Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: Maxwell Complains About Her Cell Conditions And The Prosecution Responds (11/3/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Our article tonight is from the AP, and the headline is,
- 0:05Speaker 1: Evidence Deadline Looms in Case of Epstein's Ex-Girlfriend. Well, the
- 0:09Speaker 1: headline is ridiculous, first and foremost. Why do people still
- 0:14Speaker 1: insist on calling her his ex-girlfriend? And this is the AP.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Isn't the AP supposed to be the one who calls
- 0:21Speaker 1: the election results tonight? Boy, I have a lot of
- 0:24Speaker 1: confidence in that and in them. This article was authored
- 0:28Speaker 1: by Larry Neumeister. And just so we're clear, she wasn't
- 0:32Speaker 1: his girlfriend. She was his co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general
- 0:37Speaker 1: all-around scuzzbag, and, let's hear it from the back, bipedal serpent.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Prosecutors and defense lawyers are clashing days before a deadline
- 0:48Speaker 1: for evidence to be turned over in the prosecution of
- 0:51Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's one-time girlfriend, wrong, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general
- 0:58Speaker 1: all-around scuzzbag, and bipedal serpent on charges that she recruited
- 1:04Speaker 1: girls for him sexually to abuse. So, the lawyers here are,
- 1:13Speaker 1: just like we said in the opening, they're definitely wrangling
- 1:15Speaker 1: and they're trying to pull on whatever levers that they
- 1:18Speaker 1: think that they can pull on to try and get
- 1:20Speaker 1: this to move in the direction they want it to move.
- 1:23Speaker 1: They know that they're up against it. They know that
- 1:25Speaker 1: there is a absolute ton of evidence and the fact
- 1:29Speaker 1: that the prosecution is waiting until the very last minute
- 1:33Speaker 1: just once again adds more weight to the fact that
- 1:38Speaker 1: I think that they're going to be dropping more charges
- 1:41Speaker 1: on them more charges and when I say more charges
- 1:44Speaker 1: I mean Rico we know that this didn't happen in
- 1:46Speaker 1: a vacuum we know that this wasn't a crime of
- 1:48Speaker 1: one person it was obviously a criminal conspiracy that Ghislaine
- 1:53Speaker 1: Maxwell was involved in up to her forehead So I
- 1:57Speaker 1: expect to see those charges, RICO charges and similar, be
- 2:02Speaker 1: slapped on these people as soon as other people are
- 2:07Speaker 1: brought into the mix. Indictments are sealed, etc., etc. The
- 2:14Speaker 1: trial of Ghislaine Maxwell is not scheduled to start until July,
- 2:17Speaker 1: but prosecutors must turn over evidence to her lawyers by Monday.
- 2:22Speaker 1: So they got less than a week, six days. And
- 2:26Speaker 1: they have some stuff they got to get working on
- 2:28Speaker 1: to turn over. There's no doubt about it. But we're
- 2:31Speaker 1: talking about the federal government here. We know they're going
- 2:33Speaker 1: to wait till the very last minute. If it wasn't,
- 2:36Speaker 1: if it was that, if they were waiting on you,
- 2:38Speaker 1: of course, it's never the last minute, right? Like say
- 2:40Speaker 1: you owe the IRS money. They're coming to get it
- 2:42Speaker 1: right away. But if the IRS owes you money, forget it.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Same situation here. The federal government will have it in
- 2:50Speaker 1: by the deadline or they'll file some kind of extension
- 2:55Speaker 1: or whatever the hell. sort of, you know, strategy you
- 3:01Speaker 1: use in that situation. I don't even know what would
- 3:04Speaker 1: occur there, right? If they needed more time, I guess
- 3:07Speaker 1: they could file for an extension. That would make sense.
- 3:09Speaker 1: But again, who the hell knows, right? I'm certainly not
- 3:12Speaker 1: a lawyer. Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to charges alleging
- 3:16Speaker 1: that she recruited three girls in the mid-1990s for Epstein
- 3:20Speaker 1: to abuse. Epstein killed himself, allegedly, in a Manhattan federal
- 3:25Speaker 1: lockup in August 2019 as he awaited trial on sex
- 3:29Speaker 1: trafficking charges. So there's a lot of leaps being made
- 3:34Speaker 1: in this article by the austere AP. He killed himself, huh?
- 3:40Speaker 1: That's definitive? Or is that just the you know, what
- 3:43Speaker 1: you were told, the narrative you were told by the
- 3:45Speaker 1: same people that you were telling us are liars on
- 3:48Speaker 1: a regular basis. Which way is it, AP? Are you
- 3:51Speaker 1: just going to accept that narrative or are you going
- 3:54Speaker 1: to do some journalistic work and try to get to
- 3:56Speaker 1: the bottom of it? I guess we'll have to wait
- 3:59Speaker 1: to see what answer we get from AP on something
- 4:02Speaker 1: like that, considering, well, you know, On October 30th, prosecutors
- 4:09Speaker 1: said in a letter to a Manhattan federal court judge
- 4:11Speaker 1: that they will, in the next week, give Maxwell's lawyers
- 4:15Speaker 1: over 1.2 million documents from devices seized from Epstein's residences. 1.2
- 4:20Speaker 1: million documents. And that's just what they weren't able to destroy, right?
- 4:27Speaker 1: I wonder what they were able to flush. I wonder
- 4:29Speaker 1: what they were able to hide at Zorro Ranch, which
- 4:31Speaker 1: still hasn't been raided. Maybe I should just bring that
- 4:34Speaker 1: up in every episode we do from here on out,
- 4:37Speaker 1: at least for a second about Zorro Ranch. It's absolutely ludicrous.
- 4:43Speaker 1: ludicrous that Zorro Ranch has not been raided. Considering everything
- 4:48Speaker 1: we know about Jeffrey Epstein, about how he had stash spots,
- 4:51Speaker 1: about how we know New Mexico and Zorro Ranch was
- 4:55Speaker 1: used as a place to abuse girls, yet nobody has
- 4:59Speaker 1: decided to raid it. Not the federal prosecutors and not
- 5:02Speaker 1: the state prosecutors. It's an absolute joke. They say they've
- 5:11Speaker 1: already turned over more than 350,000 pages of documents, including
- 5:15Speaker 1: search warrants, subpoena returns, and some records related to law
- 5:19Speaker 1: enforcement investigations of Epstein. So the deadline's Monday. They have roughly,
- 5:26Speaker 1: I don't know, 900,000 more documents to turn over, 850,000
- 5:31Speaker 1: more documents to turn over. And I am almost sure
- 5:35Speaker 1: at this point that they will have them turned over
- 5:37Speaker 1: by Monday. In my opinion, They're just waiting them out,
- 5:42Speaker 1: and now the prosecution is dragging its feet the same
- 5:45Speaker 1: way the defense did. The shoe is on the other
- 5:48Speaker 1: foot now, and they're taking their merry old time. They're
- 5:51Speaker 1: not in a rush. The wheels of justice grind slowly.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Defense lawyers have complained since Maxwell's July arrest that prosecutors
- 6:03Speaker 1: are slow-walking the turnover of evidence the defense needs to
- 6:06Speaker 1: prepare its arguments to challenge charges against the 58-year-old British socialite. Uh, what? Co-conspirator?
- 6:17Speaker 1: General all-around scuzzbag and, well, bipedal serpent, you mean, right?
- 6:24Speaker 1: The arguments are due December 21st. So, that's going to be,
- 6:29Speaker 1: December 21st is going to be pretty, uh, interesting in
- 6:32Speaker 1: my opinion. That's where we're going to start getting into
- 6:34Speaker 1: the meat of things, right? Discovery phase, more evidence. Things
- 6:39Speaker 1: are going to start getting really, really real inside of
- 6:42Speaker 1: that courtroom. And hopefully I'll be able to access those
- 6:46Speaker 1: trials every time that they're taking place via the phone system.
- 6:52Speaker 1: And then, of course, like I said, in July, when
- 6:54Speaker 1: the actual trial itself starts, I will be in New
- 6:57Speaker 1: York and covering it for its duration, I hope. Summer
- 7:03Speaker 1: is gone. Winter is coming. And the government has failed
- 7:06Speaker 1: to make good on its promises, the lawyers wrote. What
- 7:10Speaker 1: do they think? They're George R.R. Martin. Winter is coming.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Shut up. All right, shut up. You'll get it on
- 7:17Speaker 1: the day of the deadline. Don't try. You see, this
- 7:20Speaker 1: is what they do. They just keep, you know, poking
- 7:23Speaker 1: and poking and poking and prodding. And hopefully they find
- 7:26Speaker 1: a technicality. Like I said in the very beginning, they'll
- 7:29Speaker 1: throw enough shit against the wall, hoping something will stick.
- 7:32Speaker 1: And this is more of that. The lawyer said in
- 7:35Speaker 1: an October 23rd letter to the trial judge that prosecutors
- 7:39Speaker 1: had promised substantial production of evidence would occur quickly. But
- 7:43Speaker 1: so far, it has been substantial in size, not substance.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Right there, they tell you what they really mean. This
- 7:51Speaker 1: is all about getting early access, right? They're not happy
- 7:54Speaker 1: with what they got. They want what they want. And unfortunately,
- 7:58Speaker 1: that's not how this works. They will get what the
- 8:01Speaker 1: prosecution releases as long as it's at the deadline. And
- 8:06Speaker 1: then at the deadline, they'll get everything else. It's pretty
- 8:09Speaker 1: simple how this works. But again, they want to stay
- 8:12Speaker 1: in the news. They want to keep it relevant. They
- 8:14Speaker 1: want to make it seem like Ghislaine Maxwell is getting
- 8:16Speaker 1: a raw deal. They're trying to build some public support
- 8:19Speaker 1: for this woman. Unfortunately for them, me, my beard, and
- 8:24Speaker 1: all of the amazing listeners of The Jeffrey Epstein Show
- 8:28Speaker 1: see right through it. They said about one fourth of
- 8:32Speaker 1: the documents turned over so far relate to materials from
- 8:35Speaker 1: civil litigation to which Ms. Maxwell was a party and
- 8:39Speaker 1: the remainder relate largely to Epstein and have nothing to
- 8:42Speaker 1: do with the 1994 to 1997 time period of the
- 8:46Speaker 1: conspiracy alleged in charges against her. And that's significant in
- 8:50Speaker 1: my opinion as well. The period of conspiracy alleged in
- 8:55Speaker 1: charges against her. So that means in my opinion, and again,
- 9:00Speaker 1: I just like to be clear when I'm just giving
- 9:02Speaker 1: you my opinion and want to make sure we're clear
- 9:05Speaker 1: about that. I don't have any inside information here. But
- 9:08Speaker 1: it would seem to me that they don't want to
- 9:11Speaker 1: turn this evidence over because of the other charges that
- 9:14Speaker 1: are coming. They don't want to tip their hand to
- 9:16Speaker 1: the other co-conspirators. So they're going to wait until the
- 9:19Speaker 1: very last minute. And I would not be surprised if
- 9:22Speaker 1: Monday isn't a day that maybe we see some unsealed indictments. Again,
- 9:27Speaker 1: I don't have any inside information that's giving me that,
- 9:29Speaker 1: feeding me that. That's just a hunch that maybe we'll
- 9:32Speaker 1: see something like that, considering that's the deadline. And once
- 9:36Speaker 1: they give over the information they have, the hand is tipped.
- 9:39Speaker 1: So perhaps we'll see some unsealed indictments and maybe we'll
- 9:42Speaker 1: see some arrests next week. Maybe. We'll see. In their letter,
- 9:47Speaker 1: prosecutors called the defense claims factually and legally incorrect. Not shocking.
- 9:53Speaker 1: We know that the prosecution is working their strategy here.
- 9:57Speaker 1: They have a way they're going about this. They're doing
- 10:00Speaker 1: it in a manner where they are not going to
- 10:04Speaker 1: give the defense any sort of ammunition or any tips
- 10:11Speaker 1: to maybe get a jump on them. They've been very
- 10:13Speaker 1: precise thus far since Maxwell has been arrested. Contrary to
- 10:19Speaker 1: the defense's suggestion, the government has made numerous productions consistent
- 10:23Speaker 1: with the discovery schedule in this case and is working
- 10:26Speaker 1: diligently to continue to meet the discovery deadlines in this case,
- 10:30Speaker 1: they wrote. So the prosecution is saying, look, we have
- 10:35Speaker 1: turned over a numerous amount of documents. We're working diligently.
- 10:42Speaker 1: And by the date of the deadline, all of the
- 10:44Speaker 1: discovery material will be turned over to the prosecution. And
- 10:48Speaker 1: of course, it was a preemptive strike by the defense, right? Again,
- 10:53Speaker 1: they're trying to refurbish her image here. They're trying to,
- 10:56Speaker 1: you know, gin up some support for their client in
- 10:59Speaker 1: the public eye. But we all know that that's not
- 11:02Speaker 1: going to work. They could try that all they want.
- 11:05Speaker 1: They can attempt to do that and they can try
- 11:08Speaker 1: and make it look like she's getting this absurdly horrible treatment.
- 11:12Speaker 1: But it's rather obvious that if you have a scale
- 11:15Speaker 1: in your jail cell and you have a computer in
- 11:18Speaker 1: your jail cell, that you're the one that's getting special treatment.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Nobody else and nobody's treating you badly. So I don't,
- 11:26Speaker 1: you know, again, it's just more noise and a way
- 11:30Speaker 1: for them to try and get some support for their
- 11:33Speaker 1: client by misleading the public and saying she's being treated
- 11:37Speaker 1: in such a draconian manner. Prosecutors also disputed defense claims
- 11:45Speaker 1: that Maxwell did not have adequate access to evidence at
- 11:48Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where she is held
- 11:51Speaker 1: without bail. Prosecutors said she had access to the materials
- 11:55Speaker 1: 13 hours per day longer than any other inmate. So
- 12:00Speaker 1: there you go, folks, okay? She has access longer than
- 12:03Speaker 1: any other inmate. Why? What makes her so special? And
- 12:07Speaker 1: that's why when people like Brian Basham come out, and
- 12:10Speaker 1: start piping off out of the side of their neck
- 12:12Speaker 1: about how she's being treated so poorly. She can't have
- 12:15Speaker 1: her lettuce wrap. Give me a break, dude. She's getting
- 12:19Speaker 1: way more time on the computer than anybody else. She's
- 12:22Speaker 1: getting way more time than anybody else to have a
- 12:24Speaker 1: go-through of the documents. She has a scale. She was
- 12:27Speaker 1: one of the first people to see a lawyer. I mean,
- 12:30Speaker 1: what more do you want? She's no longer running around
- 12:33Speaker 1: the halls of Mar-a-Lago. She's no longer lounging by the
- 12:37Speaker 1: pool down in Palm Beach. She is now a guest
- 12:41Speaker 1: of the state, and she should be treated like any
- 12:45Speaker 1: other inmate. If you'd like to contact me, you can
- 12:49Speaker 1: do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
- 12:58Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I. Hello, everyone,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm your host,
- 13:10Speaker 1: Bobby Capucci, and this is a morning update. What's going on, everybody,
- 13:16Speaker 1: and welcome to the program. Hope everybody's having a fantastic
- 13:20Speaker 1: morning so far. Well, Ghislaine Maxwell has some news to
- 13:26Speaker 1: share with everybody, and her legal team, they want to
- 13:29Speaker 1: share the news as well. And that news is, folks,
- 13:33Speaker 1: I know this is going to come as a surprise
- 13:36Speaker 1: to everybody, but I Well, her jail cell and the
- 13:43Speaker 1: jail cells in general suck, okay? According to Maxwell's team
- 13:50Speaker 1: and their newest complaints, raw sewage, mouse feces, a whole
- 13:56Speaker 1: litany of complaints as they continue to try and find
- 14:02Speaker 1: the perfect strand to pull upon to get their client
- 14:07Speaker 1: bailed out early. Now, my question is this. Do they
- 14:11Speaker 1: say that the rest of the inmates should have the
- 14:14Speaker 1: same treatment then? So should everyone just be released from
- 14:17Speaker 1: the prison system? Because short of that, they're asking for
- 14:22Speaker 1: their client to get special privileges. Exactly what they're saying
- 14:29Speaker 1: she doesn't have. It's the exact opposite, in fact. But
- 14:32Speaker 1: if you let them tell it, well, she's being treated
- 14:36Speaker 1: worse than Nelson Mandela. Be a wisecrack, right? Oh yeah,
- 14:41Speaker 1: Bobby being a wise guy again. No, they actually use
- 14:44Speaker 1: that as a comparison. Okay? In their broken-ass brains, they
- 14:52Speaker 1: think that that's a solid comparison about what Mandela went
- 14:58Speaker 1: through at Robben Island compared to what Maxwell is going
- 15:02Speaker 1: through at the lockup. Talk about Apple's and oranges. Now, look, folks,
- 15:10Speaker 1: you all know how I feel about the prison system.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You all know how I feel about it being gross
- 15:17Speaker 1: and disgusting. And I don't think anyone should have raw
- 15:20Speaker 1: sewage backing up into their jail cell or their house
- 15:24Speaker 1: or anywhere that you live. In fact, I don't think
- 15:28Speaker 1: that it's a good idea for rodent feces to fall
- 15:31Speaker 1: out of the vents either. But guess what? The reality
- 15:38Speaker 1: of the situation is what it is. No matter how
- 15:41Speaker 1: much we want it to be different, no matter how
- 15:43Speaker 1: much we sugarcoat things, no matter how much we yell
- 15:47Speaker 1: and scream, what's going on in those jails is going
- 15:52Speaker 1: on in those jails. Now, I am all for everyone
- 15:55Speaker 1: rallying together to change it. What I am not for
- 16:00Speaker 1: is a rich person like Maxwell, part of this super, mega, wannabe,
- 16:07Speaker 1: so-called elite, having the rules changed because their pampered existence
- 16:13Speaker 1: has been hampered. Guess what? Jail is not supposed to
- 16:16Speaker 1: be fun. Not supposed to be a good time. You're
- 16:21Speaker 1: not supposed to want to be there. It's supposed to
- 16:24Speaker 1: be a deterrent. Guess what? I don't want to go
- 16:27Speaker 1: to prison. I don't want to go to jail, so
- 16:30Speaker 1: I don't commit crimes. I know, it's wild, right? But
- 16:33Speaker 1: if you don't commit crimes... you're not going to go
- 16:35Speaker 1: to jail. But somebody like Elaine Maxwell, she's been living
- 16:42Speaker 1: the high life for so long, she had no idea
- 16:45Speaker 1: what's going on in the real world. And frankly, she
- 16:48Speaker 1: didn't care. Until she was being stared directly by the
- 16:54Speaker 1: void herself. Oh, now it's a problem. Oh, now the
- 16:58Speaker 1: conditions in jail and in lockups are gross and need
- 17:02Speaker 1: to be addressed. While a whole bunch of us. Been
- 17:07Speaker 1: saying that for years. I've been having these arguments for years.
- 17:12Speaker 1: With friends of mine. With colleagues. With other students. While
- 17:17Speaker 1: I was in college. The for profit prism system. In
- 17:21Speaker 1: America is a joke. An absolute joke. And it's targeted
- 17:26Speaker 1: to sweep up poor people. Point blank period. And all
- 17:30Speaker 1: the numbers. Bear that out. That's not some. you know,
- 17:35Speaker 1: wild ass statement. The numbers bear that out. So no,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I'm not a fan of the prison system. I'm not
- 17:41Speaker 1: a fan of third world conditions in prison systems. Our
- 17:47Speaker 1: jail shouldn't look like a jail over in, you know,
- 17:51Speaker 1: Yemen or Syria or something. People, when they go to jail,
- 17:54Speaker 1: should have the chance to rehabilitate. Unless, of course, there's
- 17:58Speaker 1: certain crimes that you commit. Then, like I said, underneath
- 18:01Speaker 1: the jail. Totally fine with that. But for the 80%,
- 18:06Speaker 1: 90% of people that are in prison, how about we
- 18:09Speaker 1: think about rehabilitating them? You know, what do you think?
- 18:15Speaker 1: Instead of it being a revolving door of people going
- 18:18Speaker 1: in and out, back and forth, blah, blah, blah. But no,
- 18:21Speaker 1: Maxwell hasn't been anywhere around when those arguments are being had.
- 18:25Speaker 1: You think she was having that argument with her friends,
- 18:27Speaker 1: the other elite scumbags, Bill Clinton or, you know, any
- 18:31Speaker 1: of the other scuzzballs she hung around with? Sure, that
- 18:35Speaker 1: her and Bill Clinton were sitting around calling people super predators.
- 18:40Speaker 1: So she's never been a champion of jail reform. She's
- 18:44Speaker 1: never been somebody who has stood shoulder to shoulder with
- 18:47Speaker 1: people who are really getting railroaded. Where was she when
- 18:50Speaker 1: Kalief Browder was getting just absolutely treated like he wasn't
- 18:55Speaker 1: even human by the jail system? Where was she and
- 18:59Speaker 1: all of her big powerful friends? Did they come riding
- 19:02Speaker 1: to his rescue? Nope, they didn't. But now that Maxwell's
- 19:08Speaker 1: in jail and she's getting a little taste, she's wetting
- 19:11Speaker 1: her beak a little bit, well, now it's a big problem.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Now all these hot shot lawyers have something to say
- 19:17Speaker 1: about it. Well, I feel you. I get you. But
- 19:25Speaker 1: these are the rules of the game. The rules of
- 19:27Speaker 1: the game, in fact, that you and your friends have established. So,
- 19:33Speaker 1: what's it like living like the other side for once.
- 19:39Speaker 1: This article is from the New York Post. It was
- 19:42Speaker 1: authored by Ben Feuerherd. Headline, Vermin feces fell from air
- 19:48Speaker 1: vents in Ghislaine Maxwell cell. Lawyer claims. So. Anything that
- 19:54Speaker 1: they say. You have to take with a grain of salt.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Because none of the stuff they've talked about. Has really
- 20:00Speaker 1: panned out as of yet. All of the nonsense they've
- 20:03Speaker 1: been throwing. Against the wall. Trying to say this guard
- 20:06Speaker 1: abused her. This happened. None of it has been proven.
- 20:11Speaker 1: And the judge, in fact, has pretty much laughed at
- 20:14Speaker 1: all of their nonsense. So when she says vermin feces
- 20:18Speaker 1: fell out of the air conditioner, I take it with
- 20:21Speaker 1: a grain of salt. You know, they want you to
- 20:23Speaker 1: think it was probably an avalanche that came falling out
- 20:25Speaker 1: of there. I don't know, to be honest with you.
- 20:29Speaker 1: But I'm very skeptical of anything Team Maxwell has to
- 20:33Speaker 1: say at this point because they have been playing with
- 20:36Speaker 1: the truth the whole entire time. The isolation cell Ghislaine
- 20:42Speaker 1: Maxwell is being held in at a Brooklyn jail is
- 20:45Speaker 1: so gross, vermin droppings recently fell from the air vents,
- 20:49Speaker 1: and it was permeated by raw sewage last week, her
- 20:52Speaker 1: lawyer claimed in a court filing Tuesday night. Well, look,
- 20:57Speaker 1: jail's not a fun place, right? And I'm sure the
- 21:03Speaker 1: pipe system in the jail is not, you know, top-notch. Sure,
- 21:07Speaker 1: it's been there for quite some time. I don't know
- 21:10Speaker 1: how much money is in the budget to give it
- 21:12Speaker 1: an old snake job, right? So, again, I won't sit here,
- 21:18Speaker 1: even if it's Maxwell, and say I'm cool with sewage
- 21:21Speaker 1: flowing into someone's jail cell. I'm not cool with it
- 21:24Speaker 1: at all. It's gross. It's disgusting. And for somebody who
- 21:28Speaker 1: has an absolute fear of stagnant water as it is,
- 21:33Speaker 1: I can't even imagine. But what I will say is this.
- 21:43Speaker 1: If they think Maxwell's the only one that's suffering through
- 21:46Speaker 1: stuff like that, they are sorely mistaken. This is prison.
- 21:51Speaker 1: And it's just a cold, hard reality. And folks, it's
- 21:55Speaker 1: not like they kept her in there. They moved her cell.
- 22:01Speaker 1: The disgraced British socialite, a fellow child abuser, a general
- 22:05Speaker 1: all-around scuzzbag, you mean? had to be moved to another
- 22:08Speaker 1: cell last week because of the stench of raw sewage
- 22:11Speaker 1: in her cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset Park.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Her attorney, Bobby Sternum, wrote in a letter to Manhattan
- 22:18Speaker 1: federal judge, Allison Nathan. All right, well, it's been solved then.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Problem solved. She was moved to a different cell. And
- 22:27Speaker 1: if the problem arises, no pun intended, in this next cell,
- 22:31Speaker 1: then she'll be moved on to the next one and
- 22:34Speaker 1: then the next one and then the next one after that.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Now I'm all for the prison being fixed, like I've
- 22:41Speaker 1: said a hundred times already. But in lieu of that,
- 22:44Speaker 1: she's just going to have to get in where she
- 22:45Speaker 1: fits in and understand that she's in a very, very
- 22:48Speaker 1: gross place. She's in a place of her own making, though.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Let's remember that, right? That's why I don't have any
- 22:55Speaker 1: empathy for her. We're not talking about a white-collar criminal here, folks,
- 22:59Speaker 1: who embezzled a couple of bucks. We're so used to
- 23:02Speaker 1: thieves and grifters, we just shrug our shoulders and roll
- 23:05Speaker 1: our eyes at stuff like that. And welcome them back
- 23:08Speaker 1: into society after they do their bid. This is not that.
- 23:13Speaker 1: I don't have any compassion for people like Maxwell. No
- 23:16Speaker 1: empathy whatsoever. And I don't care what anybody thinks about
- 23:20Speaker 1: that way of thinking when it comes to people like this.
- 23:23Speaker 1: But I want to be very clear that people like Maxwell,
- 23:31Speaker 1: they have no idea the way the other side lives.
- 23:34Speaker 1: And when I say the other side, I mean the
- 23:35Speaker 1: rest of us. They don't know what real jail is.
- 23:38Speaker 1: They don't know what it's like to, you know, not
- 23:41Speaker 1: have servants. And she's getting a little taste of that
- 23:44Speaker 1: and she does not like it. I mean, what about
- 23:48Speaker 1: the guys on the main line who have a crazy
- 23:50Speaker 1: ass cellmate who plugs up the toilet on purpose to
- 23:53Speaker 1: flood the whole block? What then? What about those guys?
- 23:56Speaker 1: Should they be let out? Should they go home under
- 23:59Speaker 1: armed guard? Yeah, you know what? Maxwell, she's so worried
- 24:03Speaker 1: about everything. Maybe she should pay for everybody in the
- 24:05Speaker 1: prison system to go home under lock and key. What
- 24:08Speaker 1: do you think about that, Maxwell? You're such a philanthropist.
- 24:13Speaker 1: You're such a great person. You're so worried about the system.
- 24:17Speaker 1: But like usual, these clowns never put their money where
- 24:21Speaker 1: their mouth is. In addition, vermin droppings fell from the
- 24:32Speaker 1: air vents, Sternum added, the latest in a litany of
- 24:35Speaker 1: complaints regarding the conditions at the lockup. Gross. You know, honestly, gross.
- 24:41Speaker 1: I wouldn't want rat crap falling on me, that's for sure.
- 24:44Speaker 1: But again, I'm not going to prison anytime soon, so
- 24:48Speaker 1: I don't have to worry about it. The disgusting details
- 24:52Speaker 1: were included in a lengthy list of bullet points in
- 24:55Speaker 1: the letter, which Sternum filed in response to a letter
- 24:58Speaker 1: from prosecutors... to update the judge on conditions Maxwell faces
- 25:03Speaker 1: at the lockup. Now, this is all trying to position
- 25:06Speaker 1: themselves to get Maxwell bailed out still. Don't forget that.
- 25:11Speaker 1: That is exactly what they're doing. They want to set
- 25:13Speaker 1: it up in everybody's mind that this jail is so
- 25:16Speaker 1: bad and it's only Maxwell's cell. It's like what they're
- 25:19Speaker 1: trying to say is they put Maxwell in this cell
- 25:22Speaker 1: specifically because it smells like sewage, because there's rat droppings there.
- 25:28Speaker 1: That's what they're implying. They're not saying it, but that's
- 25:30Speaker 1: what they're implying. When in reality, the whole place is
- 25:33Speaker 1: a dump, okay? No matter where they put her, it's
- 25:36Speaker 1: gonna be a shitty situation. Again, no pun intended. Sternum
- 25:46Speaker 1: also griped about jail guards monitoring legal visits Maxwell has
- 25:50Speaker 1: with her attorneys at the facility and faulty computer equipment
- 25:54Speaker 1: provided for video conferences between her and the legal team. Well,
- 25:59Speaker 1: maybe the hackers who have been hacking everything lately got
- 26:01Speaker 1: involved there too. Well, that's going to be the next
- 26:04Speaker 1: conspiracy theory propositioned by Maxwell and her team. Well, the
- 26:09Speaker 1: Russians are involved now as well. I mean, I wouldn't
- 26:13Speaker 1: be surprised at this point. But it's the same old
- 26:16Speaker 1: argument they've been making for how long? Oh, the guards
- 26:20Speaker 1: won't let Maxwell do this. The guards won't let Maxwell
- 26:23Speaker 1: do that. The guards, the guards, the facility, the facility.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Come on. You notice what they're not doing, right? You
- 26:31Speaker 1: notice they're not coming out and making the case about
- 26:34Speaker 1: her being innocent. Have you seen in any of their long-winded,
- 26:38Speaker 1: whinging ass, crying ass posts anything about her being innocent?
- 26:43Speaker 1: Anything concrete? Besides the truth is going to come out?
- 26:48Speaker 1: Another one of those canned lines, the truth shall set
- 26:51Speaker 1: you free. No, shut up, okay? We all know the
- 26:55Speaker 1: truth by now. What you're trying to do is set
- 26:57Speaker 1: up a gaslighting campaign. And that, my friends, is certainly
- 27:01Speaker 1: not going to work. That's going to miss the mark.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Nobody's buying it. And I honestly don't know of anyone
- 27:09Speaker 1: who has any sort of mental capacity that takes a
- 27:15Speaker 1: look at what went on here with Epstein, with Maxwell,
- 27:18Speaker 1: and doesn't come to the conclusion that they are as
- 27:21Speaker 1: guilty as hell. At the end of the letter, Sternum
- 27:29Speaker 1: included a transcript of a recent sentencing in an unrelated
- 27:33Speaker 1: case in which Manhattan federal judge Colleen McMahon blasted conditions
- 27:38Speaker 1: at both federal jails in the city, saying they are
- 27:41Speaker 1: run by morons. That is not a lie. All right,
- 27:45Speaker 1: you'll never get me to disagree with that. Definitely these people,
- 27:48Speaker 1: this place is run by morons. These places are run
- 27:50Speaker 1: by morons. Just take a look at what goes on here.
- 27:55Speaker 1: You have guards that are busted for sexual assault. guards
- 27:58Speaker 1: falsifying logs, guards falling asleep. Hell, I read an article
- 28:05Speaker 1: on my podcast, Life is a Mosh Pit, my other podcast,
- 28:09Speaker 1: about an inmate in California who decapitated and mutilated his cellmate,
- 28:16Speaker 1: and nobody was the wiser. Now, how long do you
- 28:19Speaker 1: think it takes to chop somebody's head off with a
- 28:22Speaker 1: makeshift knife? Can't be a quick process, right? Not only that,
- 28:28Speaker 1: broke the dude's rib off, cut out a piece of
- 28:30Speaker 1: his lung, and all of this happened in a jail cell.
- 28:34Speaker 1: So yeah, I agree. These jail cells, these prisons and
- 28:38Speaker 1: the lockups, run by morons. You certainly won't get an
- 28:41Speaker 1: argument from me. There is no excuse for the conditions
- 28:47Speaker 1: in those two institutions. Detainees shouldn't suffer for the incompetence
- 28:51Speaker 1: of the United States Department of Justice's and its subsidiary agency,
- 28:56Speaker 1: the Bureau of Prisons, McMahon said at the sentencing of
- 28:59Speaker 1: convicted drug dealer Tiffany Days. So again, look, it's funny
- 29:04Speaker 1: that they point out a drug dealer who is getting
- 29:08Speaker 1: sentenced here because the drug dealer is going to have
- 29:11Speaker 1: it way worse than Ghislaine Maxwell, I promise you that.
- 29:15Speaker 1: You think this drug dealer is getting 87 hours a
- 29:18Speaker 1: day with her lawyer? You think she's getting five bail attempts? Nope,
- 29:22Speaker 1: she's getting some Top Ramen. general population, and maybe some
- 29:26Speaker 1: letters from home if she's lucky. So it's pretty funny
- 29:32Speaker 1: that Maxwell's legal team would point to that and refer
- 29:35Speaker 1: to that as if there's a comparison here. I'm guessing,
- 29:43Speaker 1: I don't know anything about Tiffany Day, but I'm guessing
- 29:45Speaker 1: Tiffany Day, her upbringing and Maxwell's upbringing were vastly different, okay?
- 29:54Speaker 1: And I'm sure that Tiffany Day, while being a drug dealer,
- 29:58Speaker 1: is not a good idea. probably didn't have very many
- 30:01Speaker 1: other options in life. Maxwell, on the other hand, had
- 30:05Speaker 1: plenty of other options. She didn't have to abuse those children,
- 30:08Speaker 1: and she certainly didn't have to roll around with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 30:14Speaker 1: I will do what I can to bring your situation
- 30:16Speaker 1: to the people who, if they give a damn, might
- 30:19Speaker 1: do something, she added. Maxwell has been held at the
- 30:22Speaker 1: MDC since her arrest in July 2020. So, again, the judge,
- 30:27Speaker 1: Judge McMahon, is saying that She's going to bring it
- 30:31Speaker 1: to the attention of people that might be able to
- 30:33Speaker 1: do something. And I applaud her for that. I applaud
- 30:36Speaker 1: her for that. Because these jails do need to be fixed, folks.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Anyone that's a decent human should take a look at
- 30:44Speaker 1: what goes on there and say, man, these people, they
- 30:47Speaker 1: need to be rehabilitated. If you treat people like animals,
- 30:51Speaker 1: don't cry when they get out of prison and they
- 30:54Speaker 1: commit another offense. And maybe it's your relative the next time.
- 30:58Speaker 1: So we all have an investment to make here as
- 31:01Speaker 1: a society, in my opinion. So instead of writing people off,
- 31:06Speaker 1: casting them off, I'm down for rehabilitation, but not for
- 31:09Speaker 1: people like Maxwell. Sorry! There's always a caveat, right? There's
- 31:15Speaker 1: always an addendum. No, not you, Maxwell. No rehabilitation for you.
- 31:24Speaker 1: She was ordered held without bail after her arrest, which
- 31:27Speaker 1: was appealed immediately. five times since being remanded. Her attorneys
- 31:31Speaker 1: have argued repeatedly that she is being unfairly punished because
- 31:35Speaker 1: the Bureau of Prisons let her alleged cohort, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 31:39Speaker 1: kill himself, allegedly, at a lower Manhattan federal lockup in
- 31:43Speaker 1: August 2019. And we know that's BS, fugazi, dobbage. We
- 31:50Speaker 1: know that's not the case. She was a co-conspirator. She
- 31:53Speaker 1: was fingered by these women, the survivors themselves. What do
- 31:59Speaker 1: you think, the feds just woke up and said, all right, well,
- 32:01Speaker 1: it's Ghislaine Maxwell. We don't have any evidence, but let's
- 32:03Speaker 1: bring her in. That's not how the feds operate. You
- 32:07Speaker 1: better damn well believe the feds are operating on the
- 32:10Speaker 1: assumption that you're going to prison the second they show
- 32:13Speaker 1: up at your house. Again, what do they have, a
- 32:16Speaker 1: 97% conviction rate, folks? Yeah, probably not the right people
- 32:21Speaker 1: to tussle with. Maxwell is accused of procuring underage girls
- 32:28Speaker 1: for Epstein to abuse in the 90s and early 2000s
- 32:31Speaker 1: and lying under oath. She's pleaded not guilty and her
- 32:36Speaker 1: trial is scheduled to start in the fall. So again, Maxwell,
- 32:42Speaker 1: her legal team, right back at it, folks. They don't
- 32:44Speaker 1: miss a day. They don't take a day off when
- 32:46Speaker 1: it comes to complaining about the conditions in the jail cell. Now,
- 32:50Speaker 1: if the Bureau of Prisons would have left her in
- 32:53Speaker 1: that jail cell after all of this occurred, Then she
- 32:55Speaker 1: might have had a gripe, but she was moved to
- 32:58Speaker 1: a different cell, and that was that. But we all
- 33:03Speaker 1: know that the Lady of Complain, Ghislaine, and her legal
- 33:08Speaker 1: team will look for any loophole and any technicality to
- 33:14Speaker 1: get her out on bail. Meanwhile, back here in reality,
- 33:20Speaker 1: they should be focused on keeping her out of prison
- 33:23Speaker 1: for the rest of her life. If you'd like to
- 33:26Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
- 33:30Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on

- 33:44Speaker 1: go with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 33:48Speaker 1: All right, folks, I will be back later on if
- 33:50Speaker 1: we got some more news to add. If not, I
- 33:53Speaker 1: will be back tomorrow morning. Alright folks, have a good one.
- 33:58Speaker 1: What's up everybody and welcome to the program. As the
- 34:02Speaker 1: title states, this is another quickfire update. The new segment
- 34:06Speaker 1: that I've added to the program to deal with some
- 34:09Speaker 1: of these smaller articles. So, these updates will be 10
- 34:16Speaker 1: minutes or less. So let's jump into it. The article
- 34:21Speaker 1: we have today is from Fox News. Headline? Prosecutors deny
- 34:27Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's mistreatment in jail. Ignore raw sewage leak accusations.
- 34:32Speaker 1: This article was authored by Marta Dani for Fox News. Now,
- 34:40Speaker 1: we talked about the jail conditions. We talked about the
- 34:47Speaker 1: raw sewage supposedly, the vermin feces falling out of air vents,
- 34:53Speaker 1: and all of the other List of complaints that Ghislaine
- 34:56Speaker 1: Maxwell and her crack legal team have come up with
- 35:02Speaker 1: throughout this whole entire ordeal. Now the prosecutors are responding,
- 35:06Speaker 1: but they're not even responding to those accusations in a
- 35:15Speaker 1: specific way. They're basically ignoring the Sewage League accusations. And
- 35:21Speaker 1: all they're doing is denying that Ghislaine Maxwell is being
- 35:25Speaker 1: mistreated in jail. So, again, was there really sewage? Did
- 35:32Speaker 1: vermin feces really fall out onto her head? Like I
- 35:35Speaker 1: said in the update, I'm not too sure. Who knows?
- 35:37Speaker 1: We weren't there. Maybe. I mean, I don't put it
- 35:41Speaker 1: past the realm of possibility. That place is a dump.
- 35:43Speaker 1: There's no doubt about it. The facility is a dump.
- 35:47Speaker 1: All of those facilities are dumps. So there's no... I mean,
- 35:51Speaker 1: I'm not shocked if it is the case, but I'm
- 35:54Speaker 1: not just going to believe Maxwell and her legal team.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Just at face value, why should we do that? They
- 36:00Speaker 1: haven't told us anything we should believe this whole entire time.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors say Ghislaine Maxwell is getting the same or
- 36:11Speaker 1: even better treatment in jail than other inmates. Yeah, no
- 36:14Speaker 1: doubt about that in my opinion. I mean, who gets
- 36:17Speaker 1: five bail attempts? Got a jail cell to yourself. Complete
- 36:22Speaker 1: access to your lawyers. Laptop in the cell. I mean, look,
- 36:28Speaker 1: it's not going to be, you know, optimal for somebody
- 36:31Speaker 1: to be in jail, right? But what do you expect?
- 36:35Speaker 1: You're getting treated better than most. So what more do
- 36:38Speaker 1: you really expect? This comes in response to a defense
- 36:43Speaker 1: letter with a long list of complaints, namely that rat
- 36:47Speaker 1: feces fell from the air vents and raw sewage leaked
- 36:50Speaker 1: into her cell, which she claims is why the guards
- 36:53Speaker 1: had to move her to a different cell at the
- 36:55Speaker 1: Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. You know, it's funny,
- 37:00Speaker 1: considering she might be ratting herself right now to have
- 37:05Speaker 1: rat feces fall on her. I mean, see the irony here, folks? Now,
- 37:10Speaker 1: I don't know if she's really, you know, ratting to
- 37:12Speaker 1: the feds about what occurred. But again, I don't put
- 37:16Speaker 1: anything past the realm of possibility in this case. If
- 37:21Speaker 1: you were to come and tell me that little green
- 37:22Speaker 1: men were hanging out with Epstein and funneling money to him,
- 37:26Speaker 1: I'd have to investigate it because at this point, you
- 37:30Speaker 1: don't know what's up from down, right? Unless you really
- 37:33Speaker 1: dig in, there's so much muck and nonsense that you
- 37:37Speaker 1: don't know. Without addressing those specific concerns, the government alleges
- 37:44Speaker 1: in a letter to a judge that the defendant continues
- 37:47Speaker 1: to receive more time to review discovery than any other
- 37:50Speaker 1: inmate at the MDC and that she, as much, if
- 37:54Speaker 1: not more, time as any other inmate to communicate with
- 37:58Speaker 1: her attorneys. Now, I'm pretty sure that she's getting more
- 38:02Speaker 1: time to communicate with her attorneys than your local crack
- 38:06Speaker 1: dealer or the person who's being accused of... Insert crime here.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Pretty sure that she's getting way more access to her
- 38:16Speaker 1: lawyer than anybody who has a public defender. You now
- 38:21Speaker 1: overloaded the public defender's offices? Forget about it. So right
- 38:25Speaker 1: there alone, you have a leg up if you have
- 38:28Speaker 1: a couple of bucks. If you're facing serious charges and
- 38:32Speaker 1: you can't afford a real lawyer and you're stuck with
- 38:35Speaker 1: a public defender, you might as well just prepare yourself
- 38:40Speaker 1: for doing a bid. Prosecutors admit she is strip-searched after
- 38:47Speaker 1: each in-person visit she receives, but they say that is
- 38:51Speaker 1: no different from the treatment of other jail residents. They
- 38:55Speaker 1: say the non-invasive machine body scan of the defendant serves
- 38:59Speaker 1: to check for any secreted contraband. You know, she's lucky
- 39:03Speaker 1: that this isn't the old days, right? Alright, spread them, squat,
- 39:08Speaker 1: cough three times, that kind of stuff. So she's lucky
- 39:12Speaker 1: that there's the technology available. where they have this non-invasive
- 39:15Speaker 1: machine body scan, whatever that is. I'm guessing probably like
- 39:19Speaker 1: the same thing that they have at the airport when
- 39:22Speaker 1: you go through that bad boy and get your whole
- 39:25Speaker 1: entire life scanned in front of you by the touchers
- 39:28Speaker 1: at the TSA. Despite no mention of possibly having found
- 39:36Speaker 1: any other strange elements, the government refers that her cell
- 39:40Speaker 1: is also searched daily for contraband. Now, who knows what
- 39:43Speaker 1: the contraband they're looking for could be. It could be anything.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Because let's be real, the laws in jail and prison,
- 39:50Speaker 1: they're restrictive as hell. You can only have certain things
- 39:53Speaker 1: in your jail cell. You can't have this. You can
- 39:55Speaker 1: have that. So who the hell knows what that's about?
- 39:58Speaker 1: They might have found something that they consider a contraband
- 40:01Speaker 1: at some point. And now they have the pretext to
- 40:05Speaker 1: go in and do these searches looking for said contraband.
- 40:10Speaker 1: But again, I don't know for sure. We haven't heard
- 40:12Speaker 1: anything like that one way or the other. At night,
- 40:17Speaker 1: the guards continue to check on Maxwell every 15 minutes
- 40:20Speaker 1: to confirm that the defendant is breathing. Maxwell was an
- 40:23Speaker 1: alleged madam, co-conspirator, general all around scuzzbag, for disgraced financier, wow, pedophile,
- 40:29Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, who died by suicide, allegedly, at another federal
- 40:34Speaker 1: lockup in New York two years ago. Man, that was
- 40:37Speaker 1: a rough paragraph for Fox, huh? Get with it, guys.
- 40:42Speaker 1: I mean, stop, you know, messing around and actually... get
- 40:46Speaker 1: with the story, all right? The terminology cracks me up.
- 40:51Speaker 1: A madam, disgraced financier. Really? Really? That's where we're at
- 40:56Speaker 1: still in this story, huh? Okay. Maxwell, 59, has been
- 41:01Speaker 1: behind bars awaiting trial since her last summer. She has
- 41:05Speaker 1: protested her imprisonment conditions and Look, I think that what
- 41:08Speaker 1: happened with Epstein is something that has to be taken
- 41:11Speaker 1: into account. And the fact that Maxwell uses that to
- 41:13Speaker 1: try and make it seem like she's being treated unfairly
- 41:16Speaker 1: is just a weird flex to me. You would think
- 41:37Speaker 1: that she'd be scared as hell, right? Oh, yeah, I
- 41:40Speaker 1: think a little extra protection might be warranted. But no,
- 41:45Speaker 1: she's out here acting the fool. And I honestly believe
- 41:48Speaker 1: that she's only saying this and her team's only saying
- 41:50Speaker 1: this because they know she's not going to be put
- 41:53Speaker 1: into general population. And they're just using it as a fulcrum, right?
- 41:57Speaker 1: As a lever. But thankfully, everybody involved has been hip
- 42:02Speaker 1: to the nonsense. The former British socialite? Wow, Fox is
- 42:08Speaker 1: really on top of it, huh? I mean, I guess
- 42:10Speaker 1: I shouldn't expect anything less from a station that lets
- 42:14Speaker 1: Dershowitz run roughshod over them. I mean, Fox, CNN, MSNBC,
- 42:19Speaker 1: all the same garbage. Just dividing across a different line.
- 42:24Speaker 1: But all the same garbage at the end of the day.
- 42:27Speaker 1: And I know there's people out there probably listening to
- 42:29Speaker 1: this podcast right now that love, you know, insert knucklehead
- 42:34Speaker 1: on TV here, so... Not trying to offend you or anything,
- 42:37Speaker 1: but unfortunately, all of those people are part of the problem.
- 42:42Speaker 1: So instead of a former socialite, let's go with an
- 42:46Speaker 1: alleged co-conspirator and general all-around scuzzbag. Is charged with recruiting, grooming,
- 42:51Speaker 1: and trafficking girls to be sexually abused by Epstein in
- 42:55Speaker 1: the 1990s through 2004 and for lying under oath. Her
- 43:01Speaker 1: trial is currently scheduled for November 29th. So, Maxwell made
- 43:08Speaker 1: these complaints, rat feces, sewage, the whole nine, right? Well,
- 43:13Speaker 1: the government absolutely, completely ignores that nonsense, addresses the other
- 43:19Speaker 1: complaints that have been recycled throughout this whole entire thing,
- 43:24Speaker 1: and goes on their merry way. Now, we'll see what
- 43:27Speaker 1: Judge Nathan has to say, looking at, you know, both
- 43:32Speaker 1: filings from both sides, and we'll see what's up. But, Again,
- 43:37Speaker 1: it certainly doesn't look good for Ghislaine Maxwell and for
- 43:40Speaker 1: her chances of getting bail. If you'd like to contact me,
