  Speaker 1: and it's time right now. Four. Today's word stronger Together,

  Speaker 1: Stronger Together. Psalms ninety two thirteen says in the New

  Speaker 1: King James version, those who are planted in the house
• 0:19
  Speaker 1: of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.

  Speaker 1: You know, California's magnificent redwood trees can reach heights of
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: over three hundred and fifty feet and live for more
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: than two thousand years. There are some of the tallest
• 0:40
  Speaker 1: and strongest living things on earth. They stand through fierce storms.
• 0:45
  Speaker 1: They stand through violent winds, heavy rains, and even fires
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: that destroy other trees. Yet what's surprising is that their
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: roots only grow about six to twelve feet deep. See
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: you would think something massive would need deep roots going
• 1:03
  Speaker 1: hundreds of feet into the ground. The secret to their strength, though,
• 1:08
  Speaker 1: is not how deep they go, but how wide they spread.

  Speaker 1: Redwood roots extend outward as far as one hundred feet,

  Speaker 1: and they intertwine with the roots of other redwoods. Each
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: tree is literally connected to the other. When the storms

  Speaker 1: of life come, they don't stand alone. The whole forest
• 1:31
  Speaker 1: of redwoods is holding each tree up. See that's a
• 1:35
  Speaker 1: powerful picture of how God designed us to live. You
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: were never meant to go through life by yourself. You
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: may be strong, I get it, you're gifted, I get it,
• 1:46
  Speaker 1: you're faithful. But even the strongest believers need connection. Storms
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: are going to come. Health challenge, is financial pressure, relationship issues, discouragement, disappointment.

  Speaker 1: The winds of life will try to push you over
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: and convince you that is not going to work out
• 2:06
  Speaker 1: for you. But when you're planted in a community of faith,
• 2:10
  Speaker 1: your roots are no longer just your own. Your faith
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: gets connected to other people's faith. Their prayer strengthen you
• 2:18
  Speaker 1: when you feel we Their encouragement lifts you when you
• 2:21
  Speaker 1: feel tired. Their wisdom stadies you when you feel confused.

  Speaker 1: What might have knocked you down if you are standing
• 2:28
  Speaker 1: alone cannot move you when you're connected. Sometimes God's answer
• 2:34
  Speaker 1: to your prayer isn't just a miracle. It's a person,
• 2:38
  Speaker 1: a friend who checks on you, a church family that
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: covers you in prayer, a mentor who believes in you
• 2:45
  Speaker 1: when you don't believe in yourself. God often works through
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: relationships to keep us standing. Isolation makes us vulnerable, but
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: connections make us powerful. When we stay rooted in godly community.

  Speaker 1: We become resilient, unshakable, and strong. Together, we can endure

  Speaker 1: storms that would overwhelm us all by ourselves. Together, we

  Speaker 1: grow taller together, we grow stronger. Together. We are more

  Speaker 1: fruitful than we could ever be all by ourselves. Oh Father,
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: thank you that you never designed us to walk this
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: journey alone. Thank You for placing people in our lives
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: who strengthen, encourage and support us. Help us God to
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: stay planet in community and connected in faith. God, we
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: declare that when storms come, we will not fall because
• 3:34
  Speaker 1: we are rooted in You and surrounded by others. In
• 3:37
  Speaker 1: Jesus' name. Now that's your word for today. You take
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: that apply to your everyday life, and you continue to
• 3:44
  Speaker 1: be encouraged and inspired with me, Your girls, Sherry Mackie,

  Speaker 1: as you know, you are stronger together. It's your early
