- 0:00Speaker 1: Three Things you need to Know, day number one in
- 0:03Speaker 1: our brand new studio. So it's gonna be a little
- 0:05Speaker 1: slightly maybe different today as we work out some kinks,
- 0:08Speaker 1: but we are here and we're pumped to launch this
- 0:11Speaker 1: new chapter.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez, I'm looking at you. She's got those three
- 0:13Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Ariana Grande's SNL episode she hosted drew in the largest
- 0:18Speaker 3: crowd the show has seen since twenty twenty one. So
- 0:21Speaker 3: according to Nielsen Live Plus Same day data, this past
- 0:24Speaker 3: weekend's SNL drew an over five point five million total viewers,
- 0:28Speaker 3: and numbers are only going to go up once Nielsen's
- 0:30Speaker 3: full data is in, So I highly suggest checking out
- 0:33Speaker 3: some of the clips on SNL's Instagram from the show.
- 0:35Speaker 3: My favorite skit personally was the one of the Bachelorette
- 0:38Speaker 3: party song. I'll post that one at one O seven
- 0:40Speaker 3: five of the River's Instagram story, so you could check
- 0:42Speaker 3: it out. But definitely go look at some of those
- 0:44Speaker 3: because she really did do a phenomenal job. Did you
- 0:47Speaker 3: know there's such thing as a pumpkin spice tax?
- 0:50Speaker 2: Kevin uh No? I did not, Well, now you do.
- 0:53Speaker 3: So those lattes and the products that you're buying cost
- 0:56Speaker 3: you extra. New research from Leading Tree Leading Tree Lending
- 1:00Speaker 3: Tree reveals that pumpkins spice products cost seven point four
- 1:05Speaker 3: percent more on average than their pumpkin free alternatives. So,
- 1:08Speaker 3: for example, a sixteen ounce ice Pumpkins spice latte at
- 1:11Speaker 3: Starbucks is seven dollars and forty five cents, while large
- 1:15Speaker 3: a regular iced cafe latte costs five dollars and.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Ninety five cents. Big discrepancy there. So they're calling this
- 1:21Speaker 4: the pumpkin spice tax.
- 1:23Speaker 3: And even though prices are higher, the tax is actually
- 1:26Speaker 3: down from twenty twenty two when it was fourteen point
- 1:29Speaker 3: one percent fourteen point one percent more to buy anything
- 1:33Speaker 3: that says pumpkin on it, So just keep that in
- 1:35Speaker 3: mind when you're buying all your pumpkins spice items this season.
- 1:38Speaker 3: And Nashville General Hospital is offering low, no cost mammograms
- 1:42Speaker 3: this month for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please go get
- 1:45Speaker 3: your mammograms. It is so important. They're offering no cost
- 1:48Speaker 3: mammograms to all Metro Nashville and Nashville Electric Service employees
- 1:52Speaker 3: as well as Tennessee State employees as part of the
- 1:54Speaker 3: Nashville Healthcare Incentive Program. They're also offering self pay options
- 1:58Speaker 3: of seventy five dollars for others and uninsured residence of
- 2:01Speaker 3: Davidson County are encouraged to call for available no cost options.
- 2:05Speaker 4: It is so so so important.
- 2:07Speaker 2: To go get checked.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Please go get your mammograms.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Whether it's this month or next month, whenever you get
- 2:12Speaker 3: a chance, you gotta do it.
- 2:13Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:15Speaker 4: need to know.

- 5:17Speaker 1: thing about everything. So, yeah, we're learning here in real time.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I am such an anxious person. I was up every
- 5:23Speaker 1: twenty minutes.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Last night. I was gonna have to say, did you
- 5:25Speaker 2: sleep at all? Not really? Not really? Oh that's just me,
- 5:28Speaker 2: you know. I mean, it's gonna be great. I slept
- 5:31Speaker 2: like a baby last night. Wow, wait to rub it in.
- 5:34Speaker 4: Very excited about our one year.
- 5:36Speaker 3: I feel so good about this show, Ricky Zachamana in
- 5:38Speaker 3: the Morning has been a highlight of my year.
- 5:41Speaker 4: So I'm thrilled today I have nothing to worry about.

- 5:45Speaker 1: Weird timing that we're in this new studio on the
- 5:48Speaker 1: one Honey Exact one year anniversary.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Well, it's like.
- 5:50Speaker 8: Corporate was giving us this gift of a brand new,
- 5:53Speaker 8: beautiful studio. So we will accept it with grace. Okay, sure, Yeah. Well,
- 5:58Speaker 8: I'm parbably just shocked. We've made it a year altogether
- 6:01Speaker 8: and we've not had a fight yet.
- 6:02Speaker 2: I mean, it's the dream team, man, I think you
- 6:04Speaker 2: haven't fought.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I think Rolling Stone magazine called us the dream team,
- 6:07Speaker 1: so magazine.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Wow, people believe anything.
- 6:13Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:13Speaker 2: No, it's been a great year. Thank you for being
- 6:15Speaker 2: a part of it.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Wherever you are, we really do genuinely appreciate you. It's
- 6:18Speaker 1: been a phenomenal year, honestly, and we're excited about the future.
- 6:20Speaker 1: This new studio, while we make jokes, is truly beautiful.
- 6:24Speaker 1: It's state of the art. We're perched up here above Broadway.
- 6:27Speaker 1: We're in that big building, like we're right above the
- 6:29Speaker 1: Whole Foods there on Broadway.
- 6:31Speaker 4: We're gonna feel a lot better about it.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Come Friday, after we get all the kinks out of
- 6:35Speaker 3: the way, we figure everything out, everything's gonna feel great.
- 6:37Speaker 4: I will say. It smells like new studio and I
- 6:40Speaker 4: love it.
- 6:40Speaker 2: It's like when you buy a new car.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Studio smell like regrets.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Oh my kids were so excited to come see the
- 6:50Speaker 2: new space. They haven't seen it yet.
- 6:51Speaker 1: But then the realizations sunk in for my son Riley
- 6:54Speaker 1: that he's not going.
- 6:54Speaker 2: To get to the old one anymore, and he got
- 6:56Speaker 2: real sad. He's got great memories in that place. That's
- 7:00Speaker 2: so sweet. Yeah, sweet memories than we do.
- 7:05Speaker 7: Three things you need to know with a Ricky zach
- 7:08Speaker 7: And in the morning.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Hey that's new, everything's new. Thanks for me here.
- 7:13Speaker 1: It's just after seven o'clock on this wednes Is it Wednesday?
- 7:16Speaker 2: I don't even know anymore.
- 7:17Speaker 4: He's so frantic, he's cold. You had to put a
- 7:19Speaker 4: jacket on.
- 7:20Speaker 2: He's running around like a chicken with its head cout.
- 7:22Speaker 1: We're in a new studio today, brand new studio, first
- 7:25Speaker 1: day in here, so we're learning on the fly.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things. Oh, this is so fun
- 7:29Speaker 2: for me.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Kevin Hart is set to headline the twenty twenty five
- 7:32Speaker 3: Nashville Comedy Festival Big Deal Festival is happening Sunday, April
- 7:36Speaker 3: thirteenth at the Pinnacle at Nashville Yards.
- 7:39Speaker 4: It's going to be part of the Comedians Act My
- 7:41Speaker 4: Age Tour.
- 7:42Speaker 3: You can get pre sale tickets tomorrow on nashcomedyfest dot com.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Full festival lineup has yet to be announced, but obviously
- 7:48Speaker 3: as that comes out, I will let you know. Butterball
- 7:51Speaker 3: they have solved the typical Thanksgiving dilemma of frozen turkeys.
- 7:56Speaker 3: So Butterball has a new cook from frozen premium whole turkey.
- 8:00Speaker 3: So the idea of this is that it'll allow you
- 8:02Speaker 3: to skip the thawing and the brining and the cleaning,
- 8:06Speaker 3: the whole process that makes making a turkey so annoying.
- 8:09Speaker 3: It's gonna be a lot simpler and faster with this.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Turkey's available at major retailers including Publics, Kroger, and Walmart.
- 8:16Speaker 4: If you want to try it out.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Obviously, everybody has a very specific way of making their turkey,
- 8:20Speaker 3: so if you like it a certain way, don't even
- 8:23Speaker 3: bother switching it up.
- 8:24Speaker 2: And the general.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Jackson Showboat launches its annual holiday themed cruises on November fourteenth,
- 8:30Speaker 3: So tickets for the Tennessee Christmas Midday Lunch and the
- 8:33Speaker 3: Music City Christmas Evening Dinner cruises are all going to
- 8:36Speaker 3: be up there. They have musical performances. It's a really
- 8:39Speaker 3: cool event. I want to try and check it out.
- 8:41Speaker 3: And not even like the biggest Christmas elf. Christmas is
- 8:44Speaker 3: not really my thing, but I feel like the Music
- 8:46Speaker 3: City Christmas Evening Dinner Cruise could be really cool over here.
- 8:50Speaker 4: I think it might Christmas Fare, it may do that.
- 8:52Speaker 3: So they announce launch it all on November fourteenth. If
- 8:56Speaker 3: you want to grab yourself some tickets, I'm Ricky Sanchez
- 8:59Speaker 3: and those are the three things need to know.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky. We've still got a bunch
- 9:02Speaker 2: going on today.
- 9:03Speaker 1: We have those Kane Brown tickets at seven forty five
- 9:05Speaker 1: before we get there, Zach's facts.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Hey, I pressed the button, the song played.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I like it.
- 9:09Speaker 2: It's post Malone's mark. I had some help. Thanks for
- 9:12Speaker 2: being here. Hey, We're Sabrina one O.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Seven to five all day, A bunch of songs from
- 9:16Speaker 1: Sabrina Carpenter all morning because.
- 9:17Speaker 2: She's in town. Got a big show tonight. Can you
- 9:19Speaker 2: hear a bunch of her.
- 9:20Speaker 7: All day on the river, Ricky is, Zach and Mano
- 9:23Speaker 7: in the morning on seven.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Five, Rina one O seven five, All day today, it's
- 9:28Speaker 2: the river. It's time for Zack's fax, which you got, buddy.
- 9:31Speaker 8: I have really sad news for you. Apparently there are
- 9:33Speaker 8: more Panda Express restaurants than actual pandas in the world.
- 9:36Speaker 6: Oh, why do you want to work my day like that?
- 9:38Speaker 9: I know.
- 9:39Speaker 8: So there's over two thousand global locations of Panda Express
- 9:42Speaker 8: and less than eighteen hundred actual Pandas in the world.
- 9:45Speaker 2: I'm very sad Pandas protect the pandas. But that's your
- 9:48Speaker 2: fact of the day.
- 9:49Speaker 3: You said it's so happy like at the end, and
- 9:52Speaker 3: I'm sad.
- 9:53Speaker 2: I'm sorry to break your heart.
- 9:55Speaker 7: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 9:58Speaker 4: On seven five.
- 10:00Speaker 3: When somebody's folding the laundry in your relationship, do do
- 10:04Speaker 3: you unfold the laundry that they have already folded.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I just passively mentioned something in here, and Zach and
- 10:10Speaker 1: Ricky just came down hard on me because it's horrific.
- 10:12Speaker 3: It's Sabrino one O seven five. By the way, Ricky,
- 10:15Speaker 3: Zach and Mano in the morning, Kevin, please explain to
- 10:18Speaker 3: the class what you explained to us.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Give me you're a horrific human being.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Give me a minute and I will explain it.
- 10:22Speaker 1: But if anybody else has done this innocently six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 10:27Speaker 1: one oh seven, we'll get into it in a couple
- 10:28Speaker 1: of minutes.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Here I may have refolded a few things that my
- 10:31Speaker 2: wife Jesse.
- 10:32Speaker 3: You don't like the way that your significant other does
- 10:35Speaker 3: things around the house, call us.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I love my wife so much, and I love that she's,
- 10:39Speaker 1: you know, helping me fold my stuff.
- 10:41Speaker 3: But six on five, seven through seven, nine, one oh
- 10:43Speaker 3: seven not a bad guy, I promise.
- 10:46Speaker 7: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning one seven.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Five Sabrino one oh seven five playing songs from that
- 10:53Speaker 1: girl right there all day long. She's a bridge Stone. Tonight,
- 10:56Speaker 1: let's say good morning to Amanda and Mount Juliet. I'm
- 10:59Speaker 1: hoping you back me up on Amanda.
- 11:00Speaker 10: Oh, I'm going to back you one because guess what
- 11:03Speaker 10: I did to my husband.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Okay, so you don't like the way that he folds
- 11:07Speaker 3: the laundry, then.
- 11:08Speaker 9: I did not.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Okay, do you allow him.
- 11:12Speaker 3: To still fold the does he bother folding the laundry
- 11:15Speaker 3: anymore since you don't like it that way.
- 11:17Speaker 10: Oh no, he'll it. But I will go in and
- 11:20Speaker 10: I will unfold my clothes because I haven't tuck away
- 11:25Speaker 10: that I like too, and the powel.
- 11:27Speaker 1: We just got back from vacation, so we had a
- 11:29Speaker 1: mountain of laundry, and so my wife and I were
- 11:31Speaker 1: standing there. We were both just chatting and folding, and
- 11:33Speaker 1: like she I wasn't even thinking about it, but she
- 11:35Speaker 1: folded some of my shirts and I just picked him
- 11:37Speaker 1: up and refolded them while we were talking, absent minded him.
- 11:40Speaker 1: She's like, did you just refold that? And of course
- 11:43Speaker 1: I appreciate that she was doing the laundry with me,
- 11:45Speaker 1: but maybe moving forward, I just hold my own stuff.
- 11:47Speaker 10: I tend to but here lightly. I kind of been
- 11:50Speaker 10: flack him and just letting him do.
- 11:52Speaker 4: It, Amanda. Is he upset?
- 11:54Speaker 3: Does he know that you unfold the laundry after he
- 11:57Speaker 3: folds it for you?
- 11:58Speaker 7: He does?
- 11:59Speaker 6: Oh, and he still folds it.
- 12:02Speaker 3: He loves you so much, Amanda.
- 12:06Speaker 10: We've been together fifteen years and Mary nine and I'm still.
- 12:14Speaker 5: Well.
- 12:15Speaker 2: He's letting the little things go.
- 12:17Speaker 1: You know, if I fold my wife's laundry and I
- 12:19Speaker 1: you know, put it on her dress or something.
- 12:20Speaker 2: She could do whatever she wants with it. At that point,
- 12:22Speaker 2: I don't care if she refolds it. She can crumple
- 12:24Speaker 2: it up into little balls for all I care.
- 12:26Speaker 10: I just I'm kind of ain't all about how I
- 12:29Speaker 10: pulled my clothes.
- 12:31Speaker 4: All right, Amanda, thank you so much for calling in.
- 12:33Speaker 10: You're awesome, Thank you, you.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Have a great day.
- 12:36Speaker 1: When I brought this up, Ricky and Zach acted like
- 12:38Speaker 1: I committed a heinous crime.
- 12:39Speaker 2: It's awful.
- 12:40Speaker 3: You are our significant others. That's why we have folded
- 12:45Speaker 3: clothes for our significant others, and they have unfolded them
- 12:49Speaker 3: after we folded them, and that's hurt us deeply.
- 12:52Speaker 8: Why do you feel the trauma in our voice?
- 12:54Speaker 2: Here's the thing, is there unreasonable?
- 12:56Speaker 7: Now?
- 12:57Speaker 2: We're not.
- 12:57Speaker 8: We spent all of our time and effort to even
- 12:59Speaker 8: do the laure to start with, and then to fold
- 13:02Speaker 8: the laundry, and then you have the audacity to walk
- 13:04Speaker 8: in afterward and unfold what I just did. And my
- 13:07Speaker 8: boyfriend did it to me one time. Now I don't
- 13:09Speaker 8: even touch the washing machine.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Same well, I still do my own I do my
- 13:13Speaker 3: own laundry now, and AJ does his own.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Laundry because I won't. He doesn't like the way I
- 13:17Speaker 4: fold his clothes, and I folded it.
- 13:19Speaker 3: I want to say the way that he likes it,
- 13:21Speaker 3: but it still wasn't up to par, so I won't
- 13:23Speaker 3: do it anymore.
- 13:25Speaker 7: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Sabrina one of seven.
- 13:30Speaker 6: Five.
- 13:31Speaker 3: We're kind of giving Kevin a hard time right now
- 13:33Speaker 3: because his wife folded his laundry, only for him to
- 13:37Speaker 3: unfold it and refold it again.
- 13:39Speaker 2: To fold my t shirts backwards, Okay, Kevin.
- 13:43Speaker 11: There, I have done that to my husband as well.
- 13:47Speaker 11: But it comes to cowels like he follows them into
- 13:50Speaker 11: slayers and I'm like, baby, you gotta fold it like tripole,
- 13:53Speaker 11: refold and then.
- 13:54Speaker 10: Nice cut to me.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Okay, So Caitlin and Bowling Green, you agree with Kevin

- 14:02Speaker 10: Like you don't have to.
- 14:03Speaker 11: Fold the towels.
- 14:04Speaker 7: I will.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Would you be offended if you folded something of his
- 14:09Speaker 1: and then he refolded it, or would you be like no,

- 14:31Speaker 1: Oh no, no, Kaitlyn, don't listen to them.

- 15:14Speaker 3: The one thing that's not gonna change is the fact

- 15:35Speaker 1: if you haven't heard it, it's very silly. It's called
- 15:37Speaker 1: Cain or Brown.
- 15:38Speaker 2: So we're gonna give you quotes and you have to
- 15:40Speaker 2: tell us.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Is this a quote from the nineteen forty one Orson
- 15:43Speaker 1: Wells movie Citizen Kane or is it a quote attributed
- 15:47Speaker 1: to the one and only Charlie Brown. Six one, five,
- 15:50Speaker 1: seven three, seven nine, one oh seven. We're playing the
- 15:52Speaker 1: game next down the River.

- 16:08Speaker 3: Game of the Day.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Hi Carrie, Hi, Carrie and Hendersonville. How do we sound
- 16:12Speaker 2: to you today? It sounds normal? Does it sound better
- 16:14Speaker 2: than normal?
- 16:15Speaker 5: Do you sound amazing? Like you're in a new building
- 16:18Speaker 5: and it's a fresh start.
- 16:20Speaker 2: I got all that from listening.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Love the positivity, Carrie, I got all that.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Well, well, thank you for being such an attentive listener.
- 16:29Speaker 2: We appreciate it. You ready to play this.
- 16:30Speaker 5: Game, I think so.
- 16:32Speaker 2: All right, it's Cain or Brown, that's the name of it.
- 16:34Speaker 1: We're gonna give you some quotes and you have to say,
- 16:36Speaker 1: is it a quote from Citizen Kane, the classic nineteen
- 16:40Speaker 1: forty one film, or a quote from Charlie Brown. If
- 16:42Speaker 1: you get two out of three of them, you get
- 16:44Speaker 1: the tickets to see Kane Brown.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Okay, let's do it, Carrie.
- 16:47Speaker 3: This is gonna be a lot of guessing game. Just
- 16:49Speaker 3: go with your gut, okay, because have you.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Seen Citizen Kane?
- 16:53Speaker 6: No?
- 16:53Speaker 3: I have not had all right, Yeah, so just go
- 16:54Speaker 3: with your gut. It's working for everybody else.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I mean, I will sound trying to make it a little.
- 16:58Speaker 4: Bit easy, Kevin.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Let's go, all right, Caine or Brown starts right now.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Quote number one, carry.
- 17:05Speaker 2: I went trick or treating and all I got was
- 17:07Speaker 2: a bag full of rocks. I suppose you spent all
- 17:10Speaker 2: night in the pumpkin patch? Is that a quote from
- 17:12Speaker 2: Susan Kine or Charlie Brown.
- 17:15Speaker 5: Charlie Brown, Hey, Harry.
- 17:19Speaker 4: On the board.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Quote two, you get this, you win.
- 17:23Speaker 1: There's only one person in the world who's going to
- 17:25Speaker 1: decide what I'm going to do, and that's me.
- 17:29Speaker 10: Oh, they could go either way.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I could hear Lucy.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Saying that, Okay, I'm gonna say Citizen Kane just to
- 17:36Speaker 5: give it a shot. Carried, It's just like I told
- 17:39Speaker 5: you to do, do you.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Yeah, You're going to see Caine Brown at Bridgestone in April.
- 17:44Speaker 2: He's doing two shows. Tickets are not on sale that
- 17:46Speaker 2: they go on tail Friday, but you'll be there.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Carry awesome. And can I say something about the laundry? Oh?
- 17:52Speaker 2: Yes, chime in. We were having this conversation earlier in
- 17:54Speaker 2: the hour.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Do you refold your laundry if somebody else folds it incorrectly?
- 17:58Speaker 5: Dude, somebody folded your laundry.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Thank you, Jerry, and I've been married.
- 18:04Speaker 5: I've been married thirty years, so I know this.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Good for you. Congratulations you folded.
- 18:10Speaker 5: Yeah, no, just take the folding, Kevin and walk.
- 18:13Speaker 1: You just won my game for tickets, and now you're
- 18:16Speaker 1: you're criticizing my.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I'm marriage therapy, all right, I'll take it. Thank you, Carrie,
- 18:24Speaker 2: thank you.
- 18:25Speaker 5: You have a good one.
- 18:26Speaker 7: Hang on three things you need to know with Ricky
- 18:30Speaker 7: zach And in the morning.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Yeah, here we go, just after eight o'clock on this
- 18:34Speaker 1: brand new day, in this brand new studio.
- 18:37Speaker 2: It's the one year anniversary of this morning show.
- 18:39Speaker 1: A lot of good stuff happened, and Ricky Sanchez has
- 18:41Speaker 1: those three things.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Nick Jonas had quite the scare on stage last night.
- 18:44Speaker 3: The Jonahs brothers are currently touring Europe and last night
- 18:47Speaker 3: they were in Prague when Nick noticed a laser was
- 18:49Speaker 3: pointed in his direction, aimed at his head. So when
- 18:52Speaker 3: he noticed, he ran off stage, throwing up the timeout
- 18:55Speaker 3: symbol with his hands.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Both Joe and.
- 18:57Speaker 3: Kevin were also alerted to run off stage. They had
- 19:00Speaker 3: a brief break. The person with the laser was kicked
- 19:02Speaker 3: out of the show before they resumed, and everyone is
- 19:04Speaker 3: totally fine. But the video of him running off stage
- 19:07Speaker 3: is going viral right now on TikTok, Instagram, x Twitter,
- 19:11Speaker 3: all of that good stuff. So just so you know,
- 19:13Speaker 3: everyone's okay, they figured everything out. Also, having a laser
- 19:17Speaker 3: like that.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Is not okay.
- 19:18Speaker 3: You should not be using it in that way. Just
- 19:20Speaker 3: a reminder, Kendrick Lamar.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Had a night filled with w's at the BT hip
- 19:25Speaker 4: Hop Awards last night.
- 19:26Speaker 3: He was nominated for eleven awards and walked away with
- 19:29Speaker 3: eight wins, including Song of the Year for Not Like
- 19:32Speaker 3: Us and Artists of the Year. Kendrick Lamar it is
- 19:35Speaker 3: his year in hip hop for sure, because he is
- 19:37Speaker 3: just killing it.
- 19:38Speaker 4: He's doing amazing.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Other winners included Nicki Minaj, who got hip Hop Album
- 19:42Speaker 3: of the Year, Sexy Red as Breakthrough hip Hop Artists,
- 19:45Speaker 3: and Missy Elliott as Best Live Performer.
- 19:48Speaker 4: So deserving for Missy Elliott. I love to see it.
- 19:50Speaker 3: And Hall's Top House in Midtown, one of my favorite places,
- 19:55Speaker 3: has opened a seafood restaurant. It's located right next door
- 19:58Speaker 3: to them at sixteen hundred West End.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Have Hall's catch is what it's called. They're gonna have
- 20:02Speaker 4: a rotating menu of seafood flown.
- 20:04Speaker 3: In daily, including oysters, sushi, caviar, lobster, swordfish, and so
- 20:09Speaker 3: much more. Check out the menu. My mouth is drooling
- 20:12Speaker 3: thinking about it right now. They're currently accepting reservations if
- 20:15Speaker 3: you want to go check them out. I'm Ricky Sanchez
- 20:17Speaker 3: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 20:19Speaker 2: That's right down the road from us. I don't buy
- 20:20Speaker 2: halls on my way inside.
- 20:21Speaker 3: I love halls so much I can't wait to go
- 20:23Speaker 3: check out Hall's catch. I will say it does have
- 20:26Speaker 3: to be like.
- 20:27Speaker 4: A splurge, you know what I mean. It's a treat
- 20:29Speaker 4: yourself kind of.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Day, specially case yes.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Back into the music with Chapel Roan. We do have
- 20:34Speaker 1: more music from Sabrina Carpenter on the way. She's in
- 20:36Speaker 1: town tonight. She's a bridge zone in the sold out
- 20:38Speaker 1: show for us and we have rebranded all day as
- 20:41Speaker 1: Sabrina one of seven.
- 20:42Speaker 7: Five, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning on.
- 20:48Speaker 3: You know your New Year's Resolution yet. I know this
- 20:51Speaker 3: is early in the game, but that's the question here.
- 20:54Speaker 3: It's Sabrino one oh seven five, Ricky, Zach and Mano
- 20:57Speaker 3: in the Morning. People are now all over TikTok talk
- 21:00Speaker 3: me about their winter arc and.
- 21:01Speaker 4: It has to do with your New Year's resolution.
- 21:03Speaker 3: So the idea here is that you're beating the gloomy
- 21:05Speaker 3: months of winter, so you know, October, November and December
- 21:09Speaker 3: by kickstarting your new Year's resolution. Because the majority of
- 21:12Speaker 3: people we talk about this every new year all quit.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Yeah, the new year.
- 21:18Speaker 4: So if you kickstarted now slowly.
- 21:20Speaker 3: You have a better success rate of continuing your new
- 21:22Speaker 3: Year's resolution. So, Kevin, do you have a New Year's
- 21:25Speaker 3: resolution so far?
- 21:26Speaker 1: I mean, I feel like I said this last year too,
- 21:28Speaker 1: so bear with me. I'm going to try to drink less,
- 21:33Speaker 1: and especially coming off of this vacation where all I
- 21:35Speaker 1: did was drink was on the beach.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Just yeah, I'm gonna start that now. Okay.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Yeah, that you should start dwindling down the amount of
- 21:43Speaker 3: your drinking right now, which is going to be hard
- 21:45Speaker 3: during the gloomy months.
- 21:46Speaker 2: You're right, so maybe it'll start it in June.
- 21:49Speaker 3: You got to start now, Zach, do you know what
- 21:51Speaker 3: you want to do for your New Year's solution?
- 21:53Speaker 8: I do a lot of people say, like, oh, I
- 21:54Speaker 8: want to take better care of my health. Mine is
- 21:56Speaker 8: my skin, Like I want to actually remember to wash
- 21:59Speaker 8: off all of my make up before I go to
- 22:01Speaker 8: bed at night. You are criminal with that my skincare
- 22:03Speaker 8: routine before I go to bed. Like, I'm trying really
- 22:05Speaker 8: really hard to be more productive and actually take care
- 22:08Speaker 8: of my skin.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Okay, so your winter arc is to start doing that now.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Every so often just a little bit. You know, you
- 22:13Speaker 3: ease your way into your new year's resolution, it's going
- 22:16Speaker 3: to mean that you're going to actually have a success
- 22:18Speaker 3: rate higher than you like winter arc. Mine is working
- 22:22Speaker 3: out more and I've already started that, so I'm very excited.
- 22:25Speaker 3: I'm slowly implementing and putting more things into my workout
- 22:28Speaker 3: routine to try different things. I have a trainer, Danny
- 22:30Speaker 3: d who I love so much. I go to her
- 22:32Speaker 3: once a week and now I'm adding pilates.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Into the mix.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Oh work, sister.
- 22:36Speaker 4: So your girls winter arc is to be a fitness girly.
- 22:39Speaker 2: That's great.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Look at us, look so healthy in here six seven, three, seven,
- 22:44Speaker 1: nine one seven. If you have one, a winter arc
- 22:47Speaker 1: this new term that Ricky has brought to our attention.
- 22:49Speaker 2: I like this resolution.
- 22:51Speaker 7: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the river.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Now today's daily double tap. It's a dose of positivity.
- 22:59Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 22:59Speaker 3: So this girl calls her mom to let her know
- 23:01Speaker 3: that she's officially a PAC, which.
- 23:04Speaker 4: Is a physician's assistant.
- 23:05Speaker 3: They got to go through all of this training and
- 23:07Speaker 3: these tests and she finally finally got there.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Here's that moment.
- 23:14Speaker 9: I was thinking about you guess what you did not.
- 23:27Speaker 6: Mangratuation doctor.
- 23:42Speaker 9: I told you to trust yourself, I trow. I told
- 23:46Speaker 9: you you you have no faith on yourself and you
- 23:50Speaker 9: you're very capable for many things. It has to be
- 23:54Speaker 9: the beginning of trusting yourself a list.
- 23:57Speaker 6: Yourself esteem sometimes is.
- 23:59Speaker 9: Very low and you need to stow that you are
- 24:02Speaker 9: capable for anything.
- 24:04Speaker 6: Of Aleski anything. So I am so so happy for you.
- 24:10Speaker 9: Congratulations, you did it.
- 24:13Speaker 6: You did it.
- 24:14Speaker 2: All words of wisdom. Man, That is so sweet.
- 24:17Speaker 3: I teared up when I first watched it, and I
- 24:19Speaker 3: was like, I need to share this with everyone, for
- 24:21Speaker 3: anyone that needs that little dose of positivity and that
- 24:24Speaker 3: little reminder that you are capable of anything.
- 24:27Speaker 7: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the
- 24:31Speaker 7: river
