- 1:49SPEAKER_00: Now, this is something that I know firsthand, and it's also something that many course creators do tend to worry about, and it's perfectly natural because you're creating something for the very first time.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: But how do you get it in front of the right people?
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Now, the first thing that I would say is that before you even step into launch mode, it does require you to do a little bit of work with your mindset because it is a new thing that you might be attempting to do for the first time.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: And as we know, mindset is everything.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: Now, when it comes to launching your online course, you need to remember that you're not going to necessarily become a pro overnight, and that's something that really needs to be understood.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: I think sometimes when we're doing something for the very first time, we can end up putting so much pressure on ourselves, thinking that we need to be perfect and we need to have it all sussed at the very beginning.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: But here's the thing: nobody starts off an expert, and it takes time to learn the skills and the expertise needed to launch effectively.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm not saying that when you launch something for the first time, it's going to be a disaster.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying that at all.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: But what I am saying is, this is one area that the more you launch, the more you test, the more you put yourself in a position of figuring things out, the better you're going to get.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: The better the results will become, and the more confident you'll be.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: So if you have never launched anything before, this is something that does need to be learned, and it will take time to get you to that place where you're starting to pull in the results that you're wanting.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: So I just wanted to share that with you.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: This takes time to learn.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: However, you can only learn by getting started, and that's what I'm going to talk about today.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: Now, when you do step into launch mode, the thing that I would say to you is about giving yourself grace and kindness and being okay with doing this for the first time, accepting that this is going to be a learning experience, and that you're going to need to learn the skills and the techniques that all come into launching.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: It's all part and parcel of this journey.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: Now, like starting a business, there are many moving parts that go into a launch.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Like there is a business.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: So when you started your business, there were many things that you had to get lined up and have in place before you can actually shout about your business.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: And it's exactly the same when it comes to launching your online course.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: And each of these parts plays a very specific and important role.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: And by having them in place, they'll help you to launch your course successfully, and that's what I'm going to talk about today.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: I'm going to talk about five things that I recommend that you do before you start launching your online course to the world.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Now, before I dive into that, what I'd like to just briefly talk about are the different launch approaches because you can launch many different ways.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: There's not one size fits all.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: When it comes to anything in business, there's no one size fits all.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: You're going to be very different to your competitors, your audience are going to be different, the nature of your course is going to be different, your messaging is going to be very different, and with that means that the way you launch and deliver your course may be very different as well.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: So we just have to accept that that's just part and parcel of it.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: There is no roadmap that's going to guarantee you results.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: The thing that I will say is that this is definitely an area to have fun with and to learn as you go forward.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna just go through the different ways to launch, and then you can decide which is best for you.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: Now, the first launch type that I just want to mention is a soft launch.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Now, a soft launch is when you're launching your online course but there's no formal announcement.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: What this means is that you're not out and about shouting about it, trying to get as many people through the door as possible.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: You're just very quietly putting your course out into the world before you may go into a formal launch.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Now, what a soft launch is great for is if you're piloting your course before it becomes available to buy.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: So you may have a group of people that are going to be testing your course so that you can get some feedback and some testimonials before you deliver it with a formal announcement.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: So the second launch type that you could opt for is called a live launch.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: Now, this is also known as an open car and a closed cart launch.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: This is when you have specific dates that your car is opening for people to buy your course and your car is closing where your course is no longer available to be purchased.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Now, during a live launch, you are throwing everything at it.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: This is when you go all out to make sure that everyone and anyone knows about your course.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: So, with this launch type, it's also known as a hard launch because you're building excitement around your product and you're most likely going to have a strategic launch campaign in place that you're delivering to.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: So this is more full on, there is a lot more moving parts in this launch type, but it also means that results-wise, you can generate quite a lot of traction because you're really going hard at it.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: So the third launch type is called an evergreen, and this is done using organic traffic.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Now, what that means is that you are putting your course out into the world, and you're just using organic marketing to drive traffic to your course.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: So it might be that you put your course out there and then you create a series of emails to your email list where you're nurturing them and then guiding them towards a sales page that then takes them to your course.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: So this is very organic, it's very natural, and you're going to do this through creating content.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: Now, the fourth launch type is the evergreen again, but this time it's paid for.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: So, what that means is that with this type of launch, you're investing heavily in ads.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: So you may be using Facebook ads, Instagram ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, whatever ads there are out there.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: But essentially, what you're doing is you're using these ads to drive traffic to your online course.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: So there is additional technology involved because you're most likely going to be using a platform that offers the ads facility, but also you might be delivering a webinar or something else that helps those conversions.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: So on this one, it might be that you're investing in Facebook ads, for example, and then from the Facebook ad, you're going to direct your potential customers to a webinar, and then through the webinar, you're going to deliver the offer.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: So this one is also very strategic, but the difference with this one is that it's not organic, it's paid traffic, so it does require that financial investment.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: So there are many ways to launch your online course, and I've gone through the sort of four key options available, but you just need to find the one that suits you and your time frame and, of course, your budget.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: You may also find that the first time you launch your course, you may be not achieving the results that you initially desired, and that is perfectly normal.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: Usually, people get results through launching a couple of attempts down the line.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: That's perfectly normal, it's industry standard.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: So, what you must remember is that the success of your launch is going to come down to many factors.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: It's going to be the effort applied, it's going to be the strategy that's in place, and it's going to be the attempts that you're going to make to find the perfect formula that suits you and your audience.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it may take a little bit of time, but you do have to start somewhere, and you do have to start that launch process.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: There's no getting away from that.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: If you want to sell your online course, you have to launch it.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: And by launching your online course, that's when you're going to um get those conversions and those sales.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: So please don't be put off.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: But what I will say to you is that launching can be really fun.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: You can have a lot of fun with it, and it's the one time where you can almost approach it in a way where you can test and you can play around with it, and you can try multiple different launch approaches and see what works for you.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: There is no hard and fast rules here, it's entirely down to you and what suits you and your audience.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, so with that in mind, I'm gonna share with you the five most important things that I think you should be doing before you launch your course.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Okay, now the first thing I'm gonna sort of say to you is about setting your goals and intentions.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: Okay, now this might seem really obvious, but it can be overlooked.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: So the first thing that I would recommend is that you set your goals and you set your expectations of the launch.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: Now, what I mean by this is start to get clear on exactly what you want to achieve because this is going to help you focus your mind when you know the number that you're looking to get, so the financial goal, then you know what your job is, you know what you're trying to achieve, which means you can then create a plan of action.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: Now, start by asking yourself a couple of questions.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: So the first question is how much money do you want to make?
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: And the second question is how many sales do you need to achieve to make your financial goal?
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: And this is where it pays to get specific because once you have that figure in mind, it will keep you focused and you'll be able to see if you're on track.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: So this becomes really important, and I would encourage you to do this at the very beginning, and you can be really big and bold with this, you can put whatever you want down, it really doesn't matter.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: The key here is to highlight your financial goals.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: Now, what I would recommend is you write in down three financial goals, and this needs to be a good goal, so a goal that you would be really happy with if you were to achieve it.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: You want to write a great goal, so if you got this goal, you would be over the moon, and then an oh my god, this is an unbelievable goal, and this could be something that you feel is so far out there that you're never going to achieve it.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: So it could be that I don't know, for your first course you're gonna make 20 grand, it could be something like that.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: The idea about this is to get you thinking big.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: What you don't really want to be putting down is I'm gonna put my course out there and I just want to make, you know,£100.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Be bold, go bigger, write down some really big goals that you can work with.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: So it might be that you write down a five grand goal, a 10 grand goal, and a 20 grand goal.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: What that'll do, it will just really focus your intentions and it will just help you to know what you're looking to achieve.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: And you know what?
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: The bigger we go with our dreams, the better our dreams become.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: So I really do encourage you to write down your financial goals and be really bold with those goals.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Now, my second step is about creating a strategic plan.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: So there are many different ways to launch, but whichever approach you decide to take, what I would encourage you to do is have a plan in place.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: Because a plan is your strategy, and strategy is the key.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: You need a strategy, you need a well-thought out and strategic plan that's going to underpin all your activity that's going to be going on throughout your launch period because this is what's going to help communicate, inform, and nurture your audience, which is the whole point of your launch period.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Now it's essential that it's all planned out in advance of your course going live.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be really in-depth, it doesn't have to be really extensive, but you do need to have details in your plan on exactly what you're going to do to get your course in front of the right people, and you need to be strategic with your efforts.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: Creating your course and then adding it to a website and then hope that it's going to fly off the shelves, is just going to lead to disappointment because you may have the best course in the world, but if nobody knows it exists, what's the point?
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: So we need to be shouting from the rooftops about our course.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: So rather than just throwing spaghetti at a wall hoping that it sticks, if you create a well-thought out and strategic plan that outlines all the key components of your launch and how you're going to promote your course, where you're going to promote your course, and the time frame that you're going to promote your course in, it's going to give you not only the confidence to run your launch, but it will also help you to know exactly what you're doing and when you're doing things by.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: So it's going to give you that reassurance that you have something solid in front of you to work with.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: By doing this, by creating a strategic plan, you're going to achieve two things.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: Firstly, you're going to be reverse engineering your efforts, you're going to be putting dates into the calendar that you're going to be working to.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: So this is going to give you focus, it's going to give you purpose, and it's going to keep you aligned with those financial goals that you put down earlier.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: When we know where we are going, it's so much easier to get there when we've got a plan in place.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: By setting your intentions at the start, you can then scope out the details and all the steps needed to get you to where you need to be so you can start achieving those goals.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Secondly, you're going to be setting yourself up for success because you're going to know exactly what needs to be done and by when.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: So when it comes to launching an online course, as I mentioned, there are so many moving parts, and this plan is going to help you keep everything in control.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: You'll be able to create all your promo content ahead of time because you'll know exactly what needs to be done by when.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: So if you plan to outsource your work, you will know when it needs to be created by because you'll know when it needs to go out by, and that's going to give you confidence in what you're doing, but again, it means you're staying in control of your launch.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Now, creating a plan will give you the support that you need to do what you need to do.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: Now, dates are important because you want to know what content is going out on what dates.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: So you'll be able to kind of plan that out in advance so that if you're going to bring affiliates on to also promote your course, you can then build that into the plan as well.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: You can also run any promotional offers that you may want to run or early bird pricing or any giveaways ahead of time.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: So the more details that go in the plan, the better it's going to be for you to deliver that plan.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: So my third step is about building a launch calendar.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: So this leads nicely on from my second step.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: So what I would encourage you to do is to create a launch calendar in either Excel or Google Sheets that outlines your entire launch period.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Now, if you were to create a row at the top of your calendar with all your dates in over your launch period, then in the very first column, you can then list all the possible opportunities that you have to communicate your launch.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: So this is where you would list your social media platforms or where you would list any events that are taking place.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: Now, once you've done that, you can start filling in your calendar by filling in each of the boxes with an activity.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: So that activity would then go under each specific day.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: Now, by doing this, you're building up a plan of activity and you're setting your intentions.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: And the reality is if it's in the plan, you're more likely to do it.
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: We need to get it out of your head and onto paper because that's when things come to life.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: By creating your plan in a tool like Excel or Google Sheets, you're also going to be creating something visual that you can print out and stick on the wall.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: So you've got something visual that you can reference as well, and then this will remind you of exactly what needs to be done and by what date.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: The other great thing about creating a visual plan is then you can start to map out each step.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: So it enables you to start building out that to-do list.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: And when we have a to do list, you know, we feel so much more in control.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: We know step by step what we need to be doing, and when we need to be doing it by when, and then if we have team members that we can outsource it to, we can then start planning that into the to it as well.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: So it really does make life so much easier.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: All your activity in a plan, you'll also be able to see exactly where your deadlines are, and that again is going to make your life so much easier.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: So I really do encourage you if you've not done it before and you're looking to launch your course in the future, make a plan, create a launch calendar and get organized because it will make your life easier in the long run.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: Now, my fourth step is about planning your launch assets ahead of time.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: Now, with anything, there's always assets to be created.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: So, again, just using the business as an example, when you created your business, you needed a logo, you needed colours, you needed a certain amount of assets to help you visualize what your business was going to look like.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: It's exactly the same when it comes to your launch.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: You are going to need to create launch assets that represent your course.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: Now, these are going to be in the way of product images, countdown graphics, email graphics.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: They could be Facebook and Instagram ad designs if you are running ads, or it could just be a landing page or a sales page.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: So these are going to be things that are going to be supporting you throughout your launch so that you can visualize it to your audience.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Now, for this, I use a tool called Canva, and this really does support me.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: There is a free version and there's a paid for version, but I'm on the paid for, and to be honest, I pay no more than£10 a month.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: And I have to say, when it comes to creating graphics, it's so easy to do, and you can really keep yourself organized.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: So if you're not using Canva, I would highly recommend you look into it because it will save you a lot of time going forward.
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: You can build out templates and have things there to support you going forward, and also Canva has templates, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel, you can just use the templates that they offer.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: So if you decide to run a live launch in four months' time, you can use all the assets that you've built out this time round and repurpose them for later on.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: So I do recommend that as you're building all your graphics, make sure you keep them somewhere that keeps them all organized.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: Again, this is going to save you so much time in the long run and make your life so much easier.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: Now, your calendar will help you to determine the assets that you need to create because everything will be outlined on your calendar.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: So if you decide to say create a conversion event like a webinar as part of your launch activity, you know on your calendar when that's going to take place because you've mapped it out.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: From there, you can start working backwards to determine what you then need to start promoting your webinar.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: So if you need graphics, if you need copy, whatever that might look like, you'll be able to map it out on your calendar.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: Now, if you are presenting with slides, these will need to be created.
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: So again, your calendar will tell you when these need to be done by because you can start to work backwards.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: By getting things done ahead of time, I cannot tell you how much easier it will make your life, especially when you're in launch mode.
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: There are so many moving parts, there's so many things to do, and just by starting off and getting yourself organized, it means that you can launch and you can have fun with it as well because you're not stressing over everything that needs to be done.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: So my fifth step is about showing up and being consistent.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: Now, consistency is key.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: We know this, don't we?
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: As business owners, we know that by showing up and being consistent, it's going to set us up for success.
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: Because the more consistent you are, the more consistent your message is going to be, the more visible you're going to be if you're doing it on a consistent basis, and the more you're going to build up the marketing around your business.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: So it's all about consistency.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: And with that consistency, the more consistent you are, the better your results are going to be.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: So once you've created your launch plan, you need to be there to constantly deliver it.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: It's no good just creating a pretty spreadsheet, only to ignore what you've planned out.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: You need to deliver the contents on the dates that you've planned for.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: If you're using social media throughout your launch, then you need to make sure that you're present so that you can engage with your audience and respond to messages.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: This is all part of the launch activity.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: If you are talking about your online course, then you may find that your audience has questions.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: So you need to be there to answer those questions.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: So what I mean by that is don't just post and ghost.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: Be there, be present, and be consistent with it as well.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: Because I think showing up consistently during the launch period is one of the most important things that you can do because it means that your audience are going to be able to engage with you and you're wanting them to buy from you.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: And so that engagement is really important.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: Now, if you haven't thought about it already, consider using live video throughout your launch period because this is another great way to help your audience connect with you.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: If they can see you on video and they can listen to what it is that you've got to say, they're more likely going to be interested in what you have to offer as long as you keep it relevant to your course.
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: And if you show up as your authentic self and you come from a place of serving and wanting to support and help people, then it's only going to help your launch when you're talking about your online course.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: So if you haven't thought about it already and you've not considered live video for your launch, then I do highly recommend it.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: Now, if you are currently planning your launch, then I really do encourage you to spend some time and map out what this launch looks like for you.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: Because the truth is, you're never going to regret creating a plan, but you will regret not planning ahead of time, especially if you don't achieve the financial goals that you've set for yourself.
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: Now I believe that the success in a launch comes from the planning stage.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: I also think that with an online course as well.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: I think you cannot plan enough.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: The more you plan, the more you're setting your intentions, and the clearer you're going to be about what you're going to be doing.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: So it's going to make your life so much easier in the long run.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: Now, you wouldn't build a house without creating the blueprints first.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: So don't create a launch and overlook this step.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: Make sure the first step you take in launching your online course is creating the plan first.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: And don't move past this step until you feel confident that your plan makes sense and that you're going to be there constantly, consistently to deliver it.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Now I know launching can be really daunting, especially if you are launching for the very first time.
- 30:11SPEAKER_00: But just remember you are learning a new skill.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: So you do need to be kind to yourself.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: If you approach your launch with a mindset that you've already failed, then you're going to fail.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: That's the truth.
- 30:23SPEAKER_00: Your mindset is everything, and it's going to be what determines your success.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: It's too easy to fall into that trap of feeling as though you can't do this.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: It's a default place to go to.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: Anything that is challenging, anything that is difficult, that requires us to step out of our comfort zone puts fear in us.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: It's human nature to feel like that.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: You have what it takes to get your course launched into the world.
- 30:51SPEAKER_00: You can do this just by planning it ahead of time and getting clear on what that plan looks like.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: If you don't try, you will never know.
- 31:02SPEAKER_00: And the more you do this, I promise you, the easier it will become, and the better you will get at launching your products.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: It doesn't necessarily just have to be an online course, it can be a webinar, it can be a workshop, it could be a program.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: It really doesn't matter.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: The principles are the same.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: The more you do something, the better you become because you learn as you go, you learn in plain sight, and that's just part of the journey of what you need to go through.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: Now, setting yourself up to fail before you've even begun by adopting a negative mindset is just a way of self-sabotaging your success.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: So you need to be really careful about the thoughts that you're thinking and what you're telling yourself.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: It's not going to do you any good thinking the worst, thinking that you're not gonna sell your course, thinking that your course is overpriced, it's not good enough because what that's going to make you feel is as you failed, and you don't want that, it's not going to serve you.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: So if you have created your course and you're now starting to feel that fear about launching, then be kind to yourself.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: Recognize that you are doing this for the first time, recognize you are learning a skill, and just go for it and be okay with learning on the job.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: You need to give yourself time and space to learn what you need to learn.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: Make mistakes, but learn by them because what that is going to do, it's going to build your knowledge bank and it's going to build your experience around launching, which is going to put you in good stead going forward.
- 32:50SPEAKER_00: But most importantly, and I've said this previously, have fun with it.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: Have fun.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: Play around with your launch ideas, be confident, and know that your course needs to be out there.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: People need your course, and that's why you're launching.
