system is weak. We are lagging by miles in terms of what other industrialized

countries around the world use as a standard. We don't have standard forms of

photo voter identification. We have a porous process that is very difficult to track,

much less audit. We've got this new push towards mass mail out of

ballots that even the United Nations doesn't consider an election and accredited election if it's

done primarily through mass mail. More countries are moving away from that, more

countries are moving to a single day of voting. We're still going in the

opposite direction on certain fronts, but all of that, taken together, doesn't

compare to the value of the American citizenry saying enough is enough. You know,

we had taken far too much for granted for far too long. That's

no longer the case. You've got now millions of Americans ready to serve,

millions more Americans, new voters, ready to participate. That's the way we're

going to get our process back. The government's not going to correct it.

It's only going to come at the hands of citizens who stay engaged and continue

to demand answers that we find our way back. But it's happening. It's

certainly happening, you know, more slowly than we might like, But I

do think it's going to have a massive impact in twenty twenty four. Mercy

news is that millions and millions of illegals have come over the border, and

you have pointed out that there's a loophole in US law that allows illegals to

vote without any penalty. They don't even face a penalty. I've always argued

that every illegal that vote should be instantly to ported out of the United States

or serve many years in prison. There has to be some way to scare

the Jesus out of people from committing a crime, or they're going to commit

the crime. So what's the loophole, Catherine. The loophole is in the

US Criminal Code standard that was initially passed in nineteen ninety six, and it

established the penalties for voting if you are not a citizen, and it outlined

that it's considered perjury and it would range from a felony to a misdemeanor,

and it lines this all out. But then in the year two thousand,

an amendment was added that had three parts to it, and the last of
50:50
the part of the amendment was the part that really got us scratching our heads,
50:54
because what it says is that you can vote if you are not a
50:59
citizen, and if at the time you are voting, you believe yourself to

be a citizen. Now there's a lot of different ways. There's a lot
51:08
of different ways to read the section in full, and whether or not you
51:12
should parse the other aspects of the amendment, But just that loophole alone in
51:19
a time when we are fluid, everything genders fluid, and standards around so
51:24
many I mean, the borders are apparently fluid. This is the cause of
51:30
our concern. It's never apparently been tested in court how this would even be
51:35
interpreted for someone to stand before and say, but I thought I was a
51:37
citizen, and so to us, what this triggers is the reminiscent feeling of
51:43
coming out of twenty or twenty twenty with COVID and the fog of chaos that

was intentionally set into motion so that you couldn't you couldn't really ask the right

questions because you saw the fog everywhere, but when you went to try to

gather it up, it slipped through your fingers. This kind of loophole is

the same sort of means towards the end of creating engineered chaos that you're not

going to be able to unravel in the run up to the election, and

certainly once those votes are cast, there's no way to separate them from the

population. So we have real cause for concern, and we've put together a

call to action that is more than anything about raising public awareness because this is

yet again as an example where government will not step in and fix itself.

the name. And then he sentenced us to prison without bond, and only

were retrieved from that situation by an emergency ruling of the Fifth Circuit Court of

Appeal. So thank god for them, you know, otherwise mercy knows what

it would look like. But it's it pales in comparison to our fellow countrymen

who are still in and you know, in prison over the January. She's

sick set up. So I mean, ten days is nothing compared to years.

But but again it points to you know, you take it all the

way back full circle. Why be concerned about this little loophole because look at

the fact pattern of this administration and what they have done and what they have

been willing to exploit, and how much hurt they have caused to this country
