- 0:01Speaker 1: I need you to live every day like there's no tomorrow.
- 0:05Speaker 2: It's possible that you're just one decision away from your breakthrough.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Sacrifice like there is no tomorrow.
- 0:17Speaker 3: There is no passion to be found in settling for
- 0:20Speaker 3: a life that is less than the one you are
- 0:22Speaker 3: capable of living. So my question for you is, what
- 0:29Speaker 3: are you waiting for? Live like there's no tomorrow.
- 0:35Speaker 4: And we're waiting for these perfect conditions and we keep
- 0:38Speaker 4: thinking that perfect is coming tomorrow.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Perfect doesn't come to you.
- 0:43Speaker 4: I'm going to do it tomorrow. I don't feel like
- 0:46Speaker 4: doing it right now. I don't feel like thinking again.
- 0:48Speaker 4: I don't feel like writing it down again. I don't
- 0:51Speaker 4: feel like reading it again. I don't want to talk
- 0:53Speaker 4: about it. I'll do it tomorrow.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Let me tell you something. If you wait until you're ready,
- 1:00Speaker 3: you might be waiting the rest of.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Your life.
- 1:04Speaker 3: No more tomorrows. No more excuses. No more I can't because.
- 1:12Speaker 3: No more I'm too tired. No more it's too hard.
- 1:17Speaker 3: No more I'm not good enough.
- 1:20Speaker 2: In spite of everything that is happening in your life
- 1:23Speaker 2: right now, you are still here. And that means that
- 1:28Speaker 2: you have another opportunity to create the life you desire.
- 1:36Speaker 4: So it doesn't matter how slow you're going. As long
- 1:39Speaker 4: as you're going, just get started.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I have to execute. I have to give it everything
- 1:44Speaker 1: I have.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Like I know there is no tomorrow. There is no tomorrow.
- 1:52Speaker 3: If you hear my voice, turn the TV off, get up,
- 1:57Speaker 3: put that pen to paper and start executing wallowing in misery,
- 2:04Speaker 3: saying it's not the perfect time, saying you're not ready yet,
- 2:07Speaker 3: not believing in you.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Stop waiting to feel like it.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Everyone has the same amount of hours in a day,
- 2:16Speaker 2: but some people waste their time while others maximize their time.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Even if you have to take a break, just don't stop.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Someday I'll do this. Someday I'll do that. Well, that
- 2:32Speaker 3: day is today.
- 2:34Speaker 5: No more tomorrows.
- 2:36Speaker 1: This is my only opportunity. We have today. It's never
- 2:42Speaker 1: too late to be what you might have been. You
- 2:48Speaker 1: got one life to live. It's time to get it done.
- 2:52Speaker 4: And this is a very simple but powerful truth. But
- 2:56Speaker 4: oftentimes it is not easy. Stop waiting for the conditions
- 3:01Speaker 4: to be perfect. They're never going to be perfect. You're
- 3:04Speaker 4: not going to always feel like it. You're not going
- 3:06Speaker 4: to always see it. You're not going to always have
- 3:08Speaker 4: a resource. You're not going to always have a handout.
- 3:11Speaker 4: The question is, how bad do you want this?
- 3:16Speaker 1: How bad do you want this? Are you willing to sacrifice?
- 3:22Speaker 1: Are you willing to let go of some things? Are
- 3:24Speaker 1: you willing to put the work in? Are you ready
- 3:27Speaker 1: to be consistent? Are you tired of this version of yourself?
- 3:36Speaker 4: The prize goes to the hardest worker.
- 3:40Speaker 1: In the room.
- 3:42Speaker 4: If you can hear my voice, if you are tired
- 3:47Speaker 4: of where you are, if you are tired of.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Not hitting your targets, if you are tired.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Of not being aimed and intentional and assertive, If you
- 4:00Speaker 4: can hear my voice, I'm just wondering if you are
- 4:03Speaker 4: bold enough, daring enough, if your faith is outrageous enough
- 4:08Speaker 4: to take a chance on yourself. Stop waiting to feel
- 4:13Speaker 4: like it. Stop waiting until you see it. Stop waiting
- 4:17Speaker 4: for somebody to come and save you. Nobody's coming to
- 4:20Speaker 4: rescue you. Nobody's coming with the resource. Nobody's going to
- 4:25Speaker 4: be able to pull you out of the murky water,
- 4:27Speaker 4: out of this muddy, bloody, painful, miserable place that you're in.
- 4:32Speaker 4: You're going to have to make up your mind.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Enough is enough.
- 4:35Speaker 4: I'm getting out of this place and I got stuff
- 4:39Speaker 4: to do. I've got assignments to finish. I've got a
- 4:43Speaker 4: destiny to fulfill. It's time to listen. It's time to focus.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Man, let's go.
- 4:49Speaker 5: It's time.
- 4:55Speaker 1: You've behaved like this long enough. You've been triggered long enough.
- 5:00Speaker 6: Come on, you've had buttons for too many years. And
- 5:03Speaker 6: people have been given permission long enough to push your buttons,
- 5:08Speaker 6: to trigger you, to punk you, to corner you, to
- 5:11Speaker 6: box you in, to put the lids and put the
- 5:13Speaker 6: labels all over you. And you have just conformed to
- 5:17Speaker 6: this place of misery. It's time to break through. You've
- 5:22Speaker 6: lost long enough. You've been in your learning season long enough.
- 5:27Speaker 6: It's time to apply.
- 5:29Speaker 7: It is not about worrying about what's going to happen
- 5:31Speaker 7: tomorrow because guess what? Tomorrow doesn't owe you or me anything.
- 5:37Speaker 7: As a matter of fact, tomorrow has already made up
- 5:40Speaker 7: its mind. You have this moment. You can't worry about
- 5:47Speaker 7: yesterday because yesterday is not.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Coming back to look for you.
- 5:52Speaker 7: Whatever you had the chance to do yesterday won't come back.
- 5:59Speaker 8: But you have this moment. You have this chance to do.
- 6:04Speaker 7: Something great with this life that you have been given.
- 6:09Speaker 4: At some point, you got to sit back and think
- 6:12Speaker 4: to yourself, you know what? I've been here too long.
- 6:15Speaker 4: I've thought like this too long. I've hurt too long.
- 6:19Speaker 4: I've been fractured long enough I've been broken long enough.
- 6:24Speaker 4: I've been mad long enough. I've been depressed long enough.
- 6:27Speaker 1: You know what? I've been here too long. It's time
- 6:30Speaker 1: for me to go.
- 6:32Speaker 4: We all have to get here where we realize we
- 6:35Speaker 4: have not adapted to the current times. This is not
- 6:40Speaker 4: losing yourself. This is finding your next level. The question is,
- 6:46Speaker 4: are you willing to adapt? Adaptability is the bridge that
- 6:51Speaker 4: to the future. I need to be able to adapt cognitively.
- 6:55Speaker 4: I got to be able to adapt emotionally. My personality,
- 7:00Speaker 4: my behavior, my language, my thinking. I've got to be
- 7:04Speaker 4: able to adapt and it is only when I'm willing
- 7:07Speaker 4: to accept this reality that I can have my future.
- 7:11Speaker 9: We all got a responsibility. We all got to be accountable.
- 7:15Speaker 9: We all got to put in work, but don't give up.
- 7:19Speaker 9: Because there's somebody out there right now that is hurting.
- 7:23Speaker 9: There's somebody out there right now that is struggling. There's
- 7:26Speaker 9: somebody out there right now that's got it a little
- 7:28Speaker 9: bit tougher than you do.
- 7:30Speaker 1: So why are you going to give up now?
- 7:34Speaker 4: Adaptability is not buckling under pressure. Adaptability is not losing
- 7:39Speaker 4: your moral compass. Adaptability is raising your voice. And so
- 7:44Speaker 4: the harder life hits me, the harder I'm going to fight,
- 7:48Speaker 4: the harder I'm going to believe, the harder I'm going
- 7:51Speaker 4: to keep pushing. I'm going to keep going. I will
- 7:53Speaker 4: persevere and I'm going to build resilience. And so the
- 7:56Speaker 4: harder life hits, the stronger I get. It's the group
- 8:00Speaker 4: of employees that's been called to work two more hours.
- 8:04Speaker 4: It's the team that's been called to win a championship
- 8:07Speaker 4: in the snow or rain or sleet or the weather's
- 8:10Speaker 4: changed or now all of a sudden the crowd is.
- 8:13Speaker 1: No longer cheering your name. Can you adapt? One little
- 8:18Speaker 1: tweak in the game and there is a future for
- 8:22Speaker 1: your family. And this is the.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Power of understanding that if I can make a few tweaks,
- 8:28Speaker 4: if I can make a few adjustments, if I can
- 8:30Speaker 4: see this thing just a hair differently, there are champions
- 8:35Speaker 4: that win by hair because they made an adjustment. People
- 8:39Speaker 4: all over the globe who have made adjustments, who have
- 8:42Speaker 4: adapted to a circumstance, who have adapted, who have modified
- 8:46Speaker 4: and tweaked their game and beat on their craft and
- 8:50Speaker 4: got the trophy. You got to start thinking about the future.
- 8:53Speaker 4: You got to start thinking about sustainability. You got to
- 8:56Speaker 4: start thinking about future generations.
- 8:59Speaker 9: It's time to understand that if you want to get
- 9:02Speaker 9: something out of your life, you got to be willing
- 9:05Speaker 9: to work for it.
- 9:06Speaker 1: How much are you really willing to give? Are you
- 9:10Speaker 1: prepared to hurt?
- 9:12Speaker 8: Are you prepared to struggle?
- 9:15Speaker 9: Because if you're not that person, then lay back down.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Stay where you are. Don't move forward. Move backwards.
- 9:26Speaker 9: But if you are the person that you say you are,
- 9:29Speaker 9: we don't have time to wait.
- 9:31Speaker 5: Because time doesn't owe you anything.
- 9:34Speaker 1: What you gonna do?
- 9:38Speaker 10: But rather than going back, learn from what you've done
- 9:42Speaker 10: and continue.
- 9:42Speaker 1: To move forward.
- 9:44Speaker 5: That is the ultimate, ultimate goal.
- 9:47Speaker 10: Because the further you keep pushing yourself back to what
- 9:50Speaker 10: you want to be or.
- 9:50Speaker 1: What you should have been or what you need to
- 9:53Speaker 1: have been.
- 9:53Speaker 10: Doing, it slows you down from the progress that you
- 9:56Speaker 10: have waiting for you ahead.
- 9:58Speaker 1: So ladies and gentlemen, get to work.
- 10:00Speaker 11: Work.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Be productive as always.
- 10:02Speaker 10: Don't put yourself in a position where you have to
- 10:05Speaker 10: go back.
- 10:06Speaker 12: Keep moving forward.
- 10:09Speaker 6: Adapt and overcome and watch everything change before your eyes.
- 10:16Speaker 1: It's going to hurt.
- 10:19Speaker 7: Sometimes it's going to get tough. But when it get tough,
- 10:24Speaker 7: you get tough. Just make sure you make your mark.
- 10:29Speaker 7: Make sure you make your mark in this world. Because
- 10:34Speaker 7: somebody didn't make it today. But you did.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Keep living. Keep living strong.
- 10:48Speaker 11: And I would rather you confront, fight, and fail than
- 10:55Speaker 11: for you just to settle for the comfort of remaining
- 10:59Speaker 11: the same.
- 11:04Speaker 5: Change is tough.
- 11:06Speaker 8: The world's not going to become easier all of a sudden.
- 11:12Speaker 11: No, as you mature, you're going to have more responsibilities,
- 11:16Speaker 11: more things that people.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Will Expect out of you.
- 11:21Speaker 11: The truth is, as long as there's breath in your lungs,
- 11:26Speaker 11: there's hope in your heart. You can't depend on Nathan's
- 11:32Speaker 11: motivation because motivation takes motion. Motivation takes movement. And if
- 11:39Speaker 11: you depend on outside sources to keep you going, when
- 11:44Speaker 11: that outside source goes away, you go back to your
- 11:47Speaker 11: default setting too. But if you can find your why,
- 11:54Speaker 11: if you can find that thing inside of you, like
- 11:57Speaker 11: that motivation, that mojo, that internal fire, that thing that
- 12:01Speaker 11: pushes you, if you find your why, man, and you
- 12:05Speaker 11: find your inspiration that's inside of you, nothing can move you.
- 12:12Speaker 11: When sometimes you wake up and you look in the
- 12:14Speaker 11: mirror and And that person's looking back.
- 12:17Speaker 1: At you, the real you. A lot of us, we
- 12:21Speaker 1: just want to feel like we belong. We just want
- 12:24Speaker 1: to fit in.
- 12:25Speaker 11: We just want to find the place in this world
- 12:28Speaker 11: where we can find our rhythm, where we find purpose.
- 12:32Speaker 11: Some of you are compromising who you are because you
- 12:35Speaker 11: want to fit into a narrative. You want to fit
- 12:37Speaker 11: into a group, into a crowd, into a clique of people.
- 12:39Speaker 11: But when you look in the mirror, that's not who
- 12:41Speaker 11: you really are. But you're afraid to make the choice
- 12:43Speaker 11: and the change and to make real life choices that
- 12:46Speaker 11: you know will activate the thing inside of that you're
- 12:48Speaker 11: passionate about. I get it's hard for us, some of us,
- 12:53Speaker 11: to step into our story. But I give you my word,
- 12:56Speaker 11: we can do hard things. I truthfully didn't like the
- 13:00Speaker 11: fact that I hid behind my anger and my rage.
- 13:02Speaker 1: That wasn't really who I was.
- 13:04Speaker 11: I may try to convince myself when I'm alone, but
- 13:07Speaker 11: there were moments when I would look in the mirror
- 13:09Speaker 11: and you would see that spark in your eyes that.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Truthfully that's not really who you are.
- 13:14Speaker 11: I will affirm I know your life has been challenging.
- 13:22Speaker 11: And I bet many of you come from broken families
- 13:25Speaker 11: and many of you come from unhealthy environments at times
- 13:28Speaker 11: and places in your story.
- 13:29Speaker 13: And things haven't been easy. But you're not a product
- 13:32Speaker 13: of those, man. You're a product of what you do.
- 13:36Speaker 13: And you can control every space and place that your
- 13:39Speaker 13: life goes from this point on.
- 13:43Speaker 14: If you come here just to maybe be motivated and
- 13:45Speaker 14: if you come here just to be entertained, that's not
- 13:48Speaker 14: going to change your life. What changes our lives when
- 13:52Speaker 14: we look in the mirror and we decide to say,
- 13:54Speaker 14: you know, I'm going to begin to confront me. I'm
- 13:57Speaker 14: going to try to be the better parent, the better spouse,
- 14:00Speaker 14: the better friend, the better student, the better human being.
- 14:05Speaker 11: Will we take control of what we can control? And
- 14:08Speaker 11: that's the things that we do and the choices that
- 14:12Speaker 11: we make and how we treat people.
- 14:15Speaker 1: And if we can be.
- 14:15Speaker 11: Intentional in those areas, man, life, life can be pretty amazing.
- 14:26Speaker 11: When pressure begins to build called life, because life is
- 14:31Speaker 11: going to bring you ups and downs and mountains and valleys.
- 14:33Speaker 11: And I'm sure some of you in here, your backstory
- 14:36Speaker 11: is full of ups and.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Downs and good days and bad days.
- 14:38Speaker 11: I bet some of you in here, your backstory is
- 14:40Speaker 11: full of a lot more difficulties and some traumas and
- 14:43Speaker 11: some things.
- 14:44Speaker 1: It's hard for others to comprehend.
- 14:46Speaker 11: See, pressure, it can create diamonds.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Or it can bust a pipe. Pressure is not the problem.
- 14:55Speaker 11: Listen, to be honest, man, your life, what you faced
- 14:58Speaker 11: in 2020 and 2021 and what some of you have
- 15:01Speaker 11: experienced the last several years in your life, it's not
- 15:03Speaker 11: going to be the most difficult thing that you probably
- 15:05Speaker 11: have ever had to face. Maybe for some of you,
- 15:07Speaker 11: it's been extremely painful. Maybe you've lost someone close to
- 15:10Speaker 11: you of a trauma or an abuse or something really
- 15:13Speaker 11: painful has happened. But for most of us, 2020 and
- 15:16Speaker 11: 2021 won't be the most difficult thing that you've ever
- 15:19Speaker 11: faced in your life.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Life is about these ups and these downs.
- 15:23Speaker 11: And it's about pressure and insecurities and just challenges. The
- 15:26Speaker 11: challenge for you and me is what will we.
- 15:30Speaker 5: Do with the pressure that we're in?
- 15:33Speaker 11: Will we allow the pressure to bust the pipe or
- 15:36Speaker 11: will we step into uncomfortable, step into our story and
- 15:39Speaker 11: to realize the pressure, the challenge, the difficult situation. If
- 15:43Speaker 11: I grab a hold of it and take control of
- 15:45Speaker 11: what I can control, which is me and my reaction
- 15:48Speaker 11: and how I respond, that pressure can become something valuable
- 15:52Speaker 11: like a diamond. Because there's a lot of characteristics and
- 15:56Speaker 11: behaviors and habits that we develop. It's not that we
- 15:59Speaker 11: set out and we began to have negative thought patterns
- 16:03Speaker 11: and we didn't set out to have negative habits. A
- 16:05Speaker 11: lot of times we're around certain people and by influence,
- 16:08Speaker 11: by the exposure, by the ability of us to be
- 16:11Speaker 11: in close to people, we sometimes just pick up tendencies.
- 16:14Speaker 11: I'm sure some of you got some friends that say
- 16:17Speaker 11: certain phrases or they talk a certain.
- 16:19Speaker 5: Type of way.
- 16:19Speaker 11: And next thing you know, you're kind of saying the
- 16:21Speaker 11: same phrase. You're kind of saying the same tendency. And
- 16:24Speaker 11: maybe even your mom or your dad are like, you
- 16:26Speaker 11: sound just like so-and-so.
- 16:28Speaker 15: Right?
- 16:29Speaker 1: Because we catch up and we catch.
- 16:31Speaker 8: Things from each other.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And so for me.
- 16:35Speaker 11: What I caught from my dad when I was a kid,
- 16:37Speaker 11: it was his coping mechanisms. You know, like I always say,
- 16:40Speaker 11: it was the fake face.
- 16:41Speaker 1: It was the fake smile.
- 16:42Speaker 5: It was acting like everything's.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Good on the surface.
- 16:44Speaker 11: But when I was alone and I was looking in
- 16:46Speaker 11: the mirror, man, I was struggling, but I was silent.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I was screaming, but I was quiet.
- 16:53Speaker 11: The truth of the matter is I got to a place,
- 16:55Speaker 11: even though I was in prison. I wasn't going to
- 16:58Speaker 11: wait till tomorrow or next semester or next year or
- 17:01Speaker 11: whenever I got released to begin my change. Right now,
- 17:04Speaker 11: in the middle of my external uncomfortability, I was going
- 17:07Speaker 11: to make a stand and I realized.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Hard work works. Make good choices. Good things happen. There's
- 17:12Speaker 1: never a wrong time to do what's right.
- 17:15Speaker 8: Hard work.
- 17:16Speaker 11: And good choices will always create opportunities for your dreams
- 17:20Speaker 11: your plans the things you've thrown against the wall to
- 17:22Speaker 11: begin to be activated I was in prison my external
- 17:26Speaker 11: situation seemed pretty difficult it was uncomfortable but in the
- 17:30Speaker 11: moment I was staying active of talking and communicating and
- 17:34Speaker 11: making choices and hard work and good choices will create
- 17:39Speaker 11: opportunities in the middle of your chaos in the middle
- 17:42Speaker 11: of your storm.
- 17:45Speaker 1: For me.
- 17:46Speaker 11: I didn't serve 15 years because I would still be
- 17:49Speaker 11: incarcerated until 2024. I've actually been released and been walking
- 17:53Speaker 11: and living life and doing this since 2013. See, I
- 17:57Speaker 11: got released 11 and a half years early.
- 18:00Speaker 8: What happened is I.
- 18:01Speaker 11: Found the courage in the middle of an uncomfortable situation
- 18:04Speaker 11: and a storm that seemed hopeless, to be honest.
- 18:07Speaker 1: To not be afraid to face the thing that I
- 18:09Speaker 1: was the most afraid of, which was me.
- 18:12Speaker 11: Because I promise you, transparency is accountability using the people
- 18:18Speaker 11: around you but then also realizing that we've got skill
- 18:22Speaker 11: in the game which is called action which is called choices.
- 18:26Speaker 16: And doing our best to do the next right thing
- 18:31Speaker 16: and treat people the way that we want to be
- 18:32Speaker 16: treated doors and opportunities will always open in the middle of.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Your store.
- 18:44Speaker 11: And I care what you have to say And I
- 18:47Speaker 11: care what your experiences have been.
- 18:49Speaker 5: And I care about your journey.
- 18:54Speaker 11: Don't lose the ability to know that you are a
- 18:57Speaker 11: critical thinker. You have the ability to process, to think,
- 19:01Speaker 11: to rationalize, to hear data and to make conclusions.
- 19:05Speaker 1: It's inside of you.
- 19:07Speaker 11: Don't settle for anything less than real and authentic.
- 19:16Speaker 4: And so the reason why you don't have what it
- 19:18Speaker 4: is that you see, the reason why what's in your
- 19:21Speaker 4: head is not in your hands, it's not your reality,
- 19:25Speaker 4: is because your perspective opposes your potential.
- 19:30Speaker 1: You don't have it because you don't see the value
- 19:33Speaker 1: in it.
- 19:35Speaker 4: If you are going to give and grow and evolve
- 19:39Speaker 4: and attain and become, rises and falls on your viewpoint
- 19:45Speaker 4: perspective is everything let's go I need you to hear
- 19:50Speaker 4: me loud and clear. How you see this thing is everything.
- 19:54Speaker 1: You cannot change the past, but you can change your
- 20:00Speaker 1: perspective about it.
- 20:02Speaker 4: Your viewpoint is your advantage. Your viewpoint is what changes
- 20:07Speaker 4: the game. What haven't you been able to accomplish?
- 20:13Speaker 1: Is it financial? Is it relational? Is it your health?
- 20:17Speaker 1: Is it mental? Is it spiritual?
- 20:19Speaker 4: What has stopped you? What has haunted you? Why are
- 20:24Speaker 4: you losing sleep over it? Energy flows where focus goes.
- 20:31Speaker 4: So what are you focused on? The problem with many
- 20:33Speaker 4: of you is that you're focused on your fears. You're
- 20:37Speaker 4: focused on on the risk more than you are the reward.
- 20:42Speaker 4: You're focused on the pain of the process more than
- 20:45Speaker 4: you are the glory on the other side. All roads
- 20:53Speaker 4: lead back to what you're focusing on and who you're
- 20:57Speaker 4: listening to. You're listening to the wrong people. You're listening
- 21:02Speaker 4: to the wrong voices. You are subscribed to the wrong
- 21:06Speaker 4: programs of thinking. And so if you haven't been able
- 21:09Speaker 4: to get it done, today marks the first day of
- 21:14Speaker 4: the best days of your life. I'm talking to you,
- 21:17Speaker 4: the person that there's been this insurmountable feat, this giant
- 21:22Speaker 4: in your face. The trial, the tribulation, the adversity, the
- 21:27Speaker 4: giant is not your assassin.
- 21:30Speaker 1: The giant is your opportunity. So where focus goes, energy flows.
- 21:36Speaker 1: It's time to pull that energy from fear.
- 21:39Speaker 4: Pull that energy away from doubt, out of anxiety, out
- 21:44Speaker 4: of insecurity, out.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Of competition and comparison. If you're going to get it done,
- 21:50Speaker 1: I need you to listen and focus.
- 21:53Speaker 4: Are you going to complain in the face of conflict
- 21:57Speaker 4: or are you going to seize the opportunity? You have
- 22:04Speaker 4: not been able to get it done because you're carrying
- 22:07Speaker 4: so much weight from the past.
- 22:09Speaker 1: You don't feel like it.
- 22:11Speaker 4: But newsflash, at the end of the day, you can
- 22:15Speaker 4: listen to a million motivational speeches, but you are going
- 22:19Speaker 4: to have to wake up and make a decision to
- 22:22Speaker 4: get it done.
- 22:22Speaker 1: The problem with many of you is that you're not
- 22:25Speaker 1: tired enough. Put your blinders on.
- 22:31Speaker 4: Straighten up your back. Get over the pain. Get over
- 22:35Speaker 4: the trauma. Get over the betrayal. Get over who left you.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Get over who lied on you. Get over it.
- 22:44Speaker 1: If you're gonna get it done, you've gotta get over it.
- 22:48Speaker 4: Release the pain. Release the unforgiveness. Release the fear. You
- 22:55Speaker 4: have everything you need to get started. Stop waiting for
- 22:58Speaker 4: the weather to change in your life. Stop waiting for
- 23:01Speaker 4: the perfect conditions. Stop waiting for a handout. Stop waiting
- 23:05Speaker 4: for everybody to believe in you and cheer for you
- 23:09Speaker 4: and affirm you.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Stand in a mirror and tell yourself, I've got a
- 23:14Speaker 1: destiny to fulfill. Get it done.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Let the world reject you. Let the world close doors
- 23:22Speaker 4: on you. Let the world tell you, no, I'm just wondering,
- 23:26Speaker 4: can you dig deep inside yourself the future? The future
- 23:31Speaker 4: belongs to the hardest worker in the room. A wise
- 23:34Speaker 4: man once said, it's always impossible until it's done.
- 23:39Speaker 1: So get it done. When you wake up, life will
- 23:45Speaker 1: knock you in the mouth. It's time to hit back.
- 23:49Speaker 4: You've been beaten, you've been battered, you've been broken, you've
- 23:53Speaker 4: been betrayed, you've.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Been lied on. It's time to hit back.
- 23:56Speaker 12: Life knocked you in the mouth years ago and you
- 23:59Speaker 12: haven't hit back yet. Get in the ring and hit back.
- 24:03Speaker 12: You hit back with determination. You hit back with focus.
- 24:07Speaker 12: You hit back when you listen. You hit back when
- 24:09Speaker 12: you obey what is right. You hit back when you
- 24:12Speaker 12: are disciplined. You hit back with resilience. Life has hit
- 24:16Speaker 12: you too many times. It's time to get up.
- 24:19Speaker 5: And hit back.
- 24:21Speaker 1: It's hit back season.
- 24:23Speaker 4: Life has hit you and put you flat on your back.
- 24:28Speaker 4: Get up and tell every hater, tell every doubter, tell
- 24:32Speaker 4: every manipulator, tell every liar, everybody that told you it
- 24:38Speaker 4: wasn't possible. Every time life knocked you in the mouth,
- 24:43Speaker 4: put you flat on your back, it's hit back season.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Get up and hit back.
- 24:48Speaker 4: Tell everybody you're coming for everything God has destined you
- 24:53Speaker 4: to have. There are people who are dead and gone
- 24:57Speaker 4: and they will never be seen again on the face
- 25:00Speaker 4: of this earth.
- 25:01Speaker 1: You are here and alive today. Seize your opportunity. It's
- 25:10Speaker 1: the start that stops most people. Start now.
- 25:16Speaker 15: You should be frustrated with yourself. You should be discouraged
- 25:19Speaker 15: with you. You should be disappointed.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Why?
- 25:22Speaker 15: Because you're the one that's giving 70% effort. You're the
- 25:26Speaker 15: one giving 80%. Like, you're the one that's not all in.
- 25:31Speaker 1: It's on you.
- 25:31Speaker 15: You're not 120. Your problem is you think you can
- 25:35Speaker 15: have an average mindset and get to the next level.
- 25:38Speaker 15: Like for real, you got a basic mindset and you
- 25:42Speaker 15: think with that basic mindset, you're going.
- 25:44Speaker 1: To be great.
- 25:45Speaker 8: Are you hearing me?
- 25:45Speaker 1: When you put in 120, not only.
- 25:47Speaker 15: Does it affect your life, it affects your family's.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Life, friends' life, community's life.
- 25:51Speaker 5: Are you hearing what I'm telling you?
- 25:53Speaker 8: Most put it off because of the holidays.
- 25:56Speaker 17: Y'all want to work on your goals and your dreams,
- 25:58Speaker 17: but you've been working all year Round. So now, even
- 26:03Speaker 17: though your internal dialogue is screaming for you to grind.
- 26:07Speaker 8: For something more, you just want to rest. Procrastinate.
- 26:12Speaker 17: We procrastinate because we always think we can just do
- 26:16Speaker 17: it tomorrow. Tomorrow will always be there. We could just
- 26:23Speaker 17: do it next week. We could just do it next month. Hell,
- 26:29Speaker 17: we could do it next year. But guess what? Next
- 26:33Speaker 17: year is here. The day you keep talking about as
- 26:38Speaker 17: to when you will start is here. You're about to
- 26:43Speaker 17: be given a second chance at greatness, a fresh start.
- 26:49Speaker 17: But in order to capitalize, you've got to start walking
- 26:52Speaker 17: and stop talking.
- 26:55Speaker 5: You have enough right now to change your life.
- 26:59Speaker 15: You have enough right now to flip this world upside down.
- 27:05Speaker 15: You have enough. You got enough power. You got enough anointing.
- 27:08Speaker 15: You got enough grace. You got enough patience. You got
- 27:11Speaker 15: enough gifting to make your money, get out of debt,
- 27:14Speaker 15: get yourself together, and change.
- 27:17Speaker 5: Everything about your world.
- 27:19Speaker 15: Your problem is you want to be great. You want
- 27:22Speaker 15: to do great things, but you got an average mindset.
- 27:26Speaker 15: And so if you were to change your mindset, listen
- 27:28Speaker 15: to me very closely. All my man was there for
- 27:30Speaker 15: them tomorrow. They just try to get a paycheck. Right.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Right.
- 27:33Speaker 1: They saw it as the owners of business. They didn't
- 27:37Speaker 1: they didn't take it serious.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Right.
- 27:38Speaker 1: They were average.
- 27:39Speaker 15: They probably just come into work every single day because
- 27:42Speaker 15: that's what you're supposed to do. Next 21 days. Do
- 27:44Speaker 15: it right or don't do it. Stop half doing stuff.
- 27:47Speaker 15: Stop putting for 50 percent effort.
- 27:49Speaker 5: 60 percent.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Look, stop. Do it right or just don't do it
- 27:52Speaker 1: at all.
- 27:52Speaker 11: Are you hear me?
- 27:53Speaker 1: Do it right.
- 27:54Speaker 8: We need to change.
- 27:55Speaker 17: That internal dialogue. It's time to step into the shoes
- 28:00Speaker 17: you were meant to wear. You see, tomorrow is not guaranteed.
- 28:05Speaker 17: You could die today. So what are you gonna do?
- 28:08Speaker 17: You're gonna spend another year complaining and blaming others for
- 28:15Speaker 17: why you haven't.
- 28:15Speaker 8: Achieved your true potential? Or are you gonna finally take action?
- 28:23Speaker 17: You see, it's nobody's fault that you aren't in the
- 28:26Speaker 17: financial spot you wanna be. It's nobody's fault that when
- 28:30Speaker 17: you look in the mirror, you get depressed. It's nobody's
- 28:36Speaker 17: fault that when you wake up and go to a
- 28:39Speaker 17: job that you hate every day.
- 28:42Speaker 8: You just want to crawl into a hole.
- 28:46Speaker 1: It's yours.
- 28:49Speaker 8: You are responsible for the life that you are currently living.
- 28:54Speaker 17: And it's because you allow life to beat you up
- 28:55Speaker 17: and hold you back from achieving everything you've ever wanted.
- 29:00Speaker 17: It's because you allow the simple things that we need
- 29:03Speaker 17: to do anyways. Like look after our kids and go
- 29:06Speaker 17: to the job. Hold you back from trying to achieve
- 29:08Speaker 17: anything else. It's time to wake up.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Don't tell God you want a lot when.
- 29:14Speaker 8: You overlook the little.
- 29:17Speaker 15: I know people today who starve because they don't want
- 29:20Speaker 15: no little job. I'm not doing no little job. Not
- 29:28Speaker 15: realizing a little job. A little job can give you
- 29:31Speaker 15: a big opportunity. If you work, if you, yeah, that's a.
- 29:34Speaker 5: Good place to clap. You can clap for that.
- 29:36Speaker 1: If you work, if you work at McDonald's, you better work.
- 29:40Speaker 8: Work that day.
- 29:41Speaker 15: If they put you on fries, you better get on
- 29:45Speaker 15: fries and you better be in there like, yep, it's Friday.
- 29:49Speaker 5: It's Friday.
- 29:50Speaker 15: No, it's not.
- 29:50Speaker 5: It's Monday.
- 29:50Speaker 1: No, it's Friday. It's Friday.
- 29:53Speaker 15: And they're going to say, oh my God, you're crazy.
- 29:57Speaker 15: And they put you on burgers. You got to get
- 29:58Speaker 15: on burgers.
- 29:58Speaker 5: You got to be like, yeah, yeah. Watch me flip, yeah.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Watch me, yeah, yeah.
- 30:02Speaker 5: Watch me flip, flip, yeah. Watch me, watch me, yeah.
- 30:05Speaker 5: Watch me, watch me.
- 30:06Speaker 1: And they be like, yo, those guys.
- 30:07Speaker 15: And then before you know it, they got you at
- 30:10Speaker 15: the register. Like, yep, do you want a number one? Yep,
- 30:12Speaker 15: there's a number one right there. Would you like a
- 30:13Speaker 15: number two? There's a number two. Have a great day.
- 30:15Speaker 15: Would you like a suicide? Have a happy meal. And
- 30:18Speaker 15: they're like, oh, my God. And then all of a sudden,
- 30:21Speaker 15: you're the manager. And you're like, yep, I need you
- 30:22Speaker 15: over there. I need you on fries. I need you
- 30:24Speaker 15: on burger. I need you at the register, yep. I
- 30:26Speaker 15: need you to get that paper, yep.
- 30:27Speaker 1: I need you, yep.
- 30:28Speaker 5: You take a seat there. And then before you know it,
- 30:29Speaker 5: you own six of those things.
- 30:30Speaker 15: Why?
- 30:31Speaker 18: Because you started with a little and you worked what
- 30:33Speaker 18: God gave you and you elevated yourself to the top.
- 30:36Speaker 18: Stop waiting for the big. God said, I gave you enough.
- 30:40Speaker 18: Now use what you got.
- 30:44Speaker 15: Don't tell me you want this stage and you can't
- 30:48Speaker 15: stand at that door.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Don't tell me.
- 30:51Speaker 15: No. No.
- 30:53Speaker 3: No.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Don't get it twisted. Don't get it twisted.
- 30:57Speaker 15: Before I ever stood on a stage, I cleaned one
- 31:00Speaker 15: at an old Baptist church. When everybody left, I stayed
- 31:03Speaker 15: vacuuming when nobody was there. That's how I got the microphone.
- 31:06Speaker 15: I didn't get a microphone because I can talk the best.
- 31:09Speaker 15: I didn't get a microphone because I can sing the best.
- 31:11Speaker 1: I got a microphone.
- 31:12Speaker 18: Because serving kept elevating me everywhere of my life.
- 31:17Speaker 15: You deserve to see what your life would look like
- 31:20Speaker 15: if you gave 120%.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Are you hearing.
- 31:22Speaker 15: What I'm telling you, baby? Listen to me very closely, right?
- 31:25Speaker 15: You got to get this. You deserve, right? You've been
- 31:28Speaker 15: living 70%. 80%, we've been talking about it. And you're
- 31:32Speaker 15: looking at the results, the outcome, right?
- 31:34Speaker 1: You reap what you sow.
- 31:35Speaker 15: You're looking at the outcome of somebody giving 70%. Like everything,
- 31:39Speaker 15: everything you have, everything you are, everything you're doing, like
- 31:42Speaker 15: it's 78. And what I need you to do is
- 31:45Speaker 15: I need you to look at yourself in the mirror
- 31:46Speaker 15: and say.
- 31:46Speaker 4: Come on.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Quit. Stop playing.
- 31:49Speaker 15: I deserve to see what my life would look like
- 31:52Speaker 15: if I gave 120%.
- 31:54Speaker 17: Now, stop making excuses. Stop justifying your laziness. Stop choosing mediocrity.
- 32:04Speaker 8: Wake up. Be better than who you used to be.
- 32:10Speaker 8: Be better than who you are right now.
- 32:14Speaker 17: Everybody else puts off everything until tomorrow but not you.
- 32:19Speaker 17: You are going to choose to be better today. You
- 32:23Speaker 17: are going to push through the struggles and hardships that.
- 32:25Speaker 8: Come up this year. You are going to grind until
- 32:29Speaker 8: you are exhausted.
- 32:30Speaker 17: Until you feel like you have nothing more and then
- 32:33Speaker 17: grind harder to achieve more this year because.
- 32:35Speaker 8: You deserve it.
- 32:38Speaker 17: It's time to set the standard for your family and
- 32:40Speaker 17: be the example this year. This year everything changes it's
- 32:46Speaker 17: time to level.
- 32:47Speaker 4: Up the issue you have is you ask yourself the
- 32:55Speaker 4: question where.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Do i want to be and where don't i want
- 32:59Speaker 1: to be we get so.
- 33:01Speaker 4: Wrapped up in where we want to be that we
- 33:03Speaker 4: don't ever think about where we don't want to be
- 33:06Speaker 4: And more than that, the price that we have to
- 33:08Speaker 4: pay and the collateral damage that takes place when I
- 33:13Speaker 4: don't get where I'm supposed to be in the lives
- 33:17Speaker 4: that are grossly impacted by the decisions that I'm making.
- 33:22Speaker 3: It's your time to achieve things that you thought were impossible,
- 33:27Speaker 3: to achieve things that other people thought you.
- 33:30Speaker 5: Could never achieve.
- 33:31Speaker 15: You can do this. It's not about making excuses. It's
- 33:35Speaker 15: about making adjustments.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Tomorrow is not promised.
- 33:43Speaker 4: And so stop thinking that you're going to figure this
- 33:45Speaker 4: thing out tomorrow, that you can do it tomorrow. There
- 33:48Speaker 4: are some things that are urgent and there are some
- 33:51Speaker 4: things that are important. And those things that are urgent,
- 33:54Speaker 4: that you need to crush, that you need to accomplish,
- 33:57Speaker 4: that you need to do, how you need to forgive,
- 34:00Speaker 4: how you've got to shift perspective, how you've got to
- 34:03Speaker 4: rebuild bridges that you burned because you were so upset.
- 34:08Speaker 4: Some of you, you're not starting for the first time.
- 34:11Speaker 4: Some of you, you had to put it down. Some
- 34:13Speaker 4: of you, you went into isolation and you almost lost
- 34:15Speaker 4: your mind, but you're coming out of the darkness and
- 34:18Speaker 4: you're coming out of the shadow now and you're coming
- 34:20Speaker 4: out of obscurity and you're going to start this thing
- 34:23Speaker 4: that you kept pushing off and comfort will no longer
- 34:26Speaker 4: be your companion because you are stepping into the corridors
- 34:29Speaker 4: of destiny and it's time for you to show up
- 34:32Speaker 4: in the arena of life and tell life, I'm here now.
- 34:37Speaker 1: I'm here now.
- 34:38Speaker 4: Tell every person that spoke against you, every person that
- 34:42Speaker 4: walked away, every person that left you for dead, and
- 34:46Speaker 4: the people that have been with you from the beginning,
- 34:48Speaker 4: I'm here and.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I want all of us to win.
- 34:52Speaker 3: You can achieve anybody that you look up to. They
- 34:58Speaker 3: are human beings just like you. They are no different
- 35:01Speaker 3: than you. And if they did it, and if I
- 35:04Speaker 3: did it, then yes, you can too.
- 35:07Speaker 5: It's not you versus them. It's you versus you.
- 35:13Speaker 15: Stop making excuses and make the adjustment because you can
- 35:17Speaker 15: have what you want, do what you want, be what
- 35:19Speaker 15: you want, but you cannot do it if you're coming
- 35:21Speaker 15: up with all these reasons why. The window of opportunity
- 35:24Speaker 15: is small.
- 35:25Speaker 1: It's small, all right? But there's an opportunity.
- 35:29Speaker 5: I need you to find a mirror.
- 35:31Speaker 3: Matter of fact, you don't even need a mirror wherever
- 35:34Speaker 3: you at right now.
- 35:35Speaker 5: I need you to say this out loud. I will
- 35:38Speaker 5: not lose.
- 35:40Speaker 3: I just need you to believe that. I just need
- 35:43Speaker 3: you to receive that. Because there will be dark days.
- 35:48Speaker 3: There will be days that you want to quit. There
- 35:51Speaker 3: will be days that you want to give up. I
- 35:53Speaker 3: need you to hear my voice. Keep driving.
- 35:56Speaker 5: Keep pushing. Keep going. Keep growing. Keep doing the things
- 35:59Speaker 5: that you got to do. But I need you to
- 36:02Speaker 5: shut down those.
- 36:03Speaker 3: Negative voices every time they rear their ugly heads until
- 36:08Speaker 3: you win.
- 36:09Speaker 1: I know you're tired. I know you're broken. I know
- 36:12Speaker 1: you're weary. I know you're sleepy. I know you've gotten numb.
- 36:16Speaker 4: I know it seems as though there is no hope
- 36:20Speaker 4: and you can get into this place of hopelessness and
- 36:23Speaker 4: weariness and isolation. But right where you are, as some
- 36:29Speaker 4: of you can't even see the light at the end
- 36:31Speaker 4: of the tunnel, but right where you are, you're.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Going to start now.
- 36:36Speaker 4: You gotta stay committed. I don't care how tired you get.
- 36:39Speaker 4: It doesn't matter how many times.
- 36:40Speaker 1: You mess up. Eventually, where you were a victim, you
- 36:44Speaker 1: will be a victor.
- 36:45Speaker 5: I believe in you. I just need you to believe in.
- 36:49Speaker 3: Yourself and realize sometimes you gotta trick yourself because there
- 36:55Speaker 3: will be many days that you do not feel like doing.
- 36:59Speaker 5: What you have to do.
- 37:02Speaker 3: But see, the resilient mindset lives by the motto of
- 37:07Speaker 3: do it anyway and powers through any obstacles that try
- 37:12Speaker 3: to get.
- 37:12Speaker 5: In its way because.
- 37:14Speaker 3: It knows next level greatness is right around the corner.
- 37:18Speaker 5: So you got to do what you got to do.
- 37:21Speaker 3: But when it gets hard, I want you to realize
- 37:25Speaker 3: you could have took the easy route.
- 37:28Speaker 5: But there is no easy route. So keep pushing. Keep pushing.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Keep climbing, keep grinding, keep giving all of you to
- 37:39Speaker 3: put yourself in position to win.
- 37:42Speaker 4: And that most of what you see in the material
- 37:45Speaker 4: realm that irritates you and frustrates you and causes you
- 37:48Speaker 4: to spiral into these places of anxiety and depression is
- 37:54Speaker 4: a direct result of your mentality.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Brain bias or a cognitive bias.
- 38:03Speaker 15: If you want to blow up, if you want to
- 38:04Speaker 15: be successful, if you're tired of poverty, if you're tired
- 38:08Speaker 15: of lack, if you're tired of being where you are
- 38:11Speaker 15: and you don't feel like you are where you want
- 38:12Speaker 15: to be.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Just listen to me.
- 38:14Speaker 5: Just do what you can.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Go to class. Do your homework.
- 38:19Speaker 15: Clean your room.
- 38:21Speaker 3: I want you to remember this. You are not defined
- 38:25Speaker 3: by the setbacks. You are not defined by your mishaps.
- 38:31Speaker 3: You are not defined by your failures unless you quit,
- 38:38Speaker 3: unless you give up. But see, giving up is not
- 38:43Speaker 3: part of your anatomy. Giving up is not in your DNA.
- 38:47Speaker 3: Giving up is not.
- 38:48Speaker 5: Who you are.
- 38:49Speaker 3: And thus, whenever you face adversity, whenever that fear creeps
- 38:56Speaker 3: into your mental, whenever you start to doubt yourself, you
- 39:01Speaker 3: will immediately shut down those negative thoughts, shut down those
- 39:07Speaker 3: negative voices, and rise up and pick yourself up.
- 39:14Speaker 4: And once I understand that tomorrow is not promised, that
- 39:18Speaker 4: clock that is ticking, I'm taking it so gravely serious now.
- 39:24Speaker 4: What I deemed was underrated, how I so grossly underestimated.
- 39:30Speaker 1: Time, the gift of another day.
- 39:33Speaker 4: I need you to stop pushing certain goals off and
- 39:37Speaker 4: aims and targets and relationships and doors you need to
- 39:40Speaker 4: walk through and tables you need to sit at. Stop
- 39:43Speaker 4: pushing it off till tomorrow because tomorrow is not promised.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Stop making excuses. Well, I'm going to get to it later.
- 39:49Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying?
- 39:51Speaker 5: Not right now. I'll get to it when I can.
- 39:53Speaker 1: I'll do it tomorrow. I'll do it next week. That's
- 39:56Speaker 1: why you ain't going to.
- 39:57Speaker 15: Never be, you ain't going to never have, you ain't
- 39:59Speaker 15: going to never.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Reach your full potential because you're always putting it off.
- 40:03Speaker 15: And I told you before, there's some opportunities that are
- 40:06Speaker 15: available today that are not available tomorrow. That there was
- 40:09Speaker 15: a window, there was a sale today, and you could
- 40:12Speaker 15: have got that jacket for 50 bucks. Now you got
- 40:15Speaker 15: to pay 250 for it.
- 40:16Speaker 17: Why?
- 40:16Speaker 1: Because you didn't get it yesterday. when it was on sale.
- 40:19Speaker 5: Yes you can, yes you will graduate. Yes you can,
- 40:24Speaker 5: yes you will elevate. Yes you can, yes you will dominate.
- 40:29Speaker 3: And arrive at your desired destination of next level greatness.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Don't look in the mirror.
- 40:38Speaker 15: If you don't have what you want to have, other
- 40:41Speaker 15: than going to work with an attitude or not.
- 40:43Speaker 1: Taking advantage of the stuff that's in front of you,
- 40:46Speaker 1: I implore you three things.
- 40:47Speaker 5: One, do what you can.
- 40:51Speaker 15: If you're in school, go to class every day.
- 40:53Speaker 5: Do what you can.
- 40:55Speaker 1: When you can. Because there's a window of opportunity. I
- 40:59Speaker 1: don't know what your goal is.
- 41:00Speaker 4: For many of you, it's to stop drinking or stop
- 41:03Speaker 4: smoking or stop partying every day. Just being addicted to toxicities.
- 41:08Speaker 4: Some of you are involved in toxic relationships and.
- 41:11Speaker 1: You are just flat out tired of where you are.
- 41:15Speaker 1: And you know you need to break up.
- 41:17Speaker 4: You know if you don't, you're going to spiral into
- 41:20Speaker 4: a very dark place.
- 41:22Speaker 1: And I just want to encourage you to start now.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Little by little.
- 41:26Speaker 4: Make the decisions that are required to fulfill your destiny.
- 41:32Speaker 3: Celebrate the small wins along the way. And that's exactly
- 41:36Speaker 3: how you keep yourself focused. That's exactly how you keep
- 41:42Speaker 3: yourself going. That's exactly how you stay fueled up. We're
- 41:49Speaker 3: not looking at the ultimate outcome, even though you know
- 41:52Speaker 3: what it is. You taking it one step at a time,
- 41:57Speaker 3: celebrating along the way, believing in you. Even when others
- 42:02Speaker 3: don't believe in you, you are mentally tough at the core.
- 42:08Speaker 3: So when they try to make you feel worthless, I
- 42:11Speaker 3: need you to block that ignorance because I'm telling you
- 42:14Speaker 3: that you're worth so much more.
- 42:18Speaker 4: You got this and you have to stop believing that
- 42:21Speaker 4: you don't.
- 42:23Speaker 3: I want you to take a second and think about
- 42:26Speaker 3: the day you walk across that stage in your cap
- 42:30Speaker 3: and gown. How you going to be feeling when you
- 42:37Speaker 3: can look back on everything that you had to overcome
- 42:43Speaker 3: to be living in this moment? It will not be
- 42:47Speaker 3: surprising that you will be overcome with joy. and move
- 42:54Speaker 3: the tears because you understand all of the fears, all
- 42:58Speaker 3: of the setbacks, all of the hard days, all of
- 43:01Speaker 3: the struggle.
- 43:04Speaker 5: It will move you. It will touch you.
- 43:07Speaker 3: You will be overcome with a sense of pride because
- 43:11Speaker 3: you got it done. You talked a good game, but
- 43:17Speaker 3: you backed it up. So when that moment comes, I
- 43:22Speaker 3: want you to react accordingly. You got this, my friend.
- 43:28Speaker 3: Don't for one second doubt the greatness of you. Don't
- 43:31Speaker 3: for one second think that you can't achieve just because
- 43:35Speaker 3: you had a rough day, just because you hit a setback,
- 43:38Speaker 3: just because you had a rough patch, just because things
- 43:40Speaker 3: didn't go according to plan at that particular moment. This
- 43:44Speaker 3: is your life. I need you to own it. Don't
- 43:47Speaker 3: you get it?
- 43:49Speaker 1: All of the hard work, all of.
- 43:51Speaker 3: The tough days. You are trying to design a lifestyle.
- 43:55Speaker 3: But if you quit, if you give up, if you
- 43:58Speaker 3: give in, you are setting yourself up to live in
- 44:02Speaker 3: survival mode.
- 44:04Speaker 5: And that's not the goal.
- 44:05Speaker 3: That's not what you're trying to accomplish.
- 44:08Speaker 5: You are trying to live in thrival mode. Yes, I can.
- 44:13Speaker 5: Say it again. Yes, I can. Say it again.
- 44:16Speaker 8: Yes, I can.
- 44:21Speaker 5: And thus you will. This is a great day.
- 44:29Speaker 1: To win.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Don't put your future into someone else's hands.
- 44:35Speaker 1: You're not going to feel the process all the time.
- 44:38Speaker 5: You're not going to see it.
- 44:40Speaker 4: Some days you're not going to want to write about it.
- 44:42Speaker 4: You're not going to want to talk about it. You're
- 44:43Speaker 4: not going to want to think about it. You're going
- 44:44Speaker 4: to have migraines thinking about the sacrifices that are required
- 44:48Speaker 4: to get to this next level.
- 44:50Speaker 1: But just don't stop.
- 44:52Speaker 3: What if today was the day that success had your
- 44:58Speaker 3: name written on it? Procrastination is the thief of destination.
- 45:08Speaker 2: Today, I want to remind you that you are not average.
- 45:12Speaker 2: I want to remind you that you have what it takes.
- 45:18Speaker 2: All you have right now is today so give it
- 45:24Speaker 2: your all.
- 45:26Speaker 1: You've got this.
- 45:29Speaker 3: You miss the energy there are no more tomorrows and
- 45:35Speaker 3: you have to live like today is the last day
- 45:37Speaker 3: that you have a chance to achieve the things that
- 45:39Speaker 3: you want to achieve today Not tomorrow. Stop looking back
- 45:45Speaker 3: at what happened yesterday. Don't let that deter you. No fear,
- 45:49Speaker 3: no doubt, no reservation.
- 45:51Speaker 5: See, success is reserved for you.
- 45:53Speaker 3: So what's your hesitation?
- 45:56Speaker 2: So if you've been doubting yourself, stop. If you've been
- 46:01Speaker 2: doubting your abilities, stop. If you've been putting yourself down, stop.
- 46:09Speaker 2: Because doubt is the enemy.
- 46:13Speaker 4: Of progress you can get to a place in your
- 46:16Speaker 4: life where you are so tired.
- 46:20Speaker 1: That you can hardly.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Move they said if you look up you can get
- 46:24Speaker 4: up and you can be so fragmented so beat up
- 46:30Speaker 4: that you can't even open your eyes and so every
- 46:34Speaker 4: opportunity that comes every person that comes every wind of
- 46:39Speaker 4: change that blows.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Your response is, I'll do it tomorrow. When I do
- 46:47Speaker 1: it tomorrow, it can wait, it can wait.
- 46:50Speaker 4: And that's because we've lost the urgency.
- 46:55Speaker 5: See, tomorrow was promised to no one. But you already
- 46:59Speaker 5: knew that. This is your life. I need you to
- 47:03Speaker 5: own it. It's got to start right now, this very moment.
- 47:09Speaker 2: You've got to be willing to put in the work
- 47:12Speaker 2: when you feel like it, and you've got to be
- 47:14Speaker 2: willing to put in the work when you don't feel
- 47:17Speaker 2: like it. You've got to be willing to show up
- 47:20Speaker 2: when you feel confident, and you've got to be willing
- 47:23Speaker 2: to show up when you're feeling uncertain.
- 47:27Speaker 5: My future ain't at the game. My future ain't at
- 47:29Speaker 5: the mall.
- 47:29Speaker 3: My future is in me, giving every ounce of my soul,
- 47:32Speaker 3: every ounce of.
- 47:33Speaker 5: My being, everything I got. No more tomorrows. Give everything
- 47:39Speaker 5: you got today.
- 47:42Speaker 3: There is absolutely no tomorrow. That needs to be your
- 47:47Speaker 3: new mindset. That needs to be your new mantra. I
- 47:50Speaker 3: need you to get it through.
- 47:51Speaker 5: Your thick skull. No one knows what will happen tomorrow.
- 47:55Speaker 3: But today you have to achieve more than you did yesterday.
- 47:59Speaker 2: So take action today. Go after your dreams today. Get
- 48:05Speaker 2: out of your comfort zone today.
- 48:08Speaker 4: Come on, you got to stop overthinking. Like you're thinking
- 48:10Speaker 4: this thing, you're thinking yourself out of it. And you're
- 48:14Speaker 4: negotiating your path out of this obligation, this opportunity, this
- 48:19Speaker 4: moment in time where you could really become something, really
- 48:24Speaker 4: accomplish something.
- 48:26Speaker 1: We've got to get to the place where we have non-negotiables. Like, yo,
- 48:30Speaker 1: I'm not negotiating myself out of this. This is not
- 48:34Speaker 1: a conversation I'm available for.
- 48:36Speaker 4: I'm not going to keep thinking myself out of destiny,
- 48:40Speaker 4: out of purpose, out of connection.
- 48:43Speaker 1: I don't have time.
- 48:44Speaker 4: I'm completely unavailable. And every single day, I'm living like
- 48:51Speaker 4: it's my last. I'm putting it all on the table.
