West Virginia’s “Almost Heaven” swing trend just got a major upgrade in Kenova—with a brand-new, triple-border-view swing at Virginia Point Park where the Big Sandy meets the Ohio River. Designed with pride, it flies both the American and Kenova flags, and was built by locals Chester and Kelly Napier, who took full ownership of the project.
