going on with the cemetery near me.
- 41:41Speaker 13: I don't know the name of it, but I can
- 41:43Speaker 13: tell you it's like off like the two O two
- 41:45Speaker 13: and a camel around that lake area.
- 41:47Speaker 18: There as of two days ago. There are over fifty
- 41:52Speaker 18: brand new pre dug graves with like the dirt just
- 41:58Speaker 18: sitting like right next to the grave. And I try
- 42:01Speaker 18: to look up if there's like relocating of things.
- 42:04Speaker 5: I'm just I'm so freaked out.
- 42:05Speaker 13: I'm like, what kind of mad something is being pliant?
- 42:08Speaker 2: Oh so you're saying there's fifty freshly dug graves.
- 42:13Speaker 9: Oh that's crazy, right?
- 42:15Speaker 2: And and are these like normal size or could they
- 42:19Speaker 2: just be planting flowers?
- 42:22Speaker 18: No, these are normal sized graves.
- 42:23Speaker 4: It it's weird.
- 42:25Speaker 18: It's like, I can you can tell that they expanded
- 42:27Speaker 18: the land because there's no grass there and they just
- 42:30Speaker 18: predug it.
- 42:31Speaker 5: I passed it on the overpath, so it's very easy
- 42:34Speaker 5: to see.
- 42:34Speaker 2: It's just that how do you predig I don't know.
- 42:37Speaker 6: Maybe maybe they maybe they opened up a new section
- 42:40Speaker 6: and they're just getting ready.
- 42:41Speaker 2: They got everybody in storage.
- 42:43Speaker 6: You guys heard about that bad lettuce that's going to
- 42:45Speaker 6: have a lot of people just getting ready.
- 42:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:49Speaker 9: No, that is kind of creepy, though, Taylor, because I
- 42:51Speaker 9: feel you.
- 42:51Speaker 7: I feel like if I saw that around me, I'm like,
- 42:53Speaker 7: it's something going to happen within the vicinity of me.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Like you never know, Okay, hold on, hold, it's on
- 42:59Speaker 2: the two two old.
- 43:01Speaker 10: Gosh, what is it? Kind of creepy? So there's nothing
- 43:05Speaker 10: public about that specific cemetery. I think there's there's in
- 43:09Speaker 10: the location. You said there's Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery, but
- 43:11Speaker 10: it said there if there is roughly fifty graves that
- 43:14Speaker 10: have already been dug, there are a few plausible explanations.
- 43:19Speaker 10: Large cemeteries often excavate multiple graves in advance when they
- 43:23Speaker 10: know they're going to have a busy schedule, so you're right,
- 43:27Speaker 10: expansion of a new burial section. They may be opening
- 43:31Speaker 10: up a new area and planning plots ahead of time,
- 43:33Speaker 10: or a planned group interment. Occasionally, cemeteries prepare multiple graves
- 43:39Speaker 10: for veterans, organizations or religious communities.
- 43:44Speaker 13: I was wondering as well. I was almost thinking, what
- 43:46Speaker 13: if it's a bunch of soldiers coming home or something.
- 43:48Speaker 2: I annoyed, Yes, okay, so exactly where is it the
- 43:51Speaker 2: two or two.
- 43:52Speaker 19: And what.
- 43:55Speaker 15: It's like?
- 43:56Speaker 13: Okay, so I just moved to this area too, By
- 43:58Speaker 13: the way, it's I think it's seventeen and the and
- 44:04Speaker 13: I don't know exactly.
- 44:05Speaker 6: Well, I was saying, then why don't you go there
- 44:06Speaker 6: and take some pictures so we can have a picture
- 44:08Speaker 6: of it. You should jump in one and take a selfie.
- 44:13Speaker 2: We never hear from her again. No, seriously, take you
- 44:16Speaker 2: so we can't understand what it is because I mean,
- 44:18Speaker 2: you know, it's funny because you know, we all know
- 44:20Speaker 2: in your own business when is the high season. And
- 44:23Speaker 2: I guess do funer people know when the high seasons coming?
- 44:25Speaker 2: Are they like, Hey, whoa, we're getting up doctors, you know,
- 44:27Speaker 2: September October.
- 44:28Speaker 6: It sounds like what they did is they opened up
- 44:30Speaker 6: a new section, like Kyle said, they're they're bringing in
- 44:32Speaker 6: some people. And maybe there's a lot of older people
- 44:34Speaker 6: in the neighborhood that are getting ready to go.
- 44:37Speaker 2: But how do you fifty You just do fifty people
- 44:39Speaker 2: are going to die. It is a lot they get
- 44:41Speaker 2: aheads that they get inside sources at old Folks Home.
- 44:43Speaker 9: That's not saying I don't like I just go to
- 44:45Speaker 9: doom and gloom when I hear it, I'm like, what
- 44:48Speaker 9: is going plotted on us right now?
- 44:50Speaker 6: Maybe they're moving people from the old section to the
- 44:53Speaker 6: new section and then the new section.
- 44:55Speaker 13: Maybe they're just like you're the ones that actually what
- 44:58Speaker 13: if they're the ones that you know, we needed to
- 45:00Speaker 13: let it and they're like, we need money.
- 45:03Speaker 2: Well, anyway, Taylor, if you get a picture and send
- 45:05Speaker 2: it to us to be great and if anybody knows
- 45:06Speaker 2: what it is, call us. Thanks Taylor, Drive safe. Yeah day,
- 45:12Speaker 2: Jane Rich, Hey, Cam, good morning, thanks for holding you're
- 45:15Speaker 2: on the air. Hey, how's it going good? Good? What's up?
- 45:20Speaker 2: All right?
- 45:21Speaker 17: So I dated this girl who.
- 45:26Speaker 11: Well, she couldn't sleep unless you know.
- 45:29Speaker 17: She had the TV on in the background, and like
- 45:32Speaker 17: find totally normal.
- 45:34Speaker 11: Until I started realizing that the only show that.
- 45:38Speaker 17: She wanted to watch was to Catch a Predator, like
- 45:41Speaker 17: every single night. And I finally like asked her why
- 45:46Speaker 17: one day and she goes.
- 45:47Speaker 11: Oh, look, it makes me feel safe. And then Chris.
- 45:50Speaker 17: Hansen pops on the screen and like she actually whispered
- 45:53Speaker 17: to him, good night King. I don't know how that
- 45:59Speaker 17: becomes like your comfort show, like what you've been through
- 46:01Speaker 17: with trauma, you guess, But I mean everyone has their thing,
- 46:04Speaker 17: I guess, no shame well, you know.
- 46:07Speaker 6: Like Headline News at night only shows the half hour
- 46:10Speaker 6: murder documentaries because most of their ratings come from people
- 46:14Speaker 6: who go to sleep watching the murder docks and want
- 46:16Speaker 6: them to roll all night. They do it every single
- 46:19Speaker 6: night for that reason, so she is not alone. A
- 46:22Speaker 6: lot of people like to go to sleep to those shows.
- 46:24Speaker 7: I was gonna say, I feel like I was one
- 46:25Speaker 7: of those people in college, like Long Order SVU was
- 46:28Speaker 7: like what got me through? And I would fall asleep
- 46:30Speaker 7: to Olivia Benson mustin some creeps all.
- 46:32Speaker 6: The time for Forensic Files is the headline news show
- 46:36Speaker 6: every night all night because people like they find it
- 46:39Speaker 6: soothing for whatever reason.
- 46:41Speaker 2: That's terrible. I can't I can't watch stuff like that
- 46:43Speaker 2: before I go to sleep either. So what happens? So
- 46:45Speaker 2: where do you get that show anyway? Because they don't
- 46:47Speaker 2: film it anymore, right because the guy stopped making it,
- 46:50Speaker 2: Chris Hansen stopped making it after he caught you hear
- 46:52Speaker 2: what happened why he stopped making it? What they caught
- 46:56Speaker 2: A person came in and then that person went into
- 47:00Speaker 2: their life and then Chris goes, I'm out, and this
- 47:03Speaker 2: is like ten years ago. Yeah, they have like they're
- 47:05Speaker 2: making a movie out of it. Actually, really they have.
- 47:07Speaker 6: Like eight hour versions that they've you know, spliced together,
- 47:10Speaker 6: they've threw it together. They show on YouTube that you
- 47:12Speaker 6: can watch, you know, like based on YouTube, and there's.
- 47:14Speaker 7: People that are here that like and like people in
- 47:17Speaker 7: their local communities that will catch these predators and then
- 47:19Speaker 7: work with the local PD. Like I just saw some
- 47:22Speaker 7: guy catch someone up at the Arrowhead mall like.
- 47:24Speaker 2: Where I know, and the police would tell people to
- 47:26Speaker 2: stop doing that. They're doing it on their own and going.
- 47:29Speaker 7: On their own and they're like approaching these people who
- 47:31Speaker 7: like you never know, like obviously there's something.
- 47:33Speaker 9: Wrong with them.
- 47:34Speaker 2: Well, here it is. There's to catch a predator of
- 47:36Speaker 2: full episodes on YouTube. Wow.
- 47:38Speaker 17: Yeah, she usually has it on. Like I come into
- 47:42Speaker 17: the room when she already has it on. So I
- 47:45Speaker 17: mean it might be YouTube compilations. I don't know, but yeah,
- 47:50Speaker 17: I just I try to tune it out. I got
- 47:52Speaker 17: to ear plugs in my nights.
- 47:54Speaker 2: Gen, So all right, well you're sleeping with a weird one. Yeah,
- 47:57Speaker 2: all right, can thanks for calling it.
- 47:58Speaker 11: Maybe I shouldn't have.
- 47:59Speaker 2: You have a great day, man, Thanks for calling. Kim, John, Jay,
- 48:04Speaker 2: and Rich we are like a whole vibe. Peyton. What's
- 48:09Speaker 2: the latest Living in your house with your grandparents?
- 48:12Speaker 7: Oh well yeah, just your parents, my parents and my
- 48:14Speaker 7: grand your husband. It really is were like, living in
- 48:19Speaker 7: like a community living right now, and it's it's been fun.
- 48:23Speaker 7: But Kadeem and I, now that we are husband and wife,
- 48:25Speaker 7: we have officially elevated to nosy neighbors.
- 48:29Speaker 9: We are officially your nosy neighbor. So get this.
- 48:31Speaker 7: We were pulling into our neighborhood the other day and
- 48:34Speaker 7: we saw a little bit of a road rage incident.
- 48:36Speaker 7: So there was one car trailing another car that was
- 48:38Speaker 7: kind of going a little bit slow in the neighborhood.
- 48:41Speaker 7: So the car behind him zooms up in front of
- 48:43Speaker 7: the car in front of him.
- 48:44Speaker 9: Now it's a high speed chase in the neighborhood.
- 48:47Speaker 7: This guy who gets passed over starts following the car
- 48:53Speaker 7: in front of us. So Kadem and I were like,
- 48:55Speaker 7: I'm like, so down a little bit, so down a
- 48:56Speaker 7: little bit, so we can follow them and see where
- 48:58Speaker 7: they're going. We follow them all the way around the neighborhood.
- 49:02Speaker 7: Come to find out, the guy that came and cut
- 49:05Speaker 7: off the first car teenager with a bunch of boxes
- 49:08Speaker 7: of pizza.
- 49:08Speaker 9: He runs into his house.
- 49:10Speaker 7: By the time we pull up to the location, the
- 49:14Speaker 7: parents of the teenager that cut the guy off come
- 49:16Speaker 7: running out. There's the guy in the van. The parents
- 49:19Speaker 7: are screaming, yelling at each other, and me and Kadeem
- 49:22Speaker 7: are just like parked around the corner and I recorded
- 49:24Speaker 7: the whole thing.
- 49:30Speaker 9: It's my neighbor. And honestly, I.
- 49:37Speaker 7: I told Adim, I was like, I'm like, this could
- 49:40Speaker 7: have ended really bad.
- 49:41Speaker 9: And I was like, I wish I could have had
- 49:42Speaker 9: like a fly in the wall in that room, because
- 49:44Speaker 9: I know for a.
- 49:45Speaker 7: Fact that kid ran and he's like, that guy's following me.
- 49:48Speaker 7: And I'm sure the guy in the van was like,
- 49:50Speaker 7: your kid cut me off, has made it just fine?
- 49:57Speaker 10: Didn't that happen with you? Jon Jay with Dutch?
- 49:59Speaker 2: And it is for or something like that, I remember,
- 50:01Speaker 2: And they filmed the whole thing. They look like punks,
- 50:03Speaker 2: but the guy was really a jerk. Oh yeah, that's good.
- 50:10Speaker 2: That's good here.
- 50:13Speaker 7: And then at one point the sun walks out starts chirping.
- 50:16Speaker 9: In the dads like get back and suck.
- 50:18Speaker 2: How far is that from your house?
- 50:20Speaker 9: A two streets?
- 50:21Speaker 2: Oh, you can post it. It's not like your neighbor
- 50:23Speaker 2: name yeh.
- 50:24Speaker 9: Trick or trading. We see them all the side.
- 50:26Speaker 2: You're going trick or treating. I go trick or treating
- 50:29Speaker 2: once a year. Yeah, Emily, what's up here on their
- 50:35Speaker 2: good morning? Thanks for holding.
- 50:37Speaker 5: Good morning.
- 50:38Speaker 2: I heard you got a neighbor story, nosy neighbor story.
- 50:41Speaker 14: I I do.
- 50:42Speaker 15: Yeah, So this is I'm in an apartment complex and
- 50:44Speaker 15: this is my my next door neighbor. And so I'm
- 50:48Speaker 15: just sound like super curious because every single day it
- 50:51Speaker 15: seems like my neighbor gets probably five or six Amazon packages.
- 50:55Speaker 15: And that's a little out of the ordinary, right, you know,
- 50:59Speaker 15: And I'm sure you're going, like, you know, sometimes it's
- 51:02Speaker 15: like five, ten, fifteen Amazon packages just like stacked to
- 51:07Speaker 15: the brim outside, and I'm going, you know, does this
- 51:10Speaker 15: guy have a problem, you know, is there is a hoarder,
- 51:14Speaker 15: you know who needs all of this stuff all the time.
- 51:18Speaker 15: And one time I got one of his packages and
- 51:21Speaker 15: it was delivered to my address by mistake, and I
- 51:23Speaker 15: got really excited because I went, oh, you know, I'm
- 51:27Speaker 15: going to go deliver it to him, and then I
- 51:28Speaker 15: can kind of peek around and you know, see all
- 51:32Speaker 15: of his stuff. I'm expecting that it's going to be,
- 51:34Speaker 15: you know, a hoarder issues back to the brim everything
- 51:36Speaker 15: in his in his apartment. And so I went over
- 51:40Speaker 15: there and I and I knocked to the door and
- 51:41Speaker 15: I was like hey, and he actually invited me in,
- 51:45Speaker 15: and I just kind of blurted out, you know, like, min,
- 51:47Speaker 15: do you have so many Amazon packages? Turns out his
- 51:50Speaker 15: job is an Amazon reviewer?
- 51:52Speaker 9: Oh nice?
- 51:53Speaker 2: Oh really job? That's my hole on boxing deals. That well,
- 52:00Speaker 2: that's cool.
- 52:01Speaker 15: And it's funny that he said on boxing because that's
- 52:03Speaker 15: kind of part of what he does too, is he
- 52:05Speaker 15: does on boxing videos and then you know, he makes
- 52:07Speaker 15: content and then he'll you know, sometimes he'll keep it,
- 52:10Speaker 15: sometimes he'll send it back and everything. And and I
- 52:13Speaker 15: was sitting over here thinking the news a weirdo, but
- 52:15Speaker 15: but in fact, you know, he's just like five star reviewer. Yeah,
- 52:19Speaker 15: a million subscribers or whatever on his YouTube and whatnot.
- 52:22Speaker 6: Wow does he have to send an that stuff back
- 52:24Speaker 6: or does he just own it or does he buy
- 52:26Speaker 6: it to review?
- 52:28Speaker 4: Well, they send it to him.
- 52:30Speaker 15: And I mean he said that sometimes he gets he
- 52:33Speaker 15: gets to keep some of the stuff, and sometimes he
- 52:34Speaker 15: just sends it back.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Yes see, I had that question on my own boxing videos.
- 52:37Speaker 2: People said, hey, do people just send you the stuff?
- 52:39Speaker 2: And I said, yes, but I pay for it first.
- 52:45Speaker 7: A lot of those reviewers get started in the first place.
- 52:48Speaker 7: I mean, you got to invest in into your future,
- 52:50Speaker 7: in your career and what you want.
- 52:51Speaker 2: To know atue. This guy sent to me for free.
- 52:53Speaker 2: I did it. This hoodie walk you to your car?
- 52:56Speaker 9: Does I want mind to him?
- 52:57Speaker 4: Ye? Cool?
- 52:57Speaker 2: What's called Wolverine? Wolve Then they said bunch of stuff
- 53:00Speaker 2: to all of us because of my unboxing videos, going to.
- 53:05Speaker 14: Bring it in.
- 53:05Speaker 2: It is in my trunk. It's in my car right now,
- 53:08Speaker 2: but you didn't.
- 53:08Speaker 4: Bring it in.
- 53:09Speaker 2: That's a long walk far away. Emily, thanks for calling in.
- 53:16Speaker 2: Thanks for sharing that story. That's cool because when you
- 53:17Speaker 2: first said it, and he's got all these boxes, like yeah,
- 53:19Speaker 2: because that's what normal people do. People don't everybody. Everybody
- 53:22Speaker 2: has boxes, tilts, but he does it for a living.
- 53:26Speaker 2: Thanks Emily, have a great day.
- 53:28Speaker 3: Thank you you too.
- 53:29Speaker 2: My neighbor, by the way, get this so my barber,
- 53:32Speaker 2: his name is Arson. He owns scott Sel barber shop.
- 53:34Speaker 2: I love the guy. Guy's a great guy. He's cutting
- 53:36Speaker 2: my hair the other day. He says to me, Hey,
- 53:38Speaker 2: what are your neighbors? Came in here and when I
- 53:42Speaker 2: told him that I cut your hair, they told me
- 53:45Speaker 2: that they told you to never talk about him on
- 53:48Speaker 2: the air. Who are you talking about? And he goes,
- 53:51Speaker 2: I can't remember his name, but I wanted to take
- 53:54Speaker 2: a selfie with him and send it to you, and
- 53:55Speaker 2: he wouldn't let me. Bro I got I know three
- 53:59Speaker 2: neighbors and I've never talked about them on the air.
- 54:03Speaker 2: And he goes, he said, you brought him up on
- 54:06Speaker 2: the air and he pulled you aside and said, I'll
- 54:07Speaker 2: ever talk about him.
- 54:08Speaker 9: Oh so he addressed.
- 54:10Speaker 2: Is what he says, And I go, Okay, three neighbors
- 54:13Speaker 2: I've never talked. I'm gonna say their names on the
- 54:14Speaker 2: air right now. And if any if this is any
- 54:16Speaker 2: of you guys, please text me tell me not to
- 54:18Speaker 2: talk about you. Jason Parks, Bill Blake, Bob george Off.
- 54:23Speaker 2: Those are the only three neighbors I know. I know Jason,
- 54:26Speaker 2: I've chatted with him, but I have talked about them
- 54:28Speaker 2: on the air. I can't imagine Jason would never say it.
- 54:30Speaker 2: We'll talk about the Bill Blake I've talked about once.
- 54:33Speaker 2: He's very very handsome, very handsome guy. He's never said anything.
- 54:37Speaker 2: Bob george Off, I've talked about him kind of but
- 54:40Speaker 2: never said his name. He would know it was me.
- 54:41Speaker 9: Is there a neighbor that, like, maybe you kind of
- 54:43Speaker 9: bump heads with or don't really care?
- 54:45Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 54:45Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 54:46Speaker 2: No, I just don't know him. I don't I don't
- 54:48Speaker 2: Judith Judah, but she doesn't go to the barber.
- 54:53Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, well, husband, what I'm saying it's judis husband,
- 54:59Speaker 9: husband's Okay, we need to bleep out her name.
- 55:04Speaker 2: It's not Judas. Judas is one of the complaints. It's Bridges.
- 55:10Speaker 2: Bridges husband. Bridges written notes to me before and then
- 55:13Speaker 2: I read his letter on the air. Wait though a
- 55:16Speaker 2: crime stopper. Oh for sure, I.
- 55:17Speaker 9: Feel like I assisted. That's what it is, crime stopping.
- 55:20Speaker 2: That's what it is. It's Bridges husband, he wrote, He
- 55:25Speaker 2: wrote me a note, he wrote me it but whatever.
- 55:27Speaker 2: And I read his note on the air. Bridge's husband
- 55:34Speaker 2: lives across the alley from me. Bridges husband. Okay, anyway, Wow,
- 55:40Speaker 2: it's good to know that Arson Arson cuts the Bridges husband. Good.
- 55:44Speaker 2: My apologies to Jason Parks, Bob, George Ohnson, Bill, Hey, Race,
- 55:50Speaker 2: what's up? Thanks for holding Hey?
- 55:52Speaker 14: How are you great?
- 55:53Speaker 2: How are you doing? What's up?
- 55:55Speaker 14: Oh it's a little bit weird, but my girlfriend thinks
- 55:58Speaker 14: it's strange.
- 55:59Speaker 17: That I don't I want to do anything for my birthday,
- 56:01Speaker 17: and I.
- 56:02Speaker 14: Think it's totally chill. I figured i'd uh got it
- 56:06Speaker 14: out with you guys a little bit.
- 56:07Speaker 2: But what's what kind of things has she suggested that
- 56:10Speaker 2: you've shot down?
- 56:12Speaker 14: Yeah, she wanted to have like a party, have all
- 56:15Speaker 14: our friends over. But like, honestly, all I want to
- 56:18Speaker 14: do is order some great food, kill at the house,
- 56:22Speaker 14: watch a movie and just caught a little bit. I'm
- 56:26Speaker 14: a simple man.
- 56:28Speaker 2: All right, I'll do it.
- 56:32Speaker 3: You got it?
- 56:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm in. I'll help you out. Is it a
- 56:35Speaker 2: milestone birthday?
- 56:38Speaker 14: I mean, I don't think it's anything else.
- 56:40Speaker 11: Actually it's just thirty five.
- 56:42Speaker 2: Yeah, in my opinion, brother, in my opinion. And I
- 56:46Speaker 2: was just talking to a friend of mine about this.
- 56:50Speaker 2: And I don't want to speak for guys in general,
- 56:51Speaker 2: but like for me, maybe it's because we're the way
- 56:53Speaker 2: I was like being a Virgo or whatever, Like I
- 56:55Speaker 2: don't care about my birthday. I don't care. And my
- 56:57Speaker 2: buddy who birthday is in February, so what is that
- 57:01Speaker 2: February second? If that's your birthday, we're an Aquarius. He
- 57:04Speaker 2: doesn't care about his birthday.
- 57:05Speaker 9: Kadem's an Aquarius and doesn't care about his.
- 57:07Speaker 2: I don't care about my day, honest. I think it's
- 57:09Speaker 2: a guy thing.
- 57:10Speaker 7: Yeah, it could be a guy thing, but then and
- 57:11Speaker 7: I also feel like it could be how you're like,
- 57:13Speaker 7: how you were, like how you grew up My mom.
- 57:16Speaker 9: My mom was huge on birthdays.
- 57:19Speaker 10: I mean we had block parties.
- 57:21Speaker 7: We would shut down the whole neighborhood and everyone would
- 57:23Speaker 7: come and hang out, Whereas like Kadeem my husband, like
- 57:26Speaker 7: he would just have sleepovers and his mom would order
- 57:28Speaker 7: pizza and it really wasn't anything. So now that I'm
- 57:31Speaker 7: an adult and I try to throw him birthday parties,
- 57:33Speaker 7: I'm like, you have to have a birthday party.
- 57:35Speaker 9: It's your birthday.
- 57:36Speaker 7: So I also think it's like how you know you
- 57:38Speaker 7: were brought up, and yeah, it's attention to you. Kyle's
- 57:43Speaker 7: kids will like love their birthdays when they get older, too,
- 57:45Speaker 7: because she goes all out and it's such a special
- 57:47Speaker 7: moment to feel celebrated.
- 57:48Speaker 2: Like I would just say what let's say, let's use
- 57:50Speaker 2: Easton for example, her son when he meets a girl
- 57:52Speaker 2: and a wife, and then she doesn't live up to
- 57:54Speaker 2: the expectation She's just.
- 57:58Speaker 20: Was my circus birthday party in twenty four. He's never
- 58:05Speaker 20: going to be able to get in a relationships their
- 58:08Speaker 20: birthday party, doesn't it okay? He can live with mom.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Forever, Reese thanks to calling it happy birthday?
- 58:16Speaker 14: Thanks?
- 58:18Speaker 2: Hello, good morning, John Jay? And Rich can I help you? Hey?
- 58:21Speaker 21: Is this John Jay?
- 58:22Speaker 14: Yeah?
- 58:23Speaker 18: Hey?
- 58:23Speaker 19: How's it going?
- 58:24Speaker 15: Man?
- 58:25Speaker 14: Michael would save the streets?
- 58:27Speaker 2: What's that, dude?
- 58:28Speaker 17: I don't know if you've heard. I don't know if
- 58:29Speaker 17: you heard about me.
- 58:30Speaker 19: But I went over to h I'd go all around
- 58:32Speaker 19: Arizona and helped the homeless community.
- 58:34Speaker 21: And I went over to Mexico to help a bunch
- 58:36Speaker 21: of kids and families out there, right, And I met
- 58:38Speaker 21: your Theo. I met your Theo and took a picture
- 58:41Speaker 21: and he told me that you're his nephew and stuff
- 58:43Speaker 21: like that.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Were you in Santana?
- 58:46Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 58:46Speaker 2: No, I was in.
- 58:48Speaker 21: Uh shoot, but Javier da Vila Hbier.
- 58:54Speaker 2: Yeah that's my uncle, Mike deal Jabier Rabier Yeah deal Yeah. Yeah,
- 58:57Speaker 2: that's cool dude.
- 58:58Speaker 8: Night.
- 58:59Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 59:00Speaker 21: So I wanted to just say him now, I just
- 59:01Speaker 21: want to say hi and stuff. And he canna send
- 59:03Speaker 21: you over a picture and tell you if you can
- 59:06Speaker 21: give me a shot out on the radio and stuff
- 59:07Speaker 21: like that.
- 59:07Speaker 14: I don't know if he did, but I.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Haven't seen the picture yet. But you're on the air
- 59:11Speaker 2: right now, so you're doing a shout out right now.
- 59:14Speaker 21: Hey, Well, if you.
- 59:14Speaker 19: Guys can my name Michael would saved the streets. Everyone
- 59:18Speaker 19: followed me on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. I go all
- 59:20Speaker 19: around Arizona help.
- 59:21Speaker 21: The homeless community gave me appreciate guys, Thank you so
- 59:24Speaker 21: much and God bless everybody.
- 59:26Speaker 2: Did you make a TikTok with my uncle?
- 59:29Speaker 21: I have a picture. I have a picture with him.
- 59:32Speaker 21: I'll put it on TikTok and then I can or
- 59:34Speaker 21: I can send it to you or something.
- 59:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I say make it tick. You should have been
- 59:37Speaker 2: aight tick. Talk about uncle. You're dancing. He's the mayor.
- 59:40Speaker 2: He's the mayor of Santana. Is that and yeah, that'd
- 59:45Speaker 2: be great. He's he's the reason I think on the
- 59:49Speaker 2: way I am quite frankly, because he's got a very
- 59:52Speaker 2: desired personality. We'll save the streets. Brother, thank you so
- 59:56Speaker 2: much for calling in, Thanks for listening.
- 59:58Speaker 21: Yeah, thank you so much.
- 59:59Speaker 1: Joh Jay, John Jay and.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: Rich Chris, good morning. You're on the air. Hey, guys,
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: how's it going.
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: So?
- 1:00:07Speaker 22: Yeah, I'm just I'm not the type of guy to
- 1:00:09Speaker 22: be friends with my ex personally, and I don't love
- 1:00:12Speaker 22: the idea of my partner staying.
- 1:00:14Speaker 17: Close to their ex as well.
- 1:00:16Speaker 22: So when we first started dating, my girlfriend told me
- 1:00:19Speaker 22: that she had an ex that she's seeing like every
- 1:00:22Speaker 22: few months, and I almost ended things like right there,
- 1:00:25Speaker 22: because I didn't like that. And then she said she
- 1:00:28Speaker 22: only did it because she needed to because it turns
- 1:00:31Speaker 22: out her exit is her dentist, and you know, she
- 1:00:36Speaker 22: apparently forgot to change Gennet's offices after they broke up,
- 1:00:40Speaker 22: and when she came in, he was super friendly and
- 1:00:43Speaker 22: mentioned that he was engaged with somebody else, so she.
- 1:00:46Speaker 17: Kind of figured why not stay.
- 1:00:49Speaker 22: I mean, apparently he gives the best and cheap is cleanings.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: In the town.
- 1:00:54Speaker 22: But I'm not sure how I feel about my girlfriend
- 1:00:56Speaker 22: getting floss by her ex.
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:00:58Speaker 22: I kind of understand, but I kind of feel like
- 1:01:01Speaker 22: it's weird.
- 1:01:01Speaker 10: I mean, I think the dental hygienis does the flossing,
- 1:01:04Speaker 10: so I think you're safe.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: There at the end yea and disappears.
- 1:01:11Speaker 10: I do like understand why that would bother you a
- 1:01:14Speaker 10: little bit. But also it's not like they're going to
- 1:01:16Speaker 10: get coffee. It's like she's going her teeth.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: I would be like, I.
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: Would hope though, like if I'm glad that it didn't
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: end bad, because if he was my dentist and you
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: could like drill into my teeth and I like, did
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: him dirty?
- 1:01:28Speaker 9: Do you imagine.
- 1:01:31Speaker 10: You can take advantage of that?
- 1:01:32Speaker 9: Literally?
- 1:01:33Speaker 23: Yeah?
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Because so she's currently your girlfriend right now, yes, and
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: she's seen her dentist. What is it every six months
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: you go to the dentist. So she's seeing her ex boyfriend.
- 1:01:45Speaker 22: So we've been together for a couple of years.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: So someone she's been very intimate with, being him about
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: every six months, is looking inside her mouth every six months. Right,
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: it's like a vulnerable you know, I get it.
- 1:01:59Speaker 17: I don't want him looking at all.
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: I have a friend that started to date his dentist
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: and they were like, I can't I can't treat you
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: if i'm your dentist. So he found another dentist so
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: he could date his dentist the girl, right and that
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: so that and that happened immediately. So it's almost like
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: I think she should find another dentist.
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: That's what I would do immediately, that's personally what I
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: would do. Yeah, I'm not going to go see my ass.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: And I know you probably sound like very especially since
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: he's been dating for years, so you you've seen very
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: secure guy. So I guess it really doesn't bother you.
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: But I'm glad you're sharing a story with us. But
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: I think it'd be weird, be really weird, And.
- 1:02:40Speaker 6: If you're thank you, it is weird. It's weird, Yeah,
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: because you called with like, Hey, I know I shouldn't
- 1:02:45Speaker 6: really care about this, but I kind of do. And
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: I think that's probably a proper place to be.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: Like, if she comes home, she got I got drilled
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: earlier today, she had a cavity. I had a cavity. Yeah,
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: there's lots of misunderstandings in that relationship. Brother, I'd get
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: out of it, or get a new dentist, have her
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: go to your dentist.
- 1:03:08Speaker 12: Dude, or you go to him all right, due to
- 1:03:12Speaker 12: him either, all right, thanks for calling, man, Thanks, I
- 1:03:16Speaker 12: got this DM and John has it crazy.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: I don't know where this story is going to go,
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: but it's a story that we have to hear. I
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: think it's so bizarre John, Good morning. What's you tell?
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Tell everybody your story anyways?
- 1:03:31Speaker 23: Yeah, So, so my neighbor actually asked me if I
- 1:03:36Speaker 23: could help her like figure out why I wanted her
- 1:03:38Speaker 23: kitchen cabinets wouldn't open. So you know, I just popped
- 1:03:41Speaker 23: over there and was I was trying to work on
- 1:03:43Speaker 23: it with her, and I finally did end up like
- 1:03:46Speaker 23: jamming it open, and there was like in the cabinet,
- 1:03:50Speaker 23: there was another cabinet that was like inside of it
- 1:03:53Speaker 23: and behind it, and so that was written something.
- 1:03:56Speaker 17: I opened that one, and inside that one there was
- 1:03:59Speaker 17: like a.
- 1:03:59Speaker 23: Dozen of VHS, like just like old school tapes that
- 1:04:04Speaker 23: were labeled with like different I don't say the different
- 1:04:07Speaker 23: apartment numbers when it was like three B nineteen ninety seven,
- 1:04:11Speaker 23: like two A two thousand and seven. I mean, we
- 1:04:15Speaker 23: none of us, like So's there's dozens of these, and
- 1:04:18Speaker 23: I don't have like.
- 1:04:19Speaker 17: A VHS player, neither the sheep.
- 1:04:21Speaker 23: Like none of us have a VHS player. I don't
- 1:04:23Speaker 23: even know. I figure, I don't even know if they
- 1:04:25Speaker 23: still exist. I'm sure you can get something somewhere. But
- 1:04:27Speaker 23: we call the landlord and we're like, hey, what is this,
- 1:04:31Speaker 23: And they have no aget. Apparently they're they're like new
- 1:04:34Speaker 23: owners of the place, so they don't know.
- 1:04:38Speaker 6: I would go down to good Will and buy a
- 1:04:39Speaker 6: VHS player right now and see what's up.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: I did not think of that.
- 1:04:45Speaker 23: You're right, they would have anything.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: You know, what would be terrible on broad Church you
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: wouldn't solve. Listen. I can tell you what if you
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: if you still have the tapes, there's a place you
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: can go. I did this with all our old stuff.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: It's called eye Memories. Have you been, Guy's been? I Memories?
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: Now there base here and then you drop off your
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: VHS tapes or even discs or anything that's what that
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: you just don't have the technology for. And they put
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: it all in an app for you, and then you
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: just and then you just get the notification and then
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: all of a sudden you go to the app and
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: there's all the footage just there. Now since I don't
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: know if I remember, he's just gonna go wait a minute,
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: Apartment three B has got some freaky stuff going on.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: They call the police on you, you know what I mean.
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: So actually that's probably not a good idea. You probably
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: want to know what's on the tape before you send
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: them to a place. That's why you get there. There's
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: like you know a serial killer victims.
- 1:05:35Speaker 9: Sinister.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Yes, never saw it.
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: Why you never saw it because you wouldn't go to
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: the premiere with him? And I just watch it by myself.
- 1:05:42Speaker 9: Probably a scary, scary movie.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: I watched it by myself in the theater. But you
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: got it, like like what these guys said, fin I'm
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: sure you can buy vhs somewhere online somewhere. Plus all
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: those things are coming back anyway. Someone's got it. But
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: you also want to You also want to do it
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: alone and watch it alone in case it is something terrible.
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: It could be boring, just some landlord, like did they
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: patch up the dry wall when they move up? Moved
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: doubt it could be something boring like that, or like
- 1:06:08Speaker 6: you know, a ghost.
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: There was this movie with who was in Sharon Stone
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: was in the movie and Billy Baldwin was in the
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: movie and he over Sliver. He owned an apartment complex.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: He had cameras in every apartment. Oh I know, I
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: know what thing and he would just sit there and
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: watch everybody in their apartment. So crazy, and that happens
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: in eirbnb's all the time. You always say about there be,
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: but you gotta get arrested. So anyway, John, keep us posted, man,
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: and thanks for calling that. I told you it was
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: a crazy DM. Thanks John. I have a great day. Dog.
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: On a side note, if you have old videotapes I memories,
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: it's great. It's ritruly a great service they have.
- 1:06:47Speaker 9: It's the John Jay and Rich radio program.

- 1:08:28Speaker 6: This is gonna be an easy one. Directed by Greta Gerwig,

- 1:09:35Speaker 23: Hells Yeah, they're just the biggest developers in all of Singapore.
- 1:09:40Speaker 10: Rangel like Asian Batchel, I love this movie. It was
- 1:09:46Speaker 10: on Netflix.
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: It was huge. Yes, go ahead, I'm guessing it's crazy
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: with ages. Yes, there you go, Peyton Giant Summer Blockbuster
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: name it. Tell me your name. My name is Maximus
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: Desimus Meridius, and I will have my venges and this
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: life will the next. John J. Steele.
- 1:10:08Speaker 7: Okay, now I heard the word Maximus, so I'm going mad.
- 1:10:12Speaker 6: Maxbury, No, that is incorrect. Steel First Gladiators. Never gotten that,
- 1:10:20Speaker 6: all right, Angela your audio clue.
- 1:10:22Speaker 10: People want to go on the internet check out their
- 1:10:24Speaker 10: friends that wine up.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Build a website that offers that friends, pictures, profiles.
- 1:10:27Speaker 15: I'm talking about taking the entire social experience of college
- 1:10:31Speaker 15: and putting it online.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: Name the movie Angela, Oh.
- 1:10:37Speaker 23: Set the social network.
- 1:10:39Speaker 10: It is the hard word.
- 1:10:41Speaker 6: Okay, I think this one is both hard and easy.
- 1:10:43Speaker 6: Our last round one word movie descriptions. I'm gonna give
- 1:10:48Speaker 6: you one word. You've got the name the movie John Jay,
- 1:10:51Speaker 6: we start with you stranded Castaway. Castaway is correct?
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: Really good? Kyle or Annie? Correct?
- 1:11:04Speaker 9: Peyton Candy, Candy, the Nightmare Before Christmas?
- 1:11:12Speaker 6: No strip tease it will Walker, du last one Angela
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: for all the Marbles, Asteroid, Oh.
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: My gosh, the one with Ben Affleck.
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: Yes, where they go, They're always the one with Ben
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: Affleck on this game to go Angela, Thank you Kyle.
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: On three things we need to know.
- 1:11:42Speaker 16: Remember when everyone thought it kind of sounded crazy that
- 1:11:44Speaker 16: your robot vacuum could be mapping your house and spying
- 1:11:47Speaker 16: on you. Well, apparently that's not so crazy anymore. The
- 1:11:51Speaker 16: United States is now banning any new AI powered robots
- 1:11:54Speaker 16: made in China over privacy concerns, saying devices with cameras
- 1:11:58Speaker 16: and microphones could actually collect sensitive data from the inside
- 1:12:02Speaker 16: of your house. If you've already got one, they say,
- 1:12:05Speaker 16: you're fine, but it's probably just a good reminder to
- 1:12:07Speaker 16: check what permissions you've given it in the privacy settings
- 1:12:10Speaker 16: and all of that. Squishies like those needo ice cubes
- 1:12:13Speaker 16: have gotten so popular there is now a counterfeit market
- 1:12:17Speaker 16: for them, and the knockoffs could actually be dangerous, So
- 1:12:20Speaker 16: the government is warning us that fakes have actually been
- 1:12:22Speaker 16: linked to overheating. They cause burns, and sometimes those dupes
- 1:12:26Speaker 16: can look exactly like the real thing, So if you're
- 1:12:29Speaker 16: buying squishes online from a random seller, it might be
- 1:12:33Speaker 16: worth just making sure they are the real deal. If
- 1:12:36Speaker 16: you were bummed like me to see all of the
- 1:12:38Speaker 16: Salad and Go location suddenly close, here is a little
- 1:12:41Speaker 16: good news. The founders of Salad and Go they now
- 1:12:44Speaker 16: run a restaurant called Angie's. They say they are looking
- 1:12:47Speaker 16: to hire as many former Salad and Go employees as
- 1:12:49Speaker 16: they can. I feel like this is such a classy move.
- 1:12:52Speaker 16: It could be a lifeline for hundreds of workers who
- 1:12:55Speaker 16: are caught off guard. Definitely a cool thing Angie's is doing.
- 1:12:58Speaker 16: And that's three things you need to know.
- 1:13:00Speaker 15: In the eternal battle of morning show supremacy, we are
- 1:13:06Speaker 15: one of them.
- 1:13:07Speaker 9: It's John Jay and richm
