- 3:11Speaker 3: Ah? Ah, We're still going to deliver some brand new content.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Do you guys still look forward to getting stuff on Christmas?
- 3:19Speaker 3: Is that long gone? Because that's not.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Actually the opposite. It makes me anxious. It's just like
- 3:24Speaker 1: sometimes people just get stuff that I don't know. It's
- 3:28Speaker 1: like where do I put this?
- 3:29Speaker 3: Now? Yeah? Actually I feel you on that, or they
- 3:31Speaker 3: did for my kids too, Like nobody can walk in
- 3:33Speaker 3: this house like empty handed for my kids, and like
- 3:36Speaker 3: you can trust me you can't. Yeah, yeah, you just
- 3:38Speaker 3: feel so obligated to hand them something. We're gonna bring
- 3:40Speaker 3: them something like oh my god, Like you.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Know what I get jazzed about nowadays, like a like
- 3:46Speaker 1: a like a BJ's box of travel toothpaste. Oh yeah, yes, Jack,
- 3:55Speaker 1: I need those.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Yeah, especially, I mean trust me and we'll get into it.
- 4:00Speaker 3: When I was a kid, oh my god, the and
- 4:03Speaker 3: I see it my kids now, the anticipation of Christmas
- 4:07Speaker 3: and all the things you asked for and the hopefulness
- 4:09Speaker 3: that you're going to get is a lot. But as
- 4:11Speaker 3: an adult you're just like and then not to be
- 4:14Speaker 3: a complete scrooge. I do love when I have a
- 4:16Speaker 3: really good gift, and I get excited about giving it
- 4:18Speaker 3: to somebody, and no doubt.
- 4:19Speaker 1: That's me and as a dad now excited about the
- 4:25Speaker 1: Christmas stuff. Actually this year, I was talking to you
- 4:29Speaker 1: one on one this week about Iris, my daughter starting basketball.
- 4:32Speaker 1: So I've been going nuts on all that shit, right,
- 4:35Speaker 1: you know, basketball shorts, shirts, Basketball's cool stuff that she
- 4:39Speaker 1: can use. I'm really excited for that.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Yeah, Chelsea and I don't even exchange gifts anymore.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Well, you bought each other a house, bro, that's true.
- 4:48Speaker 1: You made each other a house.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Ndscipt this year if that's the case for sure, But yeah,
- 4:57Speaker 3: I agree to buy. And she really wants a new bedroom, furniture.
- 4:59Speaker 1: And driam sorwhere oh, like the whole deal, Like we.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Got a new bed frame, night stands, addresser, damn.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And ours ours. Man, we got ours for our wedding.
- 5:11Speaker 1: It's like fifteen years old.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Yeah, until she's it's fine, but it can be a
- 5:16Speaker 3: bit nicer. They don't match. It's all like different stuff
- 5:18Speaker 3: from different time periods, like you said, So it's like,
- 5:21Speaker 3: all right, you win, all right.
- 5:24Speaker 4: So we went to the the major marks dot com
- 5:27Speaker 4: major Marks and said, hey, ask some holiday theme questions.
- 5:31Speaker 4: We're gonna ask them right here, but first let's hear
- 5:36Speaker 4: lab my buddies at Garage Beer.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Majoristic Figure podcast has a new tag team, Push Garage Beer.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Scratch that Figure Rige, scratch that beer. Rich with garage Beer.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Every tag team needs a name, and here it is
- 5:55Speaker 3: Major Garage Peer. Garage Beer is light, refreshing and made
- 5:59Speaker 3: with the high polity.
- 6:01Speaker 4: You can choose between the light beer or my favorite
- 6:04Speaker 4: the line.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And with only ninety five calories, it's the smart beer
- 6:09Speaker 1: to drink.
- 6:09Speaker 3: I'm Brian Myers, the most professional drink.
- 6:12Speaker 1: I'm smart Mark Sterling and I love be flavored beer.
- 6:16Speaker 4: I'm always ready Matt Claradona, and the Major Garage.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Is always open.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Last time we partnered with Garage Beer, things got a
- 6:30Speaker 1: little out of hand. But this time we're doing things
- 6:36Speaker 1: more professional, classic, more class.
- 6:45Speaker 3: These guys, guys, what can't we enjoy them?
- 6:47Speaker 1: More polished?
- 6:48Speaker 5: Good idea.
- 6:51Speaker 1: It's a crisp, refreshing partnership.
- 6:54Speaker 6: Yeah, Hilton, Integrity, team work.
- 7:04Speaker 1: And focus.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Drink.
- 7:16Speaker 4: Drink your eggnog and your garage beer all season long.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Baby, I'm not even kidding.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Uh.
- 7:22Speaker 1: You know you guys, and a lot of people that
- 7:25Speaker 1: listen to this podcast might know me as an I
- 7:29Speaker 1: p a guy, right, I like a nice I would
- 7:34Speaker 1: describe you as, yes, exactly, But to be honest, I
- 7:37Speaker 1: kind of I don't know if it's crazy. I kind
- 7:39Speaker 1: of got sick of them a little bit. It's like
- 7:41Speaker 1: a little too much one and a half, right, So
- 7:45Speaker 1: like I've been really just enjoying pounding a nice light
- 7:49Speaker 1: garage beer. Yeah, you can keep drinking them.
- 7:56Speaker 3: There'll be I promise you.
- 7:58Speaker 4: That's all right. So we got a lot of questions.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Let's go now.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I literally like we're not going to be able to
- 8:07Speaker 1: get to a lot of these.
- 8:09Speaker 3: They're not good ones.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Sorry, I'm going to try to Sorry, pal, Yeah, I'm
- 8:15Speaker 1: going to try to curate this list. Okay, here we go.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Kevin Ford, Which wrestling figures would make great Christmas tree ornaments?
- 8:27Speaker 3: Mmm?
- 8:29Speaker 1: I don't think Hogan would be great. It's it's colorful. Wait,
- 8:36Speaker 1: wait does isn't there a Hogan?
- 8:38Speaker 3: I heard it?
- 8:39Speaker 4: I heard it like, like what could you use the
- 8:41Speaker 4: norm like like a glue lex luger would be great.
- 8:45Speaker 3: That's how I took it. Yeah, why would go too heavy? No?
- 8:48Speaker 3: I those little Hasbro mini ones would be you could
- 8:51Speaker 3: like drill a hole in them.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Oh, you're right, and they're just plain enough to look
- 8:59Speaker 1: like an orn.
- 9:00Speaker 4: Right, there are wrestling ornaments out there, right, it doesn't
- 9:05Speaker 4: have a hallmark.
- 9:06Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. So that I took this question
- 9:09Speaker 3: is what figures could you turn into an ornament? That's
- 9:12Speaker 3: what I Okay, fair has a little too heavy. You
- 9:19Speaker 3: know what would be great? I think I've seen it
- 9:20Speaker 3: at that stort rumblers guy. Then the guy in that
- 9:24Speaker 3: story went to turn rumblers into like keychains. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 9:27Speaker 3: you can make that a freaking ornament for sure.
- 9:30Speaker 4: But now I don't know if you guys are being
- 9:31Speaker 4: ornament guys like I am. But Home has some really
- 9:34Speaker 4: heavy duty ornaments, like you can put a Titan Toronto
- 9:37Speaker 4: is an ornament according to Hallmark.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Right, which I don't necessarily love. But you'll see, broscuse
- 9:44Speaker 3: you become a parent, so you got to let go
- 9:48Speaker 3: of that stuff because the kids make things and all
- 9:51Speaker 3: that fun stuff.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Kind of I try to get rid of some of
- 9:53Speaker 1: those shitty wordes.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Or it's like their fandom, you know what I mean.
- 9:56Speaker 3: You know, many Disney princesses are on my tree. I
- 9:58Speaker 3: got a couple of mine.
- 10:01Speaker 1: I got PJ Masks online, and that's a show that
- 10:04Speaker 1: I don't even think Iris has watched in ten years.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Yeah, you got to move on from that.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Yeah, we got to get rid of PJ Masks. What
- 10:11Speaker 1: do you think would be the topper to end this off?
- 10:13Speaker 1: What do you top of the wrestling tree? What do
- 10:16Speaker 1: you top it with?
- 10:17Speaker 3: Thumb wrestlers already got the whole mask. It's pretty good.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Nick Alive all cough up there with a gaping butthole,
- 10:26Speaker 3: top the tree.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Rocking with Dan mount rushmore of Christmas songs.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Well, I have my I have a playlist on my
- 10:36Speaker 3: phone that I every pretty much Thanksgiving until Christmas. It
- 10:41Speaker 3: just gets pumped. Man. Let me tell you, you know what.
- 10:43Speaker 3: There's a new Jonas Brothers Christmas movie that my kids love.
- 10:47Speaker 1: I saw that on the thing today.
- 10:51Speaker 3: Really, my kids love it. You might not love. It's
- 10:54Speaker 3: a little stupid, I would say, a little wacky, but
- 10:56Speaker 3: there's good songs in it. And there's a lot of
- 11:00Speaker 3: good songs. And I would say, right now, there's a
- 11:02Speaker 3: song called Time on there that I really like.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, well, rocking around the Christmas Tree, Rocking around
- 11:10Speaker 1: Christmas Street, I feel like that's.
- 11:12Speaker 3: Really like a lot of more modern ones.
- 11:16Speaker 4: I like a little Michael Bublet, little Kelly Clarkston, Justin Bieber.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I feel like we talked about this because Brian mentioned
- 11:23Speaker 1: some sort of rock and roll Spotify or not Spotify
- 11:26Speaker 1: rock and roll Christmas album or something.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Yeah, there's that one. My dad played it like growing up,
- 11:31Speaker 3: the one like with all this early nineties celebrities around it,
- 11:35Speaker 3: like Springsteen and Brian Adams and you know, John Mellencamp awesome,
- 11:41Speaker 3: Gus insane. Yes, I love a good Christmas song, Yes.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But about Rushmore? The top four has started a tough
- 11:50Speaker 1: one rocking around the Christmas tree. He's on there.
- 11:55Speaker 3: You got to just take the whole below soundtrack and
- 11:57Speaker 3: pick four songs from that Christmas wrapping. Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas.
- 12:02Speaker 3: I think is this one.
- 12:05Speaker 1: That is that is a good one.
- 12:06Speaker 3: I mean, there's I'm I'm taking Mariah off because she's
- 12:12Speaker 3: got to be. It's it's almost because radio stations think
- 12:17Speaker 3: it's the only Christmas song.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Who thinks that?
- 12:21Speaker 3: Like radio stations, you know what I mean, Like you
- 12:23Speaker 3: walk into it that song is playing, you know what
- 12:25Speaker 3: I mean, It's like, God, what the fuck that's on.
- 12:27Speaker 1: That's the same way I feel about George Washington.
- 12:30Speaker 4: You know, it was just too like, I'm not good
- 12:32Speaker 4: for this because it's I'm going to be like biased
- 12:34Speaker 4: to my favorite.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Yeah, you're two pickys rocking around the Christmas tree and
- 12:37Speaker 1: Mariah Carey. That's they're on there. But I don't know, Like.
- 12:40Speaker 3: There's last Christmas. That's pretty tough. Yeah, great one, reguards.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Wait what's that one? When I gave that's a good one.
- 12:52Speaker 4: I mean a lot of good Christmas songs. Let's go
- 12:56Speaker 4: whatever going to I like the last one.
- 12:59Speaker 3: I'll say. I think it's because we're wrestlers and we
- 13:01Speaker 3: travel a lot. Please come home for Christmas. The Eagles.
- 13:06Speaker 1: You put that on and cry a little bit of plan.
- 13:08Speaker 3: You listen to that look and look out the window
- 13:10Speaker 3: of a plane. Try to keep it together.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Anyway, every year when I'm headed home, this is gonna
- 13:16Speaker 1: sound really corny. Every year when I'm headed home from
- 13:18Speaker 1: wherever the last trip I'm on, if I'm in the airport,
- 13:23Speaker 1: I will put on that home alone, and I'm like
- 13:29Speaker 1: running through the airport just like pretending that I'm going
- 13:32Speaker 1: to miss You.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Just admitted that on a recording on YouTube on Spotify,
- 13:37Speaker 3: and that's gonna live forever.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Okay, Thomas T. K. Kelly, Which wrestling figure we have?
- 13:44Speaker 1: Brosky's got a very famous story. Which wrestling figure did
- 13:47Speaker 1: you want under the Christmas tree? That never arrived? But
- 13:50Speaker 1: Brosky you wanted, Brian, you got everything you wanted. We
- 13:54Speaker 1: talked about this.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I just I was so spoiled looking back outd
- 13:58Speaker 3: my mom went like above and beyond. And then I
- 14:01Speaker 3: was also like nuts man with the like I set
- 14:05Speaker 3: her up for success, you know what I mean. I'm
- 14:06Speaker 3: like that. I don't even remember how we got like
- 14:08Speaker 3: that one year, the King of the Iron Rungs. It
- 14:10Speaker 3: was the first time you could ever get a fucking
- 14:12Speaker 3: ladder ever. It was Target. We don't even have Target, ye,
- 14:15Speaker 3: targets didn't exist. But I can't even remember what I
- 14:18Speaker 3: someone from a message board I made her buy it
- 14:20Speaker 3: off of or like maybe early eBay. I don't think
- 14:23Speaker 3: I could have been eve it. I don't know, but
- 14:25Speaker 3: I got that ship for Christmas, and I don't even
- 14:27Speaker 3: remember how I got her to get it, you know,
- 14:29Speaker 3: But that's how deep like she was willing to go
- 14:32Speaker 3: for me.
- 14:33Speaker 4: So I got no complaints. Man, I've said it a
- 14:35Speaker 4: million times. Yeah, Hasbro one to three Kid, That's all
- 14:39Speaker 4: I wanted. I thought I was saving the best for last.
- 14:42Speaker 4: I thought I saw it. I opened it up. It
- 14:44Speaker 4: was an original San Franso toy maker Jimmy Hart. But
- 14:48Speaker 4: but to this day, the figure that I ended up
- 14:52Speaker 4: saving my money for to buy the first eBay purchase
- 14:56Speaker 4: ever one to three Kid, I have it signed by
- 14:59Speaker 4: one to the kid and I'm I'm agraded.
- 15:02Speaker 3: By cis cool.
- 15:04Speaker 4: The fact that you saved it for last is really
- 15:06Speaker 4: what makes that story. It wasn't like a mid Blitzer.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Like I thought I saw it. Yeah, right, you you
- 15:13Speaker 3: jarred this memory that I'll share. So, like two or
- 15:16Speaker 3: three years ago that some of the guys in teenage
- 15:18Speaker 3: locker room we did a white elephant where you trade
- 15:21Speaker 3: the presence and whatever. Right, So Josh Alexander purposely kind
- 15:27Speaker 3: of set Moose up. He wrapped something in a shoe
- 15:31Speaker 3: box for Moose to think, because Moose is addicted to
- 15:34Speaker 3: shoes or whatever. It's been well documented in here. So
- 15:37Speaker 3: we were all doing it whenever and Moose thought he
- 15:39Speaker 3: was so calcolating and he's like, he saves that one
- 15:41Speaker 3: He's like, this one looks real shoey, and I'm like,
- 15:44Speaker 3: looking back on it, like it's six dudes, we all
- 15:47Speaker 3: have different sized shoes, Like you can't doesn't make any
- 15:50Speaker 3: sense for someone to put shoes that are your size
- 15:52Speaker 3: into this white alven they make. They couldn't have been possible, right,
- 15:55Speaker 3: And then he, dude, he opens it and it's like
- 15:57Speaker 3: this plethora of sex toys, like everything you can think of,
- 16:04Speaker 3: and we were like, cry and you're laughing about it.
- 16:07Speaker 5: He was, he was so mad, who's bullshes bullshites, like
- 16:09Speaker 5: I'm not even I'm just leaving in my hotel room.
- 16:12Speaker 3: I'm not bringing these home or whatever.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Imagine the maid finding those.
- 16:17Speaker 3: So the rip continued. So we were like, he said,
- 16:19Speaker 3: he left him in the hotel room. Let's keep rhybling.
- 16:21Speaker 3: So we had someone with a Canadian number because it
- 16:25Speaker 3: was in Canada where we did this, call him and say,
- 16:27Speaker 3: mister old Janaka, it's sewing so from the Marriotte, like
- 16:30Speaker 3: you left all your sex toys behind. It's like he
- 16:37Speaker 3: immediately text.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Us in the group till he goes, you'll fuck you
- 16:40Speaker 5: guys are fucking I took it with me so I
- 16:41Speaker 5: know you' ribbed me. Oh damn, I'm like, wait, well
- 16:48Speaker 5: did you take away?
- 16:51Speaker 3: Fuck?
- 16:52Speaker 2: Wow? Uh?
- 16:55Speaker 1: Actually that I don't know how we got onto that,
- 16:57Speaker 1: But that leads into this rob question. He said. Okay,
- 17:01Speaker 1: they always wondered this. Has there ever been a secret
- 17:05Speaker 1: Sannah in any locker room you shared during the holidays?
- 17:07Speaker 1: I didn't. I didn't know you guys did something like that.
- 17:09Speaker 3: I was so funny. We definitely did it like Christmas.
- 17:12Speaker 3: It was the last year it was Impacts. It was
- 17:14Speaker 3: like Christmas twenty twenty three. Me, Frankie Tompkins, Moose, Josh, Alexander, Eddie,
- 17:22Speaker 3: it was like six or seven. It was so fun.
- 17:24Speaker 3: And I've seen the girls. I feel like, do Secret
- 17:27Speaker 3: Santa from time to time?
- 17:28Speaker 1: All the girls. Oh, the guys, yeah gifts, Yeah, I can't,
- 17:34Speaker 1: I can't you and the Undertaker Mark Henry Caine and.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I remember one remember that year we worked raw on
- 17:42Speaker 3: It was on Christmas. I wasn't on that because I
- 17:44Speaker 3: was SmackDown. Oh yeah, that was that was pretty like
- 17:49Speaker 3: not fun to do that, you know, on Grizzl's But uh,
- 17:53Speaker 3: they last the day of it was in Chicago, and
- 17:55Speaker 3: then they like, actually I think they felt bad. And
- 17:58Speaker 3: then there was like a I think they got the
- 18:00Speaker 3: room for everyone who were all in the same hotel.
- 18:02Speaker 3: And then there was like a kind of a Christmas
- 18:05Speaker 3: party in the lobby. Nothing like too crazy, but you
- 18:08Speaker 3: know they paid for that.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Well, the major marks always do a great secrets Hannah,
- 18:14Speaker 1: and one year we did.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Haven't seen the post this year. Is they've been a post.
- 18:16Speaker 1: I'm not sure if they did it this year. One
- 18:18Speaker 1: year there was a there was a zoom that we
- 18:21Speaker 1: all went in.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Oh yeah, and.
- 18:24Speaker 1: That was fun. And whoever got me gave me the
- 18:27Speaker 1: the Rick Flair bathrobe woo nice.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Well and then like I do see white Elephant with
- 18:35Speaker 3: like the adults in our family when they come over, Like,
- 18:38Speaker 3: we'll do that on Christmas Day, really, yeah, just so
- 18:42Speaker 3: then we don't have to buy each other all, you know,
- 18:44Speaker 3: every ant and every you know buy each other gifts. Yeah,
- 18:49Speaker 3: so everyone just buys one, you know.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Okay. Donnie Barnard says, what is one on holiday tradition
- 19:01Speaker 1: you did as a kid that you still do now
- 19:02Speaker 1: as an adult with your family or loved one. So
- 19:04Speaker 1: is there anything that you're carrying forward.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Watching the Christmas story On the opposite I just was
- 19:14Speaker 3: explaining this to someone. Growing up, we always had a
- 19:17Speaker 3: real tree. Sometimes we'd even go upstate and make a
- 19:21Speaker 3: weekend of it, cut it down, bring it home. Every
- 19:25Speaker 3: single tree we had grown up was real. So I
- 19:27Speaker 3: was trying to carry that over into my life, you know.
- 19:31Speaker 3: And Liz and I started living together. We lived in
- 19:32Speaker 3: an apartment in Queens and one night we were sleeping,
- 19:35Speaker 3: we had the tree was up and I must have
- 19:37Speaker 3: like over watered it and it got too mushy and
- 19:40Speaker 3: it just tipped in the middle of the night and
- 19:42Speaker 3: it was like, dude, I thought, fucking someone came in
- 19:45Speaker 3: through the window, like wow, the tree just fucking toppled
- 19:49Speaker 3: over like on the tile. Scared the shit out of us,
- 19:54Speaker 3: and like from that moment on, I was like I'm done.
- 19:56Speaker 3: And then I got a fake tree. It's really hard.
- 19:59Speaker 3: It's like it's like I have an hotel room that
- 20:02Speaker 3: you share with people, and then you go to your own.
- 20:04Speaker 3: You can't go. I can't do it, dude. It's like
- 20:07Speaker 3: it breaks down into three pieces. It goes in this
- 20:10Speaker 3: box that I put in my attic in my garage.
- 20:12Speaker 3: You don't even see it. It's pre lit. That's anotherhing
- 20:15Speaker 3: light like lighting a real tree and doing that, it's
- 20:18Speaker 3: such a pain in the ass. I'm like, oh, man,
- 20:21Speaker 3: I just and I feel bad because I really want
- 20:23Speaker 3: my kids to experience that. But I just, man, just
- 20:26Speaker 3: light a Yankee candle with that, right, and then the
- 20:29Speaker 3: smell smells nice. To be fair, that's an unbelievable feeling
- 20:32Speaker 3: walker in the house with a real tree and that's smell.
- 20:34Speaker 3: That's the best. But man, I feel bad. I just
- 20:37Speaker 3: I couldn't. I can't go back. Maybe one day, maybe
- 20:41Speaker 3: one day I'll get a wild hair up my ass
- 20:43Speaker 3: into it. But I definitely easy.
- 20:46Speaker 4: I definitely watched a Christmas Story every day every Christmas
- 20:50Speaker 4: while I was opening gifts, and I never like sat
- 20:52Speaker 4: and watched it was just on and I'd touch it
- 20:54Speaker 4: throughout the day all different times. Just still try to
- 20:57Speaker 4: do now.
- 20:59Speaker 1: When we were kids, we always uh somebody in the
- 21:04Speaker 1: family like worked at Lego in Connecticut or something, so
- 21:07Speaker 1: like we always got a big ass Lego set from
- 21:10Speaker 1: my grandma. So it was kind of a tradition for
- 21:14Speaker 1: me and my brother to be putting together a big
- 21:16Speaker 1: Lego set Christmas Day. So then we a couple of
- 21:21Speaker 1: years ago, or maybe maybe ten years ago, I bought
- 21:25Speaker 1: a big Lego set for us all to do on
- 21:27Speaker 1: Christmas Day, like after we finished everything. That's cool and
- 21:30Speaker 1: it was super fun, so we all kind of like
- 21:32Speaker 1: drink beers and make this big ass fucking at eight
- 21:35Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Do you like take turns?
- 21:37Speaker 1: Well, you have the big ones have different bags so
- 21:40Speaker 1: you can you can build a certain section yourself or whatever.
- 21:44Speaker 1: So we've been doing that for a bunch of years.
- 21:46Speaker 1: We'll get a big set. I was trying to get
- 21:49Speaker 1: that home alone house. Oh damn, that one's like it's
- 21:52Speaker 1: like five hundred bucks.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Damn. I also want to shout out my mom. Diane
- 21:56Speaker 3: would always make and she still does, make these homemade
- 21:59Speaker 3: peanut butterballs. They're like a Reese's peanut butter cup, but
- 22:03Speaker 3: like a ball. They'll get you.
- 22:08Speaker 1: Oh damn. Okay, Kevin Ford, are there any wrestling shows
- 22:16Speaker 1: or matches that you watch as a holiday tradition?
- 22:20Speaker 3: That Raw episode where they ran over Santa and they
- 22:23Speaker 3: have to figure it out who did it right? And
- 22:29Speaker 3: I like a good David O'tanga and Randy orton a
- 22:32Speaker 3: Christmas street fight. I'm pretty sure I know that happened.
- 22:36Speaker 3: I've never watched. I like a good Tyson Kid being
- 22:38Speaker 3: a lumberjack with a Rudolph nose on I'm there as well.
- 22:43Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure I wrestle Otanga on an episode that
- 22:46Speaker 4: airs on Christas and it wasn't filed on Christmas.
- 22:48Speaker 3: I could be wrong. The minimal effort that, at least
- 22:52Speaker 3: in our era, that WW would put into Christmas things
- 22:55Speaker 3: like that because you know nobody's watching kind of.
- 22:57Speaker 1: There was one episode that was great. It would it's
- 23:00Speaker 1: like the Who Ran Over Santa or whatever.
- 23:02Speaker 3: It was like del Rio and right.
- 23:04Speaker 1: That was great, and it was like it was.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Like, in retrospect, minimal effort. It's not like they're just
- 23:11Speaker 3: just trying to get it over with.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I enjoyed that. So I do love a good Christmas
- 23:15Speaker 1: themed wrestling episode. And when we were doing Off the
- 23:19Speaker 1: Hot Rope, we would often in December do a bunch
- 23:23Speaker 1: of Christmas theme matches and we would drink a Christmas
- 23:26Speaker 1: beer and it was just super. It is actually nostalgic
- 23:29Speaker 1: and it really put me in the spirit, to be honest.
- 23:31Speaker 1: But other than that, I don't really do it, but
- 23:33Speaker 1: I should probably do it.
- 23:35Speaker 3: It's weird. Thanksgiving makes me crazy, like sentimental bests of
- 23:39Speaker 3: ivor series and stuff. There's no like Christmas wrestling crossover
- 23:44Speaker 3: for me, like that December to Demember. You didn't like
- 23:46Speaker 3: that one?
- 23:48Speaker 1: Well, the other thing is it's hard to find. When
- 23:51Speaker 1: we had the network, it was so easy to search
- 23:53Speaker 1: and find that shit, right, But but how do I
- 23:56Speaker 1: find the raw that I'd have to do crazy research
- 23:59Speaker 1: to find the raw that I want to watch.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Or whatever when it actually aired?
- 24:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and so that's kind of annoying.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Well, friend, your old friend Cage match will tell you,
- 24:07Speaker 3: I'm sure.
- 24:08Speaker 1: But speaking of my old friend, the funniest was when
- 24:12Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm like, Heath, did you ever do any
- 24:15Speaker 1: Christmas matches? He's like, nah, I don't think so, man,
- 24:19Speaker 1: And then I'm like, I.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Pulled it up definitely him.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I'm like, Keith, what about this one where your Santa
- 24:23Speaker 1: Claus and you're wrestling.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Isn't it like Krim and Rhino dressed? Is like yeah,
- 24:28Speaker 3: isn't Rhyino like missus Claws? And Heath is like.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Saying this he did it like four times.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Rhyan was wearing like lipstick and ship. He went all in,
- 24:39Speaker 3: oh my god, no, man, And I feel like three
- 24:43Speaker 3: m B did something too, and they were just like
- 24:45Speaker 3: Elves or something. Maybe how was he's role? Yeah, he's
- 24:50Speaker 3: that guy.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Yeah. And even his first time on Raw when he
- 24:56Speaker 1: was like an extra from Deep South. He did a
- 25:00Speaker 1: Santa segment.
- 25:01Speaker 3: With Crime Time and he's tay he tags a pet buck.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Oh my god. Yeah that was there for this.
- 25:07Speaker 1: That's crazy. For one Heats Happy Hour episode either the
- 25:13Speaker 1: last year or two years ago, we looked at all
- 25:15Speaker 1: those matches, so you can go back and Wow, you
- 25:19Speaker 1: can go back and check all that out. It's all
- 25:21Speaker 1: on the internet too.

- 31:24Speaker 1: what chicken and rice?
- 31:27Speaker 4: No, when it's the holidays, I pick out, okay, but
- 31:30Speaker 4: my grandma makes these great like meatballs. Oh man, I
- 31:34Speaker 4: just love picking out. Like there's no diet when it
- 31:37Speaker 4: comes to the holidays.
- 31:40Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's hard. It's really hard to decipher sometimes,
- 31:42Speaker 3: like Christmas and Thanksgiving food.
- 31:44Speaker 1: It's like pretty similar.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Come all right, it's all blends together. There's not another
- 31:49Speaker 3: like thing that really sticks out.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Well, my mom always made lasagna for Christmas, so that
- 31:55Speaker 1: was very different. My mom and grandma made lasagnas.
- 31:59Speaker 3: My my buddy growing up super Italian. We go for
- 32:03Speaker 3: Christmas Eve to his house and have the Seven fishes.
- 32:06Speaker 3: I never I never did that. Yeah, I never did
- 32:09Speaker 3: that either. That's pretty impressive when when you see it
- 32:11Speaker 3: happen in real time. Is lobster tail included in that?
- 32:14Speaker 4: I couldn't tell you. I remember this is the nineties
- 32:17Speaker 4: that I'm out pal, Yeah, we know.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Well.
- 32:21Speaker 1: I got two favorite beers. Matt Elf, which is like
- 32:24Speaker 1: it's like a holiday ale, It's so good. And then
- 32:27Speaker 1: Christmas Ale, which you can only find in the Midwest,
- 32:30Speaker 1: which usually just in summers sends me a six pack.
- 32:33Speaker 1: And I haven't gone yet, Justine, So if you want
- 32:36Speaker 1: to send me a pack of Christmas Ale, I'll make
- 32:39Speaker 1: it worth your while.
- 32:41Speaker 3: My parents are big champagne people, Like we just drink
- 32:45Speaker 3: champagne for the hell of it, not for like an
- 32:47Speaker 3: occasion or anything, you know what I mean. I love it,
- 32:50Speaker 3: which I've carried over into my adulthood too. You know,
- 32:53Speaker 3: I'm a big champagne guy. First glass if I'm awake
- 32:56Speaker 3: and like, have my meally ask me when I get
- 32:57Speaker 3: a glasses champagne? Why not? Hey? That?
- 33:04Speaker 1: What? Uh? Aaron Brannett says, what is your favorite toy
- 33:13Speaker 1: related gift you've ever given to someone.
- 33:18Speaker 3: Given toy related? Mm? Man? Interesting.
- 33:25Speaker 4: When my brother, who's younger than me, was old enough
- 33:29Speaker 4: to be playing and I wasn't I would get him
- 33:32Speaker 4: figures that I want. I remember getting him like World's
- 33:35Speaker 4: Greatest Tag Team for Christmas. And this is like when
- 33:38Speaker 4: you had to spend like the extra money like on
- 33:39Speaker 4: Ringside Collective. It's like when I was when I was
- 33:41Speaker 4: able to afford stuff like that, right, and I was like,
- 33:45Speaker 4: oh yeah, I mean I guess they still do. It's
- 33:48Speaker 4: like when it comes the timing of Christmas and like
- 33:53Speaker 4: those last couple of things that come in, they have
- 33:55Speaker 4: the market corner right and it's a beautiful thing like
- 33:58Speaker 4: for them obviously. So like Ringside, just gotta do what
- 34:00Speaker 4: you gotta do, Like, am I gonna wait till this
- 34:02Speaker 4: maybe hits the shelves in like late January.
- 34:04Speaker 3: I'm I gonna get this for Christmas and be like
- 34:06Speaker 3: a hero.
- 34:06Speaker 4: You know, if you're a Nicki Bella fan, that Nicki
- 34:08Speaker 4: Bella just comes out right, Ringside has it now right
- 34:12Speaker 4: then it's either get it for Christmas for your kid
- 34:15Speaker 4: or don't. Yes, you know what I'm saying. That's why
- 34:19Speaker 4: Ringside is number one. Baby, I can't. I'm trying to
- 34:21Speaker 4: think of something that I gifted.
- 34:22Speaker 3: I just got Tommy Dreamer, the Dusty elder Anne, I'm
- 34:26Speaker 3: excited to give that. Wow, that's nice. Black card, blue card,
- 34:30Speaker 3: a blue card. I think that. I think the like
- 34:33Speaker 3: if you don't understand, the black cart is just bizarre, right.
- 34:35Speaker 3: I think blue looks. I think so or like the
- 34:38Speaker 3: right way it's supposed to be. I agree.
- 34:41Speaker 1: I've said this before, but I one year I gave
- 34:44Speaker 1: my brother all the parts for a computer, like a
- 34:47Speaker 1: really sick computer, and we built it together. I remember
- 34:50Speaker 1: talking on the guys both made fun of Yes, we.
- 34:54Speaker 3: Built un Chris walls after doing Lego sense.
- 35:04Speaker 1: She was great, but I was so excited that I
- 35:06Speaker 1: remember Timmy's girlfriend telling me to chill out. I just
- 35:13Speaker 1: kept like handing him like the boxes. I was so
- 35:16Speaker 1: fucking excited. And then I remember like Mark like chill.
- 35:20Speaker 3: I will also say this, I have something that I
- 35:24Speaker 3: bought for Tyson kid. I don't want to say what
- 35:26Speaker 3: it is on here because he could listens, but I'm
- 35:30Speaker 3: very excited to give to him. Maybe he has it,
- 35:33Speaker 3: I'll be crushed.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Oh damn. Yeah, all right, Well, we talked about the
- 35:39Speaker 1: mount Rushmore Christmas songs, but I think that was too hard.
- 35:42Speaker 1: I think we can do this one. Craig gosher. What's
- 35:44Speaker 1: the mount rushmore Christmas movies? Christmas Story alone alone.
- 35:50Speaker 3: So we're only down to three. Yeah, that's the one,
- 35:52Speaker 3: not even.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Well, but Christmas Story has got to be on there.
- 35:55Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 35:57Speaker 3: I watched those kids so much by in my old age,
- 35:59Speaker 3: maybe because my kids. This is all gonna be when
- 36:01Speaker 3: my kids watch, because that I'm seeing it like on repeat,
- 36:03Speaker 3: you know what I mean, my kids.
- 36:04Speaker 1: That's the only movie that plays all day. It's on.
- 36:07Speaker 4: You have nothing to that yet, So like I demanded
- 36:10Speaker 4: for Chelsea, she hated it.
- 36:12Speaker 3: Geez that there was like that's not thing again it,
- 36:15Speaker 3: I guess, huh. I think Elf is up there. Elf.
- 36:19Speaker 3: I think it has to be right.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Especially that represents like the modern.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Right right, that's not like a throwback, and first of all,
- 36:27Speaker 4: kind of is a throw back.
- 36:27Speaker 3: Now that's how old we're getting.
- 36:29Speaker 1: I know, it's like more modern style.
- 36:33Speaker 3: I love fucking Christmas Vacation man.
- 36:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I would put I think, and I.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Never just don't watch that, but I think that's my
- 36:41Speaker 3: number one. Like if I if I get to choose
- 36:44Speaker 3: to watch any Christmas movie, sit down, have a garage beer,
- 36:48Speaker 3: I'm picking that. I just watched it. The other night.
- 36:50Speaker 4: The first time I ever watched it was with Brian
- 36:52Speaker 4: and Deep South in two thousand and seven.
- 36:56Speaker 3: Maybe two thousand and six. Right when do we go
- 36:58Speaker 3: to a Deep South to six? Man, that's crazy. I've
- 37:01Speaker 3: been watching saw it, but I've been watching it that
- 37:03Speaker 3: for almost twenty years. Yeah, I know, but I guess
- 37:06Speaker 3: because my brother was older, like we watched that.
- 37:09Speaker 4: Oh man, maybe I saw it on TV bits and pieces.
- 37:14Speaker 1: I think that's it. Christmas Vacation, Elf, Home Alone and
- 37:21Speaker 1: Christmas Story.
- 37:21Speaker 4: I think I'm not going to argue that there are
- 37:23Speaker 4: others I love. I love the Santa Claus to Tim
- 37:25Speaker 4: Allen fucking love it.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Yes, but I wouldn't put that. I wouldn't put that
- 37:29Speaker 1: on Mount rush Well. And I love Muppets Christmas Carol
- 37:31Speaker 1: and I.
- 37:32Speaker 3: Was watching that was Madison. Literally weing heard this sound
- 37:34Speaker 3: on the couch and watched that last week. What about
- 37:35Speaker 3: the Rudolph like the Puppets, The claymation stuff keeps me
- 37:40Speaker 3: out for some reason, it doesn't.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Yeah, same, I do love a lot of like the
- 37:45Speaker 1: even like the Sesame Street Christmas specials that they did.
- 37:48Speaker 1: It was spreading nostalgic for me.
- 37:50Speaker 4: There's one where like the Muppets frag Rocket and says,
- 37:52Speaker 4: we street all get together up.
- 37:54Speaker 1: It's Family Christmas on YouTube. It's Family Christmas. One of
- 37:57Speaker 1: my favorite, but I wouldn't put it on the Mount Rushmore.
- 37:59Speaker 4: There's also like one Sessime shoot one where at one
- 38:01Speaker 4: point they're like ice skating in their normal size the
- 38:06Speaker 4: Christmas Special.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Yeah, in that episode, Big Bird gets lost, he gets up,
- 38:11Speaker 1: he gets depressed, and he goes up on the roof.
- 38:13Speaker 1: He's trying to like do something with sand or some
- 38:16Speaker 1: ship's storied sand that can't get down this chimney I got.
- 38:19Speaker 3: I got a shout out love actually too because that
- 38:22Speaker 3: one stops. Yeah, I wouldn't rush More, but it's top ten.
- 38:27Speaker 3: How about this Diehard a Christmas movie?
- 38:29Speaker 1: Yes, yes, and I watch it every year.
- 38:31Speaker 3: I think it is. I think it is.
- 38:33Speaker 1: It's got Christmas music in it.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Because it's because.
- 38:41Speaker 1: People die Brian, tell me you've seen the rock one
- 38:48Speaker 1: red one.
- 38:49Speaker 3: I started last year. But did you guys? Are somebody buried?
- 38:52Speaker 3: It's so bad that I was like, I didn't all
- 38:55Speaker 3: my heart maybe shoes. Somebody was like, it's the biggest piece.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Of lose hates everything.
- 39:02Speaker 3: That's a true bo humbug.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Let's choose red one is great? Okay. I'm happy with
- 39:08Speaker 1: our mount Rush.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Didn't it lose like a trillion dollars or something like?
- 39:11Speaker 3: It wasn't like this huge?
- 39:12Speaker 1: Who cares? I loved it.
- 39:14Speaker 3: I remember something over someone was like, don't waste your time.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Chris Newan says, what does uncle Broski buy the girls
- 39:22Speaker 1: for Christmas? Or does he give them a combo gift?
- 39:24Speaker 3: No gifts? We don't buy, no gifts, no gifts. What
- 39:28Speaker 3: do you get like your niece and nephew? You know what?
- 39:32Speaker 3: I haven't got him anything this year. I gotta figure
- 39:34Speaker 3: something out.
- 39:36Speaker 4: Always get him great stuff when you got him like
- 39:38Speaker 4: a Cody and uh we were ripley cardboard cutout.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Whoa what shall get this year? I don't know hers
- 39:47Speaker 3: her rumor Chells might be showing up with their belts
- 39:51Speaker 3: to where to uh the Myers residence. I don't think
- 39:55Speaker 3: we can get that in the schedule. I don't think
- 39:58Speaker 3: you were involved.
- 39:59Speaker 1: But hey, we didn't mention jingle all the way. People
- 40:02Speaker 1: are gonna be mad.
- 40:03Speaker 3: I like that, but come on, I like it's top
- 40:04Speaker 3: ten though it's so we we covered it. It's just
- 40:08Speaker 3: so Yeah, something about it's too cheesy, go.
- 40:11Speaker 1: To major marks dot com and watch.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Our fucking movie club of that.
- 40:16Speaker 1: I got to put that up as as the uh
- 40:19Speaker 1: yeah from the vault.
- 40:20Speaker 3: Oh yeah, if you put that on YouTube as well.
- 40:23Speaker 1: That's a great idea, especially in these coming weeks when
- 40:26Speaker 1: I don't have a vlog Yep.
- 40:28Speaker 3: There you go write it down, Mark, Nick Burrera.
- 40:32Speaker 1: If you could do a toy line for a Christmas
- 40:35Speaker 1: movie or series that doesn't exist, what would you pick?
- 40:38Speaker 3: Home Alone? They don't fucking have they.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Have, Like you're right, I know, imagine a place.
- 40:43Speaker 3: Like I realized this recently because the girls are sotly
- 40:46Speaker 3: love Home Alone at the point that I was scouring
- 40:48Speaker 3: like Eva and I'm like, that's it. There's like you
- 40:50Speaker 3: know what I fell for? Did you guys for that
- 40:52Speaker 3: AI thing last week? Bro? I fell for to the
- 40:54Speaker 3: McDonald's thing. I was like, bro I McDonald McDonald's girls.
- 40:58Speaker 3: I was so hight.
- 41:00Speaker 1: I felt what was it? They pretend maybe.
- 41:03Speaker 3: Some AI commercial about people alone happy meals.
- 41:07Speaker 4: I was like, let's go. It looked und so good.
- 41:11Speaker 4: I got got I got bad on that. But yeah,
- 41:14Speaker 4: even you know there there's a talk boy and there's
- 41:16Speaker 4: like a weird like Vin, we have that Kevin's yeah,
- 41:21Speaker 4: and NECKA made some things.
- 41:22Speaker 3: But I just got them the plushes. The plushes are
- 41:24Speaker 3: really adorable, Like I wanted them for decorations that Liz
- 41:27Speaker 3: was like, so the girls just have them, but like,
- 41:31Speaker 3: uh with the hard head of Kevin. No, they're like
- 41:34Speaker 3: they're plushes of the Kevin and the Robbers and they
- 41:37Speaker 3: like they're cute, like the hair. Yeah, okay, that's pretty cool.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Yeah, my daughter would love the head on fire.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Scott Breedlove in connection with this says what's scene in
- 41:49Speaker 1: Home alone cracks you up the most.
- 41:51Speaker 3: I mean, how.
- 41:53Speaker 1: Great is it, Brian to watch the daughters sit down?
- 41:56Speaker 3: That's like my kids like, especially Master because he's fine.
- 42:00Speaker 3: I like just every time the fucking Robbers get fucked up,
- 42:03Speaker 3: she's chuckling, like probably as like hard as I've ever
- 42:05Speaker 3: seen her laugh at anything in her life. So it's like,
- 42:08Speaker 3: I love it. I don't even I'm not watching the
- 42:09Speaker 3: movie anymore. I'm watching her, you know.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Same.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Yeah, every bricks they try to get across the rope,
- 42:16Speaker 3: like what are they thinking? You know, like, just oh man,
- 42:19Speaker 3: it's so good.
- 42:21Speaker 1: In New York though. The bricks the first one where
- 42:23Speaker 1: he's just saw the bricks at Marv's head. That's like,
- 42:27Speaker 1: I I that makes me feel bad.
- 42:29Speaker 3: I also I love it a yell at each other too.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I love my my favorite scene. I love the
- 42:36Speaker 1: uh when he plays the movie and Marv is getting
- 42:39Speaker 1: all freaked out. Right, all right, Michael Ome says, even
- 42:47Speaker 1: though you have everything you want already, would you still
- 42:50Speaker 1: be excited to get action figures for Christmas under the tree?
- 42:53Speaker 1: That's a tough one one.
- 42:55Speaker 3: It might have been my birthday or something. The girls
- 42:58Speaker 3: wanted to buy me something and they went to Ali's
- 43:01Speaker 3: and they bought me like a Greatest Hits ray mysterio
- 43:03Speaker 3: and like it actually was. I was like, this is great. Yeah,
- 43:08Speaker 3: I opened a figure like like I don't need that
- 43:11Speaker 3: or want or truly want it. But the fact that
- 43:12Speaker 3: they thought they saw it and was like, oh shou
- 43:14Speaker 3: get this. Her dad was like kind of cool. I
- 43:18Speaker 3: just wish i'd like just had like Liz buy me
- 43:21Speaker 3: all these target l J and so I could open
- 43:23Speaker 3: them on Christmas and see that'd be pretty sweet, right. Yeah.
- 43:27Speaker 3: If I had any patience whatsoever, or if I didn't
- 43:29Speaker 3: feel obligated to talk about him, on this show, and
- 43:32Speaker 3: you know I have zero patients, so like, how do
- 43:35Speaker 3: you do whatever I want? I have better patients than you,
- 43:38Speaker 3: But it's not great either. So that's when it comes
- 43:40Speaker 3: to collecting.
- 43:43Speaker 1: For the past three years, I've asked for a specific
- 43:45Speaker 1: action figure and I am not getting it. I've asked
- 43:49Speaker 1: every year for the one of these life size home
- 43:55Speaker 1: depot Star Wars characters.
- 43:57Speaker 3: That's that's a commitment.
- 43:58Speaker 4: Pallatively. They're relatively cheap too, right, Yeah, they're not bad.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Every time I see the ship like that and Halloween, Christmas,
- 44:07Speaker 3: these lawn deckers, I'm like, where are these motherfuckers housing this?
- 44:11Speaker 1: So, so here's the thing.
- 44:12Speaker 3: You got a storage unit just for like for eleven
- 44:15Speaker 3: months to put someone up for a month. That doesn't
- 44:17Speaker 3: make sense to me.
- 44:18Speaker 1: This Star Wars thing is not even Christmas. It just
- 44:22Speaker 1: happens to have a Christmas hat on it. I would
- 44:26Speaker 1: put that Stormtrooper or that r twod do in my room.
- 44:30Speaker 3: I'm talking about people that have their ship out outside
- 44:32Speaker 3: like this.
- 44:33Speaker 4: Yeah, those things are crazy, big Santa Claus, yeah, Nade.
- 44:36Speaker 1: They must have.
- 44:37Speaker 3: All over my town. They have like Jack Skellington's like massive,
- 44:41Speaker 3: and I'm like I hate.
- 44:42Speaker 4: I hated the whole I'm glad that we're getting out
- 44:45Speaker 4: of that era blow ups because it looked like shit
- 44:47Speaker 4: during the day, just dead on the lawn, right.
- 44:50Speaker 3: Yeah. I bought at just to get a cheap hop
- 44:53Speaker 3: out of it, and then we it snowed today and
- 44:56Speaker 3: god knows if it survived.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Yeah, Ishmael to how to if there are children listening,
- 45:10Speaker 1: uh tell them to stop listening. In five four three twos,
- 45:18Speaker 1: Ishmael Tata said, did you ever believe? In Senate? If so,
- 45:20Speaker 1: what was it like finding out he wasn't real? Of course,
- 45:23Speaker 1: did I believe?
- 45:24Speaker 3: I don't. I don't have like a traumatic like memory
- 45:29Speaker 3: of the realization of all this.
- 45:31Speaker 4: I know exactly where I was when I found out
- 45:33Speaker 4: he wasn't real. I always had my not always, but
- 45:35Speaker 4: I had my suspicions because okay, that was in third
- 45:38Speaker 4: grade at Walt Disney World on the People Mover and
- 45:42Speaker 4: my mom admitted it.
- 45:43Speaker 3: My dad was pissed, so that dude that's Mackenzie's age now.
- 45:48Speaker 4: Yeah, but I kind of guessed beforehand, but there was
- 45:51Speaker 4: no confirmation.
- 45:53Speaker 1: Did you just ask? You said, hey, mom, is something?
- 45:56Speaker 3: Because my parents they did.
- 45:57Speaker 4: I'm sure Brian does some similar Brian's parents that were like,
- 46:00Speaker 4: you know, you leave out the milk and cookies and
- 46:02Speaker 4: like eats it like my dad like left or.
- 46:05Speaker 3: Santa left his glove by accident. One year, you remember
- 46:09Speaker 3: one year, I was like, this is Easter. I was like,
- 46:12Speaker 3: I'm my mom would go way too hard for Easter.
- 46:14Speaker 3: We get a basketfull like figures and it was crazy.
- 46:16Speaker 3: Most people just get like a chocolate bar. I'm like,
- 46:18Speaker 3: I'm just like being a little shit and I'm like,
- 46:20Speaker 3: I'm catching the fucking bunny tonight. And I slept in
- 46:23Speaker 3: the living room and passed out and I missed it.
- 46:25Speaker 3: And I woke up and there was the bite out
- 46:27Speaker 3: of the car and everything was there, and I was like,
- 46:28Speaker 3: holy shit, I remember that like I tried to catch
- 46:31Speaker 3: him when I know, so like my parents got me,
- 46:35Speaker 3: but I don't. I feel like I was such a
- 46:37Speaker 3: brat that Like when I found out if there's no Santa,
- 46:40Speaker 3: I was like, oh, this is great. We can just
- 46:42Speaker 3: cut out the middleman. Here. I could tell you what
- 46:43Speaker 3: I want. You know, let me explain this dude what
- 46:48Speaker 3: I'm looking for here. Michael and five they believe man,
- 46:52Speaker 3: we do the elf on the shelf. Madison literally wakes
- 46:56Speaker 3: up every day runs around the house to find him,
- 46:58Speaker 3: like it's like her first thing. That's crazy. They both
- 47:01Speaker 3: believe like hard.
- 47:04Speaker 1: So I held on way too long, definitely fifth grade,
- 47:08Speaker 1: maybe fourth grade, but you know, I kind of knew,
- 47:11Speaker 1: but I thought I was going to get less presents
- 47:13Speaker 1: or something, so I just kind of whatever. So when
- 47:15Speaker 1: I found out, it was kind of like all right.
- 47:18Speaker 1: But last year, and I talked about it on this podcast,
- 47:22Speaker 1: I was just asked Aaron, and Aaron just told her,
- 47:26Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, she was in third grade, and I
- 47:30Speaker 1: was upset. I was very upset.
- 47:32Speaker 3: I think kids at school are talking about this with
- 47:34Speaker 3: Mackenzie k. She doesn't even seem curious that it's.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Aaron said she couldn't lie. She felt weird lying, but
- 47:42Speaker 1: and she asked direct, and I think Iris really wanted
- 47:47Speaker 1: to believe still, she just kind of wanted some reassurance.
- 47:50Speaker 1: So I think we should have gone a couple another
- 47:52Speaker 1: year because it was a little weird last year because
- 47:55Speaker 1: then she kind of felt weird about asking for stuff
- 47:57Speaker 1: and all that. But this year, Aaron just started doing
- 48:02Speaker 1: the Elf on the shelf again. And I know she
- 48:05Speaker 1: doesn't believe, but she is playing along.
- 48:09Speaker 3: Like she does ringing the magic back.
- 48:12Speaker 1: So it's like it's been really fun doing that.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Before we started recording, I set up the elf with
- 48:18Speaker 3: my big rubber guy and we both won the teenage
- 48:19Speaker 3: tag titles in the kitchen right now, set up right now, dude.
- 48:24Speaker 3: We did the number one alf on the shelf thing
- 48:28Speaker 3: if I mean, I guess she doesn't believe you shouldn't
- 48:30Speaker 3: bother mark. But the paint the toenails one the toenails, Okay,
- 48:36Speaker 3: so you leave the alf wherever. But he's got a
- 48:38Speaker 3: little note that says and he has like nail posh
- 48:40Speaker 3: with him and say, I painted your dad's toenails tonight.
- 48:43Speaker 3: Go find him and like he'll be in bed. And
- 48:45Speaker 3: they whipped the covers back and you have paint toenails
- 48:47Speaker 3: or whatever.
- 48:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna. I'm gonna do it just because she's.
- 48:51Speaker 3: Like cheap pop, Like, oh my god, we've done it twice.
- 48:55Speaker 3: My kids go crazy. And then Eric James came over
- 48:57Speaker 3: the last night. He had just put totails pace. It
- 49:00Speaker 3: sound like Instagram. So people, I'm not like making this up.
- 49:02Speaker 1: You know, all right, we got a really long question

- 51:47Speaker 4: you know, chrisifigation style.
- 51:50Speaker 3: There you go, all right?
- 51:52Speaker 1: This one's directed to Brian. Dear Brian. As Christmas approaches,
- 51:57Speaker 1: I find myself wrapped in a warmth I haven't felt
- 52:00Speaker 1: in years yet. It isn't from the season, the lights,
- 52:03Speaker 1: or the music. It's from a memory. More than a
- 52:06Speaker 1: decade ago. I loved someone deeply. We were young, hopeful,
- 52:09Speaker 1: and certain the world was ours. Life, however, has a
- 52:13Speaker 1: way of scattering people like snowflakes in a storm. Careers, distance,
- 52:18Speaker 1: and the simple passage of time pulled us apart. We
- 52:21Speaker 1: never ended things in anger. We simply drifted, convinced we'd
- 52:25Speaker 1: eventually drift back. But we never did. But this December
- 52:30Speaker 1: something inside me stirred. It happened while I was unpacking
- 52:33Speaker 1: ornaments once she gave me a small wooden star. I
- 52:37Speaker 1: hadn't noticed it in years, but holding it, I felt
- 52:40Speaker 1: a gentle ache and an unexpected clarity. I still care.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Maybe I never stopped. I recently discovered she's back in town,
- 52:49Speaker 1: visiting family. I've drafted half a dozen messages, each more
- 52:53Speaker 1: awkward than the last, and deleted them all. I don't
- 52:57Speaker 1: know if she's single, happy, or would even want want
- 53:00Speaker 1: to hear from me. I don't want to disrupt her
- 53:02Speaker 1: life or reopen old moods, but I can't shake the
- 53:05Speaker 1: feeling that reaching out simply to say hello might be
- 53:09Speaker 1: the right thing to do. Brian, is it foolish to
- 53:12Speaker 1: try to reconnect with someone after so long? Is the
- 53:15Speaker 1: Christmas season making me sentimental? Or is it possible that
- 53:18Speaker 1: some people return to our hearts because they're meant to?
- 53:22Speaker 1: Signed still wondering at Christmas time?
- 53:25Speaker 3: I think Shoes and Swaggle have way too much time
- 53:30Speaker 3: on their hands. That's what I think.
- 53:34Speaker 1: Wow chose hand Swaggle, that was just shoes. Don't give
- 53:42Speaker 1: that the Swaggle.
- 53:43Speaker 3: Okay, he's a coke and inspired her there.
- 53:48Speaker 1: I think reach out though, right, sure?
- 53:50Speaker 3: Always reach out? Yeah, the heart wants what the heart wants.
- 53:55Speaker 1: Carry cowling eggnog delicious or disgusting?
- 53:58Speaker 4: Honestly, I've never gotten into it. I want to get
- 54:00Speaker 4: into it so bad. I have the Christmas vacation moose glass,
- 54:07Speaker 4: but I just can't get into agnog.
- 54:09Speaker 3: I can't get into disgusting and the other the other one.
- 54:11Speaker 3: I always tried every year, but my taste Budge just
- 54:14Speaker 3: won't turn. Is a bloody Mary. You try that on Christmas, like.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Christmas morning if you if you have a tough Christmas night.
- 54:25Speaker 4: I love I never heard of it with Christmas my
- 54:28Speaker 4: sister in law, they're all bloody merry.
- 54:30Speaker 3: People and I just can't.
- 54:31Speaker 4: Yeah, my brother too, I love bloody marres. But yeah,
- 54:36Speaker 4: I've never heard of it on Christmas. Meani the brow,
- 54:39Speaker 4: I can't drink the veggies whatever.
- 54:40Speaker 1: Yeah, here's my question, I mean, my answer for the eggnog.
- 54:45Speaker 1: I believe it is delicious, but it's also disgusting. WHOA
- 54:50Speaker 1: like I love the taste of it, but the idea
- 54:53Speaker 1: of it. Yeah, right, So I just don't drink.
- 54:57Speaker 3: And you're talking about like just sweet drink or like
- 54:59Speaker 3: with some boozing.
- 55:00Speaker 1: It either either. Yeah, I like it.
- 55:05Speaker 3: Also, like, what do you have like one of those
- 55:07Speaker 3: if you go past that, you're going to be like sick.
- 55:10Speaker 1: I feel like, yeah, that's what I'm saying. It says gross.
- 55:12Speaker 1: I would rather just not just just give me a
- 55:15Speaker 1: gin and tonic. I don't. I don't need an eggnog
- 55:17Speaker 1: and feel like shit. Yeah, in no way. What wrestler
- 55:22Speaker 1: would you want to be a secret Santa for? And
- 55:26Speaker 1: what wrestler would you want to be your secret Santa.
- 55:31Speaker 4: Who I want Rick Flair to No, no, no, what
- 55:36Speaker 4: do you buy you you?
- 55:37Speaker 3: No?
- 55:37Speaker 1: No, he wouldn't care.
- 55:38Speaker 4: He would probably I don't want million Dollar Man to
- 55:40Speaker 4: be my secret santas he can buy me something really
- 55:42Speaker 4: really expensive.
- 55:43Speaker 1: No, but maybe Rick Flair would just like buy me
- 55:46Speaker 1: a Rolex or something, just to like, you know, prove
- 55:50Speaker 1: that he's rich.
- 55:51Speaker 3: I want someone like like we call lish like Mama
- 55:55Speaker 3: lish like, because he's still caring. I don't want someone
- 55:57Speaker 3: who's like genuine and caring and like you know, corol,
- 56:00Speaker 3: like put some effort into it. So Alicia Edwards would
- 56:04Speaker 3: be my pick.
- 56:04Speaker 1: There there's a there's a lot of really thoughtful aw girls.
- 56:09Speaker 1: What I'm saying giving each other great gifts.
- 56:11Speaker 3: Money doesn't really matter, you know, it's just the thought.
- 56:16Speaker 3: Who would I want to be one for? I don't know. Moose,
- 56:20Speaker 3: I'll buy him a brain.
- 56:21Speaker 1: Oh my god, Broski, you gotta give these answers.
- 56:26Speaker 4: I'd want to be one. I like getting gifts for Chelsea.
- 56:30Speaker 4: It doesn't count actually obligated to buy her.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Taking the easy way out.
- 56:43Speaker 3: He hates friendships and friends. I love that. I can't
- 56:46Speaker 3: even answer the questions.
- 56:47Speaker 1: You got to get a gift for a wrestler. Who
- 56:50Speaker 1: you getting a gift for?
- 56:52Speaker 4: Uh?
- 56:52Speaker 3: Maybe I'll get some uh by Nicknamme of the Heart
- 56:55Speaker 3: if I'm buying Moosa brain. Oh that's a good one.
- 57:06Speaker 3: That's good.
- 57:07Speaker 1: That's good. So you just you just cast the Pro
- 57:10Speaker 1: Wrestling Wizard of.
- 57:11Speaker 3: Oz by accident.
- 57:14Speaker 1: Yeah, Thomas Montalto, any wrestling ornaments on your Christmas treet?
- 57:22Speaker 1: I got a ton, I got a few. I gotta
- 57:25Speaker 1: do you have the Brosky Gingerbread.
- 57:26Speaker 3: I do have the brosk ginger bread. I have marked
- 57:28Speaker 3: silver balls I just saw the other day.
- 57:30Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I got a stone cold ginger bread. I
- 57:34Speaker 1: got an Undertaker Gingerbread.
- 57:36Speaker 3: Like I was referring to earlier. I think a lot
- 57:38Speaker 3: of mine have. They just kind of stay in the
- 57:40Speaker 3: box because the kids are just taking over.
- 57:45Speaker 1: And I have my own tree and my toy room.
- 57:47Speaker 3: I do. I do have a grapples and Gimmicks Santa,
- 57:51Speaker 3: and I put the hat on Macho front and center,
- 57:52Speaker 3: and my has.
- 57:53Speaker 4: Are ring and I actually think it's very cool. I
- 57:56Speaker 4: gotta look on. We didn't set up a tree this year.
- 57:58Speaker 4: It's been between moves. But I gotta go Hallmark and
- 58:00Speaker 4: oh my God, it really is. The Christmas spirit has
- 58:05Speaker 4: been sucked out of house.
- 58:07Speaker 1: That's why you don't want to buy any wrestlers at present.
- 58:09Speaker 3: My house couldn't be more Christmas out.
- 58:13Speaker 4: My house that I'm living in now is just a couch,
- 58:16Speaker 4: toads full of toys, ordering Uber eats for every meal
- 58:19Speaker 4: because I have nothing at the house.
- 58:21Speaker 3: Even though, did you guys even notice when you're like,
- 58:23Speaker 3: I have like professional lights, Like I noticed.
- 58:26Speaker 4: It's unbelievable you didn't do that, did you know? Like
- 58:30Speaker 4: a company comes and doesn't they house them? Don't I
- 58:34Speaker 4: don't even keep them like in my garage or anything
- 58:36Speaker 4: like that.
- 58:36Speaker 3: It's all for sure again, once you do these things,
- 58:40Speaker 3: very hard to go back. You can't be up there
- 58:42Speaker 3: Clark Griswel style taking bumps in your mind. I'm also
- 58:47Speaker 3: like get more and more scared of heights older I get,
- 58:49Speaker 3: so it's just not gonna happen.
- 58:50Speaker 1: Really, Yeah, that's funny. I've I'm getting less I used
- 58:55Speaker 1: to be of. I couldn't go on the second rung
- 58:58Speaker 1: of a ladder.
- 58:58Speaker 3: Oh, it gets studid. It's worse every year for.
- 59:01Speaker 1: Me, really, even though that you go up to the
- 59:03Speaker 1: top rope and no.
- 59:04Speaker 3: Problem doesn't translate the wrestling. I think wrestling. I'm like
- 59:07Speaker 3: blacked out and my adrenaline's going. But if you were like,
- 59:10Speaker 3: use this step stool to get something, I'm like, I
- 59:13Speaker 3: can't do it. Oh boy, that's crazy.
- 59:18Speaker 1: Chris Clagg says, have each of you seen the Star
- 59:21Speaker 1: Wars Holiday Christmas Special? And if so, what are your thoughts.
- 59:24Speaker 3: I've never seen that. I know about it. I've never
- 59:26Speaker 3: seen it. I never seen I know I know of
- 59:28Speaker 3: it from.
- 59:29Speaker 1: I have seen it. It is. It is horrible.
- 59:33Speaker 3: As bad as they say.
- 59:34Speaker 1: It is worse. It's worse because even when you're when
- 59:38Speaker 1: you're gonna say like, okay, this is bad, I'm gonna
- 59:40Speaker 1: watch it just and know that it's bad. Not even possible.
- 59:45Speaker 1: It almost.
- 59:48Speaker 3: Worse say that.
- 59:49Speaker 1: I'm not even closing Trotles three. I feel like you
- 59:52Speaker 1: can watch you just watch this. Is this almost it's
- 59:57Speaker 1: so bad that it hurts Star Wars. I would like
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: to erase it out of my brain.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: Well, I mean they did erase it technically, right, right.
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: It was like correct me if I'm wrong. It was
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: like a kind of a cash grab thing, right, because
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: I mean, popularity was.
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: Booming and they were just trying to create something.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Right, it's creepy. It's creepy. It's it's very weird about
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: life day?
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: Is that what it is?
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: Like?
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: That's a cool thing. And there's there's been some other
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: things in Star Wars about life Day. But they go
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: to like they see Chewbacca. Chewbacca needs to go home
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: to his family. But but his family are all creepy
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: and they make weird sounds. It's it's it is not good.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: You've only watched it once, right.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: Yes, a couple of times. I've seen different segments. There's
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: sometimes on YouTube you can watch some segments. Uh Christmas
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: alcoholic beverages. Well we kind of talked.
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: Chris Clacks said, why I think we covered that? Not
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: alcoholics my first choice. I love that it's not alcoholic.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: I'm sure there's a way to make it alcoholic. But
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: the Starbucks gingerbread latte which has been off the menu
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: for years and came back. Mm hmm, it's fucking delicious.
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: There's gotta be a way to do like.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: You never had one? Uh Bailey, Yeah, maybe I love that.
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: I remember tell you long put some Bailey's in it.
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: He woul drinking Bailey's on the Rocks. I love Bailey's. Yeah.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: D Casey says during it Christmas, when you spend time
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: with your family, you still get the itch to sometimes
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: search eBay and Facebook for other figs. Now here's the
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: thing though, that that not really necessarily, but as a kid,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Christmas was your your biggest revenue day of the year.
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: Of course, so God of course. Yeah.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: So you're counting that cash as you go and you're thinking, okay,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: one figure, two figure, touching three figure, like I can't
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: wait go to toy store. And a lot of times
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: we would go to the toy store the next day,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: the twenty six.
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: I used to love going to return stuff that was like.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: A oh thing, wait, really no, not return. I would
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: go and use my money to buy the figures.
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: I would take like whatever relatives gave me, you know,
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: all this shit that thank you, you don't open it. Really,
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: I didn't do that time. My mom takes me to
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: fucking Kmart or whatever return and then now I have
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: all this like that was like my favorite man or
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: you like wrestling, and it's the same figure I got
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: three times, you know, and I'm getting the look hits,
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: Oh it's the best.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: Uh. Matt Morgan when do we are we getting a
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: big rubber guy Santa?
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: Yeah? I think I would love that. I would love
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: that to be shipping next fall and everyone be able
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: to have it next Yeah.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: Tayo Santiago. If there was a holiday set of elites,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: who would you have in it? And what would their
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: wrestling gear be? So I'm thinking kind of how they
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: did like Cody in the Street Fighter, right right.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: So I'm thinking, aren't there Star Wars figures that have
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: made Christmas?
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, right yeah, so something like that, but wrestling.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: So Mick Foley is Santa's got it?
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good one. Elf Legend hornswoggles and alf Man, Oh.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: My god, yeah, kicking ass already.
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: The Miz is the Grinch.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: Oh that is a great idea.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: You're just cooking here. This is a set. I mean,
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: I sorry, who's Rudolph as a kid? He was? He
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: was raw?
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: I feel like, why am I thinking, Kofi, it's.
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: Got to be a doint the cloud could be with
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: the red nose. I was Gonn saying it needs to
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: be like like like Rudolph's like a rookie, so it's
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: gotta be like a newcomer like okay, like Javon Evans
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: or something, you know what I mean, he can fly Greenhorn.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: You got to put only top guys in there. What
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: could Chelsea be.
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: Missus Clause?
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: Okay maybe yeah? But and then what could Roman be?
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: Could he be like Buddy the Elf?
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: Cody?
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: Cody could be Buddy the Elf.
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: But ro could be like a snow monster or something,
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: you know.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Like I love that abominable Snowman.
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: It's fun.
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: Sad Isaac Janko could be Hermie the Dead distrued it.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: That Kenny says in the interest of not leaving Kevin
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: home alone and rushing through the airport. I'm curious you
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: guys all travel extensively. I like to know what are
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: your travel non negotiables. I'm talking routine schedule, those products
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: you can't possibly travel without. This is a non wrestling
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: gear related question. Tips on saving money with flights, hotels, cars,
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: et cetera. Unnecessarily a Christmas present, I mean a question.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: People travel for the holidays. I mean I have TSA PRE.
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: I have clear I don't understand how anyone travels about
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: TSA PRE.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: Could not could not even imagine the.
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: Added stress that will like add to your life without
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: that is just not worth.
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: It, especially in Orlando, like I need to have bulk.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: Those lines are terrifying. I have marked. You do touchless.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: I begain touchless, Like if the airport has like.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: Glardi and JFK, where I don't, I don't do anything.
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: I just walk up. It's crazy.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: This is something that you guys do not do. But
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: I will go to great lengths to not have to
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: check a bag.
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: And I checked, like I have to check my fake
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: and that's it, end story. So I that's out the
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: window for me. Like I don't even like. I love that.
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: I love being able to buy something on the road
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: and have space for it like that. Yes, things like that. Yeah,
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: no way coming home from the toy drives. Also Mark,
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: you get three free checked bags without the.
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: I don't want to wait for it. I don't want
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: to wait, don't want to do it. Yeah, I don't.
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: Like that's eighties, like it comes right. It's not like
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: that anymore.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: Not in Boston, fucking thirty minutes. I'm waiting there in Boston.
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: Dude, in the Guardia, that ship's coming around. I walk
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: out of first class. It's right, it's right there. It's
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: like there's no wait.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: Not the definitely not in Hartford.
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: Maybe one out of eight times I'm waiting and not
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: significantly waiting at all.
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: When I was coming home from the toy drive, JFK
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: is very very strict. If you're not there one hour
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: exactly before, they won't check your back. And like we were,
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: it was gonna be tight, right, run run out of
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: my cars onto curbside and check it. And then like
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: my bat my dad was like bringing my bags. Now
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: I run and get my back. Like why I'd leave
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: it to the last minute. Yeah, so often that.
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: I used to be like that, and now with the
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: Deptha lounge, I just give myself time. I sit there,
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: I relax and I don't feel so stressed like about.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: That, you know, like the Mark Marial Delta lounge.
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: Flying on, Like go Thursday or Friday. My kids are
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: at school. This is working, Like what am I gonna do?
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: You know you just had this conversation the other day. Yeah,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: every time I fly out lately there's nobody at home.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Am I gonna sit here at home? Or am I
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: gonna go do whatever I'm doing?
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: I can go like have a nice meal and not
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: be stressed.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: Catch up on work, yep, do some work.
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: You catch it up, Bob. The other day, I had
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: a very fairly important phone call with a friend that
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: I needed to talk to. Okay, sitting in the Death Lounge,
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: and I wrote an excerpt for a book that brosk
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: literally in the Death Lounge, just chilling, which at home,
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: I would never be able to get stuff like that.
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: Then I can only do like the Delta Lounge in
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: the mornings because I can't eat like their lunch or dinner.
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: It's like garbage. For their breakfast is pretty bro They
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: have chicken and rice like unbelievab. Yeah, is it like organic?
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: I have no idea, what dude, it's the food is
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: way to breakfast I can handle. I can handle the breakfast.
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: There's always there's always like hard boiled eggs all time.
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: I like the breakfast. No, I mean all times to
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: day have the hart boiled.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: Eggs, Like there's always rice and a chicken.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: And a chicken like for sure. Yeah, you don't have well,
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: you can whatever some soup if you're under the weather.
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: It's fantastic.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: I just know.
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: And then I guess to round out this question when
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: I book people for creative pro or even like whatever,
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: I used. I use Priceline because I do think it
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: has the best prices.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: Oh that's a that's a really good tip.
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: For hotels and stuff like that.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: But that's a great You.
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: Really just got to look around or use like what
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: is that kayak? Which shows you all? You know? Is
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: what I usually use an idea, right, so you see
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: what you're getting into.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: Well, Tuesday, Brian, I'm headed to JFK from my house.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna wake up, I'm gonna I'm gonna leave my
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: house at like nine am.
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: Where are you going to park?
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: I actually was going to ask you about that.
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: I've never I don't ever park at JFK because it's pointless.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: Back in the day, I used to do like a
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: smart park or something. Yeah uh anyway, smart uh, smart market,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: smart park. But I have the Delta one uh for
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: a seven hour flight incredible, which means.
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: That's sick lounge.

- 1:09:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: I'm not gonna hit Diamond this year, and I'm so
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: upsetting International Line.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: Like depressed about it.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, me too.
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: I'm looking at it right now to see how many
- 1:09:56Speaker 4: I got left.
- 1:09:58Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I'm not. Yeah, I missed by like eight
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: thousand dollars. Yeah.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Yeah, this is a good one to end it. Let's
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: talking about.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: Said, I tell you this story. When I I was
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: it was like two years ago. I was trying to
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: hit Diamond and I was like, oh, I just need
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: to spend this a little bit more, and I was like,
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: I'll buy We were going to Colorado visit his sisters,
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: so I was like, I'll just buy first class tickets
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: for everybody on that That's not how it works. I
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: don't know why I thought that's how it worked, so
- 1:10:23Speaker 3: only my ticket accounted for it and the others didn't,
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: And then just bought my family for like three year
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: old masks and sitting in first class living any time.
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: I don't I don't regret it, but I'm need to
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: get there. Did you get there, Diamond anyway? I Uh,
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: that was the year that I Then I had to
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: buy myself a flight to Boston to go to a
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: Celtics game with Eddie and that was the last thing
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: that put me over the home. But I don't regret it,
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: but I'm certainly an idiot for thinking that only only
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: my Ticke accounted the other three just were first class
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: for ships and gigs.
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: Oh my god, all right, guys, Noel Waterson said, Yes,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: if you were a kid today, what wrestling figures would
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: be on your wish list? This is one of my
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: favorite things to think about.
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: I always think like an aw who would I love?
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: I tell you, I would love Mark Brisco.
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: That Osprey Supreme ring Side exclusive. So it's like figure
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: of the Year. And he until he got hurt, he
- 1:11:21Speaker 3: was like, you know, he was their guy, right, he
- 1:11:23Speaker 3: was sure, especially with the d that robe is out
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: of control, like the different options. You know. I feel like, man,
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: if I was like a little kid playing my fingers,
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: I would freak out about Monday figures and the way
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: you can just change your guy's torso and hands, and
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: I mean I'd be like losing my mind about that.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: Yep, you're right.
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: Playing anybody like brand new coming out like right around now.
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: I think I would. I think that that I would
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: really want that Cody with the with his dog.
- 1:11:53Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a great set, right, that's cool.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: That's a cool pack. It's a great Christmas present, right right?

- 1:12:12Speaker 1: On the on the list. Probably not any of the retros.
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: Maybe that I don't think. I think and I think
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: kids that don't have no sentimental value for those that's
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: like not even on the radar.
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: Like maybe the Ultimate Dirty Damages came in, Oh for sure,
- 1:12:32Speaker 4: what about you you have a no kid once?
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm kidding. How about that Powertown tupac of Myers

- 1:13:07Speaker 4: there anybody who's like brand new who's getting there for
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: a rookie figure?
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: Now?
- 1:13:11Speaker 4: Remember like when when brock Lesner when his Rookie figure
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: came out that.
- 1:13:16Speaker 3: It was man I got it was Christmas time because
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: he was getting such a I think that's hard to
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: do these days because guys get pushes on NXT before
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: they're on the main roster, right right, So Brock just
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: came out. He was like a fucking shot out of
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: a cannon killing everyone. You're like, who I need this guy?
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: And you know, and he didn't exist for it.
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: But to that point though, you know what if someone
