Dr. Fonseca came to the U.S from Cuba after attending dental school at age 21. Upon arriving he immediately decided to continue studying dentistry. He attended the University of Florida where he got a Bachelor of Sciences in Microbiology. Then he went to Dental School at Indiana University where he got his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1989.
