Psalm 125:3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity. There is indeed what's known as the rod of the wicked,you may also call it staff or scepter of the wicked.it would be fool hardy to assume wickedness does not exist.it would be ignorance to assume that as long as you don't bother them they wouldn't bother you.
