  let's talk about Blessing CEO. Blessing CEO is back in the news

  and this time around, Blessing CEO has been arrested and

  detained by the EFCC, the Economic and Financial

  Commission in Nigeria. Now we're just sitting on my

  dinner business. EFCC released Blessing CEOs mug

  shots. Should I call him?

  Mug shots and pictures of her appearing in court.

  According to them, Blessing CEO defrauded somebody of 36 million
• 0:38
  naira. Initially, we thought maybe it
• 0:41
  was the cancer donation. You know, for some of you who
• 0:44
  don't know, Blessing CEO claimed that she had stage 4 cancer or
• 0:49
  she wrote on her page, she shared a video where she was
• 0:51
  crying and she wrote that stage 4.

  God help me. A lot of people rallied around
• 0:58
  Blessing because she put her account number there.

  People donated millions, 10s of millions of naira for Blessing
• 1:05
  CEO allegedly. She got about 60 something
• 1:09
  million naira allegedly. But when she went on the show,
• 1:13
  she said she got 11,000,000 naira.

  So we don't really know how much Blessing CEO realised from the
• 1:19
  whole cancer drama. Later she released because
• 1:23
  people started pressing her to release her medical reports.

  She released somebody else's doctored report and said that
• 1:31
  that was her report. The lady came out.

  She disclaimed. She said that the report was
• 1:38
  hers. That Blessing CEO cajoled or
• 1:41
  deceived her into sending that report to her, not knowing that
• 1:45
  Blessing CEO wanted to use the report as her own.

  That went viral. Blessing CEO went to different
• 1:52
  television channel, different, you know, platforms to defend
• 1:56
  herself. The very notable 1 was Arise TV.

  There was a doctor there and there was a lawyer there and

  they both advise Blessing CEO because the report the doctor on
• 2:08
  the platform said that she knew the Doctor Who Blessing CEO
• 2:11
  allegedly claimed signed or was her doctor and signed the
• 2:17
  report. And she said that she she called
• 2:19
  the doctor and doctor denied it. The lawyer on the platform was
• 2:23
  advising her to if she actually has cancer and she produced a
• 2:27
  fake report. He advised her to produce a
• 2:30
  genuine report instead. Listen, see you went on a on a

  social media propaganda campaign.

  She released video of her in the hospital.

  She released her hands that were swollen.

  According to her she she did MRI scan and people kind of poke

  holes on the MRI scan also because she was wearing

  earrings. They said you can't, you know,

  do MRI scan with all these jewellery zone.

  I personally have done MRI scan and even nails, you can't even

  use that facial nails to go into the the MRI scanning.

  So people said, no, you can't wear earrings into that, which

  is very correct. Now we're just thinking, OK,

  blessing CEO, what is going on? Even a doctor came out doctor,

  very social popular social media Doctor Who lives in the US.

  He came out and said that people should pray for blessing CEO

  because is that she's going through something is her
• 3:30
  mentally because she, she, according to her, he has looked
• 3:33
  at her video and she she really looks sick.

  So he said maybe he may not be state for cancer, but mentally

  she's going through some things. Some people came for the doctor.

  They said you have not verified you know coming out to make such

  video will give will give credence to blessing CEOs scam.

  So everybody was mourning blessings.

  You came out and made videos because people were saying that

  they should give like God should give them back Alex and take

  She was talking about it. She said that oh, she that she's

  alive. She has cancer.

  She's alive. People are, you know, attacking

  her while somebody who died of cancer.

  At this point, we did not know that EFCC was cooking.

  The FCC was cooking for Blessing CEO and the food was ready and

  they served it on a platter of gold.

  EFCC released a mugshot of Blessing CEO and according to

  the the the the According to the FCC, they said that Blessing CEO

  allegedly defrauded somebody of 36 million naira.

  According to them, there was a property that Blessing CEO

  allegedly claimed to have and then she rented the property out
• 5:10
  to this particular personnel collected 36 million naira only
• 5:13
  for them, the owner of the property to claim back their
• 5:17
  property. And according to Blessing CEO's

  lawyer and from court documents, they said that Blessing CEO had
• 5:26
  actually paid 24,000,000 naira back to the person.

  Now for some of you who don't know Blessing and has come

  Blessing came into the limelight or when I knew Blessing CEO when
• 5:38
  a lot of us knew Blessing CEO because according to the story,
• 5:41
  before then, she had been doing matchmaking.

  She she, she was a social media influencer.
• 5:46
  But when she came into limelight, when everybody
• 5:50
  actually when she became a household name, a controversial
• 5:54
  household name was when she went to Unyez's building in Enugu
• 5:58
  States. This one is there was a

  businessman based in China who had built this beautiful house.

  Blessing CEO went into the house and claimed that she is the

  owner of the house. I think she was celebrating her

  birthday. She posted a video, she was, you

  know, celebrating that the stones that people are trained

  at her, she used it to build a house, blah, blah, blah.

  The video got one easy and 1 is in China.

  Did not take it lightly. He arrested Blessing to you.

  She was gaoled, she made a video, she was apologising and
• 6:29
  all that. So that was how Blessing came
• 6:31
  into limelight. So it wasn't new that Blessing
• 6:37
  would claim a property. If Onyezi hadn't acted Blessing,
• 6:42
  possibly that was her scam. That was what she wanted to do.

  Now maybe she saw this house and and maybe possibly because only
• 6:50
  it was in China, maybe this particular one also the person
• 6:53
  who the owner of the building is not in Nigeria.

  So she thought she could pull the same and she did because she

  collected 36 million naira. Now, according to the story, the

  reason why blessing claim to have cancer was because the

  people who own if you remember, there was a video blessing

  posted. Somebody came into her house and

  ransacked and scattered the whole thing.

  According to what people are saying, that was the first time

  the person the owner of the property confronted blessing
• 7:26
  CEO. So now I'm blessing her to pay

  36 million naira. And according to the story, she
• 7:31
  did that scam to set up her boyfriend to set up a business
• 7:36
  for her boyfriend IVD. Now as we all know, IVD is the
• 7:41
  husband to late Bimbo who was a car dealer before his wife Bimbo
• 7:47
  had allegedly set herself ablaze.

  Now IVD is a very controversial figure.
• 7:54
  The way he made money, everything about IVD.
• 7:57
  According to the story, he is a he deal.

  He he uses drugs. I mean he not just deals with
• 8:04
  drugs, he also injects himself, himself and his wife allegedly
• 8:09
  did late pinball because they said there were bandages in

  their hand. They have wounds healing from

  needle and where they injected themselves.

  So IVD is used to that lifestyle.

  I think because of the whole controversy, there was no money

  to fund their his drug habits and people were looking at

  completely. When she started dating IVD, she

  was trying to defend IVD and then she got into a relationship

  village. So, the relationship had

  squandered or Blessing got into the whole mix and squandered all

  her savings doing allegedly substance.

  So when all the money was gone, they needed money because if

  they had collected 36 million naira, there was no business

  that Blessing started. Blessing had already had an

  office in Lagos. She already established her

  relationship therapist business. She said people were coming to

  her. She was said she was making
• 9:24
  money. So that was all before IVD

  blessing was making money. Maybe she wasn't, you know,

  obviously she's she wasn't as rich as she would protect put
• 9:36
  portray herself to be, but she had money now IVD coming into
• 9:41
  the mix, in my opinion, introduced her to substance and
• 9:46
  now they they were living beyond their means, trying to fund not
• 9:51
  just their lifestyle, but the substance abuse.

  So when they needed money to continue funding their lifestyle
• 9:59
  because the money that blessing was making was not enough to

  fund it, they started scamming people.

  They got 36 million Naira, used the building to get 36 million
• 10:12
  naira squandered the money. Now when the owner when when
• 10:17
  when everything casted, she didn't came out and cried that
• 10:22
  she had cancer. People donated money and I think
• 10:27
  most of the money went was the the you know, paying back the
• 10:31
  the 36 million naira. And according to her lawyer, she
• 10:34
  paid 24,000,000 naira. Now I don't even know how to to
• 10:47
  react because blessing has always been controversial.

  This is not new. But the fact that she like
• 10:59
  hitched her waggon to IVDI think anybody getting into a

  relationship, you should kind of do some benefit analysis before
• 11:10
  been getting into that relationship.

  I know that good D is one of them, but good D without how to

  fund your lifestyle is just going to get you into troubles,
• 11:24
  especially when you know that the person you're getting
• 11:26
  involved with, there's an alleged substance abuse there.

  So I think just Blessing just got it so wrong, spectacularly

  wrong by dating IVD and she is paying spectacularly for it.

  Her reputation right now is in the tatters.

  I mean, OK, let's say we know that Blessing CEO is

  controversial, we know that Blessing CEO lies a lot.

  We know all these things. But when it comes to noun
• 11:58
  scamming people, it is OK to be controversial.

  I mean Nigerians, for you to be very popular on social media,
• 12:04
  you have to have some level of controversy which Blessing was
• 12:09
  building on or she built her brand on that controversy.

  Onnese, she kind of claimed that she never wanted to use this for
• 12:19
  anything. She just wanted to to to post
• 12:21
  her success, which a whole lot of celebrities do.

  But the fact that you then went a step further to rent out a
• 12:32
  house that does not belong to you, collect 36 million naira,
• 12:38
  and then squander that money. Because if she had that, if she
• 12:43
  had invested that 36 million naira, she would have used that
• 12:46
  as collateral. Whatever she has invested, may
• 12:49
  be, I don't know, but the fact that she couldn't raise that
• 12:53
  fund and had to use cancer and the person she is doing all
• 12:57
  these things for, IVD, was just sitting pretty.

  Nobody's calling IVD in this situation.

  That was the same thing that happened to Bimbo.

  Bimbo was the one allegedly going from native doctor to
• 13:16
  native doctor to ensure that her husband IVD was successful.

  And now blessing CEO is scamming people left right centre cancer

  scam, property scam, rent scam to get money for IVD.

  The common denominator here is IVD.

  I feel sorry for OK, I still feel sorry for blessings to you

  because I know it's hard. Even saying it out loud, It's
• 13:55
  it's, it's heavy, it's heavy. But the, the, the problem here

  is IVD. And I know everybody wants to

  say, oh, you know, she chose IVD in the midst of everything that

  was said about IVD, she is still a victim.
