- 2:11Speaker 5: Well, I did see the cash here after I drove
- 2:13Speaker 5: to three of the pumps there and then the card
- 2:15Speaker 5: reader wasn't working. I'm like, I don't have cash to
- 2:17Speaker 5: go to another gas station?
- 2:19Speaker 4: Is there anything worse than seeing that on the prompt
- 2:21Speaker 4: see the cashier?
- 2:23Speaker 1: Yeah, seeing you eggs are broke? First of all, see
- 2:27Speaker 1: the cash here.
- 2:27Speaker 4: I don't even see my family, right, ma'am, I'm trying

- 2:45Speaker 2: I'm here though, I'm ready.
- 2:46Speaker 1: What do you need from us?
- 2:47Speaker 2: That's a good question. Just patience. Yous were very patient
- 2:50Speaker 2: with me last week. You know, it's just a rough
- 2:52Speaker 2: time for.
- 2:52Speaker 1: A routine theme building around you.
- 2:55Speaker 5: It's May, it's May, Simber. I mean, I think today
- 2:58Speaker 5: I'm going to put a list together of my mental
- 3:00Speaker 5: load so that it can just be out there and
- 3:02Speaker 5: people can see it.
- 3:03Speaker 2: I've already started typing it up, and I'm on number
- 3:05Speaker 2: eight of things on my mental load.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Number eight. Is that up there? With Billie's hates list.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Is that a separate load.
- 3:11Speaker 5: It's a separate This is just things that are boggling
- 3:13Speaker 5: my mind right now that are like weighing me down
- 3:15Speaker 5: that I have to wogglish.
- 3:16Speaker 1: We need to get rid of all that stuff. I
- 3:19Speaker 1: don't want.
- 3:19Speaker 5: To help me get a Lisa's birthday gift. Lydia know
- 3:22Speaker 5: what to get Inzo for his birthday? Make a birthday cake,
- 3:24Speaker 5: get a dogcake or the grocery store.
- 3:25Speaker 2: I mean, do you want to help with those things?
- 3:27Speaker 1: A dog cake?
- 3:28Speaker 7: Oh?
- 3:28Speaker 4: Yeah, now you're getting.

- 4:01Speaker 2: Broster care if it spelled wrong? He won't know?
- 4:04Speaker 1: Yeah, he hasn't there he can't read it all right? Forrester? Here,
- 4:07Speaker 1: what's up?
- 4:08Speaker 8: Hell?
- 4:08Speaker 9: I saw the craziest thing this morning? Uh and Billy's
- 4:11Speaker 9: probably used to seeing this. I was on the way
- 4:13Speaker 9: to work, okay, stopped them to stop light.
- 4:15Speaker 1: And I looked. I was like, what is that.
- 4:18Speaker 9: Three coyotes are running across the street like they it
- 4:21Speaker 9: was like they waited for the walk side and they
- 4:24Speaker 9: all one of them had a had a rabbit in
- 4:27Speaker 9: his mouth.
- 4:27Speaker 1: And I was like yeah. I was like, what's going on?
- 4:30Speaker 9: And then the car going the opposite way he was like,
- 4:32Speaker 9: you see that, and I was like yeah. They just
- 4:34Speaker 9: took off, just casually walked across the street. And I
- 4:37Speaker 9: was like, am I supposed to report that? No, because
- 4:40Speaker 9: I've never seen anymore.
- 4:41Speaker 1: You're not.
- 4:41Speaker 4: No, don't do that. Don't be the person that gets
- 4:43Speaker 4: on the next door and be like I.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Saw two counties.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Well, yeah, we live where it's other people on animals.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Oh but my apartments is right there. I saw Bob Cat.
- 4:53Speaker 4: I don't need Kyles just strolling through my apartment.
- 4:56Speaker 1: But they don't need you. Okay, but they don't need.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Your apartment complex in the middle of their land. You're
- 5:03Speaker 4: on stolen land. A matter of fact, I'm on the
- 5:09Speaker 4: county side. Move you move immediately pooed anything? You know,
- 5:15Speaker 4: what are you what are you gonna don't know? You're
- 5:16Speaker 4: gonna leave mam alone and let them do their things,
- 5:18Speaker 4: stay out of their way.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Image if they thought, should we call someone for that guy?
- 5:22Speaker 4: There's a couty right now going. I saw this idiot
- 5:25Speaker 4: in a car staring at me. Well, I'm bringing home
- 5:29Speaker 4: food from my family dinner. Get a life, you weirdo.
- 5:33Speaker 9: I observed all the warning signs because he did. As
- 5:36Speaker 9: soon as they walk, they just all walk.
- 5:38Speaker 4: Well, they didn't read the sign, you know, that's chance.
- 5:44Speaker 1: It was like, wiley, guys.
- 5:46Speaker 4: I love to poo's that neighbor. I'm the next door app.
- 5:49Speaker 4: I cannot stand the next door app because people right, well,
- 5:52Speaker 4: there's hey, heads up, there's two Bobcats in the neighborhood.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Okay, what do you want us to do?
- 5:58Speaker 5: Martha salesman's back, Yeah, hands up.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Somebody just came to my door and he looks suspicious.
- 6:06Speaker 4: He was in a uniform. Oh oh, he's selling something.
- 6:09Speaker 4: You never know what's going on in today's world.
- 6:12Speaker 1: It's dangerous.
- 6:13Speaker 4: He was with a Bobcat. It's like, okay, well, can.
- 6:19Speaker 1: We kick off the show. I'm the only one not
- 6:21Speaker 1: in shambles today.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Oh, good for you.
- 6:23Speaker 4: It's opposite day's.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Top Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid in
- 6:29Speaker 3: the morning.
- 6:30Speaker 7: Only on the New Mixed one or two point nine.
- 6:33Speaker 4: It's a Monday, bright and early Canda slowpez. What is
- 6:35Speaker 4: going on in our world?
- 6:35Speaker 2: Yeah, well, we have a stormy week ahead.
- 6:37Speaker 5: Rain chances are low today, but it looks like we
- 6:39Speaker 5: have a better chance for storms that tomorrow. We have
- 6:42Speaker 5: a cold front that's gonna push through. It is hot
- 6:44Speaker 5: outside already, though you'll notice the humidity as soon as
- 6:47Speaker 5: you step outside.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Yeah, girl, that's a bad hair day for me.
- 6:50Speaker 5: I was standing out there with my car not unlocking,
- 6:52Speaker 5: just like starting to sweat, going back and forth into
- 6:55Speaker 5: the house, out of the house. But yeah, we're gonna
- 6:57Speaker 5: have highs in the low nineties today. It's already seventy
- 6:59Speaker 5: eight outside. But looking towards the week, Thursday looks like
- 7:02Speaker 5: the rainiest day of this week. But just prepare for
- 7:05Speaker 5: multiple rounds of storms through the middle of the week.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Wait, is this weekend on Memorial Day?
- 7:09Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 7:09Speaker 1: It is, it is, and it looks crappy.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Well, I mean, I feel like it's too early to tell,
- 7:14Speaker 2: but I mean every day shows a chance of rain
- 7:17Speaker 2: for the next seven days.
- 7:18Speaker 1: It's just swampy out there.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good way.
- 7:20Speaker 1: To put it.
- 7:21Speaker 2: It is. Yeah, guys.
- 7:22Speaker 5: Early voting starts today for Texas's runoff elections happening Tuesday,
- 7:26Speaker 5: May twenty sixth. One of the most watched races statewide
- 7:30Speaker 5: the Republican US Senate primary. That's between John Cornyn and
- 7:34Speaker 5: Ken Paxon. That winner will face Democrat James Tallerico in November.
- 7:38Speaker 2: There's other big races as well.
- 7:40Speaker 5: You're voting for attorney General, a handful of US House seats.
- 7:44Speaker 5: That's going to really determine the balance of power in Congress.
- 7:47Speaker 5: But people don't typically turn out for these runoffs.
- 7:49Speaker 2: That's why I'm saying this. You have all week to
- 7:51Speaker 2: vote early.
- 7:52Speaker 5: I know May Somber is a lot, but these races
- 7:54Speaker 5: are really important.
- 7:55Speaker 2: We have to get it together.
- 7:56Speaker 1: It's important to get out.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is, guys. Neighborhoods in the.
- 8:00Speaker 5: Atlanta area or trying to figure out what's going on
- 8:02Speaker 5: because dozens of waymos have been coming into their cul
- 8:05Speaker 5: de sacs and just circling around with no one in them.
- 8:10Speaker 2: There's nobody in these cars.
- 8:12Speaker 4: They're just confused by the cul de sac. The concept
- 8:15Speaker 4: of a cul de sac.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.
- 8:16Speaker 5: People are saying it's not uncommon for there to be
- 8:19Speaker 5: six even eight of these circling.
- 8:21Speaker 2: At one time.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Curious.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Yes, I don't know what's going on in this neighborhood.
- 8:25Speaker 5: But these homeowners have tried to put out those watch
- 8:27Speaker 5: for children playing signs to keep them from passing through.
- 8:31Speaker 1: WEIMO don't care.
- 8:32Speaker 5: Oh no, it's caused even more confusion for these cars.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Oh my goodness, what should we have just waited on
- 8:38Speaker 4: the waymos.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Yeah. I think at this point like it's.
- 8:41Speaker 4: Not working, like there's things wrong with them. And I
- 8:44Speaker 4: love the concept. I don't love the concept that it
- 8:46Speaker 4: takes jobs away. No, you know these uber drivers around
- 8:49Speaker 4: here doing their thing. Yeah, so that's why I don't
- 8:51Speaker 4: take way moos. Yeah. Second of all, I'm a little
- 8:53Speaker 4: bit nervous because every other story you read is about
- 8:55Speaker 4: a weaymo gone wild.
- 8:56Speaker 7: I know this.
- 8:58Speaker 5: They've complained to WAIMO. Haven't gotten a response just yet,
- 9:01Speaker 5: but I'm like they didn't.
- 9:02Speaker 2: They just like recall these.
- 9:03Speaker 5: For the software updates, and then they were like, all right,
- 9:06Speaker 5: we're gonna release them soon and we'll let you know.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Maybe that's what happened.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Maybe they're not actually available for riders just yet and
- 9:12Speaker 5: they're testing them again.
- 9:13Speaker 1: We neighborhood, Yeah, get out of my cul.
- 9:15Speaker 5: De sac, right, I'd be so upset, Like I lived
- 9:17Speaker 5: in a cul de sac growing up, like middle.
- 9:19Speaker 2: And high school.
- 9:20Speaker 5: Yeah, and that's where we all played basketball. We set
- 9:22Speaker 5: up the goal and did all skating.
- 9:23Speaker 2: And all the things.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Always jealous of the cul de sac kids.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Right, I don't know how.
- 9:30Speaker 1: That sounds like a.
- 9:32Speaker 5: Kids because you're safe in the cul de sac, you
- 9:34Speaker 5: don't have to worry about cars driving back, and you
- 9:36Speaker 5: can play freely.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Yeah. Right, now there's waymos circling around trying to hate you. Yeah.
- 9:42Speaker 2: No, man, not a good scene there, real quick, guys.
- 9:44Speaker 5: There is a rumor going around that Tom Cruise and
- 9:47Speaker 5: Pamela Anderson might be dating. Right, So, he supposedly reached
- 9:53Speaker 5: out to her after he saw her last movie, The
- 9:55Speaker 5: Last Show Girl, and they've been in touch ever since.
- 9:58Speaker 5: But the story says Tom called her to congratulate her
- 10:01Speaker 5: on that big comeback, and an insider is saying there's
- 10:05Speaker 5: definitely a spark between them, that she is making room
- 10:08Speaker 5: for love in her life. Not sure why this rumor
- 10:11Speaker 5: is being sparked again because it was like a year
- 10:12Speaker 5: ago that they were seen coming out of that hotel
- 10:15Speaker 5: in New.
- 10:15Speaker 2: York, not together, but like moments apart.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Oh then they were together. Yeah, that sound weird looking
- 10:22Speaker 4: couple to me. I couldn't picture that a little bit.
- 10:25Speaker 5: But she was last linked to Liam Neeson and he
- 10:28Speaker 5: was linked to Uh yes, that girl, that Poo.
- 10:33Speaker 1: You know, I know that girl?
- 10:35Speaker 5: Who is she?
- 10:37Speaker 1: You know who that is? She's from?
- 10:38Speaker 5: Uh yeah, yeah, she's gorgeous Latina.
- 10:42Speaker 1: You know me Poo with the most random knowledge.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Sophia Bergar. He'll know samahayak'll know armis.
- 10:51Speaker 1: And anything food related.
- 10:54Speaker 2: There you go, all right, I'll keep you posted.
- 10:56Speaker 5: Pooh on Cando Slapez. Those are your Texas top story.
- 11:00Speaker 4: Played a kid Candicelow Paz producer Poo seven thirty will
- 11:03Speaker 4: have a dirty little secret.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Get ready for that.
- 11:05Speaker 4: This girl did something years ago that if a man
- 11:08Speaker 4: finds out, I don't know how he's going to react, Like,
- 11:11Speaker 4: I mean, he could be a deal breaker, honestly, Oh,
- 11:14Speaker 4: even though they're married years ago, years ago, it could
- 11:16Speaker 4: be like, okay, wait that that's kind of a big
- 11:18Speaker 4: deal that you lied about that. Whoa I know seven
- 11:22Speaker 4: thirty will do it. Real fake news coming up next. First,

- 14:30Speaker 1: I think it's fake. I think you made that. I
- 14:32Speaker 1: mean yeah, are you sure you want to lock that in?
- 14:35Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 14:35Speaker 1: Lock it in. That's nasty. Okay, let's lock that in.
- 14:39Speaker 1: It might be a good summer.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh.
- 14:42Speaker 4: All right, Canni Slowpez, which one do you think is
- 14:45Speaker 4: the fake story?
- 14:46Speaker 5: I could see a spam dog happening. Actually, so lock
- 14:49Speaker 5: me in for that second story, the pickleball dispute.
- 14:51Speaker 4: Can I never hear you say that again? What I
- 14:53Speaker 4: can see a spam dog happening. I don't want to
- 14:56Speaker 4: hear that again.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Okay, I want to say it again for story number two.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Number two, pickleball dispute leads to violent assault. You are
- 15:03Speaker 4: officially locked in and the winner today is Lopez. Yes
- 15:16Speaker 4: you want congratulations?
- 15:17Speaker 7: Thanks?
- 15:18Speaker 2: So that means the spam dog is real.
- 15:19Speaker 4: That means the spam dog is real. Wow, real as
- 15:23Speaker 4: can be. Do you want it to be real? I'm
- 15:26Speaker 4: not sure.
- 15:30Speaker 7: Well.
- 15:30Speaker 4: I mean, I'm not a big I don't know. I'm
- 15:32Speaker 4: not a spam hater. Yeah, but I'm not a spam lover.
- 15:35Speaker 7: No.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Same. I'm not gonna go out of my way to
- 15:37Speaker 1: get some spam.
- 15:38Speaker 2: No, I've never bought it. But if someone makes like
- 15:40Speaker 2: spam musubi, I'm gonna eat it.
- 15:41Speaker 4: That's a good point. I don't know if I've ever
- 15:43Speaker 4: bought it either. Yeah, never, but somehow it's made it
- 15:45Speaker 4: into my mouth right before.
- 15:48Speaker 5: No, exactly, and that'll probably be true for the spam dog.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I think you're right. Who's excited for the
- 15:54Speaker 1: spam dog. I've had spam. I bought spam struggling days.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Really you've bought it back in the day.
- 16:01Speaker 4: But that wouldn't be But there's so many other meals
- 16:03Speaker 4: that you could your struggle meals that I would go
- 16:05Speaker 4: to Ramen.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Now this would be my you.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Know, of course at first I would pick Vienna sausages
- 16:10Speaker 4: over spam in a struggle meal list, I would probably
- 16:14Speaker 4: rank that higher. Really, yeah, I don't like Vienna Vienna
- 16:18Speaker 4: sausage in wonderbread with a little mustard spam.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Is you ever fried a Vienna sausage?
- 16:23Speaker 2: No? I have really.
- 16:26Speaker 4: White trash heaven over Vienna though. Oh yeah, fried bone
- 16:31Speaker 4: over steak. Sometimes you haven't had a fried baloney sand
- 16:34Speaker 4: You still made.
- 16:36Speaker 2: It for me? Did make you want It's like a
- 16:39Speaker 2: couple of years ago, but you didn't. It was mid
- 16:41Speaker 2: to you.
- 16:41Speaker 7: It.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Wow, you're pretty much cussing at me. You're pretty much
- 16:46Speaker 4: cussing to my entire child. That spam dog. Yes, Hormel
- 16:51Speaker 4: Foods has introduced this. It's I mean, do I need
- 16:54Speaker 4: to explain it's spam in the shape of the hot dog.
- 16:57Speaker 4: It isn't available in stores, so hate to just point,
- 17:00Speaker 4: but they're gonna roll this out this summer.
- 17:01Speaker 1: It's select to restaurants.
- 17:03Speaker 2: What restaurants.
- 17:05Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:05Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 17:06Speaker 1: It wouldn't go into it. I'm like, what restaurant is
- 17:08Speaker 1: out here going? We got the spam dog? Someone will
- 17:12Speaker 1: I hope?
- 17:12Speaker 2: So on which restaurant we think is gonna have it?
- 17:15Speaker 7: Sure?
- 17:15Speaker 1: I mean, who do we think is gonna give you
- 17:17Speaker 1: Hawaiian brothers? What?
- 17:19Speaker 2: Oh?
- 17:20Speaker 1: Oh, that's a good call because the Hawaian twist.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Huh.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 17:24Speaker 4: I don't think that's going to be in Applebee's. I
- 17:26Speaker 4: think this is more of a waffle house venture. Okay,
- 17:29Speaker 4: no waffle spam dog's going to the waffle house.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Spam dog in a waffle or cracker barrel.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Okay, never been to so I don't know.
- 17:39Speaker 2: You haven't.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Either way, I'll try it. Okay, So that's a spam dog. Now.
- 17:43Speaker 4: The other story that's might be grosser than a spam
- 17:46Speaker 4: dog is male cleavage.
- 17:49Speaker 2: What we are even talking about?
- 17:51Speaker 4: Well, do you remember do you remember this? A few
- 17:53Speaker 4: months ago? Vogue declared twenty twenty six the year of
- 17:56Speaker 4: the crack.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Oh, the whale tail was back and all that.
- 17:59Speaker 4: Right, Like plumber Crack is in this. Yeah, let me
- 18:01Speaker 4: just to let you know, so who's been in style
- 18:04Speaker 4: for years?
- 18:06Speaker 1: Well, now I think he set the trend.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Now it's front side cleavage is also a thing, they're saying,
- 18:15Speaker 4: and it's for men.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Not women. No good, no, yeah, no, you're fine.
- 18:21Speaker 4: It's us fellas that they're saying, this is the new
- 18:24Speaker 4: trend for men, all because of some guy. I don't know,
- 18:27Speaker 4: Alton Mason.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Do we know who he is?
- 18:30Speaker 4: Either way, he's a model. He's like a model in
- 18:33Speaker 4: a designer clothing design or something. Either way, he's got
- 18:36Speaker 4: these shirts that are coming out. And I'm not talking
- 18:38Speaker 4: when I say male cleavage. I'm not talking like, oh,
- 18:40Speaker 4: I skipped a button off my button up, but I'm talking.
- 18:43Speaker 4: This thing looks like a cape that you just draped around.
- 18:47Speaker 4: And they're saying this is going to be the hot
- 18:48Speaker 4: new trend for men. I'm going to tell you right
- 18:50Speaker 4: now it's not. No, don't bring that around me because
- 18:53Speaker 4: nobody wants to see this. Have you seen it at Candide?
- 18:55Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm on his Instagram right now, it's basically a cape.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Okay, yeah it is. It's like if you button the
- 19:01Speaker 2: top button and nothing else, Yeah, and just let the
- 19:05Speaker 2: rest flow.
- 19:05Speaker 1: So they're saying that's the trend for men. Where where?
- 19:08Speaker 1: Who's wearing that? Nobody? And how does he look? I'm
- 19:12Speaker 1: sure he's got a six pack.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Oh yeah he does stupid, Yeah, he's very lean.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Um, you know what, maybe we should try this, Pooh. No,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm not going to be doing all that.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Us knowing our real dad bobs and are real just
- 19:26Speaker 4: you know, just out here wearing capes.
- 19:27Speaker 1: We'll go to the galley O wide open like that
- 19:30Speaker 1: taco meat.
- 19:30Speaker 7: Just hang out.
- 19:36Speaker 2: There's a very small group of the population who could pull.
- 19:39Speaker 5: This off and then excuse first of all, general like
- 19:43Speaker 5: in life, really shots fired.
- 19:46Speaker 1: You don't think Poo and I could we wearing good?
- 19:49Speaker 2: I mean yeah, you totally could.

- 19:54Speaker 2: Spill any salts on yourself.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Yeah, Poo's taco meat.
- 20:01Speaker 4: No, when you mean talking to me, you mean your
- 20:02Speaker 4: little chest hair pool her little hair.
- 20:04Speaker 1: It does look like taco meat. Yeah, I don't want
- 20:06Speaker 1: to tacos. You just ruined tacos. It takes a lot.

- 20:19Speaker 4: interesting to me. I love I love different cultures. I
- 20:22Speaker 4: love trying different food, you know. Like, I've always been
- 20:24Speaker 4: an open minded even as a kid. My mom would
- 20:26Speaker 4: be like, will you try this? I'm like, yeah, sure,
- 20:28Speaker 4: why not?
- 20:29Speaker 2: But I didn't like me a long time to get
- 20:30Speaker 2: to that.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Oh yeah, No, Poo's like closed minded when it comes
- 20:33Speaker 4: to like other crew. He wouldn't even try sushi.
- 20:35Speaker 2: We're taking my niece for sushi tomorrow for the first time.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Oh really, she graduated over the weekend and she's off
- 20:40Speaker 2: this weekends.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Yeah, so congratulations to Carly. By the way, thank you sushi.
- 20:46Speaker 4: She's never had it. No, isn't that week that's growing up?

- 21:06Speaker 4: Hawaiian and she loves fried spam. She said she can't
- 21:10Speaker 4: wait to try the spam dog. Shout out to you, Tara.
- 21:13Speaker 4: I mean, I'll try it.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Yeah, try it.
- 21:16Speaker 4: Try it. Foods American foods that other countries think are gross.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Are you ready for this? This person said.
- 21:22Speaker 4: When I lived in Ireland, the first question people would
- 21:24Speaker 4: ask me when they heard I was American is do
- 21:26Speaker 4: you actually eat pumpkin pie?
- 21:30Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 21:31Speaker 1: Really? Wow, that's considered gross.
- 21:34Speaker 2: I guess so low bar pie. I don't know.
- 21:36Speaker 4: They thought it sounded so awful and disgusting and gross.
- 21:40Speaker 4: In other countries they think it's just which not all countries.
- 21:44Speaker 4: But now this I'm not a big fan of, and
- 21:47Speaker 4: I don't think this should be considered an American food
- 21:49Speaker 4: by any means. But this person said squirrel. They said,
- 21:55Speaker 4: lots of people think it's strange. I've had it several
- 21:58Speaker 4: times when I lived in other country. They thought it
- 22:00Speaker 4: was disgusting.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean most people in America would say it's
- 22:03Speaker 1: disgusting too.
- 22:04Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 22:04Speaker 2: I mean how common is that?
- 22:06Speaker 5: Because I've never heard of people eating squirrel until you
- 22:08Speaker 5: guys told me.
- 22:08Speaker 4: It's more common than you think, really, especially nowadays with
- 22:11Speaker 4: gas prices high. Yeah, sometimes you got to throw it
- 22:14Speaker 4: in the crock pot. I did on Saturday, Yes, I did.
- 22:19Speaker 4: I filled up my tank and I said, wow, I'm
- 22:20Speaker 4: not eating I.
- 22:22Speaker 5: Mean, imagine if you, like, you pick up an RC
- 22:24Speaker 5: like a rotisserie chicken, Imagine if you just picked up
- 22:26Speaker 5: a you know, rotissary squirrel.
- 22:28Speaker 2: And yeah, I mean I'd eat it.
- 22:32Speaker 1: No, it's not bad.
- 22:33Speaker 4: You smothering gravy and stuff. Just get a piece of
- 22:36Speaker 4: white bread and dip it in there.
- 22:38Speaker 2: I can't.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I had an Oklahoma go figure.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Okay, here's another American food that people think is actually
- 22:45Speaker 4: disgusting in other countries. This person said, meat loaf. Oh wow,
- 22:50Speaker 4: meat loaf is viewed as very strange in other countries,
- 22:55Speaker 4: because when you think about it, I mean we're just
- 22:57Speaker 4: talking about meat. Maybe some crackers catch up. What else
- 23:01Speaker 4: you put meat loaf?
- 23:02Speaker 1: Right?
- 23:02Speaker 7: Well?
- 23:03Speaker 2: I put sweet potato in mine.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Of course.
- 23:04Speaker 2: You know it's delicious. You guys have been on the
- 23:06Speaker 2: sweet potato trend. You're just hate now.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do that normal normal anything.
- 23:13Speaker 4: Yeah, well, you have to put some kind of bean
- 23:17Speaker 4: or a sweet potato and anything it's wag you.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Yeah, stuff you never you do love it?
- 23:23Speaker 4: Something doesn't need beans or doesn't need a sweet potato,
- 23:27Speaker 4: somehow makes it in canvases, recipes.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Tastes yea good.
- 23:32Speaker 4: I'm gonna make some Brussels sprouts. Oh I love Brussels sprouts. Yeah,
- 23:35Speaker 4: they're flavored in beans. Well, this person said, Okay, this
- 23:42Speaker 4: other people in other countries think is discussing that Americans.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Eat boiled peanuts. Okay, I don't get it.
- 23:49Speaker 4: I see them every day when I stop them get
- 23:51Speaker 4: coffee at the racetrack, and I've never seen anybody, anybody
- 23:55Speaker 4: ever get the boiled peanuts.
- 23:57Speaker 2: No ever, what are they been there for?
- 24:00Speaker 1: I don't know. How long do they sit there and boil?
- 24:02Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 24:03Speaker 1: And who came up with this?
- 24:05Speaker 4: I will say you know what I did try one time,
- 24:07Speaker 4: and I thought, oh, somebody on the show actually said
- 24:09Speaker 4: it was really good. Somebody called in and said you
- 24:11Speaker 4: need to put a bunch of peanuts inside of coke.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Oh yeah, and then you know, on a road trip
- 24:16Speaker 4: and then drink it and then one of the peanuts
- 24:18Speaker 4: comes through and you just eat it.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Okay, I tried it.
- 24:21Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 24:22Speaker 1: It's kind of good.
- 24:23Speaker 2: I'm they're just marinating the coke.
- 24:27Speaker 4: Yeah, peanut, that's what it is. The salt is it's good.
- 24:32Speaker 4: People in the UK this personal. People in the UK
- 24:34Speaker 4: find it so strange and even disgusting that we love
- 24:38Speaker 4: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Really whatever, that ain't strange, that's goodness. How how is
- 24:44Speaker 1: that weird?
- 24:45Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 24:45Speaker 1: I don't think that's weird at all.
- 24:47Speaker 4: This person said a lot of people when I was
- 24:49Speaker 4: living overseas, stoff biscuits and gravy was gross.
- 24:53Speaker 1: What yep? Okay, Now this person is a little crazy
- 24:59Speaker 1: for this.
- 25:00Speaker 4: I was living overseas and they thought it was discussing
- 25:03Speaker 4: and I grew up on banana and mayonnaise sandwiches.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Banana and mayonnaise.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Who's eating that?
- 25:09Speaker 3: I know?
- 25:12Speaker 1: Is not.
- 25:14Speaker 4: Peanut butter and banana is good? Yeah, peanut butter and banana,
- 25:17Speaker 4: but not banana and mayonnaise. We got to mark that down.
- 25:21Speaker 4: We're gonna try it.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Yeah, where did they eat this? I never heard of it.
- 25:26Speaker 5: But it's odd to me that they find peanut butter
- 25:27Speaker 5: and jelly weird. But they'll do, you know, cucumber sandwiches
- 25:31Speaker 5: like tea parties always have a cucumber sandwich.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Yeah they do. Yeah.
- 25:35Speaker 4: Yeah, how are you gonna judge our peanut butter and jelly. Well,
- 25:37Speaker 4: you're out here snacking on cucumber sandwiches. You will fancy you? Okay, Well,
- 25:44Speaker 4: this is American foods that other countries find grows. Somebody
- 25:47Speaker 4: said alligator. Okay, fried alligator is good, though, really you
- 25:51Speaker 4: never had it? No, why would I have fried alligator
- 25:53Speaker 4: because we're in America and we live close to Florida.
- 25:57Speaker 1: No, we kind of have Friday alligator nuggets in Walmart?
- 26:02Speaker 4: What yeah, okay, put it down, poop. We're giving Candi's
- 26:06Speaker 4: her first alligator nugget.
- 26:09Speaker 1: You won't eat alligator, No, I can't. They're all Cajun
- 26:14Speaker 1: seasons and everything. Really, yeah, I was right there, right
- 26:16Speaker 1: by the fogs. I never had an alligator.
- 26:18Speaker 2: No, you have. Most people had a.
- 26:21Speaker 4: One hundred I guarantee. Eight out of ten Texans have
- 26:26Speaker 4: eaten allagie.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Yes, they have candasies.
- 26:29Speaker 4: Yes, Okay, we're gonna make you some. Well, you know what,
- 26:33Speaker 4: should we do it tomorrow? And sometimes you're not.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Gonna eat it. Tastes like calamari. You don't eat klamari.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I love klamari.
- 26:40Speaker 1: So why will you eat a squid and not an alligator?
- 26:43Speaker 2: I don't know, because it looks fun to eat round?
- 26:47Speaker 1: What about this? What if I serve it with beans?
- 26:53Speaker 3: Tas Top Stories on the Tens with Billy the Kid
- 26:55Speaker 3: in the morning only.
- 26:57Speaker 7: On the new Mixed one or two.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Point nine Chance to ring all day, Cannas, can you
- 27:01Speaker 1: do some kind of dance or something?
- 27:03Speaker 4: Right?
- 27:03Speaker 1: I don't know what's going on?
- 27:04Speaker 2: All right?
- 27:05Speaker 4: We got dirty little secret coming up at seven thirty,
- 27:07Speaker 4: bright and early on a Monday morning, Candas, what is
- 27:09Speaker 4: going on? Well?
- 27:09Speaker 5: CRUs began painting over one of the most iconic murals
- 27:12Speaker 5: in Dallas. This is getting a lot of backlash. I
- 27:15Speaker 5: don't know if you've seen this online, but the mural
- 27:17Speaker 5: is called the Whaling Wall. It was painted in nineteen
- 27:20Speaker 5: ninety nine by marine life artist Robert Wyland. I'm sure
- 27:24Speaker 5: you've seen it. It's on the side of that giant
- 27:26Speaker 5: parking garage on Akers.
- 27:28Speaker 1: It's iconic, iconic.
- 27:29Speaker 5: Yeah, so it has like the six giant humpback whales swimming.
- 27:32Speaker 5: It was part of a nationwide effort to raise awareness
- 27:36Speaker 5: for conservation.
- 27:37Speaker 2: It was one of one hundred.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Works for the project that was painted across the country. Well,
- 27:42Speaker 5: it's being painted over for World Cup themed art.
- 27:46Speaker 4: I know, I'm sad I saw this. There's something about
- 27:49Speaker 4: it that did make me sad.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:51Speaker 5: This artist, though, said he was never properly asked for permission.
- 27:56Speaker 5: He said, you know, there's a chance he could take
- 27:58Speaker 5: legal action under the Federal Visual Artist Rights Act, which
- 28:02Speaker 5: protects artists when major public works are changed or destroyed.
- 28:06Speaker 5: But he's valuing the mural at around fifteen million dollars.
- 28:10Speaker 2: And apparently he painted it for free.
- 28:12Speaker 1: No way.
- 28:13Speaker 2: Yeah, when did he paint this nineteen ninety nine.
- 28:16Speaker 4: So ninety nine he painted this for free, right, it's
- 28:19Speaker 4: been there.
- 28:20Speaker 1: I didn't know that you could do that.
- 28:21Speaker 4: I didn't know you could possibly sue that they had
- 28:23Speaker 4: to protect this art because it's on a private building.
- 28:26Speaker 5: Though, yeah, I don't know about who owns the building
- 28:28Speaker 5: or whatever, but it's federally protected artwork. A spokesperson for
- 28:32Speaker 5: the organizing committee here said the new art is meant
- 28:35Speaker 5: to celebrate and build excitement for the World Cup, but
- 28:38Speaker 5: that a portion of the original painting will remain. So
- 28:41Speaker 5: if you remember it's on two sides, but the larger
- 28:44Speaker 5: side is the one being painted over, and then the
- 28:46Speaker 5: smaller side is being left alone.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Which why can't they have just put a tarp over it? Yeah?
- 28:51Speaker 2: Can't we hang a banner?
- 28:52Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 28:52Speaker 2: I don't understand why.
- 28:53Speaker 5: They needed to just paint it, just paint over it.
- 28:56Speaker 4: You didn't have to actually paint over it. You could
- 28:58Speaker 4: have just hung some kind of thing. I mean, I'm
- 29:00Speaker 4: not an expert on murals, but I the same, you
- 29:02Speaker 4: could just hang some on the side or hang a banner,
- 29:05Speaker 4: because I mean, World Cup's going to be gone right then?
- 29:08Speaker 4: What a month we've ruined the mural. It's been iconic downtown.
- 29:11Speaker 4: That was I don't know, a lot of people just
- 29:13Speaker 4: love that mural.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, there's something comforting just in the middle of
- 29:17Speaker 5: all the buildings to see this beautiful piece. But some
- 29:19Speaker 5: people are saying, did he expect this thing to stay
- 29:22Speaker 5: there forever?
- 29:22Speaker 2: Like, what's the what's the big deal?
- 29:25Speaker 3: You know?
- 29:26Speaker 5: Someone else said, you know, this is a metaphor for
- 29:28Speaker 5: what we're actually doing to our oceans.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Which kind of made me sad.
- 29:31Speaker 1: So you get there.
- 29:32Speaker 2: Yeah, but we'll see.
- 29:33Speaker 5: What happens if he does decide to take legal action.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Or not, but you'll notice it looks different when you
- 29:38Speaker 2: go down there. Okay, guys.
- 29:39Speaker 5: A power outage at six Flags over Texas forced the
- 29:42Speaker 5: park to close early Saturday. A spokesperson said they experienced
- 29:46Speaker 5: an internal technical issue that caused this. They were able
- 29:50Speaker 5: to reopen yesterday at eleven. Encore did confirm that they
- 29:53Speaker 5: had workers on site and determined it was an issue
- 29:56Speaker 5: inside the park's electrical equipment.
- 29:58Speaker 2: Had nothing to do with Encore. But how sad for
- 30:00Speaker 2: people who are hanging out there over the weekend.
- 30:03Speaker 4: Nobody was stunk on a roller coaster or anything, I
- 30:05Speaker 4: hope not. Just think about that, when you're up in
- 30:07Speaker 4: an air and a ride and the power goes.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Out, everything just stops.
- 30:11Speaker 1: I'm sure it doesn't.
- 30:12Speaker 4: I'm sure they are protocoling a backup generator on that ride.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Totally.
- 30:16Speaker 4: This is the kind of stuff my mind goes to immediately.
- 30:19Speaker 4: This is why I am so scared of roller coasters.
- 30:21Speaker 4: And I know they're safe and I know people love them,
- 30:24Speaker 4: but I just won't get on them.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't like them.
- 30:26Speaker 2: I don't think I can anymore. I used to ride
- 30:28Speaker 2: everything at six Flags and all the theme parks back
- 30:30Speaker 2: in the day.
- 30:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Universal. And now I just I'm kind of I could pass.
- 30:34Speaker 1: You know, hang out in the food court. Yeah, we know.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Everyone's yeah, you know, I know.
- 30:40Speaker 4: And I feel like when I go if I ever
- 30:42Speaker 4: went back in the day with like a group of friends,
- 30:44Speaker 4: I feel like all the all the women especially are
- 30:46Speaker 4: judging me.
- 30:47Speaker 1: They're like, you won't go on a roller coaster, and
- 30:49Speaker 1: I'm like, I just don't. It's not my thing.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Huh, Yeah, I don't like it.
- 30:52Speaker 1: No, are you scared?
- 30:54Speaker 2: Yeah, you're scared.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Yes I am, Yes, I am scared.
- 30:59Speaker 5: Real quick, guys, we've talking about food for some reason
- 31:01Speaker 5: all morning. This professor of food science is going viral
- 31:04Speaker 5: for saying you don't need to refrigerate your ketchup.
- 31:06Speaker 2: He wants to.
- 31:07Speaker 5: Remind people, and he says he stores it in the
- 31:10Speaker 5: pantry and next to his barbecue sauce.
- 31:12Speaker 2: And I still store my ketchup in the fridge.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Why, yeah, I do too.
- 31:16Speaker 4: You didn't have to do that. We've talked about this before.
- 31:18Speaker 4: I don't know why people you don't.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Have to Why do I still do it?
- 31:21Speaker 7: Though?
- 31:21Speaker 5: And I worked at Benningans and we had the ketchups
- 31:23Speaker 5: on the table. We'd pick them up and pick them
- 31:24Speaker 5: up and close them down every night.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's true.
- 31:27Speaker 2: Put them on the tables.
- 31:28Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 31:28Speaker 4: And you wouldn't put them in the fridge. No, so,
- 31:30Speaker 4: And I don't like cold ketchup. Yeah, so if I
- 31:32Speaker 4: don't have to, I just put it back in the pantry.
- 31:34Speaker 4: I can't believe you really start doing that.
- 31:37Speaker 1: I've done him ketchup and mustard.
- 31:39Speaker 4: You don't know, so, poo, try this. You don't have
- 31:41Speaker 4: to refrigerate mayonnaise either. Try tonight, poo only only pooh, try.
- 31:46Speaker 1: It and then eat it the next day.
- 31:52Speaker 2: You're wrong for that.
- 31:54Speaker 5: I'm Canda Slopez. Those are your Texas Top Stories.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Mess you'll feel better.
- 32:01Speaker 3: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 32:03Speaker 4: You know what's gonna cheer you up on a Monday though.
- 32:04Speaker 4: We got money. Money always cheers people up. Right, thousand
- 32:07Speaker 4: dollars you want it? Listen eight forty your first shot
- 32:10Speaker 4: to win that. We do it every hour on the
- 32:11Speaker 4: forty so so much money all day.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Make sure you listen.
- 32:15Speaker 4: It's makes one or two point nine baill at a
- 32:17Speaker 4: kid Candice Lopez, producer, Poo and your Secrets had eight
- 32:19Speaker 4: three three seven eight seven at one o two nine.
- 32:22Speaker 4: All right, just confess what's going on in your life,
- 32:25Speaker 4: what's happened in your life. It could be ten years ago,
- 32:28Speaker 4: ten days ago, whatever. Now you got one. What's up.
- 32:31Speaker 8: I've never told another person this in my life, and honestly,
- 32:35Speaker 8: I still feel guilty about it almost every day. Oh So,
- 32:39Speaker 8: my husband and I've been married for years now. We're happy,
- 32:42Speaker 8: we have a great life, we have great kids. Everything
- 32:44Speaker 8: turned out okay. But but there is one thing he
- 32:49Speaker 8: doesn't know and probably never will. So right before we
- 32:53Speaker 8: got married, I sold my engagement ring and I sold it,
- 33:00Speaker 8: told him I lost it.
- 33:02Speaker 4: WHOA, So right before you got married, you sold your
- 33:07Speaker 4: engagement ring, told him you lost it?
- 33:09Speaker 1: Why?
- 33:11Speaker 8: Because at the time I had this ex boyfriend who
- 33:15Speaker 8: was such a terrible person. He was, you know, toxic
- 33:20Speaker 8: and manipulating, just scary, A scary guy, okay, just one
- 33:26Speaker 8: of those guys you regret ever letting into your life,
- 33:29Speaker 8: you know. And before I met my husband, I owed
- 33:32Speaker 8: him money from when we lived together, and then after
- 33:35Speaker 8: we broke up, he started making threats to try to
- 33:37Speaker 8: get back from me.
- 33:38Speaker 1: You owed him money, Okay, So you owed your ex money?
- 33:41Speaker 8: Yes, all right, And I'm embarrassed now even talking about
- 33:45Speaker 8: it because looking back, I should I should have gone
- 33:47Speaker 8: to some of it for help. I should have told
- 33:49Speaker 8: my fiance.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Well, you know, but.
- 33:51Speaker 8: I was young, I was dumb, I was scared. I
- 33:53Speaker 8: was panicking.
- 33:55Speaker 4: Okay, so you did own the money. It wasn't like
- 33:57Speaker 4: he was just threatening you and being crazy. You did
- 33:59Speaker 4: own the money.
- 34:00Speaker 1: I owed him. Yes, so you sold your ring. That's
- 34:04Speaker 1: a big that's a lot, I know.
- 34:07Speaker 8: But he kept you know, he was threatening to show
- 34:09Speaker 8: up at my job, and he was threatened to humiliate
- 34:13Speaker 8: me and to contact my fiance and tell him lies
- 34:16Speaker 8: about me. And every time he left me one of
- 34:19Speaker 8: those messages just made me sick.
- 34:21Speaker 4: You know.
- 34:21Speaker 8: I I just remember I was sitting in my car
- 34:24Speaker 8: just crying one day, just staring at my ring, just
- 34:27Speaker 8: thinking like what do I do? You know, I was broke,
- 34:30Speaker 8: I didn't have anything.
- 34:31Speaker 1: So what when you went to your so you you
- 34:34Speaker 1: sold the ring?
- 34:35Speaker 4: I I don't know, like now that you're already married
- 34:37Speaker 4: and it's it is what it is. First of all,
- 34:39Speaker 4: what was your fiance's reaction when you said you lost
- 34:41Speaker 4: the ring?
- 34:42Speaker 1: Because that's you know, how do you lose a ring? Right?
- 34:45Speaker 1: You haven't even been married yet and you lost the ring.
- 34:48Speaker 8: He was upset, of course he was, you know, but
- 34:51Speaker 8: he hugged me and he told me it's okay, we'll
- 34:53Speaker 8: figure it out, and that he is such a good guy,
- 34:59Speaker 8: like and I got such a good guy. I'll tell
- 35:02Speaker 8: you that made me even feel worse because he was
- 35:05Speaker 8: so kind about it.
- 35:06Speaker 4: Right right, so he didn't react. He wasn't mad, he
- 35:09Speaker 4: wasn't angry. He just said, okay, we'll figure it out.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Don't worry, don't Did.
- 35:12Speaker 2: You get a new ring?
- 35:13Speaker 8: Well, a few months later he bought me a much smaller,
- 35:16Speaker 8: cheaper ring that I'm wearing it today. But you know what,
- 35:22Speaker 8: I'll tell you, I love that ring more than anything
- 35:25Speaker 8: because it reminds me of the kind of man he is,
- 35:27Speaker 8: you know, he's.
- 35:29Speaker 4: That's kind of sweet. I don't blame him for buying
- 35:31Speaker 4: a cheaper and smaller ring. Girl wants to go around
- 35:34Speaker 4: and loose stuff, let me hit.
- 35:36Speaker 8: I mean, that's what he could afford, you know. I
- 35:39Speaker 8: mean maybe at some point there's nothing wrong with that.
- 35:42Speaker 1: I don't care, nothing wrong with that.
- 35:45Speaker 4: But you've never told him the truth, even now that
- 35:47Speaker 4: you're married, and it is what it is.
- 35:49Speaker 8: No, and he this secret is eating at me, like,
- 35:54Speaker 8: that's what I'm telling you, guys, I have I don't know.
- 35:57Speaker 8: I just he deserved to know the truth. He know,
- 36:00Speaker 8: But it's been so many years now, and honestly I
- 36:02Speaker 8: don't know what what good?
- 36:03Speaker 1: No? I mean, you know point now no good.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Well, I'm not nadvocating lying to somebody, but at this point,
- 36:10Speaker 4: what's the what would you why?
- 36:12Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 36:14Speaker 8: I mean if I could go back and you know,
- 36:15Speaker 8: out and do it over again, I would absolutely handle
- 36:18Speaker 8: it completely differently. You know, I would tell him everything.
- 36:21Speaker 8: But you know, when you're young and scared and dealing
- 36:24Speaker 8: with someone.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I think I've had girls do this to me.
- 36:30Speaker 4: Sell wedding rings, engagement rings. I could have been a
- 36:33Speaker 4: damn CA's jeweler with r. Matter of fact, most of
- 36:36Speaker 4: them I haven't gotten back. But let's not go there.
- 36:40Speaker 4: But good for you. I'm glad you're in a happy
- 36:42Speaker 4: relationship and it's worked out. And hey, you're young, you
- 36:45Speaker 4: make mistakes, Life goes on. It is what it is.
- 36:48Speaker 4: But at least you got that X out of your life.
- 36:50Speaker 4: It was a bad person, and and look your husband
- 36:53Speaker 4: now reacted in such a loving way. It maybe it
- 36:56Speaker 4: was like a sign that this is the one for sure.
- 37:00Speaker 8: Oh, no question about that. I'm just praying and I
- 37:03Speaker 8: just hope that someday I can just fully forgive myself
- 37:06Speaker 8: for it.
- 37:06Speaker 1: You forgive yourself. Yeah, come on, don't worry about that.
- 37:10Speaker 2: I didn't think about this anymore.
- 37:12Speaker 1: No, well, thank you so much. We appreciate you calling it.
- 37:15Speaker 8: Thanks for the secret, of course, of course, thank you guys.
- 37:18Speaker 8: You helped me, you know, air it out. Like I
- 37:20Speaker 8: feel a little bitter.
- 37:21Speaker 1: That's what we're here for, That's what I mean.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Would you want to know, Like, if you're a guy,
- 37:24Speaker 4: would you want to know after all these years, I
- 37:26Speaker 4: feel like just some things are better left alone. Yeah,
- 37:29Speaker 4: I mean I feel like I'm saying lie right, that's
- 37:34Speaker 4: not good. But at this point, yeah, exactly, you got
- 37:37Speaker 4: a secret.
- 37:37Speaker 1: You let us know he's going for Candis court.
- 37:41Speaker 3: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 37:44Speaker 4: Oh, rise for the Honorable Judge Cannis Lopez, who's had
- 37:47Speaker 4: a very shaky Monday, so she might be crazy on
- 37:50Speaker 4: the bench today.
- 37:51Speaker 2: We'll see.
- 37:52Speaker 4: You don't know what's going to happen, mixed one or
- 37:53Speaker 4: two point nine. If you've got an issue for Candace,
- 37:55Speaker 4: you want her to solve if you want her to
- 37:56Speaker 4: help at candas on Air, on Instagram, at kandas on there.
- 37:59Speaker 4: I'm gonna get right into it because it's a serious one.
- 38:01Speaker 4: Oh I need to know if I'm an a hole.
- 38:04Speaker 4: So me and four of my friends have been saving
- 38:06Speaker 4: for literally years to go to Southeast Asia.
- 38:08Speaker 1: We're going to do it big. It's a dream trip.
- 38:10Speaker 4: We've talked about it NonStop, how we want to feel
- 38:12Speaker 4: confident and healthy and actually physically able to do the
- 38:15Speaker 4: stuff we planned. A bunch of us started our weight
- 38:18Speaker 4: loss journeys a month ago. We've all been motivating each other,
- 38:21Speaker 4: going on walks, changing how we eat, even joking around
- 38:24Speaker 4: about getting our vacation bodies together, you know, doing our thing. Well,
- 38:29Speaker 4: one of our friends is doing the exact opposite. He
- 38:32Speaker 4: keeps joking about it, saying I'll start next week lol,
- 38:36Speaker 4: But next week never comes. We'll go walk and he bails.
- 38:40Speaker 4: We'll talk about hikes and he says, y'all can drag
- 38:42Speaker 4: me up there.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Lol.
- 38:44Speaker 4: At first it was funny, but now the trip is
- 38:45Speaker 4: getting close, and honestly, I'm kind of panicking because this
- 38:48Speaker 4: is the hard truth. Nobody wants to say out loud.
- 38:51Speaker 4: If one person physically can't keep up. It changes the
- 38:54Speaker 4: entire trip for everybody. Oh, we've picked excursions that involve hiking,
- 38:59Speaker 4: long walking days, stairs, boats, humidity.
- 39:04Speaker 1: This trip sounds miserable.
- 39:07Speaker 4: I don't want us missing out on things we saved
- 39:09Speaker 4: up for because someone needs to constantly take breaks. I
- 39:13Speaker 4: know that sounds mean, but I'm sorry I even steal.
- 39:16Speaker 4: Feel a little horrible for saying it. But this trip
- 39:18Speaker 4: costs us thousands of dollars. I want to do it
- 39:21Speaker 4: right now. I'm wondering, do I say something? Does he
- 39:24Speaker 4: even need to go?
- 39:26Speaker 8: Oh?
- 39:26Speaker 4: Question min not in a cruel way, but just be honest.
- 39:31Speaker 4: Or does that make me the biggest jerk alive?
- 39:34Speaker 1: Whoa wow?
- 39:36Speaker 4: Okay, anything that involves weight is touchy. Your initial thoughts
- 39:39Speaker 4: Candice Slowpez, Judge.
- 39:40Speaker 2: Lopez, Yeah, why is he not training with you guys?
- 39:43Speaker 5: This is part of the process of taking this, you
- 39:45Speaker 5: know trip, you guys have been saving.
- 39:46Speaker 2: For for years. How could you not be ready?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Right?
- 39:50Speaker 5: What's what's not motivating this person to get with the program.
- 39:54Speaker 4: But at the same time, sometimes, like listen, there's some
- 39:57Speaker 4: people who might not be quote unquote physically fit, but
- 40:00Speaker 4: can do a lot of things.
- 40:01Speaker 1: You don't know what they can and cannon do.
- 40:02Speaker 2: That's sure.
- 40:03Speaker 4: So I will say that should they go on the trip,
- 40:06Speaker 4: should she say something is another thing. Should she say
- 40:10Speaker 4: something to this guy before they go on the trip?
- 40:12Speaker 4: And I get it, You've spent a lot of money,
- 40:15Speaker 4: you know. I mean, this would not be my dream trip.
- 40:17Speaker 4: I like going on hikes and I like all that stuff,
- 40:19Speaker 4: but I also want to chill.
- 40:20Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 40:20Speaker 2: Can we build in a day for doing nothing?
- 40:23Speaker 1: Can we do a chill day?
- 40:24Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 40:25Speaker 4: I cannot stand going on vacation with people that just
- 40:27Speaker 4: want to just never chill.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Give me chill. You know they're up at seven am.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Let's have everything playing. Yeah. No, I couldn't do it. Yeah,
- 40:35Speaker 1: we know you could. Is this friend pooh?
- 40:39Speaker 9: I'm just saying, if I listen, if I put why
- 40:41Speaker 9: are you complaining? If I save up my money to
- 40:43Speaker 9: go on this excursion or whatever with y'all, don't worry.
- 40:46Speaker 9: Don't let me stop you. Okay, you and Kansas go
- 40:49Speaker 9: on the hike.
- 40:50Speaker 4: I'll be there, and if you won't, well, if not,
- 40:53Speaker 4: I'll take pictures down at the bottom of the whatever
- 40:56Speaker 4: it is where we're going.
- 40:57Speaker 1: I can take pictures on the bottom of the Great Wall.
- 41:00Speaker 1: You and Cannae go walk the Great Wall? Walk at all?
- 41:03Speaker 4: Well, we will, yeah, but but but don't be complaining
- 41:06Speaker 4: on me. I will not exercise it because because we're
- 41:08Speaker 4: gonna cater our trip around worrying about you. Now how
- 41:12Speaker 4: because well I don't know. I want to go up
- 41:15Speaker 4: this hill, but Pooh can't walk up to him.
- 41:17Speaker 1: I can walk. I'm just just gonna be gashed.
- 41:20Speaker 5: You miss out on this experience just because this person
- 41:23Speaker 5: can't make it like that. Maybe they think they can,
- 41:26Speaker 5: maybe they're confident, and we just don't understand their ability.
- 41:30Speaker 4: So would you say something like if if Poo's this person,
- 41:33Speaker 4: you wouldn't say a thing.
- 41:34Speaker 2: I wouldn't say a thing.
- 41:35Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, it just is what it is.
- 41:37Speaker 2: I would Why would you say.
- 41:39Speaker 1: The friend was Pooh? I would you know me? I'm
- 41:41Speaker 1: not saying something.
- 41:44Speaker 7: Wow?
- 41:44Speaker 1: Why would you go tell me? What are you gonna
- 41:46Speaker 1: tell me?
- 41:46Speaker 4: I would be like, hey, Pooh, listen, you want to
- 41:49Speaker 4: go this trip and we're saving all this money. We
- 41:51Speaker 4: go to Asian and we want to climb stuff and
- 41:52Speaker 4: hike stuff. Are you gonna be ready? I mean, I
- 41:55Speaker 4: put up my money, I'm gonna try. Okay, well, I
- 41:58Speaker 4: don't get mad.
- 41:59Speaker 1: You not paying for me? Why are you complaining about me?
- 42:02Speaker 1: That's fair?
- 42:03Speaker 2: You know what, it's going to be sad when we
- 42:04Speaker 2: take that picture at the top, you know, I.
- 42:09Speaker 9: Mean there, you know there might be a secret passageway
- 42:12Speaker 9: where I could go up there and be waiting on y'all.
- 42:14Speaker 9: You never know I might get a burst of energy.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Chat GPT insert me in this furt.
- 42:20Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 42:21Speaker 5: I mean I wish I could see the itinerary for this.
- 42:24Speaker 5: You know, you got to have a day where everybody's.
- 42:26Speaker 2: Just sitting right.
- 42:27Speaker 9: Well, I can't stand people like that. They playing from
- 42:31Speaker 9: morning a sun up to sundown. Like, come on, a
- 42:34Speaker 9: trip is a trip. Don't be doing that.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but I mean, like you know me, and you
- 42:38Speaker 1: know I like to wall. Billy likes to walk from
- 42:40Speaker 1: here to.
- 42:41Speaker 4: Need you if there's really but if there's an option
- 42:44Speaker 4: for like, you know, we're going to take an uber
- 42:46Speaker 4: and it's only a few blocks.
- 42:48Speaker 1: That's the trap with Billy. Oh it's not.
- 42:53Speaker 9: It's right over here. We'll be in Vegas. It's right
- 42:55Speaker 9: over here. Come on, poo, keep pushing, Billy.
- 42:57Speaker 1: We've walked.
- 42:58Speaker 9: We've already walked a boy five miles help Vegas.
- 43:02Speaker 2: You gotta know you're gonna walk.
- 43:04Speaker 9: Yeah, we're gonna candas that's far. I swear one time, one.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Time I messed up and I thought it was a couple.
- 43:13Speaker 4: I thought it was like a mile.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Yeah it was three. No, it was like full we
- 43:17Speaker 1: were off the Vegas Strip. That's how bad it was there.
- 43:20Speaker 2: When you get into the cause, you know, you forget
- 43:22Speaker 2: about all that.
- 43:22Speaker 1: It was so mad.
- 43:23Speaker 4: He ended up walking like you know when you walk
- 43:25Speaker 4: with your legs real far apart because it's been a
- 43:27Speaker 4: long day and he's got.
- 43:28Speaker 1: The swallow like shake. I'm bad. No, thank you. Let's
- 43:35Speaker 1: get a judgment. Canda pezz do you say something? What
- 43:39Speaker 1: do you think?
- 43:40Speaker 7: I mean?
- 43:40Speaker 5: Listen, you're guilty of being a disclaimer, Dave, I get it.
- 43:45Speaker 2: Let him know what's up. This is what we're doing.
- 43:48Speaker 2: You either do it or you're not doing it, and
- 43:50Speaker 2: you can come. But let's not get all upset.
- 43:52Speaker 5: If you know it's three of us at the top
- 43:54Speaker 5: and you're you're just chilling.
- 43:55Speaker 4: So don't say anything, but maybe say, hey, I'm letting
- 43:59Speaker 4: you know. I don't get mad when we're doing everything
- 44:01Speaker 4: and you ain't doing nothing exactly, Okay, he's guilty of.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Being a disclaimer, Dave take the disclaimer, non.
- 44:07Speaker 4: Cardio Carl yeahs top stories on the Tents with Billy.
- 44:13Speaker 7: The Kid in the Morning only on the New Mixed
- 44:16Speaker 7: one or two point nine.
- 44:17Speaker 1: Twice Bruno, Oh did I say that alloud?
- 44:23Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 44:24Speaker 4: We got money coming up, thousand dollars eight and forty
- 44:26Speaker 4: if you want some. If you want a thousand dollars
- 44:28Speaker 4: to get married, and then that divorce happens, you'll get half,
- 44:31Speaker 4: so you can get five hundred dollars. So we're gonna
- 44:33Speaker 4: weig a thousand though. Okay, So I heard something funny
- 44:36Speaker 4: though over the weekend. Someone who's going through divorce. They
- 44:38Speaker 4: called this guy their deonce.
- 44:42Speaker 1: It's not a fiance.
- 44:46Speaker 4: That's clever, not quite divorced yet, So that's my deonce.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Oh all right, there you go, Candice.
- 44:52Speaker 2: What is going uh stormy week ahead?
- 44:54Speaker 1: Guys?
- 44:55Speaker 5: Rain chances are low today. It looks like we have
- 44:57Speaker 5: a better chance for storms tomorrow. We have that cold
- 44:59Speaker 5: front that's gonna put through quote unquote cold front. It's
- 45:02Speaker 5: hot outside already. You'll notice the humidity as soon as
- 45:04Speaker 5: you get outside. We're gonna have lows in the or
- 45:06Speaker 5: highs in the low nineties. Today it's seventy nine already.
- 45:10Speaker 5: But they're saying Thursday looks like the rainiest day this week,
- 45:12Speaker 5: but prepare for just multiple rounds of storms possible.
- 45:15Speaker 4: Look, get it outside, it looks like Seattle. Yeah, I
- 45:18Speaker 4: don't like it.
- 45:19Speaker 2: Same, same guys.
- 45:20Speaker 5: Early voting starts today for Texas's runoff elections, happening Tuesday,
- 45:25Speaker 5: May twenty six. One of the most watched races statewide
- 45:28Speaker 5: is the Republican US Senate primary. That's between John Cornyn
- 45:32Speaker 5: and Ken Paxson. The winner will face Democrat James Tallerico
- 45:35Speaker 5: in November. There are other big races as well. You're
- 45:38Speaker 5: voting for attorney General, a handful of US House seats,
- 45:42Speaker 5: and this could determine the balance of power in Congress. So,
- 45:45Speaker 5: I mean, people don't typically participate in these runoff elections,
- 45:49Speaker 5: but they're very important. I know May simmer is a lot,
- 45:52Speaker 5: So I just want to remind people you have all
- 45:53Speaker 5: week to vote early. You won't be able to vote
- 45:56Speaker 5: on the weekend, so figure out how to get it done.
- 45:58Speaker 2: It's really important. Yeah, guys.
- 46:00Speaker 5: Neighborhoods in Atlanta are trying to figure out what is
- 46:03Speaker 5: going on because dozens of waymo's have been coming into
- 46:06Speaker 5: their cul de sacs and just circling around.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Nobody's in these cars either.
- 46:12Speaker 4: It's weird. I just watched the video, yeah, and I
- 46:15Speaker 4: showed you Candae. It's it's not just one or two, right,
- 46:18Speaker 4: it's like three, four, five at times, just going in
- 46:21Speaker 4: a line through the cull to sack, turning around and
- 46:24Speaker 4: then they come back. Then they do it again, and
- 46:26Speaker 4: they're just I don't know if it's some kind of
- 46:28Speaker 4: glitch in the system or what.
- 46:29Speaker 5: But yeah, people are saying it's not uncommon for there
- 46:32Speaker 5: to be six to eight of them circling at one time.
- 46:35Speaker 2: And now I'm wondering if these.
- 46:36Speaker 5: Are just no one's calling for these cars and they
- 46:38Speaker 5: have nowhere to go and they don't want to park
- 46:39Speaker 5: or something, and they just this is That's what it is.
- 46:42Speaker 2: That they just take to waste time.
- 46:44Speaker 5: But homeowners say they've tried to put out those watch
- 46:46Speaker 5: for Children playing signs to keep them from passing through,
- 46:49Speaker 5: but that's causing even more confusion for the cars. They've
- 46:53Speaker 5: complained to WEIMO, but they haven't gotten a response just yet.
- 46:56Speaker 4: Then I saw a story I think it was I
- 46:58Speaker 4: think it was here downtown Alice, where some guy threw
- 47:02Speaker 4: himself in front of a WAYMO to see if it
- 47:04Speaker 4: would stop.
- 47:05Speaker 2: No, yeah, how did that end?
- 47:09Speaker 1: I mean it stopped, but barely.
- 47:12Speaker 4: But I think the guy was basically like, if it
- 47:14Speaker 4: hits me, I'm just gonna sue.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Right, So it's like, what are we doing?
- 47:17Speaker 7: Right?
- 47:18Speaker 1: Can we just chill?
- 47:19Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 47:19Speaker 2: I don't like these cars.
- 47:21Speaker 4: I don't love them because I like people like Uber drivers.
- 47:23Speaker 4: Uber makes a lot of people money. You know, a
- 47:25Speaker 4: lot of people do that for a living, So I
- 47:26Speaker 4: don't love the fact that. But these weymos don't go everywhere.
- 47:29Speaker 4: They're just you know, usually putting around downtown or in
- 47:32Speaker 4: your cul de sac.
- 47:33Speaker 2: That's true. Do they still right on Waimo like that
- 47:36Speaker 2: was a five star ride?
- 47:37Speaker 1: Or no? I think you can? Yeah?
- 47:39Speaker 5: Okay, interesting real quick, guys. There's a rumor going around
- 47:43Speaker 5: that Tom Cruise and Pamela Anderson might be dating. So
- 47:47Speaker 5: he supposedly reached out to her after he saw her
- 47:50Speaker 5: her movie The Last show Girl, and they've been in
- 47:52Speaker 5: touch ever since. But the story says Tom called her
- 47:55Speaker 5: to congratulate her on her big comeback, and an insider
- 47:58Speaker 5: is saying there's definitely a spark but between them and
- 48:00Speaker 5: that she is making room for love in her life.
- 48:03Speaker 5: So I'm not sure why the rumor is being sparked
- 48:06Speaker 5: again because if you remember, it was about a year
- 48:09Speaker 5: ago they were seen leaving the same hotel in New York,
- 48:12Speaker 5: not together, but moments apart, which is always you.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Know, also signed that they're together.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Right, we can't be seen coming out together, but right,
- 48:21Speaker 2: she was last link to Liam Neeson. Tom was last
- 48:24Speaker 2: week to one of Pooh's crushes yet the Armist, but
- 48:31Speaker 2: then they split up last year.
- 48:32Speaker 1: He spent on me when he said that.
- 48:35Speaker 2: He knows all the hot gossips that he comes to
- 48:39Speaker 2: like Latina.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Actresses and bottles. Those are my girls. He knows everything
- 48:43Speaker 1: about Sophia Vagara Selma.
- 48:45Speaker 4: Right, I can pick her out of a lineup.
- 48:55Speaker 2: If I tried, I might be able to. But yeah, tough.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Well Poo loves loves her.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Yeah, well he was happy when she and Tom Cruise
- 49:02Speaker 2: broke Yeah.
- 49:03Speaker 1: I know he had a chance. I might have a chance.
- 49:06Speaker 2: Yeah he might.
- 49:07Speaker 1: He from Tom Cruise to Pooh.
- 49:12Speaker 5: I'm candoslow Pez. Those are your Texas top stories on.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Oh that's a hot tage.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Let us know what you think.
- 49:18Speaker 7: Here's today's hot.
- 49:19Speaker 4: Tape Mixed one on two point nine Good Morning Billy
- 49:21Speaker 4: the Kid, Canda Slow Pez producer Pooh, this girl is
- 49:24Speaker 4: going viral over something she said, and I thought to myself,
- 49:26Speaker 4: you know what, I kind of agree with her, And
- 49:28Speaker 4: I want to know what you think, because you know,
- 49:29Speaker 4: everybody in most relationships, in most situations, people would be like, oh,
- 49:33Speaker 4: jealousy is not a good trait, right, Jealousy is bad.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Listen to what she says.
- 49:37Speaker 2: So, when you guys are in.
- 49:38Speaker 10: A relationship where you're talking to someone, do you guys
- 49:41Speaker 10: think that jealousy is important? And are you jealous? Do
- 49:47Speaker 10: you think that it shows that somebody cares? Do you
- 49:49Speaker 10: like a little bit of jealousy? Some of y'all like
- 49:51Speaker 10: foxicles toxic Girls.
- 49:53Speaker 1: And y'all claim that you don't, but you kind of
- 49:55Speaker 1: like it.
- 49:56Speaker 10: So what do y'all think about jealousy in a relationship?
- 49:59Speaker 1: Okay?
- 50:00Speaker 4: Is jealousy important? When she said that, I was like,
- 50:02Speaker 4: what is what is that supposed to mean? Because I
- 50:04Speaker 4: feel like I used to be real jealous. I was
- 50:07Speaker 4: a real jealous person to the point of like it
- 50:09Speaker 4: tipped the scales of not healthy. Then I get a
- 50:12Speaker 4: little bit older, and I'm like, okay, yeah, no, I'm
- 50:14Speaker 4: a little bit And I think jealousy can be insecurity,
- 50:17Speaker 4: but I think if you're not a little bit jealous
- 50:20Speaker 4: in a relationship, that's weird.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:22Speaker 5: I mean I don't encounter a lot of situations that
- 50:24Speaker 5: would cause me to be jealous. But yeah, I agree
- 50:28Speaker 5: with you, but you don't feel some type of way.
- 50:30Speaker 1: You're different.
- 50:33Speaker 4: Meaning what And I say this with all due respect,
- 50:35Speaker 4: but I could not deal with like I have a
- 50:38Speaker 4: hard time dealing with. Like, for instance, your husband Eric
- 50:42Speaker 4: is an actor. He's had scenes where he has to
- 50:44Speaker 4: make out with other women. Yeah, I couldn't do.
- 50:47Speaker 2: It, but I know that's just work. And I've known
- 50:49Speaker 2: all of these women.
- 50:50Speaker 1: I know that doesn't make any better to me.
- 50:53Speaker 4: But you have no not even a sliver, little ounce
- 50:56Speaker 4: of jealousy when that happens.
- 50:58Speaker 2: Well, I mean, now a sliver, because you're normal.
- 51:01Speaker 1: That's my point.
- 51:01Speaker 5: Yeah, it's not going to overtake me to where I'm like,
- 51:04Speaker 5: you can't do that.
- 51:04Speaker 1: Oh, it overtakes me.
- 51:05Speaker 2: It's gonna happen.
- 51:06Speaker 4: It would overtake me because I know it's work, not right.
- 51:09Speaker 4: But you went into the relationship knowing that he's an actor.
- 51:11Speaker 5: Yeah, he was on a soap opera when I met him,
- 51:13Speaker 5: and I was like, oh, weird, So.
- 51:15Speaker 1: That'd be weird, right, It would be weird if you
- 51:17Speaker 1: had a problem with it though. Yeah.
- 51:19Speaker 4: Now in a regular relationship where that's not the dynamic,
- 51:21Speaker 4: does he ever get jealous about you? Yeah?
- 51:24Speaker 5: I don't know what situation would come up that would
- 51:26Speaker 5: cause him to be.
- 51:27Speaker 2: But I would think so.
- 51:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 51:29Speaker 5: I mean, neither of us want to like lose each
- 51:31Speaker 5: other or see like something you know that we makes
- 51:34Speaker 5: us feel uncomfortable.
- 51:35Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying to me.
- 51:36Speaker 4: It's weird if you're not jealous it like, yeah, for instance,
- 51:38Speaker 4: you're dating someone and there's zero jealousy and they don't
- 51:40Speaker 4: care what you do. Ever, maybe I'm toxic for going
- 51:44Speaker 4: well do they even care?
- 51:45Speaker 9: No, No, it's not weird because I don't get jealous
- 51:48Speaker 9: see at all, and I don't get jaelous at all.
- 51:51Speaker 1: I hate to say this, but I don't. You're kind
- 51:54Speaker 1: of weird.
- 51:56Speaker 4: Wow, when it comes to relationships. You're kind of weird
- 52:00Speaker 4: when it comes to that stuff. I don't believe you.
- 52:02Speaker 9: No, Back in the day day, I used to be
- 52:05Speaker 9: like I used to be the dude like, who is
- 52:06Speaker 9: that who you talking to? And then I just said,
- 52:09Speaker 9: you know what if that next person, if they really
- 52:12Speaker 9: want that person, then go so bid. I'm not fixing
- 52:15Speaker 9: to raise my blood pressure and.
- 52:18Speaker 1: Be trying to fight somebody. You don't want to be here,
- 52:21Speaker 1: if you don't want to be with me, then fine go.
- 52:24Speaker 9: But I used to have girls who would start stuff
- 52:26Speaker 9: on purpose to try to get a rise out of me,
- 52:28Speaker 9: and I'd be.
- 52:29Speaker 1: Like, that's toxic. I'm not saying it task someone to
- 52:33Speaker 1: see if they're jealous, that's you girl.
- 52:35Speaker 9: But I'm telling you right now, I don't get jealous
- 52:38Speaker 9: if I'm dating somebody and she's like, you know, has
- 52:42Speaker 9: eyes for somebody else?
- 52:43Speaker 5: Okay, cool, thanks, Well yeah, but I don't think they
- 52:45Speaker 5: would have the eyes for someone else and someone else
- 52:47Speaker 5: having the eyes.
- 52:48Speaker 1: For that even in that situation.
- 52:50Speaker 9: You know, if if we go to a bar together
- 52:53Speaker 9: and she sits up there and holds a conversation with
- 52:55Speaker 9: a guy longer than normal, I'm not going to walk
- 52:58Speaker 9: up and go, who is that?
- 53:00Speaker 1: But you would you get be a little bit jealous.
- 53:02Speaker 4: I would. Maybe I'm toxic. No, maybe you would. Maybe
- 53:07Speaker 4: you're no, because you don't care. I don't care.
- 53:10Speaker 9: I just I don't have time to be like getting
- 53:13Speaker 9: upset over that. Like I'm at a point in my
- 53:16Speaker 9: life to where like why, like why why sit up
- 53:20Speaker 9: there and get bent out of shape?
- 53:22Speaker 1: That might be her friend? I think it's someone. I
- 53:24Speaker 1: think it's someone. If you found a person you really
- 53:26Speaker 1: cared about, I think you would change that tone. I mean,
- 53:29Speaker 1: I'm cared. I know you have I'm not saying you
- 53:32Speaker 1: have it, but I'm saying that. That's my theory.
- 53:34Speaker 4: My theory is when you really truly care, the jealousy
- 53:37Speaker 4: goes up a little bit. If you're with some girl
- 53:39Speaker 4: that you don't care about and she goes talks to
- 53:41Speaker 4: another guy, you don't care what she does.
- 53:43Speaker 2: Because you don't care, You're fine losing her.
- 53:47Speaker 4: Why why get mad and have to get mad? Like
- 53:53Speaker 4: just because if I'm a little bit jealous in that situation.
- 53:55Speaker 4: For example, some girl goes that I'm with goes off
- 53:57Speaker 4: and talks to a guy for an excessive amount of time,
- 53:59Speaker 4: I'm not getting mad freaking out about it, But am
- 54:02Speaker 4: I gonna get a little bit jealous?
- 54:03Speaker 1: Like what's this all about? Yeah?
- 54:04Speaker 9: Maybe maybe if she comes over and explains, oh, this
- 54:07Speaker 9: is we.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Grew up together and blah blah blahah and then that
- 54:09Speaker 1: makes sense, and then that makes it.
- 54:11Speaker 2: But for a minute he felt that feeling exactly.
- 54:13Speaker 4: It doesn't mean I go crazy, It doesn't mean him
- 54:16Speaker 4: freaking out and doing that's toxic. But if you're like, hey,
- 54:20Speaker 4: who's that, Oh I grew up with him? Well okay, cool,
- 54:23Speaker 4: Well then introduce me, that would be weird and itself, See,
- 54:26Speaker 4: don't get me started, because then it's weird if somebody
- 54:28Speaker 4: when people don't introduce each other, that is like the
- 54:31Speaker 4: number one thing that will trigger jealousy. Why are you
- 54:34Speaker 4: not saying I've had I've had a girlfriend do this before,
- 54:37Speaker 4: have a full blown conversation with some guy with me
- 54:40Speaker 4: right there, and never introduce me.
- 54:44Speaker 1: And then I'm toxic because I say something about it,
- 54:47Speaker 1: and I'm like, well, you're supposed to watch.
- 54:49Speaker 4: Should I meet your friend? I just don't feel like
- 54:51Speaker 4: giving him that energy, you know what I mean. I
- 54:54Speaker 4: don't feel like I don't want to let me get
- 54:56Speaker 4: upset and stuff like that. You know, I might, for instance,
- 55:00Speaker 4: if I'm by myself, be like, man, why she do that?
- 55:02Speaker 1: But I'm not fit to let her know, uh not
- 55:05Speaker 1: at all. That's the thing, because you're playing games, not
- 55:08Speaker 1: playing games. I just don't want to do I don't
- 55:10Speaker 1: want to deal with that. A little bit of jealousy
- 55:12Speaker 1: is healthy.
- 55:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I think so, that's my point. Yeah, otherwise
- 55:15Speaker 2: you don't care enough to keep it going.
- 55:17Speaker 4: I give a homework to Candaslopez tonight. Ask your husband,
- 55:21Speaker 4: Eric Wins the last time he was jealous? Okay, okay,
- 55:24Speaker 4: and report back to us the most probably never jealous.
- 55:28Speaker 1: I think, so why not? Why say that?
- 55:30Speaker 2: I don't know what situations were.
- 55:31Speaker 9: I couldn't see Eric getting jealous. Eric would probably get
- 55:34Speaker 9: jealous if somebody had a better line than him.
- 55:38Speaker 2: No one does.
- 55:42Speaker 1: It's a little bit of jealousy good for a relationship.
- 55:45Speaker 4: That was the hot take of the day, A mixed
- 55:46Speaker 4: one or two point nine if build a kid, Candaslopez
- 55:49Speaker 4: producer poo, I think it is. I think it's healthy
- 55:51Speaker 4: to be a little bit of jealous. Just I'm not
- 55:53Speaker 4: saying overboard.
- 55:54Speaker 2: Ye not every day.
- 55:56Speaker 1: I would say it's good. I'd say it's normal. That's
- 55:58Speaker 1: what I would.
- 55:58Speaker 4: I say, it's pretty normal to be just That's what
- 56:00Speaker 4: this one girl went viral for saying she's pretty much like, yeah,
- 56:02Speaker 4: it's it's not weird at all, it's pretty normally.
- 56:04Speaker 1: How do we feel about jealousy?
- 56:07Speaker 8: Now?
- 56:07Speaker 4: Everyone who says when he answer the phone, of course,
- 56:10Speaker 4: he says, everybody agrees with me. Of course I'm getting text.
- 56:13Speaker 4: Everybody's grooming me. It's not what being jealous. I'm never jealous.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Which I haven't really seeing him with a woman, so
- 56:19Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 56:19Speaker 1: If not lately not lately.
- 56:22Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't mean ever, but I'm in my healing era. No,
- 56:25Speaker 4: but there's nothing wrong with that. But know what I'm
- 56:27Speaker 4: saying is we never really see you in general, even
- 56:29Speaker 4: when you've had a girlfriend, we never really see them.
- 56:33Speaker 1: It's not like them you've.
- 56:35Speaker 4: Seen them in the PA. I see him, but not
- 56:38Speaker 4: a lot.
- 56:39Speaker 1: He's very private. I'm not Yeah. Yeah, I bring him
- 56:43Speaker 1: out a little bit, but not all right to me, Cannis.
- 56:46Speaker 1: I want, I want involved.
- 56:48Speaker 5: Yeah, as so many questions as new friends.
- 56:53Speaker 2: I love to have a new girlfriend.
- 56:54Speaker 1: No, you like, well, yeah, but what if what if
- 56:57Speaker 1: we break up?
- 56:58Speaker 5: Then you know what, He's well, I'll still be You'll
- 57:01Speaker 5: still be the priority.
- 57:02Speaker 2: No, can will still be the priority.
- 57:05Speaker 1: So you'll still be friends.
- 57:07Speaker 4: Well, I mean probably if when we break up, we
- 57:11Speaker 4: break up with everybody.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Yeah, we break up with it, follow everything, that's how
- 57:14Speaker 1: it goes. Yeah, I can't be calling you. I talked
- 57:19Speaker 1: to Kandas today.
- 57:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I know when we break up, you break up
- 57:23Speaker 4: with them too. Good friends all right, now, Brittany, you
- 57:27Speaker 4: haven't thought about being jealous jealousy about what? Now?
- 57:30Speaker 11: I want the most amazing, most attractive, can ten drafted
- 57:35Speaker 11: gorgeous woman to come and flirt with my husband, and
- 57:38Speaker 11: I want her to pull out all the moves on
- 57:40Speaker 11: him everything, and if he flirts with her, I will
- 57:43Speaker 11: give wrapped him and send it to her with all
- 57:46Speaker 11: the love of my heart because if he steps out,
- 57:48Speaker 11: if he flirts with her, then he was never mine.
- 57:50Speaker 1: To begin with. But I agree with that though. I
- 57:54Speaker 1: definitely agree with that.
- 57:56Speaker 11: You know, and and don't get me wrong, like I
- 57:58Speaker 11: would be heartbroken, absolutely just devastated. I would be pissed.
- 58:02Speaker 11: But at the same time, if he's if he's that flimsy,
- 58:05Speaker 11: if he's not loyal, then he was never mine. But
- 58:09Speaker 11: Devil's advocate. We're going to go see Tim McGraw in September,
- 58:14Speaker 11: and I have purposely been trying to find things that
- 58:17Speaker 11: are a little bit more revealing, and just because I
- 58:21Speaker 11: want to get a rise out of him because I
- 58:23Speaker 11: know he doesn't like it.
- 58:24Speaker 4: Wait a minute, you want you want to see him
- 58:28Speaker 4: get jealous?
- 58:29Speaker 11: I want that possessiveness. Yes, see that. I'm not gonna
- 58:32Speaker 11: go buy it. I'm telling you it's sexy.
- 58:34Speaker 4: So wait, so some girl, because I know I know
- 58:38Speaker 4: this is the thing. Some women love to see men
- 58:41Speaker 4: get jealous, but.
- 58:43Speaker 2: They can and that's where they find their value.
- 58:45Speaker 1: This is a turn onto.
- 58:46Speaker 8: Youn't know, Yes it is.
- 58:49Speaker 1: Now.
- 58:49Speaker 11: I don't want him fighting anybody or anyone. I probably
- 58:52Speaker 11: will not buy these items of clothing that I'm looking at,
- 58:56Speaker 11: but like I will show him on my screen. Hey, honey,
- 58:58Speaker 11: what do you think if I wore this graw and
- 59:01Speaker 11: he was like over my dead body? Will you walk
- 59:04Speaker 11: out the house looking like that? I'm like what.
- 59:08Speaker 3: Now?
- 59:08Speaker 1: Okay, that's a different thing.
- 59:09Speaker 4: So you some women might go that's controlling and it'd
- 59:13Speaker 4: be a big turn off, but you kind of like
- 59:14Speaker 4: him going no, baby, no.
- 59:18Speaker 11: He's like, he's like your mine and the only person
- 59:21Speaker 11: who will ever get to see you in something like
- 59:23Speaker 11: that is me, And you love that. I love it.
- 59:30Speaker 1: That's interesting.
- 59:33Speaker 4: Now, Let's say you're at the Timocgraw concert and some guy,
- 59:36Speaker 4: you know, there's some guy comes up to you and,
- 59:40Speaker 4: you know, a good country looking riley green looking dude,
- 59:44Speaker 4: tight wranglers or whatever they wear, big belt buckleil belt buckle,
- 59:49Speaker 4: and he comes up to you and he puts his
- 59:51Speaker 4: arm around you and he starts flirting with you.
- 59:53Speaker 1: What do you want your husband to do?
- 59:54Speaker 11: I'm now doing me wrong, Like I want him to
- 59:57Speaker 11: be possessive. I will I can hold my own so
- 1:00:02Speaker 11: I will be absolutely not the help. But we joke
- 1:00:05Speaker 11: about this every time. I'm like, what do you say
- 1:00:07Speaker 11: when women come up to you? And he goes, I
- 1:00:09Speaker 11: don't know you, yes, my poor and like he like
- 1:00:12Speaker 11: pretends like he's acting crazy. But at the same time,
- 1:00:14Speaker 11: if somebody came up to me and tried to make advances,
- 1:00:17Speaker 11: I kindly say, you know what, I'm flattered, thank you,
- 1:00:20Speaker 11: But I'm happily married and that's my boy right there.
- 1:00:23Speaker 11: And unless you're gonna buy us both a drink, don't
- 1:00:25Speaker 11: buy me a drink. I'm good.
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: Oh okay, So, but your husband's not the kind of
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: guy that runs over there and gets in his face.
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: He's just like that's I'm confident enough. See that's how
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: I am. I'm not gonna go over there. I'm gonna
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: be like, I'm confident enough with the girl I'm with
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: that she's not gonna take that bait right.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: No, Well, you know what good for you?
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: And I'm happy that you're happy and you got a
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: good man and a little bit of jealousy is good.
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: I think I'm gonna try that the next relationship. On Man,
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: I'm gonna show the girl, you know, I might wear
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: this this weekend and maybe there's some short shirts and
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: see how she reacts. She gets jealous and she says,
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: not over my dead body, those legs are for me only.
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: That flat butt is for me only.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: It's Texas Top Stories on the Tents with Billy the
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: Kid in the.
- 1:01:07Speaker 7: Morning only on the new Mix one two point nine.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: You got more money coming out. We'll do it at
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: nine to forty.
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: Your next shot at one thousand dollars every hour on
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: the forties pretty much all day, So get it.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Canna Selowpaz, what is going on?
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: Well, Cruz have started painting over one of the most
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: iconic murals in Dallas and it is getting a lot
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: of backlash.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: So the mural is called the Whaling Wall.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: It was painted in nineteen ninety nine by marine life
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: artist Robert Wyland.
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: I'm sure you've seen it. It's on the side of
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: that parking structure on ackered of course.
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: No, this is the appropriate music.
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: It is.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: It's sad.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: It is sad.
- 1:01:39Speaker 5: So this had giants, six giant humpback whales swimming. It
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: was part of a nationwide effort to raise awareness for conservation.
- 1:01:47Speaker 5: It was one of one hundred works for the project
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: that was painted across the country. Well, it is being
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: painted over for World Cup themed art.
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: See, when you've had something this long in your life,
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: you want to hold on to it.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: Yeah, something so consistent.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: Yeah, it's the only thing consistent in my life. And
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: people are like, somebody dm me. They're like, who cares,
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: It's just a mural, And I'm like, oh yeah, but
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: I feel like we should be able to vote, yeah,
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: to see if we want to cover it, even though
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: it's a private building.
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's the thing. They just started painting over it.
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: And the artist said he was never properly asked for permission.
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: Permission and this is a you know, federally protected piece
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: of art, so gay that. Yeah, He's like, I might
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: take legal action under the Visual Artist Rights Act, which
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: protects artists when major public works like this are changed
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: or destroyed. But he says the value of this is
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: like fifteen million dollars.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: I'm curious how it's public if it's not a private building.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know that that. I don't know how
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: that works.
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: Maybe because it was commissioned by the public, right, but
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: if he wasn't paid for it.
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: Yeah, he says he painted it entirely free. But a
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: spokesperson for the organizing committee said the new art is
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: meant to celebrate and build excitement for the World Cup,
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: but they are going to leave a portion of the
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: original painting, which is around the side, so like one
- 1:02:59Speaker 5: side is just right and another side is maybe twenty
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: percent maybe less of the art.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: There's so many other buildings you could do down there though, too.
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: I thought you didn't have to do this building. There's
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: one right next to the YMCA has a blank side,
- 1:03:10Speaker 4: do they here's the YMCA, yeah or whatever? I just
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: whatever you could put a tarpover because the World Cups
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: only going to be here for a little while. And
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: then you changed something that was there for years. Yeah,
- 1:03:20Speaker 4: So I don't know. I mean, is the World Cup
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: worth it? It's a lot of drama so far as
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: a lot of drama and not to mention, I'm not
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: trying to scare people, but it's also something that I
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: feel like we ought to be aware of. Like DHS
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: Department of Homeland Security said, the terror threat is very
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: high right.
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: Anytime there's an event like this site scale, it's going
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: to go up, it's going to go off.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: I mean, hopefully everything works.
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: Out, but it's also like they're saying, so be aware something,
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: say something.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: It's true, That's why I say that.
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't want to scare people, but at the
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: same time, you got to be aware what's going on.
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: For sure, guys.
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: A power outage at six Flags over Texas force the
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: park to close early Saturday. A spokesperson said they experienced
- 1:03:58Speaker 5: an internal technical is you that caused this. They were
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: finally able to reopen yesterday at eleven and Encore did
- 1:04:05Speaker 5: confirm they had workers there and determine it was actually
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: an issue with the park's electrical equipment.
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: But this video that I just saw people walking.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: Oh I saw it.
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: I said, titan.
- 1:04:14Speaker 4: Remember I said, I said, what happens if the power
- 1:04:17Speaker 4: goes out? Yeah, and you're in the middle of a ride. Well,
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: now I know, yeah, the titan they're walking down.
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: Nope, it was windy. They were all hanging onto the rail.
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: They didn't even look like they Most of most people
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: though that were walking out, they were like throwing up,
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: what's up, waving at the cameras, didn't even care.
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: Freaking out, Oh freaking out.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: You would have had to carry some grown man would
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: have to carry me down, right.
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: I would have probably like slid down the stairs.
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: On my butt or some grown woman. I don't know,
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: someone would have to carry me down. Yeah, I would
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: be I don't know if i'd freeze. I hate heights
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: like that.
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: Yeah, and especially if this was like the little cart
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: that was like going up there.
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: Ready to go next, and then you're just sitting there.
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: I can get on a plane that doesn't bother me.
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: That's a different kind of heights to me. But if
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: I'm just up in the air for no reason, right,
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: what am I doing? Yeah?
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: No, I can't.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: I'm scooting down on my butt for sure.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: For sure. Real quick, guys.
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: According to a new comprehensive report from the global research
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: firm you gov. We have a new list of the
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: nation's favorite pizza spots. Oh really yeah, so get your
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: list music ready, because forty four thousand people shared their
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: picks when asked for which fast food chain makes the
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: best tasting pizza.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: Okay, so I've got the top five for you, unless
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: you guys want to make guesses.
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: Yes, so not like I'm going to you know, major
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: Italian restaurant and it's fortunate nothing like that, right, like chain,
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: fast foody type.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: I know which one will be number one for me?
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: Which one?
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: But it won't be number one for everyone. But on
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: my list would be Jets Okay, yeah, number one because.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: Even seen that or write it or.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: It's so good and there's a couple of them, but
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: it's so good. Okay, but it's all it's a chain, yeah, okay.
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: Can Number five was Marco's pizza.
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: Like Marcos. Okay.
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: Number four was Little Caesars.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I like it. I like the crazy bread. Yeah.
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: And now they do something cool. Did you see You
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: can like put in your order and get it from
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: a box. What Yeah, like a locker they'll put your
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: pizza and locker. Yeah, hot and ready yeah hot locker wow,
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: and it's cheap too. Really it's pretty good.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: Yeah, okay.
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: Number three was Papa John's, No, I don't remember. Yeah.
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: Number two was Dominoes.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: I like Dominoes do too, And are you ready for
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: number one? Okay?
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: Number one is everyone's loving it these days. Pizza Hut.
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: Yeah, ok, Pizza Huts, thin crust pizza, yes.
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: Oh, I could eat a large by myself.
- 1:06:44Speaker 5: We always for some reason ordered Dominoes, which I really
- 1:06:47Speaker 5: like their thin crust too.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: But I haven't had Pizza Hut in a while.
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: But I tried the Dominoes that you had me try
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: with no cheese, and I thought you were crazy.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: But it tastes good.
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean it's not like it's bad. The ingredients
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: are all still delicious.
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I know.
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: I actually mad pizza a lot and they go like
- 1:07:06Speaker 5: straight for the cheese.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: They think I'm crazy, but yeah, no cheese, whoa.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Whoa whoa.
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: Yeah they should have been on the list though. That'd
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: be my number lot.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: That's good, Yeah for sure.
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: All right, I'm Canda Slopez. Those are your Texas top
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: stories on This.
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: Is Dirty Little secret.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: You're shot one thousand dollars coming up next?
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: Get ready, it's mixed one or two point nine A
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: Billity kid, Canda Slopez producer.
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Who if you have a secret, you.
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: Want to confess something, especially on a Monday, start your
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: week off, Frian, Let's go eight three three seven eight
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: seven one o two nine.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: Whatever that secret is, confess.
- 1:07:44Speaker 8: I've never told another person this in my life, and honestly,
- 1:07:49Speaker 8: I still feel guilty about it almost every day. Oh So,
- 1:07:53Speaker 8: my husband and I've been married for years now. We're happy,
- 1:07:55Speaker 8: we have a great life, we have great kids. Everything
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: turned out okay. But but there is one thing he
- 1:08:02Speaker 8: doesn't know and probably never will. So right before we
- 1:08:07Speaker 8: got married, I sold my engagement ring and I sold
- 1:08:12Speaker 8: it and I told him I lost it.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: WHOA, So right before you got married you sold your
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: engagement ring, told him you lost it?
- 1:08:23Speaker 8: Why Because at the time I had this ex boyfriend
- 1:08:28Speaker 8: who was such a terrible person. He was, you know,
- 1:08:33Speaker 8: toxick and manipulating, just scary, a scary guy. Okay, it's
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: one of those guys you regret ever letting into your life,
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: you know. And before I met my husband, I owed
- 1:08:45Speaker 8: him money from when we lived together, and then after
- 1:08:48Speaker 8: we broke up, he started making threats to try to
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: get back from me.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: You owed him money, Okay, so you owed your ex money?
- 1:08:55Speaker 8: Yes, all right, And I'm embarrassed now even talking about it,
- 1:08:58Speaker 8: because looking back, I said, I should have gone to
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: someone it's for help. I should have told my fiance. Well,
- 1:09:04Speaker 8: you know, but I was young, I was dumb, I
- 1:09:06Speaker 8: was scared. I was panicking.
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: Okay, So you did own the money. It wasn't like
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: he was just threatening you and being crazy. You did
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: own the money.
- 1:09:13Speaker 8: I owed him.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: Yes, So you sold your ring. That's a big that's
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: a lot, I know.
- 1:09:20Speaker 8: But he kept you know, he was threatening to show
- 1:09:23Speaker 8: up at my job, and he was threatened to humiliate
- 1:09:26Speaker 8: me and to contact my fiance and tell him lies
- 1:09:29Speaker 8: about me. And every time he left me, one of
- 1:09:32Speaker 8: those messages just made me stick.
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:09:35Speaker 8: I just remember I was sitting in my car just
- 1:09:38Speaker 8: crying one day, just staring at my ring, just thinking
- 1:09:41Speaker 8: like what do I do? You know, I was broke,
- 1:09:43Speaker 8: I didn't have anything.
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: So what when you went to your So you you
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: sold the ring. I don't know, like now that you're
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: already married, and it's it is what it is. First
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: of all, what was your fiance's reaction when you said
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: you lost the ring? Because that's you know, how do
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: you lose a ring?
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: Right? You haven't even been married yet and you lost
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: the ring.
- 1:10:01Speaker 8: He was upset, of course, he was, you know, but
- 1:10:04Speaker 8: he hugged me and he told me it's okay, we'll
- 1:10:07Speaker 8: figure it out, and that he is such a good guy.
- 1:10:12Speaker 8: Like I ended, I got such a good guy. I'll
- 1:10:15Speaker 8: tell you that made me even feel worse because he
- 1:10:18Speaker 8: was so kind about it, right right.
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: So he didn't react. He wasn't mad, he wasn't angry.
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: He just said, okay, we'll figure it out. Don't worry,
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: don't Did.
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: You get a new ring?
- 1:10:26Speaker 8: Well, a few months later he bought me a much smaller,
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: cheaper ring that I'm wearing it today. But you know what,
- 1:10:36Speaker 8: I'll tell you, I love that ring more than anything
- 1:10:38Speaker 8: because it reminds me of the kind of man he is.
- 1:10:41Speaker 8: You know, he's that's kind of sweet.
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: But I don't blame him for buying a cheaper and
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: smaller ring, like well, girl wants to go around and
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: loose stuff.
- 1:10:50Speaker 8: I mean, that's what he could afford, you know, I mean,
- 1:10:52Speaker 8: maybe at some point.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with that.
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: I don't care, nothing wrong with that, But you've never
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: told him that truth, even now that you're married and
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: it is what it is.
- 1:11:03Speaker 8: No, and he this secret is eating at me, like
- 1:11:07Speaker 8: that's what I'm telling you, guys, I have I don't know.
- 1:11:10Speaker 8: I just yeah, he deserved to know the truth, you know,
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: But it's been so many years now, and honestly, I
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: don't know what good no.
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: I mean, do you know? Point now?
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: Well, I'm not advocating lying to somebody, but at this point,
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: what's the what would you why?
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: I mean, if I could go back and you know,
- 1:11:29Speaker 8: out and do it over again, I would absolutely handle
- 1:11:32Speaker 8: it completely differently. You know, I would tell him everything.
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: But you know, when you're young and scared and dealing
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: with someone.
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I think I've had girls do this to me.
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: Sell wedding rings, engagement rings. I could have been a
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: damn K's jeweler with right. Matter of fact, most of
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: them I haven't gotten back. But let's not go there.
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: But good for you. I'm glad you're in a happy
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: relationship and it's worked out. And hey, you're young, you
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: make mistakes. Life go it is what it is. But
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: at least you got that X out of your life.
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: It was a bad person, and and look your husband
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: now reacted in such a loving way. It maybe it
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: was like sign that this is the one for sure.
- 1:12:13Speaker 8: Oh, no question about that. I'll just pray and I
- 1:12:16Speaker 8: just hope that someday I can just fully forgive myself
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: for it.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: You forgive yourself, don't Yeah, come on, don't worry about that.
