- 0:04Podcast number four hundred and six on today' s podcast. You will hate
- 0:12me because Jasmith will be sincere, according to all that I have done to
- 0:18him, when joyous fame appears in our life, When on a night of
- 0:26a Saturday twenty- ninth of December of the year one thousand nine hundred and
- 0:33ninety- four, I become famous break my third world record and my first
- 0:39ally. He was my first victim and I destroyed my wife' s heart.
- 0:45She' s gonna be a little raw telling what happened and how she
- 0:49felt. This is the next part of our testimony that we wanted to tell
- 0:56you so that, somehow, if you can learn about it marriage, you
- 1:00can put into practice that there is always an opportunity for forgiveness, for reconciliation.
- 1:07This story we' re telling happened 28 years ago. Enos here,
- 1:15thirty- five years of marriage and with all the healing of the heart,
- 1:19we tell our little testimony so that many marriages, many couples, will encourage
- 1:26themselves to continue fighting to rescue their married life. Welcome, but I'
- 1:34m gonna save all that space where Jasmith wouldn' t stop telling me you
- 1:41' re unique in the world and you' re gonna achieve your dreams.
- 1:44And one day, on December 28 of the year nineteen hundred and ninety-
- 1:48four, Colombia paralyzes an unknown young man in front of the microphones of active
- 1:53snail radio. Start telling jokes and it lasts thirty- six hours with so
- 2:00many jokes, which makes me catapulted to the top of Colombia' s stardom
- 2:08I was so happy that day I felt the happiest woman in this world.
- 2:19And then I turned around and told him my love we made it and I
- 2:24told him I didn' t make it and I destroyed his life and I
- 2:34was completely alone. I was left alone with my heart collapsed, with so
- 2:44many unanswered questions, with a deep sadness in my heart, because everything that
- 2:50I had dreamed of as a child, that beautiful prince who was going to
- 2:55lead me to live in that palace and that we were going to achieve together
- 3:01so many goals, so many dreams, when he received what he aspired and
- 3:07what he wanted, then his heart was damaged. The money, the fame,
- 3:13the things, the opportunities, the calls people, everything got contaminated by
- 3:20all this and finally decided to let me break my heart. Well, he
- 3:29didn' t abandon me as such, but he abandoned me the way he
- 3:34changed me. He traded me for one and the other and for the other
- 3:38and for another woman. I felt that the day we fulfilled our economic dreams,
- 3:46that day I was going to be the happiest woman. And that'
- 3:50s a mistake. Sometimes we believe that material things bring us complete happiness.
- 3:55Sometimes we think that the material is everything and we walk in bus bs remains
- 4:00of that, in search of the material things, in search of achieving the
- 4:04physical things, in search of having the house of dreams, of having the
- 4:09car longed, of having the cupboard full, of walking, of going out,
- 4:15of going to the restaurants, of eating the javiar, of trying,
- 4:17of traveling. And that was absolute happiness lies when I had all that.
- 4:26God allowed us to have all that at that time. But when I had
- 4:31all that, I was the saddest woman in this world. He hated money,
- 4:39he hated fame, he hated seeing it when he was interviewed, and
- 4:46he was breast- feeding because it made thousands laugh, but it made the
- 4:53four he had at home cry. And then it was a painful time for
- 4:58my life because I didn' t understand it, because how could he possibly
- 5:03do that to me, how could he hammer me so hard, how could
- 5:11he change home, marriage, dreams, his daughter and change all that simply
- 5:15for his adventures, for his desires, for his madness, for his passion,
- 5:20for the fulfillment of all those desires. And was she confused? Was
- 5:26she confused? And I didn' t understand, I didn' t know
- 5:29what to do. However, I had to stop on the road. I
- 5:33had to stop and start thinking a little bit more about myself that I wasn
- 5:41' t going to let this person take my life with itself. I wasn
- 5:46' t going to let him keep hurting me, keep hurting me, I
- 5:51wasn' t going to let them keep abusing me. I wasn' t
- 5:56gonna let him keep hurting me and my kids. I stopped on the road
- 6:00and had to make the decision to leave him, to leave him. I
- 6:08came for capra or manga face with expectations with dreams. I did not yet
- 6:15know of the Lord I was far from God, but I know and recognize
- 6:20today that God was working in my heart and was working in the heart of
- 6:26this man, because he had a purpose that was to be fulfilled and was
- 6:31doing something in my heart and in his heart. In tomorrow' s podcast,
- 6:40the four hundred and seven, Jasmith will tell you all the recommendations he
- 6:46received. When she decides to abandon me, restart her life, don'
- 6:54t be silly, come and with great certainty, my wife often says no
- 7:01decisions need to be made in times of pain. As tomorrow' s podcast
